- 0:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump's approval rating is now maintaining a two month high. Yes,
- 0:07Speaker 1: the media has done everything they can to bring down
- 0:10Speaker 1: Donald Trump's approval rating, but it doesn't seem to be working,
- 0:13Speaker 1: as the American people seem to be listening. The media
- 0:16Speaker 1: like it as white noise. And on Tuesday, the Economists
- 0:20Speaker 1: and yugub published their determination of President Donald Trump's approval rating,
- 0:24Speaker 1: outlining then among US adults between May the twenty third
- 0:28Speaker 1: and twenty six, forty four percent approved of the job
- 0:32Speaker 1: that Donald Trump is doing as president. And then if
- 0:36Speaker 1: you look at Newsweek, the results from the publication reflected
- 0:40Speaker 1: also a two month high for its polling. Ras Mussen
- 0:44Speaker 1: also has Trump at fifty to fifty one percent approval
- 0:48Speaker 1: rating from the Memorial Day weekend. The approval rating is
- 0:51Speaker 1: inching up because the economy has stabilized and Trump has
- 0:55Speaker 1: put a pause on his most draconian tariffs, which were
- 0:59Speaker 1: unp popular. That is what Dallara University professor Robert Collins
- 1:04Speaker 1: said in a backhanded compliment to Newsweek about Donald Trump.
- 1:09Speaker 1: You can't make it up. Even when his approval rating
- 1:11Speaker 1: is up, they still got to figure out a way
- 1:13Speaker 1: to bring him down. So what does this mean for
- 1:16Speaker 1: the White House moving forward? Well, the White House Press
- 1:19Speaker 1: Secretary went on Sean Hannity's show on Fox News Channel
- 1:23Speaker 1: and had this to say about the present's approval rating
- 1:26Speaker 1: and what he's going to do when it comes to
- 1:28Speaker 1: moving forward running the country, and also looking back at
- 1:32Speaker 1: things that happened during the Biden administration and asking basic
- 1:36Speaker 1: questions like who is actually running the government because it
- 1:40Speaker 1: wasn't Joe Biden.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Well, that rasks me some pole.
- 1:44Speaker 3: You refer to the percentage of Americans who say the
- 1:47Speaker 3: country's on the right track is the highest number that
- 1:50Speaker 3: they have surveyed in their twenty nine year polling history,
- 1:55Speaker 3: which I found significant. Let me ask you about the
- 1:58Speaker 3: Trump FBI reopening investment mistigations into the Supreme Court abortion
- 2:02Speaker 3: decision leak, the Biden White House cocaine scandal that lasted
- 2:06Speaker 3: a whopping what ten days, and the January sixth pipe
- 2:10Speaker 3: bomber mystery. It seems like the administration is going back
- 2:15Speaker 3: and getting to the bottom of some unfinished business.
- 2:18Speaker 4: Yes, all of those announcements coming from the FBI cash Ptel,
- 2:21Speaker 4: and of course our great Attorney General Pam Bondi, who
- 2:24Speaker 4: is committed to the truth Sean just like the President
- 2:26Speaker 4: Trump and his entire administration and committed to an unprecedented
- 2:30Speaker 4: level of access and transparency that is led by President
- 2:34Speaker 4: Trump at the White House. Every day he takes questions
- 2:37Speaker 4: from the press. He talks directly and honestly and candidly
- 2:41Speaker 4: about the problems and the challenges he is solving, not
- 2:44Speaker 4: just here at home, but also abroad, and he's demanding answers.
- 2:47Speaker 4: And one of the things he is going to continue
- 2:49Speaker 4: to push for answers on is who the heck was
- 2:51Speaker 4: running the country over the past four years. And you
- 2:53Speaker 4: just talked about it in your monologue, and I'm glad
- 2:56Speaker 4: to hear it, because this is truly the greatest political
- 2:59Speaker 4: skill our country has ever seen. We had unelected radical
- 3:04Speaker 4: left White House staffers who nobody knew their names, running
- 3:08Speaker 4: the most powerful country in the history of the world,
- 3:11Speaker 4: and the Democrat Party was in a complete alliance to
- 3:14Speaker 4: cover it up, and the mainstream media was right along
- 3:17Speaker 4: with them. They were asking Joe Biden what his favorite
- 3:19Speaker 4: ice cream was, rather than asking him whether or not
- 3:22Speaker 4: he was suited to run the country. And so we
- 3:25Speaker 4: need answers on what took place over the past four
- 3:28Speaker 4: years because look at the consequences of having these unelected,
- 3:31Speaker 4: radical left wing staffers in the West wing running the country.
- 3:34Speaker 4: We had a wide open border invasion that this administration
- 3:37Speaker 4: is cleaning up every day despite challenges from the courts.
- 3:40Speaker 4: We had an economy that was left in the dust.
- 3:43Speaker 1: You just heard the White House Press Secretary say Donald
- 3:46Speaker 1: Trump is going to push for answers on who was
- 3:49Speaker 1: running the country.
- 3:50Speaker 2: During Biden's presidency.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Now, all of this relates back to the numerous books
- 3:56Speaker 1: that are now coming out, including the Original Sin, the
- 4:00Speaker 1: book by Jake Tapper that alleges that President Biden's cognitive
- 4:04Speaker 1: decline was concealed by his inner circle, suggesting that a
- 4:08Speaker 1: group of top aides effectively manage the administration's day to
- 4:12Speaker 1: day operations. Another way of putting that is, they were
- 4:15Speaker 1: running the country and they were elected by no one.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Tapper even compared this alleged cover up to the Watergate scandal,
- 4:22Speaker 1: emphasizing the seriousness of the claims. Now, further reports are
- 4:27Speaker 1: also indicating that during Biden's presidency, there were five at
- 4:31Speaker 1: senior aids that were primarily responsible for a significant amount
- 4:37Speaker 1: of decision making, with Biden serving more as a figurehead
- 4:41Speaker 1: than anything else. Now, these revelations have spark discussions about
- 4:45Speaker 1: transparency and accountability within the previous administration of exactly who
- 4:51Speaker 1: was really the acting president. Now, while these accounts have
- 4:55Speaker 1: led to public debate and scrutiny, this the first time
- 4:58Speaker 1: we're hearing the White House sy that they're going to
- 5:00Speaker 1: push for answers.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Now.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Is there a formal investigation by the Trump administration into
- 5:06Speaker 1: these matters at the moment, No, but this certainly could
- 5:09Speaker 1: lead to one, as the White House is now signaling
- 5:12Speaker 1: that the American people deserve to have answers and most importantly,
- 5:18Speaker 1: need to know and should know who was running the country.
- 5:21Speaker 1: There's also the question of the auto pen and many
- 5:25Speaker 1: of the pardons that were given out by Joe Biden.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Did he even know that it was happening. Did he
- 5:31Speaker 1: have any clue at all what was going on? And
- 5:35Speaker 1: we also know that many around Biden that were propping
- 5:37Speaker 1: him up, we're apparently doing.
- 5:39Speaker 2: It just for the money. That's right.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Many of the key advisors around Joe Biden's campaign were
- 5:44Speaker 1: making millions of dollars. They didn't want him to end
- 5:48Speaker 1: the campaign. They wanted him to keep running so they
- 5:50Speaker 1: could keep getting paid. So there were some people that
- 5:54Speaker 1: were just making cash, there were others that were getting
- 5:57Speaker 1: to literally play president. And what does Kamway Harris have
- 6:01Speaker 1: to say about all this, Well, she had another word, salad,
- 6:04Speaker 1: and decided to take some swipes at Elon Musk and
- 6:07Speaker 1: Donald Trump, saying, remember the nineteen thirties in reference to
- 6:13Speaker 1: Nazi Germany and Adolf Hitler. I wish I was joking
- 6:17Speaker 1: here she is in her own words.
- 6:19Speaker 5: I do worry rightly about what's happening right now in
- 6:27Speaker 5: the world.
- 6:30Speaker 6: I do worry that it is important.
- 6:36Speaker 7: That we remember history.
- 6:37Speaker 5: It's important we remember the nineteen thirties. It's important that
- 6:42Speaker 5: we remember that history has taught us that isolation does
- 6:48Speaker 5: not equal insolation. It is important that we understand and
- 6:54Speaker 5: remember history, which taught us the interdependence and interconnection between names,
- 7:04Speaker 5: history that has taught us the important relationships of trust.
- 7:08Speaker 1: So the same woman that helped cover up the massive
- 7:11Speaker 1: cognitive decline of the President of the United States of America,
- 7:14Speaker 1: Joe Biden, the same woman that was elected by no one,
- 7:17Speaker 1: who ended up being the party's nominee that no one
- 7:21Speaker 1: actually voted for, is now saying don't look at what
- 7:24Speaker 1: we were doing no, no, no, we're going to tell
- 7:27Speaker 1: you that Donald Trump's administration is no different than Nazi
- 7:30Speaker 1: Germany and Adolph Hitler, you remember the nineteen thirties. It
- 7:35Speaker 1: is truly amazing to watch the left do everything they
- 7:39Speaker 1: can to cover up their corruption at the White.
- 7:42Speaker 2: House for the last four years.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Got to be clear, come was not the only one
- 7:46Speaker 1: in the former administration that's doing everything they can to
- 7:49Speaker 1: try to turn the spotlight off.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Their own actions.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Just look at the former FBI director James Comy, who
- 7:55Speaker 1: declined to elaborate on calling the Republican Party white supremacist
- 8:02Speaker 1: adjacent this. Of course, he's hawking a new book in
- 8:06Speaker 1: just a week after he found some seashells that happened
- 8:09Speaker 1: to spell out assassinate Donald Trump, and he didn't know
- 8:13Speaker 1: about that. Don't worry. Here's James Comey at one of
- 8:16Speaker 1: his book signings.
- 8:17Speaker 8: Yeah, just to follow up on the seashell situation when
- 8:22Speaker 8: explaining why you took it down. But what were you
- 8:25Speaker 8: trying to communicate to the public, im pete Trump, What
- 8:30Speaker 8: was your reasoning for it?
- 8:32Speaker 9: No?
- 8:32Speaker 10: I just thought it was a cool picture. Someone was
- 8:35Speaker 10: expressing a political view in a very clever way in
- 8:37Speaker 10: shells that were organized by They had the same color
- 8:40Speaker 10: for each of the letters. I just thought, what a
- 8:42Speaker 10: cool thing. And I'm well known as a political opponent
- 8:45Speaker 10: of Donald Trump, and I just thought, well, that's cool.
- 8:48Speaker 10: My Instagram account is family politics stuff, including stuff like this.
- 8:53Speaker 10: I put a shell on last fall. I thought it
- 8:55Speaker 10: was cool someone had painted the inside of a big
- 8:57Speaker 10: shell to say bo Kamala. I thought that's really good,
- 9:00Speaker 10: so to put that on. But so it's not a
- 9:02Speaker 10: particular message other than that.
- 9:04Speaker 8: I was just going to ask you what the MSNBC
- 9:06Speaker 8: interview you were doing, because on social media, everyonen's saying
- 9:10Speaker 8: he's talking about the white supremacists adjacent Republican Party. Everybody
- 9:15Speaker 8: in the party, Yeah, voters, what what's you want to?
- 9:19Speaker 7: Thank you?
- 9:21Speaker 8: No clarification, and well.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Now I'm not gonna come on, okay you thank you, well,
- 9:24Speaker 2: thank you.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I'm not going to clarify because that's what I want
- 9:29Speaker 1: the message to be. So, just to be very clear,
- 9:33Speaker 1: if you think the Democratic Party has changed their ways
- 9:36Speaker 1: or learned anything from the last election, you'd be wrong.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Even the former MBI director James Comy is now calling
- 9:42Speaker 1: the Republican Party white supremacists and Oh, by the way,
- 9:46Speaker 1: he's also accidentally calling for violence against the president of
- 9:49Speaker 1: the United States of America.
- 9:51Speaker 2: But don't worry.
- 9:52Speaker 1: They're totally the party of unity and understanding and kindness
- 9:56Speaker 1: and love and acceptance. This is where we are with
- 9:59Speaker 1: the Democratic Party in twenty twenty five. Make sure you
- 10:03Speaker 1: share this podcast with your family and friends, put up
- 10:06Speaker 1: on social media wherever you are, and we appreciate you
- 10:09Speaker 1: listening every day.
- 10:10Speaker 2: We'll see you back here tomorrow.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I want to deal with some other breaking news as well,
- 10:15Speaker 1: and it's one that's pretty shocking. There is a watchdog
- 10:19Speaker 1: group that has found quote no evidence that Joe Biden
- 10:25Speaker 1: knew of the crucial climate executive orders that he was signing.
- 10:31Speaker 1: They're now demanding answers on who was actually in charge
- 10:35Speaker 1: and who was using the auto pen Power. The Future
- 10:39Speaker 1: is now calling Congress to investigate the validity of former
- 10:43Speaker 1: President Joe Biden's signatures. Now, a pro energy group is
- 10:49Speaker 1: renewing their call now for this investigation into over a
- 10:52Speaker 1: half a dozen Biden administration executive actions specifically related to
- 10:58Speaker 1: climate that it believes should be deemed no and void
- 11:01Speaker 1: due to them being signed by an autopin without any
- 11:05Speaker 1: public comment at all from the former president Joe Biden,
- 11:09Speaker 1: confirming his knowledge of even what was happening. Power of
- 11:14Speaker 1: the Future is a nonprofit organization that advocates for American
- 11:18Speaker 1: energy jobs. They reviewed eight by an executive orders that
- 11:23Speaker 1: it says were significant shifts in domestic energy policy, and
- 11:27Speaker 1: they said it found no evidence of the present speaking
- 11:30Speaker 1: about any of these eight publicly, raising major concerns that
- 11:35Speaker 1: the orders were signed by autopen and that he was
- 11:38Speaker 1: not even aware that they were going to become executive action,
- 11:42Speaker 1: saying quote, these are not obscure bureaucratic memos. These were
- 11:46Speaker 1: fundamental shifts in American energy policy, yet not once did
- 11:51Speaker 1: Joe Biden speak about them publicly. That's what Daniel Turner,
- 11:55Speaker 1: the founder executive director of Power for the Future, said
- 11:58Speaker 1: in an interview. Secutive orders reviewed by Power of the
- 12:01Speaker 1: Future included an Arctic drilling ban in twenty twenty three,
- 12:06Speaker 1: also a twenty twenty one executive order committing the federal
- 12:10Speaker 1: government to quote net zero admissions by twenty fifty and
- 12:15Speaker 1: an executive order mandating quote clean energy AI centers, and
- 12:20Speaker 1: an offshore drilling ban executive order that Joe Biden in
- 12:24Speaker 1: theory signed before leaving office in twenty twenty five, they said,
- 12:29Speaker 1: finding no evidence of Biden publicly speaking about the executive
- 12:34Speaker 1: orders on climate. They then sent a letter this week
- 12:39Speaker 1: to the DOJ, the EPA, DI and DOE, along with
- 12:44Speaker 1: the House and Senate Oversight Committees, calling for an investigation
- 12:48Speaker 1: to determine who made these decisions, who drafted the executive orders,
- 12:53Speaker 1: and ultimately who signed them, since they believe it clearly
- 12:56Speaker 1: wasn't Joe Biden quote. In light of the growing evidence
- 13:00Speaker 1: that actions purportedly taken by the former president may not
- 13:03Speaker 1: have been approved or signed by him, but instead by
- 13:07Speaker 1: a small group of advisors in his name, without his knowledge,
- 13:11Speaker 1: or over his signature using an auto pen, the need
- 13:15Speaker 1: for Congressional access to information has grown in importance with
- 13:19Speaker 1: these revelations. The letter to the GOP House Oversight Committee
- 13:23Speaker 1: Chair James Comer states saying, quote, Congress deserves to know
- 13:28Speaker 1: how or whether these executive actions were authorized, and whether
- 13:32Speaker 1: the former president was aware of such orders before they
- 13:35Speaker 1: were implemented by the federal bureaucracy. Were these actions taken
- 13:40Speaker 1: on behalf of the president and purporting to excuse authority
- 13:44Speaker 1: undertaken with the president's knowledge, An approach question mark. It
- 13:48Speaker 1: appears incumbent upon Congress to inquire about all parties involved
- 13:53Speaker 1: in these actions, who instructed them to do what and when.
- 13:59Speaker 2: Now.
- 14:00Speaker 1: The president's auto pen has been a topic of conversation
- 14:03Speaker 1: in Republican circles in recent weeks and months, as questions
- 14:08Speaker 1: continue about Biden's mental acuity during his presidency, particularly the
- 14:13Speaker 1: last few days when they've come under scrutiny after the
- 14:16Speaker 1: release of Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson's book Original Sin.
- 14:20Speaker 1: One of the things that is very clear is now
- 14:23Speaker 1: those of the White House are concerned that the President
- 14:26Speaker 1: of the United States of America may have been hijacked
- 14:29Speaker 1: by a group of individuals who had no authority or
- 14:32Speaker 1: power to do what they were doing. I want you
- 14:35Speaker 1: to take a listen to this. As Representative Jim Jordan's
- 14:38Speaker 1: shared his concerns about Biden's alleged auto pen use and
- 14:43Speaker 1: who was actually behind it.
- 14:45Speaker 6: Chris preparing to blow the lid off the biggest political
- 14:47Speaker 6: cover up in American history as more troubling information emerges
- 14:52Speaker 6: about former President Joe Biden's mental decline. Now, according to
- 14:56Speaker 6: a brand new bombshell book, The One Insider Made It
- 14:59Speaker 6: clear that there accounted by people running the country, and
- 15:02Speaker 6: Biden was not one of them. So the question is
- 15:05Speaker 6: obvious who was running the show. Well, according to one
- 15:08Speaker 6: cabinet secretary, it was Biden's aide who held all the power.
- 15:13Speaker 6: Now that book's co author is actually calling out the
- 15:16Speaker 6: undemocratic Biden white House.
- 15:19Speaker 11: These aides were not even Senate confirmed aids. These are
- 15:22Speaker 11: a white House aids. These were unelected people. And one
- 15:25Speaker 11: of the things that really think comes out and are
- 15:27Speaker 11: reporting here is that if you believe, and I think
- 15:30Speaker 11: a lot of these people do sincerely believe that Donald
- 15:32Speaker 11: Trump was and is an essential threat to democracy, you
- 15:35Speaker 11: can nationalize anything, including sometimes doing undemocratic things, which I
- 15:39Speaker 11: think is what this person is talking about.
- 15:41Speaker 6: Heard a lot of that in my conversations with Lindy
- 15:44Speaker 6: Lee maytime. Congress is also investigating that cover up. The Senate,
- 15:48Speaker 6: in fact, wants to talk with twenty eight top level
- 15:50Speaker 6: Biden officials, while the House has had to be looking
- 15:53Speaker 6: into unauthorized yous of the auto pen by Joe Biden.
- 16:00Speaker 12: Do you sign a document that has legal implications, It
- 16:03Speaker 12: has to be signed personally, It can't be signed by
- 16:06Speaker 12: an autopin so I think that if we can understand
- 16:09Speaker 12: more about the autopen and whether or not Joe Biden
- 16:11Speaker 12: authorized it, I think this could lead to a lot
- 16:14Speaker 12: of those executive orders being kicked out in court.
- 16:18Speaker 6: James Comer speaking there with Jesse Waters. Meantime, House Republicans
- 16:23Speaker 6: are also demanding to hear from Biden's doctor and four
- 16:26Speaker 6: other White House officials in an effort to uncover the truth.
- 16:30Speaker 6: So joining us now is the Judiciary Committee chair and
- 16:33Speaker 6: Ohio Congressman, the Great Jim Jordan Congressman. Listen, this is
- 16:37Speaker 6: a simple question for you, What, if anything, can we
- 16:40Speaker 6: expect to happen in the wake of these House investigations
- 16:44Speaker 6: into the Biden cover up and the autopen use.
- 16:49Speaker 7: Well, I don't know if there's an easy answer. I mean,
- 16:51Speaker 7: we'll see. I think Chairman Comber will probably lead this investigation.
- 16:55Speaker 7: We can look at the folks who were supposedly making theion.
- 16:57Speaker 7: One thing we know for sure it wasn't Joe Biden,
- 16:59Speaker 7: So we can talk to these folks. My guess is
- 17:01Speaker 7: they'll try to assert some privilege if in fact we
- 17:04Speaker 7: ever bring them in. But you're I think it's right
- 17:07Speaker 7: that in your lead there you talk about it's supposed
- 17:10Speaker 7: to be people who put their name on the ballot,
- 17:12Speaker 7: who are elected by we, the people who make the decision.
- 17:15Speaker 7: It's not supposed to be other folks who aren't elected
- 17:17Speaker 7: or in this case, aren't even confirmed by the United
- 17:20Speaker 7: States Senate. So we'll dig into this. But I think
- 17:23Speaker 7: the real culprit, of course, is the media. And you
- 17:25Speaker 7: mentioned that, but I mean, Jake Tapper made money telling
- 17:28Speaker 7: us everything was fine. Now he's making more money writing
- 17:30Speaker 7: a book telling us no, it wasn't fine. I think
- 17:33Speaker 7: that's the real concern here, is what the mainstream media
- 17:37Speaker 7: got away with, or what they thought they were getting
- 17:39Speaker 7: away with. The good news is the American people figured
- 17:41Speaker 7: it out on November fifth and made sure President Trump
- 17:44Speaker 7: was our next president.
- 17:45Speaker 13: They sure did. Congressman, I want to stick on the
- 17:47Speaker 13: topic of Biden's autopen use. You know, specifically, we're hearing
- 17:51Speaker 13: that he used the autopend to sign executive orders right
- 17:53Speaker 13: issuing pardons. Senator Roger Marshall last night told us that
- 17:57Speaker 13: could be a huge problem.
- 17:59Speaker 9: They didn't we understood. They didn't think we knew what
- 18:01Speaker 9: was going on, but we did, and we're I'm especially
- 18:04Speaker 9: especially concerned about the people that he pardoned, and he
- 18:07Speaker 9: was pardoning these folks even though they hadn't been convicted
- 18:10Speaker 9: of a crime. It just doesn't add up.
- 18:12Speaker 13: Congressman, on that note, do you think those pardons or
- 18:15Speaker 13: executive orders are those void invalid?
- 18:18Speaker 7: I think what you have to demonstrate is that the
- 18:21Speaker 7: folks who actually signed him, or whoever did or whether
- 18:24Speaker 7: it was the autopinn or what that, somehow Joe Biden
- 18:27Speaker 7: didn't really give it the okay. Now, I think if
- 18:29Speaker 7: you get him in, they'll probably say, well, my boss
- 18:32Speaker 7: told me it was fine, or we heard that the
- 18:33Speaker 7: presidence that it was fine. We got okay from whoever
- 18:36Speaker 7: whoever we worked for there in the way, I assume
- 18:37Speaker 7: they'll do some kind of some kind of rationale, some
- 18:40Speaker 7: kind of answer like that. But again, you got to
- 18:42Speaker 7: work through this all. What if we bring these folks in,
- 18:45Speaker 7: you have to ask him, you may have to even subpoena.
- 18:47Speaker 7: And then at some point when they come in, will
- 18:49Speaker 7: they assert some kind of privilege, executive privilege, that's all,
- 18:52Speaker 7: That's all part of it.
- 18:53Speaker 2: We'll just have to see. But as I said, I.
- 18:55Speaker 7: Think I think the Oversight Committee under Chairman Comer on
- 18:58Speaker 7: the House side will probably I'll probably leave this investigation.
- 19:01Speaker 1: All right, So let's go back to the legal nature
- 19:04Speaker 1: of this and get down to the brass tax of
- 19:07Speaker 1: this subject of an autopen number one, it's a device
- 19:10Speaker 1: that physically holds a pen in his programmed to replicate
- 19:14Speaker 1: a person's signature. The Justice Department's Office of Legal Council
- 19:19Speaker 1: determined in two thousand and five that the President's permitted
- 19:21Speaker 1: to use an autopen to sign bills into law, and
- 19:24Speaker 1: the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit issued
- 19:27Speaker 1: a ruling in February that said the absence of a
- 19:30Speaker 1: writing does not equate to proof that a commutation did
- 19:35Speaker 1: not occur, quote unquote. Now, in March, President Trump claimed
- 19:40Speaker 1: that Biden's pardons of lawmakers who served on the House
- 19:43Speaker 1: Select Committee to investigate the January sixth Capitol riot and
- 19:47Speaker 1: others are quote void, alleging that they had been signed
- 19:50Speaker 1: via an autopen and that Biden did not even know
- 19:54Speaker 1: about them. Now, despite Trump's concern over the validia Biden's
- 19:59Speaker 1: pardons due to the election use of an autopen, constitutional
- 20:02Speaker 1: scholars have said, well, this is going to be a
- 20:05Speaker 1: tough one in court and a very high barred across
- 20:08Speaker 1: to be able to get this undone. Jonathan Turley put
- 20:12Speaker 1: it this way on Fox, saying, quote, presidents are allowed
- 20:14Speaker 1: to use the autopen and courts will not presume a
- 20:17Speaker 1: dead hand conspiracy. Now Power the Future's letter references House
- 20:23Speaker 1: Speaker Mike Johnson, who in January shared that Biden during
- 20:26Speaker 1: a meeting appeared to forget that he signed an order
- 20:30Speaker 1: to pause liquid national gas exports. A report published by
- 20:35Speaker 1: an arm of the Heritage Foundation also claimed that the
- 20:38Speaker 1: majority of official documents signed by Biden were allegedly an
- 20:42Speaker 1: auto pen signature, and there's a very good chance the
- 20:45Speaker 1: President didn't know what was going on at all. Now,
- 20:48Speaker 1: during the Biden administration, hundreds of billions of dollars were
- 20:51Speaker 1: funneled towards pet green projects, while the American fossil fuels
- 20:56Speaker 1: industry was punished, and there is no evidence that Biden
- 21:00Speaker 1: it directed it, or even was aware it was happening
- 21:03Speaker 1: in his name. That is another big question that's now
- 21:07Speaker 1: being asked. So do we deserve to know, yes, who
- 21:11Speaker 1: was signing the executive orders behind closed doors?
- 21:14Speaker 2: It's a great question.
- 21:15Speaker 1: We're people paying for access, and the autopin scandal is
- 21:20Speaker 1: evidence that many of these executive orders, many of them
- 21:23Speaker 1: green executive orders could number one very well be invalid,
- 21:29Speaker 1: and the American people deserve to know it should be
- 21:32Speaker 1: thoroughly investigated by the Department of Justice. I think it's
- 21:36Speaker 1: clear that's a violation to trust the American people, and
- 21:39Speaker 1: it could have been a great fraud done on the
- 21:44Speaker 1: American people in the name of the President when he
- 21:46Speaker 1: didn't even know it was actually happening. You can follow
- 21:51Speaker 1: this next story under the category of you don't hate
- 21:54Speaker 1: the deep State enough and exactly what they've been hiding
- 21:58Speaker 1: from you. The FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino has announced
- 22:03Speaker 1: the discovery of a previously undisclosed room at the FBI
- 22:07Speaker 1: headquarters containing a trove of documents from former Director James
- 22:13Speaker 1: Coomy's tenure. Bongino described the room as quote hidden from us,
- 22:20Speaker 1: and noted that many of the materials were not processed
- 22:24Speaker 1: through standard FBI procedures such as digitization or proper cataloging.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Some documents were reportedly found stored in bags, raising concerns
- 22:37Speaker 1: about potential mishandling of evidence during Comy's tenure. Bongino also
- 22:43Speaker 1: emphasized the FBI's commitment to transparency, stating that efforts are
- 22:50Speaker 1: now underway to to classify these materials. Here is more
- 22:54Speaker 1: of James Komy talking about all of this on Fox
- 22:58Speaker 1: and Friends.
- 22:59Speaker 14: As of Jim Comey, because he cannot control himself and
- 23:02Speaker 14: his emotions. He is a child, he is a big child.
- 23:05Speaker 14: And let me tell you one more thing, Jim Comey,
- 23:07Speaker 14: who wants you to do? Jim Comy taking a shot
- 23:09Speaker 14: at the president. Oh look at me. I'm such a victim.
- 23:12Speaker 14: The President's going after me. He's making a ton of
- 23:14Speaker 14: money on this book. The only person that got prosecuted
- 23:17Speaker 14: was the president. Jim Comy, we're finding stuff even now,
- 23:21Speaker 14: wait till you read the stuff that's coming out.
- 23:23Speaker 15: Does does he still have loyalists in the building? Because
- 23:26Speaker 15: when I hear the FBI director saying, you guys are
- 23:29Speaker 15: finding boxes that are hidden. Okay, how does that happen
- 23:34Speaker 15: in the bureau?
- 23:35Speaker 14: Well, we were there a couple of weeks and luckily
- 23:39Speaker 14: there are a lot of people up there who grabbed
- 23:42Speaker 14: us by the arm the minute we came in and
- 23:44Speaker 14: said thank you for being here. You know, we need
- 23:46Speaker 14: to talk. There are people there who are really horrified
- 23:49Speaker 14: at what happened. And there was a room and we
- 23:53Speaker 14: found stuff a lot of a hidden room. I wouldn't
- 23:57Speaker 14: call it hidden, but hidden from us at least and
- 24:00Speaker 14: not mentioned to us. And then we found stuff in there,
- 24:03Speaker 14: and a lot of it's from the Komi era, and
- 24:05Speaker 14: we are working our damn this right now to declassifying.
- 24:08Speaker 14: Just so you know, because I get the public, I
- 24:11Speaker 14: totally understand people saying we'll do it now.
- 24:13Speaker 2: The process is not.
- 24:14Speaker 14: All the information is ours to classify some as other
- 24:17Speaker 14: intelligence agencies.
- 24:18Speaker 2: It's not. We literally can't do it.
- 24:20Speaker 14: Once that gets done and that gets out there, and
- 24:22Speaker 14: you read some of the stuff we found that, by
- 24:24Speaker 14: the way, was not processed through the normal procedure digitizing it,
- 24:28Speaker 14: putting in FBI records. We found it in bags hiding
- 24:32Speaker 14: under Jim Cally. Yeah, you're going to be stunned.
- 24:34Speaker 7: Now.
- 24:34Speaker 1: There's one thing that Dan Bongino made very clear. It
- 24:37Speaker 1: is a process that he wants to be transparent with
- 24:41Speaker 1: the American people, and the declassification of these materials is underway.
- 24:46Speaker 1: He as you heard him say, it's complex because many
- 24:49Speaker 1: of these issues involve other intelligence agencies and the FBI
- 24:54Speaker 1: does not have the right to classify their intelligence.
- 24:58Speaker 7: Now.
- 24:58Speaker 1: I also assured you that once the appropriate processes are completed,
- 25:03Speaker 1: the findings will be shared, and he anticipates that the
- 25:07Speaker 1: revelations will be quote significant.
- 25:10Speaker 7: Now.
- 25:10Speaker 2: This development also aligns.
- 25:11Speaker 1: With broader inities by the current FBI leadership, including the
- 25:15Speaker 1: Director Cash Mattel, to revisit and bring transparency to pass investigations.
- 25:22Speaker 1: These efforts encompass re examining high profile cases such as
- 25:26Speaker 1: the January sixth pipe bombs, the twenty twenty two dob
- 25:30Speaker 1: Supreme Court leak, and the twenty twenty three discovery of
- 25:34Speaker 1: cocaine at the White House. Now, the actions from the
- 25:38Speaker 1: FBI now reflect a renewed focus on accountability and restoring
- 25:42Speaker 1: public trust in the FBI. The agency's provocative steps to
- 25:47Speaker 1: uncover and address pass oversights demonstrate a commitment to upholding
- 25:52Speaker 1: the integrity of their operations, something that Donald Trump promised
- 25:56Speaker 1: every American if he was re elected, and he's making
- 26:00Speaker 1: good on that promise now. In the issue of transparency,
- 26:03Speaker 1: the FBI has made it very clear they're willing to
- 26:06Speaker 1: answer questions, have conversations, and the FPI Director Cash Bettel
- 26:11Speaker 1: set down with Brett Bairrett Fox News and what did
- 26:14Speaker 1: he ask him? Well, several questions including what keeps you
- 26:18Speaker 1: up at night.
- 26:20Speaker 15: What's the thing that keeps you up at night?
- 26:23Speaker 16: The CCP, for a whole host of reasons. We haven't
- 26:27Speaker 16: even talked about their cyber espionage campaign, what they're doing
- 26:29Speaker 16: under sea, what Russia's doing over head in terms of space,
- 26:34Speaker 16: and their cyber intrusion capabilities like Salt Typhoon. They have
- 26:38Speaker 16: made wildly successful penetrations into our telecommunications infrastructure. And what
- 26:43Speaker 16: they do is they suck up our information Brett And
- 26:45Speaker 16: this is what keeps me up at night. They're playing
- 26:47Speaker 16: the long game. The Fentyl production by the CCP, I
- 26:51Speaker 16: firmly believe is their way of killing tens of thousands
- 26:56Speaker 16: of military age men and women in the United States
- 26:59Speaker 16: of America. They are wiping out generations of Americans that
- 27:03Speaker 16: could come here and be an FBI agent.
- 27:05Speaker 2: All right, So let's just talk to the future here.
- 27:08Speaker 2: How do you see this the job?
- 27:10Speaker 16: Is it different than you thought it was coming in?
- 27:14Speaker 2: How do you look at a big picture?
- 27:16Speaker 16: Look, there's two ways I look at it. One, you're
- 27:18Speaker 16: talking to a first generation Indian kid whose parents fled
- 27:21Speaker 16: genocide and their sons now the director of the FBI
- 27:24Speaker 16: only in America, literally only in America.
- 27:28Speaker 2: So I wanted to inspire.
- 27:29Speaker 16: People to come to places like this and train with
- 27:31Speaker 16: us and serve this country. The other thing that I
- 27:35Speaker 16: want people to take away from that is there is
- 27:38Speaker 16: no job on God's green earth that prepares you to
- 27:41Speaker 16: lead an agency or department.
- 27:43Speaker 2: There isn't.
- 27:43Speaker 16: Anyone who tells you otherwise is flat out lying or
- 27:46Speaker 16: being politically preposterous. And I learn every single day I
- 27:51Speaker 16: learn from the leadership team. I have folks in there
- 27:54Speaker 16: around my table every morning who come from so many
- 27:58Speaker 16: different walks of life, people I diss agree with on
- 28:01Speaker 16: a daily basis, and I'm so glad that they're in
- 28:03Speaker 16: that room because they are the ones helping me make
- 28:07Speaker 16: these decisions. What we won't stand for is people turning
- 28:10Speaker 16: around on social media and attacking folks who are doing
- 28:13Speaker 16: the job. We will stand up for them. We will
- 28:15Speaker 16: also out anyone who violates their oath of office at
- 28:20Speaker 16: the FBI, Intel Analyst agents, support staff. What have we
- 28:22Speaker 16: already have and every time we do, Brett, this is
- 28:26Speaker 16: the thing the media doesn't pick up on. We announce it,
- 28:28Speaker 16: but we don't take a victory lap. It's all out there.
- 28:31Speaker 16: Dozens of people have been dealt with for politicizing the FBI,
- 28:35Speaker 16: for weaponizing it. Everything from Hunter Biden's laptop to January
- 28:39Speaker 16: sixth to Neil Team six and everything else has been
- 28:41Speaker 16: dealt with, and we keep going.
- 28:43Speaker 1: I expect we're going to get a lot more information
- 28:45Speaker 1: out of the FBI, as transparency seems to be the
- 28:48Speaker 1: number one thing the President and Cash Brittel are advocating for.
