- 0:01Speaker 1: Conflicting reports are now out the Devin Archer, who is
- 0:05Speaker 1: a key Biden associate, best friends with Hunter Biden, is
- 0:09Speaker 1: going to actually testify before Congress. There's other reports that
- 0:14Speaker 1: are also saying that he's canceling testifying before Congress. Now,
- 0:19Speaker 1: let me let you hear what they said on Fox
- 0:21Speaker 1: News channel and then how fast it changed.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Listen carefully it king.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Today Hunter's right hand man, Devin Archer, we can now
- 0:29Speaker 3: report will testify, will give an interview, is the way
- 0:33Speaker 3: to say this actually from Capitol Hill one week from today.
- 0:38Speaker 3: We just got the date on this very important moment
- 0:42Speaker 3: in this story. Because of course, Devin Archer knows all
- 0:45Speaker 3: about the Biden family business because he was there, He
- 0:49Speaker 3: was involved in nearly all of it. Here is Hunter
- 0:52Speaker 3: Biden and Devin Archer playing golf with then Vice President.
- 0:56Speaker 3: Lots of photos of them with different business associates from
- 0:59Speaker 3: some of these. Now, the President has repeatedly denied literally
- 1:04Speaker 3: any connection or understanding at all about Hunters what some
- 1:09Speaker 3: would call odd business dealings with Ukraine and Chinese executives.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Archer can likely shed a lot of light on this
- 1:16Speaker 3: situation and potentially blow the thing wide open through a
- 1:21Speaker 3: source connected to him. He's saying that he wants to
- 1:24Speaker 3: tell the truth. So Miranda Devine with a big report
- 1:27Speaker 3: on this today in the New York Post, saying that
- 1:30Speaker 3: he will testify and that he will put the vice
- 1:34Speaker 3: president right in the middle of this because he says
- 1:38Speaker 3: that Hunter put then vice president Dad Joe on the
- 1:42Speaker 3: phone with business associates in front of him at least
- 1:45Speaker 3: two dozen times. He will testify, according to this report,
- 1:48Speaker 3: that he watched that happen. He would put the speakerphone
- 1:51Speaker 3: in the middle of the table at one of these
- 1:53Speaker 3: meetings and connect the then vice president. According to this report,
- 1:58Speaker 3: say hey, this is Nikolai and Vedie, who, of course Issketsky,
- 2:03Speaker 3: excuse me, the head of Barisma and one of his
- 2:06Speaker 3: top lieutenants. So this is a very big development today.
- 2:11Speaker 1: All right, now, let's talk about this Miranda Divine reporting here,
- 2:14Speaker 1: and it's pretty simple what she said. Hunter Biden clearly
- 2:19Speaker 1: knew his job. His job was to get his dad
- 2:22Speaker 1: on the phone with as many prospective clients as he could,
- 2:25Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden would apparently put his then dad, the
- 2:28Speaker 1: vice president at the time, on the phone with business
- 2:31Speaker 1: associates at least two dozen times that is what the
- 2:34Speaker 1: ex partner, Devin Archer was to testify. The front page
- 2:39Speaker 1: of The New York Post says phone a friend hunter
- 2:42Speaker 1: got Joe on speaker to impress their clients. Their clients meaning,
- 2:48Speaker 1: he's the vice president. You want to hire us for
- 2:50Speaker 1: influence pedaling. You want to talk to the vice president. Here,
- 2:54Speaker 1: he is here. He is on the phone with you
- 2:56Speaker 1: right now. Now you understand how the scheme works. Now
- 3:00Speaker 1: you understand why you need to pay us. Now you
- 3:02Speaker 1: understand what you are paying for, and that is influence
- 3:06Speaker 1: over government decisions with the United States of America.
- 3:09Speaker 2: It actually all makes sense.
- 3:11Speaker 4: Now.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I want you to also understand just how damning this
- 3:14Speaker 1: information is. There's also a political side of this, and
- 3:18Speaker 1: I'm not talking about the Republicans Democrats here. There's another
- 3:22Speaker 1: aspect of this as well, and I'm talking about politically.
- 3:26Speaker 1: The other aspect of this is there is another Democrat,
- 3:31Speaker 1: all right, RFK is running for president of United States
- 3:34Speaker 1: of America. Robert Kennedy Jr. Is running against Joe Biden.
- 3:38Speaker 1: He said this in an interview about all this new
- 3:42Speaker 1: intel coming out of the Biden crime family.
- 3:44Speaker 3: Listen carefully politically in the mix here RFK Junior very
- 3:50Speaker 3: interesting because of course he's mounting a challenge to President
- 3:53Speaker 3: Biden in this race. He came out with some very
- 3:55Speaker 3: strong words about this investigation, saying.
- 3:57Speaker 5: This bushes that are now coming up are worrying enough
- 4:02Speaker 5: that we really need a real investigation of what happened.
- 4:06Speaker 5: I mean, you have Barisma on which is a you know,
- 4:10Speaker 5: this notoriously corrupt company that paid out apparently ten million dollars.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Now RFK Junior saying this is not shocking. It is, however,
- 4:20Speaker 1: interesting to see just how many people are starting to
- 4:24Speaker 1: pay attention to what he is saying when he says it.
- 4:29Speaker 1: That's the part here that's so interesting. Now, let's go
- 4:33Speaker 1: back to this article from Miranda Devine in the New
- 4:36Speaker 1: York Post, and I want to read a section of
- 4:39Speaker 1: it to you because it's really interesting. Her exclusive reporting
- 4:42Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. She says with dial in his father, then
- 4:46Speaker 1: Vice President Joe Biden on speaker phone into meetings with
- 4:50Speaker 1: his overseas business partners that, according to testimony expected before
- 4:55Speaker 1: Congress this week from Devon r to the first son's
- 4:58Speaker 1: former best friend Archer, who's forty eight, is facing jail. Okay,
- 5:03Speaker 1: he's facing jail. Time for his role at a sixty
- 5:06Speaker 1: million dollar bond fraud. Scheduled to testify to the House
- 5:10Speaker 1: Oversight Committee about meetings he witnessed that were attended by
- 5:14Speaker 1: then Vice President Joe Biden, either in person or via speakerphone,
- 5:18Speaker 1: when Hunter would call his father and introduce him to
- 5:21Speaker 1: foreign business partners or prospective investors quote unquote. We are
- 5:26Speaker 1: looking forward very much to hearing from Devin Archer about
- 5:29Speaker 1: all the times he has witnessed Joe Biden meeting with
- 5:33Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's overseas business partners when he was Vice president,
- 5:37Speaker 1: including on speakerphone, is what Representative James Comer, the committee chairman,
- 5:41Speaker 1: said in a new statement. One such meeting, we're being
- 5:44Speaker 1: told was in Dubai late in the evening on Friday,
- 5:48Speaker 1: December fourth of twenty fifteen, after the board meeting of
- 5:53Speaker 1: the Ukrainian energy company Barisma, which was paying or funneling
- 5:57Speaker 1: money eighty three thousand a month two and basically that
- 6:01Speaker 1: was just a payment process for the five million dollars
- 6:04Speaker 1: they were giving him. They had to make it seem legitimate,
- 6:07Speaker 1: so they put him on the board. Devin Archer, who
- 6:10Speaker 1: was also a director on that board, is expected to
- 6:14Speaker 1: testify that after dinner with a Barisma board at the hotel,
- 6:18Speaker 1: he and Hunter traveled six miles north to the Four
- 6:21Speaker 1: Seasons Resort, Dubai to the beach there to have a
- 6:26Speaker 1: drink with one of Hunter's friends quote unquote. While they
- 6:29Speaker 1: were sitting outside at the bar, a senior Barisma executive
- 6:34Speaker 1: phone to ask where they were because Barisma's owner needed
- 6:39Speaker 1: to speak to Hunter, quote urgently, can you ring your dad?
- 6:43Speaker 2: Question Mark Yeah.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Soon after, the two Ukrainians joined Hunter and Archer at
- 6:48Speaker 1: the Four Seasons bar and they asked, Hunter, can you
- 6:52Speaker 1: ring your dad? At the time, it was early afternoon
- 6:55Speaker 1: in Washington, d C. Now, Hunter then called a father,
- 7:00Speaker 1: apparently put him on speakerphone, placed the phone on the table,
- 7:05Speaker 1: and introduced the Ukrainians to Joe Biden by name. Yes,
- 7:11Speaker 1: this was an official connection between his business dealings and
- 7:16Speaker 1: the then Vice President of the United States of America.
- 7:19Speaker 1: We also know the Devin Archer played golf in twenty fifteen.
- 7:25Speaker 1: When Joe Biden was not only just put on speakerphone,
- 7:28Speaker 1: but then hanging out with these individuals, playing a round
- 7:32Speaker 1: of golf with them, that was a problem. He also
- 7:35Speaker 1: said words to the effect that the Barisma big wigs
- 7:39Speaker 1: need our support quote unquote the VP Biden greeting the Ukrainians,
- 7:45Speaker 1: but spoke only in vague pleasantries during the short call
- 7:49Speaker 1: and in other such interactions with hunters overseas business partners.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Archer is expected to testify.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Now, Congressional investigators are expected to probe the reasons for
- 7:59Speaker 1: that's Barisma requesting the urgent phone call with Joe Biden.
- 8:05Speaker 1: They will note the context that three days after the
- 8:09Speaker 1: speakerphone call, that then Vice President, who was the Obama
- 8:13Speaker 1: administration's point man for Ukraine, was due to fly to
- 8:17Speaker 1: Kiev to address the Ukrainian parliament known as the Rada,
- 8:21Speaker 1: on December the nine, twenty fifteen, about the poison of
- 8:25Speaker 1: cronyism corruption. Now, to put this into perspective for you,
- 8:31Speaker 1: ten weeks before that call on speakerphone, on September the
- 8:36Speaker 1: twenty fourth of twenty fifteen, the US ambassador had actually
- 8:41Speaker 1: given a speech about corruption Ukraine and Odessa and targeted
- 8:46Speaker 1: the Barisma CEO by name. And by then the Ukrainian prosecutor,
- 8:52Speaker 1: Victor Sooka, was investigating Barisma for corruption. So again you
- 8:55Speaker 1: have the US ambassador right who's giving this speech about
- 8:59Speaker 1: corruption in Ukraine and Odessa, and he's targeting the CEO.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Write this, this Ukrainian oligarch by name, talking about how
- 9:08Speaker 1: corrupt he is. Then you've got the Ukrainian prosecutor who
- 9:12Speaker 1: Barack Obama and Joe Biden are going to fire, right,
- 9:15Speaker 1: Victor Sokin was investigating Brisma for corruption and within two
- 9:19Speaker 1: months of that, on February the second of twenty sixteen,
- 9:23Speaker 1: which seize four houses in Kiev, two plots of land
- 9:28Speaker 1: and a Rolls Royce belonging to the CEO who was
- 9:31Speaker 1: living in exile at the time in Dubai. So not
- 9:34Speaker 1: only was this guy corrupt, the government knew he was corrupt,
- 9:38Speaker 1: and then his assets in Ukraine in Kiev started to
- 9:42Speaker 1: be seized by the government. You had two plots of land,
- 9:45Speaker 1: you got a Rolls Royce, and this guy's living in exile.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Four houses were seized by the Ukrainian government. He's in Dubai.
- 9:54Speaker 1: What happened a month later? Sokin was fired after Joe
- 9:59Speaker 1: Biden threatened to withhold one billion in usaid to Ukraine.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Let me also tell you about our friends of Augusta
- 10:05Speaker 1: precious metals. Have you been saving a long time for retirement? Well,
- 10:09Speaker 1: if you have, you've probably been really stressed out over
- 10:11Speaker 1: the last year with interest rates have been skyrocketing, inflation issues,
- 10:15Speaker 1: bank failures, and people that have actually lost some money
- 10:18Speaker 1: in their retirement accounts. If you aren't invested and diversified
- 10:24Speaker 1: in gold, you should check out Augusta Precious Metals.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Augusta Precious Metals. They're just different.
- 10:29Speaker 1: They'll even tell you if a gold IRA isn't your answer,
- 10:33Speaker 1: they give you the facts about gold and precious medals.
- 10:37Speaker 1: It's all about protecting your IRA and protecting your four
- 10:40Speaker 1: oh one k in this crazy economy. And it's so
- 10:43Speaker 1: important if you're in retirement or close to retirement because
- 10:46Speaker 1: there's no time to make up losses.
- 10:49Speaker 5: Now.
- 10:49Speaker 1: If you've had those losses, you know what I'm talking about.
- 10:52Speaker 1: So if you've saved one hundred thousand dollars or more,
- 10:55Speaker 1: take a look at their free guy that they'll send
- 10:57Speaker 1: you and they'll do a one on one with you

- 11:07Speaker 1: peace of mind of knowing that, hey, you can protect
- 11:10Speaker 1: your hard earned dollars eight seven to seven the number
- 11:13Speaker 1: four gold IRA that's eight seven seven the number four
- 11:18Speaker 1: GOLDRA or visit Augusta Precious Metals dot com. That's Augusta
- 11:25Speaker 1: Precious Metals dot com or eight seven seven the number
- 11:28Speaker 1: four GOLDR. Now I want to get back to this
- 11:32Speaker 1: story because it's really important. So to make it clear,
- 11:35Speaker 1: Ukrainian prosecutor was investigating Barisma for corruption. They were investigating
- 11:41Speaker 1: the CEO for corruption. They were seizing the CEO's homes.
- 11:46Speaker 1: He had four houses in Kiev. They seized two plots
- 11:49Speaker 1: of land, they seized the rolls Royce. They this dude
- 11:52Speaker 1: was living in exile in Dubai. You had on the
- 11:56Speaker 1: record just a couple of months earlier the US and
- 12:01Speaker 1: giving a speech about corruption Odessa in which he targeted
- 12:04Speaker 1: the Barisma CEO by name. So what changed? Joe Biden
- 12:10Speaker 1: got paid. Joe Biden got paid in a month later
- 12:16Speaker 1: that prosecutor, Victor Soken was fired. How was he fired?
- 12:22Speaker 1: For one reason? Joe Biden flew to Kiev, threatened to
- 12:26Speaker 1: withhold a billion dollars in usaid, which Ukraine desperately needed,
- 12:30Speaker 1: and said if you don't fire him, I'm leaving in
- 12:34Speaker 1: six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, quote unquote
- 12:38Speaker 1: you're not getting the money. That's what Biden said on
- 12:41Speaker 1: the record at the Council on Foreign Relations, and then
- 12:44Speaker 1: he said his famous line, well, son of a bitch,
- 12:47Speaker 1: he got fired. Now a Sookin's probe gathered speed at
- 12:51Speaker 1: the end of twenty fifteen. We also know that that
- 12:55Speaker 1: Barisma CEO ratchet up the pressure on Hunter Biden. We
- 12:59Speaker 1: know this from emails that have been found on Hunter
- 13:01Speaker 1: Biden's laptop. In an email to Hunter and Devon Archer
- 13:05Speaker 1: on November two, twenty fifteen, one month before that speakerphone call,
- 13:11Speaker 1: that CEO explicitly demanded that they use their influence to
- 13:15Speaker 1: close down quote unquote the criminal.
- 13:17Speaker 2: Investigation against Parisma.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Devin Archer also is expected to detail other speakerphone meetings
- 13:24Speaker 1: in his testimony, including a dinner at a restaurant in
- 13:28Speaker 1: Paris where Hunter whipped out his phone and put his
- 13:30Speaker 1: father on speaker to impress another group of quote prospective investors.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Hunter also performed the same quote party trick as many
- 13:41Speaker 1: as two dozen times in Archer's presence alone.
- 13:46Speaker 2: The Long Island.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Father born of three is expected to tell congressional investigators
- 13:51Speaker 1: all of this under oath. Now this also comes at a
- 13:55Speaker 1: time when another former business partner of the Biden crime family,
- 13:59Speaker 1: Tony Bobolinski, also recalls Hunter offering to get his father
- 14:03Speaker 1: on the phone during a meeting by the pool at
- 14:07Speaker 1: a chateau in La Quote. I am also aware of
- 14:12Speaker 1: other Biden family business associates confirming that Joe would take
- 14:18Speaker 1: phone calls from Hunter in the middle of business meetings
- 14:21Speaker 1: and would weigh in via speaker phone. Tony Bobolinsky says,
- 14:25Speaker 1: quote unquote, sitting with Hunter at the Marimount Hotel before
- 14:30Speaker 1: I first met Joe Biden on May sewo twenty seventeen,
- 14:35Speaker 1: Hunter was adamant that his father take his calls at
- 14:39Speaker 1: any time, no matter what his lawyers say, or with
- 14:43Speaker 1: gatekeepers like former Biden spokesman Kate Bettingfield playing interference.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Quote. The American people don't fully.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Appreciate yet the key role Joe Biden played in the
- 14:53Speaker 1: Biden family global influence peddling. I would equate it to
- 14:57Speaker 1: a chairman's role in a traditional business structure. These are
- 15:01Speaker 1: the words are their former business associate at Tony Bobolinski.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Babolinsky also we now know met with Joe Biden not once,
- 15:09Speaker 1: but twice in La in twenty seventeen alone why to
- 15:14Speaker 1: be vetted as CEO of a joint venture. Hunter and
- 15:17Speaker 1: his uncle Jim Biden were planning with Chinese energy company CEFE,
- 15:23Speaker 1: which would end up netting them millions and millions and
- 15:26Speaker 1: millions of dollars for no discernible product and or service.
- 15:32Speaker 1: They weren't selling anything, They didn't have a widget, they
- 15:35Speaker 1: didn't have a product. They just randomly started getting millions
- 15:38Speaker 1: of dollars for no discernible product or service.
- 15:43Speaker 2: And what is that called? That is called bribery, That
- 15:46Speaker 2: is called corruption.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Both meetings, by the way, at the Beverly Hilton were
- 15:52Speaker 1: in May of twenty seventeen, four months after Joe Biden
- 15:55Speaker 1: left office as the VP. Devin Archer refused to comment
- 15:59Speaker 1: yes yesterday, but a close associate said he is testifying
- 16:02Speaker 1: because he believes it is his civic duty quote unquote.
- 16:07Speaker 1: He has nothing to hide, no revenge to enact, nor
- 16:10Speaker 1: anyone to protect other than his family, and he feels
- 16:13Speaker 1: he has been handcuffed by the absurdly bogus fraud case
- 16:19Speaker 1: into remaining silent in a forum where he has immunity,
- 16:23Speaker 1: he can.
- 16:23Speaker 2: At least start to speak truth.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Since news broke by the way, the Devon Archer would
- 16:28Speaker 1: testify before the Republican Control Committee his family has been
- 16:32Speaker 1: receiving death threats and warnings to keep your mouth shut
- 16:36Speaker 1: quote unquote. During about one quarter of the speakerphone calls,
- 16:40Speaker 1: by the way, that were witnessed by Devin Archer, Hunter
- 16:43Speaker 1: would introduce his father to the foreigners with whom he
- 16:46Speaker 1: was well trying to gain or do business. They were
- 16:51Speaker 1: transacting business quote unquote, but at other times they said
- 16:55Speaker 1: he would speak to Joe without acknowledging that other people
- 16:59Speaker 1: are listening in. So it's not clear how often the
- 17:02Speaker 1: VP Biden was aware that he was being used as
- 17:04Speaker 1: leveraged by his son. Hunter told CBS News back in
- 17:08Speaker 1: twenty twenty one in that interview he did that he
- 17:11Speaker 1: spoke to his father quote every night. Archer also is
- 17:16Speaker 1: expected to testify about not one, but two different dinners
- 17:20Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden organized with his VP father to meet
- 17:24Speaker 1: business partners from Ukraine, business partners from Russia, business partners
- 17:31Speaker 1: from Kazakhstan in a private room at Georgetown restaurant Cafe
- 17:36Speaker 1: Milano in April of twenty fifteen, and another one in
- 17:41Speaker 1: early twenty sixteen. Barisma executive also attended the first dinner
- 17:46Speaker 1: on April the sixteenth of twenty fifteen, along with Russian
- 17:51Speaker 1: oligart billionaire Yelina Batterina and her husband, the former Moscow mayor.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Neither of these individuals have been sanctioned by the sanctions
- 18:03Speaker 1: that have gone in on Russian oligarchs to date since
- 18:06Speaker 1: they invaded Ukraine.
- 18:07Speaker 2: I wonder why.
- 18:09Speaker 1: We also know that after that dinner that night, the
- 18:12Speaker 1: very next day, Hunter received an email from one of
- 18:17Speaker 1: those corrupt individuals to thank them for introducing him to
- 18:21Speaker 1: his father, saying this, dear Hunter, thank you for inviting
- 18:25Speaker 1: me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your
- 18:27Speaker 1: father and spend some time together. Really an honor and pleasure.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden repeatedly has said that he knew nothing about
- 18:34Speaker 1: his son's overseas business dealings.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Set it over and over again. We know that's a
- 18:39Speaker 2: lie now.
- 18:42Speaker 6: Now.
- 18:42Speaker 1: A bomb show FBI document that was released last week
- 18:45Speaker 1: by Senator Chuck Grassley clearly described an allegation that the
- 18:49Speaker 1: Barrisma CEO told an FBI informant in twenty sixteen that
- 18:55Speaker 1: he had paid a ten million dollar bribe to Joe
- 18:58Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden quote to ensure sure the Ukraine prosecutor
- 19:03Speaker 1: Victor Sokn was fired. That CEO also allegedly claimed to
- 19:08Speaker 1: have two recordings of conversations that included Joe Biden and
- 19:14Speaker 1: more than fifteen recordings involving Hunter Biden, as well as
- 19:19Speaker 1: quote many text messages and two documents that the informant
- 19:22Speaker 1: understood to be wired transfer statements, bank records that record
- 19:27Speaker 1: payments to the Bidens that were made, presumably in exchange
- 19:32Speaker 1: for Victor Sokin's being fired. In the FBI document also
- 19:37Speaker 1: that's out known as the FD ten twenty three, the
- 19:41Speaker 1: CEO of Barrisma is quoted calling Joe Biden the big Guy.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Devin Archer, by the way, is expected to testify that
- 19:48Speaker 1: the Big Guy was the nickname used by Hunter's business
- 19:52Speaker 1: partners to refer to his father. Bob Alinsky also confirms
- 19:56Speaker 1: Joe Biden is the big Guy. In an a notorious
- 20:00Speaker 1: twenty seventeen email to Hunter and Bobolinski, their business partner,
- 20:06Speaker 1: James Galar, outlined percentage equity breakdowns of a joint venture
- 20:11Speaker 1: with a Chinese energy company CEFE, where no business was
- 20:17Speaker 1: actually being done with ZEFI. There was nothing they were
- 20:20Speaker 1: giving them, There was no expertise. That's the reason why
- 20:24Speaker 1: this deal is so shady, and it's clearly bribery. In
- 20:28Speaker 1: that email they had and it was spelled out with
- 20:32Speaker 1: ten held by h referring to Hunter for the big
- 20:36Speaker 1: guy ten percent of the company. The identity of the
- 20:39Speaker 1: big guy also formed part of the grand jury investigation
- 20:43Speaker 1: in Wilmington, Delaware into Hunter's business dealings. So let's just
- 20:48Speaker 1: back this up so you can put all this in context, okay,
- 20:52Speaker 1: and please share this with everyone you know, because this
- 20:54Speaker 1: is really important stuff here. Number one, what you need
- 20:59Speaker 1: to understand is this. You have a country, the United
- 21:04Speaker 1: States of America, Okay, that was saying that this Ukrainian
- 21:12Speaker 1: oligarch was corrupt as hell. That's what you had. It
- 21:15Speaker 1: was obvious, Okay, there's no way around it. That's number one.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Number Two, you have our own ambassador calling out this
- 21:26Speaker 1: Ukrainian oligarch by name, just months before we got the
- 21:31Speaker 1: investigation to stop into his corruption. Who was saying that
- 21:35Speaker 1: he was corrupt? So that was the official line of
- 21:37Speaker 1: the United States government from the ambassador.
- 21:40Speaker 2: That's a problem.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Then you have the fact that in Ukraine they knew
- 21:45Speaker 1: how corrupty was and he was in Dubai. Right, he
- 21:48Speaker 1: was an exile in Dubai and they were taking his
- 21:52Speaker 1: seizing his four houses, seizing plots of lands, seizing.
- 21:55Speaker 2: His Rolls Royce.
- 21:56Speaker 1: This guy's life was getting destroyed by this prosecutor. And
- 22:01Speaker 1: all he had to do was give ten million dollars
- 22:03Speaker 1: to the Biden crime family. And when he gave that
- 22:05Speaker 1: ten million dollars to the Biden crime family, they made
- 22:08Speaker 1: sure that prosecutor and America's foreign policy completely did a
- 22:12Speaker 1: one point eighty. It saved him. It was the best
- 22:16Speaker 1: ten million dollars he ever spent. When you're losing four houses,
- 22:20Speaker 1: losing rolls Royce, what's ten million dollars, when you're losing
- 22:23Speaker 1: your company, what's ten million dollars?
- 22:26Speaker 2: Just do the math. This is the best money they
- 22:28Speaker 2: ever spent.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Now, before I get into more of this story, I
- 22:32Speaker 1: want to say thank you and tell you about our
- 22:34Speaker 1: good friends at Patriot Mobile. They are now offering a
- 22:37Speaker 1: performance guarantee. If you're not happy with your coverage, you
- 22:40Speaker 1: can switch between the three major.

- 22:45Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. They
- 22:50Speaker 1: are for nationwide coverage on the best G four and
- 22:52Speaker 1: G five networks, the same network and towers are using
- 22:56Speaker 1: right now. The difference is not only do you get
- 22:59Speaker 1: the same great quality that you're used to, but they
- 23:03Speaker 1: actually are a company that fights to preserve or God
- 23:06Speaker 1: given rights and freedoms. So this year resolved to stop
- 23:11Speaker 1: spending your money with companies that don't align with your values.
- 23:14Speaker 1: In fact, actually fight against.
- 23:15Speaker 2: What you believe in. Switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 23:18Speaker 1: You'll be supporting First and Second Amendment groups, the rights

- 23:29Speaker 1: com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Or call them eight seven eight Patriot. You're gonna get
- 23:37Speaker 1: free activation with the offer code ferguson. That's eight seven
- 23:41Speaker 1: eight Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. You connect
- 23:46Speaker 1: all these dots now to where we're going. You have
- 23:49Speaker 1: the Democratic Opponent to the President of the United States
- 23:55Speaker 1: of America RFK saying hey, there needs to be an investigation.
- 23:59Speaker 1: You also have another headline that's broken on this, and
- 24:02Speaker 1: that is the FBI told David Weiss it partially corroborated.
- 24:08Speaker 1: The Biden bribery allegations were also being told. And then
- 24:12Speaker 1: you have the former Director of National Intelligence who was
- 24:18Speaker 1: on Fox Business Channel, and I want to play for
- 24:21Speaker 1: you what he had to say. This was a very
- 24:25Speaker 1: interesting exchange between John Ratcliffe and Larry Kudlow about all
- 24:31Speaker 1: of this with the bidens that's broken just the last
- 24:33Speaker 1: twenty four hours.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Listen, John, you see this story.
- 24:38Speaker 4: Bill Barr's Justice Department did look at the Bearisma stuff.
- 24:43Speaker 4: The FBI report which Chuck Grassley unleashed liberated last week
- 24:49Speaker 4: last Thursday, but the Bill Barr Justice Department did look
- 24:53Speaker 4: at it. The US attorney in Pittsford looked at it
- 24:56Speaker 4: and corroborated a lot you know in this report, very
- 24:59Speaker 4: serious stuff. It was Joe Biden who coerced the Barisma
- 25:03Speaker 4: guy for five million bucks to give him and his son. Now,
- 25:06Speaker 4: the Pittsburgh US attorneys, I understand it, looked at it,
- 25:10Speaker 4: corroborated some of it, and then sent it.
- 25:12Speaker 2: To Delaware where it died. Everything dies in Delaware.
- 25:16Speaker 4: We're going to run a movie John Racliffe death in Delaware, Okay,
- 25:21Speaker 4: anything to do with Delaware. I mean, this is like
- 25:24Speaker 4: the big black legal hole, for God's sakes, But this
- 25:28Speaker 4: stuff's going to surface again, won't it. Biden will never
- 25:30Speaker 4: get out of this.
- 25:31Speaker 6: Oh no, absolutely. So to that point, Larry, this FD
- 25:36Speaker 6: ten to twenty three, the form that you're talking about,
- 25:38Speaker 6: which came from a highly credible FBI source that they'd
- 25:41Speaker 6: paid a lot of money to over the years, then
- 25:44Speaker 6: became even more credible to your point, when the Pittsburgh
- 25:48Speaker 6: FBI office corroborated some of what was in there about
- 25:52Speaker 6: these allegations. And yet after that in Delaware, the assistant
- 25:57Speaker 6: the United States Attorney not only kept that document from
- 26:02Speaker 6: the criminal investigators we heard from the whistleblowers testify to
- 26:06Speaker 6: that fact, but precluded any further inquiry into that. So,
- 26:10Speaker 6: you know, I mean, the one question that has to
- 26:12Speaker 6: be asked about this that will really tell the tale, Larry,
- 26:15Speaker 6: is is, after all of this, did the FBI do
- 26:20Speaker 6: anything further with this confidential human source. Did they ask
- 26:23Speaker 6: him to record Nikola Zlotchevski, the Barisma president, from that
- 26:30Speaker 6: twenty three form? And if they didn't do that, Larry,
- 26:32Speaker 6: that means that the FBI didn't want more evidence, that
- 26:35Speaker 6: they weren't looking for more evidence, and that they were
- 26:38Speaker 6: shutting things down.
- 26:39Speaker 4: I'm telling you it's death in Delaware. Make it at
- 26:42Speaker 4: least the Broadway show. You don't get. What happens is
- 26:45Speaker 4: you go across that Delaware Memorial Bridge and you wind
- 26:48Speaker 4: up in the ocean. You don't get. You don't get
- 26:50Speaker 4: anywhere else. It's unbelievable something about Delaware. No justice can
- 26:55Speaker 4: be found.
- 26:56Speaker 2: No justice can be found. You go back to this report.
- 27:00Speaker 1: The FBI told the US Prosecutor David Weiss that the
- 27:03Speaker 1: bureau partially corroborated the claims that the Brismaholdings founder bribed
- 27:08Speaker 1: then Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden with five
- 27:10Speaker 1: million dollars each. In fact, the Pittsburgh FBI Field Office
- 27:15Speaker 1: corroborated several details contained in the FBI Informant Record as
- 27:20Speaker 1: part of the intake process that the former Attorney General
- 27:23Speaker 1: Bill Barr established. A source with knowledge of the process
- 27:27Speaker 1: told the federalists over the weekend the FBI's Pittsburgh office
- 27:31Speaker 1: was the clearing house for the information originating from Ukraine
- 27:35Speaker 1: to root out any potential disinformation quote unquote. The Pittsburgh
- 27:42Speaker 1: FBI office reportedly told David Weiss about their corroborated facts
- 27:48Speaker 1: stemming from the informant's FD ten to twenty three form,
- 27:52Speaker 1: including the travel records the FBI informant detailed in the
- 27:55Speaker 1: form in various times. The informant claim to visit cities
- 27:59Speaker 1: and England and Austria to gather the intelligence quote unquote.
- 28:05Speaker 2: The source also told.
- 28:07Speaker 1: The Federalists the FBI informants handler corroborated the informance claims
- 28:14Speaker 1: of meeting with these top individuals, and one man who
- 28:19Speaker 1: allegedly witnessed conversations between the CEO, Barisma and the FBI informant,
- 28:24Speaker 1: backing up the FBI informant story. We also know they
- 28:29Speaker 1: say that Osabenko introduced the informant to that CEO and
- 28:33Speaker 1: works in some office for the administration of Ukraine's President Zelenski.
- 28:39Speaker 1: The Formed states, which would be backed up now by
- 28:42Speaker 1: all this corroborating evidence. David Weiss also was aware, apparently
- 28:48Speaker 1: that the FBI informant had a scheduled meeting with Ostapenko.
- 28:53Speaker 1: According to the source, the upcoming meeting was reportedly corroborated
- 28:56Speaker 1: by one of the visits the informant claim in the
- 29:00Speaker 1: forum to have conducted with out Stepenko.
- 29:03Speaker 2: So to be clear, you.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Have multiple people claiming the same things that don't know
- 29:06Speaker 1: each other, that don't know that each person is telling
- 29:09Speaker 1: the same story. You have flights backing it up, you
- 29:13Speaker 1: have emails backing it up, you have GPS data backing
- 29:15Speaker 1: it up. You have others that are backing up that
- 29:18Speaker 1: they witnessed the meeting take place, who don't know they're
- 29:20Speaker 1: talking to the FBI informants on the same issue, and
- 29:24Speaker 1: what happened not a damn thing. They covered it up
- 29:28Speaker 1: at the FBI. Quote Because the FBI's Pittsburgh office was
- 29:32Speaker 1: only the clearing house for the information originating from Ukraine.
- 29:37Speaker 1: The Pittsburgh office reportedly lacked Life's authority of subpoena power
- 29:43Speaker 1: to fully confirm the FBI informance report. It appears Wis's
- 29:48Speaker 1: purposefully never followed up on the informance report in his
- 29:52Speaker 1: investigation of Hunter and Joe Biden.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Well, isn't that convenient?
- 29:57Speaker 1: Although he admitted in July the FBI and formant form
- 30:01Speaker 1: alleging the Biden family bribes as part of quote as
- 30:04Speaker 1: he described an ongoing investigation. So if you want to
- 30:07Speaker 1: know who David Weiss is, he's the guy that covers
- 30:09Speaker 1: for the guys that were committing the crimes. That's what
- 30:12Speaker 1: it looks like right now. The IRS whistleblowers, by the way,
- 30:16Speaker 1: claim the Justice Department politically interfered in their investigation.
- 30:20Speaker 2: Will it makes sense now? In June, Hunter Biden agreed.
- 30:24Speaker 1: To plead guilty to nothing right to two tax charges
- 30:28Speaker 1: and one gun charge. The gun charge will go away.
- 30:31Speaker 1: The whistleblower is alleged that the US attorney, the Assistant
- 30:34Speaker 1: US Attorney Leslie Wolf, refused to allow investigators to ask
- 30:40Speaker 1: about Joe Biden, even being the big guy. The assistant
- 30:44Speaker 1: US Attorney Leslie Wolf also allegedly cautioned the investigation team
- 30:49Speaker 1: from searching Joe Biden's guest house in Delaware for evidence
- 30:52Speaker 1: against Hunter Biden because of quote the optics. Moreover, Foreign
- 30:58Speaker 1: Agent's Registration Act known as fair of violations. We're a
- 31:03Speaker 1: part of the Hunter Biden criminal probe, warranting a special counsel.
- 31:09Speaker 1: The IRS agent whistleblowers testified to that on Wednesday, saying, quote,
- 31:14Speaker 1: we are not a part of the investigation anymore. IRS
- 31:18Speaker 1: Agent Joseph Ziegler said to lawmakers that's our whole point
- 31:22Speaker 1: of a special council.
- 31:24Speaker 2: Quote.
- 31:25Speaker 1: I still view that a special council for this case
- 31:28Speaker 1: would have cut through the toughness and the toughest of
- 31:33Speaker 1: problems that continue to make problems for this case, Zieglor
- 31:38Speaker 1: testified to Congress. Every time you think this thing couldn't
- 31:42Speaker 1: get worse, it does. Every time you think that the
- 31:48Speaker 1: corruption couldn't be worse than what you thought it was,
- 31:50Speaker 1: it does. Every time you find out that people are
- 31:54Speaker 1: covering for one another, you're like, surely that couldn't actually happen.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Surely this people couldn't be covering up. Guess what happens.
- 32:02Speaker 1: They are all covering up. It is disgusting. Make sure
- 32:06Speaker 1: you share this share our podcast with everyone you know
- 32:10Speaker 1: so they can hear all of this intel that the
- 32:12Speaker 1: media is not telling you.
