For Lynne Roberts, the chance to coach the Los Angeles Sparks came not because she was looking to leave Utah, or wanted a change, but thanks to a combination of factors well beyond her control and a bottomless desire to compete with and against the very best. She joins host Howard Megdal to discuss both the ways she intends to utilize her advanced offensive strategy in the WNBA and what it means for women's basketball as a whole that coaches are finally getting paid in the league the way the job should have always been compensated.
