- 0:01Speaker 1: Nice to have you on the Ben Ferguson podcast. We've
- 0:03Speaker 1: got a lot to cover today, and it deals with
- 0:07Speaker 1: Eric Squalwell saying we're not going to give up on
- 0:10Speaker 1: what's going on with what's happened with a capital riots.
- 0:13Speaker 1: In fact, we need a nine to eleven commission and
- 0:16Speaker 1: a white nationalism task force, implying that everybody that voted
- 0:21Speaker 1: for Donald Trump should be looked at from the government
- 0:23Speaker 1: as a threat as a white nationalist and there needs
- 0:26Speaker 1: to be a task force to deal with you. Also,
- 0:29Speaker 1: Joe Biden is now called for more gun control. What's
- 0:32Speaker 1: actually in this gun control is a set of rules
- 0:36Speaker 1: that no one could really abide by and still keep
- 0:39Speaker 1: their freedom and their right to bear arms. I'll give
- 0:43Speaker 1: you those details in a moment. And also the Minneapolis
- 0:46Speaker 1: Police Department. Yeah, now, Minneapolis are going to spend six
- 0:49Speaker 1: point four million dollars to recruit more police officers after
- 0:52Speaker 1: they try to define the police because crime started control
- 0:55Speaker 1: that even the liberals there saying okay, enough, please help us. Yes,
- 0:58Speaker 1: I didn't take long, did it. Nope, not very long
- 1:01Speaker 1: at all, less than a year, and they're already begging
- 1:03Speaker 1: for more police officers after they said the police were terrorists.
- 1:07Speaker 1: There's some sort of domestic terrorists, and we wanted to
- 1:08Speaker 1: abolish the police department and get rid of them. But
- 1:11Speaker 1: let me start with Swalwell. Tonight. You go back to
- 1:15Speaker 1: impeachment and the Democrats failed again. Donald Trump will go
- 1:18Speaker 1: down history as being the most acquitted president in history.
- 1:22Speaker 1: I love that again. Use that with your family and
- 1:24Speaker 1: your friends, because they try to talk to you about
- 1:27Speaker 1: how this, you know, to try to legitimize what happened
- 1:30Speaker 1: with Donald Trump. There's no way to legitimize it. It's
- 1:32Speaker 1: absurd what they try to do to him. And remind
- 1:34Speaker 1: them that because I'll really hack them off. But I
- 1:37Speaker 1: told you with a second go around, and I warned
- 1:40Speaker 1: you this had nothing to do really with Donald Trump.
- 1:45Speaker 1: This was actually about indicting you. It was about saying,
- 1:49Speaker 1: look at you. You're a white nationalist, you are a racist,
- 1:53Speaker 1: you're a bigot. You're a violent person. You don't deserve
- 1:57Speaker 1: to own a gun, you don't deserve to have a
- 1:59Speaker 1: see it the table if you voted for Donald Trump. No,
- 2:02Speaker 1: almost seventy five million Americans voted for Donald Trump. But
- 2:05Speaker 1: this was about indicting you, and it failed again miserably
- 2:09Speaker 1: and Democrats have egg all over their face, but it
- 2:12Speaker 1: doesn't matter because in their mind this was a victory.
- 2:16Speaker 1: The democrats impeachment stunt was about declaring that you are
- 2:20Speaker 1: a racist. It was not really even about Donald Trump.
- 2:25Speaker 1: It was about saying, well, because of what happened on
- 2:27Speaker 1: January sixth, we have to start treating conservatives differently. We
- 2:35Speaker 1: have to treat conservatives, evangelicals, white conservatives differently. We need
- 2:42Speaker 1: to look at you as nothing but a white nationalist.
- 2:45Speaker 1: We need to look at you as a racist. We
- 2:46Speaker 1: need to treat you like a terrorist or a terrorist organization. Now,
- 2:54Speaker 1: I want you to hear this conversation from MSNBC, which
- 2:57Speaker 1: goes back to the point I've been warning you about.
- 3:00Speaker 1: This is all about January the sixth. Is a way
- 3:02Speaker 1: to get to Clein's Republicans from having a voice anywhere
- 3:10Speaker 1: if you supported Donald Trump. This is a way for
- 3:13Speaker 1: big tech to silence people. This way for big tech
- 3:15Speaker 1: to shut down groups like Project Very TOSS and get
- 3:19Speaker 1: rid of people like Mike Lindell, and get rid of
- 3:21Speaker 1: Donald Trump, the president of the United States America at
- 3:23Speaker 1: the time. This is about them saying we're gonna bang
- 3:26Speaker 1: you forever and you're never allowed to come back. This
- 3:28Speaker 1: is what they have done. This is how it works, right,
- 3:31Speaker 1: this is it, This is everything. And Eric Swalwell is
- 3:35Speaker 1: a guy that slept literally with the enemy. That's a
- 3:38Speaker 1: guy who says, we need a nine to eleven commission
- 3:42Speaker 1: not to look at foreign governments, No, we need a
- 3:44Speaker 1: nine to eleven commission to look at people that supported
- 3:47Speaker 1: Donald Trump. This is the guy that actually slept with
- 3:51Speaker 1: a spy, a Chinese communist spy. Apparently for years his
- 3:57Speaker 1: girlfriend was a spy for China, top level spy, using
- 4:02Speaker 1: this information quite possibly to go after and kill Americans
- 4:05Speaker 1: around the world find out who are spies? Aren't you
- 4:07Speaker 1: get my point? And this guy's now lecturing us that, yeah, okay,
- 4:12Speaker 1: we had another impeachment. It failed. However, we're not going
- 4:15Speaker 1: to end it there. And that's exactly the question that
- 4:17Speaker 1: MSNBC asked of him. MSNBC is where they say, then, well, okay,
- 4:21Speaker 1: well now what Eric, what are we you going to
- 4:23Speaker 1: do now? Right? You? You don't have this saying the
- 4:25Speaker 1: second time, so are you guys? It's gonna move on now.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Notice this MSNBC anchor, she already knows the answer the question,
- 4:35Speaker 1: and she leads him in how to answer the question.
- 4:38Speaker 1: They've already talked off the air, they already set this up, right, Hey,
- 4:42Speaker 1: I'm sure Eric's like, look, this is what I need
- 4:43Speaker 1: you to ask me so I can go off on
- 4:45Speaker 1: these terrorists. He's domestic terrorists, he's white naturalists, these Trump supporters,
- 4:49Speaker 1: because that's really what the second impeachment was about. The
- 4:52Speaker 1: first one was about Donald Trump, the second one was
- 4:54Speaker 1: about the Donald Trump supporter. And that is exactly why
- 5:00Speaker 1: Eric Swawell is saying, no, no no, no, this is just
- 5:01Speaker 1: the beginning, folks. Yeah, we may not have impeached on Trump,
- 5:04Speaker 1: that's okay. We're now going to use this as a
- 5:06Speaker 1: catalyst for us to get a nine to eleven commission,
- 5:10Speaker 1: a white nationalist task force. We've just begun. We haven't ended,
- 5:15Speaker 1: We're just getting started. So is the House just gonna
- 5:20Speaker 1: wipe its hands of this now and move on, or
- 5:22Speaker 1: will there be a nine to eleven SALTH commission looking
- 5:25Speaker 1: into how January sixth happened? Or is there more investigating
- 5:29Speaker 1: that will be done. There's no moving on. January six
- 5:34Speaker 1: is a day, sadly that we'll all remember. I do
- 5:37Speaker 1: think that, by the way, you notice that first thing,
- 5:39Speaker 1: there is no moving on. You've been warned. I just
- 5:44Speaker 1: warned you, and so did Eric Swallwell, there is no
- 5:48Speaker 1: moving on. We are not going to say that this
- 5:51Speaker 1: is over. We're not going to stop harassing Trump supporters.
- 5:54Speaker 1: We're not going to stop saying that they're white nationalists.
- 5:56Speaker 1: We're not going to start trying to keep taking away
- 5:58Speaker 1: their rights, which go back to the gun and more
- 6:01Speaker 1: gun control calls demands from from the Biden administration. I'll
- 6:04Speaker 1: get to that in a second, but Eric Swawell just
- 6:08Speaker 1: set there. We are not that We're not going to
- 6:10Speaker 1: end this. This is not going to just randomly stop.
- 6:14Speaker 1: We're not defeated with him teaching two point oh. We're
- 6:17Speaker 1: still going to go forward and go after every Trump
- 6:21Speaker 1: supporter in America. This is about not about Donald Trump.
- 6:24Speaker 1: This is about you and if you voted for Donald
- 6:26Speaker 1: Trump day sadly, but we'll all remember. I do think
- 6:29Speaker 1: that we have to take an approach that we took
- 6:32Speaker 1: after September eleven and root out white nationalism terrorism from
- 6:37Speaker 1: our country. I do believe we need a September eleven
- 6:40Speaker 1: style commission. Take it outside of Congress. I don't want
- 6:42Speaker 1: this in Congress. Frankly, I think it should be an
- 6:45Speaker 1: independent commission. So there you go. You've now been equated
- 6:48Speaker 1: with the terrorist attack of nine eleven. You've now been
- 6:50Speaker 1: equitted with a sambin laden and al Qaeda. They want
- 6:53Speaker 1: to treat the insurrection at the capitol, which, by the way,
- 6:57Speaker 1: was an unarmed insurrection. There were not people with a
- 6:59Speaker 1: bunch of a or rs or bombs. There was not
- 7:02Speaker 1: a bunch of planes that were flown into buildings. There's
- 7:05Speaker 1: a bunch of really angry people that obviously did something
- 7:07Speaker 1: that was against the law, and they deserve to be
- 7:09Speaker 1: punished for that. But to say that this is somehow
- 7:12Speaker 1: growing calls for the formation of a commission to fully
- 7:15Speaker 1: investigate the events of January the sixth and treat the
- 7:18Speaker 1: people like their al Qaeda like nine to eleven is
- 7:20Speaker 1: also absurd. But then again, you just heard Eric Schwalla.
- 7:24Speaker 1: We'll never let this go away, this will never end.
- 7:26Speaker 1: This is good for us. So we're gonna have a
- 7:29Speaker 1: nine to eleven commission, is what he's saying. We're gonna
- 7:31Speaker 1: have a white nationalism task force, and we're going to
- 7:34Speaker 1: tell you that anybody was involved or supported the president
- 7:37Speaker 1: basically is al Qaida and Osama bin Laden. Just the
- 7:39Speaker 1: same way we treated the people after nine to eleven,
- 7:41Speaker 1: We're gonna treat you after January the sixth. They're actually
- 7:44Speaker 1: equating January the sixth with the same thing to happen
- 7:46Speaker 1: on nine to eleven, and they are totally different. And
- 7:49Speaker 1: everybody should know that. Appointed outside of Congress, from scholars, experts,
- 7:55Speaker 1: states persons who can tell us, you know what happened
- 7:58Speaker 1: and how we can defeat it. And then inside Congress
- 8:02Speaker 1: that's where we can pass Adam Shifts Protect Our Democracy Act,
- 8:05Speaker 1: which would really clean up a lot of the vulnerabilities
- 8:08Speaker 1: that Donald Trump exposed. Speaking of investigating white supremacy and
- 8:14Speaker 1: white nationalism, do you think the intelligence communities should make
- 8:19Speaker 1: a shift towards focusing more on that after everything we've seen,
- 8:23Speaker 1: rather than focusing on international terrorism. Is domestic terrorism something
- 8:28Speaker 1: that really needs to be taken seriously given what we
- 8:32Speaker 1: saw on January sixth, They're going to have to do both,
- 8:36Speaker 1: and they're going to need, i believe, at the Department
- 8:38Speaker 1: of Justice a white nationalism a task force to make
- 8:42Speaker 1: sure that they are understanding at the earliest of ages
- 8:45Speaker 1: how people are being radicalized. If there are in fact,
- 8:48Speaker 1: training camps, and in our evidence we found that the
- 8:51Speaker 1: Oath keepers a group in particular that they do have
- 8:54Speaker 1: like training camps and an initiation process, very much like
- 8:58Speaker 1: international terrorist groups. So we're not to make sure we
- 9:01Speaker 1: use all the tools and resources we have to find
- 9:03Speaker 1: these groups to defeat these groups and then bring them
- 9:07Speaker 1: to justice in the courts. So we're gonna they're gonna
- 9:11Speaker 1: come after us like we're al Qaeda. Get your head
- 9:17Speaker 1: around this. What puts you in the White Nationalism Task Force?
- 9:23Speaker 1: You noticed that he didn't mention anything about about January
- 9:27Speaker 1: sixth in his response there. This is about Donald Trump supporters,
- 9:33Speaker 1: That's what this is about. This is about Donald Trump supporters.
- 9:41Speaker 1: This is about Donald Trump influencers. This is about people
- 9:45Speaker 1: on Facebook and Twitter, just like I'm on Facebook and
- 9:48Speaker 1: Twitter just like most of you are, and making sure
- 9:50Speaker 1: we get rid of you. That's what this is about.
- 9:58Speaker 1: We're gonna have a nine eleven Commission and a White
- 10:01Speaker 1: Nationalism Task Force to go out there and find Trump
- 10:03Speaker 1: supporters and we'll put them on the list and we'll
- 10:05Speaker 1: say they're a white nationalist. So if I continue to
- 10:08Speaker 1: be an outspoken conservative, I now risk being called a
- 10:12Speaker 1: white nationalist. I now risk being on their hit list.
- 10:16Speaker 1: I now risk the federal government investigating me because I
- 10:21Speaker 1: am now what they refer to as a white nationalist. Wow, Okay,
- 10:30Speaker 1: that's great to know. So this is what we're gonna
- 10:34Speaker 1: do now, which leads me to my second point and
- 10:41Speaker 1: a point that is very very very very concerning, and
- 10:45Speaker 1: it deals with guns. So you'll want to know now
- 10:49Speaker 1: what the administration has decided to do. You want to
- 10:53Speaker 1: know now what they're deciding is important for them to
- 10:56Speaker 1: focus on, to chat about, to talk about. It's now
- 11:00Speaker 1: about taking away your guns, because these two things really
- 11:05Speaker 1: go well hand in hand. Right. You go out there
- 11:09Speaker 1: and you do a great job. You go out there
- 11:13Speaker 1: and you do an amazing job telling everybody we have
- 11:17Speaker 1: a white nationalism problem. Do we have white nationalists out
- 11:21Speaker 1: there that you need to be worried about, that we
- 11:23Speaker 1: have issues with these with these white supremacists that are
- 11:27Speaker 1: Trump supporters. And it gives you a really, really really
- 11:31Speaker 1: great platform to then sell gun control because if you
- 11:37Speaker 1: tell everybody in America that there's seventy five million Americans
- 11:41Speaker 1: that you can't trust with a gun, that they are
- 11:43Speaker 1: white nationalists, that they're domestic terrorists that we need to do.
- 11:46Speaker 1: We need to treat them like al Qaeda on nine
- 11:49Speaker 1: to eleven, and we need to have a nine to
- 11:52Speaker 1: eleven style commission. There's a lot of people that might
- 11:57Speaker 1: listen to your argument for maybe these evil quote weapons
- 12:00Speaker 1: of war should be banned. Biden has now called for
- 12:04Speaker 1: more gun control just days after failing to impeach Donald
- 12:07Speaker 1: Trump for a second time, including now holding gunmakers responsible
- 12:12Speaker 1: for criminal actions. Now, let me explain to you how
- 12:16Speaker 1: stupid this is why Democrats want to hold gunmakers responsible
- 12:23Speaker 1: for criminal actions, because they know that no one could
- 12:26Speaker 1: afford the lawsuits to defend them, or the insurance and
- 12:29Speaker 1: know they would insurance inmoth they're held liable for the
- 12:32Speaker 1: actions of others. Here's a perfect example. Imagine if every
- 12:37Speaker 1: time somebody got in a car wreck where someone died
- 12:41Speaker 1: or was seriously injured because they were under the influence
- 12:43Speaker 1: of alcohol, that you could then sue, okay, the automobile
- 12:53Speaker 1: manufacturer for killing your family member. Imagine what would happen.
- 13:00Speaker 1: I want I want you to think about this. Imagine
- 13:03Speaker 1: what would happen. Nobody could afford to sell you a
- 13:10Speaker 1: car because they don't know what you're gonna do with
- 13:13Speaker 1: that car. But if you say that if I get
- 13:15Speaker 1: hit in a car accent, I've been in a car
- 13:16Speaker 1: accident with a drunk driver. He died, We lived. If
- 13:19Speaker 1: he would have killed us and the family could have
- 13:21Speaker 1: sued that, you know, Chevy, the pickup truck that he
- 13:24Speaker 1: was in, Chevy would cease to exist. No one can
- 13:26Speaker 1: operate under those circumstances. Imagine that if every time someone
- 13:31Speaker 1: died in a house fire, you could sue the home builder.
- 13:34Speaker 1: It wouldn't work, right, It would not work if that
- 13:39Speaker 1: was how the world. There's no way. What if every
- 13:42Speaker 1: time someone killed somebody drunk driving you could sue Jack
- 13:48Speaker 1: Daniels or Jim Bean or Miller Light or cars Light.
- 13:51Speaker 1: No one could. No one could afford to produce alcohol
- 13:54Speaker 1: at that point, be impossible to pursue to afford it
- 13:59Speaker 1: because you would have so many lawsuits and no one
- 14:01Speaker 1: would write that insurance. That is exactly why Joe Biden
- 14:04Speaker 1: is now calling for more gun control, including holding gunmakers
- 14:08Speaker 1: responsible for criminal actions, because they know that they were
- 14:10Speaker 1: able to do that, that there was no bun out
- 14:13Speaker 1: there that could sell a gun anymore. Three years ago,
- 14:17Speaker 1: you had an unhinged lunatic that walked into these storman
- 14:20Speaker 1: Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, opened fire with a
- 14:23Speaker 1: semi automatic rifle. Out of this ensuing investigation, a committee
- 14:27Speaker 1: suggests that such events could be prevented by allowing train
- 14:30Speaker 1: staff members to carry defensive firearms, in addition to banning
- 14:36Speaker 1: federal dollars from being used to train teachers in self defense.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Biden used the anniversary of the Parkland shooting to reiterate
- 14:44Speaker 1: his call for a unilateral ban on quote assault style
- 14:47Speaker 1: weapons and other gun issues. Today, I'm calling on Congress
- 14:53Speaker 1: to a common sense gun law reforms, including requiring background
- 14:57Speaker 1: checks and all gun sales, banning assault weapons and high
- 14:59Speaker 1: capath see magazines, and eliminating immunity for gun manufacturers who
- 15:03Speaker 1: knowingly put weapons of war on our streets. So any
- 15:07Speaker 1: weapon that they decide a weapon of war, they want
- 15:09Speaker 1: you to be able to then sue if that if
- 15:11Speaker 1: that gun is used unlawfully, buy an individual in society,
- 15:14Speaker 1: and they want you to sue that gun manufacturer and
- 15:16Speaker 1: put them out of business. They're gonna do the same
- 15:19Speaker 1: thing with cars. They're gonna do the same thing with ladders.
- 15:22Speaker 1: They're gonna do the same thing with anything that can
- 15:27Speaker 1: kill you. I'm serious. You can die a lot of
- 15:31Speaker 1: different ways in this country. You're gonna allow this to
- 15:34Speaker 1: happen with everything else. They want to ban all assault weapons.
- 15:45Speaker 1: The term, by the way, means nothing. It means any
- 15:48Speaker 1: gun they don't like. That's what it means. When they
- 15:52Speaker 1: say they want to ban assault weapons. What they say
- 15:54Speaker 1: is any gun that looks scary to us, we want
- 15:56Speaker 1: to ban. And by the way, if you ban assault
- 15:59Speaker 1: WebP and it doesn't mean the bad guys are gonna
- 16:01Speaker 1: follow the rules and that they're not gonna use these guns.
- 16:03Speaker 1: They're gonna keep using them because they don't care if
- 16:05Speaker 1: they get caught, right, they could care less. They have
- 16:12Speaker 1: no desire to follow the rules. There is no possible
- 16:19Speaker 1: way that any companies could survive what Joe Biden just said.
- 16:23Speaker 1: He also says they're gonna be in high capacity magazines. Okay,
- 16:25Speaker 1: what does that mean? That means anything that has over
- 16:29Speaker 1: They say ten bullets. They say, no one needs more
- 16:32Speaker 1: than ten bullets in a magazine, right, high capacity magazine,
- 16:34Speaker 1: No one needs that, they say, So they picked an
- 16:38Speaker 1: arbitrary number, and they said you can't have more than
- 16:41Speaker 1: ten bullets I've been in a shooting, I can tell
- 16:45Speaker 1: you ten bullets is not that many when you have
- 16:48Speaker 1: two people that are shooting at you. And let's go
- 16:52Speaker 1: back to the bad guys. Do anybody think the bad
- 16:54Speaker 1: guys are gonna limit the size of their magazines. Of
- 16:56Speaker 1: course not. They're gonna be coming at you with fifty rounds,
- 17:00Speaker 1: thirty rounds, one hundred rounds that they want to and
- 17:02Speaker 1: they'll empty that sucker on you and pin you down
- 17:07Speaker 1: until you lose because you only have ten bullets, like
- 17:10Speaker 1: Barney Fife. So who does this penalize? It? Penalize you,
- 17:15Speaker 1: the law biding says. And that doesn't want to go
- 17:16Speaker 1: to jail because the guy that's committing the crime is
- 17:19Speaker 1: not going to sit there and go, hey, I'm gonna
- 17:20Speaker 1: commit a crime, but I'm only gonna do it with
- 17:21Speaker 1: ten bullets. They're going to have the magazines that the
- 17:25Speaker 1: government says you can't have. Nevertheless, this is what democrats
- 17:35Speaker 1: are focused on today. You notice they're not focused on
- 17:37Speaker 1: the economy. They're focused on green alternative energy. We also
- 17:41Speaker 1: have these hilarious story today of all of these windmills
- 17:44Speaker 1: and Texas that are frozen solid, so they're now having
- 17:47Speaker 1: to use jet engines on helicopters to spray chemicals that
- 17:51Speaker 1: come from petroleum to get them unfrozen because they're doing
- 17:55Speaker 1: rolling blackouts because the temperatures are so low in Texas,
- 17:59Speaker 1: and fifty percent of the turbines aren't spinning right now
- 18:02Speaker 1: because they're frozen solid. So we're gonna use fossil fuels
- 18:07Speaker 1: to get the helicopter in the air. Fossil fuel we're
- 18:11Speaker 1: gonna use. We're gonna use oil and gas derivatives to
- 18:14Speaker 1: spray on these turbines that all the way. But I
- 18:18Speaker 1: also use a lot of oil to spin right as
- 18:22Speaker 1: a lubri kant and hydraulic oil. And we're gonna do
- 18:26Speaker 1: all of this in the name of green energy. Got it?
- 18:30Speaker 1: Glad we cleared that up. I'll say it again. You
- 18:36Speaker 1: look at what they're doing right now, whether it is
- 18:38Speaker 1: gun control, whether it's Eric Swalwell coming out and saying
- 18:42Speaker 1: we need a nine to eleven Commission and a white
- 18:45Speaker 1: Nationalism task Force. They're trying to control youth. That is
- 18:49Speaker 1: what this is about. This is nothing more than control.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Make no mistake. This is about control. This is about
- 18:59Speaker 1: making sure they can tell you what you can and
- 19:01Speaker 1: cannot do with your life. Why do you think they're
- 19:07Speaker 1: obsessed with guns right now? It's for this reason. If
- 19:12Speaker 1: they can own you, if they can control you, if
- 19:17Speaker 1: they can silence you, if they can take away your
- 19:22Speaker 1: weapons and treat you like you are a terrorist because
- 19:25Speaker 1: you voted for Donald Trump, it is game on for them.
- 19:32Speaker 1: That is what this is. And let's go back to
- 19:35Speaker 1: defunding the police for just a second. Minneapolis is so
- 19:40Speaker 1: of a crime right now, so many people are dying
- 19:42Speaker 1: there after they said they were going to defund the police,
- 19:45Speaker 1: that Minneapolis is having to spend six point four million
- 19:48Speaker 1: in emergency funds to recruit more police officers. Minneapolis now
- 19:53Speaker 1: says they're gonna have to spend six point four million
- 19:55Speaker 1: to hire dozens of police officers, even as the city
- 19:57Speaker 1: council members and some activists are advocating to place the
- 20:00Speaker 1: police department all together with a community outreach group. I'm
- 20:04Speaker 1: not kidding. Minneapolis now planning the six point four million
- 20:08Speaker 1: dollars spree to hire dozens of police officer at a
- 20:14Speaker 1: time when some city council members and activist groups have
- 20:16Speaker 1: been saying no, no no, no matter what, don't bring them back. However,
- 20:22Speaker 1: so much crime has happened in Minneapolis since the death
- 20:25Speaker 1: of George Floyd and the defund the police movement that
- 20:28Speaker 1: the city Council voted unanimously on Friday to approve the
- 20:30Speaker 1: additional funding that police requested. The department says it only
- 20:37Speaker 1: has six hundred and thirty eight officers available to work,
- 20:40Speaker 1: more than two hundred fewer than usual. An unprecedented number
- 20:43Speaker 1: officers quit or when an extended medical lead after Floyd's
- 20:47Speaker 1: death and the underrest that followed, which included the burning
- 20:51Speaker 1: of police precincts. By the way, the people that did that,
- 20:54Speaker 1: just so you know, the Vice President States America, Kamala Harris,
- 20:57Speaker 1: actually raised money to bail them out of jail. They're
- 21:01Speaker 1: now desperate for new recruiting classes. The city anticipates it
- 21:04Speaker 1: will have six hundred and seventy four officers available by
- 21:07Speaker 1: the end of the year, with another twenty eight in
- 21:09Speaker 1: the hiring process. But we still have a major problem.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Crime is out of control. Took them less than a
- 21:17Speaker 1: year to figure out that if you defund the police,
- 21:19Speaker 1: that a bunch of people are going to die because
- 21:20Speaker 1: of that decision. These people are idiots, but right now
- 21:26Speaker 1: they're in charge. Right now, they are the ones calling
- 21:30Speaker 1: the shots. This is all about attacking people. This is
- 21:37Speaker 1: all about gun control. This is all about taking away
- 21:41Speaker 1: your rights. This is all about making sure that you
- 21:45Speaker 1: don't have the right to do anything. Look at look
- 21:47Speaker 1: at how they're treating members of Congress right now, even
- 21:49Speaker 1: the Democratic Party putting up these metal detectors, acting like that.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Conservatives can't be trusted with guns. Members of Congress cannot
- 21:59Speaker 1: be trusted with guns. You know. There's another thing about
- 22:07Speaker 1: this gun control legislation, and there was this psychiatric part
- 22:12Speaker 1: of the bill. This new Democratic bill would expand the
- 22:14Speaker 1: ability of the government to survey and spy on gun owners.
- 22:19Speaker 1: And part of this bill meant that you had to
- 22:22Speaker 1: go to the government for a psychiatric evaluation, and if
- 22:28Speaker 1: you didn't pass the psych evaluation, you would lose your
- 22:30Speaker 1: right to own a gun, or to purchase a gun,
- 22:32Speaker 1: or to protect and defend your family. Dana Lash, who
- 22:36Speaker 1: is a Second Amendment advocate, was on Sean Hanny's show
- 22:40Speaker 1: talking about this, and the question that was brought up was, Okay, well,
- 22:43Speaker 1: I wonder what political question they're gonna ask you. Are
- 22:45Speaker 1: they're gonna ask you if supported Trump? And would that
- 22:47Speaker 1: mean that you couldn't own a gun. Ideo talk show
- 22:52Speaker 1: host Dana Lash that I also read that they will
- 22:55Speaker 1: talk to and ask for a psychological evaluation of the
- 22:59Speaker 1: person x if they have a divorced spouse. Yeah, Sean,
- 23:07Speaker 1: and it's so good to see you again. Thanks for
- 23:08Speaker 1: having me. You're I really feel like the people who Yeah,
- 23:14Speaker 1: I know, right, and not just the spouse, because the
- 23:16Speaker 1: way that HR one twenty seven has written, Sean, is
- 23:19Speaker 1: it even includes associates, So not just your family members,
- 23:23Speaker 1: but associates also, which I'm sure, as you know, in
- 23:26Speaker 1: this era of our Karen, that's going to go so
- 23:29Speaker 1: well when people call the cops over somebody not wearing
- 23:31Speaker 1: a mask in their backyard. But I think, honestly, the
- 23:34Speaker 1: people who should have the psyche vales are the people
- 23:37Speaker 1: in Congress who propose this type of legislation. Those are
- 23:41Speaker 1: the people who need any kind of psychiatric evaluation before
- 23:44Speaker 1: they do anything, or members of Congress, not law abiding Americans. Now,
- 23:48Speaker 1: if we're going to apply this precedent to the Second Amendment,
- 23:52Speaker 1: are we also now going to establish a pattern to
- 23:54Speaker 1: apply it to every single right? The Second Amendment is
- 23:57Speaker 1: not a second class right, and this bill is bonkers,
- 24:01Speaker 1: are you or have you ever been a supporter of
- 24:04Speaker 1: Donald Trump? It's not going to be one of the
- 24:07Speaker 1: psychological profile questions by your government psychologist, right yeah. I
- 24:14Speaker 1: can only imagine some of the questions that they're going
- 24:16Speaker 1: to ask. And the other really troubling part of this
- 24:18Speaker 1: is that this is going to I mean, in terms
- 24:21Speaker 1: of how this is going to be determined, what is
- 24:23Speaker 1: the criteria to determine whether or not someone's I guess
- 24:27Speaker 1: mental health mate renders them ineligible to purchase or carry
- 24:31Speaker 1: is entirely left up to the AG. It's not actually
- 24:34Speaker 1: medical professional sean that are determining the criteria, at least
- 24:38Speaker 1: according to the language of the bill, but it's actually
- 24:41Speaker 1: a bureaucrat, it's actually a lawmaker, a politicians. It's the
- 24:43Speaker 1: AG that's going to be determining this. So that's kind
- 24:46Speaker 1: of scary. I mean, it kind of reminds me of
- 24:48Speaker 1: under the Obama Biden administration when they were determining that
- 24:52Speaker 1: anyone who was a Social Security beneficiary and this includes
- 24:55Speaker 1: veterans too, that simply needed help with their finances was
- 24:59Speaker 1: suddenly a eligible to carry a firearm because they needed
- 25:02Speaker 1: that assistance, and they decided this. It was bureaucrats who
- 25:06Speaker 1: determined it without any aid of any mental professional mental
- 25:10Speaker 1: health professionals. So this is this just compromises so many rights.
- 25:15Speaker 1: I will say it again, when you trust the government
- 25:18Speaker 1: to do a psychiatric evaluation on you before they allow
- 25:21Speaker 1: you to have a gun. At the same time, they're
- 25:22Speaker 1: saying that we need to have a nine to eleven
- 25:25Speaker 1: type commission to investigate Trump supporters, we need to have
- 25:27Speaker 1: a nine to eleven type commission to look at white nationalism,
- 25:36Speaker 1: we need we need a white nationalism task force, and
- 25:40Speaker 1: Biden pledging gun control actions, and one of these would
- 25:43Speaker 1: be that you've got to have a psycho evaluation to
- 25:45Speaker 1: even get a gun. Lord, help us. Pay attention, folks,
- 25:51Speaker 1: because they're coming after every aspect of your life and
- 25:55Speaker 1: your rights, Every single aspect of your life and your rights.
- 26:03Speaker 1: They're coming after. They want to take away your right
- 26:06Speaker 1: to bear arms. They want to take your right to
- 26:08Speaker 1: have an opinion. They want to take away your right
- 26:10Speaker 1: to who you can vote for. They want to get
- 26:12Speaker 1: rid of your candidate when they don't like your candidate,
- 26:14Speaker 1: just like they did not once but twice with Donald Trump.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Pay attention, folks, because they're not going to stop anytime soon.
