  Today is the last of a three -part encouragement

  based on Psalm 47 3. We've talked about how it

  is that some people aren't thoughtful about getting

  to heaven when they die or about being obedient
• 0:10
  to the God of the universe. We've talked about

  how it is that is our place as Christians to
• 0:15
  live for if necessary, to die for and to suffer
• 0:19
  for and with Jesus Christ. I think it's in Malachi
• 0:22
  where it talks about the rest of humanity as
• 0:24
  dust under our feet when we come charging into
• 0:27
  the kingdom of God. Sometimes it feels like not
• 0:30
  everything goes our way. We are a people destined
• 0:33
  to suffer as Christ suffered. When we do, we
• 0:36
  have to understand the purpose of that suffering,
• 0:39
  or it can feel like we're losing. We are called
• 0:41
  to walk by faith, not by sight. So it is. If
• 0:44
  indeed we have come into relationship with God
• 0:46
  through his son Jesus Christ, then this life
• 0:50
  and the absolute significance of being chosen
• 0:52
  by God is everything to us. There is some significant
• 0:56
  consolation then when things don't seem to be
• 0:58
  going our way during this lifetime. If it's resolved

  and you know it, then you know the true order
• 1:04
  of things. Choose truth. Choose eternity. Trust
• 1:07
  God. I would say Psalm 47 .3. He subdues people
• 1:11
  under us and puts all nations under our feet.

  And how grateful we are to know that we have
• 1:17
  that position in the kingdom of God. As you face
• 1:20
  the difficulties of these days, honor the Lord,
• 1:23
  receive his presence, trust God, work to make
• 1:27
  life better for anyone you possibly can, and
• 1:29
  spread the gospel. We will make it through into
• 1:32
  eternity, and God will place all people and all
• 1:35
  nations under our feet. God bless you.
