- 1:24Speaker 4: Gotta turn.
- 1:41Speaker 5: Got to turn them out, turn probably, got to turn
- 1:44Speaker 5: the mouth, turn out, turn the water of the money up.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Looking me.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come out?
- 1:59Speaker 2: You think I sure will? Good morning everybody. You are
- 2:05Speaker 2: listening to the voice, Come on, come on, y'all dig
- 2:09Speaker 2: me now. One and only Steve Harvey got a radio
- 2:12Speaker 2: show man. Is God good to me? Unbelievable? Yeah, he is.
- 2:17Speaker 6: And I can only attribute it to one thing. It's
- 2:21Speaker 6: just been a turnaround in my life.
- 2:23Speaker 2: It's been me finally making decision to see what all
- 2:27Speaker 2: God has for me, but at the same time trying
- 2:30Speaker 2: to be more God want me to be instead of
- 2:33Speaker 2: more of what I want to be. That's the trade off.
- 2:36Speaker 2: You know, you gotta do something now, you know, you
- 2:38Speaker 2: know you want God's blessings, You got to be willing
- 2:40Speaker 2: to do something on his behalf. And I'm not saying
- 2:44Speaker 2: I got it right right now, because I'm just being
- 2:48Speaker 2: real with you. I don't. I don't have it all
- 2:50Speaker 2: together by any stretch of imagination. I'm trying to get
- 2:54Speaker 2: better in several areas. I'm praying about it, I'm working
- 2:57Speaker 2: on it. But you know, it's a process, and I've
- 3:01Speaker 2: grown to accept the process. But I'm improving in a
- 3:05Speaker 2: lot of areas from day to day. But I'll tell
- 3:07Speaker 2: you what, Man, my success, all that's going on with me,
- 3:10Speaker 2: I can only attribute to this turnaround. And the turnaround
- 3:14Speaker 2: was simple. I turned around and started looking at God.
- 3:19Speaker 2: That was the simple move.
- 3:21Speaker 5: Man.
- 3:21Speaker 2: I just turned around and started looking at him. And
- 3:23Speaker 2: I was going, Okay, I get it. Now, you created me.
- 3:26Speaker 2: You're the creator. You have a purpose for me. I
- 3:31Speaker 2: understand that.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Now.
- 3:33Speaker 6: Now let me just walk in that purpose and let
- 3:36Speaker 6: me get to doing that purpose.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Now, my purpose and your purpose, and their purpose and
- 3:42Speaker 2: anybody's purpose could be different, and the way you go
- 3:46Speaker 2: about the purpose can be different. And that's the part
- 3:49Speaker 2: that I've really grown up to. I've opened up my
- 3:52Speaker 2: mind to understanding that everybody's different, nobody's quite the same,
- 3:58Speaker 2: and that is not my right or position to judge,
- 4:01Speaker 2: but to be of a forgiving spirit and understand and forgive.
- 4:05Speaker 6: Those as I ask God to forgive me. See that's
- 4:09Speaker 6: the key. That's the key, y'all. So when you're out
- 4:12Speaker 6: here and you stuck on this unforgiveness, understand in the
- 4:17Speaker 6: large Prayer as a segment that says, forgive us our trustpasses,
- 4:22Speaker 6: as we forgive those who trustpass against us. There's another
- 4:25Speaker 6: version says forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.
- 4:29Speaker 6: It's two different versions, but either one it means the
- 4:33Speaker 6: exact same thing. It means simply this that you are.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Asking God to forgive yours like you forgive others. Forgive
- 4:44Speaker 2: us our trust passes as we forgive those who trustpass
- 4:47Speaker 2: against us. When I cross the line with you, God
- 4:51Speaker 2: handle me the way I handle people when they cross
- 4:54Speaker 2: the line with me. You feel what I'm saying to you, See,
- 4:58Speaker 2: you understand that. That's the breakdown of best way I
- 5:01Speaker 2: can give it to you. Forgive us our truspasses as
- 5:05Speaker 2: we forgive those who trustpass against us. Forgive me God
- 5:09Speaker 2: for stepping over the line, like I forgive those that
- 5:11Speaker 2: step over the line on me. That's the hard part, man,
- 5:15Speaker 2: That's the part man I've really been working on. I've
- 5:18Speaker 2: been really trying to get that together. And so I've
- 5:21Speaker 2: learned forgiveness a lot better over the past five years
- 5:24Speaker 2: than I have before, and it's paid off. I can't
- 5:28Speaker 2: tell you how it's paid off, because now God's mercy
- 5:33Speaker 2: and grace is all over me, because I've learned to
- 5:37Speaker 2: become more graceful.
- 5:39Speaker 6: Now I ain't graceful like him. I ain't merciful like him,
- 5:44Speaker 6: but I've learned to become more more graceful, more merciful,
- 5:49Speaker 6: because man, I can't live my life like that. I
- 5:51Speaker 6: just got sick of me. Man, you mad at me
- 5:53Speaker 6: now I'm mad at you.
- 5:56Speaker 2: You hating on me? Now I'm more hate on you.
- 5:58Speaker 2: I ain't got time for that. Man, I've got you.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Look here, you got somewhere to go. Hate take up time.
- 6:05Speaker 2: It's time consuming.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Hating.
- 6:08Speaker 6: Trying to seek revenge just time consuming.
- 6:11Speaker 2: It take up way too much of your time to
- 6:13Speaker 2: seek revenge when vengeance ain't really yours. That's another one.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Vengeance is mine, saith the Lord. It ain't yours. So
- 6:22Speaker 2: now when you go to seek it to take it out,
- 6:24Speaker 2: guess what you're doing. You're doing something now, man. Now
- 6:28Speaker 2: you off in the area that you got no business
- 6:31Speaker 2: being in, and instead of steady climbing your letter like
- 6:34Speaker 2: you're supposed to.
- 6:35Speaker 6: You didn't take out time for vengeance.
- 6:38Speaker 1: To hate.
- 6:39Speaker 6: I'm a hater. I'm a be a blogger. I'm a
- 6:43Speaker 6: blog about so and so.
- 6:45Speaker 2: When you're blogging about somebody, and most of these people
- 6:48Speaker 2: you don't even know when you're blogging about somebody, what
- 6:51Speaker 2: you're doing, what you hating.
- 6:55Speaker 6: It takes time to hate.
- 6:56Speaker 3: Man.
- 6:57Speaker 2: I just decided, Man, I gotta take all my time
- 7:02Speaker 2: and instead of have doing time and being active, I
- 7:06Speaker 2: got to be proactive. See some people get that confused,
- 7:10Speaker 2: being active and being proactive. Pro is positive. Pro means
- 7:15Speaker 2: to move forward. You know, if you put pro in
- 7:19Speaker 2: front of most words, it's a positive influence. You know,
- 7:22Speaker 2: there's the pros and the cons. The pros is the
- 7:26Speaker 2: good side, the cons is what can go wrong, the
- 7:28Speaker 2: bad side.
- 7:30Speaker 6: You know, if you're active, that's one thing.
- 7:32Speaker 2: But if you proactive, you're going forward in a positive direction.
- 7:37Speaker 2: When you become a pro that means you the best
- 7:40Speaker 2: of the best at whatever it is you chosen to be.
- 7:43Speaker 2: I'm a pro so somehow, and I'm no English teacher
- 7:49Speaker 2: or grammatical god. The word pro a lot of times
- 7:53Speaker 2: when you put it in front of something means positiveness.
- 7:57Speaker 2: So now a lot of people think that if you
- 7:59Speaker 2: just active, something are to happen. Well, I'm doing something,
- 8:03Speaker 2: and that's what happens.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Man.
- 8:04Speaker 2: We just find ourselves doing a lot of busy work
- 8:07Speaker 2: that really ain't a bout nothing and ain't going nowhere.
- 8:09Speaker 2: It ain't got no direction or no purpose because we
- 8:11Speaker 2: haven't tried to find out the direction of a purpose.
- 8:14Speaker 2: So you wake up and you and your wheels are spinning.
- 8:18Speaker 2: You a hamster on a treadmill. You're running real fast,
- 8:20Speaker 2: but you're just going in the same spot. You understand
- 8:23Speaker 2: that's cause you just out here being active instead of proactive.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Why don't you get God in your life? Why don't
- 8:29Speaker 2: you turn and face your creator and find out how
- 8:32Speaker 2: to become more proactive so you can do things to
- 8:36Speaker 2: move yourself forward. How you can get your life off
- 8:39Speaker 2: the ground and get off the treadmill and really get
- 8:42Speaker 2: it rolling in the direction that it needs to be going. Man,
- 8:45Speaker 2: I'm telling you, God can make that change for you
- 8:49Speaker 2: if he see you making the change for him. See
- 8:52Speaker 2: the whole key, man, the whole key is you got
- 8:55Speaker 2: to be willing to do something. You got to give
- 8:58Speaker 2: God something to bless bless me God. And then you
- 9:02Speaker 2: go sit on your couch and you ain't trying. Okay,
- 9:05Speaker 2: bless me God with what what are you working with?
- 9:10Speaker 6: He can't have the people hire you if you ain't
- 9:12Speaker 6: put the app in.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Come on, man, the blessing comes when you make a
- 9:17Speaker 2: proactive step, when you try to do something on the
- 9:20Speaker 2: positive side. Look, man, I'm gonna quit messing around with
- 9:24Speaker 2: all these people. I'm gonna start going home. I'm gonna
- 9:26Speaker 2: leave these women alone out here. You got to say,
- 9:29Speaker 2: all right, man, I ain't going over that tonight. I
- 9:31Speaker 2: just ain't gonna get Then God can work with you.
- 9:35Speaker 2: God help me stop seeing all these women. But you
- 9:38Speaker 2: steady going over there calling them setting up stuff. Can't
- 9:42Speaker 2: nobody help you because once you get over there, you
- 9:45Speaker 2: already know. See, you gotta get proactive. You gotta do
- 9:50Speaker 2: something yourself. You make one step, he'll make two. That's
- 9:54Speaker 2: the key man.
- 9:55Speaker 1: So come on, y'all, you're listening Morning show.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen. It is upon us to see Harvey
- 10:05Speaker 2: Morning Show alive and well, we're grateful today. I start
- 10:09Speaker 2: my day with gratitude. I invite you to do the
- 10:11Speaker 2: same thing. It's a good thing. To thank God for
- 10:15Speaker 2: your day because it's such a gift to be here,
- 10:18Speaker 2: and also just it puts you in the right frame
- 10:20Speaker 2: of mind. It's hard to be depressed and grateful at
- 10:24Speaker 2: the same time. So if you tired of getting up
- 10:27Speaker 2: out of your bed on the wrong side, I suggest
- 10:30Speaker 2: walking waking up and thanking Him for all He's done
- 10:33Speaker 2: for you. I mean, the list is incredible if you
- 10:36Speaker 2: really really think about it, and you got to think
- 10:39Speaker 2: thank Him through all your circumstances, when it's not going
- 10:42Speaker 2: the way you wanted to, when it ain't going well,
- 10:45Speaker 2: when life can through you a curve ball.
- 10:47Speaker 6: You just gotta think him because you do not know
- 10:49Speaker 6: how he's working.
- 10:51Speaker 2: If you are personal faith, he is working on your
- 10:54Speaker 2: behalf and what you ask him for He's gonna give
- 10:58Speaker 2: to you. It may not come in time that you
- 11:00Speaker 2: want it, because God's timing is very, very different from yours,
- 11:04Speaker 2: but when He does give it to you, it will
- 11:06Speaker 2: be better than you asked. I was sitting up the
- 11:09Speaker 2: other day thinking about something that I got and what
- 11:11Speaker 2: I asked God for was totally different. Well, it wasn't
- 11:15Speaker 2: totally different, it was scaled back a bit. And I
- 11:20Speaker 2: looked up and realized what he had gave me was
- 11:23Speaker 2: scaled up quite a bit. Now, it took longer than
- 11:27Speaker 2: I thought, but when he gave it to me, it
- 11:30Speaker 2: was better than what I asked for. Pard that's a
- 11:33Speaker 2: bad god. Shely Strawberry calling for real Mississippi Monica Junior,

- 14:49Speaker 2: Erm we full galful, We postly in the immenity of
- 15:01Speaker 2: dilution as we precariously look into the futuality of reality. Mhm,
- 15:15Speaker 2: with normality, we constitutionalize say it now, we constitutionalize the arbitrary. Yeah,
- 15:28Speaker 2: realizing that we are obliged to honorarium the adorable Lord
- 15:39Speaker 2: her Mercy, come on deck with church complaints. Lord pastor,
- 15:47Speaker 2: we got an issue this morning.
- 15:49Speaker 5: Uh.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Could you please talk to Sister Virginia Banks.
- 15:54Speaker 4: Uh.
- 15:54Speaker 5: She is still weighing silver here the church. Uh, as
- 15:59Speaker 5: you know, so she wore as to the Beyonce concert
- 16:02Speaker 5: and won't take it all. Please talk to us. He
- 16:04Speaker 5: is still wearing the same silver that she will. I
- 16:09Speaker 5: think her dollar. I took her to the concerts since
- 16:11Speaker 5: the Virginia Banks, but she's waring the silver twice now
- 16:16Speaker 5: and it's just getting out of control.
- 16:17Speaker 2: You're gonna have to talk to her. I don't know
- 16:20Speaker 2: if you areware, but it's molding her. Ever since the
- 16:25Speaker 2: what is it the Reunion tool, with the Renaissance tool,
- 16:32Speaker 2: half of our choir has been wearing silver.
- 16:38Speaker 6: Most of them are tenels, and so we noticed quite a.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Bit going on. We don't know what's happening here, but
- 16:48Speaker 2: lots of things have happened before that. I'm not gonna
- 16:51Speaker 2: be able to say nothing to her about that, due
- 16:53Speaker 2: to I found out the amount of money they were
- 16:57Speaker 2: spending on some of these silver outfits. Day a cowboy
- 17:03Speaker 2: east a cowboy hat, silver cowboy hat east of the
- 17:07Speaker 2: Mississippi no more, A whole lot of silver cowboy hats. Yeah,
- 17:15Speaker 2: so I'm not gonna be able to do anything with that.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Go ahead, Deacon, all right, and let's see him brother Philip.
- 17:25Speaker 5: Uh And you know, Philip Jenkins got caught with another
- 17:28Speaker 5: woman on the twenty third floor of an apartment building.
- 17:32Speaker 5: Now he made a hot af balloon with three trash
- 17:35Speaker 5: bags and two candles and got away. Uh. The brothers
- 17:40Speaker 5: want you to force him into teaching a survival course,
- 17:44Speaker 5: and he don't want to pass it. But everybody wants
- 17:46Speaker 5: to learn how to get out the tight situation. It
- 17:49Speaker 5: seemed like brother Philip Jenkins knows how to do that,
- 17:52Speaker 5: but he refuses to teach the other brothers how to
- 17:55Speaker 5: survive the way he did it. Once again, he he
- 17:58Speaker 5: was on the twenty third floor apartment building and made
- 18:00Speaker 5: a hot appalloon out of three trans bags and two
- 18:03Speaker 5: candles and got away.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Yo, kyl if you if you think we should and
- 18:09Speaker 2: we're not gonna perpetuate uh behavior that is not honorable
- 18:19Speaker 2: in the sight of the Lord. So what we're gonna
- 18:21Speaker 2: do with that is lead out along.
- 18:24Speaker 3: Uh.
- 18:25Speaker 2: We we are at the we're having the special Church
- 18:28Speaker 2: Awards for Uh. We're giving out a one award a year.
- 18:34Speaker 2: I've come up with people who we just can't save.
- 18:37Speaker 2: It's gonna be the center of the Year award, the
- 18:42Speaker 2: center of the ward. I think right now he's in
- 18:47Speaker 2: the first place and so that that boy right there,
- 18:51Speaker 2: who Lord, the things he does, it's just amazing, Lord,
- 18:57Speaker 2: have mercy.
- 18:58Speaker 5: Here we go pass the sister Coreen. Sister Corene, we
- 19:03Speaker 5: all know how she is one hundred and three years old.
- 19:06Speaker 5: It wants to attend her eighty fifth year high school reunion,
- 19:11Speaker 5: class reunion. We are checked. She is the last one
- 19:15Speaker 5: living from her high school. But she insists on going.
- 19:19Speaker 5: What should we do, Patter, I don't. We don't want
- 19:22Speaker 5: to hurt a feeling.
- 19:24Speaker 9: All right, So what we'll do is we'll have it
- 19:28Speaker 9: on the Saturday that I perform my visit for the
- 19:32Speaker 9: sick and shooting. We'll just have her high school reunion
- 19:38Speaker 9: at her.
- 19:39Speaker 6: House, right doubt. I'm gonna bring her yearbook.
- 19:47Speaker 3: With me.
- 19:51Speaker 1: You got that year book? Now?
- 19:53Speaker 2: Well, she's so old. Her yearbook is the Bible.
- 20:00Speaker 5: Reading.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Get the reading whole.
- 20:03Speaker 2: The entire New Testament is.
- 20:08Speaker 3: That's how.
- 20:12Speaker 1: They were.
- 20:12Speaker 5: Galilee, Galilee host. We got a situation here now, Galley
- 20:27Speaker 5: High all right, last but not least pasted up. Suster
- 20:36Speaker 5: Francis wants us to help her get some glasses. She
- 20:38Speaker 5: supposedly reaching her night staying to find her vibrational friend,
- 20:45Speaker 5: but by accident grabbed her taser. Uh, she needs medical help.
- 20:51Speaker 5: She's at Saint Joseph right now, what should we actually do?
- 20:55Speaker 5: He thought she was reaching for her vibration a friend,
- 20:58Speaker 5: but she grabs her taser.
- 21:00Speaker 2: He not, he's not in a good state of mind.
- 21:03Speaker 2: How old is she now? Seventy one? Oh, well, she'll
- 21:08Speaker 2: be fine. Then she'll be just.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Right, Thank you.

- 21:54Speaker 8: All right, we'll talk about that. It's all coming up
- 21:56Speaker 8: at the top of the hour. But right now, that's
- 21:58Speaker 8: what he said. He I'm the messenger here, That's what
- 22:07Speaker 8: he said. All right, it's time now to ask the

- 22:13Speaker 1: This one's from Lashawn and Memphis.
- 22:15Speaker 8: Lashan writes, I'm twenty seven years old and I want
- 22:19Speaker 8: to have a big wedding, but my parents aren't able
- 22:22Speaker 8: to pay for it. I asked my fiance to co
- 22:24Speaker 8: sign alone with me so I can get the wedding
- 22:26Speaker 8: of my dreams.
- 22:27Speaker 1: He refuses to do it. Why doesn't anyone want me
- 22:31Speaker 1: to be happy?
- 22:33Speaker 2: Well, you know that's the only way you're going to
- 22:36Speaker 2: be happy. It's the big wedding of your dreams. Forget
- 22:39Speaker 2: the man, forget the fact that your parents will be there.
- 22:43Speaker 2: You still got parents. You just want what you want.
- 22:46Speaker 2: You want a loan for your big wedding. Your fiance
- 22:50Speaker 2: to said no, that it's not his job to provide
- 22:54Speaker 2: the wedding. Technically, it's supposed to be your father technically
- 22:58Speaker 2: if you want to go by tradition. So you're gonna
- 23:00Speaker 2: have to go by tradition and based on your mom
- 23:02Speaker 2: and daddy's income, or you will be getting married or
- 23:07Speaker 2: at the public park on at the basketball court, you
- 23:13Speaker 2: get married under the red Well, you know they ain't
- 23:17Speaker 2: got no money. You got to go with what your
- 23:18Speaker 2: mom and daddy got money from. Now you're gonna get
- 23:20Speaker 2: married at the playground. Decorate that court. You know, if
- 23:24Speaker 2: you put a nice veil on that basket, they'll hardly
- 23:27Speaker 2: know it's there. Put some flowers on it. Buy fishing
- 23:30Speaker 2: net and put flowers all over the fishing net and
- 23:33Speaker 2: drape it over the basket, and create yourself a little canopy.
- 23:36Speaker 2: And y'all standing over there and let the past them
- 23:39Speaker 2: do the wind, just you know, sweep up all that
- 23:41Speaker 2: glass and stuff because it's the public park, and want
- 23:46Speaker 2: to have you and bring some fold away chairs out there,
- 23:48Speaker 2: nice outdoor wearing and put a back and drop up
- 23:51Speaker 2: there so they don't see the run down school behind it.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Just that what she wants.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Well, you know, you your money, You got to go
- 24:00Speaker 2: what your money got. I didn't want to be homeless,
- 24:04Speaker 2: but my money said you ain't got no money to stay,
- 24:07Speaker 2: no hewnwhere, So you know that is all right?
- 24:10Speaker 8: Moving on to Sorry Lashawn. Moving on to Benita in
- 24:15Speaker 8: PG County. Benita writes, my conversations with my daughter make
- 24:18Speaker 8: me uncomfortable. Now she's getting older and a lot more holy,
- 24:23Speaker 8: so she likes to talk about all this stuff she
- 24:25Speaker 8: did when she was younger. I don't need to know
- 24:28Speaker 8: that she used to be a street walker. I want
- 24:31Speaker 8: her to be able to talk to me, but not
- 24:33Speaker 8: about everything.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Should I tell her, Well, she's telling you what God
- 24:38Speaker 2: saved her from. Matter of fact, that you didn't want
- 24:41Speaker 2: to know your daughter was a street walker. Don't stop
- 24:44Speaker 2: her from having walk the streets. Now that's a hard
- 24:49Speaker 2: thing to hear. Yeah, having dinner.
- 24:54Speaker 1: And another thing, mama.
- 24:56Speaker 2: You know, mama ho and it is really home.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Uh.
- 25:00Speaker 2: I wasn't gonna do it, eaut ex me come on
- 25:06Speaker 2: you back, nephew.
- 25:07Speaker 1: What when did you have a garden? What happened?
- 25:19Speaker 5: What happened?
- 25:20Speaker 2: When did you have a garden? Girl? What are you
- 25:22Speaker 2: talking about?
- 25:22Speaker 1: How mama back in the day?
- 25:25Speaker 2: What did.
- 25:29Speaker 3: I was.
- 25:34Speaker 8: No, not I I don't want to hear that, all right,
- 25:41Speaker 8: I think we should move on to Denise in Gulfport.
- 25:44Speaker 8: Denise says, my sister in law's husband had a woman
- 25:47Speaker 8: in his car Friday, and I told my sister in
- 25:50Speaker 8: law she pulled up on him, but the lady was gone.
- 25:54Speaker 8: It looked like I lied and was being messy. I
- 25:57Speaker 8: got a picture of them together. Do I show my
- 25:59Speaker 8: sister or let it go?
- 26:02Speaker 2: If it's her sister in law. Wouldn't that make it
- 26:04Speaker 2: her brother?
- 26:06Speaker 1: That's what I was thinking.
- 26:08Speaker 8: Brothers, Yeah, it could be, but she said, my sister
- 26:11Speaker 8: in law's husband, her husband's sister.
- 26:17Speaker 2: It's your sister in law's her husband. Okay, I guess
- 26:22Speaker 2: was with a woman. See why that's your business? Right?
- 26:26Speaker 2: And why why you why you got she don't want you?
- 26:29Speaker 2: It looked messy. She was gone, and now you want
- 26:31Speaker 2: to show her pictures? Now, don't show the picture. Why
- 26:34Speaker 2: are you in people's business? Probably why you ain't got
- 26:39Speaker 2: no husband?
- 26:40Speaker 1: Right there?
- 26:43Speaker 6: That's probably it right there? Now I look messy. So
- 26:48Speaker 6: what Yeah, you pulled up on them. She wasn't there.
- 26:52Speaker 6: Maybe she was getting instructions from somewhere you know.
- 26:56Speaker 1: Oh that's what you're going with? Or should she just
- 27:01Speaker 1: let it go? You're saying definitely let it go, right Clo?
- 27:04Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 27:05Speaker 2: Why are you winning? What different in me?
- 27:08Speaker 3: Now?
- 27:08Speaker 2: Mind your damn business?
- 27:11Speaker 10: Call that hole from the last my bed wackys are
- 27:18Speaker 10: too far.
- 27:20Speaker 1: You just got here?
- 27:23Speaker 11: First day back?
- 27:26Speaker 2: All right?
- 27:27Speaker 8: Last one, last one Colo Tamela and Jover says, I
- 27:31Speaker 8: let my son live off campus this semester, but he's
- 27:35Speaker 8: been staying with his girlfriend and running out his apartment
- 27:38Speaker 8: during football season. The landlord is about to kick him
- 27:41Speaker 8: out and it will ruin his credit. Should I let
- 27:44Speaker 8: that happen to teach him a lesson? That is her question?
- 27:48Speaker 2: Well, how you gonna stop it is the question? See
- 27:53Speaker 2: if you let it happen. First of all, he's gonna get.
- 27:59Speaker 5: I don't.
- 27:59Speaker 6: I don't under what do you mean I'm gonna let
- 28:02Speaker 6: it happen.
- 28:02Speaker 2: It's happening unless he gets them people out of his apartment.
- 28:09Speaker 2: There is no there's no alternative. You let him live
- 28:13Speaker 2: off campus. He off campus. He ran his place out
- 28:16Speaker 2: trying to make money. He ad ben being his place
- 28:19Speaker 2: out while he over there with his girl. But now
- 28:23Speaker 2: the landlord he don't want to do it, and he
- 28:26Speaker 2: want to put him out. Well he got to stop
- 28:29Speaker 2: and be his place out and go on and just
- 28:32Speaker 2: get on back over there or else. But it's nothing
- 28:34Speaker 2: you can do. What do you mean allow it to happen?
- 28:37Speaker 2: What do you mean inform him of the letter you
- 28:39Speaker 2: got from the landlord. Yeah, you should inform him of
- 28:42Speaker 2: the letter you got from the landlord, and then he
- 28:45Speaker 2: has to make a decision from that.
- 28:46Speaker 6: Now, unless you paid for the apartment. There ain't nothing
- 28:51Speaker 6: you can do.
- 28:53Speaker 1: And what's the lesson he's going to learn. She's saying
- 28:56Speaker 1: that the lesson he gonna learn is.
- 28:57Speaker 2: What the lesson every man learned? What let that thing
- 29:01Speaker 2: be calling you and then let you Yeah, you're going
- 29:06Speaker 2: to answer the call. That's that's the lesson. Yeah, that's
- 29:09Speaker 2: the lesson. Yeah, he's gonna answer the call. That thing
- 29:12Speaker 2: ain't be calling you, and you're got it and you're
- 29:15Speaker 2: gonna answer the call. There's no other lesson.
- 29:17Speaker 1: You have to learn this or you know.
- 29:21Speaker 8: All right, Yeah, coming up at the top of the hour,
- 29:26Speaker 8: we'll have some entertainment news for you right after this.

- 31:07Speaker 2: upcoming due bill and they need to know that you're
- 31:11Speaker 2: aware of this shocking new amount because it's out of
- 31:14Speaker 2: the norm for you.

- 33:39Speaker 1: Let me say this.
- 33:40Speaker 2: Did say nothing.
- 33:41Speaker 5: I did embarrass my wife and she is. You ain't

- 33:54Speaker 5: this cost?
- 33:54Speaker 1: The experience? First classes? International flights?
- 33:58Speaker 2: You didn't enjoy what.
- 34:01Speaker 3: Carl it.
- 34:02Speaker 2: We could have took some bags of food on there
- 34:04Speaker 2: and been just as friend.
- 34:05Speaker 8: Okay, all right, you didn't take your brisket, like take
- 34:09Speaker 8: the brasket.
- 34:10Speaker 1: We're moving on. Pay your bill. Tommy is twenty two
- 34:15Speaker 1: days and entertainment News.
- 34:18Speaker 8: It looks like Channon Sharp intends to stay busy, because
- 34:21Speaker 8: he's just added another podcast to his list of jobs
- 34:24Speaker 8: since departing from Undisputed.
- 34:26Speaker 1: He's currently working on First Take two days a week.
- 34:29Speaker 1: We all know that with Steven A. Smith. And he's
- 34:31Speaker 1: still doing his Club Shasha podcast.
- 34:34Speaker 8: And he recently teamed up with x NFL star Chad
- 34:37Speaker 8: Ocho Cinco Johnson for a podcast on Sunday nights called
- 34:42Speaker 8: Nightcap with UNC and O show sharp and chatter and
- 34:46Speaker 8: catch up on every game and the best moments from
- 34:49Speaker 8: the game. It's described as a football based podcast that
- 34:53Speaker 8: has multiple pockets. And then, speaking of o Cho Cinco,
- 34:57Speaker 8: he recently did a live stream and he didn't stream
- 34:59Speaker 8: and he admitted that he used to be a stripper
- 35:02Speaker 8: in La back in nineteen ninety seven. It was at
- 35:06Speaker 8: the Right Track Strip club. Ocho said he was trying
- 35:09Speaker 8: to the right track. Yeah, I think we were all
- 35:12Speaker 8: in in LA during that time, right. He said he
- 35:17Speaker 8: was trying to live on his own in Santa Monica,
- 35:19Speaker 8: but when bills were due he came up short. He
- 35:21Speaker 8: went to the Right Track and would usually make about
- 35:23Speaker 8: twenty five to three thousand dollars a night.
- 35:26Speaker 1: He said it was a lucrative career and the secret.
- 35:28Speaker 8: To earning the most money in case you guys are
- 35:31Speaker 8: thinking about dancing, was to dance for the big girls.
- 35:34Speaker 8: That's what o Cho Sinko said. He said, the big
- 35:37Speaker 8: girls tip you good. So got to ask you guys, Yeah,
- 35:42Speaker 8: he said, they tip you very well. Have you ever
- 35:45Speaker 8: done anything strange for a little change you guys, ever
- 35:49Speaker 8: stripped junior year? I went to the strip club? Have
- 35:54Speaker 8: you ever gone to Yes, see.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Business that's disrespectful to ask us, that is.
- 35:59Speaker 2: Respect But I have done.
- 36:04Speaker 1: We'd love to hear more, but we gotta go.
- 36:08Speaker 8: And then coming up at twenty minutes after the hour,
- 36:10Speaker 8: we'll switch gears and talk about Quavo being at the
- 36:13Speaker 8: White House to meet with the Vice President right after this.
- 36:16Speaker 1: You're listening.
- 36:18Speaker 8: Morning show, All right, Somingo's member. Quavo is on a
- 36:24Speaker 8: mission to end senseless gun violence. Last week, Quavo met
- 36:27Speaker 8: with Vice President Kamala Harris at the White House and
- 36:30Speaker 8: he spoke on a panel that focused on combating gun violence.
- 36:34Speaker 8: This was all during last week's Congressional Black Caucus Legislative
- 36:38Speaker 8: Conference in Washington. Quavo was also a guest on Good
- 36:41Speaker 8: Morning America last Thursday, continuing his fight to push for
- 36:44Speaker 8: legislation he wants to end gun violence in the US.
- 36:47Speaker 8: This all comes just nine months of course, after Quavo
- 36:50Speaker 8: witnessed the shooting death of his nephew take off on GMA,
- 36:55Speaker 8: Quavo said, quote, I feel like your calling comes at
- 36:58Speaker 8: the least expected times. I have to do something about
- 37:01Speaker 8: it so it won't happen to the masses, especially in
- 37:04Speaker 8: our culture. I don't want this to happen to the
- 37:06Speaker 8: next person. I want to knock down these percentages. Now,
- 37:10Speaker 8: according to the CDC, a total of almost fifty thousand
- 37:13Speaker 8: people forty eight one hundred and seventeen people died of
- 37:17Speaker 8: gunshot wounds last year.
- 37:20Speaker 2: Well, this country is not going to do a damn thing.
- 37:25Speaker 2: Many people are surprised Quavo. I'll help him anyway I
- 37:28Speaker 2: can with this radio platform to get his point out.
- 37:31Speaker 2: I don't I just don't know what they're going to do.
- 37:33Speaker 2: You're talking about we've been trying to get gun laws
- 37:37Speaker 2: for the longest. Yeah, we've been trying to get full
- 37:42Speaker 2: civil rights for the longest. Now we just now, I
- 37:46Speaker 2: don't know if you all understand how this country really is.
- 37:50Speaker 2: I don't think if you've really looked at the history
- 37:52Speaker 2: of this country. We got a lot of nerve man
- 37:55Speaker 2: pointing out other nations and their shortcomings in women's rights
- 38:00Speaker 2: and stuff like that. Do you know that this Constitution
- 38:02Speaker 2: was written in seventeen eighty something. Do you know that
- 38:06Speaker 2: they didn't give women the right to vote until nineteen twenty.
- 38:10Speaker 2: Do you know how long that took? One hundred some
- 38:12Speaker 2: years before they did that. Then they pointed countries who
- 38:15Speaker 2: are around less than one hundred years and want them
- 38:18Speaker 2: to have full rights for everybody. We didn't get a
- 38:22Speaker 2: voting Rights Act to nineteen sixty four, and then it
- 38:24Speaker 2: was voted on whether black people could vote every four
- 38:27Speaker 2: to eight years. We had to re vote on whether
- 38:29Speaker 2: black people could vote every four to eight years. What
- 38:35Speaker 2: this amendment right to bear arms is based on? Making money?
- 38:40Speaker 2: They're not going to change anything, man, this is the
- 38:44Speaker 2: country we live in.
- 38:46Speaker 8: But we definitely like you say, applaug Qwaevo for his efforts.
- 38:50Speaker 8: I mean you know, yeah, I guess he feels like
- 38:55Speaker 8: he's got to do something.
- 38:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:56Speaker 4: Yeah, this gun violence people, we know a lot of
- 38:59Speaker 4: people that have lost loved ones to gun violence. It's
- 39:02Speaker 4: just a celebrity thing. It's bigger than that. And that's
- 39:05Speaker 4: what Cuebo is trying to say and bring awareness about
- 39:08Speaker 4: using his voice.
- 39:10Speaker 2: Yes, this country is trying to reelect a man who
- 39:15Speaker 2: has several grand jury indictments, federal indictments. That's that's what's
- 39:23Speaker 2: wrong with us.
- 39:24Speaker 8: All right, all right, anyway, we're gonna move on. Coming
- 39:30Speaker 8: up next, Ceraldell will be here at thirty four minutes
- 39:34Speaker 8: after the hour, right after this.
- 39:35Speaker 1: I'm sure she has something on her mind. You're listening
- 39:40Speaker 1: Morning show. I was promised, ladies and gentlemen, she is
- 39:44Speaker 1: here always on time.
- 39:47Speaker 3: Here.
- 39:53Speaker 1: You know that's my new thing.
- 39:55Speaker 2: We is here. I got that from beyond time Prime Time,
- 40:00Speaker 2: went over there to Colorado.

- 54:26Speaker 1: it for you. Here it is strawberry letter.
- 54:28Speaker 8: Thank you nephew, welcome back again. Subject why can't I
- 54:32Speaker 8: have the good stuff here? Stephen Shirley. I went on
- 54:36Speaker 8: a blind date with a man that my sister met
- 54:39Speaker 8: at her church. We had a good first date, and
- 54:41Speaker 8: I agreed to go out with him for a second
- 54:43Speaker 8: date because I felt like I could shape him into
- 54:46Speaker 8: the perfect man for me.
- 54:48Speaker 1: His wife died four years ago, and he.
- 54:50Speaker 8: Stopped dating and looking for love after his last girlfriend
- 54:53Speaker 8: cheated on him. I couldn't believe how he hadn't changed
- 54:56Speaker 8: a thing at home since his wife died. All he
- 54:59Speaker 8: did was all of his wife's clothing and shoes into
- 55:02Speaker 8: a guest room, and there was a garbage bag filled
- 55:04Speaker 8: with designer purses. He was passed out drunk one night
- 55:08Speaker 8: and I went through the clothes, shoes, and the bags.
- 55:11Speaker 8: There were a couple of coats of hers that I needed,
- 55:14Speaker 8: and more than a few nice dresses that were my size.
- 55:17Speaker 8: Her feet were smaller than mine, so I couldn't try
- 55:19Speaker 8: on any of the shoes. It took me two separate
- 55:23Speaker 8: secret missions to go through the purses. I've been asking
- 55:26Speaker 8: him since then if I can help him clean out
- 55:28Speaker 8: the house. He said that he would do it if
- 55:30Speaker 8: I moved in with him. I don't want to live
- 55:33Speaker 8: with him because it's too soon, but I do want
- 55:35Speaker 8: those designer purses and fancy clothes. I told him that
- 55:39Speaker 8: I would think about moving in just to see what
- 55:41Speaker 8: he was going to say. He got excited and said
- 55:44Speaker 8: he would call a junk removal service and get the
- 55:46Speaker 8: house cleaned out. I told him I wanted some of
- 55:49Speaker 8: the purses, and he said they're going to Goodwill. He
- 55:52Speaker 8: said he didn't want me to have his deceased wife's bags.
- 55:55Speaker 8: Is he crazy? Why can't I have the good stuff?
- 55:58Speaker 8: Why would he give it to charity instead of me? Well,
- 56:01Speaker 8: he told you he doesn't want you to have his
- 56:04Speaker 8: late wife's things.
- 56:05Speaker 1: He told you that. Okay, obviously they have some sort.
- 56:08Speaker 2: Of meaning to him.
- 56:09Speaker 8: I mean, I know it's been four years, but good, bad,
- 56:12Speaker 8: or whatever. He has other plans for them. He wants
- 56:15Speaker 8: them out of the house, and when they're gone, he
- 56:18Speaker 8: doesn't want to see him again. In other words, he's
- 56:20Speaker 8: ready to move on with you, his new woman in
- 56:24Speaker 8: his late woman things. I guess he thinks it's disrespectful
- 56:28Speaker 8: or just a little too painful for him. I know
- 56:32Speaker 8: to you, you think it's a ways for him to
- 56:33Speaker 8: give away his perfectly good bags when you could put
- 56:36Speaker 8: them to perfectly good use. But just like you can't
- 56:40Speaker 8: change him or shape him up into the perfect man
- 56:43Speaker 8: for you, as you say, you can't make him give
- 56:45Speaker 8: you the bags and things, the clothes and all of that.
- 56:49Speaker 8: And why are you snooping through his late wife's stuff anyway?
- 56:52Speaker 8: I mean, isn't that kind of creepy to you? What
- 56:57Speaker 8: would you be doing if his wife's things weren't you
- 57:00Speaker 8: just be focused on what you're building with this man, right?
- 57:03Speaker 8: I just say do that if that's what you want
- 57:05Speaker 8: to do, If you want the man, get with him.
- 57:07Speaker 8: He seems to be willing to get with you, but
- 57:10Speaker 8: he just doesn't want you going through his wife's things.
- 57:13Speaker 1: And he has that, right.
- 57:14Speaker 2: Steve Lord him right here, this doggone letter right here,
- 57:18Speaker 2: I'm gonna just tell you flat out before I started
- 57:19Speaker 2: reading the letter, I get rid of your big and ass,
- 57:22Speaker 2: That's what I wanna do. I'm sick of you in
- 57:24Speaker 2: this letter right here. It's so many things about you
- 57:27Speaker 2: I don't like it right now, lady, I wish you
- 57:29Speaker 2: hadn't even wrote into this show because I'm not gonna
- 57:32Speaker 2: help you. I'm gonna hurt you because I don't like you.
- 57:35Speaker 2: Big in ass. You're just sitting up in here. What
- 57:37Speaker 2: are you doing right here? You went on a blind
- 57:39Speaker 2: day with a man that your sister met at her church.
- 57:42Speaker 2: You had a good first date, you agreed to go
- 57:44Speaker 2: out on second date. I felt like I could shape
- 57:47Speaker 2: him into the perfect man for me. He always trying
- 57:51Speaker 2: to change somebody. Now I know that women can come
- 57:54Speaker 2: to the table and upgrade a man's life. Hell, this
- 57:57Speaker 2: happened to me, and I appreciate you all for won't too,
- 58:00Speaker 2: But you can't shape him into the perfect man for you.
- 58:03Speaker 2: His wife died four years ago. He stopped dating and
- 58:06Speaker 2: looking for love because his last girlfriend cheated on it.
- 58:09Speaker 2: I couldn't believe how he had to change the thing
- 58:12Speaker 2: at home since his wife died. All he did was
- 58:16Speaker 2: move his wife clothing shoes into his guest room and
- 58:19Speaker 2: there was a garage bag filled with designer person Have
- 58:23Speaker 2: you ever thought maybe he loved a woman.
- 58:27Speaker 6: Have you ever thought maybe it's just a hard for
- 58:30Speaker 6: him to let go?
- 58:31Speaker 2: Right now? You know, he didn't want to just wipe her,
- 58:35Speaker 2: wipe her out, you know, just throw all her stuff out.
- 58:38Speaker 6: So now here you go. He passed out drunk one night.
- 58:43Speaker 2: He drinking now because he's trying to find a coat
- 58:45Speaker 2: way to cope with his grief. He passed out drunk
- 58:49Speaker 2: one night, and I went through the clothes, shoes and bags.
- 58:53Speaker 2: We got somebody on our should like that every time
- 58:56Speaker 2: somebody sent me a basket or something to the radio.
- 59:00Speaker 2: Old We got a person on our show that goes
- 59:02Speaker 2: through everything. It's called rummaging. It's called rummaging. That's right.
- 59:08Speaker 2: People that's always going through stuff don't belong to them,
- 59:12Speaker 2: see what they can use. I have given this woman
- 59:16Speaker 2: more things out of gift baskets that's been sitting to
- 59:19Speaker 2: me I'm talking about, and she will take anything. Coffee mugs,
- 59:24Speaker 2: summer sausage t shirts that's too big for you. I
- 59:30Speaker 2: sleep in it, you know, just I ain't never seen nobody.
- 59:33Speaker 2: Probably got a house full of stuff that was given
- 59:36Speaker 2: to me over the years. It's called rummaging. Now your
- 59:39Speaker 2: ass been rummaging through the clothes, shoes, and bass. That
- 59:43Speaker 2: was a couple of coats of hers that I needed
- 59:47Speaker 2: and more than a few nice dresses that were my size.
- 59:51Speaker 2: Her feet were smaller than mine, so I couldn't try
- 59:54Speaker 2: on any of the shoes. Oh naw. We starting to
- 59:57Speaker 2: do this to a few of the dress since that
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: was her size. Some of them were smaller and she
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: couldn't fit into it. Put the big ass feet though.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: Ain't nothing you can do about that. Yeah, when you
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: got big ass feet, can't squeezed into the last shoes, can't. No, Lord,
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: you in that trying them all. You tried your best
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: to dig You was in there, you damned and woke
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: him up. You was in that had your franger in
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: the back of that shoe. You done took the nail
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: off one of them leave press ons is inside the shoe.
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: I'll be damn I'd have snapped the nail off trying
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: to put this shoe up. I know you did, cause
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: your big ass foot. And then she had several dresses
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: in that because she had gained a little bit of weight.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: You can wear them, hang on, but them eights you
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: couldn't get in them.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Hs though, Hang on, Steve, We'll have part two of
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: your response coming up.
- 1:00:46Speaker 8: At twenty three minutes after the hour of Today's Strawberry Letter,
- 1:00:49Speaker 8: subject why can't I have the good stuff?
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: hard morning show?
- 1:00:58Speaker 8: All right, seem come on, let's reach we have today's
- 1:01:00Speaker 8: strawberry letter. The subject is why can't I have the
- 1:01:04Speaker 8: good stuff?
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: Well, this whole letter is about a woman that I've
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: decided I don't really care for who wrote the letter
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: because I don't like her. Beg and ass. This man's
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: wife died. She's dating him now just to speed up
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: this thing. And she been going over this house, and
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: the deceased wife closes all in the separate bedroom bags
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: versus coach dresses. He got drunk one night, dealing with
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: the grief, fell asleep. She went in and went through everything,
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: several dresses she could fit. She was just in there,
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: just having a fitting session, like her ass at Marshall somewhere,
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: just going through everybody's stuff.
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: But then the only thing is you down at the
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: thrift store, because this stuff is huge. Now you in
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: here and tried on Everything's a few dresses that are
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: and some coats or hers that you need, and a
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: few nice dresses that's in your side. Her feet was
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: smaller than mine, so I couldn't try on any of
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: the shoes. Oh yes, she did. That's how you found
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: out they were smaller. You didn't just hold it up
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: and look at it. You tried to jam your big
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: ass foot down in this dead woman's shoes. I personally
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: not trying on the dead personal shoes that I'm fin
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: to do. I'm not right because I'm not finna walk
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: in your shoes. You you the mess around and left
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: this earth. You take them shoes which better? Matter of fact,
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: you could put all them shoes in that casket because
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: I'm not fitting to wear your damn shoes.
- 1:02:29Speaker 9: But oh no, not you.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Her feet was so I couldn't try. It took me
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: two separate missions. You don't win in that twice. Just
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: rummaging through this dead lady's stuff make me sick. Your
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: big ass put in that quiet he damn there you
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: grunting trying to put them shoes on and find out
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: the dress was not big ass feet, got them coats
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: and stuff. Took you two separate missions to go through
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: the persons. I've been asking him since then if I
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: can help him clean out the house. He said he
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: would do it if I moved in with him. I
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: don't want to live with him because it's too soon,
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: but I do want those design of persons and fancy clothes.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: Oh you just a thrift stoke clean, Oh you little
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: miss second hand.
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: I told him that I would think about moving in
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: just to see what he was going to say. He
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: got excited and said he would call a junk removal
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: service and get the house cleaned out. I told him
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: I wanted some of the persons, and he said they
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: was going to good will. He said he didn't want
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: me to have his deceased wife bags.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: Is he crazy?
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: No?
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: The question is are you crazy? Why you want to
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: walk around with all the dead lady clothes on the
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: dead lady bags? You just dragging a girl while you
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: got that. I got it off a body. Excuse me,
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: cause somebody gonna ask a girl, I see your new bag?
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: Where you get the new bag from?
- 1:03:55Speaker 4: Mmmm?
- 1:03:57Speaker 6: Well, you know I'm seeing Herbert Now wife had passed.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: Come on, come on, come on, come on.
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: Herb his wife passed and had a room full of
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: this stuff. Your fridre gonna be looking at you like
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: you ain't dead lady clothes girl. You can't just he
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: was gonna throw them away and give him to the
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: good Will. And I talked to him, so he told me, now,
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: you're gonna give him to the good Will. So I
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: took some of them out when he wasn't looking. Why
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: can't I have the good stuff? Why would he give
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: it to charity instead of me? Well, you want to
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: get your face broke here, It is because you ain't hurt.
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: You ain't even close to her. He don't want you
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: walking around in her clothes because he didn't buy them
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: clothes for you. He bought him for her. He don't
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: want you walking around as a benefactor of the bass
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: because you ain't earned now one of them bass. That
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: woman's probably standing in the cut with that man helped
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: forge your life. I got news for she probably helped
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: him buy that house. Your big foot ass is sitting
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: up there to walk around there with all that dead
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: lady clothes, all and everything. You take your big foot
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: ass to your house and quit big and rubbing and
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: through all this dead lady's stuff mess around. Ain't gonna
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: have this woman come back and haunt your ass. You
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: ain't gonna know what's going sitting up there. All of
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: a sudden, your person is floating in the air. You
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: gonna wire is that person in the air, She carded
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: back to the room. That's all you need know, Your
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: scary ass and the trying on them little bitty shoes,
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: walking around with all them tight ass dresses on. That's
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: why only a few of them fit. You mad at
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: her because you ain't quite That's how mad at her?
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: He said he gonna give it to charity. Now why
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: would he do that?
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: Is he crazy?
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: I want them design a badge. You ain't hurt no
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: designer man, you ain't get.
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: One.
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: You're gonna mess around and you but but here what
- 1:06:02Speaker 6: she gonna do because you're trying, She gonna.
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: Take him without his nun uh huh.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: I believe that too, And then he gonna see it,
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: and then the relationship gonna be over over and it
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: need to be over it anyway, because he grieved and
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: he ain't even look down at them big ass feet.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: You got your what's gonna throw them off? All in here?
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: Them big ass feet, Them big ass feet gonna open
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: up some whole nother line of question and be looking

- 1:06:33Speaker 2: your hands real good. See all this might be off,
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: then he gonna look at your throat and then you
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: know one and one and one might be two. You're
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: just gonna keep adding up. So you need to just
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: tell you the trick yourself on while you got him food,
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: and that try to act cute and dainty with the
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: big ass feet and stay out that woman's shoes. You
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: might can wear a pair of house shoes with the backout,
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: but your whole heel gonna be on the floor though.
- 1:06:56Speaker 8: Lea your comments on Today's Strawberry Letter on Instagram at

- 1:07:02Speaker 8: and the Free iHeartRadio app where free never sounded so good.
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: Coming up next to his junior with Sports Talk right
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: after this. You're listening Harvey Morning Show, and it's time
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: now for Junior and Sports Talk.
- 1:07:16Speaker 13: What you got junior, Oh, let's go and get it
- 1:07:18Speaker 13: out the way. Let's talk about it, how we feel
- 1:07:20Speaker 13: about it. You know, Colorado lost to Oregon forty two
- 1:07:24Speaker 13: to six, and you know I didn't really think they
- 1:07:27Speaker 13: were gonna pre organ Yeah yeah, when they got usc
- 1:07:30Speaker 13: next week.
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: Well, you know they got a star play around the defense.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: Ain't really but like Prime told him at the news conference.
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: He said, better get me now, Get me now, because
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: it's the worst we gonna ever beat.
- 1:07:42Speaker 13: I love Hey Diddy. Also on top of it, unk.
- 1:07:43Speaker 13: I like the fact, he said, and nothing has changed.
- 1:07:46Speaker 13: In other words, their view and that outlook nothing has changed.
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: We lost.
- 1:07:51Speaker 13: But is this where they're gonna start trying to dogdon
- 1:07:55Speaker 13: like they because you know he's has he has his persona,
- 1:07:59Speaker 13: he's been doing nothing.
- 1:08:00Speaker 6: You can say that's gonna change What is happening in Colorado.
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: Nevers had sold out home games, season tickets in twenty
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: five years, sold out, never had much much merchandise soul.
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: Merchandise sales is up over eight hundred percent. The economy
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: in the city has increased in the tunes of hundreds
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: of millions of dollars. They don't Colorado, don't keep damn
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: what y'all talk about. It's not gonna change anything.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: They already know.
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: What he's done is absolutely phenomenal. They were won and
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: eleven last year. They are three and one right now.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: It's gonna be tough for them to beat USC because
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: they don't quite have the defense. If Dion does this
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: right here, it's two things. He gotta show up and
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: he already know it. The offensive line and the defensive line.
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: Once he do that, he gonna change the game. The
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: next recruiting class, you better lead a coming.
- 1:09:00Speaker 13: Opportunity to recruit because he came in and he just
- 1:09:03Speaker 13: he didn't have a recruiting classy transferred portal.
- 1:09:07Speaker 6: Yeah, so it's it's gonna be it's gonna be interesting,
- 1:09:11Speaker 6: you know.
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: No.
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: Look, they're gonna try to find something to say, but
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: what he's done is already phenomenal. And what he's gonna
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: continue to do. They ain't won their last game. Travis
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: Hunter gonna be back. The lineman is gonna get better,
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: the defensive line, they're gonna listen to one sap. They're
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: gonna start learning. And they ain't won their last game.
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: Colorado is still in the hunt. I'm just glad I'm
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: not one of those fasts while I jump on the bandwagon,
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: jump off the band wagon. I believe in what he's
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: doing up there, and.
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: You know him, and you know him how the man
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: he is.
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: You know what he says telling y'all, like he said,
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: jump on me. Now, this the worst we're gonna ever be.
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: Man, you can't be mad at none of that.
- 1:09:56Speaker 13: I tell you that any any word on how long
- 1:10:00Speaker 13: to have his hunters? About three more weeks? Lacerated liver?
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: Come on, he gonna be up three.
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: You don't know nothing about that. Hey, you're talking a
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: latted three more weeks, three weeks.
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: I've never heard of lacerated liver. But that's what he got.
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: But you can't talk to like you though it.
- 1:10:22Speaker 8: On top of the hour, an older man needs help
- 1:10:25Speaker 8: to stay awake during sex.
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: We'll find out what that's all about right after this.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: You're listening morning show, all right, So Steve, listen to
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: this now. This one's from Phoebe and Milwaukee.
- 1:10:40Speaker 8: Phoebe says, Hi, Steve, I'm fifty five and I'm dating
- 1:10:42Speaker 8: a man that's eighteen years older than I am. We
- 1:10:46Speaker 8: have a healthy sex life and he's always eager to
- 1:10:49Speaker 8: get into it, but I have a hard time keeping
- 1:10:51Speaker 8: his attention. He's fallen asleep a few times lately during
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: sex and it's aggravating. He said he's been stressed about
- 1:10:59Speaker 8: things that he can't compare. He can't share it with me,
- 1:11:02Speaker 8: and it's causing him to lose sleep at night. We
- 1:11:04Speaker 8: were having a conversation the other night and he went
- 1:11:07Speaker 8: to sleep mid sentence, I don't know if it's some
- 1:11:10Speaker 8: kind of medical issue or it's just the lack of sleep.
- 1:11:13Speaker 8: I don't want him driving me anywhere until he gets help.
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: What should I do? What should he do?
- 1:11:17Speaker 4: Well?
- 1:11:18Speaker 6: But see, I want you to listen carefully what he
- 1:11:20Speaker 6: told you, Phoebe.
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: He said he has a lot on his mind that's
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: causing him to have a lack of sleep. And that's
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: what he said. So then why is he always going
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: to sleep? If you got a lot on your mind
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: and you suffering from lack of sleep, that means you
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: ain't getting none. But every time you turn around, he's sleep. Now,
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: a couple things could be happening here. What's her name?
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: Her name's Phoebe. She's out of Milwaukee.
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: If you fifty five, he's seventy three. Seventy three, Yes,
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: here could be a couple problem. What number one?
- 1:11:56Speaker 6: It ain't his night.
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: It can happen.
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: He just ain't his I ain't had enough recovery time
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: from the last time. I'm not seventy three, but I
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: pretty much know that's about what that's about six years
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: from now. You're gonna have to be a little bit
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: more selective on how many rounds you're gonna put in
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: for the month. Yeah, and he may be going too
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: hard and then he can't go again. Other thing you
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: might want to look into, Phoebe, is you know, maybe
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: he dozing off because it ain't nothing really happening. Phoebe.
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: No, Phoebe, he's bored.
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: Yeah, now, Phoebe, you might have to pick up pace
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: a little bit, you know, Phoebe. Now he ain't what
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: he used to be, but you probably ain't either, So
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: you know, I think you're gonna have to create a
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: more of a you know, sleep all is damn talking.
- 1:13:07Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: Fould play Sometimes y'all take foul play too far?
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: Wait what.
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: See, foul play is two words. Something happens before we play.
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: That's why they call it fould play. Sometimes you just
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: got to go in there and start to play it.
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: But you can't determine how much for play a woman
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: might need on a particular.
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: See right there, right there. See he's sleep now though
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: what happening before? Now, peep, we got to understand that.
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: Now he's seventy three, This ain't his first rodeo. If
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: we're playing, or we're forward, what we do we're gonna
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: play or we're gonna fall what we're gonna do because
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: I'm tired of forward? Lord, the clock is ticking. You
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: done turned this foulk play in this six play five
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: play folk, let's two play. Sometimes you've heard the term
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: two can play this game? You here, I'm here, let's
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: start playing. Sometimes you ain't got no time for fould play.
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: Sometimes you just got to get out, get out poor.
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: See Phoebe, I want you to consider that now, So
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: it could be a few things. You don't let him
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: drive nowhere because he might sleep. And he just said
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: he got a lot on his mind, which is leading
- 1:14:32Speaker 2: to a lack of sleep. So see, I don't know
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: what's happening. He could have sleep avenue I had that.
- 1:14:38Speaker 2: I might want to get that checked out.
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: So why why can't he share with sentence.
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: Doing No, I wouldn't, I wouldn't fall asleep, not doing sex.
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: I'm acting you away, you away, wide away. You have
- 1:14:59Speaker 2: ondivided you. You ever wanted me to pay attention.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: Phoebe's Yeah, it's Phoebe fall right.
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: Ain't bring it right?
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: Yeah, don't blame it on Phoebe.

- 1:20:40Speaker 8: Morning Show. All right, guys, here we are, last break
- 1:20:43Speaker 8: of the day. Tommy's back today. Welcome back again, nephew.
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: Yeah, it's been a good day. It's been a real
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: good day. Real good mind.
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: American Express. You don't have to keep calling.
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: I know it's you. You don't have to keep calling.
- 1:20:57Speaker 8: Hey, ste we get out of here. We didn't get
- 1:21:00Speaker 8: to this story, and I wanted to ask you about this.
- 1:21:03Speaker 8: Jermaine Drew Pree straight out of the atl We Know That,
- 1:21:06Speaker 8: claims that he was the first person, the very first
- 1:21:10Speaker 8: person to ever make it rain in the strip club.
- 1:21:14Speaker 8: This was on a recent proadcast when he said this.
- 1:21:17Speaker 8: Jermaine said that back in nineteen ninety eight in the
- 1:21:20Speaker 8: video for Money and a Thing with he and jay Z.
- 1:21:22Speaker 8: Remember that one. They're in a car and Jermaine's throwing
- 1:21:25Speaker 8: money making it rain throughout the video. Remember that well,
- 1:21:29Speaker 8: Jermaine said, he then started making it rain with thousands
- 1:21:33Speaker 8: of dollars at Magic City Strip Club in Atlanta, and
- 1:21:36Speaker 8: it became a thing all because of him. So that's
- 1:21:39Speaker 8: why he's claiming he started making it rain.
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: Mate, he explained it.
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: No, that's not true, man, the person true.
- 1:21:46Speaker 13: Stage major, she's responsible whoever that strip was. And you
- 1:21:52Speaker 13: ain't giving away thousands for no read what cinnamon shaking? Okay, thousands.
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: Credit?
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: Where credit is getting credit? Where credits do? Yeah? Okay,
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: make it rain, Okay. Mayweather was making it rain back then,
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: whether yeah, uh.
- 1:22:22Speaker 3: What?
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: I like Jermaine, So if you him first one, he
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: could have been. I'm old enough to know what it
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: used to be making it rain. It's just in advanced.
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: It used to be a coin tossing. Really back in
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: the early early days before money was paper, it was
- 1:22:46Speaker 2: just coins and strippers working in brothels back in the
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: old old times. Mm hmm, they only had coins, so
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: they would pay for women with coins, so they started
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: it was called like pebble tousing, and then it started
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: pebble tossing. Then when money got I'm bringing you up
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: to date now. After I was born, the paper money
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: became paper, and then you would go up to strip
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: clubs and you would just it was called a dollar tucket.
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: You would just tuck it into guard a strapper, tuck
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: it into g string and uh, you know. And then
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: after that it was called drizzling. You would take only
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: two or three singles and you would toss it at
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: the woman. That was called drizzling. And then we move
- 1:23:36Speaker 2: up to current time where Jamaine the preclaims to have
- 1:23:39Speaker 2: making it rain, and those are the steps to it.
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: And so if he wants to take credit for that,
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: I k say I had grew up nowhere where they
- 1:23:50Speaker 2: was making it rain. We was paper tousing, you know,
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: paper touson. We was we wanted to touch tucket in
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: the guard of bi or the g strain. That's what
- 1:24:02Speaker 2: you ordered to put it.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: You got about your seat.
- 1:24:07Speaker 6: Yeah, we had to get something and then wait.
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: We'd hold the dollar patiently while she was over on
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: the other side and waiting for her to just be
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: a single or five or something like that, maybe a
- 1:24:20Speaker 2: ten and she was real fine. Then when she walked over,
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: we placed it slowly in the guard a strap on
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: her thigh or if there was a ten, you could
- 1:24:30Speaker 2: put it in the g strain. But there was no
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: raining back then, so I must give Jermaine the prix
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: because it was just dollar tucking. You weren't allowed to
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: touch women, so you had to you can only tuck
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: it in.
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: Wow, thanks for that history lesson. I appreciate it.
- 1:24:53Speaker 13: I appreciate the history lesson. But when I saw Unicorn,
- 1:24:57Speaker 13: I parted with all my money.
- 1:24:59Speaker 6: That's all.
- 1:25:00Speaker 11: She's the reason why I gave all my money up.
- 1:25:07Speaker 11: First of all, she first. The first one say was
- 1:25:09Speaker 11: she looked me in the eye like she wanted me.
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: They do that to everybody.
- 1:25:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: Special. But when she went to the dude next.
- 1:25:19Speaker 11: To me, I said, I'll be damn I said, right here.
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: He got to look too.
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: First time at Magic City, I was taken there by
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: Joe Torri. Joe Tory took me to uh Magic. I
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: could not believe it. Stripper's name was Sunshine. And when
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: I left Magic City it was dark outside. When we
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: went to waffle house, ioded the Sunshine had made me
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: partner Cloudy. I gave her way too much damn money.
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: I had gave you, Sunshine my eating money. So I'm
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: sitting at the waffle house a straight.
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: Struggling man tell me you have no stories. I've never
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: even been. I don't I don't do stri club.
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: Okay, well I'm here to it because well, for a
- 1:26:25Speaker 2: long time he couldn't get in because they thought he
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: was a little boy. So that is true. Hey a, Steve,
- 1:26:34Speaker 2: you can't come in here with the baby.
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: We know children, no man for real.
- 1:26:42Speaker 2: He twenty five. He lose my damn license and he
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: play with these kids.
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: So there's some truth through what you were saying.
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: Hey, y'all, have yourself a great date. Talk to God today.
