- 2:10Speaker 1: good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice? Come on
- 2:14Speaker 1: dig me now one and only Steve Hardy got a
- 2:17Speaker 1: radio show, Uh this morning? Man. It's like, Uh, what
- 2:21Speaker 1: I want to share with you is more of a
- 2:24Speaker 1: personal testimony, y'all, a personal journey that I've been on
- 2:28Speaker 1: and I just want to share it this morning. I
- 2:30Speaker 1: was trying to think of what to say to you today,
- 2:33Speaker 1: but I thought that what better way than it just
- 2:36Speaker 1: explained it from totally a personal experience and how I
- 2:41Speaker 1: see my life in this turns as ups and downs,
- 2:44Speaker 1: a low points and high points, and how I even
- 2:47Speaker 1: got to this point today. The fabulous thing about the
- 2:51Speaker 1: story that I'm about to tell you is that the
- 2:53Speaker 1: story is not over yet, that I still see so
- 2:58Speaker 1: many great things. I still feel so many great things
- 3:02Speaker 1: on the horizon. You know, whether you've been a fan
- 3:05Speaker 1: of mine, and and do say that humbly, because you know,
- 3:10Speaker 1: without people like yourself, people like me don't exist. You know,
- 3:14Speaker 1: I I really do get that. You know, I know,
- 3:16Speaker 1: I know you may have heard something different or or
- 3:20Speaker 1: saw a SoundBite somewhere. You know, a lot of people
- 3:23Speaker 1: judged me because of the character on my sitcom. It's
- 3:26Speaker 1: really funny. I never understood where people got that he
- 3:29Speaker 1: arrogant thing from. And then one guy was telling me, well,
- 3:32Speaker 1: the character on your show, you know, he was washed up,
- 3:35Speaker 1: has been but he thank he all that, And that
- 3:37Speaker 1: was true. That was the character that I portrayed on
- 3:40Speaker 1: my sitcom. It's amazing how people actually felt that way
- 3:44Speaker 1: about me personally. But you know, I'm past all that.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I really am. I I learned how to deal with
- 3:49Speaker 1: all of that. But I want to tell you the truth,
- 3:52Speaker 1: though I want you to hear it from me. The truth. Um,
- 3:56Speaker 1: whether you've been a fan of mine, and like I
- 3:57Speaker 1: was about to say, and I do say that humble
- 4:00Speaker 1: it because if it was not for people like you
- 4:03Speaker 1: that I know, people like me. You know I can
- 4:05Speaker 1: you can put on your refrigerator, you can hang it
- 4:07Speaker 1: on your mirror, you can write it on your dream board,
- 4:10Speaker 1: you can write it on your goal sheet. Or I
- 4:13Speaker 1: want to be a star. I want to be a star.
- 4:15Speaker 1: I want to be a star. But the truth of
- 4:17Speaker 1: the matter is until people decide that, and then it's
- 4:21Speaker 1: just hanging on your refrigerator. It's just on your mirror,
- 4:24Speaker 1: it's on your dream board, it's stuck up on your
- 4:26Speaker 1: refrigerator as a goal. And that's all it is. Because
- 4:29Speaker 1: you've got to have people to make you a star.
- 4:33Speaker 1: You you, it's not about you. It's it's really, really not.
- 4:35Speaker 1: And so when I say if you've been a fan
- 4:38Speaker 1: of mine, I say that in the humblest way that
- 4:40Speaker 1: I possibly can. Or whether you're new to me, or
- 4:43Speaker 1: you've been around with me since prior to the Kings
- 4:46Speaker 1: of Comedy, or whether you witness that or you became
- 4:49Speaker 1: a fan then, or you knew of me through the
- 4:51Speaker 1: sitcom and everything, if you've been following it at all,
- 4:54Speaker 1: or if you haven't been, here's a story my life
- 4:58Speaker 1: changed in two thousand five. Who I was began to change.
- 5:03Speaker 1: In two thousand five, I started a growth period in
- 5:07Speaker 1: my life because I woke up to a realization one
- 5:10Speaker 1: day that I can't do this by myself, that I'm
- 5:14Speaker 1: not really happy right now, that I was in an abyss,
- 5:18Speaker 1: a horrible place that I was living in of unhappiness. Now,
- 5:23Speaker 1: I've always known how to smile and turn on that
- 5:26Speaker 1: smile for that camera, but man, when that camera went
- 5:28Speaker 1: on Lord and mercy, man, I was a miserable somebody,
- 5:32Speaker 1: and I did a lot of things to cover and
- 5:35Speaker 1: mask that unhappiness. You know, I mean, I mean, I'm
- 5:38Speaker 1: no different from anybody else. I'm a human being. I've
- 5:41Speaker 1: made a lot of mistakes along the way. I have
- 5:43Speaker 1: paid dearly, just like everybody else does for their mistakes.
- 5:47Speaker 1: You know, I've had a tone, I've had to answer,
- 5:51Speaker 1: I've had to uh, you know, regret. You know, I've
- 5:55Speaker 1: had all of that, the same thing that everybody else does.
- 5:57Speaker 1: I'm a human being. But in two in five that
- 6:00Speaker 1: began a serious growth period in my life because I
- 6:03Speaker 1: came to the realization that the way I was doing
- 6:06Speaker 1: it up until that point, it wasn't fulfilling. See, I
- 6:10Speaker 1: was doing it my way I set some goals for myself,
- 6:13Speaker 1: and I was always been a hard worker. Has talked
- 6:15Speaker 1: to me about my father, and so everything I did,
- 6:18Speaker 1: I just pressed. I pressed, and I just outworked everybody
- 6:23Speaker 1: else until I could get to the point where I
- 6:24Speaker 1: was now. Had I done some things differently, I probably
- 6:27Speaker 1: could have been a lot further, a lot quicker, but
- 6:30Speaker 1: that's not the way it works, so I I don't
- 6:32Speaker 1: have regrets about that. But as I began to change,
- 6:35Speaker 1: I came to a realization that I needed something more,
- 6:38Speaker 1: something fulfilling, and I began in two thousand five to
- 6:43Speaker 1: really seek out God and find out, really, man, what
- 6:46Speaker 1: is this about that my Mama had been telling me
- 6:49Speaker 1: about all these years, that I wasn't listening to these
- 6:52Speaker 1: other people do that. I had heard about their success,
- 6:56Speaker 1: and I had listened to them, but it wasn't a
- 6:58Speaker 1: success I was after. It was the peace of mind
- 7:01Speaker 1: and the joy that I heard people talk about because
- 7:04Speaker 1: I was troubled. You know, I didn't have it together.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I was just in the gym the other day talking
- 7:08Speaker 1: to a guy who was telling me I'm a stone
- 7:10Speaker 1: cold hustler man, but my mind don't ever rest. Well,
- 7:14Speaker 1: you can't have peace and what you're doing out there
- 7:17Speaker 1: is dirty. You know that there is no peace in
- 7:19Speaker 1: doing dirty. I can tell you that right now. And
- 7:21Speaker 1: whatever form of dirty you is, I was doing some
- 7:23Speaker 1: dirty things. So it wasn't no peace. You know, you
- 7:25Speaker 1: ain't gotta be a drug dealer to do some dirty things.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You can do some dirty things with your actions. You
- 7:30Speaker 1: can do some dirty things, you know, sending. I mean,
- 7:33Speaker 1: it's just a whole lot of ways you can do
- 7:34Speaker 1: some dirt, but you're not gonna find peace in that.
- 7:37Speaker 1: So I began to seek out this relationship with God.
- 7:40Speaker 1: I'm again to really explored a little bit deeper. And
- 7:43Speaker 1: so what I started doing, man, was I stopped making
- 7:45Speaker 1: all the decisions myself and I started conferring and confiding
- 7:49Speaker 1: in him. I started going to him on a personal
- 7:52Speaker 1: basis in the way that I knew how I don't
- 7:55Speaker 1: know how people in church do it, or I found
- 7:57Speaker 1: it to be very very fulfilled link to just cut
- 8:01Speaker 1: out all the lights, and I found a place in
- 8:03Speaker 1: my house where I could go and just start talking
- 8:06Speaker 1: to him on the reel, like I'm having a conversation
- 8:08Speaker 1: right now. But I was talking to my creative, my
- 8:11Speaker 1: heavenly father and I had these incredible conversations, and it
- 8:14Speaker 1: awaken and an acceptance of him into my life. And
- 8:17Speaker 1: he started to change some things about me. And he
- 8:20Speaker 1: started to help me understand the taste that I had
- 8:24Speaker 1: in my mouth, the temptations I was dealing with, the
- 8:27Speaker 1: lust that I felt. You know, he just started helping
- 8:29Speaker 1: me understand that a little bit better and helping me
- 8:32Speaker 1: be stronger than it was. And you know, uh, you know,
- 8:36Speaker 1: it don't often mean that the things go away. It's
- 8:41Speaker 1: just you find strift to deal with it. And so
- 8:43Speaker 1: I began the changing process. Now I don't know if
- 8:47Speaker 1: you noticed it, but a lot of things started skyrocking.
- 8:51Speaker 1: And if you follow up my career, but if you
- 8:53Speaker 1: knew to it, just just let me help you. I'm
- 8:55Speaker 1: not bragging here. I want you to understand something. I'm
- 8:57Speaker 1: trying to take you down the road on a person
- 9:00Speaker 1: on the road that got me to this point and
- 9:02Speaker 1: what's gonna take me further. See the cold thing about
- 9:05Speaker 1: it is he ain't even throw with me yet. That's
- 9:07Speaker 1: the beautiful thing about it, And that this journey, in
- 9:10Speaker 1: this walk that I've discovered with God Almighty, what it
- 9:13Speaker 1: is man, It's a It's a it's a process. It's
- 9:16Speaker 1: a process that you get involved in, and it ain't
- 9:18Speaker 1: a finish. It's finished when you leave this earth. But
- 9:21Speaker 1: you're constantly trying to improve. But you're gonna constantly make mistakes,
- 9:25Speaker 1: but you're gonna constantly get it right, correct them, and
- 9:28Speaker 1: get about the business. The difference between now and then
- 9:31Speaker 1: is now. When I make a mistake, I don't lay
- 9:33Speaker 1: there and wallow in it and look at it as
- 9:35Speaker 1: the end all, or let it define me. I make
- 9:38Speaker 1: my mistakes, I get up, I ask for forgiveness, and
- 9:42Speaker 1: I keep it moving. And I don't a lot of
- 9:44Speaker 1: haters out there to pull it on me, no more
- 9:47Speaker 1: than than already on me. You know people out there
- 9:50Speaker 1: who hate on you, who try to hold you to
- 9:52Speaker 1: your past. That ain't their job, and that ain't a business.
- 9:56Speaker 1: If God has forgiven me, and God has forgiven you,
- 9:59Speaker 1: you have the right to get up and move on
- 10:01Speaker 1: and hold your head up. You ain't got to keep
- 10:03Speaker 1: hearing what you was from everybody, And don't let that
- 10:06Speaker 1: be the stopping point just because they don't see what
- 10:09Speaker 1: God has done for you, or they weren't there when
- 10:12Speaker 1: you ask for forgiveness, or they weren't there when you
- 10:14Speaker 1: honestly had remorse for your action. Just because they weren't there,
- 10:17Speaker 1: they want to keep typing about it. You let them
- 10:19Speaker 1: type on, there's a place for all them haters. Don't
- 10:22Speaker 1: worry about that. Shake them and keep it moving because
- 10:25Speaker 1: you have the right to recover. You have the right
- 10:28Speaker 1: to keep it going man, and not being held to
- 10:31Speaker 1: your past. I got I ain't even finish it. I'll
- 10:34Speaker 1: finished that tomorrow. So if you're here tomorrow, I'm gonna
- 10:36Speaker 1: finish this personal journey because I think this is important.
- 10:39Speaker 1: This is important for me anyway that I share with people.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Really who thinking? Man, Steve Harvey got it going on? Well,
- 10:45Speaker 1: I want you to understand how you think I got
- 10:48Speaker 1: it going going on? How I got to this point.
- 10:51Speaker 1: That has been a process, and it's a whole lot
- 10:53Speaker 1: more to go. But I'm glad I'm this way now
- 10:55Speaker 1: versus to where I was. But then I ain't upset
- 10:57Speaker 1: with me either because I was who I wasrs But
- 11:01Speaker 1: I am who I am, and I'm cool with both
- 11:03Speaker 1: of them. People. You're listening to Steve twenty one minutes

- 13:33Speaker 1: look at I'm not going to work. I just made
- 13:36Speaker 1: a conscious decision. Yesterday I said, man, let's go. When
- 13:40Speaker 1: I get ready to put when I put my suit
- 13:42Speaker 1: on for each show, I said, man, let's go have
- 13:44Speaker 1: some fun. Yes, let's go have some good. It should
- 13:49Speaker 1: be fun. I mean it is fun. But I kept going, Man,
- 13:52Speaker 1: I gotta go to work. I gotta go to work.
- 13:54Speaker 1: And since the scripture says a man is actually thinking.
- 13:58Speaker 1: If I'm always thinking I'm going to work, I mean,
- 14:00Speaker 1: no matter how much you love your job and what
- 14:02Speaker 1: you do, that parts of it you don't care for,
- 14:05Speaker 1: like going down now, yeah to the people though it's fun.
- 14:10Speaker 1: They love watching you because it's fun and I have
- 14:13Speaker 1: fun doing it. So I just have to take the
- 14:15Speaker 1: work aspect out and just go, hey, man, I'm going

- 15:06Speaker 1: And I'm gonna be honest with y'all. To be told
- 15:09Speaker 1: is I'm sick of my life. I really am, because
- 15:17Speaker 1: yesterday I go upstairs. I ain't never been upstairs at
- 15:22Speaker 1: Uncle Steve house, right, I ain't never been up there. Oh,
- 15:27Speaker 1: the truth be told here. I'm sick of my life. Steve.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Let me see the master bed room. I walked in there,
- 15:37Speaker 1: Shandelia light up the entire room. He isn't her toilets.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Forget closets. He isn't her toilets. Yes, okay. Then I
- 15:50Speaker 1: go in and Margora closet. I see, Wow, what a sight.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Then Uncle Steve closet is the same closet that's down
- 15:59Speaker 1: there at make his departments. I'm so sick of me
- 16:07Speaker 1: because I go home and I closed the door, turned
- 16:11Speaker 1: around and everything. I all right there, I turn. You know,
- 16:17Speaker 1: I won't something. I want to be able to pop
- 16:21Speaker 1: out and surprise people when I walk in the room.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I can't do that at my place. It ain't but
- 16:27Speaker 1: one turn. Once I turned the corner, everybody know where
- 16:31Speaker 1: I came from. Steve got a jacuzy in the center
- 16:35Speaker 1: of the bathroom. If I get in my tub, I
- 16:41Speaker 1: can't drown. My knees is dead in my chest. As
- 16:47Speaker 1: soon as I get in, I come. He can stretch
- 16:50Speaker 1: his legs out across from if he won't do. If
- 16:53Speaker 1: I turned to the side, I hit my head or
- 16:56Speaker 1: told of that tub. It's a situation for me? Himp
- 17:00Speaker 1: a refrigerator in the bathroom? Who thought of that raider
- 17:07Speaker 1: in the bathroom? Plus an expressive machine like this? I'm
- 17:14Speaker 1: sick of my life. I swear I can't stand this
- 17:17Speaker 1: little five d square feet I live. I can't stand
- 17:20Speaker 1: the patio was to do chaither? I turned all my stuff?
- 17:23Speaker 1: And when I got got a day bed in the
- 17:27Speaker 1: bad room. A day bed? Do you hit me a David?
- 17:31Speaker 1: A bed you'll get in in the day? Do you
- 17:33Speaker 1: know what? One damn bed? And I got to do
- 17:38Speaker 1: everything from there? You ain't get up and go nowhere else.
- 17:42Speaker 1: I let me move over here. If I get up
- 17:43Speaker 1: and try to move, I can't see the TV. No damn,
- 17:47Speaker 1: got a day bed in the room. Understand what I'm
- 17:50Speaker 1: talking about? This? I can't stand my little rag. I
- 17:54Speaker 1: got to do better. I swear, I don't care. I've
- 17:59Speaker 1: got to I see it already. I know what I'm
- 18:01Speaker 1: all that. How do you get another balcony upstairs in
- 18:04Speaker 1: your bed room just to sip coffee? You that rich?
- 18:07Speaker 1: Isn't that rich? Dog? My balcony ain't like your balcony.
- 18:17Speaker 1: My neighbors see me, he walked out there. How you
- 18:22Speaker 1: doing how you doing. You don't talk to nobody or
- 18:24Speaker 1: your backonty the same balconists. I can't believe this o
- 18:29Speaker 1: man in its closet. Oh my gosh, it's oh my gosh.
- 18:33Speaker 1: I never ever, no, I never been up there. I've
- 18:37Speaker 1: only been on him. I didn't know he lived like this. Jake, Jane,
- 18:42Speaker 1: we've been and y'all we need to do a better
- 18:43Speaker 1: job of talking to him. Let let me tell you.
- 18:47Speaker 1: He ain't got one balcony up there. J he got
- 18:50Speaker 1: balconies in one room, in one room, balconies, I ain't.
- 19:03Speaker 1: I don't forget that. Why you didn't tell nobody to do?
- 19:06Speaker 1: Was this rich dog? What you don't see anybody? You
- 19:13Speaker 1: don't see nothing, or you know, you just sit out
- 19:16Speaker 1: there and you don't see people. One he watched deer.
- 19:22Speaker 1: He watched the nature take place in my in my back.
- 19:28Speaker 1: And then when I walk out there, it's five dogs
- 19:30Speaker 1: out there, people walking dogs. Come, everybody can talk to you.
- 19:34Speaker 1: I ain't got that. Now I'm gonna get it though,
- 19:39Speaker 1: because I'm sick of this. I can't do this. I
- 19:43Speaker 1: saw it, Tommy, did you know this was up there? Yea?
- 19:46Speaker 1: He got five dogs. I got five dogs out. His
- 19:49Speaker 1: neighbors are all a lot of her kids running by space.
- 19:52Speaker 1: It's moving. It's too much out here on my back.
- 19:56Speaker 1: It's busy, people swaying, bobby killing. You got a real
- 20:01Speaker 1: going you know that community agree or that little black

- 40:51Speaker 1: Yellow and Blue Barbecue Party. It's going down on Sunday
- 40:54Speaker 1: and we're gonna have a party and the Future Brothers
- 40:56Speaker 1: are going to be cooking. They have great quality food,
- 41:00Speaker 1: oh many. And they got their own special South. The
- 41:04Speaker 1: souse is incredible. They got they specially made it. It's
- 41:09Speaker 1: all in the South. It's all in the top. But
- 41:11Speaker 1: their meat is so tender, very very tender meat. That's
- 41:16Speaker 1: what you want. You want tender meat and you want
- 41:18Speaker 1: good South anyway, All right, Junior is up next with
- 41:23Speaker 1: ain't no way, We'll be back. You're listening to Steve Show.
- 41:29Speaker 1: All right, here we are, We're back. Junior's here with
- 41:33Speaker 1: ain't no way, ain't no way. He's just some stories
- 41:36Speaker 1: if you think they're true or if they're not true.
- 41:38Speaker 1: But it is hilarious though. For instance, uh, I know
- 41:41Speaker 1: the fellows can all relate to this man in hospital
- 41:45Speaker 1: after car crash faces second rick as girlfriend and mistress
- 41:50Speaker 1: both turn up to visit him. Oh yeah, that's absolutely real.
- 41:58Speaker 1: Oh yeah, and they didn't know why right into the wall, right,
- 42:07Speaker 1: but he asked to get back in the car. Don't
- 42:12Speaker 1: for me, just kill myself, leave me alone, don't don't
- 42:16Speaker 1: save me, please, don't let me go now, let me
- 42:19Speaker 1: bleed out? Right? Yeah, all of this, Tommy, it is Morgan,
- 42:32Speaker 1: it is no alright. Forget the black man who lost
- 42:40Speaker 1: private part in botched circumcision to have transplanet organ tattoo
- 42:46Speaker 1: because the donor was white, saying well, okay, okay, I
- 42:52Speaker 1: got it, I got it. I got it, but oh
- 42:56Speaker 1: changed the color. He changed the color. Private circumcisions botched circumcisis. Yeah,
- 43:03Speaker 1: they didn't cut too deep, cut too deep to have
- 43:06Speaker 1: transplanted organ tattoo because he got another one. But the
- 43:10Speaker 1: donor was white, so he got enough. He had a
- 43:13Speaker 1: darkened up. He gonna have it darkened. Now that's got
- 43:19Speaker 1: to be painful. You don't need a back I just
- 43:24Speaker 1: got that's not true. I don't believe that one. It's
- 43:30Speaker 1: true though. You're laid up there with your arms behind
- 43:37Speaker 1: your head. That's all right now, botched circumcss. He can't
- 43:42Speaker 1: get up. This is he calor? H Okay, this is
- 43:48Speaker 1: tripped out. Where do you get a donor for that?
- 43:50Speaker 1: But he got to be dead world? You got life
- 43:55Speaker 1: in your home, man, I'm gonna give you. I don't
- 43:57Speaker 1: need it. But that story you did about to do
- 44:01Speaker 1: that didn't have Oh yeah that was on the TV.
- 44:07Speaker 1: Yeah that was forty years old and had lived his
- 44:10Speaker 1: whole life and didn't have one. Yeah he didn't. Yeah,
- 44:16Speaker 1: why leo if you don't have that. No, he isn't
- 44:19Speaker 1: really gonna leeds to live you right to me? Its purples?
- 44:23Speaker 1: No almost start. I started my paper round at seven.
- 44:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna have enough money by the time I met
- 44:30Speaker 1: you don't get something. All my money is dedicated to
- 44:35Speaker 1: the purchase this. I don't even eat hundred don't do numbers, saying,
- 44:42Speaker 1: but I ain't got no clothes. I'm just sitting in
- 44:44Speaker 1: my house, just looking down. Don't don't touch that. That's
- 44:50Speaker 1: my penis. Jo never had a piece of cane to nothing. No,
- 44:55Speaker 1: it's a job, sir. You've saved six hundred and forty
- 45:01Speaker 1: eight thousand dollars. You know what's the best one you got, sir?
- 45:10Speaker 1: All right, here's one grandmother armed with a K forty
- 45:16Speaker 1: seven says police officer from street gage story I'm talking about.
- 45:26Speaker 1: They said she was on to the false teeth. She
- 45:31Speaker 1: was ready. Uh, she's ready. She was armed to the teeth.
- 45:35Speaker 1: She was on to the false teeth that had eight
- 45:38Speaker 1: forty seven five. But I'll tell you what, though, that
- 45:43Speaker 1: is not true. Okay, it's not true. It's a factal
- 45:49Speaker 1: but it could happen though. That's as it could happen. Yeah,
- 45:54Speaker 1: it really could be. That's first of all, before you
- 45:56Speaker 1: attached it to me, We're gonna I'm gonna have to
- 45:58Speaker 1: take a look at it. You just can't just say
- 46:03Speaker 1: what I signed up. But you're gonna have to take
- 46:05Speaker 1: the white one cause ain't no black dog. No, it
- 46:09Speaker 1: ain't that. Ain't no way people, all right, j alright,
- 46:17Speaker 1: Coming up NeXT's the nephew with the prank phone call.

- 55:57Speaker 1: You ain't never put yourself in a hot dog. Hot dog,
- 56:00Speaker 1: y'ave never done it, But I ain't able sitting into
- 56:04Speaker 1: markeating Chris cocaine. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Alright,
- 56:14Speaker 1: crazy strawberry letters coming up? But first, According to Fox News,
- 56:19Speaker 1: a new study reveals that Instagram is the worst social
- 56:24Speaker 1: media platform for young people's mental health. Instagram is considered
- 56:28Speaker 1: the worst one, with experts suggesting looking at all your
- 56:32Speaker 1: friends pictures promotes envy and mental illness. Uh. YouTube ranks
- 56:38Speaker 1: the safest, and it was the only site that garnered
- 56:41Speaker 1: a net positive effect on young people's health, with Twitter
- 56:45Speaker 1: coming in just behind. So our kids obsessed with Instagram?
- 56:49Speaker 1: Yeah they are. Do you try to limit the amount
- 56:52Speaker 1: of time your kids are on social media? Steve? It's hard, though,
- 56:55Speaker 1: because our kids are grown. You could do that. If
- 57:03Speaker 1: mama could do that, knows you would give me your
- 57:05Speaker 1: damn thone right now. You'll get him back when I'm
- 57:09Speaker 1: ready for you to have your mom. He needs him.
- 57:19Speaker 1: Twitter night, all right, buckle up and hold on tight.
- 57:24Speaker 1: We got it for you here. It is subject diagnosed
- 57:29Speaker 1: a real bona fide sex addict. Okay, I am losing
- 57:35Speaker 1: my best friend to a diagnosed sex addict. Before his diagnosis,
- 57:39Speaker 1: my best friend's husband cheated on her repeatedly. She put him,
- 57:43Speaker 1: she put him in therapy, and he was diagnosed a
- 57:46Speaker 1: sex addict. Months later, a date rape charge came up
- 57:49Speaker 1: against him. She convinced me of his innocent I was
- 57:53Speaker 1: asked to write him a character letter. I told myself,
- 57:56Speaker 1: just because he cheats doesn't make him a rapist, So
- 57:59Speaker 1: I wrote the better. Then a few months later, another
- 58:02Speaker 1: date rape charge from a different woman in a different
- 58:04Speaker 1: state came up. My best friend once again try to
- 58:07Speaker 1: convince me of his innocent I wasn't buying it. Then
- 58:11Speaker 1: he made the fatal era of propositioning me at one
- 58:16Speaker 1: of their parties. I snapped and he slithered away. She
- 58:21Speaker 1: told me I am a negative force and she wants
- 58:24Speaker 1: her distant if I won't be supportive And except that
- 58:27Speaker 1: he has a sex addiction. He's having plenty sex, even
- 58:32Speaker 1: with men in parentheses, but never with her. Our friendship
- 58:36Speaker 1: is ruined because I spoke my mind signed. Truly don't
- 58:40Speaker 1: know what to do. Okay, I don't know what to
- 58:44Speaker 1: do either for this letter. But my advice to you
- 58:47Speaker 1: is just don't do anything. You know. To me, you've
- 58:49Speaker 1: done all you can. I mean, you've even written a
- 58:52Speaker 1: letter for this jerk. Uh. Why are you all up
- 58:55Speaker 1: in their business like this? Anyway? This is too much
- 58:59Speaker 1: to me? Sex edition, date raping, I mean, what is
- 59:02Speaker 1: going on here? It's just too much, you know. I say,
- 59:05Speaker 1: be glad that she wants her distance from you. And
- 59:08Speaker 1: what does she want you to support? I mean, really,
- 59:10Speaker 1: what does she want you to accept? Does she want
- 59:13Speaker 1: you to accept the fact that he's date raped people
- 59:16Speaker 1: his sex edition? I don't get it. You don't have
- 59:18Speaker 1: to accept anything. What about these parties? He's even hit
- 59:22Speaker 1: on you. I don't understand anything that's going on in
- 59:25Speaker 1: this letter. This is their mess. Uh. You know, I
- 59:27Speaker 1: don't care how hard she tries to convince you of
- 59:30Speaker 1: his innocence. This is a mess, and I think you
- 59:33Speaker 1: should be glad to be rid of her and him,
- 59:37Speaker 1: you know, as people. You know that's my answer. All right,
- 59:40Speaker 1: surely I agree with everything you say. But let's just
- 59:43Speaker 1: go and cut to this hill. Yeah, this lettle just
- 59:49Speaker 1: saying that this letto is about three crazy people. Okay,
- 59:56Speaker 1: everybody in this crazy. He crazy, the wife crazy, and
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: you crazy. This is all This letter is just three
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: I'm with Shirley. I don't get that. I don't even
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: like the letter. I don't know what you're writing for.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: I don't know why you have made this your problem.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: I don't see why you even give a damn because
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: I showed them. I mean, I don't even understand this.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: This letter is absolutely ludicrous folk ignance, This ignorant man
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: with this more ignorant wife. She's sitting up in here.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Look at him. You're losing your best friend. This your
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: best friend, This best friend you come up with that's
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: married to the dude that has cheated on her repeatedly.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Not only has he cheated on her repeatedly, he doesn't
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: let her. She cares so much she'd have put him
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: in therapy. Come to find out, somebody sitting on the
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: couch with a legal path then decided to tell you
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: that he's a sex at it to hell, y'all pay
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: the money to figure this out for who didn't notice
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: keep cheating on you? But then months later a date
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: rape charge get put on the man. She coming as
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: you her best friend to write a letter for him.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: You decide, well, just because he is sex at it,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: don't make him a rapist. Well makes sense. You write
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: the letter. Two months later, here comes another damn charge
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: in another state. I would leave women ain't got together
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: down at the job and done this. So homeboy then
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: took the sex addiction to the level of if you
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: won't get it till me, I'm taking it. Now she
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: comes to you for a second letter. You don't want
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: to write the letter. Now she's mad at you because
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: this hell for crazy. You know, I got standing by
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: your man, But standing by your line asks no good trifle.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: Raping man, it is a whole another stand by me
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: at one point in time? Should not he try to
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: do something for you, like straighten up, like get some
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: help after he went to therapy, What was accomplished at
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: the therapy session or was he just going just to
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: keep your ignory behind on the hook because he liked
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: the idea of having a white he slicking him anyway, um.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: Then you go to a party and he hits on it.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: You snap, he slithers away. Slip. The only thing that
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: slithers away is a snake. He slithers away. Now your
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: girlfriend and told you you a negative force because she
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: won't her distance if you won't be supportive and accept
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: that he has a sex addiction. Except what what I
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: got to accept it? You know? If one of my
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: boys come to adn't see Steve man, I'm in what's happen? Man? Man,
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: I'm addicted to sex. Okay, me too? Okay, but what what? What? What?
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: What's wrong? I'm hooked on it day. But I ain't
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: got to go around there to know that. I know.
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: I had to have it myself. So I got that yourself. Yeah,
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: but don't. I got some rape charges on me though,
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: two of okay, hold on part of it right. See
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: that's where my boy and I had to start re
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: evaluating our illness. Okay, I'm addicted sex. I got that.
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: You are too, You did what? Don't? I got two
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: rape charges? Hello? Steve? Hello Steve quick No, No, I'm
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: gonna see it's time for you and I'm when I
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: come back, I'm gonna tell you what your next move
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: has to be. If you don't follow this advice, then cool.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: Write us next week, becaus just gonna be some most
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: stupid mess. We'll be back. You're listening, Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: Show coming up next, it's a girl shryl Underwood. But first, Steve,
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: finish your response to part two of today's Strawberry Letter.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: Let's do it right now, Yeah, right now, all right, Steve. Okay,
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: this woman's got this best friend husband that and cheated
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: on her repeatedly. She put the man in therapy, he
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: got to die as a sex addict, then montilated. Some
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: date rape charges came up against him. She convinced her
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: girlfriend of his encid and asked him to write a
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: cat letter. She said, okay, since he cheat and don't
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: make him a rape so she wrote the letter. Then
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: a few minutes later, another date rate charge come up
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: in another state. Bed friend came to again. She didn't
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: want to write them more letters for this dude. Then
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: he made the mistake of proposition and her at a party.
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: She snapped. He slithered away. Now the life of the
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: husband is telling the lady that you're a negative force
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: and she wants her distance. If you won't be supportive
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: and accept that he has a sex addiction. Sherley and
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: I both agree that ain't nobody got to accept nothing.
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: You are your that dumb wife. You ain't got to
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: set up here and deal with this hill. He got
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: a sexual addiction, the dude, I know its addicted to it?
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: Why to hear you think we've been in a situation
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: where we all addicted to it? Added? You got it?
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: Who don't addicted to that? Hell? I'm addicted to sugar,
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: sevil addictions, sugar? You know? You know? Yeah, I need that.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: You don't addicted to clothes? Yeah you are? You know,
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: nice cars underwell to new to there, yes, skin all
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: that right here. I'm addicted to the cookie. I just
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: got a anyway, Okay, we got all of that now.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: She says he's having plenty of sex, even with men,
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: but never with her. What this came? This rock boulder
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: that slapped me on the head, came in. I don't know.
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: Listen to me, stay out of it. Yes, don't let
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: her drag you back into this. You wrote one letter,
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: you didn't write the second. He didn't hit on you.
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: He sleeps with men and women, not huh, You don't
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: know what to do. Here's what you do. Leave, let
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: her have it, let her have him. The sexual addiction problem,
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: the men, the women, the bisexual that I have, all that.
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: I mean, Well, why why are you writing this letter
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: crying about this woman? Does she complete you or something?
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: This woman? Let her go because you need time to
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: do you and don't worry about nobody else. Man, if
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: you got a friend in your life, that's that funky.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: That ain't your friend? All right, Steve, we have to
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: go great answer though, email or Instagram. That's your thoughts
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: on today's Strawberry letter. Go to my girls surely? Okay,
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: speaking of Instagram earlier, go to my girls surely? Um
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: coming on, come on, Steve, introduce our girl from the
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: Talk gentlemen. She is here, the one and only Shrill Underwood.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: Thank you, Steve Harvey, and I'm your girl, sir and
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: my girls surlier. Yo, girls, sir, you need our own
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: TV show. Speaking of TV shows, that saw Empire called
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: me and explain what the hell happened? I saw it.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: I don't know, I know, I wait to call of
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: somebody gotta explain. I'm not even gonna spoiler alert because
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: I don't even understand what is going on? Wait a minute,
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: I know what's going on. This weekend. I'll be at
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: Chuckles and Memphis. I got six shots on Friday too,
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: on Saturday. On Sunday, Timmy, I need all that Chuckles
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: money because my credit cars are in Arreas. That's right.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: I might work for the number one network, but I'm
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: still messing up my credit cars. Then I will be
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: at the J spot j D. Brown June the first,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: the second, the third, and the four who said they're
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: gonna be there there, I'll be there. But on Sunday
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: they're gonna roast me, Tommy. They're gonna grow like I'm
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: not black enough. They are going to roast on THEE.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: But on the first Thursday, the first, we're gonna stream
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: live for twenty four hours all the way to Friday
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: the second for h b C U S. So you're
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: gonna check it out. I'll tell you more about that.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: But a couple of things I need to get to.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: Uh So, Bill Cosby is black. Now he need our help.
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: You won't you better go ask Hannibal Birds to be
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: on the jury pool. He the one did. We wasn't
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: really saying nothing. When we're talking Hannibal burst to one,
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: dropped the dive bo you you better get him on
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: the jury pool. From the Pope to the Dope. The
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: Pope is not talking to Trump. You see little on
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: the pope face. Yes, the Pope look like, I don't
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: even know why you in my office. I don't even
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: mess with you on this. Say it again, early, why
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: are you here? Yes, the Pope was looking at Trump like,
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: you need to go talk to one of the cardinals.
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: Now for black people. That's new in the church. That's
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: like your pastor telling you to go talk to one
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: of the deacons. He has nothing right, Amen, man. Then
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: the Pope and the Pope love everybody, and Pope touched
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: people in the audience, pick up on the tractive babies.
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: But gay Trump the side. That's when your president really
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: ainte doing what he's supposed to do. Last, but not least,
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: they're throwing the balls like Mataworld piece at the Lake
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: of Game in my town. I'm a Republican and this
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: white on white crime has got to stop. Myself, they
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: fight reporters. I'm scared to go to a future. Who
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: the one that beat up that fought the reporter? Yeah? Today,
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: you know what that means? You know what that means.
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: You know what that means. No, I don't know. I
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: don't know if he meant dude. Democrats is trying to
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: use this. They're doing robo calls, they're doing everything they can.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: But here's what's stupid about this stuff. When did Republicans
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: get streaked? You know when the get Carol, I thought
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: we was corny. I thought we were, well, we do
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: have a good sex scandal, we get our freak one over.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: The big tent is big enough for everybody. But I
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: didn't know we was body slamming people. We have been
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: doing thing talk, well, you know that tough talk. Don't
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: get you laid on your back. It's gonna it's gonna
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: get you laid on your back because the world has changed.
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: The world is a ghetto. That's a good soul, as
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: a good Hey. Before I go, I gotta shout out
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: there everybody who served in the military, especially those of
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: us that didn't have our freedom, that didn't have our freedom,
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: but we fought for the freedoms that we now. Oh dear,
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: with things that are going on overseas, the United States
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: has to remain the world's superpower so that other people
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: will be free. Even though we might have a president
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: that we don't agree with, we all agree with this.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: Those who gave their life and service for that country
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: should be saluted, and those who paid the ultimate price
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: we salute this weekend have a reflective amount of that.
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: I'm out Steve Harvey. You're listening to the Steve Harvey

- 1:21:30Speaker 1: talking about friendship, I Love and hip hop Atlanta, Shirley,
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: your girl Carly ran in Jocelyn. You know, they were beefing,
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: so they kind of squashed that beef. Curly felt like
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: she was a loyal friend to Jocelyn and that she
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: had her back all the time, and Joscelyn felt that,
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: you know, Carly kind of gossips and spreads rumors a lot,
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: and she was tired of Carly telling her about rumors
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: about Stevie j her baby daddy. So you know, some
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: of the friends intervened and try to get these ladies
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: to work it out. So we shall see. Uh. Joscelyne
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: had a co hosting job on the talk show The
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: Real She kind of co hosted for a week, and
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: she mentioned on the show about Rashida's marriage drama. You know,
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: Rashida and Kirk. You remember at the beginning of the
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: season the secret baby that Kirk had and and Rashida
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: heard about this, and so she went to her husband
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: and said, you know, you need to get a DNA
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: test for this secret baby of yours. I am tired
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: of all these rumors people in the streets talking about
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: our marriage. She wants him to get a DNA test
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: and move on from there. I'm moving on, yeah, moving
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: on to Dancing with the Stars quickly. Season twenty four
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: just ended. Yeah yeah, yeah yeah. NFL running back Rashad Jennings.
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: You know he used to play for the Giants. He
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: is this season's winner. Rashad and his partner Emma. They
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: took home the mirror Ball, Yeah, Junior Mirrorball Trophy after
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: dancing the chat Cho Tango and when in s Well
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: the reason why that? Yeah, Tommy, I want to give
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: a shout out to my girl, Normany. She was on
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: the show from Fifth Harmony and I know her. She
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: was raised in New Orleans, She's Houston. I'm very close
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: to her and her family. We were rooting for her,
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: So Shirley was rooting for Normani with me. But she
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: got a perfect score but she did not win. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: she did not win. So that's in my neighborhood. She
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: was off the chain, Yeah she was. She got voted
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: last week. Yeah yeah, yeah, you just thought you'd bring
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: that up, because I brought up that I knew nor money.
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: She out in chateau Land too. That's what you got
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: out of that. That's what you got out of that
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: about he was getting voted off, which stars all of
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: a sudden, she lived out there with me. Well, he's
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: talking about Simone. She was voted off as well, Simone Biles,
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: the Gold Metal Gymnastic winner. So all of the sisters
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: did not win. So we are just kind of you
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: would be quiet, you guys. T I and Tiny the
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: family hustle. You know, there's been rumors about this couple divorcing.
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: It was really sad on the show to see their
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: marriage ending, especially yeah, for the children's sake. And they
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: kind of talked about a lot of the issues, and
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: you know, there were rumors about Tiny and dating or
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: kicking it with a boxing champ, Floyd Mayweather. Uh t
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: I messing around with an employee that Tiny hired, and
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: they went to dinner and they tried to talk about this,
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: and uh take a listen to what Tiny is saying
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: why she moved out of the house so quickly hit
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: that for me. Cat For those who don't understand tip
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: pass and infidelities, with a girl who I hired, and
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: that girl is one of the reasons why I got
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: my own house. I ain't intertwined my souls with no mother.
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: I ain't doing none of that. It's totally different for
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: what you're doing. You didn't have Joe when you was
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: out with this mother dude that you know when you
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: know when that with him? You was at his house.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: He was at his house. You're in his house, which
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: don't speak on it if you know what you're talking about,
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: like I know a hundred percentnes she slept. How do
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: you know that because you see me dancing that? How
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: does dancing on a what? How do you know that?
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: You don't know? I ain't never never stood in me.
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: If he become treat me like a woman. I spent
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: millions on you, playing for you at for him. You're saying.
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: The point is that you were with the dude that
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: you know. I mean all that's week excuse me, but
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: chiple with the girl that you met. The me is
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: that any if I had you to do a job
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: and you come here, you're going to see my man. Yes,
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: I mean I was with you. That's right man to
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: put you know, put dirty undy. That was what we
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: want to see, that's what we want to watch. But
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: it was a very disrespectful Yeah, it was very disrespectful.
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: And at the end of the day, it's crystal clear
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: after you're hearing all of that, that this marriage is
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: over you on both sides, you know, on both sides. Yeah,
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: hand that. Steve Harvey did not comment on the t
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: I situation at all. None of these voices is mine
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: because I don't do that, regardless as to what they
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: do to me. Thank you, you don't. I'm gonna get
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: you a stripe to say I didn't say nothing. Let's
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: go to a song I just wanted out there. You're
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Jay, it's time
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: for you to murder another hit. It is that time
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: again on the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Yes, Steve, go
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: ahead and say something to him. Go ahead, Could you
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: ask Jay to do this? Sure? You can't ask obviously
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: we're having a communication problem. Ya can't talk about Jay
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: Shirley h to not only set the song up, but
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: kind of give us an idea of what it's about.
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: That's what's going to do. I was asking, what did
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: you just Jay? Not only couldn't talk to the other dude.
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: Oh that's why you're doing that. Yeah, I mean you
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: know now, I of a sudden, you're just talking to me.
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: People just couldn't talk to you in the hallway. So
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: not on the radio change. We don't know about it.
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: I don't know why I can't get the same respect. Jay.
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: Steve would like for you not only to set the
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: song up, but tell us what it's about. And I
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: like to ask you before you start, what is it? Ja? Okay,
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: this song is by Jermaine Jackson, so we can add
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: his name to let's get serious. No, I didn't do
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: that one jan It's already on the list, I know,
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: but this is not gonna last long. The celebrity list
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: of the celebrities who hate us and will probably never
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: come back on this show. That list. This song was
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: don't take it personal, nice in a nice shit but yeah, yeah,
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: that's his song. My song is your Hair is unusual,
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: unable to make all that rhyme, and the song Janson
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: Brown murders. It hits on the Steve every morning show.
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: Hit it. My hair has wings on the sides, but
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: the time is kind of curning so much grease, I shine,
- 1:29:19Speaker 1: I shine so much dye. My forehead is burned, crispy,
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: and it's d my face in my la neg so
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: what I don't care once my hair, stay your clothes.
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: There ain't no cleaning to get rid. If I bo
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: into you, my papa door, my lips press the vade
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: killing preece way to side curling from my head. You
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: that in Greece, private grease. It keeps my faceless to me.
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: My you lose, you give me some less vain and
- 1:30:27Speaker 1: killing to me, face my way to side curling from
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: turn your face down my head, you dealer setting grace,
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: private grease. It keeps my faceless to me. When I
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: can see your face to jack beside curl, You're gonna
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: have a fresh one, bride as a fire background is
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: still it? Have you met to me? Because you look,
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: you just focus right on his head when you see
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: you do it. You don't listen to a damn thing,
- 1:31:09Speaker 1: he'd say, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Show. Well,
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: our friend, your friend especially she's been on your show,
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: She's been on a radio show. Tyra Banks, the new
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: host of America's Got Talent, she's named in a lawsuit
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: is filed by America's Got Talent contestant. One of the contestants,
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: Tyra's debut isn't until next week, but she's already in
- 1:31:33Speaker 1: hot water for being verbally abusive during the auditions. A
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: couple presented an original song in New York about their
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: daughter's birth. The family felt they were set up to
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: be publicly humiliated. Their attorney claim the little girl suffers
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: from emotional distress, and the lawsuit described Tyra's crime. They
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: said she implied their daughter was accidentally conceived, made fun
- 1:31:56Speaker 1: of the performance, and ridicule the song. The family requested
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: that the footage be shelved rather than America's Got Talent
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: exploit their failed audition. They're also seeking money for damages.
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: Can't make fun of the kids when they come on
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: the ship, but and original songs, even if it's bad.
- 1:32:18Speaker 1: Even if it's bad, you don't say not. Can I
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: can I say this? Though you can't say not, all
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: the people go free. I can see it. You just yeah,
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: I did. Damn job. Okay, Jay and Thomas. Since y'all
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: always paying up and you and Junior are always we'll
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: let you or talk. Just because a person files a
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: lawsuit don't mean it's legit. Guess what if you auditioning
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: somewhere and you don't get the results, you won't You
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: can't just turn around to sue a person because it
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: ain't go good. I tell people all the time, Hey,
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: you remember when we used to do all the radio
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: sing along we should do it was the first time.
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: I should always tell people. Don't come in here and
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: do no original song. Original do a song we know.
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: I've known tire banks, have you? Can you imagine tire banks?
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: Even saying to a small child your parents wants to
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: accidentally head you, can you really imagine tire banks? And
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: you said it to me a hundred times and I
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: meant it every word of it. Didn't you accidentally? I said,
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: I can imagine banks with saying that, yes, I can't.
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: I can't imagine. Yeah, yeah, you just can't. Seeming in
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: like that, I can't imagine Tyra doing that Because you're
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: being sued, It doesn't make it a true statement. The
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: average person would suit celebrities to get them to settle.
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: It doesn't mean she did it. It doesn't mean she's
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: guilty at all. But from a pr standpoint, it just
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: don't look good for the celebrity. I just want to
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: say that because a lot of that happens. And here's
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: the problem with lawsuits that turn out to be frivolous.
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: The person who filed it, they get to just go away,
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: don't they ain't no love loss. Well we didn't get
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: the settlement we wanted. Ain't no love loss. But the
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: celebrity suffers the damage. That's unfair. I get thank you.
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: I understand. You can't see that. I mean I couldn't.
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: I couldn't seeks till it thirty eight woman showed up.
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: Then I just I mean, hey, it started real the dumbiest.
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: Go ahead, go ahead, We'll let you and Junior talk.
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: Go ahead, we gotta go. You're listening to the Steven
- 1:35:07Speaker 1: all right, we're back. We got time for just one

- 1:36:08Speaker 1: the beach, drinking peanut Colodus and sitting up here trying
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: to buy, trying to holly. Got a ciut in my hand,
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: got a drink and the other. Everybody knows it coming.
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: I don't want to be bothered. Don't sit up here
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: and camment. Don't nobody talk to me. Just come on
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: out and saying and take a walk in the sea.

- 1:36:58Speaker 1: gonna party real strong. The party goals on, just a
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: all night long, come on all right now, right now? Team?
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: Why did you put that there? Jor? I forgot James? Well,
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: Mr Harvey, are you excited? Game five tonight? Cavaliers find
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: the walk their ash right on the Jim, I've been
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: missing the storyline. What's up with Isaiah Thomas? Hurt me
- 1:37:38Speaker 1: for the season? Yeah, yeah, he was done. I think
- 1:37:43Speaker 1: it was a game. Yeah, I think he went out. Yeah,
- 1:37:51Speaker 1: look at play. They have a new hashtag I've been
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: noticing on Cleveland's Instagram and Twitter page. The Cavaliers defend
- 1:38:00Speaker 1: in the land, defending the land. They got T shirts
- 1:38:03Speaker 1: and everything defending the land baby land. Huh is that
- 1:38:07Speaker 1: what it means? Defend the land of funk? That it's

- 1:38:41Speaker 1: damn memo. I was getting ready to say that. Come
- 1:38:46Speaker 1: up in here, many we get sick of you. We're
- 1:38:49Speaker 1: gonna tell you. He tells that. Little dude though, he
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: told me, hey, wait what you play ball? Yeah, so
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: Steve wrote the memo for the whole state of Ohio. Yeah.
- 1:39:00Speaker 1: All of them talk to you like that. They get
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: feel like you don't never say nothing to me. He said, Hey,
- 1:39:11Speaker 1: I had an off night. I just didn't have it
- 1:39:13Speaker 1: last night. But he came back the next night, five

- 1:40:08Speaker 1: to cut Lebron and Durant all the way of what
- 1:40:13Speaker 1: you say, all the way off? Well we saw the championship.
- 1:40:18Speaker 1: We're gonna bring a Bobby in and cut Durant and Lebron,
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: and Lebron's take it all the way down. Well, Lebron,
- 1:40:25Speaker 1: don't have to cut it here. It'll probably fell out
- 1:40:28Speaker 1: by the game championship. It should have felling all out,
- 1:40:34Speaker 1: selling all out. Wait, what was that bill? This show
- 1:40:40Speaker 1: too many? All your friends? Huh, you don't need Durant.

- 1:40:58Speaker 1: don't even like anyway you tell me that it's such
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: a snitch. So if Cleveland wins tonight at the finals
