- 0:06Speaker 1: special show for you this morning because, as I am

- 0:31Speaker 1: shows because I will have several top level cabinet officials
- 0:35Speaker 1: sitting down with me and talking about what's going on
- 0:39Speaker 1: behind the scenes with the Trump administration on many different issues,
- 0:43Speaker 1: from tariffs to national security issues. The list goes on
- 0:46Speaker 1: and on. It is going to be incredible, So make
- 0:49Speaker 1: sure you do not miss an episode of the Ben
- 0:51Speaker 1: Ferguson Podcast this week. So with that being said, we've
- 0:54Speaker 1: got three big stories for you that we're gonna be
- 0:56Speaker 1: talking about this morning, And if you missed the forty
- 0:59Speaker 1: seven Morning Update, it is that short podcast I do
- 1:02Speaker 1: about ten to twelve minutes long each and every day
- 1:04Speaker 1: with the three biggest stories coming out of the White House.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Here it is right now. There's a pretty interesting trend
- 1:09Speaker 1: that is happening now with the Democratic Party. They are
- 1:12Speaker 1: now in love with terrorists, terrorists that are in radical
- 1:17Speaker 1: gangs in this country, and they're doing everything they can
- 1:20Speaker 1: to protect them, and say the American people, We've seen
- 1:24Speaker 1: this from congressmen and senators that are running down to
- 1:26Speaker 1: meet with MS thirteen gang members held in Venezuela, for example.
- 1:31Speaker 1: And now we may know a little bit more about
- 1:34Speaker 1: just how corrupt the Democratic Party is, how compromised they
- 1:38Speaker 1: are by these gangs that have been declared terrorists organizations
- 1:43Speaker 1: look to the New headline. A Democratic judge in New
- 1:47Speaker 1: Mexico has been forced to resign from his bench after
- 1:51Speaker 1: immigration agents arrested a alleged trend diiragu gang member living in
- 1:58Speaker 1: his home. Legal alien entered into the US in Alpaso, Texas,
- 2:03Speaker 1: before being released on an immigration parole. Due to overcrowding,
- 2:08Speaker 1: he eventually moved, we've now learned to New Mexico. Federal
- 2:12Speaker 1: prosecutors in the District of New New Mexico alleged at
- 2:16Speaker 1: the twenty three year old was illegally in possession of
- 2:19Speaker 1: a firearm and has direct ties to the hyper violent
- 2:24Speaker 1: Venezuelan gang. Earlier this year, President Donald Trump in the
- 2:28Speaker 1: US State Department declared the gang to be a foreign
- 2:31Speaker 1: terrorist organization. Police arrested Lopez while executing a search warrant
- 2:37Speaker 1: on February the twenty eighth at the home of on
- 2:41Speaker 1: A County, New Mexico magistrate judge and his wife, The
- 2:45Speaker 1: Albuquerque Journal is reporting now. The report follows a detention
- 2:49Speaker 1: hearing where prosecutors claim the illegal alien is a flight
- 2:53Speaker 1: risk and an alleged trende Aragua gang member Kanu. A
- 2:59Speaker 1: former police officer, allowed the gang member to file a
- 3:03Speaker 1: request for immigration relief using the judge's residential address. This
- 3:08Speaker 1: isn't a joke, now, That's not all We also now
- 3:12Speaker 1: in court exhibits, have seen pictures that were posted on
- 3:15Speaker 1: social media of the foreign national with the judge. Yes,
- 3:21Speaker 1: they're good friends. Court records obtained revealed that Lopez, a
- 3:26Speaker 1: Venezuelan national, entered the United States illegally an Eagle Pass
- 3:30Speaker 1: during the peak of the Biden border crisis in December
- 3:33Speaker 1: of twenty twenty three, and then due to overcrowding in
- 3:37Speaker 1: the Eagle passed attention facility. He was released three days later.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Social media posts obtained by the US Attorney's Office for
- 3:46Speaker 1: the District of New Mexico show Lopez and other illegal
- 3:50Speaker 1: aliens at a shooting range. They appeared to be in
- 3:53Speaker 1: possession of multiple firearms at a large quantity of handguns
- 3:57Speaker 1: and rifle ammunition. In one image, as the man is
- 4:00Speaker 1: also holding an AR fifteen style rifle in one hand
- 4:03Speaker 1: and a semi automatic pistol in the other. A video
- 4:06Speaker 1: shows the Venezuelan migrant in possession of another AR fifteen
- 4:09Speaker 1: equipped with a suppressor. He fired the rifle until it
- 4:13Speaker 1: was empty and then reloaded it with a new magazine,
- 4:16Speaker 1: which he continued to fire. The prosecutor stated now the
- 4:20Speaker 1: photos and videos show Lopez displaying the Trende Raga gang tattoos.
- 4:25Speaker 1: The United States government recently declared this violent gang to
- 4:28Speaker 1: be a quote transnational criminal organization as well. Investigators found
- 4:33Speaker 1: additional firearms in a neighboring home owned by Nancy Kano's
- 4:38Speaker 1: daughter that would be the judge's daughter. Lopez was seen
- 4:42Speaker 1: in possession of several of these firearms. Investigators report that
- 4:46Speaker 1: the Venezuelan national move to Olpasso after being released by
- 4:50Speaker 1: Border Patrol agents. There, he roomed with five other people
- 4:55Speaker 1: Court document state, and while living there, Lopez met Nan
- 5:00Speaker 1: Kano and began doing construction and handi man jobs. Kano
- 5:05Speaker 1: extended an offer for the illegal alien to live in
- 5:07Speaker 1: the casita behind her home. Now, other images from Lopez's
- 5:11Speaker 1: cell phone obtained by breit Bart News show graphic images
- 5:15Speaker 1: of multiple decapitated and mutilated bodies. Let me say that again.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Other images from Lopez's phone obtained by breit Bart News
- 5:26Speaker 1: show graphic images of multiple decapitated and mutilated bodies. Lopez
- 5:33Speaker 1: is currently in the Donna, Ana County Detention Center, where
- 5:37Speaker 1: he's charged with being an illegal alien in possession of firearms. Now,
- 5:41Speaker 1: it's not clear if Judge Kano or his wife Nancy
- 5:45Speaker 1: will be charged with harboring an illegal alien or providing
- 5:48Speaker 1: material support to a foreign terrorist organization. But if you
- 5:53Speaker 1: want to know whose side the left is on, well
- 5:56Speaker 1: just take a look at this new Mexico Democratic judge
- 5:59Speaker 1: and what did it cost him when he was busted
- 6:01Speaker 1: for all this only I just had to resign after
- 6:04Speaker 1: Ice arrested the gang member in his home. I want
- 6:08Speaker 1: to take a moment and talk to you real quick
- 6:10Speaker 1: about Israel. Israel is still under attack and missile fire
- 6:13Speaker 1: has resumed from the Huthis, from Hesblam and Hamas' enemies
- 6:17Speaker 1: seeking Israel's destruction. Here in America, we cannot imagine living
- 6:21Speaker 1: under this constant threat of terrorism and rocket attacks. This
- 6:25Speaker 1: is the reality in Israel. Parents taking their children to school,
- 6:28Speaker 1: falling to the ground to lay on top of their
- 6:30Speaker 1: small children, trying to comfort them as sirens blair. The
- 6:33Speaker 1: next attack against Israel is happening now with a little
- 6:36Speaker 1: time to prepare, so we must act now to help.
- 6:39Speaker 1: That's why I'm partnering with the International Fellowship of Christians
- 6:42Speaker 1: and Jews to help provide life saving aid and security

- 6:53Speaker 1: for first responders, as well as armored security vehicles, armored

- 7:18Speaker 1: The Trump administration seems to be playing chess while Harvard
- 7:22Speaker 1: is playing checkers. The Wall Street Journal is now reporting
- 7:26Speaker 1: that the Trump administration is planning to cut one billion
- 7:29Speaker 1: more from Harvard after tensions have continued to escalate. Now,
- 7:35Speaker 1: the Trump administration is now planning to pull that other
- 7:38Speaker 1: one billion in federal grants and contracts for health research
- 7:42Speaker 1: from Harvard University amid the escalating high stakes battle between
- 7:46Speaker 1: the government and the university over institutional oversight in independence.
- 7:51Speaker 1: This again coming from the Wall Street Journal. Last month,
- 7:55Speaker 1: the Trump administration announced it would freeze two point two
- 7:59Speaker 1: billion and multi year grants and sixty million in multi
- 8:03Speaker 1: year contract value after Harvard said it would not follow
- 8:07Speaker 1: policy demands from the Trump administration. People familiar with the
- 8:11Speaker 1: matter said officials were surprised when the university made public
- 8:14Speaker 1: a letter from the Task Force to Combat Anti Semitism
- 8:18Speaker 1: before Monday. Quote the administration was planning to treat Harvard
- 8:22Speaker 1: more leniently than Columbia University, but now officials want to
- 8:25Speaker 1: apply even more pressure the nation's most prominent university, according
- 8:29Speaker 1: to people talking to the Journal. Others familiar with Harvard's
- 8:33Speaker 1: response say there was no guarantee or no agreement to
- 8:38Speaker 1: keep the letter private and that its contents, including requirements
- 8:42Speaker 1: at Harvard allow federal government oversight of admissions and the
- 8:46Speaker 1: ideology of students and staff, were a quote non starter.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Last month, apparently conceding to administration demands, Columbia University made
- 8:55Speaker 1: policy changes in a dispute over federal funding, including restrictions
- 8:59Speaker 1: on demonstrations, new disciplinary procedures, and immediately reviewing its Middle
- 9:04Speaker 1: East curriculum. On the heels of President Donald Trump's revocation
- 9:08Speaker 1: of four hundred million in federal funding over campus protests
- 9:11Speaker 1: that were clearly anti semitic. Now here's the newest response
- 9:16Speaker 1: from the Trump administration. They have announced that Harvard University
- 9:21Speaker 1: quote must provide information on misconduct involving foreign students by
- 9:27Speaker 1: April thirtieth, or else it will lose the ability to
- 9:31Speaker 1: enroll them at all. The Secretary of Homeland Security Christy Nomes,
- 9:37Speaker 1: saying in a pressed statement that she was canceling two
- 9:40Speaker 1: point seven million in grants awarded by her department, one
- 9:44Speaker 1: that had produced a study disparaging conservatives as a security risk. Yes,
- 9:49Speaker 1: your tax dollars paid for that study and another study
- 9:53Speaker 1: that Christy Nomes said had promoted quote public health propaganda
- 9:59Speaker 1: about the Corona virus pandemic. In addition to that, Nomes
- 10:03Speaker 1: said this, the Secretary also wrote a scathing letter demanding
- 10:07Speaker 1: detailed records on Harvard's foreign student visa holder's illegal and
- 10:12Speaker 1: violent activities by April the thirtieth or face immediate loss
- 10:17Speaker 1: of student in Exchange Visa Program certification known as the
- 10:21Speaker 1: SEVP program. Quote Harvard benning the need to anti Semitism,
- 10:28Speaker 1: driven by its spineless leadership, fuels acsessible of extremism, riots
- 10:33Speaker 1: and threatens our national security, the secretary said. With anti
- 10:38Speaker 1: American pro Hamas ideology poising its campus and classrooms, Harvard's
- 10:43Speaker 1: position as a top institution of higher learning is a
- 10:46Speaker 1: distant memory. America demands more from universities entrusted with taxpayer dollars. Now.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Since hamasa's October seventh attack on Israel, Harvard's foreign visa
- 10:59Speaker 1: holdings and faculty have spewed anti Semitic hate targeting Jewish students.
- 11:05Speaker 1: With a fifty three point two billion dollar endowment, Harvard
- 11:09Speaker 1: can find its own chaos. DHS won't know continued and
- 11:14Speaker 1: if Harvard cannot verify it is in full compliance with
- 11:18Speaker 1: its reporting requirements, the university will lose the privilege of
- 11:23Speaker 1: enrolling foreign students. Christy Nome clearly speaking on behalf of
- 11:27Speaker 1: the present, making it clear that they're not putting up
- 11:30Speaker 1: with this any longer now. Harvard has struggled with anti
- 11:34Speaker 1: Israel encampments and anti Semitic protests since the October seventh
- 11:39Speaker 1: tier attack by Hamas, which dozens of Harvard's student organizations
- 11:43Speaker 1: blamed on Israel in a signed statement. More than one
- 11:48Speaker 1: in four students at Harvard is an international student, with
- 11:52Speaker 1: twenty seven point two percent of the entire student body,
- 11:56Speaker 1: graduate and undergraduate being from over In fact, some six thousand,
- 12:02Speaker 1: seven hundred and ninety three students are from abroad. According
- 12:06Speaker 1: to the university's own data. There is a correlation between elite,
- 12:10Speaker 1: expensive colleges and the likelihood of anti Israel encampments. Christynome
- 12:16Speaker 1: went on to say the high presence of foreign students
- 12:20Speaker 1: at more elite institutions may be one explanation for this phenomenon.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Secretary of State Marco Rubio also getting in on the action.
- 12:29Speaker 1: He has said that the US had already deported hundreds
- 12:32Speaker 1: of foreign students who were involved in radical protests in
- 12:36Speaker 1: the past eighteen months, which have brought anti Semitism to
- 12:39Speaker 1: many college campuses. Now, Harvard is valed to fight the
- 12:43Speaker 1: Trump Administration's directives on fighting anti Semitism, among other changes,
- 12:49Speaker 1: though some nine billion in federal grants are now at stake,
- 12:52Speaker 1: two point two billion of which have been suspended now.
- 12:55Speaker 1: As I mentioned earlier, the Trump administration has also ordered
- 12:58Speaker 1: the Internal Revenues Service to prepare to revoke Harvard's tax
- 13:03Speaker 1: exempt status, which is also allowed it to amass a
- 13:07Speaker 1: fifty three billion dollar endowment. Translation, Donald Trump's not putting
- 13:13Speaker 1: up with this any longer on college campuses, especially those
- 13:17Speaker 1: that accept our tax dollars. Let me tell you about
- 13:21Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile real quick. If you've got a cell phone
- 13:23Speaker 1: and your cell phone is not with Patriot Mobile, then
- 13:27Speaker 1: the question I got to ask you is why why

- 14:43Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, and they stand with our veterans,

- 15:07Speaker 1: and make a difference with every call you make patriotmobile
- 15:11Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two
- 15:14Speaker 1: Patriot Radical Democrats are added again, this time left wing
- 15:20Speaker 1: Arizona Democratic Governor Kitty Hobbs has vetoed a bill passed
- 15:25Speaker 1: by the state legislature, supported by the citizens of Arizona,
- 15:31Speaker 1: that would simply require local and state law enforcement to
- 15:36Speaker 1: do their jobs by cooperating with federal immigration officials you
- 15:40Speaker 1: know them as ICE. The Republican led legislature passed a
- 15:45Speaker 1: very simple bill that outlined local jurisdictions from passing ordinances
- 15:51Speaker 1: that would prevent local police from working with federal immigration
- 15:56Speaker 1: authorities or block federal immigration action and funding. Now, this
- 16:02Speaker 1: is something that obviously is very popular in Arizona the citizens.
- 16:07Speaker 1: They are sick and tired of countless legal immigrants not
- 16:10Speaker 1: being handed over to ICE when they are found to
- 16:14Speaker 1: have broken the law, and the left has obviously been
- 16:17Speaker 1: a big fan of this will. This bill was put
- 16:21Speaker 1: in place to set the record straight of what the
- 16:24Speaker 1: law says in Arizona. And this bill would have also
- 16:27Speaker 1: required locals to cooperate on immigration detainers and also to
- 16:33Speaker 1: inform federal officials about immigrants being held in custy right
- 16:38Speaker 1: now that we're about to be released from jails and
- 16:41Speaker 1: or prisons. Again, this is what the federal law says
- 16:45Speaker 1: you should do. This is not radical, and most importantly,
- 16:48Speaker 1: this is what the people in Arizona voted for now.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Supporters of the bill said the measure was needed to
- 16:56Speaker 1: help the federal government have a safer and more orderly
- 17:00Speaker 1: system of taking foreign criminals into custody for deportation, and
- 17:04Speaker 1: also for state officials to be quote a partner and
- 17:08Speaker 1: not an obstacle to federal immigration policies and laws. But
- 17:14Speaker 1: what did the governor do? The governor insisted in her
- 17:17Speaker 1: veto statement that it is wrong quote to force state
- 17:21Speaker 1: and local officials to take marching orders from Washington. Yes,
- 17:27Speaker 1: she's now saying, I am not going to do what
- 17:30Speaker 1: the federal government says or abide by what the laws
- 17:34Speaker 1: say from the federal government. Now. The bill would also
- 17:38Speaker 1: have required state jails and prisons to enter into agreements
- 17:43Speaker 1: with the federal government to temporarily house detainees that are
- 17:47Speaker 1: awaiting deportation until ICE can get involved. Further, the bill
- 17:52Speaker 1: would require the state to withhold funds also from jurisdictions
- 17:56Speaker 1: that deliberately violated the new law. Again Arizona, the people
- 18:01Speaker 1: voted for this, and the legislature listened, but the governor No, No, No,
- 18:06Speaker 1: Hobbs veto runs contrary also to polls showing that voters
- 18:11Speaker 1: are increasingly leaning towards stricter immigration policies. Last year, for instance,
- 18:17Speaker 1: poll showed that sixty three percent of Arizonans supported Proposition
- 18:22Speaker 1: three point four, a measure that would criminalize entering the
- 18:25Speaker 1: state illegally. Another poll last year found that a strong
- 18:30Speaker 1: majority in Arizona felt that the US had lost control
- 18:34Speaker 1: also over the border under Joe Biden. And once the
- 18:38Speaker 1: dust settled from last year's elections, Arizonans had sent more
- 18:42Speaker 1: Republicans to the state legislature, and in November, the Arizona
- 18:47Speaker 1: Speaker elect told the state as well as the media
- 18:51Speaker 1: that Arizonans had rejected the Democratic Governor Hobbs and her
- 18:56Speaker 1: agenda by expanding Republicans' control over the state House. So
- 19:02Speaker 1: yet again here we are with another activists in our government.
- 19:07Speaker 1: This time the Arizona Governor vetoing a bill requiring police
- 19:12Speaker 1: to cooperate with ICE. What's even more shocking is many
- 19:16Speaker 1: of the people that are being released into the community
- 19:19Speaker 1: are violent offenders. Many of them that have had to
- 19:23Speaker 1: be in jail for the crimes that committed that are
- 19:25Speaker 1: actually needing to then be deported from the country are
- 19:29Speaker 1: being released from jail, and they are not telling the
- 19:33Speaker 1: federal authorities, so they're being released among us. Many of
- 19:37Speaker 1: them stay in Arizona, and many of them travel all
- 19:39Speaker 1: over the country. Now the question becomes this, how will
- 19:44Speaker 1: the Trump administration respond, How would the Department of Justice respond,
- 19:48Speaker 1: How would the Attorney General respond? How would the Department
- 19:52Speaker 1: of Homeland Security respond. It's very clear this is a
- 19:55Speaker 1: test case for others, specifically in the Democratic Party, to
- 20:00Speaker 1: what happens when you, as a governor decide to stand
- 20:03Speaker 1: up to the people in your state as well as
- 20:07Speaker 1: to the federal government and not abide by federal immigration laws.
- 20:12Speaker 1: I expect this case to play out, and I expect
- 20:15Speaker 1: that the Trump administration will have all hands on deck
- 20:18Speaker 1: when it comes to standing up to this radical left
- 20:22Speaker 1: governor in Arizona. Don't forget Share this podcast with your
- 20:26Speaker 1: family and friends, share it on social media, please, and
