Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Senator Chuck Grassley has now instructed the FBI to turn
- 0:06Speaker 1: over quote volumous evidence of Hunter Biden's potential criminal conduct
- 0:13Speaker 1: that directly links Hunter Biden to his father financially with
- 0:19Speaker 1: contracts with signatures. This may be the biggest connection between
- 0:26Speaker 1: the corruption of Hunter Biden and the President. These contracts
- 0:32Speaker 1: also connect directly James Biden, the brother of Joe Biden,
- 0:37Speaker 1: to Hunter Biden and the President of the United States
- 0:41Speaker 1: of America. We also in contracts now have the financial
- 0:46Speaker 1: terms of agreements with signatures and making sure that the
- 0:51Speaker 1: Biden family got paid only after Joe Biden, the Vice President,
- 0:58Speaker 1: left the Vice President's office at the end of their
- 1:03Speaker 1: second term. This is massive. I set down with Center

- 2:28Speaker 1: to let you hear my conversation with sender Ted Cruz
- 2:32Speaker 1: on this shocking news from FBI whistleblowers. We've got a
- 2:36Speaker 1: lot to talk about, including the shocking letter from sender Grassley.
- 2:40Speaker 1: You're knowing well you'll work with them. It is a letter,
- 2:42Speaker 1: and I'm going to read a little bit because it's
- 2:44Speaker 1: so shocking what has come out. This letter contains a
- 2:48Speaker 1: contract they're saying is signed by Hunter Biden and James Biden,
- 2:52Speaker 1: which I think is also a very important asterist that
- 2:56Speaker 1: if you're taking notes, start writing right now, because this
- 3:00Speaker 1: is something we've kind of been waiting for. We knew
- 3:02Speaker 1: there was corruption with a Biden family. We know it
- 3:04Speaker 1: goes back decades with James Biden, and then they brought
- 3:07Speaker 1: in Hunter in essence be a bag man. But now
- 3:10Speaker 1: we've got a contract, and what it says here is
- 3:13Speaker 1: there was an arrangement. There was a contract signed by
- 3:16Speaker 1: Hunter and James Biden and three other business associates. Part
- 3:20Speaker 1: of the arrangement was to funnel five million dollars from
- 3:24Speaker 1: Chinese communist government agencies two Hunter and James Biden specifically.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Here's the kicker. What is the most shocking is the
- 3:34Speaker 1: compensation package was purposely designed, the whistle blowers are saying
- 3:38Speaker 1: to Grassley to compensate Hunter and James Biden for all
- 3:44Speaker 1: the work they did only after Joe Biden left the
- 3:48Speaker 1: Vice presidency. Your initial reaction to this whistle blower, look,
- 3:53Speaker 1: I think the facts in this letter are deeply, deeply concerning.
- 3:56Speaker 1: We talked at an earlier podcast about how the announcement
- 4:00Speaker 1: or the leaks, rather the concerted leaks that they're getting
- 4:03Speaker 1: ready to indict Hunter Biden, are all focused on the
- 4:06Speaker 1: personal stuff. They're all focused on the drug use, They're
- 4:08Speaker 1: all focused on the gun issue. Those are real crimes,
- 4:11Speaker 1: Those are crimes that need to be prosecuted. But but
- 4:13Speaker 1: I'm concerned that that is a smokescreen to divert from
- 4:17Speaker 1: what the real question is. The reason. You know, if
- 4:20Speaker 1: Hunter Biden were some schmoe most people, it would not
- 4:23Speaker 1: be a matter of public concern whether or not the
- 4:25Speaker 1: guy wrestled with addiction, as he clearly has. The reason
- 4:29Speaker 1: it's relevant and it's important nationally. Is Hunter Biden, on
- 4:32Speaker 1: the face of it, is involved an official corruption with
- 4:36Speaker 1: his father, with his father when he was vice president,
- 4:39Speaker 1: and potentially with his father today when he's president. And
- 4:42Speaker 1: this letter that Chuck Grassley sent, So, Chuck is my
- 4:45Speaker 1: colleague on the Judiciary Committee. If Republicans take a majority
- 4:50Speaker 1: in the Senate, Chuck will be the chairman of the
- 4:52Speaker 1: Judiciary Committee. Chuck and I have served together on that
- 4:54Speaker 1: committee for ten years. I am confident when we have
- 4:58Speaker 1: a majority, which I think we will and jail Ary,
- 5:00Speaker 1: that we will have hearings on this topic because the
- 5:03Speaker 1: Biden Department of Justice desperately is trying to cover it up.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Here's what Chuck Grassley said. He says that they've got
- 5:09Speaker 1: evidence now that Hunter Biden and James Biden and James
- 5:14Speaker 1: is Joe's brother, Hunter's uncle met with nationals connected to
- 5:19Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist government. That's a pretty big deal. Like
- 5:23Speaker 1: you're meeting with Chinese Communist government officials and what are
- 5:26Speaker 1: you meeting about. Not by accident, this is on purpose,
- 5:29Speaker 1: deliberate to have a financial relationship with communist Chinese individuals,
- 5:35Speaker 1: and they negotiate. According to the summary, Hunter Biden, James Biden,
- 5:40Speaker 1: and their business associates created a joint venture, so you
- 5:42Speaker 1: go into business. Let's go into business with the Chinese
- 5:45Speaker 1: Communist government. A joint venture that would served as a
- 5:48Speaker 1: vehicle to accomplish that financial compensation, and that arrangement was
- 5:53Speaker 1: made sometime after a meeting in Miami between Hunter Biden
- 5:56Speaker 1: and CFC officials in February twenty seventeen. Accorded in the summary,
- 6:00Speaker 1: that vehicle was called Sinohawk, which was owned fifty percent
- 6:04Speaker 1: by Oneida Holdings and fifty percent by Hudson West. According
- 6:08Speaker 1: to the summary, Oneida was made of five evenly divided LLC's. Look,
- 6:13Speaker 1: when people are tried to hide money, they create lots
- 6:15Speaker 1: of LLC's. You know it's called money laundering, right, what
- 6:18Speaker 1: do they do? One for each business associate, So everyone
- 6:21Speaker 1: gets their own LLC, including Hunter Biden and James Biden. However,
- 6:26Speaker 1: according to the summary, ten percent of Hunter Biden's interest
- 6:32Speaker 1: was to be held for Joe Biden. This is the
- 6:35Speaker 1: line we all have heard now, ten percent for the
- 6:37Speaker 1: big guy, right, and this is in writing in an
- 6:39Speaker 1: actual contract. This isn't an email which we had the
- 6:42Speaker 1: emails from Hunter Biden's laptop, so people understand this. It
- 6:45Speaker 1: said ten percent of the big Guy. We also have
- 6:48Speaker 1: Tony Bobolinski, who's now done not one, but two interviews,
- 6:51Speaker 1: and we know that his contact was Tim Teboat, the
- 6:54Speaker 1: FBI now disgraced FBI agent who was burying all the
- 6:59Speaker 1: information on Hunter, James and Joe Biden's business dealings. This
- 7:03Speaker 1: is clearly where the whistleblowers are coming forward saying this
- 7:06Speaker 1: is what he was burying is not only is it
- 7:09Speaker 1: just the idea, there's no longer just the idea of
- 7:11Speaker 1: the big guy is a possibility. It's now in a
- 7:14Speaker 1: contract basically set in stone, and you can divide the
- 7:18Speaker 1: parts up and it matches up to ten percent for
- 7:20Speaker 1: Joe Biden. Well, and if you look at the signature page,
- 7:23Speaker 1: which which will also put up the signature page, you
- 7:25Speaker 1: look at the top, there's a signature from Hunter Biden
- 7:28Speaker 1: with Hunter signature right underneath it a signature from Jim Biden.
- 7:32Speaker 1: So you got the president's brother and the president's son
- 7:36Speaker 1: or the first two signatories, and then the fifth signatory
- 7:39Speaker 1: is Tony Babbaluski Babballyinski. So you literally got the guy
- 7:43Speaker 1: who's telling us this was corrupt sign the contract with
- 7:48Speaker 1: their names on it. And what were the terms of it, Well,
- 7:50Speaker 1: the terms of it the way they were getting paid.
- 7:52Speaker 1: It was an unsecured five million dollar loan. Must be
- 7:55Speaker 1: nice if someone will loan you five million dollars. I
- 7:58Speaker 1: gotta pause, you explain to people, because there's a lot
- 8:00Speaker 1: of people that may not realize how unbelievable it is
- 8:03Speaker 1: to have an unsecured five million dollars loan. If I
- 8:05Speaker 1: went out, you went out we got a contract, we
- 8:08Speaker 1: would have to back it up with some sort of
- 8:10Speaker 1: collateral bank. That's normal in the business. You gotta have something.
- 8:14Speaker 1: You don't just randomly hand you five grand. They get
- 8:17Speaker 1: all this with nothing. Look, if you or I walked
- 8:19Speaker 1: into a bag and said, hey, would you lend me
- 8:21Speaker 1: five million dollars, I'm not gonna put anything off. I'm
- 8:23Speaker 1: not gonna put my house up, I'm not gonna put
- 8:25Speaker 1: any stocks up. I'm not gonna put any collateral up.
- 8:27Speaker 1: You know, I'm just relying on my good looks and charm.
- 8:31Speaker 1: And did I mention Daddy as Vice President of the
- 8:33Speaker 1: United States? Was that part of the conversation, And they said,
- 8:36Speaker 1: oh great, you know, sure, here's five million dollars no collateral.
- 8:39Speaker 1: But it's worse. Look, a five million dollars unsecured loan
- 8:43Speaker 1: is called a sweetheart deal. But what follows is an
- 8:46Speaker 1: unsecured five million dollar loan quote intended to be forgivable
- 8:53Speaker 1: from CEFC in twenty seventeen. In other words, it's not alone.
- 8:58Speaker 1: It's a gift. We're going to give you five million dollars.
- 9:00Speaker 1: We're gonna forgive the loan. It ain't alone. If they
- 9:02Speaker 1: forgive it if they forgive it. Yeah, and twenty seventeen.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Why was that date picked? Oh yeah, that's immediately after
- 9:09Speaker 1: Joe Biden stops being Vice President of the United States.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Now fast forward. The letter further says that the Chinese
- 9:17Speaker 1: were slow in paying, and James Biden considered calling the
- 9:23Speaker 1: CFC officials and threatening to withdraw Biden family support from
- 9:27Speaker 1: future deals so the chicouldn't pay. And translation that is,
- 9:33Speaker 1: you think that the Bidens are going to keep being played,
- 9:35Speaker 1: you better give us as cash that we asked you
- 9:37Speaker 1: basically to delay. Right, so we get paid after he
- 9:40Speaker 1: leaves the vice presidency. And if you don't give it
- 9:43Speaker 1: to us, then we're gonna stop giving you what you
- 9:45Speaker 1: want from the Biden crime family. We will withdraw Biden
- 9:50Speaker 1: family support. And it ain't complicated who they're talking about.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Nobody cares about Hunter's support. They care about the big guy.
- 9:59Speaker 1: And it turns out that their fit apparently worked because
- 10:04Speaker 1: public bank records show that Hunter Biden James Biden profited
- 10:08Speaker 1: from a five million dollar wire from a company connected
- 10:12Speaker 1: to the CFC the Chinese Communist in August of twenty seventeen.
- 10:18Speaker 1: So they threw a fifth they got the five million dollars.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Let me tell you a question that apparently the Biden
- 10:24Speaker 1: DOJ has no interest in. Did Joe Biden get his
- 10:28Speaker 1: ten percent? Did he get five hundred thousand dollars from
- 10:30Speaker 1: the Chinese Communists? And what did he do for the
- 10:33Speaker 1: Chinese communist for that five hundred thousand dollars? And what,
- 10:36Speaker 1: for that matter, did Joe Biden do for his son
- 10:38Speaker 1: and his brother to get five million dollars. All of
- 10:42Speaker 1: this talk about the drug stuff is designed to cover
- 10:45Speaker 1: up and hide what, at this point seems to be
- 10:49Speaker 1: screaming indications of pay to play And in fact, Grassley
- 10:52Speaker 1: continues to say, based on the allegations provided to my office,
- 10:56Speaker 1: the information provided by mister Bobolenski formed a sufficient basis
- 11:01Speaker 1: to open a full field investigation on pay to play grounds.
- 11:06Speaker 1: That means give my son or my brother five million
- 11:08Speaker 1: dollars or I as vice president will not do what
- 11:11Speaker 1: you want on public policy. That's called bribery and you
- 11:14Speaker 1: do hard time for that. And apparently the Biden DOJ
- 11:20Speaker 1: has no interest in examining that. I've called on Merritt
- 11:24Speaker 1: Garland repeatedly appoint a special counsel because the partisan hacks
- 11:30Speaker 1: that had been put in charge of this. Yeah, it
- 11:33Speaker 1: can't be trusted me. There's no reason that you should
- 11:35Speaker 1: trust them, and they demonstrated that. Let me ask you this,
- 11:38Speaker 1: when when we had Timothy Tebow right who sat down
- 11:41Speaker 1: and tell me, Bobolenski he was the first big whistle
- 11:43Speaker 1: and he was a great quarterback by the way. Yeah,
- 11:47Speaker 1: you know when that name came out, you know, timpo
- 11:49Speaker 1: Tebow was sitting at home going why why did this
- 11:51Speaker 1: guy have to have the same from your name as me?
- 11:53Speaker 1: Why on earth? When you had Tony Bobo Lensky who
- 11:56Speaker 1: came out and he was the first whist of war
- 11:58Speaker 1: weeks before the elect in the presidential election. He then
- 12:01Speaker 1: immediately after he does the big press conference because called
- 12:04Speaker 1: by the FBI. He comes in, he tells his story.
- 12:07Speaker 1: He gives them phones, he gives them, you know, encrypted messages,
- 12:11Speaker 1: He gives them everything. He gives them documents, he gives
- 12:14Speaker 1: them apparently some of these business deals are talking about today. Yeah,
- 12:17Speaker 1: with his signature on it says I want you to
- 12:20Speaker 1: know all this, and they say, God name Tim Tebow
- 12:23Speaker 1: is going to be your point of contact. He never
- 12:24Speaker 1: talks to him, never follows up and we know that
- 12:26Speaker 1: immediately Tim Tebow went into trying to say that everything
- 12:30Speaker 1: that he brought to the FBI was immediately discredited so
- 12:33Speaker 1: it would be shut down and never used against him.
- 12:36Speaker 1: And we know that Tebo is a hard Democrat partisan
- 12:38Speaker 1: who was publicly, deeply political, incredibly critical of Donald Trump,
- 12:45Speaker 1: was most on public on social media critical of Donald Trump.
- 12:49Speaker 1: He didn't hide it at all. I mean, it's look,
- 12:51Speaker 1: it's part of and we've talked about my book coming
- 12:54Speaker 1: out next week, Justice Corrupted. Go buy the book. But
- 12:56Speaker 1: it is about exactly that. It is about the hard
- 13:01Speaker 1: partisans who burrowed into senior positions at the Department of
- 13:05Speaker 1: Justice and the FBI, and who then corrupted the administration
- 13:09Speaker 1: of Justice. And in this instance, what the facts on
- 13:12Speaker 1: the face of it scream out loud is the FBI
- 13:14Speaker 1: deliberately buried this information. Why not because they don't care
- 13:20Speaker 1: about about the kid's drug use, which is what Biden
- 13:23Speaker 1: wants to claim it's about. And the media and the
- 13:26Speaker 1: media is even more complicit. The question here is Joe
- 13:31Speaker 1: Biden's corruption on pay to play and bribery. And as
- 13:36Speaker 1: best I can tell, no reporter bothers to ask him
- 13:40Speaker 1: about it. They ask him to his favorite ice cream flavor. Sure, well,
- 13:43Speaker 1: and let's play that because a week ago we played
- 13:45Speaker 1: the clip of basically the one question that hunters are
- 13:49Speaker 1: Joe Biden's been asked about his son. He immediately goes
- 13:52Speaker 1: back to he was a drug addict. Has overcome this.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I love him. I'm so proud of him. But before
- 13:56Speaker 1: I get into that part of the story, I want
- 13:58Speaker 1: to tell you a little bit about my good friends
- 13:59Speaker 1: over a Patriot Mobile. If you are ready to have
- 14:02Speaker 1: an impact every time that you use your phone, and
- 14:06Speaker 1: I'm talking about have an impact by supporting First and
- 14:08Speaker 1: Second Amendment rights, supporting the rights of the unborn, and
- 14:12Speaker 1: fighting back every time you make a phone call, you
- 14:15Speaker 1: need to know about Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile is America's
- 14:19Speaker 1: only conservative Christian mobile phone provider, and they are using
- 14:25Speaker 1: your phone bill when you paid every month, to actually
- 14:28Speaker 1: fight for conservative causes while saving you money. Now this
- 14:31Speaker 1: isn't any extra ad on your bill. They take a
- 14:33Speaker 1: portion of your bill every month and they give it
- 14:36Speaker 1: back to fund conservative causes in Canada, to believe in
- 14:40Speaker 1: the sanctity of life, freedom of speech, and the Second Amendment,
- 14:44Speaker 1: and they are winning. Patriot Mobile has now been attacked
- 14:48Speaker 1: by the big media. Big Tech is now coming after them,
- 14:52Speaker 1: and that's why I want you to support them. If
- 14:55Speaker 1: you want an affordable plan and you want to get
- 14:58Speaker 1: the same great coverage you have right now, switch to
- 15:01Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. You're gonna save money. They use the same
- 15:03Speaker 1: exact towers you're using right now. It's an affordable plan
- 15:06Speaker 1: for you and your family, are even your business or
- 15:09Speaker 1: small business. They offer the same nationwide coverage as the
- 15:12Speaker 1: major carriers because they use the same towers. If you
- 15:16Speaker 1: haven't found out about Patriot Mobile, check them out Patriotmobile
- 15:19Speaker 1: dot com, slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Or call them nine to seven to Patriot you'll get
- 15:28Speaker 1: free activation with the offer code ferguson nine seven to Patriot.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Check them out all right now. The media knew this story,
- 15:36Speaker 1: you have no doubt when they were sitting there and
- 15:38Speaker 1: had the opportunity to ask the President about it. They
- 15:41Speaker 1: understand this is not even about hundred Biden anymore. This
- 15:44Speaker 1: is about a direct connection between the vice president selling
- 15:48Speaker 1: access to United States government and then getting back pay
- 15:51Speaker 1: for it. Designed orchestrated, signed, and sealed after he leaves
- 15:56Speaker 1: the vice presidency, and the media still goes back to
- 15:59Speaker 1: the hunter A simple question. Take a look at this. Well,
- 16:02Speaker 1: first of all, I'm proud of my son. This is
- 16:06Speaker 1: a kid who got not a kid, he's a grown man.
- 16:09Speaker 1: He got hooked on like many families have had happened
- 16:14Speaker 1: hooked on drugs. He's overcome that, he's established a new life.
- 16:18Speaker 1: He is. I'm confident that he is what he says
- 16:24Speaker 1: and does or consistent with what happens. And for example,
- 16:29Speaker 1: he wrote a book about his problems and straightforward about it.
- 16:33Speaker 1: I'm proud of him. He came along and said, by
- 16:36Speaker 1: the way, this thing about a gun, I didn't know
- 16:38Speaker 1: anything about it. But turns out that when he made
- 16:41Speaker 1: my application to purchase a gun, what happened was he stay,
- 16:45Speaker 1: I guess you get asked. I don't guess. You get
- 16:48Speaker 1: asked the question, are you on drugs? You use drugs?
- 16:50Speaker 1: He said no, and he wrote about saying no in
- 16:54Speaker 1: his book. So I have gave confidence in my son.
- 16:57Speaker 1: I love him, and he's on a straight and narrow
- 17:00Speaker 1: and he has been for a couple of years now,
- 17:02Speaker 1: and I'm just so proud of him. Senator you and
- 17:05Speaker 1: I have great compassion view of the deal with addiction. Yeah,
- 17:08Speaker 1: and that was a great moment for the president to
- 17:10Speaker 1: look like a father. Which what makes me angry about
- 17:14Speaker 1: that is that is the last question the media should
- 17:16Speaker 1: have asked him if they were going to ask him
- 17:18Speaker 1: any questions, because they have enough now on the president
- 17:21Speaker 1: to say what did you know and when did you
- 17:23Speaker 1: know it? About the business deals with your brother, the
- 17:26Speaker 1: contracts with your brother, and the business deals with your son.
- 17:28Speaker 1: It shouldn't even be about Hunter Biden anymore. It should
- 17:31Speaker 1: be about, hey, you knew about this, and you knew
- 17:34Speaker 1: you were getting paid when you left the vice presidency,
- 17:36Speaker 1: and yet no one's asked him that question. Well, unfortunately,
- 17:40Speaker 1: that's not an accident. That's deliberate. Listen, I understand why
- 17:45Speaker 1: Joe Biden answered that question is political spin where you
- 17:49Speaker 1: want to find the most sympathetic context to explain this,
- 17:52Speaker 1: and addiction is horrific. Look, most families in America have
- 17:55Speaker 1: dealt with addiction. My older sister, Mariam died of an overdose.
- 17:59Speaker 1: I've seen it in my family. You've probably seen it
- 18:01Speaker 1: in your family. Most families have seen people struggling with addiction.
- 18:05Speaker 1: It's a terrible thing. But CNN was doing the interview there,
- 18:10Speaker 1: they knew exactly what they were doing. It's not that
- 18:12Speaker 1: they're bad at being Journalist's that they're not trying to
- 18:15Speaker 1: be journalist. They are propagandists, and so they're giving him
- 18:19Speaker 1: the opportunity to explain this just as compassion for your
- 18:23Speaker 1: son that fell on hard times and was struggling with
- 18:26Speaker 1: the demons of addiction. They don't ask did you cash
- 18:30Speaker 1: the check, did you get the five hundred thousand? Did
- 18:33Speaker 1: the ten percent come to you? They don't ask what
- 18:35Speaker 1: did your son and your brother do to be worth
- 18:37Speaker 1: five million dollars to the Chinese Communist? They don't ask
- 18:40Speaker 1: what did the Chinese Communist want you to do to
- 18:43Speaker 1: make it worth it to them to give your son
- 18:45Speaker 1: and brother five million dollars? By the way, they also
- 18:48Speaker 1: don't ask about Barisma, which was the Ukrainian natural gas
- 18:53Speaker 1: company that paid Hunter Biden a million dollars a year,
- 18:56Speaker 1: even though he doesn't speak Ukrainian, doesn't know anything about
- 18:58Speaker 1: oil and gas. They don't ask, well, what did you
- 19:01Speaker 1: do to make it worthwhile to Hunter Biden? We actually
- 19:04Speaker 1: know what he did because the owner of Brasement was
- 19:08Speaker 1: being investigated by a prosecutor in the Ukrainian government. The
- 19:12Speaker 1: guy paying Hunter Biden was being investigated by a prosecutor. Unsurprisingly,
- 19:17Speaker 1: this Ukrainian oligarch didn't want to be investigated and miraculously,
- 19:23Speaker 1: in fact, I'm going to use a phrase, son of
- 19:24Speaker 1: a bitch, Yeah, Joe Biden actually did something that really
- 19:30Speaker 1: really helped. We've got guy paying Hunter Biden the million
- 19:33Speaker 1: bucks a year. We got to play that quip because
- 19:36Speaker 1: this was the old Joe Biden, the arrogant Khaki I'm
- 19:40Speaker 1: above the law moment, and he sits there and laughs
- 19:43Speaker 1: about the power and control he had over Ukraine. He
- 19:45Speaker 1: was the head lead guy on He said it not me, Yeah,
- 19:48Speaker 1: on Ukraine. I went over there and said, you're not
- 19:50Speaker 1: getting American dollars until you get rid of the guy
- 19:53Speaker 1: that's investigating my son's company and brags about it on camera.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Take a look, I'm telling you getting a billion dollars.
- 20:01Speaker 1: I said, you're not getting a billion. I'm would be
- 20:03Speaker 1: leaving here, and I think it was what six hours.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I look as I'm leaving the six hours. If the
- 20:07Speaker 1: prosecutors not fired, you're not getting the money. Oh son,
- 20:10Speaker 1: I'm a bitch, got fired. So that is, on its
- 20:15Speaker 1: face a term we actually learned right at the beginning
- 20:17Speaker 1: of Verdict. When Verdict launched, that's called a quid pro quot.
- 20:21Speaker 1: There's no dispute, that's a quid pro quot. Joe Biden
- 20:24Speaker 1: just told us. He said, I am holding up one
- 20:28Speaker 1: billion dollars of aid from the United States taxpayers to
- 20:32Speaker 1: the government of Ukraine. And that amount of money in Ukraine,
- 20:35Speaker 1: just so people understand a ton that's like a trillion,
- 20:39Speaker 1: half trillion in America. That is significant to the point
- 20:43Speaker 1: where of course they would say I'll fire whoever you
- 20:45Speaker 1: want me to, because they needed that money so desperately,
- 20:48Speaker 1: especially at that moment in time. And I gotta say, look,
- 20:53Speaker 1: if you look at this number one, why is the
- 20:57Speaker 1: sitting vice president Obama had made by the point person
- 21:01Speaker 1: on Ukraine. Why is the sitting vice president going and
- 21:05Speaker 1: extorting a foreign government to fire a prosecutor investigating corruption
- 21:10Speaker 1: in Ukraine? And why does the corporate media in the
- 21:14Speaker 1: Department of Justice has zero interest in saying, well, is
- 21:20Speaker 1: there any potential corruption on Biden's part? We know that
- 21:24Speaker 1: Hunter made a million bucks a year with no expertise whatsoever.
- 21:28Speaker 1: But you know what no one's ever asked, prior to
- 21:31Speaker 1: that sweetheart deal, how much was Joe Biden giving his
- 21:36Speaker 1: son Hunter every year? Look, his son Hunter was troubled,
- 21:39Speaker 1: had real problems. I'd be willing to wager a large
- 21:43Speaker 1: sum of money that Joe is a loving dad. Hunter
- 21:47Speaker 1: was a real and ongoing financial burden on him that
- 21:49Speaker 1: he was paying. He was covering costs like his son,
- 21:53Speaker 1: and not three grand or five grand. This could be
- 21:55Speaker 1: thirty grand, forty grand, fifty grand on a semi regular basis.
- 21:58Speaker 1: We don't know. Yeah, because nobody has ever bothered to
- 22:02Speaker 1: answer that question, Which brings me to the catalyst of
- 22:06Speaker 1: the long now investigation Hunter Biden, and specifically as tax issues.
- 22:11Speaker 1: I wonder now the reason why he hasn't been indicted
- 22:14Speaker 1: yet is because they don't want to indict him on
- 22:17Speaker 1: tax issues because they know his taxes will tie his father,
- 22:21Speaker 1: the president of the Nited States of America, back to
- 22:23Speaker 1: these types of business deals and money that can then
- 22:26Speaker 1: be directly linked to the sitting president Nited States of America.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Do you think there's a chance that's why they've held
- 22:31Speaker 1: out for over two years. Look, I think that is
- 22:34Speaker 1: certainly one of the reasons they're dragging their feet. By
- 22:36Speaker 1: the way, I mentioned Sinohawk the company. If you look
- 22:40Speaker 1: at at who Joe Biden as president has sold oil
- 22:44Speaker 1: from the strategic petroleum reserve too, it is that company.
- 22:48Speaker 1: The only company that got designated oil going overseas that
- 22:51Speaker 1: we know of so far and all the strategic oil
- 22:54Speaker 1: reserves going over is the exact company which Hunter Biden.
- 22:57Speaker 1: They claim he divested, right, they claim he divested, but
- 23:00Speaker 1: they've never demonstrated that it was still on their It's
- 23:02Speaker 1: still on their filings. It is in fact a owner
- 23:05Speaker 1: in the company, and it's nobody. You know the old
- 23:10Speaker 1: question what did you know and when did you know it?
- 23:14Speaker 1: Or or to use another Watergate analogy, follow the money. Yeah,
- 23:22Speaker 1: there is an amazing lack of interest on anyone in
- 23:25Speaker 1: the corporate media to follow the money. And it's not
- 23:28Speaker 1: by accident. They don't want to know where the money
- 23:31Speaker 1: went because their job is protect the big guy. They
- 23:35Speaker 1: are flax for the big guy. They're not journalists. They
- 23:39Speaker 1: are they are his defenders, and so they're they're participating
- 23:45Speaker 1: with the White House and trying to shift this all
- 23:47Speaker 1: to a guy struggling with addiction has nothing to do.
- 23:51Speaker 1: I'll say it again. I think you grew me. It's
- 23:53Speaker 1: no longer about Hunter Biden. It's now about the president
- 23:57Speaker 1: and his corruption. And it's not did he know it
- 24:00Speaker 1: and Wendy know it? It's how much did you get?
- 24:03Speaker 1: We know you knew it, we know you're a part
- 24:05Speaker 1: of it. We know you're meeting with the Busines associates.
- 24:07Speaker 1: It's clearly that you work with Grassly and I don't
- 24:11Speaker 1: rarely see him get this fired up. You read the
- 24:13Speaker 1: letter like I am confident we will have I hope
- 24:17Speaker 1: multiple hearings examining exactly this question. I can promise you
- 24:23Speaker 1: in judiciary now, if the Democrats keep the majority, we
- 24:26Speaker 1: will not have a single hearing on it. Why because
- 24:29Speaker 1: none of the Democrats care if Joe Biden is corrupted,
- 24:33Speaker 1: it is literally being paid hundreds of thousands d dollars
- 24:37Speaker 1: or even millions of dollars by communists China. They do
- 24:40Speaker 1: not care. They will not examine it. They will cover
- 24:43Speaker 1: it up. You want to talk about one of the
- 24:45Speaker 1: stakes of the election, It is actually examining what appears
- 24:49Speaker 1: to be prima facia evidence of pay to play corruption. Now,
- 24:54Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 24:56Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 24:58Speaker 1: friends at Legacy Precious Metal. Without them, the show wouldn't
- 25:01Speaker 1: be possible. And if you have not looked at gold
- 25:04Speaker 1: and silver as a way to protect your hard earned
- 25:06Speaker 1: dollars against what the happening on Wall Street with inflation,
- 25:10Speaker 1: it's time for you to call them and get the
- 25:12Speaker 1: free investors Guide. Why because so many around the world
- 25:15Speaker 1: are now using gold and silver, and historically they have
- 25:18Speaker 1: for decades as a protection, a hedge against inflation, which
- 25:22Speaker 1: is exactly what we're dealing with right now. If you're
- 25:25Speaker 1: terrified to look at your retirement account, your four one
- 25:27Speaker 1: case statement because of what's happening on Wall Street, that's
- 25:31Speaker 1: all the more reason why you should call and get
- 25:33Speaker 1: the investors got in gold and silver, protect your hard
- 25:36Speaker 1: earned money and diversify. Call them and get the free
- 25:39Speaker 1: Investors Guide from Legacy Precious Medals one eight six six
- 25:43Speaker 1: seven five one twenty two eighteen one eight six six
- 25:48Speaker 1: seven five one twenty two eighteen or online at Legacy
- 25:53Speaker 1: PM investments dot com. You just heard Ted Cruz talking
- 25:58Speaker 1: about this pay to play corruption. There's another part of
- 26:02Speaker 1: this pay to play corruption that is playing out right
- 26:05Speaker 1: now before the midterms and it's not just the corruption
- 26:08Speaker 1: of James Biden and Hunter Biden and the president. It's
- 26:11Speaker 1: also buying votes. Now we've seen this president buy votes
- 26:14Speaker 1: in two different ways recently. Number one way he's done
- 26:17Speaker 1: it is by buying votes through saying I'm going to
- 26:20Speaker 1: pay off your student loan debt. That's buying votes. But
- 26:24Speaker 1: now we're seeing part two of that. Joe Biden is
- 26:28Speaker 1: artificially lowering the price of the price that you're paying
- 26:32Speaker 1: for a gallon of gas at the pump. It's not
- 26:35Speaker 1: a real price because he has been dumping a million
- 26:39Speaker 1: barrels of oil a day from our strategic oil reserves,
- 26:43Speaker 1: which is supposed to be used in case of an
- 26:45Speaker 1: actual emergency like a massive hurricane shutting down pipelines or
- 26:49Speaker 1: destroying pipelines. It's supposed to be if there's a war
- 26:52Speaker 1: that breaks out. That's why it's an emergency. We now
- 26:56Speaker 1: know that. Apparently Joe Biden has been taking heat from
- 26:59Speaker 1: Democrat after saying, hey, you gotta give us something you need.
- 27:03Speaker 1: We need more relief of the pump as gas prices
- 27:05Speaker 1: have started to go back up, and they've gone back
- 27:08Speaker 1: up because of opec OPEC, who he went over the
- 27:11Speaker 1: Saudis begged them to produce more oil, laughed in his
- 27:13Speaker 1: face and mocked and played him. And now they've reduced
- 27:17Speaker 1: their production by two million barrels a day. So what
- 27:21Speaker 1: has Joe Biden done. He has bought votes again, releasing
- 27:26Speaker 1: fifteen million more barrels of oil reserves right before the election.
- 27:33Speaker 1: The White House is claiming, by the way, as they're
- 27:36Speaker 1: being called out for this corruption, this pay to play scheme,
- 27:40Speaker 1: that this is quote not politically motivated at all. Their liars.
- 27:44Speaker 1: President Joe Biden defending that decision on Wednesday to release
- 27:48Speaker 1: another fifteen million in oil reserves to quote keep gas
- 27:52Speaker 1: prices low. The problem is they're not low. He's claiming
- 27:56Speaker 1: they're low, which should also scare you. And he's doing
- 27:59Speaker 1: this just weeks before the midterm elections. Reporters at the
- 28:03Speaker 1: White House questioned Biden today about his decision that he
- 28:08Speaker 1: made on Wednesday to release more oil right before the election.
- 28:14Speaker 1: They asked him if the decision was in fact political. Biden,
- 28:19Speaker 1: of course, scoffed at Republicans for criticizing him for opening
- 28:23Speaker 1: up the old reserves again, as he has authorized release
- 28:27Speaker 1: of more than two hundred million barrels in a situation,
- 28:32Speaker 1: by the way, that is not an emergency. Quote where
- 28:36Speaker 1: have they been the last four months, he told reporters
- 28:38Speaker 1: when asked to respond to Republicans. That's my response. Where
- 28:42Speaker 1: Republicans been all day? Exactly where they've been missed the present.
- 28:45Speaker 1: We've been advocating for energy independence again and going back
- 28:48Speaker 1: to the Trump administration policies which kept gas prices low
- 28:53Speaker 1: and very much under control in that sub two dollars range,
- 28:59Speaker 1: you've done the opposite. We now have seven, eight and
- 29:02Speaker 1: even nine dollars gallon gas in California. Now, Republicans have
- 29:07Speaker 1: demanded that Biden do more to open up and incentivize
- 29:12Speaker 1: domestical production, which this White House is one hundred percent
- 29:15Speaker 1: against that. The problem is these guys are asleep. That's
- 29:20Speaker 1: what Joe Biden accused the Republicans of being right now,
- 29:24Speaker 1: We're asleep, he says. He says, I don't know where
- 29:26Speaker 1: they've been. You can't make this up now. Biden also
- 29:31Speaker 1: flat out lied to you, claiming he did nothing to
- 29:35Speaker 1: quote slow or stop oil production in the United States.
- 29:41Speaker 1: In fact, listen to the President delivering his remarks on
- 29:45Speaker 1: what he's doing to save you at the pump right
- 29:48Speaker 1: now lying about gas prices. And he knows he's lying
- 29:52Speaker 1: in the media, lets him get away with it. In
- 29:55Speaker 1: the past two weeks, the price oil has fallen four
- 29:58Speaker 1: dollars a barrel, and you think and thanks in large
- 30:02Speaker 1: parts of the steps we've taken this year. The price
- 30:04Speaker 1: of oil has fallen nearly forty dollars a barrel since
- 30:08Speaker 1: mid June. That's a thirty percent drop in the price
- 30:11Speaker 1: of a barrel of oil. But guess what, gas prices
- 30:16Speaker 1: haven't fallen that much. And it's not right. Gas prices
- 30:20Speaker 1: of the pump should be lowered. In fact, if retailers
- 30:23Speaker 1: and refiners were earning the average profit they've made over
- 30:27Speaker 1: the last seventeen years, Americans would be paying at least
- 30:31Speaker 1: sixty cents less per gallon for every gallon they buy.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Say it again, sixty cents less for every gallon they buy.
- 30:40Speaker 1: That makes a big difference in the family. My message
- 30:44Speaker 1: to the American energy companies exist. You should not be
- 30:47Speaker 1: using your profits to buy back stock or for dividends,
- 30:51Speaker 1: not now, not while a war is raging. You should
- 30:55Speaker 1: be using these record breaking profits to increase production and refining,
- 31:00Speaker 1: invest in America for the American people. Bring down the
- 31:04Speaker 1: price you charge of the pump to reflect what you
- 31:07Speaker 1: pay for the product. You still make a significant profit,
- 31:12Speaker 1: Your shareholders will still do very well, and the American
- 31:15Speaker 1: people will catch your break they deserve and get a
- 31:18Speaker 1: fair price at the pump as well. By the way,
- 31:20Speaker 1: I love this president. He continues to claim it's big
- 31:24Speaker 1: oil that's screwing you, when it's his policies that have
- 31:27Speaker 1: actually done all of the harm. And everybody knows this, right,
- 31:31Speaker 1: I mean, this is across the board inflation eight point
- 31:35Speaker 1: three percent. How is that not his fault? He'll give
- 31:37Speaker 1: you some bs reason. Gas price has average three ninety one,
- 31:41Speaker 1: that's his fault. Mortgage rates more than doubled in the
- 31:43Speaker 1: last year to six and a half, almost seven percent.
- 31:46Speaker 1: We have an open border, we have high crime. He
- 31:49Speaker 1: is also that you know, try to force you into vaccinations.
- 31:53Speaker 1: And this is a guy that will lie to you
- 31:56Speaker 1: and do whatever it takes to convince you that you
- 32:00Speaker 1: are the idiot, and he is the brilliant woe when
- 32:02Speaker 1: it comes to his policies. Now, the other part about
- 32:05Speaker 1: this that I think you need to understand is the
- 32:07Speaker 1: way that the media asked him a question. Listen carefully,
- 32:10Speaker 1: to when they finally get to ask him a question.
- 32:14Speaker 1: One more thing I want to mention today. Our country
- 32:17Speaker 1: needs to pass permit and reform to accelerate the development
- 32:22Speaker 1: of clean energy right now. The process of getting clean energy.
- 32:27Speaker 1: By the way, I love this. You're suffering, Americans are suffering.
- 32:30Speaker 1: It's right for the election day. And he also says
- 32:33Speaker 1: we gotta do clean energy. No one gives a crap
- 32:35Speaker 1: about that right now. The projects approved is too cumbersome
- 32:40Speaker 1: and two time consuming. So I'm asking the Congress pass
- 32:45Speaker 1: a permitting bill to speed up the approval of all
- 32:48Speaker 1: kinds of energy production, from wind to solar to clean hydrogen,
- 32:54Speaker 1: because we need to get this movie now quickly. Now.
- 32:58Speaker 1: It would take you know this if we do this,
- 33:03Speaker 1: and we'll take a story clean energy investments that I
- 33:06Speaker 1: signed in the law and put them into action. In fact,
- 33:10Speaker 1: one independent analysis has already estimated that the three hundred
- 33:15Speaker 1: and sixty nine billion dollars we're making in federal investment
- 33:20Speaker 1: that will generate if we just that, will generate one
- 33:24Speaker 1: point seven trillion dollars in total public and private investments
- 33:29Speaker 1: in the years ahead. You can increase oil and gas
- 33:33Speaker 1: production now while still moving full speed ahead to accelerate
- 33:37Speaker 1: our transition to clean energy. That way, that way we
- 33:41Speaker 1: can lower energy costs for American families enhance our national security.
- 33:46Speaker 1: At a very difficult moment, let me close this. I
- 33:51Speaker 1: know it's been a rough four or five years for
- 33:52Speaker 1: the country. For a lot of families. Things are still tough.
- 33:57Speaker 1: The choices made by other countries are affecting the price
- 34:00Speaker 1: of gas here at home. That's why I've been acting
- 34:03Speaker 1: so aggressively. I love this right, It's the other country's fault.
- 34:08Speaker 1: This is none of my doing, even though I'm the
- 34:10Speaker 1: guy that clearly decided to do it. This is everybody
- 34:13Speaker 1: else's fault in the world. This is foreign countries, this
- 34:15Speaker 1: is Russia. I'm gonna blame everybody else. I just went
- 34:18Speaker 1: and beg from oh in Saudi Arabia. They laughed in
- 34:21Speaker 1: my face, they played me, they mocked me, And everything's
- 34:24Speaker 1: gonna be fine. Right. This is how he wants you
- 34:27Speaker 1: to believe the situation is. And if you believe any
- 34:30Speaker 1: of this, you are an idiot. Now he must believe
- 34:32Speaker 1: there's enough idiots in America that will buy this. But
- 34:36Speaker 1: even the media, now, even the media is not buying
- 34:41Speaker 1: what he is selling. And The first question he was asked,
- 34:44Speaker 1: is proof of this? Listen carefully, I don't hear. Can
- 34:51Speaker 1: you speak louder? What is your response to Republicans who
- 34:55Speaker 1: say you are only doing this spr release because to
- 34:58Speaker 1: help Democrats in the mid terms. Where have they been
- 35:01Speaker 1: the last four months? That's my response, MS, Look, it
- 35:09Speaker 1: makes sense, but I've been doing this for how long now.
- 35:13Speaker 1: It's not politically motivated at all. It's motivated to make
- 35:17Speaker 1: sure that I continue to push on what I've been
- 35:19Speaker 1: pushing on, and that is making sure there's enough oil
- 35:23Speaker 1: that's being pumped by the companies so that we have
- 35:27Speaker 1: the ability to be able to produce enough gas that
- 35:30Speaker 1: we need here at home, oil we need here at home,
- 35:33Speaker 1: and at the same time keep moving in the direction
- 35:36Speaker 1: of providing for alternative energy. That's what I've been doing. Now.
- 35:41Speaker 1: The problem is that these guys are asleep. I don't
- 35:42Speaker 1: know where they've been, and they seem, you know, the
- 35:46Speaker 1: price at the pump should reflect what the price of
- 35:50Speaker 1: a barrel of oil costs, and it's not going down consistently.
- 35:56Speaker 1: I can't even decipher what he was saying there. But
- 35:59Speaker 1: when he says where you've been, you know I've been
- 36:01Speaker 1: doing this for months. He is, he has been releasing
- 36:04Speaker 1: oil from our strategical reserves. It's supposed to be for
- 36:07Speaker 1: emergency to artificially decrease the price you're paying at the pump.
- 36:10Speaker 1: My question is what happens when we run out of
- 36:12Speaker 1: the strategic oil reserves, because he hasn't done anything to
- 36:15Speaker 1: then deal with a problem. And once we're owned by
- 36:18Speaker 1: the rest of the world and we don't have any
- 36:20Speaker 1: of this gas left, this oil left, as he described it,
- 36:23Speaker 1: we're screwed and the prices are going to go back
- 36:25Speaker 1: up to five plus dollars a gallon, six and seven
- 36:28Speaker 1: and eight dollars. But he says Republicans are the ones
- 36:31Speaker 1: that are asleep. This is what dementia, by the way,
- 36:33Speaker 1: it sounds like in real life. Okay, I just want
- 36:36Speaker 1: to be clear about that. Make sure you share a
