Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Radical Judges Lead new Lawfare Movement plus the Rise of Domestic Terror Threats
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: In the last four months, the Trump administration has seen
- 0:06Speaker 1: more nationwide injunctions than the entirety of the twentieth century,
- 0:12Speaker 1: and more nationwide injunctions than President George W. Bush, Barack Obama,
- 0:19Speaker 1: and Joe Biden combined. The translation is pretty clear. This
- 0:24Speaker 1: is not normal. In fact, it's totally out of control,
- 0:28Speaker 1: radicalized justice at the hands of the left. And by
- 0:33Speaker 1: the way, it's not even justice, it is anarchy of
- 0:36Speaker 1: our judicial system. It's all being orchestrated in a campaign
- 0:41Speaker 1: of judicial obstruction and activism. As the chair of the
- 0:45Speaker 1: Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight and Agency Action
- 0:51Speaker 1: as well as Federal Rights, Ted Cruz is leading the
- 0:55Speaker 1: way on the discussion on the ways to rein in
- 0:59Speaker 1: these abusive nationwide injunctions. Now, as many of you know,
- 1:03Speaker 1: I do a podcast with Senator Cruz. He had a
- 1:07Speaker 1: very intense and linked the conversation with Corey Booker. We
- 1:12Speaker 1: decided to do our show on that because this is
- 1:15Speaker 1: obviously a threat to our democracy. We see now and
- 1:19Speaker 1: I'm going to go and say it again. There have
- 1:21Speaker 1: been more nationwide injunctions in the last four months in
- 1:25Speaker 1: the entirety of the twentieth century and more nationwide injunctions
- 1:29Speaker 1: and President George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden combined,
- 1:34Speaker 1: this is a threat to our democracy. And the play
- 1:38Speaker 1: is very clear. What the Democrats are doing is they're
- 1:42Speaker 1: going to their friends who are liberal activist judges and
- 1:46Speaker 1: they're getting them to do their dirty work for them.
- 1:49Speaker 1: That's number one. But number two, they're also doing this
- 1:54Speaker 1: because it's the only way they believe they can fight
- 1:57Speaker 1: back against Donald Trump effectively, because because they lost the
- 2:01Speaker 1: last election and the fact that the Republicans controlled the House,
- 2:05Speaker 1: the Senate, and the presidency, this is their option to
- 2:10Speaker 1: go rogue and to be radical. I want you to
- 2:13Speaker 1: hear the conversation centered cruise that I had and also
- 2:17Speaker 1: this very intense back and forth on the issue with
- 2:20Speaker 1: Corey Booker. Now to put it in perspective for you,
- 2:23Speaker 1: Corey Booker is trying to figure out how to become
- 2:26Speaker 1: the president of the United States America. He certainly wants
- 2:29Speaker 1: to make sure he's the nominee for the Democratic Party,
- 2:32Speaker 1: and he's having to do this by actually outgoing to
- 2:37Speaker 1: the left or outliberaling radical communists and socialists like AOC.
- 2:44Speaker 1: And so this is part of the reason why he's
- 2:46Speaker 1: in essence endorsing this behavior by these activist judges. Now
- 2:50Speaker 1: we also know what's happened at the Supreme Court because
- 2:54Speaker 1: of Democrats. They've been leaking opinions, for example the Roe v. Wade,
- 2:59Speaker 1: which was un precedented in that decision. And the Democrats
- 3:04Speaker 1: have no problem intimidating justices, including those in the Supreme Court.
- 3:09Speaker 1: They've been trying to undermine the legitimacy of the Supreme
- 3:11Speaker 1: Court anytime they get a ruling they don't like. And
- 3:15Speaker 1: they have no problem with the Court justices, especially those
- 3:19Speaker 1: that are conservatives, having threats against themselves and their families.
- 3:25Speaker 1: But first I want to tell you about my friends
- 3:27Speaker 1: at Patriot Mobile. If you've got a cell phone and
- 3:29Speaker 1: your cell phone is not with Patriot Mobile, then the
- 3:33Speaker 1: question I gotta ask you is why why have you
- 3:36Speaker 1: not made the switch? Well, you should make the switch,
- 3:39Speaker 1: and the deal is really easy. You get cutting edge technology.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Switching has never been easier. There's no store visits, no hassles.
- 3:48Speaker 1: You get to keep your same phone number you have
- 3:50Speaker 1: right now. You get to keep your same phone you've
- 3:52Speaker 1: got now or upgrade to a new one. And they
- 3:54Speaker 1: have a one hundred percent US based team that can
- 3:57Speaker 1: activate you literally in minutes. The other thing that I
- 4:00Speaker 1: love about Patriot Mobile is this they have access to
- 4:03Speaker 1: all three major networks, meaning you get exceptional nationwide coverage.
- 4:08Speaker 1: I use Patriot Mobile and half for years. They can
- 4:11Speaker 1: even put a second number on a different network on
- 4:15Speaker 1: your phone. It's like carrying two phones in one. You
- 4:18Speaker 1: can have a work number and a personal number. It's amazing.
- 4:22Speaker 1: They have unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, Internet
- 4:28Speaker 1: on the go devices, and home internet backup as well.
- 4:31Speaker 1: You can get all of this from Patriot Mobile. So
- 4:35Speaker 1: why are you waiting? Make the switch today? And by
- 4:38Speaker 1: the way, when you pay your bill, you know that
- 4:41Speaker 1: about five percent of that bill every month is going
- 4:43Speaker 1: back to support conservative causes. Causes that stand for our
- 4:47Speaker 1: First and or Second Amendment rights, the rights of unborn children,
- 4:51Speaker 1: and they stand with our veterans, our first responders or
- 4:54Speaker 1: police and firemen, are EMTs and are wounded warriors. So
- 4:58Speaker 1: make a difference with every call you make. So right now,
- 5:01Speaker 1: go to Patriotmobile dot com, slash ferguson or call them
- 5:07Speaker 1: ninety seven to two Patriot You're going to get a
- 5:09Speaker 1: free month of service with the promo code Ferguson. So
- 5:12Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile and make a difference with every
- 5:14Speaker 1: call you make Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or
- 5:19Speaker 1: nine seven to two Patriot. All right, now, take a
- 5:22Speaker 1: listen to this conversation that I had with Senator Cruz
- 5:26Speaker 1: and his back and forth in Congress with Corey Booker. Senator,
- 5:31Speaker 1: We've got two big topics to discuss today, including something
- 5:35Speaker 1: in the Senate that got a little spicy between you
- 5:39Speaker 1: and Cory Booker.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Well, it did so. Yesterday I chared a hearing that
- 5:44Speaker 2: was examining the abuse of power from individual district court
- 5:50Speaker 2: judges who are issuing nationwide injunctions against President Trump and
- 5:55Speaker 2: the Trump administration. And this is the latest iteration of
- 5:59Speaker 2: law fair. This is in the last four years, we
- 6:03Speaker 2: saw Democrat prosecutors indict Donald Trump four separate times. That
- 6:08Speaker 2: that was they were doing everything they could to stop
- 6:11Speaker 2: the voters from re electing President Trump.
- 6:14Speaker 3: That failed.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Now during the Trump presidency, we are seeing law fair unfold.
- 6:21Speaker 2: We are seeing Democrat attorneys general filing lawsuits every single day.
- 6:26Speaker 2: We are seeing left wing activist groups filing lawsuits every day,
- 6:31Speaker 2: and they are seeking out radical left wing judges who've
- 6:36Speaker 2: been appointed in very blue districts. And what we have
- 6:40Speaker 2: seen is we have seen over forty nationwide injunctions against
- 6:47Speaker 2: the Trump administration. Now, to give you a sense of
- 6:49Speaker 2: just how egregious this is, in the first one hundred
- 6:54Speaker 2: and fifty years of our nation's history, Ben, do you
- 6:57Speaker 2: know how many nationwide injunctions were issued.
- 7:00Speaker 1: I have no idea, but I'm guessing comparing it to forty,
- 7:03Speaker 1: it's not going to be a lot.
- 7:05Speaker 2: The number would be zero. So the first one hundred
- 7:09Speaker 2: and fifty years of our nation's history, there was not
- 7:11Speaker 2: a single nationwide injunction that was issued. Now, how about
- 7:15Speaker 2: the twentieth century, the twentieth century, the entire hundred years
- 7:20Speaker 2: from nineteen hundred to nineteen ninety nine, there have been
- 7:25Speaker 2: more nationwide injunctions issued against the Trump administration in the
- 7:30Speaker 2: first five months than there were in the entire twentieth century.
- 7:36Speaker 2: There have also been more nationwide injunctions issued against Trump
- 7:41Speaker 2: than there have been during the George W. Bush presidency,
- 7:46Speaker 2: plus the Barack Obama presidency, plus the Joe Biden presidency
- 7:51Speaker 2: all combined. This is an assault. You have left wing judges,
- 7:57Speaker 2: individual radical district judge who are issuing injunctions, trying to
- 8:03Speaker 2: set aside the policies of the president, and trying to
- 8:07Speaker 2: set aside the will of the American voters. And it
- 8:11Speaker 2: is an assault in democracy. And I got to say
- 8:14Speaker 2: Democrats not only are okay with it, they're enthusiastically cheering
- 8:19Speaker 2: it on.
- 8:20Speaker 1: It really is shocking, and the level of I think
- 8:25Speaker 1: attack is obviously, as you mentioned, very clear. It is
- 8:29Speaker 1: these judges are saying, we're going to take away the
- 8:32Speaker 1: power of the presidency. The dangerous aspect of that precedent
- 8:37Speaker 1: is also something that I would hope that many people
- 8:40Speaker 1: that maybe conserd themselves to be moderate or liberal would
- 8:45Speaker 1: be concerned about, because that's not how this country is
- 8:48Speaker 1: supposed to work now.
- 8:50Speaker 2: It should not be an individual district judge having the
- 8:54Speaker 2: ability to set aside the policies of the United States government,
- 8:58Speaker 2: the president of the United States, and the policies that
- 9:01Speaker 2: the voters voted on. Look, I think the single biggest
- 9:05Speaker 2: issue in this last election was the voters were sick
- 9:09Speaker 2: and tired of the open borders we saw for four
- 9:11Speaker 2: years the invasion of twelve million illegal immigrants, and they
- 9:16Speaker 2: wanted a president to secure the border and to deport murderers, rapists,
- 9:22Speaker 2: child molesters, violent Venezuelan gang members. That's what Donald Trump
- 9:28Speaker 2: is doing. And we're seeing the Democrats who are suing
- 9:31Speaker 2: over and over again, and they're getting radical left wing
- 9:35Speaker 2: judges to issue orders saying stop deporting criminals. And it's lawless.
- 9:40Speaker 2: By the way, federal immigration law gives enormous power to
- 9:43Speaker 2: the president to deport illegal immigrants, and these radical judges,
- 9:48Speaker 2: they don't care. And I will tell you as we
- 9:50Speaker 2: were discussing this in this hearing, so the Democrats all
- 9:54Speaker 2: showed up for this hearing and they were loaded for bear,
- 9:57Speaker 2: and they were all attacking President Trump. That was no surprise.
- 10:01Speaker 2: And they were saying that the President is horribly saying mean,
- 10:06Speaker 2: mean things about judges. And mind you, these are judges
- 10:12Speaker 2: who are dramatically abusing their power. And yet the Democrats
- 10:16Speaker 2: were all pretending to be horrified that the President would
- 10:21Speaker 2: criticize judges. Now, I want to play for you in exchange.
- 10:25Speaker 2: I had I was talking about the hypocrisy of Democrats
- 10:30Speaker 2: who are claiming to be defending judges. And yet when
- 10:34Speaker 2: Joe Biden was president and you had violent mobs protesting
- 10:39Speaker 2: outside the homes of Supreme Court justices. The Democrats said
- 10:43Speaker 2: not a word. They were not bothered at all that
- 10:47Speaker 2: the Biden Justice Department refused to enforce the criminal law
- 10:52Speaker 2: that makes it a crime to protest and outside the
- 10:55Speaker 2: home of a justice and to threaten the justice's families
- 10:59Speaker 2: as they were. And there was an exchange. So Corey Booker,
- 11:03Speaker 2: he's a Democrat on the Judiciary Committee. Corey wants to
- 11:06Speaker 2: run for president. He wants to run as the great
- 11:09Speaker 2: Liberal hope. And Corey decided to engage with me and
- 11:13Speaker 2: attack me on this issue. And he and I went
- 11:16Speaker 2: back and forth, and I want to play this entire exchange.
- 11:18Speaker 2: It's a little bit extended, but this exchange was striking
- 11:21Speaker 2: because he jumped in and he's like, no, no, no,
- 11:25Speaker 2: I'm going to fight you on this point. And I've
- 11:27Speaker 2: got to say, I don't want to be a spoiler here,
- 11:32Speaker 2: but I don't think it went well for Corey. Give
- 11:34Speaker 2: a listen, it did not.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Here. It is.
- 11:38Speaker 3: Indulge me for a moment, We indulge you every moment.
- 11:41Speaker 3: I appreciate that active generosity. It's just something you said
- 11:45Speaker 3: that I think is actually dangerous and should be addressed
- 11:49Speaker 3: and you're welcome. But when Judge Anderol was killed in
- 11:53Speaker 3: New Jersey, the Republican colleagues in the Senate, they're outpouring
- 11:57Speaker 3: of support, they're outpouring of concern, They're willing to work
- 12:01Speaker 3: together on a bipartisan bill. Was extraordinary. It shows the
- 12:04Speaker 3: truth of this institution that despite some of the fiery
- 12:08Speaker 3: rhetoric that you were selling, we're really by parties working
- 12:11Speaker 3: by partisanship. Cornin and Coombs, after the incidents you're talking about,
- 12:18Speaker 3: got together and actually passed a bill to better protect
- 12:21Speaker 3: our Supreme Court justices, many of whom are friends of ours.
- 12:26Speaker 3: You know, Gorsich and I disagree on a lot of stuff.
- 12:29Speaker 3: I knew his wife before he did. We studied together
- 12:31Speaker 3: at Oxford. This implication that there was silence when there
- 12:35Speaker 3: were threats on their people's houses is absolutely absurd. I
- 12:39Speaker 3: remember the rhetoric and the comments, the concern from Coons.
- 12:43Speaker 3: I actually distinctly remember you Chairman on more than once
- 12:46Speaker 3: condemning those attacks on Republican appointed jurists. To say things
- 12:54Speaker 3: like that feeds just the partisanship in this institution and
- 12:57Speaker 3: feeds the fiery rhetoric, and it's just plain not true.
- 13:01Speaker 3: It's just plain not true, and I think you know that.
- 13:04Speaker 3: But we can pull from the record for my colleagues
- 13:07Speaker 3: in real time, literally days afterwards condemning it. There's a
- 13:11Speaker 3: lot of substantive things to say here, but to think
- 13:14Speaker 3: that the lack of humanity when people's homes are being
- 13:17Speaker 3: threatened was not in existence, I think that's unfair and
- 13:20Speaker 3: really concerns me that you would say that in the
- 13:22Speaker 3: way that you did.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Well. I thank my colleague from New Jersey. I will note,
- 13:28Speaker 2: as John Adams observed, that facts are stubborn things, and
- 13:32Speaker 2: it is existing federal law eighteen USC. Section fifteen oh
- 13:36Speaker 2: seven that makes it a crime to protest at a
- 13:39Speaker 2: judge's home. And the law provides whoever, with the intent
- 13:42Speaker 2: of interfering, with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice,
- 13:46Speaker 2: or with the intent or of influencing any judge, dur
- 13:49Speaker 2: or witness, or court officer in the discharge of his duty,
- 13:52Speaker 2: pickets or parades interor near a building housing a court
- 13:55Speaker 2: of the United States internear a building or residence occupied
- 13:58Speaker 2: or used by such judge, juror witness, or court officer,
- 14:03Speaker 2: or with such intent, uses any sound, truck or similar
- 14:05Speaker 2: device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near
- 14:08Speaker 2: any such building or residence shall be fined under this title,
- 14:15Speaker 2: or imprisoned not more than one year, or both. That
- 14:19Speaker 2: is federal criminal law. Night after night after night, angry
- 14:24Speaker 2: mobs were outside the Supreme Court justices homes, and in
- 14:28Speaker 2: the entire course of it, the Biden Justice Department prosecuted nobody.
- 14:33Speaker 2: We had the Attorney General sitting at that table, and
- 14:37Speaker 2: multiple Republican senators asked him, why are you not enforcing
- 14:41Speaker 2: the law. What they are doing is a crime. And
- 14:44Speaker 2: my friend from New Jersey said, it is a lie
- 14:47Speaker 2: to say we the Democrats condone this. I would challenge
- 14:52Speaker 2: my friend find a single Democrat senator on this committee
- 14:57Speaker 2: holding the Attorney General to account for not enforcing this law.
- 15:01Speaker 2: I was here at those hearings, and I do not
- 15:03Speaker 2: recall a single Democrat senator saying to the Attorney General,
- 15:08Speaker 2: you should arrest these people who are violating the law.
- 15:11Speaker 2: You should protect the judges. I agree that there was
- 15:14Speaker 2: general language against violence, but not a single Democrat senator
- 15:21Speaker 2: that I ever saw in this committee was willing to
- 15:24Speaker 2: hold Attorney General Merrick Garland to account for flagrantly disregarding
- 15:29Speaker 2: the federal criminal law because the Biden administration agreed with
- 15:32Speaker 2: the protesters and I think wanted those justices harassed at
- 15:36Speaker 2: their home.
- 15:37Speaker 3: I really appreciate that you've now shifted the accusation you
- 15:39Speaker 3: made earlier. Your accusation was that we were silent in
- 15:43Speaker 3: the face of protests as Supreme Court justices homes. Again,
- 15:49Speaker 3: we joined together in a biparisan way, not only to
- 15:52Speaker 3: condemn that, but to pass legislation to extend round the
- 15:57Speaker 3: clock security protection literally as introduced May fifth past the
- 16:02Speaker 3: Senate bipartisan fashion on May night. So if you're saying
- 16:06Speaker 3: that we didn't criticize.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Them and arrest a single person on.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Who are now changing the that is what I say again.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I'll I'll pull the record itsrest even one again.
- 16:18Speaker 3: The answer is not my point to you. Who is
- 16:20Speaker 3: the accusation that the Democrats on this committee do not
- 16:25Speaker 3: care about the safety of federal judges. I did not
- 16:28Speaker 3: interrupt you, sir. I would appreciate if you let me finish.
- 16:33Speaker 3: I am sick and tired of hearing the kind of
- 16:37Speaker 3: heated partisan rhetoric, which is one of the reasons why
- 16:40Speaker 3: we have such divisions in this country. The attacks we
- 16:43Speaker 3: see from the President of the United States of America,
- 16:47Speaker 3: trolling and dragging judges through is to what we should
- 16:50Speaker 3: be talking about that puts people in danger. I'm simply
- 16:54Speaker 3: taking issue with the claim that you made at the
- 16:57Speaker 3: top that people on the Democratic side of the aisle
- 17:01Speaker 3: do not care about the safety and the security of
- 17:05Speaker 3: judges and said nothing. You said we were silent after
- 17:08Speaker 3: people's houses were protested. That is a patent lie, sir.
- 17:12Speaker 3: We were not silent. We took action. We've joined in
- 17:16Speaker 3: a bipartisan way to protect those judges, as was done
- 17:20Speaker 3: in a bipartisan way to protect a New Jersey judge
- 17:24Speaker 3: after their horrific attack at their home. So I see
- 17:28Speaker 3: you now trying to shift the debate to whether we
- 17:30Speaker 3: talk to an attorney general. I'm simply taking issue with
- 17:34Speaker 3: this accusation that somehow we Democrats are so bad because
- 17:38Speaker 3: we don't call out threats to college to our judicial colleagues,
- 17:43Speaker 3: and that is wrong. You could change the argument now
- 17:46Speaker 3: that you want, but what you said was patently not
- 17:48Speaker 3: true and was in fact a patent lie.
- 17:51Speaker 2: So I do enjoy the fact that my colleague from
- 17:54Speaker 2: New Jersey raises his voice and says it's a patent
- 17:57Speaker 2: lie and says he's doing so in defense of lowering
- 18:00Speaker 2: the rhetoric. There is some irony to doing those two together.
- 18:06Speaker 2: I'll point out that in the entire course of those remarks,
- 18:09Speaker 2: Senator Booker did not dispute the central point I made,
- 18:13Speaker 2: which is, the Biden Justice Department arrested zero people, prosecuted
- 18:18Speaker 2: zero people for violating the criminal law, and every Democrat
- 18:23Speaker 2: senator on this committee was silent about it. And this
- 18:25Speaker 2: was an ongoing pattern for months. And I would note
- 18:29Speaker 2: also that the Senator from New Jersey clutched his pearls
- 18:32Speaker 2: about language threatening judges, and yet I do not recall
- 18:36Speaker 2: a single Democrat senator of this committee saying a word
- 18:40Speaker 2: when Chuck Schumer went to the steps of the Supreme
- 18:43Speaker 2: Court and threatened the safety of the Supreme Court justices
- 18:46Speaker 2: by name Gorsich and Kavanaugh, and he said, you have
- 18:50Speaker 2: unleashed the whirlwind and you will pay the price. And
- 18:55Speaker 2: not a single Democrat senator had a word to say
- 18:57Speaker 2: about this, And so their outr is selective. And I
- 19:02Speaker 2: will give my colleague from New Jersey a chance to
- 19:05Speaker 2: just answer a simple yes, no question. Should the Biden
- 19:08Speaker 2: Justice Department have enforced the criminal law against protesting at
- 19:13Speaker 2: a justice's home, yes or no.
- 19:15Speaker 3: So the rank hypocrisy of Chuck Schumer apologizing the next
- 19:18Speaker 3: day and you holding that standard for him and not
- 19:21Speaker 3: for your president, who you actually rightfully describe when you
- 19:25Speaker 3: were running against him in a primary. I would love
- 19:28Speaker 3: to run those tapes of how you perfectly talked about
- 19:32Speaker 3: the danger of our president and his rhetoric. But now
- 19:36Speaker 3: you are failing, in fact blind to the very things
- 19:40Speaker 3: you're accusing Chuck Schumer of. I don't think Donald Trump
- 19:42Speaker 3: would know an apology if it hit him in the head,
- 19:45Speaker 3: never set apologizing. So again, you are very, very sir,
- 19:50Speaker 3: very very deep into the waters of hypocrisy in your
- 19:53Speaker 3: criticisms of Chuck Schumer.
- 19:56Speaker 2: So let the record reflect that Spartacus did not answer
- 19:59Speaker 2: the cou question and did not tell us whether the
- 20:02Speaker 2: criminal law should be enforced, because he knows the answer
- 20:05Speaker 2: is yes, and he knows that the Biden Department of
- 20:08Speaker 2: Justice was being wildly political and partisan in refusing to
- 20:12Speaker 2: enforce the law because they disagreed with the Supreme Court
- 20:15Speaker 2: justice's rulings.
- 20:16Speaker 1: That was one very entertaining back and forth. Centator I
- 20:20Speaker 1: wish there was actually more of this in the Senate
- 20:23Speaker 1: because it's a great moment where you can see two
- 20:27Speaker 1: very different viewpoints, two very different ways of looking at this.
- 20:32Speaker 1: And like you said, it did not go well for
- 20:34Speaker 1: Corey Booker, but I actually love that there's this type
- 20:37Speaker 1: of grand debate.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Absolutely, we need to have this engagement. We need to
- 20:42Speaker 2: have this engagement on ideas, and it's striking the Democrats.
- 20:48Speaker 2: They claim they support democracy, but yet when it comes
- 20:53Speaker 2: to Donald Trump, they want a single unelected district judge
- 20:59Speaker 2: striking down every policy he implements. And they don't care
- 21:03Speaker 2: that the American people voted for it. They want power.
- 21:08Speaker 2: And look, in the course of this hearing, there were
- 21:11Speaker 2: a couple of points I made that no Democrat had
- 21:13Speaker 2: a response to. Number one, these lawsuits are being filed
- 21:18Speaker 2: over and over again before radical left wing judges. Of
- 21:23Speaker 2: the forty plus nationwide injunctions that have been issued against
- 21:27Speaker 2: the Trump administration, thirty five of them have been in
- 21:33Speaker 2: five jurisdictions, five left wing jurisdictions. They're seeking out these
- 21:38Speaker 2: left wing judges because they know that they'll rule for them,
- 21:41Speaker 2: and the Democrat defense is, well, gosh, Trump is just
- 21:45Speaker 2: violating the law. Well, you know what, if that were true,
- 21:49Speaker 2: you'd be willing to file the cases anywhere. But you're not.
- 21:54Speaker 2: The Democrat attorneys general, the left wing interest groups are
- 21:57Speaker 2: going to seek out the radicals because they know the
- 22:00Speaker 2: radicals will rule for them. And we're not seeing Democrat
- 22:05Speaker 2: senators defend that position. We're not seeing them say, give
- 22:10Speaker 2: any explanation as to why one radical judge should be
- 22:15Speaker 2: able to set aside nationwide the policies of the President
- 22:19Speaker 2: of the United States, who was elected by the American
- 22:22Speaker 2: people to secure the borders, to bring us back to
- 22:25Speaker 2: common sense positions. And so I think this hearing was important,
- 22:29Speaker 2: and I got to say, I think Corey Booker. Listen,
- 22:33Speaker 2: Corey is running for president of the United States. That's not complicated.
- 22:37Speaker 2: He's going to run in twenty twenty eight, and he's
- 22:39Speaker 2: running in the left lane of the Democrat Party. So
- 22:44Speaker 2: he's going to take on Elizabeth Warren, he's going to
- 22:46Speaker 2: take on AOC and he's going to argue, I am
- 22:49Speaker 2: I am liberal Democrat here mirror. But at the end
- 22:55Speaker 2: of the day, trying to appeal to those radicals, you've
- 22:58Speaker 2: got a problem if you actually got to address the substance,
- 23:01Speaker 2: and I think today we did and it was not
- 23:05Speaker 2: the outcome he was hoping for.
- 23:08Speaker 1: It certainly was not. And it's one of those moments
- 23:10Speaker 1: that I'll be interested to see when this audio and
- 23:14Speaker 1: video comes back to haunt him down the road when
- 23:16Speaker 1: that president run you mentioned, because I think he thought
- 23:20Speaker 1: he was about to have a moment and it's not
- 23:22Speaker 1: the moment he probably was hoping for if you go
- 23:24Speaker 1: back and look at that tape. I want to also
- 23:27Speaker 1: get to this other big issue, and that is out
- 23:29Speaker 1: in Colorado and the tear attack there. We've got a
- 23:31Speaker 1: significant update on this individual and also real concerns and
- 23:38Speaker 1: honesty now coming from the administration about the real threat
- 23:42Speaker 1: of other terrorists that may be in this country that
- 23:45Speaker 1: were led into this country by the Biden and Harris administration.
- 23:49Speaker 2: Well, it turns out that four years of open borders
- 23:51Speaker 2: allowing over twelve million people to come into this country illegally,
- 23:56Speaker 2: that was a really bad policy. And even worse, Look,
- 24:01Speaker 2: there were ten million people who were apprehended by the
- 24:05Speaker 2: Biden administration.
- 24:06Speaker 3: They let them go.
- 24:08Speaker 2: That is problematic on many many fronts, but the most
- 24:11Speaker 2: disturbing number is two million. They're roughly two million god aways.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Those are people that crossed the border. We know cross
- 24:19Speaker 2: the border, but yet they escaped detection. And those god
- 24:23Speaker 2: aways are much much more likely to be criminals. They're
- 24:27Speaker 2: much more likely to be murders, rapists, child molesters, terrorists,
- 24:33Speaker 2: gang members. And if you look at this radical who
- 24:40Speaker 2: attacked and fire bombed the peaceful Jewish protesters in Boulder, Colorado,
- 24:48Speaker 2: this was a guy who never should have been in
- 24:51Speaker 2: this country to begin with. He came in on a
- 24:54Speaker 2: tourist fe say, he overstated, and this was a radical
- 24:58Speaker 2: Islamist And and I want to read to you a
- 25:01Speaker 2: tweet from Bill Malusion. Now, regular listeners of this podcast
- 25:05Speaker 2: know Bill Malusian is the best reporter in America. He
- 25:09Speaker 2: reports for Fox News and he's been detailing what's going
- 25:12Speaker 2: on at the border. Here's what Bill Malusian tweeted, breaking
- 25:16Speaker 2: new details on Colorado terror attack suspect as Feeds charged
- 25:21Speaker 2: him with federal hate crime. According to federal court filings
- 25:25Speaker 2: obtained by Fox News, Egyptian illegal alien Mohammed Solomon admitted
- 25:32Speaker 2: in an interview that he wanted to kill all quote
- 25:35Speaker 2: Zionist people, and he had been planning the attack for
- 25:40Speaker 2: a year, and that he would conduct the attack again
- 25:44Speaker 2: if he could. He allegedly told investigators that he waited
- 25:48Speaker 2: to carry out the attack until his daughter graduated high school,
- 25:54Speaker 2: and that he specifically targeted the quote Zionist group in
- 25:58Speaker 2: Boulder after learning about them from an online search. It
- 26:03Speaker 2: was premeditated, as he allegedly admitted, he knew they would
- 26:08Speaker 2: gather on Sunday at one pm, he arrived and waited
- 26:13Speaker 2: for them. Additionally, investigators found a black container with fourteen
- 26:21Speaker 2: more Molotov cocktails near the spot he was arrested in.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Inside his vehicle, investigators found paperwork with the words Israel, Palestine,
- 26:35Speaker 2: and USAID. This man was admitted into the country via
- 26:41Speaker 2: a tourist visa during the Biden administration. He overstayed, filed
- 26:47Speaker 2: an asylum request, and was granted work authorization by the
- 26:52Speaker 2: Biden administration, which expired at the end of March of
- 26:57Speaker 2: this year. So understand, this guy came into this country,
- 27:02Speaker 2: he overstated his visa, and yet the Biden administration said, hey, look,
- 27:06Speaker 2: a radical Islamic terrorist, we want you to stay. It
- 27:11Speaker 2: was not hard to figure out from his social media
- 27:14Speaker 2: who this guy was, but the Biden administration they were
- 27:17Speaker 2: not focused on defending this nation. They were not focused
- 27:20Speaker 2: on stopping terrorists from coming into this country. Instead, they
- 27:26Speaker 2: made a political decision. I get asked all the time, Ben,
- 27:29Speaker 2: why would Democrats open up the borders? It clearly hurt
- 27:32Speaker 2: them in the flat last election. Why would they do this?
- 27:35Speaker 2: And I believe it was entirely about power. They viewed
- 27:39Speaker 2: twelve million illegal immigrants, they said, listen, every one of
- 27:44Speaker 2: these we think are going to vote for Democrats. We
- 27:47Speaker 2: want them in here. Some portion of them will vote illegally.
- 27:51Speaker 2: The rest of them. They believed, if they stayed in power,
- 27:53Speaker 2: they'd grant amnesty and make them all voters. And if
- 27:58Speaker 2: they have to bring in Muslim brotherhood terrorists who were
- 28:03Speaker 2: murdering people, sadly, the Democrats were willing to do that.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Yeah, this is the part that I really think we
- 28:10Speaker 1: do need to make it clear, not just now but
- 28:14Speaker 1: in the future. The Democratic Party, and you alluded to
- 28:18Speaker 1: this in your comments there. Their plan they knew was
- 28:24Speaker 1: going to have disastrous consequences from a national security standpoint.
- 28:28Speaker 1: They were willing to play Russian Roulette with that open border.
- 28:32Speaker 1: And they were warned and they saw the people that
- 28:35Speaker 1: were on the terrorists watch list Senator, and they didn't
- 28:38Speaker 1: care because it was their overall plan to flood the
- 28:41Speaker 1: country with the legal immigrants and fundamentally changes country. They
- 28:45Speaker 1: knew this plan would allow for people that are terrorists,
- 28:49Speaker 1: some of them on the terrorists watch lists at the time,
- 28:52Speaker 1: to get into this country, and they still continued to
- 28:56Speaker 1: have the open border policy because they basically said, Hey,
- 29:00Speaker 1: it's part of our bigger plan, and there's gonna be
- 29:03Speaker 1: collateral damage from this, so be it.
- 29:06Speaker 2: And listen when I say this, this sounds harsh, and
- 29:11Speaker 2: you sort of think of a listener who's not terribly
- 29:14Speaker 2: political and they're like, wait, the Democrats couldn't really want
- 29:20Speaker 2: more terrorists in this country. But at the end of
- 29:23Speaker 2: the day, that was the inevitable consequence of the policies
- 29:27Speaker 2: they put in place when you allow twelve million people
- 29:31Speaker 2: to cross the border illegally. And by the way, the
- 29:34Speaker 2: Biden Border control the border patrol, they instructed their agents
- 29:41Speaker 2: be on the lookout for Hesbela Hamas Palestinian Islamic Jehad
- 29:48Speaker 2: terrorists coming across this border. Look, we have radical Zealots
- 29:54Speaker 2: who have declared Jahad in America, who have demanded of
- 29:58Speaker 2: their terrorists murder as many Americans as you can, and
- 30:01Speaker 2: murder as many Jews and Israelis as you can. And
- 30:05Speaker 2: in the face of those very real and clear national
- 30:10Speaker 2: security threats, the fact that the Biden administration and the Democrats,
- 30:14Speaker 2: it wasn't just Joe Biden, it wasn't just Kamala Harris,
- 30:17Speaker 2: it was every single Democrat in the Senate, it was
- 30:20Speaker 2: every single Democrat in the House. Because they voted in
- 30:23Speaker 2: favor of open borders over and over and over again,
- 30:28Speaker 2: they knew that some of the people coming were just
- 30:31Speaker 2: like this radical And listen, I've reintroduced this week legislation
- 30:38Speaker 2: to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. The
- 30:43Speaker 2: Muslim Brotherhood.
- 30:45Speaker 1: At this is something you've been sounding the alarm on
- 30:48Speaker 1: for quite some time. I want to be very clear
- 30:50Speaker 1: about that.
- 30:52Speaker 2: So I've been fighting for this legislation for more than
- 30:55Speaker 2: a decade. The Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization. It
- 31:00Speaker 2: is in countries throughout the Middle East. It is in Egypt,
- 31:04Speaker 2: it is in cutter it is all across the Middle East.
- 31:10Speaker 2: And the Muslim Brotherhood openly aggressively they support hamas they
- 31:16Speaker 2: support Hesbela. They are a terrorist organization and by the way,
- 31:21Speaker 2: to be clear, in Egypt, they're an actual political party. Look,
- 31:26Speaker 2: we had Mohammed Morci, who was the leader of Egypt,
- 31:31Speaker 2: who was a Muslim Brotherhood radical. Now now thankfully Mohammed
- 31:36Speaker 2: Morsei was defeated, and he was defeated by Alsisi, who
- 31:42Speaker 2: is fighting against the Muslim Brotherhood. Look. Look if you
- 31:45Speaker 2: look at the Arabs who are dealing with this, the
- 31:49Speaker 2: Muslim Brotherhood and the Jahadas, they believe in using violence,
- 31:55Speaker 2: using murder to force people to embrace their radical is
- 31:59Speaker 2: the fore and and yet these are these are the
- 32:06Speaker 2: radicals that are fighting, that that are murdering Israelis, and
- 32:10Speaker 2: that are murdering Americans, and and and this is exactly
- 32:14Speaker 2: the radicals that this lunatic in Boulder, Colorado was embracing,
- 32:20Speaker 2: and that Joe Biden, the Democrats were letting end of
- 32:22Speaker 2: this country.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Final question on the on the the designate of Muslim
- 32:26Speaker 1: Brotherhood is a terrorist organization. Is this finally going to
- 32:31Speaker 1: be the moment where you think there's a decent chance
- 32:33Speaker 1: that this can become reality or there's still going to
- 32:36Speaker 1: be Democrats at all costs that say we are going
- 32:38Speaker 1: to defend this.
- 32:40Speaker 2: So I hope so so right now today, the Muslim
- 32:44Speaker 2: Brotherhood is designated as a terrorist organization in Saudi Arabia,
- 32:49Speaker 2: They're designated in the United Arab Emirates, They're designated in Egypt,
- 32:54Speaker 2: in Syria and Bahrain. But the United States has yet
- 32:59Speaker 2: to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. When
- 33:03Speaker 2: you have a group that actively encourages the waging of jahad,
- 33:10Speaker 2: the murdering of innocence, they are a terrorist organization. And
- 33:14Speaker 2: so I pressed, I pressed the entire first Trump term
- 33:20Speaker 2: for the Muslim Brotherhood to be designated. We did not succeed.
- 33:23Speaker 2: I think we will succeed this administration. I think President
- 33:26Speaker 2: Trump is going to do this, and I'm going to
- 33:29Speaker 2: keep pressing designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization
- 33:34Speaker 2: because that is who they are, and we saw the
- 33:38Speaker 2: horrific and potentially deadly consequences this week in Boulder, Colorado.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and friends,
- 33:46Speaker 1: put it up on social media wherever you are, and
- 33:49Speaker 1: we appreciate you listening every day.
- 33:51Speaker 2: We'll see you back here tomorrow
