- 1:08Speaker 1: My next guest is the Director of Communication for the
- 1:10Speaker 1: National Football League Players Association nfl p A is the
- 1:14Speaker 1: exclusive bargaining agent for all NFL uh players and they
- 1:18Speaker 1: protect to preserve the rights of these NFL players health
- 1:21Speaker 1: and safety, welfare, and their working conditions. Please worcome the
- 1:25Speaker 1: money making conversations. Call Francis, thank you for having me,
- 1:30Speaker 1: my friend. Let me just get this one thing out.
- 1:32Speaker 1: There's pretty pretty pretty huge. I think call you a
- 1:35Speaker 1: This spokesman for the NFL Players Association, print, television, radio,
- 1:42Speaker 1: digital and all sports related media. Correct correct, correct, Okay,
- 1:46Speaker 1: you say they kind of call. I mean, you know,
- 1:48Speaker 1: I've been there for sometimes, so I try. I gotta
- 1:51Speaker 1: go with managing and them. But it sounds like a lot,
- 1:53Speaker 1: and it is a lot. Look, so don't don't don't
- 1:55Speaker 1: don't say it sounds like a lot. This is the
- 1:57Speaker 1: number one television sport. Okay. It it changes the dynamics
- 2:03Speaker 1: of a network. Broadcast is expanding to Europe. It plays
- 2:09Speaker 1: a game annually every day every year in London, like
- 2:12Speaker 1: several games now and so so, so I can't let
- 2:15Speaker 1: you say. So you have an international brand that you
- 2:18Speaker 1: for the Players Association, you're the spokesman walkers through that process. No,
- 2:24Speaker 1: it's a real simple process because the game is the game.
- 2:27Speaker 1: But one of the things that we focus on is
- 2:30Speaker 1: protecting the rights and wages of our membership. You know,
- 2:34Speaker 1: temper cent of what you see is what a player
- 2:36Speaker 1: experiences on Sunday, right, and that's the temper cent that
- 2:39Speaker 1: we want to focus on because we want the fans
- 2:41Speaker 1: to love the sport. But when the players come off
- 2:44Speaker 1: the field, that's when we're going to impact because players
- 2:49Speaker 1: are people. Try to sometimes uh separate players just from
- 2:54Speaker 1: human to but they're really your neighbor, they're really your
- 2:58Speaker 1: brother there, you're your cousin, church friends. There are people
- 3:02Speaker 1: that are in society and they have issues just like
- 3:05Speaker 1: everybody else, and so we try to be there to
- 3:08Speaker 1: support them, provide resources to them to help them actually
- 3:12Speaker 1: make the transition from the field into normal society, and
- 3:15Speaker 1: that's the goal and objective every day. But also protect
- 3:19Speaker 1: their rights why they are an employed in National Football League,
- 3:22Speaker 1: and that's really key because we know we have a
- 3:23Speaker 1: short window. Absolutely short window, so and there are no guarantees.
- 3:27Speaker 1: You can sign a long term contract a portion of
- 3:29Speaker 1: its guarantee. That's why athletes want such a high signing bonus,
- 3:33Speaker 1: so they can feel like they they've got the value
- 3:36Speaker 1: of their contract. And so when you look at the
- 3:38Speaker 1: sport that's so short term, there's a certain level of
- 3:41Speaker 1: responsibility and sometimes you can't live up to that responsibility
- 3:46Speaker 1: as the players association. So what what what? What's that
- 3:49Speaker 1: balance there? Well, the balance is now you're starting to
- 3:52Speaker 1: see full term UH contracts are being guaranteed. The look
- 3:58Speaker 1: at Kirk Cousins, you look at your your your own
- 4:01Speaker 1: quarterback here Matt Ryan design for a hundred and fifty million,
- 4:04Speaker 1: you know, thirty a year. I mean, so guys are
- 4:07Speaker 1: making money. But the key to all of this is
- 4:10Speaker 1: is managing what you have, whether it's guaranteed, whether it's
- 4:14Speaker 1: one third guaranteed or what's full guaranteed. The important thing
- 4:18Speaker 1: for us is to have programs in place to help
- 4:21Speaker 1: players understand, as you mentioned, the short term money that
- 4:25Speaker 1: you make, we wanted to make it a long term
- 4:28Speaker 1: process for you and your family and you in you
- 4:31Speaker 1: in the generation behind you. And so that's the key
- 4:34Speaker 1: objective for us because at the end of the day,
- 4:37Speaker 1: everyone is not going to make as much money as
- 4:39Speaker 1: probably the next person in the locker room, but we
- 4:42Speaker 1: can teach you how to keep that money and preserve
- 4:44Speaker 1: it for a long term goal. Okay, here's the key.
- 4:47Speaker 1: I get a lot of athletes, especially football players, So
- 4:50Speaker 1: that tells me that this shows about entrepreneurship. Absolutely, and
- 4:53Speaker 1: so I feel now there's a smarter football player. Absolutely
- 4:57Speaker 1: because it's gonna be real. Back in the day, nightclubs,
- 5:01Speaker 1: you know, car washers, you know know, a lot of stuff
- 5:04Speaker 1: they would just opening up. They had no planning, but
- 5:07Speaker 1: hype drove the investment and not the planning. The business
- 5:10Speaker 1: plan wasn't part of that process, and and and so so.
- 5:14Speaker 1: So when I look at that, what and social media
- 5:17Speaker 1: is really is a power broker in the game of
- 5:20Speaker 1: the NFL. So you're balancing all these things. What is
- 5:24Speaker 1: being set up at the organization NFL p A that
- 5:27Speaker 1: enables these players to be educated to understand the business,
- 5:30Speaker 1: the nuances of social media, the nuances of their brand,
- 5:33Speaker 1: and the power while they play and building this so
- 5:37Speaker 1: it helps them after they finished plan. We have we
- 5:40Speaker 1: have a number of extended programs of relationship with the
- 5:43Speaker 1: group called financial finess that's there to support players and
- 5:46Speaker 1: give them a basic instructor and then here's the deal.
- 5:49Speaker 1: We're not when the player signs his contract. It's not
- 5:51Speaker 1: objective to say, hey, go invest in this, and go
- 5:52Speaker 1: invest in this, because here's the thing you gotta understand.
- 5:55Speaker 1: In professional football and a lot of sports, that's first
- 5:58Speaker 1: time generational wealth, absolutely absolute. This is not a discussion.
- 6:03Speaker 1: This isn't a discussion that's held in high school or
- 6:06Speaker 1: elementary school at the kitchen table of you know, what's
- 6:09Speaker 1: the what's the five or one C three or or
- 6:12Speaker 1: what's a banking statement? Like these things doesn't exist. Now.
- 6:15Speaker 1: You drop a lot of money on a young man
- 6:18Speaker 1: that's two years old and say hey, manage your money,
- 6:22Speaker 1: it's very intimidating, and so for us, we try to
- 6:25Speaker 1: put them in a place to start them at a
- 6:27Speaker 1: very simple place in terms of just the savings account
- 6:30Speaker 1: to save you. Right, if you don't know what to do,
- 6:33Speaker 1: just put it in the bank and don't do anything
- 6:36Speaker 1: until you figure out what to do with it. And
- 6:38Speaker 1: that's really what it what it what the problem is
- 6:41Speaker 1: when you talk about quick money, that's quick because it
- 6:44Speaker 1: comes to you playing, and then it also doesn't come
- 6:46Speaker 1: to you year round, right, And so that means that
- 6:49Speaker 1: as a writer on TV shows, I used to work
- 6:52Speaker 1: from from June to February. Between February and May, there
- 6:57Speaker 1: was no chance. So I have to learn to balance. Okay,
- 6:59Speaker 1: what's it happening in that little down period? So I
- 7:02Speaker 1: learned to shift by money so I can understand how
- 7:05Speaker 1: to live and not just live like a king and
- 7:07Speaker 1: then live like a pauper. But I had no money, right.
- 7:10Speaker 1: But I also want to talk about some of your
- 7:12Speaker 1: community involvement. You know, I'm going up to Hampton this
- 7:16Speaker 1: weekend for for an event and Hampton Road. You do
- 7:20Speaker 1: a lot of work. Get these people you're working with
- 7:23Speaker 1: and if all NFL Pro bowler Michael Vick from that
- 7:26Speaker 1: area and uh former Super Bowl quarterback and current coach
- 7:30Speaker 1: coming coach uh and UH Pittsburgh Steelers Mike Tomlins. What
- 7:33Speaker 1: do you guys doing in that as far as community?
- 7:35Speaker 1: You know, this is on your this is on your damp. Yeah. Yeah.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Me and a friend of my name of Vernon Lee. Um.
- 7:40Speaker 1: You know, twenty two years ago he said we wanted
- 7:44Speaker 1: to You know, I've never had a chance to enact
- 7:46Speaker 1: with in the professional athletes. When I was young coming
- 7:48Speaker 1: up in the Hampton Rose area, and you know my
- 7:50Speaker 1: heroes were your Lawrence Taylors, Ron Springs, Bruce Smith's, I
- 7:56Speaker 1: mean Kenny easily. I mean, we can go on and
- 7:58Speaker 1: on right, but never better change than that. So when
- 8:01Speaker 1: I got to the NFLP, I was like, you know what,
- 8:03Speaker 1: let me let me do this. And I'm gonna tell
- 8:05Speaker 1: you something. We've been hosting a football camp, free football camp,
- 8:09Speaker 1: uh for twenty two years. Never charged the kid because
- 8:11Speaker 1: I don't think a kid needs to pay. Now, I'm
- 8:13Speaker 1: not saying anything wrong with paying. Absolutely, That's what I'm
- 8:16Speaker 1: saying is it's just in my heart. It was my
- 8:18Speaker 1: campaign because I wanted to change the heart to say
- 8:21Speaker 1: football maybe the catalyst, but I want what we're telling
- 8:25Speaker 1: you afterwards to be the driving goal for you and
- 8:28Speaker 1: being a productive citizen. And it has grown as being
- 8:31Speaker 1: something unbelievable. I mean even or Mike Tomlin. When I
- 8:34Speaker 1: first met mc Toomlin, he was an assistant defensive backs
- 8:36Speaker 1: coach of Tampa Bay Buccaneers and he knows that. I
- 8:39Speaker 1: mean we met at the combine and I say, listen,
- 8:41Speaker 1: I'm doing a free football camp. You're from Newport News,
- 8:44Speaker 1: I'm from Hampton. Oh yeah, I know you want to
- 8:46Speaker 1: with your brother and all of these stuff. And next
- 8:48Speaker 1: thing you know, you know, twenty two years Super Bowl.
- 8:51Speaker 1: He was a defensive coordinator for a Minnesota Vikings and
- 8:54Speaker 1: Super Bowl champion. And now he's a regular. We have
- 8:57Speaker 1: our ow own tailgate event where the fans come in.
- 8:59Speaker 1: We've had mentorship program. We've impacted ver ten thousand kids,
- 9:03Speaker 1: given over eight thousand dollars worth for scholarships. I mean,
- 9:07Speaker 1: you just impact people. And Michael Vick, Ronald curR. It's
- 9:09Speaker 1: so many players that have come through that I can't
- 9:12Speaker 1: even draw Mayo. It's just so many. Well you know
- 9:15Speaker 1: Ron Curry, North Carolina. Yeah, that's our basketball and football.
- 9:18Speaker 1: That's wind up in Oakland Raiders. So I'm I'm I'm
- 9:25Speaker 1: going down that dealing with it. Man. So I'm on
- 9:27Speaker 1: the he's a studious laughing people on the phone, but
- 9:29Speaker 1: actually a studio nfl P, a director of communications, and
- 9:33Speaker 1: my fraternity brother will make a side fire. Yes, called
- 9:40Speaker 1: friends if we were back more because you're a town
- 9:42Speaker 1: for a very very special call. Absolutely TALMANI Atlanta, Georgia
- 9:46Speaker 1: wanted to be in the future home of the super Bowl.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Looking forward to We got a lot of talk you
- 9:50Speaker 1: cannot go away super Bowl, tall calls for the NFL,
- 9:55Speaker 1: UM money making conversations. We'll be right back. That's st Hi.
- 10:00Speaker 1: This ra Sean McDonald live in studio with me as
- 10:02Speaker 1: the director of Communications for the NFL. P a um
- 10:05Speaker 1: call Francis and my fraternity brother call you in Atlanta. Yes,
- 10:09Speaker 1: you're based in the DC area? Correct? Yes, so that
- 10:12Speaker 1: means you come to Atlanta for a special purpose. Yes,
- 10:14Speaker 1: tell us, tell us, tell us all. What's going on? Well? Uh,
- 10:17Speaker 1: we actually joined forces with the NFL to address something
- 10:21Speaker 1: that's extremely important in our community. And dad is a difference.
- 10:24Speaker 1: You have the NFL Players Association and the actually Football
- 10:27Speaker 1: Legal and they represent obviously the owners and Collective Bargaining
- 10:32Speaker 1: rerepresent the players. But this isn't about collective bargaining. This
- 10:36Speaker 1: is about collective support. And this issue is extremely important
- 10:40Speaker 1: to me as passionate to me because it impacts young
- 10:43Speaker 1: people to me, and that is mental health awareness. As
- 10:47Speaker 1: we all know, this is Mental Health Awareness Month. And
- 10:49Speaker 1: so we joined forces back in January to talk about
- 10:53Speaker 1: what can we do to really impact and get the
- 10:56Speaker 1: word out about mental health because so many people are
- 10:59Speaker 1: struggling with it but don't know what it is. You
- 11:02Speaker 1: have a lot of parents, a lot of single mothers,
- 11:05Speaker 1: a lot of just people across the board. Mental health
- 11:08Speaker 1: doesn't have a status quote with this, so to speak.
- 11:11Speaker 1: So it doesn't have rich, poor, middle class to it.
- 11:15Speaker 1: It has a a illness to it that we must
- 11:18Speaker 1: attack at least bring awallness so people can get help.
- 11:21Speaker 1: So we're doing it at Georgia Tech uh University this afternoon,
- 11:25Speaker 1: where we have a young lady who was a former
- 11:28Speaker 1: top ranking music exactly whose moderator name is Ashanti uh
- 11:32Speaker 1: Diaz who's been outstanding, along with our director Wellness and
- 11:37Speaker 1: Yaka Lanky and Dwight holly Er who's the direct VP
- 11:40Speaker 1: of Wellness for the NFL, And so we have some
- 11:42Speaker 1: unbelievable panels uh discussions. Former players. Charles Halley uh is
- 11:47Speaker 1: there along with war Done, who was I guess speaking
- 11:50Speaker 1: of this one who did a phenomenal job telling his story.
- 11:53Speaker 1: So I mean, if we can move a a family,
- 11:57Speaker 1: move a young person or moves a maddie in college
- 12:01Speaker 1: or anyone who's struggling in this space to figure out
- 12:04Speaker 1: oh that's why I'm feeling this way. That's what we
- 12:08Speaker 1: want to come out of this this form today. You know,
- 12:11Speaker 1: it's like Brandon Marshall today. That's right, that's right, that's
- 12:17Speaker 1: why to break up his name because I know he's
- 12:19Speaker 1: been a forerunner, absolutely saying this is why, this is
- 12:22Speaker 1: why I was like this in Denver and then and
- 12:24Speaker 1: then realizing that medicine can get bringing back online and
- 12:29Speaker 1: I think that and I want to I want to
- 12:31Speaker 1: break this down even closer because of the fact that
- 12:33Speaker 1: both of you and not both African American males, and
- 12:37Speaker 1: anytime you show a weakness and sometimes mental mental health
- 12:40Speaker 1: and mental illness is perceived the weakness, and it's and
- 12:44Speaker 1: it's the last to come out, you know, And and
- 12:47Speaker 1: men tend to use the physicality to override the real problem,
- 12:51Speaker 1: real issue. So talk about a little bit dealing with
- 12:54Speaker 1: that side of being able to I'm a shame the
- 12:57Speaker 1: shame game, well, which is Kevin Love just hopped out
- 13:00Speaker 1: with de Mars Rosen out of Toronto, and it's really
- 13:05Speaker 1: helpful to see those promos coming out from Star because
- 13:08Speaker 1: it's gonna help the kids. Well, and that's to me.
- 13:11Speaker 1: I I love our players and I love our former players,
- 13:16Speaker 1: But to me, I think it's our responsibility to help
- 13:20Speaker 1: the active in the former players, but it's our responsibility
- 13:23Speaker 1: to connect with them so that they can connect with
- 13:26Speaker 1: the younger people. Because there's a young man, there's a
- 13:29Speaker 1: young lady that's trying to figure out why they feel
- 13:32Speaker 1: the way they feel every day and they don't know
- 13:34Speaker 1: what it is. But when they hear a war Done
- 13:37Speaker 1: when they're here and Larry Johnson, when they hear a
- 13:39Speaker 1: Shanning Fry, the mad Rose and Kevin Love, they're like,
- 13:43Speaker 1: oh wow. They play such a an aggressive, ego driven
- 13:48Speaker 1: sport if they can say, wow, this is what happened
- 13:52Speaker 1: to me. You know. War Done uh spoke on his
- 13:54Speaker 1: mother being UH killed in in a in a bad
- 13:58Speaker 1: robbery when he was younger, and having to deal with
- 14:01Speaker 1: that and and and face the gentleman who actually committed
- 14:04Speaker 1: the crime, and how that was rehabilitating for him, and
- 14:10Speaker 1: how he met uh mental health upfront, and just to
- 14:14Speaker 1: hear him, I have so much respect, and I have
- 14:17Speaker 1: so much UH just unbelievable pride and war because he's
- 14:21Speaker 1: such a great leader in in the Atlanta community and
- 14:25Speaker 1: in his hometown of Louisiana and for our young people
- 14:28Speaker 1: to hear those stories. It's important, like it really is.
- 14:32Speaker 1: That's really getting bullied in school, like you said, especially
- 14:35Speaker 1: football players, Like that's not a manly thing. And back
- 14:38Speaker 1: when we were coming up, you know, unfortunately, well call
- 14:40Speaker 1: it that guy just crazy. But no, that's that's wrong,
- 14:43Speaker 1: that's bad. That's that's why it's important that now now
- 14:46Speaker 1: this is the journal public of talk about that part.
- 14:52Speaker 1: I'm not saying that when it was our multiple times
- 14:54Speaker 1: and multiple platforms. But outside of any of the attending
- 14:57Speaker 1: events today in Atlanta, which is Monday. UM, what other
- 15:01Speaker 1: option is to social media websites? They can go to
- 15:05Speaker 1: definitely social media. Well, they can go to our website
- 15:07Speaker 1: and we can we will have us nfl p a
- 15:09Speaker 1: UH dot com. And also we're partners with a Signal
- 15:14Speaker 1: who's our insurance provider UH that supports us. And also
- 15:18Speaker 1: active minds will be there as well. UH. They typically
- 15:21Speaker 1: work with a collegiate in high school Stephens. Get the
- 15:24Speaker 1: word out. And also we'll be back in Atlanta for
- 15:27Speaker 1: the Super Bowl. You drop the ball, you'll be back
- 15:33Speaker 1: in Atlanta to do something big and better. And you're
- 15:37Speaker 1: gonna and we're gonna just but you just saying it's
- 15:42Speaker 1: ongoing all the way, just kind of like the launch
- 15:46Speaker 1: in the Atlanta market. Absolutely, it will be ongoing. Please
- 15:49Speaker 1: go to the website. Signals a major participant. As far
- 15:53Speaker 1: as sponsoring, NFL is to joint. That's a joint owners
- 15:58Speaker 1: and the players come together to actor file problems and
- 16:02Speaker 1: shot away. Absolutely not cured. Absolutely, So let's talk about
- 16:06Speaker 1: the two Bowl now that you know we're in Atlanta.
- 16:11Speaker 1: We know about the disaster with the New England Patriot.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Let's get that out the way now. But it is
- 16:16Speaker 1: in Atlanta, and uh, get that big contractor Matt Ryan. Yeah, okay, yeah,
- 16:23Speaker 1: you know he has a highest paid contract for QB.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Got the highest paid running back. Yes, they got Julio Jones.
- 16:31Speaker 1: He's over there wondering if he should get beat the virus.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Everybody want your faith and that's fine, that's okay, that's
- 16:37Speaker 1: a good thing. So what happens to a city when
- 16:40Speaker 1: he gets the Super Bowl and the Super Bowl call?
- 16:42Speaker 1: You know what's scary about Atlanta? And Atlanta doesn't scary
- 16:45Speaker 1: trust me. The last time I was here, you know,
- 16:49Speaker 1: it was St. Louis and Tennessee, and that was my
- 16:53Speaker 1: first time here for the Super Bowl, and man, I'll
- 16:55Speaker 1: tell you what you guys. You guys just locked up
- 16:58Speaker 1: the city. I mean they were just locked. I mean
- 17:01Speaker 1: from Wednesday through Sunday. I mean every and anybody was
- 17:06Speaker 1: here in the city were locked. Now, I can't help
- 17:09Speaker 1: you out traffic wise, so don't ask We can't here
- 17:12Speaker 1: for yourself out now, don't ask me about traffic. I
- 17:16Speaker 1: don't know how you get around, but figure it out.
- 17:18Speaker 1: But I'll tell you what. The city is electric. And
- 17:21Speaker 1: one thing that's really making it exciting is that unbelievable
- 17:24Speaker 1: spaceship you guys called the Mercedes being Stadium. Absolutely absolutely facility, unbelievable.
- 17:32Speaker 1: It's like it's like a spaceship. Not now. I went
- 17:35Speaker 1: to Dallas and I saw the Jerry Jim the Dallars Stadium, unbelievable, beautiful,
- 17:41Speaker 1: I mean the big Jumbo trying to talk. But you guys,
- 17:46Speaker 1: I mean it's like the Jetsons over there with Mercedes
- 17:48Speaker 1: Stadium and it's it's it's unbelievable. It's crazy because there's
- 17:51Speaker 1: so much going on over there, and they have trouble
- 17:53Speaker 1: getting the fans to go to the seats, you know,
- 17:57Speaker 1: exactly the problems with being there for a kick all
- 18:00Speaker 1: they have their party, get the hair clud that's all that,
- 18:04Speaker 1: getting hot dogs and just hanging out that it's a
- 18:07Speaker 1: social outside of it. And that's what really has happened
- 18:10Speaker 1: to so many events that stadium that being built. Even know,
- 18:14Speaker 1: we got Battery Park where the Atlanta Braise you go,
- 18:16Speaker 1: They've got ten thousand restaurants and it's an experience. And
- 18:20Speaker 1: Mercedes Binds is an experience. The game, uh is part
- 18:25Speaker 1: of the process. You know, their lore the lord to
- 18:27Speaker 1: get you know, seventy thousand people over there one time,
- 18:31Speaker 1: you're giving them an experience. And so the super Bowl
- 18:33Speaker 1: is the ultimate experience. You're bringing it back to Atlanta.
- 18:36Speaker 1: You're bringing all of this capital when that's a capital
- 18:38Speaker 1: and common revenue generator and these things, and then you
- 18:41Speaker 1: just this is known to another city. That's what you
- 18:44Speaker 1: do for the players, That's what you're trying to set
- 18:47Speaker 1: up for future opportunities. That's your role. Well, I think
- 18:51Speaker 1: it's key for us. You know, it's funny you mentioned
- 18:53Speaker 1: that for players, like when we come to a city
- 18:55Speaker 1: meeting in the NFL, and what the NFL p A
- 18:57Speaker 1: does is connect with the major corporations in the area
- 19:01Speaker 1: and we take players on tours of the facility. Like
- 19:05Speaker 1: last year in Minnesota, we took players to Target to
- 19:10Speaker 1: meet the CEO, to sit down and talk about right
- 19:13Speaker 1: next next steps in your life, and we took them
- 19:15Speaker 1: on a journey and next customer service experience to understand that.
- 19:19Speaker 1: I'm sure our marketing team with players inc our marketing
- 19:24Speaker 1: arm uh. We'll do that in Atlanta with several companies.
- 19:28Speaker 1: So it's not just come have a good time and
- 19:31Speaker 1: enjoy yourself, which is but it's the entrepreneurship side too.
- 19:34Speaker 1: It's that transition that we take a group of players
- 19:38Speaker 1: and we were in San Francisco. We did a tech
- 19:39Speaker 1: conference when we went into Facebook Silicon and we met
- 19:44Speaker 1: with all these different tech companies are Google and in
- 19:47Speaker 1: other places to talk about the next wave of technology,
- 19:52Speaker 1: how you can become involved and how you can create
- 19:55Speaker 1: an opportunity for yourself beyond football. That hapen in Atlanta too,
- 20:01Speaker 1: which is key for the development and which I want
- 20:03Speaker 1: people to understand about us, meaning the NFL or more
- 20:06Speaker 1: portant the NFL players associtions. What we do five members,
- 20:10Speaker 1: so that's key for us. Well. The thing that I
- 20:13Speaker 1: want to make sure I address here is that your skill,
- 20:17Speaker 1: you you, you, your ability to be the spokesperson for
- 20:21Speaker 1: the NFL, and all these layers with You're over twenty
- 20:24Speaker 1: five years of experience, member of MAKA Side five, your
- 20:27Speaker 1: fraternity to the day you die, your ability to be
- 20:30Speaker 1: able to have relationships outside of football side of football,
- 20:33Speaker 1: understanding the market and longevity, and more importantly, now working
- 20:38Speaker 1: on the mental side of the NFL player. The concussions
- 20:42Speaker 1: that mental health, bipolar issues. They're big. And I want
- 20:45Speaker 1: to thank you for coming on my show again your home,
- 20:49Speaker 1: Thank you for dropping by while you're in town. And
- 20:52Speaker 1: you know to Bow comes so at least so at
- 20:54Speaker 1: least two more times too. They look, I might even
- 20:56Speaker 1: do you have been playing the stay over? I might
