- 2:12Speaker 1: got the radio show. I feel it's necessary to explain
- 2:15Speaker 1: what I say in the morning because somebody asked me,
- 2:18Speaker 1: what do you mean by that when you say that
- 2:20Speaker 1: in the morning. When I say huh, it's in response
- 2:25Speaker 1: to David Hollister opening the song by saying, go ahead,
- 2:29Speaker 1: big Daddy, go ahead. I said, uh, huh, I show will.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Then I say good morning everybody, because I was raised
- 2:36Speaker 1: at Ray, You're supposed to speak when you come in
- 2:38Speaker 1: the room. I'm coming in y'all's room, whether it's your
- 2:42Speaker 1: bad room, the room in your house, your car, your office,
- 2:46Speaker 1: you know, wherever you at I come in the room
- 2:48Speaker 1: or God speaks, I say, good morning, everybody. You are
- 2:52Speaker 1: listening to the voice. And then I got to introduce
- 2:54Speaker 1: myself because as a performer, I always felt my best
- 2:59Speaker 1: when I was introduce its knowing. Why would you walk
- 3:02Speaker 1: out on stage anybody introduce you? You know you can't
- 3:04Speaker 1: get the round of applause. It's just it's horrible. So
- 3:07Speaker 1: I say, you are listening to the voice wanting only
- 3:10Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. Come on, dig me now. Now that's old school.
- 3:15Speaker 1: I got that, but that's I was once again, dig
- 3:18Speaker 1: me Now? Is I want you to feel what I'm
- 3:21Speaker 1: about to say. That's all I'm saying. That's not a
- 3:25Speaker 1: bragging thing. You know you're listening to the voice want
- 3:28Speaker 1: and only Steve Harvey. Come on, dig me now. I'm
- 3:32Speaker 1: just asking you to feel what I'm saying in the
- 3:34Speaker 1: morning because it's part of a promise that I made
- 3:37Speaker 1: to God. See a long time ago, I told God
- 3:40Speaker 1: if he allowed me to make it, that when I
- 3:43Speaker 1: got there, I would tell everybody I know how I
- 3:46Speaker 1: did it, and I wasn't gonna shortcut it or shade
- 3:50Speaker 1: him on it. I said, if you allow me to
- 3:52Speaker 1: make it, if you give me the strength, the courage,
- 3:56Speaker 1: the wisdom. You gave me a gift if you let
- 3:59Speaker 1: me apply it. Don't destroy myself in the process. Forgive
- 4:03Speaker 1: me for my sins along the way. Continue to hold
- 4:07Speaker 1: and rock me when I need it. When I make it,
- 4:11Speaker 1: I promise you Lord, when I get there, I will
- 4:14Speaker 1: tell everybody how I made it. Well. This started back
- 4:19Speaker 1: in LA when I got on the radio and I
- 4:24Speaker 1: was making it okay. I was doing okay, but I
- 4:28Speaker 1: had to keep my promise to God. My promise was,
- 4:31Speaker 1: if you allow me to make it, I'll tell everybody
- 4:34Speaker 1: how I got there. I have to tell you that
- 4:38Speaker 1: every day because if it was not for that grace
- 4:42Speaker 1: and mercy, I wouldn't even be here able to fulfill
- 4:45Speaker 1: my promise. Because I've done enough dirt in my life.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Man to not be worthy. He could have easily walked
- 4:52Speaker 1: away from me a long time ago because I had
- 4:56Speaker 1: show walked away from him. See, and I didn't walk
- 4:59Speaker 1: away from him once. I walked away from him a
- 5:02Speaker 1: bunch of times. But guess what he forgave me a
- 5:07Speaker 1: bunch of times. I'm a living example of hundreds of chances.
- 5:13Speaker 1: His forgiveness and his mercy is available for everybody. It's
- 5:19Speaker 1: the only reason I get on this show every days,
- 5:21Speaker 1: the only reason I have the blessings that's coming my way.
- 5:24Speaker 1: It's the only way that the things that keep happening
- 5:27Speaker 1: in my life, man, that I have no explanation for
- 5:32Speaker 1: it is because of His grace and mercy. See, anytime
- 5:36Speaker 1: something good happens in my life and I can't explain it,
- 5:39Speaker 1: that's usually him, he exhibits to me. Remember, I'm a
- 5:44Speaker 1: forgiving god, man. Remember, So when you fall, Steve, don't
- 5:48Speaker 1: lay down now. Don't you lay down there. Don't you
- 5:51Speaker 1: let the devil fool you that because you'd have made
- 5:54Speaker 1: some mistakes that you ain't that you can't do it
- 5:57Speaker 1: because everybody gonna make them. There's an unperfect no, not once.
- 6:01Speaker 1: So get up, keep moving, keep pushing. Step on what
- 6:06Speaker 1: you're laying there. Fat. Your daddy didn't raise you that way. Look, man,
- 6:11Speaker 1: my father was just about manhood. I'm gonna just tell you.
- 6:14Speaker 1: My daddy never had a conversation with me about church.
- 6:17Speaker 1: He beat me for not going, but you know a
- 6:20Speaker 1: couple of times, but he wasn't about that wasn't his message.
- 6:24Speaker 1: That was my mama's job. My mama taught me about
- 6:27Speaker 1: being saved, about loving the Lord, about giving your life,
- 6:30Speaker 1: about the teachings of Jesus Christ. My mama was a
- 6:33Speaker 1: Sunday school teacher, so I got all of that from her.
- 6:36Speaker 1: My old man ain't had none of that for me.
- 6:38Speaker 1: My old man talked to me about one thing all
- 6:41Speaker 1: day long, hard working manhood. And when you're gonna get
- 6:44Speaker 1: that if you don't get nothing else from me, he
- 6:46Speaker 1: gave that to me, so I got it. See, so,
- 6:49Speaker 1: my father, you say, excuse my language, but you ain't
- 6:52Speaker 1: gonna sit there like a little punk up in here.
- 6:54Speaker 1: You ain't an what you're finn to do. You fin
- 6:56Speaker 1: to get up and go do what you're posted to do. Now,
- 6:58Speaker 1: stop all that wine, and like little punking, gonna get
- 7:01Speaker 1: the movie. That's how my father talked to me. And
- 7:02Speaker 1: now I'm just telling you real. It worked for me, though,
- 7:05Speaker 1: And before you start emailing me. They had nothing to
- 7:08Speaker 1: do with homosexuality at all. It's just that was his
- 7:12Speaker 1: turn for a man not acting like a man. That's
- 7:15Speaker 1: all it was. It had. It was not a gay
- 7:17Speaker 1: reference at all. I want you to understand that before
- 7:19Speaker 1: you start emailing me. So my daddy wasn't calling that
- 7:22Speaker 1: was not a sexual reference for him. My father talked
- 7:25Speaker 1: to us, that's what he meant. I knew exactly what
- 7:27Speaker 1: it meant. He couldn't admit that he didn't even know
- 7:29Speaker 1: nothing about that. My man clueless when it comes to that,
- 7:31Speaker 1: right there. So when I was getting down and feeling
- 7:36Speaker 1: bad about myself, my old man, he taught me this toughness. Man.
- 7:40Speaker 1: He gave me this grit, this doggedness, this go to
- 7:43Speaker 1: work and work hard. That's why today, when God does
- 7:46Speaker 1: bless me with something, he ain't got to wear about
- 7:49Speaker 1: me not working hard because that's in me. And when
- 7:54Speaker 1: I get tired, I asked that same God for strength
- 7:57Speaker 1: to keep on doing so I can do the blessings
- 8:00Speaker 1: he got for me. So when you ask me how
- 8:03Speaker 1: you gonna do all this, Steve Harvey, I don't know.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I ain't got to figure that out. All I got
- 8:09Speaker 1: to do is show up with the same amount of
- 8:11Speaker 1: faith for being showing up with God handle the rest
- 8:13Speaker 1: of it. See y'all, hey man, let me tell yourself.
- 8:16Speaker 1: I don't see how you do it. I don't either,
- 8:19Speaker 1: can I can I get hey man, news flash, Let
- 8:22Speaker 1: me hear I don't see how you doing all that, Steve,
- 8:24Speaker 1: you're doing this? You doing that? You can I tell
- 8:27Speaker 1: you something I don't either. I just wake up with
- 8:29Speaker 1: the faith man and trusting that if He gonna bless
- 8:32Speaker 1: me with it, he must be gonna show me a
- 8:34Speaker 1: way how to get it done. See I ain't tripping
- 8:36Speaker 1: on that part. See I. Once you take yourself out
- 8:40Speaker 1: to how to business, you can go on and get
- 8:42Speaker 1: with it. But see if you're gonna trip yourself out
- 8:45Speaker 1: with the how to, you can't think like God can think.
- 8:48Speaker 1: You can't figure like God can figure. So now you're
- 8:50Speaker 1: sitting up in here, gon, Lord, I want this to
- 8:52Speaker 1: have him for me? Then I don't know how I'm
- 8:55Speaker 1: or do all that? Well, guess what you in the way? Now,
- 8:58Speaker 1: see you? Now you in the way, because see God
- 9:01Speaker 1: ain't ask you to figure out how to? He said,
- 9:04Speaker 1: ask and believe. Then he said faith without works is dead.
- 9:10Speaker 1: That's my solution. That's the concoction that I'm functioning on.
- 9:15Speaker 1: All I got to do is accept the blessing, keep
- 9:18Speaker 1: the faith, be willing to work and believe God can
- 9:22Speaker 1: do anything but fail. Why would God bring me this
- 9:27Speaker 1: far to leave me? Why would he bring you this
- 9:31Speaker 1: far to leave you? So why I get up every morning,
- 9:37Speaker 1: I have no choice. I got to get up in
- 9:40Speaker 1: here the rap when I'm running late, man, I try
- 9:42Speaker 1: to ply through here. Sometimes I don't make it. Man,
- 9:44Speaker 1: I gotta do a rerun. But I ply through here
- 9:46Speaker 1: because man, Steve, you're gonna run out of something to say. No,
- 9:49Speaker 1: I'm gonna just keep thanking him. Now. You can't run
- 9:51Speaker 1: out of that, can you, Because you owe him that.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Matter of fact, when I get through talking, I really
- 9:56Speaker 1: ain't thanked him enough. Morning Show, Good morning everybody. It's
- 10:04Speaker 1: your boy jen Zy round on Steve Hiving Morning Show,

- 11:52Speaker 1: Can I tell y'all something that's bothering me? Yeah, I'm
- 11:56Speaker 1: not against anybody that does this. Shut up, Julian. I'm

- 12:47Speaker 1: it like that, it was so what does the purpose?
- 12:52Speaker 1: They just ride them to be right, and at least
- 12:54Speaker 1: those little short trips in the city, that's why they

- 13:02Speaker 1: Now that's dangerous, Jay, Really, you got to go where

- 27:58Speaker 1: dickon Donnell's few over the weekend. It was a big
- 28:02Speaker 1: mix up. Somehow the funeral home repoled the casket and
- 28:06Speaker 1: he had to be put in a sleeping bag, and
- 28:09Speaker 1: continued he putting the one a sleeping bag. He had
- 28:17Speaker 1: to be put They buried him in the sleeping bag.
- 28:26Speaker 1: The funeral repossessed it was not paid for a deal.
- 28:35Speaker 1: A deal is a deal, all right, Thank you, Diggs.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, some entertainment
- 28:42Speaker 1: news right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning
- 28:46Speaker 1: Show our Kelly was arrested by federal agents and taken
- 28:52Speaker 1: into custody over a thirteen count indictment that includes enticement
- 28:55Speaker 1: of a minor and obstruction of justice. Now. In addition
- 28:59Speaker 1: to the child pornography charges, federal prosecutors in Brooklyn, New York,
- 29:03Speaker 1: also unveiled a separate indictment charging Kelly with one count
- 29:07Speaker 1: of racketeering and four counts of violating the Man Act,
- 29:12Speaker 1: which prohibits transporting people across state lines for the purpose
- 29:16Speaker 1: of prostitution. R Kelly is in big trouble. Yeah, yeah,
- 29:23Speaker 1: and he should be in if he should be in there,
- 29:26Speaker 1: He's in trouble. He's been able to skirt around it
- 29:29Speaker 1: for all these years, but it now it looks like
- 29:31Speaker 1: they have Yeah. Yeah, he's done ye now. Also, according
- 29:37Speaker 1: to TMZ, R Kelly's girlfriends, Joycelyn Savage and Asriel Clary
- 29:42Speaker 1: were booted out of the Trump International Hotel in Tower, Chicago,
- 29:46Speaker 1: and the residence has been taken over by the federal officials. Also,
- 29:51Speaker 1: according to TMZ, the parents of Jocelyn Savage fear that
- 29:54Speaker 1: the ladies have a suicide pact. Oh boy, this is craziness.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Versus too my right here, Savage family are very concerned
- 30:02Speaker 1: that the two women have a plan to kill themselves
- 30:05Speaker 1: if it looks like R Kelly is not coming back
- 30:09Speaker 1: as Rio Clario's family, Clary's family don't believe the ladies
- 30:13Speaker 1: have a suicide pact. But I mean, just for us
- 30:16Speaker 1: to be talking about this is yeah, this is yeah,
- 30:19Speaker 1: this has gone too far now, ladies, seriously, yeah, this
- 30:22Speaker 1: is too much. Yeah. Wow his crisis manager. Did you
- 30:26Speaker 1: see him on the news having a press conference and
- 30:29Speaker 1: the Savage family demanding to know, you know, where their
- 30:32Speaker 1: daughter is? You saw that, Tommy. It's just yeah, yeah,
- 30:35Speaker 1: this is I mean, I mean, what do you say,
- 30:41Speaker 1: you know at this point, justice come on, because that's yeah,
- 30:46Speaker 1: it's more easier to think about the victims than you know,
- 30:51Speaker 1: for me, didn't think about R Kelly because yeah, they're
- 30:53Speaker 1: the ones somebody. Yeah yeah, and they're grown you know,
- 31:00Speaker 1: these are young women and they need to be deprogrammed though, seriously,
- 31:04Speaker 1: but to be thinking about killing yourself, O man over
- 31:08Speaker 1: yeah our Kellia. Yeah, oh yeah, I hope they get
- 31:14Speaker 1: some Hell, they they need, they need some counseling, they
- 31:17Speaker 1: sure do. It's very serious. Yeah, they definitely we gotta
- 31:20Speaker 1: pack all right, We're gonna move on from there. Uh.
- 31:24Speaker 1: And trending sports news, Serena Williams lost in Wimbledon. Uh.
- 31:29Speaker 1: Simona Hallop from Romania beat Uh Serena and Serena is
- 31:34Speaker 1: still the goat in our book. Okay, we don't care.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Yeah uh yeah. Tennis great Billy Jean King said that
- 31:42Speaker 1: perhaps Serena should focus solely on tennis and stop behaving
- 31:45Speaker 1: like a celebrity and fighting for equality. This is crazy
- 31:50Speaker 1: right here, Serena, Yes, yes, I did. Serena clapped back
- 31:54Speaker 1: and take a listen to this. I heard been a
- 31:56Speaker 1: few comments made in the last couple of weeks from
- 31:58Speaker 1: people like Billy Jean King that maybe you should stop
- 32:01Speaker 1: being a celebrity for a year and stop fighting for
- 32:03Speaker 1: equality and just focus on the tennis. How do you
- 32:06Speaker 1: respond to that? Um, Well, the day I start fighting
- 32:09Speaker 1: for equality and for people like that look like you
- 32:12Speaker 1: and me, would be the day I'm in my grave.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Oh my girl, quality, what is she talking about? Absolutely
- 32:20Speaker 1: absolutely said that. Why but why is there so much
- 32:27Speaker 1: hate when it comes to Sea? Yeah? Now that she's black,
- 32:33Speaker 1: she's black, and she's great. Yeah, that's she's got. Yeah,
- 32:38Speaker 1: all right, Well, we're gonna find out what happened with
- 32:40Speaker 1: that blackout in New York City and the latest on
- 32:42Speaker 1: tropical Storm Berry. But first Jay, please introduce miss Anne.
- 32:47Speaker 1: All right, everybody, it's time for the news with miss
- 32:49Speaker 1: an Trip. Thank you very much, everybody. This is a
- 32:52Speaker 1: trip with the news, and let's start out with that content.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Officials do continue their investigations the cause of Saturday's Manhattan blackout,
- 33:00Speaker 1: a power autage which lasted for five hours. More than
- 33:03Speaker 1: seventy two thousand customers were affected along a forty blocks stretched.
- 33:07Speaker 1: They say it wasn't because of air conditioning or anything,
- 33:10Speaker 1: and it wasn't a terrorist threat, and they really really
- 33:12Speaker 1: don't know, and they're going to investigate, and they say
- 33:14Speaker 1: it's going to be some time actually maybe a month
- 33:16Speaker 1: before they have a definitive reason as to what happened
- 33:18Speaker 1: on Saturday. The Gulf Coast Mema remains water logged as
- 33:22Speaker 1: a week in Tropical Storm Barry limps northward. Barry slammed
- 33:25Speaker 1: into Louisiana over the weekend as a hurricane, even though
- 33:28Speaker 1: it's now been downgraded to a tropical depression. Louisiana Governor
- 33:31Speaker 1: John Bill Edwards says the danger of flooding persists. Don't
- 33:34Speaker 1: let your guard down thinking the worst is behind us,
- 33:37Speaker 1: because the National Weather Service is telling us when it
- 33:39Speaker 1: comes to rain, the exact opposite is true. That's right.
- 33:43Speaker 1: They may have stopped raining now, but it might gets
- 33:44Speaker 1: rainy tomorrow or even Tonight's data officials in Louisiana had
- 33:48Speaker 1: begun assessing the damage done by barries a gale of
- 33:51Speaker 1: gale force winds and heavy rains and stuff. By the
- 33:53Speaker 1: way the rains are spread beyond Louisiana to Mississippi, Arkansas,
- 33:57Speaker 1: and Tennessee, looks like those widespread through and deportations did
- 34:01Speaker 1: not take place yesterday. However, ICE agents say they did
- 34:04Speaker 1: nab some illegal immigrants and they're going to continue with
- 34:07Speaker 1: that this week. So those who are illegal and communities
- 34:10Speaker 1: across the country continue to brace themselves for raids by ICE.
- 34:13Speaker 1: President Trump issued the order for agents to begin picking
- 34:16Speaker 1: people up who will ordered deported but who never left.
- 34:19Speaker 1: People come into our country illegally, We're taking them out illegally.
- 34:22Speaker 1: It's very simple. There have been protests in cities all
- 34:26Speaker 1: over the country in recent days, from la to San
- 34:28Speaker 1: Francisco to Chicago to New York. Demonstrated chanting, no hate,
- 34:32Speaker 1: no fear, Immigrants are welcome here. For Democratic congresswoman denouncing
- 34:38Speaker 1: a recent series of tweets by President Trump, he didn't
- 34:40Speaker 1: name me names, but he said that they should go
- 34:42Speaker 1: back where it came from. That's despite the fact that
- 34:44Speaker 1: all US congress persons have to be citizens. Anyway, Trump
- 34:47Speaker 1: tweets said progressive Democrat congresswomen should quote go back and
- 34:51Speaker 1: help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from
- 34:54Speaker 1: which they came unquote. Trump's comments widely see is referring to,
- 34:57Speaker 1: among others, Minnesota Representative Ilhano Omar, who was born in Somalia,
- 35:01Speaker 1: and Alexandriocazio Cortez of New York who's a Puerto Rican
- 35:04Speaker 1: heritage and who was born in the Bronx and Puerto
- 35:07Speaker 1: Rico's part of the US Anyway. Representative Omar accuses the
- 35:10Speaker 1: president of stoking white nationalism. Governor Puerto Rico or Ricardo
- 35:14Speaker 1: Rosse Joe says that his chief financial officer and his
- 35:17Speaker 1: Secretary of State going to be stepping down over participation
- 35:19Speaker 1: in a private chat where they referred to the former
- 35:22Speaker 1: City council speaker of New York City, Melissa Mark Vorito
- 35:26Speaker 1: by the Spanish word horn. Finally, Spider Man, Far from
- 35:29Speaker 1: Home came intops of the box office. Again. You're a
- 35:31Speaker 1: very difficult person to contact Spider Man, well, not a
- 35:37Speaker 1: very difficult person to make money. They made forty five
- 35:40Speaker 1: million altogether eight hundred and forty seven million bucks. Now
- 35:43Speaker 1: back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to
- 35:46Speaker 1: the Steven Show. Coming up in about fifteen minutes. Our
- 35:50Speaker 1: girl actress, Wendy Raquel Robinson. We'll be out right now though.
- 35:58Speaker 1: In trending sports, NBA Basketball news, the Oklahoma City Thunder
- 36:03Speaker 1: traded Russell Westbrook because the Houston Rockets for Chris Paul Junior.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Please break all of this down. What happened? Why? What happened? Why? Why?
- 36:15Speaker 1: Why do we have Russell Westbrook? Why? Okay, Julie, can
- 36:20Speaker 1: I ask you something? Go ahead? Why? Out of James
- 36:25Speaker 1: Harden and Russell Westbrook, why would you want to be
- 36:29Speaker 1: the other three people on the team. You're not exactly
- 36:31Speaker 1: You ain't gonna get the fall. Why that's our problem? Tom.
- 36:36Speaker 1: I don't know who saw this as a great idea,
- 36:39Speaker 1: but you got too hot, too high volume shoots. You
- 36:43Speaker 1: got James Harden, who shoots about twenty nine shots. Then
- 36:46Speaker 1: you got Russell Westbrook, who she's about twenty one shots.
- 36:51Speaker 1: If you any other position, why would you play? Okay,
- 36:56Speaker 1: I have another question. What the big white boy from cancer? What? No, no, no, no?
- 37:02Speaker 1: Who went? We just breaking down who went with you? Man?
- 37:05Speaker 1: We gave First of all, we gave up Chris Paul
- 37:09Speaker 1: because Oklahoma said thunder and we got What's risk book,
- 37:13Speaker 1: But we also gave up draft picks for the next
- 37:17Speaker 1: four years. Here's my question. Here's my question, the fifth
- 37:21Speaker 1: grade man to the other why why? Why? Why? What
- 37:30Speaker 1: are we doing? What are we doing? Let me ask
- 37:32Speaker 1: you this now. Chris Paul is in, but he'll never played.
- 37:37Speaker 1: He'll never play a game. Traded the Lakers. No, he
- 37:41Speaker 1: want to go to Miami. Hen he probably wanna be.
- 37:44Speaker 1: He probably end up in Miami. Hen't obeyed it to
- 37:46Speaker 1: the lake. The Lakers are good and the Clippers are good. Shirley, hush,
- 37:51Speaker 1: what are you talking about? Do you know? I do know? Well,
- 37:54Speaker 1: I think too. But don't you think this though? Don't
- 37:57Speaker 1: you guys think that with Russell Westbrook as hard and
- 38:00Speaker 1: they were trying to do like Anthony Davis Lebron. First
- 38:03Speaker 1: of all, we don't need Paula. We don't need two
- 38:08Speaker 1: people with bad dress and Ivy on the same game. Okay,
- 38:12Speaker 1: I like Anthony Davis, but it's a rarity. It is
- 38:15Speaker 1: a ready that you get a man to come to
- 38:18Speaker 1: La that has as much hair over his eyes as
- 38:21Speaker 1: he does on his head. Yeah, I'm not gonna have
- 38:25Speaker 1: the same thing. And were guys, really it's that one
- 38:29Speaker 1: two punch, you know what I mean? There is one
- 38:33Speaker 1: basketball high in the hell? Is James hard and Russell
- 38:40Speaker 1: Whistbrook gonna share this one basketball? We've hurt ourselves. But
- 38:45Speaker 1: when they did it before, Carla Harden wasn't was not
- 38:48Speaker 1: the main guy. All right, guys, we're gonna end it
- 38:52Speaker 1: right here. Coming up next thirty four after the hour,
- 38:56Speaker 1: our special guests will be actress and family member Wendy
- 39:01Speaker 1: Roquel Robinson. Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show,

- 39:18Speaker 1: the Game. But this summer she's got a brand new role,
- 39:20Speaker 1: Miss Pete and ABC's new bowl provocative drama Grand Hotel.

- 40:18Speaker 1: as missus P. Please, missus Do you know what it's?
- 40:21Speaker 1: It's sexy, it's provocative, it's intriguing. And what's so crazy
- 40:26Speaker 1: about it It's that we shot it a while ago,
- 40:29Speaker 1: so we finished shooting in like March, and I forgot
- 40:33Speaker 1: all the storylines. And now that I'm watching it, it's
- 40:36Speaker 1: one of the bold It's like, oh my god, like
- 40:37Speaker 1: you got it. Once you watch it, you're like totally
- 40:40Speaker 1: caught up, but it's the upstairs downstairs story about a hotel.
- 40:43Speaker 1: I run the hotel, I run the stab. I'm in
- 40:45Speaker 1: charge under where all the secrets are, and it's all
- 40:48Speaker 1: centered around It starts off with a woman who goes
- 40:51Speaker 1: disappearing from the hotel, but then everything begins to unravel
- 40:55Speaker 1: around it. It's not even out who's done it. It's like, damn,
- 40:59Speaker 1: well everybody did, because everybody has know what I mean.

- 41:22Speaker 1: because it's one of those once you start, you cannot stop.
- 41:24Speaker 1: You're gonna get fun, You're gonna get up. So I
- 41:27Speaker 1: don't want to give away any of the spoilers too much,
- 41:30Speaker 1: but tonight, most definitely my husband he gets some interesting
- 41:34Speaker 1: news or why I was really adamant about missus p
- 41:38Speaker 1: because I am definitely a family woman. You know, my
- 41:42Speaker 1: entire family works at the hotel, which says a lot,
- 41:45Speaker 1: So there's a lot in store with that, and you
- 41:46Speaker 1: get some very interesting news from the doctors and then
- 41:50Speaker 1: Ingrid Right now, she's one of the housekeepers, but she's
- 41:52Speaker 1: been playing both the managements as well as the sun
- 41:57Speaker 1: who owns the hotel, with her pregnancy. So she got
- 42:00Speaker 1: both of them believing that you know that they're the
- 42:02Speaker 1: baby daddy. Oh yeah, it's one of those. It's it
- 42:09Speaker 1: just got real for real. Yeah all right, so that

- 42:30Speaker 1: actress just like yourself. Now she's a producer. She produces
- 42:33Speaker 1: a lot, and she's one of the producers of Grand Hotels.
- 42:35Speaker 1: So what does that experience like being a producer. She's
- 42:39Speaker 1: also one of the directors on the show. She's directed, um,
- 42:43Speaker 1: the first two episodes she directed. Then she's a producer.
- 42:47Speaker 1: Then she's also like that best friend in your head.
- 42:49Speaker 1: You know, she'll be in here and makeup trailer, be like, oh,
- 42:51Speaker 1: scoot over, hey, let's catch up all this ben Yether.

- 43:05Speaker 1: She's really good people, you know what I mean. I'd
- 43:08Speaker 1: like to say that about people you don't have. Some
- 43:10Speaker 1: people just have a really good heart. And he's really
- 43:13Speaker 1: put together as a tremendous cast. Everybody's really cool. A
- 43:18Speaker 1: lot of new faces, but big, big Latin stars over

- 44:55Speaker 1: Glenda and place. How you doing. My name is Brad.
- 45:00Speaker 1: I'm actually with the A and C Department Accidents and Conditions.
- 45:04Speaker 1: Wanted to give you a call and see how you're
- 45:06Speaker 1: doing this morning. I'm getting great, great now. I am
- 45:11Speaker 1: the the Accident and Condition coordinated, the last person that
- 45:14Speaker 1: it goes to before actually issuing out of check and
- 45:18Speaker 1: just wanted to give you a call and see how
- 45:20Speaker 1: everything is going going. Have you Have you been to
- 45:22Speaker 1: the doctor on your fall and just just wanted to
- 45:24Speaker 1: do a follow up with you and make sure everything
- 45:27Speaker 1: is okay? Yeah? Everything? Have you needed to do any
- 45:32Speaker 1: any rehabilitation work or anything like that. This is just
- 45:35Speaker 1: a random procedure of all the notes that I have
- 45:38Speaker 1: to write down, and like I said, this is the
- 45:40Speaker 1: final step of getting you out of check. Now, the
- 45:42Speaker 1: last heard you were offered two thousand dollars. Is that correct?
- 45:47Speaker 1: If you were there, you go ahead to supervised, you
- 45:50Speaker 1: would knew how that if you worked there. Okay, well,
- 45:53Speaker 1: I'm just looking at the file that I have. Man,
- 45:55Speaker 1: I don't have everything. You got that rode down that's
- 45:58Speaker 1: what they offer. Okay, Well, listen, here's what we're doing.
- 46:02Speaker 1: I've also been brought some other records. Is this the
- 46:05Speaker 1: first time you've actually had an incident like this? What
- 46:10Speaker 1: is this the first time you've had an incident of
- 46:12Speaker 1: actually falling? Yeah? Time? Okay, Well, actually, what we're doing
- 46:20Speaker 1: looking over the records here, I've got some actual incidents
- 46:24Speaker 1: that it seems like you've actually fallen several times in
- 46:27Speaker 1: other places. And what I'm having to do here, ma'am,
- 46:32Speaker 1: is let you know that I am not going to
- 46:35Speaker 1: sign off on this at all. So the money that
- 46:37Speaker 1: has been offered to you, I am no longer going
- 46:40Speaker 1: to be. I'm not going to confirm this check to
- 46:42Speaker 1: go out to you. I don't think that there's anything
- 46:46Speaker 1: wrong with you. I don't think that you have a problem.
- 46:48Speaker 1: I think that there's something that you deliberately did in
- 46:51Speaker 1: one of our stores. I could care less about what
- 46:54Speaker 1: you think what happened was on the floor. I fail.
- 47:00Speaker 1: They don't have to pay for the claim. No, we're
- 47:03Speaker 1: not gonna actually, man, what I'm gonna have to do
- 47:06Speaker 1: is get you to come down and sign uh an
- 47:08Speaker 1: agreement nowhere. Yes, I'm gonna need you to come down
- 47:11Speaker 1: and sign an agreement that you actually made this whole
- 47:15Speaker 1: thing up, and I need that in wrong, I'm not
- 47:17Speaker 1: coming nowhere. Look, man, I don't care if you come
- 47:20Speaker 1: down or I have to come down and haul your
- 47:22Speaker 1: sin because I'm not signing over a check to you
- 47:25Speaker 1: for somebody that deliberately laid down in the floor and
- 47:27Speaker 1: act like something was wrong with them. Good in mine,
- 47:30Speaker 1: deliberately done it, how exactly it was. Witnesses, you need
- 47:36Speaker 1: to talk to them. I've spoken to every witness and
- 47:38Speaker 1: you know what, man, everyone because my friend was there,
- 47:43Speaker 1: you haven't spoken to her. There's a lot of people
- 47:45Speaker 1: that assume that you're lying. Well, I don't kill what
- 47:49Speaker 1: they are, man, let me explain something. We can take
- 47:52Speaker 1: this thing further. I even have you on video actually
- 47:56Speaker 1: deliberately laying down in the middle of the floor as
- 47:58Speaker 1: if you have your line. No, no, I am not mam.
- 48:03Speaker 1: We're not gonna give you two thousand. We're not going
- 48:06Speaker 1: to give you two dollars. What's your name? My name
- 48:08Speaker 1: is Brad with the ANC department. Well you want to
- 48:11Speaker 1: be him the job? Too much going on because you're
- 48:13Speaker 1: a fool. No, No, I'm not a fool. I want
- 48:16Speaker 1: to make sure that you understand. I want to make
- 48:18Speaker 1: sure that you understand. You understand that this is not
- 48:22Speaker 1: something that you can do or continue to do. Now.
- 48:25Speaker 1: I want to hear it out of your mouth. You
- 48:27Speaker 1: tell me? Did you lay down on that floor deliberately?
- 48:29Speaker 1: You play? You think I'm going to sit here and
- 48:32Speaker 1: tell you I deliberately laid down in a floor? Am
- 48:37Speaker 1: I crazy? Am I crazy? For you sitting here and
- 48:39Speaker 1: tell me the tale that it as all? No, deliberately
- 48:45Speaker 1: laid down on that floor, and you're deliberately trying to
- 48:47Speaker 1: get two thousand dollars worth the money that does not
- 48:49Speaker 1: belong to you. What you just reviewed, damn cap in
- 48:53Speaker 1: and uh you will see what happened. Would you like
- 48:56Speaker 1: for me to get authorities to come over man and
- 48:58Speaker 1: bring you in because what we're I don't who you
- 49:01Speaker 1: get get whether you want to get it. If I
- 49:04Speaker 1: need to send authorities down there, you you send them
- 49:07Speaker 1: over here. I'm not scared of them either. I don't
- 49:11Speaker 1: think I'm not. I'm not. They're gonna bring you in
- 49:14Speaker 1: and you're gonna sign this form I have that deliberately
- 49:17Speaker 1: laid down on that floor. You a fool, the nerve
- 49:20Speaker 1: of you black people. I'm not coming in. I'm not
- 49:23Speaker 1: signing nothing. Now what Utah man, I don't know. I
- 49:27Speaker 1: ain't ever heard this. Utah man. Now, I want you
- 49:31Speaker 1: to bring your little narrow black behind in here so
- 49:33Speaker 1: we can get this stuff rectified, is what I want done.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Are you crazy? Your DASA? You ain't your sharpest tool?
- 49:40Speaker 1: And to share that tell you that I am not
- 49:42Speaker 1: coming in. I don't know what I would have to
- 49:44Speaker 1: come in. Fuck, I want you to sign a form
- 49:47Speaker 1: that you deliberately laid down on this floor, and it
- 49:49Speaker 1: was all fictitious. No wonder would I do something like
- 49:53Speaker 1: that and then go to jail. Why would you lay
- 49:56Speaker 1: down in the floor in the in the first place,
- 49:58Speaker 1: and when you knew nothing. I told you didn't do that.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Yes she did, Yes she did. It's in front of you.
- 50:03Speaker 1: I can look you in your eyes and tell when
- 50:05Speaker 1: you're lying. I'm told you. I told you what I
- 50:08Speaker 1: have said. That's all? Back, Hey, can I say let
- 50:12Speaker 1: me say one more? Hello? Call her right back. Hello. Well,
- 50:19Speaker 1: I don't want to continue to go back and forth.
- 50:21Speaker 1: You look, look you're really pissed. Look, I told you
- 50:25Speaker 1: what happened. I'm not going to keep I'm telling you that.
- 50:28Speaker 1: I don't know why you keep calling me. Let me
- 50:30Speaker 1: speak to your damn supervis. Let me say, well, first
- 50:33Speaker 1: of all, man, First of all, I am the supervis.
- 50:35Speaker 1: This is what I want. I think we can get
- 50:36Speaker 1: this car. Look what I'm gonna come in time. That's
- 50:40Speaker 1: what I want you to if you come down and
- 50:42Speaker 1: sign it off together. You think I'm going to come
- 50:44Speaker 1: and sign some papers saying I laid on them flow?
- 50:48Speaker 1: It ain't. None of that truth was on the floe.
- 50:51Speaker 1: I fail. That's it. That's all. Now what the are
- 50:55Speaker 1: you talking about? Have you been drinking? Have you been drinking?
- 50:58Speaker 1: You listen, you've been drinking. I want Tony got to
- 51:01Speaker 1: do it. Anything when I do my own personal time
- 51:05Speaker 1: is my bus drinking? Don't keep calling me with that. Okay,
- 51:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna say one more thing. I still hurt. And
- 51:14Speaker 1: you tell me you ain't gonna give me no money.
- 51:16Speaker 1: You playing, no damn gonna get some money. They should
- 51:19Speaker 1: hate that flow. Then I'm gonna be having to gop
- 51:23Speaker 1: none of this. You been drinking, Glenda. I'm gonna say
- 51:27Speaker 1: one more thing to you and then I'm gonna let

- 53:26Speaker 1: on relationships, work, sex, dating, parenting, and more, please submit
- 53:31Speaker 1: your Strawberry Letter to Steve Harvey FM and click submit
- 53:34Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. We could be reading your letter live on
- 53:37Speaker 1: the air, just like we're gonna read this one right here,
- 53:39Speaker 1: right now today. Yeah, let's go, all right, here we go.
- 53:43Speaker 1: Buckle up and hold on tight. We got it for
- 53:44Speaker 1: you here. It is the Strawberry Letter. Subject. I need
- 53:47Speaker 1: my husband's permission to have sex. All right, Dear Stephen Shirley.
- 53:54Speaker 1: I'm in my late forties and I'm married to a
- 53:56Speaker 1: wonderful man. We had a very normal sex life until
- 54:01Speaker 1: after he had a car accident and became disabled. We
- 54:04Speaker 1: haven't had sex in almost two years now. We have
- 54:08Speaker 1: tried everything, but nothing has worked for us. I am suffering,
- 54:14Speaker 1: but I do not want to cheat on him. One night,
- 54:17Speaker 1: we were watching a strange movie where a man in
- 54:19Speaker 1: the movie did not want to have sex with his
- 54:21Speaker 1: wife anymore, so he paid a man to have sex
- 54:24Speaker 1: with her and he would watch them. Well, since I
- 54:27Speaker 1: saw that movie, I couldn't get this idea out of
- 54:30Speaker 1: my head. I searched online and found a group of
- 54:34Speaker 1: polyamorous in my city. They meet once twice a month
- 54:39Speaker 1: and it's free. Polyamory means loving more than one person,
- 54:44Speaker 1: but I only love my husband. I just want to
- 54:47Speaker 1: have sex with someone else, and this group is just
- 54:50Speaker 1: for that, as long as everyone knows about it and
- 54:53Speaker 1: agrees I only want to fulfill my needs and have sex.
- 54:57Speaker 1: I have been honest with him about my interest polyamory,
- 55:01Speaker 1: and I plan to give him some pamphlets on the
- 55:04Speaker 1: idea after I attend my first meeting. I am going
- 55:08Speaker 1: just to see what it's like. But of course I
- 55:10Speaker 1: would need his permission to participate in sex with someone,
- 55:14Speaker 1: and I want him there with me. I haven't told
- 55:18Speaker 1: my husband that part yet, so I need to know
- 55:21Speaker 1: if I'm totally off base here and need to try
- 55:23Speaker 1: another way, or should I ask my husband if he
- 55:26Speaker 1: would mind if I went and got my needs met
- 55:30Speaker 1: while he watched. Yes, I would basically be asking my
- 55:33Speaker 1: husband for permission to have sex with another man in
- 55:37Speaker 1: front of him. This is very important and necessary. Please help. Okay,
- 55:46Speaker 1: speaking of permission, I mean, how do we look? How
- 55:49Speaker 1: do we look giving you permission to say it's okay
- 55:52Speaker 1: to have sex with another man in front of your husband?
- 55:55Speaker 1: I mean, that's way way, way above our pay grade. Okay,
- 55:59Speaker 1: it really really is. Plus, I mean we don't we
- 56:04Speaker 1: don't even know your husband. I mean, is he freaky
- 56:07Speaker 1: like that that he would want to see something like that?
- 56:09Speaker 1: I mean, you know, we don't know him, We have
- 56:14Speaker 1: no idea. You didn't give us a whole lot of
- 56:15Speaker 1: information to go on here. This that you guys had
- 56:18Speaker 1: a car accidentally, had a normal sex life before that,
- 56:21Speaker 1: and then he became a disabled So so what were
- 56:26Speaker 1: those conversations, like, I mean since since he became disabled.
- 56:30Speaker 1: You say you tried everything but nothing has worked and
- 56:33Speaker 1: you don't want to cheat. Well, just because he would
- 56:37Speaker 1: watch if he agreed to this arrangement, that's still cheating. Sorry,
- 56:41Speaker 1: it's still cheating. So this situation calls for a serious,
- 56:45Speaker 1: serious conversation before you even write us. It calls for
- 56:48Speaker 1: a serious conversation with your husband, not us. I mean,
- 56:52Speaker 1: we have no idea what his disability is. You didn't
- 56:55Speaker 1: share that with us. But um, you said you had
- 56:59Speaker 1: a normal sex life before that. So I just say,
- 57:02Speaker 1: before you start going to all these meetings and all
- 57:05Speaker 1: this stuff, you know, with these polyamorous and having open
- 57:09Speaker 1: sex you know, while while your husband watches and all
- 57:12Speaker 1: of this, I'm sure there are people that do do this.
- 57:15Speaker 1: You gotta discuss this with your man. Okay, he should
- 57:19Speaker 1: have been the first person you talk to this about,
- 57:22Speaker 1: not us all. I mean, I know people feel like
- 57:26Speaker 1: we're their best friends and they connect with us and
- 57:29Speaker 1: all of that, and we do. We're here now, you
- 57:31Speaker 1: we are, but not on this, not in this bedroom situation.
- 57:36Speaker 1: I mean, really, what do we look like saying yeah,
- 57:38Speaker 1: go and have sex with the man and let your
- 57:39Speaker 1: husband watch. No, figure that out with you between you
- 57:43Speaker 1: and your man, talk to your man about this. Come on, junior,
- 57:49Speaker 1: what beus? She about to get rand Oh huh, what
- 57:56Speaker 1: do you mean? No? No, the minute she kiss anybody
- 58:00Speaker 1: here and that wheel chips right over. Prepare to be
- 58:06Speaker 1: ran over. You've never seen this many time tracks across
- 58:11Speaker 1: your body. If you think this is don't go with
- 58:15Speaker 1: tell him. He will dive out a chill to choke you.
- 58:19Speaker 1: If you think you're gonna have sex with another man
- 58:21Speaker 1: in front of him, in front of what what do
- 58:24Speaker 1: you want us to say? Oh? This is this is
- 58:28Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. We are not therapists. We
- 58:31Speaker 1: don't do any of that. But we do know this.
- 58:33Speaker 1: We do know disabled people have feelings. Yeah, and we
- 58:37Speaker 1: will and they will act on them. You cannot sup
- 58:40Speaker 1: here and think we're gonna go along with you to
- 58:43Speaker 1: get along with somebody. The fact that you caught him
- 58:46Speaker 1: and said, hey, what do you think I want to
- 58:49Speaker 1: have sex? This little group you in, polyamorous group, how
- 58:54Speaker 1: do you say it? This little swede group you in.
- 59:02Speaker 1: I'm talking about this for a show. Everybody. One thing
- 59:05Speaker 1: I know about people in chess, they are never long.
- 59:08Speaker 1: They have other friends. And this is not the people
- 59:12Speaker 1: you want to make upset because all of them, all
- 59:17Speaker 1: of them as a group, will run over you. You
- 59:20Speaker 1: ain't gonna believe you have big tis little tasks. You
- 59:24Speaker 1: need to think about this. Yeah, I don't see her
- 59:27Speaker 1: husband think about this. Big tis little task, medium tied,
- 59:30Speaker 1: little sideway ties, flat tie, some inflated, but all of
- 59:35Speaker 1: them gonna be across your chest if you mess so
- 59:38Speaker 1: with this man. Soon as you tell his friends what
- 59:40Speaker 1: you play, don't do, they gonna roll up on you.
- 59:44Speaker 1: That's all I'll say. This is not the time to
- 59:47Speaker 1: say this to her. And it's not like we don't
- 59:49Speaker 1: feel for her. We do because for two years, hey, hey,
- 59:54Speaker 1: hey hey, let him lay him lay elite, try anything,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: but the fact you're gonna have six somebody else. Oh
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: all right, listen. We need to hear from Jay and
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: Tommy on this situation as well, and we're gonna recap
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: the letter when we come back at twenty three after
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: the hour, right after this you're listening to show. All right, guys,
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: here we are. We're gonna recap today's Strawberry Letters. Subject
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: I need my husband's permission to have sex. A woman
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: in her late forties rode in. She's married to a

- 1:00:27Speaker 1: he had a car accident and became disabled. They haven't
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: had sex in two years, so she's suffering. She saw
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: a movie with her husband where a man paid another
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: man to come in and have sex with his wife
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: because he was tired of having sex with her, and
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: he just watched. So she wants to know what do
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: we think about her suggesting this and bringing this up

- 1:01:11Speaker 1: the popular con contrary to what we believe, there are
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: people out there who believe other things. And if he
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: has no problem with this, the only way he's going
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: to be able to be satisfied with it he needs
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: to be involved in what she's doing, meaning he needs
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: to get a megaphone. Everybody food about with my wife.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: Let me get that up, Let me get that get

- 1:02:14Speaker 1: it's getting him involved. And I can roll all over

- 1:14:01Speaker 1: I know. Well. Coming up and trending hip hop news,
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: Jermaine Dupri and Cardi B debate about women in hip
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: hop and coming up about twenty minutes after the hour,
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: we'll talk about that right after this. You're listening to
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: the show, all right. So, Jermaine Dupri was recently asked
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: for his thoughts on some of the women who are
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: killing it in the rap game right now, like Megan
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: the Stallion, Nicki Minaje, and of course Cardi B. But
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: something about the current crop of female rappers isn't clicking
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: for Jermaine. When pressed to pick a favorite, he ranted,
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: I can't really say. I feel they're all rapping about
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: the same things. Jermaine went on to say, for me,
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: it's like strippers rapping. I'm getting like, Okay, you got
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: a story about you dancing in the club, talk about
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: other things, just rap about other things besides that. Well,
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: Cardie B took Jad's comments and stride. She said She's
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: made all sorts of songs, but the sexually charged music
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: is what sells. That's what the people want to hear.
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: That's what they respond to her fans. Her problem isn't
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: just with them out of touch critics who don't get it.
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: She says that the bloggers don't support some of the
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: dope women out there who rap about different subject matter.
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: And I'm sure she's telling the truth about that. Sounded
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: like Jermaine is mad about the one that got away
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: more than he is about God to be that's what
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: that's about. No, she's got a rapper away that one relationship. Yeah,
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: and he's not a little old with that. Yeah, But
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: I would card to be, Hey, we rap about everything,
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: and you can't put us in one category. But she
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: got she has to give the people what the people want,
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: you know, Okay, we'll have more of this ignorant show
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: coming up right after this, the thirty three after the
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: hour you're listening show. Our Kelly was arrested by federal
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: age and taken into custody over a thirteen count indictment
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: that includes enticement of a minor and obstruction of justice. Now.
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: In addition to the child pornography charges, federal prosecutors in Brooklyn,
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: New York, also unveiled a separate indictment charging Kelly with
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: one count of racketeering and four counts of violating the
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: Man Act, which prohibits transporting people across state lines for
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: the purpose of prostitution. R Kelly is in big trouble. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: and he should be in if he should be, He's
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: in trouble. He's been able to got around it for
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: all these years, but now it looks like they have. Yeah,
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: he's done now. Also, according to TMZ, R Kelly's girlfriends,
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: Joycelyn Savage and Asriel Clary were booted out of the
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: Trump International Hotel in Tower, Chicago, and the residence has
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: been taken over by the federal officials. Also, according to TMZ,
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: the parents Jocelyn Savage fear that the ladies have a
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: suicide pact. Oh boy, this is craziness. This is too
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: much right here. Savage family are very concerned that the
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: two women have a plan to kill themselves if it
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: looks like our Kelly is not coming back as Rio
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: Clario's family, Clary's family don't believe the ladies have a

- 1:17:24Speaker 1: talking about this is yeah, this is yeah, this has
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: gone too far now, ladies seriously, Yeah, this is too much.

- 1:17:46Speaker 1: Simona Hallop from Romania beat Uh Serena, and Serena is
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: still the goat in our books. Okay, we don't care
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: not here. Yeah yeah. Tennis great Billy Jane King said
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: that perhaps Serena should folk Becausoleia and Tennis and stop
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: behaving like a celebrity and fighting for equality. This is
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: crazy right here, SB. Yes, yes, I did Serena clap
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: back and take a listen to this. I heard been
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: a few comments made in the last couple of weeks
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: from people like Billy Jean King that maybe you should
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: stop being a celebrity for a year and stop fighting
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: for equality and just focus on the tennis. How do
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: you respond to that? Well, the day I start fighting
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: for equality and for people like that look like you
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: and me, would be the day I'm in my grave.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: Oh my gquality? What is she talking about? Absolutely absolutely
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: said why? But why is there so much hate when

- 1:19:10Speaker 1: good day. Take it away, all right, everybody. Thank you
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: guys for listen to our show each and every day.
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: We'd like to go around in the room and find
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: out what did you learn classmates and students from the show.
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: All Right, I think I learned not to be a hypocrite.
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: All right, you know because of Billy Billy Jean King
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: what she said about Serena. You know, maybe she should
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: focus on tennis and stop behaving like a celebrity and
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: fighting for equality. Well, Billy Jean, don't you remember back
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: in the day, you were a crusader for social justice,
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: women's equality, especially in pet equal pay. She played the guy. Yeah,
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: she played yea, yes, Battle of the sexes, all of that.
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: So that's what I learned today, Jay, do not be
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: a hypocrite like miss Billy Jane King. Thanks. All right.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: Something that I already knew, but I learned it again
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: today that the president sending out these racially charged tweet
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: tweets out to Democratic congresswomen. I'm just, I just, I
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: don't know. I just can't take this anymore political news.
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: It just upsets me that he is our president and
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: he keeps tweeting unpresidential like things and doing he's supposed
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: to be a leader. So that's what I learned. But
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: something we all knew, So I guess everybody throwing their
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: arms up. What else is new? But yeah, I'm with you, though, Carl.
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: We learned something new about this guy every day, but
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: every same thing all over again. You know, it's like
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: groundhog Day with him yet married. Yeah, him right, which
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: was a great movie though that's of months ago. I'm
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: not saying you racist. The racists are saying you race right. Yeah,
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: not us. It's not what you nay. Man, Man, you
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: ain't believe what I learned the day. What I learned
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: the day was I did not know seventeen thousand segments
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: could get together in Vegas at one time. I have
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: never heard the number that I and I'm considering joying him. Man.
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: If you get seventeen thousand singers together, somebody has to
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: make it seventeen thousand at one. That's what I learned.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: I didn't know, Jay, I didn't know we were closer
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: to twenty thousand strong. We reallyred it's the numbers are
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: still coming in Italian. Remember at the inauguration when President
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: Tromp kept kept changing the number. Yeah, same thing. It's
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: the biggest gather the segments ever period, Remember that, nephew,
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: telling what you learn today? Man, I learned doing the
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter that they'd be having these pilore thing meetings,
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: you can't and meet other people that want to have
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: sex with other people. I didn't even know these meetings existed.
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: And you can go down there with your love one
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: and you can have meetings and swap out. I guess,
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: and uh, I guess. I'm just trying to figure out
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: when the next meeting neils and see if we can.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: I was okay, but can we help you out and
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: tell you please don't go down there because you are married.
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: Now we'll not gonna go down there going to a
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: meeting them, Tommy, stay out of this. The man is married.
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: You're not going out there with it. And I'm not joining.
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: He not joining. It's a meeting. I'm just gonna go
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: to the meeting, like I like, if I go to US,
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: I'm just going. If I go to a nudest coling
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: in meeting, I'm not fitting to join it, you know.
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: I mean, I'm like I might sit there nicked in
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: the meeting, so I won't be you know, I gotta
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: look like make them uncomfortable. I don't want to make
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: you don't want to have no clothes on? Why would
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: I do that? Let it let it roam when you're
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: a room, so I would sit there at the naked
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: meeting and take not by you. I have I have
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: to piggyback on what Tommy is saying, because I have
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: been to a naked meeting, and the most dangerous thing
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: you can do when you're at a nicket meeting is
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: you have to keep your eye on the person who's
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: holding a cigarette, because they can be very very Yes,
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: they smoke, but you gotta watch where they put them
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: ashes man and the nudest calling me. You know, most
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: of it is outside, so you gotta spread a lot
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: of this outside too, a lot of off. Yeah. I'm
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: about to ask, how did you deal with the mosquito? Well,
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: you put all like I've actually gone pink before. I
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: had calaman lotion all over pink jay whatever. Okay, Kay,
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: listen before you do it, Jake, I just want to
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: say I'd like to change my answer, please, and I
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: do reserve that right. I learned today again that Tommy
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: is stupid for real. Okay, pink all on me. I
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: put this salmon pink in there, all right, Jake? What
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: did you like? All right? You may not know about
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: all these organizations, all these Greek organizations for the females
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: and males. What they're really about is helping people in service.
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: Zada's Deltas, all of them, they're all about service and
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: it's great to be a part of an organization like that.
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: And that's what I learned today, how much they give
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: and help. Even with the Deltas, when it didn't go
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: to work, when it didn't go right, they gave the
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: food to it. And that's basically what that's what we
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: That's all Greek organizations, ever last one of them. All Right, well,
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: there you have it and another show down. We love
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: you guys, thank you for joining us. We appreciate you,
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: We love I feel like naked beach dood already naked.
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: You're listening to The Stry Morning Show.
