- 0:02Speaker 1: It has been nine hundred days since the January sixth
- 0:09Speaker 1: pipe bombs were planted, and the FBI still refuses to
- 0:13Speaker 1: provide information why as Director Ray after nine hundred days
- 0:18Speaker 1: stonewalling basic questions about the individual who may have found
- 0:23Speaker 1: the pipe bombs in front of the Democratic National Committee.
- 0:27Speaker 1: This comes as the Secret Service says they've wrapped up
- 0:30Speaker 1: their investigation into the cocaine found at the White House,
- 0:35Speaker 1: and guess what happened.
- 0:38Speaker 2: They are never gonna know.
- 0:40Speaker 1: They have not found anybody connected with the cocaine. So
- 0:45Speaker 1: the most secure building in America, with more cameras than
- 0:49Speaker 1: I've ever seen before, with the Secret Service and everyone
- 0:52Speaker 1: else there, you can't tell me, right next to the
- 0:55Speaker 1: White House, right next to the Oval Office inside of
- 0:58Speaker 1: the White House, who found coin? Apparently you can't. You
- 1:03Speaker 1: cannot find it? Is that disgusting? You better believe it's disgusting.
- 1:08Speaker 1: It is infuriating, and it's exactly what I would expect
- 1:11Speaker 1: when there is a cover up. I have no doubt
- 1:13Speaker 1: that they could figure it out if they wanted to,
- 1:15Speaker 1: And if this was some other substance, it would have
- 1:17Speaker 1: put people's lives at risk.
- 1:19Speaker 2: If it was.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Anthrax or something else, I promise you they wouldn't come
- 1:23Speaker 1: out today and be like, oh, couldn't figure it out,
- 1:25Speaker 1: too hard to figure out, just something we can't figure out.
- 1:29Speaker 1: There is no way in hell that this would be
- 1:33Speaker 1: the narrative. There is no way that they would come
- 1:36Speaker 1: out and say that they couldn't find the person. If
- 1:39Speaker 1: it was a substance that would have been putting people's
- 1:42Speaker 1: lives at risk. But since it's cocaine and it's probably
- 1:47Speaker 1: someone's cocaine that they want to protect or they don't
- 1:50Speaker 1: want to have to resign from the White House or
- 1:52Speaker 1: be fired from the White House staff, they're now just saying, yep,
- 1:55Speaker 1: couldn't figure it out case clothes. Now, I want you
- 1:58Speaker 1: to remember the part about the cocaine as I tell
- 2:02Speaker 1: you the other part of this story. Now, this other
- 2:05Speaker 1: part of the story is about the pipe bombs. A
- 2:07Speaker 1: lot of people forgot that on January the sixth, there
- 2:09Speaker 1: were pipe bombs that were found in Washington, d c.
- 2:13Speaker 1: These pipe bombs that were found, there are people that
- 2:16Speaker 1: have a lot of questions about them, and it's been
- 2:18Speaker 1: nine hundred days. Why can't we get answers to those
- 2:21Speaker 1: basic questions. Chairman Jim Jordan opened his remarks yesterday by
- 2:27Speaker 1: listing out a number of allegations and quoting findings from
- 2:30Speaker 1: a recent and sweeping federal court opinion out of Louisiana
- 2:34Speaker 1: that found substantial evidence quote unquote of government censorship, including
- 2:39Speaker 1: by the FBI. Here's what's truly unbelievable, he said, here's
- 2:43Speaker 1: what's amazing. The Justice Department and the FBI want the taxpayers.
- 2:47Speaker 1: They censored the parents, they labeled the Catholics, they called radicals.
- 2:53Speaker 1: They want them to pay for a new FBI headquarters.
- 2:55Speaker 1: And they went FISA, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act reauthorization
- 3:00Speaker 1: of the seven h two form in its current form.
- 3:03Speaker 2: I mean, you can't make this stuff up.
- 3:04Speaker 1: He went on to say, we know the Vice of
- 3:06Speaker 1: Court was abused to spy on the Trump campaign and
- 3:11Speaker 1: people around Donald Trump. Jordan went on to reiterate his
- 3:14Speaker 1: plans to push this year for significant reforms to the
- 3:19Speaker 1: FISA provisions, which grant the FBI warrantless surveillance authority and
- 3:24Speaker 1: limit the Department of Justice funding through Congress's upcoming appropriations process.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Ranking Member Democrat New York Jerry Nadler and other Democrats
- 3:34Speaker 1: during the hearing repeatedly traced the GOP concerns back to
- 3:38Speaker 1: former President Donald Trump, the top twenty twenty four GOP candidate,
- 3:42Speaker 1: and the multitude of legal charges Trump is facing, including
- 3:45Speaker 1: alleged Espionage Act violations. Nadler then accused Republicans of having
- 3:51Speaker 1: ulterior motives to protect Trump and to return him to
- 3:53Speaker 1: the White House in the next election. Jordan then at
- 3:57Speaker 1: one point appealed to Democrats by noting that, in addition
- 4:01Speaker 1: to broad findings of ficsive a court abuse, a court
- 4:05Speaker 1: found the FBI had misused the FISA authority in twenty
- 4:09Speaker 1: twenty against protesters of the left wing group Black Lives Matter.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So if you were protesting Black Lives Matter, they were
- 4:17Speaker 1: abusing their power and spying on you. Representative Thomas Massey,
- 4:22Speaker 1: a Republican from Kentucky, showed new surveillance footage related to
- 4:27Speaker 1: pipe bombs that the FBI says were found outside the
- 4:30Speaker 1: Republican and the Democratic National Committees on the day of
- 4:34Speaker 1: January sixth, capral Riot. Massey then went on to say
- 4:38Speaker 1: the video indicated the bombs, which never detonated, were intended
- 4:42Speaker 1: to cause the quote maximum distraction for law enforcement during
- 4:47Speaker 1: the riots. It's been nine hundred days I want you
- 4:51Speaker 1: to hear his questioning of the FBI Director Ray and
- 4:55Speaker 1: just how out of control the deep state has gotten.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Director Ray inlight of information provided to us about the
- 5:02Speaker 3: FBI's investigation of the January sixth pipe bombs in an
- 5:06Speaker 3: interview with Assistant Director Stephen John Twino Chairman Jordan and
- 5:11Speaker 3: I sent you a letter a month ago. Some of
- 5:13Speaker 3: the information that we found in that interview was that
- 5:16Speaker 3: phone data that could have helped to identify the pipe
- 5:19Speaker 3: bomber was corrupted, was unusable. He also wasn't sure who
- 5:26Speaker 3: founder how the second bomb was found at the DNC.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Do you know how the second bomb was found at
- 5:32Speaker 3: the DNC and when do you plan on answering our letter?
- 5:36Speaker 4: Well as to the letter, I will work with the
- 5:39Speaker 4: department to make sure we can figure out what information
- 5:42Speaker 4: we can provide. As you know, this is a very active,
- 5:44Speaker 4: ongoing investigation and there are some restrictions on that, but we.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Can handle classified information, and we fund your department, and
- 5:51Speaker 3: so you need to provide.
- 5:52Speaker 4: That it's not respectfully, it's not an issue of classification.
- 5:57Speaker 4: It's an issue of commenting on ongoing criminal investigations, which
- 6:02Speaker 4: is something that by long standing department policy, we are
- 6:05Speaker 4: restricted in doing it. In fact, the last administration actually
- 6:08Speaker 4: strengthened those policies partly.
- 6:10Speaker 2: That's not our policy though, and we fund you. So
- 6:12Speaker 2: let's move on.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Do you know how the second life bomb was Can
- 6:16Speaker 3: you tell us how the second pipe.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Bomb was found at the DNC Again, I'm not going
- 6:20Speaker 2: to get into that here.
- 6:21Speaker 3: At nine hundred days ago is when this happened, and
- 6:24Speaker 3: you said you had total confidence we'd apprehend the subject.
- 6:28Speaker 3: We've found video that looks like somebody a passer by
- 6:31Speaker 3: miraculously found this pipe bomb at the DNC and then
- 6:35Speaker 3: notified the police. Miraculously, I say, because it was specifically
- 6:40Speaker 3: the same the precise time to cause the maximum distraction
- 6:44Speaker 3: from the events going on at the capitol. Can you
- 6:46Speaker 3: show this video that we have please, I'd like to
- 6:49Speaker 3: know if the director has seen this.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Now. The video that he's showing this is somebody with
- 6:56Speaker 2: a mask on, wearing a hat.
- 6:58Speaker 3: They're walking in front of the DNC, which is out
- 7:00Speaker 3: of the view on the right hand side. You'll see
- 7:03Speaker 3: him come into view. He goes to one police car,
- 7:05Speaker 3: he goes to another police car. He's holding a backpack,
- 7:08Speaker 3: he's got a mask on, he's talking to the police
- 7:11Speaker 3: and within a minute they start scrambling. You'll see the
- 7:13Speaker 3: camera turn to the pipe bomb. The location of the
- 7:17Speaker 3: pipe bomb, by the way, I believe the Metro police
- 7:20Speaker 3: are now getting out of the car, and that's Vice
- 7:24Speaker 3: President Elect's detail in the black suv I believe parked
- 7:28Speaker 3: about thirty feet from the pipe bomb eating lunch. Okay,
- 7:31Speaker 3: now we go over to the location of the pipe bomb.
- 7:34Speaker 3: The cameras are scrambling. It appears to me that that's
- 7:39Speaker 3: not a coincidence that the person with the backpack who
- 7:42Speaker 3: walked by that bench and then went up to the
- 7:45Speaker 3: police and the detail didn't didn't do that accidentally. They
- 7:51Speaker 3: had a purpose in mind, and that what transpired after
- 7:54Speaker 3: that was the result of information that person gave to them.
- 7:57Speaker 3: If that person found the pipe bomb, would they be
- 8:01Speaker 3: a suspect.
- 8:03Speaker 4: Well, again, I don't want to speculate about specific individuals.
- 8:06Speaker 4: I will tell you that we have done thousands of interviews,
- 8:10Speaker 4: reviewed something like forty thousand video files, of which this
- 8:15Speaker 4: is one says five hundred something tips.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Have you interviewed you the crisis.
- 8:21Speaker 4: We have conducted all logical investigative steps and interviewed all
- 8:26Speaker 4: logical individuals at this.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Then you need it's nine hundred you need to tell
- 8:30Speaker 3: us what you found, because we're finding stuff you haven't
- 8:33Speaker 3: released into the public.
- 8:34Speaker 1: And well, we're finding stuff that you haven't released into
- 8:39Speaker 1: the public. Now you listen to the question of Christopher
- 8:43Speaker 1: Ray about the pipe bomb. It's been nine hundred days.
- 8:46Speaker 1: He didn't have answers, actually does have answers. He's refusing
- 8:48Speaker 1: to answer the questions and have transparency in government. And
- 8:52Speaker 1: this is exactly why Republicans were grilling Director Ray, because
- 8:57Speaker 1: it's obvious that there are major or civil liberty violations
- 9:02Speaker 1: by the United States government against its people. This hearing,
- 9:05Speaker 1: by the way, which typically occurs annually as part of
- 9:08Speaker 1: a congressional oversight, marked the first time Ray has testified
- 9:12Speaker 1: since the House Republicans took over. It allowed them to
- 9:15Speaker 1: publicly confront the FBI director where their contentions that that
- 9:20Speaker 1: the bureau has unfairly targeted conservatives. The chairman, Jim Jordan,
- 9:25Speaker 1: opened his remarks by listing out a number of allegations
- 9:28Speaker 1: in quoting findings from a recent and sweeping federal court
- 9:31Speaker 1: opinion that says, you guys are attacking us right, you're
- 9:37Speaker 1: attacking us on social media.
- 9:39Speaker 2: You've been reprimanded for that.
- 9:41Speaker 1: You have labeled parents domestic terrorists and they showed up
- 9:44Speaker 1: at school board meetings. You have labeled us as domestic terrorists.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Let's not overlook that you won't answer questions and you've
- 9:52Speaker 1: covered up crimes by the Biden crime family.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Whistle Blowers are coming out against that.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You claim that you gave people the tools they needed
- 9:59Speaker 1: to find out what happened with a Biden crime family,
- 10:02Speaker 1: and you.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Won't actually use those tools. You've shut them down.
- 10:06Speaker 1: You also have charged other people with fair of violations
- 10:10Speaker 1: that we're working with the Bidens. Yet you haven't charged
- 10:14Speaker 1: the Bidens, who made even more money doing the same
- 10:16Speaker 1: damn thing, with fhair of violations. There's a problem with that.
- 10:20Speaker 1: You go through this list, it is a significant list.
- 10:24Speaker 1: It is a list that is extremely long of problems
- 10:30Speaker 1: with a deep state. And this is why this next
- 10:32Speaker 1: election is going to be so important. It's also the
- 10:34Speaker 1: reason why they're doing everything they can to take out
- 10:36Speaker 1: Donald Trump again, this time legally. They're coming after him,
- 10:40Speaker 1: charging him with crimes and trying to make it where
- 10:43Speaker 1: he cannot win the presidency because they know that if
- 10:47Speaker 1: he comes in he is going to have a mandate.
- 10:49Speaker 1: They know if he comes in, there is no way
- 10:52Speaker 1: to stop him from doing what he wants to do
- 10:55Speaker 1: to get rid of the deep state, because the people
- 10:57Speaker 1: that would vote for him are giving him that mandate,
- 11:00Speaker 1: saying go to Washington and clean House.
- 11:06Speaker 2: That's why they're so afraid.
- 11:08Speaker 1: You look at Director Ray and it's obvious that Director
- 11:12Speaker 1: Ray is using his power to protect the people that
- 11:15Speaker 1: can put.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Him in power.
- 11:16Speaker 1: He's using his power to make sure that they do
- 11:21Speaker 1: that he doesn't lose his job because if Donald Trump
- 11:25Speaker 1: gets elected, he's gone. We know this, right, I mean,
- 11:30Speaker 1: look at the latest on Hunter Biden. For example, Hunter
- 11:33Speaker 1: Biden on the CEFE Chinese Communist Energy Company, we don't
- 11:38Speaker 1: want to have to register as foreign agents.
- 11:40Speaker 2: He said this.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Hunter Biden said in May twenty seventeen, in a text
- 11:46Speaker 1: exchange with a whistleblower, Tony Babolinski, that he did not
- 11:49Speaker 1: want to register as a foreign agent on behalf of
- 11:51Speaker 1: CEFE China Energy Company, a company that has direct ties
- 11:56Speaker 1: with the Chinese Companist Party.
- 11:58Speaker 2: We know that.
- 11:58Speaker 1: In May t seven, Hunter Biden knew he should be
- 12:01Speaker 1: registering as a foreign agent, but he sent a text
- 12:04Speaker 1: message to Tony Bibolinsky.
- 12:06Speaker 2: That has been confirmed.
- 12:07Speaker 1: We've seen it now saying I don't want to register
- 12:10Speaker 1: as a foreign agent. Tony Bibolinsky is the whistleblower who
- 12:13Speaker 1: devolts the infamous message about his sake of the ten
- 12:17Speaker 1: percent being held for the big guy. He met with
- 12:19Speaker 1: the FBI. After he met with the FBI, guess what happened.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Not a damn thing. They shut down the investigation because
- 12:25Speaker 1: they knew what had already happened. They had the evidence,
- 12:28Speaker 1: they had the suspicious activity reports, they knew the money
- 12:31Speaker 1: had changed hands. They knew that all of this had
- 12:34Speaker 1: gone down, and they looked the other way. And Director
- 12:36Speaker 1: Ray knows it. Let me also remind you that two
- 12:39Speaker 1: months before he texted Tony Bobolinsky saying I don't want
- 12:42Speaker 1: to register as a foreign agent CF, he had paid
- 12:46Speaker 1: Hunter Biden a legal retainer for a million dollars and
- 12:50Speaker 1: another three point eight million in consulting fees. You are consulting,
- 12:55Speaker 1: you were working, You're representing a communist energy company, and
- 12:59Speaker 1: your trying to influence American foreign policy. That's why you
- 13:04Speaker 1: register as a foreign agent. Quote, no matter what it
- 13:07Speaker 1: will need to be, no matter what it will need
- 13:09Speaker 1: to be a US company at some level in order
- 13:12Speaker 1: for US to make bids on federal and state funded projects.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Hunter texted about a CEFE deal with Tony Bobolinski. Also,
- 13:21Speaker 1: we don't have to register as foreign agents under the FCPA,
- 13:25Speaker 1: which is much more expansive than people who should know
- 13:28Speaker 1: choose not to know, whatever the hell that means. In
- 13:31Speaker 1: other words, trust me about this, don't bring it up.
- 13:34Speaker 1: I've got us covered. We are Ford agents. We just
- 13:37Speaker 1: get to play by a different set of rules. James Biden,
- 13:41Speaker 1: by the way, the President's brother, has very particular opinions
- 13:46Speaker 1: about this, so I would ask him about the foreign
- 13:49Speaker 1: entity regardless, we should have a d come called CEF
- 13:54Speaker 1: E America and ownership should be fifty for me and
- 13:58Speaker 1: fifty for them. He then cut up our fifty in
- 14:01Speaker 1: a separate entity between the four of us, create that company,
- 14:05Speaker 1: call it BWGB or whatever.
- 14:09Speaker 2: It's just a pass through. So this is money laundering.
- 14:13Speaker 1: He's talking about laundering money just to pass through to
- 14:15Speaker 1: our own individual pass throughs. These are the actual words
- 14:20Speaker 1: of Hunter Biden on behalf of James Biden and Biden
- 14:22Speaker 1: crime family. He then goes on, however, until they find
- 14:26Speaker 1: it can be used to fund our expenses collectively with agreement.
- 14:30Speaker 1: It is paid out first money when they fund quote unquote.
- 14:35Speaker 1: So it appears that Hunter Biden refer to the Foreign
- 14:37Speaker 1: Corrupt Practices Act known as the FCPA, as well as
- 14:42Speaker 1: the Foreign Agents Registration Act. In other words, they knew
- 14:45Speaker 1: what they were doing, they knew how to get around it,
- 14:48Speaker 1: they knew they were playing by a different set of rules.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Tony bible Linski responded to Hunter by requesting where and
- 14:56Speaker 1: what time a dinner would be held with President Joe Biden,
- 15:00Speaker 1: Hunter's uncle James Biden, the president's brother.
- 15:04Speaker 2: He says, meeting.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Please let me know if we will do early dinner
- 15:09Speaker 1: with your uncle and dad and where? Also for document translation,
- 15:13Speaker 1: do you want it in simple Chinese or traditional?
- 15:17Speaker 2: He asked? Quote from Hunter Biden.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Not sure on dinner yet, and whatever is the most
- 15:23Speaker 1: common for a Chinese legal document. Hunter Biden responded a
- 15:27Speaker 1: few hours later, Hunter Biden, Texan, Dad, not in now
- 15:30Speaker 1: until eleven. Let me let me and Jim meet at
- 15:34Speaker 1: ten at Beverly Hill Hilton, where he's staying. Before the
- 15:38Speaker 1: Texas changed, Hunter Biden signed an agreement to provide legal
- 15:41Speaker 1: services to ceefe's Patrick Hoe, an executive who worked closely
- 15:46Speaker 1: with the alleged whistleblower, Gal Loft, whom US authorities indicted
- 15:50Speaker 1: on Monday for failing to register as a foreign agent
- 15:53Speaker 1: of CEFE, among other violations.
- 15:55Speaker 2: And let me also be clear.
- 15:56Speaker 1: About this, this guy that was indicted, I don't believe
- 16:01Speaker 1: he's a good guy.
- 16:02Speaker 2: I believe he's a corrupt guy.
- 16:03Speaker 1: But you're and everyone that was doing business with the Bidens,
- 16:06Speaker 1: clearly we're shady and corrupt businessmen that we know about
- 16:09Speaker 1: so far. Gal Loff probably understood that he had protections
- 16:13Speaker 1: and now he's been hung out to dry. When he
- 16:16Speaker 1: does this video that he did telling all of us
- 16:18Speaker 1: about the Biden crimes, I actually believe him. I believe
- 16:22Speaker 1: him because he probably knew that this was the last
- 16:25Speaker 1: ditch effort to save himself. He's shady, The Bidens were shady,
- 16:28Speaker 1: they were doing shady business deals. But he's like, I'm
- 16:30Speaker 1: not going down if they're not going down now. Lastly,
- 16:33Speaker 1: on this, in twenty seventeen, US authorities indicted Hoe for
- 16:40Speaker 1: attempting to bribe African officials on behalf of CEFE. Hunter
- 16:45Speaker 1: Biden referred to Hoe as the fing spy chief of
- 16:48Speaker 1: China in audio recordings that we now have suspicious activity.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Reports from banks obtained by the House Republicans show that
- 16:56Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's business partner Rob Walker received a three million
- 16:59Speaker 1: dollar wire transfer from cef E in twenty seventeen, and
- 17:04Speaker 1: in turn, for Biden family members Hunter Biden, James Biden,
- 17:07Speaker 1: Halle Biden, and an unidentified Biden Biden received a collective
- 17:12Speaker 1: one point three million dollar cut. In addition to that,
- 17:17Speaker 1: the Biden family business received a total of five point
- 17:20Speaker 1: one million through multiple shell companies multiple accounts within days
- 17:25Speaker 1: of Hunter Biden's recently unearthed What'sapp message to CEFE. In
- 17:29Speaker 1: that first text, Hunter Biden five times invoked his father,
- 17:33Speaker 1: demanding to be paid because President Joe Biden was sitting
- 17:37Speaker 1: next to him. That now famous message. I'm sitting here
- 17:40Speaker 1: with my father and we would like to understand why
- 17:43Speaker 1: the commitment made has not been fulfilled. This screen capture
- 17:46Speaker 1: shows tell the director that I would like to resolve
- 17:48Speaker 1: this now before he gets out of hand, and now
- 17:50Speaker 1: means tonight. A few days later, Hunter Biden asked a
- 17:53Speaker 1: second CFE business associate, Kevin Dong, for ten million in
- 17:58Speaker 1: another What's App text, noting the Biden family is best
- 18:02Speaker 1: at doing exactly what the chairman wants. Very simple, Hunter
- 18:07Speaker 1: wrote ten million per annum budget to use to further
- 18:10Speaker 1: the interests of you. This move is five million. It's
- 18:16Speaker 1: completely new to me and not acceptable. Obviously, when apparently
- 18:19Speaker 1: they tried to backtrack saying no, it's not gonna be
- 18:21Speaker 1: ten million. You're gonaet You're gonna have five million, and
- 18:23Speaker 1: Hunter Biden said no. He then went on to say this,
- 18:26Speaker 1: I think this is about money.
- 18:28Speaker 2: It's not.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Hunter added, the Bidens are best I know at doing
- 18:32Speaker 1: exactly what the chairman wants from this partnership. So let's
- 18:34Speaker 1: not quibble over pea nuts, referring to five million dollars
- 18:38Speaker 1: as pea nuts. So to be clear, the FBI can't
- 18:43Speaker 1: figure out this money laundering scheme. Of course they can.
- 18:46Speaker 1: They knew all about it before we even knew about it.
- 18:49Speaker 1: They knew crimes are being committed before we even heard
- 18:51Speaker 1: about it. They knew the laptop was real before we
- 18:53Speaker 1: even knew the laptop existed. And what did they do
- 18:56Speaker 1: every time they had a chance. Every time they had
- 18:58Speaker 1: a chance, they covered it. And that's exactly why Director
- 19:01Speaker 1: Ray is taking fire at this Congress. As many of
- 19:06Speaker 1: you know, I do a podcast with Center Ted Cruz.
- 19:08Speaker 1: If you don't listen, listen Verdict with Ted Cruz wherever
- 19:11Speaker 1: you get your podcasts. And I asked him about Christopher
- 19:15Speaker 1: Ray in his testimony, and I want you to hear
- 19:17Speaker 1: part of it from our conversation.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Listen. I want to also move on to.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Another big issue that we teased earlier, and that was
- 19:23Speaker 1: the Christopher Ray testifying before Congress. There's been a lot
- 19:28Speaker 1: of fallout from this. You've seen a lot of the clips,
- 19:31Speaker 1: and before we get into some of those, Center, give
- 19:33Speaker 1: me your overall take on Christopher Ray. Did he stabilize
- 19:38Speaker 1: the ship or did it actually make things worse for
- 19:43Speaker 1: his standing and the defense or lack thereof. I would say,
- 19:47Speaker 1: if some of the decisions they've made on sced of
- 19:49Speaker 1: one to ten, what grade would you have given him
- 19:50Speaker 1: before Congress?
- 19:52Speaker 5: Well, let me focus less on his grade before Congress
- 19:55Speaker 5: and let me focus more on his grade in the job.
- 19:58Speaker 5: And in terms of the job, I'd give him an
- 20:00Speaker 5: F minus because he has utterly failed to correct the
- 20:06Speaker 5: rabid partisanship and the deep politicization of the FBI. He
- 20:12Speaker 5: has been at the helm when the FBI has behaved
- 20:18Speaker 5: like the DNC's political stormtroopers, and it's done enormous damage.
- 20:23Speaker 5: And he's also been at the helm when the FBI stonewalled,
- 20:28Speaker 5: which they have done to Congress over and over and
- 20:32Speaker 5: over again.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Jim Jordan talked about some of that stonewalling when he
- 20:37Speaker 1: was kind of laying out just how much the FBI
- 20:40Speaker 1: has fallen under his direction. And here's part of the
- 20:44Speaker 1: reminder the American people about what's happened with the politicalization
- 20:48Speaker 1: of the FBI and the.
- 20:49Speaker 6: Dj Americans have seen the FBI's Richmond Field office put
- 20:55Speaker 6: together a memorandum saying pro life Catholics are extremists. They've
- 21:01Speaker 6: seen twenty FBI agents swap team members show up the
- 21:06Speaker 6: home of Mark Halk and arrest him in front of
- 21:09Speaker 6: his wife and seven children, even though he had indicated
- 21:13Speaker 6: he'd be happy to turn himself in.
- 21:16Speaker 5: And what was he arrested for.
- 21:18Speaker 6: Him and his twelve year old son were praying outside
- 21:20Speaker 6: an abortion facility. Some guys start screaming in his son's face,
- 21:24Speaker 6: and he did what, frankly, any dad would do, defended
- 21:28Speaker 6: his child.
- 21:30Speaker 2: What's interesting is.
- 21:31Speaker 6: The National School Board Association apologize for the letter, but
- 21:34Speaker 6: the Attorney General refuses to rescind his directive. The FBI
- 21:39Speaker 6: did resin, thank goodness to Richmond Catholic memorandum, but they
- 21:43Speaker 6: refuse to tell Congress who wrote it and who approved it.
- 21:47Speaker 6: And mister Halk, mister Halck, when he got his day
- 21:50Speaker 6: in court, he was acquitted by a jury of his peers.
- 21:55Speaker 6: American speech is censored. Parents are called terrorists, Catholics are
- 21:58Speaker 6: called radicals. And I haven't even talked to about the
- 22:00Speaker 6: spying that took place of a presidential campaign on the
- 22:04Speaker 6: rating of a former president's home.
- 22:07Speaker 1: You listen to that list, it is stunning to think
- 22:12Speaker 1: that this is happening in the United States of America.
- 22:16Speaker 5: It is, and as you know, the entirety of that
- 22:18Speaker 5: list is laid out in detail in my most recent book,
- 22:24Speaker 5: in the book Justice Corrupted, How the Left has weaponized
- 22:27Speaker 5: the legal system. The book starts with the sexual assault
- 22:32Speaker 5: in Louden County, Virginia of the teenage girl by a
- 22:36Speaker 5: boy dressed in a skirt in the girl's bathroom, and
- 22:39Speaker 5: the school board covering it up, lying about it, and
- 22:42Speaker 5: ultimately having the father of the girl arrested because he
- 22:47Speaker 5: dared speak up for his daughter, and that incident was
- 22:51Speaker 5: one of the incidents that prompted the letter from the
- 22:54Speaker 5: National Association of school Boards to President Biden that resulted
- 22:59Speaker 5: in Merrick Garlane and five days later issuing a memo
- 23:02Speaker 5: a directive to the FBI to go after parents, to
- 23:06Speaker 5: target them, essentially, to treat them as domestic terrorists if
- 23:10Speaker 5: they dare speak up at school board meetings. That memo
- 23:15Speaker 5: was disgraceful. It's a perfect example of weaponization. And what
- 23:21Speaker 5: has happened is is and like the Mark Hawk example
- 23:24Speaker 5: is another one I discussed at great length Mark Hawk,
- 23:28Speaker 5: it is a disparate standard of justice to send more
- 23:34Speaker 5: than a dozen agents with machine guns drawn at the
- 23:37Speaker 5: crack of dawn to arrest someone at their home in
- 23:41Speaker 5: front of their crying children. But this administration, if you
- 23:45Speaker 5: were pro life, if you dare speak up in defensive life,
- 23:50Speaker 5: you have to worry about the stormtroopers showing up at
- 23:52Speaker 5: your front door. And by the way, when they tried
- 23:55Speaker 5: mister Hawk, the jury threw the case out within minutes.
- 23:58Speaker 5: They thought the case was ridiculous, lists that he was
- 24:01Speaker 5: defending his twelve year old son, and and and he
- 24:05Speaker 5: was charged with basically pushing a guy who was screaming
- 24:08Speaker 5: at his son and that merited sending in the stormtroopers.
- 24:16Speaker 5: It is an absolute double standard, and I have to
- 24:18Speaker 5: say the FBI has been willing to be complicit in this,
- 24:23Speaker 5: and then after it happens, the FBI engages in stonewalling
- 24:27Speaker 5: what you don't see Chris Ray doing. Let's take the
- 24:29Speaker 5: memo from the Richmond Field office targeting Catholics and laying
- 24:34Speaker 5: out a strategy of let's send undercover agents into Catholic
- 24:38Speaker 5: churches to spy on churches, and let's see if we
- 24:41Speaker 5: can recruit the clergy to spy on the members of
- 24:45Speaker 5: the parish. It's absolutely shameful and disgraceful. And as Jim
- 24:50Speaker 5: Jordan noted, the FBI rescinded it when it became public.
- 24:53Speaker 5: They realized it was indefensible. But we don't know who
- 24:56Speaker 5: wrote it, we don't know who approved it, we don't
- 24:58Speaker 5: know who thought it was a good eyedea to target Catholics.
- 25:02Speaker 5: And the problem with Chris Ray is any time he's
- 25:06Speaker 5: given a choice between defending the rapidly partisan left wing
- 25:15Speaker 5: extremists who are in the senior career leadership at the
- 25:19Speaker 5: FBI or standing with the American people, he chooses the
- 25:26Speaker 5: partisans who are corrupting the FBI.
- 25:29Speaker 1: You mentioned one thing, and I want to clarify on
- 25:32Speaker 1: this point because I think for many Americans they hear
- 25:35Speaker 1: the defense from Ray Well we rescinded it. If they
- 25:37Speaker 1: wouldn't have been caught in public and this wouldn't have
- 25:42Speaker 1: been made public, the memo, I think it would probably
- 25:45Speaker 1: still be going on today. And there's a very good
- 25:47Speaker 1: chance there where they would have found people to spy
- 25:49Speaker 1: on their own parishioners.
- 25:52Speaker 5: And you know what they are doing. They're still going
- 25:54Speaker 5: after parents who speak up at school boards. There are
- 25:58Speaker 5: multiple parents across the county who went to express their
- 26:01Speaker 5: free speech rights. And to be clear, nobody has a
- 26:05Speaker 5: right to engage in violence. If you threaten someone with violence,
- 26:08Speaker 5: if you engage in violence, you should be prosecuted. But
- 26:12Speaker 5: everyone has a right to peaceful speech. And multiple parents
- 26:17Speaker 5: who go to a school board and speak up because
- 26:19Speaker 5: they're upset about some policy at the school board, whether
- 26:23Speaker 5: it was COVID policies or vaccine mandates, or whether it
- 26:26Speaker 5: was teaching critical race theory, or whether as it was
- 26:29Speaker 5: in Loudon County, turning a blind eye to sexual assaults
- 26:34Speaker 5: against the children in their care. Multiple parents have had
- 26:38Speaker 5: the g men show up at their door to intimidate
- 26:41Speaker 5: them and interview them just because they exercised their First
- 26:45Speaker 5: Amendment rights. And they're doing that even after they got caught.
- 26:49Speaker 5: That's how brazen it is.
- 26:52Speaker 1: It's also not just that one issue that you describe,
- 26:55Speaker 1: but there's also the other issue of why are you
- 26:58Speaker 1: not looking into the crimes that have been potentially committed
- 27:04Speaker 1: by the Bidens. Matt Gates called him out for that,
- 27:08Speaker 1: Christopher Ray, and here's what he said.
- 27:10Speaker 2: I'm sitting here with my father.
- 27:12Speaker 7: I will make certain that between the man sitting next
- 27:15Speaker 7: to me and every person he knows, and my ability
- 27:17Speaker 7: to forever hold a grudge, that you will regret not
- 27:21Speaker 7: following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the
- 27:24Speaker 7: call with my father. Sounds like a shakedown, doesn't a director.
- 27:31Speaker 4: I'm not going to get into commenting on that.
- 27:33Speaker 7: You seem deeply uncurious about it, don't you almost suspiciously uncurious?
- 27:38Speaker 2: Are you protecting the Bidens? Absolutely not, the FBI.
- 27:44Speaker 7: You won't answer the question about whether that's a shakedown,
- 27:47Speaker 7: and everybody knows why you won't answer it because to
- 27:50Speaker 7: the millions of people who will see this, they know
- 27:53Speaker 7: it is, and your inability to acknowledge that is deeply
- 27:56Speaker 7: revealing about you.
- 27:57Speaker 1: But when he says it's deeply it's deeply revealing about
- 28:02Speaker 1: how much he's willing to protect people that screw up
- 28:04Speaker 1: and make big mistakes, right, I mean, I mean that's
- 28:07Speaker 1: part of this here is if you talk to people
- 28:09Speaker 1: in law enforcement, especially people that are in investigative positions,
- 28:13Speaker 1: they tell you that finding what we just found there,
- 28:16Speaker 1: seeing what they what they've seen, is that moment where
- 28:20Speaker 1: you go, this is why I signed up for this senator,
- 28:23Speaker 1: because now I'm going to deal with this corruption and
- 28:27Speaker 1: get rid of it. And instead it seems like they
- 28:29Speaker 1: say every time they find the corruption, they help them
- 28:32Speaker 1: cover it up.
- 28:34Speaker 5: No, that's exactly right. And look, this is in a
- 28:37Speaker 5: context where we now know that that a confidential informant
- 28:41Speaker 5: approached the FBI with evidence that Joe Biden as vice
- 28:45Speaker 5: president had personally received a five million dollar bribe from
- 28:48Speaker 5: a foreign national, and the FBI covered up, refused to
- 28:52Speaker 5: acknowledge the form they prepared with that complaint, refused to
- 28:57Speaker 5: describe any investigation they engaged in it. We subsequently learned
- 29:01Speaker 5: that there were allegedly seventeen voice recordings of conversations between
- 29:07Speaker 5: that Ukrainian oligarch, and fifteen of them with Hunter Biden,
- 29:11Speaker 5: two of them with Joe Biden. As you know, as
- 29:14Speaker 5: we've talked about on this podcast. I questioned the Deputy
- 29:18Speaker 5: director of the FBI, Chris Ray's deputy, and asked him,
- 29:23Speaker 5: will you hand over the FBI form detailing the allegations
- 29:27Speaker 5: from the confidential informant. He refused to do so. I said,
- 29:31Speaker 5: will you confirm the existence of the seventeen voice recordings?
- 29:34Speaker 5: He refused to do so. I asked him, does the
- 29:36Speaker 5: FBI have possession of the seventeen voice recordings? He refused
- 29:40Speaker 5: to answer. I asked him, will the FBI give those
- 29:42Speaker 5: seventeen voice recordings to the Senate Judiciary Committee. He refused
- 29:46Speaker 5: to commit to doing so. And there is just a
- 29:50Speaker 5: brazen defiance. There's an attitude at the FBI. We don't
- 29:54Speaker 5: work for you, we don't work for anybody. We do
- 29:58Speaker 5: what we want and we answer to nobody. And the
- 30:01Speaker 5: deputy director, when I was questioning him, had had just
- 30:04Speaker 5: this contempt. How dare you ask me those questions? I
- 30:09Speaker 5: decide what to investigate and nobody gets to second guess it.
- 30:13Speaker 5: And it's a contempt. It's not ultimately a contempt for
- 30:17Speaker 5: me or for the Senate or for Congress. It's a
- 30:21Speaker 5: contempt for the American people because when Congress and engages
- 30:26Speaker 5: an oversight, we're fulfilling our constitutional responsibility, and we're doing so.
- 30:31Speaker 5: When I ask those questions, I am doing so on
- 30:34Speaker 5: behalf of thirty million Texans. I'm doing so because I
- 30:39Speaker 5: believe Texans would want me to ask those questions and
- 30:42Speaker 5: get to the bottom of it. And I hear that
- 30:44Speaker 5: from Texans frequently, that they are grateful that I engage
- 30:48Speaker 5: in that oversight. But when the FBI has this sneering
- 30:51Speaker 5: condescension that I'm not going to answer that. And in
- 30:57Speaker 5: the instance where Matt Gates was asking him about that, uh,
- 31:01Speaker 5: that WhatsApp communication between Hunter, Biden and and that the
- 31:05Speaker 5: Chinese communist official, that is one of the most damning
- 31:10Speaker 5: communications I've ever heard. Of course, it's a shakedown. It's
- 31:13Speaker 5: not transparent, it's not subtle. It is about as blatant
- 31:19Speaker 5: as shakedown as possible. The only conceivable defense is either
- 31:24Speaker 5: that that that the communication was false, although at this
- 31:27Speaker 5: point Hunter and his lawyer have basically implicitly admitted that
- 31:31Speaker 5: it's true or that Hunter was lying, that that Joe
- 31:35Speaker 5: Biden was not sitting next to him, and and and
- 31:38Speaker 5: that even though Hunter was threatening uh, the the retribution
- 31:43Speaker 5: from Joe Biden that that that that he was not
- 31:45Speaker 5: telling the truth. That is a possible defense for Joe Biden,
- 31:49Speaker 5: although it's not a defense for Hunter, but the FBI.
- 31:53Speaker 5: And and remember, by the way, you gotta also look
- 31:55Speaker 5: at this in the context of the two I R
- 31:57Speaker 5: S whistleblowers that allege that in the entire course of
- 32:00Speaker 5: this investigation, the Department of Justice politically interfered with the
- 32:04Speaker 5: investigation and said, do not ask any questions about Joe Biden,
- 32:09Speaker 5: do not ask any questions about the big guy. Do
- 32:12Speaker 5: not They refuse to allow GPS uh GPS to be
- 32:18Speaker 5: looked at to determine was Joe Biden sitting next to
- 32:21Speaker 5: Hunter Biden when that communication was sent. They could confirm that.
- 32:25Speaker 5: But but the allegation from from the the the I
- 32:28Speaker 5: R S whistleblowers are that that the DOJ didn't want
- 32:33Speaker 5: to know if Joe Biden was sitting right next to
- 32:36Speaker 5: Hunter Biden when he said I'm sitting next to my father,
- 32:40Speaker 5: and so in that context, Chris Ray's refusal to answer
- 32:45Speaker 5: is stonewalling, and it's ultimately stonewalling the American people, which
- 32:50Speaker 5: does an enormous disservice to the FBI and of the
- 32:54Speaker 5: rule of law.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and friends,
