- 1:58Speaker 1: come on your back at it. I show. Well, good
- 2:03Speaker 1: morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come on dig
- 2:07Speaker 1: me now, one and only. Steve Harvey, I got a
- 2:10Speaker 1: radio show. What a blessing? This is bad, just an
- 2:16Speaker 1: unforeseen blessing. Man. You know you never know. Can I
- 2:20Speaker 1: tell you the truth? You know, when I first got
- 2:22Speaker 1: into radio, a lot of my friends and associates, Ah,
- 2:27Speaker 1: they started spreading the rumor that, you know, Steve Donne
- 2:31Speaker 1: he out you know, he ain't on TV. He you know,
- 2:36Speaker 1: he ain't trying to do movies out here. He didn't
- 2:38Speaker 1: fell off. He had DJ and uh, you know we're
- 2:44Speaker 1: get back because eventually somebody gonna say yes, so and
- 2:47Speaker 1: so sad you wasn't doing good you all right. You know,
- 2:50Speaker 1: I've never felt like I wasn't all right, But that's
- 2:53Speaker 1: that's other people. But what they didn't know and what
- 2:56Speaker 1: I didn't really really know, I was hoping. I felt
- 3:00Speaker 1: comfortable about it. But what they did not know was
- 3:03Speaker 1: God's plan for me. But they did not know that
- 3:07Speaker 1: what God was gonna do for me. What they didn't
- 3:09Speaker 1: know but how God was gonna show out for me.
- 3:13Speaker 1: And so it's turned into this. I don't I don't
- 3:16Speaker 1: rub it in anybody's face. I don't say, hey, you
- 3:19Speaker 1: see me now, But it just makes me understand a
- 3:21Speaker 1: little bit more. It really ain't mad as God, as
- 3:24Speaker 1: you and God. It's just you and God. So here's
- 3:27Speaker 1: a deal to day I want. I wanted to kind
- 3:29Speaker 1: of go over something people ask me all the time.
- 3:32Speaker 1: They say, Steve, how do you do all the things
- 3:35Speaker 1: you do in the course of a day. You do this,
- 3:37Speaker 1: you do this, you do this, and you do this. Okay,
- 3:40Speaker 1: you're ready. Here's the secret. Here's the secret. This is this.
- 3:44Speaker 1: I'm not This is not fooling around or nothing. Here
- 3:47Speaker 1: is the thing I care about every minute of the day.
- 3:53Speaker 1: I actually allocate every minute of the day. I have
- 3:59Speaker 1: a plan that I'm I recognized the night before, the
- 4:04Speaker 1: week before, the month before, the year before, the two
- 4:09Speaker 1: years before. I got something I want to accomplish in
- 4:12Speaker 1: three years, in five years, and ten years. I talk
- 4:15Speaker 1: about it all the time. But but when you break
- 4:18Speaker 1: it down, like I always say, inch by inch, anything
- 4:20Speaker 1: that SINCHI I got it broken down to what's gonna
- 4:23Speaker 1: happen tomorrow. And I've even got it broken down to
- 4:27Speaker 1: what's going to happen every hour that I'm awake. And
- 4:31Speaker 1: then I break that even down a little bit further.
- 4:34Speaker 1: I care about every minute of the day. Okay, Steve,
- 4:38Speaker 1: how can you care about every minute today? Okay, here's
- 4:40Speaker 1: the deal. Some people have it locked in their mind
- 4:46Speaker 1: that I'm gonna get up, I'm gonna go to work,
- 4:50Speaker 1: and when I get off work, as soon as I
- 4:52Speaker 1: get off work, I'm gonna go to happy hour, I'm
- 4:55Speaker 1: gonna stop by the ball, I'm gonna go buy the club,
- 4:58Speaker 1: I'm gonna get a bill, I'm gonna do one. I'm
- 5:02Speaker 1: gonna chill. Okay. Now, let me ask yourself, if you
- 5:06Speaker 1: are not where you want to be in life, why
- 5:09Speaker 1: are you chilling all the time every day? Is that necessary?
- 5:17Speaker 1: Is that gonna get you where you want to be
- 5:20Speaker 1: any faster or does it move you any closer? And
- 5:23Speaker 1: the answer is just flat out and no. Let me
- 5:26Speaker 1: give you an example of what I'm talking about. Let's
- 5:28Speaker 1: say you have a trip that you're gonna take. Let's
- 5:31Speaker 1: say you're in New York and you want to go
- 5:35Speaker 1: to California. I don't know exactly how many miles that
- 5:38Speaker 1: is to three thousand miles something like that. I don't
- 5:42Speaker 1: know how many days that I actually take you, but
- 5:45Speaker 1: I think three days, four tops of steady driving. You
- 5:49Speaker 1: know rest, you know where you got to, but you
- 5:52Speaker 1: can be there in three days if you drive. Why
- 5:57Speaker 1: would you have a goal to go to New York
- 6:00Speaker 1: from New York to l A realizing how many miles
- 6:04Speaker 1: it is? Somebody had told you, because see whatever you're
- 6:06Speaker 1: trying to be, somebody had been that before you. Now,
- 6:09Speaker 1: somebody told you how many miles it was to there?
- 6:12Speaker 1: And why would you get off on all the rest stops?
- 6:17Speaker 1: Why would you get off to have ice cream every
- 6:20Speaker 1: time you see the ice cream? Try Why would you
- 6:23Speaker 1: get off at the food center every time you saw food?
- 6:26Speaker 1: So why would you get off for gas every time
- 6:30Speaker 1: you saw the gas sign. You don't need gas every
- 6:34Speaker 1: time you see the gas sign. You ain't got to
- 6:37Speaker 1: have the ice cream sign just because they put it
- 6:39Speaker 1: out there. And you ain't got to stop at the
- 6:41Speaker 1: fast food restaurant just because it's at the next exit,
- 6:44Speaker 1: two exits down and the billboards attractive to you. If
- 6:49Speaker 1: you're going somewhere, why don't you go ahead and get there?
- 6:53Speaker 1: See too many times, man, people want to stop at
- 6:56Speaker 1: the rest area, enjoy the sights, look at the scenery. Now.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I'm not saying, and you're not supposed to enjoy life
- 7:01Speaker 1: as you go along. But if you ain't where you
- 7:03Speaker 1: wanna be, why don't you go on and get there?
- 7:06Speaker 1: See you, you you cannot. You cannot keep playing all
- 7:10Speaker 1: the time and expect to see the results. You've got
- 7:14Speaker 1: to get committed to what you want. Look, man, this
- 7:17Speaker 1: life will be whatever you want to make it to be.
- 7:19Speaker 1: You know, if you don't have no you look around
- 7:21Speaker 1: and you ain't got nothing. Hey man, it really ain't
- 7:24Speaker 1: nobody's fault now. But if you're not where you wanna be,
- 7:28Speaker 1: why don't you go on and get there? Stop resting
- 7:31Speaker 1: all the time. You don't need to chill every day,
- 7:34Speaker 1: be about your business man, have a sense of urgency
- 7:37Speaker 1: about yourself, your future, your legacy, your children, the people
- 7:41Speaker 1: are responsible. But that the you know, the people you're
- 7:43Speaker 1: responsible for. You got developed a sense of urgency here.
- 7:46Speaker 1: You just cannot, I repeat, you cannot just lollygag your
- 7:52Speaker 1: way through life. And then look up. Now you fought
- 7:55Speaker 1: the fifty sixty and you ain't got nothing. You set
- 7:58Speaker 1: up you going wow. Man, But back at your life
- 8:01Speaker 1: and all the years you toasted, I mean you cook
- 8:05Speaker 1: some years doing nothing? Oh man, how many times man,
- 8:09Speaker 1: have we done this to yourself? Because I did it
- 8:12Speaker 1: to me. I spent all of my thirties making up
- 8:17Speaker 1: for my twenties. I spent all I spent thirty one,
- 8:24Speaker 1: three fourth, five day and six or something eighth thirty
- 8:26Speaker 1: nine for that, I spent all ten of them years
- 8:31Speaker 1: making up for my twenties. Man, if I only knew
- 8:35Speaker 1: then what I know now? How many times you've been
- 8:37Speaker 1: said that if you're not where you trying to get to,
- 8:40Speaker 1: why aren't you gone and get there? Come on, man,
- 8:44Speaker 1: put your head down by your head and grind. Now.
- 8:49Speaker 1: People say, well, what about sleep? Okay, let's let's let's
- 8:52Speaker 1: quickly cover this right here. For people who cared very
- 8:56Speaker 1: deeply about sleep. You're not going to be successful. Sleep
- 9:03Speaker 1: cannot mean more than being awake when you sleep. Man, well,
- 9:10Speaker 1: what about your rest? Get your rest. I'm not saying
- 9:12Speaker 1: you're not supposed to rest, but you ain't got to
- 9:15Speaker 1: sleep eight hours a day. You ain't got to sleep
- 9:17Speaker 1: ten hours a day. You ain't gotta be in bed
- 9:20Speaker 1: at ten and up at eight. You ain't got to
- 9:22Speaker 1: do that. Man, your party don't need ten hours sleep.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Your body really don't need eight hours sleep. Quiet as
- 9:28Speaker 1: it's kept. Let me, let me tell you the truth.
- 9:29Speaker 1: If you ain't where you wanna be, why don't you
- 9:32Speaker 1: go on and get there. You ain't gonna get that sleep.
- 9:35Speaker 1: I don't care what people tell you. Look, man, he
- 9:37Speaker 1: would look. You can talk to a bunch of non
- 9:39Speaker 1: successful people if you want to. They got a whole
- 9:41Speaker 1: lot of rules for you that don't make no sense.
- 9:45Speaker 1: You know you gotta have a plan. B Who told
- 9:48Speaker 1: you that? You know? Certainly you gotta have eight to
- 9:52Speaker 1: ten hours sleep. Okay, look at what they have. Now,
- 9:57Speaker 1: listen to them. If they have what you wanna have
- 10:00Speaker 1: into them. If your boss is in the car that
- 10:03Speaker 1: you want to follow, your boss home one day. If
- 10:05Speaker 1: he's in the car you've always dreamed of being here,
- 10:08Speaker 1: If he pulls up at the house you've always dreamed
- 10:10Speaker 1: of owning, then that's where you need to be. But
- 10:14Speaker 1: guess what, he not gonna hire you over him. He's
- 10:18Speaker 1: not gonna let you have his job. So when you
- 10:21Speaker 1: think that position available, But if that ain't the car
- 10:23Speaker 1: you always dreamed of having, and that ain't the car,
- 10:26Speaker 1: and that excuse me, and that ain't the house you
- 10:28Speaker 1: want to pull up in for the rest of your life.
- 10:30Speaker 1: You got to move on, man. You got to get
- 10:32Speaker 1: to where you're going. If you ain't where you wanna be,
- 10:34Speaker 1: why don't you going and get there? Stop resting and
- 10:37Speaker 1: chilling man, and can concentrate on grinding quick caring about
- 10:40Speaker 1: sleep so much, and just get yourself some rest and
- 10:44Speaker 1: then get back up and get at it. That's how
- 10:46Speaker 1: you get it, folks. If you got another way, please
- 10:49Speaker 1: email me Steve Harvey dot com. The email bag is
- 10:52Speaker 1: open him. I'm always interested in here another way where
- 10:54Speaker 1: I could slow it down. Thank you. You're listening to
- 11:01Speaker 1: everybody around the world. You're a listening Morny show. High

- 12:10Speaker 1: we don't rund dollar. I'm talking about color, make a dollar.
- 12:18Speaker 1: He's talking about color, running down, running down, running downste
- 12:26Speaker 1: running down some moat he will go, starting to do it,
- 12:31Speaker 1: About to introduce him to it. Yeah about a Houston
- 12:35Speaker 1: fifth Wall didn't know he didn't have the right coat,
- 12:39Speaker 1: a god and moved up in the world, dressed enough
- 12:43Speaker 1: for all the little girl. Hey, Hey, got a suit
- 12:46Speaker 1: on every day. Hey, and here like the money he
- 12:49Speaker 1: made the man, he won't ruin you. You know, I'm
- 12:54Speaker 1: talking about Julia. Yeah, Julia, Julia, think Julia Julior, running down,
- 13:08Speaker 1: running down, running downstire go. This next one came in
- 13:14Speaker 1: a trade. Yeah yeah, was on another show. Then he
- 13:19Speaker 1: left one. Damn day, I have more everything looking down
- 13:25Speaker 1: out of He could actually cooking. We let him come
- 13:28Speaker 1: on this show. He ain't been silenced no more. Everybody
- 13:33Speaker 1: think that he on the round. Everybody know that he
- 13:37Speaker 1: from the ground. But I'm talking about my main man.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I named day any brown down round, brown brown, brown, brown,
- 13:46Speaker 1: brown brown. I'm brown, brown, brown brown. I'm brown brown brown,
- 13:52Speaker 1: running now, running now, running down to eat some more.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Here we go, Here we go, Here we go. You
- 13:58Speaker 1: know they say that us but not le but it
- 14:02Speaker 1: got the less sense of us all. Uh damn, they're
- 14:05Speaker 1: stupid in her phone. I think it failed when it
- 14:08Speaker 1: was a baby somebody. Maybe, I don't know, Uh huh.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Stupid is ain't want to be. I think he is.
- 14:16Speaker 1: He ain't got a princess what we call him. I
- 14:18Speaker 1: think it stupid us. He couldn't be. I think he's
- 14:22Speaker 1: hid the home that everybody talked about time that Tom Tom,
- 14:34Speaker 1: ladies and gentleman. That's to Steve Harvey Moran. Make a
- 14:41Speaker 1: song out of anything you're listening to. Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 14:47Speaker 1: All right, it's time for something funny. As if that
- 14:49Speaker 1: wasn't enough. Okay, the song that's the new intro, right there,
- 14:54Speaker 1: love and all of that. But Steve, you know, we
- 14:58Speaker 1: just came up with some questions. You know how you
- 15:01Speaker 1: love asked Steve, and we love asking you questions. This
- 15:04Speaker 1: ain't CEO or nothing, just regular stations, some random questions. Yeah,
- 15:09Speaker 1: all right, Uh well you could just take this one
- 15:12Speaker 1: and run with it. Actually, this is an as Steve.
- 15:15Speaker 1: We're going to ask Steve, you know how you love
- 15:18Speaker 1: this ask There should be a level of appreciation from
- 15:24Speaker 1: the upper management for the job you all have done.
- 15:28Speaker 1: But I'm looking around the rule and I don't really
- 15:30Speaker 1: see nothing that special going on one person, I don't
- 15:34Speaker 1: really see nothing that special going on. So you know,
- 15:36Speaker 1: I mean, you're in here because there's a check. The
- 15:39Speaker 1: moment I cut these checks, I would expect none of
- 15:41Speaker 1: you to come back the next day. I would come
- 15:43Speaker 1: for free. And we love all those a lots. Now,
- 15:49Speaker 1: now that we've got that out the way, I have
- 15:52Speaker 1: come to the conclusion that your loyalty is attached to
- 15:56Speaker 1: a check. Therefore, our desires for perfection from you should
- 16:02Speaker 1: be reflective of that check. So now as you all
- 16:08Speaker 1: ask your questions today, I will also give you not
- 16:11Speaker 1: only the answer, but the rebuttal to that. So y'all
- 16:14Speaker 1: can begin any time you like. All meeting is open
- 16:18Speaker 1: and a journey. All right, Steve, if you had let's see,
- 16:22Speaker 1: if you made your goal one billion dollars, would you
- 16:27Speaker 1: break us off? And how much? Yeah? If I made
- 16:31Speaker 1: a billion dollars and I I left the radio show early, yeah,
- 16:36Speaker 1: I will give y'all something. What would that be? I
- 16:39Speaker 1: probably everybody get a million? Wow? How can we How
- 16:44Speaker 1: can we look at your books to know that you
- 16:50Speaker 1: I don't know it. I need to know that you
- 16:52Speaker 1: when you close to that being, because what I don't
- 16:55Speaker 1: want is for you to get there and we don't
- 16:58Speaker 1: know you got working for years and then he keeps
- 17:04Speaker 1: it up. We can't we can't find him. If I
- 17:07Speaker 1: got a billion, I'm not getting up every morn to
- 17:09Speaker 1: do the radio. So he here, so you know I'm
- 17:12Speaker 1: now number one, number one, And now you can't look
- 17:17Speaker 1: at my book. And when you get like a hundred
- 17:20Speaker 1: thousand from that billion, I'll at your bar so I
- 17:24Speaker 1: can make that deposit over in there and you will
- 17:28Speaker 1: be there because I know to me, you're coming back.
- 17:30Speaker 1: You see what I'm saying. Million, Yeah, I'm gonna get
- 17:33Speaker 1: you in there. Oh mining once the strip cration. Just
- 17:42Speaker 1: know that. Okay, next sports for sure? All right, okay,
- 17:49Speaker 1: and you got a question, go ahead. What do you
- 17:52Speaker 1: think you were good at but you are actually quite
- 17:56Speaker 1: bad at it? M hm? Oh that's good. What do
- 18:00Speaker 1: I think I was good at but I'm actually quite
- 18:03Speaker 1: bad at golf? I hit a shot one time I
- 18:11Speaker 1: thought I was somebody. Right after that I found out
- 18:15Speaker 1: I would Golf has been a challenged for me. Oh
- 18:24Speaker 1: I was. I was headed to be a pretty good
- 18:26Speaker 1: piano player. At one point. I could have been. Oh yeah,
- 18:33Speaker 1: but I could have been really good at the piano,
- 18:36Speaker 1: and then poverty struck. There were no money for lessons.
- 18:42Speaker 1: I wouldn't have money for a lesson on piano. So
- 18:45Speaker 1: that's this question. What did you do that did you
- 18:48Speaker 1: do with other people that are better than you? Would
- 18:50Speaker 1: that be golf? What is it you play the other
- 18:54Speaker 1: people are better than you, but you're playing anyway? Would
- 18:56Speaker 1: that be golf? Yeah? I mean like I played with
- 18:59Speaker 1: the same force them all the time, and because we
- 19:01Speaker 1: have such a great time. Uh my boy, blue dry
- 19:04Speaker 1: that golf ball way down that fair way. Man, if
- 19:07Speaker 1: I could hit that, if I could hit my driver
- 19:09Speaker 1: like they couldn't touch me. But I put better and
- 19:12Speaker 1: putting chip better in all of them because I ain't
- 19:14Speaker 1: never on greens and regulations, So I got to get
- 19:18Speaker 1: pretty good at that a lot of practice. Here's the
- 19:25Speaker 1: next question, Steve. If you lost all of your money,
- 19:28Speaker 1: if you just woke up tomorrow morning and you were
- 19:31Speaker 1: broke again, or your bank account was wiped out all
- 19:34Speaker 1: of that, could you do you think you could rebuild
- 19:39Speaker 1: and how quickly? Definitely I will. I may not be
- 19:42Speaker 1: able to get back to where I am right now,
- 19:46Speaker 1: but I could rebuild my income. I could become a
- 19:49Speaker 1: millionaire in a in a year, right, because it's a
- 19:53Speaker 1: state of mind. Right, Yeah, I could become a millionaire
- 19:57Speaker 1: within a year easily, sleep because I understand what it takes.
- 20:02Speaker 1: I know the principles, and I know what I'm willing
- 20:05Speaker 1: to do. I know what I'm willing to do. So
- 20:07Speaker 1: wouldn't it wouldn't a year. I'd be a millionaire before
- 20:11Speaker 1: the year was up. Easy. That's that's quite profound. You
- 20:18Speaker 1: go back on the road. Oh, I'll be on I'll
- 20:21Speaker 1: be on that stage forty five days from the moment
- 20:25Speaker 1: I got nothing forty five days later, Steve Harkey Live
- 20:29Speaker 1: at the Fox. It's a different, it's a different, but
- 20:33Speaker 1: it's all right to be homeless when you're living out
- 20:35Speaker 1: of your rolls Royce, That's it's all right. That's a
- 20:40Speaker 1: nice homeless. I have a serious questions since we get here.
- 20:47Speaker 1: We get here and we do the show. There's no
- 20:50Speaker 1: time that we have a lunch break. What I would
- 20:53Speaker 1: like to know when it is lunch, when you're not talking,
- 20:59Speaker 1: you can eat your right you quit talking, you could
- 21:02Speaker 1: be yea, I have to have lunch break. We have
- 21:09Speaker 1: covered that. And your orange juice is that we keep
- 21:14Speaker 1: in the office. We have it right here. And we
- 21:17Speaker 1: are also a new policy. We are deducting all this
- 21:21Speaker 1: tropic can I just want to ask you something. We've
- 21:30Speaker 1: been working here. We have not seen a cost of
- 21:33Speaker 1: living raising were even see a living rag. We'll come back.

- 28:27Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Moran, that is what y'all think? Yeah, we
- 28:34Speaker 1: think Jay is right? Whatever? Whatever. Hey, I'm in Baltimore.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Last night was a good show to tonight supposed to
- 28:46Speaker 1: be too Sadurday night. But guess what I've been listening
- 28:49Speaker 1: to My quote unquote Mentor added the show forty five

- 29:12Speaker 1: people that don't like to be like trust me. I
- 29:15Speaker 1: have done it before. I have done it several times.

- 29:21Speaker 1: I'm on in and call right now and get you

- 29:45Speaker 1: Did you run this about you? So how's the mentoring going?
- 29:49Speaker 1: By the way, you know, I know you mean you
- 29:52Speaker 1: don't you're the mentor. What do you mean? You know,
- 29:56Speaker 1: it's a funny mentoring my life. Have you had that moment? Yeah,
- 30:02Speaker 1: it's just a funny mentorment that I'm doing. I don't understand.
- 30:09Speaker 1: What do you mean? Is that? What is that? What
- 30:12Speaker 1: we're doing today? We tell about what we don't understand
- 30:15Speaker 1: the radio. Yeah all the time, Yeah, all the time.
- 30:19Speaker 1: I hear anything about mentory. If you bring it up.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the this is not good.
- 30:30Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour of Musanna
- 30:32Speaker 1: is going to be here with today's national news. Turmoil. Turmoil.
- 30:35Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Delta announced
- 30:41Speaker 1: on Saturday that it was ending travel discounts for members
- 30:44Speaker 1: of the National Rifle Association. That's set off a firestorm
- 30:49Speaker 1: among the leading Republican Canada's for governor, including Lieutenant Governor
- 30:53Speaker 1: Casey Cagel, who immediately said he would kill any legislation
- 30:58Speaker 1: that would remove million dollar fuel tax charged to Delta.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Al right, over some damn ticket discounts. How about we
- 31:08Speaker 1: just get rid of him. Then when it's trying to vote,
- 31:13Speaker 1: now you're talking to your vote matter. Okay, so now
- 31:16Speaker 1: you ain't gonna give us a gas text credit so
- 31:18Speaker 1: they can keep these ticket prices down because you mad,
- 31:21Speaker 1: because y'all the n I A can't fly to the
- 31:24Speaker 1: meetings with a little discount. Really, so n I eight
- 31:28Speaker 1: members are more important to you than your overall constituents
- 31:32Speaker 1: and employees of Delta's profit over people, did you think
- 31:36Speaker 1: about this at all? No? No, man, I'm telling you, man,
- 31:43Speaker 1: I've been watching these nr A people and it's a
- 31:46Speaker 1: lot of them. But what they're hanging on to it's
- 31:51Speaker 1: something that nobody's trying. It's the Second Amendment. Yeah, they
- 31:57Speaker 1: think that this is gospel because these forefathers printed it
- 32:02Speaker 1: hundreds of years ago. Excuse me, it has to be amended.
- 32:08Speaker 1: You must have to amend this thing. Okay, it's okay,
- 32:13Speaker 1: cagele uh. Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle and the state legislature
- 32:18Speaker 1: followed through. This week, the legislature passed a bill cutting
- 32:21Speaker 1: the state's income tax, which included killing the tax break
- 32:24Speaker 1: for the airlines. Okay, did you hear that? Now other
- 32:27Speaker 1: states are now thinking about trying to get dealt to
- 32:29Speaker 1: leave Atlanta, Georgia. Please keep in mind all of this
- 32:32Speaker 1: happened on the same day as an armed high school
- 32:36Speaker 1: teacher in Georgia was arrested on Wednesday. I heard about
- 32:40Speaker 1: this after he barricaded himself inside a classroom and fired
- 32:44Speaker 1: a shot through a window. Teacher a teacher, Yes, that
- 32:48Speaker 1: pretty Yeah. Fifty three year old Jesse Randall Davidson locked
- 32:57Speaker 1: his classroom door at Dalton High School just before students
- 33:01Speaker 1: arrived for his class and wouldn't let anyone in. That's good,
- 33:05Speaker 1: that part is good. The school was immediately put on lockdown,
- 33:09Speaker 1: and moments later, Davidson grabbed a handgun and fired a
- 33:11Speaker 1: shot through a window. Students at the school were all
- 33:14Speaker 1: over social media afterwards, slamming President Trump's suggestions that teachers
- 33:19Speaker 1: should be armed. Even the kids know this. Come on, now,
- 33:22Speaker 1: they always coming up with some teachers need to do
- 33:25Speaker 1: except help them teach, Except give them more money. How
- 33:29Speaker 1: about that facilities, better healthcare, books, students, desk resources. Yeah,
- 33:41Speaker 1: for their students that they care so much about. Yeah, yeah,
- 33:45Speaker 1: this is what kills me. We don't we don't want
- 33:47Speaker 1: Korea to have nuclear weapons at all. We don't want that.
- 33:51Speaker 1: But at the same time, we cool, would we cool
- 33:53Speaker 1: would have and these assault rifles over here? That makes
- 33:57Speaker 1: no sense. I'm telling you, man, they talk out these
- 34:00Speaker 1: assault rifles like it's this lady on TV said, it's
- 34:05Speaker 1: just a big, badass looking gun. That's all it is.
- 34:09Speaker 1: It just fires X amount of rounds. I have one, okay,
- 34:13Speaker 1: but you have one for what exactly? What do you
- 34:18Speaker 1: have one? Because she can because it's it's legal, and
- 34:22Speaker 1: she can. That gives the President saying that he wants
- 34:26Speaker 1: to ban bump stocks. They won't. No, no, you can't
- 34:31Speaker 1: do that. You gotta you gotta take this in I A.
- 34:35Speaker 1: And you gotta you gotta make them not so powerful
- 34:38Speaker 1: when it comes to these politicians. And the only way
- 34:42Speaker 1: to do that is if you are pulling for the
- 34:45Speaker 1: n I A and you won't change the laws, you're
- 34:47Speaker 1: not going to be in office. That's Republican or Democrat.
- 34:52Speaker 1: And get rid of you. You see. That's all we
- 34:56Speaker 1: got to do. If you ain't gonna change these laws,
- 35:00Speaker 1: we're gonna change you. Ladies and gentleman, miss Anne, thank
- 35:04Speaker 1: you very much. Everybody to this is anthrop with the news,
- 35:07Speaker 1: and yes, you're right, more than two thousand mourners everybody
- 35:10Speaker 1: out there will be attending the funeral today of the
- 35:12Speaker 1: late Reverend Billy Graham his body Lane State in the
- 35:15Speaker 1: Capitol Hill retunded for two days, but he's being funeralized
- 35:19Speaker 1: today in his native Charlotte, North Carolina. Billy Graham was
- 35:22Speaker 1: called America's pastor and was the first to use TV,
- 35:25Speaker 1: who spread the word all bow our heads in pray.
- 35:29Speaker 1: This will be an hour of decision, and you will
- 35:33Speaker 1: never be the same today. Even if you refuse Christ,
- 35:37Speaker 1: you'll never be the same. And of course the voice
- 35:39Speaker 1: of Reverend Billy Graham. Unlike his son Franklin and many
- 35:41Speaker 1: other Christian ministers today, the Reverend Graham did not see
- 35:44Speaker 1: his ministry as political. He ministered to Democrats as well
- 35:47Speaker 1: as Republicans and was loved the world over. He died
- 35:50Speaker 1: last week at age nine. President Trump wants to impose
- 35:53Speaker 1: tariffs on imports of aluminum. He says he's acting on
- 35:56Speaker 1: a recommendation made by the Commerce Department aimed at protecting
- 35:59Speaker 1: domestic steel and aluminium, and the President says such a
- 36:01Speaker 1: move should have been made years and years and years ago,
- 36:04Speaker 1: representing us that didn't have a clue, or if they did,
- 36:07Speaker 1: then they should be ashamed of themselves because they've destroyed
- 36:10Speaker 1: the steel industry, They destroyed the aluminum industry and other industries. Frankly,
- 36:15Speaker 1: when you look at all the plants, the car plants,
- 36:17Speaker 1: automobile plants that moved down to Mexico for no reason
- 36:20Speaker 1: whatsoever except we didn't know what we were doing. And
- 36:22Speaker 1: Trump is calling for tax on imported steel ten percent
- 36:26Speaker 1: on aluminum, which is actually more than the Commons Department recommended,
- 36:30Speaker 1: and it's also contrary to what many of his top
- 36:32Speaker 1: advisors say in some U. S. Industries are saying. The
- 36:35Speaker 1: industries say they rely on such imports to make cars, airplanes,
- 36:39Speaker 1: and even cans. Critics say higher tax fit terrorists, could
- 36:42Speaker 1: cause increases in the price of goods for Americans and
- 36:45Speaker 1: even spark a trade war with some of us is
- 36:47Speaker 1: closest allies, like Canada and Japan. According to a report
- 36:51Speaker 1: a new one, the TRUP administration has sideline at least
- 36:53Speaker 1: a dozen Obama era safety regulations evolving transportation looks like
- 36:58Speaker 1: the U. S. Congress about to end this week without
- 37:00Speaker 1: on any gun control legislation. A judge in Virginia's ordered
- 37:03Speaker 1: the city of Shawsville to remove those black tarts that
- 37:06Speaker 1: have been covering those two Confederate statues since last time.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Is deadly white Racist Rally there, So that's been going
- 37:11Speaker 1: and today is National Dress in Blue Day. Well then,
- 37:19Speaker 1: which is so pretty back with more entertainment Today's trending

- 40:51Speaker 1: so tell us about it. We're gonna murder that one.
- 40:53Speaker 1: I don't know, you know, it's sort of crazy. You
- 40:56Speaker 1: just came out of nowhere, you know, when you're just
- 41:00Speaker 1: sitting up in there. We just started the intro and
- 41:03Speaker 1: we ended up murdering the intros of all of you,

- 48:27Speaker 1: eight years and they ain't never had no problem with
- 48:30Speaker 1: nobody telling me some of my friends. So what you
- 48:33Speaker 1: need to do is find out who he's going around
- 48:35Speaker 1: here and making these rumors. And first of all, I'm
- 48:37Speaker 1: gonna dig out because maybe one needs up in here
- 48:39Speaker 1: talking about me and you know, jealous because I'm on
- 48:42Speaker 1: top of my and they're jealous of me. Is I'm

- 49:07Speaker 1: And I'm listening to stop worrying about my breast. So
- 49:10Speaker 1: you and whoever whoever calling you telling you something about
- 49:13Speaker 1: what I'm doing that this this tell them I said
- 49:16Speaker 1: to kiss my to what I did you to do,
- 49:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna do me. So they don't like that, then hey,

- 49:23Speaker 1: they're generous. I'm a bad They don't understand it. And

- 50:02Speaker 1: to a doctor that you bring it here, because I
- 50:05Speaker 1: ain't going no doctor. What you're talking about? The doctor
- 50:08Speaker 1: whoever you me gonna see? I ain't trying to hear
- 50:11Speaker 1: you hell clean what I'm gonna do. If they said
- 50:16Speaker 1: you would act like this moment, they said you would
- 50:18Speaker 1: react just this way. This is what the people in
- 50:20Speaker 1: the office are talking about. I don't give a damn
- 50:22Speaker 1: what they I'll be in this company almost a year.
- 50:25Speaker 1: I ain't no hand nobody calling me telling who my friend?
- 50:28Speaker 1: What you need to do. First of all, you need
- 50:30Speaker 1: to come in and see me because you might like
- 50:32Speaker 1: what you see. Because I'm a big, bad boned free woman.
- 50:36Speaker 1: You better hear. Yeah, what's your name? And now what's up?
- 50:39Speaker 1: What's your name? Do you need my name? I need
- 50:42Speaker 1: your name because I ain't never heard somebody the cow
- 50:44Speaker 1: I say, I'm Joe. I was telling me some my

- 50:56Speaker 1: I don't play that. I need your name, I really do.
- 50:59Speaker 1: Come you don't, I'm gonna find out who this is.
- 51:03Speaker 1: Do you want to know my mate? I want to
- 51:05Speaker 1: know your damn name. He y'all, I want to know
- 51:07Speaker 1: your name? What is it? Are you listening? What is this?
- 51:11Speaker 1: Is a nephew Tommy from the Steve Harby Morning Show.
- 51:14Speaker 1: You just got pranked by your girlfriend? You where her
- 51:23Speaker 1: bread's bigging the man down? Limps me? Y'all? Need it?
- 51:29Speaker 1: What you gonna make me go? You all right? I
- 51:39Speaker 1: can't believe it seeing her bread's begging in man and
- 51:42Speaker 1: then she got a limps. I listened to this show

- 52:00Speaker 1: I want more. Thank for you, baby? What is what
- 52:02Speaker 1: is the baddest I'm talking about the baddest radio show
- 52:04Speaker 1: in the land. Maybe you already know that one and
- 52:07Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey show. How many people on this show,
- 52:13Speaker 1: y'all don't like the appearance? Yeah, it's clean and it
- 52:21Speaker 1: is not an appearance. Boy, I'm mostly concerned about everybody's
- 52:27Speaker 1: clean and we've worked together to players who surely yes
- 52:32Speaker 1: you and call it pretty fashionable. People of the sellers
- 52:37Speaker 1: whose outfit selections have concerned you the most. He's no
- 52:43Speaker 1: longer with us Steve currently, but currently okay, let's okay. Currently,
- 52:50Speaker 1: thank you guys always all yeah has been correct. Yeah,
- 52:56Speaker 1: you guys, I think so too, asked me you guys
- 53:00Speaker 1: always look very nice and again flean in the game
- 53:03Speaker 1: a little bit. Yeah, stepped it up a lot. Uh,
- 53:07Speaker 1: I got more money, honest with you shop at a
- 53:09Speaker 1: different store. Well cool, that's a blessing. That's a blessing
- 53:15Speaker 1: because Harold, who was making my suit before? I couldn't
- 53:18Speaker 1: you know, not Harold, you could, you could let Jay
- 53:23Speaker 1: make your suit. You just ain't gonna have no pockets.
- 53:25Speaker 1: But put your phone. No, I shared something with you
- 53:30Speaker 1: and it comes back. I'm team j Speaking of Ja though,
- 53:42Speaker 1: he does have this real interesting suit, the one with
- 53:46Speaker 1: all the different patches. I think, Jay, it's from all
- 53:49Speaker 1: the suits you've ever made in your life. I've ever
- 53:51Speaker 1: had made. But young man my name and Mr Lee
- 53:55Speaker 1: like a quil. It's like a quill. But it's a cool.
- 53:58Speaker 1: You're wearing a quill. Yeah, it's cool jacket, but it's concerned. Yeah,
- 54:03Speaker 1: just what you're bringing. When I first saw it and
- 54:07Speaker 1: I was like Jay, and he was like, oh, because
- 54:10Speaker 1: he knew. That's all I said, was Jay, and he
- 54:13Speaker 1: knew immediately, and he said, oh, my jacket was busy.
- 54:18Speaker 1: I gotta put this in Baltimore Comedy Factor. I added
- 54:20Speaker 1: one more show in Baltimore Saturday at four forty five
- 54:24Speaker 1: Saturday PM. Get your tickets. They don't read NAT when
- 54:29Speaker 1: did you. Yeah, we're talking about day suit. Yeah, but
- 54:33Speaker 1: I had to throw it in because it's my time,
- 54:34Speaker 1: Like right after prank, that's my time right there to prank.
- 54:38Speaker 1: You know, we'll be back with the Strawberry letter for today, Steve.
- 54:43Speaker 1: See that ain't my time it's Yo, Tansy you talked
- 54:45Speaker 1: about when you post. You're listening to the Steve Marvey
- 54:48Speaker 1: Morning Show. Now, before we get to today's strawberry letter,
- 54:52Speaker 1: President Trump bucks his own Republican party and is vowing
- 54:56Speaker 1: to pursue common sense measures here we do gun violence.
- 55:02Speaker 1: During a bipartisan meeting with some lawmakers at the White House,
- 55:05Speaker 1: Trump said it is time to turn grief into action.
- 55:09Speaker 1: He also called for increased background checks and a greater
- 55:12Speaker 1: emphasis on mental health issues. Also interesting, the President defended
- 55:17Speaker 1: the n r A, but said they're not always right.
- 55:20Speaker 1: He also noted that many lawmakers are needlessly afraid of
- 55:24Speaker 1: the powerful gun rights group. The n r A isn't
- 55:26Speaker 1: thrilled with presidents with the president's discussion with lawmakers, As
- 55:30Speaker 1: folkeswoman for the gun advocacy group, tells c an ND
- 55:33Speaker 1: that it made for great TV, but bad policy that
- 55:37Speaker 1: wouldn't keep children safe. And if this this really might
- 55:41Speaker 1: help Trump, you know, yeah, I'm sure if he if
- 55:45Speaker 1: he sticks to that, unlike he did with doctor right,
- 55:48Speaker 1: he slipped, if he sticks with that, it would be
- 55:51Speaker 1: a great help. But I'm telling you, man, his constituents,
- 55:56Speaker 1: these people, this Second Amendment man it's like a scripture
- 56:00Speaker 1: to them. It's it's it's it's like a scripture to them.
- 56:05Speaker 1: They're hanging on to them and it makes no damn sense.
- 56:07Speaker 1: The Constitution is like the Bible. Yeah, but it ain't.
- 56:13Speaker 1: It's a flawed document. It has been flawed since they
- 56:17Speaker 1: wrote it. If we had stayed with the full constitution, women,
- 56:23Speaker 1: y'all wouldn't even be able to vote, let loan me too.
- 56:26Speaker 1: African Americans would be negroes and considered three fifths of
- 56:30Speaker 1: a human being. Of all that change, how come this
- 56:34Speaker 1: came change because they hanging on to that when man,
- 56:38Speaker 1: their fue fathers made it. But they made the other
- 56:41Speaker 1: ones too. They've been wrong, But that them didn't have
- 56:45Speaker 1: money attached to it. Right, this has money and power
- 56:51Speaker 1: attached to it. They're not letting this one go. And
- 56:54Speaker 1: what's foolish is what's so foolish about it is n
- 57:00Speaker 1: A members who are not gun manufacturers, just American gun
- 57:04Speaker 1: owners are hanging on to it. But they don't even
- 57:08Speaker 1: understand why they're hanging on to it. They're hanging on
- 57:10Speaker 1: to it because it's all right, I don't give a
- 57:13Speaker 1: damn about your rod and care about money and You
- 57:18Speaker 1: definitely don't think the forefathers ever thought they'd be an
- 57:21Speaker 1: a r F. There's no way they didn't have musket.
- 57:28Speaker 1: How long it took them the lower two shots in
- 57:31Speaker 1: one minute. Two shots in a minute the most you
- 57:35Speaker 1: can get off in the musket. But the forefathers, I
- 57:39Speaker 1: conn did not think a musket gun shil. You put
- 57:44Speaker 1: a pellet in, you put gunpowder in it packed the powder,
- 57:46Speaker 1: and then you put the pellet in and then you
- 57:49Speaker 1: jam it down in there and then you shoot, and
- 57:51Speaker 1: then you got to do that all over. So now
- 57:53Speaker 1: that's what they call. But here's what the forefathers didn't
- 57:57Speaker 1: count on either. They didn't know that they were people
- 58:00Speaker 1: walking into churches killing people. They didn't know that there
- 58:04Speaker 1: would be people walking into schools killing people children. Well,
- 58:08Speaker 1: they didn't have movie theaters. But I don't think that
- 58:11Speaker 1: the forefathers thought that this type of mass killings would
- 58:15Speaker 1: be going on. See, times have changed, Amendments have to change,
- 58:21Speaker 1: that has to be an adjustment. But these n I
- 58:24Speaker 1: A people that won't see ann who were Trump voters,
- 58:28Speaker 1: we're talking about their against even banning bump stocks. They
- 58:34Speaker 1: don't want nothing change. They don't want nothing it's our
- 58:37Speaker 1: right as an American. Four. If y'all don't quit with
- 58:41Speaker 1: this ignorant they fight harder for that amendment than anyone fight.
- 58:47Speaker 1: That second Amendment to them is the most important, that
- 58:51Speaker 1: invailable right to the pursuit of happiness. Now, don't give
- 58:54Speaker 1: a damn freedom of speech, freedom of coming, go right.
- 59:03Speaker 1: And I'm not for banning the sale of goods. I'm
- 59:06Speaker 1: okay with hunters. I'm okay with people going to gun range.
- 59:10Speaker 1: I'm okay. Alright, Well, shows have to change. Yeah, let's
- 59:17Speaker 1: get to the letter. All right, Buckle up, hold on tight,
- 59:21Speaker 1: we got it. Hell you here. It is the Strawberry Letter,
- 59:23Speaker 1: subject just married. Hello, Shirley and Steve. I'm twenty nine.
- 59:28Speaker 1: I'm a twenty nine year old Hispanic woman, just recently married.
- 59:31Speaker 1: I love my husband with all of my heart and soul.
- 59:35Speaker 1: We've been together for going on two years, married two months,
- 59:38Speaker 1: and we get along great. The problem is his son's mother.
- 59:42Speaker 1: This woman has continually tried to cause my husband and
- 59:46Speaker 1: our marriage problems. Now, me being the woman that I am,
- 59:49Speaker 1: I try to see it from both sides. But he
- 59:51Speaker 1: is my husband, and regardless of the things this woman does,
- 59:55Speaker 1: he will continue to be my husband. We promised till
- 59:58Speaker 1: death do us part. I take my vow seriously. But
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: this woman calls my house and his cell phone all
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: the time. Now, I don't have a problem with um
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: this woman calling about their child, but the chick takes
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: it one step further and asked about our other children,
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: my husband's two daughters and my two children, and personal
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: issues that pertains to them, as in their daycare and
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: so on. She calls my husband, causes him out, calls
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: him all sorts of horrible names and just just stupid things.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: Calls me, telling me she loves him, but then calls
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: him and tells him she hopes he dies in his sleep.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: Has called him racial names. My husband is African American
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: in parentheses, mind you. This chick is white. Their son
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: is mixed. Now I've had enough of this nonsense. I
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: have already told my husband to check her he has,
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: but this crazy chick won't stop. What do I do now?
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: I could be the girl I used I was a
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: few years ago and deal with it on my own terms.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: I'm not trying to do that, though. It's taken me
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: a lot to grow into the woman that I have come.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: But when is enough enough. I don't disrespect my husband.
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: And even if I did, I know this much. I'm
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: not going to allow another woman to disrespect him. So
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: what do I do? Just married? Dear? Just married? This
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: woman is a bitter, jealous, hateful heff who is just
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: She's just mad because her baby daddy married you and
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: not her. That's all. She's trying to do all that
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: she can to destroy everything he touches. She wants him back,
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: can't get him, so she's using her son as an
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: excuse to push up into his and now your life. Okay, uh,
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: and that's what's happening here. Excuse me. That's what's happening here.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: And the only reason she can get away with it
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: is because she can. She can. You guys are allowing
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: her to. I was gonna tell you to have your
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: husband handle it, but you said he checked her. Well,
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: I think he needs to do it again. I think
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: you guys, you and your husband need to get together
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: and do it. Um. It doesn't sound like the courts
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: are involved, because you know, you guys don't have scheduled
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: visits and things like that. It sounds you might have
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: to go back and be that girl you used to
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: be for a minute and just let her know what
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: is up in no uncertain terms. And if all else fails,
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: just change your number and then call her when you
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: want to call her. Surely you haven't been in some
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: fights before, well, been in some dispute. I'm not changing
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: my damn number. Call me again. See what happened when
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: you I'm not changing my number. I got too many
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: people I got to call to get a number back to.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: You can change. No, we want to hear what you
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: got to say. Oh, you're bout you're listening to the
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up in twenty minutes, Bad
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: Acting Theater, That Chapman's will be here the question today, baby.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: But come on, Steve, right now, let's get to part
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: two of your response to today's Strawberry letter. I'm telling
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: you right now, before I give my answer, don't email
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: me bout it. Steve. I don't know how you went there.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: I don't know why you're gonna sit im and say
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: what you said. I'm going there. I'm telling you before
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: I read this letter. I'm going now. Don't he email me. Steve,
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: you wrong, He didn't say he didn't say that. He
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: said it to me and the letter is to you, Hello,
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: Sherlotte step subject just married. That ain't even the subject.
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: I'll tell you what it is. I'm twenty nine year
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: old Hispanic woman, just recently marrid. I love my husband
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: all my heart and soul. We didn't get going on
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: two years, married two months and we get alone. Great.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: The problem is his son's mother. This woman has continually
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: tried to cause my husband our marriage problems, not me
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: being a woman that I am. I try to see
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: it from both sides. But he is my husband. Regardless
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: of the thing this woman does, he would continue to be.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: I might be my husband. We promised to death do
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: his part. I take my bile seriously, but this woman
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: calls my house and his cell phone all the time.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: Now I don't have a problem with his woman calling
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: about their child, but the chick takes it one step
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: further and asked about our other children, my husband's two
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: daughters and my two children, and personal issues that pertains
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: to them as in their daycads. So on. She calls
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: my husband and because it's in mouth, causing my all
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: sorts of horrible names and just do stupid thing, calls
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: me telling me she loves him. But then calls him
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: and tell him she hopes he dies and he's She
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: has called him racial names. My husband is African or Mary,
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: mind you, this chick is white. Their son is mixed.
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: Now I've had enough of this nonsense, and I've already
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: told my husband to check her. He has, but this
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: crazy chick won't stop. What do I do now? I
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: could be the girl I was a few years ago
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: and deal with it on my own turn, but I'm
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: not trying to do that though, taking me a lot
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: to grow into the woman that I have become. But
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: when is it nothing enough? I don't disrespect my husband,
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: and even if I did, I know this much. I'm
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: not going to allow another woman to disrespect him. So
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: what do I do? Sign? Just mad well, just married?
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: I'm glad you wrote me. She's said the subject is
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: just married. That ain't the subject at all. It starts off,
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: I'm a twenty nine year old Hispanic woman. Why can't
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: she just be a twenty nine year old woman writing
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: a letter? But she no, she didn't want to go there,
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: but damn it, I am. I'm a Hispanic woman. That
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: that out. The problem is she's married to man. The
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: problem is his son's mother, dota. Here's the warning in
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: the letter. I take my vial seriously. Dad's the warning.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: Here is the other warning. But the chick takes it
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: one step further and ask about our children. You don't
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: mess with no woman's baby. You have now elevated the
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: problem to another level. Oh, let's go on down the YadA, YadA,
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: YadA YadA. Let's just get to what he She has
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: called him racial names. My husband is African American. That
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: means black. The name she been calling him ain't African
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: American or black. I could go light with it, but
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: let's just get he hadn't been the N word four
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: five times already. All that al right? Mind you? This
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: chick is white once again, is all in the letter.
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: But not chick also rhymes with another word, which I'm suing.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: She wrote the letter. Chick wasn't need it. Okay, okay,
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: this is white. Then through this and that their son
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: is mixed. Hey, we know that what you put that
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: in the lettle. Let's go down a little bit more.
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: Here's another one. I could be the girl I was
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: a few years ago. Oh, red flag? What was she
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: a few years ago? Didn't last one? It? I know
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: this much. I'm not going to allow another woman to
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: disrespect him. So what am I to do? Well, let's
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: just gonna get into this letter. Would now need to happen.
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: What need to happen is he didn't checked her, but
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: Hispanic lady, you ain't checked her, and it's time to
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: check her Hispanic sky check. Chill. Oh you already, you
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: can cut the music off. Cat already got some things
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: on your mind you need to do. I think you're
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: gonna have to whoop I. I think that's all left
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: to do him. She all up in your husband, all
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: up in the kids, calling the phone, calling him all
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: out of his name. He didn't work sheet all this.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: Let's just whoop I. But not just whopper. You gotta
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: whip my ass Hispanic stock. I'm fret to show something.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: Gonna be a fine. Why are you whipping her? Ask? Speaking?
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: Is Spanish the whole time? That's and they're slapping her,
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: and they'd have a whole lot of Spanish people standing
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: around watching HOLLYDOODI in Spanish? What's that fan is? She
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: was speaking? How alright? Uh, Steve, you know we gotta
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: get out of here. You can email us or Instagram.

- 1:29:13Speaker 1: thank you, brother, love never have so few, oh so
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: much to so many. Okay, who who is this right here?
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: You know the rules? Pretty Tony talking about the bag
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: with that. I beat you down. You was you was

- 1:29:34Speaker 1: you make up for it though? Who once you got ground?
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: Twitter four hour lockdown, bell can play on the police
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: can't call. He ain't got nothing on me. Wow, you
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: should have stopped for you, seeing you had a chair
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: ty four hour lockdown and getting it. But the game
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: cong ain't got nothing on me. Boy, You ain't any
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: number training they now, man, you ain't you ain't doing
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: it to movies, Tom Cruise, Brad, Tom Hanks, he's gonna
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: know it. I mean everything. Okay, she said me knows
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: this Tom Hanks movie sipe And here I am sitting
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: on your couch. I've got ice in my glass. I've
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: lost her all over again. That's for god, man, it's not,
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: it's not. It's why I sound like, Why do you
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: sound like Tom Hanks? Doing you do? Get you getting
- 1:30:39Speaker 1: your movie mixed? Movie behind kicked? It's what you're doing.
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: He's got you do one time. Let me stop. I
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: got one stop watching watch this. Come on, love me
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: for the man? I say, I am, love me for
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: the man. You say, I no mood that is on.
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: I said that to my ex wife. You can't relate though, huh,
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: it don't exist this Sunday. All right, make sure you
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: watch it. We'll be back to close out the show. Okay,
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: without you're listening to Steve Show. All right, Steve, here
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: we are at the last break of the day. It's
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: been a good day. And uh here we are with
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: just one more thing. You're closing remarks today. I have
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: some really really good information. I'm really really pleased with
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: this line of thinking. Because everybody has them, everybody has
- 1:31:56Speaker 1: to deal with him, everybody faces it. It's there's so
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: many people lose the point of it. You know. The
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: thing about going through something, I think you can go
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: through something better if you know there's a point to it,
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: you know what I mean. People go to the gym
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: to work out if they're trying to get to a
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: certain point. The moment you don't see the point of it,
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: going to the gym becomes ridiculous to you. It becomes
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: harder to you because it's all of a sudden, it
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: doesn't make sense. So what I want to show you
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: is how to look at the point of something. And
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: the thing that I'm gonna talk to you about it's
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: something that everybody faces when they're trying to be successful
- 1:32:47Speaker 1: because everybody is going to go through some difficult times. Everybody.
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: I don't care who you are, You're going to have
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: some difficult times. Everybody is going to have some challenges, challenges, difficulties, setbacks.
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: You're going to have this. But listen to me, all
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: of this is part of the process to succeed. When
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: you are presented with these setbacks, these difficulties, and these challenges,
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: I want you to understand what they actually are. They
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: are actually test. Everybody gets tested. The reason you have
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: to have the test, it is because tests are presented
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: to you to see if you're willing to go through
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: the process. It's merely just to see if you're willing
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: to go through what it takes, the challenges, the setbacks,
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: the difficulties. The tests are just there to see if
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: you are willing to go through the process now and
- 1:34:00Speaker 1: being willing to go through the process, it assures you
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: something that when you pass the test and you reach
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: your goal, that you will have a level of appreciation
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: for it. I'll give you an example. Somebody use your car.
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: I don't recommend that they're not gonna take care of
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: your car or what you do because they didn't pay
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: for it. They're not making a note on it. They
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: didn't have to struggle to get the down payment. They
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: didn't have to make sure their credit was right. They
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: didn't walk in the bank and get turned down a
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: couple of times then go back and fix their credit.
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: Now they got up. That's why if you rent out
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: your room to somebody, they're not gonna take care of
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: your room like you take care of your house because
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: they didn't go through the process to get it. All
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: they wanted was the room because they didn't have to
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: fill out the credit report. They didn't go down here.
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: They don't have the mortgage. They don't know what it
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: took to have to own this house. That's why they
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: didn't take care of their yard, because they've written. Some
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: people who writ don't take care of properly because it
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: ain't theirs. Now that's not all renters. I'm just talking
- 1:35:05Speaker 1: about the case of something. Because when you go through
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: the test, it causes you to have an appreciation for now.
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: The tests are necessary. The test teaches you things. The
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: test provides you with a lesson. Tests are merely lessons.
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: You're gonna see these tests again, and when you see
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: them again, they won't appear. Is it nearly as difficult
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: because you've already taken the test before and you've already
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: passed it. The test also strengthens you. All these tests
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: you have it, it's strengthens you. It's like lifting weights.
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: Always heavy right now, if you put them fifties in
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: your hand, that's heavy weight. But if you keep lifting
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: fifties after a while, you can lift seventies, but them fifties.
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: But guess what the fifties did that was so hard
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: that you felt like dropping and you need to bottom.
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: They made you stronger. Though the tests make you stronger.
- 1:36:05Speaker 1: The next thing that the test does for you is
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: it makes you experienced. Because now that you have these
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: tests under your belt, you know something you can turn
- 1:36:16Speaker 1: around and share with people how to get past the
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: tests because you've seen them before. This is the reason
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: that you have challenges, setbacks, and difficulties because you are
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: being tested. So when God gives you the thing that
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: you're asking for, you will have a level of appreciation
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: for it. You will have learned the lessons that it
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: takes to maintain it. You will have been strengthened by
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: the process, and you will become experienced by the process.
- 1:36:43Speaker 1: Here is the last and main thing that the test
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: does for you. These tests that they're presented to you.
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: Old people have said it a thousand times. You cannot
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: have a testimony with out the test. How can you
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: share this experience with anybody? How do you tell a
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: young person what to do if you ain't been through nothing?
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: How can you teach me how to play golf and
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: you don't play golf? It's impossible. You can't be to
- 1:37:15Speaker 1: swim coach and you can't swim I'm sorry you can't.
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: You got to have gone through the process. It's the
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: process and the test that gets you to the point.
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: But you can't have a testimony without a test. You
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: don't have nothing to say in your life. If you've
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: never passed any tests, you will have no story to tell.
- 1:37:39Speaker 1: So all of you that are being tested, you're working
- 1:37:41Speaker 1: on your story. Now. What story will you tell your children?
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: What story will you tell your grandchildren? What story will
- 1:37:48Speaker 1: you tell young people who need mentoring? What story will
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: you tell people who they look up to you and
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: they think you got something? What story will you tell?
- 1:37:57Speaker 1: You've got to be tested to make it happen. Asked
- 1:38:00Speaker 1: to test, deal with him and you will be fine.
- 1:38:03Speaker 1: I have a great weekend. Thank you. You have a
- 1:38:06Speaker 1: great great clothing remark. Yeah, and that goes out to
- 1:38:10Speaker 1: that school in Mississippi that hated Roscoe party. For all
