- 0:00Speaker 1: Hunter Biden we know now for a fact, had access
- 0:03Speaker 1: to the garage that was quote a secure garage because
- 0:08Speaker 1: my corvette was in it. Yes, we know that Hunter
- 0:11Speaker 1: Biden had access. We also know that some of the
- 0:14Speaker 1: classified documents found directly dealt with you, Crane, and we
- 0:18Speaker 1: also know there was a lot, apparently of actual government
- 0:22Speaker 1: documents that dealt with other countries that were not classified
- 0:29Speaker 1: as top secret. What does this mean? Well, the special
- 0:32Speaker 1: counsel that is supposed to be looking into this should
- 0:36Speaker 1: obviously be asking those questions. Was the Vice president taking
- 0:40Speaker 1: documents some that were not classified and some that are classified,
- 0:47Speaker 1: and was he using that information to help out his
- 0:50Speaker 1: son's business dealings. We know that Hunter Biden is the
- 0:53Speaker 1: big guy. We know that he had a ten percent
- 0:56Speaker 1: stake and an awful lot of different things that related
- 1:01Speaker 1: to his sons and the businesses of their family. I
- 1:04Speaker 1: would call it the Biden crime family. But there's also
- 1:07Speaker 1: another story that's going around right now, and that is
- 1:10Speaker 1: this really isn't a big deal for this White House.
- 1:13Speaker 1: The media has really clicked into overdrive to try to
- 1:16Speaker 1: convince you, the American people, that there was nothing that
- 1:20Speaker 1: was really done wrong here. In fact, they're trying to
- 1:25Speaker 1: let you believe or trying to get you to believe
- 1:27Speaker 1: that they did everything right. A full court press really
- 1:32Speaker 1: started the day after the special prosecutor was announced to
- 1:36Speaker 1: try to sell the narrative that we did everything right
- 1:40Speaker 1: at the White House. And again they're comparing this to
- 1:43Speaker 1: Donald Trump, who they claimed did everything wrong. There's a
- 1:46Speaker 1: major difference, by the way, between these two stories. Number One,
- 1:49Speaker 1: Donald Trump was in fact the president of the United
- 1:52Speaker 1: States of America and did have the authority to declassified documents.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Joe Biden, when he stole these documents, was the vice president.
- 2:01Speaker 1: The vice president has no authority to declassify any documents
- 2:06Speaker 1: within the United States government. There is a huge difference.
- 2:11Speaker 1: The media should be telling you that story, but they're not.
- 2:14Speaker 1: They're just pushing the propaganda. Take a listen to NBC
- 2:18Speaker 1: News how they described how great and transparent and trustworthy
- 2:24Speaker 1: this administration is obviously trying to compare it to the
- 2:27Speaker 1: evil scumbag of Donald Trump. So, Jim, how worried should
- 2:31Speaker 1: the White House be that this is more than just
- 2:32Speaker 1: a temporary headache. I mean, if you look less than
- 2:35Speaker 1: a week ago, right, he seemed to have the momentum
- 2:38Speaker 1: after the midterms, the House Republicans were in chaos on
- 2:42Speaker 1: the House floor. Now, at the very least doesn't muddy
- 2:46Speaker 1: any messaging about any issues or accomplishments. We certainly thought
- 2:49Speaker 1: yesterday when he wanted to talk about good inflation news,
- 2:52Speaker 1: but of course the questions were all about this. Yeah,
- 2:55Speaker 1: you know, it's a great question. Christ When I was
- 2:56Speaker 1: in the White House, you realize that every single day
- 3:00Speaker 1: and hits the White House that no other place in
- 3:02Speaker 1: the federal government can deal with. And I used to
- 3:04Speaker 1: call them comments. How big is the comment descending upon
- 3:08Speaker 1: the White House that day? And the problem with this
- 3:11Speaker 1: investigation is you can't really talk a lot about it.
- 3:14Speaker 1: It really is difficult, and it's a very big distraction.
- 3:18Speaker 1: It's going to be distraction from the messaging, and it's
- 3:20Speaker 1: going to really test their ability to walk into gum.
- 3:23Speaker 1: At the same time, they're going to want to stay
- 3:24Speaker 1: very focused on their accomplishments. They're getting ready to run
- 3:28Speaker 1: a reelection campaign and now they have this in the middle.
- 3:31Speaker 1: So at the very least as a major distraction. I
- 3:34Speaker 1: think they're wildly different situations between this and the Trump situation.
- 3:38Speaker 1: But still, when you're the sitting president. This is the
- 3:40Speaker 1: last thing you want to be talking about. Yeah, So,
- 3:43Speaker 1: I mean it begs the question how big is the comment?
- 3:46Speaker 1: Is itself inflicted? Because the White House is handling of this,
- 3:49Speaker 1: that they didn't come clean on both discoveries at the
- 3:52Speaker 1: same time is being questioned. They're also, frankly questions being raised.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Why not all the way back in August, when the
- 3:58Speaker 1: FBI rated moral logo and Biden's team, Biden himself are
- 4:03Speaker 1: criticizing Trump, why not make sure your own house is
- 4:06Speaker 1: in order just to be super careful. Then, by the way,
- 4:11Speaker 1: I can answer that question before I let you hear
- 4:13Speaker 1: the propaganda. The reason why they weren't transparent and they
- 4:17Speaker 1: didn't announce both of these at the same time is
- 4:20Speaker 1: because they were trying to see how the public would respond.
- 4:24Speaker 1: They were trying to see how the deep state was
- 4:27Speaker 1: going to respond. But even more importantly than that, what
- 4:32Speaker 1: they were really trying to do is they were trying
- 4:35Speaker 1: to make sure that this didn't break until after the
- 4:38Speaker 1: midterm elections. They also did not want this to break
- 4:42Speaker 1: while the Republicans were picking the Speaker of the House,
- 4:45Speaker 1: because it probably would have united Republicans and made them
- 4:48Speaker 1: really focus in on making sure they got that done.
- 4:51Speaker 1: That's why they were not transparent. That's why they misled
- 4:54Speaker 1: you the public. That's why basically they lied to make
- 4:57Speaker 1: sure and cover this up for as long as they could.
- 5:01Speaker 1: I also think they wanted the media to have the
- 5:03Speaker 1: ability to kind of respond, you know how. They wanted
- 5:06Speaker 1: them to respond and the media. This was important for them, right,
- 5:10Speaker 1: the media. What they were hoping, Okay, hey, media, can
- 5:13Speaker 1: you do your gig right? Can you do your job?
- 5:16Speaker 1: Can you can you you know, kind of protect us
- 5:19Speaker 1: a little bit and make sure that we have the
- 5:22Speaker 1: opportunity to downplay this. That's what this was honestly about.
- 5:30Speaker 1: That was the ball game here for them. And then
- 5:33Speaker 1: you asked this question, is this is a little headache
- 5:35Speaker 1: anytime a special prosecutor is appointed, it is more than
- 5:39Speaker 1: a little headache. An NBC News knows that, but they're
- 5:42Speaker 1: trying to give a little bit of you know, hey,
- 5:44Speaker 1: everybody calmed down. This isn't that big of a deal, right,
- 5:49Speaker 1: This is just kind of a little temporary problem. And
- 5:53Speaker 1: they probably believe that because I'm going to tell you
- 5:55Speaker 1: about this prosecutor. The media's jazzed up about this prosecute.
- 6:00Speaker 1: The special prosecutor who was named. They're pretty pumped why
- 6:04Speaker 1: because they believe he's probably one of them. Now, let
- 6:08Speaker 1: me let you hear this response in NBC News first,
- 6:10Speaker 1: and then I'll get into the prosecutor and who it is. Yeah. Look,
- 6:14Speaker 1: I used to run this process in the White House.
- 6:16Speaker 1: He used to deal with these issues, and they did
- 6:18Speaker 1: exactly what you're supposed to do. As soon as you
- 6:20Speaker 1: figure out you have them, you call archives, you get
- 6:23Speaker 1: them out of there, and you start the process. That's
- 6:25Speaker 1: exactly what they did. They didn't play politics. He didn't
- 6:29Speaker 1: leak it early to control it. They let the process
- 6:32Speaker 1: happen exactly Asio. I like the special counsel in this
- 6:35Speaker 1: case because it just takes some of the politics out
- 6:37Speaker 1: of it. In this morning, I saw Congressman Jim Jordan saying,
- 6:40Speaker 1: where's the raid? Why didn't they raid the Biden place?
- 6:43Speaker 1: Let me explain why they didn't. It's not like Donald
- 6:46Speaker 1: Trump who had this for over a year and a half.
- 6:48Speaker 1: He had repeated requests to get rid of these things.
- 6:51Speaker 1: By the way, I love this. They're like, well, this
- 6:53Speaker 1: isn't like Donald Trump who had these documents for over
- 6:55Speaker 1: a year and a half. Right, this is different. You're right,
- 6:59Speaker 1: it's different. This guy had these four years and years
- 7:01Speaker 1: and years. They were moved to multiple times into unsecure locations.
- 7:07Speaker 1: They were put into unsecure places like a damn garage
- 7:10Speaker 1: that his son, by the way, a crackhead had access
- 7:13Speaker 1: to it. Who knows who else had access? And when
- 7:17Speaker 1: I say who else, I'm assuming there's a lot of
- 7:19Speaker 1: people that probably could have accessed that garage. If you're
- 7:22Speaker 1: a plumber, if you're electrician, right, if you're a guy
- 7:25Speaker 1: that's fixing the car. Remember his son rebuilt that vehicle,
- 7:29Speaker 1: the engine of his corvette had access. How many random
- 7:33Speaker 1: people that were working on that car had access? What
- 7:37Speaker 1: about the yard guy? The yard men were the things
- 7:39Speaker 1: in there? They had to get out of there. These
- 7:41Speaker 1: are all normal questions that should be asked. But they
- 7:44Speaker 1: want you to believe that this is okay. Now, there
- 7:47Speaker 1: was a time when these documents not only were stored
- 7:50Speaker 1: apparently in a garage, but at an unsecure location. Let
- 7:54Speaker 1: me explain what I mean by that. A lot of
- 7:56Speaker 1: people assume that Joe Biden had security ever since the
- 7:59Speaker 1: day at the White House. That's not true. The majority
- 8:03Speaker 1: of time he has had no security, And we know
- 8:05Speaker 1: this because vice presidents do not get Secret Service detail
- 8:09Speaker 1: after they leave office. Now, he does have security now
- 8:13Speaker 1: and that area is secured by the Secret Service his
- 8:17Speaker 1: home in Delaware. But for the entire time that Donald
- 8:20Speaker 1: Trump was a president, he didn't have that. So there
- 8:24Speaker 1: were years where these documents were just sitting there and
- 8:28Speaker 1: being moved. Now, let's talk about how many times these
- 8:31Speaker 1: documents were moved. This is a question people need to
- 8:33Speaker 1: start asking in the media. We know the Pen Center
- 8:37Speaker 1: was not open when he had these documents when he
- 8:39Speaker 1: moved out of his offices and out of his residence
- 8:42Speaker 1: when he was leaving the vice presidency. We know they
- 8:45Speaker 1: had to be moved somewhere in the interim before they
- 8:47Speaker 1: were moved there, and they could have been moved possibly
- 8:49Speaker 1: two or three times. We also know about that office
- 8:51Speaker 1: that Jill and James Biden had access to with their son,
- 8:55Speaker 1: who also had it with Chinese communists. You may remember
- 8:58Speaker 1: that story that came from his own laptop. I mean,
- 9:01Speaker 1: that's a problem. Okay, that's that is a really significant problem,
- 9:07Speaker 1: and the media should be asking how many times have
- 9:10Speaker 1: these classified documents been moved? Who were the movers? Because
- 9:14Speaker 1: I'm going to go out in a limb and say
- 9:15Speaker 1: that every time he didn't hire lawyers to be packers
- 9:18Speaker 1: and movers, which is what you're supposed to believe now
- 9:20Speaker 1: about the Penn Center, Right, Well, I had my lawyers
- 9:23Speaker 1: packing up my office at the Penn Biden Center. I
- 9:27Speaker 1: don't believe that they hire lawyer packers, lawyer movers. I mean,
- 9:31Speaker 1: it's a lie. I think someone found these things and
- 9:34Speaker 1: they called in the lawyers. And then he said, all right,
- 9:36Speaker 1: the story is our lawyers were packing up my office
- 9:39Speaker 1: to make it look like that there was one ali
- 9:42Speaker 1: a client lawyer privilege there, but two to also look
- 9:45Speaker 1: like it was way more secure than actually was. My
- 9:48Speaker 1: guess is they could have had interns packing this crap up.
- 9:50Speaker 1: They could add college students packing these things up. They
- 9:53Speaker 1: could have just had random movers with no background checks
- 9:56Speaker 1: handling classified documents. All of these things things are genuine possibilities.
- 10:03Speaker 1: All of these things are real possibilities. So when you
- 10:07Speaker 1: hear these liberals on TV and they sit there and
- 10:10Speaker 1: they say the White House did exactly what they were
- 10:12Speaker 1: supposed to do with the Biden documents and they didn't
- 10:15Speaker 1: play politics, while then saying Donald Trump played politics. Just no,
- 10:19Speaker 1: they are totally full of crap, asked his attorneys to
- 10:22Speaker 1: lie and say he didn't have them, and they decline.
- 10:25Speaker 1: That's why Donald Trump got a raid this. Joe Biden's
- 10:28Speaker 1: team did what they were supposed to do in the process,
- 10:30Speaker 1: they were supposed to do it. And as your panel said,
- 10:34Speaker 1: now the FBI is going to go through every single
- 10:36Speaker 1: piece of this and see who did what and why.
- 10:40Speaker 1: So again the logic here from the left is, well,
- 10:43Speaker 1: Joe Biden you can trust. Joe Biden is transparent, Joe
- 10:48Speaker 1: Biden is honest. Joe Biden did the right thing. Joe
- 10:51Speaker 1: Biden did exactly what you're supposed to do. When you
- 10:55Speaker 1: still classified documents for years and years and years, you
- 10:58Speaker 1: don't play politics. We know from their initial response everything
- 11:02Speaker 1: has been politically played. We know that they didn't tell
- 11:05Speaker 1: the American people about this. We know the deep state
- 11:08Speaker 1: didn't tell us before the midterms so it woudn't affect
- 11:10Speaker 1: the midterms. We know they delayed giving you the information.
- 11:13Speaker 1: We know they didn't tell you that there was more
- 11:15Speaker 1: than one place where these documents were found because they
- 11:17Speaker 1: wanted to see the initial drip drip out of this information.
- 11:21Speaker 1: They didn't want the first headline to be secret documents
- 11:23Speaker 1: found inside of a garage next to his corvette. Right,
- 11:26Speaker 1: all of these things we know, you know. Democrats also
- 11:31Speaker 1: came out and said that Trump documents they were extraordinarily
- 11:37Speaker 1: these are their words, sloppy and careless and reckless putting
- 11:41Speaker 1: them in a garage as Biden did. They're not acting
- 11:44Speaker 1: like this is not sloppy, careless and reckless classified information.
- 11:48Speaker 1: He takes that very seriously, Tuck. The new Special Counsel,
- 11:51Speaker 1: Robert Hurr, issued a statement and it said, quote, I
- 11:54Speaker 1: will conduct the assigned investigation with fair, impartial, and dispassionate judgment.
- 11:59Speaker 1: I intend to follow all the facts swiftly and thoroughly,
- 12:01Speaker 1: without fear or favor, and will honor the trust place
- 12:05Speaker 1: in me to perform this service. There are still a
- 12:08Speaker 1: lot of unanswered questions here. So what are the key
- 12:11Speaker 1: ones that the investigators will be looking at? Chuck Sure
- 12:14Speaker 1: and Anna rob So that's exactly what I would expect
- 12:18Speaker 1: him to say. He's a good and decent and honorable man.
- 12:21Speaker 1: That right there. She's scared of hell out of you
- 12:23Speaker 1: when you have an MSNBC guy telling you that the
- 12:26Speaker 1: special prosecutors an honest man. These are the same scumbags
- 12:29Speaker 1: that sold you on and when they knew it was
- 12:32Speaker 1: a lie, they had the information, it was clear it
- 12:34Speaker 1: was a lie, that the Russian hoax and the Steel
- 12:36Speaker 1: dossier was a lie. They were the ones selling it
- 12:38Speaker 1: to you as fact for four years. These are the
- 12:40Speaker 1: people in the media that told you that Donald Trump
- 12:42Speaker 1: was a Russian spy over and over and over and
- 12:45Speaker 1: over again. These are the same people that attacked anyone
- 12:49Speaker 1: that didn't wear a mask, that believed in lockdowns. It
- 12:52Speaker 1: told you that you were trying to kill grandma. These
- 12:54Speaker 1: the same people that gave doctor Fouchi a platform to
- 12:56Speaker 1: tell you how you should live your life and never
- 12:59Speaker 1: asked any question. And so be clear that the same
- 13:02Speaker 1: people that just told you that this guy who's investigating
- 13:06Speaker 1: these documents is the greatest thing since slice bread. Understand
- 13:10Speaker 1: how corrupt they are as a network. That should be
- 13:14Speaker 1: your red flag number one. Then listen to the compare
- 13:17Speaker 1: and contrasts of him saying how great Biden is dealt
- 13:20Speaker 1: with this and how evil Trump is. You have to
- 13:23Speaker 1: figure out, Chris, who handled the stuff and at whose
- 13:27Speaker 1: direction it was moved right, who packed it, who moved it,
- 13:31Speaker 1: who stored it, who accessed it, and what was their intent?
- 13:36Speaker 1: And these are all questions for FBI agents to sort
- 13:38Speaker 1: through over the coming weeks and months, as you said,
- 13:41Speaker 1: and until that brings up another question. He said, this
- 13:44Speaker 1: is what the FBI will have to do over the
- 13:45Speaker 1: next weeks and months. Okay, all right, so let's let's
- 13:48Speaker 1: look at that. Do you trust the FBI right now
- 13:50Speaker 1: in the deep State? I sure as hell don't. I
- 13:52Speaker 1: don't trust the FBI right now, knowing what I know
- 13:55Speaker 1: now about the FBI and knowing what they have done,
- 13:58Speaker 1: and how they have classified American parents as domestic terrorists,
- 14:02Speaker 1: and how they have lied and spent time shutting down Okay,
- 14:07Speaker 1: don't don't forget this shutting down the accounts of different
- 14:12Speaker 1: conservatives because they can't stand those conservatives on Twitter. That's
- 14:16Speaker 1: what the weekly conversations, weekly sit downs. That is also
- 14:21Speaker 1: a massive problem. So when they say that the FBI
- 14:24Speaker 1: can be trusted here, no, I do not believe that
- 14:27Speaker 1: the FBI can be trusted here, all right. I believe
- 14:30Speaker 1: that the FBI is incredibly corrupt at the highest levels.
- 14:33Speaker 1: That doesn't mean the men and women that are doing
- 14:35Speaker 1: the great work in you know, around the country are
- 14:37Speaker 1: not great people, But the FBI at the highest levels
- 14:41Speaker 1: is corrupt as hell, and they want me now to
- 14:43Speaker 1: just trust that they're not gonna This is the same
- 14:45Speaker 1: FBI that changed and altered documents they could spy on
- 14:49Speaker 1: Donald Trump and people like Carter Page for those for
- 14:53Speaker 1: the FIS accord. This is the same FBI that knew
- 14:57Speaker 1: that the Steel dossier was user generated and they change
- 15:01Speaker 1: the documents to make sure that disappeared. This is the
- 15:03Speaker 1: same FBI that had Hunter Biden's laptop and then said
- 15:09Speaker 1: it was you know, this should all be silenced. When
- 15:12Speaker 1: Tony Bobolinski met with him, they never followed up with him,
- 15:15Speaker 1: They never investigated anything he was saying as a whistle blower,
- 15:18Speaker 1: and said where they do. They covered it up the
- 15:21Speaker 1: crimes committed by Joe Biden, James Biden, and Hunter Biden.
- 15:24Speaker 1: So now those are the same people they're gonna be
- 15:26Speaker 1: going around doing interviews about this classified material and documents.
- 15:31Speaker 1: I don't trust them and you shouldn't either. Not based
- 15:34Speaker 1: on paranoia, but based on the facts of the FBI's leadership.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Right now, there is no reason to believe that they're
- 15:42Speaker 1: not going to help cover up another crime here. There's
- 15:46Speaker 1: no reason to believe that they would ever at this
- 15:48Speaker 1: point with their leadership do the right thing. And when
- 15:52Speaker 1: MSNBC and NBC is saying, oh, this guy is a
- 15:55Speaker 1: great guy, and this guy's above reproach, and this guy
- 15:58Speaker 1: is going to do this thing perfect lee, and they're
- 16:00Speaker 1: gonna go back to the same talking point, Well, he
- 16:02Speaker 1: was given a job by Donald Trump. I will be
- 16:04Speaker 1: honest with you. If you look at people like Rod Rosenstein,
- 16:08Speaker 1: and you look at people that Donald Trump put into
- 16:10Speaker 1: office early on, put into these positions of power, donald
- 16:13Speaker 1: Trump screwed up. Okay, And and by the way, I
- 16:16Speaker 1: think he would agree that he screwed up. He did
- 16:19Speaker 1: not vet these people well. He talked about the deep state,
- 16:22Speaker 1: but he was way too trusting of people and he
- 16:24Speaker 1: did not vet them well. And we got a lot
- 16:27Speaker 1: of really bad people that got into these career positions
- 16:31Speaker 1: that are incredibly corrupt. So understand that just because this
- 16:36Speaker 1: guy got a job from Trump wants it does not
- 16:39Speaker 1: mean the same way that Rod Rosenstein right got a
- 16:42Speaker 1: job wants from Donald Trump. It does not mean that
- 16:47Speaker 1: it's going well. It does not mean that he can
- 16:49Speaker 1: be trusted. It does not mean that he's going to
- 16:52Speaker 1: actually do the job the right way. And I'll give
- 16:54Speaker 1: you more of his background a moment, but just understand
- 16:56Speaker 1: this as I play the next part of what he
- 16:58Speaker 1: says here, which is, again, well, look over here at Trump,
- 17:01Speaker 1: he's the bad guy. Biden's not. We know that. I mean,
- 17:04Speaker 1: look at best, Chris, at best, this was extraordinarily sloppy
- 17:09Speaker 1: and careless, said, and reckless. But that doesn't mean that
- 17:11Speaker 1: anyone intentionally committed a crime. And by the way, that's
- 17:14Speaker 1: true with the Trump stuff, that's true with the Biden stuff.
- 17:17Speaker 1: The best thing you can say about it is that
- 17:19Speaker 1: it was extraordinarily reckless. Whether or not someone intentionally did this,
- 17:23Speaker 1: intentionally removed classified information, intentionally mishandled it. Let's let the
- 17:28Speaker 1: FBI and the prosecutors figure it out. Yeah, there it is, right. Well,
- 17:32Speaker 1: it's just you know, it was extraordinarily sloppy and careless
- 17:36Speaker 1: and reckless, just like Donald Trump. But we don't know
- 17:39Speaker 1: if it was done on purpose, because Donald Trump's was
- 17:42Speaker 1: done on purpose. That's the whole narrative here, Right, We've
- 17:44Speaker 1: already judged him. We don't need a jury trial, we
- 17:48Speaker 1: don't need an investigation. We've already decided that Donald Trump
- 17:51Speaker 1: is guilty. That's the part here that they're that they're
- 17:55Speaker 1: really honing in on, is that he's guilty, and we've
- 17:59Speaker 1: already decided that Joe Biden is someone you can trust,
- 18:02Speaker 1: that has integrity, that it has given transparency and this
- 18:07Speaker 1: was truly just an accident. We saw this and I
- 18:09Speaker 1: played it for you yesterday when the view said exactly that,
- 18:12Speaker 1: right like, well, we know. They actually said, we know
- 18:15Speaker 1: that Donald Trump is a criminal and should be treated
- 18:19Speaker 1: like a criminal, and then they went on to also
- 18:20Speaker 1: say right after that, we also know that Joe Biden
- 18:23Speaker 1: is as a trustworthy and honest man. They've already decided
- 18:26Speaker 1: one's guilty and they've already decided the other one's innocent. Now,
- 18:30Speaker 1: let's get into this prosecutor. Who is he, Special counsel
- 18:34Speaker 1: Robert Herr. We're finding out a lot more about him.
- 18:37Speaker 1: He was appointed by the Attorney General Garland of probe
- 18:39Speaker 1: Joe Biden's mishandling of classified information, and he was also
- 18:43Speaker 1: among those that the Justice Department who had knowledge about
- 18:47Speaker 1: the Russian hoax perpetrated on former President Donald Trump. According
- 18:52Speaker 1: to the Justice Department's own documents, her who is a
- 18:57Speaker 1: former d J official, handled participate in or had personal
- 19:01Speaker 1: knowledge of the FBI's relationship and communications with Christopher Steele,
- 19:08Speaker 1: who authored the infamous dossier that paved the way for
- 19:11Speaker 1: the Russian hoax and peachman of Donald Trump. The media
- 19:15Speaker 1: will tell you this, this special counsel you shouldn't complain
- 19:20Speaker 1: about because Robert Herr was a former Trump appointed US
- 19:23Speaker 1: attorney who also worked for deput Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who,
- 19:27Speaker 1: by the way, got his job from Trump as well.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Rod Rosenstein was put in there during Robert Muller's investigation.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Rod Rosenstein's the one that gave Robert Mueller the special
- 19:37Speaker 1: counsel job. We also know that he worked under now
- 19:41Speaker 1: FBI Director Christopher Ray at the DOJ. So just because
- 19:45Speaker 1: Donald Trump gave her a career does not mean that
- 19:49Speaker 1: he's on our side or is going to truly be unbiased.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Her began his career by clerking for the late Chief
- 19:58Speaker 1: Justice William Rinquist after duating from Harvard Stanford. This is
- 20:02Speaker 1: a guy that is very intelligent. He's very smart. He
- 20:05Speaker 1: was then hired as the Principal Associate Attorney Deputy Attorney General,
- 20:09Speaker 1: serving as the top aide to Rod Rosenstein, who gave
- 20:13Speaker 1: us the James Comey Committee, the special prosecutor that go
- 20:17Speaker 1: after Donald Trump and then try to impeach him. The
- 20:20Speaker 1: deputy Attorney general. He was under Donald President Donald Trump
- 20:24Speaker 1: at the time. So the media is going to keep
- 20:26Speaker 1: telling you, Oh, he's a Trump guy, He's a Trump guy.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Don't buy into that. We also know that he had
- 20:31Speaker 1: also been special assistant at Christopher Ray, who was leading
- 20:35Speaker 1: the Justice Department's Criminal Division at the time and went
- 20:37Speaker 1: on to become the FBI Director. Rosenstein announced her appointment
- 20:42Speaker 1: in a press release, praising him as having experience and
- 20:45Speaker 1: judgment that will advance our efforts to crime, promote the
- 20:49Speaker 1: rule of law, and ensure equal justice for everyone, which
- 20:51Speaker 1: we know never happened. Look at all that happened to
- 20:54Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Now. In twenty eighteen, two years into his presidency,
- 20:59Speaker 1: Trump did nominate her to lead the Maryland US Attorney's Office.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Her was unanimously confirmed by the Senate in March of
- 21:05Speaker 1: that year. Under her direction at the Maryland US Attorney's Office,
- 21:10Speaker 1: he brought and resolved charges for corruption and are fraud
- 21:13Speaker 1: against dozens of elected officials, public officeholders, and public employees.
- 21:18Speaker 1: According to the Justice Department's press release on him, So
- 21:22Speaker 1: they're gonna tell you this guy's amazing. They're gonna tell
- 21:24Speaker 1: you this guy's awesome. They're gonna tell you he's a
- 21:27Speaker 1: Trump guy, so you can trust him and that everything
- 21:29Speaker 1: he comes up with is going to be you know,
- 21:31Speaker 1: just like perfect salt of the Earth, intel and information.
- 21:36Speaker 1: This is the deep state, and he could easily check
- 21:39Speaker 1: boxes and say nothing here, nothing here at all. Something
- 21:43Speaker 1: else I want you to understand. And that's this. Democrats
- 21:46Speaker 1: are very concerned about this special prosecutor because it would
- 21:51Speaker 1: be extremely easy to start connecting dots. Okay, when you
- 21:56Speaker 1: start looking at these documents and you start realizing thing
- 22:00Speaker 1: that they're documents that pertain from what we understand with Ukraine,
- 22:04Speaker 1: and there's other government documents that were apparently found with
- 22:07Speaker 1: these classified documents, then you have this investigation delware into
- 22:12Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. If you have an ounce of integrity and
- 22:18Speaker 1: you are this special prosecutor on his team, there's no
- 22:21Speaker 1: way you can just overlook this. I think Chuck Schumer,
- 22:26Speaker 1: who was by the way on CNN this morning doing
- 22:28Speaker 1: an interview, showed just how concerned Democrats are because they
- 22:34Speaker 1: do they understand, Okay, they really really get it. They
- 22:40Speaker 1: understand just how quickly this thing could spiral for the president. Now.
- 22:44Speaker 1: I think there's some Democrats also that say this may
- 22:47Speaker 1: be the offloading ramp, right, maybe we should take our
- 22:51Speaker 1: hand off of Joe Biden and let people just own him, right,
- 22:54Speaker 1: just let people just flat out and just deal with
- 22:57Speaker 1: this right to own it. And the reason and why
- 23:01Speaker 1: they may say let's go with this right, let's do
- 23:04Speaker 1: it this way, is because they're done. There's a lot
- 23:09Speaker 1: of Democrats are done with Joe Biden, and that could
- 23:12Speaker 1: be one of their strategy. And I think they're trying
- 23:14Speaker 1: to figure out which way they're gonna go with us.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Do you defend them no matter what, or do you say,
- 23:18Speaker 1: all right, this is we've gotten past the mid terms.
- 23:21Speaker 1: We kept this story quiet, it didn't leak. We played
- 23:24Speaker 1: the shady games the media protect us because I'm sure
- 23:26Speaker 1: there's somebody in the media that knew about this, but
- 23:29Speaker 1: they didn't want it to hurt Democrats in the midterms.
- 23:31Speaker 1: They didn't want to look like it was shady or
- 23:33Speaker 1: corrupt in the midterms. That was something that they were
- 23:34Speaker 1: not going to do that folks. No way in hell, okay,
- 23:37Speaker 1: no chance in hell, they were going to do that.
- 23:40Speaker 1: This is one of those moments where I truly believe
- 23:45Speaker 1: that the Democrats are trying to figure out do we
- 23:47Speaker 1: let Joe Biden be taken down. If we're gonna do it,
- 23:51Speaker 1: they want to do it quickly. They don't want this
- 23:52Speaker 1: to linger for two years or a year and a half,
- 23:55Speaker 1: because they've got to decide who their next candidate is.
- 23:58Speaker 1: If this thing gets ugly quickly, then there's a better
- 24:01Speaker 1: chance that Joe Biden will say I'm not running for reelection,
- 24:04Speaker 1: and then we can move past this right and get
- 24:06Speaker 1: our next guy and have the debate that we so
- 24:10Speaker 1: desperately want or the debate that we so desperately need
- 24:13Speaker 1: within democratic kennets. That's their goal and their objective here,
- 24:18Speaker 1: that's what they're hoping for here, at least some Democrats.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Chuck Schumer is a loyalist. Chuck Schumer, I think also
- 24:27Speaker 1: understands that this gets bad, it's going to hurt all Democrats.
- 24:30Speaker 1: That's why he said this on CN A New Day
- 24:33Speaker 1: this morning. House Republicans are domainding more information this morning
- 24:37Speaker 1: on the classified documents that were found at President Biden's
- 24:40Speaker 1: private residence in his former office. It comes as the
- 24:43Speaker 1: Attorney General Merrick Garland is stepping into a point. Robert
- 24:46Speaker 1: Herr as the special counsel to investigate what has happened there,
- 24:49Speaker 1: joining us now to weigh in on all of this,
- 24:51Speaker 1: and what's happening on Capitol Hill is Senate with Jority
- 24:53Speaker 1: leader Chuck Schumer, the Democratic Senator, obviously from New York.
- 24:57Speaker 1: We're so glad to have you back on set, but
- 24:59Speaker 1: we have ask you about what's happening with the Attorney
- 25:02Speaker 1: General now appointing the special counsel and the fact that
- 25:05Speaker 1: the White House is acknowledging Yeah, these classified documents were found. Well,
- 25:08Speaker 1: do you believe that he's violated the federal law here?
- 25:10Speaker 1: It's much too early to tell. There's a special prosecutor
- 25:14Speaker 1: in each situation. I think President Biden has handled this correctly.
- 25:18Speaker 1: He's fully cooperated with the prosecutors. When the documents were found,
- 25:24Speaker 1: he notified archives. It's total contrast to President Trump, who
- 25:29Speaker 1: st stonewalled for a whole year. But the point is
- 25:32Speaker 1: we now have special prosecutors on for both of these situations,
- 25:37Speaker 1: very serious people. We should let it play out. We
- 25:39Speaker 1: don't have to push them in any direction or try
- 25:42Speaker 1: to influence them. That's all I'm going to say, let
- 25:44Speaker 1: the special prosecutors do their job. Do you support the
- 25:47Speaker 1: fact that a special counsel is overseeing this matter? Now?
- 25:50Speaker 1: Yes I do, And in fact, you know, I was
- 25:53Speaker 1: when they first the FBI went tomorrow Labo and they said, well,
- 25:58Speaker 1: what are you going to say about this? I said,
- 26:00Speaker 1: it's premature to comment, and I've said it here, so
- 26:03Speaker 1: I've been consistent about it. In both cases, you have prosecutors,
- 26:07Speaker 1: special prosecutors. I support both of them. Let them do
- 26:10Speaker 1: their job. I think that's all that should be said.
- 26:12Speaker 1: The politicians shouldn't be buzzing around. Just by the way,
- 26:17Speaker 1: I love this. The politicians shouldn't be buzzing around. Chuck
- 26:20Speaker 1: Schumer has always had something to say about this. Okay,
- 26:26Speaker 1: I mean, I'm sorry, but like for him to say, well,
- 26:29Speaker 1: no one should be buzzing around here. Politicians shouldn't be
- 26:32Speaker 1: buzzing around. That's what he does. This is our reporting.
- 26:37Speaker 1: According to one Justice officials said that the White House
- 26:39Speaker 1: public statements earlier this week offered an incomplete narrative about
- 26:43Speaker 1: the classified documents from Biden's time as vice president, reinforce
- 26:46Speaker 1: the need for a special counsel. The misleading statements created
- 26:49Speaker 1: the impression that Biden's team had something to hide. That
- 26:53Speaker 1: doesn't sound that much different than the former president. John
- 26:56Speaker 1: there's now a special prosecutor. Let's see what they have
- 26:59Speaker 1: to say. We can have all this speculation and comment.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Let's see what they have to say, and let's focus
- 27:03Speaker 1: on doing things that help the American people to have
- 27:06Speaker 1: to get it and have to say this. You seem
- 27:09Speaker 1: much more measured about this than with the Trump documents,
- 27:12Speaker 1: because you call for transparency with the Trump documents, you
- 27:15Speaker 1: want to lawmakers have access to the documents sees from
- 27:17Speaker 1: the former president his residence in Florida, which it seems
- 27:21Speaker 1: like you. Bottom line is I said that night it's
- 27:24Speaker 1: premature to comment on what should be done, and I
- 27:27Speaker 1: used to try that. Yes, for a President Trump, that's
- 27:30Speaker 1: exactly what I think. That your consistent both you bet. Okay,
- 27:34Speaker 1: so you said the president is fully cooperated and there's
- 27:38Speaker 1: no one occasion than he in the White House if not.
- 27:39Speaker 1: But there is a real question about transparency and what
- 27:42Speaker 1: the American people deserve. Let me now watch how defensive
- 27:45Speaker 1: Schumer gets here. Okay, Poppy Harrow's question as well. All right,
- 27:50Speaker 1: you say they've been fully transparent. But they have it
- 27:53Speaker 1: the timeline soap match up and she just mentioned that.
- 27:55Speaker 1: All right, I'm going to back it up five seconds
- 27:57Speaker 1: so you can hear how quickly he gets irritated. Okay,
- 28:01Speaker 1: Schumer gets very irritated because he understands that the timeline
- 28:05Speaker 1: does not match up with the idea of transparency from
- 28:10Speaker 1: this White House as if not. But there is a
- 28:13Speaker 1: real question about transparency and what the American people deserve.
- 28:16Speaker 1: Let me, let me let the prosecutors get to the
- 28:19Speaker 1: bottom of this, and let's let them do it. For
- 28:21Speaker 1: God's say. You don't want to buzz around all of that,
- 28:24Speaker 1: but let me let me buzz for a minute. Let
- 28:28Speaker 1: me buzz, Let me buzz for one minute, and I
- 28:30Speaker 1: promise we'll get It's not just us buzzing around. You're
- 28:33Speaker 1: the Democratic head of the Senate. This is a really
- 28:35Speaker 1: important issue. It's not just buzzing around. It's but we
- 28:38Speaker 1: have to And if there were no special prosecutor, there
- 28:41Speaker 1: would be you know, you might have a different thing
- 28:43Speaker 1: to say. But there is, and now we have the
- 28:45Speaker 1: law enforcement people who have the power to get all
- 28:48Speaker 1: the facts out doing it. I support both. I think
- 28:51Speaker 1: we should have a special prosecutor on each I don't
- 28:54Speaker 1: mind you're asking these questions, but my view is I'm
- 28:57Speaker 1: not going to say anything. Let the special pro secutors
- 29:00Speaker 1: do their job. I'm not gonna say anything. Man. I
- 29:05Speaker 1: wish you would have done that when Donald Trump was
- 29:07Speaker 1: the president, because you went all out knowing that the
- 29:10Speaker 1: DNC and knowing that Hillary Clinton paid for the still Dolsie,
- 29:14Speaker 1: you knew that it was a lie. While you were
- 29:16Speaker 1: impeaching the president. When you went out there all the
- 29:19Speaker 1: time and we're beating down and trying destroy the Republicans leader,
- 29:26Speaker 1: you were doing it knowing that you were doing it
- 29:28Speaker 1: based on lies. And now you're like, well, let's just
- 29:30Speaker 1: sit back and relax for a second. Right, Let's just
- 29:33Speaker 1: let's just sit back. Even Peter Baker on NBC News,
- 29:38Speaker 1: he said it, Look, we know the reason why the
- 29:40Speaker 1: Biden documents weren't being transparently told about because they knew
- 29:44Speaker 1: it would be damaging for the Democrats in the mid terms.
- 29:48Speaker 1: And Peter Baker, we've been pointing that out this morning
- 29:51Speaker 1: and all week, just cataloging the differences in these two cases.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Chief among the differences being that the Biden White House
- 29:57Speaker 1: appears to have immediately handed these documents over to the
- 30:00Speaker 1: National Archives when they were discovered. Rather, by the way,
- 30:02Speaker 1: that's not true. So that's a lie from MSNBC. But
- 30:05Speaker 1: keep listening to the propaganda here. These cases are so different.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Donald Trump's spawn of Satan, Joe Biden's the saint who
- 30:12Speaker 1: made an accident and obstructing the way Donald Trump and
- 30:15Speaker 1: his aids did. But as you talk to your sources
- 30:18Speaker 1: in and around the White House, first of all, why
- 30:20Speaker 1: did it take so long for the public to learn
- 30:23Speaker 1: about this? It was only a media report that discovered this.
- 30:27Speaker 1: And was this if it's not transparent? Okay, And that's
- 30:32Speaker 1: what NBC News just admitted. We know. November the second
- 30:36Speaker 1: before the midterms, Biden attorneys first discovered the documents at
- 30:42Speaker 1: the Biden Center at Penn November. First, the National Archives
- 30:46Speaker 1: were notified the DOJ of this discovery. November the eighth
- 30:50Speaker 1: was the midterm election, so they hit this and covered
- 30:53Speaker 1: it up. Then the day after the midterms, the FBI
- 30:57Speaker 1: launches a review of the situation. Why did they not
- 31:00Speaker 1: do it on November the seventh or the eighth, because
- 31:03Speaker 1: then they could say we didn't hide anything from you,
- 31:06Speaker 1: because we did it after the mid terms. Then Biden's
- 31:09Speaker 1: team informs the DOJ have a second discovery of documents
- 31:13Speaker 1: December twentieth, again making sure you don't know anything about it.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Then the DOJ informed a third document discovery on January
- 31:22Speaker 1: the twelfth, again you don't know anything about it. And
- 31:26Speaker 1: then the AG Carlin's like, all right, guess we should
- 31:28Speaker 1: tell the public about this. Now. How big of a
- 31:30Speaker 1: problem do they view this to be? Yeah, I think
- 31:33Speaker 1: I think that's right. Look at very different than the
- 31:35Speaker 1: Trump case. There does not appear, as everybody has said,
- 31:37Speaker 1: to be a willful obstruction in the same way that
- 31:40Speaker 1: we have been talking about in mar Lago. That doesn't
- 31:43Speaker 1: mean there aren't important questions, and you're right to raise
- 31:45Speaker 1: one of them. They discover these first documents on November
- 31:49Speaker 1: the second, that was six days before the mid term elections.
- 31:52Speaker 1: They did not tell the public about it. They didn't
- 31:53Speaker 1: tell the public about it, as Christian reported, until this
- 31:56Speaker 1: week when they had no choice because the media was
- 31:59Speaker 1: going to reported. When the media reported on the first
- 32:01Speaker 1: batch of documents on Monday, the White House confirmed it,
- 32:04Speaker 1: but didn't mention that they had already by that point
- 32:07Speaker 1: found a second batch of documents. They only acknowledged that
- 32:10Speaker 1: when there was a new media reporting on that. So
- 32:12Speaker 1: they'll tell you that The reason why is they didn't
- 32:16Speaker 1: want us to put this out in piecemeal. They didn't
- 32:18Speaker 1: want to be litigating this in the press. While there
- 32:21Speaker 1: was still a question about whether they would be a
- 32:23Speaker 1: special counsel. They had hoped that perhaps Jack Lausch, the
- 32:27Speaker 1: US attorney who was considering this matter for Mary Carlow,
- 32:30Speaker 1: would not recommend a special counsel, and so they didn't
- 32:32Speaker 1: want to make it a public issue. But that raised
- 32:34Speaker 1: is still a lot of questions because obviously, when you
- 32:36Speaker 1: talk about transparency, two months went by when they didn't
- 32:39Speaker 1: say anything, particularly before mid term. They knew it would
- 32:41Speaker 1: have been damaging to Democrats had it come out. Two
- 32:44Speaker 1: months they knew that it would have been damaging if
- 32:48Speaker 1: it came out. Let me just read that part of
- 32:52Speaker 1: the transcript again. But that raised is still a lot
- 32:56Speaker 1: of questions because obviously, when you talk about transparency, to
- 33:00Speaker 1: months went by where they didn't say anything, particularly before
- 33:03Speaker 1: the midterms, where they knew it would have been damaging
- 33:06Speaker 1: to Democrats had it come out. So when you hear this,
- 33:10Speaker 1: just no, they were not transparent. They had no intent
- 33:15Speaker 1: of being transparent. They knew this was be damaging as hell.
- 33:20Speaker 1: This prosecutor, I hope he's honest. This prosecutor, I hope
- 33:26Speaker 1: is transparent. This prosecutor I hope does the right thing.
- 33:30Speaker 1: But I have no blind faith in the DOJ or
- 33:37Speaker 1: in the FBI. Now, I have no faith in them.
- 33:40Speaker 1: They won't make this thing just go away for Joe
- 33:42Speaker 1: Biden or that they have no faith that they won't
- 33:46Speaker 1: connect the dots. Also, let me make that clear. I
- 33:48Speaker 1: don't believe they're going to connect the dots, folks. I
- 33:51Speaker 1: think they'll cover it up. That's my honest, gut feeling here.
- 33:55Speaker 1: I really do believe that. I don't think they want
- 33:59Speaker 1: to get to the truth. We're gonna keep covering this
