- 2:08Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey, Oh yeah, man, got a
- 2:12Speaker 1: radio show. Do you understand that? I'm telling you God
- 2:16Speaker 1: been big in my life. God, God is a gentleman.
- 2:19Speaker 6: You know.
- 2:20Speaker 1: I want to I want to point that out to you.
- 2:22Speaker 1: God is an absolute gentleman. He will not come in
- 2:28Speaker 1: unless he's invited. He don't just barge into your life.
- 2:34Speaker 1: He gives us the power of choice.
- 2:37Speaker 6: You know.
- 2:37Speaker 1: If you say you got it, I don't need you,
- 2:39Speaker 1: he lets you have it. If you say I need you,
- 2:43Speaker 1: come see about me. He right there. It's just a
- 2:46Speaker 1: real simple thing, man. So always say to people this,
- 2:52Speaker 1: if you've gotten yourself into something, and please know I
- 2:56Speaker 1: have I man, see that. That's why I'm so adamant
- 3:02Speaker 1: about it because I've gotten myself in some circumstances and
- 3:06Speaker 1: positions in my life. But I've been, I've been. I've
- 3:09Speaker 1: had some low moments, man, I've had some moments where
- 3:12Speaker 1: I did not know what to do. I didn't know
- 3:17Speaker 1: what was next, I didn't know how to go about it.
- 3:21Speaker 1: I didn't have no more ideas. I was stuck. I
- 3:26Speaker 1: thought a couple of times, well, might not make it
- 3:31Speaker 1: past this one. But then if I don't make it
- 3:34Speaker 1: past it, what's gonna happen? And then I held on
- 3:38Speaker 1: to this little thing that my mother kept talking to
- 3:40Speaker 1: me about. She said, sometimes some when you ain't got
- 3:44Speaker 1: nothing else in you, just hope, she said, just hope
- 3:48Speaker 1: it'll be all right, you know. And what I've learned
- 3:51Speaker 1: in my life is that hope is the beginning of faith.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Hope is just is there possibility out there for me?
- 4:01Speaker 1: I show hope, something happened. See hope is okay, man,
- 4:08Speaker 1: Because like I say, for me, the way I've lived
- 4:11Speaker 1: my life, hope was the beginning of faith. It was
- 4:14Speaker 1: just the idea. It's just the thought that something could
- 4:18Speaker 1: change for me, that something could be a little bit
- 4:20Speaker 1: different from me, that maybe man just maybe for some reason,
- 4:28Speaker 1: I could be saved, I could be rescued, things could
- 4:32Speaker 1: turn around, it could hit any other direction. Maybe I
- 4:37Speaker 1: could quit messing up. Maybe somebody will forgive me. Maybe
- 4:42Speaker 1: somebody will just say all right. I don't know, but
- 4:46Speaker 1: I can't count the times I've been in that position.
- 4:50Speaker 1: But then once I hope a little bit, and then
- 4:52Speaker 1: I remember. Also my mother, because she was a Sunday
- 4:55Speaker 1: school teacher, she taught me the most valuable lesson I've
- 4:59Speaker 1: ever learned in my life. Nothing has been greater in
- 5:02Speaker 1: my life than my faith. She taught me to pray.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Mama used to say, when it get real dog for
- 5:09Speaker 1: your son, prayer changes things. She said, When you seem
- 5:14Speaker 1: like you lost and you can't find your way, stop
- 5:18Speaker 1: and pray, she said, because prayer change is things. You know,
- 5:23Speaker 1: when you get a point in your life when you've
- 5:24Speaker 1: done all you can do and you can't do no
- 5:26Speaker 1: more and you just don't know what to do next,
- 5:29Speaker 1: she said, stop, son, pray and combine that prayer with
- 5:36Speaker 1: that hope that you got, she said, because that hope
- 5:40Speaker 1: is the beginning of faith. She said. If you pray
- 5:43Speaker 1: just hoping, she said, to God, come through for you,
- 5:48Speaker 1: that'll give you confidence that he can do it again.
- 5:52Speaker 1: And then after a while, you quit hoping, she saying,
- 5:55Speaker 1: you start believing, she said, And that's when you're on
- 5:59Speaker 1: to something. If you can turn that hope into belief,
- 6:06Speaker 1: that hope into Faith's that's the ability to believe in
- 6:14Speaker 1: something that you can't see. But the key though, the
- 6:17Speaker 1: faith is you're believing in something that you can't see. See.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Hoping a little bit different from me now, I'm pretty sure.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Like I say, oftentimes to tell a lot of people
- 6:27Speaker 1: who can explain this thing a lot better than I
- 6:29Speaker 1: can to you, hope is just kind of I don't
- 6:33Speaker 1: know how to I don't know how to say it,
- 6:34Speaker 1: but I'm just telling you, hope is you're just hoping
- 6:37Speaker 1: it work right. You just have a thought in your
- 6:39Speaker 1: mind that you know, man, whoever you are, or whoever
- 6:44Speaker 1: you are, whatever you are, to me, God, I show
- 6:47Speaker 1: hope something change. Hope helps.
- 6:50Speaker 7: Man.
- 6:51Speaker 1: If you ain't strong enough to have faith, have hope, hope,
- 6:57Speaker 1: and then if you pray with some hope and God
- 7:01Speaker 1: answers your prayer, then that hope gains a little confidence,
- 7:07Speaker 1: and after a while that confidence becomes faith. Now theyin't
- 7:13Speaker 1: just hoping, but I'm believing. I'm believing in something that
- 7:17Speaker 1: I cannot see. Faith has been the key to my
- 7:25Speaker 1: entire existence, even when I didn't have any It was faith,
- 7:32Speaker 1: as I look back on it, that has gotten me here.
- 7:38Speaker 1: And not just faith, but my faith. See, you will
- 7:43Speaker 1: only get to where you're going in your life based
- 7:47Speaker 1: on your faith. See. A lot of people get the
- 7:53Speaker 1: word faith confused, like what's your faith? And then they
- 7:56Speaker 1: start going down this whole list of all these different
- 7:59Speaker 1: religions out here. But really an essence, man, when I
- 8:03Speaker 1: talk to people about faith, I'm talking to you about
- 8:06Speaker 1: your your belief. How much do you believe in the unseen? See?
- 8:15Speaker 1: Faith is the core of all that is happening to
- 8:19Speaker 1: me today. It is the faith that I have in
- 8:23Speaker 1: my relationship with God that enables me to just oftentimes
- 8:30Speaker 1: if I stay on the right course and believe a
- 8:33Speaker 1: certain way and act a certain way, his blessings just poor.
- 8:39Speaker 1: They just come. And it comes in a lot of
- 8:43Speaker 1: little ways too. I've started to notice. See, it ain't
- 8:46Speaker 1: just a lot of people think blessings is money. Nah, man,
- 8:49Speaker 1: that ain't it. It's coverage. It's every time my plane
- 8:53Speaker 1: lands safe, it's every time they predict bad weather and
- 8:58Speaker 1: I get up in the sky and it don't be
- 9:00Speaker 1: no bad weather. You know this is this is favor.
- 9:04Speaker 1: These are blessings that get poured out to me. Somebody
- 9:08Speaker 1: call me and offer me something, not money, but an opportunity. See,
- 9:14Speaker 1: blessings come a lot of ways. But once you tie
- 9:19Speaker 1: in to God, once you tie in and you start
- 9:23Speaker 1: doing the best you can do, and you start asking
- 9:26Speaker 1: for him to make you a better person, to help
- 9:29Speaker 1: shape and mold you into the kind of man or
- 9:32Speaker 1: person that he wants you to be. You be amazed
- 9:36Speaker 1: what God can do with you. Man, if you just
- 9:38Speaker 1: invite me in and allow him to be a part
- 9:41Speaker 1: of your life. I mean, what you got to lose
- 9:43Speaker 1: out there? Come on, why would you not change? Why
- 9:47Speaker 1: would you not allow God to be a part of
- 9:49Speaker 1: your life. God got some big plans for you. If
- 9:53Speaker 1: he didn't, you wouldn't keep waking up.
- 9:56Speaker 8: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, animal trainers, truck drivers,
- 10:08Speaker 1: uber drivers, people that deliver food to your dough dough dash,
- 10:13Speaker 1: anybody that's making money out there. Bus drivers, clergyman, Deacon
- 10:19Speaker 1: board members. Special shout out to the US you're boy.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Anybody that's in a choir that really came saying, but
- 10:25Speaker 1: it's in the choir anyway. Good morning to you. Hello
- 10:30Speaker 1: to everybody on the praise dance team that we want
- 10:33Speaker 1: to have band from all churches. That is my goal
- 10:36Speaker 1: is to ban praise dance teams from all churches. Stop it,
- 10:42Speaker 1: cut it out, don't do it no more. Also, we
- 10:46Speaker 1: would like to say Easter speeches. Easter speeches are from
- 10:50Speaker 1: now on and forever more owned. Don't ever stop doing
- 10:55Speaker 1: Easter speeches. I want kids to feel the same trauma
- 10:59Speaker 1: I feel when I had to give mind with a
- 11:02Speaker 1: studying problem. Lord, have mercy, please it Bill's character in you,
- 11:09Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen. This is a Steve Harvey Morning Show man.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Ah ain't nothing like it. Shelon Strawberry calling for real
- 11:17Speaker 1: Mississippi Monica Jr. And a legend that is Nephew Thomas Jr.
- 11:22Speaker 1: What's on your mind? Let me ask you something, Uncle.
- 11:25Speaker 9: You know I've been with you for a very long time. Uncle,
- 11:28Speaker 9: I've been with you, and I'm asking Uncle, you just
- 11:31Speaker 9: talk about what's the importance of exposure? Why did you
- 11:34Speaker 9: just show people's stuff. Why did you let me see things?
- 11:36Speaker 1: Well? See, listen. You can forget a time, you can
- 11:39Speaker 1: forget a date, you can forget a face, you can
- 11:43Speaker 1: forget a name. But you know what you can never forget.
- 11:47Speaker 1: You can never forget exposure. You were exposed to a
- 11:52Speaker 1: feeling or a sensation, and you cannot forget that. It
- 11:56Speaker 1: is important to be exposed to it. It is important
- 12:02Speaker 1: to fly in a first class seat one time because
- 12:06Speaker 1: after you've been up there, walking past them seats gets
- 12:09Speaker 1: very difficult to do. And once you're up there and
- 12:14Speaker 1: you won't back up there, your mind starts producing the thoughts,
- 12:18Speaker 1: which produces the actions to put you there because you've
- 12:21Speaker 1: been exposed. You can say what you want to say
- 12:24Speaker 1: about private jets and you'll never spend that money, but
- 12:26Speaker 1: when you get on one, you're gonna walk back on
- 12:29Speaker 1: one because you've been exposed. You can say, ah, I
- 12:33Speaker 1: wouldn't care nothing about seeing no Niaga falls. Yeah, but
- 12:36Speaker 1: after you go up there and you see it, you're
- 12:38Speaker 1: gonna see why people go up there because it's unbelievable.
- 12:41Speaker 1: They've been exposed. You can't forget the breath of the
- 12:46Speaker 1: Grand Canyon. You can't forget it. You can't forget when
- 12:50Speaker 1: you're driving across the painted desert and you see it,
- 12:53Speaker 1: you can't forget that. It's breathtaking. And here's the thing
- 12:57Speaker 1: about God. God is exposes himself and everything. All you
- 13:01Speaker 1: gotta do is be aware. Go outside and look at
- 13:04Speaker 1: the cloud. Formation day, you'll see something beautiful. But guess what,
- 13:07Speaker 1: he gonna do something else to it tomorrow. He'll never
- 13:10Speaker 1: do the same thing twice. He show up, he show out.
- 13:13Speaker 1: He's amazing exposure. That's why I expose people to stuff
- 13:17Speaker 1: instead of telling them about it. I take you and
- 13:19Speaker 1: let you see somewhere. Go to Paris, go see what
- 13:22Speaker 1: pass is. And then guess what. I bet you gonna
- 13:24Speaker 1: walk back over there.
- 13:25Speaker 8: I bet when are we going again?
- 13:33Speaker 1: Go to You're gonna walk back over there. This is
- 13:36Speaker 1: the best, the way to do it good.
- 13:38Speaker 10: Coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour, we'll
- 13:41Speaker 10: have the pastors with a word.
- 13:43Speaker 8: Right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 13:52Speaker 1: What is it that makes the all new Hyundai Palisade
- 13:55Speaker 1: hybrid and incredible s UV? Is it the spacious interior
- 13:58Speaker 1: that's comfy for the whole Maybe it's having up to
- 14:01Speaker 1: six hundred plus miles of range. What if it's all
- 14:04Speaker 1: of that and more? What is it there?
- 14:07Speaker 5: They all new Hondai Pallisade Hybrid so much more than
- 14:11Speaker 5: just another sub Viehundai USA dot com or Carl five

- 15:46Speaker 5: there for you.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Stop right there. This is a song in a verse
- 15:54Speaker 1: about the surety and the definiteness or someone committing to
- 16:03Speaker 1: a relationship. Ree, you own my heart and mind. I
- 16:10Speaker 1: truly adore you. Stop right there.
- 16:14Speaker 11: Facts, if God one day struck me blind your beauty,
- 16:21Speaker 11: I'd still seek loves too weak to define just what
- 16:29Speaker 11: you mean to me.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Stop right there. Wow, I want you to know that
- 16:36Speaker 1: if one day God took my eyes caused me not
- 16:43Speaker 1: to have the ability to see, come on, strug me
- 16:47Speaker 1: blind your beauty there, I would still see. Guess how
- 16:57Speaker 1: fine you is to me, Lord her Mercy, that's fine, Reap.
- 17:05Speaker 1: From the first moment I saw you, I knew you weather,
- 17:10Speaker 1: Why stop right there. As soon as I saw you,
- 17:13Speaker 1: I said, oh Lord, read that night I had to
- 17:18Speaker 1: call you. I was rapping till the sun came up.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Stop right there. Had phone calls back there weren't no
- 17:25Speaker 1: face time now your text back then, no, No, couldn't
- 17:30Speaker 1: leave no message. Now I had to call you and
- 17:33Speaker 1: wrap back then we called it rapid uh saying sweet
- 17:39Speaker 1: little nothings to tickle the fuzz inside your ear, re
- 17:45Speaker 1: telling you just how fine you look.
- 17:48Speaker 5: In a word, you were sex all of my cool
- 17:53Speaker 5: attitude you took.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Stop right there, girl, so fine? I wasn't even cool
- 17:57Speaker 1: no more. I'm talking about I couldn't control couldn't control myself.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Oh I say the word, say oh my cool, you too,
- 18:11Speaker 1: Oh my cool? Our cool attitude you took my body
- 18:15Speaker 1: was next. Stop right there after that, you can get
- 18:18Speaker 1: what you want.
- 18:18Speaker 6: Read.
- 18:20Speaker 1: You made love to me like you were afraid. Stop
- 18:26Speaker 1: right there, Stop right there. You made love to me
- 18:31Speaker 1: like you was afraid of and reason feel had set
- 18:35Speaker 1: in because I was bringing it. I was putting it
- 18:41Speaker 1: on you in a way where you felt like I
- 18:45Speaker 1: got to get out of here?
- 18:46Speaker 10: Rea?
- 18:48Speaker 1: Was you afraid of me? Was I the first? Was
- 18:51Speaker 1: I your ever fantasy? Stop right there? I believe that
- 18:58Speaker 1: what the prophet Chris is saying here, Well, I had
- 19:05Speaker 1: put it on you in a way where you had
- 19:09Speaker 1: asked yourself, Was you afraid of me? Was this the
- 19:16Speaker 1: first time? I was trying to worry it out in
- 19:20Speaker 1: my mind. Which one it was? Did you want to
- 19:22Speaker 1: run away from it? Was it too much? But it
- 19:25Speaker 1: was all I had? We That's why until the end
- 19:30Speaker 1: of time. I'll be there for you. Stop right there
- 19:35Speaker 1: once again. Were talking about definity, were talking about absoluteness,
- 19:43Speaker 1: that's right, a promise, a commitment, a pharaoh investment, that's what?
- 19:52Speaker 2: And oh oh I.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Or non tax deductible. Come on here by something that
- 20:04Speaker 1: you're gonna get something week.
- 20:07Speaker 5: I'm gonna move down right here, pat They say, if
- 20:09Speaker 5: God one day struck me blind your beauty, I'd still see.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Love is two weeks to define just what you mean
- 20:19Speaker 1: to me. This whole soul, this whole verse, is all
- 20:24Speaker 1: about telling you just how fine you do, that you
- 20:30Speaker 1: so fine that if God one day struck me blind
- 20:35Speaker 1: your beauty, I will still see. Love is a strong word.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Love is a full letter word. But love is too
- 20:48Speaker 1: weak to define just what you mean to me. I
- 20:53Speaker 1: should have came up with something else, like a love delicious.
- 20:57Speaker 1: You should have came up with love on top of that,
- 21:02Speaker 1: came I would love a manic or something going on
- 21:05Speaker 1: with Love is too weak to define what you mean
- 21:08Speaker 1: to me. I don't know what they wanted to call it,
- 21:11Speaker 1: but it should have been molded love. I wonder what
- 21:18Speaker 1: that word is too weak to define?
- 21:22Speaker 8: Thank you, rever and Deacon death jam with that word today.

- 23:28Speaker 1: been married.
- 23:30Speaker 6: M h.
- 23:31Speaker 1: But in that it's been to three different people. Yeah,
- 23:38Speaker 1: you spread it out. That's fine. I spread spread it out.
- 23:41Speaker 1: I keep a running total. I get time for credits, credits,
- 23:48Speaker 1: won't I won't time serve credits. Can't just have me
- 23:52Speaker 1: in it and don't give me time. I know I
- 23:53Speaker 1: won't out, but I was still in it, so just
- 23:57Speaker 1: give me credit. Yeah, so I don't know how y'all
- 24:00Speaker 1: have been together forty years. Ain't never been apart for
- 24:02Speaker 1: five days? He must because should I take him with me?
- 24:05Speaker 6: Now?
- 24:05Speaker 1: Hell? Now you need some time lady. You need tome
- 24:09Speaker 1: your girl? Yeah, what's your girl?
- 24:11Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 24:11Speaker 1: You need everybody need time off? Yeah, okay, all right,
- 24:16Speaker 1: all right.
- 24:16Speaker 10: Moving on to Shanita and Brooklyn, Shanda writes, my daughter
- 24:20Speaker 10: is being teased because her daddy is dating a lady
- 24:24Speaker 10: at her school. I can't say anything to him because
- 24:27Speaker 10: he'll get mad and stop paying child support. If I
- 24:30Speaker 10: go to the school, the lady will get fired. Do
- 24:33Speaker 10: I take a risk and call her daddy?
- 24:36Speaker 1: Yeah, well, let me explain something to y'all. Don't know
- 24:38Speaker 1: if you understand how child support work. If you call
- 24:42Speaker 1: her daddy and he get mad and he stopped paying
- 24:44Speaker 1: the child's pull, then he get to go to court
- 24:47Speaker 1: and that's called contempt. You can go jail for not
- 24:50Speaker 1: paying child SAP. Now she's being your daughter being teased
- 24:55Speaker 1: because her daddy is dating somebody at the school, one
- 25:00Speaker 1: of the other parents or the teacher or something. Ain't
- 25:02Speaker 1: nothing wrong with that. See, the mother is using an
- 25:06Speaker 1: excuse because the girl is being teased. What they saying?
- 25:11Speaker 6: What? What?
- 25:12Speaker 1: What the kids are saying? Your daddy like somebody other
- 25:16Speaker 1: than your mom or your day he's day night with
- 25:20Speaker 1: gym teacher. Your daddy is sleeping with to put him
- 25:25Speaker 1: up on whatever. Oh that's true. Daddy up there winning
- 25:31Speaker 1: that If that did have dropped you off with Lord,
- 25:34Speaker 1: look at you. He bringing it. Daddy up at the school.
- 25:39Speaker 1: He getting something mocked, these little drop off some pickles.
- 25:42Speaker 8: Yeah, but they're the baby though.
- 25:44Speaker 1: That baby ain't getting teased that bad. If it sounded
- 25:49Speaker 1: like what you just saw under skin right there. Yeah,
- 25:53Speaker 1: and it's cause for concern for sure. Yeah, she shouldn't. Baby. Yeah, Well,
- 25:59Speaker 1: what you want to do? What you gonna say to
- 26:02Speaker 1: the daddy because he ain't gonna stop datingly?
- 26:05Speaker 10: Well, I don't think that's her concern. Again, it's because
- 26:08Speaker 10: her child is being teased.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Your teacher is your MoMA. You know they saying it.
- 26:14Speaker 1: You know I'm fee to get an eighth now now
- 26:17Speaker 1: that's what I mean that you'll come back to the teaser,
- 26:21Speaker 1: all right, all right?
- 26:24Speaker 8: Moving on to Montes and Juniper.
- 26:27Speaker 10: Jupiter Montes says Sunday, I got into a scuffle with
- 26:32Speaker 10: someone over a football bet. My wife is disappointed in
- 26:36Speaker 10: me for fighting, and she's been talking to me like
- 26:38Speaker 10: a child because I currently am not working.
- 26:42Speaker 8: It was only one hundred dollars that I lost. Should
- 26:44Speaker 8: I have lied to my wife instead?
- 26:47Speaker 1: Yeah? Well you see once again? Should I have lied? Mm? Always?
- 26:52Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 26:54Speaker 1: Best question? What what did the truth get?
- 26:58Speaker 6: You?
- 27:00Speaker 8: See now she's talking to him like a child?
- 27:07Speaker 1: What did the truth? Should I have lied? Why would
- 27:15Speaker 1: you not? Wow? And if you don't want to lie,
- 27:20Speaker 1: done to you? And if you don't want to lie, yeah,
- 27:25Speaker 1: don't say nothing. What you even tell about the fight for?
- 27:30Speaker 1: Because maybe maybe he came home looking crazy? He already
- 27:36Speaker 1: now he's out there. He needed to quit betting because
- 27:39Speaker 1: he ain't working right and he can't fight. He's yeah,
- 27:47Speaker 1: you two things. You need to be careful of betting
- 27:50Speaker 1: and fighting and when you ain't working, especially if he
- 27:54Speaker 1: lost the hunting. Yeah he did, see. I think that's
- 27:58Speaker 1: what the argument because he came home bruised up, that
- 28:01Speaker 1: worked fault and ain't working and lost a hundred that's
- 28:06Speaker 1: probably this is what.
- 28:07Speaker 10: I wanted to ask you those colo. She's talking to
- 28:10Speaker 10: him like the child. What does that sound like?
- 28:14Speaker 1: Getne ran up down there and got your beat and
- 28:16Speaker 1: then lost hundred dollars. And now you're coming back up
- 28:19Speaker 1: in the house. We already in here struggling. Ain't got
- 28:21Speaker 1: grocery skill, and you just took your stupid behind there
- 28:24Speaker 1: and then and got your tail whipped and lost a
- 28:26Speaker 1: hundred dollars. And we needed that hundred dollars to put
- 28:28Speaker 1: these groceries up in here. The kids ain't eating this
- 28:30Speaker 1: stuff right here, and you were this and now they
- 28:32Speaker 1: having popsicles for dinner. And while you're sitting up here here,
- 28:35Speaker 1: that set up here and lost a dog go one
- 28:37Speaker 1: hundred dollars with your stupid behalf like you jelling a
- 28:41Speaker 1: betting money you ain't even got, And that was the
- 28:43Speaker 1: hundred I gave you. And what you were supposed to do.
- 28:45Speaker 1: You're supposed to go down there and put it on
- 28:46Speaker 1: that light veal. But now you went down there and
- 28:48Speaker 1: bet your money. You done lost a hundred. Got your
- 28:51Speaker 1: little stupid behind whip. What you mean, Craig always jumping
- 28:55Speaker 1: on you? Quit betting. You can't whoop Crig. You can't
- 29:03Speaker 1: whoop nobody down. It don't make no sense. Good lord,
- 29:07Speaker 1: I'm mighty, that'll do it. Yeah, they eating popsicles for dinner,
- 29:14Speaker 1: for dinner, all these kids in hell. Now, hear aboudy
- 29:18Speaker 1: hung because you down here betting and you ain't worth it?
- 29:22Speaker 1: Should he go to his room and set up here?
- 29:24Speaker 1: And what is your betting on? The cowboys fall?
- 29:27Speaker 6: Well?
- 29:27Speaker 1: I told you.
- 29:33Speaker 10: All right, thank you, Celo. Last one from Raynelle and Charlotte.
- 29:37Speaker 10: Raynelle says, my husband said he was.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Get out the freezer. You don't get no more popsicle.
- 29:45Speaker 1: You're talking to him about the baby.
- 29:47Speaker 8: I'm talking to his husband like a child. Anymore dollars?
- 29:59Speaker 1: He hundred dollars. Yeah didn't it? Yeah, it did so
- 30:04Speaker 1: it did. So stop watching them cartoons and get out
- 30:08Speaker 1: here and find some works.
- 30:15Speaker 8: All right, we want we want to thank you, Clo.
- 30:19Speaker 1: That don't ask me about this PlayStation. Coming on to
- 30:23Speaker 1: the top of the hour, we'll have not I don't
- 30:26Speaker 1: know what a joystick is because I'll.
- 30:28Speaker 8: Be at work right after this. You're listening Steve Hardy
- 30:34Speaker 8: Morning Show.
- 30:39Speaker 10: Well, guys, the biggest headline over the weekend has been
- 30:41Speaker 10: the Charlie Kirk shooting. Kirk's tragic death has caused an
- 30:46Speaker 10: uproar with Democrats and Republicans in the House, and it
- 30:49Speaker 10: has sparked racist rhetoric on online posts and videos. Conspiracy
- 30:55Speaker 10: theorists have also weighed in on the murder. We were
- 30:58Speaker 10: shot that Kirk's body was blown on Air Force two.
- 31:01Speaker 10: In US flags at a lot of governmental agencies are
- 31:04Speaker 10: being flown at half staff in honor of a man
- 31:08Speaker 10: they were referring to as a patriot and a martyr.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Steve, what are you making.
- 31:14Speaker 10: Of all of this?
- 31:15Speaker 1: What do you think? Well, listen, we've all said the obvious.
- 31:20Speaker 1: None of us think that a man should be killed,
- 31:24Speaker 1: a man should be dead for what he said. We
- 31:27Speaker 1: all agree with that that that's not an issue at all.
- 31:32Speaker 1: I feel sorry for his children who will grow up
- 31:35Speaker 1: without a father. We've said all of the necessary things. Now,
- 31:40Speaker 1: as far as becoming a martyr and us having to
- 31:43Speaker 1: mourn him, I'm not understanding this. You're flying, you're calling
- 31:48Speaker 1: this man a martyr, you're making him a patriot. This
- 31:53Speaker 1: wasn't a political assassination. They keep making it that because
- 31:57Speaker 1: the boy we now find came from a reform a
- 32:00Speaker 1: far right Republican and now there's information coming out that
- 32:04Speaker 1: he was at this because he didn't feel like Charlie
- 32:08Speaker 1: King was far right enough, there's the Charlie Kirk. I
- 32:14Speaker 1: keep calling him king. I don't really need them, but
- 32:17Speaker 1: Charlie Kirk was not far right enough to show you
- 32:22Speaker 1: how much they're trying to make this guy a martyr.
- 32:27Speaker 1: They fly the flags at half mass, they send an
- 32:32Speaker 1: air force too to pick him up. Why And it's
- 32:39Speaker 1: because he supported Donald Trump. Donald Trump does not care
- 32:44Speaker 1: what your beliefs or your thoughts are, or what rhetoric
- 32:48Speaker 1: you spew or havoc you cause if you support him.
- 32:53Speaker 1: He all for you, proud boys and all to tell
- 32:56Speaker 1: you how white supremist minds think. They then started threatening HBCUs.
- 33:04Speaker 1: We had to close down HBCUs to protect our children
- 33:08Speaker 1: from this evilness. What do we What do HBCUs have
- 33:13Speaker 1: to do with a white man from Utah, from the
- 33:17Speaker 1: Republican Party, who was who shot and killed Charlie Kirk?
- 33:23Speaker 1: What do we have to do with it? But they
- 33:25Speaker 1: are so hell bent on keeping their white supremacist beliefs alive,
- 33:31Speaker 1: which he happened to be one of, and then to
- 33:34Speaker 1: turn it around on us. I'm not mourning his death.
- 33:39Speaker 1: I feel sorry that it happened this way, and it
- 33:42Speaker 1: should not have. But this the rhetoric. Hey, spuit. And
- 33:47Speaker 1: here's the dangerous part. They keep saying that because he
- 33:51Speaker 1: claimed to be saved and a born again Christian, that
- 33:55Speaker 1: that made him one of us. The Southern even Angelicals
- 34:00Speaker 1: have gotten on board, the Christian nationalists have gotten on
- 34:03Speaker 1: board with this, and so many other so called regular
- 34:07Speaker 1: Christians have gotten on board with that. But then you
- 34:10Speaker 1: want to ignore the message that he spewed. That was
- 34:15Speaker 1: nothing concerning the teachings of Christ. Christ taught about love
- 34:19Speaker 1: and unity and love for all people. He did nothing
- 34:22Speaker 1: but separate, dogged out every race that wasn't white. Yeah,
- 34:26Speaker 1: I mean, and that was his message. Yes, And so
- 34:31Speaker 1: now you want us to rally around that. You can't
- 34:35Speaker 1: shove that down our throat and expect us to feel
- 34:38Speaker 1: the same way you feel. And you keep saying he
- 34:41Speaker 1: was one of us, Well, yes, he certainly was. And
- 34:45Speaker 1: then the last point I want to make is please
- 34:48Speaker 1: stop saying this is not who we are as a country,
- 34:51Speaker 1: because this is exact who we are. And that's why
- 34:55Speaker 1: it's okay to have mixed feelings.
- 34:58Speaker 10: You know, the fact that he was and killed, Yeah,
- 35:01Speaker 10: we feel badly about that, But the things like you said, Steve,
- 35:04Speaker 10: he was spewing the hatred. We don't know, we don't.
- 35:08Speaker 8: Don't put that on us, Do.
- 35:09Speaker 4: Not put that.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Shouldn't we send the National Guard now in Utah? Didn't
- 35:14Speaker 1: we do that?
- 35:16Speaker 4: Uh?
- 35:16Speaker 1: Wow, that's what we do. Send him up to Utah? Now, yeah,
- 35:21Speaker 1: but he has a Republican governor.
- 35:25Speaker 10: Yeah, who prayed, who prayed that the shooter was from
- 35:30Speaker 10: another country or another state, and.
- 35:38Speaker 1: His whole family is from the Republican his whole family
- 35:42Speaker 1: not on his voter registration. He i unidentified himself. He
- 35:47Speaker 1: didn't claim either party. But what he was spewing online
- 35:52Speaker 1: and stuff was his rhetoric was Charlie Kirk was not
- 35:56Speaker 1: far right enough, which is another party. They trying to
- 36:00Speaker 1: through that. But at least we have enough, sister. Let
- 36:02Speaker 1: them go on and work through it. They d every
- 36:05Speaker 1: possible conclusion that they could. And then for all of
- 36:09Speaker 1: these Republican people who are in office who are saying
- 36:13Speaker 1: that the Democrats have to own this one right here,
- 36:17Speaker 1: Well you didn't own the Trump supporters, the Mecca people
- 36:22Speaker 1: who killed the two people, for the three four people
- 36:26Speaker 1: in Minnesota who lost their lives, their attempted kidnapped and
- 36:31Speaker 1: get jumped on Pelosi's husband and beat him almost half
- 36:35Speaker 1: to death. Did anybody claim that what was the outrage
- 36:40Speaker 1: for the school shootings?
- 36:42Speaker 4: All of that?
- 36:44Speaker 1: No, you ain't getting none of that. And this is
- 36:47Speaker 1: the same guy who said George Floyd got what he
- 36:52Speaker 1: deserved because the cop didn't kill him, a drug overdose
- 36:57Speaker 1: killed him. So the eight minutes forty six second on
- 37:00Speaker 1: this mayor's neck, I can't breathe and do this man
- 37:02Speaker 1: miss me that old Sorry you've died this way. But
- 37:07Speaker 1: that's on y'all all.
- 37:08Speaker 10: Right, coming up at twenty minutes after the hour, we
- 37:11Speaker 10: will switch gears here and find out what you guys
- 37:14Speaker 10: find attractive about yourself.
- 37:17Speaker 1: Hey, everything, right after this.

- 37:45Speaker 10: and COVID nineteen this fall, ask your doctor which vaccines

- 51:37Speaker 7: talking about job y'all with the wrong one, okay, with
- 51:40Speaker 7: the wrong one.
- 51:40Speaker 6: At this time, you're talking about beating the Vice president's nephew.
- 51:46Speaker 6: You're losing control here, Jason.
- 51:48Speaker 11: No, I ain't losing nothing.
- 51:49Speaker 7: I'm the only thing control I'm gonna loose. And when

- 51:53Speaker 7: boss to see all of them.
- 51:55Speaker 8: How that sounds?
- 51:56Speaker 6: And that makes sound clear for you. We're trying to
- 51:59Speaker 6: just get you someplace to be temporarily until I find
- 52:02Speaker 6: you another slot.
- 52:03Speaker 7: Ain't no other slot. My slot is my slot. I'm
- 52:06Speaker 7: gonna kick just ratt. Not how that sound to you, sir?
- 52:13Speaker 6: All I'm asking is I need your key card and

- 52:18Speaker 6: things out so I can get Victor moved in within
- 52:20Speaker 6: the next week.
- 52:21Speaker 7: Ain't no keys, okay, all of them. I don't give
- 52:23Speaker 7: a how that sounds. I don't care. I'm nothing about them. Okay,
- 52:26Speaker 7: because I seek you or make me somebody out here today? Okay,
- 52:30Speaker 7: I'm tired of it and this ain't gonna happen to me.
- 52:32Speaker 6: I'm gonna get security to come over and walk you out. Okay, No,

- 56:50Speaker 1: you nephew.
- 56:50Speaker 10: Subject his past won't let him last. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 56:55Speaker 10: I'm dating a man that is so tied to his
- 56:57Speaker 10: past that it won't let him last. I'm not going
- 57:00Speaker 10: to make it because he's always talking to his ex
- 57:03Speaker 10: girlfriends and his ex wife. He has a child in
- 57:06Speaker 10: his life that's not his, but he told me that
- 57:09Speaker 10: the boy will always be a part of his life.
- 57:12Speaker 10: His ex girlfriend was pregnant when they started dating, and
- 57:15Speaker 10: he raised the child for three years. Then they broke
- 57:18Speaker 10: up and he got married. The ex wife let the
- 57:21Speaker 10: boy come over and spend time at the house. Now
- 57:24Speaker 10: that I'm married, I don't have time for the boy
- 57:27Speaker 10: because his mother is not nice to me. She calls
- 57:30Speaker 10: my boyfriend and expects him to talk to her until
- 57:34Speaker 10: she gets home, and if she's out, she drops her
- 57:36Speaker 10: location to him or shares her uber information with him
- 57:40Speaker 10: like he's her protector. He says he is nice to
- 57:43Speaker 10: her because she is a single woman and he wants
- 57:46Speaker 10: to be sure she's safe. I feel like he is
- 57:48Speaker 10: out of line and she is too. Then there's his
- 57:51Speaker 10: ex wife that he's had sex with in the past
- 57:54Speaker 10: six months, right before we met. He is honest about everything,
- 57:58Speaker 10: and I can't take it. On one hand, I appreciate
- 58:02Speaker 10: his honesty, but then I can't handle it once I
- 58:05Speaker 10: know what he's done. I'm not friends with any of
- 58:08Speaker 10: my exes and they can't call me.
- 58:11Speaker 1: That's just me.
- 58:12Speaker 10: My boyfriend doesn't understand why I can't be friends with
- 58:15Speaker 10: my exes, and he thinks it's a character flaw. We
- 58:18Speaker 10: can't get on the same page about anything when it
- 58:21Speaker 10: comes to his past and mine. I thought I was
- 58:24Speaker 10: being respectful by cutting off my exes, and he said
- 58:27Speaker 10: that's not normal. It's a crazy conflict we have, and
- 58:31Speaker 10: it seems like we are compatible in every way, except
- 58:33Speaker 10: that I don't want to fall in love with him
- 58:36Speaker 10: and have to share him with these women from his past.
- 58:39Speaker 8: I'm thinking of leaving him.
- 58:41Speaker 1: Is this a wise.
- 58:42Speaker 8: Decision or not?
- 58:44Speaker 4: All right?
- 58:45Speaker 1: Is anybody else confused? I'm so confused. Are you dating
- 58:50Speaker 1: this man?
- 58:50Speaker 10: Are you married to this man? Is he is he
- 58:54Speaker 10: your husband? Is he your boyfriend? Are you married and
- 58:57Speaker 10: writing us about your boyfriend. I'm very confused right now,
- 59:00Speaker 10: and yes, leaving him would be a wise decision. You're unhappy.
- 59:05Speaker 10: Your man is still talking to his exits. He's not
- 59:07Speaker 10: going to stop. If he was that into you, he
- 59:10Speaker 10: would respect your wishes about not communicating with these women.
- 59:14Speaker 8: None of them respect you. He doesn't, for sure, and
- 59:16Speaker 8: you know that.
- 59:17Speaker 10: But the girl that's calling him all the time, dropping
- 59:19Speaker 10: her location and all that, she has no regard for
- 59:21Speaker 10: what you and him have going on. He probably didn't
- 59:24Speaker 10: even tell her.
- 59:26Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 59:27Speaker 8: I don't know what's going on in this letter. I
- 59:29Speaker 8: have no idea.
- 59:30Speaker 10: You say you don't want to fall in love with him, Well,
- 59:32Speaker 10: don't fall in love with him because he doesn't love you.
- 59:35Speaker 8: And you better hope your husband doesn't find out.
- 59:37Speaker 1: Steve, what is going on? I'm so confused. I am
- 59:44Speaker 1: sure she married and she have a boyfriend. Let me
- 59:47Speaker 1: just read the letter back and maybe you all can
- 59:50Speaker 1: help me and Shirley out his past. Won't let him
- 59:53Speaker 1: let you, Stephen, Shirley, I'm dating a man that so
- 59:56Speaker 1: ties his past, it won't let him last. We are
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: not going to make it because he's always talking to
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: his ex girlfriends and his ex wife. He's got a
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: child in his life that's not his, but he told
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: me that the boy will always be a part of
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: his life. His ex girlfriend was pregnant when they started dating,
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: and he raised the child three years. Let's stop right
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: here for a minute. But dude, you know he always
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: talked to you as ex girlfriends and ex wife. I
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: ain't got no conversation with none of them. They axes
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: for a reason. A lot of people can't move forward
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: because they because they keep living in the past. Here
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: the part that got me. His ex girlfriend was pregnant
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: when they started dating, and he raised chuck, excuse me,
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: you say what you want to say about me. I
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: ain't that good a man. I meet you, you pregnant,
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: We dat what and he raises the baby. Held No, no,
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: we dating and congratulations y'all. Oh that's not mine though, norah, no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: I'm not finna say that.
- 1:01:07Speaker 6: Man.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: Y'all look so happy together. Well we just got together.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: That's somebody else baated. I ain't there. Excuse me. If
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: anybody had a man that did that, congratulations, you found
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: a real ram within. I ain't that rap call me,
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: will call me regularly and most me and I know anyway,
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: Then they broke up and he got married. So this
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: guy got married. The ex wife let the boy come
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: over and spend time at the house. So I'm assuming
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: that him and the wife that he married got divorced,
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: but then as an ex they still let him come over.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: Then the letter takes another dog turn and it says,
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: now that I'm married, I don't have time for the
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: boy because it's mother is not nice to me? Who
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: got married? Who got married? Did you rib me the
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: dude that had the ex wife? And now you ain't
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: got time for the boy? Okay, I don't know.
- 1:02:13Speaker 5: She calls my.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: Boyfriend and expect what boyfriend? I thought you got married?
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: Right?
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: She calls my boyfriend and expects him to talk to
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: her till she get home if she's out, and then
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: she drops her location to share her uber information with him.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: It's too much. This let us too much. I'm pissed
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: off at your writing skills. You don't know how to
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: tell us story? Can this ignant letter? We can't help
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: you because you're not telling us she married? Is she
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: married with a boyfriend? I don't know who she is.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: I'm so confused. We can't help you married. We don't
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: know who your boyfriend is. Who is the husband?
- 1:03:00Speaker 6: Good?
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: All right, hold on, I'm sorry not to care about
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: this little bar note. We can and break you no more.
- 1:03:08Speaker 10: Way up been twenty three minutes after the hour, we
- 1:03:10Speaker 10: got part two of the Strawberry Letter, whose paths won't
- 1:03:13Speaker 10: let them laugh. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:03:16Speaker 10: You're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show. Have you thought about
- 1:03:25Speaker 10: buying life insurance to protect yourself and your family? Globe
- 1:03:28Speaker 10: Life Insurance is easy to understand and easy to buy,
- 1:03:32Speaker 10: with coverage amounts up to one hundred thousand dollars.
- 1:03:35Speaker 8: The application process is quick.
- 1:03:37Speaker 10: There is no medical exam, just a simple application called
- 1:03:40Speaker 10: Globe Life Today at one eight hundred two five one
- 1:03:43Speaker 10: fifty four hundred, or visit Globelife radio dot com again.
- 1:03:46Speaker 10: That's one eight hundred two five one fifty four hundred
- 1:03:49Speaker 10: or Globelife radio dot com. All right, come on, Steve,
- 1:03:52Speaker 10: let's recap today's Strawberry Letter if we can, and try
- 1:03:55Speaker 10: to finish up your response, this is confusing.
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: First, well, know this one to say she ain't gonna
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: make it because her man is always talking to his
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: ex girlfriends and his ex wife. Then he got a child.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: That's not he is because when he met this girl
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: she was pregnant. He started dating. Why she was pregnant?
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: Who this guy is? I don't know. There are men
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: who can do that. Those are special man. Congratulations. I
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: tipped my hat to you. I ain't that special. You can.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: You're gonna have to have had this baby. We you're
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: not card the baby. We're going nowhere.
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: This is not about you.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: I'm not feeding all these people, not right now, not
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: right always, about all this, all this, all this, I'm
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: eating for two. You aren't you eating for two? I
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: didn't know who who?
- 1:04:41Speaker 10: Who?
- 1:04:42Speaker 6: Who?
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: The two eggs? I don't know where to come from,
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: and I'm sure didn't help make them. So I'm not
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: fenn to help. Just right here, you stop now? When
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: they live human beings, I could deal with that, but
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: I ain't h with the embryo business. A fertilization. No, no,
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: he don't tell me. Steve this right, So confusion, I
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: got right to sound like I'm sounding frustrate then she's
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: talking about they broke up and he got married, and
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: the ex wife let the boy come over and spend
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: time at the house. Now that I'm married, poo poo.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: Now she says, now I'm married, I don't have time
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: for the boy because his mother not nice to me. Okay,
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: somewhere in there, I think the lady in the letter
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: got married. She calls my boyfriend. Yeah, but now she
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: calls my boyfriend, So I'm thinking his boyfriend is on
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: the side. Yeah, it's her husband and expects him to
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: talk to her till she get home and she's out
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: and she drops on location in him or shares her
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: uber information with him, like he's her protective Well, he's
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: married to him, and she's got a boyfriend. He says
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: he's nice to her because she's a single woman and
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: she wants he wants to be sure she's safe. I
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: feel like he's out of line and she is too.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: Then there's his ex wife that he had sex with
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: in the past six months right before we met. Oh
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: wait a minute, so you're not married to this dude.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: He had sex with his ex wife six months right
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: before you met. Now watch this. He is honest about everything.
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: And I can't take it.
- 1:06:14Speaker 8: I knew you were gonna I knew you were gonna
- 1:06:16Speaker 8: hone in on that line.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: I knew you were Did y'all hear this, Yes, we did,
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: But she's crazy. Did you hear that he is honest
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: about everything? But first of all, she said, he's honest
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: about everything, and I can't take it. On the other hand,
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: I appreciate his honesty, but then I can't handle it
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: once I know what he's done.
- 1:06:37Speaker 8: That doesn't make your case in your or your point.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: The more of this story is they we can know
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: everything you've done because they can't handle it. They said
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: it in the movie Tommy probably know the name of
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: the movie. You can't handle the truth I've been when
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: he said that right up and Marines when he said
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: it it was about women. When I heard you can't
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: have it. We can't get on the same page about anything.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: When he comes to his past and mind, I thought
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: he was being respectful by cutting off thought I was
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: being respectful by cutting off my axes. And he said,
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: it's not normal. It's a crazy conflict that we have.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: And it seems like we're compatible in every way except
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: that y'all ain't compatible. At all. I don't want to
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: fall in love with him. You ain't fall in love
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: with who?
- 1:07:30Speaker 8: Who is nothing to do with love.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: And it ain't You can't fall in love with him.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: You got to fall in love with him and everybody
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: he got because he don't cut nobody loose packet, and
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: they have to fall in love with him. And I
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: have to share him with these women from his past.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: I'm thinking of leaving him. Is this a wise decision?
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: Why ain't you gone leave? Why are you still here?
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: Why did you write us?
- 1:07:59Speaker 6: So?
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: Let me tell you what me and Shirley don't care about. Well,
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: let me just speak for myself, for Shirley at a
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: high level of Christian than I am.
- 1:08:06Speaker 8: What I might agree today.
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: Let's start with this right here. I don't give about this, dude.
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: Don't're gonna start here. Nothing stout any of his ex girlfriends.
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: I don't care about his ex wife. I don't really
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: care for the fact that he met a woman pregnant
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: and started dating. I don't care about that. I don't
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: care that he raised the child for three years and
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: they broke up when he got married. I don't care
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: nothing about him sleeping with his ex month ex wife
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: six months for y'all, man, I don't care if I'm
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: really sure if you just married or not. I don't
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: care if this dude is your boyfriend on the side.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: And the big news is I'm really starting not to
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: care about this child. And this child ain't had nothing
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: to do with the baby. Give about this baby right now.
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: This baby was born into a bleed baby. Out of it.
- 1:09:01Speaker 8: Yeah, don't put the baby in it.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: He was going into the confusion. The baby is not
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: in it. He's in the letter. And they tired of
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: the baby because somebody got married in this letter. We
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: don't know who it is. And they tired of the
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: baby because now they married. So now everybody's tired of baby.
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: Why I can't be tired of baby. I'm tired and
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: you reading the letter.
- 1:09:25Speaker 8: They're married and she's got a boyfriend on the side.
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: Don't tell this letter was a disaster. Listen too much.
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: Let me say something about if your life is fish
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: jacked up, don't write us because we can't help you,
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: and learn how to write. Read the comprehension. Everbody know
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: what you're talking about? This low level prison letter you
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: done sent me. You just learned how to write. Last summer.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: If you've been in literature whole life and stay in
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: literally it ain't tied to write into a national radio
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: show and you got the writing skill of a fo
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: yo j is next right at Lord?
- 1:10:06Speaker 6: What your boy?
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: The big Snoop Dog?
- 1:10:08Speaker 12: What's going on? This is your boy?
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: Kevin Heart aka k Heart aka Long Faced Little Knees.
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: And right now you're listening to a Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:10:17Speaker 8: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: Everybody's your favorite play cousin.
- 1:10:24Speaker 13: A junior looking for something new, try fencing, the Olympic
- 1:10:28Speaker 13: and Paralympic sport that mixes.
- 1:10:29Speaker 12: Speed, strategy and fun.
- 1:10:31Speaker 13: It's like chess meats cardio, quick feet, quick decisions, and
- 1:10:35Speaker 13: satisfying beep when you score a point. Kids, teens, and
- 1:10:38Speaker 13: adults can start anytime, no experience needed. At many clubs
- 1:10:41Speaker 13: have loner gear coaches teach fundamentals and safety from day one.
- 1:10:45Speaker 13: You can find a beginner class near you at USA
- 1:10:48Speaker 13: Fencing dot org, slash try Fencing. That's USA Fencing dot
- 1:10:51Speaker 13: org slash try Fencing.
- 1:10:54Speaker 8: It is time now for junior and sports talk. What
- 1:10:57Speaker 8: you got for is junior?
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: Okay, just talk about it.
- 1:11:00Speaker 12: Everybody. Y'all saw the fight this weekend.
- 1:11:02Speaker 9: Okay, come on now, Terrence Crawford versus Canalo Alvarez.
- 1:11:06Speaker 8: Oh my gosh, okay the underdog first of all.
- 1:11:10Speaker 9: First of all, the under call, the two hundred undercar
- 1:11:13Speaker 9: fights was too many, always two.
- 1:11:16Speaker 12: Hundred undercar fights for we got to this main fight.
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: That's midnight, man.
- 1:11:23Speaker 12: I don't think they got I don't know what time
- 1:11:26Speaker 12: it was.
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: Some of them fights was cold.
- 1:11:29Speaker 12: Now in Billy and Martinez fight man.
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: Cole hey Man about to fight. I didn't put no
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: money on it because I know Connelo personally. I never
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: met Bud Crawford. But the reason I couldn't put no
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: money on it because I knew one thing about Bud Crawford,
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: having never met him, that he got that dog in him.
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: He got that thing in him that that I ain't
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: seen before. So I wouldn't bet no money on Canelo.
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: And then was crazy, see man. As you know, as
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: I was watching the pre fight hype, Yeah, I found
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: myself just hollering for Bud the whole time because his
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: mama said one thing, he on top of the world.
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: I must have done something right, I said, come on,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: that's all you need to know. She said, yeah, he
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: on top of the world. And this was before to fight.
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: So I found myself heavily, heavily you celebrities in the building.
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: Why didn't you go? Yeah, I kind of regret that. Now.
- 1:12:37Speaker 8: Yeah, Okay and Tyson are coming up. You can go
- 1:12:43Speaker 8: to that one.
- 1:12:43Speaker 12: No, nobody, I'm not going.
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: I'm not even ordering that fight.
- 1:12:47Speaker 12: We don't need to see that Tyson who's fighting like
- 1:12:52Speaker 12: they have fo Maywell and Mike Tyson fighting?
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: What this folk? No, no, no, no, I tell you
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: one that's crazy. Jake Paul and is it Davis?
- 1:13:03Speaker 12: Yeah, him and Tank Davis fighting? What what is this stuff?
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: What is this gonna be about?
- 1:13:11Speaker 12: This is not even no, but it's not like Jake
- 1:13:15Speaker 12: Paul just do these fights and they not they don't
- 1:13:18Speaker 12: even count. They're just like for him to look like
- 1:13:20Speaker 12: a boxer.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: It's not even it forgets. It just might make a
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: lot of money. It makes a lot so acting you
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: will do a hundred U seventy five million, you're gonna
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: take a loss. I'm from the wind dog, I'm in
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: that throw of these hands. It ain't gonna look I'm
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: a look crazy. I'm gonna look like Steven a smill.
- 1:13:46Speaker 7: Boy.
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, I'm gonna show me in they.
- 1:13:57Speaker 10: Come and wants to know how to regain her dignity
- 1:14:03Speaker 10: after showing her boobs on a video conference. Oh, we'll
- 1:14:06Speaker 10: talk about it right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:14:08Speaker 10: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, this is from
- 1:14:15Speaker 10: Alisa dots And at Leasta is my boss sent us
- 1:14:19Speaker 10: sent us a spicy email stating that we have to
- 1:14:21Speaker 10: have our cameras on when we're on video conferences. I'm
- 1:14:25Speaker 10: in my late fifties and I'm not good with all
- 1:14:27Speaker 10: that technical stuff. The other day, I did not know
- 1:14:30Speaker 10: that my camera was on, and I mistakenly flashed my
- 1:14:33Speaker 10: breast on a video call while I was trying to
- 1:14:36Speaker 10: adjust my bra Now, how do we get past this
- 1:14:40Speaker 10: embarrassing moment and regain my dignity at my job?
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: That is a Lisa's question. Well, it really depends on
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: how you was adjusting yourself. Does it really? Does it matter?
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: I mean, I mean, did you pull it up at
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: the top, did it fault? Did you lift up a
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: it fell out the bottom? You finished too much? Just
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: mashed on the sides. I don't know, But either way, yeah,
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: you just you got out there and you just gotta
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: you got to take that. I don't know what I'm
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: just saying. Your your reputation at the job is you're
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: the breastlady. Now that's all.
- 1:15:24Speaker 8: She take it past this, Come on.
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: It's gonna eventually blow over. But right now it's hot.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: It's hot. You the subject on the job. As soon
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: as you walk here, everybody, wait, she might do it.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: Good morning. There's people sitting down in the cafeteria, which
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: you just wait, what's up? Double D?
- 1:15:54Speaker 8: Can you fire him with a passion, with a mashion?
- 1:15:58Speaker 10: Why I don't have more? I was, no, all right,
- 1:16:03Speaker 10: all right, we have another one, thank you. So she
- 1:16:06Speaker 10: it'll die down eventually, you're saying, we have time for
- 1:16:08Speaker 10: another one. Steve, this is from Charity in the DMV.
- 1:16:12Speaker 10: I heard my twenty two year old daughter talking about drinking,
- 1:16:15Speaker 10: hanging out and taking edibles. I was just like her,
- 1:16:18Speaker 10: and by age twenty two I was dating a fifty
- 1:16:21Speaker 10: year old man. I worry about my daughter's well being.
- 1:16:25Speaker 10: Should I tell her what I overheard? Or is she
- 1:16:27Speaker 10: too grown for me to intervene?
- 1:16:30Speaker 12: That is a question.
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: Well drinking, you don't have to intervene. Just said, hey, listen,
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but I overheard your conversation. I just want
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: you to know I did the exact same thing at
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: twenty two. I really did, and if I made some
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: big mistakes. So just be careful, Sweetene. That's all you
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: can do. At twenty two. All you can do is
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: all for guidance, because she's all wronged. She's legally she
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: already she died. Is she eating everything she can eat now?
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: She even still with weeding edible? Yeah, I've never had
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: an edible, but I would be scared to do that
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: because you don't know how much you If the cookie
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: is good, you're gonna eat the thing. You can eat
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: a whole row of oi oreoles and nothing really happened
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: to you. You're just watching the gate. But you eat
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: a row of edibles. Well you're done. Yeah, you're done.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: Your head and that flat screen TV.
- 1:17:21Speaker 5: You're gonna be in the bathroom trying to put your
- 1:17:23Speaker 5: seat belt on. I'm telling you, I'm just trying to
- 1:17:25Speaker 5: take in the thirty minute trying to put your seat
- 1:17:30Speaker 5: bet on in the ball where's my Seatbret?
- 1:17:33Speaker 6: I just what.
- 1:17:36Speaker 8: You just made the case for not doing edible. You
- 1:17:39Speaker 8: just made that case.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: Hilarious.
- 1:17:45Speaker 10: But you know, some people, just because they're of legal age, Steve,
- 1:17:49Speaker 10: that doesn't mean they're you know, they have the maturity
- 1:17:52Speaker 10: level to deal with certain things just because they're legally grown.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: You know, well, she she's twenty two, she's drinking, hanging
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: out and eating edibles. It's too late to talk about
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: what you're not mature enough to handle that conversation's late now.
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: So now you have to just talk to him and
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: just say, hey, look I did that same thing. Be
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: very careful.
- 1:18:13Speaker 8: Well, mom, that was you, Okay, that was back in
- 1:18:15Speaker 8: the old days.
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: Okay, Well cool, Okay, Now when you call me, if
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: you call me on a Friday, I'm not gonna come
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: down there to pick you up. I'm gonna let you
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: stay in there the whole weekend.
- 1:18:27Speaker 8: We're in jail.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: Jail, yeah, jail, all right, all right, Okay, I was
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: dating a fifty year old man when I was twenty two.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: That that right there, that scared when the mom said,
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: mom was wild. Huh oh.
- 1:18:51Speaker 10: All right, guys, thank you. Coming up, we're gonna talk

- 1:19:55Speaker 1: it on your nerves.
- 1:19:56Speaker 12: I'm chasing you down every day.
- 1:19:57Speaker 8: You don't want to talk to me, so they just disappear.
- 1:20:02Speaker 12: All my lines was, hey, where are you going from?
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: Right here?

- 1:22:51Speaker 1: immediate food, creates a problem. How so it's just it's
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: just gonna be a problem. Okay, A right?
- 1:23:00Speaker 10: Would you rather have a mouse loose in your house
- 1:23:02Speaker 10: or squirrels in your attic?
- 1:23:06Speaker 8: Don't you dare?

- 1:23:27Speaker 10: Would you rather drive a put drive a pit bull
- 1:23:30Speaker 10: on the back seat? Drive with a pit bull on

- 1:24:22Speaker 1: a year?

- 1:24:43Speaker 1: Right after this.
- 1:24:44Speaker 8: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Hey, everyone,
- 1:24:52Speaker 8: quick health question.
- 1:24:53Speaker 10: Even though you're still thriving, still loving, still connecting, did

- 1:25:08Speaker 10: and COVID nineteen this fall, ask your doctor which vaccines
- 1:25:12Speaker 10: you need and visit vaccicist dot com that's vaexsist dot
- 1:25:16Speaker 10: com to schedule one or more of vaccines sponsored by Pfizer.
- 1:25:21Speaker 8: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:25:23Speaker 8: day on this Monday.
- 1:25:24Speaker 10: It's been a fun day Monday, and thanks to Yeah,
- 1:25:29Speaker 10: thanks to all our listeners. We appreciate you so much,
- 1:25:33Speaker 10: going to work at home, taking the kids to school,
- 1:25:36Speaker 10: whatever you're doing.
- 1:25:37Speaker 8: We love you and thank you.
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: Hey, listen, I got some closing remarks to encourage people,
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: and I want to say it this way to everybody.
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: Listen to me. Be determined, Get determined, Stay determined. Take
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: it up in your mind to be determined. Don't let
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: nothing stop you. Be determined. Put it in your head.
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: Make the decision that this is what I'm going to do,
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: this is what I'm going to be, and I'm going
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: to see it through. Be determined. Too many people give
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: up too fast. Too many people here to bump in
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: the road and let that bump turn into a mountain.
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: Too many people see the detour a time. Too many
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: people see the detour a sign and say, well, I
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: guess it wasn't meant to be. It's not true. It's
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: the process. You have to be determined. Things are going
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: to go wrong along the way. That's a fact. You
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: will not become successful in this world easily. There's going
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: to be factors. Something is going to happen. The saying
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: is life is ten percent what happens to you. It's
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: ninety percent of what you do about it. The ninety
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: percent is how you react to it. Be determined. You
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: have got to become doggish. I was having a conversation
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: in Missouri with the man outside of a restaurant. I
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: was waiting on the car to come around. Real big
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: white guy, huge man. He had to be about six seven,
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: big dude. Man had a solid white mustache, cowboy hat
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: and a down vest on and real country dudes from
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: mister Harvey. Pleasure to meet you, sir. He said, why
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: are you looking at me like that? Because I'm thinking
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: the whole time. And I said, because, man, you remind
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: me of Bonanza. Todd was talking to Hosse caught right.
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: This dude was big, and he said, can I ask
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: you a question? Did you grow up Pentecostal? And I
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: It was just like out of nowhere. He said, did
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: you grow up Pentecostal? And I said, yeah, my mother
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: was a Sunday school teacher. We grew up in the
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: Apostolic church. He said, Church of God in Christ. I
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: said yeah. He said, I knew it. I knew it.
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: I said, how'd you know that, sir? He said, because
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: that thing you did in that comedy show, that thing,
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: that introduction of Christ. He said, let me tell you something.
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: I'm a minister, and that this conversation that happened just so,
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: he said. I'm a minister, he said, and after I
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: saw that thing, I started looking you up and following you,
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: he said, And young man, you got a heck of
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: a story. He said. You know what, you had to
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: be one determined fella to get to where you are
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: after all of that. And I said, yeah, man, I
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: was determined. He said, what you attributed to I said,
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: my mama? I said, because my mama taught me about faith.
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: She taught me about prayers, she taught me about believing.
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: She taught me so many scriptures that told me that
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: it was going to be all right, that he would
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: prosper me, that he would make my enemies my footstool.
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: She taught me so many things, all them scriptures coming back.
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: That he would preparess a table in the presence of
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: dying enemies. She taught me so many things, man, And
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: he was just sitting there. He said, I just won't
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: shake your hand, and he went off. And that's why
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: I did the closing remark that I'm doing today. Be determined, y'all.
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: Do you know that you're going to have an incredible
- 1:30:11Speaker 1: story to tell? But you got to but you got
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: to hang around and let the chapters get written. Stop
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: giving up, man, This is just a chapter story, ain't over.
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: That's the cold thing about your story. It's gonna have
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: some wins and losses in your book. Your book gonna
- 1:30:33Speaker 1: have wins and losses. Now. To tell you the truth,
- 1:30:39Speaker 1: I've had way more losses than I have wins. But
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: that ain't what they write about me. They write about
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: the wins. They say Michael Jordan has took nine hundred
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: and forty six game winning shots. They say he's made
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: one hundred and forty one hundred and forty six of
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: them something like that. He missed most of the game
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: winning shots he took, but you know the ones. They
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: right about the ones he made because he was determined,
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: because they he made him at the right times, in
- 1:31:09Speaker 1: the right game, at the right moment. Some of your
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: losses don't really matter because the timing ain't gonna really
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: have an effect on you. But if you don't take
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: the shot, you can't make the shot. You got to
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: be determined, man, I'm determined. Be determined, everybody, and tell
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: your story because it's gonna be one heck of a
- 1:31:32Speaker 1: story when it's over, and you gonna look back like
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: the old people say, my soul looks back in wonder
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: how I got over, because I know mine. Those are
- 1:31:42Speaker 1: my closes remarks today. Hey, listen, y'all, do yourself a
- 1:31:45Speaker 1: huge favor today. Talk to God today because he would
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: absolutely love to hear.
- 1:31:52Speaker 4: From with him.
- 1:31:53Speaker 1: And it don't matter if you ain't talk to him
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: in a while. That's a good thing about God. He'll
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: let you start with him today.
