- 0:15Speaker 3: Bu bu boozy.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Listening too.
- 0:38Speaker 5: I don't joy.
- 0:50Speaker 6: Yeah, joy.
- 0:54Speaker 7: Show.
- 0:59Speaker 8: You gotta do that, you love, you.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Gotta turn.
- 1:40Speaker 1: You got to turn the mouth the turn you probably
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn mouth water the water up looking.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Come come on, you'll think, uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 9: Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 2: You are listening to the voice, come on, dig me
- 2:08Speaker 2: now on and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 9: Man, oh man, oh man? How good is God to me?
- 2:16Speaker 2: And part of the mission and the reason that I
- 2:18Speaker 2: have a radio show is to become a share of
- 2:22Speaker 2: more and more of a share of you know. I
- 2:26Speaker 2: used to hear my mother say it to me all
- 2:28Speaker 2: the time. But God blesses you to become a blessing.
- 2:31Speaker 2: And I think the more you understand that about yourself,
- 2:34Speaker 2: I think the more blessings will flow your way. I
- 2:37Speaker 2: think that once you understand the principle that.
- 2:41Speaker 10: You know.
- 2:42Speaker 9: But it's kind of tied together with some other scriptures, and.
- 2:44Speaker 2: I'm not too knowledgeable about them, of course, as usual,
- 2:48Speaker 2: but I do know what I've heard. You know, and
- 2:52Speaker 2: you know if you look at something simple as do
- 2:54Speaker 2: unto others as you would have them do unto you,
- 2:58Speaker 2: wouldn't you want somebody to help you if you needed help.
- 3:02Speaker 2: I just know how to get it down there to
- 3:04Speaker 2: where I've been able to understand it. If there's a
- 3:08Speaker 2: scripture similar that it says do unto others as you
- 3:12Speaker 2: would have them do unto you, or if that's you
- 3:17Speaker 2: know in a prayer, would not you want somebody to
- 3:21Speaker 2: help you if you needed help? You've heard you reap
- 3:27Speaker 2: what you sew? Do you understand that if you so discord,
- 3:33Speaker 2: that discord is gonna come your way. That if you hate,
- 3:37Speaker 2: hate gonna come your way. If you blog nothing but
- 3:41Speaker 2: negative comments about people, your life will be filled with negativity.
- 3:46Speaker 2: If all you do is talk about people, then guess
- 3:49Speaker 2: what somebody got to turn that gun around and talk
- 3:51Speaker 2: about you. See, it just stands to reason. So what
- 3:56Speaker 2: I've learned in my life and through all the trials
- 4:00Speaker 2: and tribulations that I've had, is to take those lessons
- 4:05Speaker 2: and share them with people in case you ain't heard
- 4:08Speaker 2: it from somebody else. See sometimes, and the reason it
- 4:11Speaker 2: seems like I'm redundant at times is which I am
- 4:15Speaker 2: is because I'm always trying to find a different way
- 4:19Speaker 2: to say the same thing. Because it's a funny thing. Man,
- 4:22Speaker 2: you got to hear it a certain way for it
- 4:24Speaker 2: to click with you. How many times have I heard
- 4:30Speaker 2: a saying and then I heard it a different way
- 4:34Speaker 2: that it clicked with me. You know, I've heard this
- 4:39Speaker 2: saying right here. Remember this now, everybody's not happy for you.
- 4:44Speaker 2: We've all heard that, right everybody's not happy for you. Well,
- 4:49Speaker 2: that's very simple. I don't need no explanation. That simply
- 4:52Speaker 2: means of all the people you know or do not know,
- 4:57Speaker 2: when something happens to you and you celebrate, everybody.
- 5:01Speaker 9: Not gonna join in on the celebration.
- 5:03Speaker 1: That's all that is.
- 5:06Speaker 2: But then you take it one step further. My father
- 5:08Speaker 2: used to say something to me all the time. He said, son,
- 5:10Speaker 2: everybody come with you can't go with you. I didn't
- 5:13Speaker 2: get that when I was fifteen. Everybody come with you,
- 5:15Speaker 2: can't go with you. He said, you're gonna lose some
- 5:18Speaker 2: of these friends you got along the way. But I
- 5:21Speaker 2: don't care where you get in life. Know this right here,
- 5:25Speaker 2: everybody can't go with you if you are constantly trying
- 5:28Speaker 2: to improve yourself. You constantly have to take assessment of
- 5:32Speaker 2: the people around you, because if you are going to
- 5:35Speaker 2: continue to go and continue to grow, then guess what
- 5:39Speaker 2: you got to have people that's on the goal and
- 5:41Speaker 2: willing to grow, or else.
- 5:44Speaker 9: Guess what.
- 5:46Speaker 2: You're gonna learn the valuable lesson. You know, the late
- 5:49Speaker 2: boxing promoter Butch Lewis. I was talking with Butch Lewis
- 5:53Speaker 2: one time, and man with a good brother. Man, he say,
- 5:57Speaker 2: every successful man is doing what I call he got
- 6:01Speaker 2: rope work to do. He got rope work to do.
- 6:05Speaker 2: He got to put in work on rope. And I'm
- 6:08Speaker 2: sitting there listening to Butch Lewis and all the money
- 6:11Speaker 2: he had made and all the people's lives he had changed,
- 6:13Speaker 2: and all of the moves he was making. And he's
- 6:15Speaker 2: an incredible skills as a negotiator on behalf of some
- 6:19Speaker 2: very very wealthy people.
- 6:20Speaker 9: He was just an amazing man with no education, but
- 6:24Speaker 9: he read everything.
- 6:25Speaker 2: He Butch Lewis read all the papers, all the periodicals.
- 6:29Speaker 2: That brother knew everything. He said, you got to put
- 6:32Speaker 2: in rope. And I was sitting there listening. He said,
- 6:35Speaker 2: here's the analogy, little brother. He said, you are on
- 6:38Speaker 2: rope there's a thick rope. You have on no shirt,
- 6:43Speaker 2: you have on some tattered clothes, you have on no shoes.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Your shorts is cut off just below the knee, and
- 6:50Speaker 2: they tatted, and you got dirt on you and your sweating.
- 6:53Speaker 2: There's this huge, huge raw rope over your shoulder. There's
- 6:58Speaker 2: burn marks on all of your shoulder. Connected to that
- 7:01Speaker 2: rope is a wagon. That wagon has all your weight
- 7:06Speaker 2: on it, all your responsibilities, all the people you're responsible for,
- 7:11Speaker 2: all your children, your wife, your family members, your employees,
- 7:16Speaker 2: your coworkers, your friends. They all on that wagon. Man,
- 7:21Speaker 2: they just sitting there. He's saying, what you gotta do
- 7:24Speaker 2: is you gotta pull that wagon up the heel.
- 7:27Speaker 7: Now.
- 7:27Speaker 2: The only thing with it is, can't nobody help you
- 7:29Speaker 2: pull your wagon? You pull your wagon alone. He say, Now,
- 7:34Speaker 2: what you can do along the way of pulling your
- 7:37Speaker 2: wagon is you can find yourself a good wife, a
- 7:40Speaker 2: good woman. He say, Now, what that woman does is
- 7:43Speaker 2: she get down off the wagon. She fan you while
- 7:46Speaker 2: you pull it. She put water on you while you
- 7:48Speaker 2: pull it. She puts stuff in your mouth while you
- 7:51Speaker 2: pull it. She kicked rocks out the weight while you
- 7:53Speaker 2: pull it.
- 7:54Speaker 9: But she but she pull it for you.
- 7:56Speaker 2: But she is equally as important as you are on
- 7:59Speaker 2: the pull the rope. He say, you hear me clearly now,
- 8:02Speaker 2: young soldier, He said, nah, I got this here, he says,
- 8:05Speaker 2: people on your wagon.
- 8:06Speaker 9: That you're responsible for.
- 8:08Speaker 2: But you want the people on your wagon to help
- 8:11Speaker 2: you get your wagon to the top. So what you
- 8:14Speaker 2: hope is that they got their foot hanging over the
- 8:17Speaker 2: side pushing, They got one leg over the back, or
- 8:20Speaker 2: maybe both legs over the back pushing. They got they
- 8:23Speaker 2: might have their butt on the wagon, but they push
- 8:26Speaker 2: you with both legs they back facing your back, maybe
- 8:29Speaker 2: some of them facing you when one of them got.
- 8:30Speaker 9: Left leg hanging over trying to push.
- 8:32Speaker 2: And you hope that all them people on the wagon
- 8:36Speaker 2: you pulling is back there at least trying to help
- 8:38Speaker 2: the wagon get to the top of the hill.
- 8:40Speaker 9: Here go your problem.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Though, everybody ain't pushing, Everybody ain't pulling. Ain't everybody ain't pulling,
- 8:47Speaker 2: Everybody ain't kicking rocks out the way. You got some
- 8:50Speaker 2: people on your wagon that's just laying on the wagon,
- 8:53Speaker 2: drinking lemonade, looking at you, talking about how long it's
- 8:57Speaker 2: taking you to get your wagon up to the top.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Looking at you, talking about why this wagon is so slow.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Then when you start picking up picking up speed, they
- 9:06Speaker 2: want you to pull harder, you to pull faster, you
- 9:09Speaker 2: to pull more. Then they want you to throw what
- 9:11Speaker 2: you then earned on the way up the hill backed
- 9:14Speaker 2: on the wagon so they can have MO. But guess what,
- 9:16Speaker 2: they ain't helping you get more. But they got a
- 9:18Speaker 2: sense of entitlement that since you got MO, they should
- 9:22Speaker 2: have MO. Everybody come with you can't go with you.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Sometimes you gotta kick the people off the wagon that
- 9:28Speaker 2: ain't pushing and pull it and say, hey man, I'm sorry.
- 9:32Speaker 2: I thought I could do this with you, and I
- 9:34Speaker 2: thought you was going with me. But it's clear to
- 9:36Speaker 2: me you ain't nothing but dead weight. And it ain't
- 9:39Speaker 2: my responsibility to carry dead weight anymore. I have carried
- 9:42Speaker 2: you as long as I have to carry you. You
- 9:45Speaker 2: are no longer my responsibility. I'm responsible for my family,
- 9:49Speaker 2: my wife, my children. I'm not responsible for you. You
- 9:52Speaker 2: got to get off my wagon because I'm a man
- 9:54Speaker 2: on rope. I'm on a mission. Baby, I'm pulling.
- 9:57Speaker 3: You're listening, shot Hardy Morning.
- 9:59Speaker 9: Show Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come, a new
- 10:04Speaker 9: day has arrived. He did it again. And God boy,
- 10:07Speaker 9: he's something else.
- 10:08Speaker 4: Man.
- 10:09Speaker 9: He the only one could do it.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Man. You know what he show up, never been late,
- 10:15Speaker 2: track record, one thousand percent, accountability, all of it. He
- 10:20Speaker 2: checks all the blocks. I don't know nobody else check
- 10:24Speaker 2: all the blocks. But God, Almighty. Wow, that's a good
- 10:30Speaker 2: friend to have. Man, check all the block. God answers
- 10:34Speaker 2: to all your question and got a solution to all
- 10:38Speaker 2: your problems. Man, if you don't do nothing else, get
- 10:42Speaker 2: your relationship with God. Man, if you don't do nothing else.
- 10:46Speaker 4: You know.
- 10:46Speaker 2: So, sometimes your focus is too much on a relationship
- 10:49Speaker 2: on a man or woman. You better get you some God. Man,
- 10:53Speaker 2: somebody ain't gonna ever check out on you. That's all
- 10:56Speaker 2: I'm saying. Steve Harbin, Marty Show, Shery Strawberry, call the
- 10:59Speaker 2: Frail mississipp Marnica Jr.
- 11:01Speaker 9: And the legend that is nephew Tommy Well Jr.
- 11:05Speaker 11: Yeah, I just got a question for you this morning.
- 11:08Speaker 11: I got a question for you this morning. Consider this
- 11:11Speaker 11: is Easter week.
- 11:12Speaker 9: Up. Could you have been a disciple lord with the
- 11:17Speaker 9: Lord back in the day? Up?
- 11:18Speaker 11: Could you have followed the Lord back in the day.
- 11:21Speaker 11: Steve Harvey's disciple. Could you be a disciple.
- 11:23Speaker 9: Look, I'm doing it now. I'm talking about walking with
- 11:27Speaker 9: me every day. You would complain by nothing, you would
- 11:29Speaker 9: have No, Steve didn't. I didn't say that. I said
- 11:36Speaker 9: I be a disciple. Yeah, yeah, Now you know.
- 11:42Speaker 2: I'm gonna go over there with him. But all this
- 11:45Speaker 2: y'all talking about doing it, all this, his spitting, all
- 11:50Speaker 2: this here, That's what I'm here for.
- 11:53Speaker 12: Now.
- 11:53Speaker 9: When Jesus leaves, I'm gonna come back over here to eve.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Through something. Next time we come to town here. Yeah, okay,
- 12:05Speaker 2: you know I'll be back there. I'll be back selling

- 12:25Speaker 9: You aren't there for that. Yeah, he wouldn't be there
- 12:29Speaker 9: for that. Yeah.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Last, and then I know he already knew, but i'd
- 12:36Speaker 2: have been on him by Judas. Hey, hey man, we
- 12:38Speaker 2: need out of here because right here he's tripping.
- 12:45Speaker 9: You can already tell.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm a I'm I'm I'm a warm Judas. Though
- 12:49Speaker 2: I know I noticed the way it's got to go. Yeah,
- 12:52Speaker 2: but when I find out about it though, yeah, y'all
- 12:57Speaker 2: could have been one.
- 12:58Speaker 9: But you know, it's just.
- 13:01Speaker 2: You know, man, I think I've come to the I've
- 13:03Speaker 2: come to understand better and better as I walk with him.

- 13:10Speaker 2: and so and so. As I keep that in mind,
- 13:14Speaker 2: I keep that in mind for myself. And I watch
- 13:17Speaker 2: a lot of people online and stuff because I follow
- 13:19Speaker 2: a lot of motivation and stuff. And you know, I
- 13:23Speaker 2: watch some people out there talking about perfection. Okay, if
- 13:27Speaker 2: all you doing is talking about it, you.
- 13:28Speaker 9: Do know that, don't. We ain't gonna never get there, boy,
- 13:34Speaker 9: all right, I ain't seeing the chip, all right?

- 17:44Speaker 4: just stup with that.

- 20:59Speaker 3: Diddy's lawyer, we'll talk about that.

- 21:04Speaker 14: raid of his La home and slamm them for putting
- 21:07Speaker 14: his sons in handcuffs. And also, we have a programming alert.

- 21:17Speaker 14: the hour, but right now it is time to ask
- 21:20Speaker 14: the CLO our Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey. This one's
- 21:24Speaker 14: from lew And Washington. Lou says, I'm divorcing my husband,
- 21:29Speaker 14: but he won't move out. He's dating someone, and so
- 21:32Speaker 14: am I. He facetimes his girlfriend around me, and he
- 21:35Speaker 14: lets her come to the house to pick him up.
- 21:37Speaker 14: I'm a lot more respectful to him. Why is he
- 21:41Speaker 14: behaving like a child?
- 21:44Speaker 9: Well, see, you.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Can't place levels of respect on disrespect. You know what

- 22:02Speaker 2: you have agreed to a divorce.
- 22:04Speaker 9: He won't move out.
- 22:05Speaker 2: You got a boyfriend. He got a girlfriend. He faced
- 22:10Speaker 2: timing her while you're around. He got her coming over
- 22:14Speaker 2: to the house to pick him up. But now you
- 22:19Speaker 2: want to place levels of respect on disrespect? Cook man,

- 23:04Speaker 9: He won't even play the basic rules.
- 23:07Speaker 2: That's all I'm saying. It just don't seem like I
- 23:09Speaker 2: don't see why you wrote us. You know what's happened
- 23:14Speaker 2: today in this world, we allow and exist in so
- 23:18Speaker 2: many abnormal conditions. We keep trying to normalize mess, and
- 23:22Speaker 2: then you want mess to get regulated.
- 23:25Speaker 9: You can't regulate mess. That's why they call it mess.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Now, all right?
- 23:32Speaker 9: I don't understand that.
- 23:35Speaker 3: I think she just wants them out of the house too.
- 23:38Speaker 14: Moving on to a mirror in Detroit, a mirror says,
- 23:41Speaker 14: I have proved that my husband cheated, and my two
- 23:44Speaker 14: sisters saw the video. They are mad because I'm not
- 23:47Speaker 14: responding to him like they expect me to. I know
- 23:50Speaker 14: what's going on in my house, so I need grace
- 23:52Speaker 14: from them. How do I tell them to let me
- 23:55Speaker 14: handle it?
- 23:56Speaker 2: He had a video come from that's what you say,
- 24:00Speaker 2: I need y'all to let me handle this. Okay, now
- 24:06Speaker 2: the video is out.
- 24:10Speaker 1: What is going on?
- 24:13Speaker 2: Once the video get out, you are open to public
- 24:17Speaker 2: scrutiny and speculation.
- 24:22Speaker 9: You might as well have posted it.
- 24:25Speaker 7: Wow, I'm convinced you can't cheat. Let you in pitch dogs,
- 24:34Speaker 7: just pitch y'all.
- 24:35Speaker 9: Why won't my sisters let me have it? Yeah, lady
- 24:41Speaker 9: to body, how did they see the video? You show
- 24:46Speaker 9: it to.
- 24:48Speaker 4: You?
- 24:53Speaker 2: Well, see to me, like your house is in the streets,
- 24:56Speaker 2: so now you know everybody know what's going It's hard
- 24:59Speaker 2: to he was in your house with everybody.
- 25:01Speaker 9: In the house.
- 25:02Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, and you don't.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Her and her husband, Mike could work this out. It
- 25:06Speaker 2: might could be workable, but when you get that outside pressures.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Yeah, and a video.
- 25:12Speaker 3: Okay. Moving on to Tavita in Baton Rouge to be
- 25:17Speaker 3: the writes up. My daughter has a half brother that
- 25:20Speaker 3: goes to school with her.
- 25:21Speaker 14: My daughter is eight and he's seven. I just found
- 25:24Speaker 14: out he was my husband's kids two years ago.
- 25:27Speaker 3: The kid was sick at school and my husband called
- 25:29Speaker 3: and asked if I could go up there. I told
- 25:31Speaker 3: him no. Was he wrong for asking me? Or was
- 25:34Speaker 3: I wrong for saying, no, this is stuff.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Go get the bar man, it is his job. Then
- 25:50Speaker 2: you deal with it regardless. Well, it seemed to me
- 25:54Speaker 2: like he should have went up yeah, instead of well
- 25:58Speaker 2: but maybe he couldn't get off work and then closer
- 26:00Speaker 2: and all this here. But now see bro, wife, just
- 26:05Speaker 2: now now listen to me. The boy ate your daughter seven. Yeah,
- 26:11Speaker 2: you just found out about this boy two years ago.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Dad ain't really know when he was six he was,
- 26:20Speaker 2: so now Dad ain't really set in yet. And now
- 26:24Speaker 2: you're trying to figure out what you want to be
- 26:26Speaker 2: coming to help you do what? And that's a tough one.
- 26:31Speaker 2: I don't think you were wrong for not going up there.
- 26:34Speaker 2: I really don't think you were, because you have every
- 26:38Speaker 2: right to. Uh, he can't ask you to join in.
- 26:42Speaker 9: And help with the rear in and all like that.
- 26:44Speaker 9: He should have went up there, or the boy's mama
- 26:47Speaker 9: should have been up the wind up. Yeah, but that
- 26:50Speaker 9: was a test to see how if he could work
- 26:52Speaker 9: this in. He know now, don't they don't having everybody.
- 27:05Speaker 1: I'm not there yet.
- 27:08Speaker 14: He's only had two years to process this seven year
- 27:11Speaker 14: old baby. So so the dad's gotta go if she's
- 27:18Speaker 14: not gonna go and the mom. So he's gotta go
- 27:21Speaker 14: because the baby is sick.
- 27:22Speaker 2: I mean the boys, well you don't now remember now
- 27:25Speaker 2: this is a this is a letter, so they didn't
- 27:29Speaker 2: already handle this high ever, so I ain't know.
- 27:31Speaker 9: Who got it go. She didn't go.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Yeah, she didn't say how the baby got handled, but
- 27:37Speaker 2: she didn't go. Her question was was I wrong for
- 27:41Speaker 2: not going? Was he wrong for asking? He wasn't wrong
- 27:44Speaker 2: for asking you, but you wasn't wrong for not going?
- 27:46Speaker 14: Okay, all last one Steve moving on to Fabian and
- 27:51Speaker 14: Indianapolis baby and says, I'm dating a new guy and
- 27:55Speaker 14: I cooked dinner for him. I had jambalayah with jolapeno cornbread.
- 28:00Speaker 14: After we ate, he immediately went home. He said his
- 28:04Speaker 14: stomach was messed up for days. He could have said
- 28:08Speaker 14: he had stomach issues. How is this my fault?
- 28:13Speaker 9: Come on, now, you gotta get to the hub man,
- 28:15Speaker 9: What does you come on?

- 29:07Speaker 14: with First Lady doctor Jill Biden, when she revealed Halle
- 29:12Speaker 14: a painful intimacy experience with her boyfriend Van Hunt, which
- 29:17Speaker 14: led to Halle to believe that something.
- 29:20Speaker 3: Was very wrong.
- 29:21Speaker 14: Halle said, it felt like razor blades were in her
- 29:25Speaker 14: private area. That's what Halle said. She said she went
- 29:28Speaker 14: to the doctor and he said it was the worst
- 29:31Speaker 14: case of herpes he had ever seen. However, Halle and
- 29:36Speaker 14: her man Van they both tested negative for herpes. Halle
- 29:40Speaker 14: went on to say that her symptoms were later diagnosed
- 29:43Speaker 14: as a transitional period of perimiental pause. Then Halle said, quote,
- 29:48Speaker 14: my doctor had no knowledge and didn't prepare me. That's
- 29:52Speaker 14: when I knew, Oh my gosh, I've got to use
- 29:54Speaker 14: my platform. I have to use all of who I am,
- 29:58Speaker 14: and I have to start making a change the difference
- 30:00Speaker 14: for other women.
- 30:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 30:05Speaker 3: What what was she talking to, Tommy? Tommy, she doesn't
- 30:10Speaker 3: have it, Tommy, let him go.

- 30:37Speaker 9: Yes, Tommy, it's that. It's that, Yes, she got Yeah,
- 30:45Speaker 9: shut up, shut up, yes.

- 31:02Speaker 14: I know he loved Barry, but yes, well, well the
- 31:07Speaker 14: results were negative and now she's doing a good thing
- 31:10Speaker 14: by helping other women.

- 31:35Speaker 14: Tommy, Steve, tell him it was a misdiagnosis. Okay, what
- 31:44Speaker 14: doctor did that?
- 31:45Speaker 9: Who did that?
- 31:47Speaker 14: Misdiagnosed her doctor who she said had no knowledge and
- 31:51Speaker 14: didn't prepare her at all.
- 31:54Speaker 3: Okay, so she probably changed doctors in fire.
- 31:58Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you ain't never had no news when the
- 32:04Speaker 2: doctor told you something you ain't want to hear.
- 32:06Speaker 10: Her doctor made a horrible mistake, just didn't have the knowledge.
- 32:17Speaker 1: You know, I didn't know because your doctor don't mean.

- 32:40Speaker 14: Other people during a time like this. You know, she
- 32:43Speaker 14: wants to help other women and make a difference.
- 32:45Speaker 3: You could change.
- 32:47Speaker 2: But you know what, on a serious note, the number
- 32:50Speaker 2: one cause of death in this country is not cancer.
- 32:53Speaker 2: It's not auto uh no, it's not auto or crashes,
- 33:00Speaker 2: it's not unviolenced. The number one cause of death in
- 33:03Speaker 2: this country is medical misinformation misdiagnosis. That's the number one
- 33:09Speaker 2: cause of deaths in this country because it mentally. I've
- 33:15Speaker 2: been medically misdiagnosed before. You know, it wasn't real serious,
- 33:20Speaker 2: but they gave me the wrong diagnosis. Yeah, and I
- 33:24Speaker 2: mean it messed me up. Yeah, well I could just
- 33:27Speaker 2: tell it. I've been diagnosed with or with having diabetes before.
- 33:33Speaker 9: Wow. And then I went, what are you talking about?
- 33:34Speaker 9: I feel fine?
- 33:35Speaker 2: And then we went down there and retested and they
- 33:37Speaker 2: came back again, you have full blown diabetes. Your A
- 33:41Speaker 2: one C number is six ' nine. I said, how
- 33:43Speaker 2: can that be a month ago? It was five to two.
- 33:48Speaker 2: I get diabetes in a month. Then here come to laugh.

- 34:04Speaker 2: get me started right away.
- 34:05Speaker 9: I got hair instantly.
- 34:07Speaker 3: What mm hmm.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Misdiagnosis, that's what. And and and there's people with more
- 34:16Speaker 2: serious issues than that. That's why listen to y'all. When
- 34:19Speaker 2: you all get an opinion, go get another one. Get
- 34:22Speaker 2: a second second, get a second one. Okay, all right,
- 34:30Speaker 2: I'm all right, I'm I'm gonna go see it.
- 34:33Speaker 3: I know it was devastating.
- 34:36Speaker 2: I got a partner, had two knee operations, come to
- 34:39Speaker 2: find out it was his hip?
- 34:41Speaker 4: What what? What?
- 34:44Speaker 9: And I had a partner, had two knee operations, come
- 34:47Speaker 9: to find out it was it was his hip.

- 34:57Speaker 5: Mm hmmm.
- 34:59Speaker 3: Second opinion, Second opinion.
- 35:02Speaker 9: That is a lawsuit.
- 35:03Speaker 14: Yeah, all right, we're going to try and get to
- 35:05Speaker 14: this other story. It's about Diddy. His lawyer says he
- 35:10Speaker 14: was a victim of a witch hunt. Aaron Dyer released
- 35:14Speaker 14: a statement that read, in part, there was a growth
- 35:16Speaker 14: over use of military level force the search where warrants
- 35:20Speaker 14: were executed in mister Combe's residences. There is no excuse
- 35:23Speaker 14: for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities,
- 35:28Speaker 14: or the way his children and employees were treated.
- 35:31Speaker 3: This is an ongoing story, and we'll keep you abreast
- 35:35Speaker 3: of course.

- 54:10Speaker 14: together six years. My husband charmed me and I was
- 54:13Speaker 14: head over heels in love with him. He was always
- 54:16Speaker 14: considerate and very loving, but over the years he's become
- 54:20Speaker 14: distant in everything that we do. He stopped dating me
- 54:23Speaker 14: after the pandemic. We had just got married, and when
- 54:27Speaker 14: the world opened back up, he never resumed his duties
- 54:30Speaker 14: as my husband. Now, we make love and he gets
- 54:33Speaker 14: in the shower and then goes to sleep on the sofa.
- 54:36Speaker 14: He said it's because I don't like to sleep with
- 54:38Speaker 14: the TV on, but I will compromise if he'll stay
- 54:41Speaker 14: in the bed with me. I even tried to lure
- 54:44Speaker 14: him back in for sex twice in one night, but
- 54:47Speaker 14: he said he was tired. When we go out for dinner,
- 54:49Speaker 14: we don't have much to talk about, so we talk
- 54:52Speaker 14: about whatever's topical on social media. We talked about starting
- 54:55Speaker 14: a family and he told me he wants to put
- 54:57Speaker 14: it on hold for at least another year. Whenever he's
- 55:01Speaker 14: on the phone with his boys, he's his usual talkative self,
- 55:04Speaker 14: but if he's with me, he barely speaks. He still
- 55:07Speaker 14: does the husband stuff, like he will kiss me when
- 55:10Speaker 14: he comes in, and he still rubs my feet and
- 55:12Speaker 14: gives me compliments. There is a disconnect somewhere though. He's
- 55:16Speaker 14: doing just enough in the bedroom to please me, but
- 55:20Speaker 14: I'm not sure it's good for him. I'm scared to
- 55:23Speaker 14: ask him because I don't want to know the answer.
- 55:25Speaker 3: What if he tells me he's.
- 55:26Speaker 14: Over the marriage. I did not think we survived being
- 55:30Speaker 14: locked down together for a year, but we did. Why
- 55:33Speaker 14: is he being a part time lover?
- 55:35Speaker 3: Now? Is my marriage over?
- 55:38Speaker 15: Yeah?
- 55:39Speaker 14: Your husband is just going through the motions, and you
- 55:42Speaker 14: know what, I'll say this about your marriage. It doesn't
- 55:44Speaker 14: have to be over. But you are right, there is
- 55:46Speaker 14: a disconnect somewhere. I'm sure if you think back, you
- 55:50Speaker 14: can remember just when it started changing. The pandemic intensified everything,
- 55:55Speaker 14: and it was a maker to break a time for
- 55:57Speaker 14: a lot of marriages during a pandemic, some couples just
- 56:01Speaker 14: couldn't survive being up under each other all day, every day,
- 56:06Speaker 14: and it sounds like your husband grew apart and the
- 56:08Speaker 14: intimacy in your marriage is gone. He's not interested in
- 56:12Speaker 14: getting it back. You guys only have four years under
- 56:15Speaker 14: your belt, six years altogether, you say, and while you're
- 56:18Speaker 14: willing to work on it, he doesn't seem to be.
- 56:22Speaker 14: So you can't be afraid to ask him these hard
- 56:24Speaker 14: questions if you want the answers. That's where the work
- 56:27Speaker 14: comes in in a marriage. I definitely suggest counseling for
- 56:30Speaker 14: you too, if he's open to it. He's still there,
- 56:34Speaker 14: he's still going through the motions. He's still doing some
- 56:36Speaker 14: of the husbandly things you say, like rubbing your feet
- 56:39Speaker 14: and kissing you when he comes in. He's still even
- 56:42Speaker 14: making love to you. So you got to tell him
- 56:44Speaker 14: how you feel. You need to find out where he
- 56:46Speaker 14: is and possibly save your marriage.
- 56:49Speaker 3: If it can be saved.
- 56:50Speaker 14: You know you always should try that, So don't be
- 56:53Speaker 14: afraid to ask him.
- 56:54Speaker 3: Steve hum.
- 56:58Speaker 4: You know.
- 57:04Speaker 9: My husband in part time lover. It's the subject.
- 57:08Speaker 2: At the end of the letter. The lady asked a question,
- 57:14Speaker 2: is my marriage over?
- 57:18Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 57:21Speaker 9: Sounds like something wrong though, It sounds like based on
- 57:26Speaker 9: the letter. Something is wrong. Oh, lady, you know all
- 57:34Speaker 9: of this. Let's just get to it now.
- 57:36Speaker 2: You know, I could go through this letter line by
- 57:38Speaker 2: line and show you what I've discovered and all this here,
- 57:41Speaker 2: you know, here's the part when now when y'all make love,
- 57:47Speaker 2: he gets in the shower and he go to sleep
- 57:49Speaker 2: on the sofa, he said, because I don't like sleep
- 57:53Speaker 2: with the TV on. Then you said, but I'll compromise
- 57:57Speaker 2: if he'll stay in bed with me. Even tried to
- 58:00Speaker 2: lure him back in for sex twice in one night,
- 58:03Speaker 2: but he say he died. Well, lady, I don't know that.
- 58:08Speaker 2: Then you said, you start talked about starting a family,
- 58:11Speaker 2: and he told you, let's put that off for another year.
- 58:15Speaker 9: Is my marriage over?
- 58:18Speaker 2: When he's ever on the phone with his boys, he's
- 58:21Speaker 2: his usual talking hisself, but he's with me, he barely speaks.
- 58:28Speaker 9: Is my marriage over?
- 58:34Speaker 2: He became distant in everything that we do. He stopped
- 58:37Speaker 2: dating me in the pandemic. Is my marriage over?
- 58:46Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 58:47Speaker 2: We go out to dinner or we don't have much
- 58:49Speaker 2: to talk about, so we talk about whatever's topical on
- 58:52Speaker 2: social media. Is my marriage over? I mean, I'm just
- 58:58Speaker 2: reading lines out there letter, it sounded like sound like
- 59:03Speaker 2: a rap to me. But the problem you have, ma'am
- 59:08Speaker 2: is I'm scared to ask because I don't want to
- 59:13Speaker 2: know the answer. You can't put your head in the sand.
- 59:19Speaker 2: I don't understand that part of it. I'm scared to
- 59:23Speaker 2: ask because I don't want to know the answer. Seemed
- 59:27Speaker 2: to me like you already know the answer, you just
- 59:29Speaker 2: don't want to hear it. So with the rest of
- 59:34Speaker 2: this letter, I'm going to do a reenactment. Shirley and
- 59:40Speaker 2: Carlor will ask me a series of questions that a
- 59:45Speaker 2: wife would normally ask her husband, and I'm gonna show
- 59:49Speaker 2: you the answer you probably getting, which will answer the question,
- 59:55Speaker 2: is my marriage over? These quest will be about anything
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: from finances, to the children, to going out to dinner,
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: to public relations anything, and our answer a way your
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: husband is asking you and you tell me, is your
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: marriage over. We'll do that when we come back right
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: after this.
- 1:00:18Speaker 14: All right, at twenty three minutes after the hour Today's
- 1:00:22Speaker 14: Strawberry Letter subject my husband and part time lover. We'll
- 1:00:25Speaker 14: get back into it with reenactment right after this. You're
- 1:00:29Speaker 14: listening hard Morning Show, All right, Come on, Steve let's
- 1:00:33Speaker 14: recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: The subject is my husband and part time lover.
- 1:00:38Speaker 9: Well, we have a problem.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: This woman been married four years, being together six. She's
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: asking us is her marriage over?
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: Now?
- 1:00:46Speaker 9: Everything will changed after the pandemic?
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: Uh?
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: He make love to her. Now he getting the shy
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: and he goes sleep on sofa. She then tried to
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: lure him back with six twice. He don't come back
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: in there.
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: He tied.
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: When they're on the phone talking with his boys, he
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: his usual talking himself. When he talked to her, he
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: shut down when they go to dinner. They ain't got
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: nothing to talk about himself was topical on social media.
- 1:01:08Speaker 9: He don't do that.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: He's still kissing when he come in the house. But
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: it's total disconnect. The lady says she's afraid to ask
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: because I don't want to know the answer. What if
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: he tells me he's over the marriage? Then she said,
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: I don't think we'd be survived being locked down together
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: for a year talking about the pandemic. But they did
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: survive it, but everything changed after that. So did you
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: survive it?
- 1:01:32Speaker 9: I'm not sure.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: So Now, since this letter is so obvious to me,
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: what I've decided to do is ask Shirley and Carl
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: Hem to ask me any questions, and I'm gonna be
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: the husband that's in the letter, and I will answer
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: the letter based on how I think this man is
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: been acting. He's aloof, he's distant, he's disconnected. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: let us begin with the wives questioning the husband.
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: Honey, you want dinner.
- 1:02:04Speaker 7: Now?
- 1:02:04Speaker 9: Ain't hungry already? Eight? I ate yesterday, Yeah.
- 1:02:09Speaker 13: But.
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: Surely you're hungry now. I can fixture whatever you like.
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: We got steak, we got shrimp, we got chicken, whatever
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: you want.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: Honey, Yeah, I don't eat that no more. I gave
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: up chicken, steak, shrimp, all that. I'm just letting it go.
- 1:02:28Speaker 9: Good night. So you're vegan now, now, I ain't a
- 1:02:32Speaker 9: vegan right now. I just don't eat that no more.
- 1:02:35Speaker 12: Right.
- 1:02:36Speaker 9: Uh?
- 1:02:37Speaker 16: So you want to do a double date hang out
- 1:02:41Speaker 16: with our friends? You know when we normally go out
- 1:02:43Speaker 16: with Oh.
- 1:02:44Speaker 9: Yeah who who what? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah, we're going
- 1:02:48Speaker 9: while we.
- 1:02:48Speaker 16: Was gonna go to dinner and then afterwards get some
- 1:02:51Speaker 16: cocktails or something like that.
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: You know.
- 1:02:54Speaker 9: Oh no, no, no, no, no, I want to do that.
- 1:02:56Speaker 9: I gotta go work.
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: You're busy.
- 1:02:58Speaker 9: Yeah, I gotta go work tomorrow tomorrow night.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: I know you gotta work during the day, but I'm
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: talking about tomorrow night. Let's go kick it.
- 1:03:05Speaker 9: Yea, tomorrow night. That's what I say. I gotta go
- 1:03:07Speaker 9: work tomorrow, So you gotta work during the day and
- 1:03:10Speaker 9: at night.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: I gotta rest at night because I'm gonna go to
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: work tomorrow the next day, tomorrow. What you know, I
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: just said tomorrow. You ain't listening to me, so.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: So we can't hang out. We need something together time.
- 1:03:24Speaker 13: What's going on?
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: I don't like hanging you know what I mean that
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: It bothered me. You know, I was watching I was
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: watching the Clint Eastwood movie the other day, hanging loose
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: at high noon. And ever since they hung Clint Eastwood
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: they shot him down out that tree, I ain't been
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: able to hang out no more.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: I don't know what it is thinking about.
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: That baby. Isn't that baby so cute? I look at him.
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: I told you, I told her, I see what you're
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: going with this here. I told you we need to
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: have no damn baby right now.
- 1:03:57Speaker 9: I told you that.
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: Well why not, I mean, why not?
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: We don't okay, okay, because you see how you just
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: was falling in all over that baby right there.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: Yeah, he's so cute.
- 1:04:08Speaker 9: I don't want to split that time fawn over me.
- 1:04:11Speaker 9: I do fawn over you at least for another year.
- 1:04:14Speaker 14: But a baby would be such a beautiful addition to
- 1:04:17Speaker 14: our family.
- 1:04:19Speaker 9: Not right now? Well, why not hold you a year?
- 1:04:24Speaker 16: We have the time, We have the time.
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: We got a work in order, everything, our careers are going. Well,
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: why not a baby? I want a baby, honey?
- 1:04:33Speaker 9: Why are you pressuring me? Why are you all up
- 1:04:36Speaker 9: on me about this baby?
- 1:04:38Speaker 14: We just want to increase our family, that's all.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: That's all it is. Just have a beautiful little baby,
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: that ain't.
- 1:04:46Speaker 9: I don't feel that way, sister pandemic.
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: I don't want to plan.
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: Let's plan our vacation, summer vacation. Want to go?
- 1:05:00Speaker 16: You want to go to the Caribbean, You want to
- 1:05:01Speaker 16: go to Mexico, you want to go to Europe?
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: Where you want to go? Africa? Where you want to go?
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: You know what what.
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: I was thinking about going down there? The ymc A
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: got a the package, the ymc A.
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: What does that have to do with our vacation, our summer?
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: No, they got a family vacant that's why I want
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: to go. You know, just wake up, go down there
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: every day, you know, workout, swim, come on back.
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: But that's not what I want to do. I want
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: us to go somewhere.
- 1:05:34Speaker 9: Oh, here we go again. Oh it's about you now, Oh.
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: Hey, nowhere. You don't want to go anywhere.
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: When you you told me about family vacation, I told
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: you where I want to go. That's right back on where.
- 1:05:47Speaker 9: You want to go. That ain't what I want to do.
- 1:05:52Speaker 9: You got to lower your tone.
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: Oh nah, I can't say nothing. See all this here
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: at the pandemic. I used could talk for the pandemic,
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: pre pandemic. Now here come damn COVID. Now, all of
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: a sudden, I got shut.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: Up those four years ago. What are you talking about?
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: The pan.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: We're gonna stack all this money up now, he won't
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: just go blow through it right now? Well this money
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: stacked though. We were saying, now you want to just
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: go blow through the money.
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: No, we were saving it for a reason to buy
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: a new home, our dream home.
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: We're not gonna buy no house right now because we
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: ain't finna have the baby right now.
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: Damn, I guess our marriage is over. You don't divorce me.

- 1:10:32Speaker 14: even though she only has our daughter every other week,
- 1:10:35Speaker 14: she doesn't have a job, and she says that she
- 1:10:37Speaker 14: needs more money from me because she can't survive on
- 1:10:40Speaker 14: what I give her. We never had an official custody arrangement,
- 1:10:44Speaker 14: and I really don't want to have to take this
- 1:10:47Speaker 14: to court. But I don't think I should have to
- 1:10:49Speaker 14: pay one hundred I should have to one hundred percent
- 1:10:52Speaker 14: support her and our child?
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: Am I wrong?
- 1:10:55Speaker 14: How should I handle this? I could probably afford to
- 1:10:57Speaker 14: pay her a bit more if I had to. Should
- 1:11:00Speaker 14: I try to get sold custody of her? Sould custody
- 1:11:03Speaker 14: or give her a little more money?
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: Now, bruh, I can't get in that part with you.
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: I don't know if you should get sold custody or nothing.
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: Let me tell you something. Before court takes a child
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: from the mother, she got to be unfit. Ain't no
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: court taking no child from no mother.
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:11:21Speaker 9: You can get up out of here with that.
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: You can go in there and try it if you
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: want to, but you have to be unfit for the
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: courts to take the child from the mother.
- 1:11:31Speaker 9: So period.
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: Second, she may need more money for her to live,
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: but the courts will determine what that is, and it's
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: based on your income. Now you try not to go
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: to court, but this is fit to go to court.
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: Now she ask you for more you said you could
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: probably afford to pay a little bit more, then go
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: ahead and make your offer. But if she don't want that,
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: then what you're gonna do, and then what you can
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: do when she come back for more, because she coming
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: again too. So it seemed to me like your smarter
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: move was just to go to court and see what's
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: required of you to pay. You don't seem like you
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: have a problem with paying. But I can't tell you
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: shit you go and get cussed at that baby either,
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: because I got news for you. Unless she's an unfit mother,
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: she's not taking that child. They're not the court not
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: taking the child from the mother. The mother gotta do
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: something wrong gonna happen. You can quit wasting your damn
- 1:12:32Speaker 2: time and rightfully so, yeah, because I'm gonna tell you, man,
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: every child deserves a mother's love. Now everybody don't get that,
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: but it'll show. He is a bonus if you got it. God,
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: it's a bonus if you got a mama's love.
- 1:12:53Speaker 9: Boy.
- 1:12:54Speaker 14: Okay, all right, Well, here's another child support question from
- 1:12:59Speaker 14: Demetrius on Facebook. Dimitria says, my wife became my ex
- 1:13:03Speaker 14: wife three years ago and I got total custody of
- 1:13:05Speaker 14: our son.
- 1:13:06Speaker 3: I pay for everything. She contributes nothing.
- 1:13:10Speaker 14: Now I've been hearing some rumbling or talk that she
- 1:13:13Speaker 14: wants to take me to court to have my paycheck
- 1:13:15Speaker 14: garnished for child support and back child support. I don't
- 1:13:19Speaker 14: see how this can really happen, but I do do
- 1:13:21Speaker 14: think it would be wise to be prepared in case
- 1:13:24Speaker 14: she tries this.
- 1:13:25Speaker 3: Any advice would be appreciated.
- 1:13:27Speaker 9: Bruh, listen to truth.
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: If you have soul custody of the boy and you've
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: been taking care of the boy, ain't no court thing
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: to give this woman no money, now, you're straight, bro,
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: Ain't no court thing to give this woman no money
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: because now what she's gonna take you to court for
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: is spousal support. And that ain't what the arrangement is.
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: If you didn't get that at the divorce, you ain't
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: finna get it now. You skip your happy ass on.
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: Yeah, he says he doesn't see how it can happen.
- 1:14:00Speaker 9: I'm gonna tell you right now.
- 1:14:02Speaker 4: You can.
- 1:14:02Speaker 9: You came to the right place, boy, boy, you know
- 1:14:12Speaker 9: from which you speak.
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm telling because I know because I've gotten possession
- 1:14:21Speaker 2: of my son before, so I know how that goes.
- 1:14:27Speaker 9: Yeah, and.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: You know, people can say what they want to say,
- 1:14:32Speaker 2: but I got possession of my son. You right, you
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: write whatever you want on that damn internet. I got him.
- 1:14:39Speaker 9: Now you go from there.
- 1:14:41Speaker 7: I paid child support for years and my son.
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: Was with me.
- 1:14:45Speaker 9: Now look at that. Look at that. Yeah, hold up,
- 1:14:51Speaker 9: I got I got warm for you.
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: I can top you.
- 1:14:58Speaker 9: Well, I just say it.
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: What it all right.
- 1:15:03Speaker 14: We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:15:05Speaker 14: up at twenty minutes after.
- 1:15:06Speaker 3: Right after this, you're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:15:12Speaker 14: We're sending our thoughts and prayers out to the families
- 1:15:15Speaker 14: and the victims and survivors from that horrific, terrible, terrible
- 1:15:20Speaker 14: Key bridge collapse in Baltimore. Maryland's governor Wes Moore and
- 1:15:26Speaker 14: other officials said the collision was an accident, and federal
- 1:15:29Speaker 14: officials said there was no evidence of terrorism, declaring the
- 1:15:33Speaker 14: bridge a terrible accident. President Biden said he intended for
- 1:15:37Speaker 14: the federal government to pay the entire cost of reconstruction.
- 1:15:41Speaker 14: That is good news, the President said, quote, We're not
- 1:15:44Speaker 14: leaving until this job gets done.
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: That's a great thing. You know that he's on it.
- 1:15:49Speaker 3: This is an election year, he's busy. We know that,
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: but he's on it.
- 1:15:53Speaker 16: Yeah, he caresples right down the street from Washington, DC.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: It was horrible.
- 1:15:59Speaker 16: Yeah, say it, Tom, It's just it was unbelievable what
- 1:16:02Speaker 16: we saw when we saw that video.
- 1:16:04Speaker 3: It looked like a movie.
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: Yeah, Steve, you.
- 1:16:06Speaker 3: Said you saw headline people driving on.
- 1:16:11Speaker 7: The bridge on the bridge, Yeah, And who was driving
- 1:16:15Speaker 7: the barge? Did we get a name on that person?
- 1:16:18Speaker 3: And then if we do what? Because Tom, where are
- 1:16:22Speaker 3: you as?
- 1:16:22Speaker 7: Did you sound like, Uh, I'm sorry, I just want
- 1:16:27Speaker 7: to know who was driving? That's I really did.
- 1:16:29Speaker 9: I want to hit it. Hit the if it was Jake.
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: Well, it was horrible because when I saw the slow
- 1:16:34Speaker 2: motion I saw I mean personally, I thought I saw
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: two cars on the bridge going down.
- 1:16:40Speaker 9: I saw headlights. That's a horrible accident.
- 1:16:43Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:16:43Speaker 3: I saw prayers, like we say, going out to them.
- 1:16:47Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:16:49Speaker 14: Coming up at thirty three minutes after the hour, we'll
- 1:16:51Speaker 14: have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this.
- 1:16:55Speaker 3: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning.
- 1:16:57Speaker 14: Show, and it's time now for a round. Would you
- 1:17:00Speaker 14: rather would you rather take back anything you say or
- 1:17:04Speaker 14: would you rather listen in on every conversation about you?
- 1:17:11Speaker 9: I said, what I.
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: Said, yes, I'm staying on business.
- 1:17:18Speaker 14: Are either taking it back or you're listening in on
- 1:17:21Speaker 14: every conversation about it.
- 1:17:22Speaker 11: I have some more to say soon as I hear
- 1:17:24Speaker 11: what you said about me, Steve.
- 1:17:28Speaker 9: I'm not taking back nothing I said. I don't give
- 1:17:31Speaker 9: a damn what.
- 1:17:32Speaker 10: You said about me.
- 1:17:33Speaker 9: It's so simple, I'm full blown. I could give less.
- 1:17:40Speaker 14: Than all right, Would you rather show your coworkers every
- 1:17:46Speaker 14: picture in your phone? Or would you read aloud every
- 1:17:50Speaker 14: text you've sent in the past five days?
- 1:17:52Speaker 9: All right?
- 1:17:53Speaker 14: So send you send your coworkers every picture in your phone,
- 1:17:56Speaker 14: or read aloud every text you've sent in the past.
- 1:18:00Speaker 9: Well, that would depend on what level of pain y'all
- 1:18:03Speaker 9: want to experience. What do you mean say, hurt me deeply?
- 1:18:08Speaker 9: Then I'm gonna let y'all read these texts. You're talking
- 1:18:12Speaker 9: about the text about us. If you want to say,
- 1:18:15Speaker 9: shock me, that's cold. How you want to do it?
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: So it's on us?
- 1:18:24Speaker 5: Right?
- 1:18:26Speaker 3: Would you rather but you put it back on us?
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: See, Junior, I'm gonna tell you right now because where
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: your coping skills work, you need your look at these
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: pictures and.
- 1:18:37Speaker 9: Let me read what you say. You'll be in therapy.
- 1:18:41Speaker 3: Then it would be your own people, all your own people.
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: I'm just keeping it real with you. You don't need
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: the text These pictures ain't gonna be damn.
- 1:18:54Speaker 9: I'm taking what you say about.
- 1:18:57Speaker 5: Junior.
- 1:18:58Speaker 9: You don't need to see these. We're talking now.
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: You don't need cit texts because you ain't ain't you
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: ain't that stable. You ain't got too much right now,
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: you got a lot on.
- 1:19:10Speaker 3: You take that full capacity loaded for two weeks.
- 1:19:16Speaker 14: Would you rather wear your spouse's panties or just go commando?
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: Wow?
- 1:19:21Speaker 7: Oh well, I ain't wear no pennises, just commando. Oh
- 1:19:28Speaker 7: just ignorant.
- 1:19:29Speaker 9: I can't get my white panties on. You're you're talking
- 1:19:35Speaker 9: about cutting off all circulations. I gotta get that.
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: I get that if just above my knee, I get
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: the little things on might be blooding, might look like
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: a guard bill. I ain't gonna get both legs in them.
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: But we have a would you rather for Junior? You
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: know we're talking about your wife's clothes. So I was
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: just thinking about JUNI here's a question for you, ju
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: Visa or he had you said yes, you know it's basket.
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: Give me, gim me advise again I'm going.
- 1:20:12Speaker 3: All right, we gotta go. That's today's rounded.
- 1:20:17Speaker 14: Would you rather coming up with forty nine minutes after
- 1:20:20Speaker 14: the hour, We'll close out the show with the one
- 1:20:21Speaker 14: and on least.
- 1:20:22Speaker 3: Steve Harvey right after this. You're listening morning show.
- 1:20:28Speaker 14: Here we are, guys, our last break of the day
- 1:20:31Speaker 14: on this Thursday.
- 1:20:33Speaker 12: Wow.
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: A lot of things going on in the world, A
- 1:20:36Speaker 3: lot going on this heavy thoughts and prayers again going
- 1:20:41Speaker 3: out to Baltimore.
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: Yes, we got easter this weekend tomorrow Friday.
- 1:20:47Speaker 9: Baltimore's government though he owned it.
- 1:20:49Speaker 3: Man yeah, Governors yeah, and the man and the mayor.
- 1:20:52Speaker 10: You black.
- 1:20:55Speaker 3: Agreed, Steve, you want to take us out?
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: Well, oh, you know, always try to be encouraging to people,
- 1:21:07Speaker 2: and I try to give people, you know, something to
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: hang their had on. I was in a conversation yesterday,
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: and I guess you all must say, Man, Steve, you
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: have a lot of these conversations. Well, I do, because
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: that's what I attract. I attract these types of conversations
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: because I have people coming up to me all the time,
- 1:21:27Speaker 2: even on commercial breaks at family Feud, I take questions
- 1:21:30Speaker 2: from the audience. All of them are in terms of
- 1:21:34Speaker 2: advice and what would you do or how do you
- 1:21:36Speaker 2: handle this? And you know something I've been thinking about lately.
- 1:21:41Speaker 2: I would rather be known as a person who has
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: valiantly tried and failed than to be a person who
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: sat and watched. I'm gonna give it to you again.
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: I would rather be known as a person who valiantly
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: tried and failed than to be a person who sat
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: and watched. You know, there's a lot to be said
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: about you making an attempt. There's a lot to be
- 1:22:12Speaker 2: said when you put forth an effort, because in attempting
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: and putting forth an effort, you learn things, and learning
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: what not to do, oftentimes is just as valuable as
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: knowing what to do. Give yourself some credit when you try,
- 1:22:35Speaker 2: give yourself some credit when you make the attempt, and
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: don't beat yourself up so badly when you fail, because
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: failure is a part of the process. I don't know
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: any successful person who has not failed miserably time and
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: time and time again. I've set down with Tyler Perry.
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: I've heard the story. I've sat down with Denzel, I've
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: heard the story. I sat with Jamie Fox, I've heard
- 1:23:04Speaker 2: the story. I with said the entertainer. I've heard the story.
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: I sat down with Mark Cuban, I heard the story.
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: I've sat down with Dame dash I've heard the story.
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: I've set down with so many people, and I heard
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: the story. Me and LL had a conversation one night
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: on a boat. I've heard the story. I don't know
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: a successful person who has not failed time and time
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: and time again. And in each one of those failures,
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: that was a valuable lesson learned. And what you end
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: up becoming in failure is you become experienced. And I've
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: often said experiences prices is a shame. You have to
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: pay for it with your youth. But boy o, boy o,
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: boy oh boy, the things I've learned in all my failures,
- 1:23:53Speaker 2: the things I've been taught in all my moments of adversity,
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: But those things combined have become the total sum of
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: who I am. And I got to tell you something, folks.
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: You can fail a lot of times. You only need
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: one win.
- 1:24:14Speaker 9: That's all you need. You need one here, you need
- 1:24:18Speaker 9: one of them balls to go over the wall. You
- 1:24:21Speaker 9: need one home run, that's all you need. We're talking
- 1:24:27Speaker 9: about life now. We ain't talking about a game. Were
- 1:24:32Speaker 9: talking about life. And your life is not summed up
- 1:24:37Speaker 9: with your current set of circumstances and conditions.
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: You have to realize that you are on your way somewhere.
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: You are being processed right now, that's all you're doing.
- 1:24:49Speaker 2: Quit looking at your right now set of circumstances and
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: thinking that's it. That's the determining factory. Do you have
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: any idea you could wake up tomorrow and all this
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: is different. Do you know that next week all of
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: this could change you? You know, next year, this whole
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: thing could be different from you. You don't know when
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: God gonna turn on the switch, But you can't cut.
- 1:25:09Speaker 2: You ain't got no switch to turn on. If you
- 1:25:11Speaker 2: ain't attempting, if you ain't trying, if you are not
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: in the arena, if you're not an active warrior, if
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: you are not a Valian soldier, you get nothing in
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: the stands. You know, all you did was buy a ticket.
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: You get nothing in the stands. You're just sitting there
- 1:25:34Speaker 2: watching everybody make an attempt. And then what kills me
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: about the people in the stands. Cain't got the nerve,
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: They got the damn audacity to comment, running your mouth
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: about my failure, talking about my attempt, laughing at my
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: outcome when you ain't got nothing going on.
- 1:25:59Speaker 9: You ain't you ain't even got a shot. That's what
- 1:26:02Speaker 9: kills me.
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: About the people in the stands man running they mouth
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: you bought a ticket to see me?
- 1:26:09Speaker 9: Yeah, I don't think he all that you tune in
- 1:26:12Speaker 9: every day.
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: You know, I was reading somewhere. I was just going
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: through my timeline. Somebody said, I don't know what the
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: fussy is. I don't even like family feud what at
- 1:26:22Speaker 2: So it's a whole lot of people don't like family feud.
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: But guess what, I don't need you to be successful.
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: I just need a win, and I got enough people
- 1:26:40Speaker 2: tuning in to negate. You not ever watching or carry.
- 1:26:45Speaker 2: You just need one win, that's all it is. But
- 1:26:50Speaker 2: you in the stand, you got TV nob sitting a
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: bit talking about you don't like me on TV. Well,
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: at least I'm on the damn credit below.
- 1:27:00Speaker 9: Let me stop. I'm out of here, y'all have a
- 1:27:02Speaker 9: great day. Man, doctor God he loved to hear from you.
