- 2:01Speaker 5: Ah huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 2: You're listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now
- 2:09Speaker 2: one it only Steve Harvey got a radio show. I
- 2:12Speaker 2: got a tweet the other day. When Steve Harvey used
- 2:17Speaker 2: to get the preaching, I used to just turn the
- 2:18Speaker 2: radio off. But nah, it's different. Old dude be bringing it.
- 2:26Speaker 2: He'd be bringing the truth. I appreciate that, you know. Man,
- 2:30Speaker 2: When I was younger, Man, when I when I wanted
- 2:32Speaker 2: to do what I wanted to do, Man, I just man,
- 2:35Speaker 2: I didn't want to hear nothing else. I didn't want
- 2:37Speaker 2: to hear nothing that contradicted what I wanted to do.
- 2:41Speaker 8: You know.
- 2:41Speaker 2: So it's a funny thing man about me. Man I
- 2:44Speaker 2: was I would hear the truth, I would know it
- 2:46Speaker 2: to be the truth. But because I had another plan,
- 2:49Speaker 2: another mission, another goal, another set of dudes.
- 2:52Speaker 3: I wanted to get done. I didn't want to hear that.
- 2:56Speaker 3: You's a funny thing.
- 2:57Speaker 4: Man.
- 2:58Speaker 2: It's like it's like when I was a little boy
- 3:00Speaker 2: and I used to get scared sometime at night, you know,
- 3:03Speaker 2: the boogerman. So I thought that if I just pulled
- 3:06Speaker 2: the blanket up over my head, that that meant that
- 3:09Speaker 2: if I can't see the Boogerman, he can't see me.
- 3:13Speaker 3: That's the theory.
- 3:14Speaker 2: That's an ostrich, you know, sticking his head in the sand,
- 3:18Speaker 2: thinking wow, if I don't see this dude, he can't
- 3:20Speaker 2: see me. A lot of Ostriches done died with their
- 3:24Speaker 2: heads stuck in the sand. I just didn't want to
- 3:26Speaker 2: be one of the people that left this world with
- 3:28Speaker 2: my head in the sand. But I just wanted to say, man,
- 3:34Speaker 2: this morning, that quit talking about change. Y'all listening, because
- 3:43Speaker 2: because because this is real right here, quit talking about
- 3:48Speaker 2: change and let's make a change. You know, man, I
- 3:52Speaker 2: don't I don't mind giving people advice. I really, I
- 3:55Speaker 2: really really don't, because so many people along the way
- 3:58Speaker 2: have handed it to me freely.
- 4:01Speaker 8: Man.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Some people just saw me doing wrong and say, young man,
- 4:03Speaker 2: come in, let me talk to you for a minute.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Some people say, hey, bro, look man, I know what
- 4:08Speaker 2: you're trying to do. Man, it have you thought about
- 4:11Speaker 2: it this way? So I've had a lot of favor
- 4:14Speaker 2: in my life, a lot of grace been shown on me,
- 4:17Speaker 2: a lot of mercy, A lot of people that came
- 4:19Speaker 2: to me helped me a long way. So I don't
- 4:21Speaker 2: have no problem with this part of what I'm what
- 4:23Speaker 2: I'm obligated to do in the mornings. But let's quit
- 4:26Speaker 2: talking about change, y'all, and let's make a change. See,
- 4:29Speaker 2: change is growth, and ain't no growth without change. You
- 4:35Speaker 2: got people, Man, You ever met a person that's just
- 4:38Speaker 2: insistent on doing it they way? I mean nobody in
- 4:42Speaker 2: the building think they should go that way, but they
- 4:45Speaker 2: so bone headed.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Oh this is how I'm.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Gonna do it.
- 4:50Speaker 2: But bro, listen to me, Man, that ain't howgh it's done.
- 4:52Speaker 2: You gonna run into this distance. I'll show you ait
- 4:56Speaker 2: a minute.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Man, you can't do it that way.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Man, if you are sick and tired of where you are,
- 5:03Speaker 2: then you have to change. Change can only come from within.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Can nobody make you change? Now, we got a penal
- 5:10Speaker 2: system in place that can make you sit down if
- 5:14Speaker 2: you don't want to change. We'll sit you down and
- 5:17Speaker 2: we'll restrict your movement and your communication to the point
- 5:21Speaker 2: where if you want to continue this foolishness, we're gonna
- 5:23Speaker 2: put you in this building with a whole lot of people.
- 5:26Speaker 2: That's foolishness, and y'all just trick each other all day long.
- 5:30Speaker 2: But if you are sick and tired of your situation,
- 5:34Speaker 2: pray for it. Pray for change, Ask God to help
- 5:38Speaker 2: you change. Ask God what he want for you instead
- 5:42Speaker 2: of always telling God what you want. It's an interesting
- 5:45Speaker 2: prayer to have with God. When you quit going to
- 5:49Speaker 2: God with your list and check in with God and
- 5:52Speaker 2: see what his list is. That's a very interesting prayer.
- 5:56Speaker 2: If you're a praying person, I suggest you try that sometime.
- 6:00Speaker 2: It's so interesting. Man, do you know what it did
- 6:02Speaker 2: for me when I started asking God what he wanted
- 6:05Speaker 2: for me instead of telling God all the time. I'm
- 6:08Speaker 2: still tell him what I want, but instead of all
- 6:11Speaker 2: the time going to Him with what I want.
- 6:13Speaker 5: You know what it did for me?
- 6:14Speaker 3: It freed me up. It took a lot of pressure off.
- 6:17Speaker 2: I no longer had to think of everything, and what
- 6:20Speaker 2: I was thinking of a lot of times wasn't working.
- 6:22Speaker 2: No way, and when I opened myself up to what
- 6:25Speaker 2: he wanted, to what his will was. Man, do you
- 6:29Speaker 2: know how much simpler my life got? And do you
- 6:31Speaker 2: know how much bigger it got? I'm trying to tell you, man,
- 6:34Speaker 2: if you pray for change and you allow God to
- 6:37Speaker 2: help you with the change, or if you let God
- 6:39Speaker 2: just produce the change, the change in you would be amazing.
- 6:43Speaker 2: If you've been listening to me out especially out in
- 6:46Speaker 2: LA since I was on the radio since two thousand,
- 6:49Speaker 2: can't you hear the change? I'm flat out telling you
- 6:54Speaker 2: that a change has come. But I had to pray
- 6:57Speaker 2: for the change because I couldn't make the change on
- 7:00Speaker 2: my own. And then after you pray for the change,
- 7:03Speaker 2: you gotta work towards your trade change. You know, as
- 7:06Speaker 2: faith without works is dead. Everybody wants something from God.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Always want to talk to God about something, But then man,
- 7:13Speaker 2: ain't ain't don't want to do nothing about it. Faith
- 7:17Speaker 2: without works is dead. You can't do it that way, man,
- 7:21Speaker 2: It just does not happen. So after you then prayed
- 7:24Speaker 2: to God about it, what you got to do?
- 7:27Speaker 4: Then it is?
- 7:27Speaker 3: You got to turn around and go, hey, man, all right, now,
- 7:30Speaker 3: what is it?
- 7:30Speaker 5: I got to do.
- 7:32Speaker 2: You know, you got to do something to bring it about.
- 7:37Speaker 2: So after you pray for it, work for it, and
- 7:39Speaker 2: do something today about it. Stop procrastinating. Don't procrastinate, folks.
- 7:45Speaker 2: The change can start today. Man, I want to change.
- 7:48Speaker 2: How about today?
- 7:51Speaker 5: You know?
- 7:52Speaker 2: Then you see them saying people, Man, I want to change,
- 7:54Speaker 2: that's next week. How about today? I see people years later, Man,
- 7:59Speaker 2: I still in this same old situation.
- 8:01Speaker 3: Man, I'm gonna do something. How about today? Today is
- 8:05Speaker 3: a good day.
- 8:06Speaker 2: There's nothing stopping you from changing today, nothing except you.
- 8:12Speaker 2: You can begin the process of change immediately. And change
- 8:16Speaker 2: is growth, y'all. And ain't no growth without changing. It's
- 8:19Speaker 2: a simple thing. And I'm talking to you in broad
- 8:22Speaker 2: strokes because everybody got something about them they need to change.
- 8:25Speaker 2: That's why I'm not specifically talking about anything. I got
- 8:30Speaker 2: some things in meedate need to change so I can
- 8:32Speaker 2: grow further. Everybody has something about them that they need
- 8:38Speaker 2: to change in order to grow further and then go further. Now,
- 8:42Speaker 2: what's stopping you is you won't start to change today.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Don't hesitate.
- 8:47Speaker 5: Make that change.
- 8:48Speaker 2: And then I want you to watch something. When you change,
- 8:52Speaker 2: Watch the difference in you. Notice the difference in you.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Feel the difference in you, and guess what you gonna
- 8:59Speaker 2: be different? If you watching for the change. If you
- 9:02Speaker 2: feeling the change, then guess what you're gonna be different. Man,
- 9:06Speaker 2: Watch for the difference, feel the difference, you will be different.
- 9:10Speaker 2: If you sick and tired of your situation, folks, you
- 9:13Speaker 2: can change that. But the change is in you. It's
- 9:16Speaker 2: a simple decision you had to make. I'm gonna change.
- 9:19Speaker 2: The change is up to you. You can decide today
- 9:23Speaker 2: if you want to change, you want to be different.
- 9:25Speaker 2: If you're sitting behind the wall, I love speaking to
- 9:27Speaker 2: the brothers and sisters behind the wall. If you behind
- 9:30Speaker 2: the wall, man, and you sick and tired of being
- 9:32Speaker 2: behind the wall, man, why don't you change?
- 9:34Speaker 3: You have thought about that change? Man? If I get
- 9:37Speaker 3: back out there, I'm gonna just do the same thing.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Stop saying that. Stop breathing that negativity into your life.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Decide today that you want to change.
- 9:44Speaker 5: You can do it.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Everybody can change. If you don't know how to change,
- 9:48Speaker 2: pray for it, man, ask God to help you with
- 9:51Speaker 2: the change. Or you get some movement, then partner, you
- 9:53Speaker 2: get a whole lot of movement, Then all right.
- 9:56Speaker 3: That's right.
- 9:57Speaker 9: You're listening.
- 9:59Speaker 5: Morning show, Rise and shine and give yourself that stretch
- 10:06Speaker 5: that morning on. And this is the Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 11:22Speaker 7: Right, yeah, your congregation time past it this morning? What
- 11:27Speaker 7: is going on?

- 11:40Speaker 1: I got saying that church church, I ain't in a church.

- 11:49Speaker 5: say about great amount missionary, say my second Baptist down
- 11:53Speaker 5: there to the church. Now, when you say that about
- 11:55Speaker 5: the one up there in Italy, now, it's you can't
- 11:57Speaker 5: just say that church?
- 11:58Speaker 8: Why not?
- 11:59Speaker 5: It's that church what they all? Right? I'm sorry. This
- 12:04Speaker 5: a couple of church I go to in texts ain't
- 12:06Speaker 5: got no goal in it. Don't mean man church ain't
- 12:11Speaker 5: a better than mane Your church ain't no better than man?
- 12:15Speaker 5: Okay ain't doing They ain't doing praise and worship at
- 12:18Speaker 5: the Vatican. They ain't doing that.
- 12:20Speaker 3: Are you done, sir?
- 12:21Speaker 5: Yeah, so you'll think about it.
- 12:24Speaker 7: Ain't no praise dancing at the Vatican. Ain't no praise, no, ain't.
- 12:28Speaker 5: No praise that. It's just people coming in with bout

- 12:44Speaker 5: with y'all knowing.
- 12:48Speaker 9: That's a long question.
- 12:51Speaker 5: Come only get the word now, I don't get it.
- 12:53Speaker 7: Wasn't ye who was just first sermon sounded like if.
- 12:56Speaker 5: I, if I really had to bring it, you know

- 13:03Speaker 5: turn to the Book of Numbers, uh twenty second twenty second,
- 13:10Speaker 5: chapter verse twenty three, and it says, and the ass
- 13:13Speaker 5: saw the Angel of the Lord standing in the way
- 13:16Speaker 5: and his sword drawing in his hand, and the and
- 13:18Speaker 5: the ass turned aside out of the way and went
- 13:21Speaker 5: into the field. And Baalim smoked that ass to turn
- 13:24Speaker 5: into the way. I want to talk this morning about
- 13:27Speaker 5: following that ass following that ass. It is written it
- 13:33Speaker 5: it's written, don't begin, don't get a.

- 14:17Speaker 8: Hi, Denise, this is Tony. I'm calling security. I've got
- 14:22Speaker 8: an alarm that we've got an alarm that's gone off
- 14:24Speaker 8: on you guys property? Are you guys? We're just checking
- 14:28Speaker 8: before we send authorities out. Is everything okay? Then maybe
- 14:31Speaker 8: someone tripped the alarm.
- 14:33Speaker 10: Oh my gosh, No, I'm at work. I'm at work
- 14:37Speaker 10: right now.
- 14:37Speaker 4: I'm not home. Okay, do you have a tet or
- 14:40Speaker 4: dog or anything that could actually trip the alarm.
- 14:43Speaker 10: No, No, that's strange. It never goes off like that.
- 14:47Speaker 10: I'm nervous.
- 14:48Speaker 8: Okay, give me a second. We've got a call into
- 14:51Speaker 8: the neighborhood security that actually are in route to the property,
- 14:55Speaker 8: and they were going to give us some information before
- 14:59Speaker 8: we actually sent the sent the police officers out, unless
- 15:02Speaker 8: you would like me to send them out now.
- 15:03Speaker 10: But yeah, I feel like you should send the police.
- 15:06Speaker 10: I mean, if I'm not home and nobody's home and
- 15:09Speaker 10: my alarm's going off and it never goes off that,
- 15:12Speaker 10: I'm worried.
- 15:14Speaker 8: Okay, hang on one second, this is neighborhood security calling that.
- 15:17Speaker 8: Hang on one second. I'll be right back to you.
- 15:19Speaker 10: Okaynie, are you there, Yes, Yes, Yes, I'm here.
- 15:23Speaker 8: Great, they have they're out there at the property, the
- 15:26Speaker 8: neighborhood security.
- 15:28Speaker 4: Do you.
- 15:29Speaker 8: There is a black guy there is on your premise?
- 15:33Speaker 8: Are you familiar with who that might be?
- 15:36Speaker 10: Well, I mean my husband's black, but he should be
- 15:38Speaker 10: at work.
- 15:39Speaker 8: Right now, okay, okay, and he probably.
- 15:43Speaker 10: Would have texted me if you know the alarm was
- 15:46Speaker 10: going off.
- 15:47Speaker 8: Okay, Well, I mean, do you have any other black
- 15:49Speaker 8: male friends excuse me? Do you have any other Do
- 15:54Speaker 8: you have any other black male friends that might be
- 15:57Speaker 8: at the house.
- 15:58Speaker 10: I mean, yeah, I've it's a very weird question. I
- 16:02Speaker 10: mean I have black friends, yes, but I don't think
- 16:05Speaker 10: they would be in my house.
- 16:07Speaker 8: Okay, Well, I mean should we just assume that this
- 16:10Speaker 8: is your husband? What do you think?
- 16:11Speaker 4: I I mean, what would you like.
- 16:13Speaker 10: To make your husband's at work? I mean, how tall
- 16:18Speaker 10: is this person?
- 16:18Speaker 4: My husband's sixty three?
- 16:20Speaker 8: Hold on one guy, hold on one second. Let me
- 16:22Speaker 8: go back to the scary from the network. I hang
- 16:24Speaker 8: on one second.
- 16:26Speaker 10: Yeah, no, somebody's in my LUN's going off.
- 16:30Speaker 8: I don't know. I mean, okay, Denise, yes, Okay, they
- 16:34Speaker 8: have a The black guy that they're looking at is
- 16:37Speaker 8: about five foot ten, maybe late twenties. How old is
- 16:41Speaker 8: your husband?
- 16:42Speaker 10: No, my husband is I just told you that my
- 16:47Speaker 10: husband's not there. He would have texted me or called
- 16:50Speaker 10: me and told me that he accidentally set the alarm off.
- 16:54Speaker 10: And I'm actually going to text him. I mean, this
- 16:56Speaker 10: is crazy. I should probably call him.
- 16:58Speaker 8: Okay, do you not realize if we send you do
- 17:01Speaker 8: realize if we send the authorities out and this is
- 17:03Speaker 8: a false call, that you got to get charged for that.
- 17:05Speaker 8: You do know that, right?
- 17:06Speaker 5: A false call?
- 17:07Speaker 10: You just said, somebody's in my house and it's not
- 17:10Speaker 10: me or my husband.
- 17:12Speaker 8: So you should be that you're seeing your husband's black
- 17:16Speaker 8: and then there's a black guy there. I mean, they
- 17:18Speaker 8: probably know each other, right, Are you kidding me?
- 17:22Speaker 10: What kind of question is that?
- 17:25Speaker 8: Why?
- 17:25Speaker 10: Because they're both black.
- 17:27Speaker 8: I'm just trying to save you some money, ma'am. I
- 17:29Speaker 8: don't want to send out police officers when they get
- 17:32Speaker 8: there and then all of a sudden, your husband knows
- 17:33Speaker 8: the black guy or he's a relative or something. I mean,
- 17:36Speaker 8: do they I mean, you know, do you want to
- 17:38Speaker 8: call your done?
- 17:40Speaker 10: Do you think like this is really offensive? And I
- 17:44Speaker 10: don't understand if I'm telling you that I don't know
- 17:46Speaker 10: who the person is in my house, that means sends
- 17:50Speaker 10: the police.
- 17:51Speaker 8: I mean, this is ridiculous.
- 17:52Speaker 10: And he said, what my black black?

- 19:19Speaker 3: What did you go.
- 19:20Speaker 10: Okay, listen, you would know because I wouldn't have been
- 19:23Speaker 10: able to set my alarm this morning. If something was opened,
- 19:27Speaker 10: it would beef and it wouldn't let me set the alarm.
- 19:29Speaker 10: And the fact that you're interrogating me when somebody's robbing
- 19:33Speaker 10: my house.
- 19:34Speaker 9: You need to do your job.
- 19:36Speaker 10: I need to call my usband. You're wasting my time.
- 19:39Speaker 10: I mean, by the time the police get there, it's
- 19:41Speaker 10: gonna be tomorrow.
- 19:42Speaker 8: So you're gonna so you're gonna call Daryl.
- 19:44Speaker 10: Now, how does do you know my husband's name?
- 19:51Speaker 8: This is nephew. Tell me from the Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 20:22Speaker 8: diet you.
- 20:23Speaker 10: Oh my god, I was sweating.

- 21:20Speaker 9: of the hour, but right now it is time to
- 21:22Speaker 9: ask the Riddlo and ask Junior.
- 21:25Speaker 5: All right.
- 21:25Speaker 9: This is from April in Newark. April wrightes my husband
- 21:28Speaker 9: was tinkering with his motorcycle and I saw a new
- 21:31Speaker 9: pink helmet. He said he got it for me, just
- 21:33Speaker 9: in case I decided to ride.
- 21:35Speaker 1: He knows I hate.
- 21:37Speaker 9: Motorcycles, so I assume it's for someone else, And why
- 21:41Speaker 9: would he get upset because I brought it up.
- 21:44Speaker 5: But don't make that assumption just yet. He might just
- 21:46Speaker 5: really really want to want to get you to ride
- 21:48Speaker 5: with him on Sunday evening or something. So of course
- 21:51Speaker 5: you know he got the helmet. I'm sure all the
- 21:53Speaker 5: other guys got a helmet for they wives or they girlfriend.
- 21:56Speaker 5: You know, he got it just in case, you know,
- 21:58Speaker 5: maybe even emergency y'all might need all out on the
- 22:00Speaker 5: bike and got to go somewhere. You know, it's it's
- 22:02Speaker 5: just that. Don't don't jump to conclusion. Don't act as
- 22:05Speaker 5: if it's somebody else. Just yeah, okay, Now, if that bike,
- 22:10Speaker 5: if that helmet is on that bike when he put
- 22:12Speaker 5: out in the evening, and it's just and it's it's
- 22:14Speaker 5: riding with him, and then you might want to follow
- 22:18Speaker 5: that bike. You might want to follow that bike. I'm
- 22:20Speaker 5: just saying, I'm trying to give you a couple of options.
- 22:21Speaker 9: Here on this one, because he couldn't be that stupid
- 22:25Speaker 9: to bring the pink helmet home and put it in.
- 22:28Speaker 5: Oh, I've seen way most stupid nothing past.
- 22:34Speaker 9: I'm gonna have to go with you on that one.
- 22:36Speaker 5: J Yeah, Uncle Tommy.
- 22:37Speaker 7: I mean, it's just a helmet.
- 22:39Speaker 5: But what motive y'all?
- 22:40Speaker 11: Won't we came by, y'all a motorcycle and a pink helmet.
- 22:43Speaker 11: What are we doing here? You got that, okay, But

- 22:52Speaker 5: It's not for him, it's for you for safety.
- 22:56Speaker 7: It's for safety.

- 22:59Speaker 11: And you still may what are y'all women want from us?
- 23:04Speaker 12: Well, let me say this. I argue with y'all on

- 23:12Speaker 12: She could get her c s I on and the
- 23:16Speaker 12: next time he comes from riding a bike, you can
- 23:19Speaker 12: look in the helmet, see if his hair or sweaters.
- 23:23Speaker 1: She can investigate a little deeper.
- 23:26Speaker 9: Believe if there was for someone else, he would bring
- 23:28Speaker 9: it there. I'm gonna give him the benefit of the
- 23:31Speaker 9: doubt and say he's not with that stupid.
- 23:35Speaker 5: That's last football season. I bought Jackie a cowboy helmet
- 23:40Speaker 5: because because I would like us to do it, and
- 23:42Speaker 5: without him, it's on doing doing football season. You see
- 23:44Speaker 5: what I'm saying.

- 24:50Speaker 5: get in there and get blessed, don't be laying around
- 24:52Speaker 5: there because a lot of people that's what happens right there.
- 24:54Speaker 5: Once you get blessed, you start laying around. Don't lay round.
- 24:57Speaker 5: Get blessed in, get blessed out. You got the You
- 25:00Speaker 5: got to shuttle in and shut like, don't don't let

- 27:37Speaker 5: want you don't want to, potatoes. I'm just asking.
- 27:41Speaker 7: Let's just don't skip over this. Mine and invator to

- 28:25Speaker 9: Yes, all right, this is the last one, guys. This
- 28:28Speaker 9: is from Carter in Albany. Carter says, my wife is
- 28:32Speaker 9: a great mom and businesswoman, but she is not affectionate.
- 28:35Speaker 9: She doesn't greet me with the kids. She doesn't like
- 28:37Speaker 9: me to touch her after sex. I want to hold her,
- 28:40Speaker 9: cuddle with her, hug all over her, but she acts
- 28:43Speaker 9: so cold. Now do some women grow out of being affectionate?
- 28:46Speaker 9: Or does she hate me?
- 28:47Speaker 4: Now?

- 30:31Speaker 5: We don't know.
- 30:32Speaker 3: We haven't seen the show. You know, the new season is.
- 30:35Speaker 11: Out yet, so you know, we don't know. So I
- 30:39Speaker 11: don't know if she's been fired or not. But anytime
- 30:41Speaker 11: I hear both sides said take a break, that's fired.
- 30:44Speaker 3: To me, that's no check, no check statement.
- 30:50Speaker 11: How you want to address it up both sides degree
- 30:53Speaker 11: one people had to check and one would receiver.
- 30:55Speaker 7: Somebody who was giving the check didn't give it out
- 30:58Speaker 7: no more. That's all I know. Take a break. I've
- 31:01Speaker 7: never been on a job. Well, if I told me
- 31:04Speaker 7: take a break and it was good.
- 31:09Speaker 1: Good point that part dun.

- 31:38Speaker 9: to take it, it's toll on her mentally. She said,
- 31:40Speaker 9: when you see it worked for other people and it
- 31:43Speaker 9: doesn't work for you, it makes you depressed realistically. It
- 31:46Speaker 9: makes you feel like, what's wrong with me? Why is
- 31:48Speaker 9: it not working for me? Candy went on to say
- 31:50Speaker 9: she's not She's now trying other ways to lose weight,

- 32:10Speaker 5: think about food. That's what you need to do. Just
- 32:11Speaker 5: quit thinking about food here.
- 32:13Speaker 9: But isn't that what it's supposed to do, curb your
- 32:15Speaker 9: appetite and and all of that and and help lose weight.
- 32:19Speaker 9: That was supposed to I guess it doesn't work for everyone.
- 32:22Speaker 5: Yeah, to talk about doing something else, they need to
- 32:26Speaker 5: do something else. It's it's okay, your husband loves you,
- 32:29Speaker 5: it's okay, and she's beautiful.
- 32:32Speaker 12: But to do it, Yeah, if she wanted to lose
- 32:35Speaker 12: weight and try it, I mean I can understand whole
- 32:38Speaker 12: point with that, Like, well, why is.
- 32:39Speaker 10: It not working for me?
- 32:40Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 32:40Speaker 3: Everybody else dropping the weight? What's going on?

- 33:06Speaker 11: I have a cousin named Priscilla who been on the
- 33:08Speaker 11: zimpic and everything because she feels the same way Candy
- 33:11Speaker 11: but she was taking ozimpics like you know, by the handful,
- 33:14Speaker 11: they wouldn't working.
- 33:15Speaker 7: For her either. So don't feel bad, Candy, that's a shot. Yeah,
- 33:20Speaker 7: she taking it all care if.
- 33:22Speaker 5: It's a shot.
- 33:22Speaker 11: But the way she was taking ozimpic looked like it
- 33:24Speaker 11: was like she was just shaking up in her hand,
- 33:26Speaker 11: like hey, I gotta get this weight off, and it's
- 33:28Speaker 11: not coming off.
- 33:29Speaker 7: She still gonna be the same size when.
- 33:31Speaker 11: I get back home, she gonna be, say, taking a

- 34:24Speaker 9: been a key part of the number of a number

- 35:25Speaker 9: Hollywood vetment actor Bill Cobbs has passed away. He was
- 35:29Speaker 9: ninety years old. He had an acting career that spanned
- 35:33Speaker 9: all the way into the seventies. He was in nearly
- 35:35Speaker 9: two hundred movies, and TV shows including the Bodyguard and
- 35:40Speaker 9: New Jack City, two of our favorites. So our deepest
- 35:44Speaker 9: condolence is going out to the Cobbs family. Coming up
- 35:47Speaker 9: in twenty minutes after the hour. I know you guys
- 35:49Speaker 9: are watched the presidential debate last night. We'll talk about
- 35:53Speaker 9: it right after this. You're listening Hard Morning show. Well,
- 35:59Speaker 9: I'm sure everyone saw it. Everyone saw the first presidential
- 36:04Speaker 9: debate of twenty twenty four. It happened Thursday night. President
- 36:09Speaker 9: Biden and former President Trump went on to clash and
- 36:12Speaker 9: foreign affairs, Economy COVID, with both men claiming they handle
- 36:16Speaker 9: the crisis better then. They moved on to foreign affairs,
- 36:20Speaker 9: where Biden pledged support for Ukraine and Trump suggested NATO
- 36:25Speaker 9: needs to pay more to find the war with Rush
- 36:28Speaker 9: to fund the war with Russia. On another issue, Trump
- 36:31Speaker 9: said that Biden is allowing illegal immigrants to enter the
- 36:35Speaker 9: US and take back jobs. President Biden and Trump said
- 36:38Speaker 9: Trump is a liar, and the pundits came away concerned
- 36:41Speaker 9: about Biden's appearance and his presentation. And yeah, I mean
- 36:47Speaker 9: it was shaky at best, you know, I mean we're honest.
- 36:51Speaker 12: If yeah, we're being honest, we can keep it one hundred.
- 36:54Speaker 12: But I will say this, Biden, he was hoarse, you
- 36:58Speaker 12: know his voice. I don't care if he was horse,
- 37:01Speaker 12: if he fell asleep at the mic. I will not
- 37:05Speaker 12: vote for a candidate who tried to overthrow the government
- 37:09Speaker 12: on January sixth. It does not take accountability and responsibility
- 37:13Speaker 12: gaslighting the American people.
- 37:16Speaker 6: And what and did you hear?
- 37:17Speaker 3: Let me just say this too.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Did you hear Trump say black job?
- 37:21Speaker 6: Did you hear?
- 37:22Speaker 5: What are black jobs?
- 37:23Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 37:24Speaker 7: What's that?
- 37:25Speaker 1: Because I need to put in my application for a
- 37:27Speaker 1: black job?
- 37:28Speaker 8: What is that?
- 37:29Speaker 9: Obviously it's different from this job. Okay, okay, ethnic job?
- 37:34Speaker 5: Oh okay, okay.
- 37:35Speaker 9: And I'll say this to color about the Democrats. And
- 37:39Speaker 9: you saw it too, Junior. I know, I don't care.
- 37:42Speaker 9: It doesn't make sense how Trump is a convicted fella
- 37:46Speaker 9: now and all this stuff we we we had for
- 37:49Speaker 9: a taste of four years of his pregnant pregnancy.
- 37:52Speaker 7: Presidency, it felt like it's shirley.
- 37:55Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 37:56Speaker 9: And still the Republicans will support him no matter what.
- 38:02Speaker 1: To this day they support him.
- 38:05Speaker 9: Yes, the Democrats were abandoning Biden talking about him. We're blanked,
- 38:12Speaker 9: we're down. Yeah, just step aside all of this. You know,
- 38:17Speaker 9: where's your loyalty this?
- 38:19Speaker 1: Carlo?
- 38:19Speaker 11: Last night, just to get an understanding, and me and
- 38:22Speaker 11: Carla had about the twenty minute conversation about this whole
- 38:25Speaker 11: debate because it was that serious in our house. In
- 38:29Speaker 11: our house, it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter. We're still voting.
- 38:33Speaker 11: We're still voting for Biden. Just we're voting for Yeah.
- 38:36Speaker 9: I mean, this is our Democratic leader right now, the president.
- 38:40Speaker 12: Yeah, yeah, And I believe he cares about the American people,
- 38:44Speaker 12: all American people.
- 38:45Speaker 1: President Biden.
- 38:47Speaker 7: You know, he put a.
- 38:48Speaker 12: Black woman, he picked a black woman to be his
- 38:50Speaker 12: vice president.
- 38:51Speaker 1: He put a black woman on the Supreme Court.
- 38:54Speaker 9: I got a right be president. Speaking of the vice president.

- 54:05Speaker 9: Thank you Nephew. Subject why would he cheat on her
- 54:08Speaker 9: and admit it, Dear Stephen Shirley. I started messing with
- 54:12Speaker 9: the man that lives next to me. He was in
- 54:14Speaker 9: a long distance relationship, so we started messing around out
- 54:17Speaker 9: of boredom. I'm separated from my husband, so it was
- 54:21Speaker 9: helping me out, and it was convenient. His girlfriend has
- 54:25Speaker 9: moved to town and she's always at his house, so
- 54:28Speaker 9: we can't spend as much time together as we used to.
- 54:31Speaker 9: I went out and I met a man at karaoke
- 54:33Speaker 9: night and he came back to my place. One thing
- 54:36Speaker 9: led to another and we had sex, and I mean
- 54:39Speaker 9: it was good too. I must have been too loud
- 54:42Speaker 9: because I heard banging on the wall. I kept going
- 54:45Speaker 9: because I knew it was the guy next door, and
- 54:48Speaker 9: I had hoped it was making him jealous. The next day,
- 54:51Speaker 9: my neighbor's girlfriend came up to me, and as I
- 54:53Speaker 9: was leaving, she told me that I was very loud
- 54:56Speaker 9: last night, and she politely asked if I could keep
- 54:59Speaker 9: it down. I asked her if it were her woke
- 55:02Speaker 9: her man up because she doesn't live there. She said
- 55:05Speaker 9: he was irritated even more than she was. I started
- 55:08Speaker 9: to tell her why he was irritated, but I didn't.
- 55:11Speaker 9: My karaoke guy came over again, and I was as
- 55:14Speaker 9: loud as I needed to be. Again. I heard the
- 55:17Speaker 9: banging on the door on the wall, but I didn't
- 55:20Speaker 9: care because I pay the rent in here. My neighbor's
- 55:23Speaker 9: girl stuck a note in my door saying that I
- 55:26Speaker 9: was being rude. Again. I knocked on their door and
- 55:29Speaker 9: told her that she doesn't live there. She said, if
- 55:31Speaker 9: I keep disturbing them, she will tell my husband. That
- 55:35Speaker 9: could affect my divorce.
- 55:36Speaker 1: So I was shocked.
- 55:38Speaker 9: I was shook. No, I was shocked.
- 55:42Speaker 6: She was shook.
- 55:44Speaker 9: She was shook and shocked. She it is, she said,
- 55:47Speaker 9: she knows all about me and the sloppy sex. How
- 55:50Speaker 9: could my neighbor cheat on her and then tell her
- 55:53Speaker 9: all about it? Should I find somewhere new to live?
- 55:56Speaker 2: Yes?
- 55:57Speaker 9: This, Yes, you need to move. No one told you
- 56:00Speaker 9: to start messing around with him in the first place.
- 56:02Speaker 9: This is not what the Lord meant when he said
- 56:04Speaker 9: love thy neighbor. Okay, this is not it, And don't
- 56:07Speaker 9: ignore her threats, especially if you don't want your husband
- 56:11Speaker 9: to find out. Now, she politely asked you the first time,
- 56:14Speaker 9: don't think if she's bold enough to confront you and
- 56:16Speaker 9: then put a note under your door. And she doesn't
- 56:18Speaker 9: even live there that she won't tell. She knows you've
- 56:22Speaker 9: been sleeping with her man. She doesn't like you, and
- 56:25Speaker 9: what you and your neighbor had is over. You need
- 56:28Speaker 9: to realize that his girlfriend is here now, so let
- 56:31Speaker 9: that go. You need to sit down anyway, you're married,
- 56:34Speaker 9: you've been sleeping with your neighbor, and now you have
- 56:37Speaker 9: a new boyfriend. That's a whole lot. No judgment though,
- 56:40Speaker 9: I'm not judging you. But you've got a lot going on, okay,
- 56:44Speaker 9: and you've gotten away with a whole lot. So you
- 56:46Speaker 9: should be happy about that and sit down somewhere. Don't
- 56:50Speaker 9: be worried about what other people doing are doing. Figure
- 56:53Speaker 9: out your own life. Tommy, you gonna quit all of holly. Okay,
- 56:59Speaker 9: you're gonna with all this holland. Now here's the first thing.
- 57:03Speaker 9: You gotta understand that you've done a great thing. You
- 57:05Speaker 9: find you go to carry okay, Carryoki got you a man,
- 57:10Speaker 9: a good man. That's where you found him at. You
- 57:12Speaker 9: gotta look at the bright side of what karaoke has
- 57:15Speaker 9: done for you. Do you know from this from this letter?
- 57:17Speaker 9: Do you know how many people now.
- 57:19Speaker 5: Gonna be going down there saying that karaoke because they
- 57:22Speaker 5: gonna be there because they think they gonna find the men.
- 57:24Speaker 5: It's gonna have them Holland all night. Do you know
- 57:25Speaker 5: what I mean? People gonna be going to karaoke. It's
- 57:27Speaker 5: a lot of folks gonna be running down there to
- 57:29Speaker 5: karaokee oh my lord, let me find you a song,
- 57:31Speaker 5: because I'm finna find me missed right up in here.
- 57:33Speaker 5: It's gonna happen because they think, because of listening to
- 57:35Speaker 5: your letter, that's where you find a good man at
- 57:37Speaker 5: who's gonna make love all night and do all this Holly. Now,
- 57:40Speaker 5: let's fix this, Holland. That's our problem. You're gonna have
- 57:43Speaker 5: to sound proof your loving. You really are listen. I
- 57:49Speaker 5: need you to get in the basement somewhere with this.
- 57:51Speaker 5: I need you to get a particular room in the
- 57:53Speaker 5: house and get it. Fix it like it's a music studio.
- 57:56Speaker 5: Let's just let's pass these rooms. You need to be somewhere. Well,
- 58:00Speaker 5: there can't nobody to hear you with all this, Holland.
- 58:02Speaker 5: We got to stop that. Your Holland is affecting a lot.
- 58:05Speaker 5: And yes, the man next door. You know what you
- 58:07Speaker 5: was doing. You know what you was doing. You're trying
- 58:10Speaker 5: to get up under his skin. And the more he
- 58:12Speaker 5: beat on that wall, the more Holland you did. I've
- 58:16Speaker 5: been in a situation similar to this right here, so
- 58:18Speaker 5: I understand what was going on. Okay, wow, okay, okay, okay,
- 58:27Speaker 5: you know what. I don't mind telling the story, even
- 58:29Speaker 5: though I lose at the end, I don't mind telling
- 58:31Speaker 5: the story. But this was this was calling you was
- 58:34Speaker 5: It was one of the week, one of those uh,
- 58:36Speaker 5: one of those New Year's e's one performing in Houston,
- 58:38Speaker 5: right me, he said, dal uh deon Cole. We're performing
- 58:42Speaker 5: in Houston. So me and Jackie decide we're gonna stay
- 58:44Speaker 5: close to the venue. This is on the other side
- 58:46Speaker 5: of town in Houston. We decided we're gonna stay in
- 58:49Speaker 5: at a hotel close to the venue. So, you know,
- 58:51Speaker 5: it's New Year's Eve, the show is, the show is, Oh,
- 58:54Speaker 5: it's New Year's Eve. You know what you do on
- 58:56Speaker 5: New Year's z Okay. So, so we get off elevator.
- 59:00Speaker 5: When we get off the elevator, it's a young couple.
- 59:02Speaker 5: He and his He about twenty three, twenty four, Little
- 59:05Speaker 5: young dude you know what I'm saying. So I speak
- 59:07Speaker 5: to him, what some young buck? How you doing? Hey? Hey, hey,
- 59:09Speaker 5: it's a timy wow.
- 59:11Speaker 3: So they going the boy.
- 59:14Speaker 5: So they go in their room. They going their room.
- 59:17Speaker 5: We go in our room, you know. And of course
- 59:19Speaker 5: it's New Year's Eve, everybody getting busy, so you know,
- 59:23Speaker 5: I can hear them. They can hear us, you know,
- 59:26Speaker 5: and I'm hearing the head board. I'm like, hey, okay, no,
- 59:29Speaker 5: young buck, ain't trying to outdo me.
- 59:32Speaker 9: Oh, it's a competition.
- 59:33Speaker 5: Now, it's a competition. So let's just say I tuckered
- 59:38Speaker 5: out a little quicker than the young guy. Okay, loss
- 59:48Speaker 5: Jackie laughing at me? Are you trying to hang with this?
- 59:51Speaker 5: What is going on here?
- 59:52Speaker 3: What is this competition?
- 59:54Speaker 5: You trying to compete with the the young boy? And
- 59:56Speaker 5: then the next morning we get ready to lead it hotel,
- 59:58Speaker 5: we check it out and then uh gonna pay him.
- 1:00:01Speaker 5: What's up, old g I said, you go to hell?
- 1:00:03Speaker 5: You go straight to hale? Makes me look bad, got
- 1:00:09Speaker 5: me looking bad up here?
- 1:00:11Speaker 9: Here?
- 1:00:13Speaker 5: It's old he'd been moving.
- 1:00:14Speaker 9: It is all right, nephew, thank you. We're gonna have
- 1:00:17Speaker 9: part two of the Strawberry Letter coming up at twenty
- 1:00:19Speaker 9: three minutes after the hour. The subject is why would
- 1:00:22Speaker 9: he cheat on her and admit it? Well, here from
- 1:00:24Speaker 9: Junior right after this.
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: But I'm getting better. Though I'm getting better.
- 1:00:30Speaker 9: You're listening Morning Show. All right, it's time now to
- 1:00:34Speaker 9: recap today's strawberry letter. The subject is why would he
- 1:00:38Speaker 9: cheat on her and admit it? This is from a
- 1:00:41Speaker 9: woman who wrote us and said that she started messing
- 1:00:44Speaker 9: around with the man who lives next door to her,
- 1:00:46Speaker 9: so her neighbor. He was in a long distance relationship,
- 1:00:49Speaker 9: so he had a lot of time on his hands.
- 1:00:51Speaker 9: She's getting a divorce and she lives alone, so she
- 1:00:53Speaker 9: has a lot of time on her hands. They kind
- 1:00:55Speaker 9: of got together out of boredom. She separated from her
- 1:00:58Speaker 9: husband for the divorce, so she said it was convenient.
- 1:01:02Speaker 9: They were bored it was convenient. But then his girlfriend
- 1:01:06Speaker 9: moved to town and she's always at his house. So
- 1:01:09Speaker 9: now miss neighbor can't get with her neighbor because his
- 1:01:13Speaker 9: girlfriend is in town. Now she moved to town, so
- 1:01:16Speaker 9: she's a little salty about that. She's mad about that.
- 1:01:19Speaker 9: So she went out to karaoke and met a man
- 1:01:21Speaker 9: and she brought him back home. One thing led to another,
- 1:01:26Speaker 9: and they eventually had sex and she said it was
- 1:01:29Speaker 9: really good. And when they were doing it, it got
- 1:01:33Speaker 9: real loud, real loud, real loud, and the neighbor started
- 1:01:38Speaker 9: banging on the wall because it was too loud. Keep that,
- 1:01:41Speaker 9: you know, calm it down, Calm it down. So then
- 1:01:43Speaker 9: that only made her get louder because she was trying
- 1:01:45Speaker 9: to make her neighbor, whose girlfriend just moved to town, jealous. Well,
- 1:01:49Speaker 9: the next day, the girlfriend just politely asked her, can
- 1:01:53Speaker 9: you keep it down? We could hear everything, you know,
- 1:01:55Speaker 9: if you don't mind. She was nice about it. That
- 1:01:57Speaker 9: made her even madder, so she went and did it
- 1:02:00Speaker 9: again with the guy. They're banging on the wall, telling
- 1:02:02Speaker 9: her stop. She got louder and louder. Girlfriend left a
- 1:02:05Speaker 9: note under the door this time, and she got mad
- 1:02:08Speaker 9: at the girlfriend, saying, you don't even live here, what
- 1:02:10Speaker 9: are you talking about? Anyway? Her question now is she's mad,
- 1:02:14Speaker 9: you know, she she's mad. She wants the man to
- 1:02:16Speaker 9: be jealous and all that the neighbor. The neighbor's girlfriend said,
- 1:02:19Speaker 9: if you don't stop, I'm going to tell your husband.
- 1:02:23Speaker 9: And she was upset because that could affect her divorce,
- 1:02:26Speaker 9: so she knows all about the sloppy sex, the girlfriend
- 1:02:29Speaker 9: and all that. So she's mad because now the neighbor
- 1:02:32Speaker 9: told the girlfriend what they were doing. So now she
- 1:02:34Speaker 9: wants to know. Should she find some place new to live?
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: Junior?
- 1:02:38Speaker 7: Yeah she should, she really should she should?
- 1:02:40Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:02:41Speaker 7: Yeah, i'ma tell you right now. You know, I don't
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: know her husband name. I don't know what he does.
- 1:02:46Speaker 11: I have no idea, but if his name there, we
- 1:02:49Speaker 11: need to tell him because he needs to know your
- 1:02:50Speaker 11: divorce for to be affected.
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: It's to make no sense. It's sex.
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: Ain't this good?
- 1:02:54Speaker 8: Now?
- 1:02:54Speaker 7: Come on, now, you over doing it? Okay, you ain't
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: got to be this loud? Okay, this don't make no sense.
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: First of all.
- 1:03:01Speaker 11: First of all, people that even live there know you
- 1:03:03Speaker 11: too loud because she was visiting her boyfriend. And yes,
- 1:03:06Speaker 11: he cheated on you where you knew that. But now
- 1:03:08Speaker 11: you want revenge too. Now the revenge is in play. Na, No, no, no,
- 1:03:13Speaker 11: it's you, you too, lie. Ain't nobody doing that in
- 1:03:16Speaker 11: twenty twenty four? Anybody bringing the house down? No more,
- 1:03:19Speaker 11: not in twenty twenty four. Ain't nobody I know bringing
- 1:03:23Speaker 11: the house down in twenty twenty four. Nobody I know
- 1:03:26Speaker 11: bringing a house down in twenty twenty four. There's nobody
- 1:03:29Speaker 11: doing this. You ain't got to beat this loud. First
- 1:03:32Speaker 11: of all, you're giving false sense of security that man
- 1:03:34Speaker 11: think he's actually doing something he's not.
- 1:03:37Speaker 7: You try to make somebody jealous. And the next door
- 1:03:40Speaker 7: I don't know where y'all live at, but the walls
- 1:03:43Speaker 7: is very thin.
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: We know that.
- 1:03:44Speaker 11: For show you got people bamming on doors in the
- 1:03:47Speaker 11: middle of the night. That's not neighborly. Is that neighborly?
- 1:03:50Speaker 7: Is that neighborly? To be beating on the walls? Is
- 1:03:53Speaker 7: that neighborly?
- 1:03:54Speaker 11: Because you try to prove a point. Nah, ain't nobody
- 1:03:57Speaker 11: that good at sex? No more than twenty twenty four?
- 1:03:59Speaker 7: Were not doing on that?
- 1:04:01Speaker 11: No, no, no, no, It's like Tommy told you, but
- 1:04:05Speaker 11: try He tried to keep up with that young boy.
- 1:04:07Speaker 11: But that young boy, hey man, was having time. Tommy
- 1:04:09Speaker 11: knew he couldn't do that. Now he did all of
- 1:04:12Speaker 11: a sudden. You over here, like this man bringing the
- 1:04:14Speaker 11: house down, you're giving false and security. Now he think
- 1:04:17Speaker 11: he could do that to every woman. Nobody's doing that
- 1:04:20Speaker 11: in twenty twenty four. The last time somebody brought the
- 1:04:23Speaker 11: house down. Had to be about ninety five that.
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: We did nothing.
- 1:04:27Speaker 11: Since ninety five, we did it, all that hollering, all
- 1:04:31Speaker 11: that hollered that, hey, hey, hey, hey everybody. Now you
- 1:04:34Speaker 11: got people taking Tyler noll in the middle of the
- 1:04:36Speaker 11: night because they got a headache because you said it's
- 1:04:38Speaker 11: gonna make no sense.
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: I didn't.
- 1:04:40Speaker 11: I didn't appreciate none of this. I don't know you're
- 1:04:43Speaker 11: gonna do that to people. You don't do that to me,
- 1:04:44Speaker 11: and period, Because now he is.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: How good he and we know he not.
- 1:04:50Speaker 11: Shirley call lad tell you just a hollered, hollow speaking
- 1:04:55Speaker 11: by yourself.
- 1:04:56Speaker 7: I'm over here hollering, you know, come on, I'm hollering out.
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: Yeah, I get, I get, I.
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: Can get you know, you know we'll we'll above center.
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: But hollering, I'm over here.
- 1:05:08Speaker 9: What do you You don't like it?
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: My wife be here so quiet? Oh, ain't nobody hollering?
- 1:05:15Speaker 6: Oh that.
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: On me.
- 1:05:21Speaker 7: I'm tired too.
- 1:05:21Speaker 11: I ain't even want to do it. I gets up
- 1:05:25Speaker 11: and you're newly wed. I don't care what I get
- 1:05:28Speaker 11: up at five.
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: We got all night.
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: That's what I'm mad about.
- 1:05:32Speaker 7: This whole letter, Like she's just in there hollering what.
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: You hate him?
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: You're a hater.
- 1:05:38Speaker 6: What, that's what it is.

- 1:11:28Speaker 8: Tom?
- 1:11:29Speaker 5: Hell, does y'all ask doing dynam Vegers? That's what the
- 1:11:32Speaker 5: hell I want to know, explain this to me. Hello
- 1:11:40Speaker 5: for y'all just sitting around the table, seventeen black. That's
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: what y'all do, all right.
- 1:11:48Speaker 9: It's time to switch gears. Thank you enough for that.
- 1:11:51Speaker 9: This is from Lashonda on Facebook. She says, I have
- 1:11:54Speaker 9: two roommates, and I'm the person on the least, so
- 1:11:57Speaker 9: I get to make the decision about who stays or
- 1:11:59Speaker 9: who goes. We have a renewal coming up, and one
- 1:12:02Speaker 9: of my roommates wants me to kick the other one out.
- 1:12:04Speaker 9: We've decided that we could offer the place. We could
- 1:12:07Speaker 9: afford the place with just the two of us, but
- 1:12:10Speaker 9: we're all friends, and I'm worried it's going to ruin
- 1:12:12Speaker 9: our friendship. Making my decision a little easier is the
- 1:12:15Speaker 9: fact that our roommate doesn't really help clean around the
- 1:12:18Speaker 9: house and has her boyfriend over all the time. So
- 1:12:21Speaker 9: should I not worry about our friendship and tell her
- 1:12:23Speaker 9: she must go, or give her a chance to be
- 1:12:26Speaker 9: a better roommate and not risk losing her as a friend.
- 1:12:30Speaker 5: I'm gonna give you forty eight hours to get yourself
- 1:12:33Speaker 5: together around this place. I'm gonna give you forty eight
- 1:12:36Speaker 5: that's all you got to clean up around here and
- 1:12:38Speaker 5: get yourself together and start acting like you a dog
- 1:12:41Speaker 5: on human being that has got some sense. I'm gonna
- 1:12:43Speaker 5: give you fod eight out. We're gonna have to talk
- 1:12:45Speaker 5: about your boyfriend in and out this dough, in and
- 1:12:47Speaker 5: out in it because you're not anything be in and
- 1:12:48Speaker 5: out here. He ain't got no place where his place at.
- 1:12:51Speaker 5: Y'all go over there and do that. You can put
- 1:12:53Speaker 5: all this in and out like he lived here. If
- 1:12:55Speaker 5: he going refrigerator, one more damn tank going there, one
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: more damn tank. Yes, anything, and he acts like he
- 1:13:01Speaker 5: lived here, He don't live here. Get it straight. Forty
- 1:13:04Speaker 5: eight hours. If we can't get it straight, we're gonna
- 1:13:06Speaker 5: have to put all your stuff in a box to
- 1:13:07Speaker 5: the left. That's what we're gonna have to do.
- 1:13:09Speaker 9: Okay, all right, all right, Junior.
- 1:13:12Speaker 7: Is this the same lady from the Strawberry letter? Because
- 1:13:14Speaker 7: it sounds like what it is to me?
- 1:13:16Speaker 11: I swear to god, boy friend in and O charaoke
- 1:13:19Speaker 11: night friends, mad people up? Sound like the same lady
- 1:13:23Speaker 11: to me? What it sounds like, that's all I know.
- 1:13:26Speaker 11: Sounds like her because guess what why?
- 1:13:28Speaker 7: He putting her out? Because the hollering that's.
- 1:13:30Speaker 9: Why says her boyfriend's over there all the time.
- 1:13:35Speaker 6: All the time.
- 1:13:36Speaker 7: Loud cat, don't clean up.
- 1:13:38Speaker 3: You can't be. You can't be.
- 1:13:40Speaker 7: You can't be loud and clean up.
- 1:13:42Speaker 5: No, No, you're quiet and clean up.
- 1:13:44Speaker 3: That's what you do.
- 1:13:45Speaker 5: But the same ladies. But I think you're really.
- 1:13:49Speaker 3: Hating on that you just said.
- 1:13:52Speaker 9: I ain't mad at you, all right, all right, I'm

- 1:14:03Speaker 9: think we have time for another one. This is from

- 1:14:13Speaker 9: He has money and savings that he received when his
- 1:14:15Speaker 9: grandfather passed, and he wants to use it to build
- 1:14:18Speaker 9: a quote beer empire. I want to be supportive, but
- 1:14:21Speaker 9: I feel like he's not thinking right and is willing
- 1:14:23Speaker 9: to gamble our family's future on a half baked business
- 1:14:26Speaker 9: that is no chance of success. How can you put
- 1:14:30Speaker 9: you support him though? How can I get him to
- 1:14:32Speaker 9: look at his plan objectively? Or how can I convince
- 1:14:35Speaker 9: him it's a bad idea We're not.
- 1:14:38Speaker 5: Making No Damn Bill this midlighte crisis you going through
- 1:14:43Speaker 5: now you want to make some bill, We ain't gonna
- 1:14:46Speaker 5: time to be making no bill if you don't shut
- 1:14:47Speaker 5: this damn garage. You get your ass and they get
- 1:14:49Speaker 5: ready for work in the morning. You have nothing to
- 1:14:51Speaker 5: sit around here and make no damn bill. You go
- 1:14:54Speaker 5: down edit the store and get you a corona and
- 1:14:56Speaker 5: sit your butt down somewhere. We are not going to
- 1:14:57Speaker 5: be making no bill up in here. Larry More of the.
