- 1:06Speaker 5: You gotta turn.
- 1:31Speaker 4: I can't.
- 1:41Speaker 2: To turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 3: You probably got to turn the mouth turn a word
- 1:47Speaker 3: of the monopold.
- 1:55Speaker 6: Come come on, you're thinking, uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 6: Good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come on,
- 2:07Speaker 6: dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:10Speaker 6: radio show. Man, What an amazing blessing. God has given
- 2:16Speaker 6: me my health, my dreams, all of it. God gave
- 2:21Speaker 6: it to me. I accept it. I work hard, but man,
- 2:26Speaker 6: oh man, oh man, I work hard. It's something that
- 2:29Speaker 6: He gave me a gift. And that's what I want
- 2:32Speaker 6: to talk to you about today. Because God has gifted everyone,
- 2:37Speaker 6: so I can't help but believe it. You are gifted
- 2:39Speaker 6: in some way. Something about you is special and unique.
- 2:45Speaker 6: That doesn't mean you're the only one that can sing?
- 2:47Speaker 6: Are you the only one that can write? Are you
- 2:49Speaker 6: the only one that can draw, You the only one
- 2:51Speaker 6: that can decorate? Or you the only one that can network?
- 2:55Speaker 6: Or you're the only one that does not what it means.
- 2:57Speaker 6: Or you have a great scientific mind, or you can
- 3:00Speaker 6: figure things out, or you're good and problem solving. You're
- 3:02Speaker 6: not the only one, but you are a unique individual.
- 3:05Speaker 6: Nobody will travel the exact path that you on. Nobody
- 3:08Speaker 6: will have everything happen in a series of circumstances in
- 3:13Speaker 6: the order that you're going to have it happen to you.
- 3:15Speaker 6: That's what I mean when I say that you are unique.
- 3:19Speaker 6: But now because you are gifted, you know you have
- 3:22Speaker 6: something you have to do. You know, there's a scripture.
- 3:26Speaker 6: It's in Proverbs, Proverbs eighteen and sixteen. I've been trying
- 3:29Speaker 6: to be a little bit better at that for you,
- 3:31Speaker 6: you know. So when I have an idea and I
- 3:34Speaker 6: know where it is, I have somebody look the scripture
- 3:36Speaker 6: up from men handed to me. So it's in Proverbs
- 3:39Speaker 6: eighteen sixteen. And this is the layman's term of it.
- 3:43Speaker 6: It says a man's gift make room for him and
- 3:46Speaker 6: brings him before great men. It is your gift that
- 3:51Speaker 6: will make room for you. Now my interpretation of this
- 3:54Speaker 6: is this. Now I could be wrong. Please go to
- 3:57Speaker 6: your local church center, God, temple, mosque you do and
- 4:01Speaker 6: go get clarification. But what my gift has done in
- 4:05Speaker 6: making room for me is I've taken it almost in
- 4:08Speaker 6: the literal sense. My gift has actually made room for me.
- 4:11Speaker 6: It has clear paths for me. My gift has opened
- 4:15Speaker 6: up doors for me. That's what I take it as.
- 4:18Speaker 6: It'll make room for you. My gift has has broadened
- 4:21Speaker 6: my ability to travel. My gift has opened my eyes
- 4:26Speaker 6: to fashion. My gift has caused me to be able
- 4:30Speaker 6: to provide for my family. My gift has caused me
- 4:35Speaker 6: to be able to reach more people. That's what I'm
- 4:38Speaker 6: saying in terms of it will make room for you.
- 4:41Speaker 6: That it may be another interpretation. I'm just telling you
- 4:43Speaker 6: how I took it, that it has worked out pretty
- 4:45Speaker 6: good for me to that understanding. But I'm pretty sure
- 4:48Speaker 6: Bishop Jakes, Joel Oldstein, kennef Ohm, you know, God, Glenn Staples,
- 4:53Speaker 6: Bishop Glenn's Table. These guys give you much better understanding
- 4:56Speaker 6: of it. And I'm just giving it to you, you
- 4:58Speaker 6: know where I know how sold. I just like to
- 5:00Speaker 6: keep it right there. But and then it says that
- 5:04Speaker 6: it brings you before great men. I mean, you know
- 5:07Speaker 6: it's gonna take your places. It's gonna take your places
- 5:10Speaker 6: you never thought of going. You're gonna meet people because
- 5:13Speaker 6: of your gift. I told my son, who two of
- 5:17Speaker 6: them are good photographers. You'll be taking pictures of great men,
- 5:20Speaker 6: and then I mess with them. You're already taking pictures,
- 5:22Speaker 6: say your daddy. You know I'm messing with them like that.
- 5:24Speaker 6: But that's just me and them, just kicking it. But
- 5:26Speaker 6: you know, but one day, who knows, you could be
- 5:28Speaker 6: shooting the president. You know, you could be shooting some
- 5:31Speaker 6: foreign dignitaries. You know, you could be shooting great sport events.
- 5:35Speaker 6: You know, you never know where it could take you.
- 5:37Speaker 6: But that's your gift. What you gotta do is you
- 5:39Speaker 6: gotta get to move and though. See, you can't have
- 5:42Speaker 6: your gift and not do nothing with it. See you
- 5:44Speaker 6: know what that reminds me of. It's something that been
- 5:48Speaker 6: My father used to say, get up off your butt
- 5:52Speaker 6: because you're sitting on a gold mine. He say that
- 5:55Speaker 6: all the time. Boy, get up off your butt and
- 5:58Speaker 6: move it, because you sitting on a gold I never
- 6:00Speaker 6: really quite got that when I was little, but now
- 6:03Speaker 6: that I'm an adult, I got it full well. See
- 6:05Speaker 6: a lot of you are sitting You're sitting on a
- 6:08Speaker 6: talent or a gift that you have. You're sitting on
- 6:11Speaker 6: an ability. I don't care if it's making cakes or pies.
- 6:14Speaker 6: That's a gift, man, that's a talent. I don't care
- 6:17Speaker 6: if it's the ability to do hell, that's a gift.
- 6:20Speaker 4: Man.
- 6:20Speaker 6: Half of you are gifted. A lot of us are gifted,
- 6:23Speaker 6: and we're sitting on it, looking at other people, wondering
- 6:27Speaker 6: what can I do to make it? You already got
- 6:29Speaker 6: something to make it with. If you would just get
- 6:32Speaker 6: up off your behind, man, quit sitting on that gold mine.
- 6:36Speaker 6: Some of you are tech savvy, just a whiz is
- 6:39Speaker 6: when it comes to engineering and putting stuff together and
- 6:42Speaker 6: cables and wires and computers and stuff. And now you
- 6:46Speaker 6: steady looking around trying to figure out, Man, wonder what
- 6:48Speaker 6: I can go do? How about you go do that?
- 6:51Speaker 6: You know it ain't that hard, man, If you would
- 6:54Speaker 6: just take note of what God has given you already.
- 6:58Speaker 6: He has given you a gift already. He has already
- 7:01Speaker 6: given you a talent. Now the fact that you ain't
- 7:04Speaker 6: using it and you sitting on your tail somewhere, now,
- 7:08Speaker 6: who fathers what we're talking about? What you blaming God
- 7:13Speaker 6: for that?
- 7:14Speaker 7: Man?
- 7:15Speaker 6: I tell you what I sit around people all the
- 7:17Speaker 6: time who are gifted, and I'm looking at their gifts,
- 7:22Speaker 6: and they steady complaining about what they don't have, but
- 7:25Speaker 6: will not get up off there behind and use the
- 7:29Speaker 6: gifts that God gave them. And it's frustrating. It's gotta
- 7:33Speaker 6: be frustrating for you if you're doing it, because it's
- 7:36Speaker 6: frustrating for me when I see it. So when these
- 7:38Speaker 6: people come to me and ask me for help, I
- 7:40Speaker 6: just keep going the same thing over and over. Help yourself, man,
- 7:44Speaker 6: do for you, use your gift. It's a cat sitting
- 7:47Speaker 6: behind the wall right now that's locked up. That's so
- 7:51Speaker 6: good at artistry. It's cats in that tattooing everybody. Man,
- 7:55Speaker 6: get out, do it the right way. Quit selling drugs. Man,
- 7:59Speaker 6: you ain't going no selling no drugs. You going to jail.
- 8:02Speaker 6: And if that don't do it, somebody gonna get tired
- 8:04Speaker 6: of you selling drugs cause they're gonna want to sell
- 8:06Speaker 6: them over and they gonna kill you. Let's just keep
- 8:08Speaker 6: this thing real for just a second. Here, Come on, man,
- 8:11Speaker 6: get up off your butt, because you sitting on the
- 8:13Speaker 6: gold mine, and you sit up here. Somebody always looking
- 8:15Speaker 6: for a shortcut to the top. Ain't no shortcut. Somebody
- 8:18Speaker 6: told me this the other day. Man, the road to
- 8:21Speaker 6: success is always under construction. It ain't paved, it's got
- 8:27Speaker 6: detoured signs on it. It's got slow men working. Sometime
- 8:32Speaker 6: they flip the stop sign. You gotta sit there and wait.
- 8:35Speaker 6: Sometime they got slow. There's traffic, there's accidents. Somebody on
- 8:40Speaker 6: the road holding up things with a flat tie, its nails,
- 8:44Speaker 6: its gravels. This spike is everything. The road to success
- 8:48Speaker 6: is always under construction. It ain't getting ready to be
- 8:52Speaker 6: easy just because you done decided to do it. But
- 8:55Speaker 6: don't sit around on your behind and complain all the
- 8:57Speaker 6: time about what you don't have. My daddy said it, Man,
- 9:01Speaker 6: get up off your butt because you sitting on the
- 9:03Speaker 6: gold mine. You got a gift, you got a talent,
- 9:06Speaker 6: You got something that you can do that could make
- 9:10Speaker 6: a way for you, but you won't do it. It
- 9:12Speaker 6: is within you. Stop looking around. Here's where people waste
- 9:16Speaker 6: the most time on the road to success, looking around
- 9:19Speaker 6: at somebody else trying to figure out, Man, how can
- 9:23Speaker 6: I do what they did? Do what you do? You
- 9:26Speaker 6: ain't jay Z, You ain't sorry. I got a couple
- 9:31Speaker 6: of your homies told you you rap better than him,
- 9:33Speaker 6: but you not, jay Z, really you not. You know,
- 9:36Speaker 6: all of us can shot at him, but we ain't
- 9:38Speaker 6: rich at prior. A nice shot Steve, Bernie DL, all
- 9:43Speaker 6: of we took some great shots at it, we not him.
- 9:47Speaker 6: Do what you can do. Do you do your gift
- 9:51Speaker 6: quick complaining about what you don't have. Get up off
- 9:54Speaker 6: your butt because you sitting on a gold mine. You're listening,
- 10:02Speaker 6: ladies and gentlemen. You know what is here again? Let
- 10:06Speaker 6: me clear my thoat. It's here again. Another day, another
- 10:11Speaker 6: opportunity to another blessing, another gift from God. Man, that's awesome, y'all.
- 10:17Speaker 6: Really is glad to be here again. Man, not looking
- 10:21Speaker 6: towards the day when I'm not here, just really not
- 10:24Speaker 6: looking towards that. I'm really really still exciting. Just so
- 10:28Speaker 6: he understands. I keep letting him know how excited I
- 10:31Speaker 6: am to wake up because I don't want him to
- 10:33Speaker 6: take on board with it or nothing like that. And
- 10:35Speaker 6: then just go, okay, well he don't want to do
- 10:36Speaker 6: it no more, No I do. I don't want to
- 10:38Speaker 6: do it. Every day, however, you wake me up is
- 10:40Speaker 6: good like today, this is good. You know, got a
- 10:43Speaker 6: couple of issues going on, but it's good. I can
- 10:46Speaker 6: handle them because all things are possible. All things are possible. Yeah,
- 10:55Speaker 6: Christ who strengthens me, That's a fact. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:58Speaker 6: Steve Harv Morty Show, Show, Strawberry Calling for Real, Mississippi,
- 11:02Speaker 6: Monica Junior and the Legend of Nephew Tommy Junior. What's
- 11:06Speaker 6: on your mind? Man?
- 11:07Speaker 8: And let me ask you something, k Man? What do
- 11:09Speaker 8: you say would be the keys to being great? What
- 11:13Speaker 8: makes you so great in what you're doing? What is
- 11:15Speaker 8: your habits? What do you do when you think about
- 11:17Speaker 8: being great?
- 11:18Speaker 6: Well, first is humility. Most people that's great, don't think
- 11:24Speaker 6: they great. You got to get that out of your
- 11:26Speaker 6: head because then you walk around. See if you think
- 11:29Speaker 6: you great, then you're gonna start acting like you're great,
- 11:32Speaker 6: and you're gonna feel in a lot of people. So
- 11:35Speaker 6: I think humility is one of them. But I think
- 11:37Speaker 6: discipline and hard work the three components is discipline, hard work,
- 11:43Speaker 6: and faith. Those three are a must if you are
- 11:47Speaker 6: planning to become great at anything. Discipline, hard work, and faith.
- 11:53Speaker 6: Discipline is doing what you have to do even when
- 11:56Speaker 6: you don't want to do it. Hard work is never relenting,
- 12:00Speaker 6: ever full court press. And faith is the belief in
- 12:04Speaker 6: things that you cannot see. Even though it looks like
- 12:08Speaker 6: the hard work ain't paying off, even though it look
- 12:11Speaker 6: like you're not making headway, you got to keep the faith. Man.
- 12:16Speaker 6: Faith is the belief in things that you cannot see.
- 12:19Speaker 6: And so once you apply them three things right there,
- 12:21Speaker 6: greatness is yours. It's coming now great. You know, you
- 12:25Speaker 6: also got to define great. You know, great don't mean
- 12:29Speaker 6: you acknowledged all around the world. You could be great
- 12:32Speaker 6: right in your circle. Greatness is achievable in your circle. Now,
- 12:39Speaker 6: how big your circle is, It just depends on what
- 12:41Speaker 6: your lifestyle is, you know what I mean. If you
- 12:44Speaker 6: work down at Pepsi or Coca Cola and that's your world,
- 12:49Speaker 6: you go to work every day, you could be great
- 12:51Speaker 6: down there. You know. If you work at the post office,
- 12:53Speaker 6: you could be great down there. And now if you
- 12:55Speaker 6: expand your territory, you ask God to expand your territory
- 13:00Speaker 6: and you can be great there too. You just got
- 13:03Speaker 6: to It depends on where you're at, man, what you
- 13:05Speaker 6: want and what you're willing to do. The good news
- 13:10Speaker 6: is you could do anything. The tough news is most
- 13:13Speaker 6: people are not willing to do the things that's necessary
- 13:17Speaker 6: to do everything. So what a lot of people do
- 13:20Speaker 6: is they adjust, they aim according to the effort required.
- 13:25Speaker 6: That's the sad existence. I hate when people do that
- 13:28Speaker 6: to themselves. But just a little more more effort could
- 13:31Speaker 6: get you a further way for most people once they
- 13:34Speaker 6: see what the requirement is, I ain't finna do all that.
- 13:37Speaker 9: All right, coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:40Speaker 9: we will hear from the nephews. He runs that prank
- 13:43Speaker 9: back right after this. You're listening hard morning show. It
- 13:48Speaker 9: is time now for the nephew and the brank phone
- 13:51Speaker 9: call for today. What you got for his nef?
- 13:54Speaker 7: Surely this is it.
- 13:55Speaker 10: I want my money back. I want my money back.
- 13:59Speaker 10: I'm tired of coming to church. Okay, okay, let's just
- 14:03Speaker 10: say I don't go every Sunday, but when I do go,
- 14:06Speaker 10: I hate to get there and past that ain't there,
- 14:08Speaker 10: you know, And I get a memo I don't want
- 14:10Speaker 10: to get in there, and then past ain't preaching.
- 14:12Speaker 7: There's system pastor preaching.
- 14:15Speaker 6: He don't really preach.
- 14:16Speaker 10: I want my money back. I want my ties back.
- 14:19Speaker 10: Send that plate back round here. That's what I want.
- 14:21Speaker 10: I want my money back, cat.
- 14:22Speaker 11: Dog, if you would hello, I need to speak to
- 14:26Speaker 11: sister Poliction.
- 14:27Speaker 12: Okay, who is this?
- 14:28Speaker 11: That's right? Here? Is Glen? All right? This is Glenn.
- 14:31Speaker 11: I need this is brother Glen. Can I speak to
- 14:33Speaker 11: Suitster POLICI? But I have some please?
- 14:34Speaker 12: Okay, sir? How did you get my number?
- 14:37Speaker 11: I got your number from one of the deacons at
- 14:39Speaker 11: the church.
- 14:39Speaker 12: Okay, what deacon was that?
- 14:41Speaker 11: I don't even know the deacon name. I'm not listen
- 14:43Speaker 11: when I'm trying to ask you. I'm trying to ask you.
- 14:45Speaker 11: Can you reimburse me for some money that I put
- 14:48Speaker 11: in church on Sunday?
- 14:49Speaker 12: Okay? Well, can you just calm down just a little place, sir?
- 14:52Speaker 11: I'm look. Are you the financial person at the church?
- 14:55Speaker 8: Yes?
- 14:55Speaker 12: I am. So what can I do for you?
- 14:57Speaker 11: I'm trying to get my money back that I put
- 14:59Speaker 11: in church on Sunday. I put one hundred dollars in
- 15:02Speaker 11: church on Sunday and I'm trying to get my one
- 15:04Speaker 11: hundred dollars back.
- 15:05Speaker 12: Okay, what did you not get from your heart?
- 15:07Speaker 11: I gave from my heart what I thought was gonna happen,
- 15:10Speaker 11: but it didn't happen.
- 15:11Speaker 12: Okay, help me, help you what you mean, did what
- 15:15Speaker 12: didn't happen? What didn't happen?
- 15:16Speaker 13: Sir?
- 15:16Speaker 11: Okay, Pastor wasn't there. Pastor was not there on Sunday,
- 15:20Speaker 11: and y'all had this guest minister come in who I
- 15:25Speaker 11: ain't like him at all. But the dog on the
- 15:28Speaker 11: offering was before he even got up to preach, so
- 15:32Speaker 11: I didn't already gain my offer, which was one hundred dollars,
- 15:35Speaker 11: And then I didn't even know Pastor wasn't Now you
- 15:38Speaker 11: know what I'm saying. So here I am giving one
- 15:40Speaker 11: hundred dollars. I'm thinking, I know I'm gonna get the
- 15:42Speaker 11: word when Pastor there. But y'all put this dude up.
- 15:46Speaker 11: He coming from Don't nobody come from the book of
- 15:48Speaker 11: Ruth no more? He was at Ruth Leviticus. He was
- 15:51Speaker 11: all over the place. I want to get my one
- 15:54Speaker 11: hundred dollars back. I ain't giving to that.
- 15:56Speaker 12: Did you not read the bulletin? I mean, how often
- 15:58Speaker 12: do you even come to church?
- 15:59Speaker 11: I come to church often. I mean what does got
- 16:02Speaker 11: to do with anytime? Well, if you were come.
- 16:04Speaker 12: A little often and read the bulletins, or you would
- 16:06Speaker 12: have known that Pastor took a vacation.
- 16:08Speaker 11: He took a vacation, so everybody knew he wasn't gonna
- 16:12Speaker 11: be there.
- 16:13Speaker 12: Yes, sir, the regulars, the people that come regularly to church,
- 16:15Speaker 12: they know that, sir.
- 16:16Speaker 11: Okay, well, I ain't know that. So I need I
- 16:18Speaker 11: need to get I need to get my money back.
- 16:20Speaker 12: Okay. What I need you to do, though, is calm down.
- 16:23Speaker 11: I'm come. I'm just trying to say I want to
- 16:26Speaker 11: get my one hundred dollars. I'm not giving that samon
- 16:28Speaker 11: I got on Sunday. I'm not giving one hundred dollars
- 16:31Speaker 11: for that.
- 16:31Speaker 12: Well, Sir, I cannot give you one hundred dollars back.
- 16:33Speaker 14: Okay.
- 16:34Speaker 12: We don't do no refund checks. I can't do that. Okay.
- 16:36Speaker 12: I have to wait your pastor to get back in
- 16:38Speaker 12: because two people have to sign a check. I can't
- 16:40Speaker 12: even do that for you, sir. Matter of fact, I'm
- 16:42Speaker 12: not even at work right now.
- 16:43Speaker 11: Okay. So am I gonna get my one hundred dollars back?
- 16:46Speaker 12: Okay, sir? Why don't you just call the church on
- 16:49Speaker 12: tomorrow and then we can go from there.
- 16:50Speaker 11: Okay, I'm not calling. I'm not calling the church tomorrow.
- 16:53Speaker 11: I tell you what, you know what? You know what
- 16:55Speaker 11: I'm gonna do. I'm gonna come up there tomorrow and
- 16:57Speaker 11: you're gonna give me my one hundred dollars, either it
- 16:59Speaker 11: send a check or is it cash? But you Smiths
- 17:02Speaker 11: or Sister Forelicia Patterson, you're gonna give me my damn money?
- 17:06Speaker 11: Did you say? What?
- 17:08Speaker 12: Did you just cuss me?
- 17:10Speaker 11: I just told you that come tomorrow, I'm coming up
- 17:14Speaker 11: there to get my damn hundred dollars. Whether it's in
- 17:16Speaker 11: a check or whether it's in cash, I don't care.
- 17:18Speaker 15: What is he Let me call you something, sir. You
- 17:21Speaker 15: ain't getting nothing from us that you call here and
- 17:24Speaker 15: cuss me asking for some money. Bab you got now
- 17:27Speaker 15: you're giving your money from your heart. It doesn't not
- 17:28Speaker 15: a hoof there preaching the word of God. You give

- 18:08Speaker 12: You don't talk to people like that. You don't even
- 18:10Speaker 12: sound like a Christian.
- 18:11Speaker 14: You don't do that.
- 18:12Speaker 12: Don't you hear me?
- 18:13Speaker 4: Right now?
- 18:14Speaker 11: You want something?

- 18:21Speaker 13: Don't you have me?
- 18:23Speaker 11: Can I hear you call?

- 20:16Speaker 11: Oh bro, Lord my legs.
- 20:18Speaker 14: Sure it's shaking.
- 20:18Speaker 12: Hula hoo.
- 20:20Speaker 11: Lord something since the polician. I gotta ask you, what
- 20:24Speaker 11: is the baddest and I mean the baddest radio show
- 20:28Speaker 11: in the land.
- 20:29Speaker 15: Oh, I must say, the Speed Harvey Morning Show?
- 20:36Speaker 4: What you got me? You got me?
- 20:39Speaker 12: You got me.
- 20:44Speaker 7: I ain't the only one ever wanted that plate to
- 20:45Speaker 7: come back around. I ain't.
- 20:47Speaker 1: I'm not the only one.
- 20:50Speaker 10: Get my twenty dollars back out of there. He's been
- 20:52Speaker 10: passed the one here man plea.
- 20:55Speaker 1: All right, nephew, thank you. Coming up next, it is
- 20:58Speaker 1: asked the celo.
- 21:00Speaker 9: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at the
- 21:04Speaker 9: top of the hour, we will be joined by the
- 21:06Speaker 9: Chair of the Democratic National Committee, Jamie Harrison. The election
- 21:11Speaker 9: is thirteen days away. We will be just going to
- 21:14Speaker 9: continue to enlighten you on what's at stake in this
- 21:18Speaker 9: year's election. Okay, thirteen days away, that's coming up at
- 21:23Speaker 9: the top of the hour. But right now it is
- 21:25Speaker 9: time to ask the Clo our chief love officer Steve
- 21:28Speaker 9: Harvey in the building and Steve. This one's from Jasper
- 21:32Speaker 9: in Kingwood Colo. Jasper says, I drink and party when
- 21:37Speaker 9: I'm off work and my son isn't at my house.
- 21:40Speaker 9: My lady says she doesn't want me drinking around her son.
- 21:44Speaker 9: I told her to stop bringing him to my house.
- 21:46Speaker 9: Then it's common sense to me. Why does she get
- 21:49Speaker 9: so offended by that?
- 21:52Speaker 6: Well, Jasper, could it be, Jasper that she's just trying
- 21:58Speaker 6: to get you to slow down a little bit, practice
- 22:02Speaker 6: some type of restraint, because when you're not working, you
- 22:06Speaker 6: drinking and partying a lot of times when you ain't working, though,
- 22:15Speaker 6: So I'm just you. It could be the woman just
- 22:18Speaker 6: trying to find a way to motivate you to look
- 22:20Speaker 6: at it, you know, and that's that's all it is.
- 22:24Speaker 6: She's just trying to help you, man, because she looks
- 22:27Speaker 6: like that instead of saying you, hey, do you have
- 22:29Speaker 6: a problem on hey, looks like you could be having
- 22:32Speaker 6: a problem. She's saying, hey, let's just put some rules
- 22:36Speaker 6: in place. But then you don't want the rules because
- 22:38Speaker 6: you already got the problem.
- 22:40Speaker 9: Yeah, was he drunk when he said we'll stop bringing
- 22:43Speaker 9: your son to my house.
- 22:44Speaker 6: Then yeah, yeah, he had already been drinking. Yeah, because
- 22:48Speaker 6: that's a statement you make when you already have alcohol
- 22:51Speaker 6: in your system. Hands in your hand.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Right, all right?
- 22:58Speaker 9: Moving on to Missy in Baltimore, Missy writes, I've been
- 23:01Speaker 9: with my boyfriend for almost seven years, and he has
- 23:05Speaker 9: been in college the whole time. He loves to take
- 23:08Speaker 9: his time with everything he does, even in the bedroom.
- 23:12Speaker 9: That's why I'm still with him. Can I rush him
- 23:14Speaker 9: to propose or keep being patient?
- 23:18Speaker 6: You just said he'd take his time doing everything everything
- 23:22Speaker 6: seven years in college, take his time in the bedroom.
- 23:26Speaker 6: That's why you're still with him. Yeah, but see, have
- 23:30Speaker 6: you thought about this? Okay, let me ask you a question.
- 23:33Speaker 6: Is he gonna take his plan take his time with
- 23:36Speaker 6: his plan for the future too, Because that's what you're
- 23:38Speaker 6: trying to be in his future? So is he gonna
- 23:42Speaker 6: take his time with that too? Now, let me ask
- 23:45Speaker 6: you something. Now, sometimes you can get the too confused. Now,
- 23:50Speaker 6: taking your time and procrastination can look like the same
- 23:54Speaker 6: thing sometimes.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, taking your.
- 23:58Speaker 6: Time in the bedroom is different from taking your time
- 24:01Speaker 6: to get education. Okay, two different things now, So don't
- 24:06Speaker 6: get don't don't let his bedroom prowessies and his activity
- 24:11Speaker 6: and his dominance and his abilities in the bedroom. Throw
- 24:14Speaker 6: you off with why he's still in college after seven
- 24:17Speaker 6: damn years because he take his time with everything. Little girl,
- 24:25Speaker 6: you've finish sign up for some real ignorant mess right here.
- 24:28Speaker 6: So be careful, be.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Careful, all right, all right, missy.
- 24:36Speaker 9: Moving on to Charles and Baton Rouge. Charles Wrights. I
- 24:38Speaker 9: had a rough two months. I got fired and I
- 24:41Speaker 9: started peeing in the bed. My wife said it might
- 24:45Speaker 9: be depression, and I thought she was trying to help.
- 24:49Speaker 1: But lately she's been teasing me about it. How can
- 24:51Speaker 1: she be so evil to me in my time of weakness?
- 24:57Speaker 6: Dog? How much stress you under that?
- 25:01Speaker 2: Apparently?
- 25:02Speaker 7: Dog?
- 25:02Speaker 6: Let me tell you something I done had some real
- 25:04Speaker 6: badass months. I've strung together a series of years that
- 25:09Speaker 6: was catastrophic. But you never. I ain't never pee in
- 25:12Speaker 6: the bed. I ain't never sit there with you know what?
- 25:20Speaker 6: They they're counseling another show. I can't think that I may.
- 25:24Speaker 6: I got on God and Bill I said, hey, Dog,
- 25:30Speaker 6: I don't know, bro, Bro.
- 25:33Speaker 1: I don't think we should be laughing at this.
- 25:35Speaker 6: Now that's a condition. Are you peeing in the bed.
- 25:42Speaker 6: That's not a condition, that's a weakness. Dog, Dog, I've
- 25:48Speaker 6: had a rough two months. I lost my job and
- 25:52Speaker 6: now the dog. Come on, man, I ain't got nothing
- 26:01Speaker 6: for you, dog, you had a rough two months. Well,
- 26:07Speaker 6: let me tell you something I can if I can
- 26:10Speaker 6: tell you soon that lonely.
- 26:13Speaker 7: His wife is still in there sleeping with me.
- 26:14Speaker 2: I know.
- 26:15Speaker 1: So should he go to the doctor or something of me?
- 26:18Speaker 6: Yes, you gotta quit peeing in the bed. What's she
- 26:21Speaker 6: talking about? The doctor?
- 26:24Speaker 2: And get an eight year old and.
- 26:25Speaker 6: Quit peeing in the bed.
- 26:26Speaker 2: What is it?
- 26:26Speaker 6: You ain't gotta take your eight year old to the doctor?
- 26:28Speaker 6: Party training? No, you gott party up there peeing on yourself.
- 26:36Speaker 6: There ain't no medical condition. Your grown ass is laid
- 26:40Speaker 6: up there. No, it ain't you in so much damn depression?
- 26:44Speaker 6: You laying up there now, I don't even feel like
- 26:46Speaker 6: going to the bathroom. No, man, hell, now that ain't
- 26:51Speaker 6: what that is. Shouldn't have called me, dog, I don't
- 26:54Speaker 6: feel sorry for you. Why she making fun of you?
- 26:56Speaker 6: Why is she still with you?
- 27:00Speaker 7: So he can't take no bad news? If he takes
- 27:03Speaker 7: bad news?
- 27:03Speaker 6: What happened on sir? Uh? Did he leave a name
- 27:12Speaker 6: on the letter.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Oh yeah, his name is Charles.
- 27:16Speaker 6: Charles is coming to my office. Please, yes, sir, Charles.
- 27:20Speaker 6: I hate to break it to you, but there's some
- 27:22Speaker 6: playoffs and we've just handed you a pink slip and
- 27:27Speaker 6: Charles Child, what are you doing? My god, Charles in
- 27:43Speaker 6: my office, Charles, it's.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Warm as warm as warm as Charles, Charles.
- 27:58Speaker 6: Listen, We've been going through the p episode for you know,
- 28:01Speaker 6: and I just can't take it no more a year.
- 28:06Speaker 6: I'm asking for a divorce.
- 28:09Speaker 9: Okay, wait a minute now, Charles.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Is he at the bathroom of.
- 28:27Speaker 6: DoD Yeah, yeah, yeah, he using the bathroom now to
- 28:35Speaker 6: come out everything else. He was just being on hisself
- 28:38Speaker 6: and that one right there, I have to him over
- 28:41Speaker 6: the top. Okay, all right it Yeah, I don't know
- 28:50Speaker 6: what you want, Charles. I can't do nothing for child.
- 28:55Speaker 2: He needs to see it immediate.
- 29:00Speaker 6: You too old for that.
- 29:02Speaker 10: Wow, I don't know what the pens can hold that?
- 29:05Speaker 7: All right?
- 29:06Speaker 2: Disorders?
- 29:08Speaker 9: Huh yeah, thank you clo for nothing.
- 29:14Speaker 6: Ain't no stress, disorder, get your ass to that bathroom.
- 29:18Speaker 9: Coming up, we're going to talk to Democratic National Committee
- 29:21Speaker 9: Chair Jamie Harrison.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Right after this.
- 29:24Speaker 9: You're listening Morning Show everybody.
- 29:30Speaker 6: As promised, we have a special guest this morning. We
- 29:33Speaker 6: are thirteen days away now, thirteen from one of the
- 29:38Speaker 6: most important elections in our history. We've had some important ones,
- 29:44Speaker 6: but this one right here, this you have got to
- 29:48Speaker 6: understand what is at stake in this year's election. So
- 29:51Speaker 6: we've invited a friend of the show to join us.
- 29:53Speaker 6: He's been on before. He's the chair of the Democratic
- 29:56Speaker 6: National Committee and this week he's campaigning the state to
- 29:58Speaker 6: state for the VP Koma Harris on the DNCS We vote,
- 30:03Speaker 6: we Win bus tour. Please welcome back to the DNC
- 30:06Speaker 6: chair my buddy, mister Jamie Harrison.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Welcome, Welcome, welcome, thank you, thank you.
- 30:14Speaker 7: Man.
- 30:14Speaker 14: I appreciate it.
- 30:16Speaker 6: Man. We got to get it and we were close, brother,
- 30:19Speaker 6: were close. Let me ask you, what's the feeling your
- 30:24Speaker 6: own campaign. You're you're riding with the VP h every day.
- 30:29Speaker 6: What's the general feeling around the campaign?
- 30:33Speaker 13: Well, you know, people are excited, but they also feel
- 30:36Speaker 13: that it's tight. That this is a tight election, probably
- 30:39Speaker 13: the closest election that we've we've seen in at least
- 30:43Speaker 13: in my lifetime. But we feel that we can win us.
- 30:47Speaker 13: We have all of the infrastructure, all of the basic
- 30:51Speaker 13: necessities that you need to win us.
- 30:53Speaker 14: We got the best candidates.
- 30:55Speaker 13: Our candidate is bringing hope and joy. I told the
- 30:58Speaker 13: reporter of the other day Steep, it's like watching Michael
- 31:01Speaker 13: Jordan in the NBA Finals. You give her the ball,
- 31:04Speaker 13: she's gonna score. But we got to make sure we
- 31:06Speaker 13: give her the ball and she has.
- 31:09Speaker 14: To have, you know, the right support.
- 31:12Speaker 13: Casts around her to do the things that are necessary
- 31:15Speaker 13: for us to win this ring. And that's where this
- 31:19Speaker 13: ground operation is important. That's where people in our community
- 31:23Speaker 13: knocking on doors, making phone calls, sending text messages, getting
- 31:27Speaker 13: people's butts in these cars and taking them to vote
- 31:29Speaker 13: and vote early.
- 31:30Speaker 14: That is where that comes at.
- 31:32Speaker 13: Kamla Harrison is doing everything she needs to do. She's
- 31:35Speaker 13: going on farm, she drug Brett Bair around like weeksg garbage.
- 31:41Speaker 14: She's doing everything that is necessary to do.
- 31:45Speaker 11: But we need to do.
- 31:46Speaker 13: Our part to help her and have her back to
- 31:48Speaker 13: get her over the finish line.
- 31:51Speaker 6: I'm telling you, man, I'm watching it. I'm going to
- 31:54Speaker 6: tell you something. I've been saying this on this radio show.
- 31:57Speaker 6: I have a very very strong feeling. I know it's close,
- 32:02Speaker 6: and we've been telling everybody's close, and our vote matters,
- 32:05Speaker 6: but I think we're the deciding factor here, and I
- 32:08Speaker 6: think that we're going to show up in alarming numbers
- 32:10Speaker 6: and we're going to surprise a few people because they've
- 32:13Speaker 6: already started the Shenanigans down here in Georgia. Oh yeah,
- 32:16Speaker 6: we had a guy TC Carson who said they changed
- 32:21Speaker 6: his vote, and woman called in said they changed her
- 32:23Speaker 6: vote too, and they had to get their ballance back
- 32:25Speaker 6: and redo them. So they're voted for VP Kamala Harris
- 32:30Speaker 6: and they changing votes, man, And that we've got to
- 32:32Speaker 6: be on point. We've got to be diligent. We've got
- 32:36Speaker 6: to be aware of the Shenanigans because they were so
- 32:39Speaker 6: pissed at losing Georgia last year, they pulling out all
- 32:44Speaker 6: the stops, man. So we got to be on point here,
- 32:46Speaker 6: We really.
- 32:47Speaker 14: Really we have to be on point.
- 32:49Speaker 13: And the thing, Steve, I tell all of the lists folks,
- 32:53Speaker 13: if you run into any problems while you're trying to vote,
- 32:57Speaker 13: or you're trying to just figure out where your precinct is,
- 33:00Speaker 13: go to I will vote dot com. I will vote
- 33:04Speaker 13: dot com. You can find your precinct. You can if
- 33:08Speaker 13: you need a.
- 33:09Speaker 14: Lawyer, we have lawyers on the ready.
- 33:12Speaker 13: You should exercise your right to vote. You can even
- 33:15Speaker 13: if you're standing in line.
- 33:16Speaker 14: You can even text.
- 33:17Speaker 13: Vote bote to seven zero eight.
- 33:19Speaker 14: Eight eight, and we will have lawyers who will respond
- 33:22Speaker 14: to you right now. Uh and to get you information.
- 33:26Speaker 13: You need in order to make sure your vote is
- 33:28Speaker 13: count because the Republicans are trying everything that they can
- 33:31Speaker 13: to keep people from the ballot box. But we know
- 33:34Speaker 13: we're not gonna let them steal your vote or your voice.
- 33:37Speaker 14: So make sure you go to I will vote dot com.
- 33:39Speaker 14: Share that information with your friends and your family. Make
- 33:42Speaker 14: sure you exercise your rights vote.
- 33:44Speaker 6: Let's go absolutely see important information that has to be
- 33:48Speaker 6: out there. I will vote dot com. If you have
- 33:53Speaker 6: any problem, if you're in line with the problem, yeah,
- 33:56Speaker 6: I can go to I will vote dot com. I
- 34:00Speaker 6: don't care what's happening. We got away because we know
- 34:03Speaker 6: what's going on right here. You know, there's a stark
- 34:06Speaker 6: contrast between Vice President Kamala Harris and her New Way
- 34:12Speaker 6: Forward plan that would give black communities the resources and
- 34:16Speaker 6: opportunity to thrive now and versus Donald Trump's Project twenty
- 34:20Speaker 6: twenty five agenda that would take black communities backwards. Let's
- 34:25Speaker 6: talk about the differences. What's your message to voters on
- 34:28Speaker 6: that well.
- 34:29Speaker 13: In particularly, I want to say the black men's chief.
- 34:33Speaker 13: Can anybody think I'm forty eight years old. I can
- 34:36Speaker 13: tell you no president that I can recall has ever
- 34:39Speaker 13: had a black agenda.
- 34:41Speaker 14: For bat men until Kamala Harris.
- 34:43Speaker 13: I said, fine, one who it came out with an
- 34:47Speaker 13: agenda bullet points for black men, non Democrat or Republicans
- 34:53Speaker 13: until Kama Harris. And this woman has the strength of
- 34:57Speaker 13: conviction and the value in order to you know, she
- 35:00Speaker 13: went out and had about a year and a half ago,
- 35:02Speaker 13: she went and had round tables with black men to
- 35:05Speaker 13: talk about what are some of the barriers that you
- 35:07Speaker 13: have in terms of getting involved in business, the building
- 35:10Speaker 13: wealth and all. And she took the product of that conversation.
- 35:14Speaker 13: She'd listened to all of those men in those conversations,
- 35:17Speaker 13: and now she has come back with addressing some of
- 35:20Speaker 13: these things in the policy things that she has rolled
- 35:23Speaker 13: out in this campaign. But she heard during those conversations
- 35:26Speaker 13: Steve that you know, you can only get five thousand
- 35:29Speaker 13: dollars from the federal government. So what he said, you
- 35:31Speaker 13: can't start a business with five thousand dollars, how about
- 35:34Speaker 13: fifty thousand dollars to start a business. And now what
- 35:37Speaker 13: she just rolled out in her Black Men's Attenda is
- 35:39Speaker 13: that she will have one million small brands that small
- 35:43Speaker 13: business loans that would be available for black entrepreneurs that
- 35:47Speaker 13: would be forgivable up to twenty thousand dollars. So fifty
- 35:51Speaker 13: thousands plus twenty thousand and seventy thousand. What did Donald
- 35:54Speaker 13: Trump as he's talking about tariffs, how is that going
- 35:57Speaker 13: to help a small black business be started in this country?
- 36:01Speaker 14: If not?
- 36:01Speaker 6: Hey, Jamie Harrison, Democratic Chair, hang on one second. They're
- 36:06Speaker 6: gonna come back with more with DNC Chair Jamie Harrison
- 36:09Speaker 6: right after this.
- 36:11Speaker 9: You're listening hardy Morning Shows.
- 36:14Speaker 6: Hi, everybody, we're back in our special guests this morning.
- 36:16Speaker 6: It's a DNC chair, mister Jamie Harrison, and we've been
- 36:19Speaker 6: talking about simply one thing.
- 36:21Speaker 13: When we look at housing, I'd like to say her
- 36:24Speaker 13: agenda is about health, it's about wealth, it's about freedom.
- 36:28Speaker 14: When we look at housing, you know, we got a
- 36:31Speaker 14: lot of folks who are still.
- 36:32Speaker 13: Staying with their parents because they can't afford a down
- 36:34Speaker 13: payment on the house. And she said, well, let's do
- 36:37Speaker 13: something about that twenty five thousand dollars to help with
- 36:40Speaker 13: a down payment on your first home. That's a game
- 36:43Speaker 13: changer for a lot of votes. No other president has
- 36:46Speaker 13: ever been talking about that until Comma Eric. When we
- 36:49Speaker 13: think about health aspects, we know that black men have
- 36:54Speaker 13: disproportionate impact in certain things diabetes, property canidder in the life.
- 36:59Speaker 13: She wants to start an initiative focusing specifically on these
- 37:04Speaker 13: health disparities that black men have to address and deal with,
- 37:08Speaker 13: and to be preventive about it instead of being reactive
- 37:12Speaker 13: to it.
- 37:12Speaker 14: Right because many times we don't know that we have
- 37:15Speaker 14: these illnesses until it's well too.
- 37:17Speaker 13: Late, and then we got to get amputations for diabetes
- 37:20Speaker 13: and all of the life.
- 37:21Speaker 14: This is why it's important to.
- 37:23Speaker 13: Have somebody like Kama Harris, because she will have the conversation.
- 37:27Speaker 13: She'll take what she learned from those conversations and then
- 37:30Speaker 13: turn it into effects of policy that will actually make
- 37:33Speaker 13: a difference in our lives.
- 37:34Speaker 6: You know what, mister Harrison, I said this a couple
- 37:40Speaker 6: of days ago, a few days ago on the radio show,
- 37:42Speaker 6: that I had never seen an agenda for black people
- 37:45Speaker 6: people period. Let longs be more specific about black men
- 37:50Speaker 6: I'd never seen that ever before, because I realized that
- 37:54Speaker 6: you can't win an election with just one vote. But
- 37:57Speaker 6: then to want to be inclusive, to make sure because
- 38:01Speaker 6: that's an underserved community in black men. They've always felt ostracized,
- 38:07Speaker 6: they've always felt on the outside looking in. And to
- 38:10Speaker 6: finally have somebody speak to that, I think it's just outstanding.
- 38:14Speaker 6: You know. I know there's a lot of things we
- 38:16Speaker 6: could talk about this bus tool, but I like to
- 38:18Speaker 6: tap on a couple of things man, that really in
- 38:21Speaker 6: the what do you say to the voter out there?
- 38:25Speaker 6: Because my listening audience is very, very bright when you
- 38:30Speaker 6: see blacks for Trump, or when you see the undecided voter,
- 38:36Speaker 6: what's your message to the undecided voter? I don't know
- 38:39Speaker 6: how you're undecided thirteen days, but they're out there talking.
- 38:42Speaker 6: So what's the message.
- 38:44Speaker 13: Why do you believe Trump is a better person than
- 38:47Speaker 13: Kamala harrisy president the ninety eighth And then they'll come
- 38:50Speaker 13: up with all.
- 38:50Speaker 14: Kinds of things.
- 38:51Speaker 13: Well, Trump provided the similar check. Well, well, here's the
- 38:55Speaker 13: fact on that. Actually the Similars was passed by a
- 38:58Speaker 13: Democratic couege and the Democratic Senate and Donald Trump's son.
- 39:01Speaker 13: But in actuality. It was the Biden administration that came
- 39:05Speaker 13: up with us even bigger stimilar one that cut childhood
- 39:08Speaker 13: poverty in half in the blackmun put more money in
- 39:11Speaker 13: people's pockets than the similars that passed during Donald Trump's president.
- 39:15Speaker 13: We remember the PPP low well, when Donald Trump was president,
- 39:19Speaker 13: the PPP lowans went to the La Lakers. It didn't
- 39:22Speaker 13: go to the black barbershops and the black muticians and
- 39:25Speaker 13: the black businesses that needed.
- 39:27Speaker 6: Jamie Harrison, Democratic Chair. Hang on one second, they're gonna
- 39:32Speaker 6: come back with more DNC Chair Jamie Harrison right after this.
- 39:36Speaker 9: You're listening hard morning shows.
- 39:40Speaker 6: All right, everybody, we're back at our special guest this morning.
- 39:42Speaker 6: It's a DNC chair, mister Jamie Harrison, and we've been
- 39:45Speaker 6: talking about simply one thing, why we need to get
- 39:48Speaker 6: out and vote. Period. That's all it is. It's go
- 39:51Speaker 6: time right now, y'all. We're thirteen days out. There's no more.
- 39:55Speaker 6: Listen to me. Stop talking about you undecided. The decision
- 40:00Speaker 6: is clear. It's him or her. What you want decent
- 40:07Speaker 6: or you want the other. The choices is clear. Do
- 40:11Speaker 6: you want honorable or do you want the other? Do
- 40:14Speaker 6: you want truth or do you want the other? You know,
- 40:18Speaker 6: do you? And this is really what we're down to. Man,
- 40:21Speaker 6: So we've got him on the phone today because he
- 40:24Speaker 6: does such a great job of this last thing.
- 40:27Speaker 4: Man.
- 40:27Speaker 6: You're on a bus tour right now. You're covering Florida, Georgia,
- 40:31Speaker 6: North Carolina. Where are you right now, Jamie.
- 40:34Speaker 14: Jo I am.
- 40:35Speaker 13: We're now in Georgia. We're headed towards Atlanta. We just
- 40:38Speaker 13: left a few hours ago Jacksonville.
- 40:41Speaker 14: I was in Orlando earlier.
- 40:43Speaker 13: We'll be in Atlanta, we'll get Augusta, we'll go to
- 40:47Speaker 13: my home state of South Carolina, where I will cast
- 40:50Speaker 13: my early ballot to vote. We'll do a little rally
- 40:53Speaker 13: there with a little folks, and then we'll head up
- 40:55Speaker 13: to North Carolina. Battleground North Carolina. And you know, Georgia
- 40:58Speaker 13: and North Carolina particular are going to be key states
- 41:02Speaker 13: for US. But Florida is also important. They got an
- 41:04Speaker 13: important Senate race there and Member four, which is a
- 41:08Speaker 13: reproductive freedom of women, is on the ballot. Cannabis is
- 41:11Speaker 13: also on.
- 41:12Speaker 14: The ballot in Florida this election cycle.
- 41:15Speaker 13: So you know, they're a lot of important races. So
- 41:18Speaker 13: regardless of where you are, where you live, folks, you
- 41:21Speaker 13: got to vote. If you sit there and you complain
- 41:23Speaker 13: every day about everything that's going on in the world
- 41:26Speaker 13: and you don't go on exercise, you're right to vote.
- 41:28Speaker 13: In essence, you're giving away your power to other people
- 41:30Speaker 13: to make a determination about what happens to you and
- 41:33Speaker 13: your family and your community. And you can't give your.
- 41:36Speaker 14: Power a week.
- 41:37Speaker 6: Okay, not Jamie, the yes, sir. The battleground states. Let's
- 41:42Speaker 6: go over those, which yus are they and where are
- 41:46Speaker 6: we putting our focus at on these?
- 41:47Speaker 13: So the battleground of all battlegrounds is Pennsylvania. So if
- 41:52Speaker 13: you vote, you in Philly, you're in Pittsburgh. Whatever.
- 41:55Speaker 14: We need you to go out vote. Take a few
- 41:57Speaker 14: people with you. Now, it's not good enough for you
- 42:00Speaker 14: to vote.
- 42:01Speaker 13: You got to get a few people with us. So
- 42:03Speaker 13: we go to Pennsylvania. From Pennsylvania over to Michigan. Michigan
- 42:07Speaker 13: is also a very very close race. We know what
- 42:10Speaker 13: Donald Trump believes about Detroit. He's already said it multiple times.
- 42:13Speaker 13: So Detroit is down for y'all to show.
- 42:15Speaker 14: Up and show out.
- 42:17Speaker 13: We go from Michigan then over to Wisconsin, battleground Wisconsin.
- 42:22Speaker 13: We know what he said about Milwaukee. Again, in any
- 42:26Speaker 13: city that is predominantly black, we know what Donald Trump
- 42:29Speaker 13: thinks about you because he said it. You don't have
- 42:31Speaker 13: to take my word for it. He's already said it.
- 42:33Speaker 14: Milwaukee is going to be key and crucial.
- 42:36Speaker 13: Then we go to Nevada, Las Vegas. We need you,
- 42:39Speaker 13: we need you to go out and vote there. And
- 42:41Speaker 13: Arizona is another battleground state. And then we swipped back
- 42:45Speaker 13: around and we go to battleground Georgia and then North Carolina.
- 42:50Speaker 13: But we also got some important Senate races. Texas, we
- 42:54Speaker 13: got an opportunity, see.
- 42:56Speaker 14: To send ted cruise back to Cancoon. We that raise
- 43:04Speaker 14: is tight. You're talking about tight. That raises tight.
- 43:07Speaker 13: Uh. The Vice presidents gonna be down there this week
- 43:11Speaker 13: to talk about reproductor freedom. But I've been campaigning with
- 43:14Speaker 13: Colin Allred.
- 43:15Speaker 14: Folks, if you.
- 43:16Speaker 13: Are in Texas, you got family in Texas, make sure
- 43:19Speaker 13: they go out.
- 43:21Speaker 14: Because we can win that range and that raid.
- 43:24Speaker 13: Jordan so our candidate calling all Red Colin already he
- 43:29Speaker 13: was a former football player. Uh, black guy, great guy.
- 43:33Speaker 14: Uh.
- 43:34Speaker 13: And he will.
- 43:35Speaker 14: You remember the congressional black coffers. He will make.
- 43:38Speaker 13: One half of the United States Center and we know
- 43:41Speaker 13: about Ted Cruz. Ted Cruse allowed Donald Trump to dog
- 43:44Speaker 13: his wife out, I mean and his daddy, right, and
- 43:50Speaker 13: he left his poor dog at home while he was
- 43:53Speaker 13: about to go to can Coon to get the margaritas
- 43:55Speaker 13: while its constituents for freezing in Texas.
- 43:59Speaker 14: He have this dog at home. I mean, that's who
- 44:03Speaker 14: this man is. He's not gonna fight for you because
- 44:07Speaker 14: he won't even fight for his life. So we know
- 44:09Speaker 14: he ain't gonna do anything for you. But we can
- 44:11Speaker 14: send a real fighter to Washington, d C. To the
- 44:14Speaker 14: United States Senate and Colin. All Right, and folks, I
- 44:17Speaker 14: need you all to go out and do all you
- 44:18Speaker 14: can to support Colin in that reason.
- 44:20Speaker 6: Jamie Harrison, thank you for joining us today.
- 44:23Speaker 14: Brother, I appreciate you.
- 44:24Speaker 6: Before his time, thank you both.
- 44:26Speaker 13: Okay, we well do all right?
- 44:27Speaker 9: Coming up next, it is the prank phone call for
- 44:30Speaker 9: today from the nephew.
- 44:31Speaker 1: Right after this, you're.

- 44:38Speaker 9: after the hour, it's my Strawberry letter for today and
- 44:41Speaker 9: the subject is why did he open.
- 44:44Speaker 1: His big mouth?
- 44:46Speaker 9: Believe it, we'll get into it, find out what it's
- 44:48Speaker 9: all about in just a few because right now the
- 44:50Speaker 9: nephew is here with today's prank phone call.
- 44:53Speaker 10: What she got for his new sure it is right

- 54:17Speaker 7: We got it for you here.
- 54:18Speaker 6: It is Strawberry Letter.
- 54:20Speaker 1: All right, neph you, thank you. Subject why did he
- 54:23Speaker 1: open this big mouth?
- 54:24Speaker 9: Dear Stephen Shirley, I've been married for thirteen years and
- 54:28Speaker 9: we've had more good days than bad. I have two
- 54:31Speaker 9: beautiful children, and that is why I struggle so hard
- 54:35Speaker 9: to keep my marriage going. I've found out recently that
- 54:39Speaker 9: he's been hiding money and he's got a girlfriend. I've
- 54:42Speaker 9: overlooked a lot of foul stuff he does, and this
- 54:46Speaker 9: is no different. I just didn't want our children to
- 54:49Speaker 9: find out the way they did. Last Friday, I got
- 54:52Speaker 9: a call from my fifteen year old son telling me
- 54:54Speaker 9: that his daddy had a lady in our formal living
- 54:57Speaker 9: room and he said they were talking over a business deal.
- 55:01Speaker 9: He told my son to go outside and shoot hoops
- 55:03Speaker 9: with his best friend. My son texted me and said
- 55:06Speaker 9: his dad put him out till his company left.
- 55:09Speaker 1: I rushed to the house and the woman was gone.
- 55:12Speaker 9: My son was still outside with his best friend shooting basketball.
- 55:16Speaker 9: I went inside and my husband said the lady had
- 55:18Speaker 9: a proposal for him to join her company. He said
- 55:22Speaker 9: it was none of my business until they worked out
- 55:25Speaker 9: the details. We started arguing so loudly that my son
- 55:29Speaker 9: went and got his best friend's mom and they all
- 55:32Speaker 9: came inside the house in front of everybody. My husband
- 55:36Speaker 9: said that he loves the other woman, and I know
- 55:40Speaker 9: he loves the woman, so stop acting like I'm all surprised.
- 55:44Speaker 1: Huh huh, yeah.
- 55:46Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, yeah yeah. My son and his best friend
- 55:49Speaker 9: went back outside. I had to face the best friend's mom,
- 55:52Speaker 9: who hates me and was almost smiling at the news.
- 55:56Speaker 9: I thanked her for coming, and I asked her to leave.
- 55:59Speaker 9: She was being fake and acted concern while my sweet
- 56:02Speaker 9: husband was reminding me, reminding her that I hate her guts.
- 56:07Speaker 9: The news spread quickly, and now I feel like everybody
- 56:10Speaker 9: is laughing at me, and I feel pressure to react.
- 56:13Speaker 9: Why did he have to open his big mouth in
- 56:16Speaker 9: front of her? Is this a wake up call from
- 56:18Speaker 9: the higher power?
- 56:19Speaker 6: Please?
- 56:20Speaker 1: Advice? You gotta be worried.
- 56:22Speaker 9: About more than him opening up his mouth in front
- 56:25Speaker 9: of her. You should be concerned about what he said.
- 56:28Speaker 9: And I'm really trying to figure this part out. You're
- 56:31Speaker 9: asking us to please advice. What do you want Steve
- 56:35Speaker 9: and I to advise you on specifically, because the only
- 56:38Speaker 9: advice I can give you is how to pack his
- 56:40Speaker 9: stuff and kick him out, because clearly this marriage is
- 56:45Speaker 9: over and I know you're not thinking of taking him
- 56:48Speaker 9: back and all of that. When he had this woman
- 56:54Speaker 9: in your house and proclaimed his love for her in
- 56:58Speaker 9: front of you, his wife, your son's best friend, and
- 57:02Speaker 9: his mother who hates you. Furthermore, your husband said it
- 57:07Speaker 9: should have been of no surprise to you because you
- 57:09Speaker 9: knew he loved the other woman. Huh So, if all
- 57:12Speaker 9: this is true, are you taking this crap just so
- 57:16Speaker 9: you can stay in this marriage like you have been
- 57:19Speaker 9: for thirteen years? You say it's for the kids, but
- 57:22Speaker 9: it's more than that, just to say you have a husband.
- 57:25Speaker 9: This man has been lying to you, He's been hiding
- 57:28Speaker 9: money from you. He's not worth all this, losing yourself
- 57:32Speaker 9: and all that. Yes, it is a wake up call.
- 57:34Speaker 9: You know the truth for real now, for real, for real,
- 57:37Speaker 9: because you have seen it and heard it from him.
- 57:40Speaker 9: Don't just stay with him in the sham of a
- 57:42Speaker 9: marriage and allow him to treat you any old kind
- 57:44Speaker 9: of way. This marriage is over, Steve.
- 57:48Speaker 6: I done heard some things in this job head letter.
- 57:52Speaker 1: Yeah, but this.
- 57:54Speaker 7: Will right here.
- 57:55Speaker 6: I don't even know if I'm gonna be able to
- 57:56Speaker 6: get to it. There's so much I want to unpack
- 57:58Speaker 6: it this letter. It's just this that is just hell.
- 58:02Speaker 6: This is a letter. I've been married thirteen years. We've
- 58:05Speaker 6: had more good days than bad. That right, there is
- 58:08Speaker 6: not true anyway. I have two beautiful children. That's why
- 58:12Speaker 6: I struggle so hard to keep this marriage going. See,
- 58:15Speaker 6: you can't say we've had more good days than bad
- 58:18Speaker 6: and then say that's why I struggle to keep his
- 58:20Speaker 6: marriage going. I found out recently he's been hiding money. Well,
- 58:24Speaker 6: okay that I advise most guys take a little bit
- 58:28Speaker 6: and stash it on the side. I advise most women
- 58:31Speaker 6: take a little bit, stash it on the side. That's
- 58:34Speaker 6: why I advise it full bank accounts so you don't
- 58:36Speaker 6: have to stash you can just have your money. And
- 58:40Speaker 6: I found out recently he's been hiding money and he's
- 58:42Speaker 6: got a girlfriend. Now, this is where we're starting to
- 58:45Speaker 6: run into problem. You can hide money, but you got
- 58:48Speaker 6: to do a better job of hiding at Helfer. I'm
- 58:51Speaker 6: telling you, Pardner, you hiding money. You ain't good at hiding.
- 58:55Speaker 6: Let me just say that right there. Because she know
- 58:57Speaker 6: about the money and the damn girlfrid and she said,
- 59:02Speaker 6: I just didn't want our children to find out the
- 59:04Speaker 6: way they did. She got a call from a fifteen
- 59:06Speaker 6: year old son last Friday. He told her that his
- 59:10Speaker 6: daddy had a lady in their living room and they
- 59:13Speaker 6: was talking over a business deal. Okay, right there is
- 59:18Speaker 6: the beginning of the term you that lost your damn mind.
- 59:24Speaker 6: See right there, dog, you don't bring the problem to
- 59:28Speaker 6: the house. He told my son go outside and play
- 59:32Speaker 6: basketball with his best friend. My son texted me and
- 59:36Speaker 6: told me that is that. Look. First of all, your
- 59:40Speaker 6: daddyne told you. Your son is trying to warn you. Mama, Mama,
- 59:44Speaker 6: just don't look. Because he's fifteen. He at that age. Now.
- 59:47Speaker 6: My son texted me and said, Dad put him out
- 59:49Speaker 6: to the company. Left. I rushed the house. The woman
- 59:52Speaker 6: was gone. My son was outside with his best friend.
- 59:54Speaker 6: I went inside. My husband said the lady had a
- 59:56Speaker 6: proposal for him to join her company. Hey, he said,
- 1:00:01Speaker 6: it's none of my business until he worked out the details.
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: This is the second part of you that lost your
- 1:00:08Speaker 6: damn mind. You can't tell your wife that another woman
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: was in her house and it ain't none of her
- 1:00:16Speaker 6: damn business. Boy, you should have prepared better for this.
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: Right here, we started auguing so loudly. My son went
- 1:00:22Speaker 6: and got his best friend. As mom because it sounded
- 1:00:25Speaker 6: like y'all y'all was really arguing, he said, let me
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: go get some help because it looked like it looked
- 1:00:29Speaker 6: like they finish kill each other. Hang up, they came
- 1:00:31Speaker 6: inside and in front of everybody. When we come back,
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: I'm gonna tell you what this food said. Wow.
- 1:00:36Speaker 9: All right, the well in part two of Steve's response,
- 1:00:39Speaker 9: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour, Today's
- 1:00:42Speaker 9: strawberry letter? Subject Why did he open his big mouth?
- 1:00:46Speaker 9: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:00:50Speaker 9: hard morning show.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter?
- 1:00:54Speaker 4: Who?
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: Why did he open his big mouth? Is the subject?
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: All right, y'all, let me get to this quick, because
- 1:00:59Speaker 6: this letter got a lot of meat in it. Here's
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: a lady been married thirteen years and got two kids.
- 1:01:03Speaker 6: That's why she struggled to keep our marriage going. But
- 1:01:06Speaker 6: she say her, she've had more good days than bad days,
- 1:01:09Speaker 6: but she struggling to keep it going because he's always
- 1:01:12Speaker 6: doing some file stuff. Recently found out that he been
- 1:01:15Speaker 6: hiding money. Okay, cool, that's okay. And he got a girlfriend, dog,
- 1:01:21Speaker 6: you got to do a better job of hiding. You
- 1:01:23Speaker 6: can't hide money all your girlfriend, but you have got
- 1:01:26Speaker 6: to do a better job of hiding his hell, I'm
- 1:01:28Speaker 6: just telling you that right now. Anyway, I overlooked a
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: lot of file stuff he does. Now see that's why
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: I know this ain't a good marriage. She says, I've
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: overlooked a lot of file stuff he does, and this
- 1:01:39Speaker 6: is no different. So she been compromising herself just for
- 1:01:43Speaker 6: the sake of his marriage, because they got these two
- 1:01:45Speaker 6: beautiful kids, and she just didn't want the kids to
- 1:01:49Speaker 6: find out the way they did that he had this girlfriend,
- 1:01:52Speaker 6: you're fifteen year old young for her fifteen year old
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: son called her text her and told her that daddy
- 1:01:57Speaker 6: had a lady in a formal lit the room and
- 1:02:00Speaker 6: they was talking over a business deal. Okay, he dodne
- 1:02:04Speaker 6: lost his damn mind because this lady that's at the
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: house is the girlfriend. We find that out, So he
- 1:02:10Speaker 6: done lost his damn mind. He told his son go
- 1:02:13Speaker 6: outside and play basketball with his best friend. His son
- 1:02:15Speaker 6: went out inside and said, Mama, he told me to
- 1:02:18Speaker 6: go outside and play basketball with my best friend. Your
- 1:02:21Speaker 6: son is letting you know this. This feels real fishy, Mama,
- 1:02:27Speaker 6: and he owned the mama's side. I rushed to the house.
- 1:02:30Speaker 6: The woman was gone. My son was outside with his
- 1:02:33Speaker 6: best friend. Shooting basketball. I went inside and the lady.
- 1:02:37Speaker 6: She and the husband said the lady had a proposal
- 1:02:40Speaker 6: for him to join her company. He said it was
- 1:02:43Speaker 6: none of my business until he worked out the details. Okay,
- 1:02:47Speaker 6: do like I said. The first way he lost his
- 1:02:49Speaker 6: mind was he brought this woman to the house. Second
- 1:02:52Speaker 6: thing he told his wife wasn't none of your damn
- 1:02:55Speaker 6: business until we work out the details. Okay, your mind
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: is completely gone to this point, but he takes it
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: a step further. We started arguing so loudly that my
- 1:03:05Speaker 6: son went and got his best friends. Mama. Let me
- 1:03:07Speaker 6: go over here and get my friends, mama, because it
- 1:03:09Speaker 6: sounds like they finish kill each other in this house,
- 1:03:11Speaker 6: So let me go get a witness in him. So
- 1:03:13Speaker 6: they all came inside the house in front of everybody.
- 1:03:20Speaker 6: Come on, my husband said, I can't even. It's hard
- 1:03:29Speaker 6: for me to get these words out, but I can't even.
- 1:03:32Speaker 16: My husband said, he loves the other woman, and I
- 1:03:39Speaker 16: know he loves the woman, So stop acting like I'm surprised.
- 1:03:44Speaker 6: God dog, he'd done lost his whole rabbit ass mine,
- 1:03:50Speaker 6: it's going I don't even.
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: Know, really, Bruh, broh, terrible bro.
- 1:03:57Speaker 6: We ain't I ain't never had an argument that hard,
- 1:04:03Speaker 6: and I have totally been against a person I've been
- 1:04:05Speaker 6: married to before completely and didn't have the guts to
- 1:04:08Speaker 6: say that. My son and his best friend went back outside.
- 1:04:15Speaker 6: I had to face the best friend's mom, who hates
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: me and was almost smiling at the news. I thanked
- 1:04:22Speaker 6: her for coming, and I asked her to leave. She
- 1:04:25Speaker 6: was being fake in acting concern while my sweet husband
- 1:04:29Speaker 6: was reminding her that I hate her guts. You know, uh,
- 1:04:33Speaker 6: you know Albertado, Ca dand you know that I appreciate
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: you coming over here. This dude right here, he trifling
- 1:04:40Speaker 6: on so many levels. He making sure you miserable. He
- 1:04:44Speaker 6: don't want nobody comforting you. He don't want nobody siding
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: with you. This dude is a complete butt. I thanked
- 1:04:51Speaker 6: her for coming as a lead. The news spread quickly.
- 1:04:55Speaker 6: Hell yeah, she went outside and told And now I
- 1:04:58Speaker 6: feel like everybody's laughing me, and I feel pressured to react.
- 1:05:03Speaker 6: You feel pressure to react a choice because they laughing
- 1:05:08Speaker 6: at you. Why did he have to open his big
- 1:05:11Speaker 6: mouth in front of her, lady. I don't care if
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: he said this in the privacy, If y'all was in
- 1:05:17Speaker 6: the dish. I don't care if he was in a
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: confession booth at a Catholic church. I don't care if
- 1:05:24Speaker 6: he stood up on Save Night at the Baptist convention
- 1:05:28Speaker 6: and laid himself on the altar and said it. I
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: didn't know. I don't see how he said this.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: Who does hit it?
- 1:05:35Speaker 6: Crazy? Is this a wake up call from the higher
- 1:05:38Speaker 6: higher Power? You mean God?
- 1:05:41Speaker 7: Wait?
- 1:05:41Speaker 6: Hold up? Whoa? Is this a wake up call from
- 1:05:46Speaker 6: the Higher Power? Do you mean God? You need God
- 1:05:51Speaker 6: to tell you what's having in here? Because it's nothing
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: godly about your husband. Please advise. Listen to me, lady.
- 1:06:03Speaker 6: Your husband wants out of the marriage. Your son wants
- 1:06:08Speaker 6: you out of the marriage. Your son, at fifteen, knows
- 1:06:13Speaker 6: what his daddy is up to now. In front of
- 1:06:17Speaker 6: your son, he watched his father hurt the first woman
- 1:06:23Speaker 6: he's ever loved. I'm telling you, he on the White's side.
- 1:06:27Speaker 6: He on your side because your son loves you, and
- 1:06:31Speaker 6: he heard him say that. That's crazy. My daddy told
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: my mama that he love another woman. I can't stand him. Lady,
- 1:06:39Speaker 6: get out. Yes, this ain't no message from the High Power.
- 1:06:44Speaker 6: You can call it whatever you want. Just get out.
- 1:06:47Speaker 6: I can't believe he said that I'm in love with
- 1:06:50Speaker 6: it and you know it.
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: Don't be acting all surprised.
- 1:06:54Speaker 6: God believe you know.
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: La.

- 1:10:17Speaker 9: Nikita from Oaklawn needs some advice from you, Steve.
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: Right after this.
- 1:10:22Speaker 9: You're listening Hardy Morning Show. All right, Steve, This is
- 1:10:28Speaker 9: from Nikita in Oaklawn. Nikita writes, I have three roommates,
- 1:10:31Speaker 9: and one of my roomy's dad's invited me out for
- 1:10:34Speaker 9: coffee and he told me he'd pay all of my
- 1:10:36Speaker 9: bills if I would go away with him for the weekend.
- 1:10:39Speaker 9: He said he wants to get to know me. He said,
- 1:10:42Speaker 9: stranger things have happened, so I shouldn't be worried about
- 1:10:45Speaker 9: what other people will say. He is very sexy. And single,
- 1:10:49Speaker 9: older man. But it's my friend's dad. I'm twenty nine
- 1:10:54Speaker 9: and I just broke up with my boyfriend because he cheated.
- 1:10:57Speaker 9: Should I go see what's up with this older gentleman?
- 1:11:00Speaker 6: I think you gone. You know, I appreciate the letter,
- 1:11:04Speaker 6: but I think you gone. Where y'all going?
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: He didn't say, they're just going spending the time for
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: the weekend.
- 1:11:11Speaker 6: Yeah, she gone, she gone. Do she sound like it's
- 1:11:15Speaker 6: her friend? And yeah, it's gonna create a problem. Y'all.
- 1:11:18Speaker 6: Not finn to be friends, no more roommates when she
- 1:11:22Speaker 6: find out, So understand that that's that's gonna be. But
- 1:11:27Speaker 6: now here's the deal. You may not need to be
- 1:11:31Speaker 6: roommates because you're gonna have your own.
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: Place with your bills paid.
- 1:11:41Speaker 7: And then Daddy need to stop this. He really?
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, okay, well let me just put it ready.
- 1:11:47Speaker 6: The Lord knew not to make me a girl because
- 1:11:49Speaker 6: I'm on the trip.
- 1:11:56Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:11:56Speaker 6: Man, I'm getting off Struggle Street right now. But no, realistically, man,
- 1:12:04Speaker 6: you got to consider your friendship with the girl. What
- 1:12:07Speaker 6: it means. I got the dude that's together. You know,
- 1:12:09Speaker 6: them old cast can be pretty fly when they want to,
- 1:12:12Speaker 6: and they and they know debate to dangle it in
- 1:12:14Speaker 6: front of you to get you to react, but it's
- 1:12:17Speaker 6: gonna be that's gonna be the situation. And if you know,
- 1:12:21Speaker 6: you know, yeah, that's like saying, don't let a girl
- 1:12:25Speaker 6: come between your friendship. We probably ain't gonna be fresh.
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: And you shouldn't know.
- 1:12:31Speaker 7: Isn't that bro col.
- 1:12:34Speaker 6: Well, well it's bro code. If that's his boys his
- 1:12:38Speaker 6: girlfriend and that's your boy, you can't do it.
- 1:12:41Speaker 19: So if it was three guys in y'all were roommates
- 1:12:45Speaker 19: and you had an opportunity to go with the one
- 1:12:47Speaker 19: of your roommate's mother.
- 1:12:49Speaker 7: How long we've been roommates, how long we've been doing them.
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: Matter, how fine is this mom?
- 1:13:01Speaker 6: I never had a roommate mama I was attracted to
- 1:13:03Speaker 6: at all. Ever, elf, I have never seen that before.
- 1:13:08Speaker 6: So that was my first Who mama, Who mama? You
- 1:13:11Speaker 6: talking about?
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: Real thing?
- 1:13:12Speaker 6: We gotta think about this. We really I don't have one.
- 1:13:15Speaker 6: I don't have one friend who mama was ever fine.
- 1:13:20Speaker 6: I've never had a partner who had a fine mama.
- 1:13:24Speaker 7: Alpha.
- 1:13:25Speaker 19: So think back when you were in college, who was struggling.
- 1:13:31Speaker 6: Struggling everybody mama in college looked like their mama look
- 1:13:36Speaker 6: like a couple of them look like their grandmama. So yeah,
- 1:13:41Speaker 6: I go through all my mama, all my dudes. I
- 1:13:46Speaker 6: grew up with everybody. I ain't never I never had
- 1:13:49Speaker 6: a friend mama that was fine. Now I knew one
- 1:13:53Speaker 6: dude that had a fine mama, but I we wasn't friends.
- 1:13:57Speaker 10: Oh and my son went out of town with her.
- 1:14:01Speaker 6: Oh, no, I've been gone. My Sunday school teacher was
- 1:14:08Speaker 6: twenty years old and I was eight. Lord, Lord, I
- 1:14:14Speaker 6: had a crush on her.
- 1:14:15Speaker 7: Man.
- 1:14:15Speaker 6: I couldn't believe.
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:14:16Speaker 6: She wore fish net stockings and would sit on the
- 1:14:19Speaker 6: table and cross her legs. Yeah, she had on lengthy
- 1:14:22Speaker 6: dress across her legs, on fish net stockings and be
- 1:14:24Speaker 6: talking about the Bible. I never cared about Jesus. She's
- 1:14:29Speaker 6: not in the Bible, Yes, how I never cared about Jesus.
- 1:14:37Speaker 6: More she was talking and Ike has his card class
- 1:14:42Speaker 6: And she was one of the lead singers in.
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: The corn was your dad's favorite soloists, right, man.
- 1:14:48Speaker 6: They sang and she was fine. She had blonde streaks
- 1:14:53Speaker 6: in her health because my mom's sister didn't do none
- 1:14:59Speaker 6: of that blonde.
- 1:15:01Speaker 9: She says, all right, coming up at twenty minutes a
- 1:15:03Speaker 9: half to be our we will have more of this ignorance.
- 1:15:06Speaker 9: Oh right after this, you're listening hard Morning show. All right,
- 1:15:15Speaker 9: So Cybersecurity Awareness Month is wrapping up, but cyber threats

- 1:16:02Speaker 6: Hey, Tommy Jr. I have a question, sir, y'all ever
- 1:16:07Speaker 6: wore one of them sports watch that tracks your steps?
- 1:16:12Speaker 6: Let me ask you something. If you ride a bike,
- 1:16:15Speaker 6: does that does that count them steps? Because you're on
- 1:16:18Speaker 6: not swinging well, but you're moving though, so it should
- 1:16:22Speaker 6: be it should be calculating distance. It should it should
- 1:16:26Speaker 6: be more distance. I got to get these steps in.
- 1:16:29Speaker 7: Well, do you pedling? Ain't no steps.
- 1:16:31Speaker 6: But I'm just saying, if you own a bike, pedland
- 1:16:34Speaker 6: with that count, I don't think that's counting.
- 1:16:38Speaker 19: It might do your heart rate and all that kind
- 1:16:40Speaker 19: of stuff may not count.
- 1:16:42Speaker 10: Yeah, but not it's not gonna it's not gonna count
- 1:16:44Speaker 10: them steps steps.
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: All right, thanks guys.
- 1:16:48Speaker 9: We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:16:51Speaker 9: up with thirty three minutes after we'll play around it.
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: Would you rather right after this?
- 1:16:55Speaker 6: You got to count your steps, your step.
- 1:16:57Speaker 9: You're listening Morning Show?
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: It is time now for a round him? Would you rather?
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: Would you rather? Apple pie or pecan pie?
- 1:17:06Speaker 6: Which one?
- 1:17:08Speaker 7: Apple?
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: Apple?
- 1:17:11Speaker 6: If it's a bluebell on top? Apple can pie? Too sweet? Yeah,
- 1:17:19Speaker 6: that's a lot of cigarette. There's too damn sweet.
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: And it's pecan.
- 1:17:25Speaker 6: I did well. Either way. You eat a slice, you're
- 1:17:27Speaker 6: gonna have to go lay down.
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: Your head is going to be spinning.
- 1:17:32Speaker 6: It's pecan.
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: Surely it pgan Carlos.
- 1:17:35Speaker 7: Not it's pecan.
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: You tew me.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: Would you rather sports car or pickup truck? Pick a
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: sports car or pickup truck?
- 1:17:48Speaker 9: Pick up pickup truck, My daddy truck pick up yep,
- 1:17:53Speaker 9: all right, Steve, sports car pickup truck.
- 1:17:57Speaker 6: You just take out all that.
- 1:17:59Speaker 2: Well, it just depends on.
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: Where you're going, what you're doing, what you got on.
- 1:18:08Speaker 6: I ain't really a sports car. Gattle wrapped it.
- 1:18:12Speaker 9: A truck, all right? Would you rather lie about everything
- 1:18:26Speaker 9: or lose two front teeth?
- 1:18:28Speaker 4: Yes?
- 1:18:30Speaker 6: All right?
- 1:18:31Speaker 9: Would you rather sleep in a twin bed with your wife?
- 1:18:35Speaker 9: Would you rather sleep on a king air mattress?
- 1:18:45Speaker 6: No? Ain't no wrong, I can't be on this twin
- 1:18:47Speaker 6: we touch.
- 1:18:48Speaker 10: It in there, I'm gonna give it to I can't
- 1:18:57Speaker 10: take it.
- 1:18:57Speaker 7: I know I can't take all right.
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: Hang here mattress for everyone?
- 1:19:03Speaker 7: All right?
- 1:19:03Speaker 9: Would you rather wrap all of the Christmas presents or
- 1:19:06Speaker 9: would you rather bake all of the dessert?
- 1:19:09Speaker 6: Which one?
- 1:19:11Speaker 9: Would you rather wrap all of the Christmas presents or
- 1:19:14Speaker 9: would you rather bake all of the dessert?
- 1:19:20Speaker 6: Either way, I ain't gonna make Christmas finish. I'm gonna
- 1:19:27Speaker 6: make your dessert baking all the desserts.
- 1:19:31Speaker 12: You can rap.
- 1:19:34Speaker 6: I can wrap, but it's gonna be a lot of
- 1:19:35Speaker 6: tape on it. Though. Little corners ain't gonna be even.
- 1:19:41Speaker 6: They're gonna have bubbles on all the corners. I know
- 1:19:46Speaker 6: how to get that little V at the end, but
- 1:19:47Speaker 6: I don't never. I don't never tell if the right
- 1:19:49Speaker 6: amount of wrapping paper to wrap it always be short.
- 1:19:52Speaker 6: If I'm short, I did need that little gap at
- 1:19:55Speaker 6: the bottom.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: Right, What the gift is?
- 1:19:59Speaker 9: Yeah, that's today's rounded.
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: Would you rather thank you? Guys?
- 1:20:07Speaker 9: Coming up next, we'll close out the show with the
- 1:20:10Speaker 9: one and only Steve Harvey right after this. You're listening
- 1:20:15Speaker 9: Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are last break of the day.
- 1:20:19Speaker 9: Before we get to you, Steve, we got to say
- 1:20:20Speaker 9: thank you to d n C chair Jamie Harrison for
- 1:20:24Speaker 9: coming on earlier today and make sure if you have
- 1:20:27Speaker 9: any questions or anything go to I will vote dot com.
- 1:20:31Speaker 7: You know what.
- 1:20:32Speaker 6: These are my closing remarks. Yeah, he was good, he's
- 1:20:36Speaker 6: he's informative. These are my closing remarks. You, me, we
- 1:20:44Speaker 6: and they all have to vote. This is serious, man.
- 1:20:52Speaker 6: You see Barack Obama campaign and as hard as he's doing,
- 1:20:56Speaker 6: that's cause this thing is close. And it's close because
- 1:21:00Speaker 6: we should be concerned about the closeness of this race,
- 1:21:03Speaker 6: because why why is this what appears to be such
- 1:21:09Speaker 6: an obvious choice, Why is this obvious choice so close?
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: Why are there so many Americans willing to overlook the
- 1:21:21Speaker 6: person that Donald Trump is? Why is it man that
- 1:21:26Speaker 6: this election is close when it comes to character. Why
- 1:21:33Speaker 6: is this election close when it concerns with quality of education?
- 1:21:40Speaker 6: Why is this election close when it's concerning caring about
- 1:21:47Speaker 6: the people of this country? Why is this election close
- 1:21:52Speaker 6: when you consider a person's political record. Why is this
- 1:21:57Speaker 6: election close when you look at at a person's criminal record?
- 1:22:02Speaker 6: Why is this election even close? How is it that
- 1:22:06Speaker 6: this country has managed to allow a man who has
- 1:22:11Speaker 6: thirty four federal indictments be allowed anywhere near the White
- 1:22:17Speaker 6: House when you know, good hell well, your black ass
- 1:22:21Speaker 6: wouldn't be nowhere near the White House, your house, the
- 1:22:26Speaker 6: post office, faed x ups, general meals, general motors. You
- 1:22:34Speaker 6: put on an application and let them find out that
- 1:22:39Speaker 6: you have an indictment and see if you get the job.
- 1:22:45Speaker 6: So my question is, how is this even close? Why
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: is it that so many people have decided to look
- 1:22:55Speaker 6: the other way when it comes to looking at the
- 1:22:59Speaker 6: record and the character and quality of a person this
- 1:23:02Speaker 6: man is. Well, I've only come to one conclusion. The
- 1:23:07Speaker 6: reason they're all willing to look the other way is
- 1:23:10Speaker 6: because they are similar. That's the only thing I can
- 1:23:15Speaker 6: say to you. They okay with it because they okay
- 1:23:19Speaker 6: with him getting away with it now. The other reason
- 1:23:23Speaker 6: is rather obvious. It's just some people are not gonna
- 1:23:25Speaker 6: vote for a black person. That's an obvious reason, and
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: that's what's making this election close too. And please don't
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: sleep on this. There are white people who will not
- 1:23:35Speaker 6: vote for this woman simply because she is black. There
- 1:23:40Speaker 6: are black people and white people who will not vote
- 1:23:44Speaker 6: for this woman simply because she is a woman. The
- 1:23:48Speaker 6: scary part is there are black people who will not
- 1:23:51Speaker 6: vote for her for two reasons, because she's black and
- 1:23:54Speaker 6: a woman. That's just some black people who just don't
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: see themselves as good enough and white has been right
- 1:24:02Speaker 6: their whole life, and they have voted that way, acted
- 1:24:06Speaker 6: that way, and portrayed themselves that way. When you are
- 1:24:10Speaker 6: willing to walk away from everything that you are to
- 1:24:13Speaker 6: be accepted by who they are, that's a sad, sad situation.
- 1:24:18Speaker 6: But there are black people that fit into that category.
- 1:24:22Speaker 6: Sad to say, but it is. We all know one,
- 1:24:27Speaker 6: We all know one. If you don't know one personally,
- 1:24:31Speaker 6: you've been exposed to one. Let me show you how
- 1:24:36Speaker 6: this party really really works. On January the sixth, when
- 1:24:40Speaker 6: that mob broke into the Capitol and all those politicians
- 1:24:47Speaker 6: ran for their life. When it got cleared up, they
- 1:24:51Speaker 6: all stood there and said, enough is enough. Now we've
- 1:24:55Speaker 6: had enough. This is too much. This man has to
- 1:25:00Speaker 6: be stopped. That they were scared for their life. When
- 1:25:04Speaker 6: they found out that he controlled the minds of the
- 1:25:08Speaker 6: Trumpsters and those Rabbit voters, they all changed their song
- 1:25:16Speaker 6: and said, he's the guy for us? Are you serious?
- 1:25:21Speaker 6: How could that be? They've overlooked everything, the indictments. If
- 1:25:27Speaker 6: Barack Obama had an indictment, do you think he could
- 1:25:30Speaker 6: run for president? If Kamala Harris had an indictment, do
- 1:25:34Speaker 6: you think she could run? Joe Biden. They want to
- 1:25:37Speaker 6: get rid of Joe Biden for some of his boy did,
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: but you won't get rid of Donald Trump for what
- 1:25:43Speaker 6: he did. This is crazy to me, man. We cannot
- 1:25:48Speaker 6: afford to sit this out. We have got to make
- 1:25:52Speaker 6: a statement. And the two statements we need to make
- 1:25:55Speaker 6: is our vote matters, and I'm telling you it matters
- 1:25:57Speaker 6: because they all wanted the republic want it. Look at
- 1:26:00Speaker 6: the Trump rallies, how they find the six black people
- 1:26:03Speaker 6: that they got at the rally, and they put them
- 1:26:04Speaker 6: all right behind him. But if you scan the rest
- 1:26:07Speaker 6: of that rally, ain't no vote. They put them all
- 1:26:10Speaker 6: behind him. This is crazy, y'all. We're thirteen days out.
- 1:26:16Speaker 6: We got to vote, and we got to show up
- 1:26:18Speaker 6: because they not counting us. They counting on us to
- 1:26:23Speaker 6: be discouraged by all the rules and antics they playing
- 1:26:27Speaker 6: with this election. I will vote dot Com. Go to
- 1:26:31Speaker 6: I will vote dot Com. If you're standing in line
- 1:26:34Speaker 6: and you see some shenanigans, go to I will vote
- 1:26:37Speaker 6: dot Com. If you get a ballot and it ain't right,
