- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like a
- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things and the stubs. Good Steve hastening to
- 0:25Speaker 1: the other for stay, I don't join with me. You
- 0:59Speaker 1: gotta use that turn you you gotta turn to turn
- 1:41Speaker 1: them out. Turn you haven't got to turn them out.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Then turn the water the water go. Come come on
- 1:58Speaker 1: your bad huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You
- 2:05Speaker 1: are listening to the voice, Come on now dig me
- 2:10Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey Man got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 1: What God doing y'all? Huh, what are you doing? What
- 2:17Speaker 1: are doing in your life? He doing something, he moving,
- 2:20Speaker 1: he working. Don't lose your patience though, so I did
- 2:24Speaker 1: that before. Don't lose your patience. Don't don't. Don't get
- 2:28Speaker 1: so sick of waiting that you take matters into your
- 2:31Speaker 1: own hands. Don't do that. Boy, you're blowing it. Listen
- 2:36Speaker 1: to me. You're listening to somebody who's done it that way.
- 2:40Speaker 1: I had a dream. I had a vision. I had
- 2:43Speaker 1: some hope, I had some faith, I had some aspirations.
- 2:47Speaker 1: But I got a little impatient waiting on it. So
- 2:50Speaker 1: I tried a couple other things move it along. But
- 2:53Speaker 1: I can't tell you how I messed it up. Then
- 2:55Speaker 1: I messed it up then, because God gave me the
- 2:57Speaker 1: power of decision. What I had to do was then
- 3:00Speaker 1: and after I took matters into my own hand, messed
- 3:03Speaker 1: it up. Now, guess what, He still got something from me.
- 3:07Speaker 1: But now I gotta fix all the mistakes. Now I
- 3:09Speaker 1: gotta straighten them out. I gotta I gotta suffer some consequences.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I gotta pay for my transgressions. All of that, all
- 3:16Speaker 1: of that, it's gotta go down. You can't do something
- 3:20Speaker 1: wrong and not pay for it. It's just it's you
- 3:23Speaker 1: call it, calma, call it whatever you wanna call it.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Every action has an equal and opposite reaction every action.
- 3:32Speaker 1: If it just stays sunny all the time, you might
- 3:35Speaker 1: think it's cool, but there's gonna be a reaction to it.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Ain't no dark, ain't no shade, ain't no break, ain't
- 3:41Speaker 1: no rain. Gonna be hard if it's just sunny all
- 3:44Speaker 1: the time, vice versa. So you need you need the opposite.
- 3:49Speaker 1: You need the darkness so you can get your break
- 3:52Speaker 1: from that sun. You need the rain so you can
- 3:55Speaker 1: nourish the roots. So that sun it can soak up
- 3:58Speaker 1: the sun and get the benefit or the sun. If
- 4:00Speaker 1: you don't get the opposite, you got a problem, man.
- 4:03Speaker 1: And it happens throughout nature, it happens throughout your life.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Don't think that you can do wrong and not have
- 4:10Speaker 1: to pay for that. Do you think this is man?
- 4:14Speaker 1: We we think man, because we'd have made a decision
- 4:17Speaker 1: that we think is best for us, and no matter
- 4:19Speaker 1: how it affect nobody else, we got the right to
- 4:22Speaker 1: make that call. No, you don't. Whoever is telling you that,
- 4:25Speaker 1: whoever's misguiding you into the gang life, telling you, yeah, man,
- 4:29Speaker 1: you need to be this way to be down with us.
- 4:31Speaker 1: I tell you what, Get yourself stuck on chuck with
- 4:33Speaker 1: that gang. See how many of them be there for you.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Oh they'll go around the corner with you and starts shooting.
- 4:38Speaker 1: But okay, when it's time to do some time and
- 4:42Speaker 1: they can lessen their centers, you're gonna get that time.
- 4:45Speaker 1: They're gonna point their finger dead at you. I watched
- 4:47Speaker 1: for the eight hours all the time, man. I watched
- 4:49Speaker 1: Lock Up Raw all the time, all the time, man,
- 4:52Speaker 1: all the time. Ain't no real cold dudes out there
- 4:55Speaker 1: just holding to the mantra and sticking to it. Even
- 4:59Speaker 1: the mob stateside evidence go fed all that. Now we
- 5:03Speaker 1: are in the hound the hood. We didn't created this
- 5:05Speaker 1: ignorant mess called no snitching. With that hignorant mess, you
- 5:08Speaker 1: don't even understand. No snitching was created by criminals as
- 5:11Speaker 1: a code of honor. If you do dirt and you
- 5:14Speaker 1: get busted doing the dirt, don't bring my name up
- 5:17Speaker 1: if I was with you. That's a code of honor
- 5:19Speaker 1: amongst the thieves. Now, so many code of honor thieves
- 5:22Speaker 1: that then came out of prison. They ain't got no honor.
- 5:24Speaker 1: They don't bought that stuff back to the street. Now
- 5:26Speaker 1: that's all in the neighborhood. No snitching, No snitching, You
- 5:29Speaker 1: gotta be crazy. That's for people who disobey the law.
- 5:33Speaker 1: That's who people have made a code of honor amongst
- 5:36Speaker 1: themselves as thieves. Hey, man, if you get busted, don't
- 5:38Speaker 1: drag me down. What you just do your time. Oh man,
- 5:42Speaker 1: you can't bring that stuff out here to me. I'm
- 5:43Speaker 1: a law biden citizen dog. I'm trying to live right
- 5:47Speaker 1: over here. Man. I don't want to crack house up
- 5:49Speaker 1: street from my mama's house. I'm trying to do right
- 5:52Speaker 1: out here. Man. You can't do wrong and expect wrong
- 5:55Speaker 1: not to come to you. You got to make a
- 5:57Speaker 1: decision every day to do right. Thank god, I ain't
- 6:00Speaker 1: got no protection from you on dirt. You got what
- 6:02Speaker 1: you got coming. You made a decision. You go down
- 6:06Speaker 1: there to get some you might got get got see,
- 6:10Speaker 1: we got to come on. I'm talking to so many
- 6:13Speaker 1: men out here right now. I should have said that
- 6:15Speaker 1: anyt me getting but a conversation and kind of got
- 6:17Speaker 1: away from me. I was going to talk to you
- 6:19Speaker 1: about something else this morning, but did just only man.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Because our communities. Man, it's just going to the pot man,
- 6:24Speaker 1: because it ain't nobody can about nobody else. Don't nobody
- 6:29Speaker 1: care when they see that young dude over that doing wrong.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Look at them, foods over that man, Go over there
- 6:33Speaker 1: and talk to one of them. Pull them to the side. Man.
- 6:37Speaker 1: You might not be able to approach the group, but
- 6:39Speaker 1: you can approach an individual. Come in, young man, Let
- 6:42Speaker 1: me talk to you. I saw you the other day. Man.
- 6:43Speaker 1: You look like you got something going on in your life.
- 6:45Speaker 1: What's happening with you? Let me talk to you, man,
- 6:48Speaker 1: Let me share something I learned I was doing what
- 6:50Speaker 1: you was doing. You know. It's like Tommy did a
- 6:53Speaker 1: prank phone call one time as a limo driver, and
- 6:57Speaker 1: the dude the prank was he called this limo come
- 7:00Speaker 1: company to ask this limo driver to take him to
- 7:04Speaker 1: this location late at night, and the limo driver got
- 7:07Speaker 1: a young business he going, yeah, okay, I got you.
- 7:09Speaker 1: I don't normally work like that. But how long you
- 7:12Speaker 1: need it? He said for just bout an hour. He said, well,
- 7:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to charge you for the full three though,
- 7:16Speaker 1: because a three hour minimum. Tommy told him, now, I
- 7:19Speaker 1: just need it for one hours. He said, okay, I'll
- 7:21Speaker 1: give you a break, young man. You're trying to do something.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Where you want to go? He gave the address. The
- 7:25Speaker 1: man stopped writing. He said, that's a bank. He said yeah.
- 7:30Speaker 1: He said, you want to go to the bank at
- 7:32Speaker 1: twelve thirty at night. He say yeah, And I'm gonna
- 7:35Speaker 1: be in for a few minutes. And when I come
- 7:37Speaker 1: out that bank, I need for you to flow it
- 7:41Speaker 1: that to dude with the limo. He stopped writing. He said, ho,
- 7:44Speaker 1: hold on, hold on, man, you want me to take
- 7:48Speaker 1: you to a bank twelve thirty at night. You're gonna
- 7:51Speaker 1: be in there for a few minutes and you're gonna
- 7:53Speaker 1: come out and you want me to floor it. He says, sir,
- 7:57Speaker 1: I don't do stuff like that. He said, you got
- 7:58Speaker 1: the wrong company. He said, what made you call here?
- 8:01Speaker 1: He said, hey, man, don't worry about that. You a
- 8:02Speaker 1: limo come to you. Just drive. He stopped and took
- 8:05Speaker 1: the time out. He said, young man, let me tell
- 8:08Speaker 1: you something. He said, I've been down before, I've been
- 8:11Speaker 1: locked up before. It ain't pretty. He said, that's what's
- 8:15Speaker 1: wrong with you young people to day. Instead of going
- 8:17Speaker 1: to get a job, trying to work your way, you're
- 8:19Speaker 1: always looking for some fast money. He's I'm gonna tell
- 8:21Speaker 1: you what I already know. Don't go down they're messing
- 8:23Speaker 1: with them people's money like that because they love that
- 8:25Speaker 1: money where more than they love you, and they're gonna
- 8:28Speaker 1: do something to you down now. Now, you stop this foolishness.
- 8:31Speaker 1: And I'm not caring you nowhere, but I'm gonna take
- 8:33Speaker 1: a little bit of time out to tell you something.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Don't go down here with messing with these people's money
- 8:39Speaker 1: because it ain't gonna go good. They're gonna take care
- 8:41Speaker 1: of their business where they come to that money. Tommy
- 8:43Speaker 1: kept insisting to this man to pick him up in
- 8:46Speaker 1: the limit. It was a playing phone call. But the
- 8:48Speaker 1: point I'm making it the man took out time. He
- 8:50Speaker 1: could just hung the phone up. But you know what
- 8:52Speaker 1: he's said, he's a hold up, young man. Let me
- 8:55Speaker 1: hip you to something. Because the brother had been locked
- 8:57Speaker 1: up before. He said, no, no, no no, I see I've
- 8:59Speaker 1: done that when I was young. Now I'm gonna stop it,
- 9:01Speaker 1: and I'm gonna take some moment out to tell you.
- 9:03Speaker 1: I'm gonna here, working man trying to earn an honest living.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I ain't going back down there because I don't. I don't.
- 9:08Speaker 1: They make you eat what they want you to eat.
- 9:09Speaker 1: You don't want the food. You gotta get up when
- 9:11Speaker 1: they say get up. You gotta stay where they say stay,
- 9:14Speaker 1: live with who they say live. He said, man, you
- 9:16Speaker 1: don't want that, and he just tried to talk the
- 9:18Speaker 1: young man out of it. You can change a young
- 9:21Speaker 1: man's mind with a conversation. A conversation can change a
- 9:25Speaker 1: young man's man. Most of these young men that are
- 9:27Speaker 1: misguided ain't having conversations with real men. They're just not
- 9:31Speaker 1: having them. And it's up to us who know what
- 9:34Speaker 1: manhoo it is is to start delivering the message. The
- 9:37Speaker 1: problem that we have in our communities we could solve ourselves.
- 9:40Speaker 1: It didn't escalated to a point because we who are
- 9:43Speaker 1: men won't stop on our corporate climb and our day
- 9:46Speaker 1: to day making money and trying to ball out. We
- 9:49Speaker 1: won't stop and grab some of these young soldiers and
- 9:52Speaker 1: tell them the truth about manhood. That's the real deal. Okay,
- 9:55Speaker 1: So I went there. I don't know where they came from.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening to people show, ladies and gentlemen, it is
- 10:04Speaker 1: here another great day to God has given us. Man.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Stand up and be grateful about it, y'all, because man,
- 10:09Speaker 1: it's a blessing. I show him. Steve Harvey Martin Show
- 10:12Speaker 1: kicking it Off. Um. I was watching an old clip
- 10:18Speaker 1: from my two favorite dudes, Peel and Key and Peel,
- 10:23Speaker 1: and it was the one where he was the urban
- 10:26Speaker 1: school teacher. But he had went out to the suburbs
- 10:32Speaker 1: as a substitute teacher that day and he was doing
- 10:37Speaker 1: roll call. But he was using the names from the
- 10:41Speaker 1: hood and it was it was throwing the white kids off.
- 10:46Speaker 1: So one of the first names he said it was
- 10:48Speaker 1: the tast sake Rod call Jay quelling, Jay quelling. She said,
- 10:52Speaker 1: it's you mean Jack, really? He said, Oh, that's why
- 10:55Speaker 1: we're gonna play this morning. Huh oh, we're gonna do
- 10:58Speaker 1: hat this morning. He said, okay, but lock can't, lock can't,
- 11:03Speaker 1: he said, Blake Snova. He was doing off the next sing,
- 11:10Speaker 1: if y'all keep playing with me this morning, a a
- 11:12Speaker 1: iron a Ron, I swear to God if y'all say
- 11:17Speaker 1: something stupid, he said. Here, he said, why aren't you
- 11:20Speaker 1: answering me? At first, he said because it's pronounced aaron,
- 11:24Speaker 1: and then he cleared the desktop. Oh this dude was
- 11:27Speaker 1: so mad. He d nice, it's Denise. So this morning
- 11:37Speaker 1: I'm going to make my attempt at calling Rod called
- 11:41Speaker 1: this morning, Hello, mister Garvey. What was his name? THEE?
- 11:46Speaker 1: And that's right up my alley, lady, gentlemen, mister Garvey
- 11:49Speaker 1: during the Steve Harvard Morning Show, I'm reading roll call
- 11:54Speaker 1: Sullery Shellery, pre sure, thank you. Carla, Carlia, it's it's Carla.
- 12:12Speaker 1: It's Carla here Kai er Kai er present, but it's

- 12:36Speaker 1: Miss Si pr Miss p yeah, miss oh yeah, okay
- 12:56Speaker 1: and he will and last will not least. Oh, Thomas Old,

- 13:39Speaker 1: Thomas right right after this. You're listening to Steven show.
- 13:47Speaker 1: It is time now for the nephew to run that
- 13:49Speaker 1: prank back. What you got for us? Nav Uh, Shirley,

- 21:37Speaker 1: my best friend and I were frying fish, he said
- 21:40Speaker 1: it was inappropriate to have another man cooking in the house.
- 21:45Speaker 1: This is so minor that I think my husband wanted
- 21:48Speaker 1: to leave all along? Is this silly to you come home?
- 21:54Speaker 1: Some dude work with my wife? Flower? His fank? What? Yeah?

- 22:13Speaker 1: It's so minor. Your best friend idn't told y'all about
- 22:16Speaker 1: this best friend stuff. And you know why your husband
- 22:19Speaker 1: tripping because he know he wouldn't be your best friend.

- 23:06Speaker 1: I opened a boutique with my boyfriend and I allowed
- 23:09Speaker 1: his sister to borrow some clothing for a photo shoot.
- 23:12Speaker 1: She returned the tops all balled up and musty, so
- 23:16Speaker 1: I can't sell them now. He's not allowing me to
- 23:19Speaker 1: charge his sister for the clothes. Why do I have
- 23:22Speaker 1: to take a major cut in profit because she doesn't
- 23:25Speaker 1: wear deodorant? Why? I don't know loan clothes like that
- 23:32Speaker 1: do do that? Yeah? Well for photo shoots, people do it. Yeah,
- 23:37Speaker 1: you go to boutiques and ask to borrow outfits and stuff,
- 23:41Speaker 1: but you know, usually you take care of them. What
- 23:45Speaker 1: don't you think, Sielo? I mean, you know, you shoot
- 23:48Speaker 1: a charge her. But if your brother don't want to pay,
- 23:50Speaker 1: whyn't your brother get you the money back? But then
- 23:53Speaker 1: that's money out y'all's house anyway. Yeah, sometimes you know
- 23:57Speaker 1: you're married to the wrong family. Just happened to a
- 23:59Speaker 1: lot of them. Yeah you felt that way. Everybody felt
- 24:02Speaker 1: that way before they ain't even married. No, their boyfriend
- 24:05Speaker 1: and girlfriend that ain't oh oh oh no no no
- 24:11Speaker 1: if his boyfriend and girlfriend, no no, no, she getting
- 24:13Speaker 1: a bill or he getting the b somebody getting the
- 24:16Speaker 1: bill for these clubs, somebody feitting to pay. The boyfriend's
- 24:21Speaker 1: not allowing her to charge her his sister, he says, allowed.
- 24:25Speaker 1: That's what she showed. Wish I could go in there
- 24:28Speaker 1: and say that to my wife. I'm not gonna lie
- 24:32Speaker 1: you though, Yeah, you're not allowed to do that. Yeah, dude,
- 24:39Speaker 1: like I tell you, that's all phrases sing what I say,
- 24:46Speaker 1: damn oh no, yeah, phrases I say. He in my
- 24:51Speaker 1: head all this time. That's what Next one Misha and
- 24:58Speaker 1: Dallas says, I'm a fifty two year old tap dancer
- 25:01Speaker 1: and I used to get booked for shows a lot,
- 25:03Speaker 1: but nowadays nobody appreciates the art of tap dancing. Is
- 25:08Speaker 1: this something I should keep pursuing or is it time
- 25:10Speaker 1: to hang up my tap shoes and explore other hobbies. Well,
- 25:13Speaker 1: the problem is you fifty two. I don't know if
- 25:16Speaker 1: you notice it or not, but look at your tapes
- 25:19Speaker 1: now and what they used to look like. Notice, hotly,
- 25:22Speaker 1: the taps ain't is close together, no more, don't sound
- 25:26Speaker 1: the same you see. Look, this was you tapping at
- 25:30Speaker 1: thirty two. This is you tapping now. I got the
- 25:50Speaker 1: same speed it up. No, listen to your tape close,
- 26:05Speaker 1: listen to you once again thirty years old? It was
- 26:18Speaker 1: Gregor had years ago. That's funny you fifty two now? Okay,
- 26:30Speaker 1: so that didn't you do that one time? Who should
- 26:38Speaker 1: she hang up her tap shoes? And the tap shoes
- 26:42Speaker 1: don't even want to go to to the party. The
- 26:47Speaker 1: tap shoes don't even hang them up. Ain't it hard
- 26:50Speaker 1: time them up? If it's hard to time up, then
- 26:55Speaker 1: it's time to hang them up? All right? All right?
- 26:59Speaker 1: Last one Steve Treva and Hattiesburg says there was a
- 27:02Speaker 1: strange car. Triva from where Hattiesburg. Look what Trevill won't
- 27:17Speaker 1: She says there was a strange car in her driveway,
- 27:19Speaker 1: so she stuck her head out to see what the
- 27:21Speaker 1: young lady wanted. She saw me and drove off. My
- 27:25Speaker 1: boyfriend said. My boyfriend said it was it might be
- 27:28Speaker 1: his crazy X in his sister's car. I don't need
- 27:32Speaker 1: this kind of drama, but I love him, he said.
- 27:34Speaker 1: He'd handled it. She's too close for comfort, So what
- 27:38Speaker 1: should I do? Sticking your head out there though, and
- 27:44Speaker 1: he said it might be his crazy ex in her
- 27:49Speaker 1: sister's cart. He knows exactly who that is. This ain't
- 27:54Speaker 1: her first time pulling up on him. He know what
- 27:57Speaker 1: de grill looked like. It's got that piece of tape
- 28:00Speaker 1: on the back holding the fender because she can't dry shed,
- 28:03Speaker 1: backed out a lot of times in the head, hit
- 28:06Speaker 1: the fire, heighten, knocked over the garbage. Can't he know
- 28:09Speaker 1: who that is? That's drama. But you know, people come
- 28:12Speaker 1: with a history. Whenever you're dating somebody come in the history.
- 28:15Speaker 1: As long as it's his ex, you gonna have a
- 28:18Speaker 1: crazy ex. Every every man has had a crazy ex.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Now every woman ain't really had a crazy ex, but
- 28:31Speaker 1: you had some exes that you had problems. But every
- 28:35Speaker 1: man has had a crazy ex, every large Jesus, and
- 28:41Speaker 1: it's been one of you. Yes, yes, it has not
- 28:49Speaker 1: at all. Hey, y'all can stop all this little innocent
- 28:51Speaker 1: stuff right here, especially you call it. It's your reputation call.
- 28:56Speaker 1: It is just atrocious. As do I have to say
- 29:01Speaker 1: my alleged fend yourself coming up at the top of
- 29:09Speaker 1: the hour, thank you. Cielo Entertainment News. Right after this,
- 29:14Speaker 1: you're listening to the stahow. Floyd Mayweather scored a victory
- 29:20Speaker 1: in his latest international boxing exhibition, but he left the
- 29:24Speaker 1: match with a black eye from his opponent, YouTube influencer Olatanjie.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Forty five year old Mayweather got tagged squarely in the
- 29:33Speaker 1: eye and left the fight with a noticeable bruise. Although
- 29:37Speaker 1: Mayweather beat him, Olatuanji will forever have bragging rights for
- 29:42Speaker 1: giving Mayweather a black eye before the fight. Huh, I
- 29:47Speaker 1: don't think I've ever seen him with At another another
- 29:51Speaker 1: of ee uh Oletanjie said he'd never claimed that he
- 29:55Speaker 1: was going to beat Mayweather. He said his only ambition
- 29:59Speaker 1: was to land a punch and certainly did that. Wow. Yeah, yeah,
- 30:11Speaker 1: that ain't much of an ambitionary when you go here
- 30:13Speaker 1: to a fight right right, just to land the hope
- 30:16Speaker 1: you dreams. So the rest of the ass, who you're
- 30:18Speaker 1: gonna where about that? Take it? So let me ask
- 30:22Speaker 1: you something. How much you Floyd make on that fight?
- 30:25Speaker 1: I don't know, but I don't know how much you
- 30:28Speaker 1: made over it. If it's Floyd, it's money. Watch this.
- 30:33Speaker 1: How much did Floyd Mayweather make on his last fight
- 30:37Speaker 1: in Dubai? Okay, here we go they pop right up, sire,
- 30:41Speaker 1: for I love it. This white lady is really nice.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Who is that when she just know every damn yes,
- 30:49Speaker 1: what he might feel to tell you right now? They
- 30:52Speaker 1: friendly towards each other, trying to get to it right
- 30:55Speaker 1: here at that black eye though, Oh here we go.
- 30:59Speaker 1: According to comment made by Global Titan CEO who day Seeing,
- 31:03Speaker 1: Mayweather could end up pocketing somewhere around twenty five to
- 31:08Speaker 1: thirty million for the fight. As per reports, Mayweather was
- 31:14Speaker 1: paid one million simply to take a phone call in
- 31:16Speaker 1: order discussing the idea to fight floydas is to promoters
- 31:22Speaker 1: and does what's best for business. And that's what I
- 31:25Speaker 1: like about it, seem said. Wow, so that black was
- 31:30Speaker 1: worth Danji will take home? Yeah you black mine for
- 31:33Speaker 1: thirty million? Yeah, yeah, it was worth it. Yeah, that's
- 31:40Speaker 1: why they call him Floyd money Mayweather. All right, moving on,
- 31:48Speaker 1: how much your baby finger at the knuckle? Would you
- 31:52Speaker 1: chop off your baby finger at the knuckle for fifty million? Yeah? Yeah? Yeah,
- 32:00Speaker 1: no not even Wait Carla, why are you shaking your head? Yeah?
- 32:04Speaker 1: Well yeah, me too, baby finger and the one next
- 32:10Speaker 1: to it. I don't need now, none of them to
- 32:12Speaker 1: bring better eight holding up eight, what's up? Yeah? I
- 32:21Speaker 1: shook hands with somebody had them two fingers missing one time,
- 32:24Speaker 1: and I tell you right now, it's a shocker. You
- 32:30Speaker 1: need that baby finger in the finger next to it
- 32:32Speaker 1: to shake hands because if you don't got them, when
- 32:37Speaker 1: they slap you in your hand, to shake your head
- 32:39Speaker 1: and feel like a little pack of meat. I'm telling you,
- 32:42Speaker 1: Oh good, throw you into something. All right. We're moving
- 32:47Speaker 1: on of the Grammy nominations for twenty twenty three have
- 32:51Speaker 1: been announced, and Carla's got our music news update for us.
- 32:54Speaker 1: What you got, Carla, Well, we have to say congratulations
- 32:57Speaker 1: to Queen be Yes. John Say has officially become the
- 33:04Speaker 1: most nominated artists in Grammy's history. Ye come Out, ah Down.
- 33:11Speaker 1: She is the first woman to earn over eighty nominations
- 33:16Speaker 1: as a solo artist the record. She got these nominations,
- 33:21Speaker 1: of course from her latest album Renaissance, and multiple nominations
- 33:25Speaker 1: for this album you know we all love it. The
- 33:28Speaker 1: record holder of nominations was previously held by her man,
- 33:32Speaker 1: her husband, Jay Z. So that's what I'm talking about.
- 33:37Speaker 1: The Carters are doing big things, all right. More nominees
- 33:40Speaker 1: for the Grammys. Kendrick Lamar has eight nominations. DJ Khalet
- 33:44Speaker 1: Mary J. Blige. Blige has six nods. Apiece Lizzo is
- 33:48Speaker 1: up for Record of the Year for the song about
- 33:51Speaker 1: Damn Time. And you notice that I did not say
- 33:53Speaker 1: Drake o' Bruno Mars. They did not submit their songs
- 33:57Speaker 1: to be nominated for the Grammys. They declined. So that's that.
- 34:01Speaker 1: So the sixty fifth Annual Grammys will go down February
- 34:05Speaker 1: fifth on CBS, and I'll be watching. I might even
- 34:08Speaker 1: go soccer scream he yes, No, I don't even get
- 34:19Speaker 1: the build it right. Who was the latest screaming? And lastly,
- 34:27Speaker 1: congratulations to Beyonce and everyone all of the nominees. Flavor
- 34:30Speaker 1: Flav was caught on video in the Las Vegas airport
- 34:33Speaker 1: going off on a gate agent for Spirit Airlines after
- 34:36Speaker 1: he missed his flight to Detroit. Flame usually boards last,
- 34:41Speaker 1: so his celebrity status does not hold up the boarding process,
- 34:45Speaker 1: and he claims he lost track of time and saw
- 34:48Speaker 1: the gate for his flight was closed. That's when he
- 34:51Speaker 1: was recorded going off on the Spirit employee because she
- 34:54Speaker 1: would not allow him to board the jet. He has
- 34:57Speaker 1: since apologized in a tweet for acting out of character.
- 35:01Speaker 1: What it's about to go. He lose track of time
- 35:05Speaker 1: with that big as clock round clock. Yeah, asked a joke.
- 35:12Speaker 1: I have others. That was the low hanging truth, right right.
- 35:17Speaker 1: You stand up there arguing with this gate agent, with
- 35:19Speaker 1: this damn being around, you'll not being around your neck
- 35:23Speaker 1: to uk, you lost track of time? What is the
- 35:28Speaker 1: big ass clock, small favor? Yeah? Yeah, all right, So
- 35:35Speaker 1: he apologized anyway for acting out of character. Yeah, coming
- 35:39Speaker 1: up in twenty minutes after h Well, like why you
- 35:43Speaker 1: are in that spirit? Everybody own spirit? Man. Well, it
- 35:50Speaker 1: is official. Donald Trump has thrown his hat back into
- 35:55Speaker 1: the ring. He's back into the game. We will tell Lord,
- 35:58Speaker 1: we'll talk about it right after that. You're listening to Well,
- 36:04Speaker 1: it is official. We've been dreading it, but it is here.
- 36:09Speaker 1: Donald Trump has announced. He made the announcement Tuesday night
- 36:13Speaker 1: that he is launching his presidential bid to get back
- 36:17Speaker 1: in the White House in twenty twenty four. Take a
- 36:20Speaker 1: listen in order to make America great and glorious again,
- 36:24Speaker 1: I am tonight announcing my candidacy for a president at
- 36:27Speaker 1: the United States. Boo boo boo. Yeah. He was impeached
- 36:36Speaker 1: twice twice. Yeah, and he lied for starting the insurrection
- 36:42Speaker 1: on January sixth, and they're still they still haven't finished
- 36:47Speaker 1: that whole investigation and none of that. What about his
- 36:51Speaker 1: cases in New York? What's up with Yeah, what's going
- 36:54Speaker 1: all of that? All of that, all of that and
- 36:57Speaker 1: a lot of Democratic parties. So week, wait and we're weak,
- 37:04Speaker 1: and we're weak against a party of cowards. I don't
- 37:07Speaker 1: understand to be most scared than the cowards. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 37:15Speaker 1: because the Conservative Party is a party of cowards to
- 37:20Speaker 1: not stand up for their own conservative values when you
- 37:25Speaker 1: clearly have a candidate does not represent the values you
- 37:30Speaker 1: claim to have. Or are we starting to discover for
- 37:33Speaker 1: the first time something I've known all along though, that
- 37:37Speaker 1: this is not the party of the values that they claim.
- 37:40Speaker 1: This is simply a party of power, position and money.
- 37:44Speaker 1: That's all it is. Herschel Walker is another example of
- 37:50Speaker 1: not being up to what you all call your core
- 37:53Speaker 1: principles as Conservatives. And another thing, how can ninety percent
- 37:58Speaker 1: of Southern event Agelicals in Georgia vote for herschel Walker
- 38:04Speaker 1: and not a pastor, a man of God that you're
- 38:09Speaker 1: you're raised some very good points now. Meanwhile, Steve, former
- 38:14Speaker 1: former vice president Mike Pennce is coming out with the
- 38:16Speaker 1: new book. You know, all along he's been with Trump,
- 38:20Speaker 1: with Trump, with Trump. Now he's finally speaking out against Trump.
- 38:24Speaker 1: He says his words on January sixth endangered him and
- 38:28Speaker 1: his family and everyone at the Capitol. He said that,
- 38:31Speaker 1: and when asked would Trump make a good president for
- 38:35Speaker 1: the for twenty twenty four, Pence said there will be
- 38:39Speaker 1: better choices in the future, uh than former President Donald Trump,
- 38:45Speaker 1: all right, and also considering he's also considering the presidential
- 38:52Speaker 1: bid Fox News the chairman Rupert Murdoch. He said they
- 38:59Speaker 1: will not back from So that'll be interesting to see.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Oh my goodness, Yeah, a lot of um. He controls
- 39:07Speaker 1: saying that too. All right, coming up third, this is
- 39:11Speaker 1: gonna be good you coming up up thirty four minutes
- 39:14Speaker 1: after the hour, we'll check in with Roscoe since he
- 39:16Speaker 1: was overlooked to get again as a highly sought after songwriter.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening Steve Morning Show. All right,
- 39:26Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, we've invited him here. We need to
- 39:29Speaker 1: talk to him. Roscoe is in the building. Rod's going
- 39:33Speaker 1: to be the baby all day. Yeah, go ahead, all yeah,
- 39:41Speaker 1: you go about the prison too. Yes, he'll be mean
- 39:47Speaker 1: or something. Yeah, go right, well, Roscoe, welcome back. We're
- 39:54Speaker 1: going Hey, we're going on, baby gel, We're going on.
- 39:57Speaker 1: He call it he sippy girl forehead going on, Julian Rosco,
- 40:05Speaker 1: my hero, Well man, time to when your player? My man?
- 40:09Speaker 1: What Roles Hey, man, gratulation. I heard you hacking the
- 40:12Speaker 1: food down. That cut it up. I'm covering you. Back
- 40:15Speaker 1: on stage. Back on stage, Roscoe, feeling good man, Yeah,
- 40:19Speaker 1: don't what you what your tea shirt and say don't
- 40:21Speaker 1: cancel me out? Oh boy, that was good right now.
- 40:26Speaker 1: I like that every boy had a tea shirt. Don't
- 40:28Speaker 1: say don't cancel me out? You know, to play on words,
- 40:33Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. Yeah, we know, right, yeah,
- 40:37Speaker 1: I thought y'all ain't get it. You don't cancel me canceled,

- 42:49Speaker 1: What're talking about? Man? What is the fool of his head?
- 42:53Speaker 1: What I'm doing? I ain't really worried about the Hall

- 49:23Speaker 1: to be safe. May just keep something happening. I just
- 49:25Speaker 1: stick my rock fell on that. And you got me
- 49:28Speaker 1: bad that. You you got me bad man. You're good.

- 49:37Speaker 1: Let me ask you this though, what else the baddest
- 49:40Speaker 1: and I'm talking about the baddest radio show in the land,
- 49:44Speaker 1: made the Steve Harvey Show. Damn man, who you play?
- 49:51Speaker 1: Got him? You gotta how you're doing neighborhood to watch man?
- 49:56Speaker 1: You people all through the one. I know what you're doing, brother,
- 49:59Speaker 1: looking at my right when I come to look at
- 50:02Speaker 1: your wife Catcher coming out the shower. But nacking. That's
- 50:04Speaker 1: what I'm finna do. Yeah, but different though he was
- 50:08Speaker 1: already set. Yeah, yeah, man, it's the Rodweiler. You think
- 50:16Speaker 1: you be already set? Dog. I know you're thinking before
- 50:19Speaker 1: you start. Custom. I don't even my whole life already set? Yeah,
- 50:25Speaker 1: is that a question for you? But you're just crazy, man.
- 50:28Speaker 1: My father raised me that way, to be already set
- 50:31Speaker 1: and said just be ready so when they holler God,
- 50:33Speaker 1: you ain't got to get out great advice. But my father, man,
- 50:42Speaker 1: I really, I'm really, I'm so grateful. I hand this
- 50:46Speaker 1: to man. He made me the man I am today now,
- 50:51Speaker 1: as flawed as I am, and people can say what
- 50:53Speaker 1: they want to say. You know, anytime you make a
- 50:55Speaker 1: positive statement, prepare for the negative inside it's coming. Like
- 51:01Speaker 1: have you all noticed that in your life that as
- 51:04Speaker 1: you progress and move forward. That you have people around
- 51:08Speaker 1: you who are constantly to remind you of who you
- 51:10Speaker 1: were and what you did and what happened back queen,
- 51:13Speaker 1: and they want you to stay there because they're comfortable
- 51:17Speaker 1: when you were there, because they felt like they had something.
- 51:20Speaker 1: Only I don't. I don't have nobody in my life
- 51:23Speaker 1: like that, because once you start reminding me of who
- 51:26Speaker 1: I was and don't want to accept the new me,
- 51:28Speaker 1: I'm done with you. I'm done with you. Yeah, I'm
- 51:32Speaker 1: done because what I'm not gonna do is every time
- 51:34Speaker 1: I see you, yeah, I got to hear this. Well,
- 51:37Speaker 1: and you know you might be there, but what about
- 51:39Speaker 1: your other You know you're talking all this stuff. I
- 51:42Speaker 1: complimented Marjorie one time, and uh that's how I've been Yeah,
- 51:46Speaker 1: well what happened to your other wife? Well we got
- 51:49Speaker 1: a divorce. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It ain't
- 51:57Speaker 1: work out. Whoever thought it was. It takes two people
- 52:01Speaker 1: a tangle. I had a role in it. I understand that.
- 52:04Speaker 1: I ain't got to tell you what my business, what
- 52:06Speaker 1: the other person had that. Don't worry about that. I
- 52:09Speaker 1: didn't admit it all. Mom saying here's a good thing
- 52:10Speaker 1: about it, though. God has forgiven me for all my
- 52:15Speaker 1: transgressions out my life and allowed me to get up
- 52:19Speaker 1: a matter of fact, pick me at mercy and move
- 52:22Speaker 1: me along my way. And he will continue to do
- 52:26Speaker 1: that and for the mistakes I'm gonna make in the future.
- 52:30Speaker 1: And that's that's the way it works. So once God
- 52:33Speaker 1: picks you up and allows you to move on, just
- 52:36Speaker 1: don't let people hold you back to that moment. That
- 52:39Speaker 1: moment is done. They back there, You don't have to
- 52:41Speaker 1: stay back that. That's why I tell you all the time.
- 52:43Speaker 1: Everybody come with you can't go with you. Yeah. See,
- 52:46Speaker 1: they can only come to a certain point, and every
- 52:48Speaker 1: time they see you, they want to take you back
- 52:50Speaker 1: to that point. I remember when you stay. Now I
- 52:53Speaker 1: go home to Cleveland. I mean, I mean when you
- 52:55Speaker 1: come hang out. I can't do that no more. Dog right,
- 52:58Speaker 1: It's different now y'all standing around on the corney, y'all smoking,
- 53:03Speaker 1: we y'all shooting dive. I can't. I can't do that.
- 53:06Speaker 1: Oh you're too good for yes? Yeah yeah I am, yeah,
- 53:10Speaker 1: yeah yeah yeah yeah. Really I'm bettered myself, so yeah
- 53:14Speaker 1: I am. You call it too good. I don't think
- 53:17Speaker 1: I'm better than you. But you stuck in nineteen seventy six,
- 53:22Speaker 1: keeping moving. I know some people doing the same thing
- 53:26Speaker 1: we did when I was in college and they didn't
- 53:28Speaker 1: go to college. Wow. All right, Well, coming up next
- 53:32Speaker 1: as gonna move on. It's today's Strawberry Letter and the
- 53:36Speaker 1: subject is Alexa Call my Bay. We'll get into it

- 53:44Speaker 1: It is time now for today's Strawberry Letter. And if
- 53:47Speaker 1: you need advice on relationships, work, sex, parenting, and more,
- 53:51Speaker 1: please submit your Strawberry Letter to Steve Harvey FM dot
- 53:54Speaker 1: com and click submit Strawberry Letter. We could be reading
- 53:57Speaker 1: your letter pop pop on the air, just like we're
- 54:01Speaker 1: going to read this one right here, right now, and
- 54:04Speaker 1: you never know, it could be yours. It could be yours.
- 54:07Speaker 1: This one right here might be yours. Buckle up and
- 54:09Speaker 1: hold on tight. We got it for you. Draw up
- 54:12Speaker 1: every letter thanking if you subject Alexa, call my Bay.
- 54:17Speaker 1: Just Stephen Shirley. I'm dating a forty seven year old player.
- 54:21Speaker 1: We've been together for almost two years and I told
- 54:24Speaker 1: him marriage was the goal for me when we started dating,
- 54:28Speaker 1: and he said he wanted to be married too. I
- 54:30Speaker 1: was at his house over the weekend and we were
- 54:32Speaker 1: listening to music through his phone and his phone rang.
- 54:36Speaker 1: He usually won't have his phone connected to Bluetooth because
- 54:39Speaker 1: we've had a mishap before when one of his co
- 54:42Speaker 1: workers called and his bluetooth announced her. It was a
- 54:45Speaker 1: lady named Carmen, and I eventually found out that he
- 54:48Speaker 1: and Carmen had sex before we started dating. He still
- 54:52Speaker 1: hangs out with Carmen, even though he knows I don't
- 54:56Speaker 1: like it. Back to the most recent incident, were watching
- 55:00Speaker 1: a movie and Alexa announced that he had a call
- 55:03Speaker 1: from quote my Bay. He calls his niece Bay and
- 55:07Speaker 1: she calls him a lot to ask for money, but
- 55:10Speaker 1: my intuition kicked in and I wanted to be sure
- 55:14Speaker 1: it was his niece. He took a shower and his
- 55:17Speaker 1: phone was still connected to the bluetooth. I went to
- 55:20Speaker 1: the front of the house and said, Alexa, call my Bay.
- 55:24Speaker 1: I got Carmen's voicemail. I confronted him in the shower
- 55:28Speaker 1: and he calmly told me I was dead wrong for
- 55:31Speaker 1: what I did and I should leave because I was
- 55:34Speaker 1: not about to ruin his weekend. I left, and days
- 55:37Speaker 1: later he still has not addressed who Carmen is to him.
- 55:41Speaker 1: He jokingly tells me that I'm crazy, but he still
- 55:45Speaker 1: loves me. He keeps asking me to come over and
- 55:48Speaker 1: said he can't sleep without me. I'm not going to
- 55:50Speaker 1: let this slide. Why is she my bay? Should I
- 55:54Speaker 1: leave him alone and let Carmen have him? Wow? All right,
- 56:02Speaker 1: come on this. You're not anything special necessarily to this man.
- 56:07Speaker 1: Because you said yourself, he's a player. It's nothing wrong
- 56:10Speaker 1: with you wanting to get married and letting him know
- 56:14Speaker 1: how you feel about that. But because of his track
- 56:17Speaker 1: record with Carmen and god knows who else, he is
- 56:20Speaker 1: not a good candidate to be your husband. He's forty
- 56:23Speaker 1: seven years old, still out here in these streets. If
- 56:26Speaker 1: he's doing it now, what do you think this so
- 56:29Speaker 1: called player is gonna do if you were to marry him?
- 56:32Speaker 1: More of the same. When people show you who they are,
- 56:35Speaker 1: you've heard the saying, please believe them. Okay, I think
- 56:39Speaker 1: you're wasting your time with this guy. You also said
- 56:41Speaker 1: this is not the first incident, and after you confronted
- 56:45Speaker 1: him in the shower, he kicks you out. He said
- 56:47Speaker 1: you should leave because he didn't want you to ruin
- 56:49Speaker 1: his weekend, never addressing you know, the fact that Carmen
- 56:54Speaker 1: is listed as his bay and he still sees her.
- 56:57Speaker 1: I think he's still hanging out with Carmen. You said
- 57:00Speaker 1: he was, And what do you think they're doing when
- 57:03Speaker 1: they're hanging out? We say on this show all the time,
- 57:06Speaker 1: especially Steve, men and women can't be friends. So I
- 57:09Speaker 1: think you have a decision to make because you really
- 57:12Speaker 1: don't want to waste two more years with him and
- 57:14Speaker 1: miss Carmen, do you? So let this go? Steve, let
- 57:18Speaker 1: me start at the bottom of Aleta. Alexa called my bay.
- 57:22Speaker 1: I'm not going to let this slide. Why is she
- 57:25Speaker 1: my bay? Should I leave him alone and let Carmen
- 57:30Speaker 1: have him? Well, you don't have to leave him alone
- 57:34Speaker 1: to do that. Carmen already got it, and you do too.
- 57:42Speaker 1: This is a letter of simply you don't want to
- 57:46Speaker 1: believe what you heard. That's all this is. You just
- 57:52Speaker 1: don't want to believe what you heard. You you're dating
- 57:55Speaker 1: a forty seven year old player. You ain't here, that
- 57:59Speaker 1: you ain't here, that you wrote it. I'm dating a
- 58:02Speaker 1: forty seven year old player. You don't want to believe
- 58:06Speaker 1: what you heard. You don't want to believe what you read.
- 58:11Speaker 1: We've been together almost two years and I told him
- 58:13Speaker 1: marriage was the goal for me when we started dating,
- 58:16Speaker 1: and he said he wanted to be married too. Yeah,
- 58:21Speaker 1: but he did not tell you he wanted to be
- 58:23Speaker 1: married to you. You didn't hear that. You believe that
- 58:30Speaker 1: when you heard it. He said he wanted to be
- 58:33Speaker 1: married too. He didn't say to who, And he didn't
- 58:38Speaker 1: say to you. He has not one time told you
- 58:42Speaker 1: he wanted to marry you. He said his goal is
- 58:45Speaker 1: to be married. He just did not say to you.
- 58:50Speaker 1: I was at his house over the weekend and we
- 58:51Speaker 1: listened to music through his phone and his phone ring.
- 58:54Speaker 1: He usually won't have his phone connected to Bluetooth. Who
- 58:57Speaker 1: do that? Who do that? Would do that? Because he
- 59:01Speaker 1: had a mishap before. We had a mishap before and

- 1:00:41Speaker 1: today's Strawberry letter. The subject Alexa call my bay. This

- 1:00:48Speaker 1: a forty seven year old play You told him you
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: wanted marriage as to go when y'all started dating. He

- 1:01:05Speaker 1: at his house listen to music through the phone. His
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: phone rang. He usually don't have his phone connected to
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: bluetooth because we had a mishap before. Once you have
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: one mishap with me, you ain't gonna have this one again.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: So now whenever you come over, my phone ain't gonna
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: be on connected on nothing on. His coworkers called his

- 1:01:33Speaker 1: I don't like it. He still hang out with Common.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: What do you think him and Calmon is doing when

- 1:01:48Speaker 1: Now you dating that he still hang out with it,
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: and he no, I don't like it. But he do though,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: but he dude, though he no, I don't like him
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: having sex would come. You ain't got to like the
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: six would come. He likes the sex would come, and
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: he not giving calming up. Back to the most recently,
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: we're watching the movie and a Lex announced that he
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: had a call from my babe. He calls his niece
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: Bay and she calls him a lot to ask for money.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: But my tuition kicked My intuition kicked in, and I

- 1:02:32Speaker 1: We had a mishap before, now again you had a mishap,
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: and now a third time. He don't give a damn
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: about you at all, because there's no way he should
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: be in that shower and that phone not duck take
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: to his thigh. It's no way to his thigh while
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: he taking the shower. Oh, solid and airplane mode. Make
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: sure I went to the I would took a shower
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: his phone ticket. I went to the front of the
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: house and said, Alexa called my babe. I got Calmon's voiceml.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: I confronted him in the shower, and he calmly told me, hey, baby,
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: you did wrong for what you did, and you know what.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: I want you to leave because I'm not about You're
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: not about to ruin my weekend when all, I ain't
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: got to have you over here doing this here because
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: Common can come over here, ain't she ain't no drump
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: I left, and days later, he has still not addressed
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: who Calmon is. To him, Common is my babe? What
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: what what you don't see? We see it? It still
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: has not addressed who Calmon is. Common is my babe
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: that I had sex with before I started dating with
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: you that you didn't like, but I do. And so
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: I'm still hanging out with her. And what you think
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: we're hanging out doing? He jokingly tells me that I'm crazy,
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: but he still loved me. He jokingly listen to me.
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: He chokingly tells you you crazy, but he still loved me.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: You to jealous? That sound? How does that sound? Girl?
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: Are you crazy? I love you? Are you so crazy?
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: I love you? You know coming? Come talk about coming? Baby?
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: You know I love you. That's what he did. Yeah,
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: he keeps asking me to come over and said he
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: can't sleep without you. Listen to what you're saying. He
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: keeps asking me to come over and say he can't
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: sleep without you. He keeps asking you to come over
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: because he can't sleep without you, when comment ain't him.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: He is bab that he had sex with before y'all
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: start dating, and then you found out that you don't
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: like it, but he still hang out with her because
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: he liked her sex. Huh, here's the next line. Why
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: is she my baby? Because she has sex with him
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: and no trouble? Should I leave him alone and let
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: Common have him? Car You ain't got to leave him
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: to do that. Carmen already got him. You don't have
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: to leave him and let Common have him. Carmen has him.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: What's your part of this letter? Did you not believe lady?
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: Because I believed it all. So now let's have up.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: Let's no matter what happens, no matter what Alexa say,
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: watch me fix it. Go ahead, Shirley Carlin, say something
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: that you y'all Alexa phone ring. I'm sitting here with
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: this girl and I'm my Alexa ring, and you know
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: it's a woman. But I've watched me talking about him.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Go ahead, baby, who is that? I heard a female voice?
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: Who is that? Oh? That wasn't no female. I clearly

- 1:09:03Speaker 1: practices UH training camp. Also, he played against the Houston
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: Texas on December four. He would take his opening New

- 1:09:53Speaker 1: with them too. I don't know, man, I just don't
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: understand Brady. It's Brown. Yeah, that's right, Steve, that's right.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: All right, Thank you, junior, Thank you guys. Coming up next, um,
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: we're going to talk about the holidays and New Year,
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: New you mentality. We'll talk about all of that right
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to show well, guys. For most people,
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: the holidays call for vacation time and an opportunity to
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: take a break and enjoy the festivities leading up to
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: the New Year's celebrations. For others, this is the perfect
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: time to get plastic surgery now. Getting plastic surgery during
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: the holiday season, it's an easy way to use the
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: free time you have off to heal and recover. A
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: great way to jump start your new year is by
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: getting a rejuvenating treatment on a part of you that
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: you have always wanted to enhance. If you could have
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: any one thing, this question is for you, guys, if
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: you could have any one thing done to your body
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: over the holidays, you know where you can rest and
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: recuperate in all of that, what would it be? Anything? Anything?
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: I'm not doing no more damn surgery on nothing. I'm done. Yeah,
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: you're good. Yeah, I don't ask me nothing about my surgery.
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: I just I didn't stole everything out of the hospital.
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: I don't want I'm not going back back. How many
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: gowns do you have in your now you already know
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: what it is. I'm going down here and get this
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: highline and push forward that I'm gonna do. I'm gonna
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: get right down. I got time to recoup when I
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: come back. I'm gonna act like I ain't even get
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: it done. Your head looks so nice. Thank y'all, so
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: glad y'all know, Yeah, for no reason. Yeah, I'm gonna
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: get a BBL I'm gonna get I'm gonna get my
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: ass turned into ATM mash. Yeah, I'm gonna get my ass.
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: I'm gonna get it turned into an ATM MA ship.
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: What do you mean? So when I go to the bathroom,
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: I don't. I don't go like y'all go, No more
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: money come out. All I gotta do is reach down
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: in the water and dried off every time I guess money.
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: Your mind is crazy. You are really really what we're
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: doing that board taking colon cloths? Are trying to go
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: for a hunt? What are you gonna stay at you?
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: I was gonna tell him. You know, when you get
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: that surgery, you can't sit down for about three four weeks.
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: You know you can't had an ATM in my ass.
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: It it's gonna be a little hard to say, hurt.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: I'm gonna get it. Well, how do you get it
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: out though? Because most people in the A team you
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: have to put your credit card in there. No, no, no,
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: I just go to bathroom it triggers every time I
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: have to use the bathroom. To number two, that it

- 1:13:22Speaker 1: Roy Smith, one of the greatest radio men in the world.
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: He taught me something that I've never forgot. He says,
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, don't stop being compelling on the radio. People
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: listen to you because you are compelling. Don't ever stop
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: being that, and don't let nobody stop that. So when
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: you ask me what do I want to do? What
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: plastic surgery, the compelling answer that I thought of was
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: to get an ATM machine in my ass. That's competing
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: every time I sugar honey iced tea, I'm sugar honey
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: iced tea and cash. My goal every day is to
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: crank out one hundred and fifty thousand. I'm gonna be
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: taken cold and cleanses laxative. If I chew a piece
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: of celery, I got to go. I'm gonna have to
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: be behind you with a wah bathroom. We're gonna get
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: something as him. Money man, y'all don't even know hem,
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: I wash it off myself. And what do you do?
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: You have a little room while I dry the bills

- 1:18:34Speaker 1: told you that this doctor they say they help with inflammation.
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: All of that, they're good for you. It ain't that
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: much inflammation. That's well, don't athletes take They're saying, yeah, yeah,
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: all of that them athletes. We comedians. We don't need
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: all that. You're not athletic comedians. Yeah, I got inflammation jokes,
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: all right. Would you rather have Thanksgiving dinner naked with
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: your family members? Okay? Or would you rather have Thanksgiving
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: dinner alone? Fully dressed naked? Him him MoMA sitting up,
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: ain't win jacket? Ain't your naked? Oh? Modred mama sitting
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: over that? No, No, we can't do this. Last one.
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: Would you rather cry uncontrollably when you get aroused or
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: not be able to talk at all when you get aroused?
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: Which I do? Both of them? Hither either one bunch
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: of Yeah, No, I'm beat. I just won't beat. I
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: don't want to problem. I don't want to be crying
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: interrupts your breathing pattern. I need to keep my breathing right. No,
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: just give me to not talking. What is Tommy crying?
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: All right? She're gonna tell a lot though. Coming up
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: at forty nine minutes after we'll have some closing remarks
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: from the one and only Steve Harvey, and it'll be
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: our last break of the day right after this you're
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: listening to all right, guys, here we are our last
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: break of the day on this Wednesday. It's been a
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: good day a day, mister Steve Harvey. Than thank you,
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: welcome very much. In closing today, I want to play
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: something you know, this election right here, this runoff election
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: in Georgia, it's critical for us, and I just don't
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: know how else to explain what's going on, then to
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: just let you hear it for yourself. I was listening
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: to herschel Walker at a speech he was giving at
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: a rally in Georgia. I'm gonna play it verbata, and
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: then I'm gonna share with you something that a guy
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: that I know said about it, and I'm gonna give
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: it to you verbatim what he said because I thought
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: it was really profound. Here's herschel Walker giving the speech.
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: This is the exact speech he gave. We're not editing anything,
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: so god here, I can promise you I ran Russian.
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: They're not talking about trying to charge a tamp out
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: in the desert. They're talking about war and let me
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: tell you this either. If we was ready for the
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: green agenda, I raised my hand right now. But we're
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: not reader right now. So don't let them fool you
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: like this is a new agenda. This is not the
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: new agenda. We're not prepared, we're not reader right now.
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: What we need to do is keep having those gas
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: guzzling cars because we got the good emission one of
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: those cars. We're doing the best thing that we can,
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: but we need help. We need helping. Those other people
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: not helping us, CHAINA not having us, and then you're
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: not having us. But yet we're gonna do it all
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: because they're spending your money. You know, man, What's it's
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: so obvious that this guy just something's wrong. And Sean King,
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: who I've had not a lot of conversations with but
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: a couple, I just love the guy. He wrote something
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: and I wanted to read it to you because I
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: thought it was just the best way to explain it.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: He said, Number one, this man clearly has CTE. It's
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: actually sad. All football players from his generation have it,
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: and he played in a brutal, bruising era. His entire
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: personal life is evidence of CTE. From his violence at
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: home on down. He doesn't need to be in leadership
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: anywhere he needs help. Number two, herschel Walker is embarrassing.
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: He's humiliating himself every time he opens up his mouth.
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: It's a deep insult that he's even made it this far.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: The brother isn't just country. I grew up in the country.
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: The man is dumb as a rock, and when you
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: force him to speak on issues, he can't hide it
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: or fake it. My ten year old son can peak
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: on these issues with more intelligence and class, and she
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: is in elementary school. Three it's actually shameful that the
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: Republican Party and their voters are trying to pass this
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: black man off on everybody as a credible candidate. And
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: the irony is that herschel is everything that white folks
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: have said they hate about black men, but ultimately they
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: know they can control him, so they are holding their
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: nose over how horrible of a human being he is.
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: Number four, we must all support Raphael Warner to ensure
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: that herschel Walker is never in office claiming to represent us.
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: We have just about three weeks to make sure this happens.
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: That's really so well said, and you all listen I'm
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: telling you, man, we're up against something here that, like
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: I said the other day, the audacity of this party
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: to pull this move and to try to shove it
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: down the State of Georgia's throat like this is a
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: real viable candidate. Everybody should be offended. Black people were
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: offended because, Number one, how dare you select a person
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: and talking about he's representative of us, that he's for
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: us when he's never been for us. We've never heard
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: from herschel Walker a day in his life before he
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: started running from Senate. What has herschel Walker ever done?
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: What philanthropic efforts have you seen herschel Walker come and
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: do an our community or anything like that? So stop
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: telling us he's for us. Herschel Walker been just for
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: herschel Walker. Ain't no problem with that, but that's just
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: not who he is. Period. But you're putting him off
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: on us like we're ignorant, and we're not. And it's
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: offensive to me that you would think that we are
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: such a small minded people that we've actually vote for
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: but just because stay black. That's why you're wrong, man.
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: We got better syce than that. We know the difference
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: between right and wrong. We know the difference between quality
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: and non quality. We know what education sound like versus
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: lack of education. We know who speaks why, we know
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: what he sounds like. We know what it looks like.
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: But better than that, y'all, I got news for you.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: We know what it feel like, and he don't feel right.
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: But here's the other art. If I was a Republican,
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: I would be offended at the Republican National Committee for
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: putting him in the forefront to represent the party. You
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: should be ashamed of yourself, y'all trying to tell me
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: y'all couldn't have came up with nobody better. Y'all couldn't
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: have came up with Larry Elder. Y'all couldn't became up
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: with Tim Scott. Y'all couldn't have came up y'all could
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: have did somebody else. Y'all could have went and got
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: at least got in articulate African American. But oh no,
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: you wouldn't find on this and see I'm country. So
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: I don't care that you sound country. I've been accused
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: of sounding country myself. You talk stupid, yeah, but I'm not. Yeah.
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: A lot of stuff you can say about Steve Harvey stupid,
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: ain't one of them. I've never heard a person a
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: candidate be more insulting than Herschel Walker is right now, Look,
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: we are going to the polls in Georgia. This will
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: not happen, not on our watch. And if you thank you,
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: gonna fool us again with the eleven hundred absentee ballots
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: that you all did not send out, which would have
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: swayed the election and put Raphael Warnock off of the
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: fifty percent. You thank you, tricky, But I got news
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: for you. We're gonna come vote. We're gonna come vote.
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: We're gonna show up. He's not going to get in.
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: Those are my clothes remarks to day man. This is sad.
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: We're going to the polls where I feel warn Thatt
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: precentator because we damn show ain't gonna watch you put
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: hershel For all Steve Harvey contests no purchase necessary void
