Histopathology Services in Our Lady’s Hospital Drogheda Affected by Staffing & Capacity Issues – 10/07/2025
The lab at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, unilaterally withdrawn access to histopathology services from GPs early in February this year, meaning all patients requiring biopsy, or excision for benign or malignant lesions need to be referred to secondary care.
