- 0:15Speaker 1: like American buck things. And it's not doing me true good.

- 0:38Speaker 1: I don't join joining you go with me, Honey. You
- 0:59Speaker 1: gotta turn ing the You gotta turn to turn them out.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Turn't got to turn them out. Then turn the water
- 1:47Speaker 1: the water go. Come come on your baby coome minded.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Everybody you're listening to the voice, Come on digning now,
- 2:09Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harley got a radio the show.
- 2:12Speaker 1: You know, I think I'll explain something y'all. You know
- 2:14Speaker 1: when I when I wake up in the morning and
- 2:16Speaker 1: I say, dig me now, what I'm asking you to
- 2:20Speaker 1: do is it's old school, you know, man, And you
- 2:23Speaker 1: know you say old people say I did you know Dad?
- 2:26Speaker 1: Never stop saying it. Sorry, but dig me now. It's
- 2:30Speaker 1: just I want you to I don't you really feel me?
- 2:33Speaker 1: I wan't you to understand what I'm saying, because really,
- 2:37Speaker 1: this morning inspiration is all given in the spirit of
- 2:40Speaker 1: sharing and love. It ain't about to expose me in
- 2:43Speaker 1: any way. That's not the purpose of it. But I
- 2:46Speaker 1: found that in my morning inspiration that it's best that
- 2:50Speaker 1: I use some things about myself, because I mean, what
- 2:53Speaker 1: better example can I use? Because I know me, I
- 2:55Speaker 1: know what's happened to me. I know exactly how I
- 2:58Speaker 1: felt all along the way concerning almost everything, every aspect
- 3:03Speaker 1: of my life. I now fully do really understand why
- 3:07Speaker 1: God had my life spend the way it spun. And
- 3:11Speaker 1: here's the part that I want to give to you
- 3:13Speaker 1: this morning, that first of all, whatever position you find
- 3:16Speaker 1: yourself in today, we kind of come to one realization
- 3:20Speaker 1: that we got ourselves there. We put ourselves there by
- 3:24Speaker 1: a series of thoughts and actions. Thoughts turn into things.
- 3:30Speaker 1: That's very important to know. So let's look at both
- 3:34Speaker 1: sides of it. For people who think negative thoughts, it
- 3:39Speaker 1: turns into negative things, and the direct opposite is true.
- 3:45Speaker 1: For those who think positive thoughts, it turns into positive things.
- 3:51Speaker 1: That's the deal. It's as simple as that, folks. I
- 3:57Speaker 1: cannot break it down any cleaner, I cannot make it
- 4:01Speaker 1: any clearer. Thoughts become things. So the one glaring question
- 4:08Speaker 1: for all of us always is on a daily basis,
- 4:12Speaker 1: what are you thinking? What are your thoughts? What are
- 4:15Speaker 1: you thinking. What are your thoughts? Because I can assure
- 4:21Speaker 1: you and it's not by or promise of mind. This
- 4:25Speaker 1: is not a theory that Steve Harvey then came up with.
- 4:29Speaker 1: This is a fact of life. This is biblical, This
- 4:33Speaker 1: is spiritual, this is written, this is philosophical. This is
- 4:39Speaker 1: the law of the universe. However, you need to drink
- 4:42Speaker 1: this medicine to take to get it down and feel
- 4:45Speaker 1: what I'm saying to you. This is just the way
- 4:48Speaker 1: it is now and here the cold part, folks, It
- 4:51Speaker 1: don't matter if you believe me or not. It does
- 4:55Speaker 1: not matter if you have never been explained this or not.
- 5:01Speaker 1: And it does not matter if you think it works
- 5:04Speaker 1: in your life or not. It don't matter. Listen to me.
- 5:08Speaker 1: It is the way it is. It is as scriptural,
- 5:12Speaker 1: it is as spiritual, it is philosophical, it's just whatever.
- 5:17Speaker 1: It's the law of the universe. You call whatever you
- 5:19Speaker 1: want to call. However, you got to dress this thing
- 5:22Speaker 1: up to put it in the phase that you can
- 5:24Speaker 1: feel me. I want you to feel me now, because
- 5:27Speaker 1: this all it is. So when I say that you
- 5:31Speaker 1: are where we are today because we thought ourselves here
- 5:34Speaker 1: or your best to believe that's true, you thought yourself
- 5:38Speaker 1: here no one else. See. Let me explain something. I
- 5:41Speaker 1: got people around me who so badly want to take
- 5:45Speaker 1: credit for it, but I don't allow it. But because
- 5:50Speaker 1: I keep pointing to the heavens, I keep pointing and
- 5:55Speaker 1: trying to say it out loud as many times as
- 5:58Speaker 1: I can without being so offensive, that my life is
- 6:03Speaker 1: by design, by grace and mercy, by blessings from God.
- 6:08Speaker 1: My life is because God has seen it to be so. Oh,
- 6:12Speaker 1: but I got plenty of people around me want credit
- 6:14Speaker 1: for it and want you to not give credit to
- 6:18Speaker 1: God and give it to them. I got that. I
- 6:21Speaker 1: got that, But I understand that. See, I understand what
- 6:24Speaker 1: that is. That's a person whose design is to get
- 6:28Speaker 1: the credit. But it's okay, it's so clear to me
- 6:32Speaker 1: what my father was saying to me. Man, I get it.
- 6:34Speaker 1: As I get older and older, he always said to me, son,
- 6:38Speaker 1: everybody come with you can't go with you. See, you know,
- 6:43Speaker 1: I don't know how people say that in church. You know,
- 6:45Speaker 1: sometimes they go people come into your life for seasons,
- 6:48Speaker 1: and I guess the same thing. You know, they season up,
- 6:51Speaker 1: they're gone, well, you know, and then but then hither
- 6:55Speaker 1: way they try to hold you though, or you're gonna
- 6:57Speaker 1: forget where you come from. You ain't gonna keep it
- 7:01Speaker 1: real no more. And so you find yourself trying to
- 7:05Speaker 1: not forget where you come from and keep it real
- 7:08Speaker 1: no more. But to what end is it to the
- 7:11Speaker 1: good of your end? Or is it to the good
- 7:13Speaker 1: of the end? To what end is keeping it real
- 7:16Speaker 1: and not forgetting where you come from if it does
- 7:19Speaker 1: not allow you to progress and move forward. I got
- 7:22Speaker 1: where I come from. I don't want to stay that
- 7:24Speaker 1: no more. I don't forget where I come from. I
- 7:27Speaker 1: know full well what I've been through, but that's what
- 7:30Speaker 1: drives me because I don't want to go back to that.
- 7:33Speaker 1: That's the push for me. I don't want that no more.
- 7:37Speaker 1: I don't want to go back where I come from.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I don't want to keep it that real no more.
- 7:42Speaker 1: It was real enough for me living in a car.
- 7:44Speaker 1: I had enough of that real. I'm gonna keep it
- 7:47Speaker 1: real now. I don't keep it real. I want to
- 7:49Speaker 1: go keep it dreamy. I want to go keep it
- 7:51Speaker 1: fantasize it. I want I want to I want to
- 7:54Speaker 1: keep it out of this world. I want to keep
- 7:56Speaker 1: it off the chain. I want to keep it moving.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I want to keep it ball and I want to
- 8:00Speaker 1: see what that's like. So naw, I ain't gonna forget
- 8:03Speaker 1: where I come from. But you ain't gonna hold me
- 8:05Speaker 1: to that though See, thoughts become things all day long?
- 8:11Speaker 1: Where's your vision board? Where are the things that you
- 8:15Speaker 1: won't written down? What do you think about the most?
- 8:19Speaker 1: How grateful are you for what all God has done
- 8:23Speaker 1: for you? Where you at with that? See here another law?
- 8:29Speaker 1: If thoughts become things, Oh oh, here come the moment, y'all.
- 8:35Speaker 1: If thoughts become things, let me ask you this. If
- 8:40Speaker 1: all you thinking about is your debt, If all you're
- 8:43Speaker 1: thinking about is what you ain't got, If all you
- 8:46Speaker 1: thinking about or is all woe is me? If all
- 8:49Speaker 1: you're thinking about is every time I turn around, I'm sick.
- 8:52Speaker 1: If all you thinking about it's the things in life
- 8:58Speaker 1: that you're lacking. If that's all you're thinking about, and
- 9:05Speaker 1: if thoughts become things, how much debt you think you're
- 9:10Speaker 1: gonna stay in? How much? How much how much lacking
- 9:14Speaker 1: you think you fin to feel your life with? How
- 9:18Speaker 1: much most stuff you find to not have because you
- 9:22Speaker 1: keep thinking about it all the time? When you're gonna
- 9:26Speaker 1: be grateful when you're gonna say thank you when it's
- 9:30Speaker 1: gonna come out your mouth. Man, that I may not
- 9:34Speaker 1: be where I want to be, but I sho am
- 9:36Speaker 1: grateful for what you've given me so far, for the
- 9:39Speaker 1: things I have today, because I don't have to have
- 9:42Speaker 1: these things. You know that does? That then opens up
- 9:46Speaker 1: room for more stuff to come your way. To be
- 9:48Speaker 1: grateful fall. But if you're gonna be ungrateful, man, let
- 9:52Speaker 1: me ask you something. I ain't God, I don't claim
- 9:55Speaker 1: to be, but let me ask you something. Man, If
- 9:58Speaker 1: you're ungrateful for the things we if we can't show
- 10:01Speaker 1: no gratitude for what we have, why would God give
- 10:06Speaker 1: us some most stuff to be ungrateful for? Why would
- 10:09Speaker 1: he do that for? Man, I blessed you with that.
- 10:12Speaker 1: You ain't like that I gave you this. You ain't
- 10:14Speaker 1: saying nothing to me about that. You ain't feeling me
- 10:17Speaker 1: on this right here. So I'll tell you what, Man,
- 10:19Speaker 1: Let me stop giving this dude something because he just
- 10:22Speaker 1: over here he ain't glad for nothing, because if I
- 10:25Speaker 1: give him some mold, he gonna be mad about that too, Tad,
- 10:30Speaker 1: anybody feel me right now? So when I say, come on,
- 10:33Speaker 1: y'all dig me. Now, do you understand why I say
- 10:36Speaker 1: dig me? Because I want you to feel me. I
- 10:38Speaker 1: want you to understand and come to the understanding by
- 10:40Speaker 1: saying you ain't. Because so many people got a deeper
- 10:43Speaker 1: understanding than me about this whole thing. I promise you
- 10:45Speaker 1: they do, but they listen to me. I'm just trying
- 10:48Speaker 1: to get you to walk up in this light, man,
- 10:50Speaker 1: so you can go on with your life and quit
- 10:52Speaker 1: tripping yourself out with your thoughts, because thoughts become things,
- 10:56Speaker 1: all right. All days you're listening morning show ladies and gentlemen,
- 11:02Speaker 1: boys and girls, people from all around the world. You
- 11:05Speaker 1: are listening to the baddest moment, without a doubt. This
- 11:09Speaker 1: is Steve Harvard Morning Show, Today's show. Come on, make
- 11:14Speaker 1: it good. No, it's dedicated Come on to anybody who
- 11:18Speaker 1: loves the art or shooting dice. Oh my god, man, yes, man,
- 11:25Speaker 1: it's an art. You gotta know what you're doing. Man,
- 11:28Speaker 1: you really do. What's art about? You think it's no
- 11:32Speaker 1: art to but there's definitely arty. You gotta know what
- 11:35Speaker 1: you're doing. It's not just well, no, it's not all luck,
- 11:40Speaker 1: but you know dice shooting is luck because you know
- 11:43Speaker 1: you can't control them dice. You know when they when
- 11:47Speaker 1: you get when the dice are laying on the table,
- 11:50Speaker 1: how you set them well, I mean you know, it's
- 11:52Speaker 1: no particular way. You just gotta throw them down there.
- 11:55Speaker 1: So it's no art to it. Then it's just luck. Well,
- 11:59Speaker 1: it's it's a lot of luck in dice shooting, but
- 12:01Speaker 1: it's the favorable odds based on certain things. When you
- 12:05Speaker 1: shoot dice, it's strategically done. They throw dice one hundred
- 12:11Speaker 1: and forty four times. Out of that one hundred and
- 12:14Speaker 1: forty four times, they know the number that's gonna pop
- 12:17Speaker 1: up the most is seven. Wow, because you can get
- 12:21Speaker 1: it with a five and a two, or six and
- 12:23Speaker 1: to one, or four and to three. So that's the
- 12:25Speaker 1: most highly likely number that's out of one hundred and
- 12:28Speaker 1: forty four tosses. If you read gambling books, it will
- 12:31Speaker 1: show you out one hundred and forty four tosses, how
- 12:33Speaker 1: many times on the average that seven will come up.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Wait a minute, excuse me, if you read gambling books,
- 12:40Speaker 1: I don't even know the hand. I thought gambling was
- 12:43Speaker 1: books and classes on absolutely, I didn't know. I didn't
- 12:48Speaker 1: know that there's people that do it for a living. Okay, Now,
- 12:51Speaker 1: if you're on the table, you know, and you got
- 12:52Speaker 1: a good little run, somebody could actually throw. I've thrown
- 12:56Speaker 1: the dice eighteen rolls without crapping. That's what you mean
- 13:00Speaker 1: hitting a seven? Oh, I thought you had a problem.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I didn't know. Have you ever had somebody playing with
- 13:09Speaker 1: trick dice on? Well? No, not not not in Vegas.
- 13:14Speaker 1: We're not in Vegas. I'm just saying, like black back
- 13:16Speaker 1: home in Cleveland, just shooting dice. Anybody ever had the
- 13:19Speaker 1: trick dice? I hear about trick? Yeah, when we're on
- 13:21Speaker 1: the corners, cast Castle switched dice on you in a minute. So, yeah,
- 13:25Speaker 1: dude can't bring in the dice and the dice is red.
- 13:29Speaker 1: But he bought the dice, and he got a loaded
- 13:32Speaker 1: pair of dice with him, you know, and loaded dice
- 13:36Speaker 1: gonna always land on seven for you. So when you
- 13:40Speaker 1: throw out first, you can throw a seven seven to
- 13:44Speaker 1: win your money on your first roll until you get
- 13:46Speaker 1: a point. Very interesting. I know that I don't gamble that. Nah.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Well we're gonna be in the Bahamas. Yeah, you're gonna
- 13:59Speaker 1: roll the gambled again. Okay, Um, well, yeah, I remember
- 14:10Speaker 1: when we were little. Grandmother would not let us play
- 14:15Speaker 1: games with dicing them and stuff like that. We couldn't.
- 14:18Speaker 1: She thought it was a sin. We couldn't do it,
- 14:22Speaker 1: like Monopoly and stuff. She thought it was a sin.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Y'all couldn't if any game that had dice within, we couldn't.
- 14:31Speaker 1: We couldn't do it dice. Yeah, we gotta go. All right,
- 14:34Speaker 1: coming up, Truth be told? And who told on you
- 14:37Speaker 1: as a kid. You're listening all right? Here we go
- 14:48Speaker 1: with something funny. Come on, junior, Truth be told. Yeah,
- 14:51Speaker 1: I'm must say this. For some churches that's out here
- 14:56Speaker 1: that need to have testimony, time really cut out. Truth
- 15:03Speaker 1: be told. If your church don't have internet, you don't
- 15:07Speaker 1: need to be having testimonies because the testimonies are getting
- 15:11Speaker 1: too long. They need a screener. Yeah, they need somebody
- 15:15Speaker 1: to sit down. Let me hear your testimony, and we
- 15:20Speaker 1: will decide when you get to see it in front
- 15:23Speaker 1: of everybody. Because you got people who go up there
- 15:25Speaker 1: want to testify. You can tell the ones who testimony
- 15:28Speaker 1: not gonna be good because they're too anxious to get
- 15:30Speaker 1: the money. Yeah, they head shake it in lad told
- 15:34Speaker 1: and jumping they jumping up like they got a game
- 15:37Speaker 1: or something like they got a warm up phone and
- 15:40Speaker 1: then they get up there and the testimimony. I want
- 15:44Speaker 1: to speak to the Lord about my tooth. This toad
- 15:49Speaker 1: had been hurting me. We don't really need them no more.
- 15:54Speaker 1: I'm just asking, can we get some screeners or we
- 15:57Speaker 1: have to hear your testimony on Sunday. All of us
- 16:00Speaker 1: got stuff to do. Now we're sitting up being holding
- 16:03Speaker 1: up in church because you're talking about Joe told or
- 16:06Speaker 1: how because nobody got there one time? No lie shut
- 16:08Speaker 1: and testified. I've been praying for Israel, and I'm saying
- 16:13Speaker 1: to myself, you ain't never been Why I handed you
- 16:16Speaker 1: up there prayer? How you getting hollo, Lord, talk to
- 16:19Speaker 1: you about Israel? Where you get that from? I just
- 16:24Speaker 1: want to go to games one. I don't want to
- 16:29Speaker 1: just sit it him no more and hear your testimony
- 16:32Speaker 1: that ain't buy nothing. You ain't got an amen. You
- 16:35Speaker 1: ain't gotta go ahead or let him use you. Ain't
- 16:38Speaker 1: nobody saying nothing. You shut down three hundred eighty five
- 16:42Speaker 1: people by yourself. You're shut down an entire church pastor.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Ain't saying nothing. We don't need no we need we
- 16:48Speaker 1: need a testimony Mike Snatches. I'm signing up because if
- 16:53Speaker 1: I don't like it, I'm coming up there. You know,
- 16:56Speaker 1: Polo got the saying many church just need to help
- 17:00Speaker 1: testimonial Mike Snatch. That's all I'm saying. I'm just saying,
- 17:09Speaker 1: I want to get out. How long is this gonna
- 17:14Speaker 1: go on? Huh? Well? Brought we keep back like it ain't.
- 17:21Speaker 1: We didn't took up this offer. And we've been here
- 17:22Speaker 1: since six and I'm talking, game is on. The game
- 17:27Speaker 1: is on. You ain't getting nobody to say go ahead,
- 17:30Speaker 1: there you go. Amen. You can't get nobody to agree
- 17:32Speaker 1: with you. Your testimony is not not anything. I'm just saying,
- 17:37Speaker 1: why you get to talk? Is that long? Man? We
- 17:41Speaker 1: need a testimonial, Mike Snatching. I'm telling you this. If
- 17:52Speaker 1: they start they testimony off with you know right then
- 17:58Speaker 1: they testimony ain't about to be but my arm. You know, yeah,
- 18:06Speaker 1: I'm about to start getting my keys and he listen.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Is a roundtable discussion today? Is who told on you
- 18:15Speaker 1: back in the day that made you get the worse,
- 18:19Speaker 1: the absolute worst behind whooping you've ever gotten your life.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Now here's the thing your mama could get the news
- 18:27Speaker 1: and Junior and I talked about this, your mama could
- 18:29Speaker 1: get the news. We had no internet, we didn't have
- 18:32Speaker 1: the phone, there was no texting. But by time and
- 18:37Speaker 1: Lee Brown got to that house off that bus, she
- 18:39Speaker 1: knew everything that went down. I don't know how you
- 18:43Speaker 1: know she knew. I have no idea. She started. I'm like, so, um,
- 18:47Speaker 1: what you're doing downtown of day? Yeah? You know I
- 18:56Speaker 1: didn't know that. I ain't told nobody. There was no
- 19:02Speaker 1: social media. Immediately, little rabbits, little rabbits punk as this slow,
- 19:18Speaker 1: this little slew told miss Pattison that I was the
- 19:30Speaker 1: one that put the fire crackers in her tulips in
- 19:36Speaker 1: her front yard and lit the full fire crackers and
- 19:40Speaker 1: blue the damn tulips. Little rabbits told me. Miss Pattison
- 19:45Speaker 1: went cross street, told my MoMA, Man, I got my ass.
- 19:51Speaker 1: How long wasn't How long wasn't it waiting? It felt
- 19:56Speaker 1: like about fifteen minutes. I asked the question, did you yes,
- 20:03Speaker 1: he did it? He did it? Yeah, I knew you
- 20:09Speaker 1: did it. What made you do that? Man? She was hateful?
- 20:13Speaker 1: Man okay, man, like if our football rolled in the yard,
- 20:17Speaker 1: that was no, no, no, you can't. You don't go
- 20:19Speaker 1: on that grass. You go down, get the football, take
- 20:22Speaker 1: it in the house. Won't baseball go on her? Y'all,
- 20:28Speaker 1: don't go in my yard. I tell you, Mom and daddy.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Then she come down here and get the baseball and
- 20:32Speaker 1: roll it down the street. Now we got to hear
- 20:34Speaker 1: him get on there for sure, pride in her yard.
- 20:45Speaker 1: She didn't have but the tu But I couldn't get
- 20:47Speaker 1: all so I only could do four. I had timed.
- 20:55Speaker 1: Oh my god, Yeah, my mom's ex boyfriend. My mom's
- 21:00Speaker 1: boyfriend at the time. She was dating this man, and
- 21:04Speaker 1: he was coming in to see us from the front yard.
- 21:07Speaker 1: And there was a phone booth not really far from
- 21:10Speaker 1: my house at the time. Remember the old friend, my
- 21:13Speaker 1: cousin and I were in there playing on the phone
- 21:16Speaker 1: like we were talking. So he went in the house
- 21:18Speaker 1: and told my mom that we were in the phone
- 21:20Speaker 1: booth calling some boys. Yeah, and we word all right.
- 21:27Speaker 1: The next thing I knew, I'm getting dragged out. That
- 21:33Speaker 1: was the first time I saw stars. I literally get
- 21:36Speaker 1: the crap out of me. Yeah, we weren't even doing that.
- 21:44Speaker 1: I wasn't that not that time. All right, we gotta
- 21:49Speaker 1: go a coming up next, it's the nephew and uh,
- 21:56Speaker 1: run that prank back right after this. You're listening Steve
- 22:01Speaker 1: Morning Show. Right coming up at the top of the hour,
- 22:03Speaker 1: miss Anne will be here with our national news. But
- 22:06Speaker 1: right now it's time for the nephew to run that
- 22:09Speaker 1: prank back. What you got pocan tree? Pecan tree, most y'all,
- 22:15Speaker 1: ain't it? Some people say can pecan, yes, pecan, pecan whatever,
- 22:21Speaker 1: When however you want to call it, it's the pecuntry here.
- 22:24Speaker 1: It is. Hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach uh lc hey,
- 22:33Speaker 1: let me let me Hey. My name is Marcus. Uh
- 22:35Speaker 1: my mama and them little next dough to you, mister
- 22:39Speaker 1: and missus, my mom and daddy little next dough to you.
- 22:41Speaker 1: And I was calling because y'all got a pecuntry in
- 22:45Speaker 1: y'all backyard. I mean right on the fish line, and
- 22:49Speaker 1: it keeps, you know, pecan and stuff keep falling over
- 22:51Speaker 1: into my mam and them yard. So I tall them
- 22:54Speaker 1: to see if y'all can do something, man, where y'all
- 22:57Speaker 1: can pick up I mean, my mama them that got
- 23:00Speaker 1: a little older. You know, we've been picking them up
- 23:02Speaker 1: for a long time. But I need somebody to like,
- 23:05Speaker 1: maybe you can cut the limbs back. That's hanging over
- 23:08Speaker 1: so that they won't you know, the pecans won't be
- 23:10Speaker 1: falling over into my mom and them yard because you know,
- 23:13Speaker 1: for them to be bending over like they're picking up
- 23:15Speaker 1: them pacan and it's a lot of them. So you know, mister,
- 23:18Speaker 1: I just wanted to haul at you and see if
- 23:20Speaker 1: you don't mind maybe cutting the limbs back, because even
- 23:23Speaker 1: when we turn the lamo on and stuff, man, it
- 23:25Speaker 1: just you know, the pecons and stuff be coming out
- 23:28Speaker 1: of the lamo just shooting all over the place. Well,
- 23:31Speaker 1: first of all, Mama con tres an old com tree
- 23:35Speaker 1: and all. It's fought well, and I can't see me
- 23:40Speaker 1: cutting it. Well. I mean, I'm not saying you can't
- 23:44Speaker 1: have no body to maintain your yard, but I mean
- 23:48Speaker 1: you your mother, You can maintain your mother's yard. So
- 23:53Speaker 1: I go by my mother's house, you know, every other
- 23:55Speaker 1: day and check on them. But I don't have time
- 23:57Speaker 1: to go on the back and pick up pecans and stuff.
- 24:00Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. I mean, if you just
- 24:01Speaker 1: it don't seem no more than like maybe four or
- 24:03Speaker 1: five limbs that's hanging over there. But them four or
- 24:06Speaker 1: five limbs, I mean they they there's a lot of
- 24:08Speaker 1: pecans falling off of that. So if you my pacon
- 24:12Speaker 1: tree to shady, I goes back there, there's no kind
- 24:16Speaker 1: of nothing back the okay whatever, sir, I'm not cutting
- 24:22Speaker 1: my tree for a little like that. Sir. Listen, what
- 24:25Speaker 1: I'm what I'm trying to get you to do is
- 24:27Speaker 1: I'm not I want you cutting your entire tree down.
- 24:29Speaker 1: I just want you to cut a few limbs, sir,
- 24:31Speaker 1: so you know those that way that those are the
- 24:34Speaker 1: ones that are hanging over it won't be you know,
- 24:36Speaker 1: the pecans won't be falling over into my mom's and
- 24:38Speaker 1: them yard and and and you know, like I say,
- 24:40Speaker 1: they're older now, man, they can't be bending over like that.
- 24:43Speaker 1: So you know, I'm I'm just coming to you as
- 24:46Speaker 1: a man right now and asking you when you please
- 24:48Speaker 1: cut this down to these pecans can quit falling over
- 24:51Speaker 1: my mom and them yard. Well, I'm asking you. All
- 24:53Speaker 1: you can do is hire someone, okay, someone I know
- 24:57Speaker 1: your mother. Don't cut your yard. No, it's it's a
- 25:00Speaker 1: it's a guy that cuts the yard. But even when
- 25:02Speaker 1: he cutting the yard, these pecans is flying out from
- 25:05Speaker 1: underneath the yard. The law more they soon or lady,
- 25:08Speaker 1: we're gonna be breaking windows over that. What kind of
- 25:11Speaker 1: lord person you have that don't pick up before they
- 25:14Speaker 1: cut that's food? Why am I arguing with you about
- 25:17Speaker 1: picking up stuff and all of this. I'm asking you
- 25:19Speaker 1: to cut a funky little five limbs so these dog
- 25:22Speaker 1: gonna pecans ain't are falling off my mama yard. You

- 29:02Speaker 1: is the baddest radio station in the land? LC did
- 29:10Speaker 1: y'all pick becomes when y'all you go up, you climb
- 29:14Speaker 1: the tree and shake and shake, shake one of your papa. Yes, yes,
- 29:23Speaker 1: put the time up in the tree. Okay, come on,
- 29:26Speaker 1: this is what I want to hear it. Do you
- 29:29Speaker 1: remember that time you left me in the tree. That's
- 29:31Speaker 1: the one I was gonna tell. We put time up
- 29:35Speaker 1: in the tree, and then we left him in that
- 29:37Speaker 1: because he was scared to jump down because it was
- 29:39Speaker 1: too hot. We had him umber shaking buck eyes off
- 29:42Speaker 1: the tree. That's right, right, And then he got up there,
- 29:44Speaker 1: and then he was ready to go, and we went
- 29:46Speaker 1: on off and went playing. He said, I left for me.
- 29:51Speaker 1: He was in there about five six hours. Got yeah, yeah,
- 29:57Speaker 1: yeah yeah. Weping up after lunch about a little past dinner.
- 30:01Speaker 1: Oh my god, he was just crying about five feet temm. Well,
- 30:11Speaker 1: this is funny to y'all. This this, this is cute
- 30:13Speaker 1: to y'all. Oh no, he couldn't know. Why could you
- 30:17Speaker 1: climb down? But Tommy, being up in five foot bridges
- 30:21Speaker 1: like jumping off a three story deal. I oh tell me,
- 30:31Speaker 1: that's terrible. That's what I like about this show. At
- 30:33Speaker 1: any minute, it can be you. Welcome to the show.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Jay all right, coming up next to this stane, we'll
- 30:42Speaker 1: be here with today's national news. Thank you, Tommy, you're
- 30:48Speaker 1: listening show. All right. Here's something interesting, guys. Plenty of
- 30:54Speaker 1: us love to sleep. Plenty of us do, even if
- 30:57Speaker 1: we wish we could sleep more, you know, but what
- 31:00Speaker 1: if you didn't have to sleep? Oh okay, what if
- 31:03Speaker 1: you know, we were built like we didn't have to
- 31:05Speaker 1: sleep and our energy levels remained high? So what would
- 31:08Speaker 1: you do? How would you spend that time you want
- 31:11Speaker 1: some sleep? I mean, you know, would you think I
- 31:15Speaker 1: have the best dreams. When I say I'm really good
- 31:19Speaker 1: good dreams, like you have great dreams, great ones. You
- 31:21Speaker 1: had to have a dream like okay, you know you're
- 31:23Speaker 1: dreaming and you just say okay, when I wake up,
- 31:26Speaker 1: all that's gonna be over with. Yeah. I hate to
- 31:31Speaker 1: have a great dream, wake up in the middle of
- 31:34Speaker 1: it and then try to get back back. And you
- 31:36Speaker 1: never can part dreaming as a real good party. You ain't.
- 31:40Speaker 1: You ain't never had a part two to your dreams,
- 31:42Speaker 1: never got no, No, I've never had I've had a
- 31:48Speaker 1: party two. I've gone back to the same dream before.
- 31:50Speaker 1: What folks, what it can happen? See, we don't have
- 31:58Speaker 1: a brain like he got, so his ignorant back to
- 32:05Speaker 1: sleep and pick his dream. You don't go back to
- 32:11Speaker 1: Tony Brax. You don't think I go back because if
- 32:14Speaker 1: I can tell me everybody, I'm telling you everybody, whole
- 32:17Speaker 1: good place. No, Tommy, I've never heard anyone say that.
- 32:27Speaker 1: In my mind, back to the same dream, and the
- 32:31Speaker 1: people stood in yall, what I can't quit? He ain't
- 32:43Speaker 1: all right, Tom's hand party. There's a reason you ain't
- 32:54Speaker 1: ever heard surely no one I know people say it
- 32:58Speaker 1: all the time they were having a great dream and
- 33:01Speaker 1: then of the phone, people don't Yeah the dream is gone. Manager,
- 33:06Speaker 1: just go right back whe he left off right, Well,
- 33:09Speaker 1: I left off movie like a movie with you. I
- 33:18Speaker 1: will never do that. The people you're having like a
- 33:20Speaker 1: great freak party or something. You wake up everybody gown.
- 33:24Speaker 1: You can't get back a great freak How did y'all
- 33:29Speaker 1: have Did y'all have bad dreams as a kid? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 33:34Speaker 1: You don't have a dream you couldn't move. Yeah, I've
- 33:36Speaker 1: had that dream, and I've had the scariest dream for
- 33:39Speaker 1: me is someone chasing me? Oh that dream? I hate
- 33:43Speaker 1: that dream. No falling, falling. I was falling and waving
- 33:49Speaker 1: at people that I remember, everybody even even bride the
- 33:57Speaker 1: way out of here. Nice knowing you my mom. Have
- 34:03Speaker 1: you ever had a dream that you were dead? Or
- 34:05Speaker 1: is that you died or no? I had a dream
- 34:09Speaker 1: I was on the back of one of them things
- 34:10Speaker 1: they were on on Alpatok, the thing they were flying on.
- 34:13Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. It wasn't a cockroach. That was
- 34:18Speaker 1: a big old dragon type. Yeah. Wait what what Steve
- 34:25Speaker 1: Well to you? Cockroach can be a bit much for
- 34:31Speaker 1: the rest of us. Is simply step on his like
- 34:36Speaker 1: the horse. Yeah what is that? Oh boy? Bring this man? Okay?
- 34:53Speaker 1: All right, Steve, this has been a tough one for us,
- 34:56Speaker 1: very tough week. Here. Time to get a little serious
- 34:58Speaker 1: here and swing it on over to miss Anne here
- 35:00Speaker 1: to bring us up with the latest from Vegas, Puerto
- 35:03Speaker 1: Rico and everything else we need to be informed on,
- 35:05Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, our very own miss and trip Steve.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Thanks everybody out there. This is a trip with the news. Well.
- 35:12Speaker 1: In the wake of the Las Vegas massacre, believe it
- 35:14Speaker 1: or not, the National Rifle Association is actually opening the door.
- 35:19Speaker 1: At least it seems like it's opening the door to
- 35:21Speaker 1: some additional regulation of devices like the bump stock. We
- 35:24Speaker 1: talked about that yesterday, which is already say shooter Stephen
- 35:26Speaker 1: Paula clipped onto his semi automatic rifles to boost their
- 35:29Speaker 1: firing power. So now Trump administrations, folks on when Sarah
- 35:32Speaker 1: hockeyby Sanders says the White Houses will consider backing such
- 35:36Speaker 1: a move. We know that members of both parties are
- 35:39Speaker 1: planning to take a look at bump stocks and related devices.
- 35:42Speaker 1: We certainly welcome that would like to be part of
- 35:44Speaker 1: that conversation. NRA says in a statement that accessories like
- 35:47Speaker 1: the bump stock should be subject to additional regulation, but
- 35:49Speaker 1: the gun libbing group makes sure to say that it
- 35:52Speaker 1: is still against any broader gun control legislation. Okay, so
- 35:55Speaker 1: is this a double standard. Carolina's Panthers a quarterback Cam
- 35:59Speaker 1: Newton's hot water because a local female sports reporter named
- 36:02Speaker 1: Jordan Rodrigue asked him about one of his wide receivers
- 36:05Speaker 1: and something called routes, and he answered, it is funny
- 36:08Speaker 1: to hear a female talk about right, this is how
- 36:09Speaker 1: I went. Seemed to really embrace the physicality of his
- 36:14Speaker 1: routes and making getting those extra yards. It's funny to
- 36:18Speaker 1: hear female talk about routes. It's funny, but fun It's
- 36:23Speaker 1: coming along, man, We're gonna, We're gonna. This is a
- 36:25Speaker 1: big game for him to see his growth over the years,
- 36:29Speaker 1: a completely different player, and he went on with to
- 36:31Speaker 1: talk about the police player. He had to apologize. He
- 36:34Speaker 1: did apologize, but even though he apologized, because of that statement,
- 36:38Speaker 1: Cam Newton's now being a label to sexist. He has
- 36:40Speaker 1: just lost his endorsement deal with Dan AND's Oiko's brand.
- 36:44Speaker 1: But a fan get this checked out Jordan Rodrigue's Twitter
- 36:47Speaker 1: page and found that she has made not one, but
- 36:49Speaker 1: more than one racist remark, which she is now apologizing for.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Penns Vani Cong's her named Tim Murphy announced he won't
- 36:57Speaker 1: be running for reelection. Murphy's serving the house's two thous three.
- 37:00Speaker 1: He's married when adult Dougherty admits to having had an
- 37:03Speaker 1: affair for about a year, but he is a rub.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Murphy's a staunch anti abortionist, and when his mistress thought
- 37:08Speaker 1: she might be pregnant, it's poor that he or should
- 37:11Speaker 1: to consider an abortion. One of the stars of the
- 37:14Speaker 1: movie Good Fellows has died. Actor Chuck Lowe played Morey,
- 37:17Speaker 1: the owner of the wig and two pay shop. Tropical
- 37:20Speaker 1: storm nates in Mexico, now hit it for the golf
- 37:22Speaker 1: course Golf Coast rather or responsible for twenty two deaths
- 37:25Speaker 1: in Central American. Today is National Storytelling Day and National
- 37:29Speaker 1: macaren Nada. Let's do the macarena. Here we go. Okay,
- 37:34Speaker 1: I'm gonna try to move a little bit. I'm not
- 37:36Speaker 1: really moving. Our our CD players are not moving at all.
- 37:39Speaker 1: Girl allows the equipment anyway. We'll be back to Eugene
- 37:42Speaker 1: the Butterfly twenty minutes after the hour, stay tuned to
- 37:44Speaker 1: the ste Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to show, all right?
- 37:49Speaker 1: Steve introduced Jay so Jacob her Yes, I love it,
- 38:04Speaker 1: Keim running everybody Steven time, he Shirley, Comma, Junia and

- 38:16Speaker 1: but guess what I want to wish y'all will have
- 38:18Speaker 1: a very very very good time. But let me say this,
- 38:20Speaker 1: it's going down tonight at the Water Theater and watching
- 38:23Speaker 1: the DC. If I do not get to come out
- 38:26Speaker 1: and do the curtain Cole tonight, I promise you I'm
- 38:29Speaker 1: not gonna do the rest of the weekend. I'm removing
- 38:33Speaker 1: myself from the show. Mama's boy, if they if I
- 38:36Speaker 1: don't get to come out and take the bout, this
- 38:38Speaker 1: is the time that Thomas myuse has to move, move
- 38:41Speaker 1: his ego back and let me come out and take
- 38:44Speaker 1: about there it is out and put it out there.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Don't let me, boy, don't let me come out to
- 38:48Speaker 1: night and I promise you, Sarad and Sunday, I will
- 38:51Speaker 1: not hit the stage. I'm not coming out the dressing red. Yeah,
- 38:59Speaker 1: coming out, because it's either he or I going to
- 39:02Speaker 1: come out. He always comes out and take the bob.
- 39:05Speaker 1: I never get to come out and take the come
- 39:07Speaker 1: out together. But ask you this. You can't ask me
- 39:12Speaker 1: anything you want. But I'm putting my foot down. This
- 39:13Speaker 1: is what I lay my scarf down. Go ahead, we
- 39:19Speaker 1: won't have to hear this. If you don't get to
- 39:21Speaker 1: do the curtains. I'm just telling you, I'm only gonna
- 39:24Speaker 1: be doing this, ain't me. I'm not gonna be in
- 39:26Speaker 1: this dog. I'm flating him out. If I don't get
- 39:28Speaker 1: to come out, you'll seem to be the most outspoken
- 39:30Speaker 1: person anybody. Can't you overtake the body and go out
- 39:33Speaker 1: there and do your thing. I can't overtake the body.
- 39:36Speaker 1: I'm track. I've tracked man. Let's let's let's let's discust
- 39:43Speaker 1: this man. If I allowed him to give you a part,
- 39:45Speaker 1: Why are you tripping on anything? Because I should be
- 39:47Speaker 1: able to come out and at least take about you
- 39:49Speaker 1: always come out and take the bout. Who you hauling? That? Though?
- 39:53Speaker 1: Sound like it hauling that you though, you know, I

- 40:06Speaker 1: him talk to you like that. I'm not worried about
- 40:08Speaker 1: any of this, Jake. I take the bill, I do
- 40:10Speaker 1: the curtain call. I allow you to have you got
- 40:13Speaker 1: three four scenes in the show. What you complaining about, Gene,

- 56:00Speaker 1: boy god, this thing in the Bahamas that we're down
- 56:07Speaker 1: here doing. Just wanted to inform you all, yes, sir,
- 56:12Speaker 1: the rarity of of event, typical waywardness, complaints of things
- 56:26Speaker 1: involving lack of fan base. M oh oh, I will
- 56:35Speaker 1: be involved in in partaking of dinner with my wife
- 56:41Speaker 1: or I have not seen in nearly two, will be
- 56:46Speaker 1: uh taking her to dinner on a nightly base, all right.
- 56:53Speaker 1: I will also be involved heavily or at the Great
- 56:59Speaker 1: Clear Factory or cigar Efficient nada. Alright, alright. I have
- 57:10Speaker 1: a private room downstairs set aside for cigar smoking and
- 57:15Speaker 1: relaxation between the main objective that evening of gambling, dice shooting, roulette, wheeling,
- 57:30Speaker 1: video pokering, Yeah, hustling, trying to crackle. All right, thank you,
- 57:37Speaker 1: let's get to the letter now. On top of that,
- 57:39Speaker 1: some damn golf churching man. Man to the letter, we
- 57:49Speaker 1: go to buggle up, hold on tight. We got it
- 57:52Speaker 1: for you here it is straw Mary letter subject brother
- 57:56Speaker 1: in law has to go. Good morning, Shirley and Steve.
- 57:59Speaker 1: My husband got my brother in law a job at
- 58:02Speaker 1: his company and allowed him to live with us a while,
- 58:05Speaker 1: live with us while he got us used to the
- 58:08Speaker 1: city and found a place to live. Well, that was
- 58:11Speaker 1: two years ago. And he eats all our food, doesn't
- 58:15Speaker 1: clean up after himself. We have no children, so one
- 58:19Speaker 1: whole side of the house is basically all to himself.
- 58:22Speaker 1: He practice practically lives here rent free, all paid utilities, food, cable,
- 58:28Speaker 1: pass pass to our community, jim oh passes to our
- 58:33Speaker 1: community gym and pool, etc. You name it, he's got
- 58:36Speaker 1: it courtesy of us. Now, my husband got a job
- 58:39Speaker 1: about three hours away and had to get an apartment
- 58:42Speaker 1: to stay during the week, and he has left me
- 58:45Speaker 1: here with the mooture of his brother. I want him out,
- 58:50Speaker 1: but my husband says he feels a lot better knowing
- 58:52Speaker 1: someone who's in the house with me than me being alone.
- 58:55Speaker 1: I told my husband I did not care. I was
- 58:58Speaker 1: sick and tired of the city. He says he told
- 59:01Speaker 1: him to move out, and he has mentioned his guilt
- 59:05Speaker 1: of having to have done it. Plus his mother has
- 59:07Speaker 1: called him and given him the guilt trip. I don't
- 59:09Speaker 1: believe it's true and that he will be out. I
- 59:12Speaker 1: am counting down the days. My question is what should
- 59:16Speaker 1: I do if he's not out? The worst part a
- 59:18Speaker 1: couple of years before the worst part A couple of
- 59:22Speaker 1: years before that, my sister and her kids lived with
- 59:25Speaker 1: us for about a year. She did pay for food,
- 59:28Speaker 1: cooked and cleaned. But I know he will hold it
- 59:30Speaker 1: against me because he sees it as us helping family
- 59:34Speaker 1: desperately looking for a solution. Wow. You know, one of
- 59:39Speaker 1: the worst feelings to me in the world is to
- 59:42Speaker 1: be in your own home, you know, and then be
- 59:45Speaker 1: uncomfortable and to feel out of place. I mean, that's
- 59:48Speaker 1: where you go after a hard day's work. You know,
- 59:51Speaker 1: you close the doors, you shut off the world and
- 59:53Speaker 1: just have some peace, you know, some love in your home.
- 59:57Speaker 1: But right now you're a prisoner in your own home.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: It sounds to me because you can't really do what
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: you want to do. And that's the key, because you know,
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: it sounds as if you don't think that it's your
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: home too. Or you're not really getting that at your
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: home too, and you can speak up about this. I mean,
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: you've been dealing with this for two years, so you've
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: just been walking around miserable and upset for two years.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: You know I say this, You know it's a whole lot.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: This man, your brother in law, has a job now.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: That means he can definitely get out and get an apartment.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: To me, the bigger problem in all of this, though,
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: is your husband. He's the one that doesn't get it.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: You need to have a conversation with him. Tell him
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: he's confusing helping with an abling and that this situation
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: is putting a big strain on your marriage. He's putting
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: family before you and that's really the wrong thing to
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: do in a marriage. His family needs to get out
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: of your house and your marriage. Steve, this is a
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: bunch of bull. It's what to see. It's the right here.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: I can't stay in letters like this. Right here, this's
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: a grown man in your house. Grown man got a job. Okay,
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: let me tell you where your letter went a little
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: crazy at He got him a job at his company.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: Live with us for a while. It's been two years.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: Who you know working, can't get an apartment after two years. Okay,
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: he eats up all our food, doesn't clean up after
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: we have no children, so he has one side of
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: the whole house basically to himself. Well, here's a correction.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: You do have children. You do have children. And it's him,
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: the big ass dude that stay in the house, that
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: can drive and go to work. That's your child. Now,
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: they ain't your brother in law. That's you all's child.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: He's got all of this stuff, paid utilities. He doesn't
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: pay rent any utility, doesn't buy food, cable, pass to
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: the community, gyman, poo, you name it. He got it.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: I want him out. My husband says, he feels better
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: knowing that there's someone in the house with me. How
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: many grown women can stay by their self? Yeah, do
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: you know how many grown women can stay in their
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: house by their self. That's a ridiculous response. I feel
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: better knowing somebody's dead with you. Man. Are you nuts?
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: That's a great thing to say. You ain't dead. You
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: haven't moved out on the man. Now, you didn't left
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: your woman at the house because you got a job
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: three hours away, and you'd have left this man in
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: the house with your one. Are you nuts. I got it,
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: your brother, And you don't think nothing gonna happen. And
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: I'm not saying nothing we all happen. I'm just saying
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: she's sick of it. She can't come home walk around
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: her own house naked. And lord know we all like
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: to see them walk through the house naked. Anyway, That's
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: a whole nother thing. He felt guilty. He says his
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: mother has called him and giving him the guilt trip. Hell,
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: let him stay with his mama, then the mama gotta
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: guilt trip. Somebody else opened up the house and let
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: home of the homeless, smoothing. But you've got to stop this.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: I got some response answers for you when I come back.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: This is how to get someone to leave your house.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: All right, Part two of Steve's response. It's coming up.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: I think it's between cigars and golf holes. Du twenty
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: three after He'll be back and we'll be back. You're
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up in about
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: twenty minutes, another episode of bad acting theater. Guys, Yes
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: with the Chapman's. But come on, Steve right now with
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: part two of today's Strawberry Letter. Your response back to
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: this letter. Brother in law gotta go. The brother in
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: law do have to go? Period. You know this is
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: crazy right here. See here, here's I got helping your
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: brother get on his feet. But seeing where people confuse it.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: Helping somebody and taking care of somebody's two different things.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: If you are a person who needs a nurse at
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: your house every day, then you got somebody that's coming
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: by taking care of you, flipping you, washing you, wiping you,
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: spreading you, rolling you, over, powdering you. That's taking care
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: of somebody. That's too much. All I want to do
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: is help you. I went to the stove boxing prescription,
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: bought it. Puts set on nice skad nice stand ill
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: at you tomorrow. That's helping somebody. Yeah, taking care of
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: somebody is putting the peel in their mouth and making
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: them chewing you, opening their jaw and making them munch
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: on it. That's what that is. That's too much. Rule
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: number one. See, and the husband's got to require that
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: as brother, be a man. Stop cuddling this little boy.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Be a man, Get up on your own, wire on
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: and water. These dudes get their little brothers, and these
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: mothers require that you take care of this boy like
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: he a boy the rest of his life. Rule number
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: one in my house no rent, no food, no cleaning,
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: no stay. That's rule number one. If you don't do
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: these three things right here, then you can't stay. The
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: day I say you can't stay, Now, how do you
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: get him out? Listen to me. This is some things
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: you can do because your husband has moved to this
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: apartment during the week. Here's what you do. Put combination
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: locks on all the toilets. On the toilets, not the
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: door toilet, and then act like you can't remember the combination.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: You got to go somewhere you can't hold him. Number two,
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: chain a pit bull to the refrigerator. That cut back
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: on eating. Now, once you can't go to the bathroom,
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: you can't eat. You really have to find somewhere to stay.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: If that don't work, it's got to work. You can
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: always ask your sister and all hook kids to move
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: back in in his room. Make it real crowded in
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: that crazy all right. See, we gotta go. Thank you
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: so very much. Email us or instagram us your thoughts

- 1:08:13Speaker 1: don't require tone kissing every day. You don't have time
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: to kiss every day? Oh oh, me and my girl
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: kiss every day, okay every day. Um, I'll be working.
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: Oh you gotta know that, my wife home, my girl
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: be sleeping, and then I come home. Man, I'll be
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: looking crazy. And then I've been talking all day. So
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: I don't want to talk when I come home because
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: I've been talking all day. So she understands that. Now.
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: What I can't do is try to start that without
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: some damn talking, trying to mind that you're cussed out. Yeah,
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: you can be sleep if you want to. I'm gonna
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: walk around loud and naked, so I'm gonna get your attention.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: I have sex every day, and I ain't get somebody
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: enjoining me doing this by yourself. You gotta put nobody out.
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: Here's the last thing. And I'm so out of this, okay,
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: just laugh, just laugh. Laugh every day I do that. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: but you guys are dating. No we're not, but we
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: do laugh every day. Yeah, laugh at me when we

- 1:10:16Speaker 1: Theater with your hosts and narrator me Shirley Strawberry, starring
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: Steve Harvey and the cast of the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: You all know Steve Harvey, the most level headed, never
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: quick to anger with his employees, and always kind and
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: encouraging to us. That's right, that's what's written here, and
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: that's what I'm reading. Done. Would like Did you like that? Steve?
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: Hum Boss? Did you like that? Just go? Oh? I
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: told you, I told you. Well, it's time for the chapmans. Now.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: If you miss last week's episode, that means you have
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: a life. But here's what happened. Earl was in the
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: hospital yelling for the nurse. Yes, yes, nurse Chance and
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: he Brown played the low energy hospital nurse you know,
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: and noise it's sick, people of being yet you ain't
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: the only one in yet sick. Keep it down, there's
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: a hospital. Earl also complained about the hospital service. Why
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: do you put a man who was shot in the
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: butt with a blowdog and a born arrow in the
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: bed on his back, and he complained about the fact
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: that French he tricked him. Hand me that seal phone,
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: so I can call that good for nothing, low down Fritchard.
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: I'm out of any million, and my son is still alive. Damn,
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: damn down. We caught up with KK just as she
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: was slapping Junior. You did a good job, but he's
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: still alive. So just for that, I'm gonna have to
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: slap you. Junior. Job Junior complaints, You're gonna have to
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: hold up. Next time you want to take a hit
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: on someone, do it you damn self right. Then, there's
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: a knock on the door. The sound man must be
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: editing another show. Like I said, there was a knock
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: on the door. Junior answers, let's look in on this
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: week's episode. We like to call this episode nothing the building.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: Let's pick up on this week's episode where Junior is
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: talking to Officer. Touch it, like I said last week,
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: touch what that's my name? Offics? You touch it and
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: I'd like to know where KK is. You must not
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: know much about radio. I really don't think you do,
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: because when you hear this sound right here, that means
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: someone's gone. You want to hear it again? Please please,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: that's right, touch it. She's gone. Now. We pick up
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: KK in the car on the run, and in the
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: words of Snoop Dogg, she is rolling down the streets
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: smoking indoors, sipping on chin and juice and shut up.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: Let me turn this damn radio off. I need to think.
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: I can't let them get me. I ain't going back
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: to jail. This messed up. Oh, Jay's out and I'm
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: running from the pop po Oh my god, how did
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: the radio come back on? Yes? Right as you can
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: do what you do to people if you don't want
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: to go back to jail. That's right me. Who is that?
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: It's odd? I thought I got rid of you, I know,
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: and I wrote myself the scripts. Oh this is scary
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: and just in time for Halloween. Let's see what's going
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: on with Earl and his son Chester played by Tommy
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: who also plays Frenchie, who is also George Wallace. Hey, o, man,
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: how you doing? Who the hell is that walking around? No?
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: They got me laying on my stomach. I can't see
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: a dang thing walk around here, so I can see
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: your feet and then I know who I'm talking to.
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: I know them pigeon toes in that one bow leg
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: get anywhere Chester, damn it? I mean, I'm I'm I'm
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: happy to see you, Son, I'm happy to see you Dad. Smack. Okay,
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: I'm happy to see you Dad later. But did you
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: just smack a man on the butt with a butt injury? Pam?
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: You stupid? You got any idea who did this to me? No?
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: But I might have an idea. Well, I need you
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: to find out so I can put this behind me.
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: I don't worry about Dad. I'm gonna get to the
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: bottom of this, please, because I'm bummed about the whole thing.
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: I won't quit. Tell I find out who did who
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: did this? Well, I'm gonna have a grin on my
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: cheeks when you do, Son, don't worry. I got some
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: jump in my trunk that would take care than punk Dad.
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: That's right, Son, I need you to crack this case. Uh,
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: because the guy who did this were real bloodtholes. That's right, sir.
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: I want them crying like they smell an onion. Don't
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: worry about the Dad. I'm perturbed about the whole thing
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: hanging there whoa, whoa. Okay, okay, I didn't mean to
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: be ain't on about this, but this episode really stinks
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: that Ladies and Gentlemen has The Chatman starring Steve Harvey,
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: star of Funderdome, Family Feud, Little Big Shots, The Apollo
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: and The New Daytime Show Steve as Earl Chapman and
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: me Shirley wears the Kitchen Strawberry as your narrator, Carla,
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: do this? Do that? Ferrell as KK Nephew. I saw
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: Janet Jackson, Tommy who plays a part of Frenchie and
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: Chester Junior as Junior. Written by Jay Anthony Championship Team Brown.
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: Our engineers are Cat Dog and Baby Joel, the twins
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: and this has been a watch out there now production
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: on the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, we'll be
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: right back. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: It is time now for our Health and Wellness segment.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: Time to get in shape, time to be healthy and
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: be happy. So come on, Steve, introduce your trainer, Olbie
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: Abadicki out of Nigeriu. By way, we all got off.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: We're here. We all got off one Eventually, somewhere down
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: the line, a boat trip was all of us, everybody
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: over here. A matter of fact, Well, anyway, I give
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: you workout and everything. Man, So this is my train
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: of nutritionist, nutritions, nutritionist Is that right? Yes, sir? Tell
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: him I called him a nutrition list is always list
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: the stuff and candy. All right? But don't you feel
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: better though? I mean, come on, man, I'm in like
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: this is probably the best shape that I've been in
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: in a long time. I'm still not where I want
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: to be, Okay. I was just gonna ask, are you
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: happy with the way you look naked? Does that makes
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: you check yourself naked a whoe? Not completely, but at
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: least from when I came off my vacation, it's a
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: big difference in the way I look. Okay, I think
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: I think one of the most important things people need
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: to understand is not get focused on the number on
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: the scale, because the last two and a half weeks,
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna be honest, he's been at the same weight,
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: but he's dropped body fat and he's also dropped inches
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: in terms of his in terms of his him fitting
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: his clothes, his waist, his clothes are definitely much more loose.
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: His face definitely looks more the scale. The scale doesn't
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: show the scale doesn't show body fat loss or muscle gains.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: So we're lifting weights and doing cardio. If you feel
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: his arms, his arms are harder or tighter, his endurance
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: is more endurance, He's got more strength. So it doesn't.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: I just I just want people to not be discouraged
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: by the number on the scale because it doesn't tell everything.
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: Because the muscles, because muscle weighs more than fat, without
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: a doubt, And it doesn't show you how much muscle
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: you've gained or how much body fat you've lost. You
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: know what I mean. So um, but we're very very happy.
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: I would say, I would honestly say he's probably lost
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: at least eight to nine percent in body fat. He's
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: doing weightlifting and cardio and doing cardio. What exactly is
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: he doing? Okay, so right now I have I have
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: Steve doing two days of weight training where we're weight
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: training about thirty five minutes and he's doing about twenty
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: minutes of cardio, and then the other two days he's
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: doing true the other two Yes, we are, that's you
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: every day, work out every day, and what we're doing.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: You have to tell him we didn't know cardio cardio.
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: Hey tell him here, tell everybody what we're doing. What
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: I ask you if we give you lighted obie on
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: the show? Let oi, okay, let me speak Steve please, okay?
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: What he's doing two days of weight training and two
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: days of full cardio, so one hour two days of
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: full one hour cardio, and then two days of weight
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: training about thirty five minutes high intensity. Oh all right.
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: So the most important thing that we did was we
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: made this change because this was during the second phase.
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: Before he was doing weight training four days a week
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: and he was doing that maybe thirty minutes and then
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: maybe doing about twenty five minutes of cardio. So we've
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: increased his cardio because we're trying to drop body fat.
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: Let me ask you something, can ask you a quick question?
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: What okay? Would he come on the show? The question?
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: The question? We used to do false sets, false sets,
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: three different exercises per body part. Now we haven't broke
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: it down to we do three body parts, three sets.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: How to heir, that's thirty minutes. You you knock it
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: out in thirty minutes, my man, We're efficient. We get
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: through it really quickly. Thank you, go ahead. What the
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: question is if you could go to sleep and wake
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: up at your idea't wait or your way side, what
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: would it be? L cool J. That's how you want
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: to be. You want to wake up. That's what you're mad.
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: Not Obie Obi Obie smaller than me? Uh yeah, he's cut. Now,
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: if I could have these cuts with just a little
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: bit more size to it, worry about two hundred and
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: ten pounds about six percent body fact, we'll see. I'm
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: sitting right next to over and I think it's really
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: not the workout itself. I think it's one of them shirts.
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: If I could just get any one of them, man,
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: my whole No, no, no, Steve, I think about one
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: of them. Stop water shirt. Listen? Who is that shirt? Man? Listen?
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: You want me to plug? You want me to plug
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: the shirt brand? Wow? I got If you put the
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: shirt on, you would not be represented under all. Okay,
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: Steve in there, you say he's working at him. We
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: can see a difference. Steve looks phenomenal a lot. He's
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: sweating a lot. The man's gotten phenomenal endurance. He's I
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: mean man right now is doing flat dumbell chest press
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: for like seventy pounds. A lot of weight. He's doing
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: wall sits right now for fifty pounds on each leg.
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: He held it for a minute's one hundred pounds and
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: he held it for one minute. Wall Sitz works the butt,
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: it works the legs, it works the hamstrings. Right now. Okay,
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: you got the last post they made. What's me doing
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: a below ninety degree? Because you know so many people, Hey,
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: they don't even take a consideration. Then I'm sixty. I
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: ain't man, you ain't low enough. Damn how low you
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: want me to go down? Now that's a question. Do
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: you give him a workout based on his age or
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: based on his ability? I when I create a program,
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: I created based on his age, based on his based
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: on his physical capability, and also what he can and
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: cannot do. You can't. You can't give the same program
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: to everybody. Right, but but but but but I also
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: want to say this when I when I worked, when
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: I started working with Steve, he told me, I don't
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: want you to treat me like I'm sixty years old.
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: So the programs that we're doing is I know people
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: half his age. I can't do it. Just what I'm
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: talking about. Before you get we gotta go, hang on,
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: ob hang on, okay, yeah, we'll be bad. You still
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: don't get to comment. You're listening to show, all right,
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: on the show. We are committed as you can here
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: to being healthy, and we're committed to being happy of course.
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: And Steve, we're back with your trainer. Obie tell me
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: had a question first, but you were talking about Steve
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: said that he didn't want you to train him like
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: he was sixty, sixty year old man without a doubt.
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: I mean, any fitness trainer that gives a program, you
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: can't give the same program to two different to someone
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: that's twenty five, to someone that's sixty. So I need
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: to find out does he have bad needs, have a
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: bad lower back, what he can what he can't do,
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: and then I tailor it based on what he can do.
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: I can't give you a program that maybe you can't do,
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: but I can do, so I have a tailor to
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: your to your physical papability deal. Like he said, I
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: told him, I don't want the sixty year old workout
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: because I'm not really sixty physically and I'm not sixty mentally.
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: What would you say if you could put my workout
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: into an age bracket? Where would you put it work.
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: I would honestly say it's between thirty five years and
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: forty all right. I mean I had I had, I
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: had people at my gym saying, I can't believe the
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: Harvey's doing wall set for one minute with one hundred pounds.
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: Have you people were impressed by that? Because I know
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: people that in the twenties that can't do that. Have
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: you ever had a client cush you as much as
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: this client? Right? Yet? You know what I'm getting? Used
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: to profanity with speed? You know what I mean I've gotten.
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: I actually feel that that means he loves me. Don't
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: take it personal, man, he keep person me every two seconds.
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: I know that means he loves him. And do you
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: give him a nutrition plan? And give him Absolutely, he's
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: got a nutritional plan obviously carbs, he has his healthy fats,
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: and he has his proteins. If you add more fiber
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: in your diet, that's gonna help you lose wet. You
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: know why. It's gonna help you more full. It's gonna
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: make you more full. It's like a sponge. Fiber is
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: like beans, fruits, vegetables, whole grains. All right, So you're
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: consuming about maybe forty grams of fiber. It's going to
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: be it's almost like an appetite suppressant. So that's what
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: we're gonna do in the last phase. And he's I
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: think he has he's consuming about nineteen hundred calories per day.
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: We're gonna drop it down about seventeen hundred and seventeen fifty.
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: It's more fiber. So he's gonna have fruits and vegetables
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: with every meal. I think right now he's having fruits
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: and vegetables with just maybe one meal. And that's to
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: drop a lot about body fat. That's gonna help drop
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: a lot of body fat. But when you're reducing calories,
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: typically you're gonna be hungry or so if we add
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: more fiber, that's gonna help. That's gonna be making it's
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: gonna be it's gonna be more fuller. And when he
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: gets uh, when he you deprive him of food, he'll
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: be a little cranky, won't you. You'll be a little
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: cranky when you come to the work. He only cusses
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: everybody else. But what's interesting is that he's dropping body
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: fat while having carves with every meal. And what I
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: wanted to tell you guys before is that carbs is
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: your friend, it's not your enemy. I dropped a lot
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: of body fat seeing George Wallace's mama. Everyone tell us
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: about the cheap day, Obie, I would say, leave the cheat.
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: I would say it's more of a cheat meal, not
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: a cheap day. So I always say, if you're gonna
- 1:28:20Speaker 1: have a cheap meal, don't make it more. The cheap
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: meal should be no bigger than the palm of your hand,
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: like a slice of pizza, a small hamburger. And it's
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: more of a mental, mental psychological thing more than anything,
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: because you don't want to derail your whole week because
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: you just had a full cheap day. So I'd like
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: to say a cheap meal. Whatever you're doing with him
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: is working its rank here. But yeah, I mean he's
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: losing weight. Yeah. Follow me on Instagram, follow me on Twitter,
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: over over dka dot com for any health and wellness tips,
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: and we post a lot of exercise videos of Steve
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: on my page and his page. And I love the
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: fact that I have the opportunity to work with Steve
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: and use his health and wellness to help a lot
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: of people. So I really appreciate the opportunity, right, Thank you, Obie.
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: We gotta get out of here. We'll be back right
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: after this. You're listening morning show. All right, here we go,
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: all right, Steve, here we go, looking good. You are
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: y'all through? Yeah, nothing else is saying everybody, yeah we
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: were No no no, no no no no. Man to
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: get quiet, called. I gotta let the jokes roll, you know,
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: everybody come out the condition. But he can't take it.
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: So I just don't let the jokes. But it's true though,
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: that part is everybody through, Shirley. I don't need this
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: from you, right him? Speed? What you mad about? I
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: know what's happening. Oh, I see what's happening. Yeah, I'm
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: working out, and really it ain't so nicely. Regan ain't
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: working out obviously, that's the damn whatever it is he
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: working out. Obviously. I got a compliment, very good. I
- 1:30:11Speaker 1: got a compliment for you man. You you your mustache.
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: He is looking thinner, wow, wow dropping it dropping when
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: you dropped mustache? Waight he man. Yesterday, when I was
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: doing the wall squats, I left a word out of
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: the poem. You don't you don't even understand how that feels.
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: So I left a word out. It was in the
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: one sectionist word I left out, and then at the
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: end I posted it right. I typed it right the
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: Plumbers by Ernest Hemingway. But at the end I said, yeah,
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: that's Rudyard Kipling. But Rudyard Kipling is actually if the
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: other poem that was drummed in to me, I'm some
- 1:30:49Speaker 1: dire situation, but that's all. It was a couple of
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: dudes on that. You left the word out. Well, man,
- 1:30:56Speaker 1: you put the damn hundred pounds on your legs and
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: squat you remember, Yeah, see if you see what else
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: come out of you. Yeah, I missed a word in
- 1:31:05Speaker 1: the point, but let's see what come out of you though.
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: So that was all. But the workout is going good. Man.
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: I got a little, just a little discouraged, you know,
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: because the scale stopped moving on me. But then as
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: I started taking my pictures, I could see the changes.
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: I'm adding a little bit more muscle and muscle weight
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: more than fat, so that desk weight distribution. Lee Haney
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: taught me about that. So other than that, man, I'm
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: looking better. My clothes. It is fitting better. I gotta
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: ways to go, man, to get to where I want.
- 1:31:33Speaker 1: But it's encouraging, you know, I appreciate everybody on Instagram
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: with all the encouragement. But it's amazing though. Man, I
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: don't care what you do. Somebody hating only sixty seconds.
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: Wait a minute, it's all I got. I'm sorry you
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: do the wall Scott. This is what y'all do. Go
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: to my Instagram and look at the last post. And
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: I was trying to recite in victors you know what
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: I do want to understand. But one white dude on
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: Instagram said he's so ignorant. What do prayer I have
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: to do with that? I went, what what? Why would
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: you say that? That's not a prayer, it's a poem.
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: You really need to read your Bible just a little
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: bit more often. Actually that's all it was. And then
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: new credit is like, like my last wall Scott squats
- 1:32:29Speaker 1: was he ain't lower enough. So I'm just showing people
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: on them. Man, I go, I go below to for
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: the ninety degree. It's mental with me. So I felt
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: feel good, man, I'm in great shape. You're doing good.
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: You're doing Yeah. I appreciate you Junior and Jay Anthony
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: for trying to be encouraging, and Carla thank you so much.
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: So Julia, no, you're not. No, you're not you. Let's
- 1:32:55Speaker 1: go to break all right. We'll be back with just
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: one more thing to close about the show. You're listening
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: to the Steven Show. All right. Here we go with
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: just one more thing, Steve, this is dumb, all right?
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: Tell me if you guys agree. While we all wish
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: we could tell whether someone was a cheater just by
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: looking at them, that's not always the case. But believe
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: it or not, a new study suggests you may be
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: able to pick out a cheater by the sound of
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: his or her voice. A study recently published Yeah this
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: is interesting, huh, recently published in Evolutionary Psychology, suggests that
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: the sound of a person's voice could reveal whether there's
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: someone uh who's been unfaithful. Participants were asked to listen
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: to the voices of ten men and ten women, with
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: half of each sex being people who have admitted to
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: stepping out on a relationship at some point and the
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: other half having never cheated. All the voices were simply
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: counting from one to ten, and all were shared in
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: two different pitches to see if pitch had any effect
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: sound on being able. I totally believe that I showed
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: what I'm talking about. I'll show you how you can
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: tell if a man cheating. Ask me, how did you?
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: How did your day go to day? How did your
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: day go to check? What you got to do it
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: to day? How would you're a cheater? Can you? How'd
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: your daygo today? Day? You went great? His pitches always
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: he's not a cheater. Yeah, but Steve, how'd your daygo
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: to day? Uh? You know it was interesting? Uh? I
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: had a lot about the date about to day. That's
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: not a cheating Hell. Hell, how my day go to day? Hell?
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: It just got started? All right, Tommy, how'd your daygo
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: to day? Hell? You got to do with my got
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: cheater written over? Oh god? Alright? So huh yeah, I
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: was just going to ask him to count to ten?
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: See I, and you say you were asking me where
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: were you? How I went to the bathroom? And you
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: should know about that. You're definitely not a cheater. You
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: gotta go to the bathroom too much. All right, here
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: we go ask me the question A. Participants were asked
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: to listen to the voices of ten men and ten women,
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: with half of each sex being people who admitted to
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: cheating and then the other half having never cheated. All
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: the voices were simply counting from one to ten, and
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: all were shared in two different pitches to see if
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: pitch had any effect in being able to identify cheaters.
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: So there you go. So there were there were ten
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: people asked to count to ten. Ten men, ten women?
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: Just don't count? Don't all right? Come on, Jay, let's
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: count one to ten. One two three, four, five, seven,
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: eight nineteen? Is that cheating? Count? Okay? Do it on
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: another pitch, your cheater, cheater pitch? What's come on? Okay? Junior, junior?
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: You're looking but all the base you can muster up
- 1:36:24Speaker 1: into your voice, all right now? Okay? Cool? One two
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: three nine, ten, ten, ten, ten, ten. That's a cheating okay,
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: this is this is a non cheater. One two three four,
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: five six seven eight nine ten. Okay, this is a cheater?
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: One two three four five? What you're looking at me? For? Seven? What? What?
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: What's wrong? I said? Seven? It's not only got her?
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: Why are we counting? I got the count? What is ten?
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: You're a cheater? Only? No? Nine people? What you're talking about? Girl?
- 1:37:18Speaker 1: You come on your turn? One two three four and
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: he thank you for all that. You're gonna let my
- 1:37:32Speaker 1: numbers fall off. Oh my god, now you got all right, lady,
- 1:37:44Speaker 1: come on call one two three, four, five, six, seven,
- 1:37:49Speaker 1: eight nine ten. That's that's consistent. When I'm gonna kick,
- 1:37:56Speaker 1: I hit that in that fighting. That sounds like try
- 1:38:00Speaker 1: me if you want to. I'm gonna count, but say something.
- 1:38:07Speaker 1: All right, here we go one, two, three, four, five, six, seven,
- 1:38:11Speaker 1: eight nine ten. You know what, shery loyal? You'll buy
- 1:38:19Speaker 1: shoes and lie about it. That's got some of my
- 1:38:23Speaker 1: car right now, I'm not gonna get yeah, okay, so
- 1:38:31Speaker 1: about half and half? Yeah sure, yeah, I'm surprised. They
- 1:38:35Speaker 1: found five dudes that said they never cheat lying right there?
- 1:38:41Speaker 1: Count fund ten guys that would take the damn test.
- 1:38:46Speaker 1: But you know what, don't you guys think that more
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: and more women are cheating and they're better at it.
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: They're better at it. We always be smart. That's smart, right,
- 1:38:58Speaker 1: And then they deal with pressure better and men change
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: their behavior. You guys change. Yeah, the least little bank
- 1:39:05Speaker 1: like light new s. When you start wearing new share
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: you have table manners. You're getting nervous. We started talking
- 1:39:13Speaker 1: to people we've never spoken to the Talk to that guy.
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: You ain't never minute guy, Just need somebody other than
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: them two. All right, Steve, time to take us home.
- 1:39:28Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen. Thank you all so very much. Now
