- 0:29Speaker 2: a radio show, man, Yeah, dude, Steve Harvey got a
- 0:34Speaker 2: radio show. Because I can't tell it to you any
- 0:39Speaker 2: other way. Because God has been so so very amazing
- 0:44Speaker 2: to me. But the same God, and there is but one,
- 0:50Speaker 2: that same God he is. It can and will be
- 0:56Speaker 2: amazing in your life if you just allow it to happen.
- 1:00Speaker 2: You know, I was somewhere, you know, and I was
- 1:04Speaker 2: driving on the freeway somewhere, and I saw a billboard
- 1:11Speaker 2: and there was a guy in a field on his knees.
- 1:16Speaker 2: And on this billboard it said something to the effect
- 1:21Speaker 2: when you've run out of answers, try prayer. And I
- 1:28Speaker 2: was going somewhere and I don't even remember, I go
- 1:32Speaker 2: so much, man, I was just going somewhere and I
- 1:36Speaker 2: saw this billboard and I thought about that, and man,
- 1:42Speaker 2: I cannot tell you how true of a statement that is.
- 1:48Speaker 2: When you've run out of answers, when you don't know
- 1:51Speaker 2: what to do, when you feel weak, when you are
- 1:55Speaker 2: at a low point, when things just seem to keep
- 1:59Speaker 2: happening to you. You and you don't understand why prayer
- 2:04Speaker 2: is an amazing weapon. Prayer is available to all of us.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Here's a deal. You don't have to go through the
- 2:16Speaker 2: all of that you're going through alone. See, I'm talking
- 2:21Speaker 2: to men, women, boys, girls, students, leaders, bosses, employees. I
- 2:28Speaker 2: don't care what's happening. I don't care what your situation is.
- 2:31Speaker 2: I don't care if your relationship is all jacked up.
- 2:34Speaker 2: I don't care if your kids and your relationship is
- 2:37Speaker 2: jacked up. I don't care if your relationship at work
- 2:42Speaker 2: is shot. Your coworkers seem to always make you the
- 2:46Speaker 2: buddy end of the joke. You always somebody always talking
- 2:49Speaker 2: about you behind your back.
- 2:51Speaker 4: You're finding it more and.
- 2:52Speaker 2: More necessary to try to hold your head up and
- 2:55Speaker 2: walk past these people when some days you can't even
- 2:58Speaker 2: get your chin up off your chin. Yes, if you're
- 3:02Speaker 2: a woman out there and you've been alone by yourself
- 3:04Speaker 2: for so long, and you just tired of being alone,
- 3:07Speaker 2: you really want a relationship, You really want to be
- 3:11Speaker 2: have a mate, You want to meet your soul mate,
- 3:14Speaker 2: whatever it is, whatever it is, prayer is the answer.
- 3:22Speaker 2: You are listening to a guy who is a direct
- 3:25Speaker 2: recipient of prayer. I can't tell you anything that I've
- 3:31Speaker 2: gotten out of that I didn't pray about.
- 3:36Speaker 4: Oh, now, there are a lot of things. Hold on,
- 3:38Speaker 4: let me backtrack a little bit.
- 3:39Speaker 2: There are a lot of things that have happened in
- 3:41Speaker 2: my life that I've gotten past without praying, because I
- 3:45Speaker 2: think my mama was praying for me. And then there's
- 3:49Speaker 2: this thing that God has called grace and mercy that
- 3:52Speaker 2: he just somehow keeps us all waking up every day
- 3:56Speaker 2: with our foot on some form of solid ground because
- 3:59Speaker 2: He's just waiting on us to come to it. But y'all,
- 4:03Speaker 2: if you can implement prayer into your day every single day,
- 4:10Speaker 2: and I'm talking about put it in there at the
- 4:12Speaker 2: top of your day, put it in there in the
- 4:15Speaker 2: middle of your day, put it in there when you
- 4:17Speaker 2: close your day out, when you sitting at your desk
- 4:21Speaker 2: and ain't nobody bothering you, that's a good time. Now, Look,
- 4:25Speaker 2: you don't have to make no scene. You ain't got
- 4:28Speaker 2: to let everybody know. Oh I'm spiritual, I love God,
- 4:32Speaker 2: look at me. Oh I'm down. Or you ain't got
- 4:34Speaker 2: to do none of that. Matter of fact, don't do
- 4:35Speaker 2: it for that reason. Because if that's your reason for
- 4:38Speaker 2: doing it, that's gonna be your reward. If you want
- 4:41Speaker 2: somebody to just say, oh, they pray every you know,
- 4:43Speaker 2: they pray at lunch and they have a Bible on
- 4:45Speaker 2: their desk and they have a bunch of highlights in it.
- 4:48Speaker 2: If you sitting it out there so people can see
- 4:50Speaker 2: that that's what you do, then that's gonna be your reward.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Please know, that's gonna be your reward. What I want
- 4:58Speaker 2: you to do is pray. Ask God for the things
- 5:04Speaker 2: the desires of your heart, have a faith, believe in them.
- 5:10Speaker 2: But pray earnestly, man. I mean, actually go at it
- 5:14Speaker 2: with saying, hey, God, listen to me. I can't do
- 5:18Speaker 2: this without you. I need your help. Listen, man, I
- 5:22Speaker 2: know a lot of people that pray. I know a
- 5:25Speaker 2: lot of it. If I told you the rich and
- 5:28Speaker 2: famous that I talk to that pray constantly, it would
- 5:33Speaker 2: a maze you. Go talk to God about it.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Man.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Matter of fact, you done already got yourself into trouble.
- 5:39Speaker 4: Go talk to God about it. You can't see no
- 5:42Speaker 4: way out.
- 5:43Speaker 2: You're in a situation you're thinking about doing something straight crazy.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Pump your brake's partner slow down a little bit, my man,
- 5:50Speaker 2: Slow down. Don't. All you're gonna do is make situation worse.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Go over there today and talk to God. Talk to
- 6:01Speaker 2: God for real, just and look, man, you know what, Man,
- 6:05Speaker 2: Sometimes I've gone to God and I've just said, Hey, God,
- 6:09Speaker 2: I don't have a clue. Matter of fact, I'm so
- 6:13Speaker 2: jacked of right now. God, I don't even really know
- 6:15Speaker 2: what to ask you for. I just need some help.
- 6:18Speaker 2: I'm so deep in some mess right now. Not only
- 6:24Speaker 2: can I not see the way out, I can't see
- 6:26Speaker 2: my way round. There's a poem called Invictis, and the
- 6:32Speaker 2: opening line says, out of the night that covers me
- 6:38Speaker 2: black as a pit from pole to pole. I thank
- 6:44Speaker 2: God's for whatever be for my unconquerable soul. That this
- 6:50Speaker 2: line is so deep. It starts off saying, I am
- 6:54Speaker 2: in deep trouble. I'm in a pit, black as a pit.
- 7:00Speaker 5: From pole to pole.
- 7:02Speaker 2: I'm talking about man. From over there to over there,
- 7:06Speaker 2: it's pitch black. And man, that man, you've been in
- 7:14Speaker 2: that situation before, y'all, because I have. I'm talking about
- 7:19Speaker 2: black as a pit from pole to pole. God is there,
- 7:26Speaker 2: God is available, God is always standing by. He just
- 7:31Speaker 2: wants you to come to him. See, he been coming
- 7:36Speaker 2: to you a whole lot of times. He's presented himself.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I can't tell you how many times he's shown you
- 7:42Speaker 2: how good a god he is. He's given us all
- 7:45Speaker 2: grace and mercy without us asking for it. He's gotten
- 7:47Speaker 2: you through some things. And you looked him going, oh, man,
- 7:50Speaker 2: I don't know how to hell. Okay, that's cool.
- 7:52Speaker 4: I'm cool. No no, no, no, no, that wasn't cool.
- 7:55Speaker 4: That was God.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Pray man. When you out of answers and you don't
- 8:00Speaker 2: know what to do, pray. If you see some trouble,
- 8:02Speaker 2: come and pray. If you already got into it, pray.
- 8:06Speaker 2: If you don't know the answers, pray. If you can't
- 8:08Speaker 2: see no way out, pray. Pray, Man, Talk to God.

- 10:13Speaker 2: I ain't got no money for that, but if you
- 10:15Speaker 2: will work hard, one day, you can get one. So
- 10:19Speaker 2: I was kind of thinking it. Then then when we
- 10:25Speaker 2: had a field trip one time to a dairy farm
- 10:29Speaker 2: and for lunch we had apple sauce, a couple of
- 10:34Speaker 2: college cheese, and something else from the farm.
- 10:41Speaker 4: It was trifling. It was moments like that. Junior.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Then, we didn't have no boy Scouts in our neighborhood.

- 11:23Speaker 6: be crazy saying for okay.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:27Speaker 2: So I was just telling them the moments that was
- 11:28Speaker 2: pushing me towards greatness.
- 11:30Speaker 6: This is crazy, it's crazy crazy.
- 11:35Speaker 9: This is crazy, Scout.
- 11:41Speaker 2: You are not the Scouts I be seeing on TV.
- 11:44Speaker 2: This is crazy. We don't go nowhere.

- 23:45Speaker 6: My wife is acting funny, even after she said I
- 23:48Speaker 6: could go without her. Why would she say that and

- 26:09Speaker 6: bill came, it was over six hundred dollars and my
- 26:12Speaker 6: ex gave it to me and I paid it. Is
- 26:16Speaker 6: that why I was invited? Did I have to pay
- 26:18Speaker 6: the entire bill?
- 26:21Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 26:21Speaker 8: You did it?
- 26:22Speaker 4: Don't Yeah, don't you over that flexing?
- 26:25Speaker 2: So you went over, you met with your ex and
- 26:27Speaker 2: her two friends because you thought it was gonna be something. Yeah,
- 26:30Speaker 2: the problem was to six hundred dollars, wasn't the problem

- 28:45Speaker 6: entertainment news right after this. You're listening.
- 28:50Speaker 5: Hardy morning show.
- 28:55Speaker 6: Podcaster and former NFL player Cam Newton recently spoke on
- 28:59Speaker 6: his views on mage and commitment, and of course, he
- 29:02Speaker 6: sparked outrage online. Cam said love is not a stamp
- 29:07Speaker 6: of approval from the government, meaning a marriage certificate. He
- 29:10Speaker 6: said it's about the energy between two people. Cam made
- 29:14Speaker 6: it clear that he prioritizes a genuine connection with his
- 29:17Speaker 6: partner over a legal obligation. He said, quote, I want
- 29:21Speaker 6: to be around who wants to be around me. I
- 29:24Speaker 6: like volunteers. I don't do hostages. Cam said that marriage
- 29:29Speaker 6: would make him. Cam said that marriage would make him
- 29:33Speaker 6: feel like he's holding a woman hostage or she's holding
- 29:36Speaker 6: him hostage. He said he would prefer to have a
- 29:38Speaker 6: quote life partner. Cam has nine children, six biological and
- 29:44Speaker 6: three yah yeah yeah, yeah yeah, six biological, three that
- 29:50Speaker 6: he's raising from past relationships. He of course, has never
- 29:53Speaker 6: been married. And what do you think marriage is? Like
- 29:56Speaker 6: holding someone hostage or being held hostage?
- 29:59Speaker 4: That's what Cam. I like, Kim Lee. Now I don't
- 30:03Speaker 4: share his views on it at all.
- 30:08Speaker 2: See, sometimes we have to realize that it's not just
- 30:12Speaker 2: about you, it's about those children nine, it's about her feelings.
- 30:20Speaker 2: That's what you do sometimes as me, and we sacrifice
- 30:24Speaker 2: a lot for those that we love and care about it.
- 30:26Speaker 2: I'm not saying he's not a great father. I don't
- 30:28Speaker 2: know anything about it. He seems like he would be
- 30:31Speaker 2: though a great father. But if you don't want to
- 30:34Speaker 2: get married, then just say that because you know it's
- 30:37Speaker 2: not a hostage situation. It do feel like that sometimes
- 30:40Speaker 2: it do?
- 30:48Speaker 13: It?
- 30:48Speaker 4: Do feel like that?
- 30:49Speaker 1: Really?
- 30:50Speaker 4: I hate that he said, use the word hostage because
- 30:52Speaker 4: exactly what I feel like from time to time.
- 30:56Speaker 5: So why sign up for it then?
- 30:58Speaker 4: Because you don't know. See, you didn't know that was coming.
- 31:00Speaker 4: You didn't know. That's how she got I didn't know
- 31:04Speaker 4: that my wife was gonna be in charge of me either.
- 31:06Speaker 4: I didn't. I didn't.
- 31:07Speaker 6: You didn't you know?
- 31:09Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 31:10Speaker 13: How did you?
- 31:11Speaker 6: You didn't know that?
- 31:13Speaker 4: There was no sign of it early on?
- 31:16Speaker 6: That's easy. Yeah, even when you're dating, you should know that.
- 31:22Speaker 4: My wife controls that. Ah, I breathe is this? Really?
- 31:28Speaker 9: I have not had an original thought in four years.
- 31:35Speaker 6: All that thinking.
- 31:38Speaker 9: Think for myself, I've not had an original thought in
- 31:40Speaker 9: tho days.
- 31:41Speaker 2: I know.
- 31:41Speaker 4: Get somewhere said.
- 31:44Speaker 6: I haven't told you to say anything about it.
- 31:47Speaker 9: Or I'm happily married because she told.
- 31:49Speaker 6: Me, get on board with it.
- 31:52Speaker 5: Yeah, do you feel like a hostage?
- 31:54Speaker 6: Junior? You feel like a hostage?
- 31:57Speaker 9: Hostage?
- 31:57Speaker 2: Uh?
- 31:58Speaker 6: Huh?
- 31:59Speaker 9: What Look, they got better rights as hostages. That's me.
- 32:08Speaker 2: There's another term that we don't use often, but inmate,
- 32:14Speaker 2: wait a minute.
- 32:14Speaker 5: You guys, are you guys agree.
- 32:17Speaker 4: With Cam Newton? Yeah? Po ws, I mean war, That's
- 32:23Speaker 4: what it is. That's why I am a po w.
- 32:28Speaker 13: That was.
- 32:34Speaker 8: But there are some there are some people that are
- 32:37Speaker 8: together that are not married, that's been together forever.
- 32:40Speaker 5: A lot of people sign up for that. Yeah, yeah,
- 32:44Speaker 5: a lot of people.
- 32:45Speaker 2: Marriage also works in a great way in terms of
- 32:49Speaker 2: the fiable family.
- 32:51Speaker 4: I think that's a very still a very very.
- 32:53Speaker 2: Important institution, institution of family that you know, my children
- 32:58Speaker 2: have my last name, you.
- 33:00Speaker 6: Know, yeah, a lot of kids.
- 33:05Speaker 5: Yeah, commitment, how about commitment?
- 33:08Speaker 9: Commitment talk of I ain't free to pick my own clothes?
- 33:14Speaker 5: What do you mean, Oh, your wife picked that out
- 33:17Speaker 5: for you today.
- 33:24Speaker 4: I love family, I love my kids.
- 33:26Speaker 8: I just think their timing is off, you know, they
- 33:28Speaker 8: just they do things at the wrong I came in
- 33:31Speaker 8: from a hospital procedure last week. They aul in the
- 33:34Speaker 8: kitchen and I see paperwork backed up on the kitchen.
- 33:38Speaker 8: Count I said, what is all that is? These are
- 33:41Speaker 8: wheel papers that we need you to stay?
- 33:50Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, we ain't have paperwork right last time. We're
- 33:53Speaker 4: gonna get it right this time.
- 33:54Speaker 6: So their timing is.
- 33:57Speaker 4: Your timing way off?
- 33:58Speaker 6: Me? So you guys basically agree with Cam Newton that
- 34:05Speaker 6: he feels like, you know what, though you always have
- 34:11Speaker 6: a choice.
- 34:12Speaker 2: Yes, it's also an excuse he's used, yes, sir, yeah,
- 34:19Speaker 2: for being blamed for not doing what's considered the right thing.
- 34:25Speaker 2: So you know, look, man, you can create any narrative
- 34:27Speaker 2: to fit your thought process that.
- 34:29Speaker 6: You want to to make yourself right.
- 34:32Speaker 3: You know.
- 34:34Speaker 5: Okay, it's times.
- 34:35Speaker 4: I feel like I'm in the school ran by Joe
- 34:37Speaker 4: Clark take change off.
- 34:41Speaker 3: Hell.
- 34:41Speaker 6: Speaking of Joe Clark, we're going to move on to
- 34:45Speaker 6: Morgan Freeman, who celebrated for his mellow voice, his good
- 34:49Speaker 6: voice that commands attention in any role that he stars in,
- 34:53Speaker 6: and to protect his iconic sound, he's speaking out an
- 34:56Speaker 6: artificial intelligence replicating his voice. He was in a re
- 35:00Speaker 6: It's an interview on CBS Mornings, and Morgan said that quote,
- 35:03Speaker 6: I've got lawyers. He went on to say that his
- 35:06Speaker 6: legal team is actively working to stop unauthorized digital versions
- 35:10Speaker 6: of his voice that are circulating online. There you go,
- 35:14Speaker 6: does that bother you, Steve? They have some of you too.
- 35:18Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I've been a baby everything.

- 49:38Speaker 3: what we're trying to do is Uh, if I take
- 49:40Speaker 3: a little bit of your time, we're trying to actually
- 49:42Speaker 3: get a survey signed by people in the black community.
- 49:45Speaker 3: We're actually trying to help out in the black community.
- 49:48Speaker 3: The organization is b PE TMC and what this is
- 49:51Speaker 3: is black What is that?
- 49:54Speaker 2: Uh?
- 49:54Speaker 3: That's that's Black people eat too much chicken. So what
- 49:57Speaker 3: we're doing is we're trying to get say that one
- 50:01Speaker 3: more time for me, Black people eat too much chicken.
- 50:05Speaker 3: You see, there's been a shortage in chicken. So what
- 50:07Speaker 3: we're trying to do is get black people in chicken.
- 50:11Speaker 17: And you want to do a survey, well, we want.
- 50:14Speaker 3: What we want you guys to do is sign a
- 50:15Speaker 3: petition that you're not gonna eat any more chicken this year.
- 50:18Speaker 17: Why doesn't even make sense. We just dont eat chicken.
- 50:21Speaker 17: You know, we eat beef, we eat steak, we eat fish.
- 50:24Speaker 17: I don't so you're trying to put that off the market. Now,
- 50:27Speaker 17: why would you want to tell us not to eat
- 50:30Speaker 17: chicken and we eat other stuff too. Why are you
- 50:32Speaker 17: getting your de fined in from.
- 50:34Speaker 3: Because this doesn't make any sense. The test study man
- 50:37Speaker 3: was over chicken, and it just seems.
- 50:38Speaker 17: Like that test study who did this test study.
- 50:42Speaker 3: Well, we did, man, we're bpe TMC. And what after
- 50:45Speaker 3: doing the test study, we did realize that the black
- 50:48Speaker 3: people are.
- 50:49Speaker 17: The ones that we could test only just do have
- 50:51Speaker 17: to do black people. I'm gonna just use white people.
- 50:54Speaker 17: But white people eat chicken too, and she gots on
- 50:56Speaker 17: diets and stuff.
- 50:58Speaker 3: Okay, man, well use Asian?
- 51:00Speaker 17: What about the Hispanics?
- 51:02Speaker 4: Did you use them?
- 51:03Speaker 3: Okay, ma'am, listen, what the bottom line is. Our first
- 51:06Speaker 3: study is black people, and what we're trying to do
- 51:08Speaker 3: is get you guys to cut back on eating.
- 51:10Speaker 17: Yes, thatdy should be everybody.
- 51:12Speaker 2: This is something.
- 51:13Speaker 17: Where did you get my number from?
- 51:14Speaker 3: Man? We got you. We got numbers from the supermarkets
- 51:16Speaker 3: that people that want want my number.
- 51:18Speaker 17: From those supermarkets. I ain't give my number to those
- 51:20Speaker 17: supermarket This is don't make any sense. You calling me
- 51:24Speaker 17: interrupted me about some like this.
- 51:26Speaker 3: This is this was bottom line, ma'am.
- 51:28Speaker 17: You don't tell on me.
- 51:30Speaker 3: You mean telling me?
- 51:32Speaker 2: What the hell?
- 51:32Speaker 3: I can you know?
- 51:33Speaker 10: My mind?
- 51:34Speaker 17: You got night one of them.
- 51:36Speaker 3: Twist this up.
- 51:37Speaker 17: Yes, you do twist it. Calling somebody telling them that
- 51:40Speaker 17: black people eat too much chicken.
- 51:43Speaker 3: You and your partition, would you like to hear what
- 51:45Speaker 3: the survey is actually saying.
- 51:47Speaker 17: Now, I don't want to hear that the survey is
- 51:48Speaker 17: actually saying, because what you're saying is about a whole
- 51:50Speaker 17: bunch of But.
- 51:52Speaker 3: The survey is saying that. This is Nephew Tommy from

- 54:53Speaker 16: Here.
- 54:54Speaker 5: It is the Strawberry Letter, Thank you Nephew.
- 54:58Speaker 6: Subjects he won't stay out of my stuff. Dear Stephen Shirley.
- 55:03Speaker 6: I'm a forty six year old married woman and this
- 55:06Speaker 6: is my second marriage. When I was dating my new husband,
- 55:10Speaker 6: he'd love wearing my house shoes around the house, even
- 55:13Speaker 6: though his feet hang off the back. Then he started
- 55:17Speaker 6: wearing my bathrobe until I got him a big, comfy
- 55:20Speaker 6: one like I have. I'm not even a big woman,
- 55:23Speaker 6: so it had to be uncomfortable. The moment we moved
- 55:26Speaker 6: in together, he was in everything of mine. He plunders
- 55:31Speaker 6: and goes through my stuff, and I'll find important things
- 55:35Speaker 6: misplaced because he's used them. I can't ever find my
- 55:39Speaker 6: nail clippers and files because he takes them to work
- 55:42Speaker 6: with him, or they're left in his car. He's growing
- 55:45Speaker 6: his hair out, so he wears these little annoying twists
- 55:48Speaker 6: in his head, and he uses all of my shampoo,
- 55:51Speaker 6: conditioner and styling products because he needs his hair moisturizers
- 55:55Speaker 6: moisturized or so He says. I have encouraged him many
- 55:59Speaker 6: times to go to Walmart and get his own things,
- 56:02Speaker 6: but he's stubborn and says it's easier to use mind.
- 56:06Speaker 6: When I started a diet, he ate all of the
- 56:09Speaker 6: meal prep I did. He has no limits, and no
- 56:12Speaker 6: matter how much I yell and scream at him, it's
- 56:15Speaker 6: like living with a child. My own kids don't touch
- 56:19Speaker 6: my things, and I need him to learn to keep
- 56:21Speaker 6: his hands to himself. This leads me to the biggest problem.
- 56:26Speaker 6: He likes to spoon every night, and it was cute
- 56:30Speaker 6: at first, but now it's a problem because once again
- 56:33Speaker 6: he's in my stuff. Yes, he has to have his
- 56:38Speaker 6: hand on it to fall asleep. Can you imagine how
- 56:42Speaker 6: awkward this is for me? He's all in my space
- 56:45Speaker 6: and in my stuff day and night. How do I
- 56:48Speaker 6: get some sort of separation from him without causing a
- 56:52Speaker 6: big rift in my marriage? I should have stopped it
- 56:56Speaker 6: from the beginning.
- 56:57Speaker 5: What do I do now?
- 57:00Speaker 4: Holy holy wa?
- 57:03Speaker 6: Yeah, you should have stopped it in the beginning.
- 57:07Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 57:08Speaker 6: At first I thought this letter was going to be
- 57:09Speaker 6: about cross dressing, and then it just kind of changed
- 57:12Speaker 6: for me. You didn't stop him in the beginning. But
- 57:16Speaker 6: how could you have known it would be this bad?
- 57:17Speaker 6: I mean, there are, of course worse things in life,
- 57:20Speaker 6: but he is like a spoil brack kid. He's all
- 57:23Speaker 6: over the place. What did he bring to the marriage?
- 57:27Speaker 6: Did he have any Does he have anything? It doesn't
- 57:30Speaker 6: sound like he do he does. He's also lazy, He's disrespectful,
- 57:34Speaker 6: he's inconsiderate, he's selfish. I mean lazy because he won't
- 57:37Speaker 6: get his own hair products. That's simple, you know, like
- 57:40Speaker 6: you say, just go down to the walmart and pick
- 57:43Speaker 6: yourself up something. Disrespectful, he's in your things without asking you.
- 57:48Speaker 6: You know you can't find him when you're looking for him.
- 57:51Speaker 6: You've asked him to stop, he won't. He's in considerate, selfish,
- 57:54Speaker 6: she doesn't care how this makes you feel. He's just
- 57:58Speaker 6: walking all over you with no What is with this guy?
- 58:04Speaker 6: He needs to understand that even in marriage there are boundaries.
- 58:07Speaker 6: They're just there's boundaries everywhere. Your spouse needs to still
- 58:11Speaker 6: be respectful and ask you to use your things. I
- 58:14Speaker 6: mean it is very childish and stupid. I agree with
- 58:17Speaker 6: you there, So I say treat him like a child
- 58:20Speaker 6: and put him on punishment until he can leave your
- 58:23Speaker 6: stuff alone, no spooning, no hands on your stuff like
- 58:27Speaker 6: you say, no hands on it, and you have to
- 58:30Speaker 6: mean it this time. I say, stop putting yourself second,
- 58:33Speaker 6: stand up for yourself. You gotta. You know, you scream
- 58:36Speaker 6: and yell at him, but he doesn't hear you, but
- 58:38Speaker 6: you you gotta make him hear you. Your husband is wrong.
- 58:42Speaker 6: You're letting him get away with this stuff.
- 58:44Speaker 2: Steve, sure you said something you said when you first
- 58:48Speaker 2: read the letter, you thought it was about cross dressing,
- 58:52Speaker 2: and I did too. Yeah, yeah, And after reading the
- 58:56Speaker 2: whole letter, I still think you so. I thought, initial,
- 59:01Speaker 2: that's what the hell I'm going. That's the route I'm
- 59:03Speaker 2: going right here. Now, I still think it's about to
- 59:06Speaker 2: cross dressing. And I got proof in the whole letter.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Something going on here. Now, you forty six year old
- 59:12Speaker 2: married woman, this is your second marriage, this to your
- 59:15Speaker 2: new husband.
- 59:16Speaker 4: And before you got married, he loved wearing.
- 59:19Speaker 2: Your house shoes round the house, even though his feet
- 59:23Speaker 2: hang off the back. Now, she later on says, she's
- 59:26Speaker 2: not a large woman. So this is a small woman,
- 59:28Speaker 2: regular sized. You know she ain't no big girl what
- 59:30Speaker 2: she's saying. But so you got small feet. I can't
- 59:35Speaker 2: even put my.
- 59:36Speaker 4: Toes in Marjorie's house shoes.
- 59:38Speaker 2: I can't even get my toes in now, I can't
- 59:41Speaker 2: get through the opening of none of her house shoes
- 59:44Speaker 2: because my feet too wide. Now, somehow he didn't managed
- 59:49Speaker 2: to slide in your house shoes and where they just
- 59:52Speaker 2: hanging off the back. So I'm assuming this ain't a
- 59:55Speaker 2: big man either way, he's bigger than you. Then he
- 59:59Speaker 2: started wearing and your bath robe until I got him
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: a big comfort one like I have. I'm not even
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: a big woman, so it had to be uncomfortable. So
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: now he can put your bath robe on, and he
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: could wear your house shoes. Okay, then you said, I'm
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: not even a big woman, so it had to be uncomfortable.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: The moment we moved in together, he has everything of mine.
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: He plunders and goes through my stuff. I'll find important
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: things misplaced because he's used him this cross dressing. He
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: plunders through my things. This don't sound familiar to you.
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: This don't sound like a story we've heard in the
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: news recently.
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: Over the years.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: It started like that at Theay house too, just a
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: little wearing dresses and stuff, and next thing you know, yeah,
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: he was a major news at him, and I'm not
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: even gonna get into it because of political correct correctness,
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: and nobody's gonna be able to say Steve was bashing
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: anybody because I'm not.
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: I'm just making you aware of a familiar stree or
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: you may have heard.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: Huh.
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: All right, hang on, stop.
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: The ways of bring it about. I'll drop more clues
- 1:01:07Speaker 4: right afterday.
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: We'll have part two of Steve's response coming up at
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: twenty three minutes after the hour subject he won't stay
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: out of my stuff. We'll get back into it right
- 1:01:18Speaker 6: after this. You're listening Stave Harvey Morning Show. Life is unpredictable,

- 1:01:57Speaker 6: recap today's Strawberry letter, and so we can finish up
- 1:02:00Speaker 6: your refunds.
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: He won't stay out of my stuff.
- 1:02:02Speaker 6: He's the subject.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: He won't stay out of my stuff. This sounds like
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: a very familiar story. This ain't common for us. That's
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: in marriages and relationship. But when you hear this, it
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: reeks up familiarity. It's your husband. He loves walking around
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: the house in your stuff. Now, Shirley said, at first
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: she thought this letter was about cross dressing, and then
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: she went on news about other stuff. I'm thinking it's
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: about cross dressing. The whole dog on letter through and
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: I'm explaining to you why he got your house shoes on.
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: Somehow he can fit his toes in there and they
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: just hang off the back. Then he can wear your
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: bath rode around the house, and then he goes he
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: wears everything in yours. He plunders and goes through my stuff,
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: and I'll find important things misplaced, he shoes them.
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: I've heard of men who wear their wife's clothes.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: I've heard of men who put they wife's dresses on
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: it and then wear they dresses and clothes. And you
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: just said, he plunges through everything you got. It's more
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: to this story right here, lady, I can't even find
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: my nail clippers and files because he take him to
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: work with him.
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: Who do that? What man take his wife's nail clippers
- 1:03:20Speaker 4: and files to work with him? Who Oo?
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: I ain't never heard that before, but I know someone
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: who did it. This story is sounding familiar, while I
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: have more clues.
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: He's growing his how oh, that's the other sign.
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: He's growing his hal So he wears these little annoying
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: twisting his head, and he used all of my shampoo
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: condition and styling product.
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: Because he needs his hair moisturizers.
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: So he says he's growing his hal. He using your
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: nail products, he wear your clothes, and he growing his hal.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: You're not gonna be able to write in on, Steve Harvey.
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: I'm too smart for this here. But all I am
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: asking you is this don't sound familion. I bet your
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: husband probably real athletic too. You know it could be
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: still still got these hot shoes on in these growing
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: his hair and using your nail products and all this here,
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: and you know it just sounds familia to me. Now,
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: I'm not getting in trouble with this here because i
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: would never what I'm not finna do say nobody's name,
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: but be talking about nobody lifestyle.
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: That ain't my bis. You do what you wanna do.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: But once you in your wife's closet and growing your
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: hair and doing your nails, all this here, I'm just saying, now,
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: let's try to move on. Now you've encouraged him to
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: go to Walmart and get his own things, but he's stubborn.
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: He says it's easy to use mine. And when I
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: started a diet, now hold up, now, just said you
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: wasn't a big girl. Now when I started the diet,
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: now's some truth starting to come out. Now, maybe these
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: house shoes is a little bit bigger than I thought.
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: Maybe he could wear this robe. I'm just saying, this
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: is some stuff in this letter. I'm just reading the letter.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: I'm just pulling out the fact when I started a diet,
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: you just said you wasn't a big girls. Don't know
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: all of a sudden, Now we only diet now, and
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: he ate all the meal preps I did. He has
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: no limits, and no matter how much I yelled and
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: scream at him, as like living with a child, my
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: own kids do not touch my things. I need him
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: learn to keep his hands himself. And then here we
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: go to the biggest problem. He likes to spoon every night.
- 1:05:47Speaker 4: And it was cute at first, but now it's a
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: problem because once again he's in my stuff.
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: Yes, he has to have his hand on it to
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: fall asleep. Chasms got to be very uncomfortable. I'm gonna
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: tell you, I'm right now. Somebody try to put their
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: head on your stuff every night while you sleep, it's
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: gonna be a problem. I'm trying to sleep here, hanger
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: nails cutting across me. If you don't get your hands
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: over there on yourself, what you're not Finisha.
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: Do is be fondling me.
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: And I'm trying to gonails, finger nails and everything all
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: over here.
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: I'm trying to go to sleep.
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: It's kind of hard to go to sleep and breathe
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: hard at the same time because I get nervous. Nails
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: is around me, and you're here, yeah, following me, and
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: I'm trying to go to sleep. You got fingernails, Get
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: your nails, Get your nails. Can you imagine how awkward.
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: This he is for me?
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: He's all in my space and in my stuff all
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: day and night. How do I get some sort of
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: separation from him without cause of the big riff in
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: my marriage. I should have stopped this from the beginning.
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: But what do I do now?
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: Well, you said this is your second marriage. I'm thinking
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: probably don't have to start looking at a third. I'm
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: thinking right now, after listening and reading this letter, if
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: you don't get away from this man, he gonna be
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: up at y'all's church doing church a church announcements as
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: someone else.
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: Whoa because you.
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: Know, after after they do put all the clothes on
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: and grow, they have you know, they do get invited
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: places to speak. So you're gonna look up at church
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: and your husband gonna be doing church announcements instead of
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: Sister Rosin all right?
- 1:07:45Speaker 10: Uh?
- 1:07:46Speaker 6: Hit us up on Instagram at Steve brb FM to

- 1:09:05Speaker 7: that Cowboys are gonna spend a whole lot of money
- 1:09:07Speaker 7: this off season. Now, where was that at thirty years ago?
- 1:09:12Speaker 7: You probably probably should have been spending money what years ago? Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:09:18Speaker 7: the last time they won a championship.
- 1:09:19Speaker 9: You're spending more.
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: Money this off hease ain't gonna help.
- 1:09:23Speaker 9: You should have did that thirty some years ago. You
- 1:09:25Speaker 9: should have been spending.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: They couldn't have a good team, man, if they make
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: the right moves. But he has been signed that quarterback yet? Picket?
- 1:09:36Speaker 9: Oh oh Pickings George Pickings receiver.
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: Wide receiver. Yeah yeah, he pretty much the franchise and he.
- 1:09:44Speaker 7: Pretty he the best player owned the team. They better
- 1:09:46Speaker 7: not lose him. If you're gonna spend the money, give
- 1:09:48Speaker 7: it to George Pickings.
- 1:09:49Speaker 9: That's what you should do.
- 1:09:51Speaker 4: Yeah, you should do that. I know how Cleveland doing.

- 1:10:16Speaker 4: Is you'll excited about that? Oh I'm so excited, man.

- 1:10:59Speaker 4: Running back. Yeah, the running back.
- 1:11:01Speaker 9: Yeah, you're gonna be in us.
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, that is about the best. I can't get
- 1:11:06Speaker 4: over this is hard for me. I can't get all
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: the way the little dude played. I just can't it.
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: Just I think he's scared. Strout. You think it's almost
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: and it's almost pulling for him a minute ago there,
- 1:11:22Speaker 4: whether or not fairwell.
- 1:11:26Speaker 8: Putting that fairweather. I just I just got so he
- 1:11:29Speaker 8: just back with him. I just I just think he's scared.
- 1:11:32Speaker 8: It's just he got what it takes. What he's scared.
- 1:11:36Speaker 12: Well confidence, you think that's gone.
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: Well, he gets the ball in his hands every play.
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: Have you seen the people that's looking for him, that
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: want the ball? Yeahbody running?
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: You're rid of it? All right?
- 1:11:57Speaker 5: Thank you you. And you're coming up at the top
- 1:11:58Speaker 5: of the hour.
- 1:11:59Speaker 6: A man is united with his first love, but he's
- 1:12:01Speaker 6: holding a grudge and he needs some advice. We'll talk
- 1:12:04Speaker 6: about it right after this. You're listening to the Steve
- 1:12:07Speaker 6: Harvey Morning Show. All right, this is from mister D
- 1:12:13Speaker 6: in Chesterfield. Mister D says, my first love married another
- 1:12:17Speaker 6: man when I went away to the service. They were
- 1:12:19Speaker 6: married for thirty five years and have three children. Now
- 1:12:23Speaker 6: that they're divorced, we've been going on dates and getting reacquainted.
- 1:12:26Speaker 6: I still love this woman, but I can't get past
- 1:12:28Speaker 6: the fact that she moved on as soon as I
- 1:12:30Speaker 6: left town years ago. I was married twice and none
- 1:12:33Speaker 6: of my past lovers compared to this woman. But I
- 1:12:36Speaker 6: can't help but still hold a grudge. How do I
- 1:12:38Speaker 6: get over the past so I can be with her?
- 1:12:40Speaker 3: What?
- 1:12:41Speaker 4: Hey, man, you gotta let it go. Yeah, you gotta
- 1:12:44Speaker 4: let it go.
- 1:12:45Speaker 5: He was gone, Bro, I'm married, Bro.
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: Nobody else compares to her. So maybe y'all meant to
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: be it the time. It wasn't right back then, go
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: to hook up with her.
- 1:12:56Speaker 5: Quit act a stupid per Good advice, Good advice to man.
- 1:13:01Speaker 4: Just let it go, man, enjoy your life.
- 1:13:04Speaker 6: It's hard, though, for people to let things go, and
- 1:13:07Speaker 6: I don't know why that is.
- 1:13:08Speaker 4: Well, you talk Tommy about that, that's his special Thomas. Yeah.
- 1:13:13Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 1:13:14Speaker 6: What can you help mister D about holding onto this grudge?
- 1:13:18Speaker 6: How can you let it go?
- 1:13:20Speaker 8: Yeah, it's gonna be hard to let it go, don't
- 1:13:21Speaker 8: get with it. Well, keep bringing it up and throwing
- 1:13:23Speaker 8: it in my face. Yes, it's going to do this,
- 1:13:26Speaker 8: but that's the only way to relieve this thing. You've
- 1:13:29Speaker 8: got to keep bringing it up.
- 1:13:30Speaker 6: That's bad advice, that's hard.
- 1:13:32Speaker 12: You asked me what to tell the boy, and I
- 1:13:35Speaker 12: told her, well, I'm not I'll tell you what I'm
- 1:13:38Speaker 12: not gonna do.
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: I'm just what, just be a bigger Christian than you.
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: I'm not gonna keep mentioning it an image of Ward.
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: I'm just not gonna do it.
- 1:13:45Speaker 4: You just brought it up again.
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: I just said I wasn't gonna do it no more.
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: That's what I was painful right now. That's that's why
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: I'm not gonna bring it up. You know, I can't
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: give me an image of Ward. I know exactly. When
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: you're leaving town again, I get me in.
- 1:14:00Speaker 4: I won't.
- 1:14:03Speaker 6: Are you doing You're doing President Trump? Just taking awards
- 1:14:06Speaker 6: that you have.
- 1:14:10Speaker 3: Like o J.
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: But it ain't man, I'm taking Yes, okay, yeah.
- 1:14:18Speaker 6: We have time for another one.
- 1:14:21Speaker 8: Him.
- 1:14:21Speaker 6: This is from We've Moved On. This is from Vicky
- 1:14:26Speaker 6: and Tupelo. Vicky says, there is a man at my
- 1:14:29Speaker 6: job that is not handsome or fine, but I find
- 1:14:32Speaker 6: him to be very funny too. But I find him
- 1:14:35Speaker 6: to be very funny. I love a funny man with
- 1:14:37Speaker 6: a great personality. I've never cared about how a man looks.
- 1:14:41Speaker 6: In fact, my friends say I love dating ugly man
- 1:14:44Speaker 6: and I love fixing them up. The guy is a
- 1:14:47Speaker 6: big teddy bear, but I can see myself whipping him
- 1:14:50Speaker 6: into physical shape, and I can help clean up his look.
- 1:14:54Speaker 6: I'm forty two and he's forty, so it's not like
- 1:14:56Speaker 6: men are knocking down my doors. Should I date the
- 1:14:58Speaker 6: ugly man?
- 1:15:00Speaker 8: Wow?
- 1:15:01Speaker 4: Well, I highly recommend it.
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: He known ugly because ugly men come with a lot
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: of other other other traits.
- 1:15:08Speaker 4: They ain't gonna leave you.
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: Oh oh you know already know it's been hard to
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: get somebody to want them. So they're going no where, strong,
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: they fight hard, they willing to die. Yeah, all these
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: are traits ugly people because they don't care.
- 1:15:29Speaker 4: What what is we living for?
- 1:15:31Speaker 6: You see me?
- 1:15:34Speaker 4: You see me? I reached my life all the time.
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: You see me? What is you surprised about? You see me? Others?
- 1:15:55Speaker 2: I am I'm sitting here in all the careers I
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: have passed up on but I thought of being up
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: that one gonna be able to make it.
- 1:16:02Speaker 6: What did you have to do with your career?
- 1:16:05Speaker 4: Got a lot to do with it.
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: I found out you didn't have to be attractive to
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: get a lot of these jobs. Yeah, I saw the
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: Netflix special that fifty dead on Puffy.
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: Did you see the sex worker?
- 1:16:17Speaker 3: I was?
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: I was just put back. Clearly I could have been
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: a sex worker. I thought you had to be attractive
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: and well built.
- 1:16:27Speaker 4: I didn't know you.
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: Could be a just little, odd, little looking man sitting
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: up in here with this a little hit little mustache.
- 1:16:35Speaker 12: Though, for lord, he was hard to look at. Even
- 1:16:41Speaker 12: I turned away the doctor.
- 1:16:45Speaker 2: I don't know how the rest of them girls got
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: through it, But I couldn't even look at the documentary?
- 1:16:50Speaker 5: Did we have more of this very ignorant show? Right
- 1:16:53Speaker 5: after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:17:00Speaker 6: So last Sunday in Chicago, more than four thousand brave
- 1:17:03Speaker 6: souls jumped into the water of Lake Michigan. They did
- 1:17:06Speaker 6: it for a polar plunge that raised more than I
- 1:17:10Speaker 6: love this number one and a half million dollars for
- 1:17:13Speaker 6: Special Olympics Illinois. The water was cold, it was a
- 1:17:16Speaker 6: chilly thirty five degrees. Lets stop participants from raising funds
- 1:17:22Speaker 6: and following through on their promise to splash around in
- 1:17:25Speaker 6: colorful costumes and outfits. This is a fundraising event and
- 1:17:29Speaker 6: it's going to continue through the end of the month. Steve,
- 1:17:32Speaker 6: you know how you are about your cold plunges.
- 1:17:34Speaker 3: You do them a lot.
- 1:17:35Speaker 6: You love your cold punches. So here's a question.
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: Fifty of them.
- 1:17:39Speaker 5: Yeah, and you love cold conscious?
- 1:17:41Speaker 6: Would you No?
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: I don't love them.
- 1:17:44Speaker 5: Oh, you don't love them, but you do them. You
- 1:17:46Speaker 5: do them, and you love the benefits.
- 1:17:48Speaker 4: Yeah, this is the health benefits.
- 1:17:50Speaker 5: Yeah, you love that.

- 1:18:07Speaker 6: For your mentoring camp?
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: Raisings make the money? What what I'm jumping in this
- 1:18:12Speaker 4: list with all these people? Yeah?
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: You know, ain't nobody trying to help me out? Nothing
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: like I'm slipping on eyes. Not because white people always

- 1:20:43Speaker 18: Brown oatmeal pass Uh huh, you give me the right there, okay,
- 1:20:49Speaker 18: not the Hostess cupcake. I grew up on them Hostess though,
- 1:20:53Speaker 18: Yeah I was the host throw Yeah all right.
- 1:20:56Speaker 4: When I eat that pack of cupcakes and now I
- 1:20:58Speaker 4: have to go lay down?
- 1:21:00Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah it's different. Now it's crazy.
- 1:21:04Speaker 6: I love the Twinkies, all right. Would you rather a

- 1:21:15Speaker 4: Put that dive on fly?
- 1:21:18Speaker 10: Oh yeah, when he wears a dip. I know you

- 1:22:14Speaker 6: Sunrise Sunset. All right, that's today's round. I would you
- 1:22:18Speaker 6: rather coming up next, we'll close out the show with
- 1:22:21Speaker 6: some closing remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey.
- 1:22:24Speaker 5: Right after this, what's going on?
- 1:22:26Speaker 6: This is your boy chev Hart, This is Erica bad Hey,
- 1:22:28Speaker 6: this is Dave Chappelle.
- 1:22:29Speaker 4: What's up?
- 1:22:30Speaker 6: This is Ice chew Hey, This is Mary J.
- 1:22:32Speaker 5: Blood did Lou Dulu do?
- 1:22:37Speaker 6: What's up?
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: Yarn?
- 1:22:38Speaker 5: This is let us see? And you're listening to the
- 1:22:39Speaker 5: Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: Morning Show.
- 1:22:45Speaker 6: All right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 1:22:47Speaker 6: the day, and it's been a good day. And thank
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: you to everybody who listens to us on a regular basis.
- 1:22:53Speaker 6: We certainly thank you in your business. Thank you, thank you,
- 1:22:55Speaker 6: thank you. Yes, yes, Junior, you got a question for
- 1:22:59Speaker 6: your uncle.
- 1:23:00Speaker 7: Yeah, you know, just talk to us about how God
- 1:23:04Speaker 7: wants us to prosper. You know, you know, I don't
- 1:23:07Speaker 7: feel like sometimes, you know, I'm not sure about how
- 1:23:10Speaker 7: I'm supposed to approach my life, but I know it's
- 1:23:12Speaker 7: to prosper though I know I'm supposed to prosper.
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: Well, see, you're making a mistake right there. You see
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: you said, I'm trying to figure out how to approach
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: my life. All that's already been predetermined. God created all
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: of us in his image. God created all of us
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: to be successful, happy, and prosperous. Now that's not to
- 1:23:34Speaker 2: say that it won't come with challenges and setbacks, but
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: the eventual end all is for us to be prosperous
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: and successful. We make adverse decisions to that conclusion that
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: diverts us off the path that's been set for us. See,
- 1:23:51Speaker 2: in the very beginning, God gave all of us at
- 1:23:54Speaker 2: a gift. All of us are gifted. God never created
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: a soul without giving a gift. You just have to
- 1:24:00Speaker 2: discover what it is. And that's simple. It's the thing
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: that you do the absolute best with the least amount
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: of effort. That's your gift. Now, what throws you off
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: is without conferring with God, without any counsel from God,
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: and without seeking any guidance, we set off on our
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: own tangents. All of us do this from time to
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: time to go and be what we want instead of
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: what God has prepared us to become. And that causes
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: you to go down a path that's sometimes off course
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: and the long way around.
- 1:24:44Speaker 4: So what you have to do in that regard man
- 1:24:47Speaker 4: is you have to focus. You have to get with God.
- 1:24:51Speaker 2: You got to confide in him, confer with him and
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: find out what is God's plan for my life. He
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: will reveal it to you because God has the answer.
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: God doesn't want you walking around aimlessly and in bewilderment
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: and be fuddled. God is not a god of confusion.
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: God really wants you to prosper. But he wants a
- 1:25:17Speaker 2: relationship with you more than anything. And if you get
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: the relationship with him, he was slowly revealed to you.
- 1:25:23Speaker 4: What He has for you.
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: So you don't have to worry and wonder about what
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: it is I'm doing, and I'm off course. Now, look,
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: you're human. There's gonna be times where you're actually gonna
- 1:25:34Speaker 2: be off course as a human being. You're gonna get
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: off track as a person, a child of God. You
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: are going to face challenges. You gotta understand. The devil
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: is out there too. Man, the devil busy. He got
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: one job that's to rob you of your destiny. So
- 1:25:51Speaker 2: if he sees you about to reach your destiny, here
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: comes the opposition, and he comes all kind of ways,
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: don't it, Fellas, Because man, temptation is undefeated. It may
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: come in the form of drugs, alcohol, it may come
- 1:26:09Speaker 2: in the form of women, but it's gonna come in
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: something that you're gonna have a tough time with, and
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: then you're gonna need God for sure. Because temptation is undefeated.
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: Is not a living soul that's defeated temptation, You can't
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: do it. I don't care who you are and what
- 1:26:30Speaker 2: they say. I don't know what place you go to.
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: Whatch leads me to say this? That ain't probably got
- 1:26:35Speaker 2: nothing to do with your question at all. I don't
- 1:26:40Speaker 2: like I don't go to services or sit up and
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: listen to preachers who it ain't nothing wrong with them,
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: what ain't got no life to tell you? They overcome.
- 1:26:52Speaker 4: I'm not with that. What did you do?
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: How did you pick yourself up? What did God save
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: you from? What did he change you? Let me hear
- 1:27:01Speaker 2: about this, because something in that might be relatable. You know,
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: for those of the people go to church that's on
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: the fence. You know, you gotta let them know you
- 1:27:11Speaker 2: was on that fence. As a matter of fact, you
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: was all the way on the other side of the fence.
- 1:27:17Speaker 2: Oh I guess y'all. I'm just took a breath because
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: as I was thinking of what to say next, I
- 1:27:26Speaker 2: thought about the condition of this world. When I thought
- 1:27:29Speaker 2: about the decisions that this president makes without confiding conferring
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: with any of us. I think the way that the
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: Republican Party just allows him to go unchecked, I've never
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: seen anything like it. Because I know for sure, if
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: you're a good person, if you're a decent person, you
- 1:27:51Speaker 2: have to know when you see record, you must recognize
- 1:27:54Speaker 2: a person that's not a good person, that's not a
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: decent person. Honest people should have a skill set, but
- 1:28:00Speaker 2: being able to spot people who are dishonest people who
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: are generous in spirit and in kindness. You've got to
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: recognize a narcissist. And when you recognize it and you
- 1:28:17Speaker 2: see it with your own eyes, you hear it with
- 1:28:21Speaker 2: your own ears, and you still let it exist. Because
- 1:28:29Speaker 2: I like that part over there. I like that he
- 1:28:33Speaker 2: protected the borders. I liked that he ended in DEI.
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: I like that I feel more superior because we done
- 1:28:42Speaker 2: got rid of several civil rights and affirmative action.
- 1:28:46Speaker 4: I like that we're going to take our country back.
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: It's not yours country.
- 1:28:53Speaker 2: Originally belonged to the Native Americans. The people that built
- 1:28:56Speaker 2: the country was black people. Sustained this country in terms
- 1:29:01Speaker 2: of construction, restaurants, and farming.
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: Are brown people. That's a fact. Y'all have a good
- 1:29:13Speaker 4: day to day. I'll do the same. Talk to God.
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: He would absolutely love to talk to you, because that's
- 1:29:19Speaker 2: all I got right now, because these people, crazy.
- 1:29:22Speaker 4: Y'all haven't good.
- 1:29:25Speaker 3: For all.
