- 0:10Speaker 1: Novak Djokovic. Even entire companies including Google and Conscious as
- 0:15Speaker 1: big as China supporting the movement to eat more plant
- 0:18Speaker 1: based food. Whether goal is prevention or cure de toxin
- 0:22Speaker 1: is your first step to living free of inflammatory diseases
- 0:25Speaker 1: such as fibros, diabetic diabetes, heart disease, lupa's cancer, and
- 0:30Speaker 1: so much more. Please work with the money making conversations.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Coach Jesse Thompson, good morning. Hello, so exciting to be
- 0:39Speaker 1: a part of this conversation. You know, we're not about
- 0:43Speaker 1: just creating generational wealth for generational health, So this is
- 0:46Speaker 1: an important conversation today. Well that's why I started. Your
- 0:49Speaker 1: health plays a major role in your success. Yes, yes,
- 0:54Speaker 1: Well you're talking to an all time bad eater here,
- 0:57Speaker 1: so uh so we're gonna help you. Output hel Mecome
- 1:01Speaker 1: my wife, she's over there, she's trying, she's trying, you know,
- 1:03Speaker 1: but and I keep breaking her down because you know,
- 1:05Speaker 1: I'm not gonna I'm refusing to do the right thing.
- 1:08Speaker 1: But I do the right thing periodically. But great having
- 1:11Speaker 1: on the show. My first question want to coach Jesse Thompson.
- 1:14Speaker 1: How did your journey lead you to being coach Jesse Thompson. Well, first,
- 1:19Speaker 1: please feel free to just call me coach Jesse because
- 1:21Speaker 1: the Thompson makes it even longer, so that saves some time,
- 1:25Speaker 1: Like I understand people might google. I wanted later everybody
- 1:28Speaker 1: know what I'm talking to. The first if you will
- 1:31Speaker 1: be coach jes app, well, you know it started out
- 1:34Speaker 1: with my own help struggle with Sean Um. It was battling,
- 1:38Speaker 1: you know, as one of the of black women who
- 1:42Speaker 1: battles five words by age fifty. And you know, this
- 1:46Speaker 1: is not just an epidemic that affects Black women, but
- 1:48Speaker 1: it affects up to of women at large. So this
- 1:51Speaker 1: is a female epidemic, okay, but when you look at
- 1:54Speaker 1: us as Black women, it affects up to n of
- 1:56Speaker 1: us because it affects a disproportionately excuse me, and I
- 2:00Speaker 1: batted them. I battled fibroids. Uterine fibroids which are small,
- 2:05Speaker 1: small tumors that form in the uterine lining or inside
- 2:10Speaker 1: the uterus but in many places in the uterus um specifically,
- 2:14Speaker 1: they caused things such as UM telvic pain, UM heavy
- 2:20Speaker 1: heavy severe bleeding that is really more hemorrhaging to a
- 2:25Speaker 1: neat that causes anemia UM as well as you know,
- 2:28Speaker 1: severe conditions that even lead to cardiac arrest UM. And
- 2:33Speaker 1: the critical thing here is that it is an epidemic,
- 2:36Speaker 1: and I didn't know it was when I was battling it.
- 2:38Speaker 1: So I battled them for fourteen years, and ten of
- 2:41Speaker 1: those years actually battled in fertility that was caused by
- 2:45Speaker 1: the fire woods. I saw myself. I ended up. I
- 2:49Speaker 1: ended up actually experiencing twelve surgeries, five of them major surgeries.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Five of them were four or five woods, and five
- 2:57Speaker 1: of them were for complications from those five boys. And
- 3:02Speaker 1: because of the infertivity that the five birds were causing,
- 3:05Speaker 1: my husband and I struggled, as I said, to conceive. UM,
- 3:08Speaker 1: we had a devastating miscarriage. And October is actually Pregnancy
- 3:15Speaker 1: and Instant Loss Awareness month, UM. So I really I'm
- 3:19Speaker 1: sharing love for those women who the day actually is
- 3:21Speaker 1: October fifteenth is the day and the month is October.
- 3:24Speaker 1: But I know what it's like to lose a child UM.
- 3:27Speaker 1: And many people don't even realize how that mentally breaks
- 3:30Speaker 1: you down. Um. In this whole process, it's just a
- 3:32Speaker 1: whole other animal, you understands. So we underwent five IVF
- 3:37Speaker 1: cycles to try to conceive, and that's a real financial blow, Rashan,
- 3:41Speaker 1: because you know, advanced reproductive technologies such as in vitro
- 3:45Speaker 1: fertilization are not typically especially when I was doing it, um.
- 3:49Speaker 1: You know, more than ten years ago, it was not
- 3:52Speaker 1: covered by insurance, and we had to come out of
- 3:54Speaker 1: pockets sometimes ten, fifteen, UM twenty dollars at a time, understand,
- 3:59Speaker 1: So you can see how financial stress um only really
- 4:05Speaker 1: it multiplied the overall effect of what we were going
- 4:08Speaker 1: through health wise. Um. And you know, finally we conceived
- 4:13Speaker 1: as the result of our fifth IF cycle. And even
- 4:17Speaker 1: then after we thought, you know, oh we're in the
- 4:19Speaker 1: we're in we're in the clear now, um. At at
- 4:22Speaker 1: twenty one weeks, you know, my doctor actually sat across
- 4:26Speaker 1: the table from me and at a at a regular
- 4:29Speaker 1: consult um and said to me that we needed to
- 4:32Speaker 1: consider terminating our pregnancy. That took us ten years to
- 4:37Speaker 1: achieve at that time. So Rashan, you can imagine I
- 4:40Speaker 1: remember that moment I can always put myself back in
- 4:44Speaker 1: that moment, and I remember something rising up within me
- 4:46Speaker 1: as a woman of faith and saying, no, no, no,
- 4:49Speaker 1: we are believers. We are people of faith, and we
- 4:52Speaker 1: didn't struggle in battle for ten years to not give
- 4:55Speaker 1: this baby a chance. We believe in miracles. Um. You know,
- 4:59Speaker 1: six weeks later, I was admitted to the hospital because
- 5:01Speaker 1: the condition worse. And then it was because Rashaun the
- 5:04Speaker 1: fire Boods had grown and they were now competing with
- 5:07Speaker 1: the baby for the life by life source, which is
- 5:10Speaker 1: a blood so literally it was sipening off the blood
- 5:13Speaker 1: supply that was supposed to be going to the child.
- 5:16Speaker 1: So the condition was something called fetal growth restrictions. The
- 5:19Speaker 1: baby was not growing enough. Right, So here we are,
- 5:24Speaker 1: they're telling me everything. This baby is not supposed to
- 5:26Speaker 1: be here. This baby is not supposed to live. But
- 5:29Speaker 1: when you know, as I said, we have prayer warriors
- 5:31Speaker 1: all as our faith. Yes, and even though even at
- 5:37Speaker 1: the last minute on the delivery table, you know, my
- 5:41Speaker 1: heart stopped on the delivery table, but we both made
- 5:44Speaker 1: it through and I was happy to say that we
- 5:48Speaker 1: gave birth to my beautiful, amazing, miracle baby. Via Madison
- 5:53Speaker 1: which means purposeful warrior. Because she's literally that she epitomizes that.
- 5:59Speaker 1: On September eight, two thousand eleven, at two and a
- 6:02Speaker 1: half pounds, well pounds, I know where the baby or
- 6:07Speaker 1: new child, uh we did for me. Give your future
- 6:11Speaker 1: gives you a sense of clearly understanding your purpose and
- 6:15Speaker 1: the positivity and watching that this is a blank slate
- 6:19Speaker 1: that you brought into the world. Anything that you that
- 6:21Speaker 1: what you're giving this child is what's going to determine
- 6:24Speaker 1: their future, all the emotions, all the structure. So our congratulations, congratulations,
- 6:29Speaker 1: thank you. And you know what, Sean, what was the
- 6:31Speaker 1: crazy thing is that when I birthed her, she birthed
- 6:35Speaker 1: me into my work and purpose because when um the
- 6:40Speaker 1: first year of our life, Assence Magazine did a profile
- 6:42Speaker 1: on our story called My Fertility Journey, and it went viral.
- 6:46Speaker 1: For Sean, it was women all over the world pouring
- 6:50Speaker 1: in comments and sharing it and telling me, thank you
- 6:53Speaker 1: so much for sharing your story. Your story has given
- 6:55Speaker 1: me hope. You don't know I've had this many certainties
- 6:58Speaker 1: I've been trying to conceive for this long. Oh my god,
- 7:01Speaker 1: right now, you don't understand. I was ready to give
- 7:03Speaker 1: up thank you for shure. And they had been suffering
- 7:05Speaker 1: in silence because remember I thought it was just my
- 7:08Speaker 1: own personal health. I didn't know his epidemic an epidemic.
- 7:11Speaker 1: I didn't know that millions of women were battling this
- 7:14Speaker 1: because we were talking about it right. So here it was.
- 7:18Speaker 1: This now gave me awareness of how and how ethic
- 7:22Speaker 1: this was. And I was like, wait a minute, Wait
- 7:24Speaker 1: a minute, where are the marches, where are the you know,
- 7:28Speaker 1: the the awareness um campaigns, and where the campaigns? You
- 7:33Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, this is affecting women, seventy percent
- 7:37Speaker 1: of women at large. What in the world? And I
- 7:39Speaker 1: started to do advocacy work for Sean. I started to
- 7:43Speaker 1: you know, uh, participate in congressional free things and and
- 7:46Speaker 1: and on panels and alongside g y n s. And
- 7:50Speaker 1: what I realized at that time and that it was
- 7:54Speaker 1: it was the same story that they were telling was
- 7:57Speaker 1: the same story they had been telling me, that we
- 7:59Speaker 1: don't know what causes it, we don't know what it
- 8:02Speaker 1: just happened. And I said, that's not that's not it
- 8:04Speaker 1: can't be true. You know what I'm saying, Rashawn, that
- 8:06Speaker 1: just said it to me. And I said a prayer.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I remember I said, sitting up to my room where
- 8:10Speaker 1: they said, God, this can't be right. Can you can
- 8:13Speaker 1: I be part of the cure? And I remember seriously,
- 8:17Speaker 1: like literally at that time, I didn't realize it, but
- 8:21Speaker 1: the fib words were still coming back again. Okay, after
- 8:24Speaker 1: I had my daughter right and I came to this
- 8:28Speaker 1: point where finally traditional medicine failed me. Rashwan Okay, Okay, cool, Okay.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I want you to hold that thought because we're gonna
- 8:38Speaker 1: go to a break right quick. I want to miss
- 8:40Speaker 1: any of this story. You are a story teller. I
- 8:44Speaker 1: love it. I love it because if you're sharing stories
- 8:47Speaker 1: and I'm familiar where to have six sisters, I know
- 8:49Speaker 1: some reasons personally had fibers surgery. I know that you
- 8:53Speaker 1: went to the hospital visit them. I know friends who've
- 8:56Speaker 1: had miscarriages, so I know that emotional loss. I know
- 8:58Speaker 1: those journeys. So you're story is very familiar with me emotionally.
- 9:02Speaker 1: And we're gonna continue that detoxing plant place, eating lifestyle
- 9:06Speaker 1: more with coach Jesse. I just ra Sean McDonald. You're
- 9:13Speaker 1: listening to me talk about changing my life because it's
- 9:17Speaker 1: about how you eat. And I have to change my
- 9:18Speaker 1: life if I want to live alone, energized life. I'm
- 9:21Speaker 1: talking to coach Jesse Thompson, health coach and co found
- 9:24Speaker 1: up detox Now. That's the detox now dot com. Now,
- 9:30Speaker 1: I want you to wrap up your story that you
- 9:31Speaker 1: was talking about because I really want people to get
- 9:33Speaker 1: in a good awareness of eating habits. What is detoxing,
- 9:39Speaker 1: So because that's important. You know, I know a lot
- 9:42Speaker 1: of people. I hear that words being thrown out a
- 9:44Speaker 1: lot of detoxin. But before we get into that, you
- 9:46Speaker 1: can wrap up your story so we can get into
- 9:47Speaker 1: that part because I want to drive people to the
- 9:50Speaker 1: detox now dot com. Excellent, Thank you so much for Sean. Well,
- 9:54Speaker 1: this is really it, as I said, as when I
- 9:57Speaker 1: gave birth to me and she birthed me into my
- 9:59Speaker 1: work as a UM, as a as a fire Words
- 10:03Speaker 1: and fertility activists, as a nutrition and health coach, as
- 10:06Speaker 1: the author of my book Hope Beyond Fireboards, and also
- 10:09Speaker 1: the co founder of UM the Detox Now and Hope
- 10:13Speaker 1: Beyond fire Words elimination programs. Because as we started to
- 10:17Speaker 1: as I started to, I was like, I really want
- 10:18Speaker 1: to be a part of cure and I ended up
- 10:20Speaker 1: having my last, well, my most recent financial not financial
- 10:24Speaker 1: health crisis. I then started to look. You know, they
- 10:27Speaker 1: said the student, when the student is ready to teacher appear.
- 10:29Speaker 1: So I started looking for natural and homeopathic remedies because
- 10:33Speaker 1: at that time they wanted to put me the doctors
- 10:35Speaker 1: after my last or juice is hystected me, they wanted
- 10:38Speaker 1: to put me on the hormone replacement drugs rashan. And
- 10:42Speaker 1: anybody who can do a little bit of Google searching
- 10:45Speaker 1: can clearly see that those drugs are clearly they are
- 10:49Speaker 1: accelerators of things like breast cancer, cervical cancer. Okay, and
- 10:54Speaker 1: and one thing I knew is I wasn't gonna go
- 10:56Speaker 1: from fighting five woards rashans to fighting cancer because sound thing.
- 11:00Speaker 1: So at that point I was like, okay, I need
- 11:02Speaker 1: to find a natural remedy. And I within like two
- 11:05Speaker 1: weeks of that time, I remember people were telling me
- 11:07Speaker 1: about this the work of these two doctors, doctor com
- 11:10Speaker 1: to doctors which are partners in the programs, the detox
- 11:14Speaker 1: Now and the home the whole beyond Biber's elimination program.
- 11:18Speaker 1: There are partners. And when I started to see, wait
- 11:21Speaker 1: a minute, I actually started to change in my body.
- 11:24Speaker 1: When I started to do the program for myself. Um
- 11:27Speaker 1: I said, okay, I could be a part of this.
- 11:29Speaker 1: And then that's when we launched the programs because I
- 11:31Speaker 1: was working with women on as a coach. As a
- 11:34Speaker 1: as a coach, I was working with women on dealing
- 11:36Speaker 1: with the stress factors because those up regulate your health factors. Okay,
- 11:40Speaker 1: let's deal with the trauma. Let's deal with the stress
- 11:42Speaker 1: that's actually making your condition worse or or actually caused
- 11:46Speaker 1: me in the first place. But then when they specifically
- 11:49Speaker 1: clearly said, but wait, estrogen dominance is the root cause.
- 11:53Speaker 1: And I want to say this clearly, because estrogen dominance
- 11:56Speaker 1: is the root cause of inflammatory conditions as these reproductive
- 11:59Speaker 1: issue fibrods, cysts, endometriosis. It's also the root cause of
- 12:03Speaker 1: things like diabetes and high blood pressure and high cholesterol
- 12:07Speaker 1: and to so many the things that we're battling right
- 12:10Speaker 1: and what that started to make sense because everywhere I
- 12:14Speaker 1: went with Sean, people would go walk around that estrogen
- 12:17Speaker 1: word because they tried to say like that was healthy,
- 12:20Speaker 1: but the truth is it is. The reason is because
- 12:22Speaker 1: they didn't want to call the water wet because it
- 12:24Speaker 1: is literally the foundation of a billion dollar industry, such
- 12:27Speaker 1: as the birth control pills, such as the multiple surgeries
- 12:30Speaker 1: such as hormo replacement drugs. So from there we started
- 12:33Speaker 1: to do the work. We launched those programs that really
- 12:36Speaker 1: addressed estrogen dominantries, which literally is driven by stress, diet,
- 12:42Speaker 1: and pollutants, and asked when we started to see, wait
- 12:45Speaker 1: a minute, when we reverse, when we address the coaching
- 12:50Speaker 1: that provides helps them rewire the way they process the stress,
- 12:53Speaker 1: the nutrition plan that teaches them how to use their
- 12:55Speaker 1: food as their medicine, the herbal supplements and the daily
- 12:59Speaker 1: practice is everything started to change. And we literally we
- 13:03Speaker 1: started off by founding the Hope Beyond five Elimination program,
- 13:06Speaker 1: and we started to see that women were one of
- 13:09Speaker 1: our cases. She eliminated these five zero five woids on
- 13:12Speaker 1: our program, naturally, no surgery completely in like six months
- 13:16Speaker 1: time frames m RI documented. But not only that happened
- 13:20Speaker 1: with Sean, but people were saying, oh, I'm I no
- 13:23Speaker 1: longer leave my blood pressure pills, or I never I
- 13:25Speaker 1: don't no longer need my cholesterol pills. Oh my goodness,
- 13:29Speaker 1: I'm no longer dealing with those m S symptoms um
- 13:32Speaker 1: And we started saying, wait a minute, we need to
- 13:34Speaker 1: actually expand this to the larger audience because the truth
- 13:37Speaker 1: is the detox that we did as part of the
- 13:39Speaker 1: program was kick starting all kinds of health revolution. Now
- 13:46Speaker 1: we started, I'll talk about is the detoxin and involving
- 13:50Speaker 1: the plant based eating lifestyle. Absolutely, So let's talk about
- 13:54Speaker 1: why before you make any lifestyle change with Sean, detoxin
- 13:59Speaker 1: is the first step. Whether you're looking to prevent disease
- 14:02Speaker 1: or you're looking to reverse a condition, okay, detoxing it
- 14:06Speaker 1: really helps to kick start your overall health regiment okay,
- 14:12Speaker 1: and to reverse some of those key things that are
- 14:15Speaker 1: causing the inflammation. All right, So that remember, your body
- 14:18Speaker 1: knows how to heal itself. Okay, it's created to heal itself.
- 14:21Speaker 1: What's happening, There's been severe interruptions in the process. And
- 14:25Speaker 1: what we what we help people do through the detox
- 14:27Speaker 1: program is to stop being the accomplice in the story
- 14:30Speaker 1: of their disease and start being the hero in the
- 14:33Speaker 1: story of their healing. Okay. So the first step is
- 14:36Speaker 1: whether you're looking at oh, you know what, I'm just
- 14:39Speaker 1: I know there's a lot of disease my family. I
- 14:41Speaker 1: know that I see things, I'm sluggish I'm fatigued all
- 14:45Speaker 1: the time. I'm dealing with now the doctors want to
- 14:48Speaker 1: put me on pressure meds or I'm pre diabetic, whatever
- 14:51Speaker 1: it is. The first step is, you know, we've got
- 14:52Speaker 1: to make an about face. We need to make that
- 14:54Speaker 1: one a d degree terms. And people throw that term
- 14:57Speaker 1: detoxing out there because they're just trying to get into
- 15:00Speaker 1: an outfit or they're just trying to get that body
- 15:02Speaker 1: look good. But what we talked about when we talk
- 15:04Speaker 1: about at the detox now is about healing oregan healing
- 15:08Speaker 1: your inside because when you hear your inside where you
- 15:11Speaker 1: detoxify that liver, you just toxify that lymphatic system. You
- 15:16Speaker 1: you actually restore the function of your digestive system. What's
- 15:19Speaker 1: happening now, Sean, is that your body starts to heal
- 15:22Speaker 1: from the inside out. And then those things for losing
- 15:26Speaker 1: the way, all that happens at the byproduct, but now
- 15:29Speaker 1: your health is actually kicked started. Absolutely. The cool thing
- 15:32Speaker 1: about it is that the way life is. For instance,
- 15:36Speaker 1: when you start talking about plant based foods like the
- 15:38Speaker 1: impossible burger at Burger kick even that three times and
- 15:43Speaker 1: this ball okay because it tastes good. I'm just letting
- 15:46Speaker 1: you know that you know, you know, because vegan gets
- 15:49Speaker 1: a bad rap as far as what's tasteful. Oh my god,
- 15:53Speaker 1: you know, it's just it's a special group of people
- 15:55Speaker 1: who just eat it. But but the food is becoming
- 15:58Speaker 1: engaging the people me that you're winding up, that you're
- 16:02Speaker 1: becoming a sellable and marketable to the general public now.
- 16:06Speaker 1: And it's really interesting because money, Because it's really interesting
- 16:11Speaker 1: because the people made this change. You know what I said,
- 16:14Speaker 1: We don't want, you know, this product that has all
- 16:17Speaker 1: this sugar, We don't want this fry food. And so
- 16:19Speaker 1: we want to know what the calories are, what exactly
- 16:21Speaker 1: are we eating at these various restaurants put it on
- 16:24Speaker 1: the menu so we know. So we as a people
- 16:27Speaker 1: decided we want to know. And so the interesting to say, oh,
- 16:31Speaker 1: we can't keep fooling them now, like you said earlier
- 16:33Speaker 1: about that metasine, we can't keep fooling We gotta start
- 16:36Speaker 1: telling them. And then they said, okay, now, longly do
- 16:38Speaker 1: we have to start telling them because they're not even
- 16:40Speaker 1: buying the product that we are forcing on them, Like
- 16:42Speaker 1: we're saying, this is your only option to eat this
- 16:44Speaker 1: type of food or this type of candy or this
- 16:46Speaker 1: type of cake. We're going to have to adjust our menus,
- 16:50Speaker 1: adjust our our products on our store shaps to say
- 16:54Speaker 1: we hear you, here you are. And that's why our
- 16:56Speaker 1: person like me enjoying the impossible burger which they have,
- 17:00Speaker 1: they have, the Wall Burgs has an impossible burger, Burger King, Wendy,
- 17:04Speaker 1: all these places. But I've been at Burger King three times.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Is great. I enjoyed. I'm about to go get a double.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Oh no, I'm getting double. I'm getting double. I gotta
- 17:13Speaker 1: I gotta throw down. I gotta give me a whopp
- 17:16Speaker 1: a bond with a double burger. Oh my lord. Well,
- 17:20Speaker 1: let me let me chime in on that. Right, So
- 17:22Speaker 1: you know, everybody's on their journey. And this is the thing.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I think people are sick and tired of being sick. Okay,
- 17:27Speaker 1: you know, diseases are at epic proportions right now in
- 17:30Speaker 1: terms of the level, whether it's you know, cancer, every
- 17:33Speaker 1: major disease you can think of. It's the the what
- 17:37Speaker 1: you call the obesity high numbers. And people are saying,
- 17:41Speaker 1: wait a minute, what can we do about it? Because
- 17:43Speaker 1: traditional medicine really has really been about treatment and not prevention. Right,
- 17:48Speaker 1: and the money is in the treatment. The money is
- 17:50Speaker 1: not in the cure. But we know when you change
- 17:52Speaker 1: what you eat, you can actually prevent and reverse these
- 17:55Speaker 1: things because you let your body do the work it's
- 17:57Speaker 1: supposed to do. But so what we say to people is,
- 17:59Speaker 1: you know, everybody's on a journey, and what we know
- 18:02Speaker 1: about food that actually is your medicine. You want to
- 18:05Speaker 1: use foods that are non hybrid, foods that are not synthetic,
- 18:09Speaker 1: foods that are all natural, they're non gmo, right, plant
- 18:12Speaker 1: based foods. Those foods actually help your body do the
- 18:15Speaker 1: reverse work. This boot help help kiss your body into
- 18:18Speaker 1: the work where it's actually um in breaking down the inflammation. Now,
- 18:22Speaker 1: there's a lot of stuff that's out there under the
- 18:24Speaker 1: vegan label. Rashan, I'm not gonna lie to it. It's
- 18:27Speaker 1: not all good, Okay, slow me down. Yeah, yeah, I'm
- 18:31Speaker 1: gonna slow you down there. I'm gonna tell you why, okay,
- 18:34Speaker 1: Because they're it's sort of like they they're giving you
- 18:36Speaker 1: the carrot okay and hoping that you'll stay there. But
- 18:40Speaker 1: I'm going to give you a bigger picture because while
- 18:43Speaker 1: the impossible burger is making you feel like okay, it's
- 18:46Speaker 1: a good first step to eating that, you know, the ribs,
- 18:49Speaker 1: because I was a major Conivo Brashan, Okay for all
- 18:52Speaker 1: of this, somebody I could eat ox tails every day.
- 18:55Speaker 1: I got engaged at a Tony Rowan rib plate. That
- 18:58Speaker 1: was my life. You under what I'm saying. So for me,
- 19:02Speaker 1: I needed that. I when I finally realized that my
- 19:04Speaker 1: health was on the line and what power was in
- 19:07Speaker 1: my hands to change it? Rashan, When I realized, wait
- 19:11Speaker 1: a minute, the food is not entertainment. The food is
- 19:13Speaker 1: my medicine. Okay. When I started to understand that, I
- 19:17Speaker 1: went hardcore and I read the benefits of it, and
- 19:20Speaker 1: so are all of our clients. Okay, but the key
- 19:22Speaker 1: thing is understand that people are trying to get their
- 19:24Speaker 1: foods that things like impossible burger and beyond meat. You
- 19:28Speaker 1: have to be careful in terms of being long term
- 19:31Speaker 1: on them. You may say, you know what, I'm trying
- 19:34Speaker 1: to taste this to see can I even can I
- 19:36Speaker 1: even try can do yesterday? So I'm trying to diversify.
- 19:42Speaker 1: I know, I'm just saying, yes, sir, listen, And it's
- 19:45Speaker 1: a journey. It's a journey. One of the some of
- 19:47Speaker 1: the best, best calls I had, I'll have a brother.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Oh I did it, Jesse, I did it. You know
- 19:53Speaker 1: I stopped eating and I'm eating this now. I'm like, see, brother,
- 19:56Speaker 1: this is it. And it's the first step for you
- 19:58Speaker 1: even thinking differently then you you you put your dip,
- 20:01Speaker 1: your toe in it. So the next thing we want
- 20:03Speaker 1: you to do is to start saying, okay, wait a
- 20:05Speaker 1: minute now, really understanding what those labels means. You know,
- 20:08Speaker 1: because because it just has the vegan label doesn't mean
- 20:11Speaker 1: it's healthy. Like you know, the that that name you
- 20:15Speaker 1: talked about has something called glutamic acid. You know, those
- 20:18Speaker 1: those burgers, and they can they can cause glutamate. They
- 20:21Speaker 1: can cause things like bloating and nauda and vomiting and diarrhea.
- 20:25Speaker 1: But understand, for your body, for somebody who's coming from
- 20:28Speaker 1: where you are coming from, it's gonna be like a leap. Okay, um,
- 20:34Speaker 1: I gotta wrapped this up. I want to bring you
- 20:36Speaker 1: back on the show. You're amazing. Uh D. Detox Now
