- 0:01Speaker 1: What do you think about the Department of Home in
- 0:03Speaker 1: Security offering illegal immigrants a three thousand dollars holiday stipend
- 0:11Speaker 1: for self deportation.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Because here's what we've found out.
- 0:18Speaker 1: The federal government is offering a three thousand dollars holiday stipend.
- 0:22Speaker 1: They're calling it to encourage illegal immigrants to self deport
- 0:26Speaker 1: over Christmas. The small expense, they say, is far less
- 0:31Speaker 1: in the cost of chasing and deporting migrants, and it
- 0:34Speaker 1: comes amid growing economic pressure on migrants who are losing
- 0:37Speaker 1: jobs and housing, amid President Trump's enforcement of the nation's
- 0:41Speaker 1: immigration laws that are very popular right now. Quote, during
- 0:46Speaker 1: the Christmas season, the US taxpayer is so generously tripling
- 0:51Speaker 1: the incentive to leave voluntarily for those in this country illegally,
- 0:56Speaker 1: offering a three thousand dollars exit bonus, but just until
- 0:59Speaker 1: the end of the year. That is what the Homeland
- 1:02Speaker 1: Security Secretary Christy Nomes said, saying, quote, illegal aliens should
- 1:05Speaker 1: take advantage of the gift and self deport because if
- 1:08Speaker 1: they don't, we will find them, we will arrest them,
- 1:11Speaker 1: and they will never return.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Now here's the cool part.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Since January of this year, one point nine million illegal
- 1:20Speaker 1: aliens have voluntarily self deported. Tens of thousands have used
- 1:25Speaker 1: the CBP Home program. The agency also has put out
- 1:29Speaker 1: the statement added this self deportations through the CBP Home
- 1:34Speaker 1: app is the best gift that an illegal alien can
- 1:36Speaker 1: give themselves and their families this holiday season.
- 1:40Speaker 2: It's a fast, free and easy process. Just download the app, fill.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Out your information, and DHS will take care of the rest,
- 1:47Speaker 1: including arranging payment for your travel back home. Those are
- 1:51Speaker 1: illegal aliens who take advantage of this, they say special
- 1:55Speaker 1: offer today, have only one alternative. They'll be arrested, deported,
- 2:00Speaker 1: and they will never be able to return to the
- 2:01Speaker 1: United States of America. Now, reduced a number of migrants
- 2:05Speaker 1: will help raise American wages and also is reducing the
- 2:09Speaker 1: price of homes and rent and encouraged sidelined Americans to
- 2:14Speaker 1: now seek jobs. It also forced US government immediate elite
- 2:19Speaker 1: to shift their focus from the concerns of migrants and
- 2:22Speaker 1: business groups to the concerns of ordinary Americans who are
- 2:26Speaker 1: facing real crime, discrimination, and poverty.
- 2:32Speaker 2: There is a.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Ton of evidence, by the way and countless anecdotes that
- 2:38Speaker 1: many migrants are self deporting, but no firm data on
- 2:42Speaker 1: exactly how many could be gone. The government is now
- 2:45Speaker 1: saying it's about one point nine to two million. I'll
- 2:48Speaker 1: give you another example of this. Thousands of Haitians and
- 2:50Speaker 1: other migrants in the United States of America have crossed
- 2:54Speaker 1: the border into Canada. The Canadian Border Agency Services Agency
- 3:00Speaker 1: says they processed officially about thirty two thousand asylum claims
- 3:05Speaker 1: through November. That is, they say a forty two percent
- 3:08Speaker 1: decline from the same period last year. Now, according to
- 3:12Speaker 1: a December twenty two report in the Detroit Press, they
- 3:16Speaker 1: say they're seeing more and more of this.
- 3:17Speaker 2: It's actually happening now.
- 3:19Speaker 1: It's also interesting because some illegal immigrants are actually filming themselves,
- 3:23Speaker 1: deporting themselves, avoiding being picked up by ice. They make
- 3:28Speaker 1: us feel unwelcome. Here is how one illegal immigrant put
- 3:31Speaker 1: it so. Now, he says, I'm going home. He shot
- 3:33Speaker 1: a video at the airport. I would say, good. I
- 3:36Speaker 1: don't want you to feel welcome here if you're coming
- 3:38Speaker 1: in and breaking into this country. I do want you
- 3:41Speaker 1: to feel welcome here if you come into this country
- 3:43Speaker 1: the legal in.
- 3:44Speaker 2: The right way now.
- 3:46Speaker 1: In December, this illegal immigrant described early in December the
- 3:50Speaker 1: self deportation of a Columbia family after the father had
- 3:54Speaker 1: been deported from Tucson, Arizona. The mother of the four
- 3:58Speaker 1: children previously told the local news that self deportation was
- 4:02Speaker 1: the best decision for her family after her husband was
- 4:05Speaker 1: deported in January.
- 4:08Speaker 2: On Tuesday, the Santos go ahead.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Santos remained firm in her decision to do this, which
- 4:16Speaker 1: is pretty cool, though bittersweet tears as she described it,
- 4:21Speaker 1: because well, I mean, America is awesome.
- 4:23Speaker 2: I think we can all agree on that.
- 4:26Speaker 1: She expressed her gratitude, saying, quote, I don't have the
- 4:29Speaker 1: words to express just how grateful I am. I want
- 4:32Speaker 1: to thank all the people that we met while we
- 4:35Speaker 1: stayed here. So self deportation and the US Customs Immigration
- 4:39Speaker 1: Enforcement actually put out the local Channel thirteen news video
- 4:43Speaker 1: and here's what part of it sounded like.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 4:46Speaker 3: For three years, she's been raising her children on her
- 4:49Speaker 3: own since January, after her husband was deported. I think
- 4:55Speaker 3: as a vice, she told me she wanted to stay
- 4:57Speaker 3: in the country longer and have better education for her kids.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Go Asantos says ICE agents contacted her over the phone
- 5:05Speaker 3: and gave her an option to either be detained or
- 5:07Speaker 3: self deport She believes leaving is the best choice for
- 5:10Speaker 3: her family.
- 5:12Speaker 4: OK.
- 5:14Speaker 3: She says, I don't want my kids to see someone
- 5:17Speaker 3: come into the house with a gun or have them
- 5:20Speaker 3: or her be handcuffed. Go Asanto's plans to make the
- 5:23Speaker 3: most of her last few days she has here. She
- 5:26Speaker 3: still says she has plenty to be grateful for. She's
- 5:29Speaker 3: thankful to God for her kids and family. I asked
- 5:33Speaker 3: her what she'll miss most about being here in the US.
- 5:38Speaker 2: The people, She tells me. The people.
- 5:41Speaker 1: You listen to that story and I just say, good, Like,
- 5:46Speaker 1: this is exactly what we need.
- 5:47Speaker 2: We need more of.
- 5:48Speaker 1: This operation Overlord, the D Day Beaches. You and I
- 5:53Speaker 1: share a passion for history, so I hope you'll join
- 5:56Speaker 1: me next spring on the D Day Beaches in Normandy.

- 6:03Speaker 1: and Utah. You're gonna discover the sacred patch of sand

- 6:14Speaker 1: Day Invasion. Can Chase fifty seven fifty seven and that
- 6:18Speaker 1: includes your airfare. You're going to stand at General Patton's
- 6:21Speaker 1: grave site by Stone Point Duhal and Mulberry Harbor. Call

- 6:28Speaker 1: dial pound two fifty and say the keyword Conservative Tours.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Or go to Conservativetours dot com an A plus rating
- 6:37Speaker 1: with the BBB all your sight seeing in Paris too.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Dial pound two fifty say the keyword Conservative Tours. You'll
- 6:44Speaker 1: have the option to receive a one time auto dialed
- 6:48Speaker 1: text message from my heart. Media liberals freaking out at
- 6:53Speaker 1: the idea of giving someone three thousand dollars a holiday
- 6:56Speaker 1: stipend for self deportation. The question, all of what should
- 7:00Speaker 1: be asking is why would you not be in favor
- 7:03Speaker 1: of that. Democrats claim they're all about right humanity. They
- 7:07Speaker 1: want to make sure that everyone's happy and safe and
- 7:09Speaker 1: well taken care of. You know that the party of
- 7:11Speaker 1: actually putting children in cages that was under the Obama administration.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Now treating people like a human being, which is what
- 7:20Speaker 1: Democrats have been obsessed with. Are again angry that we're saying,
- 7:25Speaker 1: if you're willing to self deport we will give you
- 7:28Speaker 1: three thousand dollars holidays stipend. Now this is running through
- 7:30Speaker 1: the end of the year. It's a brilliant Trump policy,
- 7:35Speaker 1: and it's also being sold as a small expense is
- 7:38Speaker 1: far less than the cost of chasing and deporting an
- 7:42Speaker 1: illegal immigrant, and it comes amid the growing pressure of
- 7:46Speaker 1: the economic issues that migrants illegal immigrants have put on
- 7:52Speaker 1: this country, taking jobs away from American citizens, raising the
- 7:56Speaker 1: cost of rent for American citizens, and raising the cost
- 7:59Speaker 1: of home pricing for American citizens. The President said it
- 8:04Speaker 1: this way during the Christmas season. The US taxpayer is
- 8:08Speaker 1: so generously tripling the incentive to leave voluntarily for those
- 8:12Speaker 1: in the country illegally, offering a three thousand dollars exit bonus.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Now you only have to the end of the year.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Chrissy Nome's saying illegal aliens should take advantage of the
- 8:22Speaker 1: gift and self deport because if they don't, we will
- 8:26Speaker 1: find them, we will.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Arrest them, and they will never return.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Now, I think this is like one of the most
- 8:32Speaker 1: humanitarian things I have ever heard, right, I think this
- 8:36Speaker 1: is amazing. There was a man that even filmed himself
- 8:40Speaker 1: his deporting video at the airport to avoid being picked
- 8:44Speaker 1: up by ice.
- 8:46Speaker 2: He said that he.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Doesn't feel welcome here anymore as an illegal immigrant. Now
- 8:58Speaker 1: he's parked his car, he's got his pillow around his neck,
- 9:03Speaker 1: and he's speaking into TikTok.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Right.
- 9:06Speaker 1: The reason why I play this is because this, to
- 9:09Speaker 1: me is like the best video that illegal immigrant could
- 9:13Speaker 1: ever put out. Why One, they're basically admitting defeat. Two
- 9:16Speaker 1: they're telling other illegal immigrants don't come here, it's not
- 9:20Speaker 1: worth it. Right, the chance of you getting picked up
- 9:23Speaker 1: are very high. He's doing a PSA that is telling
- 9:28Speaker 1: illegal immigrants to stop coming into this country. That is
- 9:32Speaker 1: again another example of just how incredible this is. Ice
- 9:36Speaker 1: putting out this Channel thirteen video. Self deported or be deported?
- 9:41Speaker 1: The choice is yours, as they described it as a mother,
- 9:44Speaker 1: a Columbian mother is self deporting with her kids next
- 9:47Speaker 1: week after her husband had already been deported. And again
- 9:51Speaker 1: this is great news because it's a walking billboard. You
- 9:55Speaker 1: had an illegal from Guatemala say she may have to
- 9:58Speaker 1: move home with her kids since her husband got to
- 10:00Speaker 1: reported while waiting to work, waiting for work outside of
- 10:03Speaker 1: a home depot, another example of self deportations. Again part
- 10:08Speaker 1: of the story. Listen, this mother wants to be known
- 10:11Speaker 1: as Mirabelle. She's not sure how much longer her six
- 10:15Speaker 1: year old will still be playing with these kids here
- 10:18Speaker 1: at Esperanza elementary school. Mirabelle is undocumented and now parenting
- 10:23Speaker 1: on her own after her husband was detained while he
- 10:26Speaker 1: looked for work outside of home depot.
- 10:29Speaker 4: He's since been deported back to Guatemala. It's affecting their children,
- 10:35Speaker 4: marabel says as she speaks through the tears. The children
- 10:39Speaker 4: have fear that makes them not want to go out
- 10:40Speaker 4: on the street. But their one year old daughter was
- 10:43Speaker 4: born in the US, and so was their six year
- 10:47Speaker 4: old who's now a first grader here right now, the
- 10:50Speaker 4: district's enrollment stands that just over four hundred and nine
- 10:53Speaker 4: thousand students. That's down four percent from last year, two
- 10:58Speaker 4: percent more than what was projected.
- 11:01Speaker 5: The projection for this year was off by a significant margin,
- 11:05Speaker 5: and that margin is absolutely associated with federal immigration actions
- 11:11Speaker 5: in our community.
- 11:13Speaker 4: For every single student, LAUS brings in about twenty thousand
- 11:18Speaker 4: dollars in state and federal funds used to pay for
- 11:20Speaker 4: a variety programs many students use and benefit from.
- 11:25Speaker 5: The loss is as high as one hundred and forty
- 11:29Speaker 5: million dollars for one single year. If that continues then
- 11:35Speaker 5: year after year, then we're talking about a significant impact
- 11:39Speaker 5: of the budget.
- 11:40Speaker 4: When you tell your daughter that you may have to
- 11:43Speaker 4: pull her out of the school and move her to Guatemala.
- 11:46Speaker 4: What does she tell you that she doesn't want to leave,
- 11:50Speaker 4: Marabel says, but her daughter may have no choice. Marabell
- 11:54Speaker 4: can't afford to keep living in La much longer, so
- 11:58Speaker 4: Esperanza is likely to lose one more student very soon.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Again, this report I just played for you is exactly
- 12:07Speaker 1: the best public relations campaign the Trump administration could have
- 12:13Speaker 1: ever asked for. You can leave now. We will give
- 12:16Speaker 1: you a three thousand dollars bonus. You can have a
- 12:19Speaker 1: chance to come back legally and do it the right way.
- 12:22Speaker 1: And if you don't, we will hunt you down. We
- 12:25Speaker 1: will find you, and you will be gone now. The
- 12:30Speaker 1: departure of economic migrants is also pressuring uncaring elites in
- 12:36Speaker 1: the business. They say, politics and government to help discarded
- 12:40Speaker 1: Americans return to work, health, and prosperity, this new report says, which.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Again makes me laugh. You have the crazies out there.
- 12:48Speaker 1: One of them said, quote, I feel like the system
- 12:49Speaker 1: isn't broken, it's working against us. A young American with
- 12:54Speaker 1: ten dollars left, shares a home with four roommates, lives
- 12:57Speaker 1: off granola bars, drives a car. She can't afford to
- 12:59Speaker 1: fix and watches, rent bills, and basic necessities wiped out
- 13:03Speaker 1: of every paycheck. Why, Well, guess what When you are
- 13:06Speaker 1: supporting people that are allowing for illegal immigrants to come
- 13:10Speaker 1: into this country and take your jobs and drive up
- 13:13Speaker 1: the price of housing and rent, this is what you get,
- 13:17Speaker 1: which goes back to the question that I ask everyone,
- 13:22Speaker 1: is it the best money we can spend? And showing
- 13:25Speaker 1: compassion for illegal immigrants at the same time humanizing them.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Democrats have said that Republicans will never do by giving
- 13:33Speaker 1: them three thousand.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Dollars to self deport.
- 13:37Speaker 1: This is, by the way, I believe a incentive based program.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Donald Trump understands incentive based programs and how powerful they
- 13:44Speaker 1: can be, while also warning you that if you don't
- 13:48Speaker 1: take this sweetheart deal, you've broken our laws and we're
- 13:52Speaker 1: willing to fly you home and give you a bonus.
- 13:55Speaker 2: To do it.
- 13:56Speaker 1: But if you don't do it right, this is important.
- 14:00Speaker 1: If you don't do it, what's gonna happen. Well, Unfortunately,
- 14:06Speaker 1: we're gonna hunt you down, We're gonna find you, We're
- 14:09Speaker 1: gonna come after you, and you are going to lose.
- 14:13Speaker 1: You will be deported and never allowed back in that
- 14:18Speaker 1: right there is exactly I mean, exactly what I voted for.
- 14:24Speaker 1: And I was talking to some ICE agents, gosh, forty
- 14:27Speaker 1: eight hours ago and when this was becoming a thing,
- 14:31Speaker 1: and I was like, all right, explain to me why
- 14:34Speaker 1: I should be in favor of this or against it,
- 14:37Speaker 1: And they all unanimously said, you don't understand the amount
- 14:40Speaker 1: of time resources, court appearances, documentation, fingerprinting, processing, even more paperwork.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Then lawyers get involved.
- 14:50Speaker 1: If if we catch someone at the home depot parking lot,
- 14:54Speaker 1: the two thousand or three thousand dollars is a steal
- 15:00Speaker 1: compared to what we pay while we hold them while
- 15:03Speaker 1: we go through the process, and then we deport them.
- 15:07Speaker 1: It is also when we deport them, right, we're paying
- 15:09Speaker 1: for that deportation flight. This is cheaper than that is
- 15:14Speaker 1: they describe it. And they said, if you could take
- 15:16Speaker 1: tomorrow a million people and give them all three thousand dollars,
- 15:21Speaker 1: it would be so much cheaper than what it would
- 15:23Speaker 1: cost to deport a million people. And ultimately, if you're
- 15:27Speaker 1: deporting these people, and then the people who are taking
- 15:31Speaker 1: their place are keeping their money in America in our
- 15:34Speaker 1: systems as sending the majority of it back home. Via
- 15:36Speaker 1: Western Union to whatever country they came from, because the
- 15:38Speaker 1: majority of legal immigrants do not keep their money in
- 15:41Speaker 1: this country. That's also, I think something really important that
- 15:43Speaker 1: people need to understand. And so that's another part of
- 15:47Speaker 1: the frustrating aspect of this. People are very, very very frustrated.
- 15:54Speaker 2: By this. Right.
- 15:55Speaker 1: They're frustrated that the math is just so much cheaper
- 16:00Speaker 1: if we do it this way. Are you rewarding bad behavior?
- 16:04Speaker 1: Is how I asked the question. Well, but aren't we
- 16:07Speaker 1: rewarding They're like, look, if this is a revolving door,
- 16:10Speaker 1: this would be a bad proposition, right, Like, we wouldn't
- 16:13Speaker 1: advocate for this three thousand under the Biden administration because
- 16:16Speaker 1: a lot of people just go back to see their family.
- 16:17Speaker 1: You're paying for their trip back, and then they're coming, right,
- 16:20Speaker 1: they're seeing right back in America. Well, we've locked down
- 16:23Speaker 1: the border, like the illegal immigrants are not coming across
- 16:25Speaker 1: the border. We have locked it down because of the
- 16:28Speaker 1: leadership of Donald Trump. So they described it as now
- 16:31Speaker 1: it's worth it to do it because you're getting a
- 16:33Speaker 1: great bang for your buck. The other part is you're
- 16:36Speaker 1: only doing this through the end of the year. It's
- 16:38Speaker 1: also they said a psychological thing. Those who go to
- 16:41Speaker 1: the front of the line and the good graces to
- 16:43Speaker 1: leave early are the.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Ones that we're willing to look at when we come back.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Okay, So like when we're going through the process of
- 16:50Speaker 1: seeing who may get to come into this country, if
- 16:52Speaker 1: you wait too long, not only do you lose the instead.
- 16:55Speaker 2: Of the three grand, it drops back down to a
- 16:56Speaker 2: one thousand.
- 16:57Speaker 1: But at some point you're going to get caught, as
- 16:59Speaker 1: Christian I'm described it, and we've seen a lot of
- 17:01Speaker 1: people get caught and then you get nothing. So there
- 17:04Speaker 1: is as there's a lot here, you understand, like there's
- 17:07Speaker 1: an awful lot of X factors here, And I think
- 17:10Speaker 1: that's the important part when you're dealing with deportation and
- 17:13Speaker 1: you're dealing with time, paperwork, and part of this is
- 17:16Speaker 1: it frees up for us to go after the hard
- 17:19Speaker 1: criminals and the worst among us. If we have millions
- 17:22Speaker 1: of people that are self deporting who may not be
- 17:24Speaker 1: the hard criminals, that's another like massive perk. This is
- 17:30Speaker 1: the fastest way to get people out. And then the
- 17:33Speaker 1: dollars they were making are now going to Americans, and
- 17:36Speaker 1: those dollars are staying in America in our economy, Like
- 17:39Speaker 1: three thousand to get rid of someone who's taking up
- 17:42Speaker 1: a home or an apartment and their money is not
- 17:45Speaker 1: staying in America's economy is a no brainer. It's not
- 17:48Speaker 1: just a tax dollars, it's the cash. The number one
- 17:52Speaker 1: stimulus of Mexico's economy has been illegal immigrants sending money
- 17:56Speaker 1: back to Mexico. It is outpaced oil production. So like,
- 18:00Speaker 1: think about that. If you can have that amount of
- 18:04Speaker 1: money stay in America, what does that do for our economy?
- 18:07Speaker 1: Because the majority of legal immigrants that stay here, they
- 18:10Speaker 1: do not keep all their money here. They send it home.
- 18:13Speaker 1: It's a problem, man, Like, it's a huge problem. And
- 18:16Speaker 1: I hate that we're having to spend any money at all,
- 18:18Speaker 1: but I know that we have to spend money to
- 18:21Speaker 1: get rid of illegal immigrants, and if we're going out
- 18:24Speaker 1: there to track them down, then it's a really.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Big problem and it costs a lot to do it.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Incentivizing people to self support with a three thousand dollars bonus,
- 18:33Speaker 1: I would say why not? Like this is if we
- 18:38Speaker 1: can get rid of a couple hundred thousand illegal immigrants
- 18:41Speaker 1: by paying them three grand to get out of here, Like.
- 18:44Speaker 2: That's just money. Well spent.
- 18:46Speaker 1: It's a lot cheaper than going after them, having to
- 18:49Speaker 1: find them, dealing with all the deportations like it is
- 18:52Speaker 1: that that is a hard thing to do. It takes money,
- 18:58Speaker 1: It takes and everybody knows it. It's a lot of cash.
- 19:04Speaker 1: It's described as a three thousand dollars exit bonus right.
- 19:07Speaker 1: It's part of the Voluntary self Deportation program references Project Homecoming.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Now here's the eligibility requirements. Because I asked for this,
- 19:16Speaker 1: I'm going to go through them. So you understand, only
- 19:19Speaker 1: undocumented immigrants people in the US without lawful immigration setus
- 19:22Speaker 1: are eligible. So that being illegal immigration, you have to
- 19:26Speaker 1: have registration through the Department hind Security app. Individuals much
- 19:29Speaker 1: register and arrange their departure using the Home the Home
- 19:32Speaker 1: smartphone app.
- 19:34Speaker 2: There's a depart by deadline.
- 19:36Speaker 1: The bonus would apply only at the individual voluntarily exits
- 19:40Speaker 1: the country by December thirty first, so you got to
- 19:44Speaker 1: go fast. The free travel provided they say the DHS
- 19:48Speaker 1: will arrange to pay for transportation flight for the person's
- 19:51Speaker 1: home country as part of the offer as well.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Then there are waivers of fines and penalties. So this
- 19:57Speaker 2: is the incentivizing part. Okay.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Participants quote may be eligible for forgiveness of certain civil
- 20:02Speaker 1: fines or penalties tied to their unlawful presence if they
- 20:05Speaker 1: voluntarily depart using the program. The payment of the fight
- 20:08Speaker 1: are usually processed after departure is completed, all right, so
- 20:12Speaker 1: there's a check and balance there with that. Some previous
- 20:15Speaker 1: participants criticize delays or problems with receiving earlier versions of
- 20:20Speaker 1: the payments because they want the money immediately, Like instagrat
- 20:23Speaker 1: equation are upfront, They're not doing this now. The consequences
- 20:27Speaker 1: are the incentive as well. DHS has said those who
- 20:31Speaker 1: do not leave voluntarily could face enforcement actions, including arrest
- 20:36Speaker 1: and formal deportation under immigration laws. They say those forcibly
- 20:40Speaker 1: removed three deportation typically face longer bans on re entry
- 20:44Speaker 1: than people who leave voluntarily. And they said this three
- 20:47Speaker 1: thousand dollars bonus is not a general everyone gets three
- 20:50Speaker 1: thousand to leave the country. It's temporary for the illegal
- 20:55Speaker 1: immigrants to voluntarily exit. And they say it's tied to
- 20:58Speaker 1: self deportations. So if you're willing to do it yourself,
- 21:01Speaker 1: do it now, get out of the country by the
- 21:03Speaker 1: end of the month, and bam, you get it, and
- 21:05Speaker 1: they said, look, if you want to walk or talk
- 21:07Speaker 1: through this, you can literally go on the CBP app
- 21:10Speaker 1: about the self deportation process and go step by step
- 21:14Speaker 1: like they're trying to make this as easy as possible
- 21:18Speaker 1: to leave, but you must leave by the end of
- 21:22Speaker 1: the year. That's part of where they're like, let's see
- 21:24Speaker 1: how many we can get as fast as we can
- 21:26Speaker 1: get it.
- 21:26Speaker 2: I love that.
- 21:29Speaker 1: I've got one big, great piece of news for you,
- 21:32Speaker 1: and that is gas prices are coming down fast. Donald Trump,
- 21:39Speaker 1: talking about gas prices a few days ago, had this
- 21:42Speaker 1: to say.
- 21:42Speaker 6: We're now at about two dollars and fifty cents a gallon.
- 21:45Speaker 2: We're going to be I think at two dollars a gallon.
- 21:47Speaker 6: We could even crack that at some point. I'd love
- 21:49Speaker 6: to do it, and we could do it more easily
- 21:52Speaker 6: if we weren't building up the strategic national reserves, which
- 21:57Speaker 6: Biden emptied out before the election so they could try elected,
- 22:00Speaker 6: meaning she he started it, then he got thrown out
- 22:03Speaker 6: of the race, then she took over and she kept
- 22:06Speaker 6: it going, and they emptied out these strategic national resists,
- 22:10Speaker 6: which are really meant for something else. They're not meant
- 22:13Speaker 6: to keep people happy with a gasoline place. They're meant
- 22:16Speaker 6: for war, They're meant for problems, big problems. He emptied
- 22:21Speaker 6: it out and then she continued it during the process
- 22:24Speaker 6: of trying to get elected. Didn't work out too well
- 22:27Speaker 6: for him, and they virtually brought it down to the
- 22:29Speaker 6: lowest level I believe in history. And it didn't have
- 22:34Speaker 6: much of an impact because the prices were very high.
- 22:37Speaker 6: But our price is now for energy, but for gasoline
- 22:41Speaker 6: or really low electricities coming down. And when that comes down,
- 22:45Speaker 6: everything comes down.
- 22:48Speaker 2: When that goes down, everything comes down. He's right. There
- 22:52Speaker 2: are people that are saying the president isn't doing enough.
- 22:55Speaker 2: What is wrong with you?
- 22:57Speaker 1: State by state? Right now, I'll give you out of
- 23:00Speaker 1: for example, what are they saying about the holiday week
- 23:02Speaker 1: gas prices?
- 23:03Speaker 2: What are you're paying? Here's an Alabamas.
- 23:06Speaker 7: Well, good news if you're getting ready for a long
- 23:08Speaker 7: drive during this holiday week triple A saying you're paying
- 23:11Speaker 7: two dollars fifty six cents on average for a gallon
- 23:14Speaker 7: of regular right now. That's below the national average, which
- 23:17Speaker 7: is two dollars and eighty five cents this week. This
- 23:20Speaker 7: time last year, the average price of gas here in
- 23:22Speaker 7: the state was two seventy four. Gas Buddy says Christmas
- 23:25Speaker 7: Day gas prices will fall to the lowest level since
- 23:29Speaker 7: twenty twenty US.
- 23:31Speaker 1: The lowest level since twenty twenty, and they want you
- 23:34Speaker 1: to believe that the economy is not going in the
- 23:36Speaker 1: right direction.
- 23:38Speaker 2: It's not just Alabama.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Check in Ohio local WTL channel eleven there for hitting.
- 23:43Speaker 8: The roadways because Toledo area gas prices continuing to trend downward,
- 23:48Speaker 8: which is great news there. A gas Buddy analyst shows
- 23:52Speaker 8: that average gas prices are falling and actually felt nearly
- 23:56Speaker 8: forty cents in the last week gallon of gas on average,
- 24:00Speaker 8: talking about two forty eight, which is almost forty one
- 24:03Speaker 8: cents lower than a month ago and more than sixty
- 24:06Speaker 8: one cents lower than a year ago.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Sixty cents a gallon lower than a year ago. That's real.
- 24:15Speaker 1: But pere I go, oh, no, he's not doing enough.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Really okay, really we're not like, we're not all right.
- 24:19Speaker 1: So let's just go to another city where they're talking
- 24:22Speaker 1: about this. Phoenix, Arizona just not sustainable.
- 24:25Speaker 9: Where your wallet will find some holiday cheer is at
- 24:27Speaker 9: the gas station. More than one hundred and nine million
- 24:30Speaker 9: Americans are expected to drive to their year end destination,
- 24:34Speaker 9: according to Triple A, up two percent from last year.
- 24:37Speaker 9: Low gas prices are a big reason why. As of Monday,
- 24:41Speaker 9: the national average for a down of regular two dollars
- 24:44Speaker 9: eighty five cents, down nineteen cents from last year. If
- 24:47Speaker 9: you're looking for last minute gifts and last minute savings,
- 24:50Speaker 9: consider sporting goods, dish sets, and smartphones, all items that, generally,
- 24:55Speaker 9: according to government inflation data, costs less than they did
- 24:59Speaker 9: last year.
- 25:00Speaker 1: In Washington, well, did you hear that smartphones are less?
- 25:03Speaker 1: Tablets are less? Way that can't be right, Like that
- 25:06Speaker 1: can't be happening. No, I thought everything was bad. I mean,
- 25:12Speaker 1: isn't that what they said to us? They told us
- 25:16Speaker 1: that everything's bad. How can there be this much good news?
- 25:21Speaker 1: Because they said it was terrible news. They said that
- 25:25Speaker 1: everything was going in the wrong direction, that Donald Trump
- 25:28Speaker 1: was a disaster. I don't somebody's got to explain this
- 25:31Speaker 1: to me. Insert sarcasm. There, don't forget. Share this podcast
