- 0:01Speaker 1: All Right, we got some big news to start off with,
- 0:03Speaker 1: and that is this The US Office of Special Counsel
- 0:08Speaker 1: investigating the ex Trump prosecutor Jack Smith is now happening,
- 0:14Speaker 1: is what we're being told. The US Office of Special
- 0:17Speaker 1: Council has open an investigation officially into the former Special
- 0:23Speaker 1: Counsel Jack Smith, who may have quote unlawfully targeted President
- 0:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump. I want you to listen to how part
- 0:33Speaker 1: of this news is broken at Fox News Channel.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 0:36Speaker 3: All right, moving on to this now, former Trump prosecutor
- 0:40Speaker 3: Jack Smith is now under investigation for potentially violating the
- 0:44Speaker 3: Hatch Act, which was stricts government employees from engaging in
- 0:47Speaker 3: political activities. Chilly Panter joins US Now with the details.
- 0:51Speaker 4: Hey Channeling, Hey, good morning guys. So the Office of
- 0:53Speaker 4: Special Counsel confirming is open that investigation against former Special
- 0:57Speaker 4: Council Jack Smith. This after our i's SEW Senator Tom
- 1:00Speaker 4: Cotton sent this letter saying, quote, I write requesting the
- 1:04Speaker 4: Office of Special Counsel to investigate whether Jack Smith, special
- 1:08Speaker 4: Council for Attorney General Merrick Garland, unlawfully took political actions
- 1:12Speaker 4: to influence the twenty twenty four election to harm then
- 1:16Speaker 4: candidate President Donald Trump. So while the specific scope of
- 1:20Speaker 4: this investigation is not clear, it is expected the probe
- 1:24Speaker 4: we'll look into whether Smith violated the Hatch Act during
- 1:27Speaker 4: his criminal investigation into President Trump's handling of classified documents
- 1:33Speaker 4: and alleged efforts to subvert the twenty twenty election. Trump
- 1:36Speaker 4: pleted not guilty in both of those cases that were
- 1:39Speaker 4: ultimately dismissed following the twenty twenty four election. Earlier this week,
- 1:43Speaker 4: Senator Cotton pointed to how he believed Smith used his
- 1:46Speaker 4: DOJ roll to quote help Kamala and hurt Trump, claiming
- 1:50Speaker 4: Special Counsel Smith rushed the trial for President Trump to
- 1:54Speaker 4: begin just two weeks before the Iowa caucuses, that Smith
- 1:57Speaker 4: tried to go right to the Supreme Court to get
- 2:00Speaker 4: quick ruling before the election, and that Smith filed a
- 2:04Speaker 4: massive brief that included secret grand jury testimony just within
- 2:08Speaker 4: sixty days of the election, which could also violate a
- 2:11Speaker 4: separate Justice Department rule that goes beyond the Hatch Act.
- 2:14Speaker 4: So it's all important to note that this is an investigation,
- 2:17Speaker 4: but it's not a criminal investigation. That the office there
- 2:20Speaker 4: does have authority though to impose things like fines and
- 2:23Speaker 4: other sanctions if they do ultimately find that he violated.
- 2:26Speaker 1: The hatchac Guys, let's go into even more of what
- 2:29Speaker 1: this means. The OSC has Smith under a microscope, and
- 2:35Speaker 1: this I've been told by many on Capitol Hill is
- 2:40Speaker 1: the beginning of what could be other possible issues for him.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I want to be clear about that he's under the
- 2:47Speaker 1: microscope regarding the possibility that not only won, he violated
- 2:50Speaker 1: the Hatch Act, which says, again government workers are not
- 2:54Speaker 1: allowed to take part in certain political activities. All right, Now,
- 2:59Speaker 1: it received confirmation the probe Fox did there from the
- 3:03Speaker 1: office and that Smith is not being quote criminally investigated.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Now, let's be clear. I want you to understand.
- 3:10Speaker 1: This could be the beginning of opening up who knows
- 3:14Speaker 1: what you can read between the lines there. The OSC
- 3:18Speaker 1: is a government watchdog that operates independently. Number one is
- 3:22Speaker 1: a federal investigative and prosecutal office. In July, Tom Cotton
- 3:28Speaker 1: asked its members to investigate whether Jack Smith, who again
- 3:32Speaker 1: was a special counsel for the former Attorney General Merrick Garland,
- 3:36Speaker 1: if he engaged in unlawful political activities to quote influence.
- 3:42Speaker 2: All right, think about the timeline here.
- 3:45Speaker 1: The twenty twenty four presidential election and targeted Trump in
- 3:49Speaker 1: doing so to influence the twenty twenty four election. Now,
- 3:55Speaker 1: President Trump, of course, said you know this about Joe
- 3:59Speaker 1: Biden in Jack Smith and every Democrat quote who weaponized
- 4:03Speaker 1: law against him. President Trump's astounding victory doesn't excuse Smith
- 4:07Speaker 1: of responsibility, the Senator said, for his unlawful election interference.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I therefore asked the Office of Special Counsel to investigate
- 4:16Speaker 1: whether Jack Smith or quote any members of his team
- 4:20Speaker 1: unlawfully acted for political purposes. So Number one, is it
- 4:27Speaker 1: going to be difficult for the media to cover this. Yes,
- 4:30Speaker 1: And that's why we're covering it right now, because you
- 4:32Speaker 1: need to know what's happening. Democrats are gonna dismiss this.
- 4:36Speaker 1: They're gonna say this is not a big deal. They're
- 4:39Speaker 1: gonna say this is nothing, that this is just a
- 4:42Speaker 1: political hit job on Jack Smith, who quote did his job. Now,
- 4:46Speaker 1: Jack Smith oversaw a pair, okay, not one, but two
- 4:50Speaker 1: of the criminal investigations into Donald Trump while the former
- 4:55Speaker 1: president Joe Biden was still in office.
- 4:57Speaker 2: All Right. The outlet of the New York Times.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Or excuse me, the New York Post, reporting this on Friday,
- 5:03Speaker 1: They said, One of the investigations, as you may recall,
- 5:06Speaker 1: was quote into trump handling of classified documents.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Then the other was as to whether.
- 5:12Speaker 1: His actions on January sixth, twenty twenty one, or an
- 5:15Speaker 1: attempt to overturn the twenty twenty election. Both cases, as
- 5:19Speaker 1: you know, have been dismissed. Now, an email that has
- 5:23Speaker 1: come forward reviewed by the New York Posts also states
- 5:27Speaker 1: that the Hatch Act Unit, which enforces a law restricting
- 5:31Speaker 1: government and ployees from engaging in political activities, has begun
- 5:35Speaker 1: reviewing the former Special Council for the United States Department
- 5:40Speaker 1: of Justice. Now, the email was written by senior counsel
- 5:44Speaker 1: at the OSC. The article states, now let's go back
- 5:47Speaker 1: to Smith for a second. Smith, you may have forgotten,
- 5:51Speaker 1: resigned from the US Department of Justice after he failed
- 5:54Speaker 1: to bring the case against Trump to trial because welly
- 5:57Speaker 1: knew it was going to get dismissed, and he knew
- 5:59Speaker 1: it was crap, and they lost, and so he wanted out.
- 6:02Speaker 1: The article also says Smith's resignation comes to his office
- 6:06Speaker 1: has engaged quote in last minute legal wranglings to release
- 6:09Speaker 1: its work against Trump before President Joe Biden left office.
- 6:12Speaker 2: If you go back and look at the record.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Then he resigned on a Saturday, just nine days before
- 6:18Speaker 1: Trump's inauguration, after which Smith would have been fired.
- 6:23Speaker 2: We're all sure of that now.
- 6:24Speaker 1: The following month, Trump suspended the security clearances of law
- 6:30Speaker 1: firm members who helped Jack Smith, and that was something
- 6:34Speaker 1: that people are like, Okay.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Pay attention now.
- 6:37Speaker 1: The memo, by the way, addressed to all relevant agencies
- 6:41Speaker 1: and departments, halted any security crences of Covington and Berling.
- 6:46Speaker 2: That's a law firm. It's members, partners.
- 6:47Speaker 1: And employees who helped Jack Smith during his time in
- 6:51Speaker 1: the role of Special Council quote penning a review and
- 6:53Speaker 1: determination of their roles and responsibilities if any, in the
- 6:58Speaker 1: weaponization of the judicial process, per that memo.
- 7:02Speaker 2: So let me be clear.
- 7:04Speaker 1: The takeaway from this this could be the beginning of
- 7:08Speaker 1: something very, very big, and it's going to start with
- 7:13Speaker 1: the man who went after and weaponized our government against
- 7:16Speaker 1: Donald Trump, Jack Smith. So get ready, we're going to
- 7:20Speaker 1: keep covering this. It's very big, all right. I want
- 7:24Speaker 1: to get to another important issue. It's a big one
- 7:29Speaker 1: and it's one that so many Americans have, especially the media,
- 7:37Speaker 1: have really really really overlooked it completely. That's part of
- 7:43Speaker 1: What I like to do here is bring you different
- 7:45Speaker 1: information that others are refusing to cover, and this one
- 7:51Speaker 1: is one that is really interesting because the number of
- 7:55Speaker 1: arrests of migrant gotaways continuing now into Texas despite record
- 8:01Speaker 1: low apprehensions at the border. The media doesn't want you
- 8:05Speaker 1: to know how many bad own brais we have right
- 8:08Speaker 1: now in this country. The Texas Department of Public Safety troopers,
- 8:12Speaker 1: the National guardsmen, and the Border patrol agents are continuing
- 8:16Speaker 1: to arrest migrants who illegally cross the border between the
- 8:19Speaker 1: ports of entry and made their way into the US interior.
- 8:22Speaker 1: The Trump administration has just released more info. Recent arrests
- 8:27Speaker 1: include three Chinese nationals who got away from the border
- 8:32Speaker 1: after crossing near Mission Texas. What we now know is
- 8:37Speaker 1: that this was an operation that Texas DPS did. They
- 8:41Speaker 1: posted video to social media showing the continuing activities of
- 8:45Speaker 1: the troopers, the garment and Border patrol agents, who despite
- 8:49Speaker 1: these record low apprehensions of the border said now their
- 8:52Speaker 1: job is to find migrants being smuggled into the interior
- 8:56Speaker 1: of Texas after not being apprehended at the border. Law
- 9:00Speaker 1: enforcement teams, they say are real problems, are facing real
- 9:04Speaker 1: problems because they're going after and continue to seize drugs
- 9:08Speaker 1: that are being smuggled into Texas. You have human smuggling
- 9:12Speaker 1: arrests that are are still happening each and every day.
- 9:16Speaker 1: You have canine teams now that are actually being able
- 9:18Speaker 1: to do their jobs by tracking and assisting US Port
- 9:23Speaker 1: Patrol in the tracking of these drugs. We're seeing drug seizures,
- 9:27Speaker 1: they said, in Brownsville, Texas, stolen vehicles that are being
- 9:31Speaker 1: used by the cartels, and others that are that are
- 9:34Speaker 1: grabbed in Laredo, Texas, for example. This is just some
- 9:39Speaker 1: of what is happening at the border. We also know
- 9:42Speaker 1: this past week that smugglers were sentenced to ten years
- 9:45Speaker 1: in prison. You've got pursuits to ranch tracks to all
- 9:50Speaker 1: these missions that are happening, and they're wanting people to
- 9:53Speaker 1: understand what's going on here now. One example that was
- 9:56Speaker 1: reported was on July the thirty first. One of the
- 10:00Speaker 1: videos they put out show Border Patrol mounted patrolled teams
- 10:04Speaker 1: tracking migrants in du Val County, Texas.
- 10:07Speaker 2: The team tracked the.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Illegal alien to attempt to escape by using thick brushes cover.
- 10:11Speaker 1: That's where the Texas DPSK nine team managed to apprehend
- 10:15Speaker 1: the two legal aliens and turn them over to border
- 10:17Speaker 1: patrol agents.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Now, they weren't able to.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Do this type of work before because they were babysitting
- 10:23Speaker 1: illegal immigrants at the border under the Biden administration. Earlier
- 10:26Speaker 1: on Thursday, for example, they reported the arrests of these
- 10:30Speaker 1: three Chinese nationals that were apprehended near Mission, Texas after
- 10:33Speaker 1: clearing the border without encountering a border patrol agent. And
- 10:37Speaker 1: this is part of the problem. Now the troopers say,
- 10:40Speaker 1: we're getting to do our jobs. Now they were to
- 10:42Speaker 1: stop the human smuggling attempts. Last week, also in de
- 10:46Speaker 1: Mint County, Texas, they pulled over a Florida driver. The
- 10:49Speaker 1: troopers found two Mexican nationals illegally present in the US,
- 10:52Speaker 1: hiding in the rear cargo area of the suv. Again,
- 10:56Speaker 1: another example of the bad own braids that we're talking about. One,
- 11:00Speaker 1: for example, it was reported the arrest of ten illegal
- 11:03Speaker 1: aliens ineer Mission. These included four migrants from Uzbekistan. Now
- 11:08Speaker 1: why does that matter, Well, it's a hotbed for terrorism.
- 11:11Speaker 1: That's one of the big concerns here is that how
- 11:14Speaker 1: many people have come in this country illegally that are
- 11:18Speaker 1: terrorists and wanting to do things and do real harm
- 11:21Speaker 1: inside the United States of America. Now, in June, to
- 11:24Speaker 1: put this in perspective of where we are now because
- 11:27Speaker 1: of a strong border security from this President Donald Trump,
- 11:33Speaker 1: border patrol agents apprehended three thousand, nine hundred and ninety
- 11:37Speaker 1: five migrants who illegally crossed the border into five Texas
- 11:42Speaker 1: based sectors. Let me just explain to you the difference
- 11:46Speaker 1: between June of this year and June of twenty twenty four,
- 11:50Speaker 1: when Joe Biden was like, everybody, come in, we have
- 11:53Speaker 1: an open border. They caught thirty thousand, seven hundred and
- 11:59Speaker 1: sixty six compared to three nine hundred and ninety five
- 12:02Speaker 1: one year. Part what changed. A president that is enforcing
- 12:07Speaker 1: the law. The Southwest land border encounters that were reported
- 12:12Speaker 1: and published by the US Customs and Border Protection said,
- 12:15Speaker 1: this is now going back to a point that we
- 12:18Speaker 1: can manage and protect the border compared to what it
- 12:21Speaker 1: was now.
- 12:22Speaker 2: If you do the math on that.
- 12:24Speaker 1: This represents a drop of now more than eighty seven
- 12:27Speaker 1: percent year over year. The June apprehension numbers are also
- 12:32Speaker 1: down from five four hundred and ninety one migrants apprehended
- 12:36Speaker 1: in May. So this is also sending a message around
- 12:39Speaker 1: the world you probably don't want to try because you're
- 12:42Speaker 1: gonna get caught. And it's not an open border that
- 12:44Speaker 1: we had under the radicals in the Biden regime.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Border apprehensions in the.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Texas based sectors in June accounted for approximately sixty six
- 12:56Speaker 1: percent of all migrants apprehended along the southern border with Mexico.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Nearly four thousand, six hundred migrants were apprehended in all
- 13:06Speaker 1: nine border patrol sectors along the southwest.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Border in July.
- 13:11Speaker 1: That marks she had another historic low for the Trump administration.
- 13:16Speaker 1: So Christy Nome put it out this way, and she
- 13:18Speaker 1: said in her tweet where she was going through all
- 13:21Speaker 1: these numbers and again, why is the media not telling
- 13:23Speaker 1: you how safe the border has become?
- 13:26Speaker 2: Because they don't want you to know this.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Okay, history made again, is how Christy Nome put it.
- 13:32Speaker 1: The numbers don't lie. This is the most secure of
- 13:35Speaker 1: the border has ever been. President Donald Trump didn't just
- 13:39Speaker 1: manage the crisis. He obliterated it. No more excuses, Christy
- 13:43Speaker 1: Nome said, no more releases. We put the cartels on
- 13:48Speaker 1: defense and taken our border back. She then said in
- 13:52Speaker 1: July the lowest nationwide encounter number ever twenty four thousand,
- 13:57Speaker 1: six hundred and thirty. That isound two point four percent
- 14:01Speaker 1: from June. But here's the number that you're going to
- 14:04Speaker 1: care about. It's ninety percent lower than the monthly average
- 14:08Speaker 1: under the last administration. The lowest border patrol apprehensions nationwide
- 14:13Speaker 1: also six thousand, one hundred and seventy seven. That shattered,
- 14:19Speaker 1: by the way, June's all time low as well. She
- 14:23Speaker 1: went on to say, this the lowest Southwest border apprehensions
- 14:26Speaker 1: we've ever seen, four thousand, five hundred ninety eight, nearly
- 14:30Speaker 1: five hundred fewer than the daily average under the last administration,
- 14:35Speaker 1: which averaged five thousand, one hundred and ten apprehensions per
- 14:39Speaker 1: day from February of twenty twenty one to December of
- 14:42Speaker 1: twenty twenty four. We also have the lowest daily apprehension average,
- 14:47Speaker 1: just one hundred and forty eight per day. That's lower
- 14:50Speaker 1: than the average rate of one hundred and fifty two
- 14:52Speaker 1: apprehensions every two hours under the Biden administration last July alone.
- 14:59Speaker 1: So so we're doing one hundred and forty eight a
- 15:01Speaker 1: day in apprehensions. They were doing one hundred and fifty
- 15:05Speaker 1: two every two hours. Every hour of the day twenty
- 15:09Speaker 1: four to seven last July, And then she finally says,
- 15:13Speaker 1: this the lowest single day apprehensions in history eighty eight
- 15:18Speaker 1: at the Southwest border, one hundred and sixteen nationwide on
- 15:21Speaker 1: July the twentieth.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Now look at the calendar right now and where we are.
- 15:25Speaker 1: What you're hearing and what we're seeing from border patrol
- 15:29Speaker 1: agents and from the Trump administration is that the word.
- 15:33Speaker 2: Is getting out.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Do you really want to go into incredible debt to
- 15:37Speaker 1: try to come to America to immediately get caught and
- 15:39Speaker 1: then be sent home? Do you want to pay these
- 15:42Speaker 1: smugglers to get you in and you're going to get caught?
- 15:45Speaker 1: You look at the lowest single day apprehension in history,
- 15:48Speaker 1: eighty eighth the Southwest border and one hundred and sixteen
- 15:51Speaker 1: nation wide and July twentieth. Now I say that because
- 15:53Speaker 1: you may say, well, okay, hold on, maybe it was
- 15:55Speaker 1: a bad weather day. No it wasn't. It was actually
- 15:58Speaker 1: a great weather day. Why nay on July twentieth, did
- 16:03Speaker 1: you have these numbers drop that much? Because that's the
- 16:05Speaker 1: last day we have reported and public access to what
- 16:08Speaker 1: Donald Trump is doing is he's going after and using
- 16:11Speaker 1: ice and they're going after the illegal immigrants everywhere they are,
- 16:14Speaker 1: including sanctuary cities. Word is getting back to the smugglers
- 16:20Speaker 1: and the human traffickers and those that were paying them
- 16:23Speaker 1: that it may not be worth you paying them because
- 16:25Speaker 1: you're probably not going to make it. And that is
- 16:28Speaker 1: how Trump is making America safe again. I have another
- 16:34Speaker 1: big story that you probably haven't heard about, and it's
- 16:38Speaker 1: one that you should have heard about immediately. If you
- 16:41Speaker 1: have news sites on your phone, they give you big
- 16:45Speaker 1: news alerts.
- 16:46Speaker 2: This should have been one.
- 16:48Speaker 1: If you turned on any of the shows, especially on
- 16:53Speaker 1: cable news, you should have heard.
- 16:56Speaker 2: What I'm about to tell you.
- 16:58Speaker 1: A whistleblower has now come forward revealing how they were
- 17:04Speaker 1: threatened that if they didn't go along with the Obama
- 17:08Speaker 1: directed Russia hoax, that there would an essence be held
- 17:13Speaker 1: a pay. A whistleblower is now sharing how quote they
- 17:19Speaker 1: we don't know how many, that is, were threatened by
- 17:23Speaker 1: a supervisor to go along with the Obama directed Russia
- 17:27Speaker 1: quote intelligent assessment hoax despite knowing it was not credible
- 17:33Speaker 1: and it was not quote accurate. That is what the
- 17:36Speaker 1: US Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbert, has revealed Gabbard
- 17:42Speaker 1: shared the newly released first hand account from the whistleblower
- 17:46Speaker 1: who refused to play along with a hoax, detailing what
- 17:50Speaker 1: happened in the crafting of the January twenty seventeen Intelligence
- 17:55Speaker 1: Community Assessment the ICA, their years long effort to expose
- 18:02Speaker 1: the manufacturing of intelligence carried out at the highest levels
- 18:05Speaker 1: of government, and how they.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Were quote repeatedly ignored.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Tulsi Gabbard putting it out this way, saying, quote whistleblower
- 18:16Speaker 1: revealing how they were threatened by a supervisor to go
- 18:19Speaker 1: along with the Obama the Obama directed Russia hoak's intelligence assessment,
- 18:22Speaker 1: even though they knew it was not credible or accurate.
- 18:25Speaker 2: The whistleblower refused.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Yesterday, we released the whistleblower's first hand account of what
- 18:30Speaker 1: happened the crafting of the January twenty seventeen ICA, their
- 18:35Speaker 1: year long efforts to expose the egregious manipulation and manufacturing
- 18:40Speaker 1: of intelligence carried out at the highest levels of government
- 18:44Speaker 1: and the IC detailed in our previous release, and how
- 18:48Speaker 1: they were repeatedly ignored.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Tulsi Gabbard goes on to write to this courageous whistleblower
- 18:56Speaker 1: and others who are coming forward now putting their own
- 19:00Speaker 1: well being on the line to defend our democratic republic,
- 19:04Speaker 1: ensure the American people know the truth and hold those
- 19:07Speaker 1: responsible accountable.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Now, I want to read for you this.
- 19:12Speaker 1: That comes from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Russia hoax whistleblower threatened multiple attempts to report wrongdoing, work
- 19:20Speaker 1: ignored for six years. A senior intelligence officials battled political
- 19:26Speaker 1: and bureaucratic resistance and efforts to expose the manipulated intelligence behind.
- 19:31Speaker 2: The Russia collusion hoax.
- 19:33Speaker 1: The Director of National Intelligence released new documents which provide
- 19:37Speaker 1: a first hand account of the intelligence community and the
- 19:39Speaker 1: whistleblower's relentless effort to expose the manipulation manufacturing of the intelligence.
- 19:46Speaker 1: This release provides the whistleblower's first hand accounts of the
- 19:49Speaker 1: work carried out in the months leading up to the
- 19:52Speaker 1: November twenty sixteen election, the concerns they raised about the
- 19:56Speaker 1: use of quote discredited information as then d and I
- 20:01Speaker 1: Clapper and the Central Intelligence Agency CA Director Brennan worked
- 20:06Speaker 1: to craft the January twenty seventeen Intelligence Community Assessment the
- 20:11Speaker 1: ICA at President Barack Obama's request, and how a direct
- 20:15Speaker 1: supervisor attempted to pressure the whistleblower to endorse the January
- 20:20Speaker 1: seventeen ICA's key findings about the Russian government's alleged support
- 20:24Speaker 1: for then candidate Donald Trump. Thank you to the brave
- 20:28Speaker 1: intelligence community whistleblower who courageously came forward to expose the
- 20:31Speaker 1: truth about one of the biggest and most impactful scandals
- 20:36Speaker 1: in our nation's history. Gabbert says, the whistleblower, as I
- 20:39Speaker 1: mentioned earlier, put their own well being on the line.
- 20:42Speaker 2: Now Here are the highlights.
- 20:44Speaker 1: That they put out in the press release of the
- 20:46Speaker 1: whistleblower's first hand account, Statements from the whistleblowers supervisor pressuring
- 20:52Speaker 1: the whistleblower to accept the contrived January seventeen ICA findings
- 20:56Speaker 1: despite express concerns about the discredited information being used, and
- 21:01Speaker 1: to support those findings, an action that the wistleblower supervisor
- 21:05Speaker 1: said would be necessary for the whistleblower to receive a promotion.
- 21:09Speaker 1: So this is what we're hearing is you want to
- 21:12Speaker 1: move up in the intelligence community, you have to help
- 21:17Speaker 1: us lie to the American people to say that Donald
- 21:20Speaker 1: Trump is compromised by Russia. And if you do it,
- 21:25Speaker 1: you'll receive a promotion. If you don't, there will be
- 21:28Speaker 1: hell to pay. The whistleblower's refusal to accept and concur
- 21:33Speaker 1: with the January seventeen I see a finding stated quote
- 21:37Speaker 1: I could not concur in good conscience based on information
- 21:42Speaker 1: available that Russia preferred, then can it Trump? In twenty sixteen,
- 21:48Speaker 1: the whistleblower's concerns about the flawed intelligence practices, namely selectively
- 21:54Speaker 1: using open source references to Russian media as quote evident
- 22:01Speaker 1: for the Russian government support of Trump, while ignoring foreign
- 22:05Speaker 1: media from other nations, including NATO allies, that denigrated Trump
- 22:10Speaker 1: and actually supported Hillary Clinton. The whistleblowers repeated attempts to
- 22:16Speaker 1: report concerns about the false information that was deliberately used
- 22:22Speaker 1: in January twenty seventeen ICA to multiple government officials, including
- 22:27Speaker 1: the ICA Inspector General. The whistleblowers records also show how
- 22:34Speaker 1: the former D and I director James Clapper and other
- 22:39Speaker 1: senior Obama administration officials privately denounced the Steel dalsier so
- 22:45Speaker 1: in private.
- 22:45Speaker 2: They were saying it's crap.
- 22:46Speaker 1: They knew it was crap because created by Hillary Clinton's
- 22:49Speaker 1: campaign and the Democrat National Convention Committee. They knew they
- 22:52Speaker 1: paid for it. They knew it was user generated, the
- 22:54Speaker 1: FBI had already classified as user generated, and even offered
- 22:57Speaker 1: a million dollars of anything in the dalsier could be confirmed.
- 23:00Speaker 1: And guess what, Michael still never got the check because
- 23:02Speaker 1: it couldn't do it. They went on to say, despite
- 23:05Speaker 1: simultaneously ensuring that the January twenty seventeen ICA report include
- 23:11Speaker 1: the information that the officials had already privately denounced. So
- 23:16Speaker 1: they said, Hey, we know this is crap, but we
- 23:18Speaker 1: wanted in there. We know it's a lie, but we
- 23:20Speaker 1: wanted in there because we want to hurt Donald Trump,
- 23:24Speaker 1: who's now the President of the United States of America.
- 23:26Speaker 1: The whistleblower previously reported these concerns and more than a
- 23:29Speaker 1: dozen government officials, including the IC, the IG Special Council, Durham,
- 23:36Speaker 1: a US Senator, and other official whistlebler channels over the
- 23:39Speaker 1: last six years. D and I's Gabbert's whistleblower protections enabled
- 23:44Speaker 1: her to investigate and confirm the allegations revealing the truth
- 23:48Speaker 1: about the Obama led creation of the manufactured Intelligence Assessment,
- 23:53Speaker 1: which knowingly used false and discredited information to sell a
- 23:58Speaker 1: lot to the American people. The document would be used
- 24:01Speaker 1: as the foundation for multiple investigations and legal actions against
- 24:06Speaker 1: President Trump and other senior officials. The ICY whistleblowers have
- 24:10Speaker 1: historically faced deliberate hurdles to reporting and exposing wrongdoing. Political pressure,
- 24:18Speaker 1: threats of or actual acts of retaliation, bureaucratic obstacles, and
- 24:24Speaker 1: the unnecessary intentional overclassification of intelligence have too often hindered
- 24:32Speaker 1: public disclosure, accountability, and reform. In her first hand office,
- 24:37Speaker 1: the release says, the D and I Gabbered made clear
- 24:41Speaker 1: that every.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Individual in the Intelligence Committee.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Understand their rights as potential whistleblowers, which includes having legal
- 24:48Speaker 1: having excuse me access to legal protected channels to report wrongdoing.
- 24:53Speaker 1: To support this goal, D and I Gabbert establish a
- 24:58Speaker 1: direct line for ICY staff to report claims. Additionally, in
- 25:03Speaker 1: line with President Trump's commitment to maximize transparency, DN I
- 25:07Speaker 1: Gabbard has fostered a supportive environment for whistleblowers by promising
- 25:13Speaker 1: to protect their information and encouraging all IC officials, regardless
- 25:17Speaker 1: of affiliation, to come forward and join efforts to restore
- 25:21Speaker 1: trust and accountability. Now you can read the whistleblowers full accounting.
- 25:27Speaker 1: I will put it up on x you can follow
- 25:29Speaker 1: me there. Ben ferguson podcasts, and you can have the
- 25:32Speaker 1: entire thing there. But what you need to understand from
- 25:36Speaker 1: this is what Tulsi Gabbert is clearly saying is that
- 25:40Speaker 1: she's now looking into, investigating and understanding just how corrupt
- 25:44Speaker 1: the deep state was. Now the supervisor, we're also being
- 25:48Speaker 1: told not only pressure the whistleblower to accept the lie
- 25:53Speaker 1: In January twenty seventeen, I says finding, but also admitted
- 25:58Speaker 1: that there was discredit information used to support the findings
- 26:02Speaker 1: and said concurring with the false information would be necessary
- 26:06Speaker 1: to receive a promotion.
- 26:07Speaker 2: The document continues, We.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Then find out the whistleblower refuse accept the findings, sitting
- 26:13Speaker 1: I could not concur in good conscience based on the
- 26:16Speaker 1: information available that Russia preferred, then can it Donald Trump?
- 26:20Speaker 1: In sixteen, the whistle blower also cited the selective use
- 26:25Speaker 1: of open source references to Russian media's evidence for the
- 26:30Speaker 1: Russian government support for Trump as part of the faut
- 26:34Speaker 1: intelligence practices. So you combined everything that I just put
- 26:38Speaker 1: in there, and now you understand just how corrupt all
- 26:41Speaker 1: of this was. You had these repeated attempts that were
- 26:45Speaker 1: made by the wistleblower to report the false information that
- 26:48Speaker 1: was used, Okay, and they did it over and over
- 26:52Speaker 1: and over again.
- 26:53Speaker 2: They used it to go after Donald Trump. They used
- 26:55Speaker 2: it to impeach Donald Trump. The fake intelligence assessment.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Was deliberately used to try to overthrow the will of
- 27:07Speaker 1: the election of Donald Trump, the will of the people.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Never forget that.
- 27:12Speaker 1: I hope you share this, by the way, everywhere, Share
- 27:15Speaker 1: our podcast wherever you can.
