- 0:00Speaker 1: So now the work begins.
- 0:02Speaker 2: We won.
- 0:02Speaker 1: We won. The Golden Age of America begins right now.
- 0:05Speaker 1: I will very simply put America first. But as you
- 0:09Speaker 1: see today here I am, the American people have spoken.
- 0:14Speaker 3: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:18Speaker 4: It is official. Donald Trump is the forty seventh President
- 0:21Speaker 4: of the United States of America. Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:25Speaker 4: and we've got a lot to talk about on the
- 0:27Speaker 4: show today. First up, Donald Trump moved into the White
- 0:31Speaker 4: House firing on all cylinders with executive orders galore, and
- 0:36Speaker 4: the media is melting down. Also, Joe Biden decided to
- 0:41Speaker 4: pardon Virtually's entire family, including spouses. The Big Guy made
- 0:46Speaker 4: sure he had to get out of jail free card
- 0:49Speaker 4: for all of the Biden crime family sins. And finally,
- 0:54Speaker 4: Donald Trump issued more than one thousand, five hundred pardons
- 0:58Speaker 4: for what he described as the January sixth hostages. It's
- 1:03Speaker 4: the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 1:08Speaker 4: Let the celebration begin. President Donald Trump hasn't even been
- 1:12Speaker 4: in office for twenty four hours, and yet he's already
- 1:15Speaker 4: been more open, honest, and transparent than Biden was in
- 1:20Speaker 4: the last four years, and this time Donald Trump knows
- 1:23Speaker 4: exactly what to do when you walk in the White House,
- 1:26Speaker 4: and that is executive orders. One of the biggest ones
- 1:31Speaker 4: was Donald Trump doing this, This is a.
- 1:33Speaker 5: Proclamation declaring a national emergency with the southern.
- 1:36Speaker 2: We're in the United States.
- 1:39Speaker 1: That's a big one.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Donald Trump making it clear he was paying off on
- 1:43Speaker 4: that campaign promise to secure the southern border. That is
- 1:47Speaker 4: not all that he did when it comes to the
- 1:48Speaker 4: southern border. He also made it very clear that it's
- 1:52Speaker 4: time for us to declare that the cartels are a
- 1:56Speaker 4: terrorist organization. That was another part of the executive of
- 2:00Speaker 4: action at the White House just hours after he was
- 2:03Speaker 4: sworn into office. What does that mean. It means the
- 2:07Speaker 4: US military is about to start hunting down cartel members
- 2:11Speaker 4: and going to war with them. Donald Trump wasn't just
- 2:15Speaker 4: talking about the border through executive action either. One other
- 2:19Speaker 4: thing Donald Trump did was to pull America out of
- 2:22Speaker 4: the World Health Organization. And he explained exactly why.
- 2:26Speaker 6: I'm from the World Health Organization.
- 2:28Speaker 1: So ooh, that's a big one. So we paid five
- 2:32Speaker 1: hundred million dollars to World Health when I was here,
- 2:35Speaker 1: and I terminated. China with one point four billion people.
- 2:41Speaker 1: We have three fifty depend we have Nobody knows what
- 2:44Speaker 1: we have because so many people came in illegally. But
- 2:46Speaker 1: let's say we have three twenty five They had one
- 2:51Speaker 1: point four billion. They were paying thirty nine million. We
- 2:54Speaker 1: were paying five hundred million. It seemed a little unfair
- 2:57Speaker 1: to me, so that wasn't the reason, but I dropped out.
- 3:02Speaker 1: They offered me to come back for thirty nine million.
- 3:05Speaker 1: In theory, it should be listening to that, but you know,
- 3:09Speaker 1: and when Biden came back, they came back for five
- 3:11Speaker 1: hundred million. He knew that you could have come back
- 3:15Speaker 1: for thirty nine million. They wanted us back so badly,
- 3:18Speaker 1: so we'll see what happens. It's pretty sad to think
- 3:23Speaker 1: of it. China pays thirty nine million and we pay
- 3:27Speaker 1: five hundred million, and China's a bigger country.
- 3:32Speaker 4: Donald Trump also did something to protect our free speech
- 3:36Speaker 4: in this country, signing a directive for the government to
- 3:39Speaker 4: restore freedom of speech and stop government censorship of all speech.
- 3:45Speaker 4: Just because you don't like somebody else's opinion doesn't mean
- 3:48Speaker 4: you get to silence it from a government office. Was
- 3:52Speaker 4: clearly the statement that was made by the President of
- 3:55Speaker 4: the United States of America. When you look at all
- 3:58Speaker 4: of the actions that were taken by Donald Trum day one, well,
- 4:01Speaker 4: you shouldn't be disappointed at all. Revisions of seventy eight
- 4:05Speaker 4: Biden era executive orders, regulatory regulation freeze, so we have
- 4:11Speaker 4: the government getting out of our lives and the private sector.
- 4:15Speaker 4: Also a freeze on all federal hiring, and all federal
- 4:20Speaker 4: workers must return to the office. That's right, no more
- 4:24Speaker 4: free rides when Donald Trump is president. There also is
- 4:28Speaker 4: a cost of living crisis that he has declared, and
- 4:31Speaker 4: he wants to get things back to the way they
- 4:33Speaker 4: were when he was the president, which is good for
- 4:36Speaker 4: all Americans, the poor, the middle class, and those that
- 4:40Speaker 4: are wealthy. He also made it clear that we are
- 4:43Speaker 4: withdrawing from the Paris Climate Accord, saying goodbye to the
- 4:47Speaker 4: ridiculousness of the extreme green New Deal. Religion and a
- 4:52Speaker 4: letter to the UN on withdrawal as well. Freedom of
- 4:56Speaker 4: speech and no censorship. That was the main message coming
- 5:00Speaker 4: out of the White House and the President of the
- 5:02Speaker 4: United States of America. And if you want even a
- 5:04Speaker 4: bigger theme, the President made it clear his ultimate goal
- 5:08Speaker 4: is to end the weaponization of.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Government now story number two.
- 5:13Speaker 4: Forever and ever, Joe Biden should be remembered for the
- 5:17Speaker 4: very last thing he did in office. That was pardon
- 5:21Speaker 4: the Biden crime family, not just his direct family members,
- 5:25Speaker 4: but also their spouses. In other words, if you were
- 5:28Speaker 4: getting checks from the Big Guy and Hunter Biden and
- 5:31Speaker 4: James Biden, and the money was flowing to all the
- 5:35Speaker 4: family members, you got to get out of jail free
- 5:38Speaker 4: card from the Big Guy. So let's take you back
- 5:42Speaker 4: in time. You may remember in twenty twenty there was
- 5:45Speaker 4: a conversation about Donald Trump pardoning some of his family members.
- 5:50Speaker 4: It was another one of the fake news stories that
- 5:53Speaker 4: the media obsessed over, implying that Donald Trump was some
- 5:57Speaker 4: sort of you know, criminal. Well, you want to know
- 6:01Speaker 4: what the media said about preemptive pardons back then and
- 6:04Speaker 4: elected officials like Adam Shift. We'll take a listen, because
- 6:08Speaker 4: we've got a montage for you just to remind you
- 6:11Speaker 4: of the hypocrisy of the left and the media.
- 6:16Speaker 7: Ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who was
- 6:19Speaker 7: innocent of all crime, who's just an innocent person? Have
- 6:23Speaker 7: you ever heard of that? Just somebody getting a blanket pardon?
- 6:25Speaker 7: And they're an innocent person.
- 6:27Speaker 6: But no, it's the president's own family.
- 6:31Speaker 8: It's people that have been covering up from the president
- 6:34Speaker 8: in addition to his own family.
- 6:36Speaker 5: Is there an innocent explanation for someone to seek preemptive
- 6:41Speaker 5: pardons for family members? Would you do that if you
- 6:47Speaker 5: knew you were innocent and just worried about outside forces?
- 6:53Speaker 2: The answer to that is going to be no.
- 6:56Speaker 5: If you haven't done anything wrong, you sit there and go,
- 6:58Speaker 5: what do you need a pre have pardoned for?
- 7:01Speaker 2: If he pardons people preemptively, he's essentially telling the public
- 7:06Speaker 2: that these people have committed crimes, and we may not
- 7:09Speaker 2: be aware of what they are, but the pardon is
- 7:12Speaker 2: clear evidence that crimes have been committed.
- 7:14Speaker 8: I imagine if he decides to issue these preemptive pardons,
- 7:18Speaker 8: it will be cast in a way that he's protecting
- 7:21Speaker 8: his family and protecting their reputations from villainous exterior forces
- 7:26Speaker 8: that are against him.
- 7:27Speaker 6: First off, we should just take a deep breath and
- 7:30Speaker 6: acknowledge the audacity of a president who's so clearly concerned
- 7:35Speaker 6: about his own criminal culpability and that of his family
- 7:39Speaker 6: members that pardons are a major obsession with him.
- 7:42Speaker 9: The idea of a kind of prospective pardon, this sort
- 7:45Speaker 9: of permanent federal get out of jail free card. That
- 7:49Speaker 9: seems to be what we're talking about in the case
- 7:50Speaker 9: of this right with Juliani and his three eldest children,
- 7:53Speaker 9: who as far as we know, don't have not been
- 7:56Speaker 9: convicted of a crime. Maybe they've committed a lot and
- 8:00Speaker 9: don't want to face action. I don't know, it's weird.
- 8:02Speaker 9: I wouldn't ask for a pardon. I don't think I
- 8:04Speaker 9: deserve one because I don't think I've done anything criminal.
- 8:07Speaker 7: But like, where does that come from?
- 8:09Speaker 9: That concept that you can just kind of wave your
- 8:11Speaker 9: magic pardon one.
- 8:12Speaker 1: We have to Jeames, we have Xavior Pzera, Mimi Rogan.
- 8:15Speaker 1: It literally my day in my town.
- 8:18Speaker 7: There will be opportunities to prosecute these people, regardless if
- 8:22Speaker 7: they if they abuse the pardon power as they are thinking,
- 8:27Speaker 7: hopefully Ellie, there will be a skyfall on this entire crime.
- 8:30Speaker 9: Family and there will be another day for them to die.
- 8:33Speaker 10: President does indeed pardon let's say, Rudy Giuliani or any
- 8:37Speaker 10: members of his family. Would you see that? And I
- 8:40Speaker 10: asked Peter Berrara this question as essentially an admission of guilt, oh.
- 8:45Speaker 2: I certainly would view at that way.
- 8:47Speaker 7: I think millions of Americans would view at that way.
- 8:49Speaker 6: If there was no belief in criminality, why would he
- 8:53Speaker 6: think the pardon was necessary?
- 8:54Speaker 8: And they learned President Biden will pardon.
- 8:56Speaker 2: He sent Hunter Biden.
- 8:59Speaker 4: That's right now. Not only did he pardon his son,
- 9:01Speaker 4: Hunter Biden, but he went on to pardon many other
- 9:05Speaker 4: family members as he was walking out the door. All
- 9:08Speaker 4: that you just heard from the media, Notice that was
- 9:11Speaker 4: all in response to the idea that there may be
- 9:15Speaker 4: a pardon that never came, by the way, from Donald
- 9:18Speaker 4: Trump in twenty twenty. It was a fake news story.
- 9:21Speaker 4: So what is the media saying today about Joe Biden. Well,
- 9:25Speaker 4: there were a few brave souls in the liberal media.
- 9:27Speaker 4: One of them, I'll give credit with CNN's John King,
- 9:30Speaker 4: where he said this on CNN.
- 9:33Speaker 6: Just unseemly.
- 9:33Speaker 5: If you're going to do it, have the courage to
- 9:36Speaker 5: do it in the light of day and explain it
- 9:37Speaker 5: to the American people.
- 9:39Speaker 2: It's a stain on his legacy to do it like this.
- 9:42Speaker 4: I love how they say it's a stain on his legacy.
- 9:46Speaker 4: So just remember Joe Biden's legacy. The very last thing
- 9:50Speaker 4: he did as President of the United States of America
- 9:53Speaker 4: was nothing to help the American people, nothing for the
- 9:57Speaker 4: American people. It was solely about protecting the Biden crime family.
- 10:04Speaker 4: And if you just listen to the words I just
- 10:06Speaker 4: played for you, remember how much the media lied to
- 10:10Speaker 4: you in twenty twenty and how much they're going to
- 10:13Speaker 4: lie to you for the next four years about Donald Trump.
- 10:16Speaker 4: They covered for Joe Biden each and every day when
- 10:20Speaker 4: they knew the Biden crime family was on the take,
- 10:24Speaker 4: and that is something we should never forget.
- 10:27Speaker 3: And lastly, story number three.
- 10:29Speaker 4: It's very clear Donald Trump walked into the Oval Office
- 10:32Speaker 4: knowing exactly what his objective was. It is to save
- 10:36Speaker 4: America and make America great again. But one of the
- 10:39Speaker 4: perks has to be that, you know, there's certain things
- 10:41Speaker 4: that you're going to do that is going to make
- 10:44Speaker 4: the left and the media absolutely lose their minds. That's
- 10:48Speaker 4: got to be one of the fun parts about coming
- 10:50Speaker 4: back to the Oval Office. Well, Donald Trump did it
- 10:53Speaker 4: again when he decided to issue more than one thousand,
- 10:57Speaker 4: five hundred pardons for January six defendants. He refer to
- 11:02Speaker 4: them as hostages, saying, we are going to release our
- 11:06Speaker 4: great hostages. The moment was caught on tape and the
- 11:10Speaker 4: media lost their minds. So what did Donald Trump actually
- 11:13Speaker 4: say instead of what they're going to tell you They
- 11:16Speaker 4: want you to believe when it comes to their propaganda.
- 11:19Speaker 4: Take a listen.
- 11:20Speaker 1: So this is January sixth. These are the hostages, approximately
- 11:25Speaker 1: fifteen hundred for a pardon, full parton full pardon. We
- 11:34Speaker 1: have about six commutations in there when we're doing further research.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Nice to see you again. So this is a big one.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Anything you want to explain about this. We hope they
- 11:49Speaker 1: get him. We hope they come out tonight. Frankly, if
- 11:52Speaker 1: they're expecting it. Approximately fifteen hundred people, six six commutations.
- 12:00Speaker 6: You will learn.
- 12:02Speaker 1: We're looking at different things, but the commutations would be
- 12:06Speaker 1: the ones that will take a look and maybe it'll
- 12:08Speaker 1: say that way or it'll go to in a faull party.
- 12:12Speaker 7: And the order does require the Bureau of Prisons to
- 12:14Speaker 7: act immediately on receipt of the pardons and commutation orders.
- 12:18Speaker 6: Sir, this is an.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Until we get that down so they can get them
- 12:21Speaker 1: going right now. OK.
- 12:23Speaker 4: I love how he sends that executive order out of
- 12:27Speaker 4: the room and says, why don't we go ahead? And
- 12:29Speaker 4: send this one. Why did he do that because he
- 12:31Speaker 4: knew as soon as that was sent, then the people
- 12:35Speaker 4: that he says were being held hostage by our US government,
- 12:39Speaker 4: many of them that receive sentences that were far longer
- 12:42Speaker 4: than actual murderers and rapists in this country would then
- 12:47Speaker 4: be let out of jail. It is incredible to watch
- 12:50Speaker 4: on social media how many people were posting about their
- 12:54Speaker 4: loved ones who are finally free after being attacked by
- 12:58Speaker 4: the Biden administration and the corrupt DOJ. Now, obviously there
- 13:04Speaker 4: are going to be many that are going to say, well,
- 13:05Speaker 4: Donald Trump overstepped he shouldn't have done this. Well, as
- 13:10Speaker 4: the newly sworn in forty seventh president of the United
- 13:12Speaker 4: States of America, you can sign a document, and he
- 13:16Speaker 4: did commute fourteen prison sentences, issuing quote, a full and
- 13:20Speaker 4: complete and unconditional pardon to all other individuals convicted of
- 13:24Speaker 4: offenses related to events that occurred at or near the
- 13:28Speaker 4: United States Capital on January sixth, twenty twenty one. What
- 13:32Speaker 4: is also interesting about what Donald Trump just did is this,
- 13:36Speaker 4: none of these pardons were for anybody with the last
- 13:41Speaker 4: name Donald Trump. So the media may throw stones, but
- 13:46Speaker 4: just remember Donald Trump came back in the White House
- 13:49Speaker 4: to help people that were persecuted by Joe Biden, and
- 13:52Speaker 4: Joe Biden left the White House giving out pardons to
- 13:55Speaker 4: his Biden crime family members.
