- 2:14Speaker 1: God been good to me, man, he been so good
- 2:17Speaker 1: to me. Wow. You know why I say it like that.
- 2:24Speaker 1: What makes it amazing is because it's been in spite
- 2:26Speaker 1: of myself. I mean, you know what I mean by that.
- 2:31Speaker 1: I mean I mean that he's been good to me
- 2:35Speaker 1: in spite of all the craziness I've done, all the
- 2:39Speaker 1: foolishness I've gotten myself involved with, and not only got
- 2:43Speaker 1: but knowingly got myself involved with, all of the stupid
- 2:49Speaker 1: decisions I've made. Put all that to the side, and
- 2:55Speaker 1: he's still been good to me. Bring it all and
- 2:57Speaker 1: put it on the plate and he's still been good
- 3:00Speaker 1: to me. Man. That's amazing, man, And I'm sure there's
- 3:03Speaker 1: a lot of people that can say the exact same thing.
- 3:06Speaker 1: I mean, come on, man, I got you, ain't famous,
- 3:09Speaker 1: I got anybody, got no microphone in your face, I
- 3:12Speaker 1: got nobody, ain't got no spotlight on you. I got nobody,
- 3:14Speaker 1: ain't got no came in your face. I got nobody problem.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Ain't your body blogging about you. But let me tell
- 3:19Speaker 1: you so if you break it down and be real
- 3:21Speaker 1: about it, Oh, you haven't done something outside the box.
- 3:25Speaker 1: You haven't done something ladies included. You've done something out
- 3:28Speaker 1: the box. You woke up and went what did I
- 3:31Speaker 1: do that for? Oh? We've all done it. So with
- 3:36Speaker 1: all that said and done, God still loves you, man,
- 3:40Speaker 1: God still loves you, still wants you the best for you,
- 3:43Speaker 1: still considers you his child. And it's willing, it's willing
- 3:47Speaker 1: man to show you your future. He is willing to
- 3:51Speaker 1: show you your life. He is willing to let you
- 3:54Speaker 1: take a peek at the blueprint. Man. That's an amazing
- 3:58Speaker 1: God right there, because I don't I know, I couldn't
- 4:01Speaker 1: do it. I couldn't do it. I'm glad it's him,
- 4:04Speaker 1: you know. Today, Man, I want to encourage brothers out
- 4:07Speaker 1: there and when I say brothers, I'm talking to everybody
- 4:09Speaker 1: that's of the male species. I don't care about your color.
- 4:12Speaker 1: I really really don't. I don't even have time for
- 4:15Speaker 1: that in my day a matter a matter of fact.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Sometimes when you get to discussing races, I just get
- 4:20Speaker 1: tired of it. Sometimes I just wish, you know, some
- 4:23Speaker 1: days I just want to wake up, just do me.
- 4:25Speaker 1: You know, I got what what the skin tone is,
- 4:29Speaker 1: I got that, But I just want to wake up
- 4:31Speaker 1: some days and just going by my business and do me.
- 4:33Speaker 1: I don't want to have to deal with it. Somebody.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I get tired of talking about the issues. Ain't gonna
- 4:37Speaker 1: make them go away. But sometimes I get tired. So
- 4:38Speaker 1: the damn talking to brothers, all the brothers of the
- 4:41Speaker 1: male species. I'm talking about men today. Man, If if
- 4:47Speaker 1: you ain't doing it all, if you're feeling empty, man,
- 4:50Speaker 1: start today completing your process and your journey. And you
- 4:54Speaker 1: know what I'm saying by that, if there's a part
- 4:57Speaker 1: of you just missing as a man, and and now, man,
- 5:01Speaker 1: I'm talking to you. So you know, some ladies listening,
- 5:04Speaker 1: but you know what I'm talking about. It's it's some
- 5:06Speaker 1: part of you that's missing. As a man, if you
- 5:09Speaker 1: ain't really been in touch with your kids like you
- 5:12Speaker 1: supposed to now for whatever the reason is. And please no,
- 5:16Speaker 1: I do understand how sometimes women can use children as pawns.
- 5:23Speaker 1: It happens all the time. I've been through it. I've
- 5:26Speaker 1: been through it, man, I know what it feels like, man,
- 5:29Speaker 1: to want to do something. But because you ain't got
- 5:32Speaker 1: this or you ain't doing this, then I ain't gonna
- 5:34Speaker 1: let you have this. You gotta fight through, fellas, you
- 5:38Speaker 1: got to fight through. You got to fulfill your end
- 5:43Speaker 1: of the deal. And I got how difficult they're making it.
- 5:47Speaker 1: I got how man, it's gonna come with some drama,
- 5:49Speaker 1: but you gotta fight through it, because man, we need
- 5:52Speaker 1: fathers to be fathers. That's really what we need. If
- 5:56Speaker 1: you're a man out there and you are a father
- 5:58Speaker 1: of a child, we need you to do your job.
- 6:02Speaker 1: We I'm talking about the our community, our situation, us
- 6:07Speaker 1: as a people, all of us. We need you to
- 6:11Speaker 1: be a father. Period. Hey man, I ain't coming down
- 6:16Speaker 1: on you. I'm just your boy. I'm your man, And
- 6:19Speaker 1: I've been in the same predicament, in the same hole
- 6:22Speaker 1: myself where I couldn't get to them where they were
- 6:26Speaker 1: used as pawns, where they were told things about me
- 6:29Speaker 1: that wasn't even true. I've been through it. You can't
- 6:33Speaker 1: see them, you don't come on okay, okay, I got
- 6:35Speaker 1: all that. You ain't sent this. You ain't okay, hey, hey,
- 6:37Speaker 1: got all that. If if you can call them sometimes,
- 6:43Speaker 1: tell them you're thinking about them, tell them you love them.
- 6:46Speaker 1: If you can get a letter to them, if you
- 6:49Speaker 1: can get a message to your children through one of
- 6:51Speaker 1: your relatives, start the process today. Be a father. It's
- 6:58Speaker 1: your job now. Because you ignoring him, or you acting
- 7:02Speaker 1: like they ain't over there, or you to back him
- 7:04Speaker 1: out of your mind because the situation got too difficult.
- 7:07Speaker 1: I got that. I got that. But you got to
- 7:10Speaker 1: step up and be fatherless. You got to write a letter.
- 7:14Speaker 1: You gotta send the money if she talking about it.
- 7:16Speaker 1: If you don't send all the money, you ain't gonna
- 7:17Speaker 1: see him. Send what you got if she if taking
- 7:20Speaker 1: it over there's too much drama, Send it through a relative,
- 7:23Speaker 1: Give it to a mama, give it to her sister,
- 7:25Speaker 1: ask her to take it over there and do something
- 7:27Speaker 1: for the baby. Because okay, okay, you can't deal with
- 7:29Speaker 1: the drama. I got that, and I know it's much
- 7:32Speaker 1: to pay when you had to deal with that, because
- 7:35Speaker 1: I clearly I know hell have no fury like a
- 7:38Speaker 1: woman scorn. Please know. I know that. Please know. And
- 7:42Speaker 1: that's a real statement. That ain't no saying. Steve got that,
- 7:45Speaker 1: that's the truth. But do what you gotta do. Sometimes
- 7:50Speaker 1: you have to apologize. Sometimes an apology goes a long
- 7:55Speaker 1: way to your children. Just hey, look, because I've made
- 7:59Speaker 1: this apology before. Hey man, look I'm sorry. I wasn't
- 8:03Speaker 1: there for you. I was out grinding and hustling and
- 8:07Speaker 1: I wasn't paying attention to you, and I should have been.
- 8:11Speaker 1: And I apologize now. I imagine, man, there's days where
- 8:14Speaker 1: you was telling people I was your father up at
- 8:16Speaker 1: the school and they wasn't believing you. I apologize for
- 8:19Speaker 1: sending you through that. But now, man, I tell you what.
- 8:23Speaker 1: I made some mistakes, and I got it together. I
- 8:26Speaker 1: want me and you to move forward as father and son.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I want me and you to move forward as father
- 8:31Speaker 1: and daughter. I want to be in your life. I
- 8:33Speaker 1: ain't got a lot, but guess what, I know a lot.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Because if you're a man and you a father, please know,
- 8:39Speaker 1: you know something that child don't know you have information,
- 8:42Speaker 1: you have experience. That's all they need sometimes to have
- 8:46Speaker 1: somebody to talk to. That daughter yours just needs to
- 8:49Speaker 1: know from her daddy, how should a man treat me? Dad?
- 8:54Speaker 1: What should I look for in a man? See, they'll
- 8:57Speaker 1: take that information from you because they know it's coming
- 9:00Speaker 1: from the right place. And then you know that your
- 9:03Speaker 1: son needs you because you know how difficult it is
- 9:06Speaker 1: if you're trying to be a man without your daddy.
- 9:09Speaker 1: You already know how funky that is right there. So
- 9:13Speaker 1: come on, man and match your mistakes and move forward.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Call your kids, write a letter, get a phone number
- 9:19Speaker 1: on them, send a text, drop a message, send a
- 9:23Speaker 1: note up to the school. Do something. Man. If those
- 9:27Speaker 1: of us that are fathers would just be fathers, I
- 9:31Speaker 1: could shut the mentory and camp down. Now. I will
- 9:36Speaker 1: say I apologize because I don't want you to think
- 9:38Speaker 1: I'm coming down on you. But I've been through this myself.
- 9:41Speaker 1: I ain't really coming down. I'm just reminding you this
- 9:44Speaker 1: is our job. These are our children, this is our responsibility.
- 9:49Speaker 1: We all men. There is no excuses. You don't get
- 9:53Speaker 1: you don't get cut a break on that one. Sorry
- 9:56Speaker 1: you're listening, got it? Had it won't it, did it?

- 20:22Speaker 1: hold on, hold you ain't got either one. So now
- 20:27Speaker 1: who looked like that at the disadvantage right now? The
- 20:30Speaker 1: person on the cane and the walker is the soon
- 20:33Speaker 1: as I'm sitting here, and I got both of them
- 20:35Speaker 1: in my hands. Who you ain't gonna win this? I

- 22:18Speaker 1: this house again, Let's go catch doc. Hello. Yeah, I'm
- 22:21Speaker 1: trying to speak to Angel. Please listening, Angel? How you doing?
- 22:26Speaker 1: My name is Randy. I live in the in the
- 22:28Speaker 1: apartment building that you live in. How you doing today?
- 22:31Speaker 1: I'm doing? Okay? Something wrong? Well, we got a little
- 22:34Speaker 1: bit of a problem. I know it's a lot going
- 22:36Speaker 1: on right now, you know, with the with the virus
- 22:38Speaker 1: and all, but it's been brought to my attention. I
- 22:42Speaker 1: talked to the doorman and he was telling me you're
- 22:45Speaker 1: the only person i've really seen going in and out
- 22:48Speaker 1: of the building. Where exactly do you work? If you
- 22:51Speaker 1: don't mind me asking, miss Angel, I actually do mind
- 22:54Speaker 1: you asking? Um, can you tell me why you're concerned
- 22:58Speaker 1: about where I work and where I'm Okay, So here's
- 23:01Speaker 1: a deal. Like, you know, we're all concerned about, you know,
- 23:05Speaker 1: this whole virus thing. I'm noticing you going in and
- 23:09Speaker 1: out this building every day. Every day You're going in
- 23:12Speaker 1: and out, and I noticed that. So I asked the
- 23:14Speaker 1: door man about you, and he said something about that
- 23:17Speaker 1: you had to go to work or you you know,
- 23:20Speaker 1: you got one of those jobs that you you gotta
- 23:22Speaker 1: be there or something like that. I don't know, but yes,
- 23:25Speaker 1: I'm an essential worker. But wait, so where did you
- 23:30Speaker 1: get my number from? I asked around to a few
- 23:32Speaker 1: of the neighbors that live on your floor, and somebody
- 23:35Speaker 1: I just told him I was concerned. I wanted to
- 23:37Speaker 1: talk to you about. So my problem is this. We're
- 23:40Speaker 1: trying to keep this whole apartment building safe, but you're
- 23:44Speaker 1: going in and out of it does not make it
- 23:46Speaker 1: safe for us. You know you you kind of need
- 23:49Speaker 1: to stay at home right now until all of this
- 23:51Speaker 1: is over with. Are you telling me what I need
- 23:55Speaker 1: to do? Is what I'm telling you what you need
- 23:58Speaker 1: to do in the safety for the apartment building. That's
- 24:00Speaker 1: what I'm saying. You don't need to lead this. You
- 24:03Speaker 1: don't need to lead a house no more. Oh I
- 24:06Speaker 1: am not the one today. Listen. Unless you are going
- 24:10Speaker 1: to tell me that you are going to pay my
- 24:12Speaker 1: rent and my bills and take care of my daughter,
- 24:14Speaker 1: you need to mind your don business. I can come
- 24:17Speaker 1: and go as I did. More. Please, now you're not
- 24:19Speaker 1: going to keep bringing to see. See that's what that's
- 24:21Speaker 1: my problem. And see that's the attitude I don't like.
- 24:24Speaker 1: See if you're coming in and out of this building
- 24:26Speaker 1: bringing we don't know if you're bringing something in here
- 24:28Speaker 1: or not. That's the problem I have with this. And
- 24:31Speaker 1: that's why I'm calling a problem with eating food every
- 24:35Speaker 1: day because I work in a grocery store. Do you
- 24:37Speaker 1: have a problem with making sure that the shelves are
- 24:39Speaker 1: stop you work at the grocery stough. I do work
- 24:43Speaker 1: at the grocery store. So you around all them people,
- 24:46Speaker 1: and then you're coming back to this apartment building, and
- 24:49Speaker 1: I'm also around all the food that you probably eat.
- 24:52Speaker 1: What's your point? The point unless you're hauled up in
- 24:55Speaker 1: there eating cantuna from two years ago, rice and beans,
- 24:59Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure you're wood came from the grocery store.
- 25:01Speaker 1: So as central workers like me are crucial to keep
- 25:05Speaker 1: those stores open. Listen, listen, I understand. But as far
- 25:11Speaker 1: as you know, I'm I'm I'm part of the team
- 25:14Speaker 1: that that that controls all the people in the building.
- 25:17Speaker 1: As far as the neighbors, I think I think you
- 25:21Speaker 1: misunderstand who you might think you are to me. You're
- 25:25Speaker 1: nobody to me. You're just a neighbor. You don't control anything.
- 25:28Speaker 1: You don't control where I go, who I go with,
- 25:31Speaker 1: when I go, when I come. You don't control any
- 25:33Speaker 1: of that, So I don't know what you think you
- 25:34Speaker 1: might control. Let me say this, end of the day.
- 25:39Speaker 1: You need to keep your ass at home until this
- 25:41Speaker 1: is over with. That's it, that's not You're gonna make
- 25:43Speaker 1: a waiting for you. I'll be waiting for that check,
- 25:45Speaker 1: for the rent and for my bills. So when you
- 25:46Speaker 1: fly that underneath the door, I'll do as you leave.
- 25:49Speaker 1: I'm not coming, don't I'm not coming nowhere, nea exactly.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Let me say this. If I if I see you
- 25:59Speaker 1: lead your bid again, we're not letting you back in.
- 26:05Speaker 1: You are Is this you have lost your mind? Are
- 26:09Speaker 1: you kidding me? No, I'm not kidding you, because we see, see, see,
- 26:13Speaker 1: and see. This is the attitude I don't like. Is
- 26:15Speaker 1: somebody not taking a serious attitude you don't like? I
- 26:19Speaker 1: pay rent here. I have always paid rent here, and
- 26:22Speaker 1: me and my daughter lived here, and we mind our business.
- 26:24Speaker 1: You weren't gonna tell me when I go income, and
- 26:27Speaker 1: when I'm gonna get into my own apartment out of here?
- 26:29Speaker 1: What a wrong you? Listen, I'm gonna say this to you.
- 26:32Speaker 1: If you're not gonna abide by what I'm telling you
- 26:35Speaker 1: that I'm you already know, is you and your daughter
- 26:38Speaker 1: Christie up there? I would tell how both of you.
- 26:42Speaker 1: I don't have you and your daughter Christie? What what? Okay?
- 26:46Speaker 1: I don't know who you think you were talking to,
- 26:49Speaker 1: but I know you are not saying my daughter's name.
- 26:51Speaker 1: You need to mind your mother's business. Me and my
- 26:54Speaker 1: child are my business. You and whoever is your business
- 26:58Speaker 1: need to stay over there and leave me and my
- 27:00Speaker 1: family alone. I cannot believe you up and here talking
- 27:03Speaker 1: about my kid? Are you wanting you wash your mind?
- 27:05Speaker 1: You must to wash your mind? What you need? Did
- 27:08Speaker 1: you say you listen to say what unit I lived in?
- 27:12Speaker 1: I didn't say that. Okay, Well go ahead and tell
- 27:15Speaker 1: me because you got so much to say and you
- 27:16Speaker 1: got such a problem and attitude. Okay, Well we can
- 27:19Speaker 1: have conversation face to face. How about that? Whatever? Why
- 27:23Speaker 1: you was at work the other day? I already talked
- 27:26Speaker 1: to christ I was at work. What if do you
- 27:28Speaker 1: know my work schedule? Cause I see you when you leave,
- 27:32Speaker 1: but I talked, I talked to you. I talked to
- 27:34Speaker 1: your daughter Christie when you left the other day. Okay,
- 27:38Speaker 1: all right, so this is clearly a problem. You got
- 27:41Speaker 1: me stup because you need to mind your business. And
- 27:44Speaker 1: I don't ed ber want to hear anything about you
- 27:47Speaker 1: think anything near my daughter. You clearly have a stuff. Okay.
- 27:52Speaker 1: But your daughter, your daughter Christie, is the one that
- 27:55Speaker 1: told me to call you. I am sorry what your
- 27:59Speaker 1: daughter Chris told me to call you. Matter of fact,
- 28:02Speaker 1: she told me to prank call you. This is nephew
- 28:04Speaker 1: Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morty Show. Angel, you just
- 28:07Speaker 1: got pranked by your daughter Christy. Girl, Wait a minute,
- 28:23Speaker 1: it's a joke. Angel, It's a joke. Baby. Your daughter
- 28:26Speaker 1: Christie got me to prank you. Baby. M Okay, y'all
- 28:29Speaker 1: ain't right for this. I'm gonna get oh, okay, okay, okay,
- 28:38Speaker 1: this is not the time for this book. People are
- 28:43Speaker 1: on edge right now. I'm trying to I'm trying to
- 28:48Speaker 1: loosen up to edge, miss Angel. That's all I'm trying
- 28:50Speaker 1: to do. I'm just trying to lose Tell me twenty twenty, Baby,
- 28:55Speaker 1: twenty twenty. What is the baddest and I mean the
- 28:57Speaker 1: baddest radio show in the land, The show. All right,
- 29:05Speaker 1: thank you. Next coming up up at the top of
- 29:09Speaker 1: the hour, entertainment and national news. Right after this, you're
- 29:13Speaker 1: listening to Steve Morning Show. Celebrity baby news. Singer Sierra
- 29:20Speaker 1: and her husband Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson did a
- 29:25Speaker 1: gender reveal for their new baby on social media, and
- 29:28Speaker 1: they are having a boy. Congratulations, congratulation. So they already
- 29:34Speaker 1: have two children here, Hush, that is a boy. Oh yeah,
- 29:40Speaker 1: so exciting for them. Congratul They had a kid already. Yeah,
- 29:44Speaker 1: they have a little girl and she had a boy
- 29:46Speaker 1: from the future, you know that. Yeah, time for tell
- 29:51Speaker 1: me something good. Here's some Steve Harvey Morning good News. Okay,
- 29:55Speaker 1: Morning show good news. A black woman is leading the
- 29:59Speaker 1: charge to find a for COVID nineteen. Her name is
- 30:02Speaker 1: doctor Kizmekia Corbett. Okay, kiz Mikia Corbett. She's one of
- 30:09Speaker 1: the leading researchers working toward a life saving cure of
- 30:13Speaker 1: COVID nineteen. This is according to The New York Times.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Doctor Corbett and her team at the National Institute of
- 30:20Speaker 1: Health in Bethesda have already started clinical trials. Doctor Corbett
- 30:25Speaker 1: has been working NonStop, seven days a week with hope
- 30:28Speaker 1: of having a successful vaccine available by early to mid
- 30:32Speaker 1: twenty twenty one. Doctor Corbett said there was and is
- 30:36Speaker 1: already a fair amount of pressure. A lot of people
- 30:39Speaker 1: are banking on us or feel that we have a
- 30:43Speaker 1: protect a product that could at least be part of
- 30:46Speaker 1: an answer this world needs right now. And well, phew,
- 30:51Speaker 1: just say that out loud is not easy. Saying that
- 30:54Speaker 1: out loud is not easy, she said. She explained about
- 30:57Speaker 1: the trial currently underway in Seattle. Thank you, doctor Kismikia
- 31:01Speaker 1: Corporate Black Girl Magic all right. I was watching her
- 31:06Speaker 1: on TV yesterday. Really she was really really poised, and
- 31:12Speaker 1: she's very optimistic and hopeful about what can happen. And
- 31:16Speaker 1: she was saying that they're trying desperately to try to
- 31:20Speaker 1: come up with something possibly by the fall, that frontline
- 31:25Speaker 1: workers can use, you know, to protect them. Yeah, yeah,
- 31:30Speaker 1: but you know, I think that's great, and I think
- 31:33Speaker 1: the sister headed up was really really wonderful to see. Also, Man,
- 31:38Speaker 1: what are the things? Man? That's really disturbing is everybody's
- 31:42Speaker 1: somebody's always trying to make money off of the despair
- 31:49Speaker 1: and the plight of other people. These masks. Man, there's
- 31:54Speaker 1: companies overcharging, trying to run scams. They're doing everything trying
- 32:00Speaker 1: to benefit from this crisis that all of us in.
- 32:03Speaker 1: And then Los Angeles, man, the the mayor is pressing
- 32:08Speaker 1: charges in everything. Man, I mean, this dude is not
- 32:12Speaker 1: playing around. If he catches you with any scams going,
- 32:17Speaker 1: they're actually you know, sighting people. They're going after them.
- 32:21Speaker 1: They just did did a list of people on tvdo
- 32:26Speaker 1: well you know during disasters they do that too. They
- 32:29Speaker 1: run scams during natural disasters, you know, hurricane tornadoes, and
- 32:33Speaker 1: they're always trying to scam people and down all they're
- 32:37Speaker 1: vulnerable people. That's really sad. This is really a shame.
- 32:41Speaker 1: They're trying to profit awful airline do it all the time,
- 32:45Speaker 1: called m Tommy, what do you mean? Well, explain yourself, Tommy,
- 32:52Speaker 1: what do you mean the airlines Jack Day prices up
- 32:55Speaker 1: all the time. That is what I'm talking Is that
- 32:58Speaker 1: something completely different? Well, sort of the show we sister
- 33:05Speaker 1: Old Dale was here for a product, all right, seem
- 33:12Speaker 1: time to get cut up on today's years. Thanks and gentlemen,
- 33:17Speaker 1: miss A and Trill Okay, thank you very much, everybody. Okay,
- 33:21Speaker 1: here comes the seriousness. There are now over six hundred
- 33:24Speaker 1: thousand confirmed cases of coronavirus in the United States, six
- 33:28Speaker 1: hundred thousand confirmed cases, more than twenty five thousand American deaths.
- 33:32Speaker 1: And it looks like President Trump is making another about face.
- 33:35Speaker 1: He's got to. On Monday, you may remember, Trump said
- 33:38Speaker 1: that as president, he had the absolute right, his words,
- 33:41Speaker 1: absolute right over the states governors to order schools and
- 33:44Speaker 1: businesses reopened across the country next month if he wanted to,
- 33:47Speaker 1: and he was getting ready to do it. Well, New
- 33:49Speaker 1: York's Governor Andrew Cuomo reminded Trump that he was elected
- 33:52Speaker 1: president and not king, and that the governors were tasked
- 33:55Speaker 1: with making such decisions. Also quote astounded legal scholars wondering
- 33:59Speaker 1: where Trump got that idea in the first place. So
- 34:01Speaker 1: now Trump has changed his tune. The governors are responsible,
- 34:04Speaker 1: they have to take charge, they have to do a
- 34:06Speaker 1: great job, and we're going to just suggest that they
- 34:10Speaker 1: check people through tests or otherwise coming into their states. Yeah. Meanwhile,
- 34:15Speaker 1: Trump says he's holding back on US payments to the
- 34:17Speaker 1: World Health Organization. He's seeking to place the blame for
- 34:20Speaker 1: the current pandemic on the International Health Group. He's claiming
- 34:23Speaker 1: that it withheld crucial information on the coronavirus to the
- 34:26Speaker 1: rest of the world. However, the WHO says the real
- 34:29Speaker 1: situation was just the opposite, that it in fact issued
- 34:32Speaker 1: repeated warnings that the virus was likely to spread globally
- 34:36Speaker 1: around the time that Trump was saying that it was
- 34:38Speaker 1: under control and going away. Of course, the big news
- 34:40Speaker 1: of the day yesterday was former President Barack Obama's endorsement
- 34:44Speaker 1: of Joe Biden, because he simply says, Joe gets things done.
- 34:48Speaker 1: Joe helped me manage H one N one and prevent
- 34:50Speaker 1: the Ebola epidemic from becoming the type of pandemic we're
- 34:53Speaker 1: seeing now. He helped me restore America's standing and leadership
- 34:56Speaker 1: in the world. Joe has the character and the experience
- 35:00Speaker 1: to guide us through one of our darkest times and
- 35:03Speaker 1: heal us through a long recovery. And I know he'll
- 35:06Speaker 1: surround himself with good people, experts, scientists, military officials who
- 35:12Speaker 1: actually know how to run the government and know how
- 35:15Speaker 1: to work with our allies, and who will always put
- 35:18Speaker 1: the American people's interests above their own. Donald Trump claims
- 35:23Speaker 1: that mister Obama was forced into endorsing his form of
- 35:25Speaker 1: vice president. Here we go again with Florida cops. This
- 35:28Speaker 1: time Miami brass claims to be investigating the case of
- 35:31Speaker 1: what looks like an ignorant white coop handcuffing a black
- 35:34Speaker 1: doctor who was outside of his own home merely loading
- 35:37Speaker 1: medical equipment into his van to help the homeless. Thirty
- 35:39Speaker 1: four year old doctor Arman Henderson's a physician internal medicine
- 35:43Speaker 1: at the University of Miami Health System. He'd been profiled
- 35:45Speaker 1: for his selfless work in the Miami Herald only two
- 35:48Speaker 1: weeks earlier. The cops scene on video screaming you call
- 35:52Speaker 1: me sergeant when I'm talking to you and blah blah
- 35:54Speaker 1: blah again mister Headison. Doctor Headison had nothing to do wrong.
- 35:58Speaker 1: According to latest Harris poll, America making like a Super
- 36:01Speaker 1: Bowl Sunday every day since being ordered to stay home,
- 36:03Speaker 1: eating a lot of chocolate and stuff and eating more
- 36:06Speaker 1: candy bars and you guessed potato chips. I love that.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Now back to Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening show
- 36:15Speaker 1: well our forever President Barack Obama endorsed Joe Biden for
- 36:20Speaker 1: president yesterday. Take a Lisbon. The kind of leadership that's
- 36:24Speaker 1: guided by knowledge and experience, honesty and humility, empathy and grace.
- 36:30Speaker 1: That kind of leadership doesn't just belong in our state
- 36:33Speaker 1: capitals and mayor's offices. It belongs in the White House.
- 36:37Speaker 1: And that's why I'm so proud to endorse Joe Biden
- 36:40Speaker 1: for President of the United States. Choosing Joe to be
- 36:43Speaker 1: my vice president was one of the best decisions I
- 36:45Speaker 1: ever made, and he became a close friend, and I
- 36:48Speaker 1: believe Joe has all the qualities we need in a
- 36:51Speaker 1: president right now. Joe has the character and the experience
- 36:55Speaker 1: to guide us through one of our darkest times, and
- 36:59Speaker 1: healus through a long recovery. And I know he'll surround
- 37:03Speaker 1: himself with good people experts, scientists, military officials who actually
- 37:09Speaker 1: know how to run the government and care about doing
- 37:13Speaker 1: a good job running the government, and know how to
- 37:16Speaker 1: work with our allies, and who will always put the
- 37:19Speaker 1: American people's interests above their own direct body blow, body
- 37:28Speaker 1: blow sounds so presidentious. He would have handled this COVID
- 37:36Speaker 1: nineteen pandemic completely different than the current occupier of the
- 37:42Speaker 1: White House. Well, we never find the people that got
- 37:45Speaker 1: fined that Pandemic Task Force still been in place. Yeah,
- 37:52Speaker 1: but he's busy trying to deflect all of this awful
- 37:56Speaker 1: film like he uh was on it from the get go.
- 38:00Speaker 1: He even released that ridiculous promo tape of himself handling
- 38:04Speaker 1: the crisis and it's just And then at the press
- 38:07Speaker 1: conference State when the reporter asked him because he left
- 38:10Speaker 1: out the month of February, and when she asked him
- 38:13Speaker 1: about that, he shut her down so hard. It was
- 38:16Speaker 1: a reporter from CBS News. He shut her down so hard,
- 38:20Speaker 1: it was just so mean and nasty. He talked about,
- 38:23Speaker 1: that's why your ratings are low and you have no rate.
- 38:26Speaker 1: I mean, what does that have to do with the question.
- 38:27Speaker 1: She was like, what, mister President just answered. You just
- 38:30Speaker 1: answered the question. All he cares about is a rating. Yeah,
- 38:33Speaker 1: that's why your ratings. Nobody cares about the ratings of
- 38:37Speaker 1: what TV show got ratings? Right now? People? No one, yes, man,
- 38:43Speaker 1: all TV shows is down. I don't know if he
- 38:45Speaker 1: noticed or not. Production Yeah, Hollywood's clothes partner. Yeah, anybody
- 38:52Speaker 1: making no new nothing from the world World well, World
- 38:56Speaker 1: Health Organized Organization. Yeah. He took the funding away from
- 38:59Speaker 1: that yesterday because he wants to take the funding away
- 39:03Speaker 1: so he can blame them. They did nothing to stop
- 39:08Speaker 1: this is an amazing But what are they going to
- 39:11Speaker 1: do with that money? He said it was like five
- 39:13Speaker 1: hundred million dollars a year. What are they doing with
- 39:15Speaker 1: the money? He didn't say that part. So anyway, Steve,
- 39:20Speaker 1: coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, we're
- 39:23Speaker 1: gonna switch gears, have a little fun. It's time for
- 39:25Speaker 1: the CLO, the Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey, that's coming
- 39:29Speaker 1: up right after this. You're listening to the Steve Morning Show.
- 39:36Speaker 1: Time now to ask the CLO Chief Love Officer. You
- 39:41Speaker 1: can submit your questions to Steve Harvey at Steve Harvey
- 39:45Speaker 1: FM dot com. All right, this one's from Dedra. She's
- 39:49Speaker 1: an iHeartRadio app listener, So thank you for that, Dedre.
- 39:53Speaker 1: Dedre says, I just turned fifty and I'm going through
- 39:55Speaker 1: a divorce. While going through the divorce this process, I
- 39:59Speaker 1: re connected with an old friend that I've always had
- 40:02Speaker 1: a huge crush on. We've become close and he confessed
- 40:06Speaker 1: that he has always had a crush on me too.
- 40:09Speaker 1: He said he wants to have a romantic relationship with me,
- 40:12Speaker 1: but he's giving me time to heal. I have healed
- 40:15Speaker 1: enough and I don't need any more time. But I
- 40:18Speaker 1: don't want to look eager and desperate. Is there a
- 40:21Speaker 1: way to tell him how I feel? Or should I
- 40:23Speaker 1: just be patient? No? All you got to do is
- 40:26Speaker 1: start the dating process. See, it's not an exchange of words.
- 40:31Speaker 1: You have to get involved in an exchange of actions.
- 40:35Speaker 1: Start the dating process, find out if he really means
- 40:39Speaker 1: what he says. Now, I understand you just got divorced,
- 40:42Speaker 1: but what people have to admit though when you get
- 40:45Speaker 1: divorced or going through a divorce, the marriage has been
- 40:49Speaker 1: over for quite some time, so you might as well
- 40:54Speaker 1: just let it play out. Go to dinner, get to
- 40:57Speaker 1: knowing better, find out if all these is just actions
- 41:01Speaker 1: instead of words. Because we will say anything we want
- 41:04Speaker 1: we think you want to hear in order for us
- 41:07Speaker 1: to get what we want. So you got to stop
- 41:09Speaker 1: listening to the words and get into the action. Start
- 41:12Speaker 1: dating the man, and give yourself some time to get
- 41:16Speaker 1: to know it. Now. Sound to me like you hot
- 41:18Speaker 1: and heavy, but you need to slow it down for
- 41:20Speaker 1: a little bit. For you just pass out something that
- 41:23Speaker 1: ain't got no no, no, none, no return fact. So
- 41:26Speaker 1: it's it's okay to date even if the paperworker finish. Yeah,
- 41:30Speaker 1: I mean what you get the divorce? Yeah, I mean
- 41:33Speaker 1: why not? You know people people, some people do not
- 41:36Speaker 1: agree with that. I understand you don't have to, it's
- 41:39Speaker 1: up to you. But in a but in the real world,
- 41:41Speaker 1: people see other people while they married. Yeah, so I
- 41:45Speaker 1: don't understand why we're having a problem with the dating.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Why are you going through the divorce because people see
- 41:50Speaker 1: each other while they be marriage full blown Damn relationships
- 41:57Speaker 1: ain't filed. Ain't the disgusted the bull at all. So
- 42:03Speaker 1: that's why. And you know people don't agree. You don't
- 42:06Speaker 1: have to do it. But I'm just talking real life.
- 42:08Speaker 1: If you listen to her letters, she going already feel it. Yeah,
- 42:12Speaker 1: I'm just being real. This one's from Serena and New Jersey.
- 42:16Speaker 1: She says, my husband can't get enough of me, and
- 42:19Speaker 1: I'm tired of ducking and dodging him in this house.
- 42:23Speaker 1: He has always had a high sex drive, and we
- 42:26Speaker 1: have sex anywhere from four to six times a week.
- 42:29Speaker 1: We're both working at home right now, so he has
- 42:32Speaker 1: gotten worse. It's like his favorite pastime. Now. I could
- 42:36Speaker 1: be on a zoom call for work and he'll whip
- 42:38Speaker 1: out his boy and tell me it's on. As soon
- 42:41Speaker 1: as my call is over, I'm ready to go back
- 42:46Speaker 1: to work because I can't do this all day. I'm
- 42:49Speaker 1: gonna get him to watch TV or do something else.
- 42:53Speaker 1: I don't know how long y'all have been married. You
- 42:58Speaker 1: know that's a lot. Six times a week, six six
- 43:04Speaker 1: times a week. That's a lot. Though, that's a lot,
- 43:07Speaker 1: especially if you've been with a person for a while,
- 43:09Speaker 1: and that's a lot, a lot. That's a lot. Yeah,
- 43:12Speaker 1: it's a lot. Now if you're dating, that ain't nothing.
- 43:14Speaker 1: That ain't nothing. That's six times in a day. That
- 43:17Speaker 1: ain't nothing. Back when I was in college, out you
- 43:21Speaker 1: we go, Jack Rabbit Junior. Here comes Peter Cottentel. What
- 43:30Speaker 1: should she do? How can she get? I don't know
- 43:32Speaker 1: what she can do? Yeah nothing, It ain't nothing you
- 43:35Speaker 1: can do. It's your quarantine. Ain't nothing to do. We
- 43:37Speaker 1: don't watch TV. Hell, I get, I get you know what, man,
- 43:44Speaker 1: I don't watch so much TV. Now, you ain't no work.
- 43:48Speaker 1: When you get off this phone call. You see me
- 43:52Speaker 1: working phone call? See what I'm over here doing. As
- 43:56Speaker 1: soon as you get off that call, it's on now
- 44:00Speaker 1: she on that just talking to the computer screen. Now
- 44:07Speaker 1: exhausted watching videos. I have one more quick one. This
- 44:13Speaker 1: is from Daryl in East Texas, my girlfriend and I. Oh,
- 44:17Speaker 1: I can't cat to it. I will come back to ye.
- 44:19Speaker 1: All right, all right? Coming up next, we're going to
- 44:23Speaker 1: us switch ears again. The nephew is here with today's
- 44:26Speaker 1: prank phone call. Right after this, you're listening to Steve Show.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour. Right about
- 44:35Speaker 1: four minutes after, it's my strawberry letter for today. Wait
- 44:39Speaker 1: till you get a load of this Steve Mo money,
- 44:42Speaker 1: even Mo problems. That is the subject. Remember the kitchen lover,
- 44:47Speaker 1: the guy who was fifty six. He was having relations show,
- 44:52Speaker 1: we say, in the kitchen with his wife's niece. Well
- 44:55Speaker 1: he's back from Monday's show. He heard he wrote another
- 45:00Speaker 1: the letter Wait people a little bad. Yeah, yeah, we'll
- 45:06Speaker 1: get into that, right sir. I think we should do
- 45:09Speaker 1: a special edition this today. I think we should read
- 45:14Speaker 1: the old Leather Old Leader so we can get an
- 45:17Speaker 1: understand it then and extended a couple of breaks a
- 45:21Speaker 1: special strawberry addition today on the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 45:26Speaker 1: Oh my god, we got it. But right now, nephew
- 45:32Speaker 1: in the building with today's prank phone call. Nephew, what
- 45:36Speaker 1: you got brand spanking new shirt? I got? You're not
- 45:39Speaker 1: a good homeschool teacher. Oh you're talking about you. You
- 45:45Speaker 1: you're not a good home school teacher. Let's go, kN
- 45:49Speaker 1: let's go. Hello. Hello, I'm trying to reach a Nikki.
- 45:58Speaker 1: How you doing, Nikki? I am, I'm mister Daniels. I'm
- 46:01Speaker 1: calling from the E Learning department. Hey, all right, your
- 46:06Speaker 1: daughter is is Jasmine correct? Sixth grader? Yes? All right?
- 46:11Speaker 1: And you've been um, you guys have been corresponding back
- 46:14Speaker 1: and forth with Miss her teacher. Yes, all right, So
- 46:18Speaker 1: here's my I'm calling. Uh. Miss has brought some things
- 46:22Speaker 1: to my attention. Uh, Nikki, if you don't mind, who's
- 46:25Speaker 1: who's actually helping Jasmine with her schoolwork every day? What
- 46:32Speaker 1: a task? All right? So I hate to be a
- 46:35Speaker 1: bearer of bad news, but let me let you know
- 46:37Speaker 1: what's going on. No, that's not anything wrong with her
- 46:41Speaker 1: computer at all. I've spoken with Miss several times about
- 46:45Speaker 1: Jasmine and we've just bawled it down to whoever's helping
- 46:49Speaker 1: her with her work is just not doing a good job.
- 46:53Speaker 1: You should not be the person that's helping her with
- 46:56Speaker 1: her schoolwork. Okay, hold on that. What what do you mean?
- 46:59Speaker 1: I said, be helping her? That's my child. I understand.
- 47:04Speaker 1: I'm saying whoever is teaching her is not doing a
- 47:08Speaker 1: good job as a teacher, you know, And this could
- 47:10Speaker 1: affect Jasmine to the point where from the looks of
- 47:13Speaker 1: what I've seen and what's been turned in, I truly
- 47:17Speaker 1: don't see Jasmine going to the seventh grade. I mean,
- 47:19Speaker 1: this is this is Is there anybody else there that
- 47:22Speaker 1: can help Jasmine with her work? No? She got she
- 47:25Speaker 1: got me what's wrong for her work? Got to say?
- 47:28Speaker 1: Because I just taught to her and she could have
- 47:30Speaker 1: told me this, what's what? What? What's the subject? What's
- 47:33Speaker 1: the problem? Well, it's all yes, it is, yes it is.
- 47:40Speaker 1: What's the problem. What's what's the problem? Give me the
- 47:42Speaker 1: assignment because I'm I've been working with her, so what's
- 47:46Speaker 1: the problem. Everything is coming back. I think the last
- 47:50Speaker 1: paper I looked at she got a forty five on it.
- 47:53Speaker 1: I looked at some math work it was a sixty two.
- 47:57Speaker 1: I mean, if you are the person that's teaching her
- 48:00Speaker 1: over there, you're just not good at that. Admitted Now
- 48:04Speaker 1: you hold on, and you can get missing on the
- 48:07Speaker 1: phone too, because I don't y'all don't got my baby work.
- 48:09Speaker 1: And then she got a problem. She can come tease
- 48:11Speaker 1: the child. She can open up the schools and get
- 48:14Speaker 1: them back. There's no opening the schools at this point.
- 48:18Speaker 1: Right now, there's no opening of the schools. So she
- 48:22Speaker 1: got a problem. If she got a problem, then she
- 48:24Speaker 1: could come teach my child. That's what she's supposed to
- 48:26Speaker 1: be doing anyway. Okay, But the problem is right now,
- 48:30Speaker 1: you're the person that's at home teaching. You're the person
- 48:34Speaker 1: that's at home teaching the girl, and it's not helping.
- 48:37Speaker 1: So I don't want Jasmine to not make it to
- 48:40Speaker 1: the seventh grade. But at this point, that's what it's
- 48:42Speaker 1: looking like. Well, look, if I got the teacher, then
- 48:45Speaker 1: she gonna learn it. How ilering it? Okay, we're just math.
- 48:48Speaker 1: Isn't do math they got these kids doing though. She's
- 48:50Speaker 1: gonna learn how five times five twenty five. She gonna
- 48:53Speaker 1: learn her time. Okay, But we can't learn, man, you're
- 48:57Speaker 1: undoing what we've taught already. You can't take them back.
- 49:01Speaker 1: Y'all need to teach it to y'all need to teach
- 49:03Speaker 1: it a better way. I send my child to school
- 49:05Speaker 1: for this. Okay, I'm not getting paid. I gotta cook,
- 49:08Speaker 1: I gotta clean. On me here with these kids, I'm
- 49:10Speaker 1: being a mother. Throw all these kids and my husband.
- 49:13Speaker 1: I don't have time for all of this. So if
- 49:16Speaker 1: the teacher, well, let me say this, miss nick. Let
- 49:20Speaker 1: me let me say this, miss nik. I don't have
- 49:22Speaker 1: time for a parent not realizing that they're not a
- 49:25Speaker 1: good teacher. I don't have time for that. Whoever, who
- 49:28Speaker 1: are you, whoever you are, E learning department? Whatever, you
- 49:32Speaker 1: need to come eat learn my child sauce. I'm not
- 49:34Speaker 1: doing it right. Then y'all need to come get over
- 49:37Speaker 1: here and do this mother work. Man, if you go
- 49:41Speaker 1: to the seventh grade, if I gotta come up, does
- 49:43Speaker 1: when it? When the school open? Back, old chum, you
- 49:45Speaker 1: will see me. We'll go this. We got okay, we're
- 49:49Speaker 1: going on. You are not a good homeschool teacher. That's
- 49:52Speaker 1: the baby. My child is going through the seventh grade. Oh, chest, No,
- 50:00Speaker 1: what's your print? Who is the print? No? No, let's
- 50:02Speaker 1: be talking to somebody else. My child is what's the
- 50:05Speaker 1: seventh grade? She gonna get this? She get this works?
- 50:08Speaker 1: If y'all. Y'all gonna get this work too. I'm not
- 50:10Speaker 1: accepting U forty five and sixty two's on papers, ma'am,
- 50:15Speaker 1: and gonna let you your daughter advance to the seventh grade.
- 50:19Speaker 1: That's you're right. I'll check it over, but John need
- 50:22Speaker 1: to go to check. And if she's no, no, no, no,
- 50:25Speaker 1: once once again, you checking it over is the problem.
- 50:29Speaker 1: You're the problem, sir, sir. If she got a problem.
- 50:36Speaker 1: Once you got the most piece first, what's you got
- 50:39Speaker 1: the first? Let to check the work. What's the difference.
- 50:42Speaker 1: Let you tease to check the work. I'm not calling
- 50:47Speaker 1: you no more. And you hold on. What's your name again?
- 50:51Speaker 1: You're talking to me. My name is mister Dani Okay,
- 50:53Speaker 1: I'm from the E Learning. Okay, I don't give a
- 50:56Speaker 1: damn vot I care. I care. I'm the first answers me,
- 51:03Speaker 1: and you get off this phone. I'm calling her so
- 51:06Speaker 1: right immediately, so she could tell me all this stuff
- 51:09Speaker 1: you got to tell me. She don't gotta hide behind you.
- 51:11Speaker 1: She can call me directly. So thank you listing damn
- 51:15Speaker 1: letting me know. Oh it's about to go down. I
- 51:18Speaker 1: don't even dare I don't care no more. Just cool.
- 51:20Speaker 1: If y'all got an issue, when the way I'm teaching,
- 51:23Speaker 1: take your kids back, come teaching the front yard. I
- 51:25Speaker 1: open up my dot. You could talk to teach my
- 51:27Speaker 1: time from my side. You got a problem with it,
- 51:29Speaker 1: but that's it from right now. I'm all she got.
- 51:32Speaker 1: I don't what she got. I'm a teacher. She gonna
- 51:34Speaker 1: learn it the way I'm teaching her. If y'all got
- 51:37Speaker 1: a problem, y'all got a problem. But she going to
- 51:39Speaker 1: the seventh grade, or best believe my baby going to
- 51:42Speaker 1: the seventh grade. Okay, maybe maybe I just maybe I
- 51:45Speaker 1: need to talk to Brian, your husband. Maybe I need
- 51:48Speaker 1: to talk to Brian. I'm like, what you were talking

- 51:52Speaker 1: talk to him. You were talking to me. I speak
- 51:54Speaker 1: for both of us, so now taught to me? Yeah, okay,
- 51:58Speaker 1: Well I just woke with Brian a couple of days ago.

- 54:17Speaker 1: earlier that this is a very special edition of the
- 54:20Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter because we have heard from this person twice. Now.
- 54:25Speaker 1: He wrote us Monday, and we're gonna read that letter,
- 54:29Speaker 1: and then he wrote us again for it today for
- 54:32Speaker 1: this letter. Okay, so Monday's letter, Tommy, go ahead and
- 54:35Speaker 1: introduce some ladies and gentlemen Strawberry Letter. Let's go. Thank you,
- 54:39Speaker 1: all right. So Monday's letter subject was more money, more problems. Okay,
- 54:43Speaker 1: this one said Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a fifty six
- 54:47Speaker 1: year old man with lots of swag, and I have
- 54:49Speaker 1: a fine I have had fine women all my life.
- 54:52Speaker 1: Eight years ago I decided it was time to get married,
- 54:55Speaker 1: and I found a good woman to settle down with.
- 54:57Speaker 1: I've always fooled around with a lot of and bought
- 55:01Speaker 1: scratch offs and a year ago. I got lucky and
- 55:04Speaker 1: won eight hundred thousand dollars. My wife and I retired,
- 55:07Speaker 1: paid everything off, and traveled a little bit. My wife's
- 55:10Speaker 1: twenty six year old niece is in culinary school, so
- 55:13Speaker 1: we hired her as our personal chef, and she came
- 55:16Speaker 1: three days a week to cook. My wife volunteers at
- 55:19Speaker 1: a senior daycare most afternoons, so I was left home
- 55:23Speaker 1: alone with her niece when she was cooking. The niece
- 55:27Speaker 1: is slim and fine, with long legs and a nice butt.
- 55:30Speaker 1: We talked and sipped wine while she cooked, and whenever
- 55:34Speaker 1: she left, I'd give her a nice tip and she'd
- 55:36Speaker 1: give me a hug. One day, the hug turned into
- 55:39Speaker 1: a kiss, and the kiss turned into sex. She initiated it,
- 55:43Speaker 1: and after that day we had sex several times a week.
- 55:48Speaker 1: She was real freaky and she always wanted to do
- 55:51Speaker 1: it in the kitchen. I got caught up and I
- 55:53Speaker 1: started giving her a lot more money. This made me
- 55:56Speaker 1: feel like the old player that I used to be,
- 55:59Speaker 1: and I was not thinking straight. This girl had been
- 56:02Speaker 1: filming us having sex over and over again. In the beginning.
- 56:06Speaker 1: She told me that she likes to film herself in
- 56:08Speaker 1: the kitchen so she can use her cooking videos for
- 56:11Speaker 1: extra credit and class. Well, now she is demanding that
- 56:15Speaker 1: I give her fifty thousand dollars or she's telling my wife.
- 56:19Speaker 1: I can't move this much money out of our account
- 56:22Speaker 1: without my wife knowing it. To make it worse, I
- 56:25Speaker 1: can't fire her without my wife questioning it. I haven't
- 56:29Speaker 1: slept in days, and I'm a nervous wreck. How am
- 56:32Speaker 1: I going to get out of this? Please help? Well?
- 56:36Speaker 1: Our response was, sir, we can't help you over this
- 56:41Speaker 1: pad right here. Sure. Our response and even all of
- 56:45Speaker 1: the fellas was in the total agreement, we can't help you.
- 56:49Speaker 1: Oh this one right here, Dog, you've done something that
- 56:54Speaker 1: we ain't got no responseful, We're gonna be here in
- 56:59Speaker 1: case you need to place to stay. You know, you
- 57:02Speaker 1: need to come lay down some night over here. You
- 57:05Speaker 1: can crash in my house. But that's all we got
- 57:08Speaker 1: for you. So that's basically where we left it. It
- 57:10Speaker 1: was a lot more to it than that. But now
- 57:12Speaker 1: here's the new letter, Part two, subject MO money even
- 57:16Speaker 1: MO problems. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm back. After listening to
- 57:20Speaker 1: all the advice you guys had, it lifted my spirits
- 57:23Speaker 1: a little bit. Even Jay, Anthony Brown and Tommy were
- 57:26Speaker 1: trying to help. But I've had more drama and my
- 57:29Speaker 1: stress level is even higher. Steve, I thought I still
- 57:32Speaker 1: had some player left in me, but no, I don't.
- 57:36Speaker 1: My wife's niece still comes to the house to cook,
- 57:38Speaker 1: but still I steer clear of her. I have stayed
- 57:42Speaker 1: in the basement or left the house just to avoid her.
- 57:45Speaker 1: She was there recently and I told my wife I
- 57:47Speaker 1: was going jogging. When I came back, I went in
- 57:51Speaker 1: through the basement because the niece was there. I heard
- 57:53Speaker 1: my wife and her niece arguing and my wife's sister
- 57:57Speaker 1: was on speaker phone. My wife was yelling, so I
- 58:00Speaker 1: had to go to the top of the stairs to
- 58:02Speaker 1: hear what was going on. Apparently, apparently my wife is
- 58:08Speaker 1: having an affair with a guy at the church, and
- 58:11Speaker 1: she confided in her sister about it. Well, it looks
- 58:16Speaker 1: like my wife's sister told the niece about it, and
- 58:19Speaker 1: the niece mentioned it to my wife. My wife's sister
- 58:22Speaker 1: apologized over and over, but my wife ended up hanging
- 58:26Speaker 1: up on her. My wife and her niece kept arguing,
- 58:29Speaker 1: and I heard the niece tell my wife that she
- 58:32Speaker 1: would need her weekly payments doubled, or she was going
- 58:36Speaker 1: to tell me tell her little secret. I can't believe
- 58:40Speaker 1: that my wife is a cheater, and I can't believe
- 58:43Speaker 1: her her niece was talking to her that way. This
- 58:46Speaker 1: may sound unreal, but none of this happened before I
- 58:49Speaker 1: got this money. Do you think my cheating will be
- 58:52Speaker 1: overlooked if I confront my wife about her cheating? Maybe
- 58:57Speaker 1: I should just file for divorce. It looks like my
- 58:59Speaker 1: wife doesn't want to be with me anyway, and I
- 59:02Speaker 1: thought we were solid. What should I do again? I
- 59:06Speaker 1: can't help you, all right, Listen. I don't know how
- 59:17Speaker 1: much time we have, Steve, But this twenty year old,
- 59:21Speaker 1: I mean, she's just playing you again. Used to be players.
- 59:25Speaker 1: She's playing your wife, her blood on. I think she's
- 59:27Speaker 1: a horrible person. You're all pretty messy, the whole family.
- 59:30Speaker 1: Your marriage is a lie. Everybody's cheating on everybody. Please
- 59:34Speaker 1: don't try to play the victim here though. By saying
- 59:37Speaker 1: your wife doesn't want to be with you anyway, I
- 59:40Speaker 1: mean because you didn't think about your wife when you
- 59:42Speaker 1: were doing her niece in the kitchen. You didn't think
- 59:44Speaker 1: about that. I just I just say since you were
- 59:48Speaker 1: both cheating. You and your wife if either of you,
- 59:52Speaker 1: if she finds out about you, I think you too
- 59:55Speaker 1: deserve each other. Now that way think about it, you
- 59:58Speaker 1: don't have to split up the money the divorce, and
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: that no good ratchet niece of hers won't have to
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: get a dime of your money. Okay, again, we cannot
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: help you, Steve. I'm gonna have such a good time
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: with this one where we call bad. First of all, Oh,
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: I just can't believe this gift that I've been given.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: Letter number two from dog Dog. This time, I need
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: you to pay very close attention because we have a
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: new situation here and I will address it right after that.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: All right, Steve, we'll have part two of your response
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's letter,
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: more money, even more problems. All right, we'll be back
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: at twenty three minutes after the hour right after this
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: you're listening to show, all right, Steve, come on, let's
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: recap today's strawberry letter, Mo money, even mo problems. Here
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: we go, let's go now, homeboys. Back after he been
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: having sex with his niece all over the kitchen on video,
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: she told him give me fifty thousand. I'm gonna go
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: to your wife. You've been avoiding her. So now we
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: get to the new letter. After listening to all these guys,
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: and if you guys, it's kind of lifting my spirits
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: a little bit. Even Jay, Anthony Brown and Tommy was
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: trying to help. Yes we was, but to know a vail,
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: there's nothing too few, dog. But I had more drama
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: in your stress level that got high now, Steve. I
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: thought I still had some player left in me, But no,
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: I told you you didn't in the letter. Your player
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: days is over you. You are sugar daddy. Now see
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: when you got eight hundred thousand dollars and you paying
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: a girl big tips and having sex with her that
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: you're a sugar daddy. You ain't a player. You're sugar daddy. Dog.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: I still have some playing, but I don't. My wife's knee.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: Still come to the house and cook, but I still
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: clear stayed in the basement or left the house just
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: to avoider. She was there recently and I told my
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: wife I was going jogging. When I came back, I
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: went in through the basement because the niece was there.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: I heard my wife from my niece arguing, and your
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: wife's sister was on speaker phone. My wife was yelling
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: so hard that if y'all had to go to the
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: top of the steps just hear what was going on. Now,
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: he didn't find out that his wife is having an
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: a fail with a guy at the church, and she
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: confided in her sister about it. But it looks like
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: her sister told the niece about it, and the niece
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: turned around and mentioned it to your wife. Can I
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: say thank you, jeez? Can I say holleluke? Can I
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: say that the Lord works in mysterious way? She threatened
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: to tell her wife. He yes, No, no, no, no, no,
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: what you mean? He threatened? No, no, she My wife
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: and her niece kept arguing, and I heard the niece
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: tell my wife that she would need her weekly payments doubled. No,
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: I ain't got to that part yet. No, don't just
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: stay with me, shall now. I'm talking about the fact
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: that he came up there and his wife's sister had
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: told the niece the girl he was sleeping with and
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: screw it, and the niece mentioned it to the wife.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: Now I'm thinking, oh glory, this is because my wife's
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: sister kept apologizing over and over, but my wife ended
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: up hanging up on her. My wife and her niece
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: kept arguing, and I heard the niece tell my wife
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: she would need her weekly payments double or she was
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: gonna tell her little secret. Thank you Jesus, God, Glory, boy,
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: you need it out. I'll be damn if the phone,
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: if the red phone ain't just rain and you gotta
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: reprieve from the governor. Boy, No, it ain't just you, Clor, Clor.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: This is what you needed. But we got a bigger
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: problem now because your wife is a Cheatah, and now
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: you messed up. And you couldn't believe that your niece
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: was talking to her that way. Wait a minute, hold up,
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: wasn't she talking to you the same damn way? What
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: a surprise at dog? This health for tricking? She tricking,
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: And I got news for you, he said, none of this.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: This may sound unreal, but this never happened before I
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: got this money. Now, player, See you were stupid before that.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: See money don't change people. I say this all the time.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: It makes you more of who you really are. So
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: now you got this money and you just got real stupid.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: You were stupid before because you've been thinking you as
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: a player, and you had all this swing and you
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: don't now let me explain something to you. Could it
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: be that your niece had this information, which is why
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: she started flirting with you and y'all started having this
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: a fan in the kitchen. Maybe your niece already had
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: this information and then she gonna play two sides. She
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: bought it up because her conscience bothered her because you
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: ain't mentioned the fifty thousand noble, So now she hadn't
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: bought it up to your wife and now had gotten
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: in your wife faced teboey. Either you double my salary,
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell your little secret, Well, hold up, partner,
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: you can double the salary, because if that's the secret
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: she gonna keep, yours is off the hook because she
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: didn't found out she can't get this fifty because you
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: said you ain't got no way, So a little young girl,
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: she's stupid. She didn't went around the backdoor to try
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: to get her money, since you can't get her the
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: money without moving that kind of money. So she didn't
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: found a way now to get more money from your wife,
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: who ain't really your wife, because she's slipping with the
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: dude down at the church. I can't believe you ain't
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: asked about who the hell he is? But none of
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: this happened for I got this money. Do you think
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: my cheating would be overlooked if I confront my wife
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: about cheating? Hell? No, don't see you, stupid dude, don't
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: you This ain't hundred thousand dollars ain't your problem. It's
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: your rationing you think? Did you think your cheating will
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: be overlooked if you confront your wife about Hunchie? Who
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: is it you've been seeing at the church? Yeah? Well
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: I was screwing your niece? Wait in my house? What
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: boy boy can get you? At least at least I
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: wasn't in our home. Yeah, it's gonna be to come back.
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: We come back hard. Three More Money, even More Problems?
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: Part three. This is damn near good is in the closet.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: We'll be back right after this. You're listening, all right?
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: Come on, Steve, Part three of Today's Strawberry Letter. We're
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: doing a special edition of a Strawberry Letter today, subject
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: More Money, Even More Problems. It was written by the
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: kitchen lover Quickly man were was saying Monday, talking about
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: he had a problem. His niece was the culinary school.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: They got this eight hundred thousand dollars lottery ticket. Retired,
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: they've been traveling. Both of them quit their jobs hirday.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: Little niece from the culinary school, his wife's niece from
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: the culinary school. She'd been cooking three days a week.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: She tall, fine, got nice, but they started looking at
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: each other, minded up kissing. One day they winded up
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: having sex. But they've been having sex in the kitchen.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: Come to find out, she was recording all her cooking
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: till she was making videos, and now all his sex
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: compages in the kitchen is own video. And told him,
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: if you don't give me fifty thous, I'm gonna tell
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: your wife. That's why he wrote us. He was sick,
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: he can't sleep, He about to lose his marriage. He
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: don't know what to do. We told him we can't
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: help him, stupid. The only thing we could tell him
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: was illegal, and we could never say none of that
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: on the air. So he wrote us back today and
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: saying here he'd been avoiding her. Appreciate y'all trying to
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: help me. Man, I felt me a little bit better,
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: but I was avoiding her. I came home one day
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: in him and her niece. The niece and his wife
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: was in the kitchen arguing because his wife had confided
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: in her sister that she was having a fare with
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: this man at this church, and the wife's sister told
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: the niece, who was to cook her had been screwing
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: her husband, and she mentioned it to her, And then
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: they got on the phone and the wife apologized. Wife's
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: sister was apologizing, but the niece was arguing with him.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: When they hung up, she told this dude's wife that
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: if she don't double her salary, she gonna spread her
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: little secret. So now he's standing there. He can't believe
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: his wife is a cheatah, But here a cheatah too.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: So I don't know why he shocked about that. And
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: then he couldn't believe that her niece was talking to
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: her that way. We can't believe her niece was up
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: on that kitchen counter with you either, So it's a
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: lot of unbelievable. Then he said, this might sound unreal,
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: but none of this happened before I got this money. Oh,
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: it just didn't happen because you didn't have availability. And now,
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: now do you think my cheating would be overlooked if
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: I confront my wife about her cheating, and she ain't
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: getting overlooked partner, especially when you screwed the woman's niece. Now,
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: ain't nobody overlooking this now? Dog? Now, I appreciate you like,
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: but you can't get a pass on this right now.
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: You got to keep you got. Don't open your damn
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: mouth about this thing. You got to let all this
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: go if you confront your wife, man, or hell gonna
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: break loose. Get the phone. Man. Now looks like my
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: wife don't want to be with me anyway. And I
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: thought we were solid? What should I do? How you
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: thought y'all was solid? Look one more damn time with
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: this food? Okay? Post your comments on today Strawberry Letter
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: and Steve Harvey FMI Instagram. I got I got a
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: soul for two women coming up at the top of
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: the hour. Promises to ourselves right after this you're listening
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: to show. So since the COVID nineteen pandemic and everything,
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: we've all probably since we've been at home under quarantine,
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: we've all probably made a lot of promises to ourselves,
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: like I'll never do this again, or I can't wait
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: to do that, or I'll never talk to him again.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: I'll never talk to her again, whatever it might be.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: I want the guys. I want you guys to finish
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: these sentences. Okay, I thought we were still doing this letter.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: Oh you still want to do the last school but
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: let me let me just say this and we do
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: this party No, No, part eight. This is all kitchen love.
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: That's what we are. We're all up in here, all
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: over the count top. I know this saying, right, but
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: I can't let go this cold I feel because a
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: counter stainless Steve kid, you love Okay, go ahead, alright,
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: I like it, though, Steve, I like it all right.
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: So you know how we make promises. We've been at home.
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: We're getting board, so we'll make promises to ourselves about
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: what we're not gonna do or what we're going to
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: do during the quarantine. So I want the guys to
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: finish these sentences. Please. Uh, here's the first one. When
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: this is all over, I will never blank again, Junior,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: Come on, when this is all over, When this is
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: all over, I'm not looking at this window. No, damn,
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: this is not this one, not this window. No, all right,
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: come on, tell me. When this is all over, I
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: will be in the house with these people again. That
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: long you control that. I'm if I see it happening again,
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: next next season, next Corona season. I'm not gonna be
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: at home. I'm not gonna be at home. I'm not
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: gonna happen to me. I'm sorry. When this is all over,
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: this the last damn time I'm washing my hands. Oh wow,
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: gonna wash your hands. That's forever. That's funny though. All right,
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: here's another one, and the first unless you have more
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: on this one. The first thing I'm going to do
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: when the quarantine ends is Junior. The first thing I'm
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: gonna do is step on the other side of my dope.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: That's I did that the while. I'm gonna step out
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: the side. The first thing I'm gonna do when this
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: quarantine ends is what Tommy. Get in my car, gassing
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: up and get on it ten and head west and
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: don't look back. Don't look back. I'm gonna well, you
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: can't say that, Tommy. Why can't I say it? That's
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: what I believe. You cannot say that. Okay, tell him.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: The first thing I'm gonna do when this quarantine is
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: over is I'm speaking to everybody, mister damn happy congeniality people.
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: So damn. How y'all doing? How you moming them? How's
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: everybody today? How y'all doing? Man? Good to see you. Man. Hey,

- 1:14:09Speaker 1: I am no all right, here's the next one. I'm
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: never gonna eat another blank for as long as I live, Junior.
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: I'm trying gonna eat another piece of chicken salad. Not
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: another piece of chicken salad. I'm tied to making chicken salad.
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: I'm making it for the three days I needed to laugh,
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: but I'm not eating the more. Come on, tell me,
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: I'm I'm never gonna eat another one of my wife
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: omelets again. As soon as we get through with this, Hi,
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: it's the same damn omelet every morning. It ain't ahead.
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: I ain't ever I'm gonna eat another damn peanut butter salm.
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: Man I ate two today, Steve thirty nurse last week counting.
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: Coming up. More of the Steve Harvey Morning Show with
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: some trending stories at twenty minutes after the hour. Right
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well,
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: Amazon stocks hidden all time high yesterday. Shares of Amazon,
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: the world's biggest online retailer climbed over five percent, giving
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: a company a market value of more than you guys
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: ready for this number, Steve, one point one chillion with
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: a tura dollars. Okay, that's a lot of money right there.
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: Amazon announced an additional seventy five thousand employees and is
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: increasing hourly pay. That's good news Amazon. You know, Amazon
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: in the past has been criticized in the recent past
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: during this pandemic, as the company's warehouse workers have protested
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: conditions at the facilities and demanded better protections against the
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: COVID nineteen. Amazon fired one protest organizer. But wow, one
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: point one trillion dollars. That Jeff Bezos trillion, y'all, a
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: trillion t that's almost that's half of what the government
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: is gives, you know, in the stimulus stimulus package they're
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: given two point two he's he's wow, he's got one
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: point one trillion. Quiet, Steve, is a trillion zero a trillion.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: That's a trillion is one is one thousand billions. M
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: We'll be back with more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: Show coming up in thirty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening, well, our forever. President. Barack
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: Obama endorsed Joe Biden for president yesterday. Take a Lisbon.
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: The kind of leadership that's guided by knowledge and experience,
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: honesty and humility, empathy and grace. That kind of leadership
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: doesn't just belong in our state capitals and mayor's offices.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: It belongs in the White House. And that's why I'm
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: so proud to endorse Joe Biden for President of the
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: United States. Choosing Joe to be my vice president was
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: one of the best decisions I ever made, and he
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: became a close friend, and I believe Joe has all
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: the qualities we need in a president right now. Joe
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: has the character and the experience to guide us through
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: one of our darkest times and helos to a long recovery.
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: And I know he'll surround himself with good people experts, scientists,
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: military officials who actually know how to run the government
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: and care about doing a good job running the government,
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: and know how to work with our allies, and who
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: will always put the American people's interests above their own
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: direct body blow body blow sounds so presidentious. He would
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: have handled this COVID nineteen pandemic completely different than the
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: current occupier of the White House. We'd never find the
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: people that got fired that the Pandemic task Force. But
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: he's still been in place. Yeah, but he's busy trying
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: to deflect all of this off of him, like he
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: uh was on it from the get go. Even released
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: that ridiculous promo tape of himself handling the crisis and
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: it's just And then as the press conference, Steve when
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: the reporter asked him because he left out the month
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: of February Arry and when she asked him about that,
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: he shut her down so hard. It was a reporter
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: from CBS News. He shut her down so hard, it
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: was just so mean and nasty. He talked about, that's
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: why your ratings are low and you have no rate.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: I mean, what does that have to do with the question.
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: She was like, mister President, just answer you, just answer
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: the question. All he cares about. Yeah, that's why your ratings.
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: Nobody cares about the ratings of what TV show got
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: ratings right now? No one, yes, man, all TV shows
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: is down. I don't know if he noticed or not. Production. Yeah,
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: Hollywood's clothes partner, Yeah, anybody making no new nothing from
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: the world, world well, World Health organized organization. Yeah, he
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: said the funding away from that yesterday because he wants
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: to take the funding away so he can blame them.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: Blame them. They did nothing to stop this or this. Dude,
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: it's amazing. But what are they going to do with
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: that money? He said it was like five hundred million
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: dollars a year. What are they doing with the money?
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: He didn't say that part. So anyways, coming up, it's
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: our last break of the day, This last break out
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: a day. That's how you do it, jail Denny Brown.
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: That's right. And also we'll have some closing remarks from
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: the one and only Steve Harvey coming up at forty

- 1:20:51Speaker 1: parter today three parter. Yeah. And then Steve made a
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: song out of it and everything kitchen that's what we are.
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: I wanted to hear it again. Be so together. I
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: love it, man. I enjoyed this. It's hump day. Yeah,

- 1:21:33Speaker 1: What room I'm sharing my husband's office? Oh yeah, you
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: said you're off. Come in the kitchen. I love it
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: where I got it. I got a studio, I got
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: a studio. I just I just say love about your
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: kitchens and living rooms. Bedroom, I got a studio, a studio.
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: Were you at office? Okay? Yeah? Yeah? Which is which
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: is a damn studios? No? I got five place in
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: here TV. I watched a lot of movies. Five place
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: one too when I open this other always you got
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: five place too when I opened this up. And you
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: will not be outdone for Christmas. Hard to set some
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: logs on the dope when you're opening put man and
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: have a little fan blowing some paper machine maker look
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: like some flames moving. Man, Hey, y'all listen, uh Clover
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: remarks to day. I wanted to. I just want to
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: keep encouraging people during this time. Man too, all keep
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: your head up. Uh. There is a thing that you
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: can apply here that's called faith, because faith can change everything. Now,
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: faith is the substance of things hope for. That's a scripture.
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: Faith is a substance of things hope for. So, in
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: my estimation, the way I've always been taught what that
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: meant was faith is really just serious, very serious hoping,
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: and to the point where you take your hope and
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: you just simply instead of hoping, you just believe it
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: to be so. And that's what makes faith being the
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: substance of things hope for. And so even if you're
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: not a powerfully spiritual person or you're not really sure,
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: sometimes you just got to start with the basic thing
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: called hope. You can hope a lot of things, man,
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: but if you keep hoping, sometimes you get signs along
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: the way. What has happened to me, it's when I
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: hope for something, or I believe in something, or I
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: ask God for something and I apply my faith to it.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: Then what I also ask for is during the waiting
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: period for these things that I'm claiming to have faith in,
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: if that I'm asking God for. Sometimes I ask God
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: to show me something that is in the works. I'm
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: not saying God, show it to me today, show it
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: to me tomorrow, Make it happen tomorrow now if it's
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: gonna be a while before you give me the thing
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: that I'm hoping for that I have this faith in.
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: Sometimes I just ask for a little sign, and do
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: you know that He'll give you one. Because everything that
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: you're asking God for, it's gonna happen for you, but
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: it's gonna happen at an appointed time. The problem with
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: us is we give up on the appointed time. We
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: give up believing, we give up hoping. We lose faith
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: when it don't happen in the time frame that we
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: want it to happen in. Look, man, that's not how
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: this works. The things that I've asked for, I have
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: never asked for anything, and it became so easy to me. Oh,
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: I get a lot of what I asked for. But
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: it comes with challenges, it comes with lessons, and the
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: challenges and lessons get you prepared for the next level.
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: Every hardship that you've ever come in your life has
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: prepared you for something in your future. Because as we
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: get older and we level up, we actually level up
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: to a higher level. It's called growth. It's called growth.
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: And so as we level up, we get our faith
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: goes to another level, or the way we hope goes
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: to another level. Even the things that we start believing,
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: we can get goals to another level. When you practice faith,
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: it increases over the course of time. But remember this
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: thing now before I get out of here. Faith without
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: works is dead. You can't just want and believe something
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: and not be willing to put in the necessary to
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: due diligence that comes with it. Faith without works as dead.
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: We have got to apply the work, y'all. But but
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: what else you got to do. If you're gonna ask
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: God for something, and if you're gonna believe that He
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: can give it to you, why would you not be
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: willing to do the things that's necessary to make it
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: come true. You got to work hard man, getting the
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: things that you want and desire the life. It's not easy,
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: but if you have faith, it's doable. I had a
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: T shirt that I sold one time that says, faith
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: don't make it easy. Faith makes it possible. Have some faith.
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: Use your faith, y'all. Talk to God about God is
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: in the giving business, and be ready to do the
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: work to make it happen. Faith with our works is dead,
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: but you got that least at with the faith. Faith
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: a substance of things. Hopeful, keep hoping, y'all keep hoping.
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: Those are my closing remarks. Man, Hey, y'all stay safe
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: out there. Wash your hands, everybody, and remember quarantine does
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: not mean if you know them they can come in.
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: Keep people out your house, stay home, wash your hands,
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: stay safe. See y'all tomorrow. For all Steve Harvey contests,
