- 0:00Speaker 1: I think it's very clear that Hillary Clinton is nervous
- 0:04Speaker 1: and Democrats are nervous because they're spending an awful lot
- 0:07Speaker 1: of time over the last twenty four forty eight hours
- 0:10Speaker 1: trying to debunk or cast shadows, or mock or undermined
- 0:19Speaker 1: by laughing and acting like it's absurd. What's happening with
- 0:24Speaker 1: the Durham Report. Now, a quick reminder, if you're listening
- 0:27Speaker 1: to this podcast, please make sure you hit the subscribe
- 0:30Speaker 1: or auto download button and tell your friends about this podcast,
- 0:34Speaker 1: share this on social media, and if you would write
- 0:36Speaker 1: us a five star review to help us, as Democrats
- 0:39Speaker 1: have been attacking our podcasts recently with bad reviews. Now,
- 0:43Speaker 1: you know it's bad when Jimmy Kimmel gets in on it,
- 0:47Speaker 1: clearly taking direction from other Democrats saying, hey man, we
- 0:51Speaker 1: need you to get on the spine case this could
- 0:52Speaker 1: get really bad for us. Jimmy, can you go out
- 0:55Speaker 1: there and make a joke and mock Fox News viewers
- 0:58Speaker 1: call them oatmeal rains and act like it's insane to
- 1:03Speaker 1: think that Hillary Clinton did anything wrong, And Jimmy Kimmel,
- 1:05Speaker 1: of course, is like, sure, I'll do it, because the
- 1:09Speaker 1: media always works together. Late Night works with primetime. Prime
- 1:14Speaker 1: Time works for the newsroom. The newsroom works with the DNC,
- 1:16Speaker 1: the DNC works with the candidates. And it's just a
- 1:19Speaker 1: circle and it happens every day. But you know things
- 1:22Speaker 1: are getting bad when Jimmy Kimmel is having to carry
- 1:26Speaker 1: water for Hillary Clinton's campaign and Hillary Clinton in the
- 1:29Speaker 1: spine case and calling it quote made up, which is
- 1:32Speaker 1: clearly not based on the indictments. Donald Trump being on
- 1:36Speaker 1: the golf course when the stormy Daniel's story came out
- 1:39Speaker 1: might be the least surprising surprise in the history of presidenting.
- 1:43Speaker 1: But meanwhile, Trump's terrible kids are making the rounds desperately
- 1:48Speaker 1: trying to protect the golden goose. Last night, Eric took
- 1:51Speaker 1: time out of his busy schedule to promote this made
- 1:54Speaker 1: up Hillary Clinton's spine case. They're now pumping into the Fox.
- 1:58Speaker 1: It's made up, right, It's made up? There is he
- 2:00Speaker 1: just said it. You know that's this made up. You
- 2:02Speaker 1: have an actual special prosecutor, you have actual people that
- 2:06Speaker 1: have been arrested in charge with serious crimes. But Jimmy
- 2:10Speaker 1: Kimmel has decided it is made up spine case. They're
- 2:13Speaker 1: now pumping into the Fox News viewers, soft oatmeal like brains. Yes,
- 2:17Speaker 1: and it's only Fox News people. It's the Trump crazies.
- 2:20Speaker 1: It's the Fox News oatmeal like brains. It's all it's
- 2:24Speaker 1: not true. Remember Jimmy Kimmel said so, pumping into the
- 2:28Speaker 1: Fox News viewers soft oatmeal like brains. Yes, that's how
- 2:31Speaker 1: you protect and defend Hillary Clinton. They're oatmeal like brains.
- 2:35Speaker 1: They're Fox News people, they're Trump crazies. Bring up Stormy
- 2:39Speaker 1: Daniels and just make sure, Jimmy, you go out there
- 2:42Speaker 1: and tell people it's fake. It's made up. Well to
- 2:45Speaker 1: promote this made up Hillary Clinton's spine case. They're now, yes,
- 2:49Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton spine case totally made up. I've said so,
- 2:51Speaker 1: Jimmy Kimmel, I've done my job. Oatmeal like brains. Hillary
- 2:56Speaker 1: Rodham Clinton is a New York resident. Let me just
- 2:58Speaker 1: kind of, you know, break that down for you. She
- 3:00Speaker 1: lives in Chappaqua, New York. And guess where Trump Howard
- 3:02Speaker 1: is located. Is located on Fifth Avenue in New York.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Where are these prosecutors? Where is the DA? Isn't that
- 3:09Speaker 1: a federal affiliate? Isn't that you know? Isn't that fraud?
- 3:12Speaker 1: Isn't that all sorts of offenses, all sorts of offenses.
- 3:17Speaker 1: I don't know. I never noticed what a voice here?
- 3:20Speaker 1: Why is Ivanka's voice more masculine than Eric's? The high
- 3:25Speaker 1: pitch Eric. You know, if you want to know where
- 3:28Speaker 1: the prosecutors are the answers gathering evidence against your grifter father,
- 3:32Speaker 1: that's where they are the only prominent member of the
- 3:39Speaker 1: magaverse having legal trouble. A man, there you go, that's
- 3:43Speaker 1: it right there. They're still coming after your dad. Your
- 3:47Speaker 1: dad is the worst person in the world. Your father
- 3:51Speaker 1: is the one they're investigating. You want to know where
- 3:53Speaker 1: the prosecutors aren't out now, of course it's absurd that
- 3:55Speaker 1: that's not actually happening, but hey, let's say it in
- 3:57Speaker 1: the audience will clap in California and will tell people
- 4:00Speaker 1: that this is all made up, This is all untrue,
- 4:03Speaker 1: this is all just crap. Every bit of this is crap.
- 4:08Speaker 1: All of it is crap. None of it's real, none
- 4:11Speaker 1: of it's true. All right, Well, then let's check in
- 4:14Speaker 1: with some of the facts here. Victor Davis Anson is
- 4:19Speaker 1: on TV yesterday talking about this Durham report and what's
- 4:24Speaker 1: in it and why people should be concerned about it.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Victor Davis Hanson. It's a guy that is an author
- 4:32Speaker 1: that really kind of shoots straight all the time. He
- 4:37Speaker 1: also has written a lot of books and deep dives
- 4:40Speaker 1: into the Clinton team. We're talking about from decades ago.
- 4:43Speaker 1: We're talking about Bill Clinton error and listen to what
- 4:47Speaker 1: he had to say about Hillary Clinton and what's going
- 4:49Speaker 1: on now. I don't think the nation is going to
- 4:51Speaker 1: be so forgiving because it's got the same modus operandi
- 4:54Speaker 1: as the Steel dossier. She used the same firewalls to
- 4:58Speaker 1: hide her own corporal Bill in paint. She was the
- 5:01Speaker 1: paymaster after all, the DNC and then the Perkins Koe
- 5:05Speaker 1: same idea, and then Sessman's job apparently was the seat.
- 5:09Speaker 1: All of this along with Mark Elias perhaps to the
- 5:12Speaker 1: FBI and the CIA. Now, had that happened maybe ten
- 5:16Speaker 1: years ago, we would be shocked and that can't be possible.
- 5:19Speaker 1: But now we're looking at this evidence in the light
- 5:22Speaker 1: of the careers of Peter Struck, Lisa Page, James Comey,
- 5:26Speaker 1: Andrew mccayban, it seems very likely that the CIA and
- 5:29Speaker 1: the FBI would be very receptive given that they had
- 5:32Speaker 1: been weaponized. And then because it's Hillary Clinton, it's ultimately
- 5:35Speaker 1: going to be a political matter, and when you look
- 5:37Speaker 1: at that, I don't know what her shelf life is
- 5:41Speaker 1: on scandals, but there's thirty years of Travelgate, the Rose
- 5:46Speaker 1: Law Firm, documents, cattle futures, emails, the dossier exception. At
- 5:53Speaker 1: some point people will conclude, we've gave this exemption, this exemption,
- 5:58Speaker 1: this exemption, no more. And then we don't know what
- 6:01Speaker 1: her relationship is with a Biden administration. But they ultimately
- 6:05Speaker 1: will probably make a decision to act on Durham's recommendation,
- 6:08Speaker 1: and should he want to indict some high profiled people,
- 6:12Speaker 1: and we don't know whether they will turn State's evans
- 6:15Speaker 1: or not. That will be a political decision in part,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and this administration, I think in large part, and that
- 6:21Speaker 1: will depend on the relationship of a potential political rival
- 6:24Speaker 1: to Joe Biden. And then they'll have the factor in
- 6:26Speaker 1: the also the fact that he's got historically low approval ratings.
- 6:31Speaker 1: So there's a lot of political considerations. But I think
- 6:34Speaker 1: a lot of people feel that Hillary Clinton is an
- 6:37Speaker 1: old master of scandal and this is her greatest masterpiece.
- 6:41Speaker 1: An old master of scandal, and this is her greatest masterpiece.
- 6:47Speaker 1: This is it, This is the holy grail for her.
- 6:51Speaker 1: You know, Hillary Clinton ignoring questions for not a bunch
- 6:54Speaker 1: of reporters, but one reporter. She then decided to shoot
- 6:59Speaker 1: back and kind of this and mock the Trump family,
- 7:02Speaker 1: acting like this is not a big deal, acting like
- 7:06Speaker 1: this is you know nothing. Here. Let me let me
- 7:10Speaker 1: give you a flashback here, a flashback that I think
- 7:15Speaker 1: is really important. With Hillary Clinton's email server. You remember that,
- 7:20Speaker 1: Remember the email server and all the classified documents and
- 7:23Speaker 1: Anthony Wiener getting his hands on him in the computer,
- 7:26Speaker 1: and that was involved in that, and Uma, you know
- 7:30Speaker 1: her assistants computer. Remember, remember all of that, right, remember
- 7:33Speaker 1: it all. It's pretty significant. There were a lot of
- 7:37Speaker 1: people that were given immunity in that investigation. There were
- 7:43Speaker 1: a lot of people that got the hook up. Okay,
- 7:46Speaker 1: you tell us what happened, and we won't prosecute you
- 7:49Speaker 1: for classified information that was outside the channels. Right, just
- 7:54Speaker 1: just tell us, tell us what happened here, and we'll
- 7:57Speaker 1: protect you if you tell us and happened. I think
- 8:02Speaker 1: it's pretty clear you could argue far too often, right, like,
- 8:07Speaker 1: far too often in that case, did that happen? There
- 8:11Speaker 1: is now very much a connection between the Clinton email
- 8:15Speaker 1: immunity deals and what is happening right now? I want
- 8:19Speaker 1: to take you back to two thousand and sixteen and
- 8:23Speaker 1: you'll understand the connection. This again back in twenty sixteen
- 8:32Speaker 1: and the brand new bombshell and the Hillary Clinton email investigation,
- 8:35Speaker 1: sparking a major uproar on Capitol Hill. It turns out
- 8:39Speaker 1: the Justice Department gave an immunity deal to Clinton, Clinton's
- 8:44Speaker 1: former chief of staff that's Cheryl Mills, and two other
- 8:47Speaker 1: staffers as part of the now closed FBI investigation. Chief
- 8:52Speaker 1: Intelligence correspondent Katherine Herrige is live in Washington with more
- 8:56Speaker 1: on this. Katherine, what do you make of this development? Almos?
- 8:59Speaker 1: It based on documents provided by the FBI to Congress,
- 9:02Speaker 1: the Republican chairman of the House Government Oversight Committee tool
- 9:05Speaker 1: Fox by phone. Now, five people were given limited immunity
- 9:09Speaker 1: agreements by the Justice Department, and as you mentioned, they
- 9:12Speaker 1: do include Clinton's lawyer's Cheryl Mills, who got her deal
- 9:15Speaker 1: in exchange for FBI access to her computer. My understanding,
- 9:20Speaker 1: Director is that you offered him immunity. Why did you
- 9:23Speaker 1: offer him immunity and what did you get for it? Yeah,
- 9:26Speaker 1: that I have to I'm not sure what I can
- 9:28Speaker 1: talk about an open setting about that, but it's not
- 9:30Speaker 1: going to be prosecuted, so right, But I want to
- 9:33Speaker 1: be careful. I'm doing this twenty four hours after the
- 9:35Speaker 1: investigation closed. I want to be thoughtful because we're, as
- 9:39Speaker 1: you know, big about the law that I'm following the
- 9:41Speaker 1: law about what I disclose about that. So I'll get
- 9:44Speaker 1: back to you on that one. That's one of those
- 9:46Speaker 1: TV situations. I love that, right guy, I gotta get
- 9:48Speaker 1: back to you on that one. What did you get
- 9:50Speaker 1: for that immunity? Why did all these people and Hillary
- 9:53Speaker 1: Clinton quitting your chiefest staff get immunity? Now? The reason
- 9:57Speaker 1: why I bring that up now is because that's where
- 10:00Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton's people around her are used to. So Hillary
- 10:03Speaker 1: Clinton right now and all these people around her, they're
- 10:06Speaker 1: probably in total shock that they're not getting the normal
- 10:09Speaker 1: Clinton treatment, which is do something illegal under me and
- 10:13Speaker 1: I'll take care of it. You'll get immunity. Don't worry
- 10:16Speaker 1: about it. I got you covered. And that's not happening
- 10:19Speaker 1: this time. So far, they're not getting immunity deals. So far,
- 10:23Speaker 1: it looks like they're actually going to be held accountable
- 10:25Speaker 1: for what it is that they are actually doing so far,
- 10:29Speaker 1: the people that are around Hillary Clinton, including her top
- 10:31Speaker 1: campaign lawyer, have been indicted. This is exactly why the
- 10:37Speaker 1: media is not covering the Durham indictments or the investigation,
- 10:42Speaker 1: because if they do, they understand that they may not
- 10:46Speaker 1: be able to stop it. Now when they are covering it,
- 10:50Speaker 1: they're covering it in a mocking way, saying it's not true,
- 10:54Speaker 1: just like Jimmy Kimmel said earlier. Right, Oh, what do
- 10:56Speaker 1: you need me to say tonight? You will be gone
- 10:57Speaker 1: in late night TV and put out lies and propaganda
- 10:59Speaker 1: that it's a fake story. Yes, that's what we need
- 11:02Speaker 1: to do, okay. And you want me to mock Trump supporters, absolutely, okay,
- 11:06Speaker 1: and we'll act like they're wearing you know, ten hats
- 11:08Speaker 1: with aluminum foil. Yes, perfect, do that. And then you
- 11:11Speaker 1: want me to lie to them and tell them that
- 11:13Speaker 1: they're actually the prosecutors are actually investigating Donald Trump. Yes,
- 11:18Speaker 1: do that, okay, perfect, And that's what he did. The
- 11:22Speaker 1: media is ignoring the facts of the bombshell Durham filing,
- 11:26Speaker 1: and it is a bombshell. It is clearly, at least
- 11:28Speaker 1: at the bare minimum, as big of a story as Watergate.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Howard Kurtz was asked about it. He's the media reporter
- 11:36Speaker 1: over at Fox, and this is what he had to
- 11:38Speaker 1: say about the media's reaction. And you know, one of
- 11:43Speaker 1: the big questions is the coverage of this story, right,
- 11:46Speaker 1: and the lack of evidence of coverage for this Durham
- 11:50Speaker 1: filing that came out over the weekend that we're seeing
- 11:53Speaker 1: out there. Let me just play to remind people the
- 11:55Speaker 1: way that a lot of the media has portrayed this
- 11:58Speaker 1: Trump Russia collusion story from way back watch Trump and
- 12:02Speaker 1: William Barr promised that Durham would expose huge corruption, but
- 12:06Speaker 1: he hasn't done that because apparently an ongoing, concerted Republican
- 12:11Speaker 1: and pro Trump project to try to turn the investigation
- 12:16Speaker 1: of the Russia scandal into some kind of scandal itself.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Oh no, okay, wait till the during report comes out,
- 12:21Speaker 1: and then nothing happens and they just move on to
- 12:23Speaker 1: the next conspiracy theory. So now that there is news
- 12:27Speaker 1: and developments in this story, how we are they being covered? Martha.
- 12:31Speaker 1: It's absolutely stunning that virtually all the major newspapers and
- 12:34Speaker 1: the other networks are absolutely determined to ignore this story.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Now they cover every throat clearing by the January sixth Committee,
- 12:42Speaker 1: and all the coverage of retrigate, which you just gave
- 12:45Speaker 1: us a taste of. But this is an actual federal prosecutor.
- 12:50Speaker 1: There's delivering actual evidence in a court filing, not some
- 12:54Speaker 1: anonymously sourced story. And yet these other places are just
- 12:58Speaker 1: magically declaring it to be non news. Doesn't even get
- 13:02Speaker 1: well it's overblown, or well it's unproven. Uh, it doesn't
- 13:05Speaker 1: get even up mentioned. I thought certainly by today they
- 13:07Speaker 1: would come back with some semblance of coverage. You wonder
- 13:10Speaker 1: if the momentum builds over time for them to not
- 13:13Speaker 1: be able to ignore it. This is another moment that
- 13:15Speaker 1: I think is worth revisiting with Leslie Stall and President
- 13:19Speaker 1: Trump on sixteen minutes, Leslie, they spye to my campaign
- 13:24Speaker 1: and they get, can I say something? You know, this
- 13:27Speaker 1: is sixty minutes and we can't put on things we
- 13:31Speaker 1: can't because we can't put on things we can't. Very Leslie,
- 13:35Speaker 1: they side to my campaign, we can't. Totally very fun.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Not to mention that the coverage at the Washington Post
- 13:43Speaker 1: in the New York Times when Pulitzer's Howie and a
- 13:45Speaker 1: lot of that was information that was fed to them
- 13:48Speaker 1: by you know, some of the US intelligence agencies. In
- 13:51Speaker 1: some cases, some of these leaks came from it looks
- 13:53Speaker 1: like Clinton operatives who were trying so hard to feed
- 13:56Speaker 1: this story in the present. Boy did they do a
- 13:58Speaker 1: good job, howie. Yeah, there are some things we still
- 14:01Speaker 1: don't know. How much did Hillary Clintland's campaign know about
- 14:04Speaker 1: the alleged activities of this former lawyer who's under indictment.
- 14:07Speaker 1: No comment at all from Camp Hillary on any of this,
- 14:10Speaker 1: And we don't know how successful the surveillance efforts were.
- 14:13Speaker 1: But clearly this tech executive one had access to a
- 14:16Speaker 1: lot of information from the service at Trump Tower and
- 14:18Speaker 1: at the White House. But I do know this, John
- 14:20Speaker 1: Durham has been very low key and careful prosecute in
- 14:24Speaker 1: this matter. He hasn't made any wild or outlandish accusations.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Is on a load of pressure do so before the election.
- 14:30Speaker 1: So for him to make these charges in court papers
- 14:33Speaker 1: is an absolutely significant piece of news, especially given the backdrop. Now,
- 14:37Speaker 1: whether it's worse than Watergate, as the former president says,
- 14:40Speaker 1: the Watergate was a wide ranging criminal conspiracy, we shall see.
- 14:43Speaker 1: But I don't understand how any news organization can just
- 14:47Speaker 1: wave this away because it doesn't fit the narrative that,
- 14:50Speaker 1: of course Trump was making up the idea that he
- 14:53Speaker 1: was improperly surveyed or supplied upon. Yeah, and this moment
- 14:56Speaker 1: from Jim Comey, who talks about why he decided that
- 15:00Speaker 1: would be the best thing to leak information from his
- 15:03Speaker 1: own notes to the New York Times to get it
- 15:06Speaker 1: out there. Watch us again. I have to hit pause
- 15:08Speaker 1: and just really step back. It is obvious that the
- 15:12Speaker 1: media is terrified that they are going to be shown
- 15:15Speaker 1: the way that Fox is laying out right now for
- 15:17Speaker 1: the scumbags that they are. Donald Trump's sitting there for
- 15:20Speaker 1: six minutes and He's saying I was spied on there,
- 15:22Speaker 1: like you can't confirm that. We now know he was.
- 15:25Speaker 1: He knew it then, he was right, Well, we can't
- 15:28Speaker 1: air that. We can't air that, mister present, Well, that's
- 15:30Speaker 1: because it's good for Biden if you don't air it.
- 15:33Speaker 1: You guys said, there's nothing coming from the Durham Report,
- 15:35Speaker 1: and you report it over and over again. There's nothing
- 15:37Speaker 1: coming from the Durham Report. There's nothing coming from the
- 15:39Speaker 1: Durham Report. Now something comes from the Durham Report that
- 15:42Speaker 1: is massive, and you guys don't report it. And remember
- 15:46Speaker 1: the same FBI director and all of these people that
- 15:48Speaker 1: have been interviewed at the FBI and former FBI agents
- 15:53Speaker 1: that have been interviewed by Durham, they have to be
- 15:56Speaker 1: terrified right now because who's going to protect him this time.
- 16:00Speaker 1: This is why the media is going into overdrive to
- 16:03Speaker 1: mock Durham's filings, to say it's a lie. As Jimmy
- 16:08Speaker 1: Kimmel said, say it's you know, crazy people that watch
- 16:12Speaker 1: Fox that believe this false story. James Comey's the guy,
- 16:18Speaker 1: by the way, that broke the law by leaking classified
- 16:22Speaker 1: documents to a reporter. And that's exactly what they're talking
- 16:25Speaker 1: about now at Fox. Originally that there might be corroboration
- 16:30Speaker 1: for our conversation, there might be a tape, and my
- 16:33Speaker 1: judgment was I needed to get that out into the
- 16:35Speaker 1: public square, and so I asked a friend of mine
- 16:37Speaker 1: to share the content of the memo with a reporter.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Didn't do it myself for a variety of reasons, but
- 16:43Speaker 1: I asked him too, because I thought that might prompt
- 16:45Speaker 1: the appointment of a special counsel. So, you know, some
- 16:48Speaker 1: of that was based on the dossier and Comey's presentation
- 16:51Speaker 1: to Trump. So that he would know, you know, about
- 16:53Speaker 1: all of these salacious allegations that were being said about him,
- 16:57Speaker 1: which we have since learned were completely It was like
- 17:00Speaker 1: a circular file right between some of Hillary Clinton's PR
- 17:05Speaker 1: guy and this other Russian all sort of making making
- 17:08Speaker 1: this up, essentially, howie, and then it's leaked by the
- 17:11Speaker 1: by the FBI director to the New York Times. There
- 17:14Speaker 1: were so many leagues, including at that very high level,
- 17:17Speaker 1: during the entire Russia game investigation. Look, it had to
- 17:20Speaker 1: be covered to some degree because there was a special
- 17:22Speaker 1: council named by Trump's own deputy Attorney General. But now
- 17:25Speaker 1: that some of this is unraveling, and I think that,
- 17:28Speaker 1: as you said, that Durham investigation will continue, Phil will
- 17:30Speaker 1: come a point when these other organizations, you know, CNN, ABC, NBC,
- 17:34Speaker 1: New York Times, Washington Post political will have to grapple
- 17:37Speaker 1: with this, and then I bet this storyline will be well.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Conservatives are pushing this, but again it's in court documents,
- 17:43Speaker 1: and that's a very different standard and actually predicts any
- 17:47Speaker 1: news organization from liable to report what the prosecutor says.
- 17:50Speaker 1: It's just not that difficult report what the prosecutor says
- 17:53Speaker 1: he found and then see what the defense has. Yes,
- 17:56Speaker 1: I mean you think about the bungled Watergate burglary to
- 17:59Speaker 1: put a phone tap in, right, and then you look
- 18:01Speaker 1: at these You read this whole filine, which I encourage
- 18:03Speaker 1: people to do, about this tech executive who has access
- 18:06Speaker 1: to these servers and is using the access that he
- 18:10Speaker 1: has through his job to tap into people that he
- 18:12Speaker 1: decides he wants to take a look at. And there's
- 18:14Speaker 1: also an indication that it may be wider than that
- 18:17Speaker 1: in terms of the people that they were watching. How
- 18:19Speaker 1: he Thank you very much. What a great synopsis by
- 18:22Speaker 1: Howard Kurtz there explaining exactly how we got to where
- 18:25Speaker 1: we are today, right, not only how do we get there,
- 18:29Speaker 1: but how ridiculous all of this actually is, and how
- 18:34Speaker 1: the media is deliberately purposely doing everything and their power
- 18:40Speaker 1: to not cover this, making sure that this story is silence,
- 18:44Speaker 1: making sure that this story just disappears, that no one
- 18:49Speaker 1: talks about this story, that no one hears about this story,
- 18:54Speaker 1: that no one believes the story by saying the story
- 18:58Speaker 1: is a lie, and we'll use everybody in the media
- 19:00Speaker 1: to pull this off. There's something else that's very significant,
- 19:05Speaker 1: and that's the list of individuals or companies that serve
- 19:09Speaker 1: that have been served with grand jury subpoenas for documents. Now,
- 19:13Speaker 1: this includes the Clinton campaign known as a political organization
- 19:19Speaker 1: in the filing, likely the Democratic National Committee, the law
- 19:24Speaker 1: firm of Perkins Coi, not one, not two, but three
- 19:28Speaker 1: Internet companies that are connected to Hillary Clinton campaign, and
- 19:32Speaker 1: the spying on Donald Trump even while he was the
- 19:34Speaker 1: president in the White House, Georgia Tech University because that's
- 19:39Speaker 1: where the students we're data mining all this stuff, and
- 19:43Speaker 1: Fusion GPS, as well as a public relations firm that
- 19:48Speaker 1: advise Perkins Coi concerning public statements they issued in two
- 19:54Speaker 1: eighteen about the Susman's meeting with the former FBI General Council. Now,
- 20:00Speaker 1: the full list of materials provided to Susman's legal team
- 20:03Speaker 1: added additional insight into the breath of the special councils
- 20:07Speaker 1: and investigation, including the fact that Durham's team conducted at
- 20:12Speaker 1: least ninety four interviews. Now, in addition to Baker, Durham's
- 20:19Speaker 1: team interviewed more than twenty four other current or former
- 20:24Speaker 1: FBI employees. You want to talk about the deep state?
- 20:28Speaker 1: When you got twenty four other people on top of
- 20:31Speaker 1: the two top people at the FBI that are being
- 20:35Speaker 1: interviewed by the Special Council. You know just how corrupt
- 20:39Speaker 1: the deep state is in Washington. Durham's team interviewed more
- 20:42Speaker 1: than not only twenty four other current former FBI employees,
- 20:47Speaker 1: but numerous CIA employees, as well a dozen employees at
- 20:51Speaker 1: various internet companies connected to the Hillary Clinton campaign, as
- 20:55Speaker 1: well as employees of her lawyers and the former chairman
- 20:59Speaker 1: of Perkins Coy. They also interviewed a former employee of
- 21:04Speaker 1: the Clinton campaign and four current and former employees of
- 21:07Speaker 1: Georgia Tech. They were the ones used to help with
- 21:10Speaker 1: the data mining of all the Internet traffic coming in
- 21:13Speaker 1: and out of the White House. Likewise, interesting is that
- 21:17Speaker 1: the Special Counsel's Office turned over to assessment twelve different
- 21:22Speaker 1: transcripts of interviews conducted by the DOJ's Office of Inspector
- 21:26Speaker 1: General in connection with the OIG's investigation of Crossfire Hurricane
- 21:34Speaker 1: that Durham had. These documents suggest these Special Counsel's Office
- 21:37Speaker 1: is reviewing the OIGS and compiled as part of its
- 21:44Speaker 1: own investigation. Remember, Crossfire Hurricane was about getting Donald Trump. Now,
- 21:51Speaker 1: there was also a little final asterisk that I would
- 21:55Speaker 1: want to mention here, and the federalists did a great
- 21:57Speaker 1: job of laying this out. A Special Counsel's office provided
- 22:02Speaker 1: Sessman nearly four hundred emails that this team had retrieved
- 22:05Speaker 1: from the FBI's holdings that were either sent to, receive from,
- 22:11Speaker 1: or copied to Sessman's Perkins Coy email address between January
- 22:19Speaker 1: of twenty sixteen through June twenty seventeen. Now four hundred
- 22:23Speaker 1: plus emails that the FBI is sending to Perkins Coy
- 22:27Speaker 1: email address. That's a lot of email messages. So the question,
- 22:31Speaker 1: obviously now is who at the FBI was Sessmen communicating
- 22:35Speaker 1: with during that time period and what in the hell
- 22:38Speaker 1: were they talking about? Unless they were leaking information, now,
- 22:43Speaker 1: all of this would be wall to wall coverage during
- 22:45Speaker 1: normal times. A question that I've heard asked time and
- 22:50Speaker 1: time again online on social media and also at Fox
- 22:55Speaker 1: when they're talking about this is a simple question, but
- 22:57Speaker 1: an important one. Is this bigger than water Gate? Based
- 23:02Speaker 1: on what I just provided to you, based on the information,
- 23:06Speaker 1: I think it's abundantly clear that this is as least
- 23:11Speaker 1: as big as Watergate. But Watergate was missing something that
- 23:17Speaker 1: this investigation has The government's involvement in it, The government's
- 23:24Speaker 1: involvement in spying, the FBI, the CIA, top level people
- 23:30Speaker 1: at the White House and the FBI and the CIA
- 23:32Speaker 1: that were involved in this, people around Obama, people around Quinton,
- 23:36Speaker 1: people around Biden. You go back to Watergate. They didn't
- 23:41Speaker 1: have this. You didn't have the weaponizing of the federal
- 23:45Speaker 1: government to spy on a sitting president Knight States of America.
- 23:49Speaker 1: You didn't have the weaponizing of the government to help
- 23:51Speaker 1: frame and what was clearly, in my opinion, a coup
- 23:54Speaker 1: attempt by the deep state to get rid of a
- 23:58Speaker 1: president that they didn't like. Why didn't they like him
- 24:02Speaker 1: because he was going to drain the swamp. They couldn't
- 24:04Speaker 1: control Donald Trump, and so they said, Okay, if we
- 24:06Speaker 1: can't control you, we're going to destroy you. We're gonna
- 24:09Speaker 1: get you impeached. We're gonna spy on you, we're gonna
- 24:12Speaker 1: leak information about you. We're gonna come in and harass
- 24:15Speaker 1: your staff and then indict your staff, which is exactly
- 24:18Speaker 1: what they did with General Flynn. Remember James coming I
- 24:22Speaker 1: decided to send a couple of guys over the White
- 24:24Speaker 1: House situation room. General Flynn, thinking he's serving his country
- 24:27Speaker 1: has nothing to worry about. They didn't go through the
- 24:31Speaker 1: White House Council's Office because they wanted to nail this
- 24:33Speaker 1: guy for something. They needed to try to flip him
- 24:36Speaker 1: on Trump and get some dirt on Trump. And that's
- 24:39Speaker 1: how the FBI was acting. That's how out of control
- 24:42Speaker 1: the FBI actually was at the time when all this
- 24:45Speaker 1: was going down. Now you have an issue, and this
- 24:48Speaker 1: is the part where I'm going to need your help.
- 24:51Speaker 1: We have got to get the public informed about what
- 24:54Speaker 1: I just told you. Share our podcast, take notes right
- 24:59Speaker 1: down down the information that I just gave you, put
- 25:02Speaker 1: it up on social media. It's important because what we
- 25:07Speaker 1: now have to deal with is if a big tree
- 25:10Speaker 1: falls in the forest and no one is around, no
- 25:12Speaker 1: one hears it, did it even happen? The court of
- 25:15Speaker 1: public opinion, We're going to have to start letting people
- 25:18Speaker 1: know all of this information, otherwise they are in fact
- 25:21Speaker 1: going to get away with it. In addition to detailing
- 25:25Speaker 1: all of the information the Special Counsel's Office has already
- 25:28Speaker 1: provided susman or would shortly in request in an extension
- 25:33Speaker 1: to finish discovery, what we now know is that Durham's
- 25:36Speaker 1: teams stress the reach of Susman's discovery demands and the
- 25:43Speaker 1: transparency with which those demands were met. That's part of
- 25:48Speaker 1: the reason why Durham is winning right now, and I'm
- 25:51Speaker 1: talking about Durham is Durham is winning legally. Susman's attorneys,
- 25:56Speaker 1: for example, requested all of the prosecution team's communication with
- 26:00Speaker 1: Counsel for witnesses or subjects in this investigation, including any
- 26:04Speaker 1: records reflecting any consideration, concern, or threats from your office
- 26:08Speaker 1: related to those individuals or their counsel's conduct, and all
- 26:12Speaker 1: formal or informal complaints received by you or others about
- 26:16Speaker 1: the conduct of the Special Counsel's office. Now, why would
- 26:21Speaker 1: Susman's team do this? Because they want to make it
- 26:23Speaker 1: look like this a witch hunt and that this is
- 26:25Speaker 1: a rogueman and Durham they understand public opinion and they're
- 26:30Speaker 1: about to try to do everything they can to discredit him.
- 26:34Speaker 1: That's why they're doing this now. The last thing I
- 26:37Speaker 1: want to bring up is this near the end of
- 26:40Speaker 1: the Special Council's nineteen page discovery, which I will link
- 26:43Speaker 1: on social media. Grab it on Getter Parlor, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I'll put up the link so you guys can go
- 26:49Speaker 1: read this nineteen page discovery update and extension request. Here's
- 26:54Speaker 1: the final takeaway from this, There's something strange going on
- 26:57Speaker 1: in the Office of Inspector General. According to the filing,
- 27:01Speaker 1: on December the seventeenth, twenty twenty one, the Office of
- 27:05Speaker 1: the Inspector General provided the Special Counsel's Office a written
- 27:09Speaker 1: forensic report concerning a QUOTE cyber related matter that Susman
- 27:16Speaker 1: had told an OIG special Agent in charge about. Specifically,
- 27:22Speaker 1: in early twenty seventeen, Sessman told the OIG agent that
- 27:26Speaker 1: one of his QUOTE clients had observed that a specific
- 27:31Speaker 1: OIG employees computer was seen publicly an Internet traffic and
- 27:37Speaker 1: was connecting to a virtual private network in a foreign country.
- 27:42Speaker 1: When the OIG's office provided Durham's team the forensic report,
- 27:45Speaker 1: it represented that it had no other file or other
- 27:50Speaker 1: documentation relating to this cyber matter. However, one week ago,
- 27:54Speaker 1: Susman's attorney informed Durham's team that Susman had in fact
- 27:59Speaker 1: personally met with adja's Inspector General in March of twenty seventeen,
- 28:04Speaker 1: which he passed on the tip about this Office of
- 28:07Speaker 1: Inspector General employee's connection to a foreign VPN. Now, while
- 28:12Speaker 1: Susman had not told the OIG his client's name at
- 28:15Speaker 1: the time, last week, his lawyers informed Durham's team that
- 28:19Speaker 1: it was Tech executive one in this update who was
- 28:24Speaker 1: who had discovered the OIG employee's computer connecting to a
- 28:27Speaker 1: VPN in a foreign country. Upon learning the news, Durham's
- 28:31Speaker 1: team promptly contacted the OIG again and learned for the
- 28:34Speaker 1: first time. You're ready for this, that Susman had met
- 28:38Speaker 1: with both the Inspector General and his then General counsel
- 28:41Speaker 1: in March twenty seventeen about the above described cyber matter.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Since then, including over this last weekend, the OIG had
- 28:51Speaker 1: been providing further documentation related to that meeting to the
- 28:54Speaker 1: Special Council's office. So, in other words, the OIG, the
- 28:56Speaker 1: Office of Inspector General, basically withheld information from Durham on purpose.
- 29:01Speaker 1: They got busted, and now you've got a riff because
- 29:03Speaker 1: the OIG seems to be protecting the deep State instead
- 29:06Speaker 1: of the American people. I wish I could say this
- 29:08Speaker 1: is all I have, it's not. And when I say
- 29:11Speaker 1: I wish I could say this is all I have,
- 29:12Speaker 1: but it's not. This is not good for America. This
- 29:16Speaker 1: is awful. The fact that the FBI was doing this,
- 29:19Speaker 1: the OIG's office was doing this. The fact that all
- 29:23Speaker 1: of these bad actors with a Clinton campaign and our
- 29:26Speaker 1: United States government was doing this scares the hell out
- 29:29Speaker 1: of me, and it should scare the hell out of
- 29:31Speaker 1: you too. It should terrify you that this is even
- 29:34Speaker 1: able to happen, that you can spy on the sitting
- 29:36Speaker 1: president nights, it's America, and apparently no one gets in
- 29:39Speaker 1: trouble for it so far. The fact that Hillary Clinton
- 29:42Speaker 1: could allow for multiple internet companies at her direction to
- 29:46Speaker 1: spy on the president nights It's America and allow for
- 29:49Speaker 1: unfeathered access to IP and information is shocking. And the
- 29:54Speaker 1: fact that she's still walking around today is also even
- 29:57Speaker 1: more shocking. It's scary as hell. I'll have more on this,
- 30:02Speaker 1: I can promise you tomorrow as more comes out, and
- 30:06Speaker 1: I'll say it again, please help us expose this. You
- 30:12Speaker 1: guys are the ones that help this stuff, this information
- 30:15Speaker 1: get out. I do the research, I get you the information.
- 30:18Speaker 1: You've got to help get it out. So share this information,

- 30:24Speaker 1: five star review, and make sure other people hear what
