- 1:58Speaker 1: your baby at it. I sure will. Good morning everybody
- 2:04Speaker 1: you are listening to the voice, Come on dig me now,
- 2:07Speaker 1: one and only Steve hawf Man got a radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Yeah I do. Man. God been so good to me
- 2:17Speaker 1: over the years, in spite of all the mistakes I've made,
- 2:21Speaker 1: in spite of all the dirt I've done to myself.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I'm talking about when in no one I was wrong,
- 2:30Speaker 1: His grace and mercy has forgiven me for all of
- 2:34Speaker 1: my sins, all of them. God can forgive you of
- 2:40Speaker 1: all of your sins, everything you've done. God can forgive you.
- 2:46Speaker 1: He can wipe your slate clean. Now. Might you might
- 2:49Speaker 1: have some you know, things you got to deal with
- 2:52Speaker 1: because of some of your actions. Understand that, but you
- 2:55Speaker 1: can wipe your slates. You can wipe your slate clean
- 2:58Speaker 1: with God and start again. You can repent. God has
- 3:02Speaker 1: mercy and grace. You could be forgiven by God. Now,
- 3:05Speaker 1: people answer another story. Some people may never forgive you,
- 3:09Speaker 1: for you've heard them all, or maybe they're accusing you
- 3:12Speaker 1: of doing something else. But you know they may never
- 3:15Speaker 1: forgive you. But God, God is in the redemption business man.
- 3:20Speaker 1: God will forgive you for every sin you've ever committed.
- 3:24Speaker 1: But you gotta want forgiveness now. And then you got
- 3:27Speaker 1: to come correct because what you can't do is you
- 3:30Speaker 1: can't shoot him the crap. Now, you can say that
- 3:32Speaker 1: conversation with him. You know, whatever you told your lawyer,
- 3:37Speaker 1: whatever you told the victims, whatever you told, whatever the
- 3:42Speaker 1: story is, you got going if it ain't the truth,
- 3:45Speaker 1: you could say that with God, because please know, he know,
- 3:49Speaker 1: and he know your heart. He know if you're trying
- 3:51Speaker 1: to manipulate somebody just for the system, if you're trying
- 3:55Speaker 1: to say this just so you can get out, you
- 3:57Speaker 1: know all of that. So if you're planning on shucking
- 3:59Speaker 1: him and jiving him, save your breath before you wind
- 4:02Speaker 1: up digging yourself in a deeper hole. Just let me
- 4:05Speaker 1: give you that piece of advice because he ain't nothing
- 4:08Speaker 1: to play with. He's too great to be played with.
- 4:11Speaker 1: And so with that in mind, I want to share
- 4:13Speaker 1: some positive stuff with you, this smarting man. I want
- 4:16Speaker 1: to say this now. I want to remind you not
- 4:19Speaker 1: to let your circumstance and your situations dictate your future
- 4:24Speaker 1: or your results. I'm gonna say this again. This is
- 4:28Speaker 1: important information. Man. Don't let your circumstance and situations dictate
- 4:35Speaker 1: your future or your results. Do you know that in
- 4:40Speaker 1: order to get a different future or some different results,
- 4:45Speaker 1: you control that entire situation. It is you, It is
- 4:49Speaker 1: your thoughts that control the entire situation. It is how
- 4:53Speaker 1: you look at the situation that will determine how the
- 4:56Speaker 1: situation is for you. See, the same situation can be
- 5:01Speaker 1: totally different for two different people, because you can say
- 5:04Speaker 1: you look at the examples of history, just just look
- 5:06Speaker 1: look in your neighborhood. How can There was a book
- 5:10Speaker 1: that a guy wrote one time who had the name.
- 5:12Speaker 1: He had a name, and he did some research and
- 5:15Speaker 1: he found a guy that grew up at the same age,
- 5:18Speaker 1: in the same neighborhood as him, with the exact same name.
- 5:24Speaker 1: He went on to become a corporate CEO. The other
- 5:27Speaker 1: man was an inmate, and they had the same name,
- 5:33Speaker 1: grew up in the same neighborhood. They were both brothers,
- 5:38Speaker 1: you know not, I'm just saying brothers men, and they
- 5:42Speaker 1: grew and they went to them. Because how can two different,
- 5:45Speaker 1: two people the same situation and the results turn out
- 5:48Speaker 1: so different. It is because of the thought process of
- 5:51Speaker 1: one was completely different from the thought process of the other.
- 5:55Speaker 1: You control it. You don't have to let your circumstances
- 5:58Speaker 1: and your situations dictate your future or your results. Here's
- 6:03Speaker 1: the way it works. This is so you can understand this.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Your mind. It's the controlling factor of your thoughts. Your
- 6:12Speaker 1: thoughts are the controlling factor of your outcome. The Bible
- 6:17Speaker 1: says a man is as he thinketh. Please don't short
- 6:22Speaker 1: play this scripture here, because this one is the real deal.
- 6:26Speaker 1: This is the basis of every self improvement book you'll
- 6:30Speaker 1: ever read. It's already written in the Bible. The Bible
- 6:34Speaker 1: has all the information you need. But in case you
- 6:36Speaker 1: need a little bit of clarity in some simple modern
- 6:39Speaker 1: day language, then they have self improvement books. They are
- 6:42Speaker 1: all based on Biblical scripture. A man is as he thinketh.
- 6:46Speaker 1: That's why Norman Vincent Peale wrote the book The Power
- 6:50Speaker 1: of Positive Thinking. That's why a book came out called
- 6:53Speaker 1: The Magic of Thinking Big. That's why a book came
- 6:57Speaker 1: out called Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon. He All
- 7:01Speaker 1: of all these titles that I've read that have mattered
- 7:04Speaker 1: in my life the most, these three major books that
- 7:06Speaker 1: I've read, they all say one thing. Think thinking thoughts,
- 7:11Speaker 1: because that's what controls the outcome. Your brain works one
- 7:17Speaker 1: of two ways. It works positive or negative. It works good,
- 7:25Speaker 1: which is under the column of positive, or the work evil,
- 7:29Speaker 1: which is under the column of negative. It will have faith,
- 7:33Speaker 1: which is under the column of positive, or you will
- 7:37Speaker 1: operate in fear, which is in the column of negative.
- 7:41Speaker 1: That is the only way your mind works. Your mind
- 7:44Speaker 1: is a factory that's comprised of workers. Those workers are
- 7:50Speaker 1: controlled by two formings, forming positive and forming negative. But
- 7:55Speaker 1: guess what the CEO of the company, the head, man,
- 7:59Speaker 1: the boss is you. You come to work in the
- 8:03Speaker 1: morning and you say, man, today is a great day.
- 8:07Speaker 1: I'm going to take steps towards brightening my future. I'm
- 8:11Speaker 1: going to take another step into making that dream come
- 8:15Speaker 1: true that I've been thinking about I'm gonna take another
- 8:18Speaker 1: step forward in the development and the changing of my
- 8:21Speaker 1: life in a positive, good direction. If you come to
- 8:24Speaker 1: work and say that every day as the CEO, the boss,
- 8:28Speaker 1: the formans can only obey you, so that what you
- 8:32Speaker 1: just said was a series of positive statements then forming
- 8:35Speaker 1: positive steps to the forefront. He said, I got your
- 8:39Speaker 1: boss right away. He turns around, he blows the whistle.
- 8:43Speaker 1: He alerts all the workers in the factory today as
- 8:46Speaker 1: a good day. Today, we will take steps towards our future.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Today we are putting ourselves on track to get a
- 8:53Speaker 1: little bit closer to making our dreams come true. Today
- 8:56Speaker 1: we will be assembling all the things we need to
- 9:00Speaker 1: make our dreams come true in our life better in
- 9:02Speaker 1: the right direction. Everybody break. The workers in the factory
- 9:06Speaker 1: turn around and manufacture thoughts to justify the orders given
- 9:13Speaker 1: by the boss, which is you. You are the CEO
- 9:17Speaker 1: of your corporation. If you don't own nothing else, you
- 9:21Speaker 1: own everything that's going on between your two ears. You
- 9:25Speaker 1: are the CEO of that corporation. If that corporation is
- 9:28Speaker 1: a good one, it's because you set it up that way.
- 9:31Speaker 1: If your corporation is a bad one, it's because you
- 9:34Speaker 1: set it up that day. If you trying, if you
- 9:37Speaker 1: pushing towards your dreams and you see the possibility of
- 9:40Speaker 1: things happening in your life, is because you, as the CEO,
- 9:43Speaker 1: set it up that way. If you ain't got nothing popping,
- 9:46Speaker 1: if you just want to be a criminal taking stuff
- 9:48Speaker 1: from people, throwing your life out the window, you're gonna
- 9:50Speaker 1: be an inmate. You're gonna be sitting there there and
- 9:52Speaker 1: you're gonna be mad at everybody. You got nobody be
- 9:54Speaker 1: mad at. But shoot, you understand what I'm telling you
- 9:57Speaker 1: this morning. This is the way it is is The
- 10:00Speaker 1: Bible says a man is as he thinketh. You are
- 10:04Speaker 1: the CEO of a corporation. You can make it happen good,
- 10:08Speaker 1: or you can make it happen evil. You can make
- 10:11Speaker 1: it happen possible or positive, or you can make it
- 10:14Speaker 1: happen negative. You can live a life fill with faith
- 10:17Speaker 1: or you can live your life in fear. You have
- 10:19Speaker 1: to make the decision this morning, but you could turn
- 10:22Speaker 1: your corporation around today. All you got to do is
- 10:25Speaker 1: start today. Change the way you think. A man is
- 10:30Speaker 1: as he thinketh. Man. God wants you to know that
- 10:33Speaker 1: because God wants you to put positive thoughts in your
- 10:36Speaker 1: mind because God wants you to do better, be better,
- 10:39Speaker 1: have more, and be more. God loves you, man, and
- 10:43Speaker 1: there's not a whole lot you can do about that.
- 10:46Speaker 1: God gonna love you if you do dirt. God gonna
- 10:49Speaker 1: love you if you do good. Might as well do
- 10:52Speaker 1: good and see what God can bless you with. Man,
- 10:54Speaker 1: how about that? This morning, y'all, ladies and gentlemen, my
- 11:05Speaker 1: half your attention please, this is the Steve Hall the

- 12:45Speaker 1: you care, some business Friday. I got some rest and uh,
- 12:49Speaker 1: gotta do some more things. And you know, just keep
- 12:52Speaker 1: keeping you know, man, just keep the ball going. Got
- 12:55Speaker 1: a lot of balls in the air juggling, man, So
- 12:58Speaker 1: you know, just keeping up understanding what God has for me,
- 13:03Speaker 1: learning more and more about it. And I'm just excited.
- 13:08Speaker 1: I know. It's it's an exciting time, it really is.
- 13:11Speaker 1: I mean, always here, you know. I claim him though,
- 13:23Speaker 1: I know that's right, and give him the glory. That's right.
- 13:26Speaker 1: I claim greatness for two thousands expected. Even if something
- 13:32Speaker 1: goes wrong. Yeah, it's gonna be okay. Anyway. That's just life,
- 13:38Speaker 1: you know, man. Life comes up. It just pops and
- 13:42Speaker 1: just snaps something. Life is what happens when you got
- 13:45Speaker 1: other stuff playing. That's life. Yeah you can say that again.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Life is what other stuff happens when you got stuff playing.
- 13:55Speaker 1: It just pop up, man. Yeah, you know what I'm
- 13:58Speaker 1: truing about. Uncle. After every one of your TV shows,
- 14:03Speaker 1: you tell them people how you got them and people
- 14:06Speaker 1: be I'll be hearing people talking. They don't really appreciate
- 14:09Speaker 1: because you're gonna go. And they called it church. He
- 14:11Speaker 1: about the hat church. But you tell them after every
- 14:13Speaker 1: single show that promise I told God when I was homeless,
- 14:19Speaker 1: I said, if you let me make it. When I
- 14:21Speaker 1: get there, I'm gonna tell everybody it was you. All right? Well, uh,
- 14:25Speaker 1: coming up at thirty two after the hour, we're gonna
- 14:27Speaker 1: find out how everyone's weekend was. And of course we're
- 14:30Speaker 1: gonna talk about what happened in the news over the weekend. Man.
- 14:34Speaker 1: When we left out of here Friday, it exploded, didn't it.
- 14:39Speaker 1: All right? All that's coming up at thirty two after
- 14:42Speaker 1: the hour. Right after this. You're listening, all right, guys,
- 14:48Speaker 1: President Trump says Republicans and Democrats have reached a short
- 14:52Speaker 1: term deal to end the government shut down. Okay, that
- 14:56Speaker 1: happened on Friday. This was there. There were on a
- 15:00Speaker 1: three week spending bill that will allow four hundred thousand
- 15:03Speaker 1: employees to get back to work and four hundred thousand
- 15:06Speaker 1: more to collect pay for work they've been doing without paychecks. Wow,
- 15:11Speaker 1: I mean we got to commend them. I mean people
- 15:13Speaker 1: that were coming in you know, religiously diligently doing their
- 15:17Speaker 1: jobs without pay and not knowing when their next paycheck
- 15:21Speaker 1: was going to come. So they have three weeks to
- 15:24Speaker 1: work out a deal, and if it's not done by
- 15:27Speaker 1: February fifteenth, they're saying Steve, that there will be another shutdown.
- 15:30Speaker 1: He can't do that, he cannot. He might as well
- 15:33Speaker 1: throw his presidency out the window. They're worth nothing as
- 15:37Speaker 1: it is. But you can go on and take this
- 15:40Speaker 1: and throw it out the window. If you do this
- 15:42Speaker 1: to these people again, now you can. All you're saying
- 15:45Speaker 1: is I'm gonna shut the government down and not pay
- 15:49Speaker 1: eight hundred thousand people if I don't get this wall,
- 15:52Speaker 1: this money for this wall. Here's a problem with the
- 15:55Speaker 1: number eight hundred thousand. It affects way more than eight
- 15:58Speaker 1: hundred thousand. I've been looking at all these families that
- 16:02Speaker 1: to hear the household, these single mothers, these men that's working,
- 16:06Speaker 1: the women that's working, and their husband not working. The
- 16:09Speaker 1: husbands is working and the women ain't working. And they
- 16:11Speaker 1: got three folk kids. YEA, well, guess who's affected by
- 16:15Speaker 1: the shutdown? Them three folk kids and the other spouse
- 16:18Speaker 1: that's not a government employee, Their whole family suffers, so
- 16:22Speaker 1: it's way more than eight hundred thousand. Yeah, and the
- 16:25Speaker 1: people who have businesses that depend on government workers contronise
- 16:29Speaker 1: those businesses, you know, those people are affected too, and
- 16:32Speaker 1: they'll never get that money back. At least the government
- 16:34Speaker 1: employees will get their you know, their retro pay right.
- 16:38Speaker 1: But um, the family suffered, the government, the national I
- 16:44Speaker 1: don't know the term they use when how much not
- 16:46Speaker 1: to mention the Republicans in their in their areas who
- 16:50Speaker 1: are running for office constituents, they're sufferings. Yeah, he's not
- 16:54Speaker 1: gonna do this again. I don't think he'd be crazy.
- 16:57Speaker 1: It would be deaf. Not they're talking about him aim
- 17:00Speaker 1: in some type of nationally emergency whatever that I don't
- 17:03Speaker 1: even know what that. There is no nation now. It's
- 17:06Speaker 1: not just for the wall, but taking money from other
- 17:10Speaker 1: places that need it, you know, and to fund this
- 17:13Speaker 1: wall that we don't need, but hes to take money
- 17:17Speaker 1: from the military to send them down at the police
- 17:19Speaker 1: wall when you still got Puerto Rico in and all
- 17:22Speaker 1: these other places that were devastated by storms ain't getting
- 17:25Speaker 1: most exactly exactly like stupid, and here it's so devastating
- 17:30Speaker 1: because it's not gonna cure the problem. And if he
- 17:38Speaker 1: does claim nationally emergency, we have no safe or vote.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Right we see we now we now he didn't he
- 17:47Speaker 1: didn't win into foreign policy, and now we don't vote
- 17:50Speaker 1: on foreign policy. He just got nationally emergency. We can't
- 17:55Speaker 1: say no, we don't want that. He can just do it.
- 17:57Speaker 1: I think there's a time limit though, that when you
- 18:00Speaker 1: can claim that as a national emergency. He can come
- 18:03Speaker 1: to the national emergency. But they would challenge it in course. Yeah,
- 18:06Speaker 1: and Chap he just they don't give to it. He
- 18:08Speaker 1: had to prove it. Yeah, he has it. Definitely has
- 18:10Speaker 1: to go through Congress and all that. But I thought
- 18:13Speaker 1: there was a like a time limit or something he could. Yeah,
- 18:16Speaker 1: only wall he got was Nancy Pelosi when she told
- 18:19Speaker 1: him no, that's the wall he had. And what about
- 18:24Speaker 1: what about the president's friend, former advisor or current advisor,
- 18:28Speaker 1: Roger Stone. That was a major story too. He is
- 18:32Speaker 1: now the sixth Donald Trump advisor to be arrested and
- 18:36Speaker 1: indicted on charges in the Robert Muller investigation, the sixth one,
- 18:40Speaker 1: sixth Swamp. Yeah, I mean, man, all your friends, all
- 18:50Speaker 1: the president's men, remember that day. You didn't have enough
- 18:54Speaker 1: six to get away from need people before you ran. No,
- 18:58Speaker 1: you not only stayed. What have you? Aldom with you?
- 19:02Speaker 1: And let me tell you something, man, The one common
- 19:05Speaker 1: denominator in all of them going to jail they all
- 19:08Speaker 1: know Donald Trump. Yeah, yeah, I had six trash that
- 19:13Speaker 1: was going to jail. Huh man, Please imagine if six
- 19:19Speaker 1: all of us, you would be Yeah, you would be
- 19:21Speaker 1: going looking at me crazy. Yeah. The only reason he's
- 19:24Speaker 1: not going is because he's currently in office, right, He's
- 19:26Speaker 1: currently running the country. Did anybody see the video in
- 19:29Speaker 1: the FBI going to Roger stone House? Yeah? Yeah, FBI
- 19:34Speaker 1: don't never knock on your go in twelve thirty, but
- 19:38Speaker 1: they don't come by by lunchtime. They don't never do evening.
- 19:41Speaker 1: But they didn't want to alert him so he would
- 19:43Speaker 1: be documentary. The Conservative Party has been on rush Limbaugh.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I watched this dude. I used to like Harald River.
- 19:51Speaker 1: I don't know what happened to him. Raldo rivera rush
- 19:55Speaker 1: limball Fox? Did you see the unknever necessary swat team
- 20:02Speaker 1: and if automatic weapons? It's the most bogus display of
- 20:07Speaker 1: barging in on a man's home of that statue. Excuse me,
- 20:11Speaker 1: that's how the FBI come to your damn house and
- 20:15Speaker 1: that people's house like that. Imagine if he was black,
- 20:19Speaker 1: at least he got to come out. They come to
- 20:22Speaker 1: black people's house. He got to put a shut, to
- 20:26Speaker 1: put a shirt. He was a wife beater. That's how
- 20:30Speaker 1: they come to your house. Take this shot ass, look
- 20:33Speaker 1: on fuel places. That's how the FBI come to your
- 20:38Speaker 1: damn house. He even had on shoes. Black people come out.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Ain't got no shoes like, that's so true. No, you
- 20:47Speaker 1: ain't got nuting man getting here. Welcome to our world. Yeah,
- 20:53Speaker 1: tried to make a deal out of that. How unnecessary
- 20:55Speaker 1: it was. Then he come tome about they could have
- 20:58Speaker 1: called me and how it came out. Okay, they picked
- 21:02Speaker 1: me up into my house before he was in nineteen
- 21:07Speaker 1: eighty three. I got picked up at the house. Ain't
- 21:10Speaker 1: about a call. Okay, do you really want you really
- 21:15Speaker 1: want to talk about that? Since it was in the eighties, Okay,
- 21:19Speaker 1: what do what they gonna do? They came to out
- 21:21Speaker 1: I was cleaning corpet and broke here we gotta go.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Guys coming up next, Reverend Motown, Deacon Adnoid are here
- 21:31Speaker 1: with church complaints. Reverend Adnoid, Uh, they're here with church complaints.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Right after this you're listening to show coming up at
- 21:40Speaker 1: the top of the hour, guys, Miss Anne will be
- 21:42Speaker 1: here with the latest on the government being back in business.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Uh and in entertainment news will tell you which one
- 21:50Speaker 1: of your favorite rappers just an ounced he will have
- 21:52Speaker 1: a four minute Super Bowl commercial. Okay, Plus Steve Harvey
- 21:57Speaker 1: has something major to tell you about. But right now
- 22:00Speaker 1: it is Monday. Reverend Motown is joined by the very

- 34:03Speaker 1: I'm gonna beating. That didn't sound convincing at all? Did
- 34:07Speaker 1: it all? Right? And true? He last? Eight hundred thousand
- 34:15Speaker 1: federal workers were beginning to report to work today after
- 34:17Speaker 1: the thirty five day partial government shutdown, which was the longest,
- 34:20Speaker 1: by the way in US history thirty five days. A
- 34:23Speaker 1: deal to reopen the government while negotiating continues in the
- 34:25Speaker 1: Congress on Trump's proposed border wall. He announced it on Friday, However,
- 34:30Speaker 1: he warned, it's only temporary. You have reached a deal
- 34:32Speaker 1: to end the shutdown and reopen the federal government for
- 34:37Speaker 1: three weeks until February fifty That's right, three weeks. Trump
- 34:40Speaker 1: ended the shutdown after airports all over the country started
- 34:43Speaker 1: racking up massive delays because the number of both TSA
- 34:46Speaker 1: agents and air traffic controls began calling in sick. Meanwhile,
- 34:49Speaker 1: Democratic congs from and Donna Chalela tells NPR that she's
- 34:51Speaker 1: hopeful about the renewed negotiations because she says the President
- 34:55Speaker 1: has misrepresented her party's position. We have never said that
- 34:59Speaker 1: a comprehend the border security system wouldn't include some fencing,
- 35:04Speaker 1: but technology and personnel, as well as respecting the amphithasty
- 35:09Speaker 1: laws of the United States are extremely important, as well
- 35:13Speaker 1: as strengthening the ports of entry, which is where the
- 35:16Speaker 1: drugs come into this country. In fact, border control agents
- 35:18Speaker 1: say that the largest single group ever get this, three
- 35:21Speaker 1: hundred and seventy six migrants simply tunnel their way under
- 35:24Speaker 1: the existing border wall in Arizona earlier this month to
- 35:28Speaker 1: gain entry into the US. Trump confident Roger Stone proclaiming
- 35:32Speaker 1: his in Sinse after being indicted by Special Counsel Robert
- 35:34Speaker 1: Muller in connection with his russial election and Russian rather

- 35:41Speaker 1: false statements, and witness stampering. Roger stolen freon bond. He's
- 35:44Speaker 1: worked as a political operative for prominent Republicans, including ex
- 35:47Speaker 1: presidents since the nineteen seventies. Prices have now gone up
- 35:51Speaker 1: with the post Office. You'll find out when you go
- 35:53Speaker 1: to air As of yesterday, the prize of first class
- 35:55Speaker 1: forever stamp from fifty to fifty five. Since they're also
- 35:59Speaker 1: higher charges to send flat rate boxes and envelopes and
- 36:02Speaker 1: all that kind of stuff. It's the biggest overall hike
- 36:04Speaker 1: and charges in the history of the postal service. They've
- 36:07Speaker 1: been losing a lot of money. A lot of people
- 36:09Speaker 1: don't use the post office anymore. They they press send
- 36:11Speaker 1: on their phone or whatever, and you know that's really
- 36:13Speaker 1: up been killing trophics in the postal service. At last night,
- 36:17Speaker 1: screen actress guild War's Black Panther won for Best Cast,
- 36:21Speaker 1: and you know, superhero movies never win anything, so this
- 36:24Speaker 1: is really really monumental. Also, Mahischela Ali, the actor won
- 36:28Speaker 1: Best Supporting Actor for the movie Green Book. Tom saith
- 36:31Speaker 1: Bunx Office Samuel Jackson's latest Glass number one for the
- 36:35Speaker 1: second week, bringing nineteen million dollars. First Name Mister Last Name,
- 36:47Speaker 1: The Last made forty million on its opening weekend, again
- 36:50Speaker 1: nineteen million this past weekend. Now back to the Steve
- 36:52Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show you're listening to show. Well, Tom Brokecaw
- 36:59Speaker 1: is the latest to come out and make some pretty
- 37:01Speaker 1: racist remarks. He had to quickly fix what he said
- 37:04Speaker 1: and apologize by posting an apology on Twitter. He was
- 37:09Speaker 1: on Meet the Press Sunday with a group Yeah, with
- 37:13Speaker 1: a group of panelists discussing what it would take to
- 37:15Speaker 1: unite the country. At this point, Brokaw commented that one
- 37:20Speaker 1: of the issues that's affecting the GOP these days, according
- 37:23Speaker 1: to the people who confide in him, apparently, is that
- 37:27Speaker 1: they're worried the US is becoming flooded with Hispanic voters
- 37:30Speaker 1: who buy in large register as Democrats. He went on
- 37:34Speaker 1: to say that conservatives conservatives have expressed fear of having
- 37:38Speaker 1: brown grand babies due to interracial couples. But he said
- 37:44Speaker 1: out of his own mouth, out of his own Mouthsten
- 37:48Speaker 1: to me what he just said. He's telling you. Okay,
- 37:53Speaker 1: reread his statement again. Shure, Okay, I'm gonna read the
- 37:56Speaker 1: complete state. Excuse me, the complete statement he said he
- 38:00Speaker 1: was discussing with GOP fear. Yeah, one of the issues
- 38:05Speaker 1: that's affecting the GOP these days, according to the people
- 38:08Speaker 1: who confide in him, apparently, is that they're worried the
- 38:11Speaker 1: US is becoming flooded with Hispanic voters who buy in
- 38:15Speaker 1: large registers Democrats. Okay, that's one thing. He went on
- 38:18Speaker 1: to say that conservatives have expressed fear of having brown
- 38:22Speaker 1: grand babies due to interracial couples. Now listen to me.
- 38:27Speaker 1: I'm not finished, okay, but okay, go ahead, all right,
- 38:31Speaker 1: he said. And if that were not offensive enough, okay,
- 38:35Speaker 1: this is what Elsie said, that the Hispanic community should
- 38:38Speaker 1: work harder at assimilating in this country, namely by speaking
- 38:43Speaker 1: English and making everyone else comfortable. That's the racial part. See,
- 38:51Speaker 1: make everybody comfortable. I'm comfortable around Hispanics and Latinos. I'm
- 38:56Speaker 1: perfectly comfortable. Matter of fact, I'm cool and a fan.
- 39:01Speaker 1: I don't. I ain't jumpy or nothing. See, but what
- 39:04Speaker 1: he said in the beginning was very telling the g
- 39:09Speaker 1: OP that has confided in him. He letting you in
- 39:14Speaker 1: on the country club banter. Ye, he's telling you what
- 39:18Speaker 1: they're saying around the water cooler when ain't nobody there.
- 39:22Speaker 1: He's telling you what they're saying at Bridge night. That's
- 39:26Speaker 1: what they're saying. Where he got in trouble was Hispanics
- 39:31Speaker 1: should work harder trying to assimilate. It's kind of hard
- 39:35Speaker 1: to assimilate when he when you ain't want it. Huh,
- 39:39Speaker 1: well you know, yeah, all right, we gotta go. Uh.
- 39:43Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty four after the hour, Jansony Brown
- 39:46Speaker 1: is here. He wants to do a little comedy roulette
- 39:48Speaker 1: with the guys. What do you think about that, Steve,
- 39:51Speaker 1: Let's do it right, yeah, right after this you're listening,
- 39:59Speaker 1: all right, Ja, time for comedy roulette? Do you boo?
- 40:04Speaker 1: Can I explain it? Can? That's what? Do you boo? Me?
- 40:07Speaker 1: And do you take two damn long? Explain it? Then
- 40:10Speaker 1: we ain't got time to do the segment. Hey, this
- 40:12Speaker 1: comedy Roulette we're gonna spend the wheel for and we're
- 40:14Speaker 1: gonna decide what are we gonna do? And we've already
- 40:18Speaker 1: determined what it is we do. All right? Number one
- 40:26Speaker 1: things you let's day in the fridge too long? Number Yeah,
- 40:29Speaker 1: I like that. We Number two the TV show you
- 40:31Speaker 1: can watch over and over and over. Number three the
- 40:35Speaker 1: one dance you'd like for them to bring back that
- 40:38Speaker 1: one dance? And number four food you like to mix
- 40:42Speaker 1: together that nobody else like let's spind the wheel. Spun
- 40:45Speaker 1: it it stopped to number four. Food you like to
- 40:57Speaker 1: mix together that no one else likes? Guys, that's it off. Yeah,
- 41:02Speaker 1: you get yourself on the egg, put it in a
- 41:05Speaker 1: frying head, crumble up some old corn bread, salt and pepper.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Oh my god, that is de nious, boy, jealous. Don't
- 41:18Speaker 1: know about about that. I don't nobody about that. What
- 41:24Speaker 1: you get now? You said corn bread? But I had
- 41:26Speaker 1: that too, like the night before, leftover. Get some corn
- 41:29Speaker 1: bread ring this morningful breath. Put them with them grits.
- 41:33Speaker 1: Corn bread and grits. Is where it said, y'all missing that.
- 41:36Speaker 1: I'm missing that now y'all missing it as well. Follow
- 41:40Speaker 1: y'all with this other trifling thing to do. Corn bread,

- 41:48Speaker 1: some butter milk. Girl, No, you're not right up there
- 41:54Speaker 1: with that corn bread, new mags and that corn bread.

- 42:27Speaker 1: All right, this is food you like to mix together.
- 42:31Speaker 1: I tell you what I like to do. This is me.
- 42:33Speaker 1: First of all, I do this all the time. Mac
- 42:35Speaker 1: and cheese and bacon. Ain't nobody women. Ain't nobody women
- 42:40Speaker 1: make mac and cheese and the crunch and the crunch.
- 42:44Speaker 1: I can see that I'm catching. Okay, come on, this
- 42:49Speaker 1: is one that the lady used to bring to the house.
- 42:52Speaker 1: I used to run lima beans with spam in it. Yes,
- 42:59Speaker 1: Lord Fanny made Miss Fanny maide lime of bees with spam.
- 43:06Speaker 1: Minute big chunks of spam too. All right, all right,

- 43:22Speaker 1: Don't nobody wanted that? Boy? You lost me with the
- 43:25Speaker 1: peanut butter about it? Don't know about it? Like that?
- 43:30Speaker 1: All of Jay's foods you like to mix together that

- 43:47Speaker 1: I don't know what that did. I swear to God,
- 43:51Speaker 1: I don't know what that is. But David, when he
- 43:53Speaker 1: bit it, he was healthy to be checked. You need

- 46:03Speaker 1: Not all the time, but I do use it every
- 46:05Speaker 1: once in a while, Okay, every once in a while.
- 46:08Speaker 1: So here's what's going on. There's gonna be some actions
- 46:11Speaker 1: being taken place here pretty soon, some legal actions, and
- 46:15Speaker 1: we're just clearing everybody. You know, this is this is
- 46:18Speaker 1: just a proper procedure that we're having to go through.
- 46:21Speaker 1: So let me just kind of enlighten you on what's
- 46:23Speaker 1: taking place. Someone on the twelfth floor has copied their
- 46:28Speaker 1: butt on a piece of paper and the copy machine.
- 46:31Speaker 1: So someone actually sat up on the Xerox machine and
- 46:34Speaker 1: copied their butt. Why someone would do that, I have
- 46:37Speaker 1: no earthly idea. But what's happening now is everyone on
- 46:42Speaker 1: your floor is gonna have to come in and show
- 46:45Speaker 1: their butt. So we're scheduling this now. I'm thinking Friday
- 46:49Speaker 1: at eleven am. Would that be sued? Yeah, y'all talked,
- 46:56Speaker 1: y'all talk to come up there and show show my
- 47:01Speaker 1: show because somebody, I'm a grown man. Okay, I'm a
- 47:05Speaker 1: grown man. I adn't do that. Okay, you know what.
- 47:08Speaker 1: I believe you. I believe you wholeheartedly, Von, But just
- 47:11Speaker 1: to clear your name, we have to, I hate to
- 47:14Speaker 1: say it, clear your butt as well. So we want
- 47:17Speaker 1: to make sure we're gonna find out who's butt this
- 47:19Speaker 1: here is on a piece of paper that did this.
- 47:21Speaker 1: We're gonna find out, gonna find You're gonna find out
- 47:23Speaker 1: who's You're gonna find out whose cheeks those are. And
- 47:25Speaker 1: you're gonna find that real quick. In our mind, all right,
- 47:27Speaker 1: I'm not doing that. Man, I'm not gonna come in.
- 47:30Speaker 1: You said Friday, you're doing this Friday Undy eleven, not
- 47:34Speaker 1: coming in my day off, pulling my pants down. But
- 47:37Speaker 1: some strangers look at really, look at my look at
- 47:41Speaker 1: my cheeks, talking about somebody copied. I'm not doing that.
- 47:45Speaker 1: I don't I don't want to. I don't want this
- 47:48Speaker 1: to take a turn, von, because right now this is
- 47:51Speaker 1: if you're not if you're saying you're not coming in,
- 47:53Speaker 1: then other actions will be taking place if you don't
- 47:56Speaker 1: come in and follow the precedure that everybody's saying. Everybody
- 48:00Speaker 1: else that I'm calling they have to come in. How
- 48:03Speaker 1: many how many people work on that floor? There's at
- 48:05Speaker 1: least eighty plus people on that floor. You're talking about
- 48:09Speaker 1: trying to have eighty plus people come in, drive all
- 48:13Speaker 1: the way to work. So some strangers and we don't
- 48:15Speaker 1: even know can look at our look at our cheeks,
- 48:18Speaker 1: and I'm not gonna do that. I don't know who
- 48:21Speaker 1: did it, but I know they ain't met. Well somebody
- 48:24Speaker 1: somebody zeros there but on the twelfth floor. And we're
- 48:29Speaker 1: gonna get to okay, but we're gonna get to the
- 48:31Speaker 1: bottom of who did it and what you're what you're
- 48:34Speaker 1: not gonna do, Vaughan is tell me you're not coming in.
- 48:36Speaker 1: What you're not gonna do? Do you like your job
- 48:39Speaker 1: here with this company? Okay? What you're not gonna do
- 48:42Speaker 1: is act like you're gonna fire me because I'm not
- 48:44Speaker 1: gonna show y'all my sweet goodies just because you just
- 48:48Speaker 1: because you from HR you got me food. If you
- 48:50Speaker 1: actually expect me to think that everybody that work from
- 48:53Speaker 1: this floor is over here like, oh yeah, sure, I'll
- 48:56Speaker 1: call us some strangers looking mind, look at my crack.
- 49:00Speaker 1: You must be playing, no, sir, not with me. Okay,
- 49:04Speaker 1: let me ask let me, let me ask you this.
- 49:06Speaker 1: Do you have a coworker name Andre Andrea? Yes? Okay,
- 49:11Speaker 1: and Andrew says he knows you now, I'm just gonna
- 49:14Speaker 1: put it out here. Andrea is stating that it could
- 49:17Speaker 1: have possibly been you. Really, Andre got the nerve to
- 49:21Speaker 1: say it could have been me? Smith? Why are he
- 49:25Speaker 1: trying to single me out like I even use that
- 49:28Speaker 1: damn copier. I don't playing games. I'm a grown man.
- 49:32Speaker 1: He must be out of his mind thinking he gonna
- 49:35Speaker 1: say I did it. All I know is he stated
- 49:37Speaker 1: that you were a possibility that's what that's what he stated.
- 49:40Speaker 1: He said I was a possibility that that's dumb. He
- 49:45Speaker 1: ain't have absolutely no reason to take I don't even
- 49:47Speaker 1: use that copier, man, I use that thing like once
- 49:49Speaker 1: every two three weeks. Okay, everybody on that floor, okay,
- 49:53Speaker 1: so out of once every two three weeks, is there
- 49:55Speaker 1: a possibility maybe you propped your butt up there and
- 49:58Speaker 1: copied it. Not a y'all, don't need ain't even told
- 50:01Speaker 1: me when this happened. I probably wasn't even working. When
- 50:04Speaker 1: the booty chicks get you must be out your mind.
- 50:08Speaker 1: You can waste everybody else for time trying to bring
- 50:11Speaker 1: everyone in to get a free strip show, but you're
- 50:14Speaker 1: not gonna do that to me. This has to be
- 50:17Speaker 1: unethical and illegal on so many levels. You're trying to
- 50:20Speaker 1: come in and say everybody on the entire flour has
- 50:23Speaker 1: to come show that. Man, you want to be kidding me?
- 50:27Speaker 1: What's your name? Whole time you're trying to call me
- 50:30Speaker 1: saying this is HR what's your name? Because we're not.
- 50:33Speaker 1: I'm Darius, I'm Darius out of human resources. I told
- 50:36Speaker 1: you that when I first called you, and well Darius,
- 50:39Speaker 1: well Darius, when I do come into work, you will,
- 50:43Speaker 1: I want to see Let me ask you this, von,
- 50:45Speaker 1: Do you know Leslie? Leslie? I know that better not
- 50:51Speaker 1: even say my name, but so you do know Leslie? Yes,
- 50:55Speaker 1: I know Leslie. She works there with me. So you're
- 50:57Speaker 1: trying to tell me that Leslie said. Do you want
- 51:00Speaker 1: to know what Leslie said? Yes? I would like to
- 51:03Speaker 1: know what Leslie says, so when I cuss her out,
- 51:06Speaker 1: I get it right. Okay. Leslie told me to tell
- 51:09Speaker 1: you that this is nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey
- 51:12Speaker 1: Morning Show. And you just got frank by your co
- 51:15Speaker 1: worker Lelie. And oh man, Leslie and Andre got me
- 51:26Speaker 1: to prank phone call you. Man, dude, I was man,
- 51:32Speaker 1: I was passed. Yeah, your uncle is right, bro, somebody
- 51:38Speaker 1: is gonna whoop y'all. I bet I bet it this
- 51:43Speaker 1: year two thousand nineteen. All right, VU tell me this man,
- 51:47Speaker 1: what is the baddest and I mean the baddest radio
- 51:50Speaker 1: show in the land, the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Somebody
- 51:54Speaker 1: is des gonna whoop y'all? Uh that is but man, huh,
- 52:03Speaker 1: you ain't never had nobody take pictures they but on
- 52:05Speaker 1: their job. Come on, huh, man, you the grades come on.
- 52:11Speaker 1: I don't hear enough now, No, man, you are man,
- 52:14Speaker 1: I ain't never seen nothing like wait a minute, I
- 52:15Speaker 1: need to get a little further off in there. No man,
- 52:18Speaker 1: I mean, how do you do it? Come on, come on,
- 52:21Speaker 1: I'll come the graded. How do you do that? Man?
- 52:25Speaker 1: Further of all, I'll make a phone call to a
- 52:26Speaker 1: complete strike. You're motalented than your uncle. Hey, I've been
- 52:31Speaker 1: saying that. I been saying that. Not what the hell
- 52:34Speaker 1: I've been saying. Right now, I'm finally glad you seeing it.
- 52:38Speaker 1: But I've been saying that fact to everybody last weekend.
- 52:41Speaker 1: I'm funning in him. I'm motalented. Yeah, he can't do
- 52:46Speaker 1: pranks like this. Wow, I'm so proud of you. They're

- 53:56Speaker 1: lady and gentlemen, it is time. It's time for the
- 53:58Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. My friend shirty strawberries. Thank you. Sarah's subject
- 54:03Speaker 1: I gave her life, but she can't have my man.
- 54:06Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm forty six years old and last
- 54:10Speaker 1: year I married a man that's eighteen years younger than
- 54:14Speaker 1: I am. We met at a gym and the initial
- 54:17Speaker 1: sexual attraction between us was magnetic, but I had doubts
- 54:21Speaker 1: about him because of our age difference, and it wasn't
- 54:25Speaker 1: long before. We started having hot, passionate sex and fell
- 54:29Speaker 1: deeply in love. He went above and beyond to let
- 54:32Speaker 1: me know that this was more than just sex. It
- 54:34Speaker 1: was real. I introduced him to my family, and my
- 54:37Speaker 1: daughter was not happy because he is only two years
- 54:40Speaker 1: older than she is. When we told my daughter we
- 54:44Speaker 1: were getting married, she lost it and threatened to move out,
- 54:48Speaker 1: but she didn't. Over time, my husband and daughter worked
- 54:51Speaker 1: out their differences and started getting along better. But I
- 54:55Speaker 1: did not expect what would happen next. Only nine months
- 54:59Speaker 1: after our wedding, I found out that my husband and
- 55:02Speaker 1: my daughter were fooling around, and the proof was all
- 55:06Speaker 1: on videotape. See, we had to have extensive plumbing work
- 55:12Speaker 1: done in our basement and we have a lot of
- 55:14Speaker 1: valuable store down there, so I installed a camera to
- 55:17Speaker 1: keep an eye on the plumbers. I decided to view
- 55:21Speaker 1: the videotape one evening to be sure the plumbers were
- 55:23Speaker 1: working and not stealing. Instead, what I saw on that
- 55:27Speaker 1: tape shook me to the core. My husband and my
- 55:31Speaker 1: twenty six year old daughter were sharing a level of
- 55:35Speaker 1: ecstasy that we have yet to explore. I haven't confronted
- 55:40Speaker 1: either of them yet, but I do know, but I
- 55:43Speaker 1: don't know how. Maybe the signs were there all along
- 55:46Speaker 1: and I just didn't see them. I can't believe my
- 55:48Speaker 1: daughter would do this. I know my relationship with my
- 55:51Speaker 1: daughter is over, but I'm hoping my marriage can withstand this.
- 55:55Speaker 1: Do you think there is still hope for my marriage?
- 55:58Speaker 1: Please advise? I don't and see how you can still
- 56:01Speaker 1: call this a marriage. I really don't. I mean, they've gone,
- 56:07Speaker 1: you know, against all the marriage vows and and what's
- 56:12Speaker 1: sacred and all of that. I mean, come on, your
- 56:14Speaker 1: husband is sleeping with your daughter in your house and
- 56:18Speaker 1: it's on tape. I mean, you know, just to start
- 56:23Speaker 1: it off, this thing. Eighteen years is really a wide
- 56:26Speaker 1: age gap. It really is. And you probably, you know,
- 56:30Speaker 1: look really good. You're only forty six years old. You're
- 56:33Speaker 1: at the gym, so your body's probably tight and everything.
- 56:36Speaker 1: And I can see how you can be attractive to
- 56:38Speaker 1: a younger man, and how a younger man could be
- 56:40Speaker 1: attracted to you. But you know, you have this daughter,
- 56:44Speaker 1: and then you know their ages are closer together, and
- 56:47Speaker 1: that there's probably some chemistry there as well. This is
- 56:52Speaker 1: so disrespectful on so many levels. It seems like maybe
- 56:56Speaker 1: she's doing it to get back at you because she
- 56:59Speaker 1: was madaged in the first place, for marrying him so young,
- 57:02Speaker 1: only two years older than him, for you know, for
- 57:05Speaker 1: doing all these things, and maybe it turned into something.
- 57:09Speaker 1: You're saying that your relationship with your daughter is all
- 57:12Speaker 1: but over and you're hoping that your marriage can still
- 57:15Speaker 1: be in tact. I don't understand how it could be.
- 57:19Speaker 1: I mean, do you really know what's going on here?
- 57:21Speaker 1: Your your man, your husband, the man you took vows with,
- 57:24Speaker 1: is sleeping with your daughter. How is that gonna work?
- 57:27Speaker 1: How are you guys going to come back from something
- 57:29Speaker 1: like that? I don't see it, and I think you
- 57:32Speaker 1: need to take a good heart look at this situation.
- 57:34Speaker 1: You don't know how to approach them. You just have
- 57:37Speaker 1: to let them know that, you know, tell your husband
- 57:40Speaker 1: he's got to go and have a long serious talk
- 57:43Speaker 1: with your daughter. Who broke the girlfriend code, the mother
- 57:46Speaker 1: daughter code, all the codes by sleeping with your husband.
- 57:49Speaker 1: This is just wrong on so many levels. Steve forty
- 57:53Speaker 1: six years old, married and man eighteen years younger. You
- 57:58Speaker 1: forty sixty twenty be forty six, he twenty eight. We
- 58:05Speaker 1: met at the Jim. Tension between y'all initial sexual traction
- 58:11Speaker 1: between y'all. Immediately, it wasn't long before y'all started having hot,
- 58:18Speaker 1: passionate sex, hot passionate sex. It fell deeply in love.
- 58:27Speaker 1: He went above and beyond and let me notice more
- 58:29Speaker 1: than jes sex. It was real. So you introduced it
- 58:33Speaker 1: to your family. Your daughter wasn't happy because he's only
- 58:36Speaker 1: two years older than she is. When we told my
- 58:41Speaker 1: daughter you was getting married, she lost it, threatened to
- 58:44Speaker 1: move out their differences in. But when y'all worked out
- 58:52Speaker 1: their difference and started getting along better, hear what happened.
- 58:56Speaker 1: Your daughter tripped. You're married if I gave it, you
- 59:00Speaker 1: brand this young dude, so you know how they worked
- 59:03Speaker 1: it out. And he said, baby, don't you don't know
- 59:04Speaker 1: what You don't know what I do for your mama.
- 59:08Speaker 1: I promise you this line got said somewhere. See you
- 59:11Speaker 1: mad at me for how young I am, But you
- 59:15Speaker 1: don't know how to make your mama feel well? How
- 59:19Speaker 1: do you make her feel? We'll see you right there.
- 59:23Speaker 1: You know. Don't knock it till you try. I'm telling
- 59:28Speaker 1: you what God said something along these lines, because first
- 59:33Speaker 1: it was tensional. I want my mama to be hurt.
- 59:35Speaker 1: I don't want to hurt your mama. I love your mama.
- 59:38Speaker 1: Me and your mama we do things, you know, we
- 59:40Speaker 1: feel some kind of way. What you did that, my
- 59:43Speaker 1: mama got her all over and loved you. Because I
- 59:46Speaker 1: don't love I love grum. She went, huh, she fought it.
- 59:52Speaker 1: Since I love like I'm fifty, I'm bringing fitty. I
- 59:58Speaker 1: might be twenty eight, but I'm bringing it. I'm fifty.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: I know something. Curiosity killed the cat. The daughter got
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: in curiss. Well, they started working out their differences and
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: started getting along better. I bet they did because they
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: were down the damn basement. Because nine months after you're
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: where and you find out your husband daughter's fooling around,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: and the proof is on video tape. We had to
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: have extensive plumbing done in our basement. It was a
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: whole lot of plumbing going on in your face. Hit
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: the plumbers was down there and some plumbing was down there.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: You thought you was keeping your eye on the plumbers. Well,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: the road the ruder man was down there too. I'd
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: be back with what all happened. That's right. We'll have
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: part two of Steve's response coming up at twenty three
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: after the hour. Today's letter. I gave her life, but
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: she can't have my man, right, Steve Harvey saying this soul, y'all,
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: Harry up, you're listening. Let's recap today's strawberry letter. Steve subject,
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: I gave her life, but she can't have my man.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: Lady met this boy at the gym. She forty six
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: day twenty eight. They got married. They fell in love, stout,
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: having hot, heavy sex. Now they got married. The daughter
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: didn't like it, complained about it. She told him she
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: was gonna getting married. They finally worked out their differences.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: They're getting along better. Nine months later, there's some work
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: being done in the basement. Some plumbing is being needed
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: to be done down in the basement. Okay, some plumbing,
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: so she put up cameras and make sure the plumbers
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: wasn't stilling well. She didn't know was a her daughter
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: and her husband was down there doing some other type
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: of plumbing pipe work, pipe fitting, rootor rooted, drilling, plunge.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: It just all kinds of stuff. Now here was the
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: problem though. They was fooling around to proof his own
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: videotape had some work being done in the basement. So
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: you install cameras, you decided to view the videotape. Plumbers
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: was working and wasn't stealing what you saw and take
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: shoot you to your coat. Your husband and your twenty
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: six yr old daughter was sharing a level of ecstasy
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: that we have yet to explore. That means they was
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: in that doing thing you ain't seen before. We didn't
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: explore this right here. Oh no, dud, they did though.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: See that youth got tricks to it. They more exploratory.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: See you farty six, you already know what you like
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: and don't like. She don't they down that clowning all
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: up on the furnace. Yeah, she got her backup, gets
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: the hot water here, he got both his toes on
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: a pole with water coming down. Yeah, they ain't that
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: slide across that concrete flow. I mean just slide. Who Yeah,
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: they ain't there with that washing machine with that ranger
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: on it. I hadn't got caught in it. Oh they
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: down that clown and you were all this Holly ain't
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: a crazy part. I haven't confronted either one of them
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: yet because I don't know how. Maybe the signs were
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: there all along and I just didn't see them. I
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: can't believe my daughter would do this. I know you
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: can't your daughter triphor but your husband too though, all
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: these women out here, all these women out here, why
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: is his ass with your daughter? I don't understand. That's
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: kind of crazy, but I'm hoping my marriage can witherstand this.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Do you think that still? I know my relationship with
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: my daughter's over, but I'm hoping my marriage can't would
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: stand this? Do you think there's still hopeful a man?
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: Absolutely not. I don't see how it could be. Do
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: you understand if you say you know your relationship with
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: your daughter's over, it's your child. Your relationship with her
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: is over because of your damn husband. Whoever pursued who
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: they both would have longed for it. So let's look here.

- 1:13:30Speaker 1: You're doing weed instead of a cigarette. You got to quick.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: I tell you. I'll tell you what if every time
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: I'm sitting along with you and you say you hear that, Hey, hey,
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: I can't watch the game and figure out what the hell?
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: Your answer? You? You hit it? You get hungry. You

- 1:14:48Speaker 1: this down. If I come over there and I see
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: in the front yard and you and your pit bull
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: the same weight, both y'all won twenty five, you gotta
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: put this down. You ain't dog saying nobody cut out
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: the hard poses at Nobody is staking your dog leading you?
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: All right? If you stand in the middle of your
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: room and you're looking at a light bub and you
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: say the sun is bright today, who's time? All right?
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: Thank you, guys, that was a good time to put
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: it down, all right. Coming up at the top of
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: the hour, the guys are gonna talk about the Super
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: Bowl and what Tom Brady has to say. When asked
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: if he plans to retire after the Super Bowl right
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: after this, you're listening to well, guys, apparently super Bowl
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: fifty three won't be the last we see of Tom Brady. Okay, uh, yeah,
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: Brady reportedly told ESPN's Jeff Darlington during an interview. You
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: the theory is zero chance that Sunday's title match against
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: the Rams in Atlanta will be his final game, all right.
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: Next season would mark the twentieth of Brady's career. Brady
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: is forty one years old. Okay, he has led New
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: England to the Super Bowl each of the past three seasons. Congratulations, yeah,
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: congratulations when getting protected, like he gets protected you know
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: by the revs and all the other stuff and the
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: offensive You ain't getting hit either way at all. Right,
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: He's gonna play another season. Okay, I don't. I don't
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: like the Patriots. Oh, okay, I like him. Yeah, he's
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: a greatness all right. Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, the new
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: LA Stadium at Hollywood Park was showcased to the public
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: for the first time yesterday. That was Sunday, during the
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: Los Angeles Rams pep rally before they left town headed
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: to Atlanta. The New Englewood Venue is scheduled to serve
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: as the Rams and Chargers home field in twenty twenty. Yeah, angle,
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: what don Brady in the New England Patriots have arrived
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: in Atlanta and so Jared goff Um and the Los
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: Angeles Rams. So have they. So it's time for them
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: to get to work now. The teams will practice this
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: week before squatting squaring off in the Super Bowl. I said,
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: squatting off, squaring I'm sorry about that, squaring off in
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: the Super Bowl next Sunday, in the NFL's main event,
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: the Big Game. It's big, it's really big. Guys into it?
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: Are you guys into it? I'll put money on the Rams.
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: Oh okay, yeah, I'm into it. I'm having a body
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: at the club. Yeah oh yeah yeah yeah? What about Well?
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: I hope the Rams. I just can't. I don't. I
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: don't have no money on it because I can't better
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: gainst Belichick and Brady. I just can't. It's hard to
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: not in this one man, because they're so good. Man.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: If the Saints had a been in it like they
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: were supposed to be, that'd be a different story, different matchup.
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: Oh it's crazy. The two people are saying the Super
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: Bowl ain't supposed to be there. And as as as
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: a sports fan, I hate to say that, but the refs.
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: The refs changed the outcome and something has to be done. Okay,
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: well I'm still not clearing that. Did the refs cheat?
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: Are you saying that their job? They blew a major
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: calls and it was because they didn't see it. I
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: don't know how. It's impossible how they couldn't have seen
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: it because it was the most blatant form of face guarding.
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: Pass interferes and helmet to helmet. You could have thrown
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: the flag on any one of them. It would have
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: given uh the ball to the Saints with fomo downs
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: and the first down they could have ran the clock out,
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: game over. That was a ridiculous call. And then what
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: they did when the Chiefs sacked Brady? What didn't sack him?
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: And they called it hitting him in the head off
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: roughened the passer? Oh my goodness, but he wasn't even close. No,
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: he didn't even touch him, didn't touch him. Well, I
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: look at it like this. The Saints have had enough parties.
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: La has not had a nice party. We're gonna have one. Yeah,
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: I do want the Rams at this point, I'm going
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: for the Ram because the Patriots have been They have
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: been the reason why the US in Texas can't even
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: get close. For you, That's why I Brady. I can't
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: stand Brady. He has been living a quarter pack. I've
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: ever heard my entire football career and just walking for
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: Tom Brady. Tom Brad enough. Yeah, and already for twenty years, Shirley,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: I'm thought it he would do this out of twenty Yeah,
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: that is a lot every year. So well, you know
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: that's like Steve was talking about his aunt and said
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: that he hated Lebron because he wined too much. So yeah,
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: probably the same thing with with with Brady. He wins. Well,
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: dad just want to see new, new people, new faces.
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: And he got all his hair Tom Brady, he ain't
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: gotta receive that. All his suits fit, right, I don't really.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: He's handsome as white man is beautiful. Yeah, he's too
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: much of a winner. That what you're saying, Jay, all
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: you got to do would say nice wife, that's all
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: that's something wrong? What did I say? She's not? Well?
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: Then I'm with Jay. Yeah, he got that too. This
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: is really personal. If you seed lying back over here
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: with with my little girl on everything, I ain't got
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: nothing he got going on. See if you can jump
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: in and say something about Baker Mayfield, if you like
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: right here for what because they won with eight games
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: this season. Hell yeah, I'm hosting the NFL Honors. Said
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: they not live on CBS. I'm gonna write something about
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: the Browns. You better get ready, the whole thing about
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: the Browns. You might even get to the whole none
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: of that. He's so happy though about the Browns over
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: Jordan and Baker Mayfield is up for a Rookie of
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: the Year, but Saint Kwan Barkley might get it. Have
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: you ever met Baker Mayfield. I love his name, you
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: know I love his name. Thank God, Baker Mayfield because
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: it got two black names. Yeah, that's what I'm gonna say.
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: I might even say that that's Curtis Mayfield and Dusty Baker.
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: Dusty Baker and Curtis may Feel two of my favorite
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: black dude and this white dude got the same. Black
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: got to be my guy. I gotta find a way
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: to phrase it though. For TV. Yeah, I think you're
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: gonna be pretty excited to meet him too, Steve. You
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: gotta get a pitch with him, hell yeah, yeah, oh
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: yeah yeah with him. And he's a winner, man, he wins.
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: Set up that one seven games, thank you. Yeah, I'm
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: gonna tell y'all something else, man. That boy in Houston
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Harden James hard in Houston basketball. He bawling, man, he balling.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: He owned one. He's absolutely playing. Yeah, one of the
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: most incredible offensive displays I've seen in long long that's
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: the guy with the beard, right yeah, used to day Chloe. Yeah, okay, yeah,
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: that's now I know who he is. He used to
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: That's how you know Floyd Kardashian not he's on the
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: street of thirty plus games points a game for game
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: straight beard and he used to day Chloe Kardashian. What
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: else do you need to know about? I mean, come on,
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: but don't worry about I'm like, hey, I'm like, Shay,

- 1:23:15Speaker 1: him because he used to day James Harden, Right, that's

- 1:25:51Speaker 1: you know, I'm old, so I don't like flashes. You
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: didn't see it the whole time. Yeah, they need to
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: slow some of it down. For four uses, they needed
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: thirty seconds all these quick flashes. I was aggravated for that.
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: But they slick when they do them quick quick flashes,
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: because that makes you watch it again. Yeah, it was

- 1:26:40Speaker 1: y'all gonna get fluid. Then said yeah, but she could
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: twirk though. Yea. My son said, Dad, Dad, that's the
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: one that's painted up like a zero. Well I guess well,
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: she flew in every day was worth it. Yeah. I
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: haven't had heard a guy yet, a man yet, complain
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: about that video. Not complain It wasn't it's too fast,
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: That's what he complained about. After my full time watching it.
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: I just complain. It's just like the Eric Cabatu windows seat,
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: window seat video. No man alive complained about that video.
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: All right, we'll be back with more of the Steve
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: Steven Show. Well, you know, guys, we all love commercials
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: at the super Bowl and we will definitely be highlighting
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: our favorite ones on the Monday after the Big Game.
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: But guess who's the latest Tonum the latest to announced
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: his commercial during the Super Bowl? Just gets First, it
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: was Chance the Rapper, then Cardi B and Little John
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: and now to Chains. That's right. Commercial. Chain Yeah is
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: the latest artist to lend his star power to the
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: Super Bowl. He is doing a commercial for Expensify. This
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: is the thirty second version of the commercial. It's going
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: to feature a new song called Expensify Expensify this by
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: two Chains. The extended four minute version of the spot
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: has tons of eye popping stunts in it and we
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: can't wait. But we also cannot await mister Harvey Sarah
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: for your your big, big, big announcement. Do you need
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: a drum roll? You want a drum roll? Right here?

- 1:28:53Speaker 1: to we just got back to work from the shutdown sale.
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: Oh yes, I love it. I've extended the ninety nine

- 1:29:13Speaker 1: ninety nine dollars down payment. Listen to me, careful down payment.
- 1:29:19Speaker 1: And nobody said nothing about the room's gonna be ninety
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: nine dollars. I said the damned down payment. No, Steve
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: said no, he didn't. I've extended the down payment because
- 1:29:32Speaker 1: of the shutdown. So I've extended all the way to
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: the fifteen more days that we may have to go
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: back into the shutdown. But notice Sand and Soul was
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: a huge success. It was sold out, but we had
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: two hotels. This time, everybody, we've expanded it. We are
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: taken over completely the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Putakanna,
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: Dominican Republic, for five incredible days of non stop fun.

- 1:31:10Speaker 1: eight hundred six eight four twenty eight twenty five, one
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: eight hundred six eight four twenty eight twenty five and
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: tell him that Uncle Steve sitch you all right? Coming
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: up next, the one and only Steve Harvey with his
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: one and only closing remarks right after this. You're listening,
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: all right, Steve? Here we are last break of the
- 1:31:32Speaker 1: day for this Monday, you have some closing remarks for us,
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: sir in likeness, please you know I want to keep
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: encouraging people this year. I want to keep making sure
- 1:31:45Speaker 1: that I can encourage as many people as I can
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: to develop the mindset to be successful. And the reason
- 1:31:53Speaker 1: I'm gonna stay on this path this year is because sometimes, man,
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: you just need to be encouraged. Sometimes you need to
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: hear from like minded people so you don't feel like
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: you're the only one thinking this way? Are you the
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: only one got some problems? Are you the only one
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: in the struggle because you're not. If you're one of
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: those many people out there that want to be happy
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: or successful, you need to hear sometimes from people who
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: are seeking the same things you are. And I promise
- 1:32:26Speaker 1: you I am. I'm seeking happiness and success now I
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: want eternal life too, and that's the most important thing.
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: And I've been learning what the balance really is. But
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: I want to share something with you today. I was
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: talking with the crew on the one of the breaks
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: and we were talking about planning things, and this year
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: is you set your plans. A funny thing is gonna
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: happen as you go throughout twenty nineteen. A funny thing
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: is going to happen with everything you have plans, hopes, aspirations,
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: and dreams. For everything that you have plans, hopes, aspirations
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: and dreams for, something is going to happen along the way.
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: The thing that's going to happen is called life. Life
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: is going to happen to anybody that has plans, dreams, hopes,
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: and aspirations. And this thing called life that happens to
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: everybody is gonna pop up. And it ain't always gonna
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: be good stuff. Life has bad news and life has peaks,
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: and life got values and you must expect that. And
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: one of the things I was learning is this girl
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: on the said gives me a scriptures every day, and
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: she gave me this book and every day it's got
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: like a thought starter in it, you know, kind of
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: like daily bread or daily inspirations. And I was reading
- 1:34:14Speaker 1: the other day and it was talking about just this
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: subject right here. Jay kind of reminded it to me
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: on a on one of the breaks where we were
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: talking about whenever you're planning in your hope, streams, aspirations,
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: and goals, expect this thing to happen called life and
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: what I was reading in the book is God wants
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: us to understand something. Give up the illusion that you
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: deserve a problem free life. Man, do you know how
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: important that is? Give up the illusion that you deserve
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: a problem free life. See a part of all of us,
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: for me, including I find myself guilty of this. A
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: part of me is still hungering for the resolution of
- 1:35:07Speaker 1: all my difficulties. But ain't that all of us? Don't
- 1:35:11Speaker 1: We all want all of our difficulties resolve. But this
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: is a false hope because God said a long time ago,
- 1:35:23Speaker 1: he told all his disciples that in the world, you're
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: gonna have trouble. It's a part of it. We're in
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: a troubled world. How do you think social media ain't
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: gonna ever come up invite you? How you figure that
- 1:35:36Speaker 1: we're there's so many haters out there. But you've got
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: to just give up the illusion that you deserve a
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: problem free life. And that part of you that's still
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: hungering for the resolution of all your difficulties, this is
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: just false hope. You're wasting your time. Stop asking God
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: to remove your problems, and ask God for the strength
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: to deal and cope with your problems. Don't ask God
- 1:36:05Speaker 1: to solve your problems. Ask God to get you through
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: your problems, because that's what you need. You need to
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: wherewithal to get through your problems. You need to strift
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: to endure, You need the ability to overcome situations. You
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: don't need them all to go away. That's false. That's
- 1:36:28Speaker 1: a false sense of hope. That's an illusion that you're
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: gonna go through this life and skip through this thing
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: called life and make all your plans, dreams, and hopes
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: and aspirations come true just because you want it to
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: and ain't nothing posted to happen to you. That's crazy.
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: You can't live like that. Life won't allow it. All
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: of us is gonna feel pain. All of us is
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: gonna feel disappointment. We all gonna feel sadness. Sometimes we
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: all gonna lose somebody we care about. It may not
- 1:37:01Speaker 1: even be in death. It's just some friends we thought
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: was our friends. We find out they really ain't our friends.
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: That's a loss, man, that's a tough shot, because you'd
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: be going, man, this was my dude, and you find
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: out they ain't. But listen to me, keep God close
- 1:37:18Speaker 1: to you, talk and pray. Don't forget to pray. Don't
- 1:37:22Speaker 1: be ashamed to pray, and don't ever be too proud
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: to pray, because prayer. Prayer changes things. And I got
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: news for you. Prayer change people too. If you talk
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: more to God in twenty nineteen, you ain't got to
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: tell nobody, just talk with it. Okay, those are my
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: closing remarks. Feel pretty good. Super Bowl weekend coming up,
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: Nfare Honors on CBS, your boys hosting it live. Check
- 1:37:53Speaker 1: me out, all right, have a great weekend. I'm o
