Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Part 1 with James Comer: Tax and Wire Fraud plus Direct Payments from the CCP to the Bidens
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Last night, Senator Ted Cruz and I, after they finished
- 0:04Speaker 1: with the whistleblower testimony in Congress, did a two part
- 0:08Speaker 1: sit down conversation with James Comer. I'm coming to you
- 0:11Speaker 1: live this morning from Washington, DC, and we were up
- 0:15Speaker 1: until the am hours. My producer was up. I don't
- 0:20Speaker 1: even know if he's gone to sleep yet. So I
- 0:21Speaker 1: apologize to him as we are doing this right now
- 0:24Speaker 1: because this interview was so shocking. This interview was so important.
- 0:30Speaker 1: This is an interview that needed to take place for
- 0:34Speaker 1: you to understand exactly what has happened with the whistleblowers. Now.
- 0:40Speaker 1: The whistle blowers, just so you understand is are came
- 0:46Speaker 1: forward and they are some of the most brave people
- 0:49Speaker 1: that I've ever seen. They're risking their entire careers, They're
- 0:51Speaker 1: risking their lives to come forward. And what we learned
- 0:54Speaker 1: about these new whistleblowers that they are both Democrats. Okay,
- 0:58Speaker 1: they are not part of and hacks. These aren't Republicans
- 1:01Speaker 1: that are saying they want to get revenge on Trump
- 1:04Speaker 1: or or excuse me, on Biden and the Biden you
- 1:07Speaker 1: know regime. These are Democrats who said they weren't allowed
- 1:11Speaker 1: to do their jobs and they are angry that they
- 1:13Speaker 1: weren't allowed to do their jobs. Now, I'm going to
- 1:15Speaker 1: give you a couple of different teasers here so you
- 1:17Speaker 1: understand how shocking what you're about to hear is. We
- 1:23Speaker 1: learn that there are more Biden family members from James
- 1:27Speaker 1: Comer that have gotten money than we knew before. We
- 1:33Speaker 1: also learned from James Comber that there's more countries that
- 1:37Speaker 1: dirty and shady money and bribes came from. We also
- 1:42Speaker 1: learned from James Comber through these whistleblowers, that apparently payments
- 1:47Speaker 1: went to the Biden crime family directly from the Chinese
- 1:53Speaker 1: Communist government. Not not. I want to be clear, We're
- 1:59Speaker 1: not talking about money coming in through a company that's
- 2:02Speaker 1: connected with the Chinese Communist government. We're talking about direct
- 2:05Speaker 1: wire transfers, money laundering into Biden LLC bank accounts. They
- 2:10Speaker 1: put these shell companies up that do nothing, and the
- 2:14Speaker 1: money was falling in from the Chinese Communist government. Now
- 2:18Speaker 1: I'm going to play for you some chunks of what
- 2:21Speaker 1: was said, and you can download Verdict Ted Cruz. You
- 2:24Speaker 1: can hear the as I co host the show with him.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Part one is out, Part two will be out on Friday,
- 2:30Speaker 1: but I want you to hear a substantial amount of
- 2:34Speaker 1: what was said on this show. Listen.
- 2:38Speaker 2: So I just want to start by asking what happened today?
- 2:40Speaker 2: If someone's busy, they're driving to work, it's Thursday morning,
- 2:44Speaker 2: they're driving to work, they didn't have time to turn
- 2:46Speaker 2: on the TV yesterday, they didn't watch the testimony, So
- 2:49Speaker 2: what did they miss? What happened in the House of
- 2:51Speaker 2: Representatives on Wednesday?
- 2:53Speaker 3: Well, I think we had a very substantive hearing on
- 2:55Speaker 3: a very serious subject. The subject was the Biden criminal activit,
- 3:00Speaker 3: and the two witnesses we had were I think the
- 3:04Speaker 3: most credible witnesses we've had in front of the oversight
- 3:07Speaker 3: commending the entire seven years I've been in Congress. These
- 3:11Speaker 3: were the two highest ranking IRS career employees from the
- 3:17Speaker 3: International Tax Crime Division. So these were the guys that
- 3:23Speaker 3: investigate all the suspicious wires, all the foreign influence, any
- 3:29Speaker 3: type of tax evasion from foreign entities, the influx of
- 3:32Speaker 3: illegal Chinese money. These are the guys that do that,
- 3:35Speaker 3: and they're part of an elite team, and they're only
- 3:38Speaker 3: twelve on this team. So this was two of the twelve,
- 3:41Speaker 3: one sixth of the entire International Tax Fraud Team for
- 3:45Speaker 3: the IRS, and what they had to say was very
- 3:48Speaker 3: concerning because I never knew over the past six months
- 3:52Speaker 3: whether or not DIRS even you about the shell companies
- 3:55Speaker 3: that the Bidens had, if even you about all the
- 3:58Speaker 3: suspicious activity reports that had that showed that the Bidens
- 4:02Speaker 3: were laundering money through shell companies through various banks. You know,
- 4:05Speaker 3: pretty serious accusation. We've been talking about this and the
- 4:09Speaker 3: Democrats have said, well, there's no evidence, that's not true,
- 4:12Speaker 3: that's fake news, Russian disinformation. So we finally had two
- 4:16Speaker 3: whistleblowers come forward. They gave a transcribed interview to the
- 4:21Speaker 3: Ways and Means Committee, which is the appropriate process of
- 4:24Speaker 3: the ones, as you know, in the House that has
- 4:26Speaker 3: jurisdiction over the IRS. Then they agreed to come to
- 4:31Speaker 3: committee hearing for the House Oversight Commute. So the American
- 4:34Speaker 3: people got to see today a six hour hearing with
- 4:38Speaker 3: fifty members of Congress, each having six minutes to ask
- 4:43Speaker 3: these these Irish suppsed to blowers questions, and there were
- 4:46Speaker 3: substantive questions on the Republican side. Now, the Democrats, all
- 4:49Speaker 3: they thought about was Trump and racism and things like that.
- 4:54Speaker 3: But we asked very subjective questions, and what we learned
- 4:58Speaker 3: was that the Bidens have have committed a series of crimes.
- 5:04Speaker 3: There were many more tax evasion issues than what Hunter
- 5:09Speaker 3: Biden pled guilty to. The IRIS whistle blowers had investigated
- 5:14Speaker 3: this for five years and they were told to stand
- 5:16Speaker 3: down by the Department of Justice. And what happened is
- 5:21Speaker 3: they took so long they let a lot of the
- 5:22Speaker 3: statues and limitations expire to where the penalties that the
- 5:27Speaker 3: Bidens were going to have to plead guilty to kept
- 5:30Speaker 3: shrinking and shrinking and drinking.
- 5:31Speaker 2: There was nothing left and serving zero jail time zero
- 5:35Speaker 2: jail time.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Anyone else in America would already be in prison for
- 5:39Speaker 3: the amount of money they evade.
- 5:41Speaker 2: All right, so let's start at an initial point. These
- 5:44Speaker 2: two whistleblowers look at an initial assessment. You've got to make.
- 5:47Speaker 2: The House of Representatives has to make if we see
- 5:50Speaker 2: an impeachment trial, the Senate has to make, and ultimately
- 5:53Speaker 2: the American people have to make is are these guys credible?
- 5:56Speaker 2: Are they telling the truth? If they're lying, that's not
- 6:00Speaker 2: very persuasive. And so if you're trying to assess or right,
- 6:03Speaker 2: are these credible witnesses? One of the questions you ask
- 6:05Speaker 2: is do they have a bias? You know, if you
- 6:07Speaker 2: have a witness who is, say a disgruntled employee that
- 6:10Speaker 2: got fired, sometimes they make up all sorts of crazy stories.
- 6:14Speaker 2: If you have a witness as a partisan, maybe they're,
- 6:16Speaker 2: you know, a hardcore Republican. They hate Joe Biden, so
- 6:19Speaker 2: they'll come in and testify to something nasty because they've
- 6:22Speaker 2: got a political bias. So one of the things that
- 6:25Speaker 2: I think is striking is that both of these guys
- 6:29Speaker 2: their career IRS employees, they've spent their entire professional life
- 6:32Speaker 2: working with the IRS. They're both Democrats. Neither of them
- 6:37Speaker 2: are partisan Republicans. I don't know if anyone asked today,
- 6:39Speaker 2: but I suspect neither of them voted for Donald Trump.
- 6:43Speaker 3: I think that's a good suspicion.
- 6:45Speaker 2: You know, they've said they're Democrats, they've identified as Democrats.
- 6:49Speaker 2: The number of career IRS employees who are Democrats who
- 6:52Speaker 2: voted for Donald Trump, if that's not zero, it's pretty
- 6:55Speaker 2: to durn close, very close. So that suggests there's not
- 6:59Speaker 2: a reason on the face to doubt what they're saying.
- 7:03Speaker 2: They still might be lying. You've got to test what
- 7:06Speaker 2: they're saying anyone that comes forward with serious allegations of criminality,
- 7:11Speaker 2: and to be clear, what they've alleged is criminality by
- 7:14Speaker 2: Hunter Biden. But look, if we were just talking about
- 7:16Speaker 2: Hunter Biden, he is a troubled soul, he has substance
- 7:20Speaker 2: abuse issues. If it were just Hunter Biden, this wouldn't
- 7:23Speaker 2: be national news. But they're also a legend criminal conduct
- 7:27Speaker 2: by Merrick Garland, the Attorney General of the United States
- 7:30Speaker 2: under Joe Biden. And they are ultimately a legend criminal
- 7:33Speaker 2: conduct by Joe Biden, the sitting president of the United States.
- 7:35Speaker 3: They were and they were headed towards Joe. They wanted
- 7:39Speaker 3: to interview Hunter. They wanted to interview Joe Biden's grandchildren.
- 7:43Speaker 4: When you say they, so if people understand who.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Is they, they who are the two with us?
- 7:48Speaker 3: There were more than two, There were seven that were
- 7:51Speaker 3: set to interview Hunter Biden and his children.
- 7:55Speaker 4: So they had a plan, and they had a plan.
- 7:57Speaker 3: It was IRS employees as well as FBI employees.
- 8:00Speaker 1: So were they working together or separately working together? So
- 8:03Speaker 1: they all come together, they'd all agree that they should
- 8:06Speaker 1: be and.
- 8:06Speaker 3: Have gotten to the point to where they we need
- 8:08Speaker 3: to knock on his door and say, hey, what where
- 8:10Speaker 3: is all this, what's the source of this money?
- 8:12Speaker 2: What did you do to receive this money from? You said,
- 8:15Speaker 2: we're going to knock on his door. One of the
- 8:18Speaker 2: things that I found really stunning is what the testimony
- 8:21Speaker 2: was that they're getting ready to knock on Hunter Biden's door.
- 8:23Speaker 2: And if you're doing an investigation, you knock on a
- 8:25Speaker 2: suspects door. You want to interview them, You want to
- 8:27Speaker 2: catch them off guard, you want to get them to
- 8:29Speaker 2: say something they're not expecting, like you want them to
- 8:32Speaker 2: to get them to say something stupid, because the sad
- 8:34Speaker 2: thing is criminals really are stupid. They say all sorts
- 8:36Speaker 2: of dumb things.
- 8:39Speaker 1: What's crazy is that these whistle blowers told the story
- 8:47Speaker 1: that they were not allowed to knock on Hunter Biden's
- 8:50Speaker 1: door even though they had probable cause and overwhelming evidence
- 8:55Speaker 1: to then interview him. And what happened. The deep state
- 9:02Speaker 1: tipped off Hunter Biden and the President and the Secret
- 9:06Speaker 1: Service to make sure that never could happen. Let me
- 9:13Speaker 1: also tell you about a friend's of Augusta precious medals.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Have you been saving a long time for retirement, Well,
- 9:18Speaker 1: if you have, you've probably been really stressed out over
- 9:20Speaker 1: the last year with interest rates have been skyrocketing, inflation issues,
- 9:23Speaker 1: bank failures, and people that have actually lost some money
- 9:27Speaker 1: in their retirement accounts. If you aren't invested and diversified
- 9:32Speaker 1: in gold, you should check out Augusta Precious Metals. Augusta
- 9:36Speaker 1: Precious Metals. They're just different. They'll even tell you if
- 9:39Speaker 1: a gold IRA isn't your answer. They give you the
- 9:42Speaker 1: facts about gold and precious medals. It's all about protecting
- 9:47Speaker 1: your IRA and protecting your four oh one k in
- 9:50Speaker 1: this crazy economy. And it's so important if you're in
- 9:53Speaker 1: retirement or close to retirement because there's no time to
- 9:57Speaker 1: make up losses. Now, if you've had those losses, you
- 9:59Speaker 1: know what I'm talking talking you about.
- 10:00Speaker 4: So if you've saved one.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Hundred thousand dollars or more, take a look at their
- 10:04Speaker 1: free guy that they'll send you and they'll do a

- 10:16Speaker 1: knowing that, hey, you can protect your hard earned dollars.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Eight seven seven the number four gold IR. That's eight
- 10:25Speaker 1: seven to seven, the number four goldr or visit Augusta
- 10:30Speaker 1: Precious Metals dot com.
- 10:33Speaker 4: That's Augusta Precious.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Metals dot com or eight seven seven the number four
- 10:37Speaker 1: goldr A.
- 10:40Speaker 2: So what did the whistleblowers tell us happen? That is
- 10:43Speaker 2: unusual when they're getting ready to hunt knock on Hunter's.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Door the Secret Service, because at the time they were
- 10:49Speaker 3: going to knock on Hunter's door was at the point
- 10:52Speaker 3: where Joe Biden just got elected president, so he had
- 10:55Speaker 3: Secret Servers protection and he had the transition team. The
- 10:59Speaker 3: Secret Service was notified that Hunter Biden was about to
- 11:03Speaker 3: be approached by IRS and FBI employees, and then the
- 11:08Speaker 3: Biden transition ting was approached. Then the Biden lawyers called
- 11:14Speaker 3: Hunter Biden, and then they called the FBI agents and
- 11:19Speaker 3: the IRS agents and said, don't knock on that door.
- 11:22Speaker 3: If he wants to come out, he'll come out and
- 11:25Speaker 3: talk to you. Just wait. Well, they waited and nothing
- 11:28Speaker 3: ever happened, and then they were told to go home.
- 11:30Speaker 4: So they were there at his house.
- 11:31Speaker 3: They were there at his house.
- 11:33Speaker 2: So let me underscore. The Department of Justice tipped off Hunter, Hey,
- 11:37Speaker 2: they're coming to question you. And Hunter called at his
- 11:40Speaker 2: lawyers and they said, don't talk to him guards side,
- 11:43Speaker 2: Like in any other circumstance, if you're investigating criminal conduct,
- 11:47Speaker 2: do you tip off the suspect beforehand?
- 11:49Speaker 3: They said that today. No, they said that never happened
- 11:53Speaker 3: in their decade long service to the IRS.
- 11:56Speaker 4: When they were told to go home? Who told them
- 11:59Speaker 4: to go home?
- 12:00Speaker 3: Their superior at the IRS?
- 12:04Speaker 4: Was that unprecedent from that?
- 12:06Speaker 3: They said, it never happened before.
- 12:07Speaker 2: All right, you talked about suspicious activity reports, and there's
- 12:11Speaker 2: been some discussion of this. Look, if you're at home,
- 12:13Speaker 2: you're watching TV, you're trying to figure out what these are?
- 12:16Speaker 2: What is a suspicious activity report? And like when is
- 12:20Speaker 2: it made? When does it occur?
- 12:21Speaker 3: I knew a lot about these because I was the
- 12:23Speaker 3: director of a bank for over a decade. A suspicious
- 12:26Speaker 3: activity report is when the bank files noticed with the
- 12:28Speaker 3: Treasury Cabinet that they suspect their client has committed a crime.
- 12:33Speaker 3: Doesn't mean they committed a crime, they have a strong
- 12:36Speaker 3: suspicion that a crime was committed. So it's to protect
- 12:40Speaker 3: the bank as well. So how frequently do these things
- 12:42Speaker 3: A very seldom, Despite what the Washington boast or in
- 12:45Speaker 3: their defense of the Biden, they said, well, everybody has
- 12:48Speaker 3: a suspicious activity report. That is belooney. I was on
- 12:50Speaker 3: a bank board for ten years. I think we issued
- 12:53Speaker 3: two over the course of ten years.
- 12:56Speaker 2: And how many were issued concerning hunter By than Joe
- 13:00Speaker 2: Biden and the Biden family over.
- 13:02Speaker 3: One hundred and seventy.
- 13:03Speaker 2: They were direct You were at a bank and they
- 13:06Speaker 2: issued too.
- 13:08Speaker 3: If you had two sars, they're called sars in the
- 13:11Speaker 3: banking industry. If you had two stars against you, it
- 13:14Speaker 3: would be hard for you to open an account somewhere.
- 13:17Speaker 3: There wouldn't be any bank that would want to have
- 13:20Speaker 3: you as a customer because it's not worth the paperwork.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Remember when the bank files one of these, you could
- 13:25Speaker 3: understand this appreciates this center. That's inviting the regulators to
- 13:30Speaker 3: come in and regulate. Okay, that's the last thing to bank.
- 13:34Speaker 2: So one hundred and seventy get file. That means that
- 13:37Speaker 2: somebody is getting a deposit in their account. It's a
- 13:39Speaker 2: big amount, it's from somewhere suspicious. I mean, what triggers it?
- 13:43Speaker 2: Why you're a banker, what is it that makes you
- 13:46Speaker 2: say we had to file a SAR?
- 13:48Speaker 3: A large transaction that comes out of the blue. So
- 13:51Speaker 3: what's large? What is there a threat you had you
- 13:53Speaker 3: had a million, I'll use the Robinson Walker account because
- 13:55Speaker 3: we subpoened. That was the first bank account we subpoena.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Now, who's Robinson Walker.
- 13:59Speaker 3: Rob Walker was one of the associates that they used
- 14:02Speaker 3: to uh funnel money from China and then in Romania
- 14:08Speaker 3: and then down and launder it down to the Biden.
- 14:11Speaker 2: So he's a guy that's doing business with Hunter and
- 14:14Speaker 2: Joe Biden. Yeah, okay, we.
- 14:15Speaker 3: Don't know what that business is. They got a three
- 14:17Speaker 3: million dollar wire from from China. So this so one
- 14:21Speaker 3: wire three million dollars, three million dollars. Now, remember we
- 14:24Speaker 3: got the bank records for ten years that bank account
- 14:27Speaker 3: never had got a three million.
- 14:29Speaker 4: Dollar No, but I want one.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Well this is not right. That is a charming guy
- 14:35Speaker 2: and he would like three million dollars. Not going to
- 14:38Speaker 2: do it?
- 14:38Speaker 4: Yeah, no, you don't have to work for three million.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Apparently, so this account never had much activity in it
- 14:45Speaker 3: over the course of ten years, maintained around a forty
- 14:48Speaker 3: or fifty thousand dollars ballance. Then one day, out of
- 14:51Speaker 3: the blue, they get a three million dollar wire from China.
- 14:56Speaker 2: And so their bank says, this is weird. Yes, and
- 14:58Speaker 2: it's coming from China, like the face of it, from China.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Yeah, and he'd never gotten a foreign wire before. And
- 15:05Speaker 3: there's three million dollars in a in an account that's
- 15:08Speaker 3: never had more than fifty thousands some months, you know,
- 15:11Speaker 3: had ten thousand dollars ballance, but never more than fifty thousand.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Then all of a sudden, a three million dollar wire.
- 15:16Speaker 2: And then what happens to that three million dollars when.
- 15:18Speaker 3: It lands twenty four hours later? Because that's the minimum
- 15:21Speaker 3: amount of time you can you have to have a
- 15:25Speaker 3: deposit in the bank for at least, like the wire
- 15:27Speaker 3: needs to clear, Yeah, it needs to clear. Yeah, twenty
- 15:30Speaker 3: four hours and two minutes later, he starts.
- 15:34Speaker 2: You serious, Yes, he's really twenty four hours and two minutes.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Maybe an hour, give me a righty, Just it was
- 15:41Speaker 3: more than two minutes. It was like fifty six minutes.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Okay, nineteen pinocchios because you added fifty minutes to it. So,
- 15:48Speaker 2: but it's just after twenty after.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Twenty four hours. The next day they start wiring incremental
- 15:54Speaker 3: payments to different Biden shell companies.
- 15:58Speaker 2: So how many Biden sholl comps?
- 16:00Speaker 3: What that's called when you set up a bunch of
- 16:02Speaker 3: shell companies for the sole purpose to launder money. That's
- 16:06Speaker 3: called racketeering.
- 16:08Speaker 1: We're going to get into what racketeering means, how this
- 16:12Speaker 1: was working these shell companies, and what jobs and what
- 16:17Speaker 1: businesses they weren't actually doing. They were companies that they
- 16:21Speaker 1: set up LLCs that did nothing, They sold nothing, They
- 16:26Speaker 1: didn't do any business. It was too launder money and racketeering.
- 16:31Speaker 2: We keep hearing about suspicious activity reports.
- 16:33Speaker 1: What is that?
- 16:34Speaker 2: Like a shell company? What is a shell You hear
- 16:37Speaker 2: shell company? And like what does that mean?
- 16:40Speaker 1: And explain the show companies connecting to money laundering, how
- 16:43Speaker 1: those two come together because a lot of people that
- 16:45Speaker 1: hear this, but they don't understand why you need so
- 16:48Speaker 1: many of them and why you would cipher money into.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Multiple shell companies from the banking background, and yeah, this
- 16:55Speaker 3: is people want to know that. For me, I mean
- 16:56Speaker 3: it has a double a swordr. But a shell company
- 16:59Speaker 3: is a fake company. Okay, it's a company.
- 17:03Speaker 2: So it's not a real business.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Now make anything. They don't produce anything, They don't provide
- 17:08Speaker 3: a good or service.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Okay, they're just you just do that. We can create it.
- 17:13Speaker 3: They go to the Texas or Kentucky Secretary State and
- 17:16Speaker 3: file a company in two minutes that says Cruise and
- 17:20Speaker 3: Comer energy company. But that doesn't mean we have an
- 17:22Speaker 3: energy company, right, just have an LLC Limited liability company
- 17:26Speaker 3: that says we're an energy company. So they just create
- 17:30Speaker 3: these fake companies.
- 17:31Speaker 2: And how many are we talking about? Twenty twenty twenty,
- 17:35Speaker 2: so twenty different Biden fake companies. They don't have factories,
- 17:41Speaker 2: they don't have machinery and don't real products, they don't
- 17:44Speaker 2: real website, they don't have a business card.
- 17:47Speaker 3: They don't so they're twenty.
- 17:48Speaker 4: They don't have a storefront, they have nothing.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Okay, they're they're you and so.
- 17:52Speaker 1: That's where the laundering. Yes, so explain how you launder
- 17:56Speaker 1: money and how that works.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Money laundering is is hiding money. You're you're hiding the
- 18:01Speaker 3: source of the money and you're deceiving the Internet the
- 18:05Speaker 3: internal Revenue Service to try to evade taxes. So if
- 18:10Speaker 3: if the Hunter Biden was doing something legitimate for China,
- 18:13Speaker 3: they could have just wired the money to Hunter Biden,
- 18:16Speaker 3: but they didn't. They they sent it to a company
- 18:19Speaker 3: called Robinson Walker. Then they wired it to a company
- 18:23Speaker 3: called Ouasco. Then they wired it to another company called
- 18:27Speaker 3: Bohee something or another, and then they start these.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Companies do anything with it, and they're just it's it's
- 18:33Speaker 2: just a bucket to pour the water.
- 18:34Speaker 3: If the partner somewhere else, that's exactly what. And it
- 18:38Speaker 3: was organized. This is like organized crime. This was very organized.
- 18:44Speaker 2: So how did you unerwind this? So you're sitting there
- 18:46Speaker 2: doing a congressional investigation. If they're trying to hide it,
- 18:49Speaker 2: presualy they make it hard to figure out. So so
- 18:51Speaker 2: what enabled you to twenty show companies? How do you
- 18:55Speaker 2: figure this out and connect the docks?
- 18:57Speaker 3: Well, there was a We had a good start. Your
- 18:59Speaker 3: call leagues, Grassley and Johnson had done a report, Miranda
- 19:03Speaker 3: Divine had written a book. There were several good reporters
- 19:07Speaker 3: that have been investigating on this for a long time.
- 19:10Speaker 3: We took pieces of that, and then when I became
- 19:14Speaker 3: chairman and got subpoena power, then I was able to
- 19:17Speaker 3: actually subpoena bank records and.
- 19:20Speaker 2: The bank's cooperated.
- 19:21Speaker 3: Most of the banks have cooperated. It's getting harder because
- 19:25Speaker 3: here's what happened. Everyone on cable news, some people that
- 19:32Speaker 3: I don't think are as smart a legal mind as
- 19:34Speaker 3: you ted. We're giving me lots of advice on what
- 19:38Speaker 3: to do. The first thing they need to do on
- 19:40Speaker 3: day one is subpoena Hunter and Joe Biden. I didn't
- 19:44Speaker 3: do that, and I think that would have been a
- 19:46Speaker 3: huge mistake. I think that's what they thought I would do.
- 19:49Speaker 3: If I had done that, it would have ended up
- 19:51Speaker 3: in court. Then if I had subpoenaed some of these
- 19:55Speaker 3: bank accounts, the bank would have said, we can't give
- 19:57Speaker 3: that to you because there's ongoing litigation.
- 20:00Speaker 2: So what we did, so they started, I gathered.
- 20:03Speaker 3: We started by subpoenaing bank records for shell accounts to
- 20:07Speaker 3: some of these companies had been abandoned because they never
- 20:10Speaker 3: were real company. Yeah, they never said to hide the
- 20:13Speaker 3: money they were getting from China and Romania and Ukraine.
- 20:17Speaker 3: So those bank account.
- 20:18Speaker 2: So let me stop real quick. Are those the three
- 20:20Speaker 2: countries that are involved, China, Romania and Ukraine, But all
- 20:23Speaker 2: three of them. You've got payments from China, from Romania
- 20:27Speaker 2: and Ukraine going to Hunter Biden, Joe Biden or the
- 20:30Speaker 2: Biden families.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Right, not to Joe Biden yet, but to everyone else
- 20:34Speaker 3: in the Biden family.
- 20:35Speaker 1: How many bidens have have you identified they've gotten money?
- 20:38Speaker 3: Far?
- 20:39Speaker 4: Nine and and and when you identify.
- 20:42Speaker 2: Yeah, what's the I've heard the number twelve, So so what's.
- 20:46Speaker 3: The we actually have nine? Uh so we're proved one,
- 20:50Speaker 3: we proved nine. I'm I would bet a lot of
- 20:52Speaker 3: money if I were on the craps table, I would
- 20:54Speaker 3: put odds behind three more members of the family.
- 20:58Speaker 4: When you when you say there's nine.
- 21:01Speaker 2: The reason that we.
- 21:02Speaker 3: Haven't gone after the brother yet and the.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Brother the brothers Jim, that's Joe, Joe and Frank.
- 21:08Speaker 3: Don't forget about Frank.
- 21:09Speaker 2: I have gotten about Frank. Okay, so I hear about Jim,
- 21:13Speaker 2: all right, So Joe, how many Joe has two brothers?
- 21:15Speaker 2: Two brothers, And so I got to say one of
- 21:18Speaker 2: the things I've wondered. In fact, I was having dinner
- 21:20Speaker 2: with some folks tonight who asked me. They said, Okay,
- 21:22Speaker 2: Hunter has been indicted. What about Jim? Like, what what
- 21:26Speaker 2: about Jim?
- 21:27Speaker 1: Jim was the big dog of this entity before Hunter
- 21:30Speaker 1: Biden came along.
- 21:31Speaker 3: Why Jim's not in the in the news right now.
- 21:34Speaker 3: He didn't leave a laptop laying around. But I'll tell
- 21:37Speaker 3: you what Jim has done. He's in court in about
- 21:41Speaker 3: four or five different states, being sued by former partners
- 21:45Speaker 3: for fraud.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Really yes, why has that not been covered?
- 21:49Speaker 3: Well, you tell me, so we'll get to the point
- 21:53Speaker 3: to where we'll start subpoenaing his bank records. I think
- 21:57Speaker 3: some of these Ksey part of the reason we can't
- 22:01Speaker 3: get it because he's in litigation.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Right the nine or twelve. You've got Hunter, You've got
- 22:05Speaker 2: Jim and Frank. That's three. Who are we talking about
- 22:08Speaker 2: as the rest? Who are the other players?
- 22:10Speaker 3: The other players are Frank, Frank's wife, so Frank's wife,
- 22:15Speaker 3: uh huh. And we believe that Jim's got family members
- 22:20Speaker 3: too that may have received wires. And then you know,
- 22:24Speaker 3: ultimately with Joe, I suspect there are offshore accounts and
- 22:30Speaker 3: we kind of learned that today. One of the last queste.
- 22:33Speaker 2: What's the evidence of off shore accounts that you learned today?
- 22:36Speaker 3: There are the irs whistleblowers confirmed when I asked if
- 22:41Speaker 3: they had documents pertaining to foreign accounts, and they said
- 22:45Speaker 3: they did. Wow, they couldn't turn them over to us.
- 22:48Speaker 3: They have to go through that process and turn it
- 22:50Speaker 3: over to the Ways and Means Committee, And I requested
- 22:52Speaker 3: they do that and they said they would.
- 22:55Speaker 1: All right. Let me say this real quick, if you
- 22:58Speaker 1: want to hear the rest of this interview, you gotta
- 23:01Speaker 1: download Verdict with Ted Cruz wherever you get your podcasts.
- 23:05Speaker 1: There's going to be part one, which obviously just heard
- 23:07Speaker 1: part of it today and I hope you are as
- 23:10Speaker 1: angry and as shocked as I am right now in
- 23:12Speaker 1: that number one. Number two. We're going to have part
- 23:16Speaker 1: two come out tomorrow, so you need to listen to
- 23:20Speaker 1: that part as well. This entire podcast downloaded wherever you
- 23:25Speaker 1: get your podcasts. My takeaway from today is this, you
- 23:30Speaker 1: have a government that has decided that the Biden crime
- 23:34Speaker 1: family must be protected at all costs. You have Joe
- 23:37Speaker 1: Biden who has had a long history of getting involved
- 23:40Speaker 1: in his family's business dealings, and that is selling access.
- 23:43Speaker 1: They're not selling another product. They have countless shell companies,
- 23:49Speaker 1: fake companies set up that do nothing. So the only
- 23:53Speaker 1: thing that their product is delivering favors from the United
- 23:59Speaker 1: States government. That is the business. They're not selling coffee,
- 24:05Speaker 1: they're not even selling drugs. They're not selling any item.
- 24:11Speaker 1: What they are selling, they don't have a storefront. These
- 24:15Speaker 1: businesses and lcs would be set up and then three
- 24:18Speaker 1: million comes in, and then two million comes in, then
- 24:20Speaker 1: five million comes in, then a million comes in, and
- 24:22Speaker 1: then they funnel that money to other show companies. Racketeering
- 24:26Speaker 1: is what this was described as. The only product they
- 24:31Speaker 1: had was they were selling access to Joe Biden the kingpin,
- 24:36Speaker 1: and then Joe Biden would deliver government favors. A perfect
- 24:41Speaker 1: example of the government favors that he delivered was ten
- 24:44Speaker 1: million dollars from that corrupt Ukrainian oligarch that owned Barisma.
- 24:50Speaker 1: He paid ten million dollars, so that the favor was
- 24:54Speaker 1: Joe Biden flying over to Ukraine and telling Ukraine, We're
- 24:59Speaker 1: not going to give you the a billion dollars, which
- 25:01Speaker 1: is a significant amount of money to Ukraine. Ukraine's economy,
- 25:06Speaker 1: their GDP, everything is very different the United States America.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Billion dollars to them is like I don't know, a
- 25:11Speaker 1: trillion dollars to us, it is huge. And that Russian
- 25:16Speaker 1: oligarch or I actually say, that Ukrainian oli guard said
- 25:20Speaker 1: I'll give you ten million, but you got to get
- 25:21Speaker 1: the prosecutor fired. And what did Joe Biden say in public,
- 25:26Speaker 1: his words, son of a bitch. They fired him after
- 25:30Speaker 1: he demanded them fire that prosecutor that was looking into
- 25:34Speaker 1: Barisma for corruption. And fraud. He got them fired by
- 25:38Speaker 1: holding American dollars, your tax dollars away from Ukraine as
- 25:43Speaker 1: a government. They said, all right, we need the money
- 25:44Speaker 1: to bet fine, fire the prosecutor that Joe Biden is
- 25:47Speaker 1: demanding that we fire. And then that's why they paid
- 25:51Speaker 1: him ten million dollars because he was delivering that. That's racketeering,
- 25:57Speaker 1: money laundering, and a crime syndicate. This is this is
- 26:01Speaker 1: criminal activity at the highest levels in America. Was being
- 26:05Speaker 1: bought off left and right by our adversaries for favors
- 26:09Speaker 1: from the United States government, and they paid Joe Biden
- 26:12Speaker 1: and his family to do it.
