- 0:01Speaker 1: There is a story that is coming out of Arizona
- 0:04Speaker 1: right now and it deals with Jeff Dewed, who is
- 0:07Speaker 1: the chairman of the Arizona Republican Party. Jeff had lots
- 0:12Speaker 1: of conversations, obviously with Cary Lake, and in one of
- 0:17Speaker 1: those conversations he was recorded. He has now resigned as
- 0:22Speaker 1: the Arizona Republican Party chairperson after a recording revealed that
- 0:28Speaker 1: he offered what they're describing as a bribe to Cary
- 0:32Speaker 1: Lake to not run for the Senate. Now, let me
- 0:36Speaker 1: say this first off about recordings in general. I don't
- 0:39Speaker 1: like people that record other people, especially if they're they're
- 0:44Speaker 1: having a candid conversation or their friends. In an Arizona,
- 0:47Speaker 1: it's a one party state, so you understand one one
- 0:50Speaker 1: party can decide to record it. The other party doesn't
- 0:53Speaker 1: have to know about it. That's obviously what happened here
- 0:55Speaker 1: with Jeff. And apparently from what Jeff has now said
- 0:58Speaker 1: as resignation letter, there other conversations that they had that
- 1:02Speaker 1: were blunt and honest, that were I guess between the
- 1:05Speaker 1: two supposed to be confidential that apparently we're also recorded.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Now this is going to hurt in the long run.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Cary and her relationships with other people. I think, however,
- 1:16Speaker 1: she's obviously feels like she is exposing corruption. Now I'm
- 1:20Speaker 1: going to read for you the statement from the chairman,
- 1:23Speaker 1: Jeff de Witt, so that you understand what he says,
- 1:26Speaker 1: and then I'm going to play for you this audio
- 1:28Speaker 1: so you can hear it all in context. He said
- 1:31Speaker 1: this in his resignation letter. Quote and lie. Of the
- 1:34Speaker 1: recent revelation that Caryl Lake has released a selectively edited
- 1:38Speaker 1: audio recording of our private conversation, I must clearly address
- 1:42Speaker 1: this deceptive tactic. The recording from over ten months ago,
- 1:47Speaker 1: so she was sitting on this for ten months, is
- 1:49Speaker 1: not only taken out of context, but also undermines the
- 1:53Speaker 1: integrity of private discussions critical for party leadership. As chairman,
- 1:59Speaker 1: my primary duty is to strengthen our party, which often
- 2:02Speaker 1: involves challenging dialogues and strategic decisions. These conversations are meant
- 2:07Speaker 1: to assess enhance the viability of our candidates. The truth
- 2:10Speaker 1: is when I took the helm, our party was in disarray,
- 2:14Speaker 1: financially unstable, organizationally weak and lacking and momentum. Today we
- 2:20Speaker 1: have made significant improvements and acquiring a new office headquarters,
- 2:25Speaker 1: legal victories for election integrity and historic fundraising achievements. Contrary
- 2:31Speaker 1: to the notion of me being an enemy of Lakes,
- 2:34Speaker 1: this conversation was recorded while I was actually employing Lake
- 2:38Speaker 1: in my private company. Let me say that again, contrary
- 2:43Speaker 1: to the notion of me being an enemy of Lakes,
- 2:45Speaker 1: this conversation was recorded while I was actually employing Lake
- 2:48Speaker 1: in my private company. In fact, for over a year
- 2:52Speaker 1: and a half, we have had many conversations where I
- 2:54Speaker 1: was looking out for her financial interests. The ethical breach
- 2:59Speaker 1: in her recording of our conversation while while Lake was
- 3:03Speaker 1: my employee raises serious legal and moral concerns. This active
- 3:07Speaker 1: recording was not just a betrayal of trust, but also
- 3:11Speaker 1: a violation of the fiduciary responsibilities of an employee. Contrary
- 3:17Speaker 1: to accusations of bribery, my discussions were transparent and intended
- 3:22Speaker 1: to offer perspective, not coercion. Our relationship was based on friendship,
- 3:27Speaker 1: and the conversation that is now being scrutinized was an open,
- 3:31Speaker 1: unguarded exchange between friends in the living room of her house.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I genuinely believed I was offering a helpful perspective to
- 3:39Speaker 1: someone I considered a friend. Blake has a massive megaphone
- 3:43Speaker 1: that I cannot compete with. I am just a business
- 3:47Speaker 1: and financial guide that got recruited into this unpaid role
- 3:52Speaker 1: that demands the amount of time of roughly two full
- 3:54Speaker 1: time jobs. Nights, weekends, holidays and more are all workeday.
- 4:00Speaker 1: My motivation for accepting this position was that I wanted
- 4:04Speaker 1: to contribute positively, with the primary focus being the betterment
- 4:10Speaker 1: of Arizona and our nation through the election of competent individuals.
- 4:15Speaker 1: While there is much more that I could express, I
- 4:18Speaker 1: must refrain from defending myself as I could potentially undermine
- 4:22Speaker 1: this objective. Since our conversation where I advised Lake to
- 4:26Speaker 1: postpone her campaign and aim for the government's position in
- 4:29Speaker 1: two years, she has been on a mission to destroy me.
- 4:33Speaker 1: It was a suggestion, maybe in good faith, believing it
- 4:36Speaker 1: could benefit both her future prospects and the party's overall strategy.
- 4:42Speaker 1: The release of our conversation by Lake confirms a disturbing
- 4:45Speaker 1: tendency to exploit private interactions for personal gain and increases
- 4:50Speaker 1: concerns about her habit of secretly recording personal and private conversations.
- 4:54Speaker 1: This is obviously a concern given how much interaction she
- 4:59Speaker 1: has with high profile people, including President Trump. I question
- 5:04Speaker 1: how he goes on to say effective a United States
- 5:07Speaker 1: Senator can be when they cannot be trusted to engage
- 5:09Speaker 1: in private and confidential conversations. I said things I regret,
- 5:14Speaker 1: but I realize, when hearing Lake's recordings that are recording singular,
- 5:19Speaker 1: that I was set up. I believe she orchestrated this
- 5:22Speaker 1: entire situation. I have control over the state Party, and
- 5:25Speaker 1: it is obvious from the recording that she crafted her
- 5:29Speaker 1: performance responses with the knowledge that she was recording it,
- 5:33Speaker 1: intending to use this recording later to portray herself as
- 5:37Speaker 1: a hero in her own story. This morning, I was
- 5:40Speaker 1: determined to fight for my position. However, a few hours ago,
- 5:44Speaker 1: I received an ultimatum from Lake's team resigned today or
- 5:49Speaker 1: face the release of a new, more damaging recording. I
- 5:53Speaker 1: am truly unsure of its contents, but considering our numerous
- 5:56Speaker 1: past open conversations as friends, I have decided not to
- 6:01Speaker 1: take the risk. I am resigning as Lake requested, and
- 6:05Speaker 1: hope that she will honor her commitment to cease her attacks,
- 6:09Speaker 1: allowing me to return to the business sector, a field
- 6:14Speaker 1: I find much more logical and prefer over politics. He
- 6:19Speaker 1: goes on to write, I am a proud supporter President Trump,
- 6:23Speaker 1: having worked diligently as the COO and CFO of his
- 6:27Speaker 1: twenty sixteen campaign, served in his administration for two years,
- 6:32Speaker 1: and returned as the COO of his twenty twenty campaign.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Like many Republicans, I'm eager to see him return to
- 6:38Speaker 1: the White House, bringing back low and inflation, a secure border,
- 6:43Speaker 1: and economic growth. President Trump is not only a successful businessman,
- 6:47Speaker 1: but also a passionate patriot. We have both faced the
- 6:51Speaker 1: challenges of dealing with unauthorized recordings, a situation no one
- 6:54Speaker 1: should endure. While I have occasionally critiqued some of his endorsement,
- 7:00Speaker 1: my admiration for his character has never faltered. My decision,
- 7:05Speaker 1: my dedication, i should say, remains with Arizona. Republicans are
- 7:09Speaker 1: commenable election elected officials and candidates who are champions of freedom,
- 7:15Speaker 1: as well as my friends in the Trump campaign, united
- 7:18Speaker 1: in our goal to reclaim the White House. Our party's
- 7:21Speaker 1: focus should be unity, integrity, the selection of candidates who
- 7:24Speaker 1: can truly lead and represent our values. We are weakened
- 7:27Speaker 1: by internal strifes, underheted tactics and the erosion of trust.
- 7:32Speaker 1: As someone who has dedicated countless unpaid hours to this cause.
- 7:37Speaker 1: I hope that every future party chairman is as committed
- 7:41Speaker 1: to steering our party towards a future that embodies our
- 7:44Speaker 1: core principles of unity, respect, and professionalism. In closing, my
- 7:48Speaker 1: actions will always reflect what's best for Arizona Republicans are
- 7:53Speaker 1: commendable elected officials and our mission to reclaim the White House.
- 7:58Speaker 1: This is all such a distract to that mission that
- 8:01Speaker 1: I am doing as Miss Lake wishes, and I am
- 8:06Speaker 1: stepping down his chairmer of the Arizona Republican Party. Now
- 8:09Speaker 1: that obviously is Jeff DeWitt. His resignation letter, let me
- 8:14Speaker 1: say one thing in here, when he says that they
- 8:16Speaker 1: told him that they if he didn't resign today, they
- 8:18Speaker 1: were going to put out a release, a new tape,
- 8:21Speaker 1: more damning recording, he said, I'm truly unsure of its contents,
- 8:25Speaker 1: but considering our numerous past open conversations as friends, I've
- 8:28Speaker 1: decided not to take the risk. What that means is
- 8:30Speaker 1: he said some things, probably about Donald Trump, and down
- 8:33Speaker 1: lower in that when he said, you know, basicallyedging it,
- 8:36Speaker 1: pledging his allegiance to Donald Trump. It's pretty clear. This
- 8:39Speaker 1: is my guess that he probably said Donald Trump picked
- 8:41Speaker 1: some bad candidates and really screwed up in some of
- 8:45Speaker 1: these different states in the last election cycle when he
- 8:47Speaker 1: picked people like doctor Oz, which were terrible. And by
- 8:50Speaker 1: the way, I've said that openly. I don't know why
- 8:52Speaker 1: he's afraid of that coming out, or it could have
- 8:54Speaker 1: been something maybe a lot worse than that. I don't know,
- 8:56Speaker 1: but it was obviously enough of a threat that he
- 8:58Speaker 1: decided to step down from position as the chair. All right,
- 9:03Speaker 1: let me tell you real quick about an amazing company.
- 9:05Speaker 1: And if you're like me, and you're sick and tire
- 9:07Speaker 1: to giving your money to companies that hate you, that
- 9:10Speaker 1: literally hate you, hate your family values, hate your Christian values,
- 9:13Speaker 1: hate your traditional values, well now there's an option. When
- 9:16Speaker 1: it comes to your cell phone. I have switched to
- 9:18Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile, and when I look at my phone every time,
- 9:21Speaker 1: and the top left it says Patriot. And I know
- 9:24Speaker 1: that when I pay my bill every month, that a
- 9:27Speaker 1: percentage of that bill, at no extra cost to me,
- 9:29Speaker 1: is going to go back to support conservative causes, candidates, organizations,
- 9:34Speaker 1: and most importantly to me, support the rights of unborn
- 9:38Speaker 1: children's country to live now I do that every month
- 9:41Speaker 1: because I love knowing that I'm giving my money to
- 9:44Speaker 1: a company that actually loves my values. For ten years,
- 9:47Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider,
- 9:52Speaker 1: and when I say only trust me, they are the
- 9:54Speaker 1: only one. Patriot Mobile is a great supporter of this show,
- 9:57Speaker 1: which is why I'm proud to partner with him. Because
- 9:59Speaker 1: it's work conservative ideals. Patriot Mobile offers dependable nationwide coverage,
- 10:04Speaker 1: giving you the ability to access all three major networks
- 10:07Speaker 1: the same exact cell phone towers you're using right now,
- 10:11Speaker 1: which means you get the same coverage you've been accustomed
- 10:14Speaker 1: to without funding the left. Now, when you switch to
- 10:16Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile, you're sending the message that you support free speech,
- 10:20Speaker 1: religious freedom, the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, and
- 10:22Speaker 1: our military veterans and first responder heroes. So check out

- 10:50Speaker 1: you get to decide if this is bribery or not.
- 10:54Speaker 1: And I'm going to play you the entire audio recording.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Let me explain why there's a lot of recordings that
- 10:59Speaker 1: are out there that are pieced together that I don't
- 11:01Speaker 1: think are accurate. I want you to hear the long version,
- 11:05Speaker 1: and I want you to decide what you think about this.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Now.
- 11:08Speaker 1: There are obviously many that are celebrating this in the
- 11:11Speaker 1: MAGA community, saying this is great that he's gone. This
- 11:14Speaker 1: guy sucks. You got to look at his past. He
- 11:17Speaker 1: worked for Donald Trump not once but twice in his
- 11:19Speaker 1: campaign capacity in Arizona to deliver Arizona. So keep that
- 11:24Speaker 1: in perspective as you as you listen to this. And
- 11:26Speaker 1: again I go back to what I said earlier. Taping
- 11:29Speaker 1: people that you think are your friends and then holding
- 11:32Speaker 1: it for ten months is leverage that just personally bothers me.
- 11:38Speaker 1: But listen to this and you tell me what you
- 11:40Speaker 1: think about.
- 11:41Speaker 2: This, what's going on? What is I'm assuming this is
- 11:44Speaker 2: our friend?
- 11:46Speaker 3: This is this is.
- 11:50Speaker 4: There are very powerful people want to keep you out.
- 11:55Speaker 5: They do, but they're willing to put.
- 11:58Speaker 3: Their money with their mouths in a big way. So
- 12:03Speaker 3: this conversations you never have.
- 12:04Speaker 2: This is crazy, though they should want me. I'm a
- 12:08Speaker 2: great candidate. People love me. These people are corrupt.
- 12:13Speaker 3: Well maybe you're right.
- 12:16Speaker 5: They are right, they are corrupt.
- 12:18Speaker 2: You don't know.
- 12:21Speaker 3: I'll get myself this if you if you say no,
- 12:24Speaker 3: it's just fine. It's your choice.
- 12:26Speaker 5: Don't tell people they're gonna try to have me murdered.
- 12:30Speaker 3: He says, world.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Man, get that stuff that came out last week is
- 12:34Speaker 4: right about the cartel stuff car They see the cartel's
- 12:37Speaker 4: offering in fifty states right now, I'm called fifty So.
- 12:41Speaker 5: So what what? What's going on? Who is it?
- 12:43Speaker 3: What forget to who? Let me just tell you what.
- 12:49Speaker 5: I just say.
- 12:49Speaker 3: There are people calling around saying, gosh, no, they can't
- 12:54Speaker 3: pay this. Never beat this. If you say no, don't
- 12:55Speaker 3: you say I got offered to buy out? Yeah, because
- 12:59Speaker 3: then we lose our bill to get things done in
- 13:01Speaker 3: the future.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Here's my problem, rather than just say, let's work with her.
- 13:06Speaker 2: She's a great candidate, because they don't own me, and
- 13:10Speaker 2: it pisses me off.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Yes, my ownership.
- 13:16Speaker 5: It's about control.
- 13:18Speaker 3: I don't know what's about control. It's about being on
- 13:24Speaker 3: the team.
- 13:25Speaker 2: I guess that's they want to be on the team.
- 13:29Speaker 2: They want you to be on their team. But if
- 13:32Speaker 2: they're pushing a globalist agenda, I can't do that. So
- 13:35Speaker 2: what do they want? What do they want me to do?
- 13:37Speaker 4: You want to stay opportunities, but let't tell you what
- 13:43Speaker 4: I can after you. But I said, you can do
- 13:51Speaker 4: whatever you want talking. So the ask of me was
- 13:55Speaker 4: it's kind of funny. So the ask I got.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Today from back east was this, Yes, it's six of us.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Is there any companies out there or something that could
- 14:03Speaker 3: just put her on the payroll and give her keep brown?
- 14:06Speaker 3: And I said, what do you wanting to do? Whatever
- 14:10Speaker 3: you need to do.
- 14:10Speaker 2: This is about defeating Trump, and I think that's a bad,
- 14:14Speaker 2: bad thing for our country. DeSantis is not America.
- 14:18Speaker 5: First.
- 14:20Speaker 2: This is about the final death blow to Trump, and
- 14:25Speaker 2: I don't think that's good for our country.
- 14:27Speaker 3: I don't think you, but I love Trump.
- 14:29Speaker 5: It's not good for our country. Job it's not.
- 14:33Speaker 3: But at the same time, I'm not even true Trump
- 14:38Speaker 3: from anything. Oh, I don't, Joan. I think what it
- 14:43Speaker 3: really comes out to for a lot of people, it's
- 14:45Speaker 3: not only about.
- 14:46Speaker 4: Control or agenda. This is about the ability to raise
- 14:50Speaker 4: the line to win. You know, if you really are
- 14:52Speaker 4: on all.
- 14:53Speaker 3: Who those plas and another back and then even on.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Their like what makes them the last n I know,
- 15:00Speaker 2: there's all these insultants don't want their payday to end,
- 15:05Speaker 2: and I don't want to make a deal with these
- 15:07Speaker 2: kind of people. This is a hill worth dying on.
- 15:11Speaker 2: I'm not if they're going to steal the election to
- 15:14Speaker 2: make me and our movement go away, I'm not letting
- 15:17Speaker 2: him do that. I owe it to the people of
- 15:19Speaker 2: Arizona or to carry their torch.
- 15:21Speaker 5: And the voice or you don't go away, but pause.
- 15:28Speaker 5: This is the battles right now, Jeff Paw and you
- 15:31Speaker 5: their couts. No, the battle is right now.
- 15:36Speaker 2: The battle is right now, and we don't have time
- 15:39Speaker 2: to pause on this battlefield.
- 15:41Speaker 4: You're not.
- 15:45Speaker 3: What you can't scratch this out?
- 15:48Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't want me to offer them.
- 15:52Speaker 3: And they're sitting on people that have some cofers. It's
- 15:57Speaker 3: just it's it's a it's a bachelors club, that's all.
- 15:59Speaker 2: DC.
- 16:00Speaker 3: This is a big question.
- 16:02Speaker 4: You're no, you're no position discratching what he's back and
- 16:04Speaker 4: you've already made it known that if you get there.
- 16:05Speaker 3: In discretions, fact I outscratch.
- 16:07Speaker 4: People's fact I was I've been on the outs for
- 16:09Speaker 4: a lot of people for a long time.
- 16:10Speaker 3: I want spresh, wives, Where are we in two years?
- 16:14Speaker 5: Could you again listen to what you're saying.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Why don't we do something about it so that we
- 16:21Speaker 2: the people can pick our.
- 16:22Speaker 3: What can we do?
- 16:23Speaker 2: I'm not willing to accept that. Then I'm going to
- 16:25Speaker 2: be the biggest pain in these people. Go back and
- 16:28Speaker 2: tell them that I'm running and I'm going to be
- 16:31Speaker 2: the biggest pain in the.
- 16:33Speaker 3: And I'm willing to tell them.
- 16:35Speaker 5: That, and They're going to have to kill me to
- 16:39Speaker 5: stop me.
- 16:39Speaker 3: I work.
- 16:42Speaker 5: You don't have to tell them that, but I don't
- 16:44Speaker 5: think they will.
- 16:44Speaker 3: But not.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Either they come around and try to work with me
- 16:51Speaker 2: or I'm just in entail. That would entail not telling
- 16:56Speaker 2: Layman's telling me you got to distance yourself from Trump.
- 16:59Speaker 5: No, you just since yourself from DeSantis.
- 17:02Speaker 2: But what I'm saying is, don't tell people that I'm
- 17:05Speaker 2: with Trump. Okay, I want to work for the betterment
- 17:08Speaker 2: of Arizona. I'm not going to let these people back
- 17:11Speaker 2: in DC. Tell me, not your bun I'm telling them
- 17:13Speaker 2: that's one. I'm not going to pause for two years.
- 17:16Speaker 2: The battle is now. I'm offended by whoever these people are,
- 17:19Speaker 2: that they're trying to buy me out, and.
- 17:21Speaker 3: You should be honored.
- 17:23Speaker 2: But I'm offended that there's people back there you just
- 17:26Speaker 2: don't get about our country.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Do you understand? Though you should be honored, that that
- 17:30Speaker 3: means they know how powerful you are.
- 17:32Speaker 5: Well, you can tell them that we're powerful.
- 17:34Speaker 3: They wouldn't They wouldn't want to have this conversation. Yeah, right,
- 17:38Speaker 3: you should. Very few people get this.
- 17:40Speaker 1: I know.
- 17:40Speaker 2: I'm just I'm pissed that they don't care more about
- 17:43Speaker 2: our country. It's all about the mighty dollar to them,
- 17:45Speaker 2: and that's offensive.
- 17:46Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 17:47Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 17:49Speaker 5: They want to get Trump so bad, they want them
- 17:52Speaker 5: out so bad.
- 17:52Speaker 3: Trump this, but.
- 18:00Speaker 5: Some people are listen, I can win.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Why don't you go back and tell him that I
- 18:04Speaker 2: can win and won't take it behind me.
- 18:08Speaker 4: I just see, I see these things two different things.
- 18:11Speaker 4: It's very personal to you. This is you, this is
- 18:13Speaker 4: your name on about her?
- 18:14Speaker 3: Can I get that?
- 18:17Speaker 1: I want to just pause here, and I want you
- 18:20Speaker 1: to think about a couple of things here. One he's
- 18:24Speaker 1: a GOP chairman. He's talking to people out east. They're
- 18:28Speaker 1: telling him they don't like her, they don't wonder, they
- 18:30Speaker 1: don't think she can win. He also said on the
- 18:32Speaker 1: record he doesn't think Donald Trump can win. He's concerned
- 18:36Speaker 1: about that as well. And she's saying you can't buy me,
- 18:41Speaker 1: and he's saying you should be flattered. Now that really
- 18:45Speaker 1: bothers me. One of the things here that was said
- 18:50Speaker 1: a moment ago was this comment that was basically saying
- 18:55Speaker 1: you should be flattered that people want to keep you out.
- 18:58Speaker 1: And I said, it bothers me. Let me explain to
- 19:01Speaker 1: you why it bothers me. It's this idea that there
- 19:04Speaker 1: is such arrogance of these establishment Republicans that they think
- 19:10Speaker 1: they can just buy off anybody with Okay, you go
- 19:12Speaker 1: sit on this board, here's some money. Shut up and
- 19:16Speaker 1: sit down. We'll tell you when it's your time to
- 19:18Speaker 1: run again, you need to stop. You not run this time.
- 19:21Speaker 1: We're gonna buy you out, right, Like that's what we're
- 19:24Speaker 1: gonna do. We're gonna you're gonna lose. We're not gonna
- 19:27Speaker 1: support you, We're gonna give money. We're gonna make sure
- 19:29Speaker 1: the money's cut off from you, and the establishment's been
- 19:32Speaker 1: doing this to great candets for a long time. There
- 19:35Speaker 1: are a lot of hardcore conservative candidates that don't have
- 19:37Speaker 1: the establishment backing, and this is exactly how they're treated.
- 19:41Speaker 1: They shut down the money. I mean, we've seen this
- 19:43Speaker 1: with Mitch McConnell, for example, shutting off the money to
- 19:46Speaker 1: hardcore conservative candets in the House and the Senate because
- 19:49Speaker 1: he doesn't like dealing with him, because he can't tell
- 19:51Speaker 1: them to shut up and sit down on all of
- 19:54Speaker 1: the issues. That's one of the reasons why clearly they
- 19:57Speaker 1: don't want Krylake to win the Senate seat. And he says,
- 20:00Speaker 1: this chairman, you know, you should be flattered. He also
- 20:03Speaker 1: said something else, he said, you have nothing to offer them.
- 20:06Speaker 1: There's no way for you to scratch their back, right, Like,
- 20:08Speaker 1: what do you have to offer them? Well, that's also
- 20:12Speaker 1: a problem in politics. It shouldn't be about what you
- 20:15Speaker 1: have to offer a person individually. It should be how
- 20:17Speaker 1: good of a leader they are for the people they
- 20:19Speaker 1: represent in the state of Arizona in this example, or
- 20:21Speaker 1: any other state where there's an elected official running. Now,
- 20:24Speaker 1: I personally believe that this GOP chairman should have not
- 20:30Speaker 1: walked in there to quote broker this deal. Certainly not
- 20:33Speaker 1: this way. I think you should have come in and said, hey,
- 20:36Speaker 1: they want you out. They're not going to support you,
- 20:38Speaker 1: they want you to wait for two years. If you're
- 20:40Speaker 1: willing to wait for two years or willing to give
- 20:41Speaker 1: you a really fat paycheck and take care of you
- 20:45Speaker 1: that way, I think it's bs cary. I think you
- 20:49Speaker 1: should do whatever you want to do, what you think
- 20:50Speaker 1: is right. But I told them, as the chairman of
- 20:53Speaker 1: the party, I would at least give the message. But
- 20:56Speaker 1: I think it's crap and you need to do it's
- 20:57Speaker 1: best for you and what you think is right with
- 21:00Speaker 1: your timing. Now, that is, in my opinion, what a
- 21:02Speaker 1: good GOP chairman would have done. You can relay a message,
- 21:05Speaker 1: that's fine, and if you're the intermediary, relay it, but
- 21:08Speaker 1: don't sell it the way that he's selling it. Right now, Well,
- 21:11Speaker 1: you've got nothing to offer, Well, I think Trump is
- 21:13Speaker 1: probably not gonna win. Well, I think that you know
- 21:15Speaker 1: you should sit and wait two more years. You know,
- 21:18Speaker 1: that's where he screwed up. And in my opinion, that
- 21:20Speaker 1: is exactly the moment when it cost him his job,
- 21:24Speaker 1: because he was clearly acting on the interest of people
- 21:26Speaker 1: that by the way out out east as he described it,
- 21:28Speaker 1: meaning they're not even in Arizona. So the question is
- 21:31Speaker 1: was this even what was good for Arizona? Was this
- 21:34Speaker 1: good for the people of Arizona. The way that he
- 21:37Speaker 1: described it sounds like there's people outside of Arizona that
- 21:43Speaker 1: are controlling who gets to run for office within Arizona.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Now I would say this, I want to know who
- 21:50Speaker 1: the names are. I want to know who the people are.
- 21:53Speaker 1: I want to know who the people are that are bribing,
- 21:55Speaker 1: and I want to know where else they're doing it
- 21:57Speaker 1: around the country, because clearly it's not just in Arizona
- 22:00Speaker 1: where they'll show up and talk to somebody and say, Okay,
- 22:02Speaker 1: here's what we need you to do. We need you
- 22:04Speaker 1: not to run. We're gonna put you on the board
- 22:06Speaker 1: of this company. We're gonna get you a job making
- 22:08Speaker 1: a bunch of money at this company. We're gonna give
- 22:09Speaker 1: you some cash over at this company, right because that's
- 22:12Speaker 1: what the offer is. So clearly this is a tried
- 22:14Speaker 1: and true policy that's happened, a plan that has happened,
- 22:19Speaker 1: i should say, multiple times, with multiple candidates, probably around
- 22:23Speaker 1: the country. Again, based on what we're hearing now. Listen
- 22:26Speaker 1: to part two of this conversation again. This is the
- 22:29Speaker 1: chairman former now chairman of the Republican Party of Arizona
- 22:35Speaker 1: and Cary Lake in her home apparently listen.
- 22:38Speaker 3: It's a very personal point.
- 22:41Speaker 2: Well, I have a appointment coming up and I have
- 22:45Speaker 2: to work on my book. Yeah, I'm not gonna I
- 22:48Speaker 2: appreciate their concern, just.
- 22:53Speaker 3: To say, is there a number which.
- 22:58Speaker 2: I can be bought? That's what it's about. Ticking hawks
- 23:02Speaker 2: for governors now do no.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Got to be clear, that is bribery. When he when
- 23:12Speaker 1: she tries to end that conversation and says, you know,
- 23:19Speaker 1: I got I got a call to do, and I
- 23:21Speaker 1: got some work doing. I got back on my book.
- 23:22Speaker 1: And he says, well, hold on, is there a number?
- 23:26Speaker 1: And she says, to be Bonnie, He's like, no, not
- 23:28Speaker 1: to be bought, but just to hit a pause. That's
- 23:29Speaker 1: being bought, folks, Like he knows that's being bought. She
- 23:32Speaker 1: knows that's what's being bought. And this is the reason
- 23:35Speaker 1: why I said earlier in general, I don't like it
- 23:37Speaker 1: when people's conversations are recorded, Like I think, like when
- 23:41Speaker 1: you don't when you're when you're recording somebody in their
- 23:43Speaker 1: own home, uh this you know in this or they're
- 23:46Speaker 1: recording you when they invite you into their home. I
- 23:48Speaker 1: think it's just principally wrong. However, if you're Carrie Lake
- 23:53Speaker 1: and this is what's happened to you on the regular
- 23:57Speaker 1: by the chairman of the GOP party, and apparently there
- 23:59Speaker 1: were other taps so she recorded there, there is a
- 24:04Speaker 1: question here was this the right thing to expose it
- 24:07Speaker 1: this way and cost him as chairmanship. It's obviously going
- 24:10Speaker 1: to affect him in a very negative way in business
- 24:13Speaker 1: as well. But what you just heard there was very
- 24:16Speaker 1: clear bribery. I'm going to back it up about twenty seconds.
- 24:20Speaker 1: I want you to hear it again, and I'll let
- 24:21Speaker 1: the play the tape play out.
- 24:24Speaker 3: Is there a.
- 24:24Speaker 2: Number which I can be bought?
- 24:28Speaker 5: That's what it's about. You can take a hawks for cost.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Go right back to.
- 24:33Speaker 2: No. Ten million, twenty million, third, no, no, no, a billion. No.
- 24:40Speaker 5: This is not about money. This is about our country.
- 24:43Speaker 2: I think it's disturbing that they would even that anybody
- 24:47Speaker 2: would think this is to be fair.
- 24:49Speaker 4: Even me, even me, I'll say this, I want fresh
- 24:52Speaker 4: fats right now for the reason that I've never seen anyone.
- 24:56Speaker 3: I can't think of a single person in food lost
- 25:00Speaker 3: Randon in a walk.
- 25:04Speaker 1: I'm not going to By the way, notice that what
- 25:06Speaker 1: he just said, he said, I'm ready for a new face.
- 25:10Speaker 1: So he's a part of this group now right. They're
- 25:12Speaker 1: trying to orchestrate this. They don't want Cary Lake to win.
- 25:16Speaker 1: They don't think that she can win. And and what
- 25:19Speaker 1: he just said there was I'm ready for a new face.
- 25:21Speaker 1: So he's telling Cary Lake, I don't want you to
- 25:23Speaker 1: run either, So give me a number. Let's pause, you
- 25:28Speaker 1: make some cash for the next couple of years, right,
- 25:31Speaker 1: and and then and then we'll revisit you running for governor.
- 25:35Speaker 1: That is the offer. What is your number? And listen
- 25:39Speaker 1: to how frustrated I'm going to back it up. About
- 25:41Speaker 1: ten seconds Cary becomes At that point.
- 25:44Speaker 4: He lost, I'm.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Not going to let these people who hate off country
- 25:53Speaker 2: tell me nota.
- 25:54Speaker 5: You should call them and.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Tell them to get behind me.
- 25:57Speaker 5: I can win and they should get behind me.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Have to say the voice.
- 26:01Speaker 4: Yeah, do you think if my words will carry anyway?
- 26:05Speaker 2: Okay, well, did you think you would come in here
- 26:07Speaker 2: and that I would be bought?
- 26:10Speaker 3: Yes?
- 26:12Speaker 2: It is being bought. They are trying to buy me
- 26:15Speaker 2: out of running. And it's it's actually, I mean, all right,
- 26:18Speaker 2: I'm flattered. It's I'm offended for our country. We have
- 26:22Speaker 2: people like this who live here. Exists.
- 26:25Speaker 3: Is it can give you an incredible opportunity to have
- 26:30Speaker 3: a bigger voice to fight for stuff.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Than parent.
- 26:39Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't want to deal with people like this.
- 26:42Speaker 2: These people are an American and I think they're unethical
- 26:47Speaker 2: and I would be absolutely immoral if I did that.
- 26:51Speaker 3: I can't.
- 26:53Speaker 4: That's you know, It's just it's very powerful people that
- 26:59Speaker 4: are willing to They really want something different.
- 27:02Speaker 3: They want new names. Whatever it is.
- 27:05Speaker 5: That's a new name.
- 27:06Speaker 3: No, actually that's not even that that's a possibility.
- 27:08Speaker 2: But they're even asking me, like, I know, they've got
- 27:11Speaker 2: all these new names, and I'm going to be each
- 27:12Speaker 2: and every one of them. Sorry, Jack, take it back,
- 27:14Speaker 2: take it back to them.
- 27:18Speaker 5: I gotta I gotta get working. I love you, but
- 27:20Speaker 5: I gotta be working.
- 27:21Speaker 3: All right, I appreciate it.
- 27:23Speaker 5: I mean, I'm just I can't believe this.
- 27:30Speaker 4: Instead of they just look instead of just them working
- 27:33Speaker 4: to beat you, they're trying to like.
- 27:36Speaker 2: There, this is about getting Trump out. It's about DeSantis
- 27:45Speaker 2: getting in Desanta sid I'm getting Santis is getting Trump out.
- 27:50Speaker 3: He's reading too deep into it.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Well, let's see what happens. Maybe my case will go through,
- 27:56Speaker 2: maybe they'll do the right thing. I hope so I
- 28:01Speaker 2: do too, that's my first goal. But they can't have
- 28:04Speaker 2: me in the governor's office because then we are going
- 28:06Speaker 2: to root out some of this corruption.
- 28:10Speaker 3: You know what it is.
- 28:10Speaker 2: The people don't get to choose their elected officials unless
- 28:13Speaker 2: they're pre approved.
- 28:14Speaker 5: By the swamp, and the swamp doesn't approve of me.
- 28:19Speaker 2: I think you should go public with this and then say, hey,
- 28:22Speaker 2: these people don't want to they.
- 28:23Speaker 5: Don't want there.
- 28:24Speaker 3: I turned my key in my car and.
- 28:29Speaker 5: Tell them I'm not flattered. I'm offended that this conversation.
- 28:33Speaker 5: I'm offended that they don't care about our country more.
- 28:38Speaker 4: I actually wish you just give me a counter offer
- 28:40Speaker 4: this big give me count I can't.
- 28:43Speaker 5: I can't be bought. I can't Okay, bye bye.
- 28:49Speaker 1: I can't be bought. Give them a counter offer. Give
- 28:52Speaker 1: them a counter offer. Now, there are two things here
- 28:56Speaker 1: that you need to understand. The takeaways. Number one, I
- 28:59Speaker 1: think it's pretty clear that this guy made a massive
- 29:01Speaker 1: mistake in number two. I think it's abundantly clear that
- 29:04Speaker 1: he isn't even the guy that I care about anymore.
- 29:06Speaker 1: I want to know who the names are. I want
- 29:09Speaker 1: to name names. I want to know who the people
- 29:11Speaker 1: are within the Republican movement that are going around the
- 29:15Speaker 1: country from out east bribing different people to not run
- 29:19Speaker 1: for office who they don't like, because this is obviously
- 29:23Speaker 1: how they run things, this is how they do the business,
- 29:26Speaker 1: and it's obvious. Okay, it is obvious. This is not
- 29:31Speaker 1: the first time they've done this. Make sure you share
