- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know y'all looking back to back down, giving them
- 0:15Speaker 1: like theming bu bu things and it's not true. Good
- 0:21Speaker 1: Steve to mother start joy. You gotta use that turn out.
- 1:24Speaker 1: You gotta turn to turn them out. Turn got to
- 1:44Speaker 1: turn out to turn the water the water. Come, come
- 1:58Speaker 1: on your baby, uh I show? Well, good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 1: You are listening to the voice, Come on dig me now,
- 2:07Speaker 1: one and all is Steve Harvey got a radio show
- 2:13Speaker 1: particular me this morning. Steve Harvey got a radio show
- 2:18Speaker 1: feel with nothing but joy and hope about it too.
- 2:22Speaker 1: You know, it's a great thing to be able to
- 2:23Speaker 1: wake up in the morning with peace in your heart
- 2:26Speaker 1: and joy. Peace and joy is is immeasurable. It has
- 2:31Speaker 1: a value attached to it, and I have no idea
- 2:34Speaker 1: what it is. It's invaluable. It is worth so much
- 2:37Speaker 1: more than any amount of money you can make. Peace
- 2:41Speaker 1: and joy. I have not always had that. I have
- 2:46Speaker 1: not always been a peaceful person or a person who
- 2:50Speaker 1: lived his life in a joy spirit. It took an
- 2:55Speaker 1: arrival at this moment. Some people arrive sooner than others.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I wish I had arrived at this point sooner, but
- 3:04Speaker 1: I think it was necessary for me to learn a
- 3:06Speaker 1: few things too. That's the amazing thing I've learned about
- 3:10Speaker 1: life is that instead of reflecting on your past incidences
- 3:18Speaker 1: and calling them failures, instead of focusing on the negative
- 3:22Speaker 1: and calling them bad times, I look at them now
- 3:27Speaker 1: as experiences. I had to have those experiences that were negative,
- 3:32Speaker 1: that were good, positive, wrong, even I had to have
- 3:37Speaker 1: all those experiences to become to shape who we are today.
- 3:44Speaker 1: We all have to have them. If you look back
- 3:47Speaker 1: at all the negative experiences you've had, all the things
- 3:51Speaker 1: that you called failures, all the businesses I started that
- 3:55Speaker 1: went under, all of the jobs I had that I
- 3:58Speaker 1: was fired from, all the shows that were canceled, all
- 4:02Speaker 1: of the times I thought I was gonna get something
- 4:05Speaker 1: happened in my way and turned out I didn't get
- 4:07Speaker 1: it at all. When you look at all of it,
- 4:10Speaker 1: all of it, hopefully along the way, what you have
- 4:13Speaker 1: done as a person is you've taken those negatives and
- 4:18Speaker 1: those failures and you've used them for what they actually are.
- 4:21Speaker 1: They are experiences, and they've now created in you an
- 4:26Speaker 1: experienced person, and you know that is worth something. That's
- 4:33Speaker 1: then it becomes a positive. But what too many people
- 4:37Speaker 1: do is they let the negative things that have happened
- 4:40Speaker 1: in their life. They allow the failures that have happened
- 4:43Speaker 1: in them lives never to manifest themselves as experiences. And
- 4:48Speaker 1: you sit up there and you dwell on it, and
- 4:50Speaker 1: you dwell on it until you have this woe is
- 4:53Speaker 1: me attitude. Stop looking at it like that, y'all. You
- 4:57Speaker 1: go through things in order to become the person that
- 5:00Speaker 1: you are today. I'll tell you who you sometimes have
- 5:03Speaker 1: to sit down and talk to. Sometimes you are to
- 5:05Speaker 1: sit down to an inmate that really gets it, an
- 5:09Speaker 1: inmate that says, man, I've actually heard inmates say it
- 5:13Speaker 1: to me and write to me, and they've said things like, man,
- 5:17Speaker 1: coming to prison, save my life. Now those of you
- 5:20Speaker 1: have never gone, how can he say a thing like that?
- 5:22Speaker 1: But some men, no, Man, I was so far out
- 5:26Speaker 1: there that if I had stayed out there, I wouldn't
- 5:28Speaker 1: even be here today. This actually allowed me to stop,
- 5:31Speaker 1: spend some time with myself and learn some things about me.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Now does that happen for everybody like that? Now? But
- 5:38Speaker 1: here's a person who was taking an experience that could
- 5:41Speaker 1: be considered a failure or a negative and turning it
- 5:44Speaker 1: into a positive and using it to enrich their lives.
- 5:47Speaker 1: You can do it no matter what your set of
- 5:49Speaker 1: circumstances is. I recommend to everybody that you try changing
- 5:54Speaker 1: your outlook in order to change your outcome. Everything that
- 5:58Speaker 1: happens to you that's negative or consider a failure their experiences.
- 6:01Speaker 1: You've got to go through these things in order to
- 6:03Speaker 1: have the knowledge that you have today. So I wish
- 6:07Speaker 1: that I had come to this arrival that I mean now,
- 6:10Speaker 1: this place of peace and joy. But then guess what,
- 6:13Speaker 1: I would not know what I know. I could not
- 6:16Speaker 1: share some of the things that I'm able to share
- 6:19Speaker 1: if I had not gone through some of them. And
- 6:21Speaker 1: sometimes that's the purpose of them, is to teach you
- 6:24Speaker 1: a lesson because you know, God has a plan for you,
- 6:27Speaker 1: He really really does. And eventually he can use you
- 6:30Speaker 1: no matter how old you are, and he can use
- 6:33Speaker 1: you no matter how young you are. If you just say, Okay,
- 6:36Speaker 1: I'm ready to hear your plan. I've tried mine, mine
- 6:39Speaker 1: ain't worked out. What's your plan for me? God, what
- 6:43Speaker 1: do you want me to do? That's why I say
- 6:45Speaker 1: every day Steve Harvey got Radio Show, y'all, because man,
- 6:48Speaker 1: I ain't see it coming. I didn't see that coming.
- 6:51Speaker 1: I ain't see this book coming. I ain't seen I
- 6:53Speaker 1: ain't seen it. Half of the amazing things that are
- 6:56Speaker 1: happened to me, I didn't plan them. I was sitting there,
- 6:59Speaker 1: man and asking God for some direction. And then I
- 7:03Speaker 1: got smart enough to stay watchful, be a hard worker
- 7:06Speaker 1: now because faithful, our works is dead, and it came.
- 7:09Speaker 1: And I remind you of this. God has given all
- 7:12Speaker 1: of you a gift. Every last one of you listening
- 7:15Speaker 1: has a gift. God has never created a soul that
- 7:18Speaker 1: he did not provide a gift to. God gives everyone
- 7:21Speaker 1: a gift, and a gift is not just singing, rapping entertainment.
- 7:27Speaker 1: The richer gifts are much more than that. Teachers are
- 7:30Speaker 1: gifted people who really have the gift of sharing information.
- 7:34Speaker 1: That's a gift, you know, and in that you can
- 7:38Speaker 1: become great. You know a lot of people people think
- 7:44Speaker 1: that successful and greatness is the same thing. Cornell West
- 7:48Speaker 1: said it at my daughter's graduation. He was a spokesperson.
- 7:51Speaker 1: He said something so pointed. He said, don't ever confuse
- 7:54Speaker 1: success with greatness. The two have nothing to do with
- 7:58Speaker 1: each other. People determine success about money and fame and
- 8:02Speaker 1: all this here, but greatness. Greatness ain't got nothing to
- 8:06Speaker 1: do with your money. It ain't got nothing to do
- 8:08Speaker 1: with your fame. It's how you conduct your life. It's
- 8:11Speaker 1: how meaningful and significant you become in your community, at
- 8:15Speaker 1: your church, on your job, to the cub Scout unit
- 8:19Speaker 1: that you run, to the little girls lives that you change,
- 8:22Speaker 1: that that little center in the hood. Who are you
- 8:25Speaker 1: just one place of hope to so many people and
- 8:28Speaker 1: they come back. And I used the example of lou
- 8:30Speaker 1: Danzler who passed away in La who had the Boys
- 8:33Speaker 1: and Girls Challenges Club out in La. And he wasn't
- 8:36Speaker 1: a rich man at all, and if you walk by him,
- 8:38Speaker 1: you wouldn't even know who he was. But if you
- 8:40Speaker 1: look at all the people who have gone on to
- 8:43Speaker 1: become politicians, who have gone on to become CEO's, who
- 8:47Speaker 1: have gone on to become athletes, that have passed through
- 8:50Speaker 1: this man's small building in the hood in La, he
- 8:54Speaker 1: was a great trust me man prad changes things. I
- 8:58Speaker 1: said all the time. But when you see will become
- 9:00Speaker 1: successful or great that somebody praying somewhere may not even
- 9:04Speaker 1: beat them, maybe it's day, Mama. You know I think
- 9:06Speaker 1: of Tiger Woods and all the greatness he's accomplished. You
- 9:09Speaker 1: know they always talk about as farther than all this here,
- 9:12Speaker 1: somebody somewhere praying for Tiger Woods. I got cash money
- 9:17Speaker 1: riding on that Tiger Woods. Mama is a praying woman
- 9:20Speaker 1: or something. My mother was. She prayed me into this
- 9:23Speaker 1: place because she should call me all the time. Praying
- 9:25Speaker 1: for your boy, and prayer changes things. It really does.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Try it today. It can change you. It has changed
- 9:33Speaker 1: millions of people. Open up yourself to the greatness that's
- 9:36Speaker 1: in you because God is giving you a gift. Now
- 9:39Speaker 1: the fact that you ain't using it. Who fought you
- 9:41Speaker 1: think that is? I'm just telling you you got one,
- 9:45Speaker 1: and if you start praying about it, it'll manifest itself
- 9:49Speaker 1: and you can become one or two things, successful or
- 9:52Speaker 1: great or both. You can make the decision. Today morning show,
- 10:03Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, it is the world famous Steve Harby
- 10:06Speaker 1: Morning Show, and it is the world famous nephew holding
- 10:09Speaker 1: it down today. Yes, Uncle Steve is out and the
- 10:12Speaker 1: nephew is in. Don't you feel How do you feel
- 10:15Speaker 1: about that? I feel good? It's the sexy nephew, running
- 10:17Speaker 1: this thing. I love it. I love it. In today's
- 10:20Speaker 1: show is dedicated to Tommy's essential workers, because I have
- 10:24Speaker 1: workers that don't get the credit that they need, Okay,
- 10:28Speaker 1: Like like the waitress at the strip club. That's that's
- 10:31Speaker 1: Tommy's essential you know, workless people like that. You know
- 10:36Speaker 1: the yard man, the one that worked the weed even
- 10:38Speaker 1: he is essential to me, all right. The person at
- 10:41Speaker 1: the wind the chick Fi late, very nice people over there.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Those are cential workers as far as Tommy is concerned.
- 10:47Speaker 1: And we'll get through more as we go through the morning.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Chairlely Strawberry. How you doing. Hey, good morning. Tell me

- 12:00Speaker 1: which is six, right, June six, which is six six?
- 12:06Speaker 1: How can I get another six out of that? Let
- 12:08Speaker 1: me figure this out. Sixty six sixty six not what
- 12:14Speaker 1: I mean. He would be sixty so well, he's just
- 12:18Speaker 1: trying to get the sixes. YEA, well, I just say,
- 12:26Speaker 1: hold onto your birthday, President elect, Joe Biden. They might
- 12:29Speaker 1: try to take that from you too. Jesus, they ain't
- 12:32Speaker 1: taking note. We're going in there. We're going in the
- 12:34Speaker 1: White House in January. And isn't he supposed to come
- 12:36Speaker 1: out in December? Who the president after the Electoral College
- 12:42Speaker 1: certifies everything? Right? Yeah, he can come on nowhere, he
- 12:47Speaker 1: can come on out. We don't need that Christmas tree light,
- 12:49Speaker 1: none of that. Come on out pressure. Just stop getting
- 12:51Speaker 1: comfortable in that quick going an old losses sitting down. Yeah.
- 12:56Speaker 1: See Rudy Giuliani yesterday he was working on behalf of
- 13:01Speaker 1: the president trying to trying to get you know, um
- 13:04Speaker 1: uh them to the states to resend the vote, to
- 13:07Speaker 1: recount them or whatever. But his die on his hairs. Yeah,
- 13:17Speaker 1: I thought it was like maybe it's something no hair
- 13:22Speaker 1: die disaster, that's what it die. Yeah, yeah, that's not
- 13:27Speaker 1: just for me. And right there he got the wrong thing.
- 13:30Speaker 1: That ain't what that is. That's not that. That's crazy.
- 13:36Speaker 1: All right, coming up thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:39Speaker 1: the nephew is here for asked the nephew. Can you

- 16:15Speaker 1: thank you, thank you. All right, it is time for
- 16:17Speaker 1: ask the nephew. This one, nephew, you're ready, ask me,
- 16:22Speaker 1: ask me? Okay, all right. This one is from Leandra
- 16:25Speaker 1: in Chesapeake, Virginia. She says, I'm a twenty seven year
- 16:28Speaker 1: old female and I'm in a long term relationship with
- 16:30Speaker 1: a man in jail. He's twenty nine and got locked
- 16:33Speaker 1: up for credit card fraud and he was supposed to
- 16:37Speaker 1: do eight months, but he keeps getting time at it
- 16:39Speaker 1: on the sentence because he's crazy and paranoid. My ex
- 16:42Speaker 1: boyfriend is in jail with him, and they cannot stand
- 16:46Speaker 1: each other. My ex boyfriend keeps telling my man that
- 16:49Speaker 1: I've been writing him letters and answering his phone calls.
- 16:52Speaker 1: My ex is lying, and every time they get in
- 16:54Speaker 1: a fight, my man has to stay in jail longer.
- 16:57Speaker 1: How can I get my boyfriend to believe me and
- 17:00Speaker 1: at him? Why don't we let both of them go
- 17:04Speaker 1: and find us a man that ain't in jail. Why
- 17:06Speaker 1: don't we do that free? Yeah, that's free. Why you
- 17:09Speaker 1: meeting people that's constantly on the way to jail. You
- 17:11Speaker 1: need to find you a man that ain't locked up,
- 17:14Speaker 1: that ain't got ain't paranoid, and ain't in jail fighting.
- 17:17Speaker 1: How about we find us a good man, good job,
- 17:20Speaker 1: doing something positive, and ain't got his answer in jail.
- 17:22Speaker 1: How about we do that? Well, this is scary because
- 17:25Speaker 1: you're actually helping her. This is something Yeah that was
- 17:28Speaker 1: almost asked, Thomas. Go ahead, go ahead, right, all right, Teresa,
- 17:31Speaker 1: and bad Mrutually, Louisiana says, I'm thirty three and married
- 17:35Speaker 1: to wonderful man and we're raising three beautiful children. But
- 17:38Speaker 1: my two year old may not be my husband's baby.
- 17:41Speaker 1: I had a one night stand in Miami, hum with
- 17:44Speaker 1: an old friend, and I ended up pregnant after that,
- 17:48Speaker 1: so I don't know if my husband's baby. If it's
- 17:50Speaker 1: my husband's baby or the other guys. The baby is
- 17:53Speaker 1: starting to look more like the other guy, so I'm
- 17:55Speaker 1: afraid it might be his child. The baby has a
- 17:58Speaker 1: nose just like the other guy, and his hair is curly,
- 18:02Speaker 1: unlike my other two kids. Should I get a DNA
- 18:05Speaker 1: test from the other guy or do I keep it
- 18:07Speaker 1: a secret forever and let my husband raise this baby?
- 18:11Speaker 1: Oh my god, no, don't say nothing. Just what you
- 18:14Speaker 1: need to do. You need to get that baby a
- 18:15Speaker 1: nose job to look like that other man. You got
- 18:20Speaker 1: it now, and you got to get a pressing call
- 18:23Speaker 1: and straighten out that curlly hal so that baby don't
- 18:26Speaker 1: look like Yeah, so that baby don't be looking like that,
- 18:29Speaker 1: you know, close to that other man. Fix that nose.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Go on to get the job. Great man, hat get
- 18:34Speaker 1: it kinked up. I'm assuming he got some rugged hat.
- 18:37Speaker 1: That's cool. Let's rugg it up so we can keep
- 18:40Speaker 1: that baby. All you gotta do is make showed that
- 18:43Speaker 1: baby don't need no blood, you know, like later own
- 18:45Speaker 1: or something something happen. Yeah, yeah, so yeah, just that's
- 18:48Speaker 1: all you want to do. Get the nose and they
- 18:50Speaker 1: have done, and get you know from this man that
- 18:53Speaker 1: you was with. Get a couple of bags of blood.
- 18:55Speaker 1: We didn't put him in the fridge case you need
- 18:56Speaker 1: what you think? You know when you never know when
- 19:00Speaker 1: you might get in the blood shits where you need
- 19:02Speaker 1: some blood, you know what I mean? The baby can't
- 19:04Speaker 1: get blood from the daddy. That ain't his daddy called.
- 19:07Speaker 1: That ain't gonna work. We got to save some blood.
- 19:10Speaker 1: So let's stack some blood real quick. No job, don't
- 19:14Speaker 1: you want to know? Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead,
- 19:17Speaker 1: I'm listening. Well, I want to say, don't you want
- 19:19Speaker 1: to know what made her have a one night stand? No? No,
- 19:24Speaker 1: that happens all the time. Why are we worried about that?
- 19:26Speaker 1: We need to get that's not gonna fix this baby.
- 19:30Speaker 1: We gotta fix this baby. All get a baby wig now,
- 19:37Speaker 1: we put a wig on this baby before what you
- 19:41Speaker 1: don't think? So as a baby, there you go, and
- 19:46Speaker 1: some blood. Keep some blood blood in the next question,
- 19:49Speaker 1: All right, Clark and DC says, I'm a DJ in
- 19:52Speaker 1: the local area and I've been married for almost five years.
- 19:56Speaker 1: I was dchaying a set over the weekend. I had
- 19:58Speaker 1: a woman in the booth with me. My wife and
- 20:01Speaker 1: her girls showed up, and she wanted to show up
- 20:03Speaker 1: by having her girls come to the DJ boot. I
- 20:06Speaker 1: had the other woman crawl underneath the table when I
- 20:08Speaker 1: saw my wife. The woman mistakenly left her person the
- 20:10Speaker 1: chair next to me, and my wife saw it. My
- 20:13Speaker 1: wife never saw the woman, but still thinks I was
- 20:15Speaker 1: cheating on her. She left the club, Matt and still
- 20:17Speaker 1: won't talk to me. I shouldn't apologize for anything. If
- 20:20Speaker 1: I didn't get caught right right, you should have got
- 20:24Speaker 1: on that microphone and said, somebody didn't left the person
- 20:27Speaker 1: the DJ boot. Please come get the person, please, somebody
- 20:32Speaker 1: it's a green person, would you please come get your
- 20:34Speaker 1: boot up right right right? And if that woman tried
- 20:37Speaker 1: to come out from underneath that thing, you got to
- 20:39Speaker 1: make sure she don't bring my ass side of him.
- 20:41Speaker 1: You can win a baby, all right, nephew, thank you
- 20:44Speaker 1: for asking the nephew. Run that prank back with a
- 20:47Speaker 1: nephew coming up right after this. You're listening Steve Hardy
- 20:51Speaker 1: Morning Show coming up at the top of the hour.
- 20:55Speaker 1: Miss Anna is standing by with National news. And then
- 20:58Speaker 1: tell me something good news. This Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Turkey giveaway has started. Yes, it has. Plus we'll tell
- 21:04Speaker 1: you about the Circle of Sisters Virtual Expo in New
- 21:07Speaker 1: York City. But right now the nephew is here with
- 21:11Speaker 1: today's run that prank back. What you got for is now,
- 21:13Speaker 1: did you just say turkey? Did you just say turkey?
- 21:16Speaker 1: I did? I did? You'll just saying turkey? Now? We
- 21:19Speaker 1: can't have no turkey without no dressing. And if we're
- 21:23Speaker 1: gonna and if we're gonna talk dressing, we're gonna talk
- 21:25Speaker 1: about Thanksgiving with cousin Benji. Let's go Thanksgiving, Benji, Let's
- 21:30Speaker 1: go can Hello? Hello? Who is this? Miss Glendon? Who
- 21:36Speaker 1: is this this Benjy? I'm college is Miss Purvis there? Um?
- 21:41Speaker 1: You know she's not here right now, but this is
- 21:42Speaker 1: our daughter? Um? Is there a problem? Oh? No? This
- 21:46Speaker 1: this this Benjy? This Mama Mama Lord's nephew. Who is
- 21:50Speaker 1: this again? Miss Glendam, Mama Mama Lord jo Ain't it?
- 21:56Speaker 1: Ain't it correct? Mama Lord's and miss hervits sister. Okay,
- 22:00Speaker 1: I'm being to im. I'm her nephew from the other
- 22:03Speaker 1: side of the family. You say your name? Whatna Glad
- 22:06Speaker 1: that's okay. What tell y'all supposed to get in and
- 22:08Speaker 1: we used to meet there by the afternoon. Okay, uh
- 22:12Speaker 1: is miss Purvises? She is your mama making the dresses? Yeah,
- 22:16Speaker 1: she's making enough for about forty five people. We actually, um,
- 22:20Speaker 1: this was discussed about a month ago, right y'all on
- 22:22Speaker 1: the y'all they had the conference call, the conference because
- 22:26Speaker 1: family had the conference call, right, yes, sir? Okay, Nah, listen,
- 22:31Speaker 1: what the reason why they got me to call? They
- 22:34Speaker 1: wanted me to go in and call, and I was
- 22:36Speaker 1: trying to get Miss Purvis. She's not there. You know,
- 22:39Speaker 1: she's not here. What's wrong? Okay, they're not gonna They're
- 22:43Speaker 1: not gonna need her to do the um to do
- 22:45Speaker 1: the dress. And why wouldn't they need to do dress?
- 22:48Speaker 1: She make it? But ken years we did. We just
- 22:50Speaker 1: discussed it. So what do you mean they say that
- 22:53Speaker 1: they got somebody down here that's gonna do the dresses,
- 22:55Speaker 1: especially since y'all traveling. Y'all ain't got to bring it,
- 22:58Speaker 1: you know, and be traveling with it. But they got
- 23:00Speaker 1: somebody gonna do the dressing. Okay, Well, first of all,
- 23:03Speaker 1: how are you you're you're Benji? What is your name.
- 23:06Speaker 1: That was not my name, Benjamin, but they called me Benji.
- 23:09Speaker 1: But bro. But like I say, uh, I'm on the
- 23:12Speaker 1: other side of a friend. I ain't on y'all side. Okay, Well,
- 23:15Speaker 1: I'm still trying to fill out. Why are you calling me?
- 23:18Speaker 1: Because she's been making a dressing for ten years? Like
- 23:20Speaker 1: I said, and I mean, it's been discussed. So I
- 23:23Speaker 1: don't even know why why you're calling me. I don't
- 23:25Speaker 1: even know you. Okay, Well, what I'm trying to explain
- 23:28Speaker 1: to you this right here is that they got so y'all,
- 23:31Speaker 1: y'all ain't got to worry with bringing the dressing. They
- 23:33Speaker 1: got somebody gonna bring. They got somebody down here that's
- 23:36Speaker 1: gonna cook it so and otherwhere with you know, if
- 23:39Speaker 1: you can tell Miss Pravy she ain't got to worry
- 23:41Speaker 1: about the dressing this year. I'm say, you want me
- 23:43Speaker 1: to tell my mama after she'd been making dressing for
- 23:46Speaker 1: ten years that y'all say, y'all ain't worried about it.
- 23:49Speaker 1: She shouldn't have to make this ship because we're driving there.
- 23:51Speaker 1: We dr every year. So I'm not gonna do that
- 23:54Speaker 1: to her. So I mean, and I don't I don't
- 23:56Speaker 1: even know who you are to be calling me anyway?
- 23:59Speaker 1: Why getting somebody calling me that I don't know regarding it? Okay, okay,
- 24:02Speaker 1: you're gunn the right. I am blended, all right. Listen,
- 24:06Speaker 1: let me say this because I don't mind saying what
- 24:09Speaker 1: everybody thinking, but most people don't want to say. Let
- 24:12Speaker 1: me just say this right here. Really, what's going on
- 24:15Speaker 1: is just right here. A lot of people in the family,
- 24:18Speaker 1: you know, don't really don't don't really lighten this PERI
- 24:23Speaker 1: of his dressing, Dni Benjamin, he's supposed to be let
- 24:30Speaker 1: me sporting something net My mama gonna make it. Listen,
- 24:34Speaker 1: you gonna keep it, and we ain't bringing them along
- 24:37Speaker 1: with us. So you can tell your family that I
- 24:40Speaker 1: said that because you understand me. I mean, for first body,
- 24:44Speaker 1: you got to understand that I'm bringing news that that
- 24:47Speaker 1: people didn't been voted on, and it's what everybody want
- 24:49Speaker 1: to do. Don't nobody, Well, what is your nick We
- 24:52Speaker 1: had a meeting she'd been making me ten years. Ain't
- 24:56Speaker 1: nobody had been saying nothing and against what one of
- 24:58Speaker 1: them up in the house. I did not be walking
- 25:01Speaker 1: up and through that. I'm talking about my mamma either,
- 25:03Speaker 1: and you know I'm gonna eat it. Okay, we'll see
- 25:06Speaker 1: right there. Why why if people don't like the dress
- 25:08Speaker 1: in Glinda, why do you want to make submit everybody
- 25:11Speaker 1: to have it to eat it. If they don't like it,
- 25:13Speaker 1: you don't eat. That's how I know. I don't know
- 25:15Speaker 1: you want well, I don't know, no Benjamin Benjie who
- 25:19Speaker 1: I I Mama Lord's nephew from the other side of
- 25:23Speaker 1: the family exactly, And I don't know, yes, okay, and
- 25:26Speaker 1: it really really to the bad all that I don't
- 25:29Speaker 1: really know you. But I'm but I'm but I'm man enough.
- 25:32Speaker 1: I'm man another car you and tell you what we're
- 25:34Speaker 1: gonna do, what we ain't gonna do. What I know
- 25:37Speaker 1: I ain't. I say it wanting I repeat it again.
- 25:40Speaker 1: She's gonna be saying transfat, you gonna eat it, and
- 25:43Speaker 1: we're gonna win name Okay, okay, right there, listen, And
- 25:48Speaker 1: I know this might be hard for you to understand.
- 25:50Speaker 1: What you grew up with liking everybody else might not
- 25:54Speaker 1: like me. Say what you want to. I'm gonna em
- 25:57Speaker 1: you like so you not like it because you aren't
- 26:01Speaker 1: down around. But she made it dress it now, First
- 26:04Speaker 1: of all, when y'all get down here. It's gonna already
- 26:06Speaker 1: be some more dressing here, okay, okay, and she gonna
- 26:09Speaker 1: make country and said, and we're gonna see down and
- 26:11Speaker 1: we got I'm gonna eat, and I meant, it's not
- 26:14Speaker 1: even man. Me discussed no president, and that I got
- 26:17Speaker 1: to say, because your name's gonna hurt my mama feeling. Okay,
- 26:20Speaker 1: there ain't nobody to try. That's why I'm trying to
- 26:21Speaker 1: tell you to tell her, don't make it nah, so
- 26:24Speaker 1: she won't even bring it down. We don't gonna get anyway. Hey, look,
- 26:29Speaker 1: I'm gonna say this here because every dealer you ain't
- 26:31Speaker 1: really understanding what I'm saying to you. I'm gonna say
- 26:33Speaker 1: it as clear as I can say. If y'all come
- 26:36Speaker 1: down here with that dress, I'll promise you we already
- 26:39Speaker 1: got dressing made. We're throwing that dressing in the trash
- 26:42Speaker 1: so everybody can get the dressing that we made fun
- 26:45Speaker 1: of him. Deploy Blake. That's what we're doing. Please let
- 26:49Speaker 1: me flash something in you. I'm gonna be undressing patrolled,
- 26:52Speaker 1: and if I find out you then through my mama
- 26:55Speaker 1: dressing in the trash, it's gonna be something. If we're
- 26:57Speaker 1: gonna set that, I'm not playing with you this what's
- 27:01Speaker 1: so funny to me? I'm got carl ain't kill me.

- 33:37Speaker 1: the one and only miss A Tripp. Thanks Tommy, Good morning, Shirley, Carl,
- 33:41Speaker 1: everybody out there. This is a trip with the news.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Joe Biden says Donald Trump will go down as the
- 33:46Speaker 1: most irresponsible president in US history. That's despite the Trump
- 33:50Speaker 1: administration's refusal to help the transition process of Biden says,
- 33:55Speaker 1: forget about that, because I'm getting ready to govern. We're
- 33:57Speaker 1: going to rejoin the World Health Ortization. We're going to
- 34:00Speaker 1: rejoin the Paris Climate Accord. We have to not only
- 34:04Speaker 1: deal with this pandemic, had a plan for the next one.
- 34:06Speaker 1: The idea that viruses are going to go away, it's
- 34:09Speaker 1: just not rational. We're going to recalibrate and set up
- 34:12Speaker 1: the institutional structures we had in our administration of Obama
- 34:17Speaker 1: Biden and build on it today. President Trump is apparently
- 34:20Speaker 1: trying out one more maneuver in his unprecedented efforts to
- 34:23Speaker 1: overturn the election, because he's still trying to do that.
- 34:26Speaker 1: According to ABC News, Georgia was called for Biden yesterday,
- 34:29Speaker 1: so now Trump is called Michigan's two top state lawmakers,
- 34:32Speaker 1: both Republicans, to a White House meeting later on today.
- 34:36Speaker 1: The rumor is that Trump's going to try to persuade
- 34:38Speaker 1: them into resending their decision to certify their county's election results.
- 34:43Speaker 1: Biden says some of these moves he's not even sure
- 34:44Speaker 1: if they're legal. I guess we'll see how they play
- 34:46Speaker 1: out me While South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, a
- 34:49Speaker 1: staunch ally of President Trump, is now the target of
- 34:52Speaker 1: an ethics complaint after Georgia's Secretary of State, also a Republican,
- 34:56Speaker 1: said that Lindsey Graham tried to get him to get
- 34:58Speaker 1: rid of perfectly legal Matlin votes that were cast for
- 35:01Speaker 1: Joe Biden. He says he wasn't going to do that
- 35:03Speaker 1: because he's honest. Vice President Mike Penn spoke to reporters
- 35:07Speaker 1: yesterday about the surge of COVID nineteen cases in the
- 35:09Speaker 1: nation and the coming Thanksgiving holiday, even while the Trump
- 35:12Speaker 1: administration is urging people to stay home, America has never
- 35:16Speaker 1: been more prepared to combat this virus than we are today.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Are pledged each and every American looking on today is
- 35:24Speaker 1: We're going to work around the clock to keep it
- 35:25Speaker 1: that way, and Penn spoke optimistically about the development of
- 35:28Speaker 1: anti coronavirus of vaccines and treatments. However, hospitalizations are now
- 35:33Speaker 1: a fifty percent nationally to about seventy nine thousand over
- 35:37Speaker 1: just the past two weeks. A quarter of a million
- 35:39Speaker 1: Americans have now died from COVID, and that, ladies and gentlemen,
- 35:42Speaker 1: is five times more than the number of Americans who
- 35:45Speaker 1: died in the eleven year Vietnam War. Meanwhile, despite more
- 35:49Speaker 1: than two dozen losses in the courts so far, Donald
- 35:51Speaker 1: Trumps Lewis continue making relentless and yet unsubstantiated claims of
- 35:55Speaker 1: fraud to challenge Joe Biden's decisive and record breaking win
- 35:59Speaker 1: over the presidential Biden has now received close to eighty
- 36:02Speaker 1: million votes, more than any US presidential candidate in history
- 36:07Speaker 1: of this country. By the way, there was clearly tons
- 36:10Speaker 1: of Trump supporters out there. We know that. But you
- 36:11Speaker 1: know what, Joe Biden's got some fans too, and some
- 36:13Speaker 1: of them rather musical, so bad. Back to Steve Harvey.
- 36:25Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Harvey Show. All right, So Carlin,
- 36:29Speaker 1: what happened? How's the versus battle last night? All right? Girl,
- 36:34Speaker 1: jay Z, Gucci, Mainecci's Yeah, he had on that camel
- 36:43Speaker 1: colored Yeah, it was nice when he had. Both of
- 36:47Speaker 1: them had on the trench coats. But you know, Gucci
- 36:50Speaker 1: came out as trench coat later on. But anyway, they
- 36:52Speaker 1: were late. I was kind of mad about that. But
- 36:56Speaker 1: you know millions of people watched them battle. You say
- 37:00Speaker 1: late calling, we're talking CP time late Like yeah, okay,
- 37:05Speaker 1: was it Lauren hill Lake Yeah, just about Yeah. It
- 37:13Speaker 1: was at the Strip Club, your stumping ground, nephew, Tommy,
- 37:16Speaker 1: Magic City and Wings in the State of George. Yeah.
- 37:22Speaker 1: The guest less included tr Rick Ross, Migoes, Swiss Beats
- 37:26Speaker 1: of course in the building. Uh. Stacy Abrams, we love
- 37:30Speaker 1: Stacy Abrams, Democratic leader, Political leaders. She popped up on
- 37:36Speaker 1: the screen video. She had a message to Gucci and
- 37:40Speaker 1: Jez because this was a big thing, not just about
- 37:44Speaker 1: the versus battle, but also getting Georgia's Georgians out to vote.
- 37:48Speaker 1: So take a listen. Thank you guys for letting me
- 37:51Speaker 1: crash before what universes pend on versus, So thank you
- 37:54Speaker 1: for getting me some street credit with my nieces and nephew.
- 37:57Speaker 1: That's right. Can you wipe my ruther clean? Look, that's
- 38:01Speaker 1: the job as the governor could do. But you know,
- 38:03Speaker 1: we'll have to think about that later. But for right now,
- 38:05Speaker 1: we can at least make sure that everyone shows up
- 38:07Speaker 1: to vote. So we have two senators to make sure
- 38:09Speaker 1: we have COVID response and we've got stimulus money coming
- 38:12Speaker 1: back to Georgia. All right, that's right, we got you. Hey,
- 38:14Speaker 1: let's get it gay. You know we go stand up
- 38:16Speaker 1: for you. Thank you well, I just wanted to say
- 38:18Speaker 1: thank you to both of you, especially for the work
- 38:21Speaker 1: you've done to encourage folks who are coming back, returning
- 38:24Speaker 1: citizens to know they have the right to vote. I've
- 38:26Speaker 1: got their younger brother who's been in and out of
- 38:28Speaker 1: the system, and I know redemption is real, and I
- 38:30Speaker 1: know that the voices that these men and women can
- 38:33Speaker 1: bring to our state matter, And so thank you for
- 38:35Speaker 1: the work you've done. No question, love the route game easy,
- 38:42Speaker 1: this is around one of what man verse Jesus, Hey,
- 38:47Speaker 1: hey hey traft music. Glass Night gives Stacy Abrams some
- 38:56Speaker 1: street cred though I like yeah clean though. Yeah, So
- 39:03Speaker 1: I don't know. Some say Jeez Once, some say Gucci one,
- 39:06Speaker 1: some say it was a tie. So I don't know.
- 39:11Speaker 1: A lot of stars checking in, you know, on the feed,
- 39:14Speaker 1: and it was it was, it was. Let it's all
- 39:17Speaker 1: in loving fun though, right, yeah, yes, at the music,
- 39:21Speaker 1: just keep it there, yeah, because they got history, you know,
- 39:24Speaker 1: they got history, all right, Carla, thank you. Coming up
- 39:27Speaker 1: at thirty four minutes after the hour, Well, the nephew
- 39:30Speaker 1: will be here with tips on cooking and frying turkeys.
- 39:33Speaker 1: I'll be in the front row. Uh, that's coming up
- 39:36Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to show, Okay, nephew, All
- 39:44Speaker 1: right now, Carla says you're pretty good at frying turkeys.
- 39:48Speaker 1: He's excellent. She's she's always talking about your delicious frying turkeys.
- 39:52Speaker 1: So can you break it down as to what you do?
- 39:55Speaker 1: I mean, you know, and how you do it and everything?
- 39:57Speaker 1: Let me know, because maybe I'll try one this year.
- 40:00Speaker 1: You don't try to Tommy. Tommy's gonna tell me. Let's
- 40:07Speaker 1: let's let's let's deal with with just being uh safe. First,
- 40:12Speaker 1: make sure your turkey is completely completely thought out before
- 40:15Speaker 1: you decide to fry turkey, all right, because there's a
- 40:18Speaker 1: lot of people that And make sure that it is
- 40:21Speaker 1: room temperature. Okay, so a lot of people. I personally,
- 40:24Speaker 1: I'll season my turkey. I'll season my turkey on Monday.
- 40:27Speaker 1: I shoot it up because that's where it's so delicious,
- 40:32Speaker 1: the season. So can you reveal, nephew, some of this.
- 40:36Speaker 1: I will. I will never tell you what I'm shooting
- 40:43Speaker 1: in the turkey? Ok Right? What else? Man? Okay, you
- 40:47Speaker 1: know what. Don't say nothing else this segment? What is
- 40:52Speaker 1: the big deal? You gotta put some special seasons shirt.
- 40:58Speaker 1: You put your season altogether. You put it in a
- 41:00Speaker 1: processor and it's very liquidy and you shoot it up.
- 41:02Speaker 1: They have a big, huge syringe that you shoot the
- 41:05Speaker 1: turkey up with and you shoot it all over the turkey. Okay,
- 41:08Speaker 1: you got that part. Okay, Okay, let me talk the call.
- 41:12Speaker 1: So after that call, after that caller, you put your
- 41:16Speaker 1: your turkey in the fridge. It's Monday, Okay, it's Monday.
- 41:21Speaker 1: Now let it sit for twenty four hours. That's until
- 41:24Speaker 1: at least Tuesday, right now. I normally put it back
- 41:28Speaker 1: in the freezer because I don't like to let it
- 41:30Speaker 1: sit that long, all right, so I let it I
- 41:33Speaker 1: let it freeze back up. Now Wednesday night, take it out,
- 41:37Speaker 1: thought out. We are not we are not gonna drop
- 41:40Speaker 1: it into the grease until Thursday, an hour before dinner
- 41:45Speaker 1: is when we're gonna drop it in. And you're telling
- 41:47Speaker 1: people how you fry turkeys, this is how I do it. Now,
- 41:51Speaker 1: what I want you to do, though, I want you
- 41:53Speaker 1: to make sure that the turkey is room temperature. So
- 41:58Speaker 1: take it out, let it sit out, and until it's
- 42:01Speaker 1: time to drop it in. Because if you, if I
- 42:03Speaker 1: promise you, if it's a little bit of freeze still
- 42:05Speaker 1: in there, this iced up. Now, you've been to have
- 42:08Speaker 1: some problems, and you know there's been turkeys that's been
- 42:11Speaker 1: shot straight through the roof. It's turkeys burnt down some garages.
- 42:14Speaker 1: So you got to know what you're doing with these turkeys. Yeah,
- 42:18Speaker 1: a lot of firefighters are shaking their heads up and down. Listen. Yeah,
- 42:21Speaker 1: here come Thanksgiving. We're gonna be on call right right. Okay,
- 42:25Speaker 1: I got it so far. Okay, when you get to that, okay, okay, Shirley,
- 42:28Speaker 1: what I said, Do what I say. Do shit. You
- 42:31Speaker 1: take it out, you thought it out, then you put
- 42:34Speaker 1: it back in the freezer, then you put you shoot
- 42:36Speaker 1: it up with a syringe with some stuff in it,
- 42:39Speaker 1: and then you freeze it again, and then you take
- 42:41Speaker 1: it back out. Okay, I'm with you. Go ahead, no more.
- 42:48Speaker 1: But see the street down right there. You don't burnt
- 42:51Speaker 1: your whole street down. Okay, go on, go on, I'm listening.
- 42:57Speaker 1: You are three pounds, you're gonna you're gonna fry three
- 43:00Speaker 1: pounds for every other let's start it open. For every
- 43:03Speaker 1: pound is three minutes, okay, for every pound your turkey, ways,
- 43:09Speaker 1: it's three minutes. Okay, okay, So you got a ten
- 43:11Speaker 1: pound turkey thirty minute, it's thirty minutes. Then you might
- 43:15Speaker 1: want to let it cook a minute or two over
- 43:16Speaker 1: just to make sure completely that it's done all the
- 43:19Speaker 1: way through. But trust me, three pounds per three minutes
- 43:22Speaker 1: per pound, you are on point. Take it out, let
- 43:25Speaker 1: it sit, and I promise you you got a pipe
- 43:27Speaker 1: in hot turkey. Now for me, I'm gonna take it out,
- 43:29Speaker 1: I'm gonna wrap it in fall, I'm gonna put it
- 43:31Speaker 1: in the bag and then I got to go cross
- 43:33Speaker 1: town and take it to call a house because call
- 43:34Speaker 1: of order turkey every Thanksgiving and they delicious. I'm going
- 43:39Speaker 1: to call nutst right now. We got a turkey. I'm
- 43:42Speaker 1: making fried turkey for Thanksgiving? This okay? Quick question, Tommy,
- 43:46Speaker 1: what kind of oil do you use? Peanut on? Gotta
- 43:49Speaker 1: have peanut oil. I'm sorry I missed that call. You
- 43:51Speaker 1: gotta have peanut on all right. This is not something
- 43:53Speaker 1: you put Chrisco or olive oil. It is a pan
- 43:56Speaker 1: nut oil. So if you have some people that are
- 43:58Speaker 1: coming to dinner that have issues with peanuts, you want
- 44:01Speaker 1: to make sure you let everybody know this has been
- 44:02Speaker 1: Friday and peanut or Okay, okay, okay, so this is good.
- 44:08Speaker 1: When you're gonna tell us how to make the dress
- 44:10Speaker 1: in a mac and cheese next, right, because I gotta
- 44:12Speaker 1: have a whole dinner. I just can't have fried turk
- 44:14Speaker 1: now my mac and cheese. I can't get out of
- 44:16Speaker 1: weight too. And I do not know how to make dress.
- 44:19Speaker 1: I do not know how to make dress fair. The
- 44:22Speaker 1: people that cook have secrets, okay, people, but you don't
- 44:26Speaker 1: know that. Well, at least we'll have turkey for Thanksgiving,
- 44:29Speaker 1: all right, Thank you, nephew, coming up your praying phone call.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening to Steve Hardy Morning Show
- 44:38Speaker 1: coming up at the top of the hour, right about
- 44:41Speaker 1: four minutes after. It's my strawberry letter for today, the
- 44:44Speaker 1: subject he keeps sneaking women in my house. We'll get
- 44:48Speaker 1: into that find out what that's all about in just

- 47:36Speaker 1: So BP E t MC is actually an organization and
- 47:40Speaker 1: we're trying to actually, uh, save some things in the
- 47:42Speaker 1: black community. Where's the what's b what is that? What's
- 47:45Speaker 1: that stand for? What's here? Is that BP? What is

- 49:05Speaker 1: trying to do is, uh, if I take a little
- 49:07Speaker 1: bit of your time, we're trying to actually get a
- 49:10Speaker 1: survey signed by people in the black community. We're actually
- 49:13Speaker 1: trying to help out in the black community. The organization
- 49:15Speaker 1: is BPE TMC and what this is is black What
- 49:20Speaker 1: is that? Uh? That's that's Black people eat too much chicken.
- 49:23Speaker 1: So what we're doing is we're trying to get what
- 49:27Speaker 1: black say that woman time for me. Black people eat
- 49:30Speaker 1: too much chicken. You see, there's been a shortage in chicken.
- 49:34Speaker 1: So what we're trying to do is get black people
- 49:37Speaker 1: in chicken. And you want to do a survey, well,
- 49:40Speaker 1: we want what we want you guys to do with
- 49:42Speaker 1: sign a petition that you're not going to eat anymore
- 49:44Speaker 1: chicken this year. Why do they make sense? We just
- 49:47Speaker 1: don't eat chicken, you know, we eat beef. Weat steak
- 49:50Speaker 1: and eat fish. I don't see you're trying to part
- 49:52Speaker 1: that off the market. Now, why would you want to
- 49:55Speaker 1: telling us not to to eat chicken? And we eat
- 49:57Speaker 1: other stuff too? What are you getting your dish? I'm
- 50:00Speaker 1: in front because this didn't make any sense. The test study,
- 50:03Speaker 1: man was over chicken, and it just seems like that
- 50:06Speaker 1: this study. Who did this test study? Well? We did, man,
- 50:09Speaker 1: we're BPE TMC. And what we're after doing the test study,
- 50:13Speaker 1: we did realize that the black people are the ones
- 50:16Speaker 1: that get the chest. I don't just do it after
- 50:18Speaker 1: do black people, I mean, just use white people. But
- 50:20Speaker 1: white people ain't chicken too. And she says, I ant
- 50:23Speaker 1: diets and stuff. Okay man, well Asian? What about the Hispanic?
- 50:28Speaker 1: Did you use them? Okay man, listen. What the bottom
- 50:31Speaker 1: line is. Our first study is black people, and what
- 50:34Speaker 1: we're trying to do is get you guys to cut
- 50:36Speaker 1: back on EATI yes, study should be everybody. This is something.
- 50:39Speaker 1: When did you get my number from? Man? We got
- 50:41Speaker 1: we got numbers from the supermarkets. That people that number
- 50:45Speaker 1: from no supermarkets. I don't give my number to no supermarket.
- 50:48Speaker 1: This is gonna make any damn sense you calling me,
- 50:50Speaker 1: interrupting me about something like this. This is this bottom line. Man.
- 50:55Speaker 1: You you don't telling me. You're not telling me what
- 50:58Speaker 1: the hen I can't eat? Laugh? He got night on them.
- 51:02Speaker 1: Pushed this, Yes, you do push this, calling somebody telling
- 51:06Speaker 1: them that black people eat too much chicken? You and
- 51:10Speaker 1: your partition. Would you like to hear what the survey
- 51:12Speaker 1: is actually saying. No, I don't want to hear that
- 51:14Speaker 1: the survey is actually saying, because what you're saying about
- 51:17Speaker 1: all but the survey is saying that. This is nephew
- 51:21Speaker 1: taught me from the Steve Harvey Morning Show, Valerie. This
- 51:27Speaker 1: is nephew Tommy baby from the Steawalker. God. Oh oh,
- 51:37Speaker 1: I'm having some chicken. That's how you do it. Huh.

- 51:46Speaker 1: up in here. That's how you doing. Were bad you?
- 51:51Speaker 1: But I like the last lady. Yeah, yeah, I'm brother
- 52:00Speaker 1: having it in Oh no, not at all. You know
- 52:05Speaker 1: what I like is the first thing black people say,
- 52:08Speaker 1: how you get this number? Okay, you my number and
- 52:12Speaker 1: get off my phone with that blanketed blank h huh huh.
- 52:18Speaker 1: I don't know how you think about these things. But

- 56:28Speaker 1: to Strawberry letter. Thank enough you subject he keeps sneaking
- 56:31Speaker 1: women in my house. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm a forty
- 56:35Speaker 1: four year old mother, and I allowed my twenty four
- 56:38Speaker 1: year old son to move back home after college. I
- 56:41Speaker 1: had hoped that he would find a great job and
- 56:43Speaker 1: get his own place, but he wasn't so lucky, so
- 56:46Speaker 1: I told him he could come home temporarily. My house
- 56:50Speaker 1: rules are the same as when he was in high school.
- 56:52Speaker 1: He's expected to keep the house clean and the lawn
- 56:56Speaker 1: looking good in exchange for housing. Our bedrooms are on
- 57:00Speaker 1: sit sides of my condo, so I rarely see him
- 57:03Speaker 1: because of our work schedules and his social life. He
- 57:06Speaker 1: has had the same girlfriend for two years, but since
- 57:09Speaker 1: he's back at home, he started seeing a lot of
- 57:12Speaker 1: other women. I told him I don't like it, and
- 57:16Speaker 1: I don't want any mad female showing up at my house.
- 57:19Speaker 1: I was doing laundry recently, so I went to his
- 57:22Speaker 1: side of the condo. I peeked in his room and
- 57:25Speaker 1: it was a mess. There was some lube and a
- 57:29Speaker 1: condom wrapper on his nightstand, and I knew darn well
- 57:32Speaker 1: he was not having sex in my house. That night,
- 57:37Speaker 1: I stayed up a lot later than usual so I
- 57:39Speaker 1: could spy on him. Around one am, he came tiptoeing
- 57:44Speaker 1: into my house with a white girl and they went
- 57:47Speaker 1: into his room. I waited a minute till I figured
- 57:50Speaker 1: they were having sex, and I started banging on his door.
- 57:54Speaker 1: I could hear him telling her, right, yeah, all of that.
- 58:01Speaker 1: I started banging on his door. I could hear him
- 58:04Speaker 1: telling her to rush, and I started yelling. The girl
- 58:08Speaker 1: got out right in time because I went in on him.
- 58:11Speaker 1: I told him he could not use my house as
- 58:14Speaker 1: his bachelor pad and it was time to go. I
- 58:16Speaker 1: told him to burn his sheets and clean his entire room.
- 58:21Speaker 1: Burn his sheets. She's are expensive too. He pleaded with
- 58:24Speaker 1: me to give him another chance because he is not
- 58:27Speaker 1: financially able to pay rent. I told him if he stays,
- 58:31Speaker 1: he cannot have company. Period He said, I was being unreasonable.
- 58:36Speaker 1: How should I handle this grown man doing grown man
- 58:39Speaker 1: things in my house? Well, quite, frankly, I think you
- 58:43Speaker 1: handled it. I think you handled it. I'm just gonna
- 58:46Speaker 1: tell you that he knows he's wrong and you are
- 58:49Speaker 1: not being unreasonable. Like he said, I really only have
- 58:52Speaker 1: four words for you on this letter, and they are
- 58:55Speaker 1: simply your house, your rules, point blake periods. What about that?
- 59:00Speaker 1: Doesn't your grown son get you? Let him come? You
- 59:03Speaker 1: let him live with you temporarily with just two requirements
- 59:06Speaker 1: that he keep his house clean and the yard looking good.
- 59:08Speaker 1: You didn't say anything about the yard, but his room
- 59:11Speaker 1: was a mess. Oh oh oh, and you said no
- 59:14Speaker 1: mad females showing up at your door. You did tell
- 59:16Speaker 1: him that. I think that's a pretty good mother and
- 59:18Speaker 1: son temporary lease agreement, but he, of course has disrespected it.
- 59:24Speaker 1: Why can't he take his dates to their house or
- 59:27Speaker 1: to a hotel or something. Why can't he do that?
- 59:29Speaker 1: He shouldn't be bringing them in your house. If he
- 59:31Speaker 1: knows you don't like it, Yeah, you're me girl, house
- 59:35Speaker 1: and see what happened. But they could go to a hotel.
- 59:39Speaker 1: They could definitely go to a hotel. He already knows
- 59:42Speaker 1: how you feel about it. Again, your house, your rules.
- 59:46Speaker 1: If he wants to continue staying there, and it's if
- 59:48Speaker 1: he right now, he's got to fall in line. If
- 59:50Speaker 1: he doesn't, he's out. I don't think he should let anyone,
- 59:52Speaker 1: I don't care who it is, disturb your peace. I
- 59:55Speaker 1: just don't Junior, what you got. Yeah, you know sure
- 59:59Speaker 1: that I'm not here for the parenting. That's stop that
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: I'm here for. Not what I'm here for. Um I
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: you know, lady, listen, my house rules are the same
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: as when he was in high school. Yeah, well, his
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: hormones ain't the same since high school. We know this much.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: I don't know what your son is doing. If you're
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: doing anything to where we're burning sheets, what type of
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: loving is this going on? That's what I know. What
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: if we do it in this room where we got
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: the burney sheets, I mean, what is going on in here?
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: I got the lube on the ninth staying. Okay, you
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: twenty four and you into that type of sex. That's
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: way much for me. But the other activities I'm highly
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: interested in. Want to know what does it take to
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: get sheets burn because I just washed mine usually when
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: I'm through, but yeah, I just used to take mind
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: throw right on you know color. Yeah, you put them
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: tied on it, and then when I put them in
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: the drawer and pull them out, they usually clean those. Son,
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: all of a sudden, he is here so loud that
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: we got the burnie sheet. Now, I don't really know
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: about the white girl type of saying. My mom already
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: told me if she can't use my cone, don't bring home.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: So that's my rule. Listen, we're gonna have part two
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: of the Strawberry Letter coming up at twenty three minutes
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: after he keeps Sneaking Women in My House? As the
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: subject will be right back burnie sheets. You're listening Steve
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, here we go. We're gonna
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: recap the Strawberry Letter, the subject he keeps Sneaking women
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: in my house. This was written by a forty four
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: year old mother. She recently allowed her twenty four year
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: old son to move back home after college. She was
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: a little disappointed. She had hoped he would find a
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: job and get his own place, but he wasn't so lucky.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: So she said he could stay there temporarily with two conditions.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: He has to keep the house clean and he has
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: to keep the lawn looking good. Okay, And those are
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: the same rules that he had when he was in
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: high school. She said. Their bedrooms in her condor and
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: opposite sides, so they never see each other because he's
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: out and he has a busy social life and all
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: of that. So one day she was doing laundry and
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: she happened to go on the other side and go
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: and sneak in his room. She said his room was
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: a mess. He had some lube and a condom wrapper
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: in his room. And then she stayed up late only
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: to find that he tiptoed in the house with a girl.
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: It happened to be a white girl. The mother put
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: that in the letter, and she waited till she thought
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: they were having sex. She banged on the door and
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: they had to get up. They had to disperse get
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: out of there. All of that, she made him clean
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: his entire room, burn the sheets. He's saying she's being
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: unreasonable because she wants him to go. He wants to stay,
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: and you know what should she do? She has a
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: grown man in her house doing grown man thing. So
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: she said, if he stays, he can't have any company. Period.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: We heard from Junior. All right, all right, Junior, where
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: you'd quite done? Yeah, I'm just saying no, I just
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: need him to call Junior. I've been in this house
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: since March by myself. They never heard by burning cheets
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: what he's doing. It's a little different than what everybody
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: else is doing, that's all. I just want to know
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: what is you doing? Sir? All right? Thank you, Thank you, Junior.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: Time for the nephew subject. He keeps sneaking women in
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: my house? What you got, nephew? All right? Normally I
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: would act to food on this, but I actually have
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: a twenty four year old son. Okay, so I gotta
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: give it to you straight. All right. Let me say this,
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: the more you keep your son in your house, the
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: more he is not going to become a man. All right,
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: So Timmy gonna give you the grown man started. Kid.
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: This is what you need for your son, but you're
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: gonna have to help first, all right. You're gonna find
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: your son an apartment, pay for the first three months.
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: You're gonna pay for a quarter up front. You're gonna
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: pay for your son's apartment. You're gonna get him some furniture.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: You're gonna turn his utilities on. You're gonna put some
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: money in his account, all right, thousand bucks put it
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: in his account. Now, that is your grown man, start
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: a kid. Guess what you on your own? Nam Now,
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: you need to get find you a job if you
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: don't have one already. I got you three months up
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: front that to get you started. The rest is on you, Pottna.
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: You guys to start being a man. Since you're doing
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: grown man stuff and you're not doing it in my
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: house no more. You got to put him out, get
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: him in spot, help him out, get him that grown man,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: start a kid, and send him on his way. Come
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: by and visit your mama when you want to hoil
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: that mamma. Other than that, your answers at your house.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: Because I'm the only one holing in my house. I'm
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: the only one having six in my hour, not you
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: grown man, start a kid. Now. This is different if
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: we was talking about a young lady. If this was
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: my daughter, it's two totally different things too. Totally different things.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: But this is for a son that's twenty three, twenty
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: four year old. I got that, And I'm telling you
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: my son don't live at my house, but he got
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: his old Yeah, a temporary situation anyway. She wasn't expecting
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: him to be there for he was expecting him to
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: come home from college, have a job and be working.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: Yeah exactly. Yea, So let's get you, but let's get
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: you started. This is gonna push you out and get
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: you going. But the more he stays in the house,
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: the more he feels comfortable. He can do nothing, so
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: kind of like enabling him, not yeah, you got you
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: got to get you got to give it a push.
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: When it's time for a bird to fly out the
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: next what your mama push him on out? Your ass
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: gonna start flying in a minute. Are you going straight
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: down soon or later? You're gonna fly? Thought of kid?
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: Easy for him, He got her, You got his own room.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: You're sneaking women in and out. Now you're trying to
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: be a grown man. Let me show you how to
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: do it on your own, on your damn parting, and
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: you know you want to be grown. He's telling us
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: girls that it's his condo. You know he's doing that.
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: What you're saying, what he did it is a shit. Yeah,
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: and surely Mama probably ain't really getting on it right now.
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: So she really offended by somebody else hating Mama hating
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: a little bit because she said there was some lube
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: and the condom rapper on his nightstand. And I knew
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: darn well he was not having sex in my house
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: exclamation mark. She was he doing it? He doing it,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: but you got the proof that he doing it. Don't
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: use lub and Connors for balloon shows. We don't use
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: it for him usually what he's doing with him, Get
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: him his own spot and let him start taking care
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: of himself. It has to happen. You got to push
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: him out in order for him to become a man.
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: If not, he gonna guess what. That's how. That's how
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: mama's boy happens. That's how the mama's boy. That's mama's baby.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: I gotta take care of next thing. You know, we'll
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: look down the line. It's ten years from now, he
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: thirty four, still over there in that other room at
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: mama's house. Oh, let's stop it. What happened with you?
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Tommy and June. You guys, get out of the house. Yeah,
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: you know what Shirley, I mean. I was. I stayed
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: at college, though I never really when I came home.
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: I came to visit and went back. But when I
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: came home, my mama had these same rules, this lady,
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: the same rules. It was the same rules. Yeah, you
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: came to visit. You couldn't come pass the kitchen. Now
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: that's about I wanted upstairs get something. You can't follow
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: me up there. Oh I know you ain't coming in
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: here after two you had a curfew and all that.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: Still Yeah, moved back. Oh yeah, her house, her rules,
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: that's it. Ten thirty, that's it. Thy porch light off, everything.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: But I I have come, I have I have come
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: home to my mom's house, to my parents' house, and
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: it was, you know, went to the club, came back,
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: my dad saying, who is there? So that is me?
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: It's Tommy. Oh you know we we shut these those
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: at one. Over here. I'll say, okay, okay, I won't
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: make a mistake again. Now you ain't gonna make it again.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: I see you in the morning. I set up in
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: the driveway in my truck, coming up in forty six
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, Rudy Giuliani's hair dyed disaster. We'll
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: talk about it right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well, guys in trending political news,
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: we talked, We touched on this a little bit earlier.
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: Things got so heated yesterday during ruly Giuliani's press briefing
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: about trump alleged voter fraud claim. Things were so heated
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: that Giuliani began to sweat. Okay, nothing unusual about that.
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: A lot of people do when it's hot. Well, he
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: began sweating and his hair dye started dripping down his
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: face on both sides. Okay, this was the weirdest looking thing.
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: Propa do that to you, don't. Yeah, it's just a
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: hair dyed disaster. Did he just have it done that day?
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: It was just a disaster. Giuliani took breaks to wipe
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: the sweat off his forehead. The memes were flying all
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: over social media. Non drip Giuliani. Okay, non drip Julian
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: I do. Yeah. We were trying to figure out what
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: it was. At first, no one knew it looks he crazy?
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: Did he think did he think he was turning black? Dough,
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: but he kept wiping his wifing yeah, but missing me. Yeah,
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: but you know what to Junior, I thought, that's it.
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: Is he sick? Why is he sweating this? I was like,
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: I thought, no, he was sweating on both sides. Side
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: and he was side. Yeah. I thought he was lying
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: so much as it got so hot, sweating. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: you know what I thought it was. You know how
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: those people had those uh microphone that'll come around to you,

- 1:10:12Speaker 1: no talking to And this is Trump's lead attorney right now,
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: and uh, from what I understand, he's not getting paid.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: Julianni is not even getting paid to do this. And
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: it's just no of these accusations of voter fraud from
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: the election in various different states, and it's just it's
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: just a waste of time. Many it's only the states
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: where he lost. The states where he won, he's not
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: making such a fuss. But the one where he lost. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: he's not gonna yeah, yeah, it's not happen. Yeah, it's
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: not gonna happen. You're gonna have to bow out, You're
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: gonna have to leave now. You can leave kicking and screaming,
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: you can leave gracefully, whatever the case, You've got to go.
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: That's it. That's point Blake. And happy birthday once again

- 1:11:56Speaker 1: all right, send them to Washington. Yeah, help Jo, I
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: don't know if Georgia realizes how important this is for
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: the country. Man, this is all right, coming up at
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: the top of the hour, our favorite Thanksgiving memories right
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: after this. You're listening show, all right, guys, come on,
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: I know we all have favorite Thanksgiving memories. Tommy, we
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: will start with you some of your favorite Thanksgiving memories. Yes, man,
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: all my favorite Thanksgiving memory, I mean this is you know,
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: my favorite things Giving memories all you know they it's
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: my father, you know, he was that guy. Yeah, you know,
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you something. It's very difficult to uh,
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: when it's time to have dinner and of course you
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: all circle up and you're getting ready to pray, and
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: that that was my dad's thaying. You know, he was
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: that guy, and yeah, oh my god, and to try
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: to step in and feel those shoes. It's so difficult
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: for me. Every single Thanksgiving, I'm like, yeah, and I can.
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: I can bad to get through the prayer because all
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: I keep thinking about is him, because he used to
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: do it effortlessly and just just just do it. And
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: now it's like, you know, i'd be thinking about the
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: night before I got I gotta do the prayer. Oh God,
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: I gotta do the prayer, you know, and now you
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: know my mom will be right next to you. Boy,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: just speak from your heart. You can handle it, and
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: I do it. But you know, my Pops is always
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: on my mind. So that's yeah, that's my members. And
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: you bring up a good point, Tommy. You know, I
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: think the holidays, it's difficult for a lot of people.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: It's a lonely time of the year. And I think
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: the pandemic being that you know, some people can't even
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: go home for the holidays, it has made it even worse,
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: you know, yeah, and dealing with this, so I think
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: we need to just remind everybody's self care and to
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: take care of themselves and and and to be grateful
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: and thanksgiving. I know, we don't need the fourth Thursday
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: in the month of November of this year to remind
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: ourselves to be grateful for everything. Yes, especially this year.
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: This has been a challenging year for sure, for sure,
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: for sure and just yeah, So when you said that, Timmy,
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: I thought about, you know, there's so many of us
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: who've lost our parents. There's so many people out there's
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: lost loved ones recently this year and last year that
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: family member was with them. You know what I always
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: talk about, Carl. I always talk about when you look
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: around and who's in the circle, it wasn't in the circle.
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: You know, who's left the circle that was here previously,
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: and you know, and you just got you just you
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: can't take it for granted, you know what I mean.
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: And I encourage people when we won't be all together
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: this year, but I always encourage people that you know,
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: stop mingling with the same people in the family, doing
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: doing Thanksgiving dinner. Move around so you can so you can,
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: you know, mix it up with other family members. And
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: it's necessary. You must be talking to families that's real
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: nice and like each other time. That's why this sides
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: chosen in my family. You know, a group even loan
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: to get your roop. Don't don't make that. Don't make
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: the stay in your group and look across the room.
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: You know I'm not going you don't know the time.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: Click your family, Junior. But see, Juli, you're not you're
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: not married yet. You know you gotta you gotta get
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: your wife's family to me. Dad, you know you got
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: that going on. You want everybody to interact your own family,
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: So what's yours? You know, no you know what I'm
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: gonna miss this year though, because I'm not going home
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: for the holiday for Thanksgiving. But what I'm gonna miss
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: this year though, the best thing about going home is
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: going to my grandmother's house. Man, to be able to
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: do that and still have your grandmother and all her
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: brothers and sisters are still living, and you know, the
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: best loves it is And it's just sitting around in
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: the yard. We will eat and we will sit out
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: in the yard and watch other people pull up that
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: you haven't seen. You know, in fun, ain't it. Man?
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: It's a good time. Man, you know I enjoy that.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: That's my favorite part. It's nothing like it. It's nothing
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: like it. And what are you sorry? Look at show?
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: That's the one right now to sitting next Steve. Take
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: your credit, yeah, maybe take your credit? Right? I love it? Well,
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: you know my favorite just like you brought up your dad,
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: I mean, um my mom. Of course, you know, she
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: reminds me of your prank phone call. She was the
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: one responsible for bringing the dressing everybody was waiting for
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: on Helen's dressing. Everybody in the entire Yeah, it was
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: just unbelievable, her dressing. I mean, love yes, yeah, the
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: grown people would, grown men would get up and put
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: a chair beside her and ask for her recipe. Okay,
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: but anyway, yeah, I remember that. Just my mom's dressing
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: coming up. In twenty minutes after the hour, we'll have
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Right after this.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: You're listening to the Stave Harvey Morning Show. All right,

- 1:18:07Speaker 1: start singing. What you got, Tomas. It's something you got
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: to have on your dad. And that's that's at least
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: three miles boy, and that's it. Tommy does hard dance
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: and like Steve does his heart singing. It's not right,
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: but we're not gonna get the whole time. All right, guys,
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: there you go go. Rogue coming up in thirty three
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, more music trending topics with the
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this. All right, you're
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, So, Carla,
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: what happened? How's the versus battle last night? All right?
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: Jeezy Gucci Manec's Yeah, he had on that camel colored ten.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: Yeah it was nice when he had. Both of them
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: had on a trench coats. But you know, Gucci came
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: out as trench coat later on. But anyway, they were late.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: I was kind of mad about that, but yeah, it
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: was at the Strip Club, your stumping ground, Nephew, Tommy,
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: Magic City and Wings in the State of George. Yeah,
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: the guest list included tr Rick Ross, Migo, Swiss Beats
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: of course in the building, Stacy Abrams. We love Stacy Abrams,
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: Democratic leader, Political leaders. She popped up on the screen video.
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: She had a message to Gucci and Jeez, because this
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: was a big thing, not just about the versus battle,
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: but also getting Georgia's Georgians out to vote. So take
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: a listen. Thank you guys letting me craft before what
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: universes versus. So thank you for giving me some street
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: with my nieces and nephew. That's right. Can you wipe
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: my retor clean? Look, that's the job that the governor
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: could do. But you know, we'll have to think about
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: that later. But for right now, we can at least
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: make sure that everyone shows up to vote. So we
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: have two senators to make sure we have COVID response
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: and we've got stimulus money coming back to Georgia. All right,
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: that's right, we got you, baby. Let's get a ga
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: you know, we go stand up for you. Thank you. Well,
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: I just wanted to say thank you to both of you,
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: especially for the work you've done to encourage folks who
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: are coming back, returning citizens to know they have the
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: right to vote. I've got a younger brother who's been
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: in and out of the system, and I know redemption
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: is real, and I know that the voices that these
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: men and women can bring to our state matter. And
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: so thank you for the work you've done. No question,
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: love say the route game easy. This is around one
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: of man first Jesus, Hey, hey, hey, traft music Glass
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: Night gives Stacy April on some street crid though I like, yeah, clean, yes,
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: all right, coming up, it'll be our last break of
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: the day, our last break of this week actually, because
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: today is Friday. Coming up at forty nine minutes after,
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: we'll have some closing remarks. We'll be doing our closing
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: remarks today. We'll stick around to find out. We'll be
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: right back right after this. You're listening to show. All right, guys,
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: this is our last break of the day. It's our
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: last break of the week. It's been an interesting week, huh.
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: Presidents still in the White House. So the last break
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: of a year, right, we have to remind the State
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: of Georgia that they can request their early ballots, all
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: right for the January fifth runoff. Um, this is a
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: very very very important race. Okay, it's very important. Uh.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: You can request your absentee ballots right now. December seventh
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: is the voter registration deadline. If you have not registered
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: to vote, please do so now. You have until December seventh. Okay.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: We like to do things early on the Steve Harvey
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: Morning Show. Get you in that habit of not waiting
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: till the last minute. December fourteenth through the thirty first
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: is early voting. Okay, early voting, and this is very important.
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: I know we voted November third. I know we got
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: Joe Biden in all of that. We did that part.
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: But this is part two. Okay, this finishes the job
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: right here. January fifth is election day, January fifth, twenty
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: twenty one. So we gotta go Georgia. We gotta show
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: Washington and President Trump and everyone that we mean business.
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: We want you to vote for Reverend Rathael Warnock and
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: John ass Off. Okay, please, all right, we gotta finish
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: this up. Got finish it up. We finished all we started.
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: I was in Atlanta last week, talked about you know,
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: the election. On stage, talked about you know, through COVID
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: and all that. But these people, Georgia is excited that
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: they are a blue state. So let me tell you something.
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: The people that came to see me, that's all they
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: talked about. They're getting back out voting again. So they're
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: they're excited about this runoff. For sure. I love it.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: I love hearing that. I really really do, because now
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: you see, like we say, like Steve's been saying, that
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: your vote really does matter. You can make a difference
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: with your vote. You flipped the state, you flipped the
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: state from red to blue. And now, just like you said,
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: we have more work to do in Georgia, and Georgia
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: understands their mission. I was watching Mission Impossible throwback over
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: the last weekend. Georgia has accepted the mission we want again.
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: So we won again. The count was official, the audit,
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: the vote audit, all of that they were trying to
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: do Trump was trying to do. Georgia has declared that
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: Biden won the state of Georgia again, like he says,
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: state is blue. And now Georgia knows that these two
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: Senate seats are important for not just the state of Georgia,
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: but the entire country. That's right, that's Georgia. So that
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: is why we are saying it over and over because
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: we still got to make it y'all to January fifth,
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: and we will. And I like the fact that they
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: know now that our vote matters. The whole world knows that. Yes,
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: absolutely we know. And yeah now yeah, yeah, yeah, So
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: come on, come on, come on. January fifth is the
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: official election day of next year, but we want to
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: already have our votes in in between the smourteenth and
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: the thirty first. Okay, we want the early in Georgia.
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: Let me jump in and say this too, surely. You
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: know yesterday the big talk obviously in hip hop culture
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: today is the battle last night, the big versus the
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: versus battle. Yeah yeah with Gucci and Jeezy, and the
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: push for voting as well was mentioned yesterday, you know,
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: earlier in the show we talked about Stacy Abrams made
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: an appearance there. So this is a movement and thanks
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: in part in large part two, miss Stacy Abrams queen. Yes,
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: she she did her thing, and yes in mobilizing and
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: getting everyone in George in the state of Georgia together,
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: so we could you know, turn it's almost finished, almost finished.
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: We need these two seats though. We gotta get these
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: two seats. We gotta get these two seats. We gotta
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: get these two seats. Then we'll have fifty Democrats in
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: the Senate, fifty Republicans in the Senate, and Vice Pendante
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: elect Kamala Harris will be the tipebreaker. And that's the
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: best versus you can get anywhere talking about battle. You're
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: talking about battling. That's the verses we want, Baby, and Junior,
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: you know earlier this week you did your poem. Yeah,
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: hey man, when you leave it, when you leave it, yeah,
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: And if you miss the guys, it's posted on Steve Harvey,
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: leave it on the Graham. Junior, you're trending with the poem.
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: Anything you want to say this week? Yeah, this is
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: gonna be a sermon called From the White House to
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: the jail House? Did transition start getting ready from the
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: White House to the jail house. See, you went from
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: up getting plates placed in front of you to fixing
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: your own plates. They do it like that, from the
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: White Hour to the jail house, from talking to world
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: leaders to talking to family members. When you go from
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: the White House to the jail house. Come on, riding
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: motorcades h all around the country, to riding on federal
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: buses with your hands cuffed. House to the jail house.
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: You don't leave, you gonna AMENI you hey, man, get out.
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: That's what we gotta go. I mean, this is really
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: just unbelievable. How much of a like a child he's acting.
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: He's so immature, just putting the democracy, the country at risk.
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: He just really is selfish. He only cares about himself. Yeah. Period,
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: and then and then the popular vote. If you don't
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: believe the electoral vote, the popular vote says Joe Biden
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: won by over six million. Hello, So what spend that?
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: What more do you need? Yes? Come on, let talk
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: about to night. I know a great weekend everyone. Thank you,
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: thank you, Thank you so much for listening. We appreciate you,
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: We love you so much. Of course, Steve, don't go.
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: You gotta go, man, preach closing, yo, do We'll close
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: it for you. Don't work, We got it. ROLLO six
