- 0:39Speaker 1: join Jo. You gotta use that turn. You gotta turn
- 1:41Speaker 1: to turn them out. You haven't got to turn them
- 1:44Speaker 1: out to turn turn the water the water. Come come
- 1:58Speaker 1: on your baby, uh huh, I show will good morning everybody,
- 2:05Speaker 1: y'all listening to the VARs, come on dig me now
- 2:07Speaker 1: wanting on it. Steve Harvey got a radio show, Man
- 2:12Speaker 1: on Man on man, grateful for it comes with a
- 2:15Speaker 1: huge amount of responsibility. I didn't really know I was
- 2:19Speaker 1: gonna have to be this responsible, you know, Um, can
- 2:22Speaker 1: I share something with y'all? I started out to Finally
- 2:26Speaker 1: I had gotten on track and was able to see
- 2:29Speaker 1: a way to even pursue my dream. It has been
- 2:34Speaker 1: a long, a long trip that I've been on, and
- 2:37Speaker 1: I've gone through so many phases of it. It is
- 2:41Speaker 1: rewarding along the way to accomplish your dreams. What I'm
- 2:46Speaker 1: saying is this, let me let me put it together,
- 2:48Speaker 1: because I got so much running through my head right now.
- 2:51Speaker 1: You know, it's it's one thing to accomplish your dream,
- 2:55Speaker 1: but there's joy in the process of achieving it. See,
- 3:01Speaker 1: some people are so caught up in the goal, the
- 3:05Speaker 1: final goal, that they find no joy, no enjoyment in
- 3:11Speaker 1: the process. If you have found what it is you
- 3:16Speaker 1: want to do and you strike out on that journey,
- 3:20Speaker 1: please understand you are far more blessed than the average
- 3:25Speaker 1: person to know what it is you really want to do.
- 3:29Speaker 1: To find your work in life, your purpose, to find
- 3:35Speaker 1: out what direction you want to go in is such
- 3:38Speaker 1: a blessing. The average person, if you sit down and
- 3:42Speaker 1: talk to them, oftentimes don't have their life on track.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And it'd be some people that you're looking at you
- 3:48Speaker 1: think God it going on because of their appearance, their swagger,
- 3:53Speaker 1: or they walk like it, they talk like it, they
- 3:55Speaker 1: look like it. But if you sit down and talk
- 3:57Speaker 1: to the average person, the average person man does not
- 4:02Speaker 1: know what their purpose is, has not discovered what they
- 4:06Speaker 1: want to do, and have no idea how to get that.
- 4:10Speaker 1: If you are on the other side of that, if
- 4:12Speaker 1: you understand your purpose, if you have an idea of
- 4:16Speaker 1: what you want to be, and you are on your
- 4:18Speaker 1: way there, you are truly blessed. And in that blessing
- 4:24Speaker 1: you must recognize it as a blessing. You must recognize
- 4:29Speaker 1: the fact that you are on the right side, and
- 4:33Speaker 1: that there should be a sense of accomplishment and a
- 4:36Speaker 1: feeling of pride in you that you are on track
- 4:39Speaker 1: to accomplish your goal. See what used to happen was
- 4:43Speaker 1: sometimes I used to keep my nose so on the
- 4:47Speaker 1: grindstone that I wouldn't even look up and realize. Man, hey, man,
- 4:52Speaker 1: I know you're trying to get here, but Steve, hold on, man,
- 4:56Speaker 1: can't you see what you've done so far? Can't you
- 4:59Speaker 1: find just some joy in the process. See, a lot
- 5:02Speaker 1: of us lose the joy of the blessings God has
- 5:06Speaker 1: given us because we're looking at the end. Talbot, I
- 5:08Speaker 1: ain't there yet. You on your way. I'm gonna give
- 5:12Speaker 1: you an example. I had a friend who told me
- 5:15Speaker 1: that they wanted to be a million now, and they
- 5:18Speaker 1: asked me some questions and I told him, so they
- 5:21Speaker 1: started the process, And I am telling you, this dude
- 5:27Speaker 1: works extremely hard. So about a year later we were talking.
- 5:34Speaker 1: He had found this business, he had set his goal,
- 5:40Speaker 1: and he was working towards it. Then about two years
- 5:43Speaker 1: later I ran up into him again. We were talking
- 5:45Speaker 1: about it and everything. It's a man. Really really appreciate
- 5:48Speaker 1: the advice. He said, Man, but this is all jacked up, man,
- 5:53Speaker 1: because I still ain't made that million I was talking about.
- 5:57Speaker 1: I said, well, hey, man, just just keep at it.
- 5:59Speaker 1: It's coming. He's a man. Keep at it. Man. You
- 6:02Speaker 1: know how long I've been doing this? Been two years now.
- 6:06Speaker 1: And I didn't say that to him, but I said
- 6:07Speaker 1: to myself, yeah, two years. He said, Man, I've been
- 6:10Speaker 1: grinding so long. Man, it's just it ain't having it
- 6:13Speaker 1: from me. I said, wait a minute, man, hold on,
- 6:16Speaker 1: hold on. I said, about how much you're making right
- 6:18Speaker 1: now a year? Man, about two hundred and fifty thousand.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I quit breathing. I said, well, my man, two years
- 6:29Speaker 1: ago you didn't have a clue. Two years later, you're
- 6:34Speaker 1: making a quarter of a million dollars. I said, man,
- 6:38Speaker 1: do you understand how blessed you are? I said, man,
- 6:41Speaker 1: your family was about to get put out two years ago.
- 6:46Speaker 1: You don't bought a house? Yeah, man, but this ain't
- 6:48Speaker 1: the house. I really won't. Ohoa Pardner, whoa I got that?
- 6:53Speaker 1: I got that house. You really won't make my call?
- 6:56Speaker 1: Five eight million? I don't know, but man, y'all got
- 7:00Speaker 1: a house, you're making the payments, you driving, you ain't
- 7:03Speaker 1: out no more. I said, holder, Man, you got to stop.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I said, you got to stop. I said, man, because
- 7:07Speaker 1: right now, man, you you coming across. That's real ungrateful
- 7:10Speaker 1: to me. And so he said, man, why are you
- 7:12Speaker 1: tripping like that? Man? Man, you act like don't nobody
- 7:15Speaker 1: want to have nothing but you? I said, whoa man,
- 7:17Speaker 1: where are you going with this conversation? I said, Oh,
- 7:19Speaker 1: I didn't come to you. I just came to you
- 7:21Speaker 1: and ask you how you doing. And I'm trying to
- 7:23Speaker 1: point out to you that the journey that you started on,
- 7:27Speaker 1: that you are on your way, and you are in
- 7:29Speaker 1: the process of accomplishing your goals. And can you not
- 7:32Speaker 1: feel some joy and some pleasure in your accomplishment. Quit
- 7:36Speaker 1: tripping on the fact that you ain't made a million yet.
- 7:39Speaker 1: You on your way. You don't went from your He thought,
- 7:42Speaker 1: this dude was making fifteen thousand dollars a year. You
- 7:44Speaker 1: making quarter of a million dollars in two years. May
- 7:46Speaker 1: come on, man, can't you see? Can't you see? So
- 7:50Speaker 1: he said eventually a man, I kind of see what
- 7:53Speaker 1: you're saying. But that ain't about nothing to me. Because
- 7:55Speaker 1: I ran up into him a year and a half later.
- 8:00Speaker 1: How you doing, man, Man, I showed, wish I'd appreciate
- 8:04Speaker 1: it my life when I had it like that? I said,
- 8:06Speaker 1: what you mean, had it like that? Man? Just fell
- 8:09Speaker 1: on some hard times. Man, I'm right back why I was.
- 8:14Speaker 1: And then we talked. I said, ain't man, don't worry
- 8:15Speaker 1: about it. I said, Once you know how to accomplish something,
- 8:18Speaker 1: I said, you just reapply the same principles and start
- 8:20Speaker 1: on over again. Man, you know how hard it is
- 8:23Speaker 1: or be to start over? Okay, my man, hold up, Pardner,
- 8:26Speaker 1: You can't do yourself like this again. First you wasn't
- 8:29Speaker 1: grateful for what you had. Now you're looking at the
- 8:31Speaker 1: fact that you might have to start over, and you
- 8:33Speaker 1: know how hard it is to start over. Maybe God said, okay,
- 8:38Speaker 1: you ain't happy with this. Okay, didn't handle it your way?
- 8:42Speaker 1: You obviously ain't happy with the way I'm bringing it
- 8:45Speaker 1: into your life. You want to handle it your weight,
- 8:47Speaker 1: Go ahead and handle it because he will let you
- 8:48Speaker 1: have it your way. Can I tell you that he
- 8:51Speaker 1: will let you do it exactly the way you want
- 8:53Speaker 1: to it because he gives us all the power of choice.
- 8:56Speaker 1: So then maybe he said, Okay, you don't appreciate the
- 8:59Speaker 1: way I'm doing it. You don't like the favor I'm
- 9:01Speaker 1: showing you. You think it's take it too long. I'm
- 9:03Speaker 1: gonna let you do it your way. I'm not gonna
- 9:05Speaker 1: turn my back on you. I'm just gonna let you
- 9:07Speaker 1: do it your way. Just just say. Maybe he said that,
- 9:10Speaker 1: and now he right back where it was. So what
- 9:13Speaker 1: I try to get the young cat to understand was, man,
- 9:16Speaker 1: appreciate your life for what it is. Because like life,
- 9:20Speaker 1: Jenny's got that song that he got out off this album.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Still I still believe it could have been worse, And
- 9:27Speaker 1: now that it is worse, what's on your mind now, folks,
- 9:31Speaker 1: If you are on that side of life where you
- 9:34Speaker 1: have figured out what you want to do, you know
- 9:36Speaker 1: how you're gonna get that, and you know your purpose.
- 9:38Speaker 1: You're accomplishing what the majority of people never ever do.
- 9:41Speaker 1: So be grateful for your process. Don't tumble yourself, don't
- 9:45Speaker 1: throw yourself off to cliff. It's gonna be all right.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Success takes a measure of time. It is not easy.
- 9:53Speaker 1: If success were easy, everybody would be successful. You're listening,
- 10:00Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, boys, and girls, everybody involved from around
- 10:07Speaker 1: the world. Get your radios and turn them up. If
- 10:10Speaker 1: you own an iPad, let it go up. If you

- 15:37Speaker 1: speaking with people who won't took on. He's not speaking.

- 26:24Speaker 1: what you're gonna do. If you think I'm signing that

- 26:41Speaker 1: whoop from them. I'm about to show my kids what
- 26:44Speaker 1: it looks like with it to show up its talks
- 26:46Speaker 1: real reckless. Can you show it up here with a
- 26:48Speaker 1: damn caravan an animal like I mean, it's just ridiculous. Okay,
- 26:52Speaker 1: huh no, got my face man, this is ridicious. It's
- 26:56Speaker 1: only one thing, I really, just only one last thing
- 26:59Speaker 1: I need to tell you, be honest with you. Is
- 27:01Speaker 1: that the only thing I can tell you now, Adrian,
- 27:03Speaker 1: is that I have nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey
- 27:06Speaker 1: Morning Show. Your white bridget got me in the prank
- 27:09Speaker 1: phone call you? Oh man, you gotta be kidding me?
- 27:14Speaker 1: Oh man? Who wow? You don't want the delivery man?

- 27:32Speaker 1: give it? Tell me twenty twenty. What's the baddest and
- 27:34Speaker 1: I mean the baddest radio show in the land. Let
- 27:37Speaker 1: me hear, Adrian, it's a Steve Harvey Morning Show. Baby.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Ain't nothing wrong with a nice kangaroo delivery or steal?
- 27:52Speaker 1: What's wrong with that? Seal? Sharing? Quick clapping your hands?
- 27:58Speaker 1: But I don't know what a kook kangaroo sounds like.
- 28:00Speaker 1: I just don't you got that seal down? Pat? Yeah,
- 28:06Speaker 1: I don't know why you like she a real second?
- 28:09Speaker 1: That makes me get into it? What okay, Honey's animals?
- 28:16Speaker 1: We're learning more about you every day. You know that.
- 28:20Speaker 1: I know it turns real. I don't know. Go ahead, Montgommer,
- 28:26Speaker 1: all about the night of the Montgomery Performing Arts Center.
- 28:29Speaker 1: I will be there. They might have bout nine ten
- 28:32Speaker 1: tickets left, but that Performing Arts Center, so get them
- 28:34Speaker 1: last nineteen I not. I'm just gonna make them comp tickets.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Either way it go, I'm gonna be sold out. So
- 28:38Speaker 1: it is what it is. The nephew at the gump baby,
- 28:42Speaker 1: So come see me with a kangaroo who Peacock's and
- 28:45Speaker 1: a seal coming up going up at the top of
- 28:55Speaker 1: the hour, we'll have some entertainment and some national news
- 28:58Speaker 1: with my sane right after this you're listening to. Tom
- 29:05Speaker 1: Hanks could be facing a greater risk of complications from
- 29:08Speaker 1: the coronavirus due to a pre existing medical condition, uh to. Hanks,
- 29:13Speaker 1: of course, won the Oscar two times. He announced Wednesday
- 29:16Speaker 1: night that he and his wife Rita Wilson have been
- 29:19Speaker 1: tested positive for COVID nineteen and Tom Hanks, in case
- 29:23Speaker 1: you didn't know, has type two diabetes, So that does
- 29:27Speaker 1: further complicate his situation. Yeah, yeah, and um yeah, that's sad. Yeah,
- 29:34Speaker 1: definitely praying for him and his family and other entertainment
- 29:38Speaker 1: news psychic Sylvia Brown predicted the coronavirus pandemic. A page
- 29:43Speaker 1: from her book has been shared on social media. Kim
- 29:46Speaker 1: Kardashian tweeted it last night to her sixty four million followers. Uh,
- 29:51Speaker 1: Sylvia Brown wrote, what I'm just listening to? How many
- 29:55Speaker 1: followers you got? I'm sorry? Go ahead? Oh? S four million? Winner? Yeah?
- 30:01Speaker 1: Uh Brown. Sylvia Brown wrote the book The End of Days.
- 30:08Speaker 1: It was published back in two thousand and eight. She
- 30:10Speaker 1: wrote that in the year twenty twenty, a severe pneumonia
- 30:13Speaker 1: like illness will spread throughout the globe, attacking the lungs
- 30:17Speaker 1: and the bronchial tubes and resisting all known treatment and
- 30:23Speaker 1: her crystal ball. Sylvia also saw that this disease would
- 30:25Speaker 1: miraculously vanish as quickly as it arrived, only to return
- 30:30Speaker 1: years later. So yeah, back then, give us the vanish
- 30:36Speaker 1: Do we know so much? Yeah? Do you have the
- 30:41Speaker 1: vanished date? That's what we need? We need that. That'd
- 30:45Speaker 1: be great date. Yeah. I ain't impressed. A prediction date,
- 31:00Speaker 1: nag date that we need. We need a vantage. Yeah, man,
- 31:05Speaker 1: we wouldn't have believed it anyway. No, you know, yea
- 31:09Speaker 1: back then two thousand and eight, we probably wouldn't. Now, man, yeah,
- 31:13Speaker 1: I mean all this. Did you see Trump getting elected?
- 31:16Speaker 1: Did you see that? Who you would have gave us
- 31:20Speaker 1: about that? You've been sitting on too much information, man,
- 31:27Speaker 1: he like you know, you can't. Please tell me you
- 31:35Speaker 1: don't see him for the next four years. Please about it.
- 31:37Speaker 1: We cannot take another four years of Hell, we can't.
- 31:41Speaker 1: We can't know, we cannot. I would be Let me
- 31:45Speaker 1: tell you this about the election. I would be very
- 31:49Speaker 1: very surprised if that was not a record turnout in
- 31:54Speaker 1: this election. I would be very very surprised for the
- 31:58Speaker 1: vote him out. I mean yeah, because this is the
- 32:01Speaker 1: most polarized this nation has ever been. Yes, yes, you know,
- 32:09Speaker 1: yeah in in terms of modern politics. You know, we
- 32:14Speaker 1: were very polarized against slave with slavery as an issue,
- 32:18Speaker 1: very polarized. You know. But Nancy, I did I just say,
- 32:25Speaker 1: but Nancy, you said Nancy? Yeah? Yeah, Because man, I
- 32:30Speaker 1: was sitting up there and oh, cn Nancy name come up,
- 32:35Speaker 1: and I just said it. I was s that's sixty three.
- 32:40Speaker 1: That's no, no, no, no, no, that's your mind connects
- 32:43Speaker 1: to what I'm talking and the visual Nancy Pelosi came
- 32:48Speaker 1: up and I went in, Nancy, You're in a conversation,
- 33:00Speaker 1: all right. See, we gotta get to the headlines. Please,
- 33:03Speaker 1: let's go, ladies, jobs with Nancy tript Good morning, everybody.
- 33:09Speaker 1: It's unfortunately become a rather common occurrence in recent weeks. Anyway,
- 33:13Speaker 1: as reports of coronavirus infections rise, the stock market dives
- 33:16Speaker 1: on the heels of the world Health organizations designation of
- 33:20Speaker 1: the coronavirus as a pandemic. Yesterday, the Dow Jones Industrial
- 33:23Speaker 1: average dropped by more than twenty three hundred points before
- 33:26Speaker 1: recovering a bit. After two players in the Utah Jazz
- 33:29Speaker 1: tested positive for COVID nineteen, the NBAH canceled the rest
- 33:33Speaker 1: of its season, and by the end of yesterday, Major
- 33:35Speaker 1: League Baseball, hockey, US Soccer all following suit by either
- 33:39Speaker 1: ending or postponing their team schedules. Also no March Madness
- 33:43Speaker 1: this year. Hundreds of Americans, meanwhile, have lost their jobs
- 33:45Speaker 1: this week, mostly in the areas of trucking, travel, tourism events,
- 33:50Speaker 1: things like that at the ports of the country travel agencies,
- 33:54Speaker 1: A lot of people have lost their jobs already. At
- 33:57Speaker 1: least six states have closed their schools or hio Michigan, Maryland,
- 34:01Speaker 1: and also the Seattle in San Francisco schools are also closed. Now.
- 34:05Speaker 1: President Trump is telling Americans to practice so called social
- 34:09Speaker 1: distancing to tamp down the spread of the virus by
- 34:12Speaker 1: avoiding crowds, by working from home or on off hours,
- 34:15Speaker 1: and generally keeping your distance from other people. It's a
- 34:17Speaker 1: world problem, and you do need separation in some cases.
- 34:21Speaker 1: You have some areas that are very heavily infected and
- 34:25Speaker 1: some areas that aren't. Frankly, but we do need separation
- 34:29Speaker 1: for a little period of time in some cases well. However,
- 34:31Speaker 1: presidential hopeful Joe Biden is really critical of Trump. He
- 34:35Speaker 1: says he took the virus too casually for too long,
- 34:37Speaker 1: and that his response now was grossly inefficient. Protecting the
- 34:40Speaker 1: health and safety the American people is the most important
- 34:43Speaker 1: job but any president, and unfortunately this virus laid bare
- 34:48Speaker 1: the severe shortcomings of the current administration. Public fears are
- 34:53Speaker 1: being compounded our pervasive lack of trust in this president,
- 34:57Speaker 1: our government's ability to respond effective. He has been undermined
- 35:01Speaker 1: by hollowing out our agencies and disparagement of science. And
- 35:06Speaker 1: Bertie Sanders, by the way, expressed some similar feelings on
- 35:09Speaker 1: this thing. How Speaker Nancy Pelosi says Democrats are close
- 35:12Speaker 1: to passing a money measure designed to provide free testing
- 35:15Speaker 1: for the coronavirus and also for it, paid sickly for
- 35:18Speaker 1: people who test positive for it, who care for people
- 35:21Speaker 1: who have it. People are concerned about, of course, their
- 35:23Speaker 1: health and the health of their children. If they are
- 35:26Speaker 1: losing their jobs because nobody's coming to the restaurant or
- 35:30Speaker 1: whatever it is, then we have to be there with
- 35:34Speaker 1: some help for them. By the way, we have the
- 35:38Speaker 1: Canadian Prime minister's wife now Gary Trudeau's wife has now
- 35:41Speaker 1: tested positive for the coronavirus. Sold they're staying home. The
- 35:44Speaker 1: Prime Minister is handling his business via skypin by a phone.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Our President Trump says he's against, by the way, that
- 35:50Speaker 1: aid package that Nancy Pelosi no pushing. And finally today
- 35:53Speaker 1: tear your heart out and hair out there. Now back
- 35:56Speaker 1: to Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening, Dave. A lot
- 36:02Speaker 1: of changes due to the coronavirus outbreak. As we know,
- 36:05Speaker 1: the NBA has canceled its season, Broadway has shut down,
- 36:09Speaker 1: It's gone dark. Viking Cruises and Princess Cruises are suspending
- 36:12Speaker 1: their operations for the next two months. No Ncuba March Madness.
- 36:17Speaker 1: Major League Baseball has delayed the start of the season
- 36:20Speaker 1: for two weeks. Another player in the NBA, Utah Jazz
- 36:23Speaker 1: star Donovan Mitchell, has tested positive for the coronavirus. He said,
- 36:28Speaker 1: play the player Rudy Gobert, Yeah, who was also tested,
- 36:33Speaker 1: was being careless in the locker room. Now what do
- 36:36Speaker 1: you guys know about that? Well, but listen to me.
- 36:39Speaker 1: I was watching Stephen A. Smith. Rudy Gobert is a
- 36:42Speaker 1: really nice guy. The fact that he was hugging on people,
- 36:45Speaker 1: in touching people, he didn't know that he had, yeah,
- 36:49Speaker 1: the virus at the time, he just didn't know, and
- 36:54Speaker 1: just jokingly when people's teasing him about it. He would
- 36:56Speaker 1: walk around hug and people touching him. I watched the
- 36:59Speaker 1: interview when he got up off there from the microphone
- 37:02Speaker 1: at the press coffence, he reached back and rubbed his
- 37:04Speaker 1: hands over all the microphone. Everybody was laughing. You know,
- 37:10Speaker 1: you know what, I understand, you're a good dude and everything.
- 37:13Speaker 1: But if I'm the teammate that he gave it to,
- 37:16Speaker 1: that's that's that's how asswhipping on. I'm just sorry. That's
- 37:21Speaker 1: and and and as a comedian, we all know the
- 37:25Speaker 1: phrase you play too much, and that's what this. Yeah,
- 37:28Speaker 1: you know I say that everything and that's what's what.
- 37:32Speaker 1: And you can get an ass whipping for playing too much.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Do you know this? But he's sick, That's what I'm saying, Shirley.
- 37:42Speaker 1: It's gonna be one who can have a fight, Shirley.
- 37:48Speaker 1: But right after we finished fighting, though, I want a
- 37:50Speaker 1: trade whole new Walker room. If they don't trade him.
- 37:57Speaker 1: I don't know much about sports, but nobody's don't take
- 38:00Speaker 1: a pass from him, or throw him or throw a pain.
- 38:04Speaker 1: It's not gonna happen. Folks a basketball by yourself, and
- 38:09Speaker 1: they're treating it. And they're treating it. They're treating it
- 38:12Speaker 1: like when Magic called aiding the comparisons that we don't
- 38:15Speaker 1: know what we don't know what it does. And I
- 38:17Speaker 1: take issue with the word that you use. Leader. We
- 38:22Speaker 1: got a man in the White House. I take that back. Now.
- 38:27Speaker 1: You know what. I saw his ten minute speech about
- 38:31Speaker 1: the coronavirus. I mean, you know, of course he read
- 38:35Speaker 1: it and someone else that's I got it. I got
- 38:39Speaker 1: it though, that's not his words, that wasn't his cadence
- 38:41Speaker 1: he looked uncomfortable reading it. He doesn't he doesn't do
- 38:45Speaker 1: teleprompter real well, he'll never have that skill set. But
- 38:49Speaker 1: I thought overall he did the right thing until I
- 38:52Speaker 1: turned on seat hen in. They left. They felt he
- 38:56Speaker 1: left out so many things that I had never thought
- 38:59Speaker 1: of it. And then I watched Fox and it was
- 39:01Speaker 1: the greatest speech in the history of presidents of modern time.
- 39:06Speaker 1: I'm just said, boys, all right, no really, all right.
- 39:10Speaker 1: Coming coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour,
- 39:13Speaker 1: things your maybe will do to get on your nerves
- 39:16Speaker 1: if you have to be quarantined due to the coronavirus. Oh, okay,
- 39:20Speaker 1: that's coming up right after this. You're listening to show. Well, Jay,
- 39:26Speaker 1: you are here over there, and you're here, but you're
- 39:29Speaker 1: over there. Yeah, nobody, don't come come close. Yeah, but
- 39:32Speaker 1: it comes, yeah nobody. Yeah. So what do you have?
- 39:35Speaker 1: You have some things that your mate might do to
- 39:36Speaker 1: get on your You're gonna be locked up with your
- 39:39Speaker 1: mate for a while. Whatever they do is gonna get
- 39:42Speaker 1: on your nerves. So I got about ten. I'm gonna
- 39:44Speaker 1: do five and then y'all come on the end, because
- 39:47Speaker 1: I know y'all got some I'm gonna read a couple.
- 39:48Speaker 1: I don't have any. You got some, You'll you trust me,
- 39:51Speaker 1: you'll get some. One could stop? Could you just please
- 39:56Speaker 1: stop sitting down all the damn time time I look

- 40:23Speaker 1: my nerves. Your nerve, yeah, get on my nerve. Here's
- 40:29Speaker 1: another one. Could you there's another one. Things that will
- 40:33Speaker 1: get on your nerves when you're cabbing people what you
- 40:35Speaker 1: made you? Just? Could you stop shooting so damn loud?
- 40:39Speaker 1: Do you have to shoot so loud? Dude? Really well,
- 40:44Speaker 1: your nerves are bad. Could you do something with your head?

- 50:33Speaker 1: than this. Yes, I got a gift call stupid and
- 50:37Speaker 1: I'm exploiting it everywhere everywhere I go. How am I doing?
- 50:43Speaker 1: That's stupid? Yeah, let me give him one hundred and three?
- 50:48Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you. Can I ask a question, yes,
- 50:52Speaker 1: please taught me? How do you think you're doing? I
- 50:56Speaker 1: think I'm looting leading the stupidity race, I really do.
- 51:00Speaker 1: I think if it was a campaign, especially when you
- 51:03Speaker 1: think the word is looting, Yeah, leading leading. There's you
- 51:06Speaker 1: said looting, which and I corrected myself, but proves though
- 51:12Speaker 1: that stupidity is in front at all times. What was
- 51:15Speaker 1: the word last week? Remember the word phenomenomenal, phenomen phenomenal
- 51:24Speaker 1: still holds up? Still ye still than routeam Tommy just
- 51:32Speaker 1: as phenomenal as the first time I heard the word phenomenal.
- 51:36Speaker 1: That's not damn phenomenal, that is yeah. But if wow,
- 51:46Speaker 1: you remember the team Tommy fell apart from a moment
- 51:56Speaker 1: when Steve, when because Jase said the first time the
- 52:05Speaker 1: name phenomenal you described Tommy, you bought that out. You
- 52:13Speaker 1: bought that out, And it was done in a very
- 52:16Speaker 1: between us. Man, la la la la. Don't let him
- 52:23Speaker 1: put in look at a man. I would put put
- 52:27Speaker 1: some lights on these hands and knock him clean. Out. Man,
- 52:31Speaker 1: he's a virus. He's a virus. Man, virus down, he's
- 52:39Speaker 1: a virus. Okay, so one more time so that we
- 52:42Speaker 1: can get this straight. How do you spell phenomenal? Temmy foe, Flo, girl,
- 52:48Speaker 1: namo and O m o o oh no no, no, yeah, Well,
- 52:58Speaker 1: first of all, I knew it's gonna throw you off
- 53:00Speaker 1: to understand that it starts with the P. Why is that? Well,
- 53:06Speaker 1: they pushed the phone up with that. They did that.
- 53:08Speaker 1: They see the same people that spell phones probably spell
- 53:14Speaker 1: phenomenon and it's wrong with them. Phone phone boy, Thank you, Tommy,
- 53:25Speaker 1: thank you. Up next, Strawberry Letters, subject I'm too old
- 53:29Speaker 1: for these games. We'll get into it right after this,

- 53:52Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. We could be reading your letter live on
- 53:55Speaker 1: the air, just like we're gonna read this one right here,
- 53:58Speaker 1: right now. That's for you, Jay, Thank you so much.
- 54:02Speaker 1: Bugle hold on tight, we got it for you here
- 54:04Speaker 1: it is a strawberry letter subjects I'm too old for
- 54:09Speaker 1: these games. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm a fifty seven year old,
- 54:13Speaker 1: very attractive widow. I started back dating four years ago
- 54:17Speaker 1: after giving myself time to deal with the loss of
- 54:20Speaker 1: my husband. Over a year ago, I met a really
- 54:23Speaker 1: nice man at a bar and he told me I
- 54:25Speaker 1: was gorgeous and he'd loved to take me to dinner.
- 54:28Speaker 1: We went on our first date and I was hooked.
- 54:31Speaker 1: He told me he was looking for a deep sexual
- 54:34Speaker 1: connection and whoever he was with he would treat her
- 54:38Speaker 1: like a queen. For our second date, I met him
- 54:41Speaker 1: at his home or should I say a state. He
- 54:44Speaker 1: had a He has a very plush lifestyle and three
- 54:48Speaker 1: luxury cars. He surprised me with dinner at his house
- 54:51Speaker 1: with a private chef, and after that we made love.
- 54:55Speaker 1: He let me know that he would cater to all
- 54:58Speaker 1: of my wants and needs and take on many adventures.
- 55:01Speaker 1: The next week, he invited me to travel overseas with
- 55:04Speaker 1: him on a business trip. Since we met, he has
- 55:08Speaker 1: taken me on several deluxe trips and I am treated
- 55:11Speaker 1: like a princess when we're together. He is sixty three
- 55:15Speaker 1: years old and divorced. So I thought he was interested
- 55:17Speaker 1: in building a great relationship with He must have felt huh,
- 55:23Speaker 1: I had flashback. Go ahead, Oh you're sixty three. He's
- 55:28Speaker 1: sixty three years old, and nobody like to go ahead.
- 55:36Speaker 1: Don't tell you. Don't have to clear it up, Jay,
- 55:41Speaker 1: I'm just trying to deal with it. Just you know,
- 55:43Speaker 1: you know, Please don't listen to Jay. He's sixty three
- 55:49Speaker 1: years old and divorced, So I thought he was interested
- 55:53Speaker 1: in building a great relationship with me. He must have
- 55:55Speaker 1: felt that I was getting too caught up. So he
- 55:58Speaker 1: sat me down one day and let me know that
- 56:00Speaker 1: our quote unquote arrangement only works if I know my place.
- 56:05Speaker 1: He said, I should stay beautiful, be ready to travel,
- 56:08Speaker 1: and always ready to satisfy him sexually. I was so
- 56:12Speaker 1: hurt and upset. He gave me no signs that he
- 56:15Speaker 1: was an old player. Now I've fallen for him and
- 56:19Speaker 1: I don't want to stop seeing him. Should I take
- 56:21Speaker 1: what I can get at my age or should I
- 56:23Speaker 1: end this and forget those great trips? Well, I gotta
- 56:29Speaker 1: disagree with you, because he said it up front. He
- 56:33Speaker 1: set it up front. He was looking for a deep
- 56:35Speaker 1: sexual connection he said that. He said that plane is
- 56:41Speaker 1: day to you. Yeah, you got caught up. But to
- 56:46Speaker 1: answer your question, I just think that you know you
- 56:49Speaker 1: should get what you want. If this is not what
- 56:51Speaker 1: you want, don't settle. It doesn't have anything to do
- 56:54Speaker 1: with how old you are anything like that. I mean,
- 56:56Speaker 1: just because he's rich and he can afford to take
- 56:58Speaker 1: you on these exotic trips and all of this and
- 57:01Speaker 1: do whatever. It doesn't mean that he owns you. It
- 57:03Speaker 1: doesn't mean that he can run you, doesn't mean any
- 57:06Speaker 1: of that. You're a grown woman, and if it's a
- 57:09Speaker 1: relationship you want and need, then that's what you should have.
- 57:13Speaker 1: It just won't be with him. It just will not
- 57:15Speaker 1: be with mister sixty three years old and divorced taking
- 57:19Speaker 1: you everywhere. It's not going to be with him because
- 57:21Speaker 1: he told you he wanted a sexual connection, a deep
- 57:24Speaker 1: sexual connection. You know you cannot have it both ways
- 57:28Speaker 1: with this man. It's either his way or no way.
- 57:31Speaker 1: He's already told you to know your place in this arrangement.
- 57:35Speaker 1: He's called it an arrangement. He's giving you all these words.
- 57:38Speaker 1: All the signs are there, all of them are there.
- 57:42Speaker 1: Some women would happily and gladly, you know, deal with
- 57:46Speaker 1: this so called arrangement. They would be happy to go
- 57:49Speaker 1: on all these exotic trips and have to do nothing
- 57:52Speaker 1: but look beautiful. But this situation is not for you.
- 57:55Speaker 1: You're in love and you want instead of a deep
- 57:58Speaker 1: sexual connection with him, you want a relationship, possibly to
- 58:01Speaker 1: lead to a marriage and all that. So this is
- 58:04Speaker 1: not for you. So yes, I say to you, and this,
- 58:07Speaker 1: forget all those great trips and all of that, because
- 58:10Speaker 1: you're not gonna be able to do this with him,
- 58:11Speaker 1: because he's not looking for what you're looking for. Right now,
- 58:14Speaker 1: you want more and you probably deserve it. So do
- 58:19Speaker 1: what you gotta do. Let this one go, Steve, don't.
- 58:23Speaker 1: I don't understand the confusion. Shirley said it. He told
- 58:28Speaker 1: you at the beginning. I see here. Let me let me,
- 58:31Speaker 1: let me help you understand something. You're fifty seven, very
- 58:35Speaker 1: attractive widhom started back to Dayton four years ago, four
- 58:40Speaker 1: years ago, after you gave yourself time to deal with
- 58:43Speaker 1: the loss of your husband, meaning your husband passed. Then
- 58:47Speaker 1: about a year ago you met this man at a
- 58:50Speaker 1: bar right there. Most fifty year old people don't really
- 58:54Speaker 1: meet nice people at bars, no more, at just ain't
- 58:58Speaker 1: that stomping ground down normally unless you run up into
- 59:03Speaker 1: an old businessman that's on an old business trip and
- 59:07Speaker 1: there's other people at the balls who know to go
- 59:09Speaker 1: to the balls for such a evening and day oh,
- 59:13Speaker 1: those are called girls. Anyway, he told me that you
- 59:18Speaker 1: was gorgeous and he'd loved take you to dinner. So
- 59:23Speaker 1: on the first date, you were hooked seating. Now right there,
- 59:29Speaker 1: you said on the first date, I was hooked on
- 59:31Speaker 1: what y'all just ate? But let me tell you what
- 59:36Speaker 1: he told me. He was looking for a deep sexual
- 59:40Speaker 1: connection and whoever he was with he would treat like
- 59:44Speaker 1: a queen. Here's what you heard. Treat like a queen.
- 59:49Speaker 1: He did that. But let me help you understand something
- 59:52Speaker 1: before we go to break. When a man tells you
- 59:56Speaker 1: that he wants a deep sexual connection, what deep sexual
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: connection actually means is no other connection. When a man
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: says I want a deep sexual connection parentheses, no other
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: connection is what that means. That's it. Okay, we'll have
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: part two of your response coming up, and at twenty
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: three minutes after the hours subject I'm too old for
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: these games, we'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: You're listening to show. Hey, everybody's very play Couling Junior. Listen.
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: Computer systems in cars are the new normal, but the
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: advanced tech like touchscreen displays and sensors are expensive to fix,
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: if and when they break. That's why you need car Shield.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: Car Shield has affordable monthly protection plans that can save
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: you thousands for a cover repair, including computers, GPS, electronics,
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: and a whole lot more. With race as low as
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: ninety nine dollars a month, you have nothing to lose.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: Call eight hundred cards six thousand and mention Cole Junior
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: or visit Carshield dot com and use cold Junior to
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: say ten percent of the dectiful may apply. All right, Steve,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: come on, let's recap today's Strawberry letters. Subject I'm too
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: old for these games. It's not a game, ma'am. You didn't.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: You didn't, You didn't You weren't listening. It's sad to say,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: but a lot of people don't listen. You're fifty seven,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: very attractive with old started dating again. You met this
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: man at a bar. He was really nice. He told
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: you you were gorgeous. He'd loved to take me to dinner.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: You went on your first date, I was hooked. One date, Bam,
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: You're gone. You was gone. On the first day. He
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: told me he was looking for a deep sexual connection
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: and whoever he was with, he would treat like a queen.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: You heard, whoever he was with, he would treat like
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: a queen. You ignored the deep sexual connection and what
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: he wanted. He was clear that whoever he got up
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: with to have this deep sexual connection, that he would
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: treat you like a queen. So on your second date,
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: I went to his home or should I say a state.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: I'm I'm gonna know what that means with okay, lady.
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: He has a very plush lifestyle and three luxury cars.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: So you in the garage, you looking at some saddened sheets,
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: you sitting on a velvet couch, and you looking at
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: a gold trim on the woodwork. So after that, he
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: had dinner, he had a private chef, and we made
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: love just like that. One two damn plates of food,
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: took you to dinner, brought you to his house. Your
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: ass was nick He could have you would have slept
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: with him the first night because you was hooked then,
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: but you waited two nights. Whoa, oh girl, you you you.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: You made him earn it. He let me know that
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: he would cater to all your wants and needs and
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: take me on many adventures. The man so far has
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: not lied. Next week he invited me to travel overseas
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: better quick going with them trips? Yes, Corona. Next week
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: he invited me to travel overseas with him on a
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: bas his trip. Since we met, you've been on several
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: deluxe trips. What is a deluxe trip? What is that?
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: We've been on several deluxe trips? No, no, no, no,
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: what is it? Ja? What is a deluxe trip? It's
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: a it's a big, big trip. It's a huge like
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: it's like you see it gonna take a trip, but
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: it's bigger than that. Okay, you're bigger. So they was
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: on a big plane and they was upfront in first
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: class into big chairs. All right, And I'm treated like
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: a princess when we together. He's sixty three years old
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: and divorced, So I thought he was interested in building
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: a great relationship with me. Where did that thought come from, ma'am?
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: Because he said he was looking for a deep sexual
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: connection parentheses, which means no other connections. And he told
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: you he treats you like a queen. You thought being
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: treated like a queen was a relationship. Now he was
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: just gonna give you some things, take you on some
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: deluxe trips and stuff like that. That's all it was.
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: He must have felt that I was getting too caught up,
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: so he set me down one day. Then let me
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: know that our arrangement only works if I know my place.
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: He said, I should stay beautiful, be ready to travel,
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: and always ready to satisfy him sexually because he walks
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: a deep sexual connection and he likes it from you,
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: because you're an attractive woman, and he treats you like
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: a queen. I was so hurting upset. He gave me
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: no signs that he was an old player. Listen to me,
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: He's not an old player. He told you exactly what
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: was upfront. Here's the news that you don't know. You
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: are one of several. You're not the one. You're one
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: of several. The reason he's so smiled with the presentation
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: is because he's made this presentation several times and it
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: has worked. He finds attractive women who are lonely like you,
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: and he subdues them for sex, for deep sexual connections.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: That's all he wanted from you. In return, he treats
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: you very well. So he thought he with you in
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: the pocket. That's all you just got put in the pocket.
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: It's a lot of y'all out there. You ain't the
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: only one, but you thought that he wanted to be
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: building a great relationship with you. That's what he tells you.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: Now Now I fall in for him and I don't
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: want to stop seeing him. Should I take what I
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: can get at my age? Or should I end this
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: and forget those great trips? Hold up? Are you talking
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: in circles? Because everything you're saying just gets back to
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: still seeing him. First of all, lady, let's just be real.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: You're not gonna stop seeing him because you just said
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: I don't want to stop seeing him. Should I take
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: what I can get at my age? Don't put this
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: on your age. It's just what you want to take
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: because you like it. Or should I end this and
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: forget those great trips? Lady? I can't tell you what
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: to do, but he's not building or any further relationship
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: with you. And I want to remind you that men
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: don't give promotions. Would we want you as the one
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: you start at number one? We don't do promotions. I'm sorry, ma'am.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: Don't forget. Hey, man, don't forget. Don't forget to check
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand now coming up
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: at forty six minutes after the hour. The Democratic Debate
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: will happen this Sunday, but there will be a few changes.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: We'll tell you about those right after this. You're listening
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: to show well the Sunday night debate. The Democratic Debate,
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: the first to feature former Vice President Joe Biden and
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders head to head, will now move
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: from Arizona to CNN Studios in Washington, DC. The debate
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: will be held at CNN Studio will not have a
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: live audience. Univision anchor Jorge Ramos has decided to no
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: longer moderate the debate because he said he's so handsome,
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: because he said he is in proxy, he was in
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: pro simity with someone who was in direct contact with
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: a person who tested positive for the coronavirus. Wow. Yeah,
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: with no audience, no audience, so they don't have anyone
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: to play to listen, it's gonna be the same promises,
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: same promises that they do it every time, and then
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: you know, until we get control of the Senate as
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: a Democrat. Ain't nothing gonna happen, especially what Bernie Sanders
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: is pushing for. I mean, I respect a guy, I
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: love his thoughts, but what he's talking about happening, it
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: cannot happen in the United States of America, not any
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: time soon. And when you connect socialists with what you
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: believe in democratic socialists, you haven't picked a team. So
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: when you win, what are you gonna represent as socialists
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: or Democrats? I mean which one? It's confusing, Bernie say,
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: just cannot beat Donald Trump? No, nope, in mind, that's
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: the most important thing. That's the most sort of thing
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: right now, Steve, Yeah, everybody, it's mine too. Yeah, everybody
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: know it, right And and Bernie Sanders, now he's got
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: to know that. Come on, I don't do nothing, you
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: think yeah, I mean I think so too. And we
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: need effective leadership. We I mean, you know this is
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: this is a virus and all this that this country
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: is going through right now. I mean, the world what
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: we're going in Biden, the most powerful country. We don't
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: have a leader right now. It's Obama is looking, especially
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: in his commercials, more and more presidential to me. Yeah,
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: what'd you say? Tell me, Hey, don't don't mister Barack Obama.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: Don't he lived down the street from DC. Can't he
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: at least fix this little problem we got right now
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: with this? You can't call him for no, I know
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: he hell no him for that too. No, uh yeah, no,
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: I just know he can fix it. That's the current
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: administration that was put in the White House needs to
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: do the things that they're supposed to do, and that's
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: to give the general public correct, valid information, points of
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: contact and what to do. You don't know what to do? Well, well, okay,
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: well they voted him in. I'm just gonna quarantine my
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: own as coming up at the top of the hour.
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: We'll continue this discussion right after this. You're listening, all right.
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: So when we left off, Tommy was asking, couldn't uh
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: President Obama step in and just fix it a little bit?
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: Helped us out tirement for us? Yeah, just out of
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: retirement for us. That's a hot second. Fix this for
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: that's all I want. No, I won't be able to do.
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: Like Steve said, they'll blame him for it. If things
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: don't go right, they'll figure out a way to blame
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: this whole thing anyone on him. Yeah, he had. He
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: had a tashboard shut up before he left Trump that
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: rid of it everything. That's why he got rid of it. Yeah,
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: m M, well, I will say this to me. I
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: don't know. Joe Biden is looking more and more presidential
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: every time I see a new commercial, every time he
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: steps to the podium, and I like that, you know,
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: and he cuts into shirts. He cuts when he is.
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: I mean, you appearance where you look is a lot.
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: And Bernie just he just don't look. Look. He looks dishoveled. Look.
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: I mean, he just does like his ass been up
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: all night man cooking man, people coming over and I'm
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: trying to get the greens ready. Right. He doesn't look
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: like a guy. He doesn't look like a guy that
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: laziest stuff out at night. But all right, he's not
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: that guy. No, he's not that guy. But that's a
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: guy like that. But that's not who he is, right right.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: Some people like that look. Some people like that look,
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: and they feel like they can trust that look better
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: than a guy you know who suited and booted and
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: everything stuff. Never never, he never used the phrase. He
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: never used the phrase do these two things go together?
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: The honey, honey, will you lay out my clothes? What
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: you think? No? Yeah, I just really think that the DNC,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: after this next big election, this next one right here,
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: counsel all these debates, tell Bernie it's a rap. The
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: DNC has to get here, and the money is on
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: Joe Biden because if he gets a bunch of delegates
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: on this next big one, ain't gonna need to going
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: through this fight. Forget all these debates and stuff. Let's
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: get geared up, but let's get geared up to bite
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: to fight the real problem. Donald tru Donald Trump, and
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: I agree with you, but I just don't see Bernie
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: Sanders noting down, bowing out. I just don't see that.
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: Well I hate you know, but like they're doing baseball,
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: you know, they't walk out to the mound and they
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: go give me, give me the ball. Hey, you did
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: your best, kid. But remember when Hillary won, he didn't
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: even send his delegates and his people to support her. Yeah,
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: you know that was so great that this year he
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: gonna have to do that this year. Well, but that's
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: what I'm saying. The DNC has to get involved and
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: get real active here because the game is up. This
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: is Mark we're not gonna be playing this all the
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: way out to June and July because we only got
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: three months after that going there if he doesn't do
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: well in this next election. But it doesn't look like
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: he's going to do. Bye bye, mister American pack and
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: let's gonna get this thing to Biden and let's get
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: behind this man and go get this White House. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: Biden has eight hundred and eighty one delegates. Bernie has
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: seven hundred and twenty five. You need about Florida and Atlanta,
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: Georgian all that coming up with what is nineteen hundred? Like? See,
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: it's like when your parents put you out to get
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: the nomination. Get your stuff, gather your things up, and
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: get your hands out of here. That's what they do. Yeah,
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: I didn't get that. I didn't get that. Convention need
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: to act like your ninety airlines when they asked, you'll
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: ask to step off the plane, man, if you don't
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: bring your ass out to this seat. The ninety airline
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: got something for your airs man. All right, coming up
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: more music trending topics and headlines at twenty minutes after
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: the hour, right after this. You're listening, all right? All right?
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: This is what I think all that happened the Democratic Committee,
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: the DNC. If Bernie Sanders does not do well in
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: this upcoming primary, this next big one with all the
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: southern states or in Ohio was in it to see
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: big delegates, make a call. Make a call. Now people
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: are saying Bernie Sanders is not gonna just drop out
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: the race. My suggestion is for then the Democrapratic National
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: Committee should act like United Airlines and they should make
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: an announcement Bernie Sanders, please gather your belongings and come
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: to the front of the plane when they put you off.
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: Bernie Sanders, identify yourself, gather your belongings and come to
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: the front of the plane. I'm not gonna nor ass
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: no more. Bernie Sanders, gather your damn things and bring
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: your all ass up to the front of this plane.
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: I'll be down, Bernie if you don't get your ass
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: to the front, and then black going to back and
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: get Bernie, get them go, you know, and treat him
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: like United Airlines. Dude, When you don't bring your ass
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: to the front of that plane, that's all all right.
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: More of the Steve Harvey Morning Share coming up with
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: some trending news, and thirty three minutes after just saying
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: to bring your ass, you're listening to St. Harvey Morning Show. Well, Jay,
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: you are here over there, and you're here, but you're
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: over there. Yeah, nobody there. Don't come close, Yeah, but
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: it comes yeah nobody. Yeah. So what do you have?

- 1:17:39Speaker 1: you'll get some. Number one, could you stop? Could you

- 1:18:10Speaker 1: It's getting on my nerves. Your nerves get on. Here's
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: another one. Things that will get on your nerves when

- 1:18:33Speaker 1: go out, don't mean you can't damn. I mean, I
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: mean you can't walk around your stuff and making yourself presentable.
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: I mean, okay, and it's one more then y'all come in.
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: I got one more. Just ain't the only TV in
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: the house? Do you come on? It isn't necessary. We
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: got seventeen TVs in here. Why you've been divorced ten times?
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna sleep upstairs. Can't you sleep downstairs? All right?
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: I ain't got to see you. You ain't got to
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: see me, ain't you? These are things your mate might do.
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: I see. I am tired of hearing this water When
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: you stop washing your damn hands, dude, I gotta just water, water, water, water, water,
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: That's all I'm hearing, washing your damn hands. Things your
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: mate might do to get on your own. I mean
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: they sit was quarantine. They they said we was quarantine.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: They didn't say we had to be hungry. Is you
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: gonna cook. Anything they said was not stopped. What's he
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: looking at? Dam just turn it on see if it
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: worked before? All right, coming up our last break of
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: the day. It's the last break of the day. And
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: some closing remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: at forty nine minutes after right after this, you're listening
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: to show. All right, here we are, last break of
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: the day. It is the last break of the day.
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: You're fired what you don't never know what open now?
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: You're not gonna fire him? Now? What did I give him?
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: The speed is? But you ain't gonna fire him. Okay,
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: we'll work with your work with him work. He's tired.
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: He's been doing Tyler Pairs stuff. He've been got eight
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: hundred shows. He didn't shot the him alone. That's mister Perry,
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: mister mister Perry. I'm sorry, Oh my god, I missed
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: that up anyway, it's been a good Friday. Yeah, that's
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: that's why you ain't gotten nothing with him, Tommy, you
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: ain't learned how to do it. Jay learned how to
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: do it. He in in series and the film I did.
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: I didn't look. I did a film sit up too.
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: You'll call when he got something he will call. I
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: don't mess that up to say something done with time.
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: I mean, you know, I've been trying to help your
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: ass for fifty years. Is this going to be the
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: closing room as me? It could be. It really could
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: be something. We don't have enough time, So let's just
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: do the one I got in man. All right, y'all, Uh,
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: you know today I just want to remind you all
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: of something in light of everything that's going on. I mean, look,
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: you can't cut the television set on without hearing about
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: this virus is nowhere around every sports show, it's all
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: about the virus. Every news channel, it's the virus, all
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: of it. Now, is this real? You better believe it
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: is one hundred percent real. Is it blown out of proportion?
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: I don't think so. I think we have a real
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: situation here. I think it's a very very real situation
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: when people who are in the money making business postpone
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: the business of making money. Anybody that's not in the
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: money making business, you need to pay full attention to
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: what's going on here, because when people in large corporations,
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: when you see Fortune five hundred businesses and companies making
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: moves to get workers to work, from home, are stopping conferences,
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: closing down events that have been going on for years.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: When the NBA closes, when March Madness is called off,
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: the trickle down effect is astronomical in the terms of money.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: Once you shut down March Madness, I can't tell you
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: the billion dollar revenue from television, Las Vegas, the betting,
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: the bookies, the things, events, the hotels, the cities. It's
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: just huge, man. And as I'm picturing all of this,
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: and I'm hearing rumors about what may happen and how
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: America should cope with it, and as you look towards
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: your leadership for guidance and your city officials for what
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: to do, I'm hearing so many mixed emotions about how
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: to handle it, what you can do, what's available, what's
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: not available. The one thing that keeps me really really
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: cool in all of this, and it's just a suggestion.
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: This is this is a closing remark. That is my opinion.
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: So please don't be offended if you don't share my opinion,
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: because everybody has a right to have their own. The
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: thing that keeps me cool through all of this, as
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: I have a relationship with God and I know for
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: a fact that no matter what happens to me, that
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: no matter what situation I end up having to face
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: and deal with, based on my prior experience, based on
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: my prior or things and challenges that I've had to
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: face that I've somehow miraculously, sometimes unbeknownst to how I
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: did it myself, because it really wasn't me who did it.
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: I have found through all of those past experiences that
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: my relationship with God clearly has allowed me to survive
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: some unthinkable situation as big as this virus is. I
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: bet you you all can think of something far more
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: traumatic that has happened in your life. If you over
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: thirty years old, hell, if you're twenty really and you've
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: got good sense, I bet you can think of something
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: right now that has been far more catastrophic for you
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: so far than the news of this virus. And if
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: you can think of something more catastrophic that has happened
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: to you or you've had to cope with, let me
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: ask you this question. Didn't God get you through that?
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: Of course he did? You know how I can answer
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: the question, because if you're sitting here listening to my voice,
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: he didn't got you through something and anything that you
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: haven't gotten through your currently being pulled through it right now.
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: That's why you got your radio on, That's why you
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: got your app on. Man. The comfort in all of
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: this for me and mine just happens to be my faith.
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: Whatever your faith is, it's powerful. Man. Faith is powerful.
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: Don't ever lose the faith. Don't ever downplay the importance
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: of faith in times of trouble, because that's when most
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: people find it anyway sad to say, or we're wait
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: until we're in trouble to find out how good faith
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: really is. That's why I try to have conversations with
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: him on a daily basis, jents in case something come
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: up like this. When I talk to him, he's heard
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: from me before. This is a good time for all
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: of us to remember some of the challenges that we've
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: gone through in our lifetime and realize that the God
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: we serve, that the God we honor, will be there
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: to help us through this too. It's not to say
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: don't follow what science is saying, don't follow what medicals
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: people say. Please pay attention to what your Center for
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: Disease Control is saying, and pay attention to all the
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: rules and use common sense and after that we've got. God,
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: that's pretty cool to me. Those are my closing remarks
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: and guess what, have yourself a good weekend. I told
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: you he steel Brave. For all Steve Harvey contests, no
