Forest street overpass celebrated at ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday
The decade-long effort to build the Forest Street overpass reached another milestone Tuesday morning as city officials, state lawmakers, contractors and community members gathered atop the bridge for a ceremonial ribbon cutting ahead of its expected opening later this month.
