A Roanoke man has been charged in connection with alleged sex crimes in Michigan. Prosecutors say 49-year-old Erich Zeeb, is facing three counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Roanoke City Council has appointed an interim city manager following the resignation of Bob Cowell. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has authorized the 303-mile Mountain Valley Pipeline to go into service. According to FERC, the pipeline follows environmental conditions.
