We usually hear a lot about Mary, mother of Jesus, which is perfectly right, because she did an incredible thing. But we don't tend to hear as much about her relative, Elizabeth, who had such an amazing testimony as well. Elizabeth was past childbearing age, and had no expectation of having a child. And for so many at the time, being able to bear children was a sign of God's favor.
