Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, you can go ahead and mark your calendars for
- 0:04Speaker 1: June eleventh. That is the moment when finally there was
- 0:08Speaker 1: sanity in our government. As Josh Hawley, the Center from
- 0:11Speaker 1: Missouri has written a letter to the executive director of
- 0:16Speaker 1: the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights. Now, this apparently is
- 0:21Speaker 1: just the beginning, as we're starting to follow the money.
- 0:24Speaker 1: The letter reads this way, Dear miss Silas, I write
- 0:28Speaker 1: in my capacity is the chair of the Senate Subcommittee
- 0:31Speaker 1: on Crime and counter Terrorism, regarding your organization's alleged role
- 0:36Speaker 1: in financing and materially supporting the coordinated protests and riots
- 0:43Speaker 1: that have engulfed Los Angeles in recent weeks. While peaceful
- 0:47Speaker 1: protest is a cornerstone of American democracy, these demonstrations have
- 0:54Speaker 1: escalated into lawless mob actions. They have obstructed federal law
- 0:58Speaker 1: enforcement in dangered public safety, and disrupted the rule of law.
- 1:04Speaker 1: This lawlessness is unacceptable and it must end. Credible reporting,
- 1:09Speaker 1: The Center goes on to write in his letter now
- 1:12Speaker 1: suggests that your organization has provided logistical support and financial
- 1:17Speaker 1: resources to individuals engaged in these disruptive actions. Let me
- 1:23Speaker 1: be clear, bankrolling civil unrest is not protected speech. It
- 1:29Speaker 1: is aiding an abetting criminal conduct. Accordingly, you must immediately
- 1:34Speaker 1: cease and assist any further involvement in the organization, funding,
- 1:38Speaker 1: or promotion of these unlawful activities. Furthermore, Center Holly Wrights,
- 1:45Speaker 1: please preserve the following records from November fifth, twenty twenty
- 1:49Speaker 1: four to present. Number one all internal communications including emails,
- 1:55Speaker 1: text messages, chat logs, and messaging applications relating to protest planning, coordination,
- 2:03Speaker 1: or funding. Number two All financial documents related to protests, demonstrations,
- 2:09Speaker 1: or mobilization efforts in LA or elsewhere relating to immigration enforcement. Again,
- 2:15Speaker 1: this is clearly part of what we knew was going
- 2:18Speaker 1: to happen, which was the expansion of these pre planned
- 2:21Speaker 1: and organized protests around the country, now in twenty three
- 2:25Speaker 1: different states as I'm talking to you right now.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Number three.
- 2:29Speaker 1: All third party contracts or vendor agreements, including any arrangements
- 2:34Speaker 1: with event organizers, transportation providers, security personnel, or communications consultants
- 2:43Speaker 1: relating to immigration enforcement or the Los Angeles protests or
- 2:48Speaker 1: similar protests elsewhere. Number four. Grant applications and funding proposals
- 2:54Speaker 1: that relate to or reference immigration enforcement. Number five Travel
- 3:00Speaker 1: and lodging records for individuals or groups supported or reimbursed
- 3:04Speaker 1: in connection with protests activities. Number five, by the way,
- 3:08Speaker 1: is extremely important because we're now seeing this unraveled before
- 3:12Speaker 1: our very eyes that it's very clear that individuals and
- 3:15Speaker 1: groups that have been supporting these at these protests and
- 3:19Speaker 1: riots could be traveling in to be involved in the
- 3:23Speaker 1: organized chaos and anarchy.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Number six.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Media are public relations strategies including talking points, press releases,
- 3:32Speaker 1: and coordination with journalists or influencers relating to immigration protests.
- 3:38Speaker 1: And number seven, this is also extremely important. Please preserve
- 3:43Speaker 1: the following records for your donor lists. In other words,
- 3:48Speaker 1: who's giving you the money and how rich are they?
- 3:51Speaker 1: And who are they and where are they from? And
- 3:54Speaker 1: could it even be from outside the United States of America,
- 3:57Speaker 1: you know, like a place like Mexico. Failure to comply
- 4:01Speaker 1: will result in additional actions by the Subcommittee Holly Rights,
- 4:05Speaker 1: including potential referral for criminal investigation. Sincerely, Josh Holly, Chairman
- 4:11Speaker 1: Subcommittee on Crime and Counter Terrorism, US Senate Committee on
- 4:15Speaker 1: the Judiciary. This is a significant letter from Josh Holly
- 4:20Speaker 1: because what they're now saying is we've learned from how
- 4:23Speaker 1: you guys did this last time.
- 4:25Speaker 2: We know it's not organic.
- 4:27Speaker 1: We know that it's funded by the radical left, and
- 4:30Speaker 1: some of this funding could actually be coming from outside
- 4:33Speaker 1: the United States of America. Now, before I get to
- 4:36Speaker 1: everything the left is saying, I'm going to play something
- 4:38Speaker 1: for you. I want to take a moment and tell
- 4:40Speaker 1: you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. What
- 4:43Speaker 1: we are seeing right now is truly disturbing. Anti Semitism
- 4:46Speaker 1: is actually on the rise around the world, and sadly,
- 4:49Speaker 1: it's happening right here in America as well. Jewish schools
- 4:52Speaker 1: are being targeted, synagogues are threatened, families, Jewish families are
- 4:57Speaker 1: living in fear, and it's something we hope to never
- 5:00Speaker 1: see again in our lifetime. But the reality is this
- 5:03Speaker 1: is what is happening now, and it's time for us
- 5:06Speaker 1: to stand up and not be silent and take a stand,
- 5:09Speaker 1: to stand with those in Israel, those that are Jewish.
- 5:14Speaker 1: And that's why I want you to get involved with
- 5:16Speaker 1: the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. They are on
- 5:19Speaker 1: the front lines providing real help where it's seed the most.
- 5:22Speaker 1: They're giving food and shelter to Jewish families under threat.
- 5:25Speaker 1: They're building bomb shelters for children in Israel as we speak,
- 5:29Speaker 1: and they're helping survivors of hate rebuild their lives. And
- 5:32Speaker 1: they don't just respond to crisis, they work every day
- 5:35Speaker 1: to prevent it. Now, your gift of only forty five
- 5:38Speaker 1: dollars will help support life saving work by providing food, shelter,
- 5:42Speaker 1: in so much more. The Bible's clear it says I
- 5:45Speaker 1: will bless those who bless you. And supporting the IFCJ
- 5:50Speaker 1: is a spiritual stand. It's showing up for God's people
- 5:53Speaker 1: when it counts, So please get involved. You can call
- 5:56Speaker 1: right now eight to eight for eight eight that's eight
- 6:01Speaker 1: eight eight four eight eight four three two five, or
- 6:05Speaker 1: go online to IFCJ dot org. Every dollar helps help
- 6:10Speaker 1: the people in Israel and make a difference IFCJ dot
- 6:14Speaker 1: org or eight eight eight four eight eight IFCJ. Chuck
- 6:18Speaker 1: Schumer a moment ago outside of the Senate was asked
- 6:22Speaker 1: a question by a media member, and I want you
- 6:25Speaker 1: to hear what he said. Senator, what do democrats mean
- 6:29Speaker 1: when they say that the LA protests are peaceful?
- 6:32Speaker 2: Senator? Senator, what are democrats mean when they say the
- 6:36Speaker 2: LA protests or peaceful?
- 6:38Speaker 3: Thank you?
- 6:38Speaker 2: Do you consider burning private property peace?
- 6:40Speaker 1: For obviously, Chuck Schumer didn't want to answer that question.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Why because they've been lying to you over and over
- 6:49Speaker 1: again saying that this is actually peaceful. I go back
- 6:54Speaker 1: to the montage that I hope you'll help go viral.
- 6:57Speaker 1: It is one that is the media lying to your
- 7:00Speaker 1: face saying that this is peaceful, saying that there was
- 7:03Speaker 1: not anarchy.
- 7:05Speaker 2: And by the way, even the mayor of.
- 7:07Speaker 1: La who said that this was fine and there's no problem,
- 7:10Speaker 1: has now been forced to enact a curfew.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Because it's not peaceful.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Looting of the Adida store or the Apple store, any
- 7:17Speaker 1: of the local businesses out there is not peaceful.
- 7:22Speaker 2: So why did they lie to you?
- 7:23Speaker 1: Because it's a narrative and they think you're stupid enough
- 7:26Speaker 1: to believe it.
- 7:27Speaker 4: The La County police say that they have it under control.
- 7:32Speaker 4: Caring a flag is not illegal. As you know, what
- 7:36Speaker 4: did happen in nineteen ninety two was so different from
- 7:39Speaker 4: what we're seeing now.
- 7:40Speaker 2: I mean that that was a real riot.
- 7:44Speaker 5: Video after video has shown that these agents are the
- 7:48Speaker 5: ones provoking protesters and also making up aggression by these protesters,
- 7:55Speaker 5: and later video shows people were not aggressive.
- 7:59Speaker 3: We are having the administration that's targeting peaceful protests, people
- 8:03Speaker 3: that are there at protests. The president is sitting in
- 8:05Speaker 3: the National Guard because he doesn't like the scenes. He
- 8:08Speaker 3: doesn't like the scenes of people peacefully protesting.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Unrest is isolated.
- 8:12Speaker 5: LA has homed millions of people, most of them are
- 8:15Speaker 5: having a normal day here on Sunday.
- 8:17Speaker 4: You know, you've heard reports that there are riots on
- 8:19Speaker 4: the streets of Los Angeles.
- 8:20Speaker 6: That is not what's happening across the city of Los Angeles.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Covenation's right.
- 8:24Speaker 7: There was anything like a riot happening on Friday, Saturday, and.
- 8:27Speaker 8: We just witnessed protesters thanking a National Guardsman for his
- 8:31Speaker 8: service here in California.
- 8:33Speaker 7: Lapd By most estimates, had this under control last night.
- 8:38Speaker 9: No, I don't think the National Guard is needed now.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Things in La are called.
- 8:43Speaker 9: There was a protest that got a little unruly late
- 8:46Speaker 9: at night.
- 8:47Speaker 2: There have been no violence with anybody that was protesting.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Hit anybody, shot, anybody, right, anybody nothing? What is just
- 8:57Speaker 2: a bunch of people having fun? Cars burn Most of
- 9:01Speaker 2: those demonstrators were very peaceful.
- 9:03Speaker 6: They were chatting, they were shining, people were driving by
- 9:06Speaker 6: plonking their cards.
- 9:08Speaker 1: They will lie to you every single day and they
- 9:10Speaker 1: will tell.
- 9:11Speaker 2: You not to believe your eyes. Oh you know, they're.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Just burning some cars for fun. They're just throwing rocks
- 9:16Speaker 1: at law enforcement for fun. They're just looting stores because
- 9:20Speaker 1: you know that's what you do on a random Saturday, Sunday, Monday,
- 9:23Speaker 1: or Tuesday night.
- 9:25Speaker 2: They will lie to you no matter what. Looters.
- 9:29Speaker 1: By the way, Well, there's one other thing that's happening
- 9:32Speaker 1: right now. The people in LA are actually sick and
- 9:35Speaker 1: tired of it, as many citizens are saying they're happy
- 9:38Speaker 1: the National Guard is there.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Now.
- 9:40Speaker 1: We're also getting some breaking news documents as I'm recording this,
- 9:44Speaker 1: and apparently we now have some tax returns and documents
- 9:48Speaker 1: breaking down the funding of the nonprofit Coalition for Humane
- 9:53Speaker 1: Immigration Rights known as CCHIRLA. Well, this is coming after
- 10:00Speaker 1: Center Josh Holly's letter and opening that investigation into this
- 10:04Speaker 1: organization for it's alled funding of the LA riots. We
- 10:08Speaker 1: are now being told, and I'm quoting, that there is
- 10:12Speaker 1: a huge forty four point eight million dollars largely tax
- 10:19Speaker 1: free in twenty twenty two is the money they reported.
- 10:24Speaker 1: In fact, it's executive director makes more than two hundred thousand.
- 10:29Speaker 1: We're told they spend nearly one point two million on
- 10:32Speaker 1: travel and twenty two alone.
- 10:35Speaker 2: It's unclear what that was for.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Here's something else that's really crazy about this organization. Not
- 10:42Speaker 1: only do they spend one point two million on travel
- 10:45Speaker 1: in twenty twenty two, these are the latest numbers that
- 10:47Speaker 1: we have, and I'm reading this in real time. I
- 10:49Speaker 1: just got this, and we don't know what that travel
- 10:51Speaker 1: was spent on, but that certainly seems like a lot
- 10:54Speaker 1: of travel for a nonprofit. We also now know they
- 10:58Speaker 1: spent a big nine million on lobbying alone since twenty nineteen.
- 11:03Speaker 1: So the other question is who's handing out the riot gear?
- 11:08Speaker 2: Right?
- 11:08Speaker 1: Well, Chirila got approximately four hundred and fifty thousand. We're
- 11:15Speaker 1: also being told of your tax dollars. Let me say
- 11:19Speaker 1: that again. This organization that apparently is behind the La
- 11:24Speaker 1: riots got four hundred and fifty thousand from the Biden
- 11:28Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security alone between October twenty twenty one
- 11:34Speaker 1: and September of twenty twenty four. What was it given
- 11:39Speaker 1: to them for to quote, support citizen education? Now, the
- 11:44Speaker 1: Department of Home in Security ended the program in March
- 11:47Speaker 1: of twenty twenty four. In the fiscal year ending June
- 11:51Speaker 1: twenty twenty three, we now know that this group got
- 11:54Speaker 1: nearly thirty four million in government funding, mainly from California sources.
- 12:02Speaker 2: So just step back and think about this.
- 12:06Speaker 1: And this is just the information I'm getting from the
- 12:08Speaker 1: tax returns and the documents that are available at this moment.
- 12:11Speaker 1: After Center Holly's letter went out, what we now know
- 12:17Speaker 1: is there's a very good chance that your tax dollars
- 12:20Speaker 1: are funding this anarchy in LA.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Now the other question.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Is where your tax dollars funding other groups that have
- 12:29Speaker 1: started anarchy and other cities. As I am doing this
- 12:32Speaker 1: right now, we are seeing multiple major roadways being shut
- 12:37Speaker 1: down by anarchists in Chicago, for example. This is again
- 12:42Speaker 1: just another example of what is happening.
- 12:46Speaker 2: We are seeing so many different things.
- 12:48Speaker 1: That are happening as we speak, and yet again we
- 12:51Speaker 1: have the media lying to us as cars are set
- 12:53Speaker 1: on fire, traffic is being stopped, police are being attacked.
- 12:59Speaker 1: The headline on see it then Now anti ice protests
- 13:02Speaker 1: spread across the country. But CNN's Ashley Allison, she wanted
- 13:07Speaker 1: to assure the viewers that there's no riots in LA
- 13:10Speaker 1: because well she was literally just there.
- 13:13Speaker 10: But I know our time, I know that you live
- 13:15Speaker 10: in a I literally left Los Angeles Sunday night. What
- 13:19Speaker 10: is happening in Los Angeles and the way it is
- 13:21Speaker 10: being depicted is not accurate. We're talking about a square
- 13:25Speaker 10: mile out of a five hundred square miuse city. Most
- 13:29Speaker 10: people are not experiencing it the way we are showing
- 13:32Speaker 10: it on television. And I think we have to be
- 13:34Speaker 10: very careful because there are not riots in the street.
- 13:36Speaker 10: There are some bad actors and they need to be
- 13:38Speaker 10: held accountable. But we have to be careful what the
- 13:41Speaker 10: language you use, because if we say riots, we cause
- 13:44Speaker 10: unnecessary fear, and the real fear is when military people
- 13:47Speaker 10: start flooding our streets unnecessarily.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Yes, this is the media right now because they believe
- 13:54Speaker 1: you are so stupid that you're going to believe what
- 13:57Speaker 1: they say over what you're actually witnessing. The White House
- 14:01Speaker 1: also putting out a video just forty nine second long,
- 14:05Speaker 1: saying this a few simple truths. Looting in Adida store
- 14:09Speaker 1: isn't justice, Burning cities isn't speech. Gavin Newser isn't a
- 14:15Speaker 1: good governor, And what's happening Los Angeles aren't peaceful rallies.
- 14:20Speaker 1: That's the new word that the media started using. Today
- 14:22Speaker 1: the word rallies, their Third World insurrection riots on American soil,
- 14:29Speaker 1: and they put out a video showing the burning cars,
- 14:32Speaker 1: the rioting, and the looting, and then they decide to
- 14:36Speaker 1: match it up with the words being said by many
- 14:38Speaker 1: on the left.
- 14:39Speaker 4: A fourth day of rallies and protests off the streets
- 14:42Speaker 4: of Los Angeles.
- 14:48Speaker 9: It was a peaceful rally. What is going on right
- 14:51Speaker 9: now is also peaceful here.
- 14:55Speaker 2: We aren't expecting rallies leader on when the up we
- 15:00Speaker 2: got to even longer.
- 15:02Speaker 9: In Los Angeles, there is a new crowd of protesters
- 15:04Speaker 9: that has been building.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Seeing how that these were rallies, now they've become protests.
- 15:12Speaker 2: I'm afraid that by tonight they become ryants.
- 15:14Speaker 7: If we don't have the ability to stand up and
- 15:16Speaker 7: stuff as mile as before it seems a great.
- 15:18Speaker 2: City like Los Angeles, then there's no telling where this
- 15:21Speaker 2: could spread.
- 15:24Speaker 1: The White House putting out the video calling the media
- 15:27Speaker 1: out for their lives and misinformation. Now you look at
- 15:32Speaker 1: what's happening, and it's not just in LA. It is
- 15:36Speaker 1: absolutely running all over the country. We are seeing this
- 15:42Speaker 1: well organized. We're also seeing this coming Saturday, what many
- 15:45Speaker 1: are already describing as a day of rage. Yes, it
- 15:49Speaker 1: is being backed by many on the left. And if
- 15:52Speaker 1: you want to know just how bad it is in LA,
- 15:55Speaker 1: listen to what the White House Press Secretary had to
- 15:58Speaker 1: say about who they've ad tested in LA and listen
- 16:02Speaker 1: to how many of them already had been arrested for
- 16:06Speaker 1: other crimes before this week.
- 16:09Speaker 11: And I have updates for you on the numbers. By
- 16:11Speaker 11: the way, since June six, there have been three hundred
- 16:14Speaker 11: and thirty illegal aliens that have been arrested as part
- 16:17Speaker 11: of these riots in Los Angeles. One hundred and thirteen
- 16:20Speaker 11: of those illegal aliens had prior criminal convictions. And overall,
- 16:25Speaker 11: and this includes arrests of American citizens, there's been one
- 16:28Speaker 11: hundred and fifty seven people arrested for assault and obstruction
- 16:32Speaker 11: obstruction related charges, including the attempted murder of a police
- 16:37Speaker 11: officer with a Molotov cocktail. So who is funding these
- 16:40Speaker 11: illegal aliens who are coming in with this very professional
- 16:44Speaker 11: riot gear. It's a question everyone in this room who
- 16:47Speaker 11: cares about truth should be asking, and we encourage your
- 16:50Speaker 11: help in trying to get to the bottom of that question.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Indeeda I love how she looks at the media and
- 16:55Speaker 1: says to their face. Why aren't you guys doing your job.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Why aren't you guys asking questions of who is funding this?
- 17:04Speaker 1: The LA mayor saying the looting of the Nike store
- 17:07Speaker 1: was quote provoked by the White House. That's the response
- 17:10Speaker 1: from the LA mayor. I mean, what can you even
- 17:13Speaker 1: say if you can't lead, I mean a city under siege. Hell,
- 17:18Speaker 1: you can't lead period if you're the mayor of LA,
- 17:21Speaker 1: if you can't even discern basic reality of what's happening
- 17:25Speaker 1: on the ground in your city.
- 17:26Speaker 2: But it's all politics.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Karen Bass wants to fundamentally change LA, just like Gavin Newsom.
- 17:34Speaker 2: So they will look at you in your.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Face in downtown LA at the Mayor's office at er
- 17:40Speaker 1: press conference, and she will tell you this is not
- 17:43Speaker 1: the fault of illegal immigrants. No, no, no, the looting
- 17:47Speaker 1: is the fault of the White House.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Somehow.
- 17:50Speaker 9: A week ago, everything was peaceful in the city of
- 17:54Speaker 9: Los Angeles and in all of the representatives behind me
- 17:58Speaker 9: in their cities as well. Things began to be difficult
- 18:02Speaker 9: on Friday when raids took place. And it's important that
- 18:07Speaker 9: I begin there because that is the cause of the
- 18:11Speaker 9: problems that have happened in the city of Los.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Angeles and other cities.
- 18:15Speaker 9: This was a provocation. This was provoked by the White House.
- 18:22Speaker 9: The reason why we don't.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Know Senator John Kennedy. You know him from Louisiana. He
- 18:29Speaker 1: has a lot of one liners and politics. Probably the
- 18:32Speaker 1: best one liner I've ever met in the political game.
- 18:35Speaker 1: He was on Fox News channel and he decided he
- 18:38Speaker 1: was going to respond to Mayor Bass and other Democrats
- 18:43Speaker 1: who are out there telling you that this is a
- 18:46Speaker 1: peaceful and then saying, well, when we have to finally
- 18:49Speaker 1: admit that it's somehow not peaceful, we're going to say
- 18:52Speaker 1: that it was peaceful before before Donald Trump got involved.
- 18:56Speaker 1: I also have to remind you of the timestamp. Cars
- 19:00Speaker 1: were being burned and streets were being shut down and
- 19:04Speaker 1: police were being attacked in LA before Donald Trump even
- 19:10Speaker 1: mentioned the National Guard going in. Senator Kennedy in his
- 19:14Speaker 1: own words.
- 19:16Speaker 8: My Democratic colleagues have a game plan. I don't think
- 19:18Speaker 8: it's a very good one, but it's the same game
- 19:21Speaker 8: plan we've seen forever. President Trump is a dictator. He's
- 19:26Speaker 8: trying to destroy democracy. Now he's trying to take over
- 19:29Speaker 8: our cities, and they're trying to convince the American people
- 19:33Speaker 8: that that's true. This is one problem. The American people
- 19:38Speaker 8: can see what's going on. It's just like they could
- 19:40Speaker 8: see that President Biden had neurodegender to disease. They can
- 19:46Speaker 8: see the riots in Los Angeles. So when the Democrats
- 19:52Speaker 8: try to tell them not to believe, they're lying eyes
- 19:56Speaker 8: and nobody believes them. I mean, I think they ought
- 19:58Speaker 8: to get a new strategy here. But aside from the politics,
- 20:03Speaker 8: Los Angeles is one of the greatest cities in the world.
- 20:06Speaker 8: We shouldn't stand by and let the wolves the.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Story had are devoured or devour it.
- 20:13Speaker 1: I think they ought to get a new strategy. Senator Kennedy,
- 20:16Speaker 1: I couldn't agree with you more. I don't think this
- 20:18Speaker 1: is going to work on the American people. Senator Josh
- 20:22Speaker 1: Holly has not only launched an investigation to who's funding
- 20:26Speaker 1: the LA riots, but we're getting breaking news right now
- 20:30Speaker 1: that the list has expanded from what happened earlier in
- 20:35Speaker 1: the day. Senator Josh Holly, who chairs usener Judiciary Subcommittee
- 20:39Speaker 1: on Crime and counter Terrorism, launching this new investigation into
- 20:44Speaker 1: who is funding the Los Angeles riots and other riots
- 20:48Speaker 1: that are now breaking out around the country. Now what
- 20:51Speaker 1: we knew earlier was this There was a target, the
- 20:55Speaker 1: Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles. It's a
- 20:59Speaker 1: non unprofit pro immigration group. The allegation was very clear
- 21:05Speaker 1: they may have provided logistical support and financial resources to
- 21:09Speaker 1: individuals involved in the protests and escalated into riots, obviously
- 21:14Speaker 1: on purpose. Now, the formal requests he sent to this
- 21:18Speaker 1: group and the executive director demanded the preservation and the
- 21:22Speaker 1: production of financial documents and donor lists, travel and coordination records,
- 21:27Speaker 1: and documents related to protest planning from November fifth of
- 21:32Speaker 1: twenty twenty four to the present. Well, here is now
- 21:36Speaker 1: what has happened since that first letter. Holly's office has
- 21:40Speaker 1: now come out saying we are launching investigation to other
- 21:44Speaker 1: groups as well, not just the original one named. Who
- 21:48Speaker 1: else is being added? Well, the Party for Socialism and
- 21:52Speaker 1: Liberation out of San Francisco, California. The letter reads this way,
- 21:57Speaker 1: to whom it may concern, I write in capacity is
- 22:00Speaker 1: the chair of the Senate Subcommittee on Crime and Counter
- 22:03Speaker 1: Terrorism regarding your organization's alleged role in financing and material
- 22:08Speaker 1: support coordinated protests and riots that have engulfed Los Angeles
- 22:14Speaker 1: in recent weeks. While peaceful protests is a cornerstone of
- 22:18Speaker 1: American democracy. These demonstrations have escalated into lawless mob actions.
- 22:24Speaker 1: They have obstructed federal law enforcement, endangered public safety, and
- 22:29Speaker 1: disrupted the rule of law. This lawlessness is unacceptable and
- 22:33Speaker 1: it must end. He also stated, this credible reporting now
- 22:38Speaker 1: suggests that your organization, the Party for Socialism and Liberation,
- 22:42Speaker 1: has provided logistical support and financial resources to individuals that
- 22:48Speaker 1: are engaged in these disruptive actions. Let me be clear,
- 22:52Speaker 1: bank rolling civil unrest is not protected speech. It is
- 22:56Speaker 1: aiding in abtting criminal conduct. Accordingly, you must immediately cease
- 23:00Speaker 1: and assist any further involvement in these organizations in the organization, funding,
- 23:07Speaker 1: or promotion of these unlawful activities. Now, there's a long
- 23:11Speaker 1: list of things that Holly is asking for, including all
- 23:16Speaker 1: internal communications including emails, text messages, chat logs, messaging apps,
- 23:23Speaker 1: relate to the protests related to the planning, the coordination,
- 23:26Speaker 1: or funding. He is also demanding that all financial documents
- 23:30Speaker 1: related to the protests, the demonstrations, or mobilization efforts in
- 23:33Speaker 1: LA are elsewhere in the country relating to immigration enforcement.
- 23:38Speaker 1: He also said if there are any third party contacts
- 23:41Speaker 1: or vendor agreements including any arrangements with event organizers, transportation providers,
- 23:48Speaker 1: security personnel, or communications consultants relating to immigration enforcement or
- 23:56Speaker 1: the Los Angeles protests or similar protests elsewhere. He also
- 24:00Speaker 1: asked for grant applications and funding proposals that relate to
- 24:05Speaker 1: or reference immigration enforcement, as well as travel and lodging
- 24:10Speaker 1: records for individuals or groups supported or reimbursed in connection
- 24:15Speaker 1: with protests activities. He also said we must have media
- 24:19Speaker 1: or public relations strategies, including your talking points, press releases,
- 24:23Speaker 1: and coordination with journalists or influencers related to immigration protests.
- 24:29Speaker 1: And finally, the big one, yet again, the donor list.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Josh Holly, the chairman of the Subcommittee on Crime and
- 24:35Speaker 1: counter Terrorism in the US Senate, said failure to comply
- 24:39Speaker 1: will result in additional actions by the subcommittee, including potential
- 24:43Speaker 1: referral for criminal investigations. So that letter has now gone
- 24:48Speaker 1: out to the Party for Socialism and Liberation. Well, Josh
- 24:52Speaker 1: Holly isn't done there. He has now also sent a
- 24:56Speaker 1: letter to Ron Gochez, spokesman for the Union Day de Barrio,
- 25:01Speaker 1: demanding the exact same things that they demanded for the
- 25:04Speaker 1: Party for Socialism and Liberation as well as the earlier
- 25:07Speaker 1: letter in the day that went to the original group
- 25:11Speaker 1: asking what do you know? When did you know it?
- 25:14Speaker 1: And how long have you been funding it? With the
- 25:16Speaker 1: Coalition for quote Humane Immigrant Rights. So that now brings
- 25:21Speaker 1: me to Josh Holly and what he had to say
- 25:23Speaker 1: tonight on Fox News Channel when speaking with Jesse Waters
- 25:27Speaker 1: take a listen.
- 25:28Speaker 6: Senator Josh Holly joins us now all right. Senator Tolsey
- 25:31Speaker 6: Gaberg has said that these riots in LA and all
- 25:34Speaker 6: over the country are orchestrated. Can you tell us anything
- 25:37Speaker 6: about that?
- 25:38Speaker 7: Yeah, I think that's absolutely right, Jesse. These aren't spontaneous
- 25:41Speaker 7: at all. They're about as authentic as AstroTurf. They are
- 25:44Speaker 7: bought and paid for flash mobs, and I want to
- 25:48Speaker 7: know who's doing the buying and the paying. That's why
- 25:50Speaker 7: today I've launched an investigation. I've sent multiple investigative demands
- 25:54Speaker 7: today to various groups out on social media claiming they
- 25:57Speaker 7: are paying for this, they are organs, they are financing it.
- 26:01Speaker 7: We've all seen the videos of vans driving up handing
- 26:04Speaker 7: out gas masks right before somebody blows up a car.
- 26:07Speaker 7: It's time we found out where's the money coming from.
- 26:10Speaker 7: Who's really behind this. I think the American people deserve
- 26:12Speaker 7: answers center.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Holly wasn't done there.
- 26:15Speaker 1: He also talked about these riders, and he made it
- 26:18Speaker 1: very clear that these riders know who their ally is.
- 26:21Speaker 1: It's the Democratic Party Airs.
- 26:23Speaker 6: When they're saying, don't believe what you see on TV
- 26:26Speaker 6: and there's no violence at all, doesn't that kind of
- 26:30Speaker 6: remind you of the Biden cover up, Oh.
- 26:33Speaker 7: One hundred percent, it's the same thing. Don't believe you're
- 26:35Speaker 7: lying eyes. Meanwhile, they're out there blowing up cars on
- 26:38Speaker 7: the one oh one, they're assaulting cops, they're rushing federal buildings,
- 26:42Speaker 7: they're burning down shops. It's all on television and we
- 26:44Speaker 7: can see it with our own eyes. I'm just glad
- 26:47Speaker 7: Trump isn't letting the city burn. I mean, Gavin Newsom
- 26:50Speaker 7: would allow his state to burn for the second time
- 26:52Speaker 7: in the year. And the worst part is somebody is
- 26:55Speaker 7: paying for all of this, and they're trying to spread it, Jesse,
- 26:58Speaker 7: just like you reported, they're trying to read it across
- 27:00Speaker 7: the country to Chicago, to Saint Louis, to Seattle, New York, everywhere.
- 27:04Speaker 7: We got to figure out who is behind this and
- 27:07Speaker 7: By the way, why is the Democrat Party now basically
- 27:10Speaker 7: an extended mental ward? I mean, what has happened to
- 27:12Speaker 7: these people?
- 27:13Speaker 1: They're nuts, They're nuts, He's right, but it's also the
- 27:17Speaker 1: reality of what they're doing, what they're advocating for, and
- 27:20Speaker 1: the flag that they're flying, you know, the Mexican flag.
- 27:25Speaker 2: You know.
- 27:25Speaker 6: You notice that CNN never even interviews anybody at the riot.
- 27:30Speaker 6: We have clips of them and you can see why
- 27:32Speaker 6: Cinon doesn't want to talk to them because they look insane.
- 27:35Speaker 6: Your colleagues in the Senate, do they support these people?
- 27:38Speaker 6: Do they think this is good politically for the Democrat Party?
- 27:43Speaker 7: Well, that's what they're acting like. I mean, they're out
- 27:45Speaker 7: there saying all peaceful protests. It's all peaceful. And by
- 27:48Speaker 7: the way, this is Donald Trump's fault. I'm like, really,
- 27:50Speaker 7: Donald Trump's fault. Gee, I missed it when Donald Trump
- 27:52Speaker 7: went and blew up a car on Highway one oh one.
- 27:54Speaker 7: I didn't see him when he was assaulting cops. What
- 27:57Speaker 7: I saw was a bunch of lunatics who were waiving
- 27:59Speaker 7: the Mexican flag and other flags while they burned our own.
- 28:03Speaker 7: And by the way, Jesse, we ought to penalize people
- 28:05Speaker 7: who burn the American flag while they're committing a crime.
- 28:08Speaker 7: If you do that, you ought to have your prison
- 28:10Speaker 7: sentence doubled. It's time to get serious with these people.
- 28:13Speaker 7: It's a law and order time in America. No more
- 28:16Speaker 7: of this nonsense.
- 28:17Speaker 6: So it's like an extra what two years if you
- 28:23Speaker 6: burn a flag and the commission of a felony.
- 28:26Speaker 7: Absolutely, that's what I would do. If you want to
- 28:28Speaker 7: go burn a flag while you're up there rioting, while
- 28:30Speaker 7: you're assaulting cops, while you're blowing up cars, yeah, fine,
- 28:33Speaker 7: go right ahead, spend double the amount of time in prison.
- 28:36Speaker 7: That flag means something to Americans. If you think that
- 28:39Speaker 7: you can just burn it and get away with it,
- 28:40Speaker 7: it's time that we disabuse them of that notion. The
- 28:43Speaker 7: other thing I'd say, Jesse, is if these protesters want
- 28:45Speaker 7: to have a place to protest, how about a nice
- 28:48Speaker 7: jail cell. And right after that, how about a one
- 28:51Speaker 7: way ticket back to the country where they came from,
- 28:53Speaker 7: never to see the United States again.
- 28:55Speaker 6: All right, good to speak with you, senator, Thank you
- 28:57Speaker 6: so much.
- 28:58Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 28:59Speaker 1: One thing that's for sure, Senator Josh Holly is making
- 29:02Speaker 1: it clear that under Donald Trump's leadership and his leadership
- 29:05Speaker 1: in the Senate. We're going to find out who's funding,
- 29:08Speaker 1: who's organizing, and who's terrorizing the American.
- 29:13Speaker 2: People with these riots. They're expanding all over the country.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and friends,
- 29:19Speaker 1: put it up on social media wherever you are, and
- 29:22Speaker 1: we appreciate you listening every day.
- 29:24Speaker 2: We'll see you back here tomorrow.
