- 1:46Speaker 1: turn the water the water. Come come on your baby,
- 2:01Speaker 1: hu i' sr will come on and everybody y'all listening
- 2:05Speaker 1: to the voice, come on, dig me now, one and
- 2:08Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Heh man back
- 2:13Speaker 1: in business too, man, Man, How good is God? I mean, really,
- 2:18Speaker 1: if you think about it in spite of all that's
- 2:20Speaker 1: going down in your life, first of all, it could
- 2:23Speaker 1: be worse. But secondly, sometimes you have to remember. And
- 2:27Speaker 1: I've just had to have this conversation with myself this morning.
- 2:31Speaker 1: That's how I'm fresh on this one right here. When
- 2:34Speaker 1: a challenge faces you, are you going through a difficult moment,
- 2:39Speaker 1: or you didn't hit a bump in the road in
- 2:41Speaker 1: the middle of that, If you could manage to be grateful,
- 2:45Speaker 1: it would take you a long way. Gratitude is a
- 2:49Speaker 1: powerful resource. If you can be grateful in the middle
- 2:53Speaker 1: of it. Gratitude is a powerful resource when it's dim
- 2:59Speaker 1: for you, And it got a little bumpy on the road,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and he ran into some obstacles, and you didn't ran
- 3:05Speaker 1: up into some detooled signs, and your journey ain't smooth
- 3:09Speaker 1: as it was last week or last year. You gotta
- 3:13Speaker 1: be grateful for the things that are going right and
- 3:18Speaker 1: that have gone right, and for the thing that's wrong
- 3:21Speaker 1: right now to get right? Man? Can I share that
- 3:24Speaker 1: with you? Man? Is that a tough one to learn?
- 3:27Speaker 1: It is for me. It has been one of my
- 3:30Speaker 1: toughest challenges is to learn how to be grateful because
- 3:35Speaker 1: it's a powerful resource, but how to be grateful in
- 3:38Speaker 1: moments of despair when it ain't going right. See here's
- 3:42Speaker 1: a mistake I would make. See when something go wrong,
- 3:44Speaker 1: I want to focus on the wrong so much in
- 3:48Speaker 1: an attempt to fix it. But even then the focus
- 3:52Speaker 1: ain't always in to fix it. The focus becomes, Man,
- 3:56Speaker 1: this is bad. Man, I can't believe this is happening.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Why just keep going down? That doesn't fix anything? You know,
- 4:05Speaker 1: mealing over it, going over what's wrong, explaining it, sharing
- 4:11Speaker 1: it with your friends. You know, making it sound worse
- 4:15Speaker 1: than it is, tell the story for pity from other people.
- 4:19Speaker 1: All of that, right there, has nothing to do with
- 4:21Speaker 1: the fix. Sometimes you're just mulling over it. You're just
- 4:25Speaker 1: making it worse. You're just making it a bigger problem.
- 4:28Speaker 1: You're manifesting it into your atmosphere, You're putting it out
- 4:32Speaker 1: there in your spirit. Now, all of a sudden, it
- 4:34Speaker 1: consumes your day. Next thing, you know, you're having a
- 4:37Speaker 1: bad day. If you're having a bad day, it's because
- 4:39Speaker 1: you've been having some bad thoughts. So what I've had
- 4:43Speaker 1: to learn how to do, and what I'm working on
- 4:45Speaker 1: this morning is I'm working on this situation that's been
- 4:48Speaker 1: cropped up. I was going kind of smooth here for
- 4:51Speaker 1: a minute, and now I didn't got real bumpy in
- 4:53Speaker 1: the road, you know, and all this here. So what
- 4:56Speaker 1: I'm thinking about now, though, is even though I've hit
- 4:59Speaker 1: a bump in the road, and even though i'd and
- 5:02Speaker 1: ran into a detour, and even though I've hit this love,
- 5:07Speaker 1: I'm going down into a valley. I ain't up on
- 5:09Speaker 1: the peak. Can I not still be grateful for all
- 5:13Speaker 1: the things that God has given me, for all the
- 5:16Speaker 1: things He's done for me, for all the things he's
- 5:20Speaker 1: brought me through, and realizing that even this that's happening
- 5:24Speaker 1: to me again is going to pass too. He gonna
- 5:27Speaker 1: get me through that attitude. Come on, man, God is
- 5:30Speaker 1: a good god. Man. It's a lot to be grateful for.
- 5:33Speaker 1: So while I'm tripping on this bumping the road out
- 5:35Speaker 1: and here, what I gotta remember is all the things
- 5:38Speaker 1: He's done for me. And like I say, my saying
- 5:41Speaker 1: is joy depression cannot reside in the same place. So
- 5:44Speaker 1: instead of being down about this new bumping the road,
- 5:47Speaker 1: if I'm constantly filling my mind with the thoughts of
- 5:50Speaker 1: how good He's been to me, of what all he's
- 5:53Speaker 1: done for me, of all the things he's brought me through,
- 5:56Speaker 1: of all the blessings he's presented me with. When I
- 5:59Speaker 1: go down that list, I really don't have a lot
- 6:01Speaker 1: of time to mull over the situation. Now. Do I
- 6:08Speaker 1: have to fix this bump in the road? Of course
- 6:10Speaker 1: I do. Are There's some things I'm going to have
- 6:13Speaker 1: to do to straighten it out, of course it is.
- 6:15Speaker 1: But Steve just going to get the business of doing
- 6:18Speaker 1: it and straighten it out. What you mulling over and
- 6:20Speaker 1: wearing about it for you know, old people. I heard
- 6:23Speaker 1: old people say something when I was growing up in
- 6:25Speaker 1: the church. They say, if you're gonna pray about it,
- 6:27Speaker 1: don't worry about it. But if you're gonna worry about it,
- 6:30Speaker 1: don't pray about it. That's an amazing thing. And prayer
- 6:34Speaker 1: just happens to be my weapon of choice. Man, it
- 6:37Speaker 1: ain't always been that way. I want you to understand
- 6:40Speaker 1: that My first weapon of choice was you do it
- 6:42Speaker 1: to me, I do it to you. You call me out,
- 6:45Speaker 1: I call you out, you say something bad about me.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I've tried to find you and say something bad about you.
- 6:50Speaker 1: That was my weapon in the past. How did that
- 6:53Speaker 1: work out for you, Steve? Not so good? Because you
- 6:57Speaker 1: know what, I spent a lot of time fighting back,
- 7:01Speaker 1: kicking back, swinging back, when I could have spent all
- 7:04Speaker 1: that time climbing. See, all you're trying to do at
- 7:08Speaker 1: the end of the day, folks, is have a better
- 7:10Speaker 1: life than the one you got. All you're trying to
- 7:12Speaker 1: do is to improve your position in life. You know,
- 7:15Speaker 1: it's not my business to make sure you don't get
- 7:18Speaker 1: where you're going. Ain't got no time for that. It's
- 7:21Speaker 1: not my job to assure that you ain't as high
- 7:24Speaker 1: as me. I ain't got no time for that. Your
- 7:27Speaker 1: real mission and purpose is to have the best life
- 7:31Speaker 1: that you can have, to ascend to the highest plateau
- 7:35Speaker 1: that you can get to, to make your family as
- 7:37Speaker 1: comfortable as you can, to provide as much as you
- 7:40Speaker 1: can for your family. But legally, see, those of us
- 7:44Speaker 1: are sitting up here trying to come up with sideways.
- 7:46Speaker 1: You can ask a couple million men sitting in prison
- 7:49Speaker 1: today how they wish they hadn't have done that, and
- 7:52Speaker 1: they'll tell you, Oh, man, I wish I never had
- 7:55Speaker 1: did it. I knew not to go down there. Something
- 7:58Speaker 1: told me not to go down there. Man. If I
- 8:00Speaker 1: could change things, I would. But they're sitting somewhere doing
- 8:04Speaker 1: some time that had they made another decision, they wouldn't
- 8:08Speaker 1: have to do. Now that don't make them throw away people,
- 8:11Speaker 1: na man, because everybody make mistakes, and God is in
- 8:14Speaker 1: the forgiving business. And some of us have done some
- 8:17Speaker 1: things that really broke the law, and a whole lot
- 8:20Speaker 1: of other things and deserve to do some time. But
- 8:23Speaker 1: through the grace of God, we didn't. But now we
- 8:25Speaker 1: set up here and we passed judgment on people who
- 8:27Speaker 1: got to do something man, I don't care. I don't
- 8:29Speaker 1: care what you've done. God can't forgive anything, but our position,
- 8:33Speaker 1: our motivation in life is to try to have the
- 8:37Speaker 1: best life we can have and provide for those around
- 8:39Speaker 1: us and make it comfortable. If that's your ambition, you
- 8:43Speaker 1: don't have time to worry about or concern yourself with
- 8:47Speaker 1: another person. And I wasted time doing that, and that's
- 8:52Speaker 1: not the way to get it done. It's simply mind
- 8:55Speaker 1: to your business, taking care of you and getting yourself
- 8:58Speaker 1: right and tight. It's twenty four so that's a full
- 9:01Speaker 1: time job. So what I had to learn was and
- 9:04Speaker 1: what I've the reason I've chosen prayer as as my
- 9:08Speaker 1: weapon of choice now is that now prayer helps me
- 9:12Speaker 1: that I don't have to fight back. Now, if I
- 9:15Speaker 1: get cornered, I'm gonna fight you. I ain't even gonna
- 9:18Speaker 1: lie to you. And now I'm still working on some
- 9:21Speaker 1: things that trigger me. You know, you know, you know,
- 9:25Speaker 1: and and and and so I'm I'm slowly getting better
- 9:29Speaker 1: at that. But I've learned that my weapon of choice
- 9:33Speaker 1: is prayer now, So when it happens ugly for me,
- 9:38Speaker 1: I pray about it. When it gets tight and dismal,
- 9:41Speaker 1: for me. I pray about it. And the thing about prayer, man,
- 9:45Speaker 1: is prayer changes things. Yes, it does. Now read about
- 9:51Speaker 1: it and try it. That's the deal. Okay, come on,
- 9:55Speaker 1: prayer as a wonderful weapon. You're listening show ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:03Speaker 1: boys and girls, animal trainers, bus drivers, hula hoop specialists,
- 10:10Speaker 1: hair dressers. There's a new generation has style it. And
- 10:15Speaker 1: then ask people that work at the beauty shop. Y'all
- 10:18Speaker 1: know who they are. They do, your aunts and your
- 10:21Speaker 1: mama have good morning to them. This is the Steve
- 10:26Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show Man. Let's go Charley Strawberry Collin for
- 10:31Speaker 1: real Mouth of the South, Junior boy and the legend
- 10:35Speaker 1: that is nephew Tommy. What we got going on? Junior?

- 11:07Speaker 1: Tubman stamp new Yeah. Yeah, I feel like the oldening
- 11:14Speaker 1: of a new Tyler Perry plate. Yes, I feel like
- 11:21Speaker 1: a gospel song with backup down. What is that feeling.
- 11:30Speaker 1: I feel like I feel like the praise team at
- 11:33Speaker 1: church with all skinny people. Well, I feel like something
- 11:44Speaker 1: in the words. I feel like busting loose, busted loose.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Give me the brid y'alluster, give me the bed, y'all.

- 12:14Speaker 1: but I gotta take day off. Now. I'm just letting
- 12:16Speaker 1: you know I'm gonna be here to mom. Yeah, I gotta.
- 12:20Speaker 1: I gotta get a day to just you know, drink
- 12:22Speaker 1: it all in an absorbing man. I'm grateful another trip
- 12:26Speaker 1: around the sun. Man. There's a lot of trips. Man.
- 12:29Speaker 1: I'm grateful because I know a lot of people that
- 12:31Speaker 1: ain't made these many trips, man, deal people people that
- 12:35Speaker 1: I love. Man, And and so I'm grateful. Man. Everything
- 12:39Speaker 1: is shining on him, expecting great things this coming year. Um.
- 12:45Speaker 1: I have an affirmation that I use every morning. I
- 12:49Speaker 1: think I'm gonna do it in my clothing remarks. I
- 12:51Speaker 1: don't want to keep it to myself. I learned it
- 12:54Speaker 1: from another brother. I don't even know his name. I'm
- 12:57Speaker 1: gonna look him up online because I learned this information
- 13:00Speaker 1: and I've been doing it for a lolova week now
- 13:03Speaker 1: and it has really, really change so many things in
- 13:09Speaker 1: my mind set throughout the day. It's a simple thing
- 13:13Speaker 1: that he says to do every day, twenty times in
- 13:16Speaker 1: the morning and twenty times that night. And I'm telling
- 13:20Speaker 1: you it's just something you say, and it's an affirmation
- 13:24Speaker 1: prayer phrase, Lord have mercy. It's been a game change.
- 13:27Speaker 1: I share with you all throughout the day. Whenever you
- 13:29Speaker 1: want the information, just let me go see your Marty
- 13:32Speaker 1: show Mary, Happy Birthday Steve and see his birthday and

- 19:45Speaker 1: How much? Tree Port Fresh report was good? Oh my god,
- 19:49Speaker 1: had a blast. My boys did a good job. Can

- 20:12Speaker 1: I mean it's what you do, dog, It's it's your life,
- 20:15Speaker 1: it's your choosing, it's your calling, it's your mission doing. Yeah,
- 20:20Speaker 1: can buy missing days and all this? Hill Man, You've
- 20:23Speaker 1: overcome a lot. You know your last year. What you overcome?
- 20:26Speaker 1: You asked me to be at work every day with
- 20:30Speaker 1: bells and whistles on. You need Coyle bell around your neck.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Let us know you're walking in the studio. All right,
- 20:40Speaker 1: all right, birthday boy, then I want just not on
- 20:46Speaker 1: my birthday. It's your birthday. Thank you, Tommy. Coming up next,
- 20:51Speaker 1: it is asked the Cello Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey
- 20:54Speaker 1: in the building right after this, I was honoring Martin
- 20:57Speaker 1: Luther King birthday. Okay, you're listening to show. Coming up
- 21:04Speaker 1: at the top of the hour and Entertainment News reality
- 21:07Speaker 1: stars Todd and Julie Chrisley are set to report to
- 21:11Speaker 1: prison today to serve a combined nineteen year sentence. Yeah,
- 21:17Speaker 1: I know, I know, I know. Um Kanye Kanye West
- 21:23Speaker 1: got married again. We'll talk about that. Yeah, he's married.
- 21:27Speaker 1: And it's our fearless leader, Steve Harvey's birthday. We are
- 21:32Speaker 1: celebrating all morning long because why because we love him
- 21:36Speaker 1: and we celebrate him. That's why, Steve, I'm answering all
- 21:41Speaker 1: the CLO questions as a newly arrived sixty six year old. Okay,
- 21:47Speaker 1: all right, I'm doing this whole show with the new
- 21:52Speaker 1: attitude that I bought into this new beginning, this new year.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Let's go all right, all right, it's time to ask
- 21:58Speaker 1: the clo. You have more questions than you normally have.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Oh really, okay, I don't, but we can make something
- 22:05Speaker 1: up if we need to. Let's go okay, Robin and
- 22:08Speaker 1: Monroe says, my husband is an overly holy man, and
- 22:13Speaker 1: he has a problem with doing secular things like going
- 22:16Speaker 1: to a jazz club or a cigar bar, because alcohol
- 22:20Speaker 1: is sold in these places. It's gotten worse as he's
- 22:23Speaker 1: gotten older, and our marriage is boring. How can I
- 22:28Speaker 1: fice it up? Birthday? You know how many overly holy
- 22:32Speaker 1: people going to hail this new Steve? Yeah, yeah, I'm
- 22:39Speaker 1: kind of dressing this up right here. That is none perfect, no,
- 22:44Speaker 1: not one. I don't care what you do. I don't
- 22:49Speaker 1: care what you say. You judging somebody because they go
- 22:53Speaker 1: to a cigar bar. You judgeing somebody because they serve
- 22:56Speaker 1: alcohol in there. You can go there. You ain't got
- 22:59Speaker 1: to drink nothing, or your holiness not strong enough to
- 23:03Speaker 1: help you yield from the temptation. The question is, yes
- 23:07Speaker 1: it is, but you ain't strong enough not to yield
- 23:11Speaker 1: to the temptation. I don't care who you are, so
- 23:16Speaker 1: you can call mister Holy and all this here it's
- 23:19Speaker 1: all right because he doing something wrong somewhere on a
- 23:23Speaker 1: daily and you better believe that. And you and you
- 23:27Speaker 1: got to watch people sometimes. My daddy taught me a
- 23:29Speaker 1: very valuable lesson. If somebody got to always tell you
- 23:33Speaker 1: who they are and what they do, it probably ain't true. Okay.
- 23:41Speaker 1: And you you all that Holy, No, you're not. No,
- 23:45Speaker 1: you're not quick playing this. Can you play the game
- 23:48Speaker 1: with somebody? Hey man, let me tell you something. I
- 23:50Speaker 1: was in Vegas one time in the restaurant, in a
- 23:52Speaker 1: steakhouse inside of the wind and h This group of
- 23:56Speaker 1: evangelists was at this steak able eating and they were
- 24:01Speaker 1: all talking about how they live perfect lives as Christian
- 24:05Speaker 1: And I'm over here in the conversation. At the end
- 24:08Speaker 1: of it, you know, I need the one of them
- 24:09Speaker 1: had on the tank top and one of them had
- 24:11Speaker 1: and I'm sitting to be going. Do you realize y'all
- 24:14Speaker 1: having this conversation in a steakhouse that's in a casino.
- 24:23Speaker 1: How y'all ebought all this holiness to Sin City, walked
- 24:30Speaker 1: through a casino to a steakhouse in the casino, and
- 24:36Speaker 1: you ain't you ain't hitting none of them bales, ringing,
- 24:40Speaker 1: you hit them slopping sheet. You ain't see none of
- 24:42Speaker 1: them waitresses and walking back, you ain't see none of
- 24:45Speaker 1: this man, miss me? And why are y'all in vaga? Man?
- 24:56Speaker 1: You could have had your church convention in valve y'all stuff.
- 24:59Speaker 1: You could have had it. You could have had it
- 25:02Speaker 1: in Rockingham, North Carolina. You could have been in the
- 25:04Speaker 1: Bible Belt somewhere with all this. H Yeah. Her question
- 25:09Speaker 1: is how could she spice up her marriage? What you
- 25:13Speaker 1: can't not with holy man? A matter of fact, Why
- 25:18Speaker 1: don't you get you another man? Oh? Wait, and then
- 25:23Speaker 1: and then and then let's found out how holy holy man?
- 25:26Speaker 1: Oh okay, you're gonna spice up your marriage with somebody
- 25:30Speaker 1: that don't want to do nothing? Uh? Just we it
- 25:34Speaker 1: didn't got good. Ain't nobody custom that's really got good
- 25:44Speaker 1: to you? Ain't nobody custom? All right, we're gonna move
- 25:51Speaker 1: on that Heathen Fredericksburg says, I have two sisters, and
- 25:57Speaker 1: I had two girls with my wife. My sisters have
- 26:00Speaker 1: girls too. I'm the only man in this family of
- 26:03Speaker 1: all women since my sisters are divorced. So I am
- 26:07Speaker 1: the handyman and mechanic for all of them. My wife
- 26:10Speaker 1: has a big problem with this, but I don't mind it.
- 26:13Speaker 1: How do I tell my wife to back off and
- 26:15Speaker 1: chill out a bit? Just keep doing so you to do?
- 26:21Speaker 1: You the man, that's what that's that's the private that's
- 26:24Speaker 1: what it is. Man, bro, you're doing what you're supposed
- 26:27Speaker 1: to do. You do it. You're taking care of everybody
- 26:29Speaker 1: that you're responsible for. That's what manhood is. Your wife
- 26:33Speaker 1: don't understand that. How would your wife like it that
- 26:35Speaker 1: she was married to another kind of man? M see that? Thankful? Yeah,
- 26:43Speaker 1: that's right. He looking out for his sisters, nieces and
- 26:46Speaker 1: all this. Hell now you're mad at that. Well, what
- 26:49Speaker 1: you're wanting for? And he likes feeling needed. Men like
- 26:53Speaker 1: to be needed and feel needed. Oh man, I'm gonna
- 26:56Speaker 1: tell you something. Chris Rock did a joke that was
- 26:59Speaker 1: so profound. Man, comedians make some great statement, But he said, women,
- 27:05Speaker 1: children and dogs are loved unconditionally. You love your children
- 27:11Speaker 1: no matter what mistake they make. You love. When you
- 27:13Speaker 1: love your girl because she's the mother of your children
- 27:15Speaker 1: or whatever she do, you're gonna love her. And you
- 27:17Speaker 1: take care of your dog he do do on the rug?
- 27:19Speaker 1: He and card you still gonna feed him to mar
- 27:22Speaker 1: and walking blah blah blah blah. Chris say, men are
- 27:27Speaker 1: only loved when they do something. They come with a condition.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Because ladies answer this question when you and your group
- 27:35Speaker 1: of girls is talking, and when of your girls come
- 27:36Speaker 1: in and say, girl, I just met I met the
- 27:39Speaker 1: finest man. Girl, I think i'd have met the man
- 27:41Speaker 1: of my dream. First question, y'all asked, what do yeah,
- 27:46Speaker 1: what do he do? Because now y'all need proof that
- 27:49Speaker 1: he gonna be able to come through and do the
- 27:51Speaker 1: things that's necessary to fulfill his mission and your requirements. True? True,
- 27:58Speaker 1: So now when a man is doing those things, why
- 28:02Speaker 1: is your ass complaining? Man? That's that's just damn ignorant. Uh,
- 28:10Speaker 1: that's signor man, Yeah it is. And women, I'm gonna
- 28:14Speaker 1: tell you, man, and women make me sick doing that
- 28:18Speaker 1: complaining you know what they do? This just makes me
- 28:21Speaker 1: sick doing that. You get a good man, do you
- 28:22Speaker 1: complain when he being a man and you don't know
- 28:25Speaker 1: how to be a man because you ain't never been one,
- 28:27Speaker 1: No more than we know how to be women because
- 28:29Speaker 1: we ain't never been one. So now when you get
- 28:31Speaker 1: a man to do what men do, now you're mad
- 28:33Speaker 1: at him for doing it, But then if you had
- 28:36Speaker 1: that other kind of man, you be tricked because it's
- 28:40Speaker 1: another kind out there too. Now ya next, here we
- 28:52Speaker 1: go to it. How much time we got, Dave? Twenty seconds?
- 28:55Speaker 1: Here we go, Sherley Gold. My husband and I live
- 28:58Speaker 1: in a predominantly white area of We love to have
- 29:00Speaker 1: sex under the stars. We had sex the other night
- 29:02Speaker 1: on a lounge of buy our pool, and our neighbor
- 29:04Speaker 1: said she knew what was up. I made sure her
- 29:07Speaker 1: kids weren't outside. We do have Offenso are we wrong
- 29:09Speaker 1: for sexing in our own yard? Y'all black ass going
- 29:12Speaker 1: to jail? Hella, y'all black ass is going to jail.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, hen you're
- 29:26Speaker 1: listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Happy birthday, Steve Harvey. You
- 29:33Speaker 1: share your birthday with a whole lot of people, Steve,
- 29:36Speaker 1: and I know you know this are forever first Lady
- 29:38Speaker 1: Michelle Obama. It is her birthday. Basketball great Dwayne Wade,
- 29:43Speaker 1: legendary actor James Earl Jones, the boxing greatest of all time.

- 30:13Speaker 1: is the one that's near and dear to my heart.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Carlin's baby girl, Tasha is fifteen years old today. What
- 30:25Speaker 1: you leaving our war, Shirley Benjamin Franklin, who's discovered electricity?
- 30:31Speaker 1: But I want to point out to a fact that
- 30:33Speaker 1: that's probably not a fact. Black people have made all
- 30:38Speaker 1: the major discoveries in this world out of necessity. I
- 30:42Speaker 1: am show it is a black person that discovered electricity
- 30:46Speaker 1: and not Benjamin Franklin. One brother somewhere got tired of
- 30:50Speaker 1: lightening them damn candles, lighting candles, blowing them out. Black
- 30:56Speaker 1: dude sat down and said, man, I gotta get me
- 30:58Speaker 1: a light switch in hire. Poppy height got invented, and
- 31:02Speaker 1: then they took credit for that. Yeah, if we researched this,
- 31:07Speaker 1: it's a black dude somewhere that was in charge of
- 31:10Speaker 1: lightening up the whole match. He blew out one hundred
- 31:14Speaker 1: and fifteen candles every night and lit his ass infinity electricity.
- 31:19Speaker 1: I bet you little known facts. It's not even black
- 31:24Speaker 1: at you. He dropping knowledge today, sixty sixth birthday. They
- 31:29Speaker 1: ain't playing no more with it. Don't play with me.
- 31:35Speaker 1: And if you blog on me this year, your ass
- 31:37Speaker 1: getting blogged back. No, you're gonna blocked back. I'm gonna
- 31:43Speaker 1: find you hard boy. Yeah, I'm gonna say something about Yeah,
- 31:49Speaker 1: all right, birthday, Steve, and happy birthday to my baby girl.
- 31:52Speaker 1: She's fifth. Happy birthday. Yeah, all right, some yeah this news.

- 32:11Speaker 1: Last week, the Chrislies had a farewell lunch with their

- 50:26Speaker 1: still where you're gonna do something? I'm doing something right now.
- 50:30Speaker 1: You're talking here on the floor. You're gonna be improving
- 50:33Speaker 1: your relationship with your girl or whoever you're trying to
- 50:35Speaker 1: get it together. But you're on the phone with me
- 50:37Speaker 1: complaining because I wrote a book, then don't read the
- 50:41Speaker 1: damn book. You probably ain't read it no way, And
- 50:43Speaker 1: don't watch the TV show you probably ain't working enough
- 50:45Speaker 1: to play the bill. Noh, I lover. Wait a minute, Joe,
- 50:48Speaker 1: you don't know nothing about me. Okay, you don't know

- 51:07Speaker 1: talking about me. You don't even know me. Then when
- 51:10Speaker 1: you're getting me frace to say, you want to bring
- 51:12Speaker 1: up money this concerts ain't got nothing to do about money.
- 51:14Speaker 1: I ain't brought him money one time. It's about man
- 51:17Speaker 1: who Now, why don't you do that right there? But
- 51:19Speaker 1: a minute, No, Steve, it ain't about money now because
- 51:21Speaker 1: you got it, okay, because you got it when you

- 51:37Speaker 1: I take a step forward, you got me took the
- 51:39Speaker 1: two step around. That's why you ain't take a step

- 53:51Speaker 1: is time now for today's Strawberry Letter. And if you
- 53:53Speaker 1: need advice on relationships, dating, work, sex, parenting, and more.
- 53:57Speaker 1: Please submit your Strawberry letter to Steve Harvey f and
- 54:00Speaker 1: dot com and click submit Strawberry letter. We could be
- 54:02Speaker 1: reading your letta live on the air, just like we're
- 54:06Speaker 1: gonna read this one right here, right now, and you
- 54:08Speaker 1: never know. It could be yours. Okay, it could be
- 54:14Speaker 1: Buckle up and hold on tight. We got it for you.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Here it is for all berry letta subject. This is
- 54:19Speaker 1: not going to work, okay. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm thirty
- 54:22Speaker 1: three years old and my husband is an internet thought.
- 54:26Speaker 1: He did a local commercial for a gym and he
- 54:28Speaker 1: had his shirt off in the commercial, showing off his
- 54:31Speaker 1: muscular chest and arms. He became popular instantly and he
- 54:35Speaker 1: got a lot of new female followers on Instagrams. I
- 54:38Speaker 1: had a problem with the comments the women were leaving,
- 54:40Speaker 1: and he said he wasn't thinking about those women. But
- 54:43Speaker 1: I could see him getting the big head, so I
- 54:46Speaker 1: decided to set him up. I set up a fake
- 54:50Speaker 1: i G page just to flirt with him. I called
- 54:53Speaker 1: myself Ease. I sent pictures of my breasts and feet
- 54:57Speaker 1: to him, and he didn't recognize them. He didn't even
- 55:00Speaker 1: and recognized them. We've been married for six years. And
- 55:04Speaker 1: he didn't even know it was my body. He sent
- 55:07Speaker 1: me pictures of his body too. This went on for
- 55:10Speaker 1: a week and we didn't have sex during that time.
- 55:12Speaker 1: I DMed him as Eve and asked for a picture
- 55:15Speaker 1: of his naked body. A few minutes later, he got
- 55:18Speaker 1: up and went to the bathroom and sent Eve a picture.
- 55:22Speaker 1: Eve told him she didn't like body hair on a man,
- 55:25Speaker 1: so he shaved it all off, which let me know
- 55:28Speaker 1: he was hoping to have sex with Eve. I decided
- 55:32Speaker 1: it was time to scare him, so I told him
- 55:35Speaker 1: that a girl named Eve came in my boutique looking
- 55:37Speaker 1: for a red dress to take a picture in because
- 55:40Speaker 1: her new married man told her his favorite color is red.
- 55:44Speaker 1: He started pacing, so I figured he knew he was busted.
- 55:48Speaker 1: I spilled the beans and told him that I was Eve.
- 55:51Speaker 1: He was quiet for a minute, and then he told
- 55:54Speaker 1: me that he knew it all along. Then he flipped
- 55:57Speaker 1: it back on me and said, this is not going
- 56:00Speaker 1: to work because I like playing games. Is he lying
- 56:03Speaker 1: about knowing it was me all along? Or was he
- 56:06Speaker 1: hoping to meet Eve? How can he say this is
- 56:09Speaker 1: not going to work? Does it mean he wants a divorce? Well,
- 56:13Speaker 1: I can tell you straight off. Yes, he was hoping
- 56:15Speaker 1: he could meet Eve, for sure. But this so called
- 56:19Speaker 1: Eve is right there and he's your husband, So why
- 56:23Speaker 1: don't you ask him if he's talking about divorce? And no,
- 56:26Speaker 1: I don't believe he knew it all along. I think
- 56:28Speaker 1: he just said that so he wouldn't get busted by you.
- 56:32Speaker 1: And he's right. You were playing games. You were doing
- 56:35Speaker 1: all of this. You started this, the fake IG page,
- 56:38Speaker 1: all of that. You said you wanted to set him up,
- 56:41Speaker 1: and that's what you did. He didn't like it, and
- 56:43Speaker 1: this is the repercussions. You were playing games. Be careful
- 56:47Speaker 1: what you ask for. That's why you're right here writing
- 56:51Speaker 1: us this letter. And although I don't think this particular
- 56:54Speaker 1: incident is serious enough to be talking about divorce, because
- 56:57Speaker 1: both you and your husband share the blame and all
- 57:00Speaker 1: of this him his part for sexting and flirting with
- 57:04Speaker 1: what he thought was another woman and looking like he
- 57:07Speaker 1: would have cheated if the opportunity presented him presented itself
- 57:10Speaker 1: for real, and then you for tricking him, for setting
- 57:14Speaker 1: him up and pretending to be Eve in the first place.
- 57:17Speaker 1: I mean, the good thing is that he didn't physically
- 57:20Speaker 1: have sex with anyone. Well, probably because Eve wasn't real.
- 57:24Speaker 1: Eve was fake. But this was childish and silly. I mean,
- 57:28Speaker 1: this was a stupid game you play, and not only
- 57:30Speaker 1: did you let him flip the game on you, and
- 57:34Speaker 1: now you're feeling some kind of way and wondering if
- 57:36Speaker 1: he wants a divorce now the trust is broken on
- 57:40Speaker 1: both sides. And honestly, as stupid as all of this is,
- 57:43Speaker 1: it's hard to come back from a situation like this.
- 57:46Speaker 1: I mean, you guys need to talk immediately. I say,
- 57:49Speaker 1: you need to apologize to each other and seriously try
- 57:52Speaker 1: to fix this if you can, because this is a
- 57:55Speaker 1: dumb reason to end a marriage. Playing games on social media.
- 58:00Speaker 1: It's a stupid way to get a divorce. Steve, seventy
- 58:04Speaker 1: five percent of all divorces right now have a social
- 58:07Speaker 1: media component to it. That's a statistic that I learned
- 58:12Speaker 1: while I was doing my talk show. Seventy five percent
- 58:16Speaker 1: of all divorces today have a social media component to it.
- 58:20Speaker 1: Somebody brass evidence of Facebook, Instagram, ig something. They thirty three.
- 58:28Speaker 1: They are both. They are in this technological they grew
- 58:31Speaker 1: up with technology. Theyre thirty three. They've had phone, cell
- 58:35Speaker 1: phone since they were born. This is their world, your husband.
- 58:41Speaker 1: You say, it's an internet thought. For those of you
- 58:47Speaker 1: that don't know what thought means, it means that garden
- 58:51Speaker 1: tool over there, you are thought. That garden tool over there,
- 59:00Speaker 1: the garden two stars with an H. It is used
- 59:05Speaker 1: to dig up weeds next to corn and other sustainable
- 59:09Speaker 1: vegetables and fruit and flowers. Okay, he did an add
- 59:16Speaker 1: a commercial or some kind, took a shirt off, showed
- 59:19Speaker 1: his muscular chest and arm. He became popular instantly, and
- 59:24Speaker 1: he got a whole lot of new female followers. And
- 59:26Speaker 1: you had a problem with what the women was saying
- 59:28Speaker 1: on these comments on this picture, and he said that
- 59:33Speaker 1: he wasn't thinking about them women. What day is it? Then?
- 59:41Speaker 1: We ain't thinking about a woman. But you can see
- 59:44Speaker 1: him getting the big head. So you decided to set
- 59:46Speaker 1: him up, to set up a fake page, and you
- 59:48Speaker 1: decided to flirt with him. I sent him pictures of
- 59:54Speaker 1: my breast and feet and he didn't recognize them as yours.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: He's so damn stupid, this fool, this dumb. Your husband
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: is dumb, you know, man, I hate dumb men because
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: it makes the rest of us look guilty, even when
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: we're telling the truth. That's what I hate about dumbing.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: Your wife sent you a picture of her feet and
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: you ain't recognize her feet and her breath. You hang on, Steve, Yeah, yeah, whatever.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Well at part two of Steve's response, coming up at
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour, Today's strawberry letter. Subject
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: this is not going to work. We'll get back into
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening morning show. All right,
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: is this is not going to work. This is a
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: letter about a food in his thirties that's in love
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: with himself all over again. Cast some women fell in
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: love with him online. That's all this is. He did
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: a commercial, showed his chest in his arms, got a
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: whole lot of new female followers. All of a sudden,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: the wife read the comment. She don't like none of
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: the comment. He said he ain't thinking about none of
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: them women. There's not a date that a man is
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: alive on this earth that he don't think about women.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: I don't care if it is your own. You're gonna
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: think about a woman every day of your life. There's
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: no days off from this. This is your mission in life.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: So you decided to set him up. You got a
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: fake page and to flirt with him, you called yourself Eve.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: You sent him some pictures of your breast and your feet,
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: and he didn't recognize them. He's so dam there's no
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: way my wife can send me a picture of her
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: feet and her breath and I don't recognize Thanks him
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: possible immediately. So that's him possible in a life line up. Dog,
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: I wouldn't get a damn if they was close fimilar.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: I know mine dogging, Please understand, all right? So now
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: he's stupid. We've been married for six years. He didn't
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: even know it was my body. He sent me pictures
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: of his body too. Then this went on for a
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: week and they didn't have sex. Then she as Eve,
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: I dmned him and asked for a picture of his
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: naked body a few minutes later. Now she right there
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: this food, get up and go to the bathroom while
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: he next his wife and sent the neked picture back
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: to his wife, who was posing as Eve. Let me
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: first of all say this to this woman, absolutely brilliant.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: Oh my god, sisters, that was a brilliant move. You
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: all have done it before. I've heard of this being done,
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: but to read about it, Oh my god, brilliant. His
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: dumb ass got right up and went in the bathroom
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: and got you so damn dune. And then Eve told
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: him she didn't like buy the hair on the man,
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: this food, going there and shave it off. When when
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: you got up and went in the bathroom and follow
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: the instructions of a woman you don't know that ain't
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: your wife, and sent the everdence back to the woman
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: who is your wife, your ass is done. I can't
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: save you on this one, homie. I cannot save you
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: on this one. You cooking your own goose, I decided.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: And so then, which is to let me know anyway? Well,
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: I'm reading on the dam got up, went to the bathroom,
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: shave off. Eve told him she like by the head
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: and food shave it off, which let me know he
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: was hoping to how sex with these I decided it
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: was time to scare him. Oh this, so I told
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: him that a girl named Eve came into my boutique,
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: now obviously the woman owned clothing store. A girl named
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: Eve came into my boutique looking for a red dress
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: to take a picture in because her new married man
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: told of his favorite color is now right here. I'm
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: telling you what this dude is thinking. How cannot get
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: her to understand that this is my wife's boutique. She
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: can't go back in that. That's the first thing he's doing.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: Then he then he's thinking, how in the hell of
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: all the paces she wound up in that? All this
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: is going through his mind. Now, that's what he doing
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: while he pacing. So I figured he knew he was busted.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: I spilled the beans and told him I was Eve.
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: He got quiet for him, and he told me he
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: knew all along. Then he flipped it back on you
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: and saying, this ain't gonna work because I like playing games.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: And then your question, is he lying? Is he lying
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: about knowing it? Hell? Yeah, right, hell yeah? Because if
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: you know that your wife dog, you have tested her
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: too to see what's she up to. You could have
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: asked Hemp for some that can picture. Come on, homie,
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: but I know you already got the breast on the
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: feet and you're fail for it, so you couldn't even
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: run that back on her. She was absolutely real, and
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: he lying about knowing it was me all along? Or
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: was he hoping to meet Eve? He fitted me here
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: to shave this food, shave his pubic hair all for
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: his body. He shouldn't have been didn't look like a
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: g I Joe dog caused some strange ass woman come
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: on him? What hell like new black can shave the
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: hell off your body? You might in the end looking
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: like a damn dog like that you and you don't
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: even shave for your white This is crazy, man, And
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: now how could he say this is not going to work?
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: Does it mean he wants a divorce? Let me tell
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: you what it means. It means, first of all, probably
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: you ain't the only e. Let me just help you.
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: You ain't the only e. He didn't just start this
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: just now to flirt. No IG's been going on because
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: he was too comfortable. He just said, oh he going
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: another that you can handle it. Or let me tell
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: you real quick. The problem ain't you? Was playing games?
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: The problems he played back. The worst part was he
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: got a par shade and he didn't even recognize me.
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: Pitch of his wife. He goes, he stupid. Make him pay.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: You ain't got a divorce him, but you gotta make
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: him pay, all right? Coming up next Junior with Sports
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Talk right after this. You're listening show. It is time
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: now for sports talk with Junior. What you got Junior? Okay?
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: Wild call weekend? Man, I got to give it. T
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: I don't see how you shout them picks, but they

- 1:08:43Speaker 1: this hill. That's how I picked man. Yeah, now you
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: pick these man thirty one to twenty four, the Jians
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: over the Vikers. Man in Minnesota, that was a game, man,
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: Go ahead, here's another. I gotta get this man. He's
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: forty Niners man over these Seahawks like this, see you,
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: man Street with a third string quarterback, Brock, I told

- 1:09:36Speaker 1: I walked out in front of farty four thousand people
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: at the Georgia Dome after all the queens and comedy

- 1:09:53Speaker 1: You pick pick all of Junior even I'm not gonna
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: miss a pick the rest of this, you know, Man,

- 1:10:05Speaker 1: I can tell you, man, Pippot picked him, all right, Pimpot,
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: Thank you. Jernor coming up at the top of the
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: our social media advice on remodeling a home basement. We'll
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: talk about it right after this. You're listening to show,
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: all right, Steve, This one's from you. This is from
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: JJ who writes, I think my wife has been reading
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: way too much and to get rich side hustle online
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: articles and has forgotten about the importance of quality of life.
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: For whatever reason, she's now completely on one to completely
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: remodel our basement and then rent it out as an airbnb.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: Her logic is is that we live close to a
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: big college and it will be just like a slot machine.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: Not only am I not feeling it and don't think
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: it'll be the big moneymaker that she thinks it'll be,
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: But I really feel like putting I don't really feel
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: like putting over ten thousand dollars into the remodel to
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: make it happen. Steve, you're rich, what do you think?
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Is this a bad move? It's from J. Jd Well.
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: I don't know me personally. I'm not written out no rules,
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: nobody I don't because I don't give a damn how
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: much they pay. I can't wake up and he's standing
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: on me with an ass school and came right down
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: there in the basement here and infrigerator eat you one night.
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: I'm talking pay food, don't come with your rules. Say so.
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: You know it's not about the money the cost to
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: get rich quick. I'm uncomfortable with anybody in my house.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: I don't know, especially if you all are going to
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: be there now. If you all rent your house as
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: an airbnb when you're not there, that's one thing. It's
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: not the safety risk. But I'm just about safety first, man.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: So I got that ain't a move for me. So
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: they ain't got nothing to do with rich or none
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: of that. It just ain't a move for me. Yeah,
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: I don't want to about downstairs. Want you bringing no
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: people over because of the air B and B they
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: get to do what they want to do. They're gonna
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: say nobody their self. Yeah. Now, you got some people downstairs,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: and a lot of people are writting AIRB and B s,
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: throwing parties at them too. Yeah, and they tell your
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: place up, telling your house up. Now, your driveway just full.
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: You can't even get in your yall because, like you say,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: it's close to a colleague. You don't know what's gonna happen.
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so congratulations, man, you got to find a
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: way to tell your wife. No, what should he do, Steve?
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: How should he handle that approach? Oh? Man? I mean
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: just hey, baby, just so I think it's a safety
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: let's look at the safety fact. Okay, all right, do
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: we have time for one more? Here's another one from Valerie.
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: Valerie says, I've been dating my boyfriend for over a
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: year and he's really kind, but I'm not passionate about him.
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: We say we love each other, but I can't help
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: but feel like there might be someone out there who
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: I would connect with on a deeper level. I'm twenty
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: six and have had a few serious relates lationship, but
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: this has been the problem with all of them. Is
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: it me? Am? I incapable of falling deeply in love.
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: Should I be satisfied that I'm not, that I'm with
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: a decent guy who loves me, or should I hold
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: out for true love? If you ain't in love, it
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: ain't gonna last, So you might as well break up now.
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: There's nothing I can tell you if you don't. If
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: you're If you're not in love with a person, the
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: relationship ain't gonna last. She's only twenty six too. But yeah,
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: I'm not fit to stay with you because I like you.
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: We're not fiting, and because I ain't quit liking your ass,
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: damn near immediately. I'm talking about everything I've ever liked.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: When I run into a problem with it, I can
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: quit liking it. Take date. Yeah, And sometimes you don't
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: like the people you love at times, you know, so
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: you need to be in love with him so you
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: can so you can go get through that gap. Right,
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: That's right? Because I'm gonna tell you something. If you
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: start not liking some body, you need a whole lot
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: of love to get through that period. So she has
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: to move on. Huh, Yeah, I couldn't like to do. Yeah,
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: and quit wasting all these good men. If you're a
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: sorry ass woman. How about that? Sixty six? She says
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: she can't help to feel that there might be someone
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: out there who she would connect with on a deeper level.
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: We'll go ahead and keep looking for deeper. Go ahead
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: and keep looking for deeper. Yeah, you're gonna be forty
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: six still looking for deeper. You're about to find out
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: me And ain't that damn deep? Now that's what you're
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: fitting to find out. Better, shallow se better get in
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: one of these puddles and stars splashing around. Yeah. So
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: so that's good advice. That's good advice. Thank you. All Right,
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming

- 1:18:26Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with what I say. I'm not going

- 1:18:30Speaker 1: him or either Junior, you can go how you said. Hey,
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: you see right here, you won't imagine that, all right?
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: Moving on to would you rather divorce your spouse who
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: you caught cheating? Or would you rather cheat on them
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: to get even? Ain't no, damn even what you mean?
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: I can't eat my wife cheat. You think if I cheat,
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: that's gonna even it up? Not a good question, yeah, man,
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: I ain't got to answer that right down, damn even? Okay,
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: but lost you're supposed to say, very good? All right?
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: Would you rather lose all of your teeth or would
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: you rather lose an I? Oh no, I need my eye.
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: I buy some teeth. Teeth on sail into something. I'm
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: with Tommy on that. I buy head full of big ass.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: I have a set of ditches on it. I look
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: like a horse. I have teeth so my nips won't

- 1:20:17Speaker 1: Steve Barby. Right after this you're listening to show all right,
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: here we are our last break of the day on

- 1:21:27Speaker 1: Drink yourself into a wealth of health. Oh nice, right,
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: all right, yeah, all right, let's drink it. Yeah, let's
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: go to Franks D. Steve. I want to wish you're
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: a happy birthday. This is Frank from New Jersey. Happy
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: born day. That was it. I like me, appreciate you, man,
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: appreciate you too, Frank. Hey, y'all listen today. God has
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: allowed me to live sixty six trips around the sun.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: That's a big number, man. You know, I started realizing
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: these numbers were big when I crossed the fifty yard line.
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: But man, I look back sixteen years ago and I
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: remember it vividly, just like it was just recently, you know,
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: and it's really sixteen years ago. But I'm sixty six today, Man,
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: two sixes. I can truly say with times, I never
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: thought this would happen. When I was thirty years old,
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: I couldn't have imagined being sixty six years old. It
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: just seemed so far away. But through God's grace and
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: mercies allowed me to live, not only live and survive,
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: God has allowed me to thrive. Man, I just can't
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: even tell you. As I travel the world, I go
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: back and forth from place to place, and I'm allowed
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: to have safe travel through His grace and mercy. And
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: then I come back home. I realized everywhere I stay
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: is special, everywhere I stay is nice. Every place we
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: get is nice. Then I come home and it's nice,
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: and I go, Man, God be good to me. Man,
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: he just really has. Man, He's just given me way more,
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: way more than I expect it. And sometimes in my
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: quest to get more, I lose sight because I'm human
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: as to where I'm at and what I have. And
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: I want to remind you all, wherever you are in
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: life or wherever you're at, to constantly take inventory of
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: things around you, because I know you know to you know,
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: look a man without a dream of visions your parents.
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: So you're always aiming for something, You're always shooting for something,
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: You're always gunning for something. But in shooting and gunning
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: for stuff, man, you can't look at these victories you've all.
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: You cannot stop looking at all the victories you've already won,
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: because your quest for what's next sometimes blind you to
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: what you've already accomplished. And that gates one of the
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: greatest principles of success that's overlooked too many times. Nothing
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: can help your rise to fame, glory, success, happiness than gratitude.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: Nothing is more important than gratitude. Being grateful for where
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: you are will help you get to where you want
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: to be. But You've got to remain ever grateful. And
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: I'm talking to myself because sometimes I forget because I'm
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: always on the grind, trying to get more and be
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: more and do more and accomplish more. And it's not
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: money I'm talking about. It's just different goals and aspiration.
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: But still I have to stop and take the time
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: to realize where I am and how good God has been.
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: Now I'm saying that, and I'm gonna give you something,
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: And I gotta give credit to this young man that
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: I saw online. I don't know his name. His IG
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: page is Prince underscore e A. I think that's what
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: it is, Prince underscore e A. I'm not sure. I
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: don't know how to look all that stuff up. But
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: I was on live scrolling one day and this man
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: had this affirmation. He said, if you do this twenty
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: times every morning when you wake up in twenty times
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: every night before you go to bed, it will change
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: your life. It was such a positive statement that I
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: started doing it about a week ago. I want to
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: tell you all something. I can tell the difference in me.
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: It has caused me to stay positive when a lot
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: of times I would, you know, go another way, like
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: talk to people a little quick, because you know I'll
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: be so full of stuff all day. I try to
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: keep stuff out of my way that don't need to
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: be there. But this is the affirmation that the guy
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: gave me. If I'm doing this wrong, somebody correct me.
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: I think his name is Prince underscore e A. This
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: is the affirmation he had. He said, say this twenty
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: times in the morning and twenty times before you go
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: to bed every day, and in every way, I'm getting
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: better and better every day. And in every way I'm
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: getting better and better. Now I've added a line to
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: that because I know how I'm gonna get that. You
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: don't have to add this line. If it ain't for you.
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: If you Muslim, you can use another one. Jewish you
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: can use, and dude you want to do. But for me,
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: every day, I've been waking up twenty times and make
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: sure I do it to it, and I even do
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: it in the middle of the day every day, and
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: in every way, I'm getting better and better. In Jesus name.
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: I've added that, and I've said it every day, and
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: in every way I'm getting better and better in Jesus name.
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: Now you can do it, whatever version of it you want.
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: But if you say that every morning, every night, watch
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: what happened to you after week? I'm just telling you try?
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: Why would you not try? Those are my closing remarks,
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: having first day to me your feel Mack, Steve Harvey
