- 2:04Speaker 7: Everybody you are listening to the voice, come on dig
- 2:07Speaker 7: me now, one and only Steve Harvey, Oh yeah, man,
- 2:11Speaker 7: got a radio show. Do you understand that I'm telling you.
- 2:15Speaker 7: God been big in my life. I'm not gonna kid you.
- 2:19Speaker 7: I'm telling you, and He'll do the same thing for you.
- 2:22Speaker 7: God God is a gentleman.
- 2:24Speaker 1: You know.
- 2:24Speaker 7: I wanna I want to point that out to you.
- 2:27Speaker 7: God is an absolute gentleman. He will not come in
- 2:32Speaker 7: unless he's invited. He don't just barge into your life.
- 2:38Speaker 7: He gives us the power of choice. You know, if
- 2:42Speaker 7: you say you got it, I don't need you, he
- 2:44Speaker 7: lets you have it. If you say I need you,
- 2:48Speaker 7: come see about me.
- 2:49Speaker 1: He right there.
- 2:50Speaker 7: It's just a real simple thing, man. So always say
- 2:55Speaker 7: to people this. If you've gotten yourself into something. Please
- 3:00Speaker 7: know I have. I I was stuck. I thought a
- 3:06Speaker 7: couple of times, well might not make it past this one.
- 3:12Speaker 7: But then if I don't make it past it, what's
- 3:14Speaker 7: gonna happen? And then I held on to this little
- 3:18Speaker 7: thing that my mother kept talking to me about. She said,
- 3:21Speaker 7: sometimes some when you ain't got nothing else in you,
- 3:24Speaker 7: just hope, she said, just hope it'll be all right,
- 3:29Speaker 7: you know. And what I've learned in my life is
- 3:31Speaker 7: that hope is the beginning of faith. Hope is just
- 3:36Speaker 7: is their possibility out there for me. I show hope,
- 3:43Speaker 7: something happened, see hope. Hope is okay, man, Because like
- 3:49Speaker 7: I say, for me, the way I've lived my life,
- 3:52Speaker 7: hope was the beginning of faith.
- 3:53Speaker 1: It was just the idea.
- 3:56Speaker 7: It's just the thought that something could change for me,
- 3:59Speaker 7: that something could be a little bit different from me,
- 4:02Speaker 7: that maybe, man, just maybe for some reason, I could
- 4:07Speaker 7: be saved, I could be rescued, Things could turn around,
- 4:11Speaker 7: it could hit any other direction.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Maybe I can quit messing up.
- 4:15Speaker 7: Maybe somebody will forgive me, Maybe somebody will will just
- 4:19Speaker 7: say all right. I don't know, but I can't count
- 4:23Speaker 7: the times I've been in that position. But then once
- 4:26Speaker 7: I hope a little bit, and then I remember also
- 4:28Speaker 7: my mother, because she was a Sunday school teacher. She
- 4:32Speaker 7: taught me the most valuable lesson I've ever learned in
- 4:34Speaker 7: my life. Nothing has been greater in my life than
- 4:37Speaker 7: my faith. She taught me to pray. Mama used to say,
- 4:41Speaker 7: when it get real, dog for your son, Prayer change
- 4:44Speaker 7: is things, she say, When you seem like you lost
- 4:47Speaker 7: and you can't find your way, stop and pray, she said,
- 4:52Speaker 7: because prayer change is things.
- 4:55Speaker 1: You know.
- 4:55Speaker 7: When you get a point in your life when you've
- 4:56Speaker 7: done all you can do and you can't do no more,
- 4:59Speaker 7: and you just don't know what to do next, she says, stop, son,
- 5:03Speaker 7: pray and combine that prayer with that hope that you got,
- 5:09Speaker 7: she said, because that hope is to beginning of faith,
- 5:12Speaker 7: she said. If you pray just hoping, she said, to
- 5:15Speaker 7: God come through for you. That'll give you confidence that
- 5:19Speaker 7: he can do it again. And then after a while,
- 5:21Speaker 7: you quit hoping, she's saying, you start believing. She saying,
- 5:25Speaker 7: that's when you're on to something. If you can turn
- 5:28Speaker 7: that hope into belief, that hope into faith, the ability
- 5:33Speaker 7: to believe in something that you can't see. But the
- 5:37Speaker 7: key though the faith is you're believing in something that
- 5:40Speaker 7: you can't see. See hoping a little bit different from
- 5:44Speaker 7: me Now, I'm pretty sure, Like I say oftentimes to
- 5:47Speaker 7: tell a lot of people who can explain this thing
- 5:49Speaker 7: a lot better than I can to you, but just
- 5:52Speaker 7: from my side of it, being as real as I
- 5:54Speaker 7: can be, rich you See.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Hope helps.
- 5:57Speaker 7: Man, If you ain't strong enough to have faith, have hope,
- 6:01Speaker 7: and then if you pray with some hope and God
- 6:03Speaker 7: answers your prayer, then that hope gains a little confidence
- 6:08Speaker 7: and after a while that confidence becomes faith. Now the
- 6:13Speaker 7: ain't just hoping, but I'm believing. I'm believing in something
- 6:17Speaker 7: that I cannot see. Faith has been the key to
- 6:23Speaker 7: my entire existence, even when I didn't have any It
- 6:29Speaker 7: was faith, as I look back on it, that has
- 6:32Speaker 7: gotten me here, and not just faith, but my faith. See,
- 6:37Speaker 7: you will only get to where you're going in your
- 6:40Speaker 7: life based on your faith. See A lot of people
- 6:45Speaker 7: get the word faith confused, like what's your faith? And
- 6:49Speaker 7: then they start going down this whole list of all
- 6:51Speaker 7: these different religions out here. But really an essence, man,
- 6:55Speaker 7: when I talk to people about faith. I'm talking to
- 6:57Speaker 7: you about your your belief. How much do you believe
- 7:03Speaker 7: in the unseen? How much do you believe in the
- 7:07Speaker 7: things you can't see? How much do you believe in
- 7:10Speaker 7: the impossible? How much do you believe see? Because faith
- 7:17Speaker 7: is the belief in things that you cannot see. Faith
- 7:23Speaker 7: is the core of all that is happening to me today.
- 7:28Speaker 7: It is the faith that I have in my relationship
- 7:31Speaker 7: with God that enables me to just oftentimes, if I
- 7:37Speaker 7: stay on the right course and believe a certain way
- 7:40Speaker 7: and act a certain way, his blessings just poor.
- 7:46Speaker 1: They just come. And it comes in a lot of
- 7:49Speaker 1: little ways too.
- 7:50Speaker 7: I've started to notice, see, it ain't just a lot
- 7:53Speaker 7: of people think blessings is money, na, man, that ain't it.
- 7:56Speaker 1: It's coverage. It's every time my plane and safe.
- 8:01Speaker 7: It's every time they predict bad weather and I get
- 8:05Speaker 7: up in the sky and it don't be no bad weather.
- 8:08Speaker 7: You know, this is this is favor. These are blessings
- 8:12Speaker 7: that get poured out to me. Somebody call me and
- 8:15Speaker 7: offer me something, not money, but an opportunity, you know.
- 8:20Speaker 7: Somebody say, hey, man, I don't know, but I sent
- 8:24Speaker 7: this to you.
- 8:24Speaker 1: I thought you might be interested in it.
- 8:26Speaker 7: Somebody will send me a scripture, or somebody will send
- 8:29Speaker 7: me something that's favor, and it always comes at a
- 8:33Speaker 7: time when I need it the most. That's favor, that's
- 8:37Speaker 7: pouring out blessings. Now I'm also the recipient of a
- 8:42Speaker 7: lot of other blessings too. You know, I've been blessed
- 8:45Speaker 7: with health. That's amazing blessing.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Man.
- 8:48Speaker 7: I've been blessed with a spirit of not quitting. I've
- 8:53Speaker 7: been blessed with the ability to shoulder huge amounts of responsibility.
- 9:00Speaker 7: Blessings come a lot of ways. But once you tie
- 9:04Speaker 7: in to God, Once you tie in and you start
- 9:08Speaker 7: doing the best you can do, and you start asking
- 9:11Speaker 7: for him to make you a better person, to help
- 9:14Speaker 7: shape and mold you into the kind of man or
- 9:18Speaker 7: person that he wants you to be. You be amazed
- 9:21Speaker 7: what God can do with you. Man, if you just
- 9:23Speaker 7: invite me in and allow him to be a part
- 9:26Speaker 7: of your life. I mean, what you got to lose
- 9:28Speaker 7: out there? Come on, if you're sitting in the cell
- 9:31Speaker 7: this morning, why would you not change. You have a
- 9:35Speaker 7: chance to turn your life around with a relationship with God.
- 9:38Speaker 7: What you're waiting on are you gonna just keep doing
- 9:40Speaker 7: it like that?
- 9:41Speaker 1: Huh? Really, come on, man, why would you do that
- 9:45Speaker 1: to yourself?
- 9:47Speaker 7: Why would you not allow God to be a part
- 9:49Speaker 7: of your life so you can get the way he
- 9:51Speaker 7: wants you to be. God got some big plans for you.
- 9:54Speaker 7: If he didn't, you wouldn't keep waking up.
- 9:56Speaker 8: You're listening.
- 9:59Speaker 7: Show, Ladies and gentlemen, We're up and alive. Ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:04Speaker 7: We are part of the Chosen. We are the ones
- 10:07Speaker 7: that He selected to let live again, to give another opportunity,
- 10:11Speaker 7: another grace, another day, another blessing. That's all it is, man,
- 10:15Speaker 7: That's all it is. Do you realize today you are
- 10:19Speaker 7: of the chosen, that the decision was made that you
- 10:24Speaker 7: should still be here, granted, yet not yet another opportunity. Man,
- 10:31Speaker 7: don't y'all sleep on this thing right here? This is
- 10:34Speaker 7: a good one right here. Steve Harvey, Morter Show, Shelly Strawberry, Calinfreil, Mississippi,
- 10:38Speaker 7: Monica and Junior Junior.
- 10:42Speaker 9: Yes, yes, how.
- 10:44Speaker 7: You hey man, big day round here in my life.
- 10:49Speaker 7: So you know, gonna be a little extra to day.
- 10:51Speaker 7: So you know, I gotta get prepared, stay up on it.
- 10:54Speaker 7: You know, can't miss nothing, can't say nothing wrong?
- 11:00Speaker 5: WHOA, what's the big day?
- 11:03Speaker 1: Makes sense? Yes, my wife's birthday.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Today, Yay, happy birthday, birthday, birthday.
- 11:10Speaker 7: And it's the big one. She turned sixty today, So
- 11:15Speaker 7: this is a big one. I have been hearing about
- 11:19Speaker 7: this big one.
- 11:20Speaker 1: For five years.
- 11:23Speaker 7: Because the first big one was when she turned fifty.
- 11:28Speaker 7: Then we did the double then we did the double nickel.
- 11:31Speaker 7: You know, women are gonna come up with another reason
- 11:33Speaker 7: to get special. So five two five, right, okay? Oh,
- 11:38Speaker 7: they call them double stars on the dice table. Junior
- 11:43Speaker 7: double stars, two stars. Baby, that's hard ten, that's that's
- 11:49Speaker 7: that's thirty. I think that's thirty five to one anyway,
- 11:52Speaker 7: something like that.
- 11:53Speaker 8: But I digressed, not the odds.
- 11:56Speaker 1: That's I know.
- 11:57Speaker 7: When it's signed and out of one hundred and forty
- 11:59Speaker 7: four rows, you'll see double T three times. And so
- 12:02Speaker 7: if I've been on the dice table and I ain't
- 12:04Speaker 7: seen it, I've been there for about an hour and
- 12:05Speaker 7: a half. I started betting them stars, maybe because they
- 12:08Speaker 7: got to come anyway. Now today is her sixty if so,
- 12:12Speaker 7: this is the big one, and so uh, I'm responsible
- 12:16Speaker 7: for making this a big day. I am solely responsible.
- 12:21Speaker 10: Now give yourself credit because you playing this you really did?
- 12:26Speaker 1: You really did. Yeah, but that's what I'm concerned about too.
- 12:29Speaker 8: Wait, did you plan it or you have? You have
- 12:32Speaker 8: people to do that, well, they pay yourself.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Yeah, playing this myself.
- 12:38Speaker 8: I'm little scared. But how did it go?
- 12:41Speaker 11: Like?
- 12:41Speaker 12: What?
- 12:41Speaker 11: Like? What?
- 12:42Speaker 1: Well, let me just say it to you like this.
- 12:45Speaker 1: I'm scared because I don't want to I think I
- 12:50Speaker 1: forgot something.
- 12:52Speaker 8: You don't make a list, surely.
- 12:56Speaker 1: If you ain't made a proper list.
- 12:59Speaker 7: If I do everything on the list, but I say
- 13:01Speaker 7: I think I forgot something, then it ain't on the list.
- 13:06Speaker 7: And you know, I don't know how to do this,
- 13:08Speaker 7: so this ain't really what I do.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Did you order food? This is what I.
- 13:12Speaker 7: Said to the caterer at the last minute. He said,
- 13:15Speaker 7: mister Harvey, so what would you like? I said, make
- 13:18Speaker 7: something to eat?
- 13:21Speaker 1: That's where we go. Well, oh boy, y'all pray for
- 13:27Speaker 1: me today.
- 13:27Speaker 8: Yes, we will definitely all right.
- 13:32Speaker 13: Happy birthday, Marjorie, yay up for sure. Coming up in
- 13:36Speaker 13: thirty two minutes after the hour, we will hear from
- 13:39Speaker 13: Junior in for the nephew. Is he runs that prank
- 13:41Speaker 13: back right after this?

- 20:59Speaker 13: the hour and entertainment news. Here's Morgan publicly apologized to
- 21:03Speaker 13: Jay Z and Beyonce. Dion Cole said he dated Shacks
- 21:08Speaker 13: X and couldn't compare or fill his shoes and the
- 21:12Speaker 13: twenty twenty five Matt Gala All Black Men co chairs
- 21:17Speaker 13: were announced and we'll have more, of course, on Hurricane Milton.
- 21:21Speaker 13: We'll talk about all of these stories at the top
- 21:23Speaker 13: of the hour, But right now it is time to
- 21:25Speaker 13: ask the CLO Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey. This is
- 21:29Speaker 13: from Madison and Roanoke. Madison writes, I'm thirty seven and
- 21:33Speaker 13: my boyfriend is ten years older, but I have more
- 21:36Speaker 13: gray hair than him. The gray hair has popped up
- 21:39Speaker 13: in one other place, and my boyfriend said it's a turnoff.
- 21:42Speaker 13: Should I go get at waxed? Or do I let
- 21:44Speaker 13: him go so he can find a younger chick.
- 21:47Speaker 7: Well, this is where honesty is not the best poles. Yeah,
- 21:54Speaker 7: you don't know how necessary line is. And there's opportunities
- 21:59Speaker 7: for you to lie, and you should lie, and could lie, and.
- 22:04Speaker 1: You choose not to lie. And now here we go.
- 22:08Speaker 7: The gray had him popped up in an unexpected place.
- 22:12Speaker 7: Now he say it's a turnoff.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Why did he say that? All he had to say was, babe,
- 22:21Speaker 1: you know what a real turn on for me is nothing?
- 22:26Speaker 7: Well, if you just oo, do you know what I'll do?
- 22:30Speaker 7: If you did that, you got to create it. You
- 22:34Speaker 7: got to make it into a positive. Shut your mouth.
- 22:37Speaker 1: By what you lie? I got green head out here?
- 22:43Speaker 1: All right? Now, hey, all right.
- 22:47Speaker 8: All right, moving on, just shut your eyes?
- 22:52Speaker 1: Is complain about something you keep asking for?
- 22:57Speaker 13: Terry and Sacramento says that part My wife and I
- 23:00Speaker 13: were in church Sunday and my mom's uh sat in
- 23:03Speaker 13: front of us with the man. She whispered that he's
- 23:06Speaker 13: her date. Who brings a date to church, especially one
- 23:10Speaker 13: that has on a wedding ring. This has to be
- 23:13Speaker 13: the guy that she can't stop talking about. Should I
- 23:16Speaker 13: talk to him to see if he's married? Or stay
- 23:19Speaker 13: out of it?
- 23:20Speaker 11: Now?
- 23:20Speaker 1: Is this a guy who wrote this letter? Yeah?
- 23:23Speaker 8: My wife and I the guy?
- 23:25Speaker 7: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm only I'm only my
- 23:28Speaker 7: mama dog, No, I'm only yeah.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Hey man, what's happening? Well, what's what's what's your plan? Well?
- 23:34Speaker 1: What what's what's your What you're doing with my mama?
- 23:36Speaker 11: Man?
- 23:37Speaker 1: No, No, I'm checking, isn't it?
- 23:39Speaker 7: It's no way I'm letting this walk because you're not
- 23:42Speaker 7: finna play her, because I know she don't know nothing
- 23:45Speaker 7: about Dayton, because she ain't been in been in game
- 23:49Speaker 7: a long time. You ain't finna play my mama. You
- 23:51Speaker 7: damn right, I'm saying something to you and what's up
- 23:54Speaker 7: with your ring pimp? What's what's going on?
- 23:58Speaker 1: Were all in the church house, you guys?
- 24:00Speaker 13: And is that a Is that a good place to
- 24:02Speaker 13: bring a date to church?
- 24:05Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 24:05Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 24:06Speaker 1: If your date don't want to go to church, y'all
- 24:08Speaker 1: need to break up.
- 24:09Speaker 7: Yeah, every woman I meet wants a god fearing man.
- 24:16Speaker 7: Now I hit at so many times because women know
- 24:20Speaker 7: you at least want somebody with some type of moral compass.
- 24:24Speaker 7: Just something, man, Yeah, damn, just slow you down for
- 24:28Speaker 7: yack of food.
- 24:29Speaker 8: All right?
- 24:30Speaker 13: Moving on to Dasia and Aniston, Dasiah writes, I saw
- 24:33Speaker 13: in social media that my husband was in the club
- 24:36Speaker 13: getting bottle service with his friends. He said, it's okay
- 24:39Speaker 13: to splurge and enjoy life. Well, I reminded him that
- 24:43Speaker 13: our car note is behind and we need to pay
- 24:45Speaker 13: the daycare. Why are men such dummies?
- 24:49Speaker 8: Fellow?
- 24:51Speaker 1: See, I'm thinking of using this opportunity to do what. Well,
- 24:57Speaker 1: here's a deal.
- 24:59Speaker 7: It's splurge and they have a good time every man, And
- 25:03Speaker 7: I'm not saying women don't.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Just so, just before y'all go down, every man has
- 25:09Speaker 1: to have some time with just the fellas, with the
- 25:13Speaker 1: guy because we socialize different when We just round each
- 25:17Speaker 1: other and that's all it is. With what he doing.
- 25:20Speaker 1: And they got some bottle service.
- 25:22Speaker 7: They up in there playing, you know, baller, big big baller,
- 25:26Speaker 7: shot caller.
- 25:27Speaker 1: That's all they doing. Why you got to be dumb
- 25:32Speaker 1: to do that?
- 25:34Speaker 12: Well?
- 25:34Speaker 8: What about the car note and day? Because they need
- 25:36Speaker 8: to pay.
- 25:37Speaker 15: Yeah, he has other bills to pay while here here
- 25:39Speaker 15: spending five hundred dollars.
- 25:42Speaker 7: But let me tell you something. Not you do know
- 25:44Speaker 7: you're still gonna have him bills, don't you.
- 25:47Speaker 8: That's a priority. Yeah, well.
- 25:51Speaker 1: This car note, just don't pay the car off. They
- 25:54Speaker 1: just wanted the notes.
- 25:55Speaker 8: Yeah, so what are you saying? Break it down?
- 25:59Speaker 7: You got to give some allotment for a man to
- 26:02Speaker 7: enjoy himself doing.
- 26:04Speaker 8: Something at the expense of your bills.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Who you talking to? You do?
- 26:10Speaker 7: Man who rode a car for three years without making
- 26:14Speaker 7: a note?
- 26:15Speaker 8: But you were single? You have a wife, did you?
- 26:19Speaker 8: And children?
- 26:19Speaker 1: Did you? Yes? I'm looking at you like what Yeah,
- 26:28Speaker 1: that's when I did it? Yeah, how you.
- 26:32Speaker 7: Think I kept the famous Next question, y'all want to
- 26:37Speaker 7: y'all want some groceries or y'all want to make this
- 26:40Speaker 7: car payment?
- 26:41Speaker 1: How you gonna do it? Okay?
- 26:42Speaker 7: Alright, then listen to me. This way, we're parking the
- 26:44Speaker 7: car tonight. I had a schedule. This way, were parking Friday, Saddy,
- 26:49Speaker 7: We're not bringing this car to the house because I've
- 26:52Speaker 7: seen truck out there five six times. Then we're gonna
- 26:55Speaker 7: park the car here. I had a bike racke in
- 26:58Speaker 7: the back of the car when you so where of
- 27:00Speaker 7: our park and I could just get on bike.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Huh.
- 27:03Speaker 15: But you didn't spend the money in the club that
- 27:05Speaker 15: you had for the car.
- 27:06Speaker 8: Notes that's the fuble. Well yeah, that's that wasn't a need.
- 27:11Speaker 15: That was in the club wilding out, spending all this
- 27:15Speaker 15: money on bottle service.
- 27:16Speaker 10: And he god, it's a it's the Fellers, it ain't
- 27:19Speaker 10: it ain't just him, it's the Fellers. So therefore, if
- 27:21Speaker 10: the bottle two hundred is two hundred divided by five seat,
- 27:25Speaker 10: now you don't see whatever is divided by he.
- 27:27Speaker 8: Ain't got it.
- 27:29Speaker 1: No, no, no, that's where you roll. That's where he
- 27:32Speaker 1: did it.
- 27:33Speaker 11: He had.
- 27:36Speaker 1: They can get it clearly.
- 27:39Speaker 8: So the kids not getting her education or his education, Yeah, yeah.
- 27:46Speaker 7: Yeah, we're gonna leave a baby at home this week.
- 27:49Speaker 7: Baby don't need to go to school every day.
- 27:52Speaker 10: They wasn't showing that much promise anyway. Yeah, so we
- 27:57Speaker 10: really win it.
- 27:58Speaker 11: So you at the club.
- 28:02Speaker 7: Because I didn't ask you six times what color this is?
- 28:04Speaker 7: That he ain't said purple yet, So I'm trying to
- 28:06Speaker 7: figure out what what is? What is they doing down
- 28:09Speaker 7: at the daycare?
- 28:10Speaker 5: Wow?
- 28:10Speaker 11: What about?
- 28:13Speaker 7: And he just came in here with p all of them,
- 28:15Speaker 7: So now they ain't partly training down the street.
- 28:18Speaker 1: Look, I'm at the club. It's a mess, and really
- 28:25Speaker 1: it's a chair.
- 28:28Speaker 6: It's gonna be another chair coming.
- 28:29Speaker 1: What about the car notes?
- 28:31Speaker 8: Yeah, you need a car, just explain that.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Listen to me.
- 28:37Speaker 7: You got to be three months behind before they start
- 28:40Speaker 7: to repossession. Back in the day, it was three months
- 28:45Speaker 7: in ninety days. And then they start to repot threats,
- 28:48Speaker 7: all right, all right, and then once you get caught up,
- 28:52Speaker 7: once you stay two in front, that stops.
- 28:54Speaker 1: The repot notices.
- 28:56Speaker 8: Then you have so we're gonna go down the month.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Yeah, now all of them, you know, and they're now working.
- 29:02Speaker 8: Then your credit coming over at the top of the hour,
- 29:06Speaker 8: Thank you, over Rady your credit entertainment news. Right after this,
- 29:12Speaker 8: you're listening.
- 29:14Speaker 6: Hard Morning Show.
- 29:17Speaker 13: According to Billboard magazine, about a week after interviewing singer
- 29:21Speaker 13: and songwriter Jaguar right on Pierce Morgan Uncensored, Jaguar called
- 29:26Speaker 13: jay Z and Diddy monsters and claimed jay Z and
- 29:29Speaker 13: Beyonce had hundreds of victims. Well, Pierce Morgan kicked off
- 29:33Speaker 13: the Tuesday episode of his show by sharing that he
- 29:36Speaker 13: had been contacted by the Carter family's attorney, who denied
- 29:40Speaker 13: rights allegations.
- 29:41Speaker 8: Take a listen, well, Jay, You're right.
- 29:43Speaker 16: Unexpectedly made several serious allegations about jay Z and Beyonce
- 29:48Speaker 16: during that interview. As I said in the moment, they
- 29:51Speaker 16: were not present to respond or defend themselves, but now
- 29:54Speaker 16: they have. The lawyer's trantact is to say that those
- 29:56Speaker 16: claims were totally false and have no basis in fact,
- 30:00Speaker 16: and we therefore complied with a legal request to cut
- 30:02Speaker 16: them from the original interview. Editing Editing interviews is not
- 30:05Speaker 16: something we do lightly at a show called Uncensored, But
- 30:09Speaker 16: like the proverbial cry is of fire and a crowded theater,
- 30:12Speaker 16: there are legal limits on us too. We apologize to
- 30:16Speaker 16: jay Z and Beyonce.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Wow yeah see see. But first of all, you bring
- 30:27Speaker 1: this lady on the show, Jaguar Wright, who I do
- 30:30Speaker 1: not know.
- 30:30Speaker 7: So this is not using yeah, but so so this
- 30:35Speaker 7: is not a slam on her. This is not a
- 30:37Speaker 7: slam on her.
- 30:38Speaker 1: But if you bring a.
- 30:38Speaker 7: Person on the show and you allow them to say
- 30:42Speaker 7: something that assassinates a person's character, and you don't have footage, video, video,
- 30:50Speaker 7: nothing to you know, back up your claims, then that's
- 30:54Speaker 7: that's just slanderous.
- 30:55Speaker 1: And that's and that's poor journalism.
- 30:57Speaker 7: And and and Pierce Morgan is a part of the
- 31:01Speaker 7: journalist community that's supposed to be a place to come
- 31:05Speaker 7: where we where you can tell the truth.
- 31:07Speaker 1: But you got to know it to be truth.
- 31:10Speaker 7: Now, jay Z and Beyonce and people said no because
- 31:12Speaker 7: I don't blame him. You know now, you're not dragging
- 31:15Speaker 7: me in this. He'll mess now, not this because this
- 31:18Speaker 7: this is serious.
- 31:19Speaker 1: What's going on, very serious.
- 31:21Speaker 7: And I've seen Jaguar writ all over the internet talking
- 31:25Speaker 7: about him, talking about people care about it.
- 31:27Speaker 1: So I don't. I don't know what her deal is.
- 31:29Speaker 1: I don't know why she why that's her deal. I don't.
- 31:33Speaker 7: I don't know her. I don't I don't know where
- 31:35Speaker 7: she's getting none of the information from. But them lawyers, no,
- 31:39Speaker 7: they ain't made that phone call. Now print that if
- 31:41Speaker 7: you want to and watch what happens.
- 31:44Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 31:44Speaker 13: Well, moving on to other entertainment news. Dan Cole was
- 31:48Speaker 13: a guest doun Club Shasha and he said that he
- 31:51Speaker 13: dated one of Shaq's ex girlfriends. He said he couldn't
- 31:54Speaker 13: fill Shack's shoes or compare. If you know what that means.
- 31:58Speaker 13: If you know what he means, Dan did, it'd say
- 32:00Speaker 13: the woman didn't tell him until after the fact, after
- 32:05Speaker 13: they had gotten busy. So here's a question to the guys.
- 32:08Speaker 13: Have you ever had that dilemma? Or have you ever
- 32:11Speaker 13: dated a woman who dated someone famous before you, you know,
- 32:14Speaker 13: before you got married.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Of course, okay, cool, because that wasn't gonna sign him.
- 32:22Speaker 6: Who.
- 32:22Speaker 8: I wasn't gonna say nothing, not on the birthday.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Absolutely no, such a dance. That's not what you asked.
- 32:34Speaker 1: You know my past life, I have done something not clearly,
- 32:43Speaker 1: this is your show.
- 32:45Speaker 6: You can't talk really on your show.
- 32:48Speaker 7: He'll know what you guys just got through talking about.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Here is more.
- 32:56Speaker 6: Yes, Junior, you I was mad you sa I was
- 33:01Speaker 6: quiet too. I didn't know what I said nothing.
- 33:04Speaker 10: But if we talk about as famous as he got
- 33:06Speaker 10: was you know this girl's dating. She dated to carry
- 33:09Speaker 10: down at the alumni hall at Periview And he wasn't famous,
- 33:12Speaker 10: but he was famous for putting money on your car,
- 33:14Speaker 10: if you know what I mean. That's about all he
- 33:16Speaker 10: was famous for him, So yeah, he can get you
- 33:18Speaker 10: a few meetings, but he wasn't famous famous like.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Here. So say the question again, Shirley, let me understand fully.
- 33:29Speaker 13: Okay, have you ever had have you ever dated a
- 33:34Speaker 13: woman who dated someone famous before you like them?
- 33:37Speaker 8: Cole dated Shaq's ex girlfriend. So have you ever dated
- 33:42Speaker 8: you know, someone that famous?
- 33:44Speaker 1: Asolutely? No comport.
- 33:49Speaker 8: You understood the question.
- 33:53Speaker 12: I heard.
- 33:55Speaker 1: I wish the hell I was man man. Oh no, yeah,
- 34:06Speaker 1: I got hot.
- 34:08Speaker 15: Turn out question one more time.
- 34:17Speaker 13: Make sure he is all right, guys, I want to
- 34:19Speaker 13: make sure you understand it. Have you ever dated a
- 34:21Speaker 13: woman who dated someone famous before you? Like Gan? Cole
- 34:25Speaker 13: dated Shack X, but he didn't know until after the fact.
- 34:29Speaker 13: The girl told you.
- 34:36Speaker 8: Work it out for yourself.
- 34:38Speaker 7: I have never ever dated any or one of Shaq's
- 34:44Speaker 7: X never.
- 34:46Speaker 1: All right, we're moving on.
- 34:48Speaker 7: All right.
- 34:51Speaker 13: Finally in entertainment news, for the first time in history,
- 34:55Speaker 13: the met Galab will have an all black men co
- 34:58Speaker 13: chair panel Coleman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, Asap Rocky Pharrell Williams.

- 35:33Speaker 1: to invite you this year. I say yes, they never
- 35:36Speaker 1: invited me to the meg.
- 35:37Speaker 8: Ellen, don't worry as why as you are.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Take that off your list of things to be concerned about.
- 35:45Speaker 8: You should be there.
- 35:46Speaker 13: Coming up at twenty minutes after the hour, Florida's Governor
- 35:49Speaker 13: Ron De Santas has refused to extend Florida's voting registration deadline.
- 35:54Speaker 13: I meant hurricanes and we'll tell you how you can
- 35:57Speaker 13: help storm victims right after this morning show. Hurricane Milton
- 36:03Speaker 13: has slammed into West Florida, and Governor RHN DeSantis said
- 36:07Speaker 13: Monday that he had no intentions of extending the deadline.
- 36:11Speaker 8: To register to vote. What uh.
- 36:15Speaker 13: Floridians are disappointed in DeSantis because due to the back
- 36:18Speaker 13: to back destructive hurricanes and chaos in the state, many
- 36:22Speaker 13: voters and new or first time voters are likely to
- 36:26Speaker 13: be displaced. And I mean that's unacceptable. He could do
- 36:31Speaker 13: something if he really wanted to. They're just trying to
- 36:34Speaker 13: steal the election.
- 36:35Speaker 1: You know, some kind of executive order or something.
- 36:38Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Yeah, wouldn't it be voter suppression?
- 36:40Speaker 6: Ain't this another form of voter.
- 36:42Speaker 13: It's a form of it, for sure. Is it's a
- 36:44Speaker 13: form of it?
- 36:45Speaker 1: Yeah, just different, man. This Republican Party hijacked by Donald Trump.
- 36:51Speaker 8: Yeah yeah, and everybody at.
- 36:53Speaker 7: All costs, they will do anything for this man's and
- 36:57Speaker 7: he's not a great person. This is This is sadness
- 37:02Speaker 7: at its highest level.
- 37:03Speaker 11: Man.
- 37:04Speaker 7: And you know the thing that I really think, I
- 37:06Speaker 7: don't think America is gonna correct itself either. I think
- 37:10Speaker 7: that once you show this is how you can do it.
- 37:14Speaker 7: You can create false claims, create fake news, and create
- 37:19Speaker 7: and claim that the elections are not fair. That's that's
- 37:23Speaker 7: that's that's gonna be the mo of the Republican Party
- 37:26Speaker 7: moving forward.
- 37:28Speaker 13: They loses, they're gonna restructure and get it back together.
- 37:33Speaker 7: And you would think they would, if they had any sense,
- 37:36Speaker 7: they would go back and get their party back right.
- 37:40Speaker 7: But I think the people who are on the horizon,
- 37:44Speaker 7: those people you saw on the debate stage, are too
- 37:47Speaker 7: much like him.
- 37:48Speaker 1: The scientists that.
- 37:52Speaker 7: JD vanced, this boy that the Lord brown Skin got vivid,
- 37:55Speaker 7: whatever his man. If you listen to them, they damn
- 37:58Speaker 7: their worse than him.
- 38:00Speaker 13: Wow, wow, all right, Well, speaking of the storm, Hurricane Milton,
- 38:04Speaker 13: Vice President Harris has released a list of the names
- 38:08Speaker 13: of the Republicans who voted against the FEMA funding bill
- 38:11Speaker 13: that was presented back on September twenty fifth.
- 38:14Speaker 8: The bill did pass, however.
- 38:16Speaker 13: Eighty two House and eighteen Senators, all Republicans, voted against
- 38:20Speaker 13: the FEMA bill. Florida Representative Matt Getz, Georgia Representative Marjorie
- 38:25Speaker 13: Taylor Green, and stood old Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina,
- 38:30Speaker 13: just to name a few.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Old Tim, good, old God, how hard you tried.
- 38:36Speaker 7: They could not let you in, buddy, Oh Tim boy,
- 38:41Speaker 7: you tried everything.
- 38:42Speaker 1: You You've wiped them.
- 38:46Speaker 7: Just you've done it all, Tim, And they still won't
- 38:51Speaker 7: let you in. Boy, when you're gonna walk back to
- 38:55Speaker 7: the last did you not see how they did herschel walk?
- 38:59Speaker 1: Yeah, Seed, or hurt from hersh Let me tell the people, Steve.
- 39:07Speaker 13: If you do want to help our neighbors in Florida
- 39:09Speaker 13: and support disaster relief, go to Redcross dot org.
- 39:13Speaker 8: Redcross dot org.
- 39:14Speaker 13: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, We're
- 39:17Speaker 13: going to check your voicemail Steve at eight seven seven
- 39:19Speaker 13: twenty nine.
- 39:20Speaker 15: Steve.
- 39:20Speaker 13: Right after this, you're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show. It's
- 39:25Speaker 13: time now to check your voicemail Steve at eight seven
- 39:28Speaker 13: seven twenty nine.
- 39:29Speaker 11: Seed.
- 39:29Speaker 13: You can call and leave a message for Steve. You
- 39:32Speaker 13: just might hear your call on the air. You ready, Steve,
- 39:35Speaker 13: Let's go. This is Dion from Chicago. Left a message
- 39:38Speaker 13: about voting.
- 39:39Speaker 12: Hey, what's up, Steve from Chicago. I'm ride and listening
- 39:44Speaker 12: at THEEO station. I had a couple of assigns about
- 39:48Speaker 12: the political to see, is everybody talking about voting for
- 39:52Speaker 12: a president when in reality the president don't make the
- 39:56Speaker 12: Sison's Congress. Dude, I don't care about the Miller, I
- 40:00Speaker 12: don't care about Trump. I'm saying we need to change Congress.
- 40:05Speaker 12: You know, it's not about Democrats, it's not about Republicans,
- 40:08Speaker 12: it's about us changing Congress. We need to vocus on
- 40:13Speaker 12: voting to get Congress out of there. If you agree
- 40:16Speaker 12: with me, hit me back, Steve. And I believe if
- 40:20Speaker 12: we change Congress, we could change America. The president can
- 40:24Speaker 12: only do so much, but Congress make the laws. Hit
- 40:27Speaker 12: me back, Steve. I love you man, by the way,
- 40:30Speaker 12: go right.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I appreciate you, dog. I got love for you too.
- 40:33Speaker 1: I do agree with you.
- 40:34Speaker 8: Yeah, I do agree with you.
- 40:37Speaker 7: But that's what registering the vote is all about. And
- 40:40Speaker 7: you got to vote down the ticket line, right, because
- 40:44Speaker 7: you know that's talent. That's why you got to vote
- 40:48Speaker 7: down the ballot. Don't just go in there and vote
- 40:50Speaker 7: for president. You got to go in there and look
- 40:52Speaker 7: down that ballot, man, and see who's running, who has
- 40:55Speaker 7: your views and your concerns at heart. And he is
- 40:59Speaker 7: right about that. I do agree with your dog. Much
- 41:02Speaker 7: love to you, man, But we've got to vote, and
- 41:04Speaker 7: you got to vote. You gotta vote for judges, man,
- 41:06Speaker 7: you gotta vote for you know, sheriffs. You gotta vote.
- 41:10Speaker 7: You gotta vote, man, because if you don't go and vote. Man,
- 41:13Speaker 7: these people get in by default, right and if they've
- 41:16Speaker 7: been holding that that that that that that same platform
- 41:20Speaker 7: for years. That's why voting is so important. And you
- 41:24Speaker 7: and you, but you do still have to care about
- 41:27Speaker 7: who leads the country.
- 41:29Speaker 8: That's right, that's right, and in this case vice president.
- 41:33Speaker 1: But I do agree with you, dog appreciate you all right.
- 41:37Speaker 13: Here's a caller from Oklahoma who left the message about
- 41:40Speaker 13: to be people.
- 41:42Speaker 12: Verry Steven.
- 41:42Speaker 17: The good question there is that Warley can tip Oklahoma.
- 41:46Speaker 17: I got to questions about the presidency. I don't feel
- 41:50Speaker 17: Famala is with for presidency just because she's black. Why
- 41:53Speaker 17: do you feel like she's fit president because she's black?
- 41:56Speaker 11: Thank you? Yeah?
- 41:58Speaker 5: Good eggs.
- 41:59Speaker 7: Well, it's not that I feel she's fit to be
- 42:02Speaker 7: president because she's black. I think she's more qualified than
- 42:05Speaker 7: the other choice that we have. And I can find
- 42:09Speaker 7: a lot of ways why she's fit to be president.
- 42:12Speaker 7: But I can tell you a whole lot of reasons
- 42:15Speaker 7: why Donald Trump is unfit to be president.
- 42:19Speaker 1: Am I gonna vote for Kamala Harris? Yes? I am?
- 42:22Speaker 7: And why am I gonna vote for her? Because the
- 42:24Speaker 7: alternative is crazy?
- 42:26Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 42:27Speaker 7: It's absolutely he's told you he's what he's going to do. People,
- 42:33Speaker 7: Kamala Harris is trying to change things and make a
- 42:35Speaker 7: better future. That's what I think. I think her being
- 42:39Speaker 7: a lawyer, attorney general. I think her work in the
- 42:43Speaker 7: Senate over the years. I think her being vice president
- 42:48Speaker 7: for a term. I think all of that has been
- 42:52Speaker 7: in public service and qualifies her to hold this office
- 42:57Speaker 7: far more than the man she running against. Do you
- 43:02Speaker 7: realize what has happened since he became president? The debt doubled,
- 43:09Speaker 7: some say triple. When he lost the election, he did
- 43:14Speaker 7: not agree with a proper transition of power peaceful. Look
- 43:20Speaker 7: what happened January sixth. He has said he will not
- 43:25Speaker 7: accept any election results that is not favorable to him.
- 43:30Speaker 7: He said if he loses, that will be a blood bath.
- 43:33Speaker 7: This is sending this country towards the signaling of a
- 43:37Speaker 7: civil war.
- 43:38Speaker 1: He has lied to you repeated in debates on stage.
- 43:45Speaker 7: Look how he handled the whole COVID situation. It was
- 43:49Speaker 7: horrendous the way he handled it, and a lot of
- 43:53Speaker 7: people suffered because his disbelief that it was a real disease.
- 43:57Speaker 7: It'll be overweight by April. You remember that by Easter
- 44:00Speaker 7: it'll be over. It was three years later. Yeah, they
- 44:03Speaker 7: putting people in refrigerator trucks. You all forget too quickly.
- 44:09Speaker 7: That's why I'm voting for Kamala has She just happened
- 44:11Speaker 7: to be black, which is the other reason why I
- 44:13Speaker 7: will vote for.
- 44:14Speaker 13: Coming up the prank phone call for today right after this,
- 44:18Speaker 13: you're listening morning show coming up at the top of
- 44:23Speaker 13: the hour, right about four minutes after. It's my Strawberry
- 44:26Speaker 13: letter for today, and the subject is he brought me
- 44:29Speaker 13: the wrong clothes. We'll get into that find out what
- 44:32Speaker 13: that's all about in just a few I can't wait
- 44:36Speaker 13: because right now Junior is in for the nephew with
- 44:39Speaker 13: today's prank phone call.
- 44:40Speaker 8: Junior, what you got?
- 44:42Speaker 1: Yeah, sure, I got a prank phone call.
- 44:44Speaker 10: But before I get to the prank phone call, you know,
- 44:46Speaker 10: un has a big day, ain't Marge returning sixty? Today

- 45:02Speaker 10: Show concern today. Be attentive today. Look her in the
- 45:06Speaker 10: eyes today. Tell her how much you love her today.
- 45:09Speaker 10: Do all of that today. I mean, don't waste no.
- 45:12Speaker 1: Time, you know, make sure you do everything.
- 45:14Speaker 10: Be at attention what you think about you Uncle Steve.
- 45:17Speaker 10: You just show up, said what you need back.
- 45:19Speaker 7: Stop repeating stuff out and told you to me. I
- 45:24Speaker 7: might want to hear my own game advice. Yeah, some
- 45:29Speaker 7: damn show concern.
- 45:31Speaker 1: Good advice to.
- 45:34Speaker 8: Yeah, I swear I had thought that up, thought that up.
- 45:39Speaker 1: I'm not I did. I had said and be attentive.

- 46:15Speaker 11: Yes?
- 46:15Speaker 7: Who's this?
- 46:16Speaker 6: Listen? Your daughter? Then bit my son, Uh, joshuae on
- 46:20Speaker 6: the back my daughter. This is Wilton, your daughter? Then
- 46:24Speaker 6: bit my son.
- 46:25Speaker 14: Well, Wilton slows down. You can't just call my house
- 46:27Speaker 14: and tell me my daughter bit saying be cussing at me.
- 46:30Speaker 6: Lady, I just said, your daughter Sekira bit my son.
- 46:34Speaker 14: Joshua in the back, and I just said no.
- 46:36Speaker 1: I just said no.
- 46:37Speaker 14: Two things. One my daughter wouldn't bite nobody, and two,
- 46:40Speaker 14: don't call my house with this tone.
- 46:42Speaker 6: I called with any kind of tone I want to
- 46:44Speaker 6: call with. All I'm saying is your daughter then bit
- 46:47Speaker 6: my son in the back. And I'm gonna tell you.
- 46:49Speaker 14: All I'm saying is don't call my house with this attitude,
- 46:54Speaker 14: saying something that my daughter beat your child in the back.
- 46:56Speaker 14: My daughter has manners and she wouldn't be biting nobody
- 46:59Speaker 14: in the back.
- 47:00Speaker 11: What did you know?
- 47:02Speaker 12: Somebody?
- 47:02Speaker 6: How the hell you know what your daughter gonna be doing?
- 47:04Speaker 11: If you ain't time to raise my daughter?
- 47:06Speaker 6: You raising.
- 47:09Speaker 12: She?
- 47:09Speaker 14: Ain't you just come in one month to try to
- 47:12Speaker 14: do some kind of daddy work your daughter?
- 47:14Speaker 6: They was four years old? How nails you don't you
- 47:16Speaker 6: know her?

- 47:50Speaker 14: your tone. So don't call me about my baby. Have
- 47:53Speaker 14: her mama call me.

- 51:58Speaker 7: way he said it ain't coming. It ain't even sound natural.
- 52:02Speaker 8: It's the good though. It was great advice because that's
- 52:05Speaker 8: how I want you to be.
- 52:05Speaker 10: I want this to work for you, because you know
- 52:07Speaker 10: you said this morning you was scared you won't put
- 52:10Speaker 10: it to.
- 52:10Speaker 11: Work for me?
- 52:14Speaker 1: Why I'm nineteen in. I'm nineteen years in.
- 52:18Speaker 7: But see you know that the talks I didn't had
- 52:23Speaker 7: with show ass just trying to get you through the week,
- 52:27Speaker 7: and he made.
- 52:28Speaker 10: It to all already, okay, all that could be.

- 52:46Speaker 10: it the twenty with this type attitude.
- 52:47Speaker 1: We taking bets right now.
- 52:48Speaker 11: Me.
- 52:48Speaker 1: Well, Junior, Well June, wait a minute, you said that bets.
- 52:55Speaker 8: You should be glad Steve that he's listening to your vife.

- 53:37Speaker 10: good friend Shirley Strawberry.
- 53:41Speaker 1: To listen to me, Lord Junior, you giving me marrital advice.
- 53:46Speaker 7: I just want you to know, all morning I hear
- 53:49Speaker 7: is a I have a series of things that I'll
- 53:52Speaker 7: be suggesting to you before this morning show is over
- 53:56Speaker 7: to death.
- 53:58Speaker 1: Go ahead, Shirley.
- 53:59Speaker 8: He's just trying to and I still got some more
- 54:01Speaker 8: advice for you in all right subject.
- 54:08Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 54:10Speaker 13: He brought me the wrong clothes, Dear Stephen, Shirley. My
- 54:13Speaker 13: boyfriend and I used to spend time at each other's homes,
- 54:16Speaker 13: but that stopped when he brought me clothes that don't
- 54:19Speaker 13: belong to me. He's a big fan of going to
- 54:21Speaker 13: the cleaner, so I told him to take my work
- 54:24Speaker 13: clothes that I left over at his house. He called
- 54:26Speaker 13: and said he was going by the cleaners and then
- 54:29Speaker 13: coming to my house. He said he also watched my
- 54:32Speaker 13: workout clothes and he's bringing them to He came in
- 54:35Speaker 13: and laid the clothes on a chair and we ate dinner.
- 54:38Speaker 13: He said he was leaving because he had an early
- 54:40Speaker 13: morning the next day. I got ready for bed and
- 54:43Speaker 13: got the dry cleaning to hang it up. I had
- 54:46Speaker 13: a skirt of blouse and a blazer. There was also
- 54:49Speaker 13: a pair of pin striped pants in with my clothes.
- 54:52Speaker 13: I called to ask to ask him if he went
- 54:54Speaker 13: to the dry cleaner that he usually goes to because
- 54:57Speaker 13: I had a pair of pants that weren't mine. He
- 55:00Speaker 13: said yes, and he gave me the receipt number. I
- 55:03Speaker 13: went to work. I went the next morning to return
- 55:06Speaker 13: the pants and found out that the pants were brought
- 55:09Speaker 13: in by my boyfriend, and the owner of the cleaner
- 55:11Speaker 13: showed me the detailed receipt. So at that point, I'm
- 55:14Speaker 13: furious with my boyfriend. I went home and looked through
- 55:18Speaker 13: the workout clothes he washed, folded and put in a
- 55:20Speaker 13: bag for me. I found a pair of leggings and
- 55:23Speaker 13: socks that weren't mine. My man has had someone over
- 55:26Speaker 13: to his house and she's comfortable enough to be leading
- 55:29Speaker 13: clothes there. I painted the picture in my own mind
- 55:32Speaker 13: I didn't need his lies to create doubt in my mind.
- 55:36Speaker 13: I thought back to all of the nights he came
- 55:38Speaker 13: to my house early and said he had to get
- 55:40Speaker 13: to bed early, so he left by eight pm. That
- 55:43Speaker 13: must be when the girl comes over and gets naked
- 55:46Speaker 13: and leaves her clothes. I know exactly what it is.
- 55:49Speaker 13: Am I way off?
- 55:50Speaker 8: Or am I right?
- 55:51Speaker 13: Can't wait to hear from you, guys. Uh, I don't know, sin,
- 55:56Speaker 13: I think you're really reaching here. He couldn't have been
- 55:59Speaker 13: stupid enough to knowingly give you another woman's clothing, so
- 56:03Speaker 13: he must have honestly thought they were yours. I mean,
- 56:06Speaker 13: whose were they? Did you ever find that out? Why
- 56:08Speaker 13: don't you just ask him? The cleaners could have gotten
- 56:12Speaker 13: his order mixed up. Pinstripe pants are usually men's pants.
- 56:17Speaker 13: And as for him leaving your house to go to
- 56:19Speaker 13: be with another woman at his house, I think that's
- 56:22Speaker 13: a reach too. I mean, yes, eight pm is rather
- 56:25Speaker 13: early to leave, but he said he had to get
- 56:27Speaker 13: to work early. I mean that story is easy to
- 56:30Speaker 13: check up on. And are you saying that after he
- 56:33Speaker 13: leaves you at eight o'clock? You guys don't talk anymore.
- 56:36Speaker 13: You don't talk to him anymore that night to say
- 56:39Speaker 13: good night, or you guys don't chat the next morning.
- 56:42Speaker 13: I just think that's a little weird.
- 56:44Speaker 6: Anyway.
- 56:45Speaker 8: The leggings and socks could be.
- 56:46Speaker 13: From someone from a long time ago, But I'm just
- 56:50Speaker 13: gonna say I think it was very nice for him
- 56:52Speaker 13: to put your clothes in the cleaners, pick them up,
- 56:54Speaker 13: bring them over to you. Then he washed and folded
- 56:57Speaker 13: your dirty workout clothes brought them to you too. Not
- 57:00Speaker 13: many men would have done all of that. I just
- 57:02Speaker 13: in this particular situation, I don't think you have enough
- 57:05Speaker 13: evidence to accuse him of cheating. I think you should
- 57:08Speaker 13: simply ask him what happened before you create any create
- 57:13Speaker 13: any more thoughts in your own mind.
- 57:15Speaker 1: Steve, I am in utter shock.
- 57:20Speaker 7: I am I can't. I can't even believe what I
- 57:23Speaker 7: just heard, and from who I heard it from. I
- 57:29Speaker 7: don't even know how to respond to this letter because
- 57:31Speaker 7: I had so many counter statements ready and they all
- 57:37Speaker 7: going out the window.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Because Shirley is on the guy's side. I can't but
- 57:44Speaker 1: believe this. The homes that you have wrecked over.
- 57:49Speaker 7: The years, the relationships that you have destroyed in this letter.
- 57:55Speaker 1: The people who can't go back to their house. Change box.
- 58:00Speaker 7: You you you, you put sugar in gas tanks, cut
- 58:05Speaker 7: up tires, busted out wonders. You have put people on
- 58:09Speaker 7: blasts on Facebook. The fact that you believe in this guy.
- 58:16Speaker 8: I just think it's a stretch.
- 58:18Speaker 1: Lord, Let us take this time, gracious, gracious one.
- 58:22Speaker 8: It's always time for a prayer.
- 58:23Speaker 7: Now take our time to realize how you've, through prayer
- 58:30Speaker 7: and supplication, changed.
- 58:34Speaker 1: A woman right in front of our eyes, a woman
- 58:39Speaker 1: who has never ever believed in.
- 58:43Speaker 7: Not now man that has ever been in the Strawberry letter.
- 58:48Speaker 7: To see this complete turnaround, to watch it.
- 58:53Speaker 1: Destroyed the whole answer. What I'm gonna do now, Lord
- 59:01Speaker 1: her Mercy.
- 59:02Speaker 8: She surely said, I think she's reaching.
- 59:06Speaker 1: I think she's reaching. I do, Lord her Mercy.
- 59:10Speaker 8: You know I'm a girl's girl, but I think she's reaching.
- 59:12Speaker 11: I do. Well.
- 59:14Speaker 1: When we come back, I'm gonna go blow by blow
- 59:20Speaker 1: how the man is free and clear on this one,
- 59:23Speaker 1: except by her last line in this letter, which says this,
- 59:29Speaker 1: He said, this must be the girl that comes over
- 59:34Speaker 1: and gets neked and leaves her clothes. I know exactly
- 59:37Speaker 1: what it is, and I'm not gonna let him. I
- 59:42Speaker 1: don't need his lives to create doubt in my mind.
- 59:46Speaker 1: Lord hem Mercy, we come back. Wow.
- 59:52Speaker 13: All right, Steve, we'll have part two of your response
- 59:55Speaker 13: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's
- 59:58Speaker 13: Strawberry letter subjects he brought me the wrong clothes. We'll
- 1:00:01Speaker 13: get back into it right after this. You're listening.
- 1:00:05Speaker 8: Morning Show.
- 1:00:06Speaker 13: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:00:09Speaker 13: The subject he brought me the wrong clothes.
- 1:00:13Speaker 7: Well, you know, just listening to the letter title he
- 1:00:16Speaker 7: bought me the wrong clothes, I knew what this was about.
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: He did surely surprisingly to me, said the woman that
- 1:00:26Speaker 7: wrote this letters reaching and she should ask the man,
- 1:00:30Speaker 7: which I agree with she did. She should ask the
- 1:00:32Speaker 7: man instead of just making this whole scenario and then
- 1:00:36Speaker 7: don't want to hear nothing he got to say. But
- 1:00:39Speaker 7: he has a clear out and here it is, then,
- 1:00:41Speaker 7: Stephen Shirley, My boyfriend and I used to spend time
- 1:00:44Speaker 7: in each other's homes, but that stopped when he bought
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: me clothes that don't belong to me. He's a big
- 1:00:50Speaker 7: fan of going to the cleaners. Okay, we have the
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: cleaners involved. This is starting to have a loophole in it.
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: So I told him to take my work clothes I
- 1:01:00Speaker 7: left over this house. He called and said he was
- 1:01:02Speaker 7: going by the cleaners and then coming to your house.
- 1:01:05Speaker 7: He said, he washed my workout clothes and he's bringing
- 1:01:08Speaker 7: them to Surely said in her response, what man does that?
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: And I couldn't her. Who the hell do this right here?
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Certainly not me.
- 1:01:18Speaker 7: I've never washed the woman's clothes and folded them and
- 1:01:21Speaker 7: bought them to her house in my life. And I've
- 1:01:23Speaker 7: done everything for physical activity, everything, but I've never ever
- 1:01:30Speaker 7: done that.
- 1:01:31Speaker 8: Very nice.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: He came in and laid the clothes on the chair.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: We ate dinner.
- 1:01:34Speaker 7: He said he was leaving because he had an early
- 1:01:36Speaker 7: morning the next day. I got ready for bed and
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: got the dry cleaning to hang it up. I had
- 1:01:42Speaker 7: a skirt of blouse and a blazer. But there's also
- 1:01:44Speaker 7: a pair of pinstripe pants with my clothes. But these
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: are pinstripe pants with your clothes that came from the
- 1:01:52Speaker 7: clean nurse. It came from the clean nurse. I called
- 1:01:57Speaker 7: and asked him if he went to the dry cleaner
- 1:01:59Speaker 7: he usually goes too, because I had a pair of
- 1:02:01Speaker 7: pants that weren't mine.
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: He said yes.
- 1:02:04Speaker 7: I went to the same clean as I always go too,
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: and you having a pair of pants that ain't yours,
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: that ain't got nothing do with me, He said yes,
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: and he gave me the receipt number. I went the
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: next morning to return the pants, and I found out
- 1:02:18Speaker 7: that the pants were brought in by my boyfriend, and
- 1:02:21Speaker 7: the owner of the cleaner showed me the detailed receipt.
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: So at that point, I'm furious with my boyfriend. Why
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: cleaners make mistakes? You trying to tell me your boyfriend
- 1:02:34Speaker 7: ain't got no pinstripe pants. I beg to differ. He
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: could have brought in some pinstripe pants on more than
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: one occasion. Right now, Your husband, your boyfriend don't know
- 1:02:51Speaker 7: how you got them pinstripe pants, and you sitting up
- 1:02:54Speaker 7: in here talking about no he bought them in because
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: he tried not to be wrong. The cleaners is trying
- 1:03:00Speaker 7: to stay clear and act like we do our beers
- 1:03:03Speaker 7: is right, those are your pasts. The cleaners could have
- 1:03:07Speaker 7: made a mistake. So at that point I'm fused with
- 1:03:11Speaker 7: my boyfriends. I went home, looked through the workout clothes
- 1:03:14Speaker 7: he washed, folding, and put in a bag for me.
- 1:03:16Speaker 7: I found a pair of leggings and socks that weren't mine. Okay,
- 1:03:20Speaker 7: So and and my man has someone over to his
- 1:03:26Speaker 7: house and she's comfortable enough leaving her clothes over there. Okay,
- 1:03:34Speaker 7: I painted the picture in my own mind. Well there
- 1:03:36Speaker 7: you have it, or paint something else. But you don't
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: want to do that because you don't need his lives
- 1:03:44Speaker 7: to create doubt in your mind. See, you want to
- 1:03:46Speaker 7: be right at all costs, even if it's at the
- 1:03:48Speaker 7: cost of your relationship. It's what Shirley was trying to
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: say to you, that you're jumping to conclusions without enough facts.
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: I bought back to all the I thought, back.
- 1:03:58Speaker 7: To all the nights he came to my house, I
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: said early, and said he had to go to bed early,
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: and he left by eight.
- 1:04:03Speaker 6: You can go.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: He gotta stay at your house.
- 1:04:06Speaker 8: He got a house.
- 1:04:11Speaker 7: That must be when the girl comes over and getting
- 1:04:13Speaker 7: neked and leave her clothes exactly.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: Yeah, that's it. I know exactly what it is. Yes,
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: you're right, Am I way off? Or am I right?
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: Wait a minute, now, hold on, excuse me.
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: You just said that must be when the girl comes
- 1:04:29Speaker 7: over and gets naked and leaves her clothes.
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: Then you said I know exactly what it is. Then
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: right after you that, you said, am I way off?
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Or am I right?
- 1:04:43Speaker 11: Kate?
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: Wait to hear from you.
- 1:04:45Speaker 7: Guys, See, you run your relationship on clicks and likes
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: and what people thinking. All this here, you ain't there,
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: You ain't saying nothing about your intuition tells you he's cheating.
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: You just painted a picture in scenario and that's what
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: the one you want to ride with. Okay, now let
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: me say this to you. Ride with your decision. Ride
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: with your decision without asking your man for an explanation.
- 1:05:11Speaker 7: Just go ahead and ride with that decision.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: Now, suppose you wrong. Suppose the cleaners made a mistake.
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: It happens all the time. I can't tell you how.
- 1:05:24Speaker 7: Many times I done got somebody else's stuff in my cleaners,
- 1:05:27Speaker 7: and I can't tell you how many stuff things of
- 1:05:29Speaker 7: mind is missing from the clean.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: So now you took this man's word he don't make
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: no mistake down to his cleaner.
- 1:05:38Speaker 7: Girl buy So now guess what based on this story
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: right here, you ain't seen him with no girl. You
- 1:05:47Speaker 7: ain't got no text message, there's no pictures, no Facebook,
- 1:05:51Speaker 7: no Instagram, nothing.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: You ain't seen nothing. You got some bad clothes in
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: your blondry bag. Now you do, okay? Cool, that's why
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: you ain't got no man.
- 1:06:00Speaker 8: Post your comments and you can.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: Have another one too. He ain't the first one.
- 1:06:04Speaker 13: You then left on Today's Strawberry Letter at Steve BARBFM
- 1:06:08Speaker 13: on Instagram and Facebook, and check out the Strawberry Letter
- 1:06:11Speaker 13: podcast on the free iHeartRadio app for it never sounded
- 1:06:14Speaker 13: so good. You can download it today now. Coming up
- 1:06:18Speaker 13: at forty six minutes after the hour, we will hear
- 1:06:20Speaker 13: from Junior and Sports Talk right after this.
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: Hopefully it seemed like Junior got a lot of other
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: stuff on his match.
- 1:06:26Speaker 13: Topefully some more advice for you, Steve from Junior right
- 1:06:28Speaker 13: after this. You're listening hard morning show.
- 1:06:32Speaker 8: All right, it is time now for Junior and Sports Talk.
- 1:06:35Speaker 8: What you got Junior?
- 1:06:36Speaker 10: Yeah, before I get into sports you know, home morning,
- 1:06:39Speaker 10: we've been giving our advice big.
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: You've been you've been. I don't know, no ladies ain't
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: saying nothing, no dragging me.
- 1:06:48Speaker 8: But Junior's doing a great job. We don't have to say.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: We just want you to win.
- 1:06:52Speaker 5: You know, you playing the whole thing.
- 1:06:54Speaker 6: I want this to be right for you.
- 1:06:56Speaker 10: But I know if you're doing something, you don't not
- 1:06:57Speaker 10: communicate to everybody because you know you already told him
- 1:07:00Speaker 10: to just make something to eat.
- 1:07:02Speaker 6: I just want you to understand the yeah for the
- 1:07:05Speaker 6: cater people.
- 1:07:06Speaker 10: So here's another piece of advice I think you should consider,
- 1:07:09Speaker 10: and it's really important.
- 1:07:10Speaker 6: Look, before you start buying gifts.
- 1:07:13Speaker 10: Call her girlfriends and find out what she's been talking about.
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: That's what you should do, because.
- 1:07:20Speaker 10: You don't want to mess around and buy something that
- 1:07:22Speaker 10: she ain't even want and now it's back at the stove.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: You know you don't want to do that.
- 1:07:27Speaker 10: So ask her girlfriends, like, has she been talking about
- 1:07:30Speaker 10: ear rings or you know she been talking about, you know,
- 1:07:32Speaker 10: a trip.
- 1:07:33Speaker 6: You'll find out exactly.
- 1:07:35Speaker 11: What it is.
- 1:07:37Speaker 6: Yeah, that's what you should do.
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: I don't think that's right now.
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: You may find it's hard to believe on but you
- 1:07:45Speaker 6: don't know everything.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: By you don't know everything.
- 1:07:49Speaker 10: So that's why we got to enlist some help, you know,
- 1:07:51Speaker 10: because you know you'll go out just do something and then.
- 1:07:54Speaker 6: Say I just did it. So that's what I'm saying.
- 1:07:57Speaker 10: Find out what her closest girlfriends say she's been wanting,
- 1:08:00Speaker 10: and then get that. That's how you handle that and
- 1:08:02Speaker 10: you will watch you gonna come out of winter. Boyuna
- 1:08:05Speaker 10: be surprid of you.
- 1:08:07Speaker 8: How did you know you ready to say thank you?
- 1:08:11Speaker 7: I'm not finished say thank you? Why why I'm finished?
- 1:08:14Speaker 7: Straight in this last time? That is what I'm finnh
- 1:08:17Speaker 7: do what now, Let's just start with this right here.
- 1:08:20Speaker 7: She ain't got a girlfriend know her better than me?
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: Are you serious?
- 1:08:26Speaker 7: She ain't got a girlfriend know her better than me?
- 1:08:30Speaker 7: She ain't got nobody in her life to put in
- 1:08:34Speaker 7: more effort for her happiness over the past twenty years
- 1:08:38Speaker 7: than me.
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: Okay, well ask you no no, no, no, no, no.
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: You shut your little last up because you just said
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: all you can.
- 1:08:47Speaker 7: Now I want you to review your last two years
- 1:08:52Speaker 7: with me that I don't have to talk your ignorant
- 1:08:57Speaker 7: ass off the bridge so you could keep your family.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: First of all, this ain't about me, about that now,
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: or it's about you now?
- 1:09:05Speaker 7: Mister grandfather, father and daddy all in the same day.
- 1:09:09Speaker 6: Seem like we're in the same boat, don't it.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: No, no, no, yeah, I've been big alone. I've been
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: in the boat long.
- 1:09:16Speaker 7: And when the boat was getting built, you just set
- 1:09:19Speaker 7: up here and got the boat set on top of
- 1:09:21Speaker 7: your lit Shout.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: Ass dog, this is Junior.
- 1:09:27Speaker 8: You tried, you tried, Junior coming up at the top
- 1:09:29Speaker 8: of the hour.
- 1:09:30Speaker 13: A man of social media needs some advice, Steve, but
- 1:09:34Speaker 13: he says, maybe.
- 1:09:36Speaker 8: You can give it to him.
- 1:09:37Speaker 13: Junior, you're giving great advice today, maybe, he says. My
- 1:09:41Speaker 13: friends think I'm being catfished. We'll talk about it right
- 1:09:44Speaker 13: after this.
- 1:09:45Speaker 8: You're listening morning show. All right, so see this is
- 1:09:51Speaker 8: from Ricky on Facebook.
- 1:09:52Speaker 13: He needs some advice, and you know Junior has been
- 1:09:56Speaker 13: giving you great advice today, so maybe you'll give me advice.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: Thank you share, stop saying stop putting superlatives on it.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: They don't it.
- 1:10:05Speaker 8: It has been really good though, all right.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: Gave no great advice.
- 1:10:11Speaker 6: Where you can get advice yet not. I know why
- 1:10:15Speaker 6: he don't take a ship.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: I know why he will take it. Carst why I
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: ain't tie a pair?
- 1:10:19Speaker 7: That's all no, right there, I have the money because
- 1:10:24Speaker 7: I don't take advice from people named Julie.
- 1:10:29Speaker 11: All right.
- 1:10:29Speaker 13: This is from Ricky on Facebook. He says, I've been
- 1:10:32Speaker 13: seeing a woman for the past few months, but we
- 1:10:35Speaker 13: have yet to meet in person. She lives three states
- 1:10:38Speaker 13: away from me, and we've made plans to meet in
- 1:10:40Speaker 13: the middle, but nothing has come together yet. I've FaceTime
- 1:10:43Speaker 13: video called with her, so I know she's who she
- 1:10:47Speaker 13: says she is, But my friends.
- 1:10:48Speaker 8: Think I'm being catfished.
- 1:10:50Speaker 13: I appreciate their concern, but I don't like that they
- 1:10:53Speaker 13: don't trust me enough to believe that I know what
- 1:10:55Speaker 13: I'm getting into. At some point, I'm going to get
- 1:10:58Speaker 13: together with her in pr and we'll be able to
- 1:11:01Speaker 13: put my friends in their place. Right now, I'm getting
- 1:11:04Speaker 13: irritated by their over concern. Should I just appreciate that
- 1:11:08Speaker 13: they care enough to say something, or be mad that
- 1:11:12Speaker 13: they don't think I know.
- 1:11:13Speaker 8: What I'm doing. Well, we'll hear feeling first, Steve.
- 1:11:16Speaker 7: And then if you know what you're doing, why you
- 1:11:19Speaker 7: keep telling your friends about it? If you're so sure,
- 1:11:22Speaker 7: take your friends out the loop, because obviously they feel
- 1:11:27Speaker 7: some other kind of way about it. Now, you've dating
- 1:11:31Speaker 7: for months and y'all have yet to meet, but you
- 1:11:34Speaker 7: face time and her. Okay, look, that could be fact,
- 1:11:41Speaker 7: But if you know all it is, then bro, what's
- 1:11:43Speaker 7: the problem. How much time you gonna spend on line
- 1:11:46Speaker 7: before you go see this girl? But it's taking you
- 1:11:49Speaker 7: a long time to meet every time y'all hook up
- 1:11:51Speaker 7: something something come up, so you know somebody hiding some
- 1:11:56Speaker 7: and especially if.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: People who want to be in relationships they get to it.
- 1:12:00Speaker 8: Yeah, three states the way, Junior got anything to add.
- 1:12:04Speaker 6: You've been I think that was great advice. I did
- 1:12:06Speaker 6: a great ques.
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: That was good answer I was saying. I said, man,
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: you know what I was steve y that all morning.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: Yeah approval, amazing what you could learn on this show.
- 1:12:21Speaker 8: I think we have time for another one. This is
- 1:12:24Speaker 8: from deon Reddit.
- 1:12:25Speaker 13: Ud says my wife and I moved into a new
- 1:12:28Speaker 13: house earlier this year, and she was basically in charge
- 1:12:30Speaker 13: of the move and setting up our new house. She
- 1:12:33Speaker 13: was happy with the furniture placement for the first few months,
- 1:12:36Speaker 13: but then she started experimenting with different layouts. At least
- 1:12:39Speaker 13: once a week, I'll come home and feel like I'm
- 1:12:42Speaker 13: walking into a new place. I've stubbed my toes multiple
- 1:12:45Speaker 13: times on unexpectedly placed furniture, And how can I get
- 1:12:49Speaker 13: this madness to stop?
- 1:12:52Speaker 8: My girlfriend do that?
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: Why are you letting this bother you? Man? Because it
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: keeps saying, is she want to rearnd? Ain't your house man?
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: Stay out of that. Just walk in the house and
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: make the adjustment. Why why you why are you fighting that?
- 1:13:08Speaker 7: Because if you got see brother, let me tell you
- 1:13:11Speaker 7: why I leave my girl alone when it comes to that.
- 1:13:13Speaker 7: Because if somebody come in the house and the house
- 1:13:16Speaker 7: don't look right, they don't.
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: Never blame the man. Uh, that blame falls squarely on
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: the shoulders of a woman.
- 1:13:24Speaker 11: Girl.
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: What kind of house she running over here? You see
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: why she had them draps? You see that furniture. The
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: why was that she had the couch right up under
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: the TV. You can't even see the TV. Let her
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: decorate that house to she happy though, and stay out
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: of it.
- 1:13:43Speaker 8: That's great advice. Steve Wow, Okay, two for two. Yeah,
- 1:13:50Speaker 8: we'll have more.
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: With a dog with no fence.
- 1:13:56Speaker 8: Coming up in twenty minutes after. Right after this, you're
- 1:13:59Speaker 8: listening morning show.
- 1:14:03Speaker 5: Well right now.
- 1:14:04Speaker 13: Hurricane Milton poses a major threat to life and property
- 1:14:08Speaker 13: as it hammers the state of Florida with destructive storm surgeons,
- 1:14:12Speaker 13: devastating wind damage, potentially catastrophic flooding, rainfall, and several tornadoes.
- 1:14:18Speaker 13: Power outages could last for days. You can go to
- 1:14:22Speaker 13: Redcross dot org to help our neighbors in Florida and
- 1:14:25Speaker 13: the southeast Okay, yeah.
- 1:14:29Speaker 15: Have you seen the pictures, the images on TV. Yeah,
- 1:14:34Speaker 15: it's just awful. I mean, yeah, it's va Yeah.
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: And what you got to remember too is if you
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: are safe, then you need to stay safe.
- 1:14:44Speaker 15: And that's what happens a lot of times where hurricanes
- 1:14:47Speaker 15: they hit at night. So when now it's morning, you know,
- 1:14:51Speaker 15: you still need to stay put so they can go out.
- 1:14:54Speaker 15: The first responders and authorities. They need to assess the damages.
- 1:14:57Speaker 15: They need to see the power lines. I mean saw
- 1:15:00Speaker 15: what they show alligators all over the streets in Tampa.
- 1:15:05Speaker 15: So they have to make sure that it's safe for
- 1:15:08Speaker 15: you all to go out before you go and try
- 1:15:10Speaker 15: to assess.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: Your mind damage.
- 1:15:12Speaker 13: And I'm glad you mentioned first responders to Carler, because
- 1:15:15Speaker 13: they are risking their lives. They have families too, you know,
- 1:15:19Speaker 13: and they're going out helping people. They're risking their lives
- 1:15:22Speaker 13: as well. So shout out to first responders for sure.
- 1:15:25Speaker 15: And that's why they tell you when these orders. They're
- 1:15:28Speaker 15: saying that because they have the first responders in mind
- 1:15:31Speaker 15: as well to protect everybody, all of us. So stay put,
- 1:15:37Speaker 15: y'all and keep praying until it's time, until it's safe
- 1:15:40Speaker 15: for you guys.
- 1:15:41Speaker 8: Yes, we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 1:15:44Speaker 8: right after this.
- 1:15:45Speaker 13: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show, and it's time now
- 1:15:49Speaker 13: for a round of would you rather?
- 1:15:51Speaker 8: All right, get ready, guys.
- 1:15:53Speaker 13: Would you rather kiss everyone you meet or never kiss anyone,
- 1:15:58Speaker 13: including your spouse?
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: Uh?
- 1:16:00Speaker 11: Huh.
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: I'm not not kissing every when I meet. I'm sorry.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: I'm not kissing Greg because I see him not doing that,
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: not doing none of that.
- 1:16:10Speaker 8: Me and my wife high five, be good at that,
- 1:16:13Speaker 8: give each other.
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: I can't kiss everybody. I just it's just too many,
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: damn people. It's too much.
- 1:16:21Speaker 7: It's and the majority of people I've met up to
- 1:16:24Speaker 7: kiss anyway. So it was just a whole day of
- 1:16:28Speaker 7: uncomfortable for me. All right, Yeah, let me just go
- 1:16:32Speaker 7: to hey girl, what's happening with you?
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: Tad down? All right?
- 1:16:38Speaker 8: Would you rather have more time or would you rather
- 1:16:41Speaker 8: have more money? More time or more money?
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: Oh? More time on time?
- 1:16:47Speaker 5: Steve?
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: Oh yeah, definitely more time.
- 1:16:50Speaker 8: More time. Because you have more time, you can make
- 1:16:52Speaker 8: more money.
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: Yeah. Time is everything.
- 1:16:55Speaker 5: Yeah, all right.
- 1:16:57Speaker 13: Would you rather be obscenely wealthy but very unhealthy or
- 1:17:02Speaker 13: being perfect health and completely broke broken?
- 1:17:09Speaker 9: I'm already sick. I can just go at a damn
- 1:17:14Speaker 9: fool even more. Now I'm gonna bring the hospital to
- 1:17:22Speaker 9: me this time.
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: I'm not going you no more.
- 1:17:26Speaker 13: Again obscenely wealthy but very unhealthy or perfect health and
- 1:17:31Speaker 13: completely broke.
- 1:17:33Speaker 8: Mm hmm, sit up.
- 1:17:36Speaker 6: In your chair.
- 1:17:37Speaker 7: Why oh, I've been broke before and I was very unhealthy,
- 1:17:45Speaker 7: sick as I've ever been.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: Damn, it's that's that question.
- 1:17:50Speaker 7: But then I don't want to be insanely wealthy and
- 1:17:53Speaker 7: don't have my health.
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: Because health is your wealth wealth.
- 1:17:58Speaker 8: That's right.
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: So I'm just going and have to take the poor
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: or the healthy and just I just start over.
- 1:18:07Speaker 11: Once.
- 1:18:08Speaker 8: You could do it again.
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, all right?
- 1:18:10Speaker 13: Would you rather have to wear a costume every day
- 1:18:13Speaker 13: in October or would you rather rather have to wear
- 1:18:15Speaker 13: a Santa suit every day in the month of December?
- 1:18:19Speaker 13: So costume every day in October or Santa suit every
- 1:18:24Speaker 13: day every day in December in December?
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, Yeah, I'm not Finnie, come out, what are you? Yeah?
- 1:18:37Speaker 7: I'm not fit to be ticker. We every day because
- 1:18:41Speaker 7: in thirty days you got to come up with a
- 1:18:43Speaker 7: lot of options.
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: I'm not fit to be person. We're not a Yeah whoever?
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: Her name is the little girl in Frozen.
- 1:18:56Speaker 8: Yeah, that's at Elsa.
- 1:18:58Speaker 13: That's today's round of would you rather?
- 1:19:01Speaker 8: Coming up next our last break of the day, and we'll.
- 1:19:04Speaker 13: Close out the show with the one only Steve Harvey
- 1:19:08Speaker 13: right after this.
- 1:19:10Speaker 8: You're listening Morning Show?
- 1:19:13Speaker 13: All right? Here we are last break of the day
- 1:19:15Speaker 13: and Steve, before you get to your closing, we had
- 1:19:18Speaker 13: a caller earlier from Oklahoma. He left a message about
- 1:19:20Speaker 13: Vice President Harris.
- 1:19:22Speaker 17: Hey, Steve, this is a good question. Here is Dame
- 1:19:24Speaker 17: Whartney could chip Offklahoma. I got a questions about the presidency.
- 1:19:30Speaker 17: I don't feel Kamala is withit for presidency just because
- 1:19:33Speaker 17: she's black. Why do you feel that she's fit to
- 1:19:35Speaker 17: president because she's black?
- 1:19:37Speaker 11: Thank you? Yeah, good eggs.
- 1:19:39Speaker 7: Well, that that call kind of got me to thinking.
- 1:19:44Speaker 7: And these are my closing remarks. You're asking me, you
- 1:19:49Speaker 7: don't think she's fit to be president just because she's black?
- 1:19:55Speaker 7: And why do you think she's fit to be president? Well,
- 1:19:59Speaker 7: first of all, let's take black off of it for
- 1:20:01Speaker 7: a second. Let's just talk about her qualifications to be president.
- 1:20:08Speaker 7: Let's just start with some basic stuff. Let's just talk
- 1:20:11Speaker 7: about her record. Let's talk about her political involvement. Let's
- 1:20:19Speaker 7: talk about her role in the Senate. Let's talk about
- 1:20:23Speaker 7: her being an attorney general. Let's talk about her already
- 1:20:27Speaker 7: having served four years as the vice president of the
- 1:20:33Speaker 7: United States. Let's talk about her character. Let's talk about
- 1:20:38Speaker 7: her plan of unifying the country versus the other alternative.
- 1:20:45Speaker 7: Let's talk about her consideration as a person. Now, now
- 1:20:50Speaker 7: that we've just done some of those things, you say
- 1:20:54Speaker 7: you don't think she's qualified just because she's black, and
- 1:20:58Speaker 7: why would I vote for her cause she's black?
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: Well, let me tell you some things right here. If
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: we don't start understanding who we are and respecting who
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: we are, we'll never get anybody else to get that.
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: I would rather have an image of her in the
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: White House than a second term of Donald Trump in
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: the White House.
- 1:21:21Speaker 7: I don't think you understand something, brother. You asking me
- 1:21:25Speaker 7: why would I vote for her just cause she black?
- 1:21:27Speaker 7: Do you know how many people are not going to
- 1:21:30Speaker 7: vote for her for the same reason? Do you understand
- 1:21:35Speaker 7: what we are dealing with here?
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: Brother?
- 1:21:36Speaker 7: So why are you asking me why would I vote
- 1:21:40Speaker 7: for her just cause she black? I want to ask
- 1:21:43Speaker 7: the people why they vote. Why are they not voting
- 1:21:45Speaker 7: for her cause she black? Do you know what we
- 1:21:48Speaker 7: are up against?
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: Man?
- 1:21:51Speaker 7: Do you understand the imagery that it presents? And yes,
- 1:21:55Speaker 7: I am going to vote for her, and the fact
- 1:21:59Speaker 7: that she black helps me a great deal, because let
- 1:22:04Speaker 7: me tell you something. I want to see some things
- 1:22:07Speaker 7: before I leave this world. I was fortunate enough to
- 1:22:12Speaker 7: see President Barack Obama become president. And I'm telling you something.
- 1:22:16Speaker 7: I didn't think i'd ever see that in my lifetime.
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: I really didn't. I was born in nineteen fifty seven.
- 1:22:24Speaker 7: Do you know what I've seen, man? I grew up
- 1:22:28Speaker 7: in segregation. I'm from welt Trust, Virginia. I've seen colored
- 1:22:33Speaker 7: only water fountains. I've seen where blacks couldn't sit at
- 1:22:38Speaker 7: lunch counters.
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: I was alive. I was downtown with my mama, trying
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: to eat at Woolworths. All of that. I am telling you.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: I've seen everything, man.
- 1:22:51Speaker 7: I watched my father man tell me about the indignities
- 1:22:56Speaker 7: he had to suffer as a black man in the South.
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: Would I vote for her just cause she black? Yep?
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: But here's a caveat. Though she's black and qualified, she's
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: black and more than qualified. See, brother, She's already held
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: the vice presidency for four years. You act like that
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: that don't count for nothing? Are you kidding me?
- 1:23:21Speaker 5: Mine?
- 1:23:22Speaker 7: Are you kidding me? But now since you want to
- 1:23:26Speaker 7: ask me why I'm voting for her cause she's black?
- 1:23:28Speaker 7: Because of the alternative. That's what's really got me on
- 1:23:32Speaker 7: fire for Kamala Harris, because of the alternative. The alternative
- 1:23:39Speaker 7: is President Donald Trump. Do you understand what he really
- 1:23:44Speaker 7: says and what he doesn't ever say? Have you thought
- 1:23:48Speaker 7: about that for a second, brother, Well I have. He's
- 1:23:52Speaker 7: already been convicted him and his father of unfair housing
- 1:23:56Speaker 7: towards black people. That's already been proven. That's they lost
- 1:24:01Speaker 7: the case.
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: He took out a full page ad against the park
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: Central Park five five innocent black young men who he
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: was ralliant to put in prison, keep them there and
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: get rid of them. They turned out they were completely
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: He took out a full page ad. He has referred
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: to blacks in his rally as there goes my African American.
- 1:24:30Speaker 11: Man.
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: Are you listening, man, bruh? Have you listened to what
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: he said that He says that the reason that the.
- 1:24:41Speaker 7: They want to close the border and wanted to alert
- 1:24:44Speaker 7: black people is because they're over here taking black jobs.
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: Well, I got news for you.
- 1:24:50Speaker 7: Picking fruit ain't a black job. Working construction ain't just
- 1:24:58Speaker 7: a black job.
- 1:25:00Speaker 6: Not's wrong with it.
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: But that ain't see, that's how he views us. He
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: sees us in a remedial position. But shooter, and you
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: help him by thinking the way you're thinking. Well, he
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: ain't got me like that.
- 1:25:14Speaker 7: I'm on this whole nother thing, and I would tell
- 1:25:18Speaker 7: you like I told I was on a plane one time,
- 1:25:20Speaker 7: flying and President Barack Obama was running for president. A
- 1:25:25Speaker 7: white guy was sitting next to me. He said, can
- 1:25:26Speaker 7: I ask you a question. You seem like an intelligent man.
- 1:25:30Speaker 7: Are you voting for President Barack Obama just because he's black?
- 1:25:33Speaker 7: I said, yes, I am, I said, but let me
