Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, come in is verdict with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben
- 0:03Speaker 1: Ferguson with you and Senator it's nice to be back
- 0:06Speaker 1: with you. As we've got several big stories of chat about.
- 0:09Speaker 1: One of them includes free speech and a total assault
- 0:14Speaker 1: on anything that looks like free speech coming out of
- 0:16Speaker 1: the European Union. Now they're going after X the platform
- 0:21Speaker 1: as well in a shocking move.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Yeah. No, it really is a very dismaying development the
- 0:26Speaker 2: past week, which is the European Union find X and
- 0:29Speaker 2: find elon Musk one hundred and forty million dollars for
- 0:33Speaker 2: failing to comply with what they call transparency. And what
- 0:37Speaker 2: that means is they want X. They want X to
- 0:40Speaker 2: be censoring people. They want X to be silencing people
- 0:42Speaker 2: who are speaking. We're gonna break that down because that
- 0:45Speaker 2: is a real threat to free speech in the United States. Secondly,
- 0:49Speaker 2: there was a big gathering and Cutter and Tucker Carlson,
- 0:53Speaker 2: We've talked about him a lot on this podcast. He
- 0:55Speaker 2: flew to Cutter, he interviewed the Prime Minister of Cutter
- 0:59Speaker 2: and it was an opportunity. Cutter is behind a lot
- 1:02Speaker 2: of bad things in the United States. They're funding a
- 1:04Speaker 2: lot of bad things in the United States. It was
- 1:06Speaker 2: an opportunity for Tucker to really call him to account
- 1:09Speaker 2: all of that in today's podcast.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Operation Overlord the D Day Beaches. You and I share
- 1:15Speaker 1: a passion for history, so I hope you'll join me

- 1:58Speaker 1: rating with the BBB. You're sight seeing in Paris too,
- 2:01Speaker 1: dial pound two fifty say the keyword Conservative Tours. You'll
- 2:06Speaker 1: have the option to receive a one time auto dialed
- 2:09Speaker 1: text message from my Heartmedia. All right, so, Sata, I
- 2:12Speaker 1: really want to just take a moment and break down
- 2:14Speaker 1: for people so they understand what's happening in Europe. And
- 2:18Speaker 1: the reason why you should care if you're listening to
- 2:21Speaker 1: this or watching this show in the US is Europe
- 2:26Speaker 1: can have a major influence on the US. Number one,
- 2:29Speaker 1: but two, it gives crazies on the left in this
- 2:31Speaker 1: country real ideas and they can say, look, this is
- 2:35Speaker 1: what Europe is doing. This is what Europe has done.
- 2:38Speaker 1: And now we're saying Europe not only target free speech.
- 2:41Speaker 1: And we've witnessed people getting arrested for what they've written
- 2:44Speaker 1: online that was on a thread against a person, Wasn't
- 2:47Speaker 1: a thread against sufficient, wasn't something like that. We're talking
- 2:50Speaker 1: about free speech here is disappearing. But now they're also
- 2:54Speaker 1: targeting the platforms that allow for people in their country
- 2:58Speaker 1: to actually say what they do believe or what's on
- 3:01Speaker 1: their mind. And that is even I think more scary.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Well, we've talked about that. The single most important step
- 3:07Speaker 2: for free speech in our lifetimes was Elon Musk's buying Twitter.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Twitter was actively censoring conservative views, it was promoting left
- 3:16Speaker 2: wing views. Elon came in. He spent nearly fifty billion
- 3:19Speaker 2: dollars to buy Twitter, and it transformed it because he
- 3:22Speaker 2: created a free speech oasis. It is now the public square.
- 3:27Speaker 2: And I will say, with that exaggeration, I don't know
- 3:29Speaker 2: that Donald Trump wins in twenty twenty four if Elon
- 3:33Speaker 2: Musk had'n bought Twitter. Because the corporate media so utterly corrupt,
- 3:38Speaker 2: they were pushing the Democrat talking points, they were silencing
- 3:41Speaker 2: any point to the contrary, and Twitter being open and
- 3:45Speaker 2: allowing free speech gave an opportunity to actually drive the facts.
- 3:49Speaker 2: So when the Democrats would say the border is secure,
- 3:53Speaker 2: Twitter would light them up because you'd actually get the
- 3:55Speaker 2: facts that twelve million people were invading at the border,
- 3:58Speaker 2: and people understood. Now, the EU, the European Union, is
- 4:02Speaker 2: trying to go after Twitter and they want Twitter to
- 4:04Speaker 2: actively censor their content. Doing that would really hurt free
- 4:09Speaker 2: speech in America. Let me read from the New York Times,
- 4:11Speaker 2: not a place I often read from, and here's their story.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Elon Musk's X hit with one hundred and forty million
- 4:17Speaker 2: dollars fine. In Europe, the case over online transparency has
- 4:21Speaker 2: become a point of contention between the European Union and
- 4:24Speaker 2: the Trump administration. The European Union find X the social
- 4:28Speaker 2: media company owned by Elon Musk one hundred and forty
- 4:31Speaker 2: million dollars on Friday for violating one of the bloc's
- 4:34Speaker 2: major laws targeting the technology industry. The case has been
- 4:38Speaker 2: seen as a test of European officials' willingness to aggressively
- 4:43Speaker 2: regulate tech companies at the risk of antagonizing the Trump administration.
- 4:49Speaker 2: X is the first company that's no surprise, the first
- 4:52Speaker 2: company to be fined on the European Union's Digital Services Act,
- 4:57Speaker 2: a sweeping law intended to force law large internet companies
- 5:01Speaker 2: to protect their platforms against manipulation and illicit content. The
- 5:05Speaker 2: Trump administration has criticized the policy as an attack on
- 5:08Speaker 2: free speech and American tech firms. Regulators in Brussels said
- 5:13Speaker 2: the penalty against x was not about free speech, but
- 5:16Speaker 2: about the company's lack of controls to prevent the platform
- 5:18Speaker 2: from being abused. That includes x x's deceptive design that
- 5:24Speaker 2: allowed users to mislead others about their identities, opaque advertising practices,
- 5:30Speaker 2: and refusal to provide independent researchers with access to public data.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Look at the end of the day, and one of
- 5:36Speaker 2: the things x has done recently is they've started displaying
- 5:39Speaker 2: on users what country they're coming from. That is really transparency.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I'm all for more transparency. And I've arged elon like
- 5:48Speaker 2: we are saying in American debate, a lot of X
- 5:53Speaker 2: users from foreign countries, for the Middle East, who are
- 5:56Speaker 2: pushing anti Semitic content, who are pushing anti American content,
- 5:59Speaker 2: who are pushing anti free enterprise and anti capitalist content.
- 6:02Speaker 2: And they're from the Middle East, they're from China, they're
- 6:05Speaker 2: from Asia. And that transparency, like identifying foreign actors, that's valuable.
- 6:10Speaker 2: But that's not what the European Union is doing. And listen,
- 6:12Speaker 2: they want you know, they say it's about misinformation, but
- 6:16Speaker 2: understand what the European Union wants is they want views
- 6:21Speaker 2: they don't like censored. And so I'll tell you I've
- 6:24Speaker 2: called on President Trump this should not stand that the
- 6:27Speaker 2: European Union will not reverse this fine. I've called on
- 6:31Speaker 2: the President to sanction the European Union to use our
- 6:35Speaker 2: economic leverage. We're not going to let Europe force their
- 6:39Speaker 2: censorship on the United States of America. I think this
- 6:41Speaker 2: is a really important testing moment for the Trump administration.
- 6:45Speaker 1: You know, I got an interesting briefing on this earlier
- 6:48Speaker 1: today from a legal group that's freedom of speech that
- 6:52Speaker 1: reached out in the EU and they said, Ben, what
- 6:55Speaker 1: we are witnessing right now is trying to in esse
- 7:00Speaker 1: force companies to pull out and to just say, hey,
- 7:04Speaker 1: we would rather have no free speech, and this is
- 7:06Speaker 1: what we'll do to get to a financial point where
- 7:09Speaker 1: X would have to make a financial decision. The fines
- 7:13Speaker 1: keep racking up on them, finally they just say, hey,
- 7:16Speaker 1: we're not going to do business there. They actually believe
- 7:19Speaker 1: that this could even be the governments in multiple countries
- 7:24Speaker 1: now saying we don't want free speech platforms. If we
- 7:28Speaker 1: find you in that platform, you'll just say fine, we'll
- 7:31Speaker 1: shut it off to your part of the world.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Yeah, and understand this in the context of Back in
- 7:36Speaker 2: August of twenty twenty four, the EU sent a letter
- 7:41Speaker 2: to Elon Musk demanding that Elon Musk censored Donald Trump. So,
- 7:46Speaker 2: if you think this is about transparency, it's not. Let
- 7:49Speaker 2: me read you some of that letters. So this is
- 7:51Speaker 2: August twelfth, twenty twenty four. Dear mister Musk. I'm writing
- 7:55Speaker 2: you the context of recent events in the United Kingdom
- 7:57Speaker 2: in relation to the planned broadcast on your platform X
- 8:01Speaker 2: of live conversation between a US presidential candidate yourself, which
- 8:05Speaker 2: will also be accessible to users in the EU. I
- 8:08Speaker 2: understand that you're currently doing a stress test of the platform.
- 8:12Speaker 2: In this context, I am compelled to remind you of
- 8:14Speaker 2: the due diligence obligation set out in the Digital Services
- 8:18Speaker 2: Act as outlined in my previous letter. As the individual
- 8:22Speaker 2: entity ultimately controlling a platform with over three hundred million
- 8:26Speaker 2: users worldwide, of which one third is in the EU,
- 8:30Speaker 2: that has been designated as a very large online platform,
- 8:34Speaker 2: you have the legal obligation to ensure x's compliance with
- 8:38Speaker 2: EU law and in particular the DSA and the EU.
- 8:42Speaker 2: This notably means ensuring on the one hand that freedom
- 8:46Speaker 2: of expression and of information, including media freedom and pluralism
- 8:50Speaker 2: are effectively protected. That sounds good, but here's the other part.
- 8:53Speaker 2: And on the other hand, that all proportionate and effective
- 8:58Speaker 2: mitigation measures are put in place regarding the amplification of
- 9:02Speaker 2: harmful content in connection with relevant events, including live streaming,
- 9:07Speaker 2: which if unaddressed, might increase the risk profile of X
- 9:13Speaker 2: and generate detrimental effects on civil discourse and public security.
- 9:18Speaker 2: This is important against the background of recent examples of
- 9:21Speaker 2: public unrest brought about by the amplification of content that
- 9:24Speaker 2: promotes hatred, disorder, incitement to violence, or certain instances of disinformation.
- 9:30Speaker 2: It also implies one informing EU judicial and administrative authorities
- 9:35Speaker 2: without undula delay on the measures taking to address their
- 9:40Speaker 2: orders against content considered illegal according to national and or
- 9:45Speaker 2: EU law, and two taking timely, diligent, non arbitrary and
- 9:51Speaker 2: objective action against receipt of notices by users concerning certain
- 9:56Speaker 2: illegal content. Three informing users concerning the measures to ti
- 10:00Speaker 2: taken upon receipt of the relevant notice, and four publicly
- 10:04Speaker 2: reporting about content moderation measures. In this respect, I note
- 10:09Speaker 2: that the DSA obligations apply without exception or discrimination to
- 10:13Speaker 2: the moderation of the whole user community and the content
- 10:17Speaker 2: of X, including yourself as a user with over one
- 10:20Speaker 2: hundred and ninety million followers, which is accessible to EU
- 10:24Speaker 2: users and should be fulfilled in line with the risk
- 10:26Speaker 2: based approach of the DSA, which requires greater due diligence
- 10:31Speaker 2: in case of a foreseeable increase of the risk profile.
- 10:35Speaker 2: As you know, formal proceedings are already ongoing against X
- 10:38Speaker 2: under the DSA, notably in areas linked to the dissemination
- 10:42Speaker 2: of illegal content and the effectiveness of the measures taken
- 10:46Speaker 2: to combat disinformation. As the relevant content is accessible to
- 10:50Speaker 2: EU users and being amplified also in our jurisdiction, we
- 10:54Speaker 2: cannot exclude possible spillovers in the EU. Therefore, we are
- 10:59Speaker 2: monitor the potential risks in the EU associated with the
- 11:02Speaker 2: dissemination of content that may incite violence, hate and racism
- 11:07Speaker 2: in conjunction with major political or societal events around the world,
- 11:11Speaker 2: including debates and interviews in the context of elections. Let
- 11:14Speaker 2: me clarify that any negative effect of illegal content on
- 11:18Speaker 2: X and the EU, which could be attributed to the
- 11:21Speaker 2: ineffectiveness of the way that X applies the relevant provisions
- 11:26Speaker 2: of the DSA, may also be relevant in the context
- 11:29Speaker 2: of ongoing proceedings and of the overall assessment of x's
- 11:32Speaker 2: compliance with EU law. This is in line with what
- 11:35Speaker 2: has already been done in the recent past, for example,
- 11:38Speaker 2: in relation to the repercussions and amplification of terrorist content
- 11:43Speaker 2: that incites violence, hate and racism in the EU, such
- 11:47Speaker 2: as the content of the recent riots in the United Kingdom.
- 11:51Speaker 2: I urge you to promptly ensure the effectiveness of your
- 11:54Speaker 2: systems and report measures taken to my team yours sincerely,
- 11:57Speaker 2: Tiy Breton. Look, that was literally in August of twenty
- 12:03Speaker 2: four the EU was telling X, you're about to interview
- 12:07Speaker 2: Donald Trump. He's running for president, he was going to
- 12:09Speaker 2: be elected president just a few months after that, and
- 12:12Speaker 2: we want you to silence what he says. If he
- 12:15Speaker 2: talks about the open border, if he talks about murderers
- 12:19Speaker 2: and rapists and gang bangers, terrorists coming across the southern border,
- 12:23Speaker 2: we want you to censor that because you know what,
- 12:26Speaker 2: it may make the terrorist and illegal immigrants in Europe
- 12:30Speaker 2: unhappy if they hear that Donald Trump opposes that.
- 12:34Speaker 1: It is Look, it also sounds like they were hoping
- 12:36Speaker 1: that they would basically say, we're just going to not
- 12:38Speaker 1: even take the risk, just cancel the whole interview with
- 12:40Speaker 1: Donald Trump.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Silence Trump, is what they're saying.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Silence Trump, don't do the interview. Then you don't have
- 12:45Speaker 1: to worry about any of these issues with us that
- 12:47Speaker 1: we're writing you about right now. That is an unbelievable
- 12:51Speaker 1: amount of pressure coming from the EU to try to
- 12:54Speaker 1: say to Twitter you want to do or ex you
- 12:56Speaker 1: want to do business here, you better play by the
- 12:59Speaker 1: rules that we're giving you, and we're telling you don't
- 13:03Speaker 1: interview the leading candidate for the presidency and the Republican
- 13:06Speaker 1: Party and listen.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Europe does not have the tradition of the First Amendment
- 13:11Speaker 2: of the United States. The First Amendment protects free speech.
- 13:13Speaker 2: We have a robust free speech culture. Europe has far less.
- 13:17Speaker 2: They are willing to regulate free speech. But what they're
- 13:21Speaker 2: trying to do here is silence free speech in America.
- 13:25Speaker 2: They're trying to find American companies and by the way,
- 13:27Speaker 2: under Joe Biden, the Biden administration was going to the
- 13:30Speaker 2: European Union saying, will you find American companies to force
- 13:35Speaker 2: them to rein in their content. This is something that
- 13:38Speaker 2: the Biden administration encouraged. And I got to tell you,
- 13:42Speaker 2: I believe that the Trump administration is going to stop this.
- 13:46Speaker 2: I will be shocked if Elon Musk pays this fine.
- 13:49Speaker 2: I am publicly calling on the Trump administration to impose
- 13:53Speaker 2: sanctions on the EU, and sanctions that are of order
- 13:56Speaker 2: of mag.
- 13:57Speaker 1: When you talk about sanctions on EU, give exams impulse
- 14:00Speaker 1: for everybody that's listening or watching, Look, could look.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Look a five percent tariffs and all goods from the EU.
- 14:07Speaker 2: I mean that would by the way, that would run
- 14:09Speaker 2: into the billions of dollars, and suddenly Europe would have
- 14:12Speaker 2: a choice, do we want to spend billions of dollars
- 14:15Speaker 2: in order to find X one hundred and forty million dollars.
- 14:18Speaker 2: I don't know if they would or not. I think
- 14:20Speaker 2: they'd reverse. So I'll tell you today I met with
- 14:23Speaker 2: the Foreign Minister of Latvia. And so often foreign heads
- 14:28Speaker 2: of state, foreign ministers come to DC, they come meet
- 14:30Speaker 2: with me, and the Foreign Minister of Latvia. I like
- 14:33Speaker 2: her sheet. She's a nice woman and we've met before.
- 14:36Speaker 2: And one of the things that we were talking about
- 14:38Speaker 2: the challenges in Europe. We were talking about increasing energy
- 14:42Speaker 2: exports from the United States, from Texas to Europe. All
- 14:45Speaker 2: of that's important. But I told her, I said, minister,
- 14:48Speaker 2: I want you to hear something. Americans are really, really
- 14:52Speaker 2: deeply pissed off that the European Union is trying to
- 14:55Speaker 2: find X for allowing free speech. Yeah, And I told her,
- 15:00Speaker 2: I said, you need to take back to the EU.
- 15:02Speaker 2: I believe the Trump administration will sanction Europe if you
- 15:07Speaker 2: continue this. And I said further, I said, look, there
- 15:09Speaker 2: are voices within the Trump administration that are arguing for
- 15:13Speaker 2: America disengaging for Europe. Arguing for essentially an isolation is
- 15:18Speaker 2: foreign policy that says we don't care what Europe does.
- 15:21Speaker 2: You guys, go on your own way. It's not our
- 15:23Speaker 2: problem now. As you know, I disagree with that. I
- 15:26Speaker 2: think Europe we have many of our oldest alliances in
- 15:29Speaker 2: the world. I think being a good friend to our allies,
- 15:32Speaker 2: being a strong and formidable enemy to our enemies is
- 15:36Speaker 2: really important. So I don't want to write Europe off.
- 15:38Speaker 2: But I told the Latvian Foreign minister today, I said, listen,
- 15:41Speaker 2: when the EU does things like finds x for allowing
- 15:45Speaker 2: free speech, you end up making my position much harder
- 15:49Speaker 2: because you fuel the folks in the Trump administration that say,
- 15:54Speaker 2: screw Europe, let's withdraw altogether, because those guys they hate us.
- 15:59Speaker 2: I don't think you're hates US, but I do think
- 16:01Speaker 2: they have a different free speech tradition than they do,
- 16:05Speaker 2: and in my view, we should not allow the EU
- 16:09Speaker 2: to impose their government censorship perspective on America. I think
- 16:15Speaker 2: we had to press back really, really vigorously on this.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I couldn't agree with you more on that one.
- 16:21Speaker 1: It also brings up another very interesting conversation and it
- 16:25Speaker 1: deals with what happened in Katar with Tuger Carlson. Before
- 16:29Speaker 1: we get to that, I want you to just pause
- 16:31Speaker 1: what you're doing for the next sixty seconds, and I
- 16:33Speaker 1: want you to imagine Lucy, a seven year old. Her
- 16:37Speaker 1: stomach often aches with hunger, her small hands instead of
- 16:40Speaker 1: holding crayons now only the struggle of survival on dusty streets.
- 16:45Speaker 1: School is a distant dream, medical care forgotten hope. Lucy's
- 16:51Speaker 1: potential is overshadowed, her future is dim. But what if
- 16:54Speaker 1: someone stepped in? What if there was a way to
- 16:57Speaker 1: ignite hope for children just like Lucy? There is, and
- 17:00Speaker 1: that is with Compassion International Partners and the local churches
- 17:05Speaker 1: that provide children holistic support more than just food. They
- 17:09Speaker 1: receive critical medical care, life changing education, vital skills training,
- 17:15Speaker 1: and spiritual development, all in Jesus's name, and you can
- 17:19Speaker 1: empower a child just like Lucy to break free from poverty.
- 17:24Speaker 1: I want you to do what I've done and sponsor
- 17:26Speaker 1: a child today. You can visit Compassion dot com. That's
- 17:31Speaker 1: Compassion dot com sinator. We've talked a lot about influence,
- 17:35Speaker 1: foreign influence, and there is a lot of people that
- 17:39Speaker 1: are like I don't understand why it's a big deal
- 17:40Speaker 1: that a bunch of Americans that are conservative influencers are
- 17:44Speaker 1: running to countries like Qatar, taking trips over there that
- 17:48Speaker 1: are being paid for by them, and putting up what
- 17:51Speaker 1: I would describe as propaganda on social media on behalf
- 17:54Speaker 1: of Katar. But people that see they're like, what's the
- 17:57Speaker 1: big deal? Tucker Carlson shows up speaks this Doha forum.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Why is that a big deal? Why should I care?
- 18:04Speaker 1: I want you to explain before we get to Tucker,
- 18:08Speaker 1: what Katar has been doing to influence America, so people
- 18:12Speaker 1: understand who we're dealing with and why you might want
- 18:15Speaker 1: to ask the question why would you be going there?
- 18:19Speaker 1: I forget Tucker's name. There are a lot of concerns
- 18:22Speaker 1: I know that have been taking these types of trips recently.
- 18:24Speaker 1: They're trying to buy influence in the conservative movement, and
- 18:28Speaker 1: it's frustrating me because I don't think people understand the
- 18:31Speaker 1: threat that Qatar is to this country at all.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Look, Qatar is not our friend. Qatar is spending hundreds
- 18:40Speaker 2: of millions of dollars lobbying the United States government. They
- 18:43Speaker 2: are spending millions of dollars funding bots you look at
- 18:47Speaker 2: the anti Submitic content, you look at the anti American
- 18:49Speaker 2: content that is online, Qatar is funding it. By the way,
- 18:53Speaker 2: you look at the anti Semitic protests on college campuses,
- 18:55Speaker 2: Qatar is funding that that they are profoundly hostile to
- 19:00Speaker 2: American I will tell you there was a conference this
- 19:02Speaker 2: past week in Doha, which is in Qatar, had a
- 19:05Speaker 2: number of Americans go. They're the most prominent of which
- 19:07Speaker 2: was Tucker Carlson. And I want to tell you. Look,
- 19:11Speaker 2: I sent a tweet so Tucker Carlson was going to
- 19:13Speaker 2: interview the Prime Minister of Qatar, and listen. I have
- 19:17Speaker 2: been very vocal that I think Tucker Carlson has become
- 19:20Speaker 2: the most dangerous demagogue in America. I think he's doing
- 19:23Speaker 2: enormous damage. But I try to give him an opportunity.
- 19:26Speaker 2: So here's what I tweeted before his interview. I said
- 19:28Speaker 2: the following. For years, Tucker Carlson has been accused of
- 19:33Speaker 2: being on the payroll of Qatar. For years, he has
- 19:37Speaker 2: denied it. This is now a beautiful opportunity for him
- 19:42Speaker 2: to try to clear his name. Tomorrow, Tucker is interviewing
- 19:45Speaker 2: the Prime Minister of Qatar in Doha, Tucker knows how
- 19:49Speaker 2: to ask tough questions. Here are a few he should ask.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Number one, Al Jazeera is a mouthpiece for anti Americanism,
- 19:57Speaker 2: anti Semitism, and Jahadis terrorists. Why does Cutter pour countless
- 20:03Speaker 2: tens of millions into supporting it? Number two? Why does
- 20:07Speaker 2: Cutter back the Muslim Brotherhood? A group designated as a
- 20:10Speaker 2: terrorist organization by several of Cutter's neighbors, and which President
- 20:14Speaker 2: Trump is also moving to designate. Number three? Hamas planned
- 20:18Speaker 2: the October seventh atrocities while Cutter hosted hamas leadership. This
- 20:25Speaker 2: included the kidnapping and murder of dozens of Americans. Even
- 20:29Speaker 2: the Biden administration wanted Cutter to expel Hamas after hostage
- 20:34Speaker 2: talks collapsed. Why did Cutter keep hosting hamas leadership?
- 20:39Speaker 1: Let's just pause it for one second as you were
- 20:41Speaker 1: tweeting this out, because I don't think we'll understand they
- 20:44Speaker 1: were actively hosting these terrorists.
- 20:49Speaker 2: The leaders of AMASA live in Cutter. They live in
- 20:51Speaker 2: opulent mansions, They live like billionaires while they are murdering
- 20:56Speaker 2: not just Israelis, but Americans, while they are raping not
- 20:59Speaker 2: just Israeli's but Americans and Cutter is embracing them and
- 21:03Speaker 2: they're like like movie stars living and Cutter by the way.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Number four, Speaking of which, on October seventh, twenty twenty three,
- 21:13Speaker 2: Cutter issued a statement saying Israel alone was responsible for
- 21:18Speaker 2: the violence. Then in September of twenty twenty four, Cutter's
- 21:22Speaker 2: amir said Israel was responsible for the war expanding to Lebanon.
- 21:27Speaker 2: Is that still Cutter's position? Number five? Cutter is the
- 21:32Speaker 2: only Gulf country that still maintains male guardianship and travel
- 21:38Speaker 2: restrictions for women. When do you intend to join the
- 21:42Speaker 2: civilized world? So if you actually believe women have rights,
- 21:45Speaker 2: that ain't the case, And Cutter thiks numbers do.
- 21:47Speaker 1: You mean by that real fast so that people understand
- 21:50Speaker 1: the context of it, of what you because it made
- 21:53Speaker 1: just sound like, okay, what does that even mean for women?
- 21:55Speaker 1: What is life like there? Explain how that's so far
- 21:58Speaker 1: back in the Stone Ages?
- 21:59Speaker 2: Look, the rights of women are severely livered limited and Cutter.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Males are treated as the decision makers. They have control
- 22:07Speaker 2: over their wives, they have control over their daughters, and
- 22:10Speaker 2: the rights of women are severely diminished and Cutter, so
- 22:14Speaker 2: that's an obvious question to ask of like why don't
- 22:16Speaker 2: you believe women have any rights? Number six, how much
- 22:21Speaker 2: is Cutter paying to fund anti Semitic protests on US
- 22:26Speaker 2: college campuses? Understand, we saw protests all over America. Cutter
- 22:30Speaker 2: was spending millions of dollars to fund that. And simple
- 22:33Speaker 2: question why? Number seven, how much is Cutter paying to
- 22:37Speaker 2: spy on US government officials and why? And to be clear,
- 22:40Speaker 2: there were multiple news stories Cutter hired spies to spy
- 22:44Speaker 2: on me because they viewed me as the US government
- 22:49Speaker 2: official most skeptical and antagonistic of Cutters, so they're actively
- 22:53Speaker 2: spying on me. And number eight, finally, how much exactly
- 23:00Speaker 2: are you paying conservative influencers to come to this conference
- 23:03Speaker 2: and participate? Now, if Tucker had asked those questions, it
- 23:08Speaker 2: would have been a big deal, like he could actually
- 23:10Speaker 2: he had the Prime Minister every one of those questions
- 23:13Speaker 2: they don't have a good answer to. But he didn't
- 23:16Speaker 2: ask those questions. He didn't ask any difficult questions. He
- 23:19Speaker 2: did the same thing he did when he interviewed Putin,
- 23:22Speaker 2: which is he embraced him and kissed his rear. End
- 23:25Speaker 2: He did the same thing when he interviewed the president
- 23:28Speaker 2: of Iran. Which is he embraced him and kissed his rear.
- 23:31Speaker 2: End Tucker has a pattern. If you're an enemy of
- 23:34Speaker 2: America who wants to murder Americans, he will not ask
- 23:37Speaker 2: you a single hostile question. I want you to listen
- 23:40Speaker 2: to this exchange. This is a snippet of the back
- 23:43Speaker 2: and forth between Tucker and the Prime Minister of Cutter.
- 23:47Speaker 3: So last question, I've been personally not to make it
- 23:51Speaker 3: about me, but I have been criticized as being a
- 23:53Speaker 3: tool of Katar, and I just want to say what
- 23:57Speaker 3: you already know, which is I've never taken anything from
- 23:59Speaker 3: your country and don't plan to. I am, however, tomorrow,
- 24:03Speaker 3: buying a place in Quitar because I am paying a
- 24:06Speaker 3: HI check in Doha Yah. And I'm doing that because
- 24:09Speaker 3: I like the city. I think it's beautiful, but also
- 24:12Speaker 3: to make a statement that I'm an American and a
- 24:14Speaker 3: free man and I'll be wherever I want to be,
- 24:17Speaker 3: which I think is important. But that does kind of
- 24:20Speaker 3: leave us in a place where I have not taken
- 24:24Speaker 3: any money from Qatar. I have instead given money to Quitar,
- 24:29Speaker 3: and I wonder if you feel that that means I've
- 24:31Speaker 3: bought you and you will now spew my prop again.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Thank you just asking me. Whatever you want me to
- 24:36Speaker 4: do for you, I will do it. But look, Tucker, Unfortunately,
- 24:42Speaker 4: as I told you that there are a lot of
- 24:45Speaker 4: players putting a lot of efforts to sabotage the relationship
- 24:50Speaker 4: between Katara and the United States and to try to
- 24:53Speaker 4: demonize anyone who will come to this country. Our efforts
- 24:59Speaker 4: when we are lobby or doing you know, our outreach
- 25:04Speaker 4: in the United States is to make sure that this
- 25:07Speaker 4: relationship is safeguarded and the relationship for us is mutually beneficial.
- 25:13Speaker 4: We are not getting it from the United States, it's
- 25:17Speaker 4: we are Instead, we are buying from the United States.
- 25:20Speaker 4: We are partnering with them. We are investing in the
- 25:23Speaker 4: United States, United States investing and Cutter, and this relationship
- 25:27Speaker 4: has been always a two ways relationship. And we pay
- 25:31Speaker 4: all these amounts for lobbying only to protect and to
- 25:35Speaker 4: safeguard this relationship. If we we are not like being
- 25:40Speaker 4: attacked and under a lot of like this information campaign
- 25:43Speaker 4: that's been unfortunately funded by other players who doesn't want
- 25:48Speaker 4: to see a US Cutter relationship flourish. We wouldn't. We
- 25:55Speaker 4: would spend this money for better things, you know, to
- 25:59Speaker 4: do with that relationship.
- 26:01Speaker 1: I mean, you look at that question Center and it's
- 26:03Speaker 1: one of those that just you scratch your head because
- 26:07Speaker 1: there's just part of this You're like, wait, what did
- 26:09Speaker 1: I just witness? What did I just watch? There? Like
- 26:14Speaker 1: how is this real? And the idea of like I'm
- 26:17Speaker 1: buying a place have never taken anything. I just like
- 26:19Speaker 1: it here it shows I'm a free man. Didn't ask
- 26:22Speaker 1: any questions, not a single tough question of a man
- 26:26Speaker 1: that is allowing terrorists to sit in his country and
- 26:28Speaker 1: to orchestrate more tears texts and have killed Americans.
- 26:31Speaker 2: So understand this government that is hosting Hamas, that is
- 26:35Speaker 2: celebrating Hamas, that is funding anti American propaganda and anti
- 26:39Speaker 2: Israel propaganda and anti Semitic propaganda. He's the Prime Minister,
- 26:44Speaker 2: says to Tucker, ask me whatever you want, We will
- 26:46Speaker 2: do anything you want. He also says to Tucker, we
- 26:49Speaker 2: are spending vast amounts and lobbying. Understand, Cutter spends hundreds
- 26:54Speaker 2: of millions of dollars lobbying the United States government, the
- 26:57Speaker 2: United States Congress. By the way, Tucker is obsessed with
- 27:00Speaker 2: because he's decided that Jews are the source of all
- 27:02Speaker 2: evil in the world. And Cutter pays two to three
- 27:07Speaker 2: times as much as APAK does in lobbying. Do you
- 27:10Speaker 2: know who APAC is. Apack are Americans that it is
- 27:14Speaker 2: not the government of Israel. APAK are Americans who want
- 27:18Speaker 2: American Israel to have a close relationship, and so American citizens,
- 27:22Speaker 2: many of whom happen to be Jewish, although not all
- 27:24Speaker 2: of them, who support a lot of actually Christian evangelicals
- 27:27Speaker 2: also who support a strong relationship between the United States
- 27:30Speaker 2: and Israel. They do write checks, but they write checks
- 27:34Speaker 2: that that are on order of magnitude anywhere from a
- 27:37Speaker 2: third to a half what Cutter, the foreign government writes
- 27:40Speaker 2: they spend hundreds of millions of dollars lobbying our government.
- 27:44Speaker 2: And I got to say, Tucker, Tucker claims to be America. First,
- 27:49Speaker 2: he is literally buying a home in Cutter Cutter who
- 27:54Speaker 2: is actively funding anti American propaganda, anti Semitic propaganda. And
- 28:00Speaker 2: by the way, Tucker says, oh, I've never taken a
- 28:02Speaker 2: penny from you. By the way, you know, I don't
- 28:04Speaker 2: know what kind of sweetheart real estate deal he's getting,
- 28:06Speaker 2: But who the heck what American? Let me ask you, Ben,
- 28:10Speaker 2: you know a lot of people do you know any
- 28:12Speaker 2: other American who wants to buy a home and cut
- 28:15Speaker 2: her No.
- 28:17Speaker 1: In fact, I've known a lot of international people. I've
- 28:19Speaker 1: never heard of anybody going, yeah, I'm head, never to
- 28:20Speaker 1: cut her to go buy a home, not like, not
- 28:23Speaker 1: one time, No one. And I know people outside the US,
- 28:26Speaker 1: they've never said that.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Look, and I think there's a reason for it, which
- 28:31Speaker 2: is that I don't know why. I've had conversations about
- 28:34Speaker 2: why Tucker has decided by the way, Tucker is actively
- 28:38Speaker 2: attacking President Trump's foreign policy. He is furious that President
- 28:42Speaker 2: Trump decided to bomb the Iranian nuclear facilities, and even
- 28:46Speaker 2: more mad that that bombing was incredibly successful. It was
- 28:51Speaker 2: the single most important foreign policy and national security decision
- 28:55Speaker 2: that President Trump has made in the second term. And Tucker, I.
- 28:58Speaker 1: Think start War three. I'm pretty sure that's what they
- 29:01Speaker 1: said was going to happen. Isn't that right? It was
- 29:02Speaker 1: going to start World War three?
- 29:04Speaker 2: So let's be clear, it's not they. Tucker predicted if
- 29:07Speaker 2: Trump bombed Duran. Yes, he said it would cause World
- 29:11Speaker 2: War three. Number one, he said thousands of Americans would die.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Number two, and he said America would lose, Iran would
- 29:19Speaker 2: beat US. In World War Three. Now, every one of
- 29:22Speaker 2: those predictions was laughably absurdly wrong. And yet Tucker is
- 29:29Speaker 2: now buying a home and cut her and saying, Hey,
- 29:32Speaker 2: you crazy theocratic Islamist America, hating radicals, you're my people.
- 29:40Speaker 2: That is really, really, really dangerous.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Yeah, the questions that we just asked there, I really
- 29:45Speaker 1: hope that all of you will share those on social media.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Share the episode on social media, share the video we
- 29:52Speaker 1: put up on Facebook. We put it up on and Ben.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Let me ask you a question, Let me ask a questions.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Why do you think Tucker didn't ask a single one
- 30:00Speaker 2: of the questions I suggested? I sent eight, and they
- 30:03Speaker 2: were not They were not ridiculous questions. They were actually questioned.
- 30:06Speaker 2: If you are in fact America first, and you're interviewing
- 30:10Speaker 2: the leader of this country, that that that that is
- 30:12Speaker 2: funding things that are profoundly anti American, anybody would ask
- 30:18Speaker 2: if you and I were interviewing them, we would ask
- 30:20Speaker 2: those questions. Why do you think Tucker didn't.
- 30:23Speaker 1: I think it's the same reason why he gave a
- 30:25Speaker 1: powderpuff interview with Vladimir Putin. I think it's the same
- 30:28Speaker 1: reason why he was sitting down with the head of Iran.
- 30:31Speaker 1: It is because when he goes there, he knows the
- 30:34Speaker 1: role he's playing, which is a propagandist for those countries.
- 30:39Speaker 2: I wish that were not the case, but but I
- 30:41Speaker 2: can't argue against that. He does not ask a single
- 30:45Speaker 2: question defending America. Instead, he just embraces leaders that that
- 30:50Speaker 2: that that are doing enormous damage to Americans, and and
- 30:54Speaker 2: and and and that, by the way, is I think
- 30:56Speaker 2: significantly undermining President Trump as well.
- 30:59Speaker 1: I want to take him and just talk to you
- 31:00Speaker 1: real quick about an incredible opportunity for you to continue
- 31:04Speaker 1: to expand your mind and learn, no matter what your
- 31:08Speaker 1: age is. Senator Cruz and I were at the memorial
- 31:11Speaker 1: service for Charlie Kirk, and one of the people that
- 31:13Speaker 1: spoke was the president of Hillsdale College, and he talked
- 31:16Speaker 1: about meeting with Charlie early on and how he said,
- 31:19Speaker 1: you're going to have to work hard, you're going to
- 31:22Speaker 1: have to suffer, and you're going to have to continue
- 31:25Speaker 1: to learn when he was so young, and he talked
- 31:28Speaker 1: about all of the classes that Charlie ended up taking
- 31:32Speaker 1: at Hillsdale. I immediately said, I want the listeners of
- 31:36Speaker 1: this show to be able to have the same opportunity
- 31:39Speaker 1: to do that. There are amazing classes history, economics, the
- 31:43Speaker 1: great works of literature, the meaning of the US Constitution.
- 31:46Speaker 1: And if you didn't say these things in school, or
- 31:48Speaker 1: maybe you did, but you were like, you know, just
- 31:50Speaker 1: trying to check the box and make the grade when
- 31:52Speaker 1: you're twenty. Now is a great time for you to
- 31:54Speaker 1: go back and learn so much more. Hillsdale College is

- 32:24Speaker 1: Now I'm also looking at the Constitution one on one.
- 32:26Speaker 1: It's amazing. I refresh your course and you can see
- 32:30Speaker 1: and explore the design, the purpose of the Constitution, the
- 32:33Speaker 1: challenges it faced in the Civil War, and how it's
