  I'm reading today from Lamentations 2 .14. It

  says, Your prophets, those were their leaders,

  their godly leaders supposedly, your prophets

  have seen for you worthless, that means it's
• 0:11
  worth nothing, and deceptive, that means it was
• 0:13
  a lie, visions, and they have not exposed your
• 0:16
  wrongdoing so as to restore you from captivity.

  But they have seen for you worthless, there it
• 0:23
  is again, and misleading pronouncements. So two
• 0:25
  things I want you to see here. The first is,
• 0:27
  it's not worthless if... It restores you from
• 0:31
  captivity and exposes your wrongdoing. You need
• 0:33
  those two things. So if you have a man of God
• 0:36
  in your life who is preaching the gospel the
• 0:37
  way it's written, preaching what the Bible tells
• 0:39
  you, that you need Jesus Christ as Lord and you
• 0:42
  need to follow him for your whole life, denying
• 0:43
  yourself, taking up your cross daily and following
• 0:46
  after him, then that's a message from God. And
• 0:49
  if they're telling you anything else or any other
• 0:51
  way, self -help talk or that what you're doing
• 0:53
  is okay and that you don't really have to be
• 0:55
  committed or full -fledged following the Lord,
• 0:59
  That's worthless prophecy, worthless visions,
• 1:01
  worthless speaking. Be restored by Jesus Christ
• 1:05
  who lived, died, was buried, and rose again and
• 1:07
  overcame death. Believe in your heart and confess
• 1:11
  with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and
• 1:13
  that God raised him from the dead and you will
• 1:15
  be saved. Turn from your wicked ways, if you
• 1:18
  have any, and I'm sure you probably do. Turn
• 1:20
  from your wicked ways and follow him and follow
• 1:24
  him alone. Be encouraged. You can deliver the
• 1:26
  same message to anyone who will listen.
