- 0:01Speaker 1: There is movement on a possible impeachment of the President
- 0:05Speaker 1: of the United States of America Joe Biden. James Comer
- 0:09Speaker 1: saying this on Fox with Maria bart Toromo Sunday Morning program,
- 0:16Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 0:17Speaker 2: I don't understand why you have had to take so
- 0:21Speaker 2: long to actually get a vote to impeach or get
- 0:25Speaker 2: this impeachment inquiry going. Do you feel that you have
- 0:28Speaker 2: the votes within the House right now to get a
- 0:31Speaker 2: formal impeachment inquiry?
- 0:33Speaker 3: I do. And I had a reporter asked, well, what's changed,
- 0:36Speaker 3: you know, because the press has been writing we didn't
- 0:38Speaker 3: have the votes forever. And I said, well, I'll tell
- 0:40Speaker 3: you one thing that changed. We were in Washington, DC
- 0:42Speaker 3: for ten weeks and they're about fifteen or twenty moderates
- 0:46Speaker 3: that they really worry about what CNN says or what
- 0:49Speaker 3: the Washington Post writes, and they were getting in their
- 0:52Speaker 3: head Maria, But a great thing happened during Thanksgiving. The
- 0:55Speaker 3: members went home, many of them for the first time,
- 0:58Speaker 3: in circulated for the first time in over ten weeks,
- 1:01Speaker 3: and they've met people in Walmart and people on Main
- 1:04Speaker 3: Street and they're like, what in the world have the
- 1:06Speaker 3: Bidens done? To receive millions and means of dollars from
- 1:09Speaker 3: our enemies around the world, and did they not pay
- 1:11Speaker 3: taxes on it? So they heard from their constituents. Yes,
- 1:14Speaker 3: we want you to move forward. We want to know
- 1:16Speaker 3: the truth, and we expect the Bidens to be held
- 1:20Speaker 3: accountable for public corruption. So we are unified at a
- 1:25Speaker 3: time when I think it's those thigre. Our conference is
- 1:27Speaker 3: broken in a lot of ways. The members have heard
- 1:30Speaker 3: from their constituents back home. They have confidence in the
- 1:33Speaker 3: credibility of our investigation and the mountains of evidence that
- 1:36Speaker 3: we've accumulated. So I am confident we're going to have
- 1:38Speaker 3: the votes to move forward with this impeachment inquiry.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Move forward with this impeachment inquiry. He says he believes
- 1:45Speaker 1: that they are confident due to the evidence. Okay, due
- 1:48Speaker 1: to the evidence, that they'll be able to move forward. Now,
- 1:52Speaker 1: what about Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden the possibility of
- 1:55Speaker 1: a public hearing or the depositions as James Comer going
- 1:59Speaker 1: to be pushed around by the Bidens with them making
- 2:03Speaker 1: mandates on their committees.
- 2:05Speaker 4: Well, listen to what he had to say about.
- 2:07Speaker 2: That, and in a public forum that's very different than
- 2:10Speaker 2: a closed door form. Right in the closed door form,
- 2:12Speaker 2: you can have hours to do follow ups. In an
- 2:14Speaker 2: open form, you've got five minutes for each.
- 2:17Speaker 3: Lawmaker, five minutes for each lawmaker. And we've already seen
- 2:20Speaker 3: the Democrats don't have the disposition to be able to
- 2:23Speaker 3: conduct themselves appropriately. They scream and yell. The last impeachment
- 2:26Speaker 3: inquiry hearing we had, they filed two motions to adjourn.
- 2:30Speaker 3: They entered the same thing in the record six times.
- 2:33Speaker 3: I mean, they did everything they could to disrupt the
- 2:35Speaker 3: committee hearing. We will have a public hearing with Hunter Biden.
- 2:39Speaker 3: I'm very excited about a public hearing with Hunter Biden,
- 2:42Speaker 3: and Amy law can have both his clients in that
- 2:45Speaker 3: public hearing. You have Robert Menendez on one side and
- 2:47Speaker 3: Hunter Biden all the other, and they can talk about
- 2:49Speaker 3: how innocent they are in their influence peddling scheams. But
- 2:52Speaker 3: at the end of the day, we have to depose
- 2:55Speaker 3: these people. And I know the media says, oh, it's
- 2:57Speaker 3: a closed door deposition. We will release the trans scripts.
- 3:00Speaker 3: So if you look at the January sixth Committee, in
- 3:03Speaker 3: both impeachment investigations of President Trump in the last Congress,
- 3:09Speaker 3: they deposed everyone and even Jamie Raskins when he was
- 3:13Speaker 3: trying to get Steve Bennon in for a deposition. Ben
- 3:16Speaker 3: And offered the same thing Hunter Biden's attorney officers, we're
- 3:18Speaker 3: not going to do a deposition, but we'll do a
- 3:20Speaker 3: public hearing, Jamie Raskins said on CBS this week. I
- 3:23Speaker 3: believe it was or Meet the Press, one of those shows.
- 3:26Speaker 3: He said, Oh, well, he might have a public hearing,
- 3:29Speaker 3: but he's coming in for a deposition first, because depositions
- 3:33Speaker 3: are substantive. This is a credible substanti of investigation. We're
- 3:36Speaker 3: going to have the deposition, and that's the difference in
- 3:40Speaker 3: asking thirty five questions versus asking six or seven hundred questions.
- 3:45Speaker 1: By the way, the way that he just said that
- 3:47Speaker 1: is absolutely right. We're gonna have both. We can have
- 3:50Speaker 1: both these, but this idea that you can protect yourself
- 3:54Speaker 1: from one side or the other or dictate to us, which
- 3:56Speaker 1: is exact same way by the way Democrats did it
- 3:58Speaker 1: when they were going after Donald Trump and the president
- 4:02Speaker 1: that has been there. No, we're not going to be
- 4:04Speaker 1: pushed around. We're not going to be bullied by this.
- 4:07Speaker 1: That's what we're not going to allow to happen. Now,
- 4:10Speaker 1: this is encouraging news. And the reason why I say
- 4:15Speaker 1: this is encouraging news.
- 4:19Speaker 4: Is because.
- 4:22Speaker 1: There were worries from some last week that Republicans were
- 4:26Speaker 1: going to fold and allow for the Bidens to push
- 4:30Speaker 1: them around on impeachment, push them around the investigation. There
- 4:36Speaker 1: was an author of a book that he went on
- 4:39Speaker 1: Fox and he was asked a question. He has this
- 4:43Speaker 1: new book out and he was asked a question about
- 4:46Speaker 1: the Bidens and he was asked a question about impeachment.
- 4:49Speaker 1: I want you to hear what he had to say
- 4:52Speaker 1: about impeachment.
- 4:53Speaker 4: Now.
- 4:53Speaker 1: This is also after Fox and Friends had the new
- 4:56Speaker 1: Speaker of the House on to talk about these issues.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Take a list.
- 5:00Speaker 5: We want to go at this from a legal and
- 5:02Speaker 5: factual perspective, and the only way to get that is
- 5:04Speaker 5: through a deposition. And I will remind you will this
- 5:07Speaker 5: is what Democrats said when they refuse to allow just
- 5:10Speaker 5: an open hearing when they made their argument they want
- 5:12Speaker 5: a deposition. So now they're trying to make a counter argument,
- 5:14Speaker 5: but they are on record saying that witness should have
- 5:16Speaker 5: a deposition. So it is unacceptable that Hunter Biden's attorney
- 5:20Speaker 5: said he just wants to do an open hearing. The
- 5:22Speaker 5: only correct response to the subpoena is a deposition.
- 5:26Speaker 6: House.
- 5:27Speaker 7: GOP Conference Chair Elise Deephonic is echoing Republican calls to
- 5:31Speaker 7: have Hunter Biden testify behind closed doors for the impeachment
- 5:35Speaker 7: inquiry into the President, arguing a public spectacle can wait.
- 5:40Speaker 7: Seamus Brenner is the author of Control the Guards, and
- 5:43Speaker 7: he's the director of research at the Government Accountability Institute,
- 5:47Speaker 7: and he joins us, now, Seame is so great to
- 5:50Speaker 7: have you on. So the GOP says, we need this
- 5:52Speaker 7: behind closed doors, no grandstanding a Hunter and the Democrats
- 5:57Speaker 7: want an open hearing. You've staked your whole care on
- 6:00Speaker 7: government accountability and holding the powerful accountable and getting to
- 6:04Speaker 7: the root of scandals like this. What do you think
- 6:07Speaker 7: should happen?
- 6:08Speaker 4: Yeah, it's great to be with you, Rachel.
- 6:09Speaker 8: Congresswoman Stephanic is absolutely correct. It needs to be behind
- 6:13Speaker 8: closed doors. And of course Hunter and his allies want
- 6:17Speaker 8: to make it the public spectacle where it's about the
- 6:20Speaker 8: drugs and people and the prostitutes and poor Hunter's problem.
- 6:23Speaker 8: They need it behind closed doors so they can really
- 6:26Speaker 8: drill down, get to the meat of the problem, follow
- 6:29Speaker 8: the money. Reference the emails that are so damning against
- 6:32Speaker 8: Hunter and even Joe.
- 6:35Speaker 7: Yeah, you know, it's so interesting the scandal. It seems
- 6:37Speaker 7: so obvious to everyone looking. I mean, you have his
- 6:40Speaker 7: laptop that had all the emails. You had Tony Bobolinsky,
- 6:43Speaker 7: his business partner, who said, yeah, we met with Joe Biden.
- 6:46Speaker 7: You have shell companies in the name of the family.
- 6:49Speaker 7: What else You had ten percent to the big guy
- 6:51Speaker 7: in the emails and then we found payments of ten
- 6:53Speaker 7: percent to the big guy to Joe Biden and going
- 6:57Speaker 7: through again all these weird shell companies that know normal
- 6:59Speaker 7: person have or puts in the name of their grandkids.
- 7:02Speaker 7: So why is it taking so long with this particular family.
- 7:06Speaker 7: You studied a lot of these corrupt families. What is
- 7:09Speaker 7: it that this family has in particular?
- 7:11Speaker 8: Well, the Bidens are very dishonest about their business dealings.
- 7:15Speaker 4: I mean for years.
- 7:16Speaker 8: When we first broke this news in twenty eighteen, first
- 7:19Speaker 8: they said, oh, it's crazy conspiracy theories. There's no way
- 7:22Speaker 8: that Joe Biden ever talked business with his son Hunter.
- 7:26Speaker 8: Even to this day, Joe Biden says that he didn't
- 7:28Speaker 8: talk business, or if he did, you know, he never
- 7:30Speaker 8: got paid. And the standard that the Democrats have set
- 7:33Speaker 8: on this, which is, well, Joe never got paid. That's
- 7:36Speaker 8: not the standard. Eighteen USC. The bribery statue said, Section
- 7:41Speaker 8: two seventy one says that any thing of value for
- 7:45Speaker 8: any official action, and so the thing of value could
- 7:47Speaker 8: be payments to Hunter, it could be payments to James
- 7:50Speaker 8: Biden and the other Biden family members. It doesn't have
- 7:53Speaker 8: to go directly to Joe. So that's a false standard.
- 7:56Speaker 8: And if bribery was committed, then the custod two demands impeachment.
- 8:01Speaker 1: The Constitution demands impeachment. So it's about following the law.
- 8:10Speaker 1: For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 8:13Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider.
- 8:15Speaker 4: And when I say the only one, I mean it.
- 8:17Speaker 4: They're the only one.
- 8:18Speaker 1: They make a huge difference every time that you pay
- 8:20Speaker 1: your bill because they actually get back to conservative causes
- 8:24Speaker 1: and organizations to help you stand up for what you
- 8:28Speaker 1: believe in. While you're paying a bill you're going to
- 8:30Speaker 1: have anyways. This is the part that I love about
- 8:34Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. They're making a difference every time you pay
- 8:38Speaker 1: your bill, every time you make a phone call, every
- 8:40Speaker 1: time that you send a text message. Patriot Mobile actually
- 8:45Speaker 1: gives money back to protect First and Second Amendment rights,
- 8:48Speaker 1: to protect the lives of unborn children. And that's what
- 8:52Speaker 1: they're doing right now is they celebrate their tenth anniversary.
- 8:56Speaker 1: If you switch right now to Patriot Mobile, they are
- 8:59Speaker 1: going to give a nation to help protect life and
- 9:03Speaker 1: to help mothers choose life, to an organization that does
- 9:07Speaker 1: everything they can to protect the lives of unborn children.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Then every month when you pay your bill, they're going
- 9:13Speaker 1: to continue to support the causes that I just mentioned.
- 9:17Speaker 1: And this is exactly why you need to make the switch.
- 9:20Speaker 1: If you're tired of woke companies, switch your cell phone
- 9:25Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. Whether you are a business, a small business,
- 9:29Speaker 1: or just a family, you can switch and they make
- 9:31Speaker 1: switching easy. They have a one hundred percent US based
- 9:35Speaker 1: call center making switching extremely easy. You're going to get
- 9:38Speaker 1: nationwide coverage, unlimited talking texts, and usually save real money
- 9:42Speaker 1: on your bill. Nine seven to two Patriot It's nine
- 9:45Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot nine seven to two Patriot, or
- 9:49Speaker 1: go online to Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben that's
- 9:53Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben or nine seven to
- 9:57Speaker 1: two Patriot. Let me all also play for you with
- 10:02Speaker 1: Scott Perry had to say on the Hunter Biden deposition.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Here's what he had to say about simple, Hey, we're
- 10:07Speaker 1: going to ask him questions and he's going to have
- 10:10Speaker 1: to answer them.
- 10:11Speaker 2: They're pushing back. They don't even want to answer your subpoenas.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Do you really think you're going to get hunter Biden
- 10:16Speaker 2: to go under oath in a closed door session? He
- 10:18Speaker 2: already said no, I'll do only open forum because he
- 10:21Speaker 2: knows well how the open form is so much easier
- 10:24Speaker 2: for him than the closed recession. In an open forum,
- 10:27Speaker 2: each each lowmaker gets five minutes and you could pontificate
- 10:31Speaker 2: for that five minutes and then the moment has passed.
- 10:34Speaker 2: So he's not planning on doing a closed door meeting.
- 10:37Speaker 2: He wants the open forum.
- 10:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:39Speaker 6: Hunter Biden also wasn't planning on the prosecutor to the
- 10:42Speaker 6: judge looking at the plea agreement that the Department of
- 10:46Speaker 6: Justice put together the sweetheart deal for him. He wasn't
- 10:49Speaker 6: planning on that falling apart either, And now he's likely
- 10:53Speaker 6: to have to be accountable for his actions in the
- 10:56Speaker 6: past regarding that case. And I think what we're going
- 10:59Speaker 6: to see is that some point the Hunter Biden is
- 11:03Speaker 6: going to be under oath in a closed door session
- 11:05Speaker 6: like every other single, every single other witness. Hunter Biden,
- 11:09Speaker 6: because of his last name, is no more important, is
- 11:12Speaker 6: no more special than every other American. And oh, by
- 11:15Speaker 6: the way, as you know, Maria, this is a Department
- 11:18Speaker 6: of Justice has been has been treating and mistreating conservatives
- 11:22Speaker 6: differently under the law than everybody else. But we're not
- 11:26Speaker 6: gonna do that. We're gonna treat Hunter Biden just like
- 11:28Speaker 6: every other American. And he's gonna come in and he's
- 11:30Speaker 6: going to be deposed. He's gonna sit for the interview,
- 11:33Speaker 6: and he's going to answer the questions. That's what's going
- 11:35Speaker 6: to happen. Let me move on.
- 11:37Speaker 4: What a noble idea.
- 11:38Speaker 1: By the way, We're gonna treat Hunter Biden just like
- 11:42Speaker 1: any other American. Wow, what what a what an interesting
- 11:48Speaker 1: idea theory? Right, hey, Hunter Biden, you're gonna be treated
- 11:53Speaker 1: like anyone else. You haven't been so far. You've had
- 11:57Speaker 1: people that have protected you. You've had the Secret Service
- 12:00Speaker 1: come in and try to make your crimes literally disappear.
- 12:05Speaker 1: When you had that gun that you lost or chunked
- 12:08Speaker 1: in the dumpster, remember that, right, as Secret Service agents
- 12:10Speaker 1: while they were not under Secret Service protection. Show up
- 12:13Speaker 1: with that gun shop asking for the form that he
- 12:15Speaker 1: filled out so they could just make it all disappear.
- 12:19Speaker 1: You have a special prosecutor that it was protecting Hunter Biden.
- 12:22Speaker 1: The FBI that was protecting Hunter Biden, in fact, the
- 12:27Speaker 1: most egregious tax crimes.
- 12:28Speaker 4: They allowed the.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Statue of limitations to kick in, so there was like, oh, well,
- 12:35Speaker 1: even if he did do it, we can't investigate it
- 12:37Speaker 1: now because the statue of limitations has already disappeared. I
- 12:44Speaker 1: think most Americans at this point believe that Hunter Biden.
- 12:47Speaker 1: If his name wasn't Biden, one we wouldn't even be
- 12:50Speaker 1: talking about how rich he is, and two we sure
- 12:53Speaker 1: as hell wouldn't care about investigating him. The reason why
- 12:57Speaker 1: he needs to be investigated is actually pretty simple. The
- 13:01Speaker 1: reason why he needs to be investigator is because it
- 13:03Speaker 1: is clear that there's evidence that he and his family
- 13:07Speaker 1: members broke the law. Banks, by the way, who are
- 13:10Speaker 1: unbiased individuals, Banks that actually liked the Bidens because the
- 13:15Speaker 1: amount of money that was flowing through the bank accounts
- 13:17Speaker 1: was great for their business, even had to blow the
- 13:21Speaker 1: whistle more than one hundred times with suspicious activity reports
- 13:25Speaker 1: where they were reporting the Biden crime family for suspicious
- 13:28Speaker 1: criminal activities. We know he was involved in human trafficking
- 13:33Speaker 1: and sex trafficking organizations.
- 13:35Speaker 4: We know that he took money.
- 13:39Speaker 1: From the Russian Oligard millions of dollars, who's best friends
- 13:43Speaker 1: with Vladimir Putin, the former mayor of Moscow's wife, the
- 13:46Speaker 1: richest woman in Russia. We know that he took money
- 13:51Speaker 1: from Barisma. We know his dad bragged about getting the
- 13:55Speaker 1: special prosecutor, the investigator who was investigating Barisma, fired that
- 14:00Speaker 1: you're not getting American money money. We know that he
- 14:02Speaker 1: withheld American dollars to make that happen. We know all
- 14:08Speaker 1: of that. This is not that hard of a conversation
- 14:15Speaker 1: connecting these dots, as he described it, like, Hey, you're
- 14:19Speaker 1: going to have to do all of the things that
- 14:23Speaker 1: every other American would have to do if they were
- 14:24Speaker 1: under this type of scrutiny. That's just sound fair and
- 14:29Speaker 1: honest logic. It's also how the law is supposed to
- 14:34Speaker 1: be applied. There's not supposed to be two different justice systems.
- 14:41Speaker 1: That's not what the law states. Now, I understand that
- 14:45Speaker 1: there's corrupt people in the Deep State, and I understand
- 14:47Speaker 1: there's correct people with the DOJ and the FBI, and
- 14:49Speaker 1: they're going to do everything they can to protect the
- 14:51Speaker 1: people that give them their power, which is the Biden
- 14:53Speaker 1: crime family. But that doesn't mean that Congress shouldn't still investigate.
- 14:59Speaker 1: And I also want you to think about the arrogance,
- 15:02Speaker 1: just the straight up arrogance of you dictating to Congress
- 15:10Speaker 1: what you will and won't do when you're the one
- 15:13Speaker 1: that's been subpoena. Do you think a normal, average citizen
- 15:16Speaker 1: could get away with that. No, they could not. There's
- 15:20Speaker 1: no way in hell. But hunter Biden's been getting away
- 15:23Speaker 1: with has been getting away with so many things for
- 15:27Speaker 1: so long that I actually believe that they think to
- 15:31Speaker 1: themselves like, yeah, we can. We've been able to get
- 15:33Speaker 1: away with all this other stuff. Why can't we dictate
- 15:36Speaker 1: and why can't we get away with all of.
- 15:38Speaker 4: The rest of this stuff?
- 15:39Speaker 1: Like I actually believe that they think to themselves like,
- 15:42Speaker 1: we can do whatever the hell we want. We are
- 15:45Speaker 1: the bidens. We can take money from China, we can
- 15:49Speaker 1: be compromised by so many different groups of people around
- 15:54Speaker 1: the world, and we can take money from the highest bidders,
- 15:58Speaker 1: and we will get away with it. And continue to
- 16:00Speaker 1: get away with it. Hell, we'll even have a laptop
- 16:03Speaker 1: that has all of the crimes in chronological order, and
- 16:06Speaker 1: we can still get away with it. And you can
- 16:10Speaker 1: call us to come before Congress and we can still
- 16:14Speaker 1: get away with it. You can have the timeline, you
- 16:18Speaker 1: can have the WhatsApp messages, you can have the pictures,
- 16:22Speaker 1: you can have everything, and you still can't nail us.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Think about that mentality, and that's because for decades they've
- 16:31Speaker 1: actually been able to get away with it. I understand
- 16:36Speaker 1: this type of narcissism, I really do. Like I under
- 16:38Speaker 1: I get it. I understand this narcissistic behavior, probably now
- 16:44Speaker 1: more than ever. But as Congressman Perry said, the James Biden,
- 16:48Speaker 1: Hunter Biden others, they're gonna come in, they're gonna testify,
- 16:52Speaker 1: They're gonna be treated like every other American. They should
- 16:55Speaker 1: be treated like every other American. They shouldn't be able
- 17:01Speaker 1: to say I'll only do this and I won't do that.
- 17:05Speaker 1: That's not how are it's again, it's supposed to work.
- 17:11Speaker 1: James Comer when he said Hunter Biden is not going
- 17:13Speaker 1: to tell the House how we're going to do our job,
- 17:15Speaker 1: he was right to say it.
- 17:16Speaker 3: Well, he'll get a public here, and after he does
- 17:18Speaker 3: a deposition, he doesn't get to set the rule. Just
- 17:20Speaker 3: because he told the DOJ, the IRS, the National Archives,
- 17:25Speaker 3: and every other govern agency that's been investigating the Biden
- 17:27Speaker 3: for years to stand down doesn't mean he's going to
- 17:30Speaker 3: tell the House oversid coman he wants to do. We
- 17:31Speaker 3: have sent him a lawful subpoena.
- 17:34Speaker 1: We have sent him a lawful subpoena. We have sent
- 17:39Speaker 1: him a lawful subpoena. So you're going to have to
- 17:43Speaker 1: act the same way that everybody else acts when you
- 17:46Speaker 1: receive a lawful subpoena. There's something else I want to
- 17:50Speaker 1: bring up, that is that should be on your radar screen.
- 17:53Speaker 1: With the Democrats and specifically the Bidens, six different Democrats
- 18:00Speaker 1: now have joined House GOP members to block Biden, the
- 18:06Speaker 1: President of United States of America, from turning federal lands
- 18:10Speaker 1: into migrant camps. We're now learning just six Democrats, that's
- 18:15Speaker 1: all we could find, but at least there are six
- 18:17Speaker 1: of them join House Republicans this past week to prevent
- 18:21Speaker 1: President Joe Biden from turning federal lands into migrant camps
- 18:26Speaker 1: for tens of thousands of illegal aliens. Who've been released
- 18:30Speaker 1: into the United States Interior. On Thursday, the House pass
- 18:36Speaker 1: legislation legislation known as Protecting Our Communities from Failure to
- 18:40Speaker 1: Secure the Border Act, to block the federal government for
- 18:43Speaker 1: using these federal lands to house illegal aliens. Joining House
- 18:49Speaker 1: Republicans to pass the legislation were some Democrats, several of
- 18:54Speaker 1: them from border states.
- 18:55Speaker 4: I want to say, well done.
- 18:58Speaker 1: You had legislation that was introduced, legislation that came in
- 19:04Speaker 1: just as the New York governor and New York City
- 19:08Speaker 1: Mayor Adams got approval from the Biden administration to move
- 19:13Speaker 1: hundreds and potentially tens of thousands of border crossers and
- 19:17Speaker 1: illegal aliens on.
- 19:20Speaker 4: De Floyd then at Field.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Turning our federal parks into encampments for invented migrants from
- 19:26Speaker 1: all over the world is unfair to surrounding communities and
- 19:29Speaker 1: the taxpayers who are being forced to foot the bill
- 19:32Speaker 1: while our mayor bankrupts our city and slashes services for
- 19:36Speaker 1: our citizens, is what many said in a statement about
- 19:41Speaker 1: this move in New York Now. The historic federally owned
- 19:45Speaker 1: airfil was used by the US Coast Guarden Navy during
- 19:48Speaker 1: World War II. Before then, the airfield was also used
- 19:51Speaker 1: as New York City's first municipal airport and has had
- 19:55Speaker 1: famous guests visit in prior decades, including Howard Hughes and
- 20:00Speaker 1: Howdy Duty. The Biden administration reportedly had lobbied Democrats on
- 20:07Speaker 1: this legislation, claiming it would limit the powers of the
- 20:11Speaker 1: Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture. And
- 20:13Speaker 1: so the Biden administration came in and said, hey, Democrats,
- 20:18Speaker 1: we need you to oppose the legislation. Now, under Biden,
- 20:22Speaker 1: an unprecedent number of illegal aliens are being released into
- 20:24Speaker 1: the American communities every day. In fact, the Department of
- 20:28Speaker 1: Homeland Security Inspector General estimates the agency is now freeing
- 20:31Speaker 1: more than sixty thousand illegal aliens into the US Interior
- 20:36Speaker 1: every month over a year. That amounts to Biden releasing
- 20:41Speaker 1: more than seven hundred and twenty thousand illegal aliens on
- 20:45Speaker 1: purpose into the United States of America. And now they
- 20:48Speaker 1: want to use federal lands and parks to house them,
- 20:52Speaker 1: with your tax hours paying for their stay. Now, this
- 20:56Speaker 1: also comes out as there's new photos that hit the
- 20:59Speaker 1: internet over the weekend Migrants camp for days at Arizona's
- 21:05Speaker 1: Oregon Pipe National monument. Nearly a thousand migrants brave near
- 21:13Speaker 1: freezing temperatures in Arizona's desert after crossing the border wall
- 21:18Speaker 1: and waiting to be processed by border patrol. With most
- 21:21Speaker 1: border facilities facing over crowding and limited transportation resources to
- 21:25Speaker 1: serve the remote area, I mean, the migrants are spending
- 21:28Speaker 1: days sleeping in the desert hoping to gain their freedom
- 21:31Speaker 1: in the United States to pursue asylum claims. Now this
- 21:35Speaker 1: happened in Lukeville, Arizona. There's a limited number, by the way,
- 21:41Speaker 1: of border patrol agents that are standing watch over hundreds
- 21:44Speaker 1: and hundreds of migrants from a host of countries so
- 21:47Speaker 1: far away as Pakistan, the Middle East, the People's Republic
- 21:52Speaker 1: of China, Ecuador, several other military age men from West
- 21:57Speaker 1: African nations as well. Gren strip branches from scrub brush,
- 22:03Speaker 1: and they decided to build fires to warm themselves. They
- 22:07Speaker 1: waited for the processing and release by the border patrol
- 22:12Speaker 1: on Saturday, Just so you know, temperatures dipped to near
- 22:15Speaker 1: freezing by early morning as the migrants brave the cold
- 22:17Speaker 1: hoping to surrender to authorities. By the way, isn't this
- 22:21Speaker 1: the stuff that like democrats are supposed to be crying
- 22:24Speaker 1: over the inhumane treatment. How dare these illegal immigrantcies these
- 22:29Speaker 1: people be left in the desert to possibly freeze to death.
- 22:33Speaker 1: Oh wait, this is being created by them, That's why
- 22:36Speaker 1: the media is not covering it. Imagine if you had
- 22:39Speaker 1: people sleeping in the desert waiting to be processed under
- 22:41Speaker 1: the Trump administration, the media would have been down there
- 22:44Speaker 1: interviewing every one of them using translators with wall to
- 22:47Speaker 1: wall coverage. But since Biden's the president, this may be
- 22:51Speaker 1: the first and only time you're even hearing about this story.
- 22:54Speaker 4: Now.
- 22:54Speaker 1: As the fires burned out, some migrants walked into the
- 22:58Speaker 1: reserve area to strip branches from all trees to fuel
- 23:01Speaker 1: their fires. Lacking bathroom facilities, the necessity to use the
- 23:05Speaker 1: federally protected reserve area to perform bodily functions was unavoidable
- 23:09Speaker 1: as they waited transport to the processing facility. Due to
- 23:12Speaker 1: the remoteness of Lukeville and the demands of other migrant
- 23:16Speaker 1: groups apprehended within the Tucson sector, buses and vans arriving
- 23:21Speaker 1: to transport the migrants away from Lukeville were few and
- 23:24Speaker 1: far between. So this is a humanitarian crisis that's being
- 23:28Speaker 1: created by an open border. As transportation became available, some
- 23:33Speaker 1: migrants were taken into custy and marched.
- 23:35Speaker 4: To a.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Rallying point near the Lukeville Port of entry, where basic
- 23:40Speaker 1: biographical information was taken, personal property was inventory, and the
- 23:45Speaker 1: migrants were placed on arriving buses and vans days after
- 23:50Speaker 1: actually being there.
- 23:52Speaker 4: More than one hundred miles away. And another.
- 23:55Speaker 1: National reservation near San Miguel, Arizona, hundreds of migrants were
- 24:01Speaker 1: being guarded by Border Patrol agents competing for the limited
- 24:04Speaker 1: transportation resources to be moved out of the elements in
- 24:07Speaker 1: that area. The migrants are at the mercy quota of
- 24:11Speaker 1: the limited resources of Border Patrol, and they have a
- 24:15Speaker 1: hard time coping with three thousand migrants crossing into the
- 24:18Speaker 1: sector a day, which actually makes sense. In fact, according
- 24:23Speaker 1: to Border Patrol, seventeen thousand, five hundred migrants were apprehended
- 24:27Speaker 1: by agents within the Tucson sector during the last.
- 24:31Speaker 4: Week of November. Let me say that again.
- 24:33Speaker 1: According to Border Patrol, seventeen thousand, five hundred migrants were
- 24:37Speaker 1: apprehended by agents within the Tucson sector during the last
- 24:40Speaker 1: week of November alone. That number does not include the
- 24:44Speaker 1: migrants waiting for days to be formally taken to Cussey
- 24:49Speaker 1: until they are entered into an agency database to begin
- 24:53Speaker 1: the asylum process, and according to a source within the
- 24:57Speaker 1: Customs and Border Patrol US, of the migrants surrendering to
- 25:02Speaker 1: border patrol agents in the sector will be quickly released
- 25:04Speaker 1: to non government shelters in Tucson and Phoenix, where travel
- 25:08Speaker 1: to other parts of the United States will be facilitated
- 25:11Speaker 1: by the employees there.
- 25:12Speaker 4: Now, the border Patrol.
- 25:13Speaker 1: We now know apprehended nearly one hundred and ninety thousand
- 25:18Speaker 1: migrants entering the United States illegally at the southern border
- 25:22Speaker 1: in November alone. One hundred ninety thousand the apprehended. That
- 25:24Speaker 1: does not count the goataways. The Tucson Border Patrol Sector,
- 25:28Speaker 1: which includes Lukeville and Sa Miguel, continue to lead the
- 25:32Speaker 1: south southwest border with the apprehensions of nearly one hundred
- 25:35Speaker 1: and nineteen thousand migrants during October. These stories make me
- 25:41Speaker 1: angry because the Biden administration is allowing this to happen
- 25:45Speaker 1: on purpose. These stories make me angry because the aocs
- 25:50Speaker 1: that go down to remember the cages they called Trump's cages,
- 25:53Speaker 1: which are actually used and built by none other than
- 25:56Speaker 1: Barack Obama.
- 25:57Speaker 4: They're nowhere to be found.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Now, you have people that are coming into this country
- 26:03Speaker 1: looking for a better life because they have an open border.
- 26:07Speaker 1: You have people coming into this country, Let's be very
- 26:12Speaker 1: very very very very clear about this, coming into this
- 26:15Speaker 1: country who are then being used and abused by the cartels,
- 26:20Speaker 1: and this US government knows it. You have people coming
- 26:22Speaker 1: into this country that are smuggling drugs. You have people
- 26:26Speaker 1: coming to this country that are going to be indentured
- 26:28Speaker 1: servants slaves for years to pay off these terrorists, these
- 26:35Speaker 1: cartels that are smuggling in them into America. That is
- 26:39Speaker 1: also a fact, and this administration sees it, understands it,
- 26:44Speaker 1: and knows it. We now are seeing reports of the
- 26:48Speaker 1: overwhelming majority of unaccompanied minor children, especially young girls, are
- 26:52Speaker 1: sexually assaulted multiple times on this journey, and the Biden
- 26:58Speaker 1: administration says, keep the borders open and keep them coming in.
- 27:04Speaker 1: And then this government knows that these people are sleeping outside,
- 27:08Speaker 1: women and children in close to freezing temperatures where the
- 27:15Speaker 1: lows are in the thirties at night, and they're doing
- 27:18Speaker 1: nothing to expedite them through the process. Now, I say
- 27:23Speaker 1: all of that to remind you that when Democrats come
- 27:27Speaker 1: out and they claim that they care. When Democrats come
- 27:31Speaker 1: out and they claim that they're compassionate, they're not. They're
- 27:36Speaker 1: lying to you. They don't give a crap about these people.
- 27:39Speaker 1: They don't care about how they're being exploited. They don't
- 27:43Speaker 1: care about how they're being raped and being used like
- 27:46Speaker 1: actual slave labor. They don't care that these people are
- 27:50Speaker 1: worth more to the cartels than the drugs are shipping across.
- 27:55Speaker 1: And the reason why they don't care is for this
- 27:57Speaker 1: one simple reason. They only care about one day giving
- 28:02Speaker 1: them the ability to vote and thinking, and when we
- 28:05Speaker 1: do that, they will then vote for us.
- 28:08Speaker 4: That's it.
