- 0:47Speaker 4: the Muslim Brotherhood is an organization that many other countries
- 0:51Speaker 4: have already designated as a terrorist organization. Yet why has
- 0:55Speaker 4: the United States of America not done so so far? Well,

- 3:44Speaker 4: with them It's the forty seven Morning Update, and it
- 3:46Speaker 4: starts right now.
- 3:47Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 3:49Speaker 4: President Trump campaigned on getting education public education back to
- 3:53Speaker 4: the States and back to the local municipalities, and most importantly,
- 3:57Speaker 4: giving the power back to the parents to get their
- 4:00Speaker 4: kids the best education possible. He also said he was
- 4:03Speaker 4: going to shut down the Department of Education. Linda McMahon
- 4:07Speaker 4: had the job of doing exactly that, but the left
- 4:11Speaker 4: decided to step in with injunctions to stop her from
- 4:14Speaker 4: doing that job. Well, now the Supreme Court has come
- 4:17Speaker 4: down with their ruling. It was a six y three
- 4:20Speaker 4: ruling lifting a lower court injunction that had blocked the
- 4:24Speaker 4: administration from laying off about one thoy four hundred employees,
- 4:28Speaker 4: nearly one third of the Department of Education workforce. This
- 4:33Speaker 4: ruling temporarily green lights Donald Trump's March executive order directing
- 4:38Speaker 4: the Secretary of Education Linda McMahon to quote take all
- 4:42Speaker 4: necessary steps to close the department to the fullest extent
- 4:46Speaker 4: possible via administrative action. Now, six concervative justices allowed the
- 4:51Speaker 4: layoffs to proceed while litigation continues in the lower courts.
- 4:55Speaker 4: Justice Sotomayor joined Atlanta Kagan and Jackson sent unting strongly
- 5:01Speaker 4: warning that these decisions enable executive lawlessness, as they described it,
- 5:05Speaker 4: and erodes a separation of powers by allowing a de
- 5:08Speaker 4: facto dismantling of a congressional agency via unilateral staffing cuts. Yes,
- 5:15Speaker 4: the left is all in to try to stop Donald
- 5:17Speaker 4: Trump from getting kids a better education. Now, the High
- 5:21Speaker 4: Court paused this preliminary injunction that went into effect by
- 5:25Speaker 4: the US District Judge, a judge who was a Biden
- 5:28Speaker 4: appointee in Boston, that ordered the employees be reinstated. Quote,
- 5:33Speaker 4: the United States Supreme Court has headed a major victory
- 5:36Speaker 4: to parents and students across the country by declaring the
- 5:40Speaker 4: Trump administration may proceed on returning the functions of the
- 5:44Speaker 4: Department of Education back to the States. Is what Donald
- 5:49Speaker 4: Trump wrote in a post on True Social He went
- 5:51Speaker 4: on to say, now, with this great Supreme Court decision,
- 5:55Speaker 4: our Secretary of Education, Elena McMahon, may begin the very
- 5:59Speaker 4: important process, saying the federal government has been running our
- 6:03Speaker 4: education system into the ground, but we are going to
- 6:06Speaker 4: turn it all around by giving the power back to
- 6:09Speaker 4: the people. Trump went on to say, America's students will
- 6:12Speaker 4: be the best, be the brightest, and be the most
- 6:15Speaker 4: highly educated anywhere in the world. Thank you to the
- 6:18Speaker 4: United States Supreme Court. Now the Supreme Court sixty three
- 6:21Speaker 4: ruling came in that dispute that begins shortly after the
- 6:25Speaker 4: Education Department on March the eleventh announce the reduction of
- 6:28Speaker 4: force involving oney three hundred and seventy eight employees. McMahon
- 6:32Speaker 4: said in a news release that the staff reductions reflected
- 6:35Speaker 4: the Department of Education's commitment to quote efficiency, accountability, and
- 6:40Speaker 4: ensuring that resources are directed where they matter most to
- 6:44Speaker 4: the students, to the parents, and to the teachers. Trump
- 6:47Speaker 4: issued that executive order nine days later that instructed McMahon
- 6:51Speaker 4: to take all necessary steps to facilitate the closure of
- 6:54Speaker 4: the Department of Education, and on March twenty first, he
- 6:57Speaker 4: announced that the programs for Students with special needs and
- 7:01Speaker 4: the Federal Student Loan Portfolio would be transferred from the
- 7:04Speaker 4: Department of Education to the Department of Health and Human
- 7:07Speaker 4: Services and the Small Business Administration, respectively. That is when
- 7:11Speaker 4: a group of twenty states in the District of Columbia
- 7:14Speaker 4: to public school districts and teachers' unions filed a federal
- 7:19Speaker 4: lawsuit in Massachusetts arguing the staff reductions violated the Constitution
- 7:24Speaker 4: and the federal laws governing administrative agencies, yet again putting
- 7:29Speaker 4: the teachers union ahead of the parents and most importantly,
- 7:34Speaker 4: the students. Now Secretary of Education McMahon put this out
- 7:39Speaker 4: on Acts, saying, quote, today the Supreme Court again confirmed
- 7:42Speaker 4: the obvious President of the United States of America as
- 7:45Speaker 4: the head of the executive Branch, has the ultimate authority
- 7:48Speaker 4: to make decisions about staffing levels, administrative organization, and day
- 7:53Speaker 4: to day operations of federal agencies. While today's ruling is
- 7:57Speaker 4: a significant win for students and families, it is it's
- 8:00Speaker 4: a shame that the highest court in the land had
- 8:01Speaker 4: to step in to allow President Trump to advance the
- 8:04Speaker 4: reforms Americans elected him to deliver using the authorities granted
- 8:09Speaker 4: to him by our US Constitution. She went on to say,
- 8:12Speaker 4: the US Department of Education will now deliver on its
- 8:15Speaker 4: mandate to restore excellence in American education. We will carry
- 8:20Speaker 4: out the reduction of force to promote efficiency and accountability,
- 8:24Speaker 4: and to ensure resources are directed where they matter most
- 8:28Speaker 4: to students, parents, and teachers. As we return education to
- 8:32Speaker 4: the States. This administration will continue to perform all statutory
- 8:36Speaker 4: duties while empowering families and teachers by reducing education bureaucracy.
- 8:43Speaker 4: Yet again, the President United States of America not backing
- 8:46Speaker 4: down and making sure that American students have a chance
- 8:49Speaker 4: to succeed instead of being in a total failing system
- 8:53Speaker 4: with a federal government that has done anything but give
- 8:57Speaker 4: them a great education. Next story number two. It is
- 9:00Speaker 4: a very important piece of legislation that very well could
- 9:03Speaker 4: become an executive order and finally be done in the
- 9:07Speaker 4: US something that's already been done around the world. Texas
- 9:10Speaker 4: GOP Center Ted Cruz is set to introduce a bill
- 9:14Speaker 4: that would formally designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization,
- 9:19Speaker 4: the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorists Designation Act of twenty twenty five,
- 9:23Speaker 4: which follows repeated attempts to name the group of terrorists organization. Now,
- 9:27Speaker 4: it differs from previous versions as it calls for a
- 9:31Speaker 4: bottom up approach, and, according to a fact sheet provided
- 9:35Speaker 4: by Centaer Cruise Office, the previous attempts failed because quote,
- 9:39Speaker 4: not all Muslim Brotherhood branches are currently violent and wouldn't
- 9:44Speaker 4: therefore meet the criteria for designation. Now, let's be clear
- 9:48Speaker 4: about what other countries are doing. Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Aradibia, Syria,
- 9:53Speaker 4: and the United air of Emirates already designate the Muslim
- 9:57Speaker 4: Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. The b bill urges Secretary
- 10:01Speaker 4: of State Marco Rubio to catalog Muslim Brotherhood branches that
- 10:05Speaker 4: are designated as terrorist groups and designate additional ones that
- 10:08Speaker 4: meet relevant criteria, and mandates the designation of the Global
- 10:12Speaker 4: Muslim Brotherhood for its support for those terrorist groups that approach.
- 10:17Speaker 4: Actually mirrors with President Donald Trump did in twenty seventeen
- 10:22Speaker 4: in his effort to sanction Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard known
- 10:26Speaker 4: as the IRGC, an effort that designated the IRGC is
- 10:30Speaker 4: a foreign terrorist group. Now, Cruise's effort is openly supported
- 10:34Speaker 4: by GOP centers from Arkansas, Tom Cotton, for example, and
- 10:39Speaker 4: Rick Scott in Florida, as well as Dave McCormick in Pennsylvania.
- 10:43Speaker 4: Arab allies also appear ready to back the initiative, with
- 10:46Speaker 4: one official telling The Free Beacon in June that any
- 10:50Speaker 4: of the countries in the Middle East that have already
- 10:52Speaker 4: designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization would welcome
- 10:56Speaker 4: the United States doing the same thing now. Cruises bill
- 11:00Speaker 4: would use three ways to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a
- 11:03Speaker 4: terrorist organization congressional action under the nineteen eighty seven Anti
- 11:07Speaker 4: Terrorism Act, the State Department recognizing the Muslim Brotherhood as
- 11:11Speaker 4: a terrorist organization and specific designation as a specially designated
- 11:16Speaker 4: Global terrorist group. This is just some of what they're
- 11:19Speaker 4: now looking at now. The Secretary of State, Marco Rubio,
- 11:22Speaker 4: would have ninety days after the bill passes to submit
- 11:25Speaker 4: a report to Congress cataloging all Muslim Brotherhood branches around
- 11:30Speaker 4: the globe. The legislation would instruct him to designate any
- 11:33Speaker 4: identified group that meets the criteria. The bill then authorizes
- 11:37Speaker 4: a formal designation for the Muslim Brotherhood's global operation under
- 11:42Speaker 4: the nineteen eighty seven ATA, creating a primary embargo under
- 11:46Speaker 4: which Americans are banned from engaging in financial transactions with
- 11:50Speaker 4: the group and rendering its services.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Now.
- 11:53Speaker 4: In April, Jordan, the country banned the Muslim Brotherhood from
- 11:57Speaker 4: the country altogether. According to their charter. The terrorist group
- 12:00Speaker 4: AMAS is a wing of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Muslim
- 12:04Speaker 4: Brotherhood assassinated Egyptian President Awar Sadada in nineteen eighty one
- 12:08Speaker 4: for making peace, by the way, with Israel. The Muslim
- 12:11Speaker 4: Brotherhood's goal is clear to turn the world into a
- 12:14Speaker 4: theocratic empire. Stand with us. Has also said. The Muslim Brotherhood,
- 12:19Speaker 4: founded in the Egypt in nineteen twenty eight, is a
- 12:22Speaker 4: revolutionary fundamentalist movement to restore the caliphate and strict Sharia
- 12:27Speaker 4: Islamic law is something that they demand. I want you
- 12:30Speaker 4: to hear more directly from what Center Cruz had to
- 12:33Speaker 4: say about this legislation and also the fact that this
- 12:37Speaker 4: could become an executive order.
- 12:39Speaker 5: The Muslim Brotherhood is a global Islamist violent organization. It
- 12:44Speaker 5: was founded in nineteen twenty eight in Egypt. It was
- 12:47Speaker 5: a fringe group for the first few decades, and then
- 12:49Speaker 5: it grew dramatically inside of Egypt, and then it spread beyond.
- 12:53Speaker 5: The Muslim Brotherhood has branches and countries and territories all
- 12:56Speaker 5: over the world, and they are openly committed to seize
- 13:00Speaker 5: control of those countries and seizing control of those territories,
- 13:04Speaker 5: they explicitly intend to use violent jihad to overthrow non
- 13:10Speaker 5: Islamist governments. During the Obama administration, they did. They seized
- 13:15Speaker 5: control of Egypt. Mohammed Morci and the Muslim Brotherhood seized
- 13:19Speaker 5: control until they were ultimately overthrown by the Egyptian army.
- 13:23Speaker 5: By the way, when when the Muslim Brotherhood took over Egypt,
- 13:26Speaker 5: the Obama administration cheered them on. And how do we
- 13:30Speaker 5: know that the Muslim Brotherhood supports terrorism because several of
- 13:33Speaker 5: their branches are explicit terrorist organizations. Among those is Hamas,
- 13:39Speaker 5: which everyone listening to this podcast knows about.
- 13:41Speaker 4: Hamas.
- 13:42Speaker 5: Yeah, Hamas is one of the wings of the Muslim Brotherhood.
- 13:46Speaker 5: They also include other groups that folks may not have
- 13:50Speaker 5: heard about, like Hassim and Leewa al Thawrah, both of
- 13:55Speaker 5: which the State Department says have been associated with the
- 13:58Speaker 5: Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, and they are branches that have already
- 14:02Speaker 5: been formally designated as terrorist groups. Other Brotherhood branches are
- 14:06Speaker 5: committing terrorism right now, but they haven't yet been formally designated.
- 14:10Speaker 5: Just a few weeks ago, the Jordanian government disrupted attacks
- 14:13Speaker 5: being planned by Brotherhood members and police raided the Islamic
- 14:18Speaker 5: Action Front, which is the Jordanian Muslim Brotherhood branch.
- 14:22Speaker 4: I think it would make a very good.
- 14:23Speaker 5: Sense for us to vote on it on the Senate floor,
- 14:25Speaker 5: for John Thune to bring it up and make senators
- 14:29Speaker 5: vote Most of the Democrats are going to vote. Now,
- 14:31Speaker 5: I think it'd be valuable to get them on record,
- 14:34Speaker 5: force them to vote. But I'll tell you what I
- 14:36Speaker 5: think the real path to success will be is that
- 14:38Speaker 5: we're going to lead the fight in the Senate. I
- 14:40Speaker 5: hope we tee this up for a vote, and if
- 14:43Speaker 5: the Democrats block it, which in all likelihood they will,
- 14:46Speaker 5: they have for a decade. What I think is going
- 14:49Speaker 5: to happen is I think the President is going to
- 14:50Speaker 5: do this through an executive order. And I'm certainly urging
- 14:54Speaker 5: President Trump to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist
- 14:57Speaker 5: organization through an executive order. And I think the fight
- 15:01Speaker 5: that I'm leading in the Senate helps build momentum for
- 15:05Speaker 5: the President to step in and make this designation. I
- 15:08Speaker 5: think it's going to happen. I think we're gonna see
- 15:10Speaker 5: it happen this term.
- 15:11Speaker 4: There's no doubt the Muslim Brotherhood is a global terrorist organization.
- 15:15Speaker 4: In fact, they have chapters in eighty different countries. And
- 15:19Speaker 4: if you want to know what the Brotherhood thinks about America,
- 15:22Speaker 4: they want America to fall. In twenty ten, their Supreme
- 15:25Speaker 4: Guide told their followers to quote, be patient because America
- 15:29Speaker 4: is heading towards its demise. Make no doubt about it.
- 15:34Speaker 4: It's long overdue for us to designate the Muslim Brotherhood
- 15:37Speaker 4: as a terrorist organization, and hopefully it's something the President
- 15:40Speaker 4: will be doing very soon. And finally, story number three,
- 15:44Speaker 4: President Donald Trump made it very clear when he was
- 15:46Speaker 4: running for president, if you vote for him, he's going
- 15:48Speaker 4: to secure the southern border and also have the largest
- 15:51Speaker 4: deportation this country has ever seen of illegal immigrants. The
- 15:54Speaker 4: President holding true to that promise, regardless of how much
- 15:58Speaker 4: the media attacks him. Which brings us to the big
- 16:00Speaker 4: story about Alligator Alcatraz. It is simply the Everglades Detention Center.
- 16:06Speaker 4: It's located at the Dad Callier Airport in the Florida Everglades,
- 16:10Speaker 4: and the facility has actually been nicknamed Alligator Alcatraz. And
- 16:14Speaker 4: that's where the media lost their minds Now. It began
- 16:17Speaker 4: operations on July third. It's intended to hold up to
- 16:21Speaker 4: five thousand immigration to dainees. As of today, lawmakers and
- 16:26Speaker 4: the press have visited under tight restrictions. Democrat officials infuriated,
- 16:32Speaker 4: describing it as quote vile, horrible, and citing overcrowded cages,
- 16:37Speaker 4: lack of sanitation, extreme heat, worm infested food, flooding toilets,
- 16:43Speaker 4: and restricted legal access. The reality that's all a lot.
- 16:49Speaker 4: The Trump administration Republican officials have defended it, saying it
- 16:53Speaker 4: meets standards and it serves a deterrent, and plans exist
- 16:58Speaker 4: to replicate this model in other states, doubling down now.
- 17:02Speaker 4: It's currently a flashpoint in the immigration debate, praise by
- 17:06Speaker 4: many like myself who support the present saying this is
- 17:09Speaker 4: effective in condemning illegal immigration, even as Democrats quote unquote
- 17:16Speaker 4: call it inhumane. Well, the President of the United States
- 17:19Speaker 4: of America making it clear, sending out Tom Homan to
- 17:22Speaker 4: do TV to talk about immigration and also Alligator Alcatraz,
- 17:28Speaker 4: and he set the record straight with data bash on
- 17:31Speaker 4: see it in take a listen.
- 17:33Speaker 6: I do want to turn to what is going on
- 17:36Speaker 6: in Florida, and that is what the administration, what you
- 17:40Speaker 6: call Alligator Alcatraz, was visited by Democratic members of Congress yesterday.
- 17:46Speaker 6: They were given limited access, and this of course is
- 17:51Speaker 6: a new detention facility set up by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
- 17:55Speaker 6: What these congress people described was sweltering heat, bugginfinst infestations,
- 18:01Speaker 6: meager meals. They say they heard detainees crying out for help.
- 18:05Speaker 6: The wife of one man detained there said he's not
- 18:07Speaker 6: been given access to a lawyer. He's been in detention
- 18:11Speaker 6: for about two weeks. Is that acceptable to you? And
- 18:13Speaker 6: is that what you're saying when you go, I.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Have not been there yet, and I doubt a lot
- 18:18Speaker 1: of that's factual. I mean, bottom line is, you know,
- 18:22Speaker 1: from the day one, I've been doing this job since
- 18:24Speaker 1: nineteen eighty four, detainees complain about the conditions of detention.
- 18:28Speaker 1: And I said this many times. You can simply go
- 18:31Speaker 1: to ICE dot GUB and look at the detention standards
- 18:34Speaker 1: ICE has. They have the highest attention standers in the industry.
- 18:37Speaker 1: But these same congressmen are complaining about alligator alcatracts. You
- 18:41Speaker 1: didn't see him complaining about under Biden administration, people being
- 18:44Speaker 1: held in Borbital parking lot surrounded by a fence in
- 18:48Speaker 1: the swatter heat. Not a word. You didn't hear a
- 18:50Speaker 1: word about half a million children being trafficked in the
- 18:53Speaker 1: country and them not being able to locate three hundred thousand.
- 18:55Speaker 1: President Trump, this administration is finding thousands of those children,
- 18:59Speaker 1: So you know they they have a lot of anger.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Under President Trump, and how we're doing business, and they
- 19:03Speaker 1: ignored four years of open borders, historic migrant death, historic
- 19:07Speaker 1: Americans dying from fatanahl, historic numbers and women killing being
- 19:11Speaker 1: sex traffic, historic number of people on terras, Watson is
- 19:14Speaker 1: coming across the border. Silence, Silence because they're complicit, because
- 19:19Speaker 1: they didn't take the administration on and ask them security border.
- 19:23Speaker 1: You can't have strong national security in this country if
- 19:26Speaker 1: we don't have border security. We got to know who's
- 19:28Speaker 1: coming and what's coming to where it's coming. Well, instead,
- 19:30Speaker 1: they kept silent, and they kept feeding the American people.
- 19:33Speaker 1: We have a secure border, and we did not. There
- 19:36Speaker 1: are consequences of breaking laws, and I think that's why
- 19:39Speaker 1: one of the reasons we have the most secure boarder
- 19:41Speaker 1: in history of this nation today. It's just not because
- 19:43Speaker 1: we've got boots on the ground on the border, not
- 19:45Speaker 1: because we end the catcher leaves a lot of its consequences.
- 19:48Speaker 1: You're watching what's happening, we're enforcing the immigration law, and
- 19:51Speaker 1: I think that consequence has a lot to do with
- 19:54Speaker 1: having the most secure border in the history of this nation.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Having the most secure border in the history of this
- 19:59Speaker 4: nation exactly what President Donald Trump promised and now we're
- 20:03Speaker 4: seeing the numbers backing it up.
