Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict to with Senator Ted Cruz. We are
- 0:04Speaker 2: doing this podcast after midnight.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Senator, you're at the border.
- 0:10Speaker 2: You are there where Title forty two has literally just expired.
- 0:17Speaker 2: What does this mean for the country and what have
- 0:19Speaker 2: you seen today?
- 0:21Speaker 3: Well, Ben, you and I are recording this. It is
- 0:23Speaker 3: right now twelve fourteen am Friday morning. Title forty two
- 0:29Speaker 3: expired at midnight, So for fourteen minutes, the last legal
- 0:34Speaker 3: authority the Biden administration was using to deport illegal aliens
- 0:39Speaker 3: is no longer in effect. From the first day of
- 0:44Speaker 3: the Biden presidency until today, we've seen over six and
- 0:48Speaker 3: a half million people cross into this country, the worst
- 0:51Speaker 3: illegal immigration in the history of our country. As of
- 0:55Speaker 3: right now, it is about to get much much worse.
- 1:02Speaker 3: And so I flew down this afternoon Thursday afternoon and
- 1:05Speaker 3: came to the southern border with three other senators, with
- 1:10Speaker 3: Roger Marshall, with John Hoven and Ted Budd and the
- 1:14Speaker 3: four of us wanted to see firsthand what is happening here.
- 1:17Speaker 3: We wanted to be here for the expiration of Title
- 1:20Speaker 3: forty two to let the American people know what is
- 1:23Speaker 3: happening and that the Biden administration wants this absolute catastrophe
- 1:29Speaker 3: to unfold.
- 1:31Speaker 2: It is truly shocking to watch the images that so
- 1:35Speaker 2: many Americans saw, and we'll see over the weekend of
- 1:39Speaker 2: the drone footage if you've been watching Fox News channel
- 1:42Speaker 2: of tens of thousands of people waiting to come across
- 1:46Speaker 2: the border. And there was a warning that was given,
- 1:50Speaker 2: advice that was given not only to the Biden administration
- 1:55Speaker 2: by Border Patrol, but we actually have a guest with
- 1:58Speaker 2: us tonight that warrened Biden administration that this was going
- 2:02Speaker 2: to happen. And the Biden transition team clearly said, no, no, no,
- 2:06Speaker 2: we don't care about the chaos and the anarchy.
- 2:09Speaker 1: We want this by design.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Well, that's exactly right.
- 2:13Speaker 3: And so tonight, Ben, you and I are joined by
- 2:15Speaker 3: someone who has become a very good friend of mine,
- 2:17Speaker 3: Brandon Judd. Brandon is the president of the National Border
- 2:20Speaker 3: Patrol Council. That is the union, the national union for
- 2:24Speaker 3: the men and women of the Border Patrol all across
- 2:27Speaker 3: this country. And I have spent hundreds of hours with
- 2:31Speaker 3: Brandon and with the heroes of the Border Patrol. I've
- 2:34Speaker 3: been blessed to go out with them repeatedly on midnight
- 2:37Speaker 3: patrol down on the border. I've been been with them
- 2:42Speaker 3: at midnight muster. I've been with them as they're processing
- 2:46Speaker 3: this deluge of illegal immigrants. I've been with them to
- 2:49Speaker 3: encourage those heroes while they have political superiors who undermine them,
- 2:56Speaker 3: who belittle them, who insult them, and who deliberately prevent
- 2:59Speaker 3: them from doing their jobs. And I have to say
- 3:01Speaker 3: it is a miracle that they continue to show up
- 3:05Speaker 3: to work every day to protect this country, even while
- 3:09Speaker 3: facing a president and an administration that is doing everything
- 3:13Speaker 3: it can to make it impossible for them to succeed
- 3:16Speaker 3: at their task.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Brendan, I got to ask you about the warning and
- 3:20Speaker 2: the advice that you gave to the Biden administration. You
- 3:26Speaker 2: gave advice, You told the Biden transition team before even
- 3:31Speaker 2: Biden took office what they need to do to keep
- 3:33Speaker 2: a secure border. You represent, obviously as the president of
- 3:37Speaker 2: National Border Patrol Council border patrol agents who right now,
- 3:42Speaker 2: God bless all of you for what you do, because
- 3:44Speaker 2: I can't imagine going to work every day knowing that
- 3:46Speaker 2: the administration is working against you the way that they
- 3:50Speaker 2: are right now.
- 3:50Speaker 1: But what did you tell them?
- 3:53Speaker 2: And you knew this day would come, and this hour
- 3:56Speaker 2: would come, and this moment would come if they did
- 3:59Speaker 2: and put in place the policies that they have now
- 4:01Speaker 2: put on all.
- 4:02Speaker 4: Of us, not just once.
- 4:03Speaker 5: I sat down with the transition team three separate times
- 4:07Speaker 5: to discuss the issues that we face on the border,
- 4:09Speaker 5: to discuss what could be done to keep the American
- 4:14Speaker 5: people safe. And that's what border security is all about.
- 4:16Speaker 5: We've got to keep the American people.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Scar Brandon, this was not just the Trump transition team,
- 4:20Speaker 3: although you sat down with him as well.
- 4:21Speaker 4: I talk to I was on the Trump transition.
- 4:23Speaker 3: You were on the Trump transition team. But when Joe
- 4:25Speaker 3: Biden came in, you sat I did with them. I did,
- 4:28Speaker 3: and you tried to help them not have this disaster.
- 4:32Speaker 5: I did the best that I could. I didn't vote
- 4:35Speaker 5: for Joe Biden. I don't like Joe Biden, and I
- 4:36Speaker 5: didn't like him as the Senator. I didn't like him
- 4:38Speaker 5: as as the Vice president. But I did want him
- 4:40Speaker 5: to succeed as the President of the United States, because
- 4:42Speaker 5: if he succeeds, the American people succeed.
- 4:44Speaker 4: That's all I cared about. And so I sat down
- 4:45Speaker 4: with the transition team.
- 4:47Speaker 5: I sat down with him three separate times, and we
- 4:49Speaker 5: went over in depth what needs to be done on
- 4:52Speaker 5: the border secure to secure the border, and we even
- 4:55Speaker 5: stayed within the parameters that that Biden game on the
- 4:59Speaker 5: campaign trail. It's not like we offered them up radical ideas.
- 5:03Speaker 5: It's not like we were telling them stick with the
- 5:05Speaker 5: Trump policies, although I would have loved to have stuck
- 5:07Speaker 5: with those policies. We work within their parameters and they
- 5:10Speaker 5: still rejected it, which clearly showed to me that they
- 5:12Speaker 5: didn't care about securing the border. They didn't care about
- 5:15Speaker 5: the American people who they're supposed to be protecting, and
- 5:19Speaker 5: so it was really disgusting to me. And not only
- 5:22Speaker 5: did I sit down with the transition team, I actually
- 5:24Speaker 5: spoke with Secretary of my Orchis prior to his confirmation
- 5:28Speaker 5: and discussed the issues with him as well. And so
- 5:31Speaker 5: when you look at this, it's not like they can
- 5:35Speaker 5: claim that they didn't know. It's not like they can
- 5:37Speaker 5: say we didn't know what we needed to do. They
- 5:41Speaker 5: know exactly what they need to do. They knew what
- 5:44Speaker 5: they needed to do, and so you have to ask yourself,
- 5:47Speaker 5: are they doing this on purpose? And I think that
- 5:49Speaker 5: the only answer is yes, they are. They are doing
- 5:51Speaker 5: this on purpose. They are pandering to open border activists.
- 5:55Speaker 4: Look at the West Wing, Look at the West Wing.
- 5:57Speaker 5: All of the political appointees in the West they come
- 6:00Speaker 5: from activist backgrounds. Look at the Look at the political
- 6:03Speaker 5: appointees in DHS. They come from activist backgrounds. So now
- 6:07Speaker 5: you have activists that are running legitimate law enforcement agency.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Brandon, you were with me when when I brought down
- 6:14Speaker 3: nineteen senators to the boarder and we went in to
- 6:19Speaker 3: the Biden cages, to the tent city at Donna, and
- 6:22Speaker 3: there the Biden administration refused to let TV cameras in.
- 6:26Speaker 3: They refused to let Fox News in, They refused to
- 6:28Speaker 3: let ABC News in because they said that the that
- 6:32Speaker 3: the cameraman might have COVID. Now, mind you, these these
- 6:35Speaker 3: these Biden cages were packed wall to wall and as
- 6:39Speaker 3: your recall, and Brandon, you'll recall well, because you were
- 6:42Speaker 3: standing there, I pulled out my cell phone and I
- 6:44Speaker 3: began taking pictures and recording it. And the Biden DHS
- 6:48Speaker 3: had sent they'd sent this little political operative who jumped
- 6:52Speaker 3: in front of the camera and tried to block me.
- 6:54Speaker 3: And she was she was the right hand to to
- 6:59Speaker 3: to the head of CBP, and her job was prevent
- 7:03Speaker 3: the American people from seeing the disaster they were creating.
- 7:07Speaker 3: And so, you know, I kind of laughed and said, well,
- 7:11Speaker 3: you're about to make yourself famous. And I think that
- 7:13Speaker 3: that video that I took on my cell phone because
- 7:15Speaker 3: they wouldn't let news cameras in, it ran on just
- 7:18Speaker 3: about every news station.
- 7:19Speaker 4: It did, It did, and it showed.
- 7:22Speaker 3: And at one point she was yelling at me, respect
- 7:25Speaker 3: these people, respect these their dignity, and I said, you
- 7:28Speaker 3: respect these people. You're the one that have locked them
- 7:30Speaker 3: up in cages like animals and you leave. They were stacked.
- 7:36Speaker 3: You saw children shoulder to shoulder, lying on the floor
- 7:39Speaker 3: on mats with with silver reflective blankets. There was a
- 7:44Speaker 3: rate of COVID positivity among the kids that was through
- 7:48Speaker 3: the roof. And the Biden policies kept having thousands upon
- 7:52Speaker 3: thousands and ultimately millions of people coming.
- 7:55Speaker 5: As a federal employee as a border patrol asis and
- 7:57Speaker 5: that was one of the funniest things I had ever
- 8:00Speaker 5: seen in my career. It was absolutely great to see
- 8:04Speaker 5: this little political appointed, this little activist just absolutely lose
- 8:08Speaker 5: her mind. And that goes back to the problem that
- 8:11Speaker 5: we're dealing with this administration.
- 8:13Speaker 4: We all want to have an honest conversation.
- 8:15Speaker 5: When I say we all want to the honest people
- 8:18Speaker 5: want to have a conversation so the American people understand
- 8:21Speaker 5: what's going on. I don't care if the American people
- 8:23Speaker 5: agree with me. I don't care if they come back.
- 8:26Speaker 4: And say that you know I'm wrong.
- 8:28Speaker 5: All I want is I want them to have all
- 8:31Speaker 5: of the information. I want them to be able to
- 8:33Speaker 5: make an informed opinion upon all of the evidence, not
- 8:37Speaker 5: just the rhetoric that comes out of the White House.
- 8:39Speaker 5: And if we have that honest conversation, I am absolutely
- 8:42Speaker 5: convinced that the American people will agree that the border
- 8:45Speaker 5: needs to be secured. And I am absolutely convinced that
- 8:48Speaker 5: they will blame what is currently going on on the
- 8:51Speaker 5: border on this administration, and that they will know that
- 8:54Speaker 5: this administration is actually killing American citizens. Fentanyl poisoning is
- 8:59Speaker 5: taking place. Seventy thousand US citizens are losing their lives
- 9:03Speaker 5: every year to fentanyl poisoning. And it's all because the
- 9:06Speaker 5: Biden administration does not allow us to go after the cartels.
- 9:09Speaker 4: They're enriching the cartels.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Brandon, how frustrated are border patrol agents right now. Give
- 9:15Speaker 3: me the real sentiment of the men and women on
- 9:18Speaker 3: the front.
- 9:18Speaker 5: We're sick of him. We're sick of him. He's got
- 9:21Speaker 5: to go. As far as we're concerned, he has got
- 9:23Speaker 5: to go. And we were absolutely demralized.
- 9:27Speaker 4: I believe that.
- 9:28Speaker 5: Every hard working person in this country, they want to
- 9:32Speaker 5: feel like their job means something. They want to feel
- 9:34Speaker 5: like they have accomplished something. They want to go home
- 9:37Speaker 5: every day thinking that I did a good job. Border
- 9:40Speaker 5: patrol agents cannot do that right now. We know that
- 9:43Speaker 5: every single time we put on a uniform that we're
- 9:47Speaker 5: not doing anything. All we're doing is actually aiding in
- 9:49Speaker 5: a betting these criminal cartels with facilitating the transport of
- 9:54Speaker 5: illegal aliens throughout the entire United States. The fentanyl that's
- 9:58Speaker 5: coming in. We want to go after for these cartels.
- 10:00Speaker 5: We want to go after their profits. We want to
- 10:02Speaker 5: stop sex trafficking, We want to save migrants lives, and
- 10:07Speaker 5: this administration won't let us.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Brandon, I want to ask you a question about national
- 10:12Speaker 2: security and the safety and what's coming across the border
- 10:16Speaker 2: that the media doesn't want to cover. That includes what
- 10:20Speaker 2: you mentioned obviously with fetanyl, but also from a national
- 10:23Speaker 2: security standpoint, we have people that are on lists, wanted
- 10:27Speaker 2: list and tarifs watch list that we are catching coming
- 10:30Speaker 2: across the border. And before I get you to answer that,
- 10:32Speaker 2: I want to talk about our friends agust the Precious Metals.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Let's talk about the economy for a second. If you're
- 10:38Speaker 2: really stressed out about your retirement, if you're stressed out
- 10:41Speaker 2: about your four oh one K, there's a lot of
- 10:44Speaker 2: people that are watching what's happened in the markets. They're
- 10:46Speaker 2: watching what's happening with inflation, they're watching what's happening with
- 10:49Speaker 2: interest rates, and they're also watching what's been happening with
- 10:52Speaker 2: banks and some failures recently. That's where you can protect
- 10:56Speaker 2: some of your hard earned dollars by putting in a
- 10:59Speaker 2: gold ira and our friends at gust Of Precious Metals
- 11:02Speaker 2: they can help you do exactly that. Their goal is
- 11:06Speaker 2: to give you peace of mind during this crazy economic
- 11:09Speaker 2: time that we're in. They know that you have to
- 11:12Speaker 2: save those dollars and protect those dollars because there's no
- 11:16Speaker 2: time to make up losses. Check out Augusta Precious Medals,

- 11:24Speaker 2: them and you can actually sit down with them and
- 11:26Speaker 2: you'll understand why they have thousands of five star ratings
- 11:30Speaker 2: and there's a reason why Money magazine says they are
- 11:33Speaker 2: the best gold IRA company. Eight seven seven the number
- 11:38Speaker 2: four gold IRA. That's eight seven seven the number four
- 11:42Speaker 2: gold IRA. Or online a Gusta Precious Metals dot Com
- 11:45Speaker 2: call them eight seven to seven the number four gold
- 11:48Speaker 2: ir A to get that free Investor's guide on gold. Brandon,
- 11:53Speaker 2: let's talk about the national security aspect of an open border.
- 11:56Speaker 2: It still is hard for me to just get my
- 11:59Speaker 2: head right around the idea that in a post nine
- 12:02Speaker 2: to eleven world. And I know that was a long
- 12:04Speaker 2: time ago in some people's minds. To me, it's still
- 12:07Speaker 2: very fresh. I still remember what that was like. How
- 12:11Speaker 2: we have a border that is so wide open, and
- 12:14Speaker 2: we also know that people are exploiting our open border.
- 12:18Speaker 2: How big of a concern is that for you and
- 12:20Speaker 2: all the border patrol a DIDs you work with.
- 12:22Speaker 5: We always talk about the apprehensions, We talk about the
- 12:25Speaker 5: how those those numbers are skyrocketing, how we're taking too
- 12:29Speaker 5: many people in custody. What doesn't get talked about enough
- 12:32Speaker 5: and where national security is involved, is the god Aways,
- 12:36Speaker 5: the people that are able to enter the country illegally
- 12:38Speaker 5: and evade apprehension. Right now, we're having about three thousand
- 12:43Speaker 5: god aways per day. That means three thousand people who
- 12:47Speaker 5: we don't know who they are, where they're coming from,
- 12:48Speaker 5: what their.
- 12:49Speaker 6: Intentions are here in the United States.
- 12:51Speaker 5: They're able to evade apprehension, and we're going to fill
- 12:55Speaker 5: the effects of it down the road.
- 12:56Speaker 6: It's never terror is always lay in weight.
- 12:59Speaker 1: That's what they do.
- 13:00Speaker 6: They wait until there's an opportunity.
- 13:02Speaker 5: And if we have people that are crossing the border
- 13:05Speaker 5: illegally and they're able to evade apprehension, they're coming from
- 13:08Speaker 5: the Middle East, or they're coming from a country that
- 13:10Speaker 5: wants to do us harm, we're ultimately going to feel
- 13:13Speaker 5: that effects. That again, is one of the reasons that
- 13:16Speaker 5: border security is so important to the American people. It's
- 13:19Speaker 5: so important to this nation that we're able to secure
- 13:22Speaker 5: the border. It's so important to this nation that we're
- 13:24Speaker 5: able to vet every single person that comes into this
- 13:28Speaker 5: country so we can ensure that we can protect the
- 13:31Speaker 5: interest not only of the economy, but also the interests
- 13:35Speaker 5: of each individual American.
- 13:38Speaker 3: Well and Brandon, I want to underscore something you said,
- 13:43Speaker 3: if you're coming here illegally and you're not a bad guy,
- 13:47Speaker 3: You're not a drug dealer, you're not a gang member,
- 13:50Speaker 3: you don't have a criminal record, you're not a terrorist.
- 13:55Speaker 3: Is there any reason for you to be a runner?
- 13:57Speaker 3: Is there any reason for you to be a godaway?
- 14:00Speaker 1: None?
- 14:00Speaker 6: Absolutely none?
- 14:01Speaker 4: And why is that?
- 14:02Speaker 5: Because you know you're going to be released under these policies,
- 14:05Speaker 5: You're going to be released in the United States, So
- 14:07Speaker 5: why would you run?
- 14:08Speaker 3: So understand that if you're just a regular Central American
- 14:12Speaker 3: who wants to come to America, what you do is
- 14:16Speaker 3: what they're doing by the thousands.
- 14:17Speaker 4: Every night.
- 14:18Speaker 3: You come across and you go look for a bordertrol agent.
- 14:21Speaker 3: You don't run. You actually walk up to the border
- 14:24Speaker 3: patrol agent. Most of them are carrying with them a
- 14:27Speaker 3: plastic baggie, typically with some form of identification, maybe a
- 14:31Speaker 3: birth certificate, maybe a passport, and usually a phone number
- 14:34Speaker 3: of somebody in the United States, and they go look
- 14:36Speaker 3: for a.
- 14:36Speaker 4: Border patrol agent. They do.
- 14:38Speaker 3: They not only don't run, they want to find the
- 14:40Speaker 3: border patrol agent because the border patrol agent will process
- 14:46Speaker 3: them and under Biden, will put them on an airplane
- 14:49Speaker 3: or a bus and take them to wherever they want
- 14:51Speaker 3: to go in the United States. So the three thousand
- 14:54Speaker 3: people a day who were running, who were got aways,
- 14:58Speaker 3: the natural inference is every one of them has something
- 15:01Speaker 3: to hide. Every one of them has something that they're like, Wait,
- 15:05Speaker 3: if I were to turn myself into a border patrol agent,
- 15:08Speaker 3: they would find out that I have a homicide conviction,
- 15:10Speaker 3: they would find out that I'm a member of MS thirteen,
- 15:12Speaker 3: they would find out that I'm the terrorist watch list,
- 15:15Speaker 3: they would find out that I'm carrying a backpack full
- 15:18Speaker 3: of marijuana or fetanol. And those are the people that
- 15:22Speaker 3: are getting away, and they're doing it every single day,
- 15:27Speaker 3: in significant part because the border patrol agents are swamped
- 15:32Speaker 3: with the deluge of illegal immigrants, which means that bad
- 15:36Speaker 3: guys have free reign because there aren't agents left to
- 15:39Speaker 3: deal with them.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Is that am I accurately capturing that?
- 15:42Speaker 5: You nailed it on the head when you look at
- 15:45Speaker 5: the numbers. We talk about numbers all the time, but
- 15:47Speaker 5: numbers without context are nothing but numbers. So we have
- 15:50Speaker 5: to put the numbers in context so people can understand
- 15:53Speaker 5: why it's so important. When in a normal administration, in
- 15:57Speaker 5: a normal day, we will apprehend between a one thousand
- 16:00Speaker 5: to fifteen hundred people per day. Right now we're apprehending
- 16:04Speaker 5: ten thousand people per day. What that does is that
- 16:07Speaker 5: that strains all of our resources. It pulls our agents
- 16:10Speaker 5: out the off the border from patrolling and puts us
- 16:13Speaker 5: in administrative duties. And when we're in administrative duties, we
- 16:16Speaker 5: can't go after the cartels. And right now, with ten
- 16:19Speaker 5: thousand apprehensions per day, that means we only have about
- 16:23Speaker 5: fifteen percent of our resource of patrolling the border. And
- 16:25Speaker 5: when you only have fifteen percent of your resource patroling
- 16:28Speaker 5: the border, the cartels own the border.
- 16:30Speaker 4: At that point.
- 16:32Speaker 5: Now they have free reign to get anything into this
- 16:34Speaker 5: country that they want.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Well and Brandon, the example you gave me is with
- 16:39Speaker 3: the border patrol mustering forty four agents, when you have
- 16:44Speaker 3: apprehensions that are ten thousand a day, roughly four of
- 16:48Speaker 3: those agents are out in the field actually in a
- 16:53Speaker 3: position to stop a drug runner, to stop a terrorist,
- 16:56Speaker 3: to stop a bad guy. And roughly forty of those
- 17:00Speaker 3: forty four are doing processing, are caring for just this
- 17:04Speaker 3: massive humanity, and are basically being social workers.
- 17:08Speaker 4: And is that what's happening?
- 17:13Speaker 1: It is?
- 17:13Speaker 6: It is what's happening.
- 17:14Speaker 5: We're not doing a law enforcement job. We are, in
- 17:17Speaker 5: fact being social workers. We're taking care of these individuals.
- 17:20Speaker 5: We're giving them food, we're giving diapers. At times, we're
- 17:24Speaker 5: even changing diapers. And so, yeah, we've been taken out
- 17:29Speaker 5: of the law enforcement role and we've been put into
- 17:32Speaker 5: a secondary role that's administrative in nature, and that's not
- 17:36Speaker 5: what law enforcement is supposed to be doing. We've got
- 17:38Speaker 5: to go back and we have to look at this.
- 17:40Speaker 5: We have activists that are running legitimate law enforcement organizations.
- 17:45Speaker 5: And anytime that you have activists running law enforcement organizations,
- 17:50Speaker 5: we're not going to be able to enforce the rule
- 17:53Speaker 5: of law. They don't like the rule of law. Activists
- 17:55Speaker 5: don't like that. They want this open order.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Well, listen, this is the same thing as George Soros
- 18:02Speaker 3: DA's and criminal law enforcement. This is putting radical activists
- 18:08Speaker 3: who hate the mission of border patrol in charge of
- 18:12Speaker 3: border patrol. And if they hate the mission of border patrol,
- 18:16Speaker 3: they won't let them actually fulfill their mission. And so
- 18:19Speaker 3: that means a couple of things. One, it means America
- 18:21Speaker 3: is at much greater risk. It means we have what
- 18:24Speaker 3: we had last year over one hundred thousand overdoses, about
- 18:27Speaker 3: seventy percent of which were from Chinese fentanyl. And by
- 18:31Speaker 3: the way, that's the highest rate of overdoses in the
- 18:33Speaker 3: history of the United States of America. Congratulations Joe Biden
- 18:36Speaker 3: and the Democrats. You've set a record, but it ain't
- 18:38Speaker 3: a good one. It means terrorists can come into this
- 18:42Speaker 3: country unabated. It also means as a morale matter. Look,
- 18:46Speaker 3: I've gotten to know a lot of border patrol agents
- 18:48Speaker 3: over the last decade. These guys are tough. These guys
- 18:52Speaker 3: sign up. Look, they're like cops, Ben, your dad was
- 18:56Speaker 3: a cop. They sign up because they want to defend America,
- 19:00Speaker 3: because they believe in our country. They want to keep
- 19:02Speaker 3: our country safe that they want to protect kids, they
- 19:04Speaker 3: want to protect our communities, They want to stop drug traffickers,
- 19:07Speaker 3: they want to stop human traffickers.
- 19:09Speaker 4: And these tough, badass.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Law enforcement agents instead find themselves changing diapers and processing
- 19:19Speaker 3: paperwork day after day after day. That's not using their
- 19:23Speaker 3: skills where they're needed, but it's also demoralizing the living
- 19:27Speaker 3: daylights out of these guys.
- 19:28Speaker 5: It is it is, and I will change diapers if
- 19:31Speaker 5: I feel I can go after the cartels as well.
- 19:33Speaker 5: I recognize that these are small children. We've got to
- 19:36Speaker 5: treat these small children the best that we possibly can.
- 19:39Speaker 5: But I want to be able to go after the cartels.
- 19:41Speaker 5: That's what we want to be able to do. We
- 19:42Speaker 5: want to be able to go after their profits. We
- 19:44Speaker 5: want to stop them from trafficking people into modern day slavery.
- 19:49Speaker 6: That's what's happening. These people are.
- 19:51Speaker 5: Going into the sex industry, forcibly, going into the sex industry.
- 19:56Speaker 5: They're going into sweatshops, and that's what we want to stop.
- 19:59Speaker 5: We we want to protect life. We believe that life
- 20:03Speaker 5: is very important. The Democrats given off a lot of
- 20:05Speaker 5: lip service. Biden gives a lot of lip service. Please
- 20:09Speaker 5: look at his actions, watch his actions, don't listen to
- 20:12Speaker 5: his words.
- 20:13Speaker 6: Judge him on his actions.
- 20:14Speaker 5: And if we judge them on their actions, would we
- 20:17Speaker 5: would quickly find out that all they care about is themselves.
- 20:21Speaker 5: They care about their next election. They do not care
- 20:23Speaker 5: about the right things. And that's why we like to
- 20:27Speaker 5: support the right people. We want good people in elected office.
- 20:31Speaker 5: We want people that don't care about that election. They
- 20:35Speaker 5: care about the American people. Biden is not that person.
- 20:39Speaker 2: What is the biggest policy that needs to change. I mean,
- 20:43Speaker 2: we're seeing this happen. It's humanitarian crisis. Many communities of
- 20:48Speaker 2: declared state of emergencies. But what is the one policy, Brandon,
- 20:52Speaker 2: that you wish would change immediately that can allow you
- 20:56Speaker 2: guys to empower you guys to actually do your job.
- 20:59Speaker 2: And before you answer, I want to tell you bet
- 21:00Speaker 2: our friends at Patriot Mobile. For years, big mobile companies
- 21:04Speaker 2: have been dumping millions into leftist causes, and now you
- 21:08Speaker 2: finally have an option, another option, It does exist. Patriot
- 21:14Speaker 2: Mobile is America's only Christian, conservative wireless provider that offers
- 21:19Speaker 2: you dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks, so
- 21:24Speaker 2: you get the best possible service in your area where
- 21:27Speaker 2: you live, without the woke propaganda push by leftists working
- 21:32Speaker 2: hard to destroy this country. Now, when you switch to
- 21:34Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile and you pay that bill every month, a
- 21:38Speaker 2: portion of that bill at new extra charge, you go
- 21:41Speaker 2: to support free speech and religious freedom, the sanctity of life,
- 21:45Speaker 2: the Second Amendment, in our military veterans and first responder heroes.
- 21:49Speaker 2: They have one hundred percent US based customer service team
- 21:52Speaker 2: as well, which makes switching easy. All you have to
- 21:56Speaker 2: do is go to Patriotmobile Dot com slash verdict. You're
- 22:01Speaker 2: gonna get the best deals of the year plus free
- 22:03Speaker 2: activation Patriotmobile dot Com slash verdict or eight seven eight
- 22:08Speaker 2: Patriot US a promo code verdict. That's eight seven eight
- 22:12Speaker 2: Patriot eight seven eight Patriot Brandon, what is that policy?
- 22:17Speaker 2: The number one policy that Joe Biden could implement that
- 22:21Speaker 2: could have a massive impact of you, guys, get being
- 22:23Speaker 2: able to actually get back to doing your job and
- 22:25Speaker 2: securing our border.
- 22:27Speaker 5: I'm gonna show all of your listens the reason why
- 22:29Speaker 5: we support Senator Cruz. I bet you anything that he
- 22:34Speaker 5: could answer this question the exact same way that I
- 22:37Speaker 5: would answer the question, Senata.
- 22:38Speaker 6: What's the answer?
- 22:40Speaker 3: End catch and release and reinstate the remain in Mexico agreement.
- 22:44Speaker 6: That's it right there. That's all we have to do.
- 22:46Speaker 5: And by the way, that doesn't cost the taxpayer anything.
- 22:49Speaker 5: The taxpayer does not have to shoulder this burden. We
- 22:53Speaker 5: could secure the border tomorrow with the resources that we have.
- 22:57Speaker 5: I don't need more manpower, I don't need more techno,
- 23:00Speaker 5: I don't need more infrastructure. I need policy, something that
- 23:04Speaker 5: doesn't cost us anything, and we could secure it tomorrow.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Is there a chance that this gets so bad that
- 23:13Speaker 2: they will be publicly shamed into doing that. And I'm
- 23:16Speaker 2: asking you, Senator to the politics this as well. At
- 23:19Speaker 2: what point does this start to backfire on Democrats? I mean,
- 23:22Speaker 2: if this many illegal immigrants keep coming across the border,
- 23:25Speaker 2: as we're witnessing right now with the ending of Title
- 23:27Speaker 2: forty two, and we see even in New York they
- 23:30Speaker 2: said they weren't going to bust people to other parts
- 23:32Speaker 2: of New York, they've already lied in New York City.
- 23:34Speaker 2: They kept doing that actually yesterday while it was in
- 23:36Speaker 2: New York City, and they're kicking Americans out of shelters
- 23:41Speaker 2: to make room for illegal immigrants coming in, including children.
- 23:45Speaker 2: Americans and children yesterday were kicked out of shelters in
- 23:49Speaker 2: New York City to make room for legal immigrants. They
- 23:52Speaker 2: are displacing Americans for this. At what point does this
- 23:56Speaker 2: start to backfire?
- 23:58Speaker 3: Well, I don't know that there is a point where
- 24:00Speaker 3: o'biden feels one ioto shame. I don't know that there
- 24:02Speaker 3: is a point where Kamala Harris feels one ioto of shame.
- 24:05Speaker 3: I don't know that there's a point where Alejandro Mayorcis
- 24:08Speaker 3: feels one ioto of shame. I can tell you this though,
- 24:11Speaker 3: Congressional Democrats are starting to get nervouses all get out.
- 24:16Speaker 3: You know, we talked on this pod at length about
- 24:18Speaker 3: six weeks ago when Alejandro Mayorcus testified in front of
- 24:22Speaker 3: the Senate Judiciary Committee, and I lit him up. But
- 24:26Speaker 3: perhaps the most interesting moment of that entire testimony is,
- 24:31Speaker 3: as I'm going after Mayorcis, he looks up to Dick
- 24:34Speaker 3: Durbin and he basically pleads for Durbin to come save
- 24:39Speaker 3: him and listen. Dick Durbin, I think is the smartest
- 24:42Speaker 3: of the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee.
- 24:44Speaker 4: He is.
- 24:45Speaker 3: He's a hard left winger, but Dick and I have
- 24:48Speaker 3: spent the last eleven years battling and beating the living
- 24:51Speaker 3: daylights out of each other. He's not shy about coming
- 24:54Speaker 3: after me. I'm not shy about coming after him. And
- 24:57Speaker 3: Durban looked at Mayorcis and just kind of shrugged. And
- 25:01Speaker 3: I thought that was the most revealing moment because what
- 25:04Speaker 3: it said to me is uh oh, Durban and the
- 25:07Speaker 3: Dems are nervous. They recognize this is an absolute disaster
- 25:15Speaker 3: that's playing out on the southern border, and they're starting
- 25:17Speaker 3: to think about their own rear ends and doing a
- 25:20Speaker 3: cya and they're ready to let Mayorcis twist. And you know,
- 25:27Speaker 3: it's interesting, Ben, I want to tell you some of
- 25:30Speaker 3: the things that I learned on this trip, because a
- 25:32Speaker 3: number of things were different on this trip from the
- 25:35Speaker 3: last time I was at the border, and I'm here often,
- 25:38Speaker 3: but when I was last at the border, the bulk
- 25:42Speaker 3: of the illegal immigration was coming from a handful of
- 25:45Speaker 3: Central American countries. It was coming from Nicaragua and Guatemala,
- 25:51Speaker 3: and Honduras and El Salvador. Those four were driving the
- 25:55Speaker 3: vast majority of illegal immigration. What is fascinating Now we're
- 26:00Speaker 3: in Brownsville. Normally I would go to McCallan, which was
- 26:03Speaker 3: the epicenter of the crisis. The cartels have moved to Brownsville,
- 26:08Speaker 3: which is further east. Brownsville is the very southern tip
- 26:11Speaker 3: of Texas, and Brownsville right now is seeing a massive influx.
- 26:17Speaker 3: Just in Brownsville, they have seen in less than a
- 26:21Speaker 3: month more than forty thousand illegal immigrants. And what is
- 26:27Speaker 3: fascinating about what they're seeing Thirty five thousand of them
- 26:31Speaker 3: have been Venezuelans. It's a massive influx of Venezuelans. The
- 26:35Speaker 3: next largest group here in Brownsville has been Colombians, and
- 26:38Speaker 3: Colombians have been roughly two thousand, and it goes down
- 26:43Speaker 3: from there. Let me tell you in another amazing stat
- 26:45Speaker 3: they told me. They said they are right now encountering
- 26:49Speaker 3: between ninety and one hundred Chinese nationals each and every day.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Wow.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Last time I was down here, it was four or
- 26:59Speaker 3: five Chinese nationals. It's gone from four or five a
- 27:02Speaker 3: day to ninety to one hundred. And I pressed them
- 27:07Speaker 3: and said, okay, what happens with those Chinese nationals? They said, well,
- 27:10Speaker 3: we investigate them and look for derogatory information, something like
- 27:15Speaker 3: a criminal conviction, something that is a real concern that
- 27:20Speaker 3: they may be a spy. And if they have derogatory information,
- 27:24Speaker 3: we deport them. And I said, okay, out of that ninety,
- 27:27Speaker 3: how many will fall into that category? And they said, ah,
- 27:30Speaker 3: five or six, which means about eighty five Chinese nationals
- 27:35Speaker 3: a day they're just releasing, releasing into America. That is
- 27:38Speaker 3: a massive shift. Let me tell you something else that
- 27:41Speaker 3: I saw tonight. Just south of the border in Mateamores,
- 27:45Speaker 3: there are twenty two thousand illegal aliens camped out right
- 27:52Speaker 3: along the Rio Grande River, It is, as you noted
- 27:55Speaker 3: at the outset, like an invading army. We went down
- 27:58Speaker 3: to the river banks, we saw them. They had fires burning,
- 28:01Speaker 3: they had music playing. They were throwing a party because
- 28:06Speaker 3: Title forty two was ending tonight and that twenty two
- 28:09Speaker 3: thousand was planning to invade this country in the next
- 28:13Speaker 3: couple of days. And there are one hundred and seventy
- 28:15Speaker 3: thousand all up and down the border in exactly that position,
- 28:19Speaker 3: getting ready to come over because of Joe Biden.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Brandon, You've seen surges before. You've seen things change when
- 28:27Speaker 2: Donald Trump stopped being the president and Joe Biden was
- 28:31Speaker 2: coming in. Even before Joe Biden been toorn and you
- 28:33Speaker 2: saw a surge that was taking place. Have you ever
- 28:37Speaker 2: witnessed anything like what you're witnessing right now? And what
- 28:40Speaker 2: does the new normal look like? Is this going to
- 28:42Speaker 2: be a massive surge and then the numbers are going
- 28:44Speaker 2: to come way back down, or is this going to
- 28:46Speaker 2: be a massive surge with all time new high numbers
- 28:49Speaker 2: each day, each week, each month.
- 28:51Speaker 5: In my worst nightmare, I never thought it could have
- 28:53Speaker 5: gotten this bad. Ever, they are trying to set the
- 28:58Speaker 5: new normal. They don't want to go back to what
- 29:00Speaker 5: it used to be. They want these numbers to continue.
- 29:03Speaker 5: They want the American people to think that, Okay, well
- 29:06Speaker 5: ten thousand today, ten thousand tomorrow, that's normal. And then
- 29:10Speaker 5: it goes up to twelve thousand, and then it goes
- 29:12Speaker 5: up to thirteen thousand. They just want that number to
- 29:14Speaker 5: continue to go up and up and up. Remember a
- 29:18Speaker 5: normal day, under a normal administration, this includes Obama, Our
- 29:23Speaker 5: normal apprehensions are between one thousand to fifteen hundred per day.
- 29:27Speaker 5: We normally deploy eighty percent of our resources to the field.
- 29:31Speaker 5: We only have twenty percent of our resources doing administrative work.
- 29:35Speaker 5: And that is completely changed. They have completely flipped it
- 29:38Speaker 5: upside down. We're now apprehending ten thousand people per day.
- 29:42Speaker 5: We only have twenty percent of our resources patrolling the border.
- 29:46Speaker 5: If twenty percent of our resource patrol on the border
- 29:49Speaker 5: and the cartels control everything. We used to be able
- 29:51Speaker 5: to go after the cartels, We used to be able
- 29:53Speaker 5: to go after the profits. We used to be able
- 29:55Speaker 5: to go after their drugs. Now we can't do any
- 29:58Speaker 5: of that.
- 29:59Speaker 2: All do You can't go after the cartels and you
- 30:01Speaker 2: can't go after the drugs. I really want you to
- 30:03Speaker 2: explain that, because so many people live singing and be saying, well, wait,
- 30:07Speaker 2: why can't they do that part of their job that
- 30:09Speaker 2: has nothing to do with Title forty two. So explain
- 30:11Speaker 2: why you can't.
- 30:12Speaker 5: Because we don't have anybody in the field to do
- 30:15Speaker 5: the job we're all doing. None of us are doing
- 30:17Speaker 5: law enforcement work. We're all doing administrative duties. If we
- 30:22Speaker 5: were doing law enforcement work, we would be able to
- 30:24Speaker 5: go out for the cartels. We would be able to
- 30:25Speaker 5: go after and try to put a dent in their profits.
- 30:29Speaker 3: So let me give you an example, Ben, All right,
- 30:31Speaker 3: So we came down here to Brownsville, and we came
- 30:34Speaker 3: right along the border to the place where where they
- 30:37Speaker 3: where illegal immigrants have been crossing in vast numbers. And
- 30:40Speaker 3: what happens is they walk across, and we saw multiple
- 30:43Speaker 3: groups walking across, and they walk right up. They look
- 30:46Speaker 3: for the border patrol agents. They actually don't look for them.
- 30:48Speaker 3: They know where they are. The cartels have told them, okay,
- 30:50Speaker 3: they're right over there, just walk up the road, they'll
- 30:52Speaker 3: be right there. So they walk straight up and they're
- 30:55Speaker 3: carrying with the identification. And there's actually new tech the
- 31:00Speaker 3: border patrol agents have. It's on their cell phone. So
- 31:02Speaker 3: every agent has it on their cell phone. And with
- 31:06Speaker 3: the cell phone, let's say the illegal immigrant has a
- 31:09Speaker 3: birth certificate or a passport, some form of identification. They
- 31:13Speaker 3: scan that ID with their cell phone. It auto populates
- 31:17Speaker 3: the fields. And I saw them doing this so over
- 31:20Speaker 3: and over again. It puts the name in, puts the
- 31:22Speaker 3: age in, it puts whatever country they say they're from.
- 31:25Speaker 4: They've now streamlined it.
- 31:27Speaker 3: Do you know how long it takes a border patrol
- 31:30Speaker 3: agent to process an illegal immigrant when they cross right now,
- 31:34Speaker 3: just using the border using the cell phone app.
- 31:37Speaker 1: I would assume extremely fast, but how fast?
- 31:41Speaker 4: Two minutes?
- 31:42Speaker 1: Wow?
- 31:43Speaker 2: So you literally can break in America, turn yourself into America,
- 31:47Speaker 2: and be processed in one hundred and twenty seconds.
- 31:53Speaker 4: Justin Brownsville. And I saw them do it over and
- 31:55Speaker 4: over again.
- 31:55Speaker 3: I watched them fill it out and they process it
- 31:57Speaker 3: the cell phone. It takes about two minutes that they
- 32:00Speaker 3: have them sit in a little staging area and they
- 32:03Speaker 3: have right now justin Brownsville. So this is one tiny
- 32:06Speaker 3: part of the border. They have over forty bus loads
- 32:11Speaker 3: a day of illegal immigrants. They take them from the
- 32:14Speaker 3: staging area to a detention center to figure out, Okay,
- 32:17Speaker 3: where do you want to go, and then they arrange
- 32:19Speaker 3: the transportation and ship them wherever they want to go.
- 32:22Speaker 3: But what Joe Biden is trying to do, what Kamala
- 32:25Speaker 3: Harris is trying to do, what Alejandro may Orcis thinks
- 32:28Speaker 3: his job is is not stop illegal immigration, is not
- 32:34Speaker 3: prevent the trafficking. It is rather to increase illegal immigration.
- 32:40Speaker 3: It is to increase human trafficking. And may Orcus every
- 32:44Speaker 3: day wakes up and says, how can I make it
- 32:46Speaker 3: more efficient? How can I make it faster? How can
- 32:49Speaker 3: I make two minutes into ninety seconds? And what they
- 32:53Speaker 3: want is they want the revolving door not to stop,
- 32:57Speaker 3: but to spin even faster.
- 33:00Speaker 4: And the suffering.
- 33:03Speaker 3: Last year, eight hundred and fifty three migrants died crossing
- 33:06Speaker 3: illegally into this country. The body bags, the women being
- 33:09Speaker 3: sexually assaulted, the children being brutalized, the people dying of
- 33:13Speaker 3: drug overdoses, those are all, from the Biden administration's perspective,
- 33:18Speaker 3: perfectly acceptable losses for their political goal of utterly reshaping
- 33:24Speaker 3: the American electorate. And they are willing to ignore modern
- 33:29Speaker 3: day human slavery and sex trafficking because politics matters more
- 33:34Speaker 3: to them.
- 33:35Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's I think the part that angers so
- 33:38Speaker 2: many Americans. I want to ask you one final question,
- 33:41Speaker 2: Brandon about these cartels, because what has been lost in
- 33:45Speaker 2: this is the profits and the amount of carnage not
- 33:49Speaker 2: just left behind, but also the amount of carnage in
- 33:53Speaker 2: lives that they're ruining on this side of the border
- 33:56Speaker 2: with the drugs coming across and the fetanyl and the gangs.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Put that into perspective for everyone that's listening, because it's
- 34:05Speaker 2: not just the numbers, as you mentioned, it is also
- 34:10Speaker 2: all of this other organized crime and how rich are
- 34:13Speaker 2: they getting off this and what are they doing with
- 34:14Speaker 2: that money? And before you answer that, let me tell
- 34:16Speaker 2: you better. Friends at Chalk, if you're a guy and
- 34:19Speaker 2: you feel like you're just getting a little bit older,

- 35:29Speaker 1: Brandon just talk about.
- 35:33Speaker 2: The carnage that this is that the drugs and the
- 35:38Speaker 2: cartels are are creating that the American beep, we're having
- 35:42Speaker 2: to deal with that the media refuses to talk about.
- 35:44Speaker 1: And that's outside the illegal immigration issue.
- 35:47Speaker 5: So it all starts with the illegal immigration. That's where
- 35:50Speaker 5: all of their profits start. What they do is they
- 35:53Speaker 5: use is it's so monstrous their business model, the way
- 35:57Speaker 5: they operate, They use illegal aliens as pawns. And when
- 36:02Speaker 5: they do that, they open up their their opportunities to
- 36:05Speaker 5: smuggle in drugs, to smuggle in uh people from special
- 36:10Speaker 5: interest countries.
- 36:11Speaker 6: It's all about.
- 36:12Speaker 4: And Brandon, what's a special interest country.
- 36:14Speaker 5: That's a country that wants to do us harm some
- 36:16Speaker 5: something like like whack i Ran, Syria, Yemen.
- 36:19Speaker 4: All of those.
- 36:20Speaker 3: Countries countries are terrorists that might might try to blow
- 36:23Speaker 3: us up.
- 36:23Speaker 1: Yep.
- 36:23Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 36:24Speaker 5: And so what these cartels do is they use these
- 36:26Speaker 5: illegal immigrants as pawns to open up their traffic lanes
- 36:30Speaker 5: when they pull when they when they cross a bunch
- 36:33Speaker 5: of illegal aliens, they know that it pulls our resources
- 36:36Speaker 5: to that area, opening up gaps in our coverage, and
- 36:39Speaker 5: that's when they cross their fetanyl and that fetanyl is
- 36:42Speaker 5: coming in. So they're using illegal aliens and they're making
- 36:45Speaker 5: billions of dollars, not in a year, in a month.
- 36:48Speaker 5: They're making billions of dollars off of illegal immigrants. And
- 36:52Speaker 5: then you add on top of that the astronomical amount
- 36:56Speaker 5: of money that they're making off of the drug trade.
- 36:59Speaker 5: And it's all based upon the policies of this administration.
- 37:02Speaker 5: This administration is enriching these cartels through their policies and
- 37:07Speaker 5: it could stop tomorrow. And that's what is so frustrating
- 37:11Speaker 5: to every single one of us.
- 37:12Speaker 3: Well, and Brandon is exactly right then, And let me
- 37:15Speaker 3: say two things in closing. Number one, let me give
- 37:19Speaker 3: you specificity, Ben on the numbers you asked for. And
- 37:22Speaker 3: my source may be surprising. It's the New York Times,
- 37:26Speaker 3: hardly a right wing source. According to New York Times,
- 37:30Speaker 3: the Mexican drug cartels in twenty eighteen made roughly five
- 37:34Speaker 3: hundred million dollars from human trafficking, a lot of money.
- 37:37Speaker 3: Five hundred million dollars is a bunch of money. Last year,
- 37:41Speaker 3: those same cartels made over thirteen billion dollars just from
- 37:47Speaker 3: human trafficking. Their profits have increased two thousand, six hundred percent.
- 37:54Speaker 4: I've said this before, but it's not hyperbole.
- 37:57Speaker 3: The single best thing that ever happened to the drug
- 38:01Speaker 3: cartels was Joe Biden becoming president because he took these murderous, torturing,
- 38:07Speaker 3: sociopathic gangsters and he made them Decca billionaires. And they
- 38:14Speaker 3: have now created a global empire, including with illegal immigrants
- 38:18Speaker 3: working for them and committing crimes in every community in
- 38:21Speaker 3: every city in America. Let me make a second point.
- 38:25Speaker 3: When we were down here, there were a bunch of
- 38:27Speaker 3: reporters here, and a bunch of the reporters are little
- 38:29Speaker 3: left wing twits, So reporters would ask things like is
- 38:34Speaker 3: compassion important? Isn't it important that we be compassionate? And
- 38:40Speaker 3: I'll tell you a conversation I had with a couple
- 38:42Speaker 3: of reporters that I have to admit it made them
- 38:44Speaker 3: actually sort of pause and shake their head. I said, listen,
- 38:49Speaker 3: we all remember the immigration debates that played out for
- 38:52Speaker 3: years and five six years ago. When you were talking
- 38:55Speaker 3: about immigration, all the Democrats would get on their high
- 38:57Speaker 3: horse and they'd say, we're compassion We're humane, not like
- 39:02Speaker 3: you mean, nasty Republicans who want to secure the border.
- 39:05Speaker 3: We're the ones who are compassionate. And when I put
- 39:08Speaker 3: it out to reporters that, I said, you know what
- 39:11Speaker 3: the Democrats know. They're full of crap now. And you
- 39:14Speaker 3: know how that you know that because none of them
- 39:17Speaker 3: are here. Joe Biden isn't here, Kamala Harris isn't here,
- 39:22Speaker 3: Elizabeth Warren isn't here, Bernie Sanders isn't here. AOC isn't here.
- 39:28Speaker 3: And it's because you cannot look at the body bags,
- 39:33Speaker 3: at the women horribly assaulted, at the children, brutalized, You
- 39:37Speaker 3: cannot look at the horrific suffering their causing and claim
- 39:43Speaker 3: it is somehow humane. When I was standing down by
- 39:46Speaker 3: the Rio Grand we saw lots of kids' shoes, flip flops.
- 39:50Speaker 3: I saw a little pair of flipflops, pink flip flops.
- 39:54Speaker 3: They must have been for a girl, maybe five or
- 39:56Speaker 3: six years old. And you know, I pointed out, I said, listen,
- 40:03Speaker 3: there is nothing remotely humane or compassionate about it putting
- 40:07Speaker 3: a five or six year old girl in the custody
- 40:10Speaker 3: of human traffickers who daily brutalize little kids. And the
- 40:14Speaker 3: Democrats now their only strategy is hide this. They don't
- 40:19Speaker 3: want the media to cover it because they cannot defend
- 40:23Speaker 3: what is happening. That's how bad it is, because the
- 40:27Speaker 3: horror is undeniable.
- 40:29Speaker 5: Joe Biden is the criminal cartel's best friend.
- 40:33Speaker 2: Yes, I think that's a great way to end this,
- 40:37Speaker 2: because it's so important that people understand how bad it is,
- 40:40Speaker 2: and also that this, like you said, Joe Biden is
- 40:43Speaker 2: the cartel's best friend and has made them more money
- 40:46Speaker 2: than they could have ever imagined.
- 40:48Speaker 1: Brandon, good luck to you and your guys on the border.
- 40:52Speaker 2: I know you have to be demoralized by this, but
- 40:54Speaker 2: we appreciate all of your work that you and your
