- 0:01Speaker 1: Breaking news coming out of the House real quick that
- 0:03Speaker 1: I want to put on your radar screen, and it's
- 0:05Speaker 1: going to be very interesting to see what we actually
- 0:07Speaker 1: get to see because the House Speaker, Mike Johnson has
- 0:10Speaker 1: announced that he is releasing all let me say that again,
- 0:14Speaker 1: releasing all January sixth tapes to the American public.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Today. He said he's keeping that promise.
- 0:21Speaker 1: To the American people and making all the January sixth
- 0:23Speaker 1: tapes available to all Americans. Obviously, there's going to be
- 0:27Speaker 1: a lot of footage, a lot of footage that people
- 0:30Speaker 1: are going to want to go through and see what
- 0:32Speaker 1: we actually find out. I want to let you know
- 0:34Speaker 1: it is going to be out there and you're going
- 0:36Speaker 1: to be able to watch it for all Americans. As
- 0:39Speaker 1: he described it, this will be very interesting to see
- 0:42Speaker 1: what has not been put out by the media and
- 0:44Speaker 1: what was not put out and covered up by the
- 0:46Speaker 1: Democrats with the quote January sixth Committee, that is something
- 0:50Speaker 1: I've got my eye on for you.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Do not worry.
- 0:53Speaker 1: But there's also other breaking news that's even more important
- 0:56Speaker 1: than that. CNN is now reporting that these council is
- 1:01Speaker 1: using California Grand Jury and Hunter Biden probe and now
- 1:06Speaker 1: is also now subpoena his uncle, James Biden, a Special
- 1:11Speaker 1: Council prosecutor. They say are using a Los Angeles grand
- 1:15Speaker 1: jury to seek documents and possible testimony from multiple witnesses
- 1:20Speaker 1: as part of the ongoing federal investigation to Hunter Biden's
- 1:23Speaker 1: business dealings. This according to people familiar with the probe
- 1:27Speaker 1: exclusively to CNN, James Biden, President Joe Biden's brother, and
- 1:32Speaker 1: a one time business associate of Hunter Biden, is among
- 1:35Speaker 1: the individuals who have received a subpoena from the grand jury.
- 1:38Speaker 1: We now have been told in recent weeks that, according
- 1:41Speaker 1: to two sources close to the investigation exclusively telling this
- 1:44Speaker 1: to CNN, the probe appears to focus on Hunter Biden's
- 1:48Speaker 1: alleged failure to pay taxes by IRS payment deadlines, issues
- 1:53Speaker 1: that were expected to be resolved by a plea deal
- 1:56Speaker 1: that fell apart earlier this year. It is unclear if
- 1:59Speaker 1: any witnesses have appeared in person yet, or if investigators
- 2:04Speaker 1: are looking at anything.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Beyond tax matters.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's legal team has said their client has now
- 2:10Speaker 1: fully paid his IRS tax debts.
- 2:13Speaker 2: The use of a.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Grand jury in California's Central District, which has not previously
- 2:18Speaker 1: been reported, indicates that the Special Counsel David Weiss, may
- 2:23Speaker 1: be preparing to seek quote, new charges against Hunter Biden.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Weiss has already brought gun charges against Hunter Biden and Delaware,
- 2:32Speaker 1: and presenting charges to a grand jury in California would
- 2:35Speaker 1: mean that he is preparing to try the President's son
- 2:38Speaker 1: in two separate venues. Abe Low, hunter Biden's attorney, declined
- 2:43Speaker 1: to comment. The council also for James Biden, the President's brother,
- 2:47Speaker 1: declined to comment. Now this is again all coming from CNN.
- 2:51Speaker 1: The White House referred questions on the matter to the
- 2:54Speaker 1: Justice Department, where a spokesman also shockingly declined a comment.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Prosecutors working under Weiss told it judge earlier this year
- 3:03Speaker 1: that in addition to tax charges, they also could bring
- 3:06Speaker 1: charges related to possible violations of the Foreign Agent Registration Act.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Internal Revenue Service investigators who were part of the Hunter
- 3:16Speaker 1: Biden investigation have a led that the prosecutors slow walked
- 3:19Speaker 1: and blocked efforts to look into possible money laundering and
- 3:23Speaker 1: foreign lobbying allegations. The FBI, which oversaw the money laundering
- 3:27Speaker 1: and the fair out portions of the investigation that would
- 3:31Speaker 1: be the Foreign Agents Registration Act known as PHARAH concluded
- 3:35Speaker 1: its findings and didn't anticipate charges to emerge from those allegations.
- 3:40Speaker 1: People briefed on the matter also have said to CNN
- 3:43Speaker 1: Weiss has previously used a federal grand jury in Delaware
- 3:48Speaker 1: to gather evidence as part of the investigation of Hunter
- 3:51Speaker 1: Biden's business dealings and its failure to pay taxes over
- 3:54Speaker 1: a period of years. People briefed on the investigation confirmed
- 3:58Speaker 1: prosecutors brought more multiple witnesses to testify to the grand
- 4:02Speaker 1: jury in Wilmington last year before striking the now defunct
- 4:07Speaker 1: plea deal with Hunter Biden, that sweetheart deal that blew
- 4:10Speaker 1: up after whistleblowers came forward. All of that is separate
- 4:14Speaker 1: from now what we're talking about going on in a
- 4:16Speaker 1: grand jury setting in California. Now, some of the tax
- 4:20Speaker 1: offenses under investigation allegedly occurred in southern California, where Hunter
- 4:24Speaker 1: Biden lives. It's possible for the Special Council to use
- 4:28Speaker 1: evidence collected previously by a federal grand jury in Delaware
- 4:33Speaker 1: in a different federal court. That information can be shared
- 4:37Speaker 1: with the new grand jury by investigative agents, or the
- 4:41Speaker 1: grand jury could hear from witnesses directly before asking being
- 4:44Speaker 1: asked to consider voting on potential charges. Quote, the government
- 4:51Speaker 1: and the exercise of its prosecutor discretion is considering what
- 4:55Speaker 1: tax charges to bring in another district, may elect to
- 4:59Speaker 1: bring the same charges set forth in the instant information
- 5:04Speaker 1: or different ones, Weiss's team wrote in an August court
- 5:07Speaker 1: filing in Delaware.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Now this also.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Goes back to what happened earlier this month. A plea
- 5:13Speaker 1: deal had fallen apart for hunter Biden to admit to
- 5:16Speaker 1: two misdemeanor charges of willfully failing to pay more than
- 5:20Speaker 1: one hundred thousand taxes to the IRS in eighteen and nineteen.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Weiss's team told the judge in Delaware it was withdrawing
- 5:26Speaker 1: its case there as the prosecutors looked at bringing charges elsewhere.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Republican members of Congress are also attempting to gather information
- 5:34Speaker 1: on the Biden's family business dealings. This apart their effort
- 5:38Speaker 1: to impeach the president over allegations that his family used
- 5:42Speaker 1: its influence to earn money from foreign nationals.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Now, let me also remind you of this.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Earlier this month, the Republican controlled House Oversight Committee subpoenaed
- 5:53Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, James Biden, and Rob Walker. Rob Walker is
- 5:56Speaker 1: an associate of the family. They're all supposed to sit depositions,
- 6:01Speaker 1: which brings me to this and I want to play
- 6:03Speaker 1: this for you. This is coming from CNN, and listen
- 6:07Speaker 1: to what they had to say about all of this
- 6:10Speaker 1: news relating to Hunter Biden.
- 6:12Speaker 2: How significant, Elly, do you think this is?
- 6:14Speaker 3: It's bad news for Hunter Biden anyway he slices. I mean,
- 6:16Speaker 3: let's remember he already has a pending indictment in the
- 6:19Speaker 3: Federal Tisrial Court in Delaware for the firearms related charges,
- 6:22Speaker 3: and now he potentially is looking at a second indictment
- 6:25Speaker 3: out of California. And if we think about the potential
- 6:28Speaker 3: tax charges here, it's important to keep in mind when
- 6:30Speaker 3: Hunter Biden went into court a few months ago with DJ,
- 6:33Speaker 3: they had a deal that he was going to plead
- 6:35Speaker 3: guilty to misdemeanor tax offenses and they agreed. DJ and
- 6:38Speaker 3: Hunter Biden agreed that he had failed to pay over
- 6:40Speaker 3: a million dollars in income taxes that he owed.
- 6:43Speaker 2: So, assuming which I think.
- 6:44Speaker 3: Is a fair assumption, that DJ has evidence of that,
- 6:47Speaker 3: that feels like the minimum charges he may face, it
- 6:50Speaker 3: may get worse. But it's important to understand the fact
- 6:52Speaker 3: that there's a grandeury does not ensure that there will
- 6:54Speaker 3: be an indictment, but it certainly does.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Make it more likely. And that's a problem, and that
- 6:59Speaker 2: is a problem.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Let me also play you something else, and I want
- 7:03Speaker 1: you to think about what CNN just said. If they're
- 7:06Speaker 1: saying this is bad news for Hunter Biden and that
- 7:08Speaker 1: this possible indictment could be significant, then what does that
- 7:12Speaker 1: mean for the subpoenas issued for Hunter Biden associates and
- 7:16Speaker 1: what were they selling. Congressman Andy Biggs talked about the
- 7:20Speaker 1: subpoenas coming from Congress. This is separate from what's happening
- 7:23Speaker 1: in California and Delaware.
- 7:24Speaker 4: But listen, join me right now from the House Judiciarian
- 7:27Speaker 4: Oversight Committees, Arizona. Congressman Andy Biggs, Scottishman, thanks very much
- 7:31Speaker 4: for being here. What's your reaction to the Democrat response
- 7:34Speaker 4: to these subpoenas well?
- 7:36Speaker 5: When I hear Representive Raskin say wild goose Chase, then
- 7:39Speaker 5: I say, nobody knows the wild goose Chase better.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Than Jamie Ruskin, that's for sure.
- 7:44Speaker 5: But what we have here is literally thousands of pages
- 7:47Speaker 5: of bank records, suspicious activity reports. We have eyewitnesses, former
- 7:53Speaker 5: business partners of Hunter Biden. We have people who've told
- 7:57Speaker 5: us that Joe Biden was the product they were selling.
- 8:00Speaker 5: They were selling access, they were selling all kinds of
- 8:06Speaker 5: corruption and corrupt practices, and they don't want us to
- 8:10Speaker 5: subpoena in the people who were at the hub of this.
- 8:12Speaker 2: We're talking Hunter.
- 8:13Speaker 5: Biden, James Biden, Sarah Biden, We're talking Rob Walker. These
- 8:18Speaker 5: are people who know where this money came from. They
- 8:20Speaker 5: know where it went. You've got dozens of shell corporations,
- 8:24Speaker 5: You've got activity that's going on, You've got nine Biden
- 8:27Speaker 5: family members receiving foreign money. Maria, and they say, well,
- 8:31Speaker 5: let's not get into this anymore. And I just find
- 8:34Speaker 5: myself just beside myself with this. I don't even listen
- 8:39Speaker 5: to them anymore. We're going to go forward, We're going
- 8:41Speaker 5: to do this. We're going to get in, We're going
- 8:42Speaker 5: to get testimony.
- 8:44Speaker 1: For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 8:47Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider.
- 8:49Speaker 2: And when I say the only one, I mean it.
- 8:51Speaker 2: They're the only one.
- 8:52Speaker 1: They make a huge difference every time that you pay
- 8:55Speaker 1: your bill because they actually get back to conservative causes
- 8:58Speaker 1: and organizations to help you stand up for what you
- 9:02Speaker 1: believe in. While you're paying a bill you're going to
- 9:04Speaker 1: have anyways. This is the part that I love about
- 9:08Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. They're making a difference. Every time you pay
- 9:12Speaker 1: your bill, every time you make a phone call, every
- 9:14Speaker 1: time that you send a text message, Patriot Mobile actually
- 9:19Speaker 1: gives money back to protect First and Second Amendment rights,
- 9:22Speaker 1: to protect the lives of unborn children. And that's what
- 9:26Speaker 1: they're doing right now, is they celebrate their tenth anniversary.
- 9:30Speaker 1: If you switch right now to Patriot Mobile, they are
- 9:33Speaker 1: going to give a donation to help protect life and
- 9:37Speaker 1: to help mothers choose life to an organization that does
- 9:41Speaker 1: everything they can to protect the lives of unborn children.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Then every month when you pay your bill, they're going
- 9:47Speaker 1: to continue to support the causes that I just mentioned.
- 9:51Speaker 1: And this is exactly why you need to make the switch.
- 9:54Speaker 1: If you're tired of woke companies, switch your cell phone
- 9:59Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. Whether you are a business, a small business,
- 10:03Speaker 1: or just a family, you can switch, and they make
- 10:05Speaker 1: switching easy. They have a one hundred percent US based
- 10:09Speaker 1: call center making switching extremely easy. You're gonna get nationwide coverage,
- 10:13Speaker 1: unlimited talking text, and usually save real money on your bill.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Nine seven to two Patriot. It's nine seven to two Patriot,
- 10:21Speaker 1: nine seven to two Patriot. Or go online to Patriot
- 10:25Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ben that's Patriot Mobile dot com
- 10:29Speaker 1: slash ben or nine seven to two Patriot. Now you
- 10:33Speaker 1: just heard what Biggs had to say there about Congress
- 10:37Speaker 1: and what's gonna happen. But what you didn't hear him
- 10:41Speaker 1: say is how this could expand in Congress and what
- 10:45Speaker 1: other information they may be getting their hands on.
- 10:48Speaker 2: I want you to also hear what was said.
- 10:52Speaker 1: About the House Oversight Committee subpoenaing Hunter Biden and James Biden. U.
- 10:57Speaker 2: These are significant, and I.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Want you to hear what John salvam And had to
- 11:00Speaker 1: say about this in his reporting.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Listen three today.
- 11:04Speaker 6: Hunter Biden, the son of the President, James Biden, the
- 11:07Speaker 6: President's brother, and Rob Walker, a business associate of both
- 11:11Speaker 6: Joe Biden Hunter Biden, who, by the way, is the
- 11:13Speaker 6: one person who told the FBI I saw Joe Biden
- 11:16Speaker 6: attend a meeting with Chinese businesses officials.
- 11:19Speaker 2: He was there, I was here.
- 11:21Speaker 6: I was in an FBI document that we made public
- 11:23Speaker 6: about six months ago. So those are the three targets
- 11:26Speaker 6: of the subpoenas today. Then there are some requests for
- 11:29Speaker 6: voluntary interviews to the president's grandchildren other family members. Sarah Biden.
- 11:33Speaker 6: I believe the wife of James Biden is getting that.
- 11:37Speaker 6: And then tomorrow we'll see some more subpoenas and voluntary
- 11:41Speaker 6: interview requests them aks. So by the time we're done
- 11:43Speaker 6: tomorrow night, there'll be somewhere between eight and ten subpoenas
- 11:47Speaker 6: or requests for voluntary interviews, much faster than the mccarthyre
- 11:51Speaker 6: Why is it Mike Johnson isn't a guy that dowdells.
- 11:54Speaker 6: He's a guy that might be velvet on the outside,
- 11:56Speaker 6: but he's forged steel on the inside. And he basically
- 11:58Speaker 6: told James Comer, what do you need? Go do it now?
- 12:00Speaker 6: Boom done, And so this is getting more serious, it's
- 12:03Speaker 6: getting faster.
- 12:05Speaker 1: I love the fact that he described this is all
- 12:07Speaker 1: because of what's happening here with the new speaker, and
- 12:11Speaker 1: the new Speaker is saying get it done to James Comber,
- 12:14Speaker 1: do what you need to do, get what you need,
- 12:16Speaker 1: and move forward as quickly as you possibly can to
- 12:18Speaker 1: get it done because they're tired of waiting and the
- 12:21Speaker 1: American people deserve answers. That's one of the other aspects
- 12:25Speaker 1: of this conversation that's so important. That was the fight
- 12:28Speaker 1: over Kevin McCarthy an important fight, Yes, it was was
- 12:32Speaker 1: an important fight to have a better speaker of the
- 12:34Speaker 1: House than what we had before. Yes, it was. It
- 12:37Speaker 1: was worth this fight to get a better speaker. Do
- 12:40Speaker 1: we have a better speaker based on what we're saying,
- 12:43Speaker 1: we have a significantly better speaker. Now.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Who's in charge?
- 12:47Speaker 1: Who is willing to have these fights, Who's willing to
- 12:50Speaker 1: go on the record and say do your job and
- 12:53Speaker 1: allowing people below him, like James Comer to actually do
- 12:59Speaker 1: their jobs.
- 13:00Speaker 2: That is incredible. Yew.
- 13:02Speaker 1: There's also something else that John Solomon said, and I
- 13:04Speaker 1: want you to hear this. Take a listen again. Another
- 13:07Speaker 1: aspect of this investigation.
- 13:09Speaker 6: I wouldn't be surprised if Rob Walker showed up. He
- 13:11Speaker 6: has been someone who was cooperating with the FBI. Wouldn't
- 13:14Speaker 6: be surprised that he, like Devin Archer, will show up.
- 13:16Speaker 6: I think Hunter by James Biden highly unlikely, might even
- 13:19Speaker 6: take the Fifth Amendment. But James Comer on this Network.
- 13:22Speaker 6: Last night on our show, he came on and said,
- 13:24Speaker 6: guess what, anyone who resists, They're going to go right
- 13:27Speaker 6: to the content proceedings. We're not wasting times, we're not
- 13:30Speaker 6: playing games. We'll do content proceedings. And then he dropped
- 13:33Speaker 6: a big one. He said the last interview, they will
- 13:36Speaker 6: compulsory do they will force to happen through subpoena if necessary.
- 13:40Speaker 6: They will make Joe Biden answer the questions that the
- 13:42Speaker 6: American people believe need to be answered. What did you know?
- 13:44Speaker 6: What did you benefit from? Did you really have a loan?
- 13:47Speaker 6: Joe Biden's going to be the last stop on this
- 13:49Speaker 6: investigation before an impeachment inquiry is decided upon whether it
- 13:53Speaker 6: goes to full impeachment articles. James Comer, on the record
- 13:56Speaker 6: on this network last night said that, and he also said, hey,
- 13:59Speaker 6: subpoenas tomorrow, and sure sect they happened a few hours later.
- 14:02Speaker 6: So I think James Comer was serious last night interview
- 14:05Speaker 6: with James Biden or sorry, interview with Joe Biden. He
- 14:09Speaker 6: committed to that content proceedings against anyone who resists. He
- 14:12Speaker 6: committed to that, and today he committed to putting a
- 14:15Speaker 6: signature on subpoenis for the president's brother and his son.
- 14:19Speaker 6: That's pretty rare in the history of America. This is
- 14:21Speaker 6: a very big moment in oversight. And maybe I heard something. Yeah,
- 14:25Speaker 6: it's the first time I did.
- 14:26Speaker 2: You don't hit Maybe unheard of. I couldn't agree more.
- 14:29Speaker 1: By the way, with John Solomon, he does a great
- 14:32Speaker 1: show just the news, and that is part of what
- 14:34Speaker 1: he had to say about this entire conversation. Let me
- 14:37Speaker 1: also remind you of what James Comer said just last
- 14:41Speaker 1: week when he was talking about following the money. When
- 14:45Speaker 1: James Comer released that copy of that forty thousand dollars
- 14:48Speaker 1: personal check sent from James and Sarah Biden to Joe
- 14:51Speaker 1: Biden labeled loan repayment. Here is what he had to
- 14:54Speaker 1: say on Fox about that.
- 14:57Speaker 7: It sure is. And if you go back to that
- 14:59Speaker 7: email that you just put on the screen. Tony Babolinski,
- 15:02Speaker 7: who was also supposed to be in on that deal
- 15:05Speaker 7: with CEFC and the Bidens where Joe Biden was supposed
- 15:08Speaker 7: to get ten percent, according to Hunter Biden, it matches
- 15:12Speaker 7: up perfectly. We traced the forty thousand dollars check that
- 15:15Speaker 7: Joe Biden received all the way back to that WhatsApp
- 15:19Speaker 7: message where Hunter Biden claimed his father was sitting beside
- 15:23Speaker 7: him where he was shaking down the Chinese operative. That's
- 15:26Speaker 7: where that forty thousand dollars was triggered. We just a
- 15:31Speaker 7: few weeks after that text message that forty thousand dollars
- 15:34Speaker 7: landed in Joe Biden's pocket after the Bidens laundered it,
- 15:38Speaker 7: But that money came from China, further evidence that Joe
- 15:41Speaker 7: Biden benefited from his family's influence peddling scheme.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Notice James Comer keeps using the word laundered. Have you
- 15:49Speaker 1: noticed that now they're using that word and they're not
- 15:53Speaker 1: using that word because they don't believe it. The Bidens
- 15:57Speaker 1: had to launder the money. There was a lot of
- 15:59Speaker 1: money coming in, millions and millions and millions and millions
- 16:02Speaker 1: of dollars that were coming in. So the money was
- 16:06Speaker 1: being laundered and it had to be laundered by the
- 16:10Speaker 1: Biden crime family before they were able to get it
- 16:13Speaker 1: to the President of the United States of America.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Now, they laundered it in many different ways. They laundered it.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Through fake and when I say fake, I mean fake.
- 16:22Speaker 1: They laundered it through fake accounts, and fake LLCs and
- 16:26Speaker 1: fake businesses that never existed, that didn't do anything. It
- 16:29Speaker 1: didn't have clients. The only client was the Bidens, and
- 16:33Speaker 1: it was set up by the Bidens. There wasn't outside clients.
- 16:35Speaker 1: They weren't doing things or offering a product or a
- 16:39Speaker 1: good or a service. So that's number one aspect of
- 16:42Speaker 1: this that has to be brought up, and it's an
- 16:44Speaker 1: important aspect. Okay, Number two, and this is also extremely important.
- 16:49Speaker 1: The second aspect of this that needs to be brought
- 16:51Speaker 1: up is the fact that the Bidens and the White
- 16:54Speaker 1: House have actually now started to become very quiet about
- 16:57Speaker 1: this because I think they realize they can't just keep
- 17:00Speaker 1: walking out there saying that this is a fictitious story
- 17:03Speaker 1: and then it never happened. They can't be used the
- 17:05Speaker 1: same lies that they never benefited from China. The President
- 17:08Speaker 1: can't go out there like he did during the campaign
- 17:10Speaker 1: for the presidency and say my son never made a
- 17:13Speaker 1: dime from China.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Period. That's not true. We know that's a lie.
- 17:17Speaker 1: The WhatsApp message is going to be one of the
- 17:19Speaker 1: most damning pieces of evidence that you're going to see
- 17:22Speaker 1: in the history of the Biden crime family being exposed.
- 17:25Speaker 1: And we know that because that is the message that
- 17:28Speaker 1: triggered the millions, and then you could follow that money
- 17:31Speaker 1: and then you could see it be laundered.
- 17:33Speaker 2: This money was in a laundering.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Scheme that was on the level of exactly what the
- 17:38Speaker 1: mobs or the cartels do on a daily basis, and
- 17:43Speaker 1: there is no difference in the way that this is
- 17:46Speaker 1: going down.
- 17:46Speaker 6: Now.
- 17:46Speaker 1: The one thing that is shocking to me is the
- 17:49Speaker 1: arrogance factor here. The bidens knew how to launder the money,
- 17:54Speaker 1: but to then have their back drop, their kind of
- 17:57Speaker 1: their scapegoat be just hey, here's a straight up personal
- 18:00Speaker 1: check and it's a loan repayment, and to have no
- 18:04Speaker 1: paperwork from what we understand from these loan repayments, and
- 18:07Speaker 1: not involved in their taxes.
- 18:10Speaker 2: That's the part that shows you. I also think the arrogance.
- 18:13Speaker 1: They never could have imagined that they would have ever
- 18:17Speaker 1: gotten to the point where you could trace the money
- 18:18Speaker 1: because they laundered it so well. And the only reason
- 18:21Speaker 1: why we know how to find the money and trace
- 18:24Speaker 1: the money is because of the whistleblowers and those that
- 18:26Speaker 1: were shut down and those on the inside of the
- 18:28Speaker 1: deep state. They're saying this is wrong, This is what
- 18:31Speaker 1: we've seen. This is what happened, and this is not okay.
- 18:35Speaker 1: And they have decided, Thank the Lord, they have decided
- 18:39Speaker 1: they were going to say, uhh, We're not just going
- 18:41Speaker 1: to give into this. We're not just going to say no,
- 18:44Speaker 1: We're not just going to look the other way and
- 18:46Speaker 1: allow them to get away with this.
- 18:47Speaker 2: And there's a second aspect of this.
- 18:50Speaker 1: If Hunter Biden wouldn't have been a crackhead that the
- 18:52Speaker 1: family was taking advantage of, he would have never left
- 18:56Speaker 1: the laptop.
- 18:57Speaker 2: And if he would have never.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Left the laptop, the part that worries me the most
- 19:01Speaker 1: is we would have never known any of this.
- 19:02Speaker 2: I'm talking about the public now.
- 19:03Speaker 1: To be clear, the deep State knew about all of this,
- 19:08Speaker 1: So did the Obama administration. They knew this, The FBI
- 19:14Speaker 1: knew it, the Department of State knew it, the Department
- 19:17Speaker 1: of Justice knew it, and they were going to look
- 19:20Speaker 1: the other way. That is what is very clear here
- 19:24Speaker 1: in all this. We would have never known about it
- 19:27Speaker 1: because it wasn't public knowledge. But they knew about these
- 19:30Speaker 1: financial crimes, and they knew about the lyses, and they
- 19:33Speaker 1: knew about the money laundering.
- 19:35Speaker 2: They knew about all of it and they covered it up.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Republicans now skeptical of Joe Biden's quote big reset with
- 19:46Speaker 1: the Chinese communist leader jig Ping, who is in California,
- 19:50Speaker 1: literally with a red carpet welcome.
- 19:53Speaker 2: This is a man that you cannot trust.
- 19:56Speaker 1: This is a man that allowed the COVID virus to
- 19:58Speaker 1: spread to the entire w world and lied about that
- 20:02Speaker 1: while he knew that it was contagious, that it came
- 20:05Speaker 1: out of Wuhan, and that it was going to shut
- 20:07Speaker 1: down the entire world the same way it was shutting
- 20:10Speaker 1: down their country in China. And yet in California, Gavin
- 20:15Speaker 1: Newsom rolls out the red carpet for g because apparently
- 20:19Speaker 1: he is his new mentor. Now Republicans are raising the
- 20:22Speaker 1: alarms right now about President Joe Biden's meeting with the
- 20:25Speaker 1: Chinese leader to restore communications and quote cooperation, The White
- 20:30Speaker 1: House said amid heightened tensions between the two nations. Now,
- 20:35Speaker 1: if you look at the way we rolled out the
- 20:37Speaker 1: red carpet for him, you would not believe that any
- 20:39Speaker 1: of that was actually true. The fears are predicated on
- 20:43Speaker 1: Biden's age and family business ties. Concessions Biden could give
- 20:47Speaker 1: to g and if China will renig on potential concessions
- 20:52Speaker 1: while the US maintains its quote compromises. Those are the
- 20:57Speaker 1: fears coming out right now. How compromised are the Bidens?
- 21:02Speaker 1: How compromised the Biden crime family? How much blackmail does
- 21:07Speaker 1: the Dojijinping and the Chinese communists have over the Biden family.
- 21:12Speaker 1: We know that they were working directly with people with
- 21:14Speaker 1: direct ties to Chinese communists intelligence spy apparatus. That is
- 21:19Speaker 1: a fact, and we know that countless millions came directly
- 21:23Speaker 1: in to the Biden crime family. We also know that
- 21:27Speaker 1: there were threats made from Hunter Biden to communists in
- 21:31Speaker 1: China for payment, and what happened. The money ended up
- 21:35Speaker 1: getting transferred, we know that, and then the big guy
- 21:38Speaker 1: apparently got his cut. Now, Biden and g will meet
- 21:42Speaker 1: at a quote undisclosed location outside of San Francisco to
- 21:45Speaker 1: speak about finalizing agreements to kurtel what they describe as
- 21:50Speaker 1: FETNL trafficking and restore communications between militaries, along with boosting
- 21:55Speaker 1: Boeing aircraft purchases since the latest sale in two thousand
- 22:00Speaker 1: in seventeen, Biden said on Tuesday that his goal is
- 22:04Speaker 1: to try to strengthen his relationship with you. Now, you
- 22:08Speaker 1: also have to remember that this president is weak, and
- 22:12Speaker 1: he's weak mentally, he's incapacitated, and Gee knows that.
- 22:17Speaker 2: How bad is it. I'll give you an example.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Joe Biden says that he's met alone with Gee sixty
- 22:23Speaker 1: eight times as vice president. That's, by the way, by
- 22:26Speaker 1: the way, not true at all. It's actually impossible. It's
- 22:29Speaker 1: a ridiculous number. Yet the President has said that several times.
- 22:33Speaker 1: He also said yesterday, quote, we're not trying to decouple
- 22:36Speaker 1: from China. What we're trying to do is change the
- 22:39Speaker 1: relationship for the better. Now, the President tried to make
- 22:42Speaker 1: a joke before his mic was cut off when he
- 22:45Speaker 1: was meeting with a dictator. And here is what the
- 22:48Speaker 1: President had to say is he was trying to quote
- 22:50Speaker 1: joke around at the table with Janet yelling to his
- 22:53Speaker 1: right and Anthony Blincoln to his left. He acted like
- 23:02Speaker 1: it was a boxing match kind of moment. And then
- 23:04Speaker 1: he starts laughing. Anthony Blinkin looks at him like what
- 23:07Speaker 1: the hell are you doing? And then his microphone, as
- 23:11Speaker 1: you can hear there.
- 23:12Speaker 2: Was turned off.
- 23:16Speaker 4: I have to go over there.
- 23:20Speaker 1: The president sitting there kind of laughing and joking as
- 23:23Speaker 1: the g regime comes into the room. We also know
- 23:28Speaker 1: that Biden said this to g at the table.
- 23:30Speaker 8: We also have responsibility to our people and in the
- 23:35Speaker 8: world to work together when we see it in our
- 23:38Speaker 8: interest to do so.
- 23:39Speaker 2: There you go.
- 23:40Speaker 1: That's I guess the message right to our people and
- 23:42Speaker 1: to work together. When I guess it sort of kind
- 23:45Speaker 1: of works to our advantage. Now, while all this is
- 23:48Speaker 1: going on, you also have a president that's got some
- 23:52Speaker 1: problems right now. One of Biden's judge nominees is going
- 23:57Speaker 1: down in flames this afternoon on Capitol Hill as he
- 24:01Speaker 1: is bowing down to a dictator in California. Biden's district
- 24:07Speaker 1: judge nominee, literally today by the name of Judge Hill,
- 24:12Speaker 1: could not explain the difference between a stay order and
- 24:15Speaker 1: an injunction when asked about it by Senator Kennedy.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Take a listen to this.
- 24:19Speaker 7: The difference between a stay order and an injunction.
- 24:24Speaker 8: A stay order would prohibit an injunction would restrain the
- 24:31Speaker 8: parties from taking action a state order. I'm not sure
- 24:36Speaker 8: that I actually can can give you the.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Okay, Wow, that's who you're bringing to the bench. A
- 24:45Speaker 1: judge that doesn't know the difference, a judge nominee that
- 24:48Speaker 1: doesn't know the difference between a stay order, a stay order,
- 24:52Speaker 1: and an injunction. That's who we're now nominating to be
- 24:55Speaker 1: on these courts. This also comes as there's even more
- 24:59Speaker 1: bad news. The FBI director says they're investigating now multiple
- 25:03Speaker 1: individuals affiliated with HAMAS inside the United States of America.
- 25:08Speaker 1: Just kind of mention that out there as the presidence
- 25:11Speaker 1: bowing down to a dictator in California. Here's what he
- 25:14Speaker 1: had to say is he was talking today.
- 25:17Speaker 9: On top of the so called loan actor threat. We
- 25:20Speaker 9: cannot and do not discount the possibility that HAMAS or
- 25:25Speaker 9: another foreign terrorist organization may exploit the current conflict to
- 25:29Speaker 9: conduct a tax here on our own soil. We have
- 25:33Speaker 9: kept our sites on HAMAS and have multiple investigations into
- 25:38Speaker 9: individuals affiliated with that foreign terrorist organization. And while historically
- 25:44Speaker 9: our HAMAS cases have identified individuals here who are facilitating
- 25:49Speaker 9: and financing terrorism overseas, we continue to scrutinize our intelligence
- 25:54Speaker 9: to assess how that threat may be evolving. But it's
- 25:58Speaker 9: not just HAMAS, as I highlighted for this committee in
- 26:02Speaker 9: my testimony last year Iran, the world's largest state sponsor
- 26:06Speaker 9: of terrorism, has directly or by hiring criminals, mounted assassination
- 26:11Speaker 9: attempts against Dissonance and high ranking current and former US officials,
- 26:17Speaker 9: including right here on American soil. Or take Hesbola, Iran's
- 26:22Speaker 9: primary strategic partner, which has a history of raising money
- 26:26Speaker 9: and seeking to obtain weapons here in the United States.
- 26:31Speaker 9: FBI RSS in recent years also indicate that Hesbelah has
- 26:35Speaker 9: tried to see the operatives establish infrastructure and engage in
- 26:39Speaker 9: spying here domestically, raising our concerns that they may be
- 26:44Speaker 9: contingency planning for future operations in the United States. And
- 26:49Speaker 9: while we are not currently tracking a specific plot given
- 26:53Speaker 9: that disturbing history, we are keeping a close eye on
- 26:57Speaker 9: what impact recent events may have on those terrorist groups
- 27:01Speaker 9: intentions here in the United States and how those intentions
- 27:05Speaker 9: might evolve. Now, I want to be clear, while this
- 27:09Speaker 9: is certainly a time for heightened vigilance, it is by
- 27:12Speaker 9: no means a time for panic. Americans should continue to
- 27:16Speaker 9: be alert and careful, but they shouldn't stop going about
- 27:20Speaker 9: their daily lives. All across the country, the FBI's men
- 27:23Speaker 9: and women are working with urgency and purpose to confront
- 27:27Speaker 9: the elevated threat. That means working closely with our federal, state,
- 27:31Speaker 9: local partners on our FBI led Joint Terrorism task forces,
- 27:35Speaker 9: take in an even closer look at existing investigations and
- 27:38Speaker 9: canvassing sources to increase awareness across the board, and doing
- 27:43Speaker 9: all we can working with our partners to protect houses
- 27:47Speaker 9: of worship here in the US. Bottom line, We're going
- 27:50Speaker 9: to continue to do everything in our power to protect
- 27:54Speaker 9: the American people and support our partners in Israel.
- 27:58Speaker 1: All right, So he says we're going to support our
- 28:01Speaker 1: partners in Israel. Literally less than twelve hours after the
- 28:06Speaker 1: Democratic Party and his administration he works for, the Biden
- 28:09Speaker 1: administration said no to giving emergency funding to Israel.
- 28:13Speaker 2: So that's that's point number one.
- 28:15Speaker 1: That I think really, really, really really has to stand
- 28:18Speaker 1: out here.
- 28:19Speaker 6: Right.
- 28:19Speaker 1: That's again, that's point number one. Point number two. He
- 28:24Speaker 1: says there's an elevated threat, but he wants you to
- 28:26Speaker 1: trust that everything's going to be fine. And the reason
- 28:29Speaker 1: why you should trust everything's going to be fine because
- 28:31Speaker 1: the FBI is on it now. Not to be too
- 28:36Speaker 1: mean here, but when was the last time the FBI
- 28:38Speaker 1: had a big success that we know about.
- 28:41Speaker 2: Instead of covering up crime.
- 28:42Speaker 1: So the Biden crime family are going around the country
- 28:45Speaker 1: harassing people and arresting people that were in and around
- 28:48Speaker 1: the capital that actually didn't do anything wrong on January
- 28:51Speaker 1: the sixth, And now you want me to believe that
- 28:55Speaker 1: everything's going to be fine with a wide open southern
- 28:57Speaker 1: border because the FBI is on it. Make sure you
- 29:01Speaker 1: share this podcast with your family and your friends, and
- 29:03Speaker 1: make sure you write us a five star review so
- 29:05Speaker 1: we can reach more people.
- 29:06Speaker 2: And I'll see you back here tomorrow.
