- 0:01Speaker 1: If you're an American taxpayer, you better get ready to
- 0:03Speaker 1: get your check book out, and you better get ready
- 0:06Speaker 1: to write a big old check. Why Kamala Harris is
- 0:10Speaker 1: down in the polls. New poll numbers are showing that
- 0:12Speaker 1: she is not doing as well as she was a
- 0:15Speaker 1: week ago, or two weeks ago or three weeks ago,
- 0:17Speaker 1: and that the obsession of trying to convince the American
- 0:21Speaker 1: people that she's somehow the greatest candid ever, well, the
- 0:24Speaker 1: American people don't seem to be buying it. So now
- 0:29Speaker 1: she's having to do what Democrats do, well, buy votes.
- 0:34Speaker 1: That's right, Kamala Harris is out there trying to buy votes.
- 0:38Speaker 1: But her newest scheme is insanely expensive. How much is
- 0:43Speaker 1: it going to cost you? Well, maybe well over a
- 0:46Speaker 1: trillion dollars. Kamala Harris going on a radio show, a
- 0:52Speaker 1: podcast called Charlemagne the God. Okay, get your head around,
- 0:59Speaker 1: that decided it was a good time to pander to
- 1:03Speaker 1: African American voters. What is she selling them? The idea
- 1:09Speaker 1: of forcing US taxpayers to pay reparations to black Americans.
- 1:18Speaker 1: That's right. The same woman that says, you know, because
- 1:21Speaker 1: I grew up in the middle class she's now saying
- 1:25Speaker 1: that if you are white in this country, you should
- 1:27Speaker 1: be punished. The other thing that's interesting about what she
- 1:31Speaker 1: says on Charlemagne the Gods show. You know, this is
- 1:33Speaker 1: after she was doing Call Her Daddy podcast. That's not
- 1:37Speaker 1: a joke, that's the actual name of the show. Kamaia
- 1:41Speaker 1: Heyrris is like, all right, I got to figure out
- 1:43Speaker 1: how to get people to want to vote for me
- 1:45Speaker 1: that are minorities. So what I'll do is, I'll tell
- 1:48Speaker 1: all the taxpayers you're gonna have to pay for reparations. Now,
- 1:51Speaker 1: the question is do African Americans pay the reparations? I
- 1:56Speaker 1: think the answer is probably know they're not, and if
- 1:59Speaker 1: they do, then they're just going to get the money
- 2:01Speaker 1: right back in the form of reparation. So who's really
- 2:04Speaker 1: paying white people? Anyone that's not a minority is going
- 2:08Speaker 1: to pay a ton of money. Kamala Harris in her
- 2:11Speaker 1: own words on Charlemagne the God.
- 2:15Speaker 2: My agenda, well, first of all, on the plane of reparations,
- 2:18Speaker 2: it has to be studied. There's no question about that.
- 2:20Speaker 2: And I've been very clear about that position. In terms
- 2:24Speaker 2: of my immediate plan, I will tell you a few
- 2:27Speaker 2: of the following one as it relates to the economy,
- 2:30Speaker 2: which is a lot of what you have addressed. Look,
- 2:33Speaker 2: I grew up in the middle class. My mother, you know,
- 2:37Speaker 2: worked hard, raised me and my sister, and by the
- 2:40Speaker 2: time I was in high school, she was able to
- 2:42Speaker 2: afford our first home. I know what it means for
- 2:45Speaker 2: an individual and a family to have home ownership. I
- 2:48Speaker 2: also know, in the context of history, nobody got forty
- 2:51Speaker 2: acres and a mule.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Now, so the bare minimum here is she's saying that
- 2:58Speaker 1: if you're African American, you deserve forty acres and a mule. Now,
- 3:01Speaker 1: we're going to translate that right into cash, because that's
- 3:05Speaker 1: what this is going to be. This is going to
- 3:07Speaker 1: be a check from the United States Treasury to everyone
- 3:11Speaker 1: that is African American, saying, here is your payment for reparations.
- 3:16Speaker 1: How much is forty acres and mule worth in twenty
- 3:18Speaker 1: twenty four, right, because you're going to have to do
- 3:20Speaker 1: that study in that math. Now, before we get into
- 3:24Speaker 1: just the fact that this would bankrupt the country, let's
- 3:28Speaker 1: also let you really understand exactly why this is happening.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Let me tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile. If
- 3:35Speaker 1: you are sick and tired of giving your money to
- 3:37Speaker 1: woke liberal companies, then when it comes to the cell
- 3:40Speaker 1: phone space, you really need to pay attention to who
- 3:43Speaker 1: you're giving your cash to every month. Did you know
- 3:45Speaker 1: that Big Mobile gives massive donations to democratic causes, candidates
- 3:52Speaker 1: and organizations, including organizations that pay for abortions. That's right,
- 3:58Speaker 1: that is what happens at Big Mobile. Now, if you're
- 4:01Speaker 1: with Big Mobile, and most of you listening right now
- 4:04Speaker 1: are with Big Mobile, you want to make the switch
- 4:07Speaker 1: to the only conservative Christian wireless provider in the country.
- 4:10Speaker 1: It is Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile has nation wide coverage.
- 4:16Speaker 1: I'm going to say that again, nationwide coverage. They use
- 4:19Speaker 1: the same towers that you're using right now, because with
- 4:23Speaker 1: technology in twenty twenty four, that's exactly how it works.
- 4:27Speaker 1: The same exact towers that everybody else is using, you're
- 4:30Speaker 1: going to be on. You're going to get the same
- 4:31Speaker 1: service used to right now. And here's the best part.
- 4:35Speaker 1: They take about five percent of your bill every month
- 4:37Speaker 1: at no extra cost to you, and they give it
- 4:39Speaker 1: back to organizations that support our First and our Second
- 4:44Speaker 1: Amendment rights. They support the rights of unborn children. This
- 4:49Speaker 1: is exactly what Patriot Mobile does each and every day.
- 4:53Speaker 1: They fight for our veterans, our first responders, are wounded warriors.
- 4:58Speaker 1: All while you're making cell phone calls and sending text messages,
- 5:02Speaker 1: you're actually making a huge impact on your community. So

- 5:24Speaker 1: your values. Join me by switching to America's only Christian

- 5:33Speaker 1: ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot and get
- 5:35Speaker 1: a free month of service with the promo code ferguson. Now,
- 5:39Speaker 1: let me go back to what I was saying a
- 5:41Speaker 1: moment ago about this story. Donald Trump has posted a
- 5:45Speaker 1: clear five point lead. For example, in North Carolina, former
- 5:50Speaker 1: President Trump has a clear five point lead over Harris
- 5:53Speaker 1: in North Carolina, according to a new Rasmussen poll. The
- 5:58Speaker 1: survey conducted and published on Tuesday, finds that fifty one
- 6:02Speaker 1: percent of likely voters responded that they would back Donald
- 6:07Speaker 1: Trump forty six percent for Harris. This is significant because
- 6:12Speaker 1: Donald Trump has tacked two more points onto his lead
- 6:16Speaker 1: since September's poll, when he led forty nine to forty
- 6:19Speaker 1: six in the tar Hill state. So this is significant.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Trump has a substantial edge with male voters as well,
- 6:29Speaker 1: fifty six percent to forty two percent, and Harris only
- 6:31Speaker 1: has a slight advantage with women fifty one to forty
- 6:35Speaker 1: seven percent. What is more, the former present is winning
- 6:39Speaker 1: twenty six percent. Listen carefully, Former President Trump is winning
- 6:45Speaker 1: twenty six percent of the African American vote in the
- 6:49Speaker 1: tar Hill state. Other minorities preferred Trump to Harris by
- 6:54Speaker 1: a nearly three in five ratio. So they looked at
- 6:59Speaker 1: these whole numbers and they're like, all right, how do
- 7:02Speaker 1: we get them to sway back and come back our way? Well, clearly,
- 7:06Speaker 1: it's unacceptable that twenty six percent of Blacks are now
- 7:10Speaker 1: saying that they're all in for Donald Trump. We can't
- 7:15Speaker 1: have that. How do we buy their votes back? We
- 7:19Speaker 1: can't tell them that it's Bidenomics it's going to work,
- 7:21Speaker 1: because they're not buying that we can't tell them that
- 7:25Speaker 1: their life is great right now and that home ownership
- 7:29Speaker 1: is a real possibility or affordable because it's not. And so,
- 7:33Speaker 1: and we've kind of worn out the whole Donald Trump
- 7:35Speaker 1: is evil because they were actually African Americans' minorities were
- 7:38Speaker 1: doing much better under Donald Trump than they ever have
- 7:41Speaker 1: under Biden Harris. So what do you do? How do
- 7:44Speaker 1: you fight back? Well, it seems to be pretty simple.
- 7:48Speaker 1: You buy votes. So you go after the twenty six
- 7:51Speaker 1: percent of African Americans and are now supporting Donald Trump,
- 7:55Speaker 1: for example in South Carolina, and you say, how can
- 7:58Speaker 1: I buy their vote? Reparations? That's I'm sure what the
- 8:04Speaker 1: campaign said. They said, great, how do we get the
- 8:06Speaker 1: message out? We're gonna go on African American shows, charlemag
- 8:09Speaker 1: the Gods, one of the biggest. We'll put you on there.
- 8:12Speaker 1: We'll make sure. He asked you a question about reparations.
- 8:14Speaker 1: You answer, there's no doubt. We need reparations and we
- 8:17Speaker 1: need to study it. And my team is going to
- 8:19Speaker 1: work on this. And what I do know is that
- 8:21Speaker 1: every African American I know never got there forty acres
- 8:24Speaker 1: and a mule. And so that's the baseline of your payout.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I also want to make it clear I don't believe
- 8:32Speaker 1: that Kamala Harris has any intention of actually paying out
- 8:36Speaker 1: to every African American. And massive sum of money that
- 8:39Speaker 1: if you adjust forty acres a mule for you know,
- 8:42Speaker 1: things like inflation and how many years it's been since
- 8:44Speaker 1: that was put into writing. I think we can all
- 8:47Speaker 1: agree this is a trillion dollar plan. How do you
- 8:52Speaker 1: pay for it? And are you gonna only accept checks
- 8:55Speaker 1: from white people that pay these taxes and that African
- 8:58Speaker 1: Americans don't pay like the idea that on a national level,
- 9:04Speaker 1: this is what she's proposing. You need to understand why
- 9:08Speaker 1: it is to buy votes. And by the way, I
- 9:09Speaker 1: think she's lying to the African Americans that are going
- 9:12Speaker 1: to vote for I really do. I think she is
- 9:14Speaker 1: lying to them. I think she is lying when she says, oh,
- 9:18Speaker 1: there's no doubt about it. This is something I'm going
- 9:20Speaker 1: to work on. There is no doubt about it. This
- 9:23Speaker 1: is something that's a core you know, I am considering
- 9:25Speaker 1: a plan to force US taxpayers to pay reparations to
- 9:29Speaker 1: blacks because I grew up around other blacks that need
- 9:32Speaker 1: the money, and you didn't get your forty acres in
- 9:34Speaker 1: a mule. This is total insanity. I also think that
- 9:44Speaker 1: the timing of this fits with the timing that I
- 9:48Speaker 1: talked about yesterday. Right now, Kama Harris is feeling desperate.
- 9:53Speaker 1: That's exactly why she's going on Fox News Channel to
- 9:55Speaker 1: do an interview with Brett Baer because she is desperate.
- 9:59Speaker 1: The polls are changing. Other candidates on the Democratic side
- 10:04Speaker 1: are very concerned right now. They're extremely concerned that Donald
- 10:11Speaker 1: Trump and what he's saying right now is working. I'll
- 10:13Speaker 1: give you another example of this. Uh, the Economic Club
- 10:17Speaker 1: of Chicago hosted Donald Trump. They were talking to him
- 10:22Speaker 1: about the economy, and this is where he wins with
- 10:24Speaker 1: minority voters. Listen to what he says to voters about
- 10:29Speaker 1: our economy.
- 10:32Speaker 3: This is a party, the Republican Party of common sense.
- 10:36Speaker 3: I forget about conservative liberal, let's say conservative, but we're
- 10:41Speaker 3: really a party of We need borders, we need fair elections.
- 10:45Speaker 3: We don't want men playing in women's sports, we don't
- 10:48Speaker 3: want transgender operations without parental consent. You know, it's there's
- 10:53Speaker 3: so many things, but it's ninety nine is common sense.
- 10:59Speaker 3: It really has common sense, and I like to say it.
- 11:02Speaker 3: I don't know if anyone said it in the past,
- 11:03Speaker 3: but I say, we're really a party of common sense,
- 11:07Speaker 3: and we want to have great people in our country.
- 11:10Speaker 3: I want to have a lot of people come in
- 11:12Speaker 3: so that you have your choice. I want to you know,
- 11:15Speaker 3: I have a good heart. I have a heart where
- 11:17Speaker 3: I want people to be taken care of. But I
- 11:19Speaker 3: don't want to take in people where they Millions of people,
- 11:24Speaker 3: twenty one million people at the least, have come in
- 11:26Speaker 3: in the last three and a half years, unvetted, unchecked.
- 11:31Speaker 3: We don't know anything about him. We don't know how
- 11:34Speaker 3: about this.
- 11:36Speaker 1: He's right, by the way on this. Let's just go
- 11:39Speaker 1: back to one of his quotes real quick. We need borders,
- 11:42Speaker 1: we need fair elections. We don't want them playing in
- 11:45Speaker 1: men playing in women's sports. We don't want transgender operations
- 11:49Speaker 1: without parental consents. This is niney nine point nine percent
- 11:52Speaker 1: common sense to the majority of Americans. And the Republican
- 11:56Speaker 1: Party has become the Party of common sense because of
- 11:59Speaker 1: these And by the way, there's no room for common
- 12:02Speaker 1: sense the Democratic Party. I'll give you a great example
- 12:05Speaker 1: of this. Bill Clinton was out there campaigning for Harris,
- 12:09Speaker 1: but he said something he wasn't supposed to say. He
- 12:12Speaker 1: said that Lake and Riley's death probably would wouldn't have
- 12:16Speaker 1: happened if the border was secure. Senator Cruz and I
- 12:21Speaker 1: set down to talk about this issue because it's an
- 12:24Speaker 1: important one, and I want you to hear what he
- 12:26Speaker 1: had to say about Bill Clinton telling the truth by
- 12:29Speaker 1: accident at a campaign event for Harrison Wolves. So cenator,
- 12:33Speaker 1: this happened, and this was obviously not something with Bill
- 12:36Speaker 1: Clinton that the Democrats were hoping he would say or
- 12:39Speaker 1: wanting him to say. This was clearly an oops moment
- 12:43Speaker 1: where he told the truth and that's why people were
- 12:47Speaker 1: mad at him. That if illegal immigrants had been vetted properly,
- 12:53Speaker 1: then people wouldn't be dying, specifically Lake and Riley, which
- 12:57Speaker 1: we've talked about extensively on this show. I actually think
- 13:01Speaker 1: it's a pretty brave moment for Bill Clinton to buck
- 13:03Speaker 1: his party.
- 13:04Speaker 4: Well it is, but let's play the clip and then
- 13:06Speaker 4: we're gonna break down exactly what he said and why
- 13:08Speaker 4: said it.
- 13:09Speaker 5: He got a case in Georgian not very long ago,
- 13:11Speaker 5: didn't you. They made an ad about it about it,
- 13:13Speaker 5: young woman who'd been killed by emigrant. Yeah, well it's
- 13:18Speaker 5: say it all and then properly vetted, that probably wouldn't
- 13:20Speaker 5: have happened. But if they all properly vetted and that
- 13:24Speaker 5: doesn't happen, and America is not having enough babies to
- 13:29Speaker 5: keep our populations up, so we need immigrants that have
- 13:33Speaker 5: been vetted to do work, there wouldn't be a problem.
- 13:37Speaker 5: And he couldn't keep people all torn up and upset.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Senator I knew someone had to take Joe Biden's place
- 13:43Speaker 1: with the microphone next as the Democrat. That's kind of
- 13:46Speaker 1: just goes off script. I didn't know it was gonna
- 13:48Speaker 1: be Bill Clinton so quickly. But here we are. He's
- 13:51Speaker 1: got his Harris Waltz head on and he's telling truths
- 13:54Speaker 1: like he's helping him and it's actually hurting them.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Well, let me say a couple of things. One, Bill
- 13:59Speaker 4: Clinton's absolutely right that if the immigrants of the border
- 14:03Speaker 4: had been properly vetted, in other words, if they'd come
- 14:05Speaker 4: in legally and we knew who they were, and we
- 14:07Speaker 4: could do criminal background checks, and we could not let
- 14:09Speaker 4: in murderers, we cannot let in rapists, we could not
- 14:11Speaker 4: let in child in lesters, we could not let in
- 14:14Speaker 4: gang members, and we could not let in terrorists. If
- 14:17Speaker 4: the immigrants coming in had been properly vetted, Lake and
- 14:19Speaker 4: Riley would still be alive, and by the way, let
- 14:21Speaker 4: me elaborate, Rachel Marin would still be alive. Joscelyn Hungary
- 14:26Speaker 4: would still be alive if Joe Biden and Kamala Harris
- 14:29Speaker 4: and congressional Democrats had not opened up our border to
- 14:33Speaker 4: now nearly twelve million illegal immigrants to an invasion. But
- 14:36Speaker 4: they have no idea who's coming in. They've opened it
- 14:40Speaker 4: up for every criminal who wants to come to America
- 14:42Speaker 4: to come in. And by the way, we in particular,
- 14:45Speaker 4: we are seeing countries like Venezuela Maduro very deliberately emptying
- 14:51Speaker 4: the jail, sending murderers here, getting rid of every bad
- 14:53Speaker 4: guy he can find in his country, saying go to America,
- 14:56Speaker 4: go kill Americans. So what Bill Clinton said was absolutely correct.
- 15:02Speaker 4: But there's the old line that a gaff is when
- 15:05Speaker 4: a politician accidentally speaks the truth. Everyone knows what Bill
- 15:10Speaker 4: Clinton said is right. Even Kamala Harris knows what he
- 15:13Speaker 4: said is right. She just can't admit it because she's
- 15:16Speaker 4: claiming okay. Alternately, at times she says the border is secure.
- 15:20Speaker 4: At other times, she says, it's not secure, but I'm
- 15:23Speaker 4: going to make it secure by doing the same thing
- 15:25Speaker 4: that I've been doing for the last four years. As
- 15:27Speaker 4: borders are that caused this crisis. But let me say
- 15:31Speaker 4: a second point about Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton would not
- 15:36Speaker 4: be welcomed in the Democrat Party of today. Listen, Bill Clinton.
- 15:40Speaker 4: I wasn't a huge fan. I wasn't a huge fan
- 15:43Speaker 4: of his when he was president, but he was comparatively speaking,
- 15:48Speaker 4: a moderate Democrat. And understand the time period. You know,
- 15:52Speaker 4: people ask me sometimes they say, Okay, Ted, how do
- 15:56Speaker 4: we change this world we're in where the Democrats are
- 15:59Speaker 4: so radical, so extreme. They're embracing things like open borders.
- 16:04Speaker 4: They're embracing things like defund the police. They're embracing things
- 16:07Speaker 4: like they don't know what a woman is and boys
- 16:10Speaker 4: and girls sports and all sorts of things that even
- 16:13Speaker 4: a few years ago would have been viewed as nutty.
- 16:16Speaker 4: And I think the only answer is that they got
- 16:19Speaker 4: to have a thumpin. I don't know if you remember
- 16:22Speaker 4: that phrase thumping. That actually is a quote from George W.
- 16:25Speaker 4: Bush after two thousand and six, after the Republicans got
- 16:28Speaker 4: clobbered and bushed at a press conference and said we
- 16:31Speaker 4: had a thumping, and actually robm Emmanuel wrote a book
- 16:34Speaker 4: called Thumping because it was a bad thumping. Look, if
- 16:38Speaker 4: you look back at the Democrats in the eighties and nineties,
- 16:42Speaker 4: in the eighties and nineties, we elected Ronald Reagan, then
- 16:47Speaker 4: Ronald Reagan than George Herbert Walker Bush. Republicans won the
- 16:50Speaker 4: presidency for twelve consecutive years, and the Democrats in that
- 16:54Speaker 4: period they nominated Jimmy Carter, then they nominated Walter Mondale,
- 16:58Speaker 4: who was even more liberal. They nominated Michael Ducaccus, who
- 17:01Speaker 4: was even more liberal. And after twelve years of getting
- 17:04Speaker 4: a thumpin getting clobbered at the polls, not just losing,
- 17:08Speaker 4: but losing badly, in nineteen eighty four, all right, Ben,
- 17:11Speaker 4: you know this, but many of our listeners might not.
- 17:14Speaker 4: How many states did Reagan win in nineteen eighty four.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Oh gosh, it was a ton it was, I mean,
- 17:19Speaker 1: it was impressive.
- 17:21Speaker 4: Forty nine, forty nine. He won every state but Minnesota,
- 17:27Speaker 4: and he almost won Minnesota, which was Bondale's home state.
- 17:30Speaker 4: He won Massachusetts, he won New York, he won California.
- 17:33Speaker 4: Like every blue state in the country voted for Ronald
- 17:36Speaker 4: Reagan in nineteen eighty four. So after the Democrats got
- 17:39Speaker 4: clobbernating and got clobber in eighty four, he got clobber
- 17:42Speaker 4: in eighty eight, they did did a rethinking. They said, okay,
- 17:46Speaker 4: nominating hardcore lefties is not working and we're getting killed.
- 17:50Speaker 4: And so what did they do? They picked this this
- 17:53Speaker 4: moderate Democrat governor from Arkansas. And Bill Clinton was head
- 17:57Speaker 4: of the DLC, the Democrat Leadership Coalition, which was explicitly
- 18:01Speaker 4: formed as a centrist organization, as a group of Democrats
- 18:06Speaker 4: rejecting the crazy left and the views of Bill Clinton.
- 18:11Speaker 4: He would be driven out. There is not a single
- 18:14Speaker 4: senator in the US Senate, certainly not after next year,
- 18:18Speaker 4: after Joe Manchin and Kirsten Cinema leave, There's not a
- 18:20Speaker 4: single Democrat senator whose views are even remotely close to
- 18:24Speaker 4: Bill Clinton. He would be unrecognizable in today's Democrat Party.
- 18:28Speaker 4: So when he's looking at you know, but when Bill
- 18:31Speaker 4: Clinton was president, he didn't open the borders and just
- 18:34Speaker 4: allow murderers and rapists to flood in. And so he
- 18:37Speaker 4: said something publicly that any rational person knows. But in
- 18:43Speaker 4: today's hyper politicized left wing Democrat party, it's considered verboten
- 18:49Speaker 4: to say it out loud.
- 18:50Speaker 1: There's also something else that I think is very interesting,
- 18:53Speaker 1: and that is when you hear him say this, you
- 18:57Speaker 1: could actually hear people in the crowd are with him.
- 19:02Speaker 4: And I think that every one people, everyone knows this.
- 19:08Speaker 4: Everyone knows this, that that's part of the weird vacation
- 19:13Speaker 4: from history we're in. Even the Zelots know this is true,
- 19:17Speaker 4: they just don't care. But of course the crowd agreed.
- 19:21Speaker 4: Everyone knows. Should we have let in psychopathic murderers who
- 19:26Speaker 4: rape and murder women? No, But Kamala Harris is not
- 19:31Speaker 4: willing to change. The Congressional Democrats are not willing.
- 19:33Speaker 1: To change this border issue, and I'm talking specifically about
- 19:39Speaker 1: the threats to people. I actually think this is becoming
- 19:43Speaker 1: a bigger issue in the last twenty five days than
- 19:46Speaker 1: anyone thought thirty or forty or fifty days ago. I
- 19:49Speaker 1: think a lot of people in the media thought, and
- 19:51Speaker 1: a lot of Democrats thought, Uh, this isn't going to
- 19:54Speaker 1: be that big of an issue. It is, and I
- 19:56Speaker 1: think voters care about it coast to coast more than
- 19:59Speaker 1: they real I think the Democrats underestimated the damage they
- 20:03Speaker 1: had done to the American people by allowing ten fifteen,
- 20:07Speaker 1: twenty million illegal immigrants, and especially the reporting that we've
- 20:11Speaker 1: talked about here that they knowingly let in convicted child molesters,
- 20:16Speaker 1: child rapists, rapist sexual abusers, and convicted murderers. Oh and
- 20:21Speaker 1: that doesn't even count all the other people that were
- 20:24Speaker 1: convicted of other crimes that aren't on those two horrific
- 20:27Speaker 1: lists that I just mentioned. I think this may be
- 20:30Speaker 1: something that costs them real elections across the country.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Thirteen thousand, that's a number every person should know. Thirteen
- 20:38Speaker 4: thousand is the number of convicted murders, people with homicide
- 20:41Speaker 4: convictions who are illegal aliens who are currently free and
- 20:46Speaker 4: wandering around America, and Kamala Harris refuses to arrest and
- 20:50Speaker 4: deport that number should be zero. By the way, there
- 20:54Speaker 4: are another two thousand who are illegal immigrants who are
- 20:58Speaker 4: facing current homicide charges. In other words, they're currently being
- 21:01Speaker 4: prosecuted for murder and understand the fact that they haven't
- 21:04Speaker 4: been convicted yet a murder with an illegal immigrant, they
- 21:08Speaker 4: have no entitlement to be free at all. In other words,
- 21:10Speaker 4: the federal government could go arrest them and detain them
- 21:13Speaker 4: right now. This instant under federal law. Give me any
- 21:16Speaker 4: rational reason why any of those two thousand illegal immigrants
- 21:20Speaker 4: who are currently being prosecuted for murder should be allowed
- 21:22Speaker 4: to go free. How many more people are they killing
- 21:25Speaker 4: while they're free? And I have yet to see a
- 21:28Speaker 4: single reporter ask Kamala Harris, why don't you arrest the
- 21:31Speaker 4: thirteen thousand murderers right now? Why don't you arrest the
- 21:33Speaker 4: two thousand alleged murders charge murderers right now? By the way,
- 21:37Speaker 4: fifteen thousand. Here's another stat that's the number of convicted
- 21:41Speaker 4: rapists who are illegal immigrants who are free and wandering around,
- 21:46Speaker 4: and Kamala Harris will not arrest. Those are issues where look,
- 21:52Speaker 4: I don't care if you're right or left. Maybe you're
- 21:54Speaker 4: middle of the road. Maybe you're a political, I don't know,
- 21:57Speaker 4: irrational and reasonable American who says, gosh, what do you
- 22:00Speaker 4: think of the federal government allowing murderers and rapists who
- 22:03Speaker 4: our legal immigrants to wander into your neighborhood and potentially
- 22:06Speaker 4: live next door to you? Everyone says hell know, which
- 22:10Speaker 4: is why when Bill Clinton says the obvious, you get
- 22:14Speaker 4: gasps from elected Democrats from the Kamala Haaris campaign, from
- 22:19Speaker 4: from the media, because the media they don't report on
- 22:22Speaker 4: facts anymore. Instead they're the propagandists for the Democrat Party.
- 22:25Speaker 4: And so saying what Bill Clinton said the thing to understand. Look,
- 22:30Speaker 4: there's a joke I tell on the campaign traw. You've
- 22:32Speaker 4: heard me tell this. I say, listen, the Democrats who
- 22:37Speaker 4: are saying this nonsense, they all know they're lying, one
- 22:42Speaker 4: hundred percent of them. And and when what I say
- 22:45Speaker 4: at a campaign rally is all right, I can prove
- 22:49Speaker 4: to you right now that Joe Biden knows what a
- 22:54Speaker 4: woman is. And people kind of pause and they sort
- 22:57Speaker 4: of raise an eyebrown and they're like, all right, what's
- 22:58Speaker 4: he going to say? And I say, look, Joe Biden
- 23:01Speaker 4: only sniff's the hair of girls. I've been in the
- 23:06Speaker 4: Senate twelve years. I have never once seen Joe Biden
- 23:10Speaker 4: come up to Chuck Schumer and sniff his hair. He knows.
- 23:13Speaker 4: And you know what, Ben, I'm even more certain Bill
- 23:18Speaker 4: Clinton knows what a woman is. If there's one thing
- 23:21Speaker 4: Bill Clinton knows.
- 23:22Speaker 1: It's that.
- 23:23Speaker 4: And in this point, it's true on the bizarre, Yes,
- 23:27Speaker 4: it's true. On the bizarre, we don't know what a
- 23:30Speaker 4: woman is. We don't know what a mother is. But
- 23:33Speaker 4: it's also true on this open border insanity that they
- 23:37Speaker 4: get that releasing thousands upon thousands of murderers and rapists
- 23:42Speaker 4: in this country is really bad, But they all just
- 23:46Speaker 4: make the decision we want votes more than we care
- 23:49Speaker 4: about keeping people alive. And you know what, I don't
- 23:52Speaker 4: like saying that when I say that, that to my ears,
- 23:56Speaker 4: that sounds really harsh and partisan. But let me ask you, Ben, seriously,
- 24:00Speaker 4: give me another justification if it's not we want votes
- 24:04Speaker 4: to stay in power. Give me any other plausible justification
- 24:08Speaker 4: for why Kamala Harris wouldn't arrest the thirteen thousand convicted
- 24:11Speaker 4: murderers Right now.
- 24:12Speaker 1: I want to tell you real quick about my friends
- 24:14Speaker 1: over at Delta Defense. Everyone thinks they're keeping their family safe,
- 24:19Speaker 1: but are you really. With the elections coming up, anything
- 24:23Speaker 1: might happen if you dare defend yourself, our twisted legal
- 24:27Speaker 1: system will probably put you behind bars while the criminal
- 24:31Speaker 1: walks free. See, they've got us to a point where
- 24:34Speaker 1: we're fighting to keep our Second Amendment rights yet risk
- 24:37Speaker 1: losing everything if we actually use them. That's why over
- 24:42Speaker 1: eight hundred thousand Americans are members of the USCCA, because
- 24:47Speaker 1: not only will you get access to their Protector Academy
- 24:51Speaker 1: to learn vital skills like precision shooting and how to
- 24:54Speaker 1: fortify your home against criminals, but you also get access
- 24:58Speaker 1: to the twenty five or seven Critical Response Team and
- 25:03Speaker 1: the included benefit of self Defense Liability insurance to make
- 25:08Speaker 1: sure you and your family are prepared for anything and
- 25:13Speaker 1: for a limited time, Text the word America to eight
- 25:18Speaker 1: seven two to two to get the uscca's free Life
- 25:25Speaker 1: Saving Concealed Carry and Family Defense Guide and a chance
- 25:29Speaker 1: to win seventeen hundred dollars to buy any self defense
- 25:34Speaker 1: gear you need before it's too late again. Right now,
- 25:37Speaker 1: Text the word America to eight seven two two two.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Right now, that's eight seven two two two. Text the
- 25:47Speaker 1: word America now, Santa. We were talking about this bait
- 25:52Speaker 1: and switch that has taken place, and we've seen this
- 25:56Speaker 1: from the VP candidate, We've seen this from Harris. They're like, well,
- 25:59Speaker 1: the numbers are down and things are moving in the
- 26:02Speaker 1: right direction at the border. And then we told the story.
- 26:05Speaker 1: We know that the Biden administration made a deal with
- 26:08Speaker 1: Mexico and they started moving people away from the border temporarily.
- 26:12Speaker 1: They started, you know, trying to make the numbers come
- 26:15Speaker 1: down in August and September to say, look, it's all
- 26:18Speaker 1: good news, but we also are getting reporting of new
- 26:21Speaker 1: migrant caravans plural that are headed north trying to quote
- 26:27Speaker 1: beat the possible arrival of a Trump administration, and they
- 26:32Speaker 1: are growing in numbers rapidly. Well.
- 26:36Speaker 4: The human traffickers are looking at the same polling numbers
- 26:39Speaker 4: that the Kamala Harris campaign is looking at. They are
- 26:42Speaker 4: recognizing that the swing states are all moving towards Trump.
- 26:46Speaker 4: They're all getting reader that the chances of Trump winning
- 26:49Speaker 4: are rising every single day, and they're starting to panic
- 26:52Speaker 4: because they realize, if Donald Trump is re elected president,
- 26:56Speaker 4: if we have a Republican Senate, if we have a
- 26:58Speaker 4: Republican House, we will secure the border, and we will
- 27:01Speaker 4: do it in January and February of next year. It
- 27:03Speaker 4: will be secure. So they're panicking. So here's a brand
- 27:06Speaker 4: new story from Breitbart that says, quote, a new migrant
- 27:10Speaker 4: caravan of approximately one thousand migrants departed from Mexico's southern
- 27:14Speaker 4: border this weekend to make its way to Mexico City.
- 27:18Speaker 4: From there, the group is expected to disperse and find
- 27:21Speaker 4: various ways to reach the US border. The caravan is
- 27:25Speaker 4: the second to start in Mexico since October first, when
- 27:28Speaker 4: the country's new president, Claudia Shinbaum took office. The caravan
- 27:33Speaker 4: began early Sunday morning in Tapachula, Chiappas and has been
- 27:38Speaker 4: officially named quote God is Guiding Us. The caravan comprises
- 27:44Speaker 4: approximately one thousand migrants from Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Haiti, Panama,
- 27:52Speaker 4: and Costa Rica, as well as some migrants from Afghanistan
- 27:56Speaker 4: and Nepal. The group plans to make its way to
- 27:59Speaker 4: Mexico City, with the ultimate goal being the US border.
- 28:03Speaker 4: The migrants who make up the caravan have received legal
- 28:07Speaker 4: status in Mexico and we're in the process of waiting
- 28:10Speaker 4: in Chioppas for an appointment for the Biden Harris administration's
- 28:15Speaker 4: CBP one application. However, the group's organizers got tired of
- 28:20Speaker 4: the long wait times. By the way, the waight times
- 28:22Speaker 4: are designed to be just long enough to get after
- 28:24Speaker 4: election day. That's me cynically observing exactly what they're doing.
- 28:28Speaker 4: Let me go back to the article. According to Jonathan Rojas,
- 28:32Speaker 4: the group fears the rhetoric former US President Donald J.
- 28:36Speaker 4: Trump voice that he would close the current immigration pathway.
- 28:39Speaker 4: Rojas claimed that he was traveling due to economic reasons,
- 28:42Speaker 4: due to the lack of opportunities in his native Columbia.
- 28:45Speaker 4: There is real concern that if he Trump gets elected,
- 28:49Speaker 4: they will close the border. Rojas said, we can't keep
- 28:52Speaker 4: waiting for them to give us an appointment. Conditions here
- 28:55Speaker 4: in Chioppas are not healthy. There are too many of
- 28:58Speaker 4: us and not enough supplies in space. They the Mexican
- 29:00Speaker 4: government need to help us. According to Venezuela's la Verdad,
- 29:06Speaker 4: the migrants in the caravan claimed that there were food
- 29:09Speaker 4: shortages in Chioppus and a lack of medical care. The
- 29:12Speaker 4: publication also notice that the driving factor behind the migrants
- 29:15Speaker 4: desire to reach the United States was economic need. Now,
- 29:20Speaker 4: let me point out economic need is not a basis
- 29:23Speaker 4: for asylum under US law. If but they are coming,
- 29:28Speaker 4: and they are coming because they know under way.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Wait wait wait, wait, wait wait, let's say that again,
- 29:32Speaker 1: because this is something that I think many Americans don't
- 29:35Speaker 1: understand about those that seeking asylum, and explain that more
- 29:40Speaker 1: the law what it says, because this is part of
- 29:43Speaker 1: the abuse by the left is they make you think
- 29:45Speaker 1: that if anyone in the world is in essence, not
- 29:48Speaker 1: happy with the conditions of where they are in their
- 29:52Speaker 1: life or what they're living, where they're living, or who's
- 29:56Speaker 1: in charge of a country that that therefore means they
- 29:59Speaker 1: should immediately go to the front of the line and
- 30:02Speaker 1: come straight into American we should take care of them.
- 30:04Speaker 1: And you just says that it's really important you don't
- 30:06Speaker 1: just allow people to come in into this country because
- 30:09Speaker 1: they don't like their quote economic conditions.
- 30:12Speaker 4: That's exactly right what US law is as we have asylum.
- 30:16Speaker 4: We offer people asylum, but to qualify for asylum, you
- 30:21Speaker 4: have to demonstrate a quote credible fear of political persecution.
- 30:26Speaker 4: If you're in say a communist country, and you can
- 30:30Speaker 4: demonstrate the government, if they capture you, they're going to
- 30:32Speaker 4: torture you, they're going to kill you. That's typically the
- 30:36Speaker 4: kind of showing you've got to demonstrate to qualify for asylum.
- 30:41Speaker 4: It's explicitly political persecution. And one of the reason is, look,
- 30:45Speaker 4: there're seven to eight billion people on planet Earth, that
- 30:48Speaker 4: there are billions of people living in poverty. Our nation
- 30:52Speaker 4: has about three hundred and thirty million Americans. We don't
- 30:55Speaker 4: have the capacity, we don't have the ability to provide
- 30:58Speaker 4: for billions of people flooding in who are simply in
- 31:01Speaker 4: poverty and would like to live better, particularly when you
- 31:04Speaker 4: combine it with the democrats welfare state, because understand, Kamala
- 31:07Speaker 4: Harris doesn't just provide open border. She says, you get
- 31:10Speaker 4: here and we'll give you welfare, we'll give you free healthcare,
- 31:13Speaker 4: we will give you money. And so frankly, look, I
- 31:17Speaker 4: understand why the people come to this country. If you're
- 31:20Speaker 4: living in poverty and you get to come to America
- 31:23Speaker 4: and these idiots in the government are going to give
- 31:25Speaker 4: you free everything, why wouldn't you come? But that is
- 31:29Speaker 4: not US law. Economic need poverty does not qualify for asylum,
- 31:34Speaker 4: and the Democrats don't care. They're not even pretending this
- 31:37Speaker 4: meets US law. So what they do, here's the game.
- 31:41Speaker 4: You show up. And by the way, just about every
- 31:43Speaker 4: one of these these illegal immigrants is trained by the
- 31:46Speaker 4: traffickers to say I'm claiming asylum. Now the Biden administration
- 31:51Speaker 4: knows that when their claim is adjudicated, that fewer than
- 31:54Speaker 4: ten percent will meet the standards for asylum. That almost
- 31:57Speaker 4: none of them have any credible fear. They're simple, and
- 32:00Speaker 4: they want a better life, and they want handouts. But
- 32:04Speaker 4: what Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are doing is they say, Okay,
- 32:08Speaker 4: we'll take you for asylum. We'll set you a court
- 32:10Speaker 4: date three, four, five, ten years in the future, and
- 32:13Speaker 4: in the meantime, we'll let you go. Welcome to America.
- 32:15Speaker 4: And by the way, a bunch of them are never
- 32:18Speaker 4: seen again. That policy is called catch and release. That
- 32:20Speaker 4: when people are apprehended, they let him go. By the way,
- 32:23Speaker 4: how did the murderer who killed Lake and Riley get
- 32:26Speaker 4: to Georgia because of catch and release? Because Joe Biden
- 32:29Speaker 4: and Kamala Harris apprehended him and let him go. How
- 32:31Speaker 4: did the murderer who killed Rachel Morin get to suburban
- 32:34Speaker 4: Maryland because a catch and release Joe Biden Kamala Harris
- 32:37Speaker 4: apprehended him and let him go. How did the two
- 32:40Speaker 4: murderers and rapists who raped and murdered Joscelyn Nunger get
- 32:43Speaker 4: to Houston, Texas because Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did
- 32:47Speaker 4: catch and release. They caught him, they cut both of them,
- 32:51Speaker 4: they had them in custody, and they released them. There
- 32:54Speaker 4: is no credible argument with with with these criminals that
- 32:58Speaker 4: eat the standards of asylum, but Kamala Harris doesn't care.
- 33:03Speaker 4: You know.
- 33:03Speaker 1: I think there's even something else that's just a personal
- 33:07Speaker 1: example that we've talked about in the past on the show.
- 33:11Speaker 1: It is the beginning of your last book. Your dad
- 33:15Speaker 1: was a poster child for someone that would deserve and
- 33:20Speaker 1: need asylum in the US because of political persecution, the
- 33:24Speaker 1: genuine fear of death when he fled Cuba. Let's just
- 33:29Speaker 1: take a moment and let people understand how far that
- 33:32Speaker 1: pendulum has swung since your dad was a political refugee
- 33:36Speaker 1: basically in the US. I think I'm describing that correctly.
- 33:41Speaker 4: My father was a political refugee. Actually came initially on
- 33:44Speaker 4: a student visa, so he was admitted to the University
- 33:47Speaker 4: of Texas. He came in nineteen fifty seven, and so
- 33:50Speaker 4: he studied at UT. He got a degree in ut
- 33:53Speaker 4: graduated in sixty one with a degree in math. And
- 33:57Speaker 4: at that point Castro had taken over and had begun
- 34:00Speaker 4: persecuting dissonance. My aunt, might Theo Sonia, I was with
- 34:03Speaker 4: both my father and might Theosonia this evening. Might Theo
- 34:06Speaker 4: Sonia fought in the counter revolution against Castro. Might Theo
- 34:10Speaker 4: Sonia was in prison, she was tortured by Castro and
- 34:14Speaker 4: so my family, my father was granted asylum status because
- 34:18Speaker 4: why if he came back to Cuba, they'd murder him.
- 34:21Speaker 4: Might thea Sonia got out of Cuba and she was
- 34:23Speaker 4: granted asylum status because again the government, they had a
- 34:27Speaker 4: credible fear. They met the legal standard we see from
- 34:31Speaker 4: communist countries that persecute dictators. That's what the asylum laws
- 34:35Speaker 4: were made for, is if you can demonstrate if I
- 34:38Speaker 4: go back to my country, the government will imprison me,
- 34:41Speaker 4: torture me, kill me. That's why we have asylum laws.
- 34:45Speaker 4: The claim was not just I'm in poverty and I
- 34:48Speaker 4: would like to live in America. And the reason our
- 34:51Speaker 4: laws don't grant a special status to that is they're
- 34:55Speaker 4: literally billions of people that fall into that category and
- 34:58Speaker 4: we do not have the capacity. And I want to
- 35:01Speaker 4: make a point here, Ben, because you know, sometimes people
- 35:04Speaker 4: on the left say, oh gosh, we're just so compassionate
- 35:07Speaker 4: when it comes to immigration. Understand, there is no country
- 35:11Speaker 4: on planet Earth that is more compassionate, that is more
- 35:14Speaker 4: generous when it comes to immigration than the United States
- 35:17Speaker 4: of America. Every year, we let in more than one
- 35:20Speaker 4: million legal immigrants. There's no other country that's doing that.
- 35:24Speaker 4: You can't do that in France, you can't do that.
- 35:25Speaker 4: In Britain, you can't do that in Australia, you can't
- 35:27Speaker 4: do that in Japan. Name your country. None of them
- 35:30Speaker 4: do what America does. So we are we welcome immigrants.
- 35:35Speaker 4: But there's a right way to come. You come legally,
- 35:37Speaker 4: you follow the rules, you wait in line. That's the
- 35:41Speaker 4: way the system is meant to go. And it goes
- 35:43Speaker 4: back to our first story, Bill Clinton, if they'd been
- 35:45Speaker 4: properly vetted, you know what, if you're trying to come
- 35:48Speaker 4: in legally, if you're a member of Venezuelan gang, if
- 35:51Speaker 4: you're a murderer, if you're a rapist, if you're a
- 35:53Speaker 4: child molester, you're not going to get in legally when
- 35:56Speaker 4: you're vetted. Which is why these open borders are called.
- 36:00Speaker 4: Housing such devastations and they are making American families much
- 36:04Speaker 4: much less safe.
- 36:06Speaker 1: Final question on this, and it's an important one. I
- 36:09Speaker 1: think the American people are really understanding the game here,
- 36:13Speaker 1: and they're understanding that these migrant caravans are coming and
- 36:17Speaker 1: they're running here in case Trump gets elected. They even
- 36:20Speaker 1: understand this election is either about a wide open border
- 36:24Speaker 1: that continues in mass amnesty or law and order in
- 36:28Speaker 1: a secure border with Donald Trump. If the illegal immigrants
- 36:33Speaker 1: that are rushing to get in here before Donald Trump
- 36:37Speaker 1: would take office, that's that's clearly they're right that they're
- 36:40Speaker 1: saying this right, they're the ones they're telling us this.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Then then then shouldn't every American take a look at
- 36:47Speaker 1: that and realize just the difference, uh of of the
- 36:52Speaker 1: perspective from an illegal immigrant senator? If this is what
- 36:57Speaker 1: they're doing right now ahead of time to understand, like,
- 37:01Speaker 1: there's two policies here, They're two very different and no
- 37:05Speaker 1: matter what Heros says, no matter what Walla says, the
- 37:08Speaker 1: illegal immigrants know that they are good for business. That's
- 37:12Speaker 1: good for human trafficking, sex trafficking, drug trafficking. The list
- 37:16Speaker 1: goes on and on, and Donald Trump is going to
- 37:19Speaker 1: shut it down. The party's over. I think that's an
- 37:23Speaker 1: incredibly important point that needs to be made. These illegal
- 37:26Speaker 1: immigrants get it.
- 37:28Speaker 4: They do. And you know another number that everyone should
- 37:31Speaker 4: know is two thousand, six hundred percent. Do you know
- 37:36Speaker 4: what twenty six hundred percent is.
- 37:39Speaker 1: I'm going to guess the amount of illegal immigration that's
- 37:41Speaker 1: gone up since they got into office.
- 37:44Speaker 4: No, now, it's actually a different stat than that. So
- 37:47Speaker 4: in twenty eighteen, the Mexican drug cartels were earning roughly
- 37:53Speaker 4: five hundred million dollars in revenue from human trafficking. Now, look,
- 37:57Speaker 4: five hundred million dollars a lot of money. Do you
- 37:59Speaker 4: know how much they make last year? I hell of
- 38:01Speaker 4: a lot more than that, thirteen billion dollars And those
- 38:08Speaker 4: stats are from the New York Times. That is a
- 38:10Speaker 4: two thousand and six hundred percent increase. Joe Biden and
- 38:14Speaker 4: Kamala Harris have been incredibly good. In fact, I've joked,
- 38:18Speaker 4: you know, the standard test for any presidential election is
- 38:22Speaker 4: are you better off now than you were four years ago?
- 38:25Speaker 4: And I've joked unless you're a Mexican drug lord. And
- 38:29Speaker 4: by the way, if you are a Mexican drug lord,
- 38:31Speaker 4: you should definitely vote for Kamala Harris because she's made
- 38:35Speaker 4: you billions and billions of dollars. You would be an
- 38:37Speaker 4: idiot if you're a Mexican drug lord not to vote
- 38:39Speaker 4: for Kamala Harris. But if you're not, for just about
- 38:42Speaker 4: everyone else, life has gotten a lot worse. That number
- 38:46Speaker 4: is staggery and one of the consequences of it is
- 38:49Speaker 4: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have devastated the nation of Mexico.
- 38:52Speaker 4: Mexico is a wonderful nation. In Texas, it is our
- 38:56Speaker 4: immediate southern neighbor, Texas and Mexican culture. Sure, there's enormous overlap.
- 39:01Speaker 4: I'll tell you twenty thirty years ago, you go to
- 39:03Speaker 4: South Texas, people would cross the border back and forth.
- 39:07Speaker 4: If you were in Laredo, you'd go down in Nueva Laredo,
- 39:09Speaker 4: you'd have dinner at a Mexican restaurant, you come back
- 39:11Speaker 4: and forth. I mean, there was this cross border culture
- 39:16Speaker 4: that was wonderful. Nobody does that anymore, like because the
- 39:21Speaker 4: violence the cartels. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have made
- 39:25Speaker 4: the drug cartels the most powerful economic force in Mexico,
- 39:29Speaker 4: and they are vicious, utterly amorl criminals. There are. I
- 39:35Speaker 4: met with the mayor of a border town in Mexico
- 39:39Speaker 4: who told me, in his town alone, there had been
- 39:42Speaker 4: more than three thousand disappearances, just people who disappear, who
- 39:48Speaker 4: the cartels kidnap, they murder, and they're found just in
- 39:51Speaker 4: pits of dead bodies. That's what Biden and Harris have
- 39:55Speaker 4: done to Mexico is they have undermined public safety to
- 39:59Speaker 4: a level. They have turned these cartels into superpowers. And
- 40:04Speaker 4: it is tragic what's happening to Mexico, but it's also
- 40:07Speaker 4: tragic what's happening to America.
- 40:09Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and
- 40:11Speaker 1: your friends, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
