- 0:01Speaker 1: The Sham trial, a trial that is one of the
- 0:04Speaker 1: saddest days in American history for our justice system just
- 0:10Speaker 1: became a reality. This is Biden's America, a Banana Republic.
- 0:17Speaker 1: President Donald Trump is the first president in history to
- 0:21Speaker 1: be convicted of a felony. Let me also be clear,
- 0:26Speaker 1: this will be overturned. I have no doubt legal scholars agree.
- 0:34Speaker 1: This is an egregious abuse of power that all started
- 0:38Speaker 1: with Alvin Bragg saying vote for me, and I'll go
- 0:41Speaker 1: after Donald Trump. Picking a court where ninety plus percent
- 0:46Speaker 1: of the people in the area voted against Donald Trump,
- 0:50Speaker 1: changing the sentencing guidelines so that it made it virtually
- 0:54Speaker 1: impossible for them not to figure out a way to
- 0:57Speaker 1: convict Donald Trump. The sentencing will take place on July eleventh.
- 1:06Speaker 1: If I use the word guilty, it would be thirty
- 1:09Speaker 1: four times over and over and over again. Donald Trump
- 1:16Speaker 1: is the first president in history to watch and to
- 1:20Speaker 1: see the United States government and the power of the
- 1:23Speaker 1: Deep State and America's new Vladimir Putin is Joe Biden
- 1:28Speaker 1: weaponize a system of our justice system, a system that's
- 1:34Speaker 1: supposed to be for standing up for truth and honesty
- 1:39Speaker 1: in fairness that has now been weaponized to attack a
- 1:43Speaker 1: political opponent who is a former president of the United
- 1:47Speaker 1: States of America. Why is the left so excited right now?
- 1:52Speaker 1: One simple reason. They now get to say Donald Trump
- 1:56Speaker 1: is a felon. They will campaign off of this, They
- 2:01Speaker 1: will absolutely use this, and it is election interference. This
- 2:07Speaker 1: is an election interference trial. It was always an election
- 2:12Speaker 1: interference trial. And Alvin Bragg and the others involved have
- 2:16Speaker 1: in essence admitted that even before this came down, I
- 2:21Speaker 1: thought I would actually be more angry than I am
- 2:24Speaker 1: right now. The reason why I am not so angry
- 2:28Speaker 1: right now is because I know that this was a
- 2:31Speaker 1: rig sham event. From the very beginning, I knew this
- 2:35Speaker 1: was probably going to be the outcome of this sham event.
- 2:39Speaker 1: And when they changed the way they did the sentencing,
- 2:42Speaker 1: I knew it was going to be a sham event.
- 2:47Speaker 1: The Democrats got their goal. They can now brand Donald
- 2:52Speaker 1: Trump as a convicted felon. They don't care that this
- 2:57Speaker 1: is election interference, and to be honest with you, we
- 3:00Speaker 1: should know that they don't care. I go back to
- 3:03Speaker 1: what happened in twenty sixteen when the election interference took place,
- 3:08Speaker 1: when they said very clearly that Donald Trump was colluding
- 3:13Speaker 1: with the Russians. Even though Donald Trump was not colluding
- 3:18Speaker 1: with the Russians. They knew there was no Russian collusion.
- 3:23Speaker 2: How do they know it.
- 3:25Speaker 1: They're the one that created the Steele Dalsia. They're the
- 3:27Speaker 1: ones that paid for it. They're the ones that financed it.
- 3:30Speaker 1: The Democratic Party and the Democratic Party right the Hillary
- 3:34Speaker 1: Clinton campaign, I should say, they financed the entire thing.
- 3:37Speaker 1: The FBI, by the way, knew it was a sham
- 3:41Speaker 1: and even labeled it as user generated.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Meaning it wasn't real.
- 3:44Speaker 1: It was a lie, It wasn't authentic, but they use
- 3:47Speaker 1: it anyway to try to overthrow the will of the
- 3:49Speaker 1: people and impeach a sitting president of the United States
- 3:52Speaker 1: of America for crimes that he had not committed. And
- 3:57Speaker 1: why did they do it this time? Because they got
- 3:59Speaker 1: so close last time, Except this time they were smarter
- 4:03Speaker 1: about it. They found an activist DA who was funded
- 4:07Speaker 1: by George Soros, and that DA ran off of locking
- 4:11Speaker 1: up Donald Trump. And then they found people to come
- 4:15Speaker 1: work in his office that took massive demotions in pay
- 4:20Speaker 1: and status from the Justice Department to come run this
- 4:23Speaker 1: sham court. And then they found the perfect judge a
- 4:28Speaker 1: judge who had given money to Joe Biden, who had
- 4:32Speaker 1: given money to Barack Obama, And what did he do?
- 4:36Speaker 1: He then decided, I'm going to run this court like
- 4:39Speaker 1: a kangaroo court court. I am going to run it
- 4:42Speaker 1: the way that Vladimir Putin runs the court. Yes, Vladimir Putin,
- 4:47Speaker 1: we have one in America now.
- 4:50Speaker 2: His name is Joe Biden.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Joe Biden is going to celebrate this Alvin Bragg at
- 4:59Speaker 1: a press conference. I promise you, he is going to
- 5:04Speaker 1: celebrate this. This is all a celebration because their goal,
- 5:11Speaker 1: their entire goal, was to do this to the president,
- 5:15Speaker 1: and they got it. The appeal will not happen before
- 5:19Speaker 1: election day. Sentencing will be July eleventh, Remember when the
- 5:25Speaker 1: first debate is going to happen. They can brand Donald Trump,
- 5:29Speaker 1: which was their entire goal, as a convicted felon. Regardless
- 5:34Speaker 1: of what happens on appeal. There is no way that
- 5:38Speaker 1: any of these charges will stand up on appeal.
- 5:40Speaker 2: It will all be shot down.
- 5:43Speaker 1: But the headline on CNN right now verdict count thirty
- 5:48Speaker 1: four guilty. Former President Donald J. Trump guilty convicted on
- 5:54Speaker 1: all counts. It says in the middle of the screen
- 5:57Speaker 1: at the bottom of the screen it says Donald Trump
- 5:58Speaker 1: guilty on all thirds four felony charges. And now the
- 6:03Speaker 1: Democratic Party has exactly what they want, and that is
- 6:07Speaker 1: that Donald Trump is a convicted felon at least from
- 6:11Speaker 1: now until election day. I want to say that again,
- 6:17Speaker 1: now until election day. That's all they needed, folks, that
- 6:23Speaker 1: was the only thing that was needed.
- 6:26Speaker 2: They needed it through election day.
- 6:30Speaker 1: And once they got what they wanted, which was a
- 6:33Speaker 1: he is guilty through election day, they can now run
- 6:36Speaker 1: their ads. Will this have an impact on the American people? Yes,
- 6:42Speaker 1: there are a lot of voters that don't pay very
- 6:44Speaker 1: close attention. There are a lot of voters that are
- 6:49Speaker 1: going to say, well, you know, hey, uh, well, you know, look,
- 6:55Speaker 1: he was convicted, so I guess I shouldn't vote for him.
- 6:58Speaker 1: It will have an impact, It will have a significant impact.
- 7:04Speaker 2: I want to make that very very clear.
- 7:07Speaker 1: They know that this, and I'm sure they've done some
- 7:09Speaker 1: internal polling on this that if they could say that
- 7:13Speaker 1: Donald Trump is a felon between now and election day,
- 7:17Speaker 1: then what would happen? How would it change people's minds,
- 7:21Speaker 1: What would their thoughts be about the president? All of
- 7:25Speaker 1: this has been polled they know they're sitting on that
- 7:29Speaker 1: this will have some sort of impact, right, it will.
- 7:33Speaker 1: It will have some sort of impact on this trial.
- 7:37Speaker 1: It is going to or this, I should say on
- 7:40Speaker 1: this election. Now, the other question is what does the
- 7:43Speaker 1: other side do what a conservatives do. Here's what I
- 7:47Speaker 1: can tell you, and this is important. What I can
- 7:51Speaker 1: tell you is this. Donald Trump's website where you go
- 7:57Speaker 1: to give money to his campaign has crashed multiple times already.
- 8:02Speaker 2: In the last couple of hours.
- 8:05Speaker 1: And the reason why it is crashed is because Americans
- 8:09Speaker 1: are now saying enough, They're saying, I'm gonna get in
- 8:13Speaker 1: the game.
- 8:14Speaker 2: I tweeted out earlier.
- 8:16Speaker 1: I've never I don't usually advocate for big money to
- 8:20Speaker 1: go into campaigns and races. You need to give now
- 8:23Speaker 1: like you've never given before to Donald Trump for president,
- 8:27Speaker 1: because otherwise we are living in the Banana Republic. And
- 8:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden has weaponized our doj our FBI, the deep state,
- 8:36Speaker 1: and is using it now to take out his political opponents.
- 8:39Speaker 2: And it is real. He is America's Vladimir Putin.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Democrats want Donald Trump to die in prison.
- 8:49Speaker 2: They are trying to.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Lock up him up as a political prisoner. They are
- 8:56Speaker 1: trying to make sure that Donald Trump can't pay campaign.
- 9:00Speaker 1: This was already election interference, and now they got their
- 9:06Speaker 1: ultimate gift, and that gift is that they can run
- 9:09Speaker 1: around and say Donald Trump is a convicted felon on
- 9:14Speaker 1: all thirty four counts.
- 9:16Speaker 2: You want to know what Biden's America is.
- 9:19Speaker 1: This is Biden's America, the United States Banana Republic. That
- 9:25Speaker 1: is what this is. That is what they believe in.
- 9:28Speaker 1: That is what they are advocating for. They will run
- 9:31Speaker 1: over you, a former president, They will raid your home,
- 9:35Speaker 1: they will raid his home. There is nothing now that
- 9:38Speaker 1: the Left will not do. These Marxists, these socialists, these communists,
- 9:43Speaker 1: they are no different than what you got from the KGB.
- 9:47Speaker 1: They are no different than what you got from the Gestapo.
- 9:50Speaker 1: They are no different. And what they are doing right now,
- 9:54Speaker 1: I want to be clear about this, than the worst
- 9:56Speaker 1: dictators and tyrants around the world do to their political opponents.
- 10:01Speaker 1: This is a sad day for America. This is a
- 10:08Speaker 1: devastating day for America. This is one of the saddest
- 10:13Speaker 1: days I have ever seen. And the Left will celebrate
- 10:18Speaker 1: this because they do not believe in law and order,
- 10:21Speaker 1: They do not believe in the rule of law.
- 10:24Speaker 2: They do not believe in any of it.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I'm going to give you those details as well, But
- 10:29Speaker 1: first let me tell you about Patriot Mobile. For ten years,
- 10:34Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Why does that matter to you, Because if you're with
- 10:42Speaker 1: Big Mobile, then you're giving big donations every time you
- 10:45Speaker 1: pay your bill to liberal causes, liberal candidates, liberal organizations,
- 10:51Speaker 1: and you may actually be helping fund Plan Parenthood. Now,
- 10:55Speaker 1: when I found that out years ago, I made the
- 10:58Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile. And look, switching cell phone providers
- 11:02Speaker 1: was not easy until well recently. It's now twenty twenty
- 11:06Speaker 1: four and I had to switch a line the other day.
- 11:09Speaker 2: It was easy.
- 11:10Speaker 1: I didn't have to go into a store, I didn't
- 11:12Speaker 1: have to wait on the phone for hours on end.
- 11:15Speaker 1: In fact, the entire process switching from one provider to
- 11:19Speaker 1: another took me about ten minutes. Yes, that is now
- 11:24Speaker 1: how easy it is with technology to switch. You can
- 11:27Speaker 1: keep your same cell phone number you have right now,
- 11:29Speaker 1: your same device you have in your hand, or you
- 11:31Speaker 1: can upgrade to a new one if you want to. Now,
- 11:34Speaker 1: the best part about Patreon Mobile is not only do
- 11:37Speaker 1: you get the same coverage you're used to because they
- 11:39Speaker 1: use the same exact towers you're using right now.
- 11:42Speaker 2: But every time you pay your bill, about.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Five percent of that bill actually goes back to fight
- 11:47Speaker 1: for what we believe in at no extra cost to you. Yeah,
- 11:50Speaker 1: you'll save money usually on your cell phone bill while
- 11:52Speaker 1: supporting conservative causes. They get money every single month to
- 11:56Speaker 1: groups that support free speech, groups that support religion freedom,
- 12:00Speaker 1: and most importantly for me, groups that support the sanctity
- 12:04Speaker 1: of life protecting unborn babies. They also are huge advocates
- 12:09Speaker 1: for the Second Amendment, and they get back to our military,
- 12:12Speaker 1: our veterans, and our wounded warriors as well as our
- 12:15Speaker 1: first responder heroes. So make a difference with every text,
- 12:19Speaker 1: with every phone call. Just go to Patriot Mobile dot
- 12:22Speaker 1: com slash ben that's Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ben,
- 12:27Speaker 1: or call them nine to seven to two Patriot and
- 12:29Speaker 1: get free activation when you use the offer code Ben
- 12:32Speaker 1: Join me. Make the switch today Patriotmobile dot com slash
- 12:35Speaker 1: Ben or nine to seven to two Patriot. How did
- 12:40Speaker 1: we get to a point where Donald Trump could be
- 12:44Speaker 1: even put in this position? Tell you how we allowed
- 12:49Speaker 1: the radical extremists to take over this country? One of
- 12:53Speaker 1: the Fox anchors today asked the question of Donald Trump's attorney,
- 12:57Speaker 1: and this goes back to the sentencing guideline that were
- 13:00Speaker 1: put out by this activist judge who gave money to
- 13:03Speaker 1: Joe Biden, by the DA who ran on vote for me,
- 13:07Speaker 1: and I locked Donald Trump up by the team and
- 13:09Speaker 1: the staff he had around him that came from all
- 13:12Speaker 1: over the country, from top positions in the DOJ for example,
- 13:15Speaker 1: to then take a demotion just so they could say
- 13:18Speaker 1: Donald Trump is a felon, all knowing good and well
- 13:21Speaker 1: that this will be overturned. There's no doubt about it.
- 13:26Speaker 1: This will be overturned by the appeals court. And people
- 13:28Speaker 1: are gonna say, well, then go to the Supreme Court.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Guess what, you can't. You have to work through the
- 13:32Speaker 1: system first. The president can't just go straight to the
- 13:35Speaker 1: Supreme Court. And there's the advantage for the left. They
- 13:40Speaker 1: knew what they were doing. They knew what they were
- 13:43Speaker 1: doing from the very beginning. They understood it. We just
- 13:48Speaker 1: need to find him guilty and have him be a convict, right,
- 13:53Speaker 1: a felon through election day and then they can overturn it.
- 13:57Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. This is election interance. But the most
- 14:01Speaker 1: shocking part about what Judge Merchant did was the fact
- 14:05Speaker 1: that he basically said, here's a bunch of rules, but
- 14:08Speaker 1: I'm not going to give you the paper of those rules,
- 14:10Speaker 1: and you guys can come up with any way you
- 14:12Speaker 1: need to to get a guilty verdict against Donald Trump
- 14:15Speaker 1: in a jury pool that we knew was overwhelmingly against Donald.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Trump, and it worked flawlessly. In fact, you could make
- 14:24Speaker 2: up things that you think he did wrong. Take a
- 14:27Speaker 2: listen to again.
- 14:29Speaker 1: This is one of Trump's attorney being asked a question,
- 14:33Speaker 1: how do you defend a client if you don't know
- 14:35Speaker 1: what you're defending him against?
- 14:37Speaker 2: And correct me if I'm wrong.
- 14:39Speaker 3: But the one underlying crime, so called crime that the
- 14:45Speaker 3: judge wants them to at least consider, is a tax
- 14:50Speaker 3: charge that wasn't really mentioned much, if at all, in
- 14:53Speaker 3: the trial itself.
- 14:54Speaker 2: What's up with that? How can you.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Defend a client if you don't know what your defense against.
- 15:02Speaker 4: I actually love that you asked that question. The one
- 15:04Speaker 4: thing I just learned was that the judge had actually
- 15:08Speaker 4: suppressed the ability to bring in evidence of taxes or
- 15:13Speaker 4: what they did. And the fact that President Trump and
- 15:15Speaker 4: the Trump Organization did not take a tax deduction for this,
- 15:19Speaker 4: So show me where the crime is there.
- 15:22Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 15:23Speaker 4: They were incredibly conservative, but this judge did not allow
- 15:26Speaker 4: that evidence in. He did, however, allow that to be
- 15:29Speaker 4: a jury instruction on it. So, yeah, it's so wrong. Honestly, David,
- 15:34Speaker 4: I've been watching and what's happening in there. I don't
- 15:37Speaker 4: know if the press could even captivate it. You get
- 15:40Speaker 4: everybody to understand how tragic it is. The rulings really
- 15:44Speaker 4: do deter the jurors from a knowing the facts, the
- 15:47Speaker 4: real facts, and also from President Trump getting a fair trial.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Well, it was never going to be a fair trial
- 15:56Speaker 1: for the president of the United States of America.
- 15:59Speaker 2: That's the point here. This was rigged.
- 16:01Speaker 1: I will say it again. America has its own Vladimir Putin.
- 16:06Speaker 1: His name is Joe Biden. Joe Biden and his government
- 16:11Speaker 1: have turned America into a Banana republic, make no mistake
- 16:17Speaker 1: about it. What's even more shocking is the fact that
- 16:22Speaker 1: this just happened to a former sitting president of the
- 16:25Speaker 1: United States of America, Jonathan Turley, saying that listen carefully.
- 16:30Speaker 5: In the courtroom today. So you're fresh out of there,
- 16:33Speaker 5: can you give us any of the flavor because when
- 16:35Speaker 5: we thought that the court was going to break for
- 16:36Speaker 5: the day, it seems like President Trump and his team
- 16:39Speaker 5: seemed relaxed that he was smiling. Maybe they thought, Okay,
- 16:43Speaker 5: this jury is still struggling.
- 16:44Speaker 2: They're going to leave.
- 16:44Speaker 5: Tonight not having made a decision. Then we get word
- 16:47Speaker 5: that verdict.
- 16:47Speaker 4: Is coming in.
- 16:48Speaker 5: What can you tell us about the mood inside the courthouse.
- 16:50Speaker 2: It was one of the.
- 16:51Speaker 6: Most bizarre moments I've had in a courtroom, and I
- 16:55Speaker 6: was just observing. The judge had just said that the
- 16:59Speaker 6: jury could not reach a decision and that we would
- 17:03Speaker 6: be dismissed for the day. Some reporters actually gathered their
- 17:06Speaker 6: stuff and was starting to leave, and then the judge
- 17:09Speaker 6: came and basically said, my mistake. We just got a
- 17:13Speaker 6: note saying there's a verdict. Throughout this time, you could
- 17:18Speaker 6: feel the building pressure in that courtroom. The one person
- 17:21Speaker 6: that didn't seem to register it was the former president.
- 17:25Speaker 6: He had been chatting with counsel. He didn't show any
- 17:28Speaker 6: emotion at all as this mantra of guilty verdicts was read,
- 17:36Speaker 6: and there was a great you know, I think that
- 17:39Speaker 6: this is one of those things that is really embodies
- 17:43Speaker 6: the entire Trump era. There were people who clearly were
- 17:47Speaker 6: thrilled by the result, and there were people that will
- 17:50Speaker 6: be very sad by it. I was saddened to watch it.
- 17:53Speaker 6: I disagree with this verdict. I think, as I've said before,
- 17:56Speaker 6: that this case was legally unfounded. When they were reading
- 18:03Speaker 6: those guilty verdicts, the one thing that we didn't know
- 18:07Speaker 6: is really what he was found guilty of, because if
- 18:10Speaker 6: you remember, the judge allowed the jury to find guilt
- 18:15Speaker 6: on any one of three secondary crimes.
- 18:19Speaker 2: We weren't told.
- 18:21Speaker 6: Whether the jury found any one or those crimes, whether
- 18:25Speaker 6: they found all three of those crimes. I'm not too
- 18:28Speaker 6: sure we will know that. That's one of the many
- 18:31Speaker 6: issues that I think presents reversible problems in this case.
- 18:36Speaker 6: So what I would say is that this is a
- 18:38Speaker 6: historic moment. We all have to take a breath. But
- 18:42Speaker 6: for those upset by this verdict, remember this remains a
- 18:45Speaker 6: country committed to the rule of law, and this is
- 18:49Speaker 6: going to go up on appeal. I think it's going
- 18:51Speaker 6: to re be reversed in the state or federal systems.
- 18:54Speaker 6: But it's moments like this when you're on the other side,
- 18:57Speaker 6: when you disagree with a verdict that you have to
- 19:00Speaker 6: take a leap of faith in the rule of law.
- 19:03Speaker 6: It's what defines us. Many people feel that this case
- 19:07Speaker 6: really embodied the antithesis of that. But as a country
- 19:11Speaker 6: as a whole, we have a system in place to
- 19:13Speaker 6: review this. For Donald Trump, that's not going to happen
- 19:17Speaker 6: before the election in all likelihood by But let's keep
- 19:21Speaker 6: in mind that this is not the only court. It's
- 19:24Speaker 6: just the first one.
- 19:26Speaker 5: Well and there all.
- 19:27Speaker 2: I like how he just said, let me remind you,
- 19:31Speaker 2: this is not all. This is the first court. He said,
- 19:34Speaker 2: I was sadden to watch it. You should be sad.
- 19:38Speaker 2: This is a.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Day in American history that will go down and I
- 19:42Speaker 1: will never forget this, a day where we have a
- 19:46Speaker 1: former sitting president of the United States of America being
- 19:48Speaker 1: convicted on trumped up charges, no pun intended by a
- 19:52Speaker 1: rogue and radical government. And now we are, I would argue,
- 19:57Speaker 1: no different than what they deal with in Russia right now.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Ar Vladimir Putin is a guy by the name of
- 20:03Speaker 1: Joe Biden, a man that can be corrupt on all levels,
- 20:07Speaker 1: a man that can take bribes from foreign countries, a
- 20:10Speaker 1: man that would bring in millions of dollars in bribery
- 20:13Speaker 1: from foreign countries. A man whose son and brother and
- 20:17Speaker 1: all of their family members. We're selling out America to
- 20:21Speaker 1: the highest bidder and the shadiest people, including Russian oligarchs.
- 20:26Speaker 2: And we have a.
- 20:27Speaker 1: President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, that
- 20:31Speaker 1: said the real verdict is going to be his words,
- 20:35Speaker 1: is going to be.
- 20:37Speaker 2: November the fifth by the people.
- 20:43Speaker 1: I want you to hear what President Trump had to
- 20:46Speaker 1: say at the courthouse.
- 20:48Speaker 2: It was a.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Short statement, and he says, the real verdict is going
- 20:54Speaker 1: to be November the fifth by the people in this country.
- 21:15Speaker 7: This was a disgrace. This was a rigged trial by
- 21:20Speaker 7: a conflicted judge who was corrupted. It's a rigged trial
- 21:24Speaker 7: and disgrace. They wouldn't give us a venue change.
- 21:28Speaker 8: We were at five percent or six percent.
- 21:33Speaker 7: In this district, in this area.
- 21:35Speaker 1: This was a.
- 21:36Speaker 7: Rigged, disgraceful trial.
- 21:39Speaker 8: The real verdict is going to be November fifth by
- 21:42Speaker 8: the people. And they know what happened here, and everybody
- 21:46Speaker 8: knows what happened here. You have a still respect DA
- 21:51Speaker 8: and the whole thing. We didn't do anything wrong.
- 21:55Speaker 7: I'm a very innocent man, and it's okay I'm fighting
- 21:59Speaker 7: for our country. I'm fighting for our constitution.
- 22:02Speaker 8: Our whole country is being rigged right now.
- 22:04Speaker 9: This was done by the Biden administration in order to
- 22:09Speaker 9: mood or hurt an opponent, a political opponent, And I
- 22:13Speaker 9: think it's just a disgrace.
- 22:16Speaker 2: And we'll keep fighting.
- 22:17Speaker 8: We'll fight till the end, and we'll.
- 22:18Speaker 7: Win because our country's gone to hell.
- 22:21Speaker 8: We don't have the same country anymore.
- 22:23Speaker 7: We have a divided mess where nation in decline.
- 22:27Speaker 8: Serious decline.
- 22:28Speaker 9: Millions and millions of people pouring into our country right
- 22:31Speaker 9: now from prisons and from mental institutions, terrorists, and.
- 22:37Speaker 7: They're taking over our country.
- 22:39Speaker 2: We have a.
- 22:39Speaker 7: Country that's in big trouble. But this was a grieg
- 22:42Speaker 7: decision right from day one, with a conflicted judges should
- 22:46Speaker 7: have never been allowed to try this case. Never, And
- 22:50Speaker 7: we will fight for our constitution.
- 22:52Speaker 9: This is loan from.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Over, Thank you very much, Donald Trump. The real verdict
- 22:58Speaker 1: is going to be no by the people. You want
- 23:01Speaker 1: to know how corrupt this judge is. It has been
- 23:06Speaker 1: planned for months and months and public knowledge that the
- 23:09Speaker 1: Republican Convention starts on July the fifteenth. Donald Trump will
- 23:18Speaker 1: be sentenced July the eleventh, seven to eleven, four days
- 23:23Speaker 1: before the start of the Republican Convention. You can't make
- 23:28Speaker 1: this stuff up. Donald Trump will be sentenced in New York.
- 23:32Speaker 1: He'll have to be there July the eleventh, just four
- 23:35Speaker 1: days before the Republican Convention set to begin to Milwaukee, Wisconsin,
- 23:40Speaker 1: where the delegates will cast their votes for Trump as
- 23:42Speaker 1: a presidential nominee. And what will the Democrats get to
- 23:46Speaker 1: do They'll get to say between now an election day. Well,
- 23:49Speaker 1: Donald Trump was found guilty of thirty four counts of
- 23:51Speaker 1: falsifying business records.
- 23:52Speaker 2: He's a felon, by the way.
- 23:55Speaker 1: That's normally a misdemeanor for which the statute of limitations
- 23:58Speaker 1: had already expired. The district Attorney Alvin Bragg prosecute the
- 24:02Speaker 1: cases of felony by asserting that the alleged falsification of
- 24:08Speaker 1: business records was done to cover up a federal crime.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Trump has not been convicted of such a crime, by
- 24:15Speaker 1: the way, which you would need to make that argument,
- 24:18Speaker 1: But who cares? And the prosecutors did not specify in
- 24:23Speaker 1: fact what crime was committed, nor did it have to
- 24:26Speaker 1: prove the elements thereof The former president maintained throughout the
- 24:33Speaker 1: trial that this was a form of election interference. He's
- 24:37Speaker 1: a political prisoner, a rigged trial in which a judge
- 24:42Speaker 1: that had been hand picked despite or because of as
- 24:46Speaker 1: many political conflicts, but regardless, Democrats got what they wanted.
- 24:53Speaker 1: There is almost no scenario in which a victory by
- 24:57Speaker 1: President Joe Biden would be seen as legitimate, in my opinion,
- 25:02Speaker 1: given the unprecedented trial and the potential jailing of his
- 25:05Speaker 1: political opponent. This is the Banana Republic. America has a putin.
- 25:14Speaker 1: His name is Joe Biden, and this is exactly what
- 25:18Speaker 1: you should expect from the radical socialist. I told you this,
- 25:23Speaker 1: and I've been saying it over and over again, and
- 25:25Speaker 1: now you will believe me if you didn't before. The
- 25:28Speaker 1: Democratic Party in America is dead. Okay, the Democratic Party
- 25:34Speaker 1: in America is dead. They are socialists, communists, and Marxist
- 25:43Speaker 1: masquer rating as Democrats. The Democratic Party that I knew,
- 25:50Speaker 1: that I grew up with, would have never allowed this
- 25:52Speaker 1: to happen because they actually cared somewhat about America.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Those days are over.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Take a listen to what Judge Jennie said when she
- 26:01Speaker 1: initially reacted to the Trump verdict.
- 26:04Speaker 5: He talked about the fact that they're not going to
- 26:06Speaker 5: lose this. Ultimately, he says, We're going to keep fighting.
- 26:09Speaker 5: We know that an appeal will happen, he says, we
- 26:11Speaker 5: ultimately will win, and we'll have to see. Listen, if
- 26:16Speaker 5: he's still fighting that fight as president or as a
- 26:18Speaker 5: candidate who failed to rewin the White House after November,
- 26:22Speaker 5: that is yet to be seen. But in the meantime,
- 26:25Speaker 5: what price does he pay politically or does he not
- 26:27Speaker 5: pay politically as an appeals process, you know, plays out
- 26:31Speaker 5: and he now calls to the American people to deliver
- 26:33Speaker 5: their own verdicts in November.
- 26:35Speaker 10: Well, I think that the American people will be struck
- 26:39Speaker 10: by this, as we are all struck by it in
- 26:41Speaker 10: different ways. I as a former prosecutor and a judge
- 26:44Speaker 10: who knows the state courts and and knows the state law,
- 26:47Speaker 10: I know that this is riddled with reversible error. I
- 26:51Speaker 10: know that there was no basis to charge this crime,
- 26:55Speaker 10: this alleged crime, and a resurrect that misdemeanor's based upon
- 26:59Speaker 10: non unan as federal violations of the election law or
- 27:03Speaker 10: of the tax law. So I mean, you've got that,
- 27:06Speaker 10: but there's also a gut punch to the criminal justice
- 27:10Speaker 10: system in the United States. People realize we are no
- 27:14Speaker 10: longer safe anymore. And it's because of the progressive left
- 27:18Speaker 10: agenda of making sure that we don't keep people in jail.
- 27:22Speaker 10: And you know they're out there with thirty three arrest
- 27:24Speaker 10: but you know they're still assaulting people, are violently attacking
- 27:28Speaker 10: people down the street here. But now we've got one
- 27:31Speaker 10: of the most famous individuals in the world, the former
- 27:34Speaker 10: president of the United States, who can be taken down
- 27:38Speaker 10: by a George Sorow's funded prosecutor on a crime that
- 27:42Speaker 10: doesn't exist, where not one person put his finger anywhere
- 27:46Speaker 10: near that bookkeeping and now they're going to return a
- 27:49Speaker 10: verdict and say, oh, he's guilty. He's definitely guilty. This
- 27:53Speaker 10: is a jury pool made out of eighty five to
- 27:55Speaker 10: ninety percent of the people are anti Trump. Not anybody
- 28:00Speaker 10: anti Trump. That's the jury pool.
- 28:03Speaker 2: We knew it.
- 28:04Speaker 10: We have a judge. It wasn't picked out of the
- 28:06Speaker 10: wheel or out of the drum, as all of us
- 28:08Speaker 10: judges are. And he was a judge who was selected
- 28:12Speaker 10: not just for the Trump organization, not just for.
- 28:16Speaker 2: This case, but.
- 28:18Speaker 10: Also for the another case that involves the who's the
- 28:22Speaker 10: guy who was the Bannon case as well. This is
- 28:26Speaker 10: an anti Trump judge, an anti Trump prosecutor. America is
- 28:30Speaker 10: going to respond to this. This is a gut punch.
- 28:33Speaker 10: We want to see politicians fight. We don't want to
- 28:37Speaker 10: see what they do in third world countries. To have
- 28:39Speaker 10: one side start indicting and jailing the other side. This
- 28:43Speaker 10: is not American, This is not who we are.
- 28:47Speaker 2: And to see this.
- 28:48Speaker 10: Happen before our eyes when we know that this is
- 28:52Speaker 10: not legitimate. When a defendant was not advised of the
- 28:55Speaker 10: crimes that he was charged with, they don't even know
- 28:58Speaker 10: what the crimes are until we get to the charge
- 29:00Speaker 10: of the jury. As at the prosecution and the judge,
- 29:03Speaker 10: with a wink and a nod, said, hey, i'll give
- 29:05Speaker 10: you that all accomplice testimony, even though we didn't charge
- 29:09Speaker 10: Donald Trump with eating and betting anyone else, I'll throw
- 29:12Speaker 10: it in as a matter of law, he's an accomplice.
- 29:15Speaker 10: And I'll throw in those federal election violations. So they'll
- 29:18Speaker 10: have to say, yeah, Donald Trump mustn't done it too,
- 29:21Speaker 10: and I'll throw in a hooker and a guy who's
- 29:23Speaker 10: a serial perjurer.
- 29:24Speaker 2: This is lunacy.
- 29:26Speaker 10: And I think that any red blooded American who sees
- 29:29Speaker 10: this is going to understand. This isn't what we do
- 29:32Speaker 10: to our political enemies. This is what they do in
- 29:35Speaker 10: kangaroo courts and third world countries. God help America. After
- 29:39Speaker 10: what I've seen in the last few weeks.
- 29:42Speaker 1: I couldn't agree more with what she just said. There
- 29:44Speaker 1: By the way, I could not agree more. This is
- 29:51Speaker 1: what you see in third world countries, not in the
- 29:57Speaker 1: United States of America. God have mercy on this country
- 30:03Speaker 1: because what we just watched are the Marxists and the
- 30:08Speaker 1: socialists and the communists destroying this nation by weaponizing our
- 30:13Speaker 1: court system. We have of Vladimir Putin, who's running this country.
- 30:17Speaker 1: His name is Joe Biden. Please share this podcast with
