- 0:00Speaker 1: Which I'm just announcing today for the first time. But
- 0:03Speaker 1: we've been taking out millions of barrels of oil, millions
- 0:09Speaker 1: of barrels every night, took out oil. Now I'm gonna
- 0:13Speaker 1: tell you because they just figured it out. So now
- 0:16Speaker 1: that they figured it out, I can tell you. It
- 0:17Speaker 1: was very hard for me. I wanted to say it
- 0:20Speaker 1: so lin, I didn't want to ruin it. But it
- 0:23Speaker 1: was very hard. But millions of barrels of oil has
- 0:26Speaker 1: come out.
- 0:27Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Good Thursday morning.
- 0:32Speaker 4: Nice to have you with us on the forty seven
- 0:33Speaker 4: Morning Update, and we've got two major stories for you
- 0:36Speaker 4: this morning. First up, Democrats are now seeking to undo
- 0:40Speaker 4: a Trump tough strategy on green card policy. This could
- 0:44Speaker 4: close a loophole that hundreds of thousands are using. So
- 0:48Speaker 4: why are the Democrats doing this right now? Putting illegals
- 0:51Speaker 4: ahead of Americans. We'll have those details as well. Also,
- 0:55Speaker 4: your tax dollars are apparently going to Terrace in UNRUH,
- 1:00Speaker 4: who are directly tied to Hamas and even involved in
- 1:03Speaker 4: the October seventh attacks. So how do we stop having
- 1:07Speaker 4: our tax hours go to unrup and can the present
- 1:11Speaker 4: move to declare their terrorist organization. All right, I want
- 1:14Speaker 4: to take a moment and talk to you about what's
- 1:16Speaker 4: happening right now in this country, and it really feels
- 1:19Speaker 4: like our country is finally getting the momentum we needed again.
- 1:22Speaker 4: Our leaders are fighting to restore common sense in America first,
- 1:27Speaker 4: but we've also seen this before. Conservatives get comfortable, the
- 1:30Speaker 4: left starts taking back ground inch by inch, and we
- 1:34Speaker 4: cannot let that happen in these midterm elections. America needs
- 1:38Speaker 4: every one of us in the fight, and a big
- 1:40Speaker 4: part of that means supporting companies that actually stand for
- 1:44Speaker 4: our values. And that's why I'm proud to partner with

- 3:05Speaker 3: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:10Speaker 4: We're going to start with a very interesting story, and
- 3:12Speaker 4: that is Democrats now are seeking to undo Donald Trump's
- 3:17Speaker 4: tough new policy on Green card holders. Democrats on Capitol
- 3:21Speaker 4: Hill say they're going to move to overturn the president's
- 3:25Speaker 4: immigration policy changes now Trump's second term. He said, I'm
- 3:29Speaker 4: going to have a new rule that could require many
- 3:31Speaker 4: Green card applicants already living legally in the United States
- 3:35Speaker 4: to leave the country and complete their applications from abroad
- 3:38Speaker 4: that according to report by The Hill and multiple national
- 3:41Speaker 4: outlets have also confirmed the details. Now the Democrats are
- 3:45Speaker 4: losing their minds, saying the policy could affect hundreds of
- 3:48Speaker 4: thousands of immigrants currently working, studying, and raising families in
- 3:51Speaker 4: the United States of America now. For decades, many legal
- 3:54Speaker 4: immigrants have been able to apply for permanent residency through
- 3:57Speaker 4: a process known as a just of status, allowing them
- 4:01Speaker 4: to remain in the US while their green card applications
- 4:04Speaker 4: were reviewed. But the Trump administration said this has become
- 4:07Speaker 4: a massive loophole and the new guidance dramatically changes that process.
- 4:12Speaker 4: Under the policy, the applicants could now be required to
- 4:15Speaker 4: return to their home countries and complete the process through
- 4:18Speaker 4: a US consulate unless they can demonstrate what the administration
- 4:22Speaker 4: calls extraordinary circumstances. The administration argues this isn't a new law,
- 4:27Speaker 4: but rather return to the original intent of immigration status.
- 4:31Speaker 4: Homeland Security officials say the temporary visas were never intended
- 4:35Speaker 4: to become an automatic pathway to permanent residency, and that
- 4:39Speaker 4: the new rules will make the immigration system more orderly
- 4:43Speaker 4: and also efficient. The administration is also indicated that expectations
- 4:48Speaker 4: may be available for individuals who provide a significant economic
- 4:52Speaker 4: benefit or serve the national interests. Well, Democrats, you know
- 4:56Speaker 4: what they're going to do, stand up for those that
- 4:58Speaker 4: aren't American citizens before where they stand up for American
- 5:01Speaker 4: citizens every single time they can do it, and that's
- 5:05Speaker 4: exactly what they're doing now. They're calling this move by
- 5:08Speaker 4: the Trump administration disruptive and harmful and hurtful, and they
- 5:11Speaker 4: argue it could separate families, disrupt careers, create uncertainty for employers,
- 5:16Speaker 4: and force legal immigrants, and to link the overseas processing
- 5:20Speaker 4: backlogs that can stretch for months or even years again
- 5:24Speaker 4: making sure they put those from outside of America ahead
- 5:27Speaker 4: of you. Now, immigration advocates are also warning that this
- 5:30Speaker 4: will be a disaster, but again, look at the open
- 5:32Speaker 4: border process and what we've actually had in this country. Now,
- 5:35Speaker 4: the debate now centers on a larger question what should
- 5:38Speaker 4: legal immigration look like in America. Supporters of President Trump
- 5:42Speaker 4: who voted for him, said it was very clear they
- 5:45Speaker 4: wanted to shut down the borders, They wanted an orderly program,
- 5:48Speaker 4: and they wanted to get illegal immigrants out of this country.
- 5:51Speaker 4: They wanted to stop rewarding people who were coming into
- 5:53Speaker 4: this country illegally with government benefits as well. And the
- 5:56Speaker 4: Trump policy says the administration is simply enforcing the image
- 6:00Speaker 4: migration laws that are already on the books and closing
- 6:03Speaker 4: these loopholes that encourage temporary visitors to remain permanently. Now
- 6:08Speaker 4: Democrats say no, we are going to go back to
- 6:11Speaker 4: what we had before that allowed for massive immigration into
- 6:14Speaker 4: this country. Democrats are now pushing this as a election
- 6:18Speaker 4: your issue, and they're also saying they're going to have
- 6:21Speaker 4: legal challenges to block the policy as well. Now the
- 6:24Speaker 4: outcome could determine literally how hundreds of thousands of future
- 6:27Speaker 4: Green card applicants navigate the path to permanent residency in
- 6:31Speaker 4: the United States of America. And once again the Democratic
- 6:35Speaker 4: Party making it clear we stand for legal immigrants and
- 6:39Speaker 4: those from outside the United States of America before we
- 6:43Speaker 4: stand up for Americans and what Americans want and or
- 6:46Speaker 4: believe on the issue. And that's exactly why this is
- 6:49Speaker 4: going to be a major election year issue.
- 6:52Speaker 3: Next story number two, there is a.
- 6:54Speaker 4: US probe of the embattled u n Gaza Relief Agency.
- 6:59Speaker 4: It is now expanded to more than one thousand, five
- 7:02Speaker 4: hundred staffers that have suspected ties directly to terrorist organizations
- 7:08Speaker 4: like a maas. It is known as UNRA, and it
- 7:11Speaker 4: could soon be labeled a foreign terrorist organization. But your
- 7:15Speaker 4: tax dollars have actually been going there. There is momentum
- 7:18Speaker 4: now growing for UNRE to lose its diplomatic community as well,
- 7:22Speaker 4: which would expose it to lawsuits from October seven survivors
- 7:27Speaker 4: and victims' families. Now, the media is not covering this.
- 7:31Speaker 4: Thank goodness, the Free Beacon is, and that's why we're
- 7:34Speaker 4: going to use this show. And I hope you will
- 7:38Speaker 4: take this show and share it everywhere you can on
- 7:40Speaker 4: social media because what I'm about to tell you should
- 7:43Speaker 4: enrage all of you. Now, the federal investigation is into
- 7:46Speaker 4: the staff at the United Nations Relief and Work Agency.
- 7:50Speaker 4: It is the un Gods, a relief organization that's been
- 7:53Speaker 4: closely linked now directly to Hamas. They say it will
- 7:56Speaker 4: soon encompass more than one thousand, five hundred undre linked
- 8:00Speaker 4: individuals suspected of direct terror ties. Now, this is an
- 8:04Speaker 4: unprecedented dragnet, reported here for the first time by the
- 8:08Speaker 4: for Washing Free Beacon. Where are all the other media
- 8:10Speaker 4: outlets and why are they not covering. This is the
- 8:13Speaker 4: question you should be asking, because all they did was
- 8:16Speaker 4: ask basic questions and they expose now what has been
- 8:19Speaker 4: described as a humanitarian aid group, that's not what they
- 8:22Speaker 4: were at all, Brimming with hamas operative so actual terrorists
- 8:27Speaker 4: within UNRUNG. And then it's generating momentum because of this
- 8:31Speaker 4: report in Congress and the Trump administration for not only
- 8:34Speaker 4: harsher sanctions on the umbattled a group, but then maybe
- 8:38Speaker 4: even designating them a terrorists organization quote. The punitive measures
- 8:42Speaker 4: up for consideration include stripping UNRA of its diplomatic community
- 8:46Speaker 4: under US law, which would open it up to legal
- 8:49Speaker 4: action from terror victims, and fully designate the aid organizations
- 8:54Speaker 4: a foreign terrorist organization because they're not doing eight at all.
- 8:56Speaker 3: They're filled with terrorists. They are literally a terrorist organization.
- 8:58Speaker 4: Now that's coming a court if not one, not two,
- 9:01Speaker 4: but three Trump administration officials and other sources tracking the
- 9:05Speaker 4: matter in Congress. Now again, why is this the first
- 9:08Speaker 4: that you and I are hearing about? This is the
- 9:10Speaker 4: question we should all be asking.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Now.
- 9:12Speaker 4: These discussions have apparently accelerated since the Free Beacon reported
- 9:16Speaker 4: in April that under an other UN agencies are stonewalling
- 9:21Speaker 4: a federal probe into their ties directly to HAMAS. The
- 9:24Speaker 4: US Agency for International Development Inspector General's Office, a law
- 9:29Speaker 4: enforcement agency separate from the largely defunct US AID, has
- 9:34Speaker 4: spent months independently unearthing evidence that countless UNRA employees actually participated.
- 9:42Speaker 4: Listen carefully to this in the Hamas October seventh tear attacks.
- 9:46Speaker 4: So these UNRA employees were the terrorists in the October
- 9:50Speaker 4: seventh tear attack.
- 9:52Speaker 3: They say.
- 9:52Speaker 4: The probe will soon expand to more than one hundred
- 9:55Speaker 4: and one thousand, five hundred suspected militants would direct UNRA
- 9:59Speaker 4: tie Now UNRUMP an official organ of the notoriously anti
- 10:04Speaker 4: Israel United Nations. Your tax dollars goes there. Your tax
- 10:07Speaker 4: dollars goes to UNRAM is the only a group with
- 10:10Speaker 4: a large operation.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Quote unquote in Gaza.
- 10:13Speaker 4: Well, apparently it's just funneling money to terrorists with as
- 10:15Speaker 4: many as thirteen thousand, they say, godzen employees and a
- 10:19Speaker 4: large distribution network. Man, that seems to work perfect for
- 10:23Speaker 4: a terrorist organization. Now, you and officials have insisted, of course,
- 10:27Speaker 4: and lied for years, that's the only viable option for
- 10:30Speaker 4: getting aid relief. To the gozens who are in need.
- 10:34Speaker 4: Israel and its supporters of long claim that UNRA is
- 10:37Speaker 4: fully infiltrated by HAMAS.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Now we see the evidence of that and.
- 10:40Speaker 4: Has cemented the terror group's control also over a distribution
- 10:44Speaker 4: and much of that aid is actually sold off and
- 10:46Speaker 4: they make money off of it, which is even more shocking.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Now.
- 10:49Speaker 4: USAID Inspector General is currently working with the State Department
- 10:52Speaker 4: in the latter's effort to build a blacklist that will
- 10:55Speaker 4: ensure terror linked UNRE employees cannot circulate to other aid
- 10:59Speaker 4: organizations within the United Nations systems, because again, this is
- 11:02Speaker 4: the United Nations. It's been infiltrated by terrorist organizations and
- 11:08Speaker 4: your dollars are going to them. The Inspector General has
- 11:11Speaker 4: already confirmed that one under school principle, so it's a
- 11:16Speaker 4: school principle participated in the October seventh attacks as a
- 11:20Speaker 4: member of Hamas's East Battalion and has flagged multiple others
- 11:25Speaker 4: for the State Department as well. Quote the USAID Inspector
- 11:28Speaker 4: General's cases coming in droves are corroborating the obvious parent
- 11:33Speaker 4: subsidy relationship between UNRA and HAMAS and Gaza. A senior
- 11:37Speaker 4: State Department official familiar with the investigation told the Free
- 11:41Speaker 4: Beacon saying if UNRA was not a un organization, it
- 11:44Speaker 4: would be undeniably facing terrorist sanctions based on what USAID
- 11:49Speaker 4: IG has uncovered now. This ongoing USAID Inspector General investigation,
- 11:55Speaker 4: sources said, would logically not only lead to labeling UNRES
- 11:59Speaker 4: a foreign toys group, but they say that the probe
- 12:01Speaker 4: quote confirms that if it walks like a foreign terrorist organization,
- 12:05Speaker 4: and it talks like a foreign terrorist organization and employs
- 12:09Speaker 4: foreign terrorist organization personnel, then a case actually exists that
- 12:14Speaker 4: it should be a foreign terrorist organization. A second US official,
- 12:19Speaker 4: also confirming that the Trump administration has to consider a
- 12:22Speaker 4: whole of world approach to UNRA that includes further executive
- 12:26Speaker 4: action and policies that would strip the AID group's diplomatic immunity,
- 12:31Speaker 4: says if UNRA could be sued in the American courts,
- 12:34Speaker 4: the agency could very well collapse under the strain of
- 12:37Speaker 4: defending itself from an October seventh related complaint alone, because
- 12:43Speaker 4: there's a torrent of them. If this many people were
- 12:46Speaker 4: involved in that terrorist attack. Quote, there's a lot here
- 12:49Speaker 4: we can do, said the official. A lot we could
- 12:52Speaker 4: do there has to be consequences for UNRUM for its
- 12:55Speaker 4: conduct and the run up and the role in October seventh,
- 12:59Speaker 4: and continuing all the way to today with its ongoing
- 13:01Speaker 4: refusal to adhere to legitimate and pressing American inquiries. Now,
- 13:06Speaker 4: the Trump administration stripp virtually all remaining US funding for
- 13:10Speaker 4: in February, citing its established links to HAMAS. The agency, however,
- 13:14Speaker 4: still enjoys that diplomatic community, and they can access some
- 13:18Speaker 4: funds from the larger UN budget which your tax dollers
- 13:20Speaker 4: go to, and they facilitate hamas's continue control over a
- 13:24Speaker 4: distribution in Gaza, and without immunities. The source explained, there
- 13:28Speaker 4: is a potential exposure for a foreignterist organization designation and
- 13:33Speaker 4: then the massive lawsuits which would then.
- 13:34Speaker 3: Be for the courts to adjudicate.
- 13:37Speaker 4: Now, additionally, they say the unrefunding remains a line item
- 13:41Speaker 4: in the UN budget and there's still American taxpayer dollers
- 13:44Speaker 4: going towards that, and that's unacceptable. A third US official
- 13:48Speaker 4: confirmed the appetite for such action has been building since
- 13:53Speaker 4: it became abundantly clear that under an other UN organizations,
- 13:57Speaker 4: because again is not the only one, were not cooperating
- 14:00Speaker 4: with the USAID Inspector General's probe. Why because they don't
- 14:04Speaker 4: want you to know that they're actually terrorists and that
- 14:06Speaker 4: your tax dollars are going to fund a terrorist organization
- 14:11Speaker 4: and even tears attacks like October the seventh. Now, the
- 14:14Speaker 4: USAID Inspector General also sent a letter to six separate
- 14:19Speaker 4: UN agencies and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
- 14:23Speaker 3: Yeah you heard me say, the Red Cross in.
- 14:25Speaker 4: December, asking them to name all employees who worked on
- 14:29Speaker 4: US government funded awards and provide their contact information and
- 14:33Speaker 4: dat in place of birth. The office also asked the
- 14:35Speaker 4: agencies to detail their interactions with Hamas, among other requests.
- 14:40Speaker 3: None, I'm gonna say it again, none.
- 14:42Speaker 4: Of the responding UN recipients provided the request of information
- 14:46Speaker 4: pertaining to their personnel. The Inspector General exposing that last
- 14:50Speaker 4: month quote. Given its history with Hamas, NRA does not
- 14:53Speaker 4: have the luxury of not cooperating with an investigation and
- 14:57Speaker 4: thinking there might be not be consequences, said the US official.
- 15:02Speaker 4: We will respond accordingly now. Elements of all these discussions
- 15:05Speaker 4: have also spilled into public view in the recent days,
- 15:08Speaker 4: as lawmakers call for honor to be fully dismantled.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Senator Tom Cotton, a Republican from Arkansas.
- 15:14Speaker 4: Now has twenty four of his colleagues citing the USAID
- 15:17Speaker 4: Inspector General's ongoing work, and they are now urging the
- 15:20Speaker 4: Trump administration to take decisive action to fully dismantled under
- 15:24Speaker 4: and eliminate it from the UN budget. Mike Lawler, a
- 15:27Speaker 4: Republican from New York, and ninety other lawmakers in the
- 15:30Speaker 4: House issued a similar call on Friday. Cotton told the
- 15:33Speaker 4: Free Beacon that under his terrorist ties are clear, and
- 15:36Speaker 4: the UN's attempt to hide those ties from the US
- 15:38Speaker 4: government is deeply concerning. It's long past time to completely
- 15:41Speaker 4: dismantle the organization. Senator Ted Cruz and Bill Haggerty, Republican
- 15:46Speaker 4: from Tennessee, very influential members of Senate Formulations Committee, both
- 15:50Speaker 4: told the Free Beacon that it's time to move beyond
- 15:53Speaker 4: merely freezing Unresponding, particularly as the USAID Inspector General continues
- 15:58Speaker 4: to unearth evidence of Hamas complicity, either they come clean
- 16:02Speaker 4: or I expect growing momentum for designating them for the
- 16:06Speaker 4: support they give to terrorists, Crew said. Haggarty called it
- 16:09Speaker 4: appalling that other UN agencies today are still stonewalling the
- 16:13Speaker 4: Trump administration's ongoing investigations, adding that if un agencies refuse
- 16:18Speaker 4: to show basic transparency and then accountability, then the executive
- 16:22Speaker 4: branch in Congress must respond. Richard Goldberg, who served in
- 16:26Speaker 4: both Trump administrations, currently a senior advisor with the Foundation
- 16:29Speaker 4: for Defense of Democracies Think tanks, that if authorities already
- 16:33Speaker 4: exist to impose terrorism sanctions on UNDRA, if the President
- 16:38Speaker 4: so chooses, the Justice Department's position right now is that
- 16:41Speaker 4: UNRA does not enjoy privilege or immunity. Goldberg said that
- 16:45Speaker 4: means nothing stops the Treasury Department from imposing terrorism sanctions
- 16:49Speaker 4: on UNRA to force its closure. Some people might be
- 16:52Speaker 4: afraid of breaking eggs at the un while the Gods
- 16:55Speaker 4: Aboard of Peace is still young. But I guarantee undra's
- 16:58Speaker 4: survival will be the death of the Board of Peace
- 17:01Speaker 4: the second Donald Trump leaves office. By the way, I
- 17:04Speaker 4: couldn't agree more. Let me say a couple of things
- 17:06Speaker 4: here in closing. One, God blessed the Washington Free Beacon
- 17:09Speaker 4: for doing this work, because it's incredible what they just expose.
- 17:13Speaker 4: Number two, this is why I do this show, to
- 17:16Speaker 4: give you this type of information.
- 17:18Speaker 3: And then I.
- 17:18Speaker 4: Hope what you will do is take this exact information
- 17:22Speaker 4: and share a podcast anywhere.
- 17:24Speaker 3: You can on social media.
- 17:25Speaker 4: You can also text a link to the podcast anybody
- 17:28Speaker 4: in your phone contact list so that they can hear
- 17:30Speaker 4: what I just gave you. There needs to be insane
- 17:34Speaker 4: amounts of pressure from us as Americans on Congress right now,
- 17:39Speaker 4: telling Congress right now, hey guys, we're not going to
- 17:43Speaker 4: send you any more money if if you're gonna give
- 17:46Speaker 4: it to terrorists organizations.
- 17:48Speaker 3: By the way, that's not crazy, that's common sense. Common
- 17:51Speaker 3: sense says exactly that.
- 17:53Speaker 4: Common sense says, you don't send money to terrorists.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Okay, I'm gonna say that one more time.
- 17:59Speaker 4: You don't won't send money American tax dollars to terrorists.
- 18:04Speaker 3: That's what you don't do.
- 18:06Speaker 4: And I think all of us should be angry, We
- 18:08Speaker 4: should be frustrated. We should be demanding accountability in a
- 18:12Speaker 4: way that we.
- 18:13Speaker 3: Have not seen so far.
