- 0:01Speaker 1: All right, let's deal comprehensively with the entire epscene scandal,
- 0:07Speaker 1: the papers, what should be put out there, and the
- 0:11Speaker 1: media obsessing over this story. On top of the fact
- 0:15Speaker 1: that the Wall Street Journal has come out with a
- 0:19Speaker 1: massive hit piece on Donald Trump, He's now threatening to
- 0:22Speaker 1: sue the Wall Street Journal. Now you want to know
- 0:26Speaker 1: how crazy this article is. Even Chris Cuomo speaking out
- 0:32Speaker 1: about the Wall Street Journal's reporting, and I want you
- 0:35Speaker 1: to listen to what he had to say.
- 0:37Speaker 2: But I get that he's pissed off, okay, and he's
- 0:40Speaker 2: not wrong. This Wall Street Journal piece is a hack job, okay.
- 0:46Speaker 2: And he says he's suing Rupert Murdoch, who he you know,
- 0:49Speaker 2: is his buddy.
- 0:50Speaker 3: They have, you know, Fox kind.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Of made Trump, you know, And he's suing the Journal,
- 0:55Speaker 2: He's suing everybody. He says he didn't write the birthday
- 0:59Speaker 2: letter that there is describing to him to Epstein for
- 1:04Speaker 2: his fiftieth birthday. I mean, it's so stupid, Okay.
- 1:08Speaker 4: The Epstein story is.
- 1:09Speaker 2: About abusing kids who didn't have the power or agency
- 1:13Speaker 2: to do anything about it. That rich and powerful people
- 1:16Speaker 2: may have known it was going on and they.
- 1:18Speaker 3: Got away with it. That's the story.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Okay, it's not that Trump liked a scumbag. Okay, now
- 1:26Speaker 2: I get that. In the media, this is great because
- 1:28Speaker 2: it's bad for Trump and he's going crazy and he's
- 1:30Speaker 2: gonna pump and move the story for the Wall Street
- 1:32Speaker 2: Journal right now by saying it's fake and it's wrong.
- 1:34Speaker 2: But it doesn't move the needle in the country. It's
- 1:36Speaker 2: gonna make you some money, Rupert, Great for you, just
- 1:39Speaker 2: what you need. But this is why we can't get anywhere.
- 1:43Speaker 2: The guy says, I didn't write the letter. The letter
- 1:45Speaker 2: is meaningless. You put out the piece anyway, and there's
- 1:48Speaker 2: no light on what really matters. Now.
- 1:50Speaker 1: The point that Cuomo, not a conservative, is making there
- 1:53Speaker 1: is absolutely right. Politics should not be involved in this.
- 1:57Speaker 1: This is the reason why so many magat conservative like
- 2:00Speaker 1: myself have been saying we want total transparency. Why because
- 2:06Speaker 1: we don't trust the government. Why because they've given us
- 2:08Speaker 1: reasons to not trust them. We have watched them weaponize
- 2:11Speaker 1: the government to go after Donald Trump. We've watched them
- 2:13Speaker 1: weaponized the government to sell lies like the Russian collusion story,
- 2:18Speaker 1: to try to undermine the American people and overthrow the
- 2:21Speaker 1: will of the people. We have witnessed them lie about
- 2:24Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop. We've witnessed the deep state and
- 2:27Speaker 1: all the leaders were supposed to trust the CIA and
- 2:30Speaker 1: other intelligence organizations sign a letter saying that the Hunter
- 2:33Speaker 1: Biden laptop was a lie. We have witnessed them lie
- 2:37Speaker 1: about the money that was coming into the Biden crime family.
- 2:40Speaker 1: We now have witnessed the media cover for the president
- 2:43Speaker 1: units it's America, Donald Trump. Let me rephrase that Joe
- 2:47Speaker 1: Biden with his massive cognitive cline. But they said over
- 2:50Speaker 1: and over again it wasn't happening. So this story is
- 2:55Speaker 1: about transparency, whether there's a list or not. I want
- 3:00Speaker 1: to see it all with making sure that we protect
- 3:04Speaker 1: the victim's identities. I want to make sure that I
- 3:08Speaker 1: don't have to trust the deep state. I believe as
- 3:11Speaker 1: a citizen, I deserve to know what happened. I also
- 3:15Speaker 1: want to know why no one else went to jail.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Can we just go over that again? Why is it
- 3:21Speaker 1: that no one has gone to jail except for one person?
- 3:27Speaker 1: That's it, Maxine, all of this abuse. That is why
- 3:33Speaker 1: conservatives are angry right now.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Now. Notice what the left is doing.
- 3:38Speaker 1: They're going all in on Epstein because they think it
- 3:41Speaker 1: hurts Donald Trump. They're going in not because they want
- 3:45Speaker 1: to protect kids, not because they want justice, not because
- 3:52Speaker 1: they care about whoever abused children being outed and exposed
- 3:56Speaker 1: and maybe even indicted or arrested, which again only one
- 3:59Speaker 1: person's gone to jail. No, no, no, they think this
- 4:02Speaker 1: now hurts Donald Trump. And again I go back to
- 4:07Speaker 1: Chris Cuomo. Chris Cuomo, a lefty, saying this on his
- 4:10Speaker 1: show about the left, he believes is also making a
- 4:13Speaker 1: huge mistake.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Making a mistake going all in on this. Epstein bs,
- 4:19Speaker 2: you did nothing to release any information about this case
- 4:24Speaker 2: on your watch, okay, And you watched a woman go
- 4:27Speaker 2: down for Epstein's crimes and did nothing to add to
- 4:31Speaker 2: any sense of accountability for anybody else. Then, so going
- 4:36Speaker 2: all in now is obvious and gratuitous and ugly. Okay,
- 4:40Speaker 2: And look, I get the play. This is bad for Trump,
- 4:43Speaker 2: so we got to be all in there. You need
- 4:46Speaker 2: to give the majority reason to believe that you would
- 4:50Speaker 2: be better, not that just he is worse. Do you
- 4:53Speaker 2: understand That's the key? Not MAGA sucks, okay, not that
- 5:00Speaker 2: they lied to you. MAGA, soill vote for us because
- 5:02Speaker 2: MAGA was formed in part out of desperation for feeling
- 5:07Speaker 2: that you on the left lie and don't deliver. So
- 5:12Speaker 2: this battle of attrition is just going to create two losers.
- 5:17Speaker 2: My suggestion is be less about your opponent and more
- 5:20Speaker 2: about restoring opportunity, less about who is woke, and more
- 5:23Speaker 2: about who is broke.
- 5:25Speaker 1: And I agree, by the way, with nine percent of
- 5:28Speaker 1: what Coomo said there. The left is making a mistake
- 5:30Speaker 1: going all in on Epstein, and you need to give
- 5:33Speaker 1: a reason why you're better and they're not. I'll give
- 5:35Speaker 1: you another example Joe Scarborough calling out Raskin today saying
- 5:41Speaker 1: you could have gotten the Epstein files from twenty twenty
- 5:44Speaker 1: one to twenty twenty five when Democrats controlled the DOJ.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Why didn't the Democrats call for the release then?
- 5:52Speaker 5: Right?
- 5:52Speaker 1: Because this is not about actual justices, about attacking Donald Trump.
- 5:56Speaker 1: And Raskin's response was, well, there were other cases going on.
- 6:00Speaker 1: I don't know there are pictures of Trump and Epstein.
- 6:04Speaker 1: That's literally his response. So, in other words, Democrats didn't
- 6:08Speaker 1: care because Democrats are pos's that's what this boils down to.
- 6:14Speaker 1: They only care now because they think this is going
- 6:17Speaker 1: to hurt Donald Trump. Now, I also want to be clear,
- 6:20Speaker 1: why so many conservatives are frustrated right now.
- 6:23Speaker 3: I am one of them.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I am not demanding that you give me something that
- 6:29Speaker 1: doesn't exist. I'm not demand that you fabricate something, not
- 6:32Speaker 1: demand that you go out and arrest innocent people. I
- 6:36Speaker 1: am demanding transparency. This should be about the victims. And
- 6:42Speaker 1: the point I would say to President Trump right now
- 6:44Speaker 1: if I was sitting with him, is, mister President, you
- 6:47Speaker 1: promise transparency. You did it on rfk assassination, you did
- 6:50Speaker 1: it on Martin Luther King, You've done it on many
- 6:54Speaker 1: other issues. The American people want the same level of transparency,
- 6:58Speaker 1: even if the transparency shows us nothing. I don't know
- 7:03Speaker 1: if there's an Epstein list. I've been told there is
- 7:06Speaker 1: an Epstein list. I've been told that this was there
- 7:12Speaker 1: for a long time now. If that was a lie
- 7:15Speaker 1: and I was lied to, then show me what you
- 7:19Speaker 1: do have, show me that there is maybe not as
- 7:23Speaker 1: much there as we thought. And look, I think one
- 7:25Speaker 1: of the reasons why Democrats talked about the Epstein list
- 7:29Speaker 1: is because they kept saying over and over again, donald
- 7:31Speaker 1: Trump's in the Epstein files, Donald Trump's in the Epstein list.
- 7:35Speaker 3: Donald.
- 7:36Speaker 1: They used that to attack Donald Trump. If there is
- 7:40Speaker 1: nothing in there, then fine. There's a point that's been
- 7:43Speaker 1: made by as lawyers. Most criminals don't keep records of
- 7:45Speaker 1: their crimes. That may be true, but there's a lot
- 7:49Speaker 1: of information that's been redacted.
- 7:51Speaker 4: Now.
- 7:51Speaker 1: I want to protect the victims, as many conservatives do,
- 7:55Speaker 1: but I also think that I deserve to see more
- 8:00Speaker 1: then what we are seeing right now now. I think
- 8:03Speaker 1: the presence moving towards that. I also want to be
- 8:05Speaker 1: clear about one other thing that's been a lie. There
- 8:09Speaker 1: have been people that have been saying that Donald Trump
- 8:10Speaker 1: can release everything, all of it instantly. Is the president
- 8:13Speaker 1: United It's America. That is a lie. If you talk
- 8:15Speaker 1: to judges and lawyers, they will tell you no. Much
- 8:19Speaker 1: of what would be released would have to be approved
- 8:22Speaker 1: by judges or by a judge. A great example of
- 8:27Speaker 1: that is all of the witnesses and all the people
- 8:31Speaker 1: that went before the grand jury. That information would have
- 8:34Speaker 1: to be approved by a judge. So when they tell
- 8:38Speaker 1: you that Trump can give you everything, they are lying
- 8:41Speaker 1: to you. That is not true. He cannot give you everything.
- 8:46Speaker 1: What am I asking for? In so many other conservatives,
- 8:49Speaker 1: total transparency, whether it's nothing or whether it's something. We'll
- 8:54Speaker 1: figure that out, and that is the point that many
- 8:57Speaker 1: Americans say they want and also why they voted for
- 9:00Speaker 1: Donald Trump. This is a colossal pr failure by the Republicans.
- 9:06Speaker 3: I want to be very clear about this.
- 9:09Speaker 1: The fact that the White House and Pambondi brought a
- 9:13Speaker 1: bunch of conservative influencers to the White House, gave them
- 9:16Speaker 1: what was the Epstein files, you know, part one binders,
- 9:20Speaker 1: which was all information we already knew before, sent them
- 9:22Speaker 1: out in front of the media, and had them walking
- 9:26Speaker 1: out of the White House holding these binders up like
- 9:28Speaker 1: it was some amazing thing.
- 9:29Speaker 3: That was just a dumb move.
- 9:31Speaker 1: The reason why I say it's a dumb move is
- 9:35Speaker 1: because of what we are now witnessing, which is they're
- 9:39Speaker 1: now saying like, all right, well, there may not be
- 9:41Speaker 1: anything there.
- 9:42Speaker 3: I don't buy that for a second.
- 9:44Speaker 1: I also want to be clear about that, like, I
- 9:45Speaker 1: don't believe that there's nothing there yet. I think much
- 9:49Speaker 1: of the Epstein files that have been redacted have need
- 9:53Speaker 1: to be unredacted, and we need to see what's there.
- 9:55Speaker 1: I also think this goes back to one of the
- 9:58Speaker 1: basic issues, and the f BI deputy senior national intelligence
- 10:02Speaker 1: officer was caught on tape confessing that the FBI turned
- 10:06Speaker 1: blind eye in the Epstein case.
- 10:08Speaker 3: So that's the other reason why I want more answers.
- 10:11Speaker 3: I'm not willing to let it go. Listen, I'm well,
- 10:15Speaker 3: this is shows I do.
- 10:16Speaker 6: A lot of kind of encountering white supremacy. You think
- 10:19Speaker 6: the last the last two and a half years, I
- 10:22Speaker 6: was at the White House. Yeah, and they kind of
- 10:24Speaker 6: got moved back after the whole with the new administration
- 10:28Speaker 6: coming in. But yeah, small places kind of been watching
- 10:31Speaker 6: the documents and.
- 10:33Speaker 4: They were trying to.
- 10:35Speaker 6: Trying to release some of the files, like the White
- 10:38Speaker 6: House losses. Oh yeah, oh yeah, it's just a messy.
- 10:42Speaker 6: But because they even invited some of like the block,
- 10:45Speaker 6: like like the influencers and like right wing bloggers and
- 10:49Speaker 6: so release the files, I guess seems a little weird.
- 10:51Speaker 4: Just release it on.
- 10:52Speaker 6: Let's see where the law enforcement kind of either turn
- 10:55Speaker 6: a blind eye or like miss miss things, and there's
- 10:59Speaker 6: opportunities from hearing and listening.
- 11:04Speaker 3: I mean, you listen to that.
- 11:06Speaker 1: This is an FBI deputy senior intellig National intelligence officer
- 11:09Speaker 1: confessing the FBI turned a blind eye and the Epstein
- 11:11Speaker 1: case caught on OMG. James O'Keefe undercover video and you
- 11:17Speaker 1: look at this and you're like, really, now, I'm not surprised.
- 11:22Speaker 1: And the problem now is many conservatives are angry over
- 11:25Speaker 1: this because we were promised the Epstein file, and I
- 11:27Speaker 1: do believe the White House should release whatever they do have,
- 11:30Speaker 1: and they oversold it, PAMBONDI oversold it. I think that's
- 11:33Speaker 1: pretty clear now. And if there is not a big
- 11:37Speaker 1: thing there, then I want to know about the cover
- 11:39Speaker 1: up of it, because I don't believe that Jeffrey Epstein
- 11:42Speaker 1: got to where he was without being able to blackmail
- 11:45Speaker 1: people to make all of his money and abusing young girls,
- 11:48Speaker 1: and that there was a client list Jeffrey Epstein. Is
- 11:52Speaker 1: this whole issue now that the president made an issue
- 11:55Speaker 1: when he was running for president. People are like, I
- 11:58Speaker 1: want the payoff, right, I want I want to see
- 12:00Speaker 1: this now. I want to know what's going on now. Well,
- 12:03Speaker 1: let me also let you understand what Democrats are doing.
- 12:06Speaker 1: And this is very smart politically, Okay, I want to
- 12:08Speaker 1: be clear about that. This is extremely smart politically. Hi
- 12:15Speaker 1: came Jeffries came out today and just ripped Republicans and
- 12:21Speaker 1: now Democrats like, we demand the Epstein file, something They
- 12:24Speaker 1: don't give a crap about when Joe Biden was president,
- 12:26Speaker 1: but now they want it. And the reason why is
- 12:28Speaker 1: because they want to make the president look like he's
- 12:31Speaker 1: covering for conservatives, or he was a liar, or that
- 12:34Speaker 1: Pambani's a liar. And they understand that there's blood in
- 12:37Speaker 1: the water on this one with conservative voters, and they're
- 12:40Speaker 1: they're now like, let's exploit it.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Listen carefully to his words.
- 12:44Speaker 7: The American people deserve to know the truth, the whole truth,
- 12:46Speaker 7: and nothing but the truth as it relates to this whole,
- 12:49Speaker 7: sordid Jeffrey Epstein matter. Democrats didn't put the Jeffrey Epstein
- 12:55Speaker 7: thing into the public domain. This was a conspiracy that
- 12:59Speaker 7: Donald Trump, Bondi and these MAGA extremists have been fanning
- 13:03Speaker 7: the flames of for the last several years, and now
- 13:08Speaker 7: the chickens are coming home to roost. The American people
- 13:11Speaker 7: deserve to know the truth. What, if anything, is the
- 13:15Speaker 7: Trump administration and the Department of Justice hiding.
- 13:20Speaker 4: What are you hiding?
- 13:21Speaker 7: If you're not hiding anything, prove that to the American people.
- 13:25Speaker 7: And if you are trying to hide something, as many
- 13:29Speaker 7: of Donald Trump's MAGA supporters apparently believe, then the Congress
- 13:35Speaker 7: should actually work hard to try to uncover the truth
- 13:40Speaker 7: for the American people. There are only two things that
- 13:43Speaker 7: are possible here. Option one, Donald Trump, Panbondy, and the
- 13:49Speaker 7: MAGA extremists intentionally lied to the American people for years
- 13:57Speaker 7: about the Jeffrey Epstein situation. Option one. Option two is
- 14:03Speaker 7: that in fact, there's reason for the American people to
- 14:07Speaker 7: be concerned as it relates to what information has not
- 14:12Speaker 7: been released that could be damaging to the Trump administration
- 14:17Speaker 7: and the friends and family of the Trump administration. And
- 14:21Speaker 7: they're billionaire, corrupt supporters, and so they're actively engaging in
- 14:27Speaker 7: a cover up. Option one, they lie for years. Option two,
- 14:32Speaker 7: they're engaging in a cover up.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Now, let me go back to the politics. This This
- 14:37Speaker 1: is like one of the smartest political moves I've seen
- 14:39Speaker 1: by Democrats and Hakeem Jeffreys. I'll give credit where credits
- 14:44Speaker 1: due on this one, Like this is a smart political move.
- 14:48Speaker 1: The Republicans overplayed their hand and under delivered, and now
- 14:53Speaker 1: people that are supporters of Donald Trump are angry and
- 14:58Speaker 1: it looks like there is some sort of cover up here.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Whether there is or not, it doesn't matter.
- 15:03Speaker 3: It looks like it.
- 15:04Speaker 1: And so what they're doing is they're seizing this opportunity.
- 15:09Speaker 3: To do this. I'll give you this.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Mark Mark Theessen, by the way, on Fox News Sunday,
- 15:14Speaker 1: said this about the fallout over the doj Epstein memo.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Some damage from this. That's that to me is the
- 15:21Speaker 3: reality here.
- 15:22Speaker 7: Ninety one indictments, the Mueller probe, two impeachments, civil suits
- 15:26Speaker 7: to bankrupt him.
- 15:27Speaker 1: But the Biden people had had the Epstein files with
- 15:30Speaker 1: Trump's name in it, and they didn't use it.
- 15:32Speaker 3: Give me a break.
- 15:33Speaker 8: I want to make sure.
- 15:34Speaker 3: I love that, by the way.
- 15:35Speaker 1: I love the fact he's like, Biden's people have the
- 15:37Speaker 1: Epstein files with Trump's name in it and they didn't
- 15:40Speaker 1: use it.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Give me a break. He's right.
- 15:42Speaker 1: And the point is like, don't get yourself in a
- 15:45Speaker 1: bad situation for no reason. And I think Republicans need
- 15:50Speaker 1: to fight back on this one, and they need to
- 15:52Speaker 1: they need to put it out there, whatever it is,
- 15:55Speaker 1: and and and get the reactions out of the Epstein files.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Whatever we do have to show the American people. I
- 16:04Speaker 1: think it's time for the American people to see it.
- 16:07Speaker 1: But if again Democrats smell blood in the water, on
- 16:12Speaker 1: ABC this week, they were like, Wow, the White House
- 16:14Speaker 1: needs to come clean about the Epstein files, implying that
- 16:17Speaker 1: there's a bunch of Republicans or Donald Trump's name in
- 16:19Speaker 1: the Epstein file. Again using this politically, it's scumbaggery, but
- 16:23Speaker 1: it's brilliant.
- 16:24Speaker 8: I mean, the Attorney General, Pam Bondi went to the
- 16:28Speaker 8: public and said all kinds of things about this. She
- 16:31Speaker 8: said there was a list, there was files, they had people,
- 16:34Speaker 8: and that was in front of the White House, in
- 16:37Speaker 8: front of the West Wing, that they had the influencers
- 16:39Speaker 8: out there. So, I mean, there's a very legitimate question here.
- 16:42Speaker 8: Number one, was she lying then or is she lying now?
- 16:46Speaker 8: She's the Attorney General. I do think she should go
- 16:49Speaker 8: in front of Congress and sort of just explain the
- 16:52Speaker 8: facts here, because ultimately it is a big question. Was
- 16:57Speaker 8: she just prancing around making things up? You're not really
- 17:00Speaker 8: supposed to do that as the jorney Jeffers And then
- 17:02Speaker 8: second of all, they say, you know that everyone's acting
- 17:07Speaker 8: like they don't know what the conspiracy theory is. The
- 17:09Speaker 8: conspiracy theory is that the client list has Donald Trump
- 17:14Speaker 8: on it, and that's why his government is holding it back.
- 17:17Speaker 8: And I think you should just we need to have
- 17:18Speaker 8: people honestly answer questions in front of Congress or the press,
- 17:23Speaker 8: to just have this out once in front of the
- 17:26Speaker 8: overall problem.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Like they're they're playing into this beautifully because it was
- 17:33Speaker 1: over sold and you can't oversell it and then all
- 17:38Speaker 1: of a sudden just run away from it like it
- 17:40Speaker 1: never happened. Democrats are going to seize this moment until
- 17:44Speaker 1: you get it all out there and you show all
- 17:47Speaker 1: of it. And they're going to keep quoting Pambondi, and
- 17:51Speaker 1: they're going to keep quoting Dan Bongino, and they're going
- 17:53Speaker 1: to keep quoting everybody that's made any quote about Epstein.
- 17:57Speaker 1: And you know, yeah, I'm glad there's somehow out there
- 18:00Speaker 1: that are actually attacking also the hypocrisy on the left.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Chris Cromo, for example, blasted AOC this week for suddenly
- 18:09Speaker 1: caring about the Epstein files because she didn't care about
- 18:11Speaker 1: him before, only because she's going to score political points
- 18:14Speaker 1: on Republicans.
- 18:15Speaker 2: Now, AOC has had nothing to say about the attacks
- 18:18Speaker 2: on the ICE agents. Can you believe that? But the
- 18:20Speaker 2: Epstein fiasco gets her attention. You see what she posted today? Wow,
- 18:24Speaker 2: who'd have thought that electing a rapist would have complicated
- 18:26Speaker 2: the release of the Epstein files.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Hope it goes viral, because that's all you're about.
- 18:32Speaker 2: What have you ever done to fight for the release
- 18:34Speaker 2: of the Epstein files?
- 18:36Speaker 4: Huh?
- 18:36Speaker 3: You sent out a few tweets over the years, just
- 18:38Speaker 3: to try to what ride the wave?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Where are your resolutions, Where are your speeches on the floor,
- 18:44Speaker 2: where are your demands? Nothing, just like the rest of
- 18:48Speaker 2: your propaganda and your false promises. It's great for you
- 18:51Speaker 2: for being developing a following, but it's not much in
- 18:55Speaker 2: terms of being a leader when you get nothing done
- 18:57Speaker 2: and you just play the game of advantage, you know
- 19:00Speaker 2: better than the people you think you oppose.
- 19:02Speaker 1: On the right, I couldn't agree with Chris crooma more
- 19:05Speaker 1: for blasting AOC for suddenly caring about the Epstein files
- 19:08Speaker 1: when she never cared about before all because she wants
- 19:11Speaker 1: to score a political point, not protect kids, not protect
- 19:14Speaker 1: people that were abused by Jeffrey Epstein and his friends.
- 19:18Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no, none of that matters.
- 19:22Speaker 1: There are a lot of conservatives, a lot of terms
- 19:23Speaker 1: sports are very upset by this idea of like there's
- 19:26Speaker 1: nothing there, let's just move on and they're not taking
- 19:30Speaker 1: that answer and saying, Okay, we'll just move on now.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz went on Newsmax. Who is Alan Dershowitz. He
- 19:37Speaker 1: is a Harvard law professor who also was the lawyer
- 19:42Speaker 1: for Jeffrey Epstein, And he came out and he said
- 19:45Speaker 1: some very interesting things about the Epstein files and the jurisdiction.
- 19:51Speaker 1: He said, Number one, redacted or sealed materials in connection
- 19:56Speaker 1: with the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein are in fact
- 20:01Speaker 1: under the court's jurisdiction to release, he says, not the
- 20:05Speaker 1: Attorney General, Pam Bonding, or the Department of Justice. The
- 20:09Speaker 1: Harvard law professor who helped secure a plea deal in
- 20:12Speaker 1: two thousand and eight for Epstein, had a lot more
- 20:15Speaker 1: to say about the Epstein files. His friends, who is
- 20:19Speaker 1: he working with and I want you to hear this.
- 20:22Speaker 3: Listen very closely.
- 20:23Speaker 9: Drschwitz Joys. Be nice to see you, sir. And just
- 20:26Speaker 9: for starters, in terms of I assume that much of
- 20:30Speaker 9: the information that's in the Justice Department possession is grand
- 20:35Speaker 9: jury testimony and that can't be released, right. That's as
- 20:39Speaker 9: we sort of sort through what would be released through
- 20:40Speaker 9: I couldn't.
- 20:42Speaker 5: Yeah, some of it's grand jury testimony, some of it
- 20:45Speaker 5: is material that's been redacted, some of it sealed by
- 20:48Speaker 5: the court, and it comprises several things. There are some
- 20:53Speaker 5: that include accusations made by people I know the people
- 20:57Speaker 5: who have been accused, and it involves negative material about
- 21:04Speaker 5: the accusers, and the courts have redacted those in order
- 21:07Speaker 5: to quote protect the victims. But are they Are they
- 21:12Speaker 5: victims or are they mixed? Some of them mixed victims
- 21:15Speaker 5: and false accusers. So everything should come out, but you know,
- 21:19Speaker 5: this is a nothing burger. Almost everything that's important has
- 21:23Speaker 5: come out. I've seen the names. There's nobody currently serving
- 21:28Speaker 5: in office or who's at all names?
- 21:31Speaker 9: What names? Is it just names of people on an
- 21:34Speaker 9: airplane that went to his island or are there names of
- 21:38Speaker 9: people doing something wrong?
- 21:41Speaker 5: Well, yeah, there are names of people who are accused
- 21:44Speaker 5: of doing something wrong by accusers. But the information about
- 21:50Speaker 5: the accusers and negative information about the accusers has also
- 21:54Speaker 5: been suppressed. The public doesn't really have a fair opportunity
- 21:58Speaker 5: to decide whether the those who are accused were fairly accused.
- 22:02Speaker 4: They're not fairly accused.
- 22:04Speaker 5: Now the media can actually file applications to the judges
- 22:08Speaker 5: to try to open up this information. I don't think
- 22:11Speaker 5: you can fall pambond You the Justice Department, they don't
- 22:14Speaker 5: have the authority to release these redacted material or the
- 22:18Speaker 5: sealed material. I think I can't know this for sure
- 22:22Speaker 5: that they've released everything that they are able to release.
- 22:27Speaker 5: The rest of it is up to the judges, and
- 22:29Speaker 5: so the application should be made to the judges, not
- 22:32Speaker 5: to the Justice Department. Once the information is unredacted, then
- 22:36Speaker 5: the Justice Department can release it. Now this information includes,
- 22:40Speaker 5: for example, videotapes. There are all kinds of claims about
- 22:43Speaker 5: sex tapes. I happen to know what the facts are
- 22:46Speaker 5: and what happened is one day Epstein was robbed by
- 22:49Speaker 5: an employee, and so the Palm Beach police installed video
- 22:53Speaker 5: cameras in his living room, not in his bedrooms.
- 22:57Speaker 4: And so there are video tapes, but they're not sex tapes.
- 23:00Speaker 5: And you know, there's no plausibility to the claim that
- 23:04Speaker 5: have worked for the Mozad that's just total nonsense.
- 23:07Speaker 3: Well see, actually, let me tell you.
- 23:08Speaker 9: That's what I'll tell you. That's one of the things
- 23:10Speaker 9: that's most distressing to me. And that claim has been
- 23:13Speaker 9: made by two former colleagues of mine from another network.
- 23:15Speaker 9: We are no longer at that network, by the way,
- 23:17Speaker 9: one I was a lawyer and should know better. I mean,
- 23:19Speaker 9: like they ever started just pulling things out and if
- 23:24Speaker 9: they have facts, present them put them with some witnesses.
- 23:27Speaker 9: But it's so electrifying the topic and with social media
- 23:31Speaker 9: and everybody picking sides that it has really gone haywire.
- 23:35Speaker 5: Yeah, no, I agree with you. Look, I have sources
- 23:37Speaker 5: in Israel. I once represented the MOSAD. I helped get
- 23:42Speaker 5: four or five Mozart agents out of Cyprus who had
- 23:45Speaker 5: been improperly arrested.
- 23:47Speaker 4: And believe me, if he had ever.
- 23:49Speaker 5: Worked for the MOSAD, the first person he would have
- 23:51Speaker 5: told that to is me, because he would have wanted
- 23:54Speaker 5: me to use that to help him get an even
- 23:56Speaker 5: better deal than he got. So I am one hundred
- 23:59Speaker 5: percent based on my information and what he told me
- 24:03Speaker 5: and didn't tell me that there's no conceivable claim that
- 24:07Speaker 5: he actually worked for the most SADE or the CIA,
- 24:10Speaker 5: and so people just make this stuff out of whole cloth.
- 24:14Speaker 9: But it's profoundly dangerous, you know, it's I mean, whatever
- 24:17Speaker 9: the facts are, the facts are, you know, and transparency
- 24:20Speaker 9: is great and things should be released. It's consistent with
- 24:23Speaker 9: transparency that don't violate any rules or anything's been redacted
- 24:27Speaker 9: by the court or by Gregorick. But when you have
- 24:29Speaker 9: people out there saying there are all these conspiracies and
- 24:33Speaker 9: there are all these things going on in saying that
- 24:34Speaker 9: I have it on good information, Well you know, have
- 24:36Speaker 9: ad it. Tell us where your information is instead of
- 24:39Speaker 9: instead of lighting the town on fire.
- 24:41Speaker 5: But you know, all these things have a kernel of
- 24:44Speaker 5: a basis in fact. For example the mossade. Yes, in fact,
- 24:49Speaker 5: his girlfriend Glaine Maxwell's father Robert Maxwell, probably did work
- 24:54Speaker 5: for the most side, But that has nothing to do
- 24:56Speaker 5: with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 24:57Speaker 4: Yes there were videotapes.
- 24:59Speaker 5: Yes there are lists of names, but they're not lists
- 25:02Speaker 5: of names devised or designed by Epstein. Yes, there are
- 25:08Speaker 5: lists of people who are on his planes. Bill Clinton
- 25:11Speaker 5: was on his plane, Bill Gates was on his planes.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Lots and lots of people.
- 25:16Speaker 5: Remember, he had a life way before he was ever
- 25:19Speaker 5: charged with any crime. That life include the president of Harvard,
- 25:23Speaker 5: heads of this corporation, that corporation. I know, my wife
- 25:27Speaker 5: and I went to his home for several events where
- 25:30Speaker 5: he had some of the world's greatest scientists. He had
- 25:33Speaker 5: astronauts who had just come back from out of space,
- 25:36Speaker 5: and so of course he attracted very, very prominent people.
- 25:39Speaker 4: None of them knew he was doing anything wrong.
- 25:42Speaker 5: It's when he was first arrested for doing something wrong
- 25:46Speaker 5: that everybody terminated their relationship. Not everybody, and people who
- 25:51Speaker 5: didn't can be called into account. But I don't think
- 25:54Speaker 5: there's much here, you know, as they say in the movies,
- 25:58Speaker 5: move on, there's nothing to say here. I think almost
- 26:01Speaker 5: everything that has to be released has been released.
- 26:05Speaker 4: I've seen everything, and I don't see any but.
- 26:08Speaker 9: The other, the other alternative, the other alternative, although it takes,
- 26:11Speaker 9: it takes forever. I've been doing this with the Natalie
- 26:13Speaker 9: Holloway cases getting documents under FOYA is that you can
- 26:16Speaker 9: make a Freedom of Information Act request. The government does
- 26:19Speaker 9: have to comply with it by law. Unfortunately, the government
- 26:22Speaker 9: takes forever, as as I.
- 26:26Speaker 4: Don't think, not very much.
- 26:27Speaker 5: It would turn up some material that's redacted, and FOYA
- 26:30Speaker 5: doesn't unredact.
- 26:31Speaker 4: They just give you the redacted material with all the blackouts.
- 26:35Speaker 4: And why do I know tell me about who the
- 26:39Speaker 4: people are whose names have been blacked out?
- 26:41Speaker 5: Because I did all the investigations and I was able
- 26:44Speaker 5: to put together from all the evidence.
- 26:46Speaker 4: Oh, this guy, this person, and I know who it is.
- 26:50Speaker 9: And with that, I've got to go Professor, Professor Dershowitz,
- 26:53Speaker 9: Thank you, sir.
- 26:54Speaker 1: You can hear Alan there just saying a lot of
- 26:57Speaker 1: what you're seeing and a lot of it's conspiracy theory.
- 27:00Speaker 1: And he said this is I know. I learned this
- 27:05Speaker 1: speaking there regret of Ancestorum over at Newsmax. And I
- 27:07Speaker 1: think the point he was making is what you may
- 27:10Speaker 1: be angry about may not even be based in reality.
- 27:14Speaker 1: I want to know what there is. I want to
- 27:17Speaker 1: know it was redacted. I want to protect the victims,
- 27:19Speaker 1: but I also think that there needs to be real
- 27:22Speaker 1: transparency on this one. The President, by the way, coming
- 27:26Speaker 1: out and again blaming his predecessors for creating files related
- 27:31Speaker 1: to the high profile client, so the Late six offender
- 27:34Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. The President praised Pam Bondi, by the way,
- 27:37Speaker 1: who is kind of under intense criticism within Trump's own
- 27:41Speaker 1: base for handling of the files, and during a press
- 27:45Speaker 1: briefing outside the White House that aired live, Trump was
- 27:49Speaker 1: asked whether body told them if his name appeared in
- 27:52Speaker 1: the documents. No, no, she's given us just a quick
- 27:56Speaker 1: a very quick briefing, and in terms of the credibility
- 27:59Speaker 1: of the different things that they've seen. Trump said he's
- 28:03Speaker 1: also denied numerous times any association with Epstein's criminal activity.
- 28:08Speaker 1: He said, quote and I would say that, you know,
- 28:10Speaker 1: these files were made up by James Comy, they were
- 28:13Speaker 1: made up by Barack Obama, they were made up by
- 28:16Speaker 1: the Biden team. You know, we went through this, years
- 28:20Speaker 1: of this with the Russia Russia Russia hoax, with all
- 28:23Speaker 1: the different things that we had to go through.
- 28:25Speaker 3: We've gone through years of it.
- 28:27Speaker 1: But she's handled it very well, referred to Bondi, and
- 28:31Speaker 1: it's going to be up to her. Whatever she thinks
- 28:34Speaker 1: is credible, she should release.
- 28:37Speaker 3: So this is the.
- 28:37Speaker 1: President on the record now on the issue of the
- 28:40Speaker 1: Epstein files, saying he's going to allow Pam Bondi to
- 28:42Speaker 1: do her job and decide what is best. Don't forget
- 28:46Speaker 1: share this podcast please with your family and your friends
- 28:49Speaker 1: where whoever they are, and I will see you back
- 28:52Speaker 1: here tomorrow.
